《The Reaver (hiatus)》 Prolouge and Chapter 1 (Authors Notes) First Time Writing a story enjoy 3rd person point of view In a small village full of half-giants (Fully Grown their usually 6-7 Feet Tall Or 1.8 meters-2.1 meters tall) there was a baby in a crib, this baby was not normal instead of the usual Red hair or Blue hair that the half giants had this baby had hair so dark you can get lost just looking at it. His eyes looked to be a hazelnut color but, if you stared at his eyes you can notice that will occasionally have a variety of colors. Their stood two half-giant figures looking over the baby a muscular somewhat older male half-giant and a somewhat plain looking female half-giant. They were the parents of the baby Ogthar and Inga. (AN. Going with It) Ogthar Perspective BWWWAAAAAHHHHAAAR I finally have a son BWWWAAAAAHHHHAAAR. (Ogthar) Honey can you keep it down you will wake up the baby and the whole town. When he turned 10 he was old enough to learn how to wield a sword and fight and learn earth magic from his mother (half-giants have a high affinity to earth magic) (AN. I also, forgot to mention a Main Characters name now where is that paper a yes Bellator) Perspective Change Bellator Now I¡¯m 12 years old and learning how to fight and survive in the wild with dad and learning how to use magic, to skin an animal, to sow, and cooking from mother. I¡¯m currently looking at my reflection in a pond I am about 5 foot 2 Inches (1.5 Meters if you use the metric system nerds) and I look somewhat handsome with my straight hair below my ears and covering eyes while having a somewhat muscular body. Their 9 main races Humans, Elves, Demi-Humans, Draconian, Fairies, Demons, Angels, Beast Men and Dwarves The humans are 2 most abundant behind Demi-humans most of them lack talent with the elements or fighting what they do to make this up is their sheer numbers. The longed lived elves are a bit taller than humans they are skinny with pointed ears and are good with magic not so much with weapons and act all snooty. Demi-Humans are a multitude of different species such as us half-giants. Other examples are goblins, orcs, trolls, or are distant cousins the feral half-giants do not be fooled the may look like us but they have protrusions on their backs and face with cracked skin. The next is the longed lived draconian that are strong and good with the fire element. The fairies have a multitude of different species like us demi-humans most of them specialize in one type of element and most are longed lived. Next are the battle crazed demons that are living on the planet or the ones you can summon but, you shouldn¡¯t fun fact they hate Angels. Next are Angels they kind and friendly there are some that live on the planet and some that you can summon but, you shouldn¡¯t fun fact the hate demons. Beast men have multiple species such as cat, dogs, fish, or birds. Lastly the short but, powerful dwarves they are very good at blacksmithing and fighting. (Generic Teacher #1) While we go the town hall we see torches coming down the mountain and are coming towards the village. I hauled ass back to my classmates while they going to the town hall then suddenly a boulder flies towards my classmates they started to scramble to get out of the way Move! (Classmates) I invoked rock armor but, the boulder exploded with fire magic when I intercepted it and launched past the tree line when I landed I looked up to see a sea of fire where the village was a looked for injuries I found I had fractured ribs and a nasty gash on the side of my forehead I tore off my sleeve to make a make-shift bandage then a wave of nausea hit me then I throw up and lost my conciseness. 3rd person point of view People wearing white hooded robes were dragging a body into a burnt down town scorched with black. They dragged the body into the middle of the city were a pentagram was with bodies strewed about. (Cultist Leader) Bellator Point of view When I woke up a saw my mother and father standing over my body while holding a dagger covered in blood I was surprised to see then then I was shocked when they plunged the bloody dagger into my body. (Inga) They plunge the dagger into my chest then my vision became blurry until it turned black Perspective Change 3rd Person The pentagram started to glow and a being with white wings and a holy aura was summoned. Thank you for freeing me. (Angel?) We need you help we need to defeat the draconians that marched here to attack us. (Cultist Leader) Fools you fell for our trap (Angel???) The angel shape shifted into a red demon with small horns with a nasty reddish and black aura. Fools you fell for our trap and thought draconians were attacking you instead it was Demons (Summoned Demon) The army over the horizon changed into a group of rough looking demons wearing various armors Now that you freed me you will suffer nagh nagh nagh. * Evil laugh (Evil Summoned Demon) The red demon started to tear apart the half-giants then used their bodies to make the tare he got through bigger freeing a larger number of demons. Perspective change ??? I finally escaped that hell hole now I¡¯m free to do whatever I want currently I am flying over where the tear appeared. I see a bunch of bodies strewed about but when I start looking there is body that looks like my younger brother that died. I fly close towards the corpse but, it is not a corpse he is barely alive though now getting a closer look he more handsome than my brother and is well built. I decide to take over his body and to heal his injury which is a dagger in his chest so I rip it out and heal him. I then move him away from the minor demons and lesser demons flooding out of the tear. This might leave a giant scar but o¡¯well not my problem then I notice he has a pack on him so I place the dagger in it might as well give him a chance to survive. Ok now time to drop him off in a cave around here. I found one quite a ways from the town. Might as well look over this fool from the shadows for a while but, he does look my dear brother. This going to be interesting (???) Perspective Change Bellator I wake up in a dark place then I remember everything that happened to me then I start balling remembering my parent¡¯s betrayal. Why Why Why. (Bellator) I repeat while hitting the floor and crying. Why did my parents betray me why did they kill me then I notice that my hand is hurting does you hand hurt in purgatory. Then I start looking around and notice a light I get up and go towards it. I stumble a bit while going towards the light when I get their I think it was a bad dream but I notice my shirt has a hole in it and has blood stains I lift it up and I have a huge scar where I was stabbed by my parents. So they actually did it. (Bellator) I break down crying for a while. When I recover with a sniffly nose and swollen cheeks I think how did I survive I decide that is not important now in push it to the back of my mind. I notice the sun is going down so I decide to climb the hill above the cave to look at the city when I get on the hill what I see stuns me the town is flooded with demons. I resolve myself to stay in the cave then move further into the forest that is next to the town during the first light of day. I need to live to have my revenge. (Bellator) *The Next Day I wake up and notice the cave is more illuminated. With the light I see my pack next to me it must have been next to me when I slept. I start checking the contents a Frying Pan with herbs and salt, a crystal that serves as an Identification (AN. I call it Identacrystal), and a locket with a picture of my family when I was little while looking at made me start tearing up, and at the bottom I notice there a dagger in their I finally realize it¡¯s the dagger that almost killed me. After putting everything except the locket and the dagger I put on the locket put on my pack then pick up the dagger on the floor. The dagger that almost killed me is the only thing that is going to protect me from monsters ironic. (Bellator) While I walked to a better location to live. I lost all trust in everything so I decided to become a hermit (AN. Not happening) when I take a short break I notice a stream so I start drinking water. * Grumble Dang I¡¯m starving I better find shelter before I go hunting (Bellator) With my luck I find a cave a little ways away from the stream when I walk in I feel like a boulder is on my shoulder I kneel trying to get up after about an hour I get up used to the weight and try to move out little by little until I finally got out. I decide to sleep outside the cave after I eat some food and low and behold there is a fruit tree with apples so I grab about ten eat then then go to sleep. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better. Bellator Perspective I woke up to rustling in the bushes I picked up the dagger on my side and have my back towards the cave then a hear whimpering and a see the eyes of a wolf even though it really dark I notice the wolf is only skin and bones I look at its eyes but, its full of determination. Do you want to live? (Bellator) I ask coldly *Whimper (Wolf) I am still mistrustful to other living things but, this wolf is most be likely like me abandoned. Stay here in the morning we¡¯ll get meat for you and cook it. (Bellator) *Bark (Wolf) I sit with the dagger in my right hand and pet the wolf with my left hand. Look it was just betrayed by my parents I¡¯m not just about to give my trust to a wolf. (AN. So True) After an hour the sun goes over the tree line. Ok I know that you know I do not trust you (Bellator) *Bark (Wolf) Good we are and the same page. (Bellator) I get up and grab the dagger I¡¯m looking for horned rabbits. After an hour without the wolf help I managed to kill 3 small horned rabbits and 1 large horn rabbit. When I go back to camp the wolf is still following me so I skin 1 one if the small one with the dagger and I snap of the horn then feed it to the wolf. *Bark (Wolf) Then I finish skinning the rabbits and hang them upside down with some rope I found in the forest (AN. Don¡¯t ask) I start collecting fire wood and create a fire be channeling magic on my finger making a small flame and light the dry wood. I let the wood burn for a while until the wood is 75% charcoal. I used a stump to cut up the rabbits into separate sections then I took out the frying pan with the herbs and salt. I take I scrape some of the fat off the rabbits and place it on the pan to use as an oil so the rabbit won¡¯t stick. I leave the pan on a rock at the edge of the fire to heat up and melt. In the corner of my eye I see the wolf trying to eat some of the rabbit. Hey! Wait a while more. (Bellator) *Whimper (Wolf) After I stop the wolf I grab the meat to cook all it while I was cooking it I added herbs and salt to it. I split it with wolf but I got a bigger portion because he or she at a rabbit before. After we eat the wolf does something unexpected the wolf walk up to me and started to glow. During this time I made sure the fire did not die after my training I went hunting again and repeated this process *Time Skip 3 Years After 3 years of training Vulpine and I are able to sleep in the cave without much discomfort during this time I noticed the cave is full of mana so I meditated here to increase my mana pool. I¡¯m able to make rock weapons and shields a little crude but, still affective. My personal preference is a tower shield and a bastard sword. I¡¯m looking at my reflection in a mirror my hair is still like the void and my eyes do the weird hue thing more often and more visibly. I have longish hair with a scar across my left eye I look handsome but also rugged. My voice became deeper and I¡¯m about 6 foot 3 in (AN. 1.9 meters) I can probably be mistaken as a 23 year old man. During this time I was not only hunting horned rabbits I hunted Blood Deer, Goblins, and Vicious bears. When I killed the bear I was able to gain a class book called Reaver so I read it and trained until I had the moves and the magic down. A Reaver is like a berserker but, uses his life force and mana to unleash powerful attacks but, the upside is if you kill an opponent you gain life force and mana back. It¡¯s a really dangerous class to use though I almost killed myself practicing it. Vulpine is now as big as a regular bear and is able to talk now. Oh speak of the devil she is here now. Master there is trouble. (Vulpine) (AN. Sorry for the cliff hanger and the short chapter.) Chapter 3 A Bear of a Time Vulpine what happened? (Bellator) Master some people are attacking a caravan. (Vulpine) Ok I¡¯ll hurry up. (Bellator) After what Vulpine said that to me I put on my cowl that was made out of vicious bear hide where the mouth was covering the top and sides of my face and the giant fangs obscured the rest of my face. I did not have enough time to put on my leather chest piece and armguards but I had my leg guards and shoes on already. So I was to wearing my leg guards above my pants while my chest and stomach was exposed (AN. 6 pack of abs) were exposed showing them filled with scars from my previous battles. By the way a vicious bear is 10 feet (AN. 3 Meters) tall on its hind legs. Ok let¡¯s go. (Bellator) Ok get on. (Vulpine) Before I went on vulpine I grab my bag that had things I¡¯m planning to sell and my pouch of money. The denominations are 100 copper = 1 big copper coins, 100 big copper = 1 silver, 100 silver = 1 gold, and 100 gold = 1 platinum. As a reference 1 gold coin can buy you a good magical sword or live a good life for a year. As I rode Vulpine I thought I might be mistrustful of other living beings beside Vulpine but, I can¡¯t leave people to die when I could have done something. When we made I told vulpine to stay in the bushes what I saw was 1 carriage and 2 wagons while the carriage was in the middle. The guards are having a tough time with the bandits because, they cannot fight properly. The Archers in the foliage are pinning them down while the vanguard are hacking away at the guards¡¯ shields. There are 7 guards and around 30 bandits so the guards were at a disadvantage. I need to hurry up one of the guards are kneeling. I touch the ground and compress the earth and pull out a tower shield I repeat this process and make a bastard sword they are rough around the edges and most people can¡¯t carry both these things at once. After this thought I dash into battle. Sherry Perspective We are a party at the adventure guild are party consist of 7 people Me a Knight, Bob a Paladin, Gannet a Archer, Jose a Defender, Lance a Knight, Chris the magician, and Victor the thief/knight (AN. He wears leather armor and has a shield and sword.) We are a D-Rank party we been a party for two years already so we know each other personality pretty well. The job we took was a C-ranked mission to escort a caravan through a Dark Forest the forest is a C-Ranked place with little B-Ranked and even fewer A-Ranked monsters around. As we were departing in the middle of the 5 day trip we were attacked by bandits. These bandits were smart they had archers hiding in the forest and the rest were vanguard we had a tough time we couldn¡¯t even attack without being berated by arrows. After 20 minutes we were all tired the first one to be knocked down was Chris we knew he was going to die because we are too preoccupied with the other bandits. Wha!?!? (Everyone) A dark figure rushes in and smashes into the bandits and use a brown shield to protect Chris. Then the figure swings his giant brown sword and crushes 3 bandits killing them. Both sides are really shocked then he throws something at Chris that¡¯s panting it land in front of him. Then we get a good look at the figure he is taller than all of us and he is wearing a cowl that covers his face all down his back until the back of his legs. Then he crouches and touches the ground and creates a wall in front of us. The last we see of him is him standing up ready to have a fight. Bellator Perspective I made it in the neck of time to save one of the guards then I made a wall to protect them. I use my tower shield to block the arrows coming my way. A bandit that I assume is the leader says. Kill this bastard and get past this wall. (Bandit Leader?) I place my sword against the wall and crouch and touch the floor I make a javelin and then toss it through the crowd aiming at the assumed bandit leader. I Impale 1 of the bandits and the assumed leader impaling both of them and pinning them on a tree. I pick up my weapon then charge in the process knocking a bandit down. I swung my sword crushing 4 of them the archers are shooting a round of arrows while I¡¯m bashing a bandit with my shield I use my cowl to block the arrows. I feel the impact of the arrows but it doesn¡¯t pierce the hide. I proceed to bash and crush the rest of the bandits. The bandit archers are still alive so I do what any sane man does I crouch and make more javelins killing the archers. This took about 7 minutes to kill the bandits. The assumed bandit leader is still alive though but, not for a long time. I force my earth wall back into the ground and I face the guards with my bloody weapons unsurprisingly I have a little blood on me. What they do surprise me though. Perspective Change Sherry *8 minutes ago When I saw the man I thought he had a death wish but, he probably bought us some time with his death and wall. Me and Bob check up on Chris he has a nasty gash in his arm. I walk over to the vial the man threw and identified it. *Small Good Healing Potion *Effect heals wounds rapidly. I was shocked this item is very expensive even though it¡¯s a small one it¡¯s worth 4 Silver. I show it my friends. Hey look at what I found. (Sherry) What? (Bob) *Passes it to Bob Holy Hell it¡¯s a potion! We better save this. (Bob) While we are readying for the bandits to go around the wall we here a crunching sound then screaming. We stand there brandishing our weapons but, hear it again. We do this for 5 minutes waiting until we hear a strong whooshing sound about 7 times. We get ready to fight but, the wall started receding into the ground until we see a looming figure with his faced covered by the giant teeth of the bear mouth. The eyes under the hood was changing color. He also was carrying bloody weapons it¡¯s the man that saved us. Gannet must of freaked out because, she unleashed an arrow from her bow with an *EEEP. The man blocked it with the tower shield in his left hand. We were readying to fight him but, he said in a deep voice. Don¡¯t fight me help. (???) Why should we trust you (Gannet) I drop weapons. (???) Surprisingly he did what he said and dropped his weapons. Also, he seems kind of dumb. I leave now. (???) At least tell us your name. (Chris) Name is Bellator bye. (Bellator) Wait! (???) Bellator looks at the person stepping out of the carriage it¡¯s our contractor the Elf Elder Trinity she looks about 25 and has a nice hourglass figure with big breast and long flowing blond hair. We can at least offer you a reward for helping us. (Trinity) He thinks for a while then he says his answer. Me fine. (Bellator) He starts walking away without even asking for a reward. Wait! We can at least offer you something. (Trinity) Fine. (Bellator) He thinks and then he stick out his palm and hit it with the top of his hand. Me ride in wagon to next town need supplies. (Bellator) My inter party and I including the elder are shocked just asking for a ride to the town we are going to anyways. *Giggle (Trinity) My party is even more shocked the elder people call a cold rose actually giggled. Then me and my party notice the carnage behind Bellator the bodies of the bandits look like meaty past and what we assume is the archers are impaled by earth javelins. Are eyes follow Bellator that is walking to the wagon then turns around and Whistles. *Whistle What we see shocks us even including the elder a wolf the size of a bear bolts and tackles Bellator. We pull out are weapons to help Bellator but, the elder stops us. Look (Trinity) The wolf that we assumed was mauling Bellator is actually licking him. Down Vulpine. (Bellator) What we hear shocks us again even the elder seems baffled. But, Master I was worried. (Vulpine) The elder looks like she wants to say something but Bellator answers it before she asks. Vulpine Wolf Spirit (Bellator) We can only sigh this person defied logic even more. Bellator jumps on Vulpine then she walks next to the caravan. For the rest of the day we are on edge. (AN. I¡¯m making Bellator speak like that so, he can see people true color) Chapter 4 Sadness Sherry Perspective During the march to the next check point we were extremely wary of Bellator and Vulpine not because, Vulpine is as big as a bear no because, no other monster in the forest wanted to come near us. One time after a break we ran into a group of 8 blood deer which are C- in rank alone. My party and I were extremely scared we can probably take down 5 before we are killed the Blood Deer were ready to attack then they saw Vulpine they looked extremely scared and when the Deer saw Bellator getting off of Vulpine the ran back into the Forest. The weird thing Bellator ran after one coming back 3 minutes later while shouldering a dead Blood Deer. Can put in wagon. (Bellator) Master you can place it on me. (Vulpine) No too heavy. (Bellator) I¡¯m willing to buy the Blood Deer for 1 Silver. (Merchant) Hey at the Guild a whole Blood Deer is worth 2 Silver. (Sherry) Shush girl. (Shrewd Merchant) Not sale. (Bellator) He then slit the deer neck letting it bleed and placed it on Vulpine then. I walk carry deer (Bellator) He then grabbed his bag of Vulpine. The rest of the day went without trouble at night though there was a little stir. At night Bellator pulled the drained Blood Deer Off Vulpine and started skinning it with a dagger. In the mean while Vulpine was digging a hole near the trees. My party was making a fire pit with stoned around it. Then I saw something disgusting Bellator started gutting the Blood Deer near the hole and pushed the guts in the hole. Vulpine started covering up the guts. Bellator then rammed a stock through the back side out of the mouth. He then made a makeshift spit roast he then pulled out a couple of vials then poured some of the contents on the Deer and then grab what I assume is herbs and started sprinkling on the deer grab and started roasting the Blood Deer. Then he started rubbing the Deer. Help. (Bellator) And he pointed to the front part of the Blood Deer Sure. (Chris) The placed on the spit roast and an hour later the food was done. The aroma the Deer gave off was mouthwatering. The first one to ask for some was Victor May I have some? (Victor) Sure. (Bellator) He then cut of chunk off the rump for Victor. Then the rest of us asked for some including the merchants. The meat was so tender it melted in your mouth. Where is Bellator going O no he going to the carriage of the Elder I racked my brain to think of an idea to stop Bellator but, I couldn¡¯t make up an excuse. He has a handsome but rugged face with a scar across his eye. His hair is the darkest shade of black I¡¯ve seen and his eyes are the most mysterious thing about him the slowly change color. I hear the rest of the people gasp as I look down and see his chiseled body filled with scars and a giant scar in the middle of his chest. He then sat down on the ground without saying anything. Then spoke I abandon by parents survive woods (Bellator) Then a wave of sadness hit all of us as we looked into his eyes the ocean of colors are now a steady blue color. People called me an Icy Rose but, my heart melted when I saw the sadness in his eyes he was such a nice man. He then got up and put the bear cowl on and started walking towards his wolf. I leave. When I last see him he is getting cut with a water blade. (AN. Cliff Hanger) Chapter 8 End of the Fight (Bellator) Perspective After I made the shield to block the elves. I was almost hit with a water blade but I used my sword to block the attack. I blocked the attack but, the attack left a dent in my sword. I decide to go start pouring mana into my bastard sword. Come gets some! (Bellator) I swung my sword hitting it on the head again. The wyvern got even madder and hit me with its tail I flew into the shield leaving an imprint of my body. Chapter 14 - The Capital Part 4 AN. Shadowpire had a good point in the comments last chapter but, here¡¯s a counter if someone has an absence of something they love it makes you yearn for it more. Bellator Perspective I was awoken up by the elf named Daisy had an invitation for me for a ball that is being held in two weeks. I decided to go because, I had no good reason not to go I also wanted to meet the nobles to see if they ooze with arrogance and grease. After a week and a half I thought I should stop selling armor overall because, more than a few mad blacksmith came asking me to stop selling armor at a cheap price it is ruining their business. So I decided to just to stop my business and help the orphans that do not have food. Over the time I was not helping people I was getting acquainted to the guards or I was visiting Dan and Luxana over our conversations they told me they were angles. I acted surprise because, I was not supposed to know. I told the both of them I was a half-giant. After a while Luxana started to get more aggressive with me. I pretended to be dense again and try to shake off her advances on me but, she is starting to lean on me every time I come over and pouts when I shake off her advances. Her father seemed disappointed when I ignored his daughter to talk to him. I not come next days (Bellator) Why? (Laxana) She seemed depressed when I said I can¡¯t come to the next couple days. Bye (Bellator) As I walked to the adventure guild a bunch of people were looking at me I already know the reason probably about rumors about me. As I entered the adventure guild I walked up to a buff man at the counter the weird thing about him was he was wearing a really frilly dress and make-up. (Dress Man) While I am waiting I order a drink. I did not want to take off my helmet so I made the bottom half be detachable. While I was drinking I noticed a bunch of gazes that were scrutinizing my armor. While I was feeling the stares I felt a stare more powerful that the rest maybe at the same level or one less than my rank. I looked and I say I women 1 or 2 inches shorter than me with blue hair. I got up reattached my helmet and walked to her. Assume Guild Master (Bellator) Ah it feels so good to talk to a fellow half-giant (Guild Master) Me ask happened (Bellator) Ah it must feel bad to talk common language let¡¯s talk our tongue (Guild Master) When we were talking she pretty much ask a bunch of questions then told me she needs approval from the head guild master to give me a Mithril plate so I should return in a couple days. I decide to head to the orphanage to cook for the kids. I decide to pick up Vulpine so she can play with the kids while I cook. When I appear all the kids in the front of the orphanage faces seem bright. When I enter I hear a bunch of voices all talking I walk go near the nose and the kids are arguing who I am going to adopt. I sigh do the not understand I¡¯m 16 even though I act more mature face and demeanor doesn¡¯t make me a legible candidate to be adopting. (AN. 17 years is when you are considered an adult) When I pass by they seem to freeze. I then cook for them with is about 43 people. I walk up to the orphanage owner which is a middle age women her name was Maggey she had a thin figure a stern face and greying brown hair she was an adventure when she was younger but, her knee was shattered so she quit to help orphans like her. When I left with Vulpine most of the kids eyes where puffy because, they finished crying. I went to the barracks and told Vulpine to protect my little room because, I will be modifying my armor for the party. My armor lost the sharp parts on the elbows, legs, and feet. I made it more intricate with designs on the arms and legs. I also added more details on the wolf coming out of my chest piece. I just made a new helmet because, I grew attached to my demon looking helmet. I made a helmet that had intricate design of wolves running in the forest this design also accented my eyes. This in turn gave me a new armor spell [Fancy Armor] I returned to my [Battle Armor] and I also added gravitanium to my training armor and my bastard sword so I can swing with more force. The next day I exercised, cooked, and meditated until 5:00 I was turning dark by now but, I disregarded that switched my armor and walked to the noble district and to the kings castle. I was stopped several times and they asked to see my invitation when I was inside the castle I expected more fat people. While I was walking by I felt stares of multiple people questioning each other of why I am wearing full plate or who I was. I disregarded them and asked a maid for a drink. While I was at the corner of the ball I noticed more stares on me. Then my instincts kicked in I felt something was wrong I felt a slight bloodlust coming from the shadow by the opposite corner of me they were really good at hiding but, not as good as the shadow wolves I met before. I stopped leaning on the wall and walked in the middle of the ball room where I saw a familiar face it was Daisy and Redhead Lady. I knew this might be a plot for an assassination attempt on the king so I decided to ruin their plans. I grabbed a wine bottle and I ripped some cloth off the table some people looked at me angrily or with curious eyes. I bent down and touched the floor I then made a metal javelin appear from the ground. People were shocked but, most were on edge I wrapped the cloth around the javelin poured the wine one it when cocked my arm to throw people tried to stop me but I did not stop when it hit the shadow at the bottom of the floor people heard a screech and looked at where the sound was coming from. The saw my flaming javelin and then saw what was pierced by it. The thing pierced by the javelin was a greater - shadow demon I walked up to it with a slow pace while the so called heroes where hiding behind their master. It tried to claw at me but, I raised my metal boot and crushed its head. When it did that they looked baffled a greater shadow demon was at least an A+ Rank. I grabbed another cup of wine and walked to my corner. Daisy probably seen through my disguise walked up to me. Thank you for looking after me and my bratty disciple. (Daisy) No Problem. (Bellator) I took off my helmet to have a drink of wine many people were shocked by how I looked but, I had a premonition so I walked outside to see whatever was giving me this bad feeling a few of the nobles and heroes followed me and there it was attacking the Royal Guards. Chapter 15 - The Capital Part 5 Bellator Perspective The monster attacking the royal guard was a chimera it is a monster that steal body parts from what it kills that what it so dangerous. This one looks like a deformed creature it was standing on its hind legs which where hairy and had claws at the end of them. Its torso was that of an orc big ugly and a paleish green its arms were reptilian and its head had a mane of fire. I whistled really loud and Vulpine appeared. We fight together help hold off need ready. (Bellator) Yes Master. (Vulpine) I unsummon my fancy armor and take off my training armor. I feel a heavy weight lifted off of me I hide it inside the storage ring Dan gave me as a present. KAAAHHH (Noble Girls) That sound is probably because, I am half naked don¡¯t think dirty I pants on. [Battle Armor] [Bastard Sword] [Tower Shield] [Call of the Wild] [Aspect of the Reaver] [Water Enchant] [Rock Armor](Bellator) I feel power rush into me and I imbue my weapons with more power so they have more power to cut they are glowing with an ethereal blade that has a blue hue. My armor has pieces of jagged rock sticking out I also only have about 30% of my mana left. After I finish buffing myself I rush into battle I notice the red head also fight with the so called heroes. I jump at the Chimera and it looks at me because, I am the biggest threat. It tries blocking my attack with its arm but, my attack are really powerful I shatter its scales send it staggering while Vulpine sneaked behind it and is now attacking its face. Something else distracts me and I sense it the thing is a giant flying demon. I kick off the chimera face and a lauch at the demon I axe kick it cutting it and sending it crashing into the chimera making it into meat paste. The morphed soul of the chimera is sent into me rejuvenating me giving me 60% mana and giving me the skill [Body Part Steal]. Then I am falling but I aim my knee spike at the demon that is still on the ground I pierce through it chest I get jump back. HAHAHAAHAHAH it¡¯s been a while since I fought a strong opponent I am Rob one of the lieutenant of the 10 demon generals (Demon Rob) The demon that is now not invisible is a little shorter than me he has no shirt showing his rippling muscles has red skin with pitch black eyes and a deep blue hair that is in the style of a buzz cut makes him look intimidating. I have and urge to fight this man I unsummon my armor besides my gantlets that have jagged rock sticking out of it. I poor 50% of my mana into my [Aspect of the Reaver] it makes ethereal claws come out of my hands. I am currently shirtless showing all the scars around my body which are sword slashes, burns, claws, and teeth marks are all over my body the most prominent is a wound where my heart is. I rush in the demon and he rushes at me, we get into a slug fest. We exchange punches as fast as we can completely disregarding defense we both had one mind set to kill our opponent before they kill us. If I was watching my surrounding I would see guards, nobles, and the heroes awed by me exchanging blows with a high-ranking demon. After 1 hour we are both running on steam are bodies are battered and bruised we are barely able to keep our eyes open I sent the 10% of mana I saved in one burst blasting his head off his shoulders. I collapse to the ground Rob disintegrates but, I absorb his soul giving me two passive skills [Demon Constitution] and [Rage Demon Strength]. I can barely keep my eyes open but, I see the Royal Guard capture Vulpine with ease because, she is injured from the fight. She struggles to be with me so the drag the both of us to the dungeon. I lose my consciousness while petting Vulpine who is being nervous. I wake up on a soft bed but, I am still only wearing my hemp pants that torn up while my body is a little sore because, of bruises and tiny cuts. I look for Vulpine and she is next to me healing so I use my healing magic to heal her wounds and then only heal my bruises because, men scars are his story. As I was putting on my training armor someone barged in it was a maid. She drops her plate and curtsey. S-S-Sorry Sir if I woke you up. (Maid) Barley woke up. (Bellator) I-I w-was t-told when y-you wake u-up to escort you to the dining hall. (Maid) Wait get dressed. (Bellator) After I got dressed with my training armor I added more weight then I summoned my [Battle Armor] and told Vulpine to rest and I come back with food. I walked out to see the maid waiting for me I followed her to the dining room I saw a bunch of finely dressed people then people wearing armor that I assumed is the heroes. I walked in the room I saw people looking at me I followed the maid until she pulled a chair in the middle of the table I knew when I sit I will break the chair but, I decided to sit down. The other people were eating so I detached the bottom of my helmet and grabbed a drink and started sipping. The silence was broken by an arrogant and rude hero. Who is this at the table I never seen him he must not be important. (Rude Hero #1) Yeah we are the ones who defeated the chimera and 2 demons. (Arrogant Hero #2) Some of the heroes and nobles also question who I was. I just simply kept sipping my drink that infuriated the both of them they loudly got up from their tables walked up to me grabbed the bottle of wine I was pouring in my cup and the other pulled off my helmet and the one who grabbed the bottle bashed it on my head braking the chair under me. I simply got up walked up to the hero that had my helmet snatched it and placed it on my head I then grabbed my detachable part of my helmet and reattached. Most of the nobles and heroes where laughing at me saying that I¡¯m a stupid Unauthorized duplication: this narrative has been taken without consent. Report sightings.commoner. The maid that brought me was extremely pale. I did not do anything but, I felt a large blood-lust washing over everyone except the guards and maids. I look at the source and it was Daisy and I female I assume is the ruler of the country. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO OUR HONORED GUEST YOU STUPID BRATS? (Daisy) Yes, I will like to admonish all of you for treating our guest so rudely. (Queen) Both of their voices was laced with venom and blood-lust. W-Wh-o-o i-is y-our hono-o-ored gue-e-est. (Rude Hero #1) I simply wave my hand while walking away and I keep grudges on people. Daisy runs up to me and bows. I¡¯m deeply sorry Bellator for what these brats did to you I will make sure to punish them properly. (Daisy) Still injured come eat and was attacked I go home rest. (Bellator) I say this in a sleepy tone while I had to look down to talk to her. I go around her grab a piece of meat and bread and start walking to where Vulpine is. Daisy Perspective Well that could have gone better he was attacked by my stupid disciples and is now leaving without even getting a reward from Her Highness. How can my disciples ruin everything they come across. I look at everyone at the table with a cold stare then deeply sigh into my hands. How can you guys not recognize him even though he is wearing new armor he is the guy who fought the Chimera and 2 demons by himself. He is most likely an S+ Rank person because, he defeated a rage demon in a fist fight. (Daisy) M-master how could we know he simply sat down and started to slowly drink. (Sarah aka. Red Lady) He was really injured during his fights his body was badly bruised and he was covered with wounds and you guys are nobles and heroes we summoned how can you expect him to retaliate without him having really big repercussions if he wanted he could have killed everyone here. We were really lucky we had him to protect the queen and her daughters now we lost a potentially strong ally. Next, time I tell him to give you guys a good thrashing when you mess with him. (Daisy) Every word of that was laced with deep anger and venom. I look to my side and I see Bellator dragging 2 of my lieutenants to the kitchen. When people see my gaze they follow it and gasp when the see his giant dire wolf walk behind him. Bellator Perspective I walked to my room without any hindrances. Vulpine was still sleeping when I walked in so I sat next, to her petting her fur. After 15 minutes of petting she finally wakes up looks at me and jumps on me she starts laying on me I take off my helmet and she starts licking my face. How are you doing Vulpine? (Bellator) A little sore but, I¡¯m alright nothing hurts to bad (Vulpine) Can you walk? (Bellator) She gets of me and starts walking around. Yeah. (Vuline) Come on let¡¯s go before I am attacked again or stopped. (Bellator) I get up from the floor and open the door before the people listening in on my conversation knocks on the door. When I open up I see a couple of the royal guards bowing their heads. We are so really about the ¡°heroes¡± behavior most of them are good people but, don¡¯t let the bad apples ruin your perception of them. We also would like to thank you for saving my and my comrades life. (Royal Guards) Hold no ill will only want to go home sleep. (Bellator) I simply made my way in between the both and grab them by the scruff of their armor the let out a shocked voice one is male the other is female. While dragging the royal guards I pass by the dining room to see Daisy giving the people sitting there a lecture. I pass by in the background but, Daisy notices me walking into the kitchen. Sit I cook (Bellator) Y-Ye-s-s (Female Royal Guard) Y-Yes Sir (Male Royal Guard) I take out what I was saving it was my special marinated wyvern steak. I cook it up and the smell was divine I add wine when I was cooking it so it can have a slightly sweet and bitter zest. I also cut and cook some purple carrots and spicy onion. When I covered the pans so the meat can heat up more people where in the room I noticed most of the people at the dining table where in the kitchen including the chiefs and maids. Most of their eyes were on the pans. I had an evil thought in my mind I went back to steaks and started flipping them causing great burst of fire to happen. When I was finished I had four steaks of wyvern meat. I walked past all of the nobles and heroes and simply set the food in front of the two of the royal guards that thanked me and apologized. I walked out of the kitchen to see Vulpine being harassed by the two asshole heroes. I activated [Aspect of the Reaver] and placed the plates on the table and grabbed the two retards by the face picking them up from the ground and slowly squeezing their faces making them scream in pain then I simply tossed the two dumbasses out of the window. (They are on the first floor the second floor was where his room was.) Daisy Perspective The food mesmerized me when I heard screaming I came rushing out to see Bellator crushing the face of my stupid disciples then throwing them out of the windows. I try to comprehend what happened then I see Bellator walk to his wolf which is limping to him and watch him pull out a dagger out the side of her leg. This dagger had the royal family crest on it my blood freeze cold which caused my train of thought to stop while I saw Bellator emitting a lot of bloodlust with I strange red light coming out of his helmet. He is now walking to the shattered windows with the bloody dagger in his hand. Chapter 16 - The Capital Part 6 Bellator Perspective *Maybe Graphic Content How dare these bastard attack Vulpine! Good thing I¡¯m going to tear them a new asshole. As I walk towards the shattered windows I see Daisy from the corner of my eye but, I do not care if the kingdom goes after me for killing these to retards. When I think what I¡¯m going to do to them I shiver with excitement. I can swear I can feel that my smiling demon mouth got even more vicious and savage. Now I have I good idea that the kingdom might not get mad I will not injure them physically but mentally let me scare them until they become babbling mess. When I see them they are trying to crawl away from me. I send a burst of my bloodlust out around me. You baStard you DaRe attAck my Best frieNd you will nOw undErstaNd True teRror. (Bellator) I make my voice drop 2 octaves making it sound even deeper I also, make me helmet start growing horns slowly and the smiling mouth with sharp teeth move when I talk. I walk to them while my [Aspect of the Reaver] still on. I grab the both of them by the face and smash them into the wall then in case their arms and legs with [Stone Magic] and [Metal Magic]. Please we are sorry. (Rude Hero) Y-Yeah. (Arrogant Hero) SoRRy wOn¡¯T CuT It (Bellator) I walk away a little ways and touch the floor I make a stone javelin come out then a metal one come out I set down the metal ones and toss the Stone one at the heroes shattering a bit of the wall right next to them I them repeat this process until I have a pile of metal javelins. I start tossing the javelins around the body and make and outline of their bodies. I walk up to them and see they already pissed themselves and are now begging for me to stop. I made sure to have close calls where the javelins cut their clothes and skin. THIS IS THE END FOR YOU NOW I TAKE YOUR LIVES AND SOULS!!! (Bellator) I send out as much bloodlust I can make outwards around myself. I walk where I was throwing the javelins and make a 2 water illusions of the javelins and toss it at their face with as much force as I can. The pass out screaming from shock. I leave a water illusion with a voice stone in it right in front of both them. I walk up to Vulpine eat my cold wyvern steak while she eats her steak. Then I heard a blood curdling scream from the heroes and I see them pee themselves while crying then faint. The illusion pretty much said I¡¯ll leave them only if they follow the orders of their master and the queen and if I here and bad things I will torture then kill them the Illusion melted into the ground will deforming a little by little while making the my voice in the stone start distorting. Bellator Perspective I did not leave the capital is 4 simple reasons I need to learn blacksmithing because I need to learn the limits of the metals I use to make my armor and weapons the density, properties, and the how much abuse the metal can receive before breaking. I need to improve my attacks I use my strength and basic moves to win my battles I but, advance moves such as [Taunting], [Feints], [Shield Smash] and other moves if I want to win against stronger opponents. I also, need to finish learning alchemy from Dan this including how to identify the herbs I pick and harvest and how to brew potions. Lastly, how to make sure the kids have a gate way to a good future as the old saying goes give a man a fish he eats for day but, teach him how to fish he can feed himself I will teach the kids how to fight, kill monsters, and earn a living. I know where I can learn 2 of these things from I have to make a request for the queen to have Daisy and the Royal Blacksmith teach me. For Alchemy I almost an adept at brewing potions lastly the orphans I have to assist after I learn [Advance Moves]. I need to talk to the Queen Rose I walk out of my room out of the incident. I walk to the dining table but, I can see the fear on the nobles and heroes face when I walk in I take the same spot where I sat the prior day. I start eating bread and drink water when the queen who is quietly eating starts talking to me. May I ask you if I can hire you as a guard? I see Daisy sparring with a person with blue bunny ears wearing full plate armor like me with their bunny ears sticking out from the top of their helmet. They are having a heated battle but, Daisy is winning clearly but, the person who I assume to by the queen child is putting up a good fight. The rabbit-kin who I assume is female is going to lose. After they lose Daisy helps them up I walk up to her. Can train me (Bellator) Why would I train someone as strong as you? (Daisy) No finesse and [Advance Attacks]. (Bellator) Fine but, we have to spar after I rest a little. (Daisy) Here. (Bellator) I give her a stamina potion that I made that was in my storage ring. What is this? (Daisy) Stamina Potion. (Bellator) She eyes me with suspicion. I pop off the cork and take a swig it taste like grape. Fine. (Daisy) She blushes when she drinks from it oh come on this is a stupid reason to blush but, I have to ask her why she is blushing. Why are you blushing? (Bellator) Nothing but, I feel my energy is returning ok let¡¯s get ready stand on the other side of the field. (Daisy) [Bastard Sword], [Tower Shield] (Bellator) [Body Strengthen] [Rush of Wind] (Daisy) She is using to daggers so she is going to attack the thinner parts of armor so I shift my bits of the metal in the ground to add to the thinner parts then compress. We stare into each other¡¯s eyes then nod she rushes to me and I rush to her she seems shocked by my speed. She tries to go around my shield but, I swing my shield at her she dodges and goes after my unprotected right side but, I already make an earth wall in front of her she jumps on it and attacks me from high ground. I throw my shield at her and jump forward she tries to jump on it but, I kick it at her that send her flying and knocks the wind out of her. She is sent flying to where the seats are she land on her feet but, I can see she is bleeding from her head Ok I think I can teach you your moves are a little wild but, you have the basics down so we can teach you advance moves easily. She is sort of attached to me in a weird way she challenges me almost every day but, I also win our matches but, it¡¯s not my fault she is attached to me another shadow demon was here and it just so happened to attack her in her room at night. After I heard the commotion a came running I came to help defeat it with her and kill it. I also think the heroes are opening up to me but, they say some pretty weird stuff. Now been visiting Luxana, Dan, and the orphans. I made it to adept stage in Alchemy. While I was learning from Daisy I taught the children that where 15-16 basic stances and gave the iron sword I made. When I was not training I took the kids out to fight horned rabbits they are F-rank monsters outside of the Capital walls. I after I thought they were ready I gave three of them leather armor and the other three of them metal armor with round shields and swords for them. After that I brought the six of them to the Adventurer guild to get register. I also am registered as an S-Rank Mithril Adventurer. After that we celebrated with them because, they were approved as D-Rank Iron rank. I invited Dan, Luxana, and Flora that had her full plate on. After we were at the dining table Maggey and Dan who sat at the head of the table one Flora and Luxana sat at the head of the second table they said their prayers then, they ate the feast I prepared with the help of the orphan girls. We made a big improvement she can feed herself and she knew how to fight properly with magic and regular moves. (Announcer) The crowds think this is going to be a one sided slaughter for the man wearing no armor because more than 80 percent were female but, in the big screen made by the familiars they see the unarmed man punching armor and shields destroying them and making dents with his fist. People are shocked by this display of power as his fist are shattering and breaking metal weapons and armor is possible but, unlikely because most people imbue their weapons with magic power. Oh it seems that a male contestant is defeating most of his opponents in swift movements of it seems the groups that were made are now teaming up even further to defeat him but, as an announcement no more than 5 in a team. (Announcer) The man we saw is Bellator the looks at the odds and decided to activate earth armor covering his body with stone. He then charges to the biggest group forming. The magicians in the group make walls of fire, earth, and wind. He simply charges through all the obstacles and sends the girl that looks like the leader flying out of the arena. It seems that the last, group standing is the Valkyrie alliance where the idols of our school and 4 other is a part of. They seem to be talking down to the male contestant that defeated the other contestants oh it seem he dropped his weapon oh wait. (Announcer) Bellator seemingly annoyed by their attitude seems to deactivate his armor and drops his weapon he is still holding his lunch box and charges in bare fisted. The females dodge but, it too late Bellator is behind the mage and he punts her with a kick out of the stage. Seemingly angry the swordswomen rushes in her sword is grabbed shattered then head-butted being knocked out. He picks her up from the stage and drops her off where the defeated contestants are watching the matches. Oh it seems he has some common courtesy to not fight an unconscious opponent there seems to be three people left an archer, martial artist, and a thief. (Announcer) Bellator simply rushes in grabbing the thief and archer by the head and tossing them out of the stage. The martial artist surrenders and walks off the stage. Winner the group Reaver. (Announcers) BOOOOOO (Crowd) Bellator Perspective The small groups teamed up on me so I had to fight back and the hardest group was the last one because, they were hard to catch so I had to catch them off guard. After that it was easy and I won the match but, I was booed of the stage after I won because, people placed bets on other groups and the few people who bet on me is now rich. My first challenge did not appear until 15 minutes later and abomination a mixture of several zombies that decided to merge to become stronger I swiftly take care of him. Oh shit this is going to be a long night (Bellator) I am currently surrounded by a horde of different types of skeletons and zombies. *1 hour later I am covered by broken bones, meat paste, and ectoplasm and there is no end in sight Chapter 27 Helping the Undead Bellator Perspective It is early in the morning and I am surrounding in corpses, bones, guts, ectoplasm, and other thing I do not recognize. Now the last undead stood against me in my now black armor. The undead was a humanoid it was as tall as an average sized man but, had I pitch black armor a small shield and a lance with it. I get no response so my first response is to press my helmet against the door to hear any shuffling or words. Completely silent now I know that there might be a trap so I walk outside touch the ground and make an iron stool and I make a small table of earth. After I put on my helmet it felt no different with the enchantment. In the book it said the better you know the spell the less time you need to move though the shadows and the further you go.

I hit him in the face then I swipe his legs and make him fall face first when he was falling I kneed him in the face and throw him out of the stage he uses a blast of air to slow him down enough to not go out of the stage. The fire-clan comes at me yelling at me I dodge to the right out of the way because, the ice-clan girl is behind me trying to do a sneak attack. The water-clan girl charges at me shield first her posture is terrible I side step and trip her. I jump back and see the wind-clan guy coming back with a bloody nose. (Bellator) They look furious at me but, I simply dodge their attack and hit them on the back or trip them. The match continues with me humiliating them for 30 minutes after this they are on their sides, back, or stomach sweating and panting. I start going into the worse part of town as a start walking I see the buildings starting to get better. I stop at a store where to guards are standing in front of the look at me and step aside. I follow the man but, I look at the slaves that I pass by all of them look like there will was crushed long ago. We start going down a flight of stairs and I see the walls of mana have many runes on them and the people are chained to the wall. You can go pick the slaves you want but, I must warn you some of them were returned do to their aggressive nature. (Assistant) All of the people I look at are looking at me with hate filled glares. I have three prime chooses a three are men who seem to broke from their shackles. They seem like brothers they all have a red hair down their shoulders they also have purple eyes full of hate while looking at me. Their faces are a bit feminine and they are skinny but, I am looking for comrade not dead weight. I choose three. (Bellator) His eyes flicker with relief when I point at the three of them. (Assistant) For the 15 minutes I have the assistant explain the back story of three sisters that are now bound to me. They seem to be a variation of humans called Amazon but, are all females. After that I see them being pushed up the stairs. They look at me with eyes full of hate. I look at them with sympathy when I see they are bruised and skinny looking look at them closer the oldest seems to be as old as me and the other two seem to be a year or two younger than me. I buy 4 meat on a stick for me and them I hand extends three of the four meat sticks to them. The youngest looks sad, the middle child looks disgusted, the oldest looks furious. I go to a nearby table put down the clothes. I walk to back to them I look at all three of them directly at their eyes. I pay for a month in advance but, I am running low on money so I might have to start hunting some monsters for money. I walk to where their room will be I place their clothes on the three separate beds. I go to the kitchen and start pulling out ingredients from my enchanted bag. I pull out some horned rabbit meat and cut it up and fry it in a pan. I add vegetables to the meat and I cover with a lid to slightly capture the flavor of the vegetables. I see two younger sisters are changed already and protecting the door to the bathroom. I guess their older sister is changing now. Food almost done. (Bellator) They look at me with suspicious eyes I simply shrug off their glares and sit on a chair. The chair creeks under my weight but, holds on. I see the older sister walking out while glaring at me the clothes I got the sisters were a little too small for her. I get up and pull out some clay bowls and set them next to the pan I grab my wooden spoon and scoop the food into the four bowls. Even after I fill them to the brim the pan still has a quarter of the food left. I place the bowls on the table and stab the top of them with forks. I sit down and motion to the sisters to sit down. The youngest one eyes lighted up but, the oldest one blocked her from running and grabbing a bowl. The two older sister are glaring at me with accusing glares. I simply shrug and start eating with my helmet on I make helmet mouth move like usual when I chew. When I swallow I look at them. Eat food need strength train later. (Bellator) They finally relent when I say training but, they look really worried when they sit down but, I need to hurry home to cook for Vulpine because, she probably misses my cooking. Chapter 35 More Problems Bellator Perspective The sisters seems apprehensive with the food in front of them the oldest seems to accept her fate and eat the food to save her younger sisters but, I did not add anything dangerous or strange. She stabs the food with the fork and slowly bring her fork to her mouth. The two younger sisters seem to be extremely scared and on the verge of crying when looking at their older sister. She bites off a small piece of the food rabbit meat and chews then swallows slowly. We sit there for an awkward 4 minutes. I simply sit here and look at them blankly them thinking they must have some trust issues. (AN. Like your one to talk) I simply sigh into my hand not wanting to go home to the people who practically live in my room but, if I do stay here they might try attack me and try to escape. While having I moment of apathy for myself in my hands I hear scurrying of feet to on location in front of me. I look up and see the eldest sister tearing up while eating some food. See looks like she is in the trance while the younger sisters where trying to stop her from eating my ¡°poisoned¡± food. I get up from my seat making it creak from the weight it was relived from. I walk over to the sisters who are in are moving around I grab the two younger sisters they start screaming when I pick them up I plop both of them on the seats. Eat. (Bellator) I try to make it as deep and menacing as I could to make them eat they were dehydrated and malnourished. I watch them eat slowly then start to eat in a trance like their sister. They finish their food quickly but, if they want more they will have to ask for it. I sit down on my chair and start to eat my slightly cold food. I eat my food slowly with my fork and look at the three sisters who are looking down on their bowl. I continue to eat my food and feel like it is missing something then I realize I have no drinks. So I take sum cups out of my bag and use my water magic to put water in the cups. I take out a lemon which I used when I cooked. I squeeze all the lemon juice I can into the four cups of water and take out a small container of sugar cubes which are expensive. I place I cup near my bowl and place the cups of water mixed with lemon juice next to each of them. I sit down on me seat and drink the extremely sour mixture. The look up from my bowl and they have mixed reaction when they drink the mixture the youngest ones seems to enjoy it, the two older sisters are puckering their lips with dissatisfaction in their eyes. I open the small porcelain pot and drop two sugars each in their drinks. The pick up the cup and look into it they see the sugar cubes dissolve in the drink. I shake her to wake her up her eyes flicker open and looks at me she gets up and goes out of the room I follow soon after ignoring the people in ¡°MY¡± room. I hear someone follow me and then jump on my back. Master where are you going you have been avoiding me please tell me what is happening. (Victoria) Her bell like voice has is laced with sadness that will crush the heart of any man including my shattered heart. I hesitate to answer because, I notice everyone in my room is leaving my room. I grab who is hugging my bag and Victoria in a princess carry. I run like the wind until I make it past the gates that is facing the mountain range and into the forest. I look down on Victoria who I was carrying while running she seems to be gripping my armor and has a deep red face her breathing is also sort of ragged. I put her down but, she stares at me with her golden eyes while having her hidden wing now behind her. Her eyes are slowly close and she stand on her tippy toes puckering her lips a little. To ruin the mood because, it was really awkward I pat her head. I be quiet I need make plans I need to revenge on town. (Bellator) I tell her the bare minimum of my life where I was born to what happened to the city I did not tell her about my parents. She seems to almost cry when I tell her I was the only survivor of my city. She hugs me but, she cannot wrap her arms around my body. I understand how you feel to know almost everyone you love is dead. (Victoria) I change the subject to not make it awkward. I money low I need I kill orcs get money. (Bellator) Ok let me help you because, I do not want you to leave me alone while I worry about your safety and wellbeing. (Victoria) ¡­. I have chosen a orc subjugation quest because, the adventure guild they are offering a silver coins per kill and I want to do an experiment is it nature or nurture that make the orcs into monsters because, I have seen orcs that are intelligent but, they were always tried to kill me so I killed them in the end. Chapter 36 Orcs Caves Victoria Perspective My master has been avoiding me ever since the tournament started he has been coming back to his room late or does not return until the morning. I was spending some time with the other people who are infatuated with my master the beast-man, elf, human, and undead. The main topic was about my master Bellator. When we were discussing our topic the door was being knocked on and it was the little girl master helped a man with lavish clothes and a few guards. The elf started to talk the man in fancy clothes he said he wanted to reward Master for helping his daughter. Master did not arrive until a little while later but, he ignored everyone went to his wolf Vulpine woke her up and simply left. I was shocked and depressed when he simply walked out without a word but, I looked at the other ladies and they seemed as distraught as me. Before I knew what happened he was carrying me in an embarrassing position and we were out of the gates. When he placed me down I felt my heart was going to shoot out of my chest. I did what I read in a book closed my eyes and waited for a delicate kiss but, all I got was a pat on the head. That made me pout but, he was looking at Vulpine when he was patting my head. I became furious and sad but, he told me what happened to him when he was younger. I hugged him after he finished his story I resolved myself to help protect this fragile man who is a pillar of support to many others. I thought this while making my armor and weapon of light while clinging to him. Bellator Perspective It seems I have done something wrong because, Vulpine and Victoria are now right next to me making walking very hard to walk let alone protect them and myself. As we near the area that the orc cave was reported it smelled like excrement and death. I walked into the cave and found that all the orcs were dead but, nothing was touched. Stay behind. (Bellator) They both hesitated to listen to me but, relented. I entered the cave and started to rummage around with a corpse that was laying on his stomach I turned him over to look at his ugly mug which consisted of green skin, extra chins, a pig nose, and beady eyes. He looked in all sense alive his face was not contorted in any pain or fear. I concentrated to see souls of anything alive or undead but, I only spotted couple of tiny flicker of light inside of a hut that smelled worse than anything in the cave. I walked over to a decrepit hut I opened up and saw a couple of human ladies chained up to the walls and a single orc adolescent that was smaller than any of the other orcs I have seen. I disregard the orc in the corner of the room and walk up to the ladies. I look at them all of and they are practically dead they were malnourished, abused, and mentally broken. Do want to die. (Bellator) Their eyes shone brightly when I said that. That all nodded to my question and I killed them all at the same time as painless as I could decapitation. I saw the orc runt run up to me with a badly made dagger he almost tripped while running up to me he then stabbed me but, the dagger broke on my armor. I crouched down in front of him who fell on his butt terrified because, his attacked failed. I looked into his eyes they gleamed with intelligence. I took a risk to teach this orc to help this adolescent. I scanned his body he seemed scrawny and beaten but, his will is not broken I also looked in his soul and it was one of purest ones I have ever seen. I figured out what he was he was a variant of an orc I have not seen. How old you? (Bellator) He raised his hand in a 6 so he was 6 weeks old so he might age as fast as regular orcs can they can 10 weeks to reach maturity but, he still looks like a child so his growth is slower. I pulled out a bucket and used water magic to fill it with water. I also dropped a few nonedible herbs into the water to make him smell better. Wash self. (Bellator) I handed him a rag to help wipe himself down when he went to the bushes behind him to scrub himself down I pulled out some of the clothes I bought for myself. A hemp shirt, hemp pants, and cotton underwear. I set a fire and placed a pot filled of water and cockatrice meat on the fire. I seasoned it while I cleaned my armor with a rag. I finished seasoning the food then went to fix the size difference between me and the orc-variant. I placed the clothes on the bush close enough for him to see it. Collect ears? (Bellator) I look Victoria who give me a bright smile then nods. I continued to cook until I saw the orc walk out with fear in his eyes. Sit. (Bellator) I pointed at a fallen log that was near me. I complies and sits down I pull out some fuits and hand it to him. Wait food done soon. (Bellator) He started to devour the fruits. I looked over to see if Victoria was alright but, she was already half-way her with a sort of bloody sack. I looked back at the fast-cooking cockatrice meat which was mixed with vegetables done. I rummaged through my sacks and pulled out 3 big bowls and 1 gigantic bowl. I poured everyone their serving but only the orc did not eat. I finished my food quickly and forced fed him the first spoon then he at by himself after the first spoon. I looked at the orc then thought what a troublesome presence. Chapter 37 Rut I read your comments and i thin you guys are right. i Admit though I should have known it is stupid idea to write while on pain killers and night quill. So know I¡¯m doing a lazy way out of this rut so sorry. Bellator Arg where am I. (Bellator) I try to move my body but, sharp pain shoots through my arms. I try to look around but, I can only see very dimly. I move my head up I see that my arms are broken because, they were both facing the wrong way I look at my armor but, it was scattered about and I only saw my training armor in shambles. I place down my head then I hear a thuncking sound so my helmet survived. I try to remember what happed before I was here. I started to train the half-giants, the slave sisters, and the orc adolescent. I only taught them the basics of using different weapons and then told them my style will not suit any of them. I also tried to be friendly with everyone even though I was strict by cooking for them and giving them healing potions. I gained a lot of trust from everyone I then brought them out to fight monsters with Rosaline, Liliana, Victoria, and Vulpine. My memories then get fuzzy but, I remember I big shadow and telling them to run while I bought time. I then remember being pummeled into the ground while I only one because, I had enough time to activate [Aspect of the Reaver] I was able to rip part of its soul out of its body but, not all of it. The shadow crumbled to the ground I walked near it to finish it off its body exploded I used [Body Strengthen] and my arms to block the explosion breaking some more bones in the process. I was then launched by the gigantic explosion sending me flying past the clouds. I remember using water magic to slow down my fall and I used my shattered arms to also help me brake my fall. So now they are both facing the wrong way. Well shit I cannot rely on anyone for help I can always summon Victoria but, I think it might make the situation worse because, I have a limited amount of supplies. (Bellator) I accessed the situation I can climb, I can try to make my way to an exit, or I can wait for rescue. I cannot see the any light when I look up so climbing is not a good choice plus my arms will take a while to heal properly and Waiting for rescue is just plain dumb so it is option two. (Bellator) I take priority of my broken arms so I can protect myself from monsters. I make the earth around me to brake my arms back in place I groan in pain but, I was alright. I use [heal] on my arms but, it makes immense pain to shoot through my arms I grind my teeth until I feel like they are fine to move a little. Look at my right hand and see my storage ring still on my finger so I take out a [Greater healing potion] Dan made I started to pour the liquid on my arms I feel my bones starting to piece itself back. After the pain stopped I started to move my arms around and feel they are alright now. I look around for souls but, there is nothing around here. I kneel and feel the earth I send mana out as far as I can but, I can only feel minerals but nothing else. I carry my Shield and Sword and hug the right wall going slowly to avoid traps I cannot sense. *30 minutes later My breath was ragged and I was covered in wounds it was one of my better ideas to have leather armor on it saved my life from a sneak attack of a group of unknown monsters. Their souls were pitch black so they blended in the background. After the battle I had a torch burning to provide some light to ward off the unknown beings while I heal myself. I got up after my wounds were healed I picked up the torch that was staked to the ground. I looked at my right arm that had a wolf tattoo on it was a brown color similar to my skin tone. It seems that Vulpine was able to come with me [Summon Spirit Wolf]. (Bellator) A gigantic figure appeared before me. It was Vulpine it seems she attached to my body when I was fighting to give me a boost in strength and speed in the fight. The tackles me when she realizes who I am. Its ok I¡¯m fine a little sore but, ok. (Bellator) I¡¯m glad you ok. May I ask where we are? (Vulpine) Her head moved around looking at the surroundings. I honestly do not know I was sent flying used my magic and I woke up here after fighting that thing. (Bellator) She kept quiet for a while until I broke the silence We need to get out of here so I defeat the demons that were left after the tear opened. (Bellator) I agree we were to weak back then to do any real damage. (Vulpine) *Days? months? Years? Later I do not know how long we were here the only thing keeping from going insane was Vulpine with me. We been surviving on the meat, vegetables, and fruit I had I could make drinkable water. Vulpine and I also got stronger from the enemies we fought but, today I found I very dim light so we ran to the light. I could feel the fresh air hitting my face after we made it past the light. We landed on the floor feeling the grass on my skin. I was the first to regain my senses and what I saw absolutely baffled me I stood their awe struck. Not Chapter decided to put the story in a temporary hiatus because i am stuck on the story and character development sorry for everyone who enjoyed the story if anything i will try to rewrite the story.
