《Bloody Angel》
Prologue: A Junior and a Senior
In a courtyard sat a teen youth and an old man. The courtyard was a Chinese style which gave off a peaceful, serene feeling. The two were currently sitting at a table drinking tea.
The old man was wearing white robes and had long white hair, white beard. He was skinny and had very wrinkled skin. The youth however had light blonde hair, blue eyes and pale skin. He wasn''t obese but not built either. He was wearing black jeans, sneakers and a red T-shirt, which had black lines on it.
He was calmly drinking tea with the old man, when suddenly the old man said, ˇ°You having such a rough life was all our fault. I am deeply sorry about that. According to your karmic luck, you should have actually been born to a high class family and live a long and happy life. However, due to our mishap, you ended up with a body like yours.ˇ±
The man looked sorry but his tone left a feeling that it wasn''t a big deal. The youth looked at his tea cup and gave a wry smile, ˇ°Well, that''s what you would expect from a God. Me living in a plastic bubble is just a mishap.ˇ± The youth started remembering what his 16 years of life had been like.
He was born with a rare heart condition that prevented him from doing any physical exercise, he could only watch from afar how others ran around and played. The doctors predicted that he would live only up to 12 years, maybe 13 but he managed to hold on for 16 years.
When he was born, his father worked for a sales company and was in line to become a department chief but after his child''s condition became clear, he left everything to work as a regular salesman. Everyone he worked with called him crazy for it but some could understand. He wanted a stable job that would let him spend more time with his family but if he took the chiefs position, his work hours would have increased by a lot.
When the president of the company asked him about that, he only gave a concrete answer, ˇ°I can always earn more money but my son is the only one in the world. Even if I have another, it would not be the same.ˇ±
This book''s true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience.
When the old man heard that, he frowned. He only let out a soft sigh before saying, ˇ°In this dimension, there are no ˇ°Godsˇ±, there are only people who surpass mortality, ˇ°Deitiesˇ± if you will. However, we are not all powerful and we can not create life. Even we don''t know where this dimension came from or who created it but we manage it.ˇ±
The youth looked at the old man and asked, ˇ°So, what happens now? I am going to be reincarnated again?ˇ± The old man nodded as he took a sip of tea, ˇ°Yes, you will. However this time you will be reincarnated in a world, where you will have a possibility of becoming a deity yourself. However, whether you succeed or not, will be up to you.ˇ±
The youth looked at him with expectant eyes and muttered, ˇ°So I will have a chance of becoming a deity.ˇ± The old man saw the expectations in his eyes and let out a small smile. He then pointed his finger between the youths eyebrows and said, ˇ°Now, it is time for you to go. Also, I will give you a little present to make up for the mishap we had with your previous life.ˇ±
As white light surrounded the youth, he felt warm and involuntarily fell asleep. As he closed his eyes, the white light got brighter until the soul was teleported away. When the youth was gone, a young female in purple robes walked near the old man. She had long black hair and brown eyes. Her skin was as pale as snow.
She said to the old man, ˇ°To think that the one who saved us all, had to live such a painful life. However, we are not allowed to mess with the reincarnation cycle, so you took a huge risk by tampering with it. Had something gone wrong, we would''ve had a disaster on our hands.ˇ±
The old man let out a hearty laugh as he said, ˇ°Hehehe, do not underestimate me and I owe him at least that much to take the risk. Also, as for the gift I departed him with, maybe some day the name ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ± will echo across the dimension again.ˇ±
The young lady let out a wry smile and thought to herself, ˇ°I hope we meet again some day, little demon.ˇ±

Chapter 1: A "Cursed" child
When the youth opened his eyes again, he was startled. He was currently in quite a luxurious room and in the arms of a quite beautiful woman. Her face however was clearly showing signs of exhaustion. She had long black hair and blue eyes, her skin was pale and she had a delicate face. She looked at him with a kind, happy expression.
When he looked around to get a clearer view of things, he saw that everyone else in the room were frowning. In the room were two men and one old woman. One of the men had a built body and black hair with gray stripes mixed in. The other however was quite slender and had blond hair. As they both were frowning, the seemed to discuss something.
They constantly pointed and looked at him. ˇ°Shouldn''t I have lost my memories? That''s how reincarnations usually work. My memories are erased and I would be growing up like any other. Thanks to some lucky event I awaken my memories etc.ˇ± As he was quietly pondering to himself, he glanced at his new mother again.
This time she had a sad look in her eyes as she held him close. She just whispered, ˇ°From now on your name is Shaon. Whatever happens, know that your mother always loved you.ˇ± As she kissed him on the forehead, he felt dizziness taking over.
He was confused, ˇ°What did she mean by that? Is there something wrong or is something bad going to happen?ˇ± As he had a harder time keeping his eyes open, he fell asleep. When he woke up, he was in the hands of an old man. From that day onward, he never saw his ˇ°Motherˇ± again.
In the blink of an eye, 7 years had passed and Shaon had learned a lot about this world and what happened to his mother. This world was called Solead. It was ruled by the Xuxin dynasty, at least this continent was. In this world were over 50 continents all ruled by various powers.
Typically each power had one continent but some stronger ones had two or three. Solead continent was 3 times bigger than Earth back home and Shaon had understood this: ˇ°This world is hundreds of times bigger than his previous world and a thousand times more dangerous.ˇ±
All sorts of hidden dragons and crouching tigers were hidden here. Originally he was born as the second son of a Prefecture Lord and was supposed to live a life of luxury. However, due to being born with weird red tribal tattoos, the clan thought he was cursed and actually wanted to kill him. His mother took him and fled. She managed to find the sworn brother of her father and she entrusted Shaon to him.
The old man had traveled the world and knew that the boy wasn''t cursed but born with a special bodily constitution and would become a terrifying power in the future. The old man lived a few kilometers outside of Andse city where Shaon was born. Since the old man was a peerless power in the little Prefecture, even the Prefecture Lord didn''t dare to openly fight against him, so they reached an agreement.
The old man would raise Shaon and they would not attempt to kill him anymore but Shaon''s mother Emily had give up her life to regain their face. When Shaon learned of this, he was enraged. He came from a world where life was more important than face, people would eat their own feces if that allowed them to live for one more day. He couldn''t understand the mindset of face over life.
Even though they promised not to kill him anymore, that didn''t stop them from constantly harassing him. Since he could walk, all sorts of people had beaten him up and tormented him every way they could. When the old man went to demand an explanation, all he got was, ˇ°We can''t be held accountable for random peoples actions.ˇ±
Since he had not caught anyone, who had direct relation with this accursed Fang clan, he couldn''t take this to the higher authorities either. If he just went on a rampage, he would end up targeted by Law Enforcement and would also give them a chance to kill Shaon.
If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it.As Shaon grew up, he realized more and more, how he hated the very same clan he was born in. They wanted to kill him just because they thought he was ˇ°cursedˇ±. His new mother died because of it as well. Although he hadn''t known her for long, he was moved that she gave up her own life to protect him. He promised himself that should he be at the peak one day, he would annihilate this accursed clan.
The ˇ°peacefulˇ± life ended sooner than it started. When he was 5, the Prefecture Lord, his grandfather, and his own father attacked the old man. Shaon barely managed to escape as he enter the Archaic Forest. The old man, who had raised him until now, died to stall them long enough for him to run.
Archaic Forests were danger zones where Archaic Beasts lived. Archaic Beasts were beasts who cultivated and were extremely strong. Some of the stronger monsters were even on par with the current Emperor, who was crowned as the strongest on Solead. When Shaon first entered the forest, he was chased by 3 elite members. He only managed to survive that calamity thanks to Heavens luck.
It was also then, that the ˇ°Giftˇ±, the old deity gave him, awakened. When it did, all sorts of information floated in his head and he realized that it was a cultivation technique. It''s name was ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ±, it was quite ironic as this cultivation technique didn''t emphasize on any weapon but used his own blood as a weapon.
Due to the elite members being cocky and underestimating Shaon, thinking that he had no means to resist, Shaon managed to catch them by surprise and kill them. Since the trio enjoyed seeing Shaon in despair, they just let him run while they mockingly pursued him. They could have killed him at any time but found him fleeing for his life more fun and that brought their own downfall.
When Shaon had collected all of their belongings, he ran deeper into the forest and hid himself in a cave. Since the cultivation technique awakened, he automatically became a first rank Student. That meant that he had started his journey of becoming one of the peak existences there is.
After reaching the first level of Student, he didn''t need to eat for a week and could survive without water for two weeks, so he holed up in his cave and didn''t leave unless he had to collect food or water. His resolve to crush this good for nothing clan deepened with the latest events.
When he had cultivated for a year, he met a mysterious man in the depths of the forest who gave him a black medallion. Imprinted on it were some strange symbols and a dragon. The man left with the words, ˇ°If you ever have the chance, go to Soradeen and go to the Black Dragon School. If you show this medallion to them, they will let you in and protect you.ˇ± As the man didn''t even leave his name, Shaon was quite suspicious of him as he had never heard of the Black Dragon School.
During the two years of constant cultivation, fueled by his desire to crush that bullshit clan, he progressed quite quickly. However, over time, the rage dissipated. He wanted to become stronger for himself, not to take revenge on the clan. He started to pity them instead, they actually made a lot of enemies because of their narrow mindedness and also lost a lot of beneficial things for the clan due to it as well.
When Shaon decided that training there was not enough anymore, he thought he would try his luck with the command medallion. It''s best not to forget, he didn''t lose his memories in reincarnation so even though he looked 7 his mentality was that of a 22 year old.
In this world, cultivation techniques were divided as Qi Refinement and Body Refinement. A person could only train in only one type. He couldn''t train in both Qi and Body Refinment. ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ± however was one of the strongest Body Refinement techniques in the Dimension.
He praised the person who developed this technique and constantly pondered why it felt so familiar and easy to train in. Little did he know that this technique was developed by himself in his life before the previous one.
The life in which he was titled as the strongest deity of all ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ±.
Chapter 2: Saving a black monkey like thing
Sorry for the late chapter, had a lot to do today.

Chapter 2: Saving a little black monkey like thing
When Shaon decided to leave, he had already reached the second level of Master. Doing this by himself in two years, without the help of elixirs and mentors, was quite a monstrous feat.
The ranks were divided like this:
1. Student
2.Master
3. Grandmaster
4. Princes/Princess
5. King/Queen
6. Emperor/Empress
7. Saint
8. Half-God
9. God
In every rank there were 5 levels and after every third level was a bottleneck. There were some monstrous people who could reach the 5th level of Grandmaster in 5-6 years but never break through to Prince or Princess stage. There were no elixirs or treasures to help people break through a bottleneck, it was all up to the person itself.
When a person reaches Master stage, they can enter their Dantian. In the beginning, the Dantian is a pure white space but as time goes on, it get turned into a scenery suited to their cultivation technique. When Shaon first entered his Dantian, he had a big surprise waiting for him. The Dantian wasn''t empty.
In the middle of snow white space stood a black coffin with chains wrapped around it. Since it gave out a very terrifying aura, he didn''t dare to draw near it, let alone touch it. This coffin was something that should actually not be there. After discovering the coffin, every day he entered his Dantian and observed it.
He felt a familiar presence from it but he couldn''t understand from where. As he couldn''t figure it out, he just observed changes to the coffin. As of now, there weren''t any but he didn''t dare to miss a single day. Since there were two paths to becoming an immortal, choosing the way more suited to you was essential.
Qi Refinement focused on gathering Qi in your Dantian and using it to slowly nurture your body over time. Hence Qi refiners were weaker in upfront battle and had slower cultivation speed. However they were better at controlling magic treasures and could refine better elixirs than Body Refiners. Qi Refining was more painless as well.
Body Refining however focused on upfront close combat. Body Refiners circulated Qi according to their technique, while they were absorbing Qi. This strengthened their muscles and bones faster but it also brought pain. The amount of pain however was dependent on the technique. The higher grade the technique, the bigger change the muscles and bones have, causing more pain along the process.
Body Refiners focused more on fusing their Qi with either their body or a weapon that was in contact with their body. Qi refiners however focused more on infusing their Qi with treasures that might even be 10KM away from them.
When Body Refiners advanced in grade or stage, they felt immense pain from the transformation of cells, muscles and bones. Qi Refiners however did not feel that as they gradually tempered their body over a longer period of time. Body Refining was quicker and had more close combat strength but at the same time more painful than Qi Refining.
ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ± was one of the strongest Body Refining techniques in existence. It''s main advantage over any other cultivation method was that it used it''s own blood as both a weapon and a shield. Upon entering the Master stage, Shaon felt the information on how to condense a ˇ°Blood Weaponˇ± entering his brain.
ˇ°Blood Weaponˇ± grew more powerful with its creator. And once a Blood Weapon has been condensed it could be hidden inside the owners body, giving him an advantage when people think he is empty handed.
Since Shaon decided to leave, he took one last look at the coffin before departing at the crack of dawn. Currently Shaon was still quite short but his body was quite built from the tempering he had done. His eyes were even brighter blue than before. His hair however was currently turning whiter.
The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings.
As he stared at the coffin, he mused to himself, ˇ°I have no idea what it is but at the moment it is not trying to cause me harm, so it can just stay here. I have no means to even find out anything about it as getting closer to it is too big of a challenge.ˇ± He closed his eyes and opened them again in the real world. As the sun started to rise, he moved out.
When Shaon left his Dantian, the coffins cover moved a bit as a sapphire blue eye peeked out. ˇ°It is not time yet, he is far too weak to bear the full transfer, I can only transfer my power to him in tiny little pieces.ˇ± As a cold voice sounded out, the coffin closed again.
This was the secret behind Shaon''s quick progress, whoever was in that coffin was transferring his power over to him. Who he was or why he did that, only time could tell.
As Shaon trekked through the woods like an agile monkey, he was soon forced to stop. He was currently wearing black shorts and shoes. His upper body was bare and his crimson red tribal tattoos were also showing. As for the reason he stopped, in front of him was a big white Yeti.
A Yeti was a type of humanoid Archaic Beasts and this one also had numerous bloody wounds on its body. In its hands was a little black monkey like thing. The little monkey was currently unconscious as furious howls echoed from the way the Yeti came from. The Yeti looked at Shaon and then behind it as if it was in a dilemma.
Shaon quietly started to condense his Blood Weapon as he felt that this was going to be a bloody battle, however he was proven wrong quite quick. The Yeti looked at Shaon with resolute eyes before kissing the little monkey on its forehead.
Seeing this Shaon was stunned as the Yeti walked closer to him, he didn''t want to make a move too rashly. The Yeti said broken human tongue, ˇ°Take. Baby. Please. Run.ˇ± Hearing this Shaon was confused as he couldn''t make heads or tails of the situation. Giant Yeti put the little monkey like thing on Shaon''s back as it said, ˇ°Take. Care. My. Child. Now. Run.ˇ± Shaon had heard that High level Archaic Beasts were capable of human language but experiencing it for himself, it was just a big shock to him.
Before he could think on what to do, the Yeti gently pushed Shaon as if urging him to run. As Shaon slowly understood what was going on another Yeti showed up. This one was two times bigger than the one with the baby and he was clearly enraged.
Seeing this everything fell into place for Shaon. ˇ°So to the Yeti entrusted the little guy to me as it keeps the pissed off one busy. This isn''t the time to be dumbstruck, I need to get the hell out of here now.ˇ± As he thought to himself, he gave the two Yeti''s one last look before running away.
When the wounded Yeti saw that Shaon was running with it''s baby, it gave what seemed to be a happy smile as it held the enraged Yeti off. Shaon ran through the woods twice as fast as before and soon the sounds of battle started to fade away. When Shaon reached the edges of the woods, an enraged roar echoed out from deep inside the woods.
He gave the little monkey on his back a glance and saw that it was still sleeping. He shook his head as he started running alongside the road. Where the road led, he had no idea but he did know this: Once he reaches a town, he would have some clue as to where the hell he is and how to reach Soradeen.
ˇ°This is going to be a long journey and when I reach the Prince stage I will come and annihilate this godforsaken Fang clan.ˇ± As he thought to himself with determined eyes a chuckle rang out in his head, ˇ°If you seriously want to reach the Prince stage, you need to start training more.ˇ±
Chapter 3: Identity of the black coffin
Since i had time in the evening, here''s an extra chapter.
Enjoy.
Chapter 3: Identity of the black coffin
As Shaon heard the voice echo out in his head, his eyes turned into carriage wheels as he stumbled and nearly fell over. He quickly scanned his surroundings but saw no one. Just as he was about to shout for the person to show himself, the voice rang out again, ˇ°Dum dum, enter your Dantian and you will meet me there.ˇ±
Shaon quickly looked around and within minutes found a place to hide himself before he entered his Dantain. When he found a little cave near the entrance of the forest, he put the little monkey on his lap as he entered his Dantian. When he entered his Dantian, he was greeted by a strange sight. The coffin was gone but instead of it, a person was now wrapped in chains.
The youth looked to be around 15-16 years old. He had snow white hair and sapphire blue eyes. His body wasn''t bulging in muscles but was mildly built. He was wearing a black T-shirt, black trousers and black sneakers. On his arms Shaon could see red tribal tattoos identical to his.
As Shaon looked at the youth with a stunned expression, the youth let out a wry smile as he started, ˇ°Hello, my name is Remy. As for all of your questions, I will answer them one by one now.ˇ±Hearing this, Shaon snapped out of his trance as he cautiously asked, ˇ°Who exactly are you and what are you doing here?ˇ±
The youth named Remy sat down on the ˇ°groundˇ± and started narrating, ˇ°I am you. More specifically, I am the remnants of your previous life''s knowledge and memories. You could say I am your persona from your previous life. As to what I am doing here, even I have no clue about that one. I should have died and our soul should have been shattered but somehow a sliver of it remained. That sliver contained all the knowledge and memories of our previous life. I floated through darkness for what seemed like an eternity before being born as you. However, a soul can not have two persona''s so to keep our soul from shattering again, I locked myself under these chains and slept in the coffin. I experienced your life through your eyes but I decided that I wouldn''t interfere in it. In that world technology thrived, not cultivating. If I had undone these chains, and revealed myself, both our body and soul would have been destroyed.ˇ±
At some point in time, Shaon had sat down in front of Remy. He listened intently and what he said actually made sense, sort of. Although he was suspicious about Remy being his past life''s persona, he understood the chains and why he never met him before. Shaon asked again, ˇ°Why turn up now?ˇ±
Remy looked at the little boy sitting in front of him and gave a laugh, ˇ°Well, your body can now withstand communicating with me. Being inside that coffin was quite lonely. You could say that I needed to talk with someone. Also even me, a person who has lived for over 100 billion years, wants to annihilate that Fang clan. However, since two persona''s can not live in the same body, I have been slowly transferring my power and techniques over to you ever since you started cultivating.ˇ±
Shaon looked at him in surprise as he asked, ˇ°Transferred your power and techniques but why and is something like that even possible?ˇ± Remy just nodded, ˇ°Yes, I have been transferring them. Did you really think that you had some Heaven defying talent to reach the second level of Master in 2 years? Even pampered brats from ancient clans don''t have speed as fast as yours with their elixirs and ˇ°ancestorˇ± mentors.ˇ±
He had a bit of contempt in his eyes before he continued, ˇ°We are two different persona''s born from the same soul, generally these kinds of things shouldn''t happen but it did. As for the reason why I am transferring everything over to you not taking everything from you...ˇ±
He paused for a second again and gave a wry smile again, ˇ°I am tired of all of this. I have been alive for more than 100 billion years, I''ve seen all kinds of struggles, made all kinds of friends and lost everyone of them. I''ve fought for every cause you can think of, I just have nothing more left to do. 100 years ago, I sacrificed myself to protect this dimension and my journey should have ended there.ˇ±

Shaon could actually understand what he was saying. To live for a 100 billion years, you have experienced everything already and there is nothing new for you anymore. You will live through each day like a machine, same dull life every day. ˇ°After you have transferred all of you power and knowledge, what level will I reach?ˇ± Shaon asked, trying to change the subject a bit.
Remy looked at him and sighed, ˇ°Although all of my knowledge will be yours, only a fraction of my power remained. If we go at this pace, you could reach the first level of the Prince stage. When you do, I will cease to exist but all I know will also be what you will know.ˇ± Shaon just thought for a second and for some reason felt a bit sad if Remy disappeared.
He suppressed those feelings and asked, ˇ°Even if you give me your power, our cultivation technique differs. I can not use it, no?ˇ± Remy looked at him in astonishment before laughing out loud, ˇ°Hahahahah. The cultivation technique we train in is the same one. Also, I am the person who developed ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ±. That is also the reason why the cultivation technique feels so familiar to you. The soul remembers it making it easier to get past bottlenecks, as it has already gone through them once.ˇ±
Hearing this, Shaon felt dumb. He should have realized this the moment Remy said that he had been transferring power to him ever since he started cultivating. Remy just chuckled when he saw the embarrassed Shaon and continued, ˇ°With my power being transferred to you if you followed my training regime, you could probably reach the Prince level in 6-9 months.ˇ±
When Shaon heard that, he was completely dumbstruck as he mumbled to himself, ˇ°The first level of Prince in 6-9 months, is that even possible?ˇ± Although Shaon muttered it to himself, Remy heard that and just laughed, ˇ°It is possible but you have to follow my training regime to the letter and trust me, even Hell is going to feel like paradise to you when you start my training regime. So, do you want to or not? If you kept going with this pace you could reach the first level of Prince stage in about 3-4 years.ˇ±
Shaon thought to himself for a moment, ˇ°This truly was a tempting offer but, what''s the catch?ˇ± He looked Remy straight in the eye and asked, ˇ°This is too good to be true, what is the catch in all of this? Good luck like that doesn''t just fall down from Heaven.ˇ±
Remy looked at him with a bit of respect in his eyes and answered, ˇ°The catch is that it is going to be like Hell. You are going to have to train like a dog and will constantly put into life endangering situations. Also, this is going to hurt a frigging lot.ˇ±
When he saw the seriousness in Remy''s eyes, he couldn''t help but gulp as he thought to himself, ˇ°So that was what he meant that is training regime is going to make Hell seem like a paradise. This is going to be risky.ˇ±
He pondered about it as this was a decision that would literally change his life. Remy, seeing that Shaon was seriously thinking it over, just smiled. He would have been disappointed if he had accepted it just like that. When he looked at Shaon, he just sighed mentally, ˇ°Seems like the me who will succeed me, is at least not some crazy hothead who punches first and asks questions later."
As Remy was smiling he finally asked, ˇ°Now then, what is you choice? Ohh, and let me remind you, once we start the training regime, there is no going back, only pressing forward.ˇ± When Shaon heard that, he had reached his decision. He didn''t like quitting half way so when he heard Remy''s last sentence, he made his decision, ˇ°I want to use the training regime. t seems to be more beneficial in more points than continuing it by myself.ˇ±
As he said that, he thought to himself, ˇ°And to let you rest sooner.ˇ± Remy just nodded hearing that and pointed his finger between Shaon''s eyebrows as he said, ˇ°This marks the beginning of our training regime. Your first task is to learn to use this.ˇ±
As a bright light shone from Remy''s fingertip, information started heading inside Shaon''s head.
Chapter 4: Training begins

Chapter 4: Training begins
As the information entered Shaon''s head, his expression turned solemn as he sorted it out. Seeing this Remy was pleasantly surprised, although the soul for the two of them was the same, a person differs from experience. In one life, a person can be the most cold blooded and ruthless killer but in another it could be a flower sniffer that didn''t even hurt an ant.
ˇ°ˇ°Blood Crystal Daggerˇ± works the same way as a Blood Weapon but with a difference. You condense the dagger and it grows in strength along the creator but there is no limit on how many you can create. The more you have, the more options in terms of fighting you have.ˇ± Shaon thought to himself as he summarized the information.
This truly was a powerful technique if you had enough daggers. You didn''t necessarily have to hold the dagger but it followed your commands telepathically. It was similar to a flying sword, with one thought you could make it fly forward or sideways. In all of the information, there was one peculiar thing that piqued Shaons interest.
He looked at Remy and asked, ˇ°What are ˇ°Tartaros Chainsˇ±? In the technique it said that when you combined the daggers with ˇ°Tartaros Chainsˇ±, you could use a technique called ˇ°Chain Prison.ˇ±ˇ±
Remy thought for a second before starting, ˇ°ˇ°Tartaros Chainsˇ± are these same ones.ˇ± He pointed at the chains that were wrapped around him. ˇ°These chains have the ability to disrupt any Qi from gathering. So people bound by these chains can not use any form of Qi to break them, only brute strength can be used.ˇ± Hearing that Shaon was baffled, ˇ°This guy is like a dictionary of brokenly over powered techniques.ˇ±
However, even Shaon could understand that any technique is only as good as it''s user. If you give someone the strongest technique in the world but that person has practically no idea how to use it properly, he could at best match a mediocre person. Remy looked at Shaon and gave a faint smile, ˇ°Time to start training.ˇ±
Immediately Shaon straightened up and started listening intently. He was quite curious on how this was supposed to work. Seeing Shaon with such a serious expression pleased Remy. There was nothing better than teaching a person who was actually interested. Remy gave a nod of approval and started, ˇ°Before we begin, let me say this: Hold your questions for when I am done. That keeps us from getting distracted.ˇ±
Shaon nodded signaling that he understood what Remy meant. Seeing this Remy continued, ˇ°First things first, the way you have been cultivating until now is bullshit. It works well for Qi Refiners but for Body Refiners it is not worth shit.ˇ± Hearing that Shaon was surprised, it was the same as saying that he sucked at cultivating.
ˇ°For a Body Refiner it is more beneficial to exhaust his body through physical training first and then absorbing Qi. You get muscle, experience and Qi. If you first exhaust your Qi and then absorb more, you will always absorb more than before. So this kind of training is like killing 3 birds with one stone. There are more benefits to this like getting familiar with your body, stress situations etc but mainly it can be summed up with what I said in the beginning.ˇ±
When Shaon heard Remy say that, he thought over it for a second and could only agree. You can''t get fighting experience through sitting in a cave and cultivating. Remy looked at Shaon with a serious look and said, ˇ°Cultivating ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ± is different from the way you cultivate other Body techniques. When with other Body techniques you get a feel of your body through cultivating and meditating, ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ± focuses more on fighting. Through fighting you get a better feel of your own body and how to use your Blood Weapons in the most effective way there is.ˇ±
He loosened up a bit before adding, ˇ°The limits of technique are not known even to me, so you should understand what I am saying?ˇ± Shaon understood what he meant by that. Usually a cultivation technique has been cultivated by countless people so the vague outlines of what it can do are known.
However ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ± has been cultivated by only one other person and that was the creator of the technique. There was still a world of possibilities in terms of how to use it well. ˇ°Now then, I will tell you how I plan on having you train.ˇ± As Remy said that, he condensed black shackles and threw them to Shaon.
This narrative has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. If you see it on Amazon, please report it.
As Shaon caught them, he was immediately surprised, these ordinary looking shackles weighed a hell lot. And there were four of them, so each hand and leg got one. ˇ°Now then, these shackles will help you in your body training, you can not take them off unless I give you permission to do so. When you wear them, they will restrict your Qi gathering and usage by half, so when you get used to them, it will be like a trump card when you take them off.ˇ± As Remy explained the method and what it would also bring as benefits, Shaon nodded.
He understood very well, what a trump card meant in this world. Lets say someone was on par in terms of battle strength when he had the shackles on, if he removed them, then he could easily overpower him. A trump card was one more chance at life, you could never have too many.
However, Shaon was wondering if the shackles could be taken out of his Dantian or not. Seeing the wonderment, Remy guessed what he was thinking and said, ˇ°These shackles can be taken out. A Dantian is like an inter spacial ring you can store items in it provided that they aren''t alive. However it is not advised to carry useless junk in your Dantian, only truly valuable things. The room inside a Dantian is approximately 10x10x10 meters, so it won''t fit a lot of things either. So getting an inter spacial ring is beneficial for carrying around money and not so valuable things.ˇ±
Shaon understood the benefits and logic around the Dantian space. Afterwards Remy went over the training regime in detail and answered question that Shaon had. After 3 hours they were done and Shaon decided to start the training. As he exited his Dantian, he withdrew the shackles with the method Remy taught and put them on. When he put them on, he immediately felt his Qi being suppressed and his hands and feet were also very heavy.
ˇ°This will truly help me train a lot better than before.ˇ± Shaon thought to himself as he tried to move around a bit. The shackles were currently set to weigh 10KG each, so combined they weighed 40KG. Currently, this was his limit, as his body developed, the weight can be increased. He quickly got used to the weight and looked at the little black monkey who had woken up now.
The monkey looked at him with curious eyes and Shaon said, ˇ°Now that you have woken up, go.ˇ± As he tried to shoo him away, the little monkey refused to leave. Shaon had never had a pet so he didn''t have confidence in keeping the little monkey around. After half an hour of trying, he gave up and reluctantly let the monkey follow him.
The monkey had intelligence that rivaled a human so it could understand him, however it could not talk. So the little monkey used his hands and body language to communicate with Shaon. It was like a game of charades. As the little black monkey followed Shaon, they soon reached the road again. Since it was around noon, Shaon decided to start traveling along the road to find a village.
He still had the low quality inter spacial ring that he had gotten from one of the elites two years back. In it was a bit of money, so he wasn''t penniless but a lot of things inside the ring were worthless or useless to him, so he had dumped them out a long time ago.
When Shaon couldn''t go on anymore, he sat down to absorb Qi and nourish his body. After a bit of meditating, he was shocked at the speed in which the cells absorbed the Qi. ˇ°This is at least 10 times faster than it was before.ˇ± As Shaon thought to himself, he finally understood the importance of a mentor. Someone experienced makes cultivating a lot easier than doing it alone. ˇ°Seems like I seriously need to listen to the man.ˇ± While he chuckled that to himself, inside his Dantian Remy opened his eyes.
He clenched his fist as he quietly mumbled to himself, ˇ°Seems like I only have around 8 months left. I need to step up pounding my knowledge into this guy. If I don''t the chances of him surviving a Dimensional War is extremely slim.ˇ±
Remy''s eyes turned a bit cold as he remembered the Dimensional Wars.

Thank you all for reading. I just wanted to say that there is going to be a chapter on Saturday, Sunday. Like with Phantom Lord, there may be some days when there are no chapters released on Saturday or Sunday. Or there may be more than one or on the days not mentioned previously. Since this is a hobby I would appreciate it if no one started complaining about the schedule.

Chapter 5: Four months.
Here is a unscheduled chapter as i found free time today to write one extra.

Chapter 5: Four months
Diligently training, a month had passed. Shaon''s cultivation level had risen to the peak of fourth level of Master stage. Even Remy was surprised by this speedy progress but it just goes to show you, the more seriously you take training, the more beneficial it is.
Shaon''s gains during that month were not only limited to the rise in his cultivation level but also in terms of understanding. He gained a better understanding at fighting and honed his fighting skill, he had tripled the control over his body, his body fitness had risen to a whole new level as well. If he were to face those three elites from his clan now, he could easily slaughter them.
Even though the gains were immense, Shaon understood very well that this was only a short time gain. When Remy''s power ran out, he would not be able to advance this fast even in his dreams. They made their goal to reach the Prince stage in another 6-7 months.
When during the day Shaon would do body training and fight against Archaic Beasts, at night, when he was cultivating, Remy would do a little review of what he did wrong in those fights or praised what he did right. Remy had a carrot and a stick teaching method.
He would praise him when he did things right but he would scold him if he did them wrong. When the praise and scolding are in balance, the effects are most beneficial. If you only either scolded or praised, it would only get Shaon killed.
Even though for the past month Shaon had been training intensively, the little monkey was not left behind in this. Remy worked out a training plan for him as well and the little monkey actually followed it. However one thing that baffled the both of them was how fast that little guy was growing.
When before he was about as big as Shaon''s little back, then now he was twice as big as Shaon. The monkey''s height reached a full grown mans now. Regarding this even Remy could not give a clear answer, he could only say that he was either a cross breed or a mutant.
Now they had reached a small town. Since it had walls surrounding it, you could tell that it wasn''t little village in the sticks. They only stopped at the town for a few hours as Shaon went around looking for a map. He quickly found one and after learning the towns name and where Shaon''s hometown was, he quickly understood which direction he needed to go in to reach Soradeen.
After talking it over with Remy, Shaon understood just how big the world was, to reach Soradeen in the pace that they had been going in would take at least 6 months. However they were in no hurry as they traveled along the way. Shaon also used the last of his money to buy himself a few essentials like some new clothes and a few dried rations.
As they merrily traveled along the road training time flew by and by now 4 months had passed. Shaon had just broken through to the third level of Grandmaster stage. His aura was different from before, he had fought a lot of life and death battles in these woods and had collected a lot of materials from Archaic Beasts as well. As Shaon was standing there on the road, he was frowning.
Behind his back was the little black monkey who was now huge compared to him. Shaon had decided to call him Veri. If someone passed by right now, they would probably laugh their butt off when they saw a 3 meter tall Yeti with a very buffed body hiding behind a 7 year old. As for the reason Shaon was frowning, a very powerful person had asked him to be her travel companion to Soradeen.
Shaon would''ve taken up the offer if the lady''s guards had been a bit less of a prick. Instead of nicely asking him if he didn''t mind accompanying their lady, those guys just barked orders at him.
When Shaon heard the orders, he was frowning and trying to hold back Remy, who was screaming inside his head, ˇ°You lowly little piece of shit. You dare order around my successor with your lowly skills? I''ve seen five year old who have more talent in their pinky finger than you have on your entire person.ˇ± Remy was truly enraged.
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road. If you spot it on Amazon, please report it.
Over the course of 5 months that he had been training with Remy, he had learned a lot about his personality. Usually he was a happy go lucky kind of fellow, who went with the flow but if someone dared to order him around, it was like stepping on the tail of a sleeping dragon.
As he was frantically holding Remy from exiting his Dantian and killing everyone there, one of the old guards got closer, ˇ°You little slave, you dare ignore the orders of our lady?ˇ± As the old man drew closer to him, even Shaon was slowly starting to feel rage building up inside him.
None of the people there could detect Shaons true cultivation level, it was a neat trick taught to him by Remy. Although it didn''t work on people who had a cultivation level higher than you. 15 out of the 20 guards were at the Master stage while the other 5 were in the early stages of the Grandmaster stage.
However even Shaon couldn''t see through the cultivation level of the people inside the carriage. That was what made him most cautious, he had killed a lot of arrogant pricks on the road but even he didn''t dare to randomly pick fights. However, the more that man talked, the more irritated Shaon grew.
When the old man in gray robes finally reached him to grab him by his arm, Shaon did a roundhouse kick to the stomach for the man. Before anyone could even register what just happened, the old man had flown deep into the woods already, through every tree along the way as well.
Then Shaon just looked extremely pissed as he yelled where that man had flown to, ˇ°You little prick shit, what the flying fuck gives you the right to call me a little slave? I have seen 5 year olds with better talent for cultivating in their pinky alone than you have one your entire persona.ˇ± As Shaon was raging towards the woods, he raised his middle finger to show there as well.
When the man touched Shaon, his aura changed immensely and his power rose to an unfathomable level as well. However, the one talking wasn''t Shaon but Remy. Remy could take over Shaon''s body for a short period of time and when he did, his strength came along as well. However, he could not stay for too long because if he did, he could cause great damage to Shaon''s body.
Suddenly the carriage doors opened and two old men with a beautiful young lady jumped out. They all looked at Shaon with serious expressions as one of the old men wearing a purple robe asked, ˇ°I wonder how we have offended you great master but we apologize about that and hope that we can travel together in harmony.ˇ±
Shaon(Remy) looked at the man and raised his middle finger towards him as he said, ˇ°Fuck you prick. If your dogs had asked me like a normal person instead of barking orders and insulting me, I would have traveled with you but your arrogant little fucking puppies can''t even ask someone to travel with them without managing to piss someone off. Who the goddamn Hell do you think you are?ˇ±
As the man heard the outburst, his teeth were grit from anger. He understood very well that the ones at fault here were them and if someone had barked orders to him like that, he would have most likely done the same as him. In this world, strength was power no matter who that strength belonged to. If you were strong enough no one dared to order you around.
The young lady stepped forward and respectfully cupped her hands towards him, ˇ°I apologize for the rudeness my subordinates showed you and would respectfully like to ask you to join us on our journey to Soradeen.ˇ± As Remy looked at the woman standing about 20 meters from him, he smiled. ˇ°It has been a long time Little Targon.ˇ±
When the woman heard that, her facial expression froze.
Chapter 6: Reaching Soradeen
Here''s a scheduled chapter. Have fun readin.

Chapter 6: Reaching Soradeen
When the young lady heard about what Remy had said, she immediately froze. The only person who knew that nickname and called her ˇ°Little Targonˇ± was Remy. She looked at him in disbelief as she muttered, ˇ°Boss, you are alive? How is that possible?ˇ±
Remy looked at her and said, ˇ°It is a long story, so I''m going to return the body to this little rascal and we can talk on the way.ˇ± As he said that he closed his eyes to give back control of he body. However, before he managed to do that, abruptly opened his eyes as if remembering something.
He pointed at Veri and said, ˇ°Retract your auras, you are scaring the little guy here.ˇ± When they heard that, everyone''s gazes gathered at Veri. A single thought ran through their heads, ˇ°That big guy is scared?ˇ± However, they all did as told and retracted their auras. After that, Shaon followed them on the carriage and they continued moving forward.
While inside the carriage, Shaon played the role of the telephone line between Remy and the mysterious lady. Through their conversation, he learned a lot about Remy''s past as well. The carriage traveled quite fast as they talked and soon a week had passed already. Since this carriage was powered by Qi and not animals, it could go as fast as a person wanted or had Qi.
They were all cultivators, they had no need to sleep so they talked for the whole week. Somehow, Shaon had ended up on the lady''s lap as she hugged and patted him like he was some kind of a pet or a stuffed toy. The lady looked around 20 and had long black hair with green eyes. Her eyes were like a serpents. She had fair skin but a very alluring body that would even make a hermit monk steal a glance.
Her name was Maho and she was one of the last remaining dragons. However, her age was actually over 10 billion years and when Shaon learned of it, he almost yelled out in surprise but managed to stop himself at the last moment. Mentioning a woman''s age was the biggest taboo for the lady and there had been countless people who had felt her wrath when someone had called her old. He started calling here ˇ°Elder sisterˇ± for safety reasons.
However, Shaon got himself involved in a very precausious position. Remy was the founder and leader of a dimensional powerhouse called ˇ°Heavenly Dragonˇ±. The leader was the one who held the amulet and no one had the authority to take it away. This rule had lasted for more than 60 billion years. Now the holder of the amulet was Shaon but he felt that it was more like a curse than a blessing.
Even though all the members were scattered around countless worlds if the leader called, they would answer. Shaon was worried that all the eccentric powerhouses would look down on him for having a low cultivation and some of the members would try to steal the leaders amulet.
Remy and Maho however just laughed at him for thinking that as Remy said, ˇ°Those guys are all a bit eccentric but they won''t dare to break the rules I established. Moreover, you were personally chosen by me and not a single one of those old ghosts dare to question my decision making. You will also have Maho''s testimony so there is nothing to be afraid of. Well, there is one thing, you should hope that they won''t start following you 24/7 for ˇ°safety reasonsˇ±.ˇ±
When Shaon heard that, he was puzzled, he also told Maho what Remy had told him. Maho nodded her pretty little head and said, ˇ°I know what he means, even I have the urge to just take you in as a pet and raise you.ˇ± Shaon almost fell over when he heard that.
Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings.
He immediately sighed to himself, ˇ°Please don''t tell me that everyone of them is as weird as her. What kind of a circus troupe did you establish Remy?ˇ± Remy heard that and just laughed it off, ˇ°Well, they are all strong individuals but they have a few screws loose. I just made the Heavenly Dragon on a whim when I was bored but it grew to be one of the strongest forces in the entire Dimension.ˇ±
As Shaon heard that, he could only shake his head. In his opinion, atleast form what he had heard, they all seemed to have more than just a few screws loose. Just as Shaon was thinking on how to change the subject, he saw the city walls from the window.
Shaon''s mouth was gaping open when he saw the majestic city. The walls themselves were at least 100 meters high and 30 meters thick. Even if you shot a cannon at these walls, you couldn''t probably break through.
When the carriage passed the gates, a medieval looking town appeared. The houses were all built in a Chinese style. The entire city was huge and you probably couldn''t see the other side even if you stood on top of the city wall. When Maho saw Shaon''s reaction she couldn''t help but giggle.
She asked as if she had just remembered something, ˇ°Hey, why did you want to come to Soradeen anyways?ˇ± When Shaon heard Maho''s question, he snapped out of his trance. He withdrew a medallion with a dragons carving on it and said, ˇ°Because of this. Some old timer gave it to me and told me that if I ever visited Soradeen I could enter some Dragon School or something and they would look after me.ˇ±
When Maho saw the medallion, a hint of amusement flashed in her eyes as she smiled, ˇ°You seem to have some really good luck kiddo. That medallion symbolizes an Elders recommendation to join the Black Dragon School.ˇ± Both Shaon and Remy were puzzled, ˇ°Is that good?ˇ±
Maho just nodded her head and said with a smile, ˇ°Black Dragon School is the best school on this continent by at least a mile. Heck, it could even be ranked as one of the top ten schools in the entire Dimension.ˇ± When they heard that even Remy was amazed. He knew exactly how vast the Dimension was, so to rank amongst the top ten schools thereˇ It was seriously no joke.
Suddenly Maho adapted a frown as she tried to remember something. She muttered, ˇ°If I remember correctly, the founder and Ancestor of the school is Berserker.ˇ± When Shaon heard it, he had no clue about who ˇ°Berserkerˇ± was but Remy immediately let out a loud laugh, ˇ°Hahahaha, if it''s that Old ghost, then you truly are lucky little brat. Berserker is one of the strongest in Heavenly Dragon. If he realizes that you need help with something, I have a feeling that he would even flip this entire continent if needed.ˇ±
When Shaon heard that, he had a mixed expression on, he didn''t even know whether to laugh or cry to that. When he looked at Maho to ask something, he saw something that sent a shiver down his spine. Maho had the most sinister smile possible on her face. ˇ°What are you planning?ˇ± Shaon asked with a twitching smile. Maho just grabbed his hand and flew out of the carriage. She said, ˇ°I''m a student there as well so let us go and greet the old ancestor.ˇ±
Even though the plan sounded good-natured, for some reason, he had a very bad feeling about that. And Remy maniacally laughing wasn''t relieving the anxiey either.

Chapter 7: Meeting Berserker
In the blink of an eye, Shaon and Maho had reached the ˇ°schoolˇ±. To call it a fortress was probably more accurate. The walls were about 50 meters high and Shaon couldn''t even see the end of them. The school occupied an extremely big area inside the city.
What Shaon did not know was that the school stood here before the city and the headmaster of the school was the City Lord. Soradeen was also the capital of Soradeen Fief so basically it controlled the whole Fiefdom. The Fang clan was only a lowly Prefecture Lord who the Master of Soradeen could replace with but a single word. As they stood before the gigantic gates, Shaon gulped.
Maho however had an evil grin on her face as she took a deep breath. Seeing this Shaon felt an even bigger chill run down his spine. However he could only watch helplessly as Maho yelled at the front gates, ˇ°Berserker, you damn old idiot, get your ass out here right now!ˇ± When Shaon, and Remy, heard this, one was stupefied while the other was laughing like he was on laughing gas.
To Remy, this was hilarious but to Shaon, this was an absolute nightmare. He couldn''t even make heads or tails of the situation anymore. After 3 seconds passed another yell came but this time, it was from the inside. ˇ°You lazy little lizard, you get your ass over here. You came to visit me not the other way around.ˇ± With the shout, the gigantic gates started opening.
The people who were posted on guard inside naturally heard the screaming so they were puzzled by the turn of events. One of the more arrogant ones however walked over to them and yelled, ˇ°You lowly commoners have no place here. You came shouting at our doorstep so consider yourselves lucky to get out of here alive.ˇ±
The person wore black robes and looked to be around 20. He had refined features and looked like a ladies man. He had shoulder length brown haired and green eyes. However before Maho could even say anything to him another shout echoed out, ˇ°Song Dua, you get your ass out of their way or I will personally nail it to the school gates!ˇ±
When the youth heard the shout this time, he had fear in his eyes. H immediately stepped aside and let them pass. By this time, the two elders had caught up with Veri. They looked at the situation and could only sigh to themselves, as this was quite usual. Seeing Veri arrive, Shaon went and sat on his shoulder. The Yeti was strong enough to carry 4 Shaons'' while sprinting at full speed for 6 hours, he didn''t even notice the weight when he was just strolling around. Shaon and Veri followed Maho as she led the way.
When they went along the way, they gathered quite a lot of peculiar gazes and many people made the connection between them and the loud shouting. Shaon used this opportunity to ask Maho, ˇ°Hey, were you not supposed to be a student here? Why do everyone look at you with such puzzled gazes?ˇ±
Maho looked at Shaon and said, ˇ°Ahh that, I lied. I have no connection to this school other than the idiot in charge of this place.ˇ± Hearing this, Shaon was dumbstruck, he now understood why Remy was laughing so much. From the way the Maho and Berserker talked, it seemed like they weren''t on the best of terms.
As they slowly made their way to the middle of the school, they entered a secret passage and soon arrived at a pair of fiery red gates. Shaon looked at the gates in awe but Maho just nonchalantly pushed them open. She barged in and said, ˇ°You old idiot, we are here. No where is your lazy ass?ˇ±

Shaon was as quiet as a mouse, since the people currently talking were in a league way out of his. When Shaon entered the gates, he saw a serene garden with a little hut in the middle. There was also a bond there with fish quietly swimming around. Shaon took a while to admire the beauty but he was snapped out of it when the little huts door opened. An old, frail looking man walked out.
His head was bald and his skin was very wrinkled. He was wearing a fiery red robe and he looked to be annoyed. ˇ°You old hag, how long are you going to call me an old ghost? You are only 20 billion years younger than me but you are still older than the dynasty that rules this damn kingdom.ˇ± The old man scoffed in annoyed tone.
However as the words fell, Shaon felt a really oppressive aura pushing down on him. Seeing this Remy immediately took control over Shaon''s body and yelled at the two, ˇ°You two puppies fight from your own time and the next time you try to kill Shaon with your aura, I swear, I will kill you.ˇ± As Remy said that, he released his aura.
When Berserker felt that familiar aura his face was painted in shock as he muttered, ˇ°Boss you. But I saw. How are you still alive?ˇ± Maho calmed down as well when she felt the aura and Remy could release his. He gave control over the body back to Shaon and started the telephone game again.
ˇ°Well, a fraction of my persona survived it and slept in the depths of the soul. I watched over this guy as he got reincarnated and have passed on to him my cultivation art. Now as for the reason we are here: I want you to take him as a disciple of the school but let him do what ever he wants. After all, he is also my successor as the Heavenly Dragon leader.ˇ± When Shaon reached toward the end, he felt kind of embarrassed.
To be made the leader of one of the major powerhouses in the Dimension at the peak of fourth level of Grandmaster stage, was awkward. However, the old man looked at him with interest as he asked to see the medallion. When Shaon showed him the medallion, he gave an approving nod, ˇ°Yes, it truly is the Leaders Medallion. I will follow you and of course permit you to stay at the school. You can be a Conclave Disciple, so that should take care of everything. Back to Boss, how long do you have left?ˇ±
Of course Berserker wasn''t stupid and knew that Remy had limited time left. Even Shaon was surprised when he transmitted the next sentence, ˇ°Around 2 months at best.ˇ± Now Shaon also understood the deadline that Remy had set. It wasn''t on whim but it was set on how long he had left. ˇ°Of course it couldn''t be as easy as he made it out to be.ˇ± He thought to himself bitterly but seeing this, Maho decided to change the subject on to Shaon''s resources and standing.
Berserker just rang a little bell and an elderly man stepped forward. Berserker gave him some guidelines and told him that Shaon was going to be a Conclave Disciple. When the elderly man received his instructions, he immediately went to carry them out. Shaon, Maho and Berserker chatted for a while mostly about summoning the other Heavenly Dragon members and introducing Shaon to them.
Shaon however was still doubtful about them accepting it just like that but from current practice, he saw that most didn''t care that he had a low cultivation base. An hour ticked by and the elderly man from before returned. He whispered something to Berserker and left. Berserker however only smiled and said, ˇ°Well, everything has been prepared so lets go and check out your new home.ˇ±
With that they stood up from the table they were sitting at and followed Berserker.
Chapter 8: Conclave Disciple
Sorry, had a lot to do yesterday.
Enjoy.
Chapter 8: Conclave Disciple
When Berserker was leading the way to Shaon''s new residence, he explained a few things about this school. He learned that there were 4 types of students: Outer, Inner, Core and Conclave.
Of the four, the one with most freedom and at the same time most resources was a Conclave Disciple. A person could reach the Core Disciple status with hard work but for the Conclave Disciple there were certain requirements. The person had to be monstrously talented, the person couldn''t be a member of any faction. The person wasn''t allowed to be a self centered egoist brat.
When Shaon asked about the third point Berserker just smiled to him, ˇ°I hate people who think they own the world just because they are a bit better than their peers.ˇ± Shaon just stayed quiet after wards, the rules were quite fair to a person as long as he conducted himself/herself well. He also learned that Berserker was the Fief Lord of Soradeen Fiefdom. ˇ°If you have any enemies in this Fiefdom, let me know. I can make their lives a living hell.ˇ± Berserker smiled as he said it to Shaon.
Remy immediately said to Shaon, ˇ°How about letting him deal with the Fang clan. If he deals with them, no one can say anything. Heck probably no one even dares in this kingdom. Also ask him, how many of the Heavenly Dragon are in this world anyways?ˇ± Shaon asked him about the Heavenly Dragon and he was also tempted to let Berserker deal with the Fang clan but first he needed to get strong enough himself.
It was obvious that they were going to hold a grudge for it, so he needed enough strength to stay alive after getting rid of the clan. Since his Grandfather stepped into the Prince realm recently in a few more months, he will have enough strength to protect himself when he steps into the Prince realm as well.
Berserker also said that there were 4 more members currently in that world. Collectively they decided that only after Shaon steps into the Prince realm, will they summon everyone. While they were talking, they soon reached Shaon''s new house. It was on a lonely mountain peak and in the surrounding, there were no people.
He got the entire mountain, which was huge but the house was a little two story hut. There were only a few rooms meant to be used daily, the biggest and most valuable was the cultivation/training room. It was under the house and was over 100 square meters. It was designed to be the training room for Conclave Disciple''s that didn''t want others to know their cultivation method or people to know their killing moves.
It was understandable as every ace up your sleeve was another ticket at surviving a fight. As Berserker was introducing on how to control the restrictive formation, the elder from before came again. This time, there were four people in Outer Disciple robes behind him.
As Berserker saw them arrive, he brought Shaon to them and said, ˇ°You can pick a personal attendant from these four here. You can choose more than one if you want but remember you have to teach the person as well.ˇ± Shaon had heard about the attendant on the way to the hut.
Every Conclave Disciple had one or more personal attendants that took care of everyday tasks for them. If Shaon chose one, all he had to do was give the person pointers on how to improve in their cultivation and break through bottlenecks. Shaon eyed the four people that were brought to him, two were male while two were female.
The youngest was one of the females who seemed to be as old as Shaon while the oldest was one of the males, who seemed to be old enough for Shaon to call him great grandfather. ˇ°It isn''t pick your helper but more like pick your poison.ˇ± Shaon sighed to himself, the last thing he needed right now was someone to stall him.
Remy didn''t have much time left and he needed to reach the Prince realm before he disappeared. While Shaon was sizing up the four people, his gaze suddenly stopped at the youngest. He walked closer and looked at her, he felt something from her but he couldn''t understand what it was.
It was a very weird feeling and Remy''s voice sounded out in his head, ˇ°You have good eyes or at least good intuition. Her comprehension is vastly superior even to me and if you groom her well, you will have a very powerful ally behind your back. Also you are in luck as I have a few things that might be right up her alley.ˇ± When Shaon heard that, he made his decision.
The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.
It was a rule to choose at least one so he might as well pick the one with most potential. When he chose the little girl, everyone else put on a dejected expression. It wasn''t every day that you might become an attendant of a Conclave Disciple and the benefits of becoming one outweighed all the demerits. The elder took the three, who were not chosen, away.
Only Berserker, Shaon, Maho and the little girl were remaining. Veri had run off somewhere already but Shaon wasn''t concerned about that as it was a usual thing and he always came back. The little girl was half a head shorter than Shaon and had long black hair, her cultivation was at the beginning stages of the Student rank. She was nearly frozen stiff when she was chosen, she was happy but felt very pressured.
In front of her was a boy who looked to be only about a year older but was already approaching the first bottleneck. This left her in awe and she felt immense respect for him. At that time, Berserker turned to her and said, ˇ°This little demon is Shaon, he has been cultivating for 2 years without any elixirs or mentors. One friendly word of advice is that don''t try to kiss his ass too much as he hasn''t had a servant in his whole life.ˇ±
When the little girl heard that, he looked towards Shaon in shock. To reach the peak of fourth stage of Grandmaster Realm in two years, without elixirs or mentors as well was unheard of. Shaon just let out a dry laugh as he said, ˇ°My name is Shaon, pleasure to meet you.ˇ±
The girl hurriedly cupped her hands and introduced herself, ˇ°My name is Alice, it''s an honor to meet you and be your personal attendant.ˇ± Seeing Alice''s flustered bearing, everyone present let out a laugh as Shaon said, ˇ°Ease up, I am not a devil or a monster so you don''t have to treat me like someone you can not dare to offend. Relax.ˇ±
Berserker showed Alice all the rooms and told her what a personal attendant needed to do. He left her to familiarize herself with the house and went outside where Maho and Shaon were talking.
They talked about what was each of them was going to do from now on when suddenly a scream sounded out form the house. Everyone ran inside and saw Alice shivering in a corner and Veri trying to comfort her. It was a funny sight to see a giant yeti looking like he was at his wits end trying to sooth the situation.
Shaon introduced Alice and Veri and also told her that he was Shaon''s ˇ°petˇ±. They talked a bit more with everyone present and it was time for Maho and Berserker to leave. Maho had to continue her travels while Berserker returned to doing what he was doing before Maho and Shaon came.
As the sun was about to set, Shaon told Alice to go to sleep and tomorrow morning they were going to talk about cultivation. When Shaon entered his room, he saw that there was a bed a night stand and a few bookshelves. In the corner there was a table and a chair. His room also had a balcony and he decided to go sit on the balcony for a while.
He entered his Dantian and sat down across from Remy as he said, ˇ°Now then, what else have you not told me?ˇ± Remy just gave a wry smile and started, ˇ°Well, a few things but you will know about them all in due time. As for now, I''d like to ask, are you sure about your weapon of choice? Once you choose one Blood Weapon to be your primary, you will find it harder to master other kinds.ˇ±
Shaon looked at him and said, ˇ°Yea, I am sure. Even though it is a lot harder to master than a normal weapon, it has a lot more merits.ˇ± Remy gave a rare smile of proudness as he said, ˇ°If you truly choose that weapon, then I will give you these two jade slip.ˇ±
He held out his hand and two jade slips hovered around his palm. Shaon eyed them as he asked, ˇ°What are these?ˇ± Remy gave a sly smile as he said, ˇ°One is ˇ°Blood Weapon Bindageˇ± method and the other is something is going to be extremely useful to your weapon of choice.ˇ± Hearing that Shaon accepted the jade slips and looked through them.
When he read the Binding method, he slowly nodded but his face turned to astonishment when he read the other one. Remy''s smile got a lot bigger when Shaon muttered to himself, ˇ°Blood Crystal Chains?ˇ±

Chapter 9: Two months
As Shaon read the description of the cultivation technique, he was quite surprised. Remy hadn''t been lying when he said that it was going to help him. Basically this ˇ°Blood Crystal Chainsˇ± was an upgraded version of a Blood Weapon. It was sturdier and if cultivated properly, it had more attack power and more flexibility in terms of maneuvering.
Shaon looked at Remy and asked, ˇ°Why give this to me now?ˇ± Remy just looked at him with a bit of a disappointed look and said, ˇ°This technique is the basis of ˇ°Bloody Angelˇ±, a prototype if you will. When I developed Bloody Angel, my goal was to actually make it like that technique, however I never managed to do that. I am giving it to you in terms of hoping that you will be able to complete it.ˇ±
With that, he took out another jade slip and said, ˇ°In here is all the progress I made in converting Bloody Angel to Bloody Crystal Angel. It will be yours now, maybe my angle of approach was wrong, so you may be able to see a path to convert it, that I was too blind to see.ˇ± As Shaon accepted the jade slip, he didn''t know what to do at the beginning.
He looked at it for a while and then decided to store it inside his Dantian space. Shaon was in no hurry so he didn''t want to start hindering his progress in cultivating at the moment. With that, Shaon asked a few questions regarding some things he didn''t understand and Remy answered them. They had this question and answer round for another few hours until Shaon finally got an answer to all of his questions.
He then exited his Dantian and started his daily training regime. He was still wearing his shackles and their weight had been increased a long time ago. Just when he was about to leave the little hut to start training, the sun started to rise. He just sighed a bit in thinking how his life had changed a lot in the past half a year.
He went from a shunned child of a major clan into a Conclave Disciple of one of the major schools in the Dimension. If anyone knew about this, they would immediately be green with jealousy. He increased the weight of his shackles to training mode and started running around the mountain top that was now his. At times he would stop and execute a set of close combat fighting moves and then move on again, at time he would thread between trees and at times, he would spurt in a straight line.
After running around for about two hours he arrived back at the cottage. He was wearing only pants and shoes as the shirt was removed before he started training. Usually the shirt became a hindrance when it got soaked in sweat, so he had made a habit of not wearing one when he was training.
He had changed the weight of his cuffs back to everyday weight that was 10 kg each. He was currently sitting in the courtyard and resting. Veri was sitting next to him and waiting for him to recover. Since there were no opponents on the mountain top, he decided to use Veri as a sparring partner.
At some point in time, Alice had also wondered outside. When she saw Shaon covered in sweat she ran to get a towel and a washing bin. When Shaon had cleaned his body, he sat down and gave Alice the jade slips on formations and an introductory jade slip for alchemy. All of them, he got from Remy earleier.
He also told her that he didn''t need a babysitter and her job now was to learn from those jade slips, if she needed anything, she only needed to tell Shaon. She agreed to it and every couple of days, she would ask a questions on what she didn''t understand. Shaon just relayed Remy''s teachings like a telephone.
Like that hours became days, days became weeks and weeks became months. Shaon was currently at the peak of the fifth stage of the Grandmaster Realm and only needed a little push to enter the Prince Realm. Actually he had been in this state for the past 2 weeks but Remy told him to just consolidate his foundation instead of trying to break through.
In the past two weeks, Remy had taught him a lot about formations, alchemy, forging and so on. He had given Shaon so much jade slips already that Shaon could start his own sect if he wanted to. They had discovered that Shaon wasn''t good at alchemy but was good at formations and forging. He had learned and developed a lot of formations that would help temper his body, he could even create an inter spacial ring, a very small one though, with 1 square meter room.
Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.
However, this left both Remy and Berserker stunned, usually a person who had studied both formations and forging for millions of years were able to create one. However, Shaon had analyzed the ring, he had and drawn connections with the formations Remy had given him.
He had a sharp head even in his past life and since there was nothing better to do in a hospital bed, he enjoyed solving mysteries. From there, he learned how to draw parallels and through a trial and error managed to create a ring. Regarding his rate of improvement even Remy could only say that Shaon was a monster.
A person, who was regarded as the strongest, praised him as a monster. Shaon could only laugh to that. Even though Shaon had learned a lot about formations and forging, he hadn''t looked at the jade slip Remy had given him, the one about turning Bloody Angel into Bloody Crystal Angel.
ˇ°It is time. I can feel my life force slipping away. Now is your last chance to reach the Prince Realm with my help.ˇ± Remy''s voice echoed out in Shaon''s head. Shaon was currently talking to Berserker about the acceptance of new inner disciples. He relayed what Remy told him to Berserker and Berserker only nodded, ˇ°If he says so, then it must be true. I won''t disturb you for now, just come and find me when you have successfully broken through.ˇ±
As he said that, he just stood up and decided it was time for him to leave. Shaon headed downstairs to the training room, and sat down in a lotus position and exhaled deeply, ˇ°Now then, what do I need to do?ˇ±
Remy started pouring more power to him and said, ˇ°Refine the power I''m sending to you. As you submerge in it, you will feel as if your body is overflowing with energy and will soon burst. When you feel that start channeling it according to Bloody Angel. As you sink deeper into meditation, you will see a giant door in front of you, all you have to do is push open that door.ˇ± Shaon nodded and started refining and circulating the energy according to Bloody Angel.
Soon he felt as if he was in a trance, the more he concentrated on circulating and refining the energy Remy sent him, the more he felt his clear mind slipping away. At first he didn''t notice but towards the end he gave it his all to fight the drowsiness to no luck. At some point in time, he opened his eyes and discovered he was standing in a pure white space. In front of him was a giant black door. As he took a look around to be clear where this was, he saw Remy approaching from a far.
ˇ°What is this place, this isn''t my Dantian?ˇ± When Remy got close enough to Shaon, Shaon asked him in puzzlement. Remy slightly shook his head and said with a gentle smile, ˇ°This is inside your consciousness. The reason there are no elixirs or mentors to help someone break through is because none of them can enter the consciousness to help you. I, on the other hand, am an exception to that. It will take the last remnants of my power to help shield you from the pressure. Best of luck to you my little friend.ˇ±
Shaon saw both proudness and a bit of sorrow in Remy''s eyes but he only nodded to him. He started walking towards the door and soon realized why breaking through the threshold was so difficult. The pressure increased with every step and a person needed large amounts of Qi coupled with large amounts of determination to reach the door.
He felt the pressure descending on him increase as he arrived closer to the door. When he reached in front of the door, he was gasping for air. He gently pushed the door open and as he did, he felt the last of his strength fading from his body as he fell through the door.
He opened his eyes and discovered that he was in the training room, his body was covered ins sweat. ˇ°Huh, nothing happened?ˇ± Shaon mumbled to himself and was wondering if he had failed to break through.
Just as he was about to ask Remy, a loud ˇ°THUMPˇ± echoed out in his body and following that, his whole body was in immense pain in a flash.
