    Our hero... Who only knows that other''s call him Samuel... Is spending his nice afternoon with his juniors from high school. He is enjoying himself. What he does not know... Is that the bloodshed is going to begin.


    An insane person approaches Samuel... And just brings out a knife... He stabs Samuel many times over, Samuel''s blood all over him, Samuel''s insides are spilling out... Samuel''s eyes are losing color...


    Samuel: "This... Is how i''ll go out... Huh?"


    ???: "DIE YOU BASTARD! YOU! BASTARD! HEEHEHEHEHHE!"


    Samuel: "I wondered... How i''ll die..."


    A police officer was around and grabs the killer of Samuel... Samuel is on the ground... Dying. His juniors are looking at him.


    Juniors: "Samuel!"


    Samuel: "Don''t... Worry... About me... There''s... No saving... (Samuel coughs up blood) M...e...."


    Samuel fades away. His cold lifeless body is left on the ground. Infront of his juniors.


    He suddenly appears in a.... Well...


    Samuel: "Heaven...?"


    God: "Indeed! You are going to be reincarnated into another world my boy! Oh... I should mention this before you go. You will remember the NECCESARY things about your last world and survival things. And just because... I messed up a little... I''ll give you some boosts in the next life."


    Samuel: "You... Messed up?"


    God: "Accidentaly made you the target of that insane person. It was meant for one of your juniors but I accidentaly thought about you when I saw you. Oops."


    Samuel: "A god messes up too huh."


    God: "Oh... You only have 3 seconds left! You won''t remember any names though! Thats the only bad effect! Bye now!"


    Samuel: "What do you-"


    Samuel gets teleported to another world. He loses all memory of his name. He remembers everything else though and gained a lot of knowledge about the world he is reincarnated into. But... He loses all the names he knew. Even his own. (For convinience i''ll refer to him with his real name in this world Jaus"


    Jaus (Aka Samuel): "Where... Am I...?"


    ???: "Look! This little one''s already waking up! He''s an early one! This only means good!"


    ???: "Indeed! This little one is waking up!"


    Jaus cries like a baby ape. When he opens his eyes. He sees... Apes. He immediatly remembers from the knowledge God gave him that these apes are Non-elemental. The weakest.


    This world''s ranking system goes like this :


    No Core (ranks 0-100) Core Beasts (101-200) Half-Divine Core Beasts (201-300) Divine Core Beasts

    Non-elemental Apes cannot get a core. They can only rank up to 25. All other beasts can rank up to atleast 150. Even the non-elemental caterpillars.


    ???: "Let''s name this one Jaus."


    ???: "Hmm... Jaus means the Rising Sun doesn''t it?"


    ???: "Yeah."


    Jaus (to himself): "So... My name is Jaus? By the looks of my body... I''m an non-elemental ape. Great... The weakest type of beast! If I remember correctly... I can only rank up to 25...."


    In this world there are 2 continents. One for humans and one for beasts. The beasts don''t have their own kingdom but humans do.

That''s why humans are seperate from beasts. They cannot rank up at all. They lost the ability to rank up because of their seperate evolution path.


    Jaus. Who is being carried by a female named "Ka''par" who is his mother. Is being taken to the leader of the non-elemental apes.. The 25 non-core ranked non-elemental ape. It''s impressive for non-elemental aps to get that high. He looks around and only sees apes and such. He doesn''t see other beasts. Makes sense because nobody wants to bond with weaklings.


    Ka''par: "Here he is, leader. My son."


    Ape Leader: "Good Ka''par. This one woke up early huh? Maybe he will be as strong as me!"


    Ka''par: "I hope that too, leader."


    Ape Leader: "Ka''par. I trust you to take VERY good care of this little one. He is the fastest one to wake up. Take him to the outskirts of the tribe. The other young''uns must not hear about this one. They would immediatly get rid of such a threat."


    Ka''par: "Yes leader! I''ll take him to the outskirts! I''ll raise this one to be as strong as you!"


    The ape leader nods and orders Ka''par to leave. Jaus is confused. He doesn''t know much about what is going on. The only thing he knows that the apes look like silverback gorilla and he looks like a baby silverback.


    He is taken to a remote location compared to the village he was at.


    It seems he will spend the rest of his life there.


    Now for a little introduction about this world.


    This world has no name. It has 2 continents as i mentioned and you know which one is which. But the one weird thing here is... The ranking system and the elemental system.


    There are elements for different beast types. As the non-elementals have none they are weak and can''t do anything. They are basically livestock.


    The only way to rank up is to fight. Or to use meditation and praying to gods or training to rank up. But fighting is the main thing to do.


    The weakest elemenent is non-element and the strongest is Divine Element. The divine element varies on the base element. Like Divine Fire element or Divine Water element.


    The Divine elements have no limit to growth. The strongest divine beast is ranked 50015 right now. He will grow still.


    Our heroes aka Jaus''s beast rank is 0.


    Due to Jaus having the gods blessing he might have a special case of evolution.


    Evolution gives non-elementals elements. The rarest evolution gives special and rare elements to the one evolving. There has only been one case of a rare evolution. But the beast who was a rare evolution died. He was too big a threat to the strongest divine beast so he got killed.


    How will our hero shape out? We shall find out with time.

    Jaus, Our ape hero, is currently on he outskirts of the village with his


    mother Ka''Par. Ka''par told him that his father died while being on a

    Jaus is already being put to training to get him to non-core rank 25.


    He is currently rank 0 because he hasn''t done any proper training.

    is currently punching a tree. The tree... Isn''t going to hold on much


    longer. It''s already weak. Jaus''s punches are terrifying in the eyes of


    his mother.


    Ka''par: "Jaus... How strong.. Are you?"


    Jaus: "I think.. Strong enough?"


    Ka''par: "Not a good answer!"


    Jaus: "I don''t know mother!"


    Ka''par: "Resume training!"


    Jaus is already the size of a teen silverback gorilla. Even though he was just born yesterday...


    Jaus (to himself): Non-elemental apes grow fast... Don''t they...


    Jaus practiced for a week afture that. He punched trees. Punched rocks. Punched other apes.


    Before he was even 2 weeks old he was already at non-core rank 25.


    It was an impossible feat for even the strongest beast. His mother was impressed.


    The reason behind his growth? Simple! God''s gift!


    God gave him fast growth!


    When


    he went to sleep he felt weird... When he woke up he felt he was in a


    cocoon... What he didn''t know was... He was evolving! This was unusual


    for non-elementals! He was going to evolve into an elemental ape! He was


    going to grow stonger!


    His mother wandered in and saw him evolving. She took him to the tribe''s most sacred place.


    "The Ape God''s Eye" is what they named it. An eye of an gorrilla was carved into a rock.


    When he finished evolving... He found out it was a rare evolution.


    He evolved into a new species.


    "The Divine Gorilla" is what he named it.


    He had pure white hair, golden eyes. He was 3x bigger than a regular non-elemental.


    He had the "Divine" element. He could use every element what he has seen once.


    When he was challenged to a fight with the chief of the ape tribe... He crushed him with one finger. Litteraly. One. FINGER.

    Not quiet. The energy from Jaus was overflowing. He broke through the


    bottleneck and became a cored beast.


    Steam came from out of nowhere and created a sort of "scarf" around him. It went under his armpits and up above his head.


    His entire existence was basically screaming "DIVINE"


    He wanted to transform into human form so he put a lot of energy into that...


    3 minutes passed... He turned into a human.

    was medium height. 1 meter 90 centimeters. He had white hair down to


    his waist. He had muscles all over his body. He looked... Dazzling. He


    quickly hid his... Private parts... With his hair and requested some


    clothing. The apes told him they had none. He turned back into his beast


    form and said goodbye to everyone before leaving.


    Jaus.. Was


    adventuring towards the port. There was one port what connected the two


    continents. Humans and Beasts got a long... Good and very badly.


    Depended on the species.


    Who will Jaus meet? Will Jaus grow


    stronger than the king of beasts? Who is the king of beasts even? What


    will the human world offer to Jaus? These questions will be answered

 Chapter 3. Betrayal.

    Jaus... Our hero, is heading to the port. He finds beasts and such but he defeats them...


    He finds a few interesting trees but ignores them...


    He walks for hours trying to get to the port... When he reaches it he is allowed to board the ship... But only as a human.


    He transforms into his human form and asks for some clothing... The shipmaster gives him some spare clothing. They travel for a while. He sees the beautiful sunset... And sunrise... He sees the vast seas. He sees the monsters lurking beneath the boat... Waiting for their chance...


    He waits and waits... Until they reach it. The human continent... He immediatly goes exploring and finds a place called "The Heroes Guild". In his memory the Heroes Guild is actually basically a guild of people with talents for defeating beasts and keeping their... Continent... Safe.


    He enters and immediatly all stares are focused on him. He goes to the counter and asks to sign up... They allow him afture one test. The test of talents.


    You have to fight a beast to get in. He accepts the challenge and enters a sort of collouseum. It''s way smaller though. More like a sumo ring. A beast cage is dragged in. It''s a Fire Fox. A non-cored one at that. They release it and let it charge at Jaus.


    Jaus: "Simple. This is actually easy... Thought it might be stronger."


    He said that and then hit the Fire Fox straight in the head crushing it''s body and with only his fists.. Blood everywhere. The crowd is impessed enough to let him into the guild.


    When he is registered a woman comes to him.


    ???: "I''m Liliana... Want to adventure with me for a bit? My last party was disbanded just before you came. You look strong. There has been some word of beasts around here. Let''s go and kill them."


    Jaus: "Sure Liliana."


    Liliana: "Call me Lily"


    Jaus: "Ok. Where are the beasts at?"


    Lily: "The west entrance. Let''s go right now!"


    Said Lily as she smirked like that wasn''t her only objective.


    Jaus and Lily head over to the West entrance. There are a few Iron Boars. Iron boars have skin made out of Iron. It''s a really good defensive armor. There are a few Sword Goblins around the Boars too.  Sword Goblins are just Goblins with swords.


    They approach them and Jaus just smacks them around killing them. Lily didn''t do much. The battle ended fast. All the boars and goblins died from Jaus''s mighty blows.


    Lily: "Let''s sell these. You can get better armor that way."


    Jaus: "Ok. We shall do that."


    Lily: "I know a good place. Let''s go there. And after that I know a good inn to stay at."


    Jaus: "Hmm... Ok. I''m fine with that."


    Jaus and Lily went to a shop and sold all the Iron Boars and Sword Goblins. The bodies are usually sold unless it''s a gigantic monster.


    They got 5 silver coins for that.


    Lily: "5 silver... Two for armor... Enough for 3 nights. Good. Now to get some armor for you."


    Lily and Jaus go to another store where they buy iron armor for Jaus. Lily smirks again.


    Jaus: "Where is this Inn you were talking about?"


    Lily: "Right here."


    She said pointing at an inn with a spiders mark. Jaus was a little suspicious but shrugged it off. He entered afture Lily.


    Lily: "Get a room for two."


    Innkeeper: "Ok. Go up the stairs and to the left. It''s the third door."


    Lily: "Thanks."


    Lily and Jaus leave and enter their room. There are two seperate beds.


    Jaus: "Why will we be staying in the same room?"


    Lily: "Cheaper. Now get to sleep."


    Jaus: "Ok..."


    Jaus falls asleep and when he wakes up... All his items are gone. Well his iron armor. And the money was gone.


    He looked around and didn''t find any sign of Lily... When he exited the Inn... He was immediatly arrested.


    Something about sexually assualting a girl and forcing her to do something. He was confused...


    Jaus: "What''s going on...?"


    Soldier: "You assualted a woman called Lily. You forced her to do... Things... She told us she escaped from you when you fell asleep. Lily is a trustworthy woman around here so we know what to do with scum like you."


    Jaus: "What...?"

    Jaus was thrown infront of the king.


    King: "Lily, is this the scum?"


    Lily came out from behind an adventurer with good looks and used a sword and shield.


    Lily: "It''s him!"


    Lily cried... Jaus understood that those were false tears. They had no emotion.


    A guard stepped infront.


    Guard: "Jaus the hero. You are now sentenced to death. Liliana is going to be paid 5 gold coins for telling us this information about you and for taking away her shock a little. Your execution will be done this afternoon. But first you will spend the entire day locked up in a cage infront of people."


    The guard stopped talking and iron armored guards approached Jaus and grabbed him. Why didn''t Jaus resist? He was confused. He didn''t know what to do.


    The Iron armored guards threw him in a strong cage he couldn''t break. He tried to break it many times but couldn''t.


    Rocks were thrown at him. People who passed him called him scum and somebody not worthy enough to even live.


    Jaus: "Why is this happening... I did nothing to Lily... Is this what they call... Betrayal for money...? I''ll never trust humans again.. NEVER... I must get out of here... Must kill them who want to kill me... I''ll let my killing instinct get the better of me for now..."


    Jaus then started turning... Black. Black marks appeared on his body... Looking like black flames... He didn''t want to die. So he had to kill. He had to destroy.


    He learned this.


    To survive... You have to kill.. Murder... Destroy... You must... Do everything.


    He soon let go of his last piece of... Common sense... And crushed the cage and transformed into the ape.


    This time it wasn''t pure white with golden eyes...


    He was.. Pure-white with pure-black marks spreading around his body... Long sharp teeth coming out of his mouth... He was 4x the size of a gorilla... His eyes were a blood red color...


    He knew what this was.


    "Corrupted Divine Gorilla" he named this. He marched towards the king''s palace. He wanted to ask for Lily''s position. Guards tried to stop him. He threw them into the wall...


    This day... When Jaus turned... Corrupt...


    Was called "The Crimson Day."


    Want to know why?


    Simple... Jaus killed... All. He killed everything who tried to stop him from surviving.


    The only thing on his mind was:


    "Survive... Kill... Destroy..."


    He was on a march of death... The scent of dead bodies lingered behind him. The moon came up afture a few hours of Jaus destroying the capital city... The moon was a crimson red.


    He reached the King''s palace. Lily was there getting the 5 gold. He saw Lily and Lily only saw an ape... She freaked out and charged at it.


    Jaus: "Kill... Lily... Kill the... Betrayer..."


    Lily: "J...Jaus...? You were a beast?!"


    Lily tried to run to the opposite side. But it was too late. A gorilla was already behind her. He grabbed her arm and smashed her into the ground. She bled... Her eye popped out... She was begging for mercy. Jaus didn''t stop... He threw her into the air and jumped up and smashed her into the ground.... A rock was right where she landed... It pierced her stomach. A fountain of blood flew everywhere.


    The King was too shocked to do anything as Jaus left... He decided to leave this rotten society. Humans aren''t trustworthy. You see a human or a half-human. Kill.


    The human continent wasn''t actually all humans.


    There were humanoids there.


    Like Elves,dwarves, drows and such. They all banded together to survive against the onslaught of beasts.


    Jaus... His trust was destroyed. His Divinity was corrupted. His ranking? 150. Cored. He was half-way to divine cored.


    He left for the docks where he threw the person who sailed the ship he came here with into the ship and told him to sail. Back to the beast continent.


    But there was a welcoming party for Jaus back at the beast continent... An army was going to pass through to attack the humans again.


    But Jaus wanted to rank up... So what will he do?


    Shall he befriend them? Ignore them? Attack them?


    We shall find out next time!

 Chapter 4. Time.

    Jaus. Facing the threat of an entire beast army... Was still enraged by the actions of humans.


    He is interested in humans and doesn''t trust them. But he doesn''t trust beasts either.


    So he just decided to attack. Atleast he would go down fighting.


    Jaus: "Beast army... I will slay a lot of you."


    The army starts laughing but he just turns into his beast form and smashes into the front lines swinging around his gorilla arms like crazy. Non-cored beasts fly here and there. Cored beasts fly here and there.


    Beast afture beast. Head afture head. Arm afture arm. All were slain or were dying.


    The beasts were in shock. They thought he was just an arrogant ape with no power. But he had destroyed all the non-cores in one hour. The cored ones were already being destroyed as well.


    By a single cored Corrupt Divine Gorilla.


    He swung and swung his gorilla arms. Until he finally found his way to the half-divine beasts.


    There... He only killed 10 of them before being taken down.


    He was only a cored beast in the rankings.. He wasn''t half-divine yet.


    It was an impressive feat to even take down 10.


    The beast army took him prisoner. But he was knocked out. Sleeping. They put him in chains on a cliff nearby. The beasts couldn''t attack the humans anymore. Too many casualties by this one beast. They decided to kill the one they named "The Betrayer."


    Three days passed. All attempts to kill him. Failed.


    Every time somebody tried to kill him... Big fiery eyes appeared above Jaus, glaring at the enemy. The enemy instantly fell unconcious no matter the rank of the beast.


    The strongest beast went missing soon afture Jaus''s capture.


    Jaus slept... For 700 years... He slept while cultivating.


    700 years of cultivating power...


    He ranked up to Divine ranked beast. Ranking level 47000.


    The second strongest beast in the world.


    Time passed... When he woke up he saw something else. He was chained to a cliff. Underneath him the words "The Betrayer of all Beastkind."

    He looked around... He saw a city. A city had been created around the cliff he was chained to.


    Humans had come to visit him one day aftue he awoke from his 700 year slumber... They screamed when they saw his eyes opened, head moving.


    Guards came to Jaus to check out the commotion.


    They were shocked too.


    Five days passed. Royals came. The king came. The queen came. They looked at Jaus... The gorilla beast... They soon left afture meeting Jaus''s eyes.. Full of anger.


    At midnight... Afture the royals visit... He broke free. He smashed the chains what were pinning him to the cliff.


    He turned human and walked through the city with furry clothing.


    He had the look of a 13 year old boy. White hair to his waist. With a few lines of black hair in the white.


    His skin completely white. His eyes black.


    He walked through the town... To the outside. He jumped up into the air... He was impressed... He checked his ranking level... He went up in power by a lot.


    He didn''t see any beasts around...


    Jaus: "No beasts... How long has it been... By the looks of my chains... 700 years. I''ve been asleep for 700 years... Upcourse things have changed... I''ll live with the humans for now... They seem... Different."


    Jaus went back to the ground and slept for the night. When he awoke... He saw armored men walking into the city. He went in too. He saw... "Tournament being held! Come sign up!"


    He was interested in the tournament...


    He went and signed up. He got to choose his armour so he took a white cloak, a white mask and wore all white.


    What will Jaus do now... In the tournament...


    Will he restrain his power or go all out?


    We shall find out.

 Chapter 5. Tournament.

    Jaus, now waiting for the Battle Royale where the last 50 people standing will be allowed into the tournament, is looking at his opponents.


    Arrogant ones fill the entire readying room. Only he is the quiet one. There are some people who aren''t arrogant but they seem confident.


    A few glares are sent at him. Afture all Jaus is dressed in full white. With a mask aswell.


    The only different color on him is the black lines on his hair.


    He waits for hours... And then the horn is sounded and all the contestants walk towards a huge platform.


    The entire arena is surrounded by walls and ontop of those walls are people watching.


    The announcer walks towards the arena and uses magic to amplify his voice.


    Announcer: "We shall now begin the Battle Royale. Only the last 50 will be allowed in. No fatal injuries allowed. Serious injuries will be healed with magic. The prize for winning the entire tournament is being hired as a retainer in a royals home and also a personal manor near the royal you are serving."


    All the contestants start shouting our of pure joy from hearing that.


    Being a retainer in a royals home and having a manor is basically becoming a minor royal yourself.


    Another horn sounds. The battle royale begins.


    Atleast 25 people charge straight at Jaus thinking he is an easy opponent. But in a second all of them are thrown out of the arena smashed into a wall.


    Jaus smiles a little under his mask. The other people avoid him afture that. But the few arrogant ones who approach him are instantly dispatched. Also the ones Jaus decides to attack are thrown out instantly too.


    Every time Jaus picks a new opponent and starts slowly moving towards them the crowd watches in interest.


    In the beginning there was atleast 500 people in the big arena.


    Afture one minute of fighting only 175 were left.


    Out of the 175 50% were women and 50% were men.


    They were all tired and bruised from constant fighting. But Jaus didn''t even pretend to be tired. He could''ve taken on everybody here and leave without being scratched. And all that while reading a book.


    Upcourse he couldn''t read human language anymore because it changed. Only beast language.


    Everybody avoided Jaus for the entire fight as Jaus sat down in the middle waiting for somebody to approach him.


    In the end there were 10 women and 39 men excluding Jaus left. 20% and 80%.


    The announcer walked up again:


    "The battle royale has ended. The time what it took was only 3 minutes. Currently the most interesting people in the fighting are:


    White Demon Jaus, Silver Knight Tien, Black Knight Sien and The Female Knight Yuir."


    Jaus asked the announcer:


    "Why am I the only one called Demon and the rest are called Knights..?"


    Announcer:


    "The reason for that is... The king decided that. You seemed like a ruthless demon what didn''t even leave a speck of blood on his clothing afture finishing his opponents. The knights are called knights because of their fighting style and armor. You are the most strange one here. Jaus."


    Jaus: "Hmm... Ok. I get it now."


    Jaus and the 49 others leave. The crowd glared at Jaus as he left last. Eveybody was interested in this stranger.


    The town also noticed the dissapearance of the White and Black Gorilla aka Jaus''s real body. White and Black Gorilla is what the humans named Jaus when he was asleep.


    Jaus was directed to a huge house with 50 rooms. A maid opens the doors for them and a butler is standing infront of them.


    Butler: "Welcome, fighters, I am the head butler of this house. We will take care of you all until the tournament is finished. Jaus... The king wishes to speak to you personally. He will come here an hour from now. We prepeared some clothing for you. We hope it fits. Also if you need we prepeared a bath. Just follow the maid outside your door. She will help you around the house."

    The butler then tells maids to go and take the fighters to their rooms. Jaus''s room was the first room. The 3 other knight''s who were named by the announcer held the 2nd to the 4th room.


    Jaus went and took a bath and then changed into some royal looking clothing afture checking his room for magic items what could be used for spying on him. He always kept his mask on even while changing clothes or being in the bath.


    He went togther with a maid who was assigned to him and ended up in the living room of the house.


    Soon afture the King came in with 3 guards.


    He sat down on the couch opposite of the place Jaus was standing at. Jaus didn''t stand up and greet the king.


    All the guards looked at him angrily but then soon fixated their eyes on the maid who was escorting Jaus.


    King: "Well well... Hello White Demon Jaus. I''m the King of this kingdom. Uic."


    Jaus: "Hello King Uic."


    Uic: "Just call me Uic... You are far stronger than anybody in this kingdom and strength means everything here. Especcialy for a frontier kingdom like ours."


    Jaus: "Frontier?"


    Uic: "Hmm... Seems you were secluded somewhere. I''ll get you on track personally. 700 years ago the beast king dissapeared and we took that chance to expand. Thanks to some heroes we summoned we got this land quite easily. Our kingdom is a pretty big one. Covers 25% of the former beast land."


    Jaus: "Good to know... But the Frontier?"


    Uic: "The beasts came together into a kingdom... You really don''t know anything... Frontier kingdoms are the kingdoms in constant fighting with the beasts. We are one of them."


    Jaus: "Ok... Now why are you here."


    Uic: "I saw your fighting. Ruthless but elegant. Swift but strong. Not even our top warriors could see what you did. I want you as a personal retainer for my army. I''ll even give you some land near the capital..."


    Jaus: "We will see afture this tournament. But i''ll take you up on your offer."


    Uic: "Good good... By the way... You are also going to be the personal bodyguard of my eldest daughter Jera. She''s quite a ferocious and warrish one. Quite tepremental. So be careful."


    Jaus: "I will. Anything else?"


    Uic: "No. I just wanted to get to know you better... But it seems you want to rest don''t you?"


    Jaus: "Does not matter to me."


    Uic: "Oh. Perfect. Let''s talk for a while..."


    Uic and Jaus talked for a while about each other. Jaus didn''t talk about his personal life much because he didn''t trust the king. He was willing to become a retainer because he wanted to get some trust so he could start trusting the humans too. Only this time he won''t be as stupid to believe every random human...


    The king left afture 3 hours of talking with Jaus.


    When the king left all the other contestants came out of their rooms to check out what happened. They were told to stay indoors during the meeting with the King.


    They immediatly surrounded Jaus but when Jaus gave them the eye of the killer they all made a path for him. They were too scared to argue with Jaus directly. They knew they were no match for Jaus but they wanted to test out his true strength.


    Jaus slept the entire day... It was time for the first match in the tournament. It was between Jaus and the 2nd favorite for winning The Black Knight.


    We shall see how Jaus deals with the Black Knight in the next chapter.

 Chapter 6. The white gorilla.

    Jaus is currently waiting for the black knight... Their battle is going to be held in a small arena. About 10% of the size of the big one.


    Jaus is already sitting down on his side of the arena... And the black knight soon walks in. Everybody shouts: "Go Black Knight! Kick his ass! We know you are holding back your strength! This Jaus fella ain''t gonna be a problem!"


    Jaus smirks at that.


    A mere human against a divine beast? And they think that the human can beat him?


    Jaus: "Hah. Ridicolous."


    The announcer comes up and says the rules again... And then a horn is blown.


    The black knight tries to move his finger but Jaus was already infront of him. He got up from his sitting position and basically teleported to the front of the black knight in a millisecond.


    Jaus grabs the arms of the black knight and tightens the grip so hard the entire collouseum they are fighting in hears the breaking of bones.


    Jaus then proceeds to hit the man in the stomach with an open palm, hitting him out of the arena and breaking all of his armor.


    The audience is surprised that Jaus used that much power. They thought that Jaus would use a sliver of his strength underestimating the opponent and then being taken down.


    But Jaus did use a sliver of his strength.


    He then walks out afture being declared victor. One mage couldn''t heal the black knight so they had to call in an entire squad to take care of him.


    There were no fatal wounds. Just a lot of small ones and broken bones what could be healed.


    The king made a decision.


    With no other contestant being even close to the power Jaus has he is crowned victor but the 2nd place gets all the prizes what the first place has.


    Jaus already had a deal with the king so he didn''t care.


    The female knight came up to him.


    Yuir: "You are quite strong... My family has a policy to kiss men who are stronger than them in every way. Well the women at least. The men do the opposite."


    Yuir then kisses the cheek of Jaus. His appearance was different from his usual appearance. His size was medium. He knew that he looked like a 14 year old.


    Jaus: "Kiss? No idea what family has that tradition. Don''t care. Have business to do. Have to go."


    Yuir is impressed by Jaus''s reaction. Usually men try to kiss her on the lips afture she has kissed them on the cheek. Mostly because the men are enchanted by her.


    But Jaus just left her be.


    Yuir: "Jaus... I will remember that name... You are a weird one... Usually my charm magic takes over the males libido and makes them in love with me in an instant... But you..."


    Jaus already walked out the door and is heading towards the house he was staying at. He saw a royal carriage with the king''s guards heading towards there too.


    Jaus walked there for an hour and when he arrived the King was already there with the carriage he saw before.


    Uic: "Jaus. It''s time to go and meet my family. You also have the rank Knight now. To be more precise... The Knight of the White Fire. That is your official title. I decided that myself. Like it?"


    Jaus: "Long... I like it but it''s long..."


    Uic: "People will still call you Knight though."


    Jaus: "Then it''s fine."


    Uic: "Let''s head out, Knight Jaus."


    Jaus smirked.


    Jaus: "Ok, King Uic."


    Jaus got on the carriage with the King and they left for the Capital. The manor Jaus owned was just a day of riding a carriage away from the Capital. But they decided it was better to go meet the royal family because Jaus was a special case.


    They rode for 5 days straight. Uic and Jaus spoke a lot to each other and got a mutual bond of trust between them. Upcourse Jaus was still a being of mystery. But Uic trusted him. Jaus decided to put some trust into him too but he won''t do anything stupid for the King.


    They arrive at the Capital and go straight to the Palace.


    The Kings family is already there. They left before the King because they only went with him to see the Battle Royale. The queen and the princesses bowed. The princes didn''t. They were arrogant and thought they shouldn''t bow towards their father or the new knight just behind the knight.


    Uic: "Sorry Jaus... My sons are quite arrogant."


    Jaus: " 3 daughters... 2 sons... Oh, I forgive your sons. They don''t know me but they should bow towards you. I can teach that arrogance out of them."


    Uic: "Just ignore it for now..."


    Jaus: "Ok. Which one is the eldest."


    Uic: "The one closest to the queen is Jera."


    Jaus heads over to Jera.


    Jaus: "I bow to the Eldest Princess Jera."


    Jera is surprised by the sudden action. She flusters and all the others start laughing. Even the king. Then Jera suddenly slaps Jaus for making her fluster.


    Jaus: "I am very sorry Princess Jera."


    Jaus then heads back over to the king.


    Jaus: "Your daughter is very interesting. Quite tempremental indeed."


    Uic: "That isn''t even her worst! Hahahaha!"


    Uic and the rest start laughing. Only Jaus and Jera aren''t laughing. Jera is still embarrased and very mad at Jaus.


    Uic: "Shall we go and have dinner? Jaus will you join us?"


    Jaus: "If you say so. I don''t have anything against it. Might get to know all of you better."


    Uic: "I haven''t asked you before... But will you get rid of that cloak and mask... We want to see you better. We can''t tell your skin color and we can''t see your face."


    Jaus: "As you command."


    Jaus takes off his mask and cloak revealing the face of an 14 year old and pure white skin. They also see some muscles underneath the white shirt. The entire royal family are taken aback from this sight.


    It looks like Jaus has trained for his entire life.

    Jaus: "As you say."


    They all head to the dining hall and Jaus waits until the royal family has sat down to sit down himself. He sits down to the place Uic has sent a new maid to.


    Soon afture food is delivered to the table and everybody starts dining. In the middle of eating Uic stops and motions for something. Then some mead is delivered to everybody who is of age for drinking. (Just for note, the drinking age in that kingdom is 15.)


    Uic: "Jaus. Are you of age for drinking?"


    Jaus: "What is the proper drinking age?"


    Uic: "15... You seem 14."


    Jaus: "I am way over 14. My appearance is stuck like this for now. I can drink."


    Uic: "This mead is from the Nordic Lands to the north. One of the best."


    Jaus: "Then I will gladly accept a taste of this fine mead..."


    They all drink a little bit of mead until they notice something. Jaus is already finished with all of his food and is waiting.


    Uic: "Already done aye? You could score first place in the world''s eating competition my friend!"


    Jaus: "I''ve always eaten fast."


    Uic: "Well... I''ll have a maid escort you to the training grounds for now. I will come by when I am finished."


    A maid comes next to Jaus and signals that it''s time to go and Jaus rises and then bows to the family before leaving.


    Uic: "A strange fellow... He is very trustworthy but mysterious. Something about him tells me that if we betray him... He will kill us and if we don''t betray him he won''t betray us..."


    Jera: "Indeed father... Mysterious indeed. By the way about THAT subject... The white and black gorilla..."


    The royal family talks about the dissapeared gorilla aka Jaus''s real body. Jaus is heading over to the training ground when he sees a slave woman being treated badly by other slaves. He walks over to the boy slaves and looks at them. They don''t notice him because Jaus concealed his presence and silently walked.


    The maid starts laughing a little. The little girl starts smiling afture seeing what the maid is laughing at. Jaus is behind the boys and is looking down at them. But the boys don''t notice it.


    Boy #1: "Oi! What are you smiling at! And where is that laughing coming from!"


    The boy looks behind him only to find Jaus looking at him. He then falls back seeing Jaus''s face and the maid laughing.


    The maid walks towards Jaus.


    Maid: "I think that''s enough Knight Jaus."


    Jaus: "Slave girl. Come with me."


    Jaus lends his hand to the slave girl and she accepts it immediatly. The boys are surprised by the thing the maid said. Knight Jaus.


    Jaus: "Girl... What is your name."


    Girl: "My name is Rui. What are you going to do to me..."


    Jaus: "I didn''t expect the King to have slaves."


    Rui: "The King doesn''t have slaves... I''m the slave of one of the royals who came here today... He treats me badly and i''m only there to fetch water and food."


    Jaus: "Who is this royal?"


    Rui: "Baron Amethius."


    Jaus: "Come with me for now. If Amethius want to argue with me he will have to deal with a duel."


    Rui: "Ok.. It feels safer with you. You have an aura of... Protection..."


    Jaus: "Hmm... Do I?"


    Jaus doesn''t completely trust the slave or any human around him so he keeps an eye on all of his surroundings. He spots quite a few guards staring at him. He even sees an assasain in the corner of a building. Upcourse he kills the assassin using some fire magic.


    Maid: "How did you see that assassin?"


    Jaus: "I have keen senses."


    Jaus then is taken to the training grounds where he sees a battalion of people training. The maid then approaches the guard who is training the others and tells him who Jaus is. The guard immediatly bows and the rest soon follow.


    Guard: "Hello Knight of the White Fire Jaus. I am one of the King''s royal guards. Tuir."


    Jaus: "Hello Tuir. I wish to see what you all are doing. So keep training them."


    Jaus keeps observing his surroundings and the training until the king comes along.


    Uic: "Jaus. It''s time to go and see your manor. The manor is also going to be home to Jera. Since you two are going to be living in the same manor i''m going to leave some guards and maids and butlers for you. Also guard her well. She is my daughter afture all."


    Jaus: "I will. But why in the same manor?"


    Uic: "It feels like she will be safer with you. I trust you Jaus. It''s like if I don''t betray you, you will never betray me."


    Jaus: "Then let''s keep it that way. I don''t like betrayers. I want to kill betrayers."


    Uic slightly flinches at hearing that from Jaus.


    They then head towards the stable where a carriage was already prepeared and Jera is already in it. The king sits in first and then Jaus.


    Jera: "Father... Why do I have to live with Jaus... I trust the royal guards a lot... I don''t know about him though..."


    Uic: "Trust this man. If he kills you I will hunt him down and make his life miserable. Also he is strong enough to take down my royal guard army alone probably."


    Jera: "That... Strong... He is inhumane..."


    Uic: "I know. There are only a handful of men who can take down my royal guard army alone. Only 5 of them including Jaus. And we don''t know how much power Jaus has shown us."


    Jera: "I''ll trust him a little more then..."


    Jera quickly looks at Jaus and then starts blushing. Uic notices this but doesn''t  pay any attention to it.


    They ride towards the manor where Jaus and Jera will live at.


    What will happen to the life of Jaus now? We shall find out next time.

 Chapter 7. Manor.

    Jaus with the King and Jera arrive at the manor.


    A lot of maids and butlers come out to see their new masters.


    The guards don''t move but keep an eye on the new masters.


    Jaus walks next to Jera but a little behind the king.


    The manor is big. The fields around it are flat and range for a very long time.


    The manor is very beautiful and well made.


    Jaus is sent to the furthest room in the house and Jera to the opposite room. Jera is mad at that decision but acts fine with it. Jaus just is very observant.


    They settle in and go back to the living room. The king already left to do some more important matters.


    Jera: "So we are living together now... Knight Jaus."


    Jaus: "Indeed we are Princess Jera. And Jaus is just fine if saying Knight doesn''t fit you."


    Jera: "Ok Jaus... You can call me Jera. I have a question for you... Where are you from?"


    Jaus: "Beast continent. Can''t remember exactly from where."


    Jera: "Ok.... How old are you."


    Jaus: "Only if you don''t faint or shout that it''s impossible."


    Jera: "I promise."


    Jaus: "700 years."


    Jera: "How..? Only elves can live that long... But you keep such a youthful appearance... A vampire?"


    Jaus: "Not quite... But you can call me a monster.... I''m not human is all i am going to say."


    Jera: "Well... Ok..."


    Jera goes off to her room wondering about something. Jaus starts walking around, closely inspecting the area he is going to live at. He is still suspicious about the human world.


    He trusts the king and the royal family a little but others not so much.


    He doesn''t see anything out of place and only finds a secret passage what leads down to an ancient library. The library seems to be from before the time he was born. Aka over 701 years old. He decides to check it out tomorrow if nothing pops up.


    He then goes to his room and pretends to be asleep. He actually is just thinking about what could''ve changed when he was asleep.


    In the morning he is surprised. The maids and butlers are rushing around. The guards are shouting something.


    He goes to check at the front gate.


    Rui is there. Heavily bruised.


    The guards won''t let her through even if she says she is friends with Jaus.


    Jaus: "Guards! Let her through! Rui''s my friend now!"


    Guard #1: "Ok. Rui? WAIT! There is only one girl with the name of Rui and this appearance... Amethius''s slave. Did you forcefully take her along?"


    Jaus: "Yes. Let''s keep it at that."


    Guard #1: "But that will raise problems with Amethius! He might send men to kill you sir!"


    Jaus: "And they will die to my hand if they are as idiotic as to attack me! Now let her in! I want to see what happened to her."


    The guard opens the gate and Rui runs to Jaus.


    Jaus: "Who did this to you Rui?"


    Rui: "The guards at the city... No guard at the city likes slaves... But i''m not a slave anymore right...?"


    Jaus: "Upcourse not Rui... Upcourse not."


    Jaus squats down and hugs Rui. Rui blushes. Rui has the appearance of a 12 year old girl. Jaus has the mentality of a 15 year old but also of a 700 year old. When he is friendly he is like a 15 year old. When he is neutral or not friendly it is 700 year old.


    Rui: "It hurts Jaus... They kicked me around... They threw me around and poked at me with their spears..."


    Jaus: "It will all be fine Rui. I can tell you aren''t a bad girl. You are too young and innocent to be a bad girl. If you were you wouldn''t do anything bad to me right?"


    Rui: "Yeah..."

    Jera woke up and saw the commotion outside and Jaus hugging Rui.


    When Rui is taken away to get treated Jaus looks behind and sees Jera.


    Jaus: "Good Morning Jera."


    Jera: "Who was that girl?"


    Jaus: "Former slave of Amethius. Now my friend. And if Amethius wants her I will kill him."


    Jera: "So you are even willing to pick a fight with THAT Amethius. Quite brave. But also idiotic."


    Jaus: " I heard that you are ferocious but you don''t seem like that to me."


    Jera: "I... Don''t know how to act around you. You are different from the others."


    Jaus: "Well... What are your plans for today?"


    Jera: "Nothing much... We are in a place where no carriages or anything usually comes by. And the closest village is half a day of riding away. I''d rather stay here."


    Jaus: "Shall I stay by your side or train the guards not on watch duty?"


    Jera: "Can''t you do both? I''m interested in watching you train guards. Your methods of teaching guards should be different than others..."


    Jaus: "Affirmative."


    Jaus calls for guards not on watch duty and just spending their time lazing around and waiting for something to do.


    The guards come together to the middle of the plaza and Jaus orders them to start fighting each other. But no blows what might make the guard useless in fighting.


    Jaus then watches the duels go on for an hour and afture the hour starts training each and every one of them at the same time but in seperate ways.


    He points out every flaw in the attack or defence.


    Jera: "He sees everything... He even noticed some things I didn''t until he pointed them out..."


    Jaus trains them for hous until Rui interrupts Jaus from commanding the guards. He tells the guards to take a break while talking to Rui.


    Rui: "I''m back Jaus!"


    Jaus: "So what are you doing here Rui? Interested in watching our little training?"


    Rui: "Yeah! It looks... Fun."


    Jaus: "There is nothing fun about hurting somebody else... Usually."


    Rui: "Oh... But it''s still interesting to see you do things!"


    Jaus: "Go sit with Jera alright? She is watching from over there."


    Rui: "Ok big brother Jaus!"


    Jaus: "Go now and be nice to Jera."


    Rui: "Ok!"


    Jaus then continues to train the guards until the watch change comes. He repeats the process for the entire day. He also keeps an eagle''s eye on everything around him.


    When Rui and Jera went for dinner he didn''t. He kept looking around.


    He decided to show Jera and Rui about the library at midnight.


    He woke Rui who was sleeping in Juas''s room for now and Jera.


    Jera: "What are we doing this late at night...?"


    Jaus: "Trust me. I found something interesting."


    Jera: "Ok... But i''m sleepy... Let''s get this over with..."


    Jaus shows them the library. They are intrigued to see such an old structure underneath the manor. They don''t explore much of it because it''s dark down there and they aren''t prepeared so Jaus closes the door afture everybody is out. But Jaus hears something weird. Like a hiss from a female Lamia.


    He decided to ignore it for now and goes back to his room while saying good bye to Jera.


    Rui runs into Jaus''s room aswell because she is sleeping next to Jaus.


    The girls sleep and Jaus thinks about the hiss he heard.


    "What is in the library? What is it truly?" Jaus asks himself...


    What is in there? We shall find out soon.

 Chapter 8. The Humanoid.

    Our beast hero, Jaus, has decided to enter it today.


    He doesn''t want to bother Jera or Rui so he quietly left them to sleep. He ordered the maids and butlers to keep their mouths shut about where he has gone off to.


    He went just a few hours before he usually would have "woken up".


    When the girls woke up they began a panic when they couldn''t find him and the maids swore never to tell the girls and the girls secluded themselves in their rooms.


    Their protector suddenly dissapeared before they could get familiar with the mansion completely.


    But Jaus was already... In the library.


    He walked towards where he heard the hiss come from.


    He walked and saw many books, many skeletons, many robes what looked to be for mages or cultists.


    He saw a big door... It had a snake''s head engraved into it and when he opened the door... He found a lamia there.


    Lamia''s are snakes with their upper body being human. They are stronger,faster and more capable of using magic than humans.


    The Lamia was chained up to the floor in the middle of what seemed like a ritual area.


    The Lamia spotted Jaus entering and immediatly started hissing at him.


    Jaus: "Lamia. Why do you use hostility the moment I come in? Do you know who I am?"


    Lamia: "You... You don''t smell human... You smell like a beast... But you are in human form... What are you?"


    Jaus: "All will be explained in due time Lamia. What are you doing here?"


    Lamia: "Chained up... The mages outside experimented on me. They died when... Their own shot them with fire magic and ultimately killed themselves too. 50 years ago."


    Jaus: "Hmm? So you''ve been here for over 50 years. What did they experiment on you?"


    Lamia: "Making... Half... Lamians..."


    Jaus: "Hmm... So they were unpure mages huh."


    Lamia: "Save me beast... I know you aren''t like them... You have the aura... You seem... Like you won''t betray me... You seem... Wait... You... I know you... I saw you when I was being dragged to this area... Well your beast body atleast..."


    Jaus: "So you passed through that town huh? And saw me... The Corrupt Divine Gorilla?"


    Lamia: "So that''s what you call yourself... I saw what beasts call you. The Betrayer huh... What have you done to the Beast Kingdom to make them that mad at you."


    Jaus: "Killed over half of their army once."


    Lamia: "Half... That... Is... A lot... You must be strong..."


    Jaus: "That was 700 years ago."


    Lamia: "700... The age when beasts still ruled the world... And you kept the humans from dying? A single beast..."


    Jaus: "The wrath is my power. The hatred for beasts and humans a like gives me courage."


    Lamia: "What about half-beasts half-humans like Lamia?"


    Jaus: "Don''t know about them. There were no halves when It was 700 years ago."


    Lamia: "Well the first half appeared 534 years ago... When the humans had already captured a cored beast..."


    Jaus: "Want me to free you?"


    Lamia: "It would be great... My name is Nil by the way..."


    Jaus crushes the bars holding the weak Lamia. The Lamia collapses to the floor immediatly.


    Jaus: "No power huh. Might as well take you up. You will be safer there than in this dusty place. A mages library..."

    Rui runs to Jaus and hugs him tightly.


    Jaus: "Hmm... I was just exploring the library. I found Nil the Lamia there. She''s quite weak though. The mages downstairs who are now dead wanted to make half-lamian half-humans... I wonder why. But that is no matter to me."


    Jera: "Half... Lamians? But aren''t Lamians already half beasts themselves?"


    Jaus: "Indeed they are. I don''t know anything about the mages. They were dead when I got there. Well... Let us get Nil to a bed and get her treated. She is quite weak for being starved for 50 years and then experimented on aswell. It''s a miracle she is still alive. Maid. Please take her to one of the resting places and feed her. I don''t know what Lamians like though..."


    Maid: "Yes Lord Jaus! I will immediatly!"


    The maid calls for 2 guards to assist her carrying the Lamia. They carry her to one of the guest beds in the house and begin to take care of her.


    Jera: "What was down there anyways..."


    Jaus: "Books what were over 50 years old. The place was filled with cobwebs and dust though. I think the royal librarians would be VERY interested in this room. Should we tell them about this?"


    Jera: "I''ll send a messenger... By the way Jaus... I got a message from my father... We won''t be staying here for long. We will be going to the royal academy nearby. Rui is coming with us too"


    Jaus: "Academy? Us three?"


    Jera: "Indeed. We don''t know much about you but we know a lot about Rui... We need your second name Jaus... Your family name."


    Jaus: "I have none. All of my relatives are dead by now anyways."


    Jera: "No family name huh... Well you are over 700 years old. You still look 14 though. We will just say you are 15... Rui is too young so she will be your servant..."


    Jaus: "Hmm... What about the manor though?"


    Jera: "It will continue to be under our vision."


    Jaus: "And how will I get in. The royal academy is for royals only right? I  have no right there. I only own this manor because I won it. I am no royal. And royals own way more than a manor right."


    Jera: "You are going to be a special case."


    Jaus: "Interesting. What about Nil though? Can half-beasts even become Royals?"


    Jera: "I''ll inform my father that she will be one of your servants as well..."


    Jaus: "Good. When are we leaving?"


    Jera: "A few days from now. Prepeare your things... Also the academy clothing has already been delivered."


    Jaus: "Ok... I will prepeare for that."


    Jaus leaves with Rui still hugging him tightly and Jera leaves too.


    They are prepearing for the trip to the Academy.


    What will the academy be like? How many troubles with Jaus get into? We will find out.

 Chapter 9. Call To Arms.

    A day before they decide to go to the school Jaus gets a note.


    War has been suddenly declared by a bordering kingdom named Tyar. The Kingdom Jaus is in is called Iora.


    He is called to arms at the Great Plains at the border between Iora and Tyar.


    Tyar is not a frontier kingdom so it has great power compared to the war-ridden Iora.


    But what the leader of Tyar doesn''t know... Is that Jaus joined Iora.


    Jaus decided to help Iora for now until the time he doesn''t need it anymore.


    The Great Plains is a lot more east from the location the Manor is at.


    Jaus: "Jera. Rui. I have to go and fight. A call to arms."


    Jera: "So... You are not coming with us to the academy?"


    Jaus: "I''ll come later. Right now I will not. I don''t know who will protect you though."


    Jera: "The teachers there know that I will be in danger so they will protect me. Also the carriage will be protected by royal guards."


    Jaus: "That takes care of my problems. I should get going. The battle will be lost without my power. The war was so sudden that we don''t have enough forces at the east and most of our forces are at the North fighting against the Beasts."


    Jera: "Be safe ok? I don''t want you to die. You... I don''t know what to make of you. I want you to be at my side for some reason..."


    Jaus: "I will be safe. The people from the other kingdoms can''t match my power."


    Jera: "I trust you..."


    Jaus rides off towards the East. Jera and Rui with Nil ride towards the Academy.


    Jaus doesn''t know how many enemies there are but he doesn''t care. They cannot match his power anyways. All the half-divines have been nearly killed. The divines haven''t been seen for a while and presumed dead.


    So Jaus... Is now the strongest.


    He rides towards the East for 10 days straight. He reaches a camp where the King is already waiting for him.


    Uic: "Jaus! You are finally here! I got here 2 days ago. The situation... Is bad. They have two million people against out measly 7500 men. I don''t know how we are going to win this."


    Jaus: "Let me go alone. I can take them all on."


    Uic: "Hahahaha! Are you insane my friend? You might be powerful but you CANNOT take on two million of them."


    Jaus: "I CAN. And I will do so. Tell your men to form defensive positions and NEVER come to look what is happening to the enemy army. They will not believe what they saw anyways."


    Uic: "Hahaha.... You. You aren''t serious right? YOU CAN''T BE SERIOUS. That''s pure insanity going against that many of them!"


    Jaus: "I can atleast take a lot of them down with me. Weaken their forces. Your men will get in the way anyways. When i am in battle I cannot tell the difference between foe or friend."


    Uic: "Well... Can we atleast send a few men with you... Like 300?"


    Jaus: "No. Me. Alone."


    Uic: "There is no stopping you is there... We were going to make defensive formations anyways... But going alone? You would just make  your presence here useless."


    Jaus: "I am going. Just stay here and DO NOT look towards there. Make your base right behind the forest there. Harder to spot."


    Uic: "Well... Ok... I''ll trust you this once Jaus. But we will still prepeare to take on atleast 2 million of them in hopes of being rumoured as heroes."


    Jaus: "Good enough. I will now go. I need no armor by the way."


    Jaus takes off some armor he had put on just to make Jera feel safe and throws it into the corner.


    Jaus: "I will now go."


    Uic: "No armor... Do you want to atleast take a weapon with you...? Jaus the insane..."


    Jaus: "Me? Insane? Possibly. And no weapon. I will crush them bare fisted."


    Jaus leaves and everybody is surprised by what Jaus said. They thought he will only take atleast 100 men down with him.


    Jaus is moving towards the enemy army sure that Uic will not see what he will do to them.


    Jaus: "2 million. 5 lines of armored, 15 lines of archers and a ton of cavalary and lightly armored. Some lines of magicians. Does not matter. There are no beast hunters by the looks of things. Not like they could hurt me anymore."


    Jaus starts taking off his clothes and placing them next to him. When he has taken off all his clothes he has noticed that the enemy army has moved towards Uic''s location. Jaus starts transforming into his beast form. The giant gorilla with white and black hair appears out of nowhere ontop of a hill infront of the enemy army. The enemy army halts and looks at the massive gorilla.


    Jaus aka the gorilla starts charging at them. The archers and magicians start fiercly firing at Jaus but the bolts, arrows and magic just bounce off of his fur and skin. He continues his charge like a mad gorilla.


    When he comes in contact with the enemy army he breaks through all the lines in a few seconds. Splitting the army into two.


    In his charge he killed about 50 000 people.


    He turned around to find him being surrounded.


    The guards scream "BEAST!" and "It''s tough!" and then he hears a command. "CHARGE!". It came from the enemy commander.


    The entire army charges towards Jaus but Jaus swings around his arms crushing the people coming. A few hawkeye archers from the enemy aim for the eyes but Jaus sees what they are doing and covers his eyes and charges towards them.


    Fire magic is shot at him from behind, Ice magic from infront. Wind magic from the left side and Earth magic form the west.


    Different magic from all the sides. Jaus uses magic himself. "Dark Shield" a darkness move. It blocks all the magic attacks and makes the caster of the magic weaker.


    Jaus charges towards the enemy commander with a speed humans can''t measure up to even using wind magic to boost their speed.


    The enemy commander is dead under the feet of Jaus when the charge ends.


    A few minutes passed and... Half of the enemy army is dead. Screams are heard everywhere. Blood covers the battlefield. Crushed bodies are everywhere. Every swing Jaus makes kills atleast 100 people and knocks down atleast another 200 with the bodies of the dead. The ranks of the enemy are destroyed. Their leader gone.

    Jaus had cast the magic "Fire Curtain" around the battlefield just in case somebody tried to peek. He didn''t trust the army of Uic not to see what made the enemy scream.


    The enemy had only one hope left. The mercy of Jaus. But he had none. He did not trust humans and decided to kill all of them.


    Every second 300 people died or were injured in that battle.


    Afture 5 minutes... The battle finished. Jaus had killed 2 million men in just 13 minutes. The entire army of Tyar. Gone.


    He had reverted back to his human form. He was fully covered in blood. He walked back towards the camp Uic had set up.


    The people saw Jaus naked. He forgot he had clothes. Three maids immediatly jumped to the case to bring Jaus new clothing and another maid to set up a bath for Jaus.


    Everybody who saw Jaus fully bloody but with no injuries thought he was a god of war... It looked like nothing could have touched him except the blood of his enemies.


    A scout was quickly dispatched to see if the enemy army is completely gone.


    When the scout returned and Jaus in the bath...


    The scout confirmed it. All of them were crushed. The king rushed to Jaus who was having his bath.


    Uic: "Jaus... What magic did you use?"


    Jaus: "Fire Curtain and Dark Shield. Nothing else."


    Uic: "But those are defensive magic... It doesn''t benefit the strength of a human... You truly are mysterious... What are you..?"


    Jaus: "You only need to refer to me as Jaus. You can also call me a monster. Your daughter knows how old I actually am. Ask her if you want my age. But my species will remain a mystery for now. King. Now... I want to bathe in peace. It takes a while for blood to wash off doesn''t it? I also need to get back to the academy. It''s about 15 days away from here right?"


    Uic: "Indeed. My daughter is at the academy already probably. I don''t think anybody will fight us if they know about your existance... And the beast kingdom... We can handle them for now."


    The King leaves and Jaus finishes his bath in 3 hours.


    New clothing was already left for him at the door of the tent where he was bathing in. When he walked out and put on new clothing... Everybody stared at him. They looked at him like they were looking at a monster or a god of war.


    He went to sleep and when he woke up a horse was already waiting for him.


    He left and rode towards the academy.


    He rode for 17 days straight. Well counting the many stops the horse had to take to eat and drink. Jaus didn''t need to eat or drink as often as the horse.


    When he arrived at the academy he showed the gatekeeper his sign of approval into the academy. The moment he entered... He was surrounded by the teachers and the headmaster. All casting magic and defensive barriers and seals on Jaus.


    Headmaster: "You... What are you... When you entered we felt that something very strong and powerful came into our barrier..."


    Jaus: "I am... Jaus. A knight. Serving under the king and protector of Jera. I believe she is here already. With Rui and Nil."


    Headmaster: "Indeed... But we first need approval from Jera... To know if you are truly the rumoured Jaus..."


    A teacher runs off to get Jera. Two minutes pass and Jera comes rushing around the corner crying.


    Jera: "JAUS! YOU CAME! ALIVE!"


    Jaus: "I did. It wasn''t such a big a deal as I thought. Now... Can you explain to these... Teachers... What I am doing here. I don''t want to hurt them right now."


    Jera: "Headmaster! Teachers! Stand down! The man infront of you is truly Jaus! Any illusion magic would have been undone when coming inside! And he looks exactly like Jaus!"


    When the headmaster and the teacher stop casting magic Nil and Rui come around the corner.


    Lamia''s and such are known servants of royals.


    Nil: "Jaus! Where were you! I couldn''t see you afture you saved me!"


    Rui: "Big brother Jaus!!!"


    They rush to the side of Jaus and hug him where as Jera hesitates.


    Nil arrogantly says: "So.. You don''t want to be at the side of Jaus?"


    Jera: "Not that... It''s just not sightly for a princess to hug a mere knight... Even if it a titled knight..."


    Nil: "It does not matter"


    Nil hugs Jaus even more tightly but soon notices something.


    Nil: "Jaus... You... You have a scent of blood."


    Jaus: "Ah... Thought a Lamia would pick up that scent of blood I couldn''t get off my body."


    Nil: "What did you do...?"


    Jaus: "I slaughtered the enemy army. Alone."


    Everybody stops and looks at Jaus. Soon a message comes and the messager reads it outloud.


    Messanger: "King Uic is proud to declare that Knight Jaus has single-handedly killed all the 2 million enemies. The way he did it is a mystery but he saved our kingdom from devastation so he is declared one of the Three War Kings of the kingdom."


    Jera''s jaw drops to the floor and so do all the royals and the headmasters and teachers.


    Nil: "War King?"


    Jera: "That means... He is... A king of war... You have to take down atleast 1000 people single-handedly in one battle straight... But Jaus killed 2 million... The Kings of war are the most powerful humans in the Beast Continent who aren''t blessed by goddesses..."


    Nil: "So something very big?"


    Jera: "Indeed... This means he is greater than any royal... And..."


    Jera hugs Jaus aswell.


    Jera: "A princess should be honored to have one as their guard. The two other kings are arrogant because of their titles and don''t want to serve the royal family... I hope that you won''t be like that Jaus."


    Jaus: "I won''t. Arrogance can kill a person."


    Jaus and the girls walk off and the girls show Jaus to his room. It is placed next to Jeras room and Nils and Ruis room is opposite of his room.


    They are on a manor-like building near the main campus.


    The school arc has officialy begun as people said.

 Chapter 10.

    Jaus is now getting a tour by Jera and his 2 servants, Nil and Rui.


    Jera: "Over there is the library. And on the north of the library are the magic classes. Talking about classes... Which ones did you pick?"


    Jaus: "Classes? I haven''t picked any yet."


    Jera: "Good. I''ll pick for you."


    Jaus: "Why pick for me? Can''t I do it myself?"


    Jera: "You will probably pick the ones not near me and leave me vulnerable for attack."


    Jaus: "Ok... If that''s what you want... Princess Jera."


    Jera: "Just call me Jera.... Dummy."


    Jaus: "I cannot Princess Jera, it seems you are worshipped as a goddess by some of the aristocrats here. I do not want aristocrat enemies just yet. Upcourse I could beat them to bone ash but that is too boring."


    Jera: "Dummy. Don''t worry about the aristocrats. You are a higher level than them. You are a king of war!"


    Jaus: "Ah... So I don''t have to worry about them huh? Good. Are there any aristocrats I should look out for?"


    Jera: "Yes there are. There are the sons of Amethius. Apparently they have heard about the case with Rui and they are the troublemakers of this school. They will look for you most likely to see if you truly are a king of war. Also... Be careful around Count Ulin''s daughters... They take any chance they can to make men fall in love with them. I don''t want my bodyguard to fall in love with somebody else and leaving me..."


    Jaus: "I will look out for them. The sons of Amethius won''t be able to fight me evenly even if I use a sliver of my true power. I would overpower them. Ulin''s daughters cannot make me fall in love with them as I am uncapable to trust anybody else than you three girls and the king."


    Jera: "You... Sweettalker..."


    Jaus: "So... What are Nil and Rui going to do? They are my servants right now."


    Jera: "They will help you while being out of classes. But you don''t need much anyways so they will probably just sit next to you most of the time..."


    Jaus: "Ok. Now... Which classes am I taking then Jera?"


    Jera: "Political classes, magic and Group Combat."


    Jaus: "Politics, magic and group combat...? In magic I would overpower my enemies, in combat i would overpower my enemies. Politics...? They teach that too here huh?"


    Jera: "Yeah. It''s boring but I have to listen. You don''t though. You can just look and do other stuff while in class. The teachers are wary of you. They know they can''t fight you... Wait... The headmaster can''t even fight evenly with you and he is the strongest magician who isn''t a hero magician.... How... Powerful are you..."


    Jaus: "Have you heard of divine beasts Jera?"


    Jera: "Yeah... They are super powerful right? Only heroes can kill them."


    Jaus: "Good. Now think a little. What can some cored beasts do?"


    Jera: "Transform into... HUMANS..."


    Jaus: "And what am I?"


    Jera: "Stronger than human... You can''t be... A  divine beast..."


    Jaus: "Possibly. I won''t tell you right now. I only gave you hints. Now... Shall we get to the Politics class? It seems like the right time."


    Jera: "Yes. Let''s go. Nil, Rui. Come with us because you can probably help out Jaus in understanding some of the things."


    The three girls and Jaus head towards the Politics class. The moment they enter the teacher bows to the princess but then when Jaus enters... He kneels.


    Jaus: "What is the meaning of this?"


    Teacher: "This is usual for us... King of war Jaus. We kneel to anybody who is a king of war or a king or an emperor."


    Jaus: "Hmm. Ok. Now stand up. Kneeling for too long is painful right?"


    Teacher: "Thank you Jaus. I can call you Jaus right?"


    Jaus: "It''s fine by me."

    Every aristocrat in the politics class look at Jaus. The teacher bowed to the princess but kneeled to an unknown stranger he called a King of War. There are only two kings of war in the kingdom. But including Jaus there are three.


    Student #1: "Teacher! What is the meaning of this!? Why did you bow to somebody who isn''t even probably an aristocrat becaus I haven''t heard of him!"


    Student #2: "Yeah Teacher!"


    Teacher: "That man is a king of war! He is on the same level as the King Uic! Be nice towards him! He defeated two million men alone!"


    Female Student #1: "That''s insane! Nobody can beat that many! The hero could only beat 1,5 million men before falling!"


    Female Student #2: "And the battle was just a week or so ago right!? Even if he was gifted with ultimate regeneration there would still be some scars on him! And by the looks of things he isn''t even scarred a little bit!"


    Teacher: "Sit down and shut up! This man can kill all of us if he wanted! If you don''t believe me use your Mana Vision on him!"


    The entire class stares at Jaus with weird looking eyes. Suddenly most of them collapse and the rest of them feel dizzy.


    Student #1: "I feel... Sick... I couldn''t see the end in his mana pool... It seemed... Infinite..."


    Teacher: "When you can''t see the end of somebodies mana pool that gives you sickness. You all have seen my mana pool''s end and didn''t feel sick. So that means he is more powerful than I. Even the headmaster felt sick while looking at his mana pool. He was on the verge of collapsing before he gave up!"


    Jaus: "What is going on? Can''t we just begin the class?"


    Teacher: "Immediatly Jaus! Immediatly!"


    The teacher orders everybody to shut up and listen while nervously looking at Jaus every now and then. The class goes on for 3 hours but Jaus didn''t bother to listen to any of it and then left when it ended. Jera soon followed and they went to the magic class.


    The same thing repeated like in the Politics class. The teacher there kneeled too. Jaus just ignored it this time and sat down and ordered the teacher to begin.


    He learned a lot of new magic. Jera was always listening to the classes.


    The magic class went on for three hours too. When they left for the group combat class Jaus was put into the same group as Jera, Nil and Rui. Apparently servants can be in the Group Combat as well.


    There are 5 groups excluding the group of Jaus. But they are all easily defeated by Jaus. He only needed to stare at one group before all of them fainted in that group. The other groups soon followed as Jaus basically teleported infront of them and made them lose conciousness with the blast of wind.


    The group battles only lasted for a few seconds.


    Teacher: "Jaus. Next time don''t participate please... It seems you are too powerful for group combat... Can you just keep an eye on things from up there... Please?"


    Jaus: "Fine with me Teacher. I felt like this was easy. I can''t believe they fainted from just my stare or the air pressure what came when I used a little bit of my speed... Even the army men were on the verge of fainting when I did my stare..."


    Jaus observes the group combat class from a rooftop. Jaus had noticed that the Headmaster had constantly hid and kept track of him throughout the day.


    He decided to go and directly ask the headmaster what is the reason for the headmasters surveillance.


    What will happen now? Why is the headmaster doing this? Is the headmaster cautious or is there another reason? Will Jera realise what species or being Jaus really is?


    We shall find out next time.

 Chapter 11. Destroying a kingdom.

    Jaus has cornered the headmaster of the academy because the headmaster was in his room when Jaus barged in.


    Headmaster: "What is the meaning of this Jaus!"


    Jaus: "You tell me headmaster. Why do you observe me?"


    Headmaster: "Umm.... Umm... Not going to tell yo-"


    Jaus transforms only his arm into his beast form freezing the headmaster in fear.


    Jaus: "Well? REASON?"


    Headmaster: "UMM... No reason... No reason at all~"


    Jaus: "Do you want to die? Feel the sweet kiss of death? Though not a kiss. A punch."


    Headmaster: "Possibly not... Fine i''ll tell you... Don''t harm the students ok? Because i am 100% sure you will kill me, the teachers and the king afture this if you are a beast... And looking at your arm you are one."


    Jaus: "Good. You understand. Now speak!"


    Headmaster: "The king wanted to brainwash you! He wanted to make you submit! So if you are going to do something DO NOT harm the students please! They are the future of this kingdom! We can get through the mess of losing our king but not these students!"


    Jaus: "I promise. The students won''t put up a fight anyways. They will die of shock when I use my rage on them hahahaha!"


    Jaus punches the headmaster out of the tower the headmasters room was in and quickly makes his arm go back to his human form.


    He then heads over to each of the teachers class where he proceeds to kill them. Jera was walking with Rui and Nil to the next class so she only heard screams and rushed to a teachers class only to find them dead.


    The last scream she reached she saw... Jaus. Killing the teacher infront of the students.


    Jera: "JAUS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! Are all these screams your doing! EXPLAIN NOW!"


    Jaus: "Oh Princess Jera. I am about to kill this person who is assisting the king in trying to brainwash me. I do not like brainwashing a lot. And afture this I will proceed to kill your father, Uic the king."


    Jera: "Jaus... What... NO! YOU WILL NOT DO THAT! I WILL STOP YOU!"


    Jaus: "And with what world? Nobody on this world can stop me. I will also take you with me if you stay here for too long and I get back here when I am finished with your father."


    Jera: "NO! I WILL NOT COME WITH YOU! YOU DAMN MURDERER! I WAS WRONG TO TRUST YOU! YOU... BASTARD!"


    Jaus: "Hahaahaha... I never trusted anybody here anyways. I only decided to take up the kings offer to see what he would do. To determine if the humans are still as bad as 700 years ago. Seems they are. Now they  shall fear my name."


    Jera: "You... What are you... You never gave me an answer... Give it to me now."


    Jaus: "I am a beast. I survived your little heroes campaign and now am the last or one of the last Divine Beasts in this world."


    Jera: "Divine... We have no chance against you do we..."


    Jaus: "Nope. I won''t lie you have NO chance. Even with a hero  you will have no chance. The only reason your little hero won is because the strongest beast dissapeared. He also took care of the stronger beasts who were a danger to him only leaving medium strength or weak ones."


    Jera: "No wonder none of you were really strong..."


    Jaus: "Well I guess it''s time."


    Jaus snaps the neck of the teacher what is squirming in his grip and proceeds to walk towards a wall. When he comes in contact with the wall it breaks and he walks outside. Jaus walks to the gate of the academy and turns into his beast form. The black symbols are there and can now be seen very clearly. Everybody who looked towards Jaus now saw a huge beast.


    Jaus then starts charging towards the capital in a beeline. Crushing everything in it''s path. No beast, no human, no half-human, no wildlife, no tree,bush or rock was left alone. Everything was crushed in the path of Jaus.


    The charge seemed endless. The town''s guardsmen saw Jaus charging from a distance away. But it was too late to do anything. They could only inform their captain of a huge beast charging towards their palace before they were killed in his charge.


    Jaus charged through the whole town crushing everything. Buildings crushed, humans and half-humans crushed alike under his foot. He charged until he crushed through the doors of the kings palace. The doors fell on 30 guards who were in lines.


    The only ones left in that room were the princes and princesses with the queen and king.


    They all looked at the huge beast infront of them.


    Uic: "What... Is a beast... Doing here?"


    Jaus: "Hello Uic. So it seems your little scheme has ended. I found out that you were trying to brainwash me. Hahahaha. No way you can brainwash a beast what can crush this world. It seems I have to teach you a lesson. I won''t kill the princesses though. The other kingdoms can have fun with them. The queen will be sold to slavery, for my amusement upcourse."


    Uic: "Jaus... So it is you... Slavery? My queen... You cannot beat me even if you are a beast. All the kings in this world are family of the hero! You, a beast, cannot kill us!"


    Jaus then proceeds to throw a piece of the door at the king, crushing him. The queen who was next to the king looks at the piece. The princes draw their weapons but then immediatly fall to the ground when Jaus turns his glare to them. Jaus walks towards the princes and steps on them.


    Queen: "What are you going to do with Jera... She was with you for so long... Are you going to kill her too or sell her off to slavery or another kingdom?"

    The queen looks like she soiled her underwear when Jaus finished talking. The princesses had soiled their underwear when the door came crashing down and the soldiers dead.


    Jaus picks up the youngest princess who is only 7 years old.


    Jaus: "You... Hmm. You have potential to help me. Little girl... Don''t think of me as a mere beast who lusts for blood and death. All of the beasts don''t like blood. I used to be a opportunist and wanted to live with the humans... But in the end I got betrayed.


    Little girl... I can only see friendliness in your gaze. You mean no harm to anyone. A perfect example of a pure soul. So forget about your fathers death and move on. Do not let this drag you into depression little girl. As for the rest of you... You are the same but you are already tainted by your father. He wanted all of you to do his bidding didn''t he?"


    2nd oldest princess: "Yes... He was one of those fathers... But can you please put her down... She doesn''t like heights..."


    Jaus: "Hahahaha! Fine! I will not harm any more of  you. I already killed enough in my charge for now. But if you send armies afture me it would be interesting to crush them! Queen! Tell the other kingdoms about me and tell them to send armies! I want to crush more humans! Upcourse queen... You could swear loyalty to me and serve under me if you wish. I will protect you from harm until you try anything funny like killing me."


    Queen: "I will take you up on that offer... My lord?"


    Jaus: "Just calling me Jaus is ok. I will now go and get Jera. She should still be mad at me and confused at the same time. But why aren''t all of you scared of me now? My mother from ages ago told me that if you go into a human village as a beast they will be too scared and run away and the ones you catch up to somehow kill themselves in an idiotic way."


    Queen: "Well... We see that if we don''t try to harm you... You won''t harm us."


    Jaus puts down the youngest one and walks out. He charges back towards the academy. The academy was in a shock. Well the students were. All the teachers were dead and the most responsible students were trying to get control and comfort the others who had seen the teachers die.


    When they hear the shock of Jaus running towards them in his beast form they immediatly respond by sending spells at him. They all bounce off destroying even more wildlife. When Jaus stops his charge in the gateway of the academy the students approach him. Jera at the front.


    Jera: "Jaus... Why did you come back..? Did you actually kill my entire family...?"


    Jaus: "I came back for you Jera. I have taken a liking to you. I also left your female side of your family left. They were originally going to be pure but your male side of your family tainted them with their ideals. The queen and the princesses are alive. They swore loyalty to me and I am technically the overseer of this kingdom now."


    Jera: "You came back for me...? You took a liking to me...?"


    Suddenly Rui and Nil jump out from the crowd and hug the arms of Jaus because his body is too far in the air.


    Rui: "What about us!"


    Nil: "Yeah! What about us!"


    Jaus: "I like you two too. I won''t kill all of the Aristocrats who just tried to attack me... YET."


    Jera: "So what are you going to do now... Lord?"


    Jaus: "Destroy all the neighboring countries. I told the queen I would protect them right? So now I have to destroy the neighboring countries and then the beast kingdom to make sure this one will be fine. Sounds like fun."


    Jera: "You... You are evil... But good... What are you?"


    Jaus: "I am who I am. I am chaos I guess? Chaos brings evil but it also brings good."


    Jaus then turns to his human form and signals for Jera to come to him. Jera then tries to run towards Jaus but a male aristocrat grabs her.


    Aristocrat: "You can''t go with that beast! Who knows what he will do to you Princess! He might be lying!"


    Jera: "Let me go you insolent fool! I... I am still going with him. If we anger him too much he will kill all of us! I would rather live under his watch than die and risk going to a bad afterlife!"


    Aristocrat: "But princess!"


    Jaus then screams like an ape in his human form scaring the aristocrats. Jera breaks free and runs to Jaus.


    Jaus: "Do we have horses or something here for you girls? It will be a pain to carry you in my human form. Unless you want to ride on my back in my beast form?"


    Jera: "Riding on your back doesn''t sound bad..."


    Rui: "Yeah! Sounds comfy!"


    Nil: "Yeah!"


    Jaus then turns to his beast form again and lowers his back. Nil climbs on first as she is the tallest and brings Rui and Jera up with her tail. Jaus then starts moving towards the kingdom of Tyar, the kingdom where the 2 million man army came from.


    The destination is set. The goal is set. The party is ready. All what is left is the road to travel.
