《The Legend of Will》 Prologue/intro The crispy and low humm of Fire burning could be heard. The fire gently illuminated the surrounding area which could be seen to somewhere in the edge of a forest. Surrounding the fire stood four figures. Although the fire provided light it was still not enough for the features of the men to be seen. "Welcome my brothers." The greeting had come from one of the figures. Although his face could not be seen his eyes were an exception, as they shined with green brilliance. "Thank you for having us brother." "Whatever get on with it!" "Pleasure is all........ours" Three distinctive responses were given. The green eyed man begin "Our men have finally discovered traces of Joan and the girl, the reports say-" "GOOD HAHAH, I KNEW LETTING YOU HANDLE OUR COMBINED FORCES WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE!!" A stocky figures chortled as his body shaked in excitement. The others just sighed in response. "Like I was saying" the green eyed man continued " They were found cutting through the borders of the legs minor tribes." Immediately reactions were given based on the last sentence spoken. The voice came from a imposing muscular silhouette. "No bother...by hosting several enemy branches I their territory they have been able to repel us.....cowards." A skinny shadow snorted. "NO PROBLEM HAHAH, WE WILL CAPTURE THEM IN THE BORDERS OF SAINT LOUIS!" The stocky shadow responded this time. "Yes brother you are right. As long as they don''t enter the kingdom we will not fear our enemy''s there, however, we will still be cautious after all we can''t let them find out what we are up to. This could us to be exposed." The green eyed man said cautiously. "Yes it is still to soon for us to make a move against her majesty." The muscular man responded which was meet with nods of agreement. A heated argument could be heard inside an office. Inside three men could be seen. Two of them could be seen standing and facing a much older man who sat in a desk. One of the men was youth while the other was a middle aged man, while the one sitting down was an aged man. "I''m serious." The commander responded. He looked around 50 years old. His eye showed a hint of fierceness and his faced was riddled with wrinkles. However a nasty scar that carried from the edge of his right lip to the to his right ear made him look even more ferocious. Sir! I will not stand for this!" The middle aged mad raged. He was short and fit with reddish skin due to his anger. His nose took over half his face making it his most distinctive feature. "Quiet! You have been complaining for half an hour now. Since when can you oppose my authority?" "But commander-" "ENOUGH! Get out of here. Also get used to it. This is only the beginning for Will." The big nosed man reluctantly left. He knew the commander saw Will as his last chance to gain a higher position. After he departed the commander turned to look at Will. The youth has bronze skin, he seemed to be barely fitt and one could almost never guess that he was soldier. He had brown eyes with a complexion that was slightly above average with perfect eyebrows and sharp eyes. His wavy hair was neatly tied into a bun. "Will." The commander called for him. "Yes commander?" "From today onwards you''re captain . However don''t be deceived asides from myself you have the most authority in this fort. Understand?" The commander looked at him in the eyes.The commander took a deep breath then continued. ¡°Will, i am old. These past few months i have been receiving pressure to retire. I am sure its not too hard to imagine who¡¯s behind it right?¡± ¡°Those military families right?¡± ¡°Exactly. The Trevinos, Ramirez and the Zavalas. They wish to have their young prospects to come take over the fort. I wouldn''t have a problem leaving it to their youth, but none of the youth have actual experience or were willing to come here and serve as captains. They just want to come here and be head immediately.¡± ¡°This means they only see this position as a stepping stone and won''t really care about the issues here. As long as they can put under their list of achievements they don''t really care about doing the job right.¡± ¡°Sir, I don''t want to.¡± The commander looked mad and disturbed while he stroked his chin. He then inhaled and continued ¡°As long as we remind that you are a noble as well they won''t do anything to you when they find out about my intention of leaving you in charge. Once you are the head I will stay as your advisor and-¡± ¡°Sir, can you really decide who becomes head of the fort?¡± ¡°I have already talked with General Ma. Due to your potential and with the promise that we will be in his faction he has agreed to fully support this. He will be the one who will announce this after all.¡± ¡°Sir, I don''t want to.¡± ¡°What? YOU STUPID BRAT I HAD ENOUGH OF YOU COMPLAINING. YOU WILL TAKE OVER AND IN TEN YEARS YOU WILL BECOME A GENERAL AND YOU MAKE ME YOUR ADVISER!¡± The commander was red faced by this point and looked as if he was ready to beat Will up. He then took out a badge and threw to Will. ¡°Now go.¡± ¡°I see so you want me to become head just for your personal gain I kn-¡± ¡°NOW GO!¡±
