《CONTRACT》


 prolouge : the day i contract

    It was a fine morning so fine that you would scarcely have believed that the few months of an summer had yet flown by. Hedges, fields, and trees, hill and moorland, presented to the eye their ever-varying shades of deep rich green; scarce a leaf had fallen, scarce a sprinkle of yellow mingled with the hues of summer warned you that autumn had begun. The sky was cloudless, the sun shone out bright and warm; the songs of birds, and hum of myriads of summer insects, filled the air; and the cottage gardens, crowded with flowers of every rich and beautiful tint, sparkled, in the heavy dew, like beds of glittering jewels. Everything bore the stamp of summer, and none of its beautiful colors had yet faded from the dye.


    Such was the morning, when a boy who had waken from the sleep he was excited because this was the day that he would contract  ,  he was waiting for this day  something that may change his life . In this world at the age of 15 you will contract things, generally the contract things are of different kinds , depending on the contract thing your future as well as destiny effects  . The contracts are also hereditary so most of the time you won¡¯t be surprised of the thing that you contracted but even  so there might be cases that you contract is different from your expectations  In all contacted thing is not random but it is also not sure.


    The boy has completed his daily needs and entered courtyard where his grandpa is gazing the sky in contempt, when he noticed the excited smile on his grandchild he smiles back at him .  so the day has finally come OK let¡¯s not wait any more and begin your contract but before that I must warn you that the thing you contract is final and unchangeable so what ever you contract you must be satisfied with it, it is your heart and desire that gives the strength for your contract if even you contract a mythical beast and unable to control that strength then it is better that you have not contracted it no one knows better that yourself what you want to contract but the contract must be two sided thing even you have the opportunity to contract the legendary being if other side is not satisfied you  can¡¯t contract with it


    The boy silently listened to the explanation he was eager to contract and finish with it seeing the annoying look on the boy the old man thought that it was not wise to delay anymore he may look like an innocent boy at first look but the old man know the true colors of the boy well any one would impatient when your are eager for an occasion to happen then unexpectedly someone starts preaching you at that time  .     It was completely dark he was not able to see anything but strangely he was also not afraid he was searching for something that almost like a part of him. Suddenly he felt something when he looked back he saw only red colored eyes that almost illuminating in the dark . the boy was at first somewhat nervous than fear he asked the being at front of him that are you my contract ? the being laughed at his question and answered if I am not contracted how can I be your contract the boy felt arrogance from the answer that was directed to him he asked if I contact you will you be my contractor the being answered oh then if your able to contract me then I will be your contract .


    The boy felt somewhat insecure to contract a thing that he did¡¯t even saw the picture of whole thing remembering what his grandpa said it is better to confirm some thing so he asked what are you , to that he being answered whatever I am is what to you, feeling some what indignant to the answer the boy stated lets begin our contract . I kraun makes a contract with you  forever that I abide the contract rules and wish to contract with you, to that being said I accept your contract  and thus the seal is formed in between them as sign that the contract has completed


    As the contract has completed there is a hint of joy in boys eye so he asked what should I call you to that the being said it was first time someone was able to come my lair and was able to make contract with me as I was here for unknown time . I have long since left my old name you can call me  whatever you want  the boy began to think for some time since I have only seen your eyes let your name from now be augen to that the being chuckled  OK from now on you can call me as augen  this was the last words the boy heard before he was getting back his consciousness

 chapter 1

    When karun woke up from his  slumber the view that came up was familiar ceiling, to his right he saw his grandpa who was staring at him with some apprehension , he knew that he has passed out during his contract ceremony, he began to recollect what happened in his dream to his grandpa the look on his grandchild gave that he has gain some fortuitous opportunity in the ceremony of his contract seeing his successful smile he also began to relax  currently it was night time the ceremony took almost more time than the predicted.


    Grand pa ?¡±so can I expect some surprise from your contract¡±?.


    Karun was waiting for that statement so with out any hesitation he began to brag about his contract that his contract is unique and it was a level above the mythological being even dragon pale in its presence to that the old man has somewhat a surprise look he was certain that his grandchild was rational and he even believe his potential but to contract a mythological being in addition to potential and luck many factors play in its role.

    When karun heard his grandpa explination he was completely speechless , he became confused because he wanted to contract a being not a thing even the sword he is holding has tremendous greatness in his hand it will only be a normal sword as he had no experience with a sword he was in dilemma whether to happy that he contracted such a legendary item or feeling sad that he can''t use the item that he contracted. After some moment his grandpa began to regain his senses observing the sword in his grandchild he confirmed that sword was indeed lightbringer he sensed his grandchild worriness and began to speak you need not worry about your sword skills . As you are contracted to a sword subconsciousllythe sword skills will able to take form with in you , you just need to gain experience in it   I know a friend who works in an academy you can go there and shape your sword skills there .Hearing what his grandpa told to him he was eager to go to the academy , finally the long day has ended
