 Chapter 1: First Betrayl

    The man stood still as a stone as he held his bloodied sword in his hands the body of a women was at his feet blood pooling out from under her the man had a horrified look on his face "What have I done?" he asked himself as he repeatedly look from his sword to the woman''s body. He bit his lip "How could this have happened?" he wondered how could he have just killed the princess of his kingdom the one he was sworn to protect soon after hearing the scream several guards came rushing over to his home when they saw the sight before their eyes they took no time in subduing the man and dragging him out of his home another guard took his bloody sword from him while another three walked him off in chains he glanced back at the lifeless body of the princess as it was covered by a white sheet.


    It didn''t take long for a court date to be appointed the man had only been sitting in his dungeon cell for only three days after the incident when he was called as he was walked to the court the townspeople booed at him and the yelled and threw things at him some shouted his new title ''Princess Killer'' hearing that his emotions seemed to be cut off as the full brunt of what happened sunk in he had killed the princess but how did that awful thing occur how come the princess had to come during the night heavily cloaked without so much as a prior notice it was then as the man looked at the faces of the other royal guards did he know why it happened some had big smirks across their faces as he was marched down the stone street.


    The man eyed those several men as he walked passed them as he stared at them something clicked n his head "Those bastards did this, it''s their fault" the man said under his breath in spite "They did this to me" he said with a growl and he fixated his eyes on each of their faces so he wouldn''t forget them "I''ll get them, I get them all" the man said as the court came into view. The man was now standing in the center of the courtroom he was handcuffed around his wrists and his ankles their were murmurs from the people watching as well as the jury "Can''t we get this over with he obviously guilty" said a jury men in a whisper to another "I know right, they caught him red handed" the other said back the man paid no heed to whispers of the jurors.


    Suddenly all the people sitting behind the accused man rose as the king himself entered the "Court is now in session the king Qui Leon presiding" the bailiff said as the king passed him by the king looked over at the man accused of killing his daughter before he walked to the judges chair "You I can''t believe it''s you" Qui Leon said as he shook his head "Do you have anything to say for yourself?" Qui Leon asked the man didn''t answer Qui Leon sighed "So be it" he said and made his way to the judges chair and sat down.


    The people sat down and the murmurs and whispers began again yet the man didn''t pay no mind he just looked forward with a cold look on his face and in his eyes Qui Leon cleared his throat "Shayung Lei-won" Qui Leon said the man didn''t even respond to his own name Qui Leon sighed "Shayung, you are charged with killing the princess of our kingdom, my daughter" Qui Leon said Shayung said nothing still "How do you plead Shayung?" Qui Leon asked.


    Shayung stayed silent "Shayung answer the question" Qui Leon said a bit of anger in his voice Shayung didn''t utter a word "Speak you piece of trash!" Qui Leon shouted Shayung didn''t falter his mouth stayed closed his eyes were colorless and cold looking and was paired with an emotionless face the king was fed up with being nice a civil "You bastard you killed my only daughter and yet you say nothing!" Qui Leon shouted "Beg! Plead! Do something that will make me feel satisfied!" Qui Leon shouted Shayung scoffed he finally opened his mouth "I will come for those who wronged me" Shayung said with a gruff tone the king clicked his tounge "Is that a threat Shayung?!" Qui Leon shouted . Shayung smirked "Think of it what you will" he said Qui Leon growled "Guilty" Qui Leon said without hesitation "I find you guilty" Qui Leon said "You are guilty of killing Princess Leona" Qui Leon said "And you are sentenced to execution" Qui Leon said "A date will be set for you death" he added "An for what you''ve take from me I hope you suffer" Qui Leon said "Court adjourned" he said and walked off a loud uproar came from in back of Shayung.


    Shayung droned the shouts and curses thrown at him as he had other things occupying his mind "I''ll show them, I''ll show them all" he said to himself after the court session he was dragged to a new cell where he would wait until his execution date it was then months had passed his hair had grown long and unkempt his face was full of facial hair his face was covered in smudges of dirt his clothes were torn and ripped his skin was showing through some of the tears and bruises could be seen from where some of the royal guards beat him in secret he took all of their punishment and it became fuel for him which he held onto until the time came when his execution day came two heavily armored guards came to get him they opened his cell and walked in not knowing he had gotten the chains around his hands and ankles free when they came close enough to where they could grab him he sprung up he took hold of one of the guards swords and he quickly killed them both with a slash to the neck and a lopped off head.

Read it on Royal Road to ensure the author gets credit.Shayung ran out the cell passed the other guards that was waiting when they saw him run by his newly acquired bloody sword they began chase shouting at him but Shayung wasn''t going to stop he had one thing on his mind revenge with that in his mind he rushed forth anything or anyone that got in his way was cut down as he made his way out the royal city he had made a path of blood and bodies as he made his way to the exit most of the bodies he cut down were foolish townsmen that tried to stop him if he were still the man he was before Shayung would be feeling bad for cutting down the people he once protected but now he didn''t care whatsoever "I''ll kill them all" he said as he ran "I''ll kill them all!" Shayung shouted as he passed the exit and rushed into the forest.


    It was a few hours later in the day that Shayung decided it was time to move as the number of guards looking for him diminished he came out from his hiding spot and made sure no one was around he then ran through the forest the faces of the ones that betrayed him fresh in his mind "They will pay" Shayung said. Several months later word had gotten out that certain members of the Royal Guard had been killed in their homes along with their families everybody knew deep down even if no one was saying who the culprit was Shayung Lei-won but no one could catch him and the king was worried remembering the words Shayung had said in the courtroom worried and scared that he would for him next the strain on his mind was much more then he could handle and he took his own life and so the Royal City was left without a king and the kingdom was in disarray.


    Shayung had been wandering the land staying away from the city as to not be risky and get caught before he killed everyone that betrayed him he had in that time acquired new clothes gotten clean shaven and cut his hair but he kept it long as to disguise himself he even took a new name he started calling himself Yun-Shao and claimed he was a wanderer it was difficult for him to get into the Royal City to deal with his revenge with the whole Royal Guard looking for him he then decided to travel farther away to give some time for his name and face to be forgotten.


    It was years later that Yun-Shao made his way back to the Royal City his face had not changed since then his eyes were cold and almost lifeless the only thing on his mind was killing those that were left on his death list as he made his way down the road he heard a rustling coming from the bushes on the side of the road in the dense line of trees he stopped thinking he was about to be attacked by a bandit but he was surprised to see a young girl with jet black hair that was tied into to pigtails on the sides of her head she had two curved knives in her hands and she had a scared look on her face before Yun-Shao could brace himself the girl plowed into him and knocked him down to the ground "Sorry!" the girl apologized Yun-Shao looked up at the girl and his eyes widened in surprise "Princess?" he said dazed the girl sitting on top of him  looked very much like Princess Leona but Yun-Shao knew that she was dead but the uncanny resemblance still got to him.


    "She went that way!" came  male shout the girl looked over to where the shout came from with a scared look she looked down at Yun-Shao "Can you please help me!?" the girl asked Yun-Shao looked at the girl who was waiting for an answer.

 Chapter 2: The Girl With Her Face

    Yao-Shun looked at the girl after what she had just said "Excuse me?"  Yao-Shun asked "Help me Please!" the girl begged with puppy dog eyes Yao-Shun groaned "Why should I help you?" he asked "Because I''m a cute girl" the girl said with a smile Yao-Shun groaned again "No, now get off me" Yao-Shun said the girl frowned "Come on! Can''t you find it in your heart to help a girl out?" the girl asked Yao-Shun growled "I have no heart " he said the girl raised an eyebrow in confusion "There she is!" shouted a male voice which made the girl jump a bit she turned and saw two grown men coming towards her she looked to Yao-Shun "Please you''ve got to help me those men are really bad news for me" the girl begged.Yao-Shun groaned deep "I said no" he said "Please help me!" the girl cried somehow this shook Yao-Shun to his core so much that he couldn''t move "There you are ya'' bitch!" a man with blonde hair said as he stopped and looked down at the girl who looked up at him and laughed nervously "Hi there" the girl said "Finally caught ya''" the blonde said with a grin.


    "Now your going to come with us" the blonde said and he reached for the girl who shuddered away as his hand got closer to her the girl took one last look at Yao-Shun showing her crying face to him something came alive in Yao-Shun he had no idea why or for what reason he didn''t want anything to happen to this girl as the blonde haired mans hand got closer to grabbing the girl Yao-Shun''s hand shot up and grabbed it "What the?!" the blonde growled as he felt the tight grip around his wrist "I''m sorry, I can''t let you do that" Yao-Shun said "Aw, what''s this wanna play hero do ya''?" the blonde grinned the girl seemed to be a bit relieved "Listen here mate don''t be a hero let us take the girl and we won''t have to hurt ya'' " the blonde said with a chuckled "Oh, your the ones that will get hurt" Yao-Shun grinned "Sonovabitch!" the blonde growled and he used his free arm to throw a punch and hit Yao-Shun in the face.


    The blonde smirked thinking one punch was all it would take but when he heard Yao-Shun laughing he had a look of shock on his face "What the?" the blonde said "Oh you''ve done it now" Yao-Shun said and he let the blondes arm go "Would you please get off me?" Yao-Shun said looking at the girl who was still sitting ontop of him the girl blushed "Sorry!" she said and she hurridely got off of Yao-Shun who then picked himself up from off the ground and dusted himself off "So, if I beat these two assholes you''ll leave me alone" Yao-Shun asked looking at the girl who nodded "Yeah, sure" she said Yao-Shun nodded and he drew his sword strapped to his side he then pointed it at the two men and looked at them "Come on I want to get this over with quickly" Yao-Shun said "Cheeky little bastard aren''t you" the other man said he was bald and had a dragon tattoo on his head he was angry he ran at Yao-Shun "I''ll gut ya'' like a fish!" the bald man shouted Yao-Shun scoffed he stepped forward and suddenly as if by magic the bald man fell to his knees and then blood sprayed from his body he chocked a bit a the blood left his body he then fell lifelessly to the ground with a thud Yao-Shun swipped his sword and threw the blood off his sword he then looked at the blonde "Come on, your next" Yao-Shun said the blonde seemed scared now and he wasn''t moving "I see, you won''t come to me" Yao-Shun stepped forward "I''ll come to you!" Yao-Shun said and just like before he cut down the blonde haired man swipped the blood of his sword and sheated it.


    After he was done dealing with the trash Yao-Shun looked at the girl "There I delt with them" Yao-Shun said the girl seemed to be a bit frightned but she still spoke "You didn''t have to kill them!" the girl shouted with a face mixed with anger and fear "What else would I have done let them live?" Yao-Shun said "Yes! These guys even though they were bad, had families and friends of their own!" the girl said "So, why should that matter?" Yao-Shun said "Are you some kind of heartless monster!" the girl shouted  "I told you I have no heart anymore" Yao-Shun said the girl grumbled in anger "If this is all I''ll be on my way" Yao-Shun said and he turned to start walking away "Wait!?" the girl shouted "What now?" Yao-Shun said looking over his shoulder at the girl "Let me come with you!" the girl said "Hu?" Yao-Shun said "Let me come with you wherever your going!" the girl said "You said if I dealt with these two that me and you were done" Yao-Shun said "I know, being with you is the least thing I want to do" the girl said with a glare "But, when the others find them dead they''ll look for me nonstop and I won''t be able to protect myself against so many!" the girl said "Others? I thought It was just these two" Yao-Shun said poiting to the two bodies that where once living beings "No, there''s more then just them" the girl said not even looking at the bodies "Okay, who are you running from" Yao-Shun said the girl didn''t want to seem to answer but she knew that she had to tell the truth.


    The girl swallowed hard "I''m being chased by The Golden Serpent" the girl said Yao-Shun recognized the name The Golden Serpent were a ruthless organization that did anything for money no matter how haness it was "What did you do to get mixed up with them?" Yao-Shun asked the girl had to be really important if an organization like The Golden Serpent was chasing her "I''m not going to tell someone who I''ve just met something like that" the girl said Yao-Shun grumbled "Fine,bye" Yao-Shun said and he turned his head away and started walking again "Wait!?" the girl called this time Yao-Shun wasn''t going to stop he didn''t have time to waste he needed to get to the Royal City and carry out his plan "I said wait!" the girl shouted and Yao-Shun felt a hand grab his wirst he looked back and saw the girl with a sad look on her face with a pair of pleading eyes looking at him the resemblence she had to the Princess was uncanny it still caught Yao-Shun off gaurd "What" he said solemly "Please, let me travel with you" the girl said her tone had a pleading sound to it Yao-Shun had thoughts swirling around his head something was yelling at him that he should protect the girl he was looking at but he didn''t know for what or why was it because she looked like the Princess "No, I can''t I have my plan" he said to himself "I can''t have her with me" Yao-Shun added he looked at the girl with a stern look "Look, I''m sorry but my answer is no" Yao-Shun said "Please! I need someone to protect me! I don''t want to die yet!" the girl shouted Yao-Shun shook with her resemblance to the Princess it made his old self come to the surface and that made him submit he sighed "Fine, I help you" Yao-Shun said "Really?" the girl asked giving a small smile "Sure, I''ll help you get to the Royal City, that''s where I was going" Yao-Shun said "Wow! The Royal City I never saw it before!" the girl said "Settle down" Yao-Shun said  the girl looked at him "I''ll let you come with me to the Royal City but, when we get there we go our sepreate ways" Yao-Shun said "Got it" he added the girl was releuctant at first but she nodded "That''s better then nothing" the girl said "Alright then lets go" Yao-Shun said.

Yao-Shun asked the girl seemed to perk up "Uhm..Fei-Ling..My names Fei-Ling" the girl said "Fei-Ling eh?" Yao-Shun said he looked the girl name Fei-Ling over she was wearing a black kimono that stopped aboves her knees it had a red sash tied around it and it was long sleeved and on the sleeves hung red ribbons Yao-Shun noticed that her pigtails were tied with red ribbon as well he then took notice of her body Fei-Ling was a fairly short and her skin was a bit plae and her eyes were bright red her black hair seemed to compliment these features she had to be around her teen years as she had some curves but not much "Uhm excuse me" Fei-Ling said "What?" Yao-Shun said snapping to attention he locked eyes with Fei-Ling who had a displease look on her face "Something wrong?" Yao-Shun asked "Yeah, you can stop staring at me like a perv" Fei-Ling said "I''m not a perv!" Yao-Shun shouted the girl laughed not expecting to get such a response out of Yao-Shun that made him click his tounge "How old are you by the way?" Yao-Shun asked "You never ask a women her age!" Fei-Ling said "Just answer the damn question or I''ll leave your ass" Yao-Shun said Fei-Lin sighed "I''m 15" Fei-Ling said "Huh, I though you were at least 13" Yao-Shun said Fei-Lin huffed "Well sorry for looking like a kid" Fei-Ling said Yao-Shun stiffled a laugh which surprised him he never laughed before in his life since the incident.


    Fei-Ling grumbled "Alright, it''s my turn to ask questions!" Fei-Ling said "Go ahead" Yao-Shun said "Okay your name what is it?" Fei-Ling said "Yao-Shun" he replied "Alright Yao-Shun, how old are you?" Fei-Ling asked "Hmm, I have to say I''m 21 years old" Yao-Shun said "Your only twenty one!" Fei-Ling gasped "How old did you think I was?" Yao-Shun asked "I though you were around 30 or somethind" Fei-ling said "Why would you think I was that old?" Yao-Shun asked "Your hair It''s all grey" Fei-Ling said Yao-Shun sighed his hair color always did make people make that mistake "This is my natural hair color, I get it from my Mother" Yao-Shun said "I see" Fei-Ling said "Anything else?" Yao-Shun asked Fei-Ling was quiet for a bit "Do you like killing?" Fei-Ling asked Yao-Shun paused and stopped dead in his tracks he looked back at Fei-Ling she had a very serious face on and Yao-Shun again pictured the Princess "Traveling with her is going to be a real trip" Yao-Shun said.
