《A Tale of Casual OPness》 A Prologue Reapeated Countless Times Over [Rewritten] Hello everybody, it¡¯s nice to meet y¡¯all. So I¡¯m Daniel, I¡¯ll be your narrator and main character throughout the course of this story. That is of course until the author kills me off in some sudden twist for some inexplicable reason, replacing me with a side-character who was actually the protagonist this entire time! And writing everything in my perspective for so many chapters was simply a ruse! My very existence was in itself is a ruse! And all that time he spent developing my character, building me up to be this great hero was for the sole purpose of tricking all of you! And you know what if I didn¡¯t know any better that would have been a rather shocking, somewhat infuriating, yet interesting twist. It¡¯s a shame you¡¯re all stuck with me, whether you like it or not. And there¡¯s nothing you can do to change tha- No hold up, peer pressure is quite the frightening and it can shift even large corporations at times. But this isn¡¯t a business, so he wouldn¡¯t do that would he? Well it¡¯s not like I can¡¯t do anything about that now can I, I¡¯m not writing this story or anything. Hell, the words coming out of my mouth, or rather the thoughts streaming out of my brain aren¡¯t even my own! Everything that I¡¯ve done over the years is meaningless! He could do away with it an instance, and recreate it in another instance! Not even this awareness is my own, not even the concept for my existence is my own or even my creator''s own! I wouldn¡¯t even exist if the Author wasn¡¯t trying to get through every single cliche and trope in the book. Ah whatever, the almighty power control each and everyone of my actions is beckoning me to move on, though it¡¯s not like I have a choice in the matter. Whatever, as long as I properly finish the pro- You know what, it might be a little late to make a proper prologue now. So I suppose I¡¯ll just have figure out how to narrate a prologue that¡¯s interesting enough to catch a hold of your ever so dwindling attention, and get you to click the button down there that sends you straight to the next chapter. And you know what, the best way to make a prologue is to not make one at all! Well technically Author-san still made one, but would you really consider this your typical prologue? I mean just look at the 4th wall, it¡¯s in pieces! But it fulfilled it¡¯s job at the very least, well one of them; one to keep the titans out, which I¡¯m sure you know how that worked out, and two to be broken. Repeatedly, over and over again until it¡¯s grinded into dust. Now, I wonder if I attracted anyone''s attention yet, it¡¯s rather hard to see after all. It¡¯s like a one way mirror, I just can¡¯t seem to see through the other side of the screen or monitor. But, I¡¯m sure it¡¯ll work out one way or another, I mean someone¡¯s bound to click this story with a title like this. You only need to have some semblance of reincarnation or OPness to get anyone aboard the ride, whether it¡¯s to completely and utterly destroy it or to praise it! But either way you all clicked it like the ever so predictable sheep you are, Kahahahahaha! Let¡¯s see, break the fourth wall check. Get off topic, check. Insult the readers, check. Create a list of things to do in the prologue while narrating the prologue, check¡. *Kaboom! Crash! Onomatopoeia that signifying something has been destroyed in causing a loud explosion!* Sound effects, check... ¡°Mom! Junior destroyed the house again!¡± (Child) Random side character that may or may not matter at some point, check... ¡°Again? For goodness sake Junior, your vocal cords may not have fully developed, but you should be able to understand that firing highly dangerous magic abilities inside of the house is off limits! And Peter I¡¯ve told you a million times, you need to cast several layers of fortifications and barriers when you¡¯re with your brother!¡± (Mother) ¡°B-But¡..mom¡.¡± (Peter) ¡°No, buts young man! You may have been a perfectly independent grown man in your past life, but right now you¡¯re my baby boy. And in my house you need to listen to me mister! Now we¡¯re going to have to bother the Patterson¡¯s three year old son and have him build us a new house. You''re lucky he¡¯s more than happy to help out, and more than capable to building us a new house in a matter of hours.¡± (Mother) Random event, check¡ Oh, and that¡¯s the Rogers family by the way, my neighbors. They¡¯ve recently had another kid, the two-month old Kevin, another Otherworlder. And from the looks of it, he¡¯s a Reincarnator just like his brother Peter. The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement. Now, I bet you¡¯re wondering how I know this. Well, that¡¯s easy, what freaking baby can blow up a house! Besides when he possessed an unnatural amount of intelligence at birth, and refuses to cry a majority of the time. I¡¯ve heard he only cries whenever he needs something, and he¡¯s recently been smacking the side of his crib in order to get someone to come to his service. So he¡¯s either a baby with an intelligence cheat, or he¡¯s another Reincarnator, and I¡¯m willing to be it¡¯s the second one. Hmmm? I looked up at the ceiling, I should probably get out of the way. ¡°Watch out!¡±, a young girl''s voice rang through my head telepathically. ¡°Above you!¡± I quickly stepped back, and watched as a rather heavy object came crash down onto my roof. The force of the impact and weight bore a hole right through the ceiling, and tearing apart the walls. And without the walls support it the ceiling quickly began caving in on itself, and the house began collapsing. So, I grabbed a wooden chair sitting by a table, and threw it at a nearby window before jumping out myself. I distanced myself from the collapsing building, and watched as it turned into a large pile of rubble, and dust covering the large black object that came crashing down, embedding itself into the ground Perfect timing, right on cue~ I walked around the rubble that was my house, it turned out that the large object was a large corpse. It was a large pitch black corpse of a rather dangerous monster known as a Wyvern, a powerful winged reptilian beast whose size easily surpasses the relatively large room I was standing in. Of course that¡¯s rather difficult to imagine since I never did talk about the room until it started, well you know being destroyed. But to make things easier just imagine a truck right? And now give it wings, the ability to breathe fire, poisonous gas, or bolts of lightning. Then give it claws, and fangs sharp enough to tear through steel, and a jaw that could tear a chunk out of a tank. All of that combined with it¡¯s relatively hard scales, it¡¯s basically a flying tank the size of a cargo truck. And if I remember correctly this guys a B-Class Monster, but I¡¯ll get to that when it actually matters. I crouch down, and looked at the large black object embedded into my floor. It was the corpse of a rather dangerous monster known as a Wyvern, a powerful winged reptilian beast whose size easily surpasses this room. And If I remember correctly this things a B-Class Monster, but I¡¯ll get to that when it actually matters. I crouched down and examined the Wyverns large corpse, and noticed a hole a bit larger than a fist straight through it¡¯s neck. It¡¯s a fatal wound, even for a beast as powerful as this. I looked down to the bloodstained ground, a small pool of blood seemed to have already build up underneath him. This guy¡¯s surely dead, he¡¯s not moving either. But this wound¡. He was probably killed by a rock or a baseball. I stood back up, and heard several little kids behind me. So that¡¯s it, I scolded them, ¡°You damn brats! Careful where you throw things, we don¡¯t want another incident! Make sure you know where it¡¯s going to land, and if you can¡¯t then aim for the ocean at the very least. Try and avoid any populated area like a kingdom¡¯s capital again! And don¡¯t shoot down any floating islands!¡± (Daniel) ¡°S-Sorry!¡±(Child) One of the brats apologized, and scurried away at top speed, leaving behind several loud booms as he effortlessly broke the sound barrier. The rest of the brats followed suit either jumping to extreme heights, teleporting, flying, or simply going invisible. Some of them might be kids, but at least two of them were Reincarnators. They should act their age for christ sake. They might physically be kids, but their mental age surpasses a majority of the villagers. Well whatever, the prologue must go on! And on that note, I¡¯ll be ending the prologue. So anyways, welcome again to this odd world of ours; this is Traversa, the World of Crossings. A world filled with countless Otherworlders, strange mysterious, and absurd abilities. And this village here is ,the Village of Beginnings, the birthplace of the destined, and the home to numerous people like me. And once again, farewell. I¡¯ve been your host Daniel, your average OP protagonist. I look forward to working with all of you. Chapter 1: What Its Already Been Five Years!? Now, I suppose I should explain how I got here. I mean everyone has some ridiculous or weird backstory right? I mean there''s always some reason characters are brought to another world. So, I suppose I should explain mine so let¡¯s go back, back to five years ago. ¡ It was a Friday afternoon, and I decided to head on home instead of going out with my friends to the bar or someplace. ¡°I¡¯m back! Anyone home!¡± I closed the door behind me, and took of my shoes placing them in the small shoe rack. I look around the rooms opening the doors to see if anyone was home. But of course no one was, things like this tend to happen and I just end up in places at the worst time imaginable. I suppose this is what I get for following that gut feeling everyone''s always talking about, I really envy those geniuses who can just do that. I suppose it was natural since I visited on a whim, and I didn¡¯t particularly mind, It¡¯s nice to have some time to yourself really. I head back to my old room, and threw the bag slung over my shoulder onto the neatly folded covers of my bed. I walked on over to my laptop that''s been collecting dust on my desk. It''s rather old and I''ve gotten a new one to replace it back at the dorm, but I''ve been with this one so long I thought it was a shame to replace it. I spent the day leisurely watching videos, reading some manga, or checking out some novels online. That day was really just like any other day, there was no sign that my oh so peaceful life would so abruptly change. And I never thought that such an absurd thing would happen to me of all people. Though I suppose we never do. Who knows, maybe everyone on Earth will suddenly die the very next day, and we''re all just sitting here clueless. And out of nowhere I heard the loud honking of a truck, and as I turned my head I saw a majestic truck flying straight towards me through my window. ¡°Beep Beep Mother Trucker!¡± And that''s how my life ended. And I was life speechless. I thought I was drunk or something despite the fact that I¡¯ve never drank before. I thought I was possibly high, despite the fact that I¡¯ve never touched any drugs in my life. Because no matter how you think about it trucks don''t just come flying at you on the 7th floor of a bloody apartment complex! Even to this very day, I don¡¯t understand how such a thing could have happened, nor will I ever get the chance too understand. Because in spite of how illogical it is, the undeniable truth remains. In the end on that day I, at the young age of 21 had died. And on that day I, the man now known as Daniel was born on that day, the 567th Cycle¡¯s 73rd sunrise of the Eltran Quarter. And I woke up in my crib in the Village of Beginnings. And as I woke up I was utterly confused at the time. I had no clue where I was, what was going on, or what happened. It took me a full day to really wrap my head around what exactly was going on and even then it was hard to believe. But instead of making you suffer through what I had too, and what I had to learn let me summarize it for you. Once again this is the Villages of Beginnings, also known as the Village of Auroria the Godesses of New Beginnings, Fate, and Journeys. She''s a goddess who symbolizes birth, travels, and destiny really, as she supposedly watches over all of us as we walk our paths in life. Hence the Village of Beginnings. This is the birthplace of a vast number of the worlds Otherworlds and at this very moment hosts a large number of Otherworlders. Though, why this happens is beyond me, and anyone else really. It just so happens that a lot of Otherworlders end up here one way or another, and a lot of people have related it to tutorial villages or starting villages in games. Though it might be going a little too far to say this is a games starting village. After all, you¡¯ve got D-Class to B-Class monsters roaming the forests, lakes, and mountains around the village. Now I suppose I should explain a few classifications, first let me start off by saying levels do exist in this world. In this world there are beasts, monsters, demi-humans and all sorts of other races. And each indvidual has both a level and a letter grade. A level is rather easy to see, nearly all Otherworlders posses the some form of ability to check someone¡¯s level. And you should all understand levels for the most part. You kill stuff, you level up, you become stronger. And naturally the higher your level the stronger you are. As for letter grades they can refer to several things, you¡¯re Rank, or your Danger Level. I¡¯ll explain ranks later, but all beasts or criminals are handed out a certain Danger Level to classify how powerful they actually are. They go from F to EX like this: F,E,D,C,B,A,S,SS,SSS,and EX. Though, Danger Levels are rather loose and there are times when a monster is assigned things like a A+ Danger Level, or an A++, or maybe an A-. There are quite a few ranks now that I think about it, but generally they follow the F to EX scale. And sometimes they''re even given titles, and are even categorized as natural disasters. Ensure your favorite authors get the support they deserve. Read this novel on the original website. Anyways to put it simply as long as you have I higher level than someone in your letter grade you are more than likely stronger than them. But if have a higher level than someone, but their letter grade is higher than yours then you are weaker than them. For example, a level 15 C-Class Criminal can easily overwhelm a D-Class Criminal several levels above his own. So for the most part levels are just numbers to flaunt, and what truly matters is your Rank or Danger Level. And this is especially true for Otherworlders like me. Otherworlders can never be measured solely by their level, as a Level 1 Newborn Child can easily destroy a house by himself. And Otherworlders have Personal Skills, they used to be called Unique Skills but since there are so many of us a few of skills just overlapped and well they weren''t particularly unique any more. Anyways, since the village has so many absurdly powerful members we¡¯re quite used to odd scenes of extravagance, or destruction. And a number of villagers have even ended up becoming Demon Kings, Heroes, Celebrities, or Emperors after they left the village. It really is the birthplace of the destined, those born here are almost always guaranteed a successful life outside of the village. And there are few places in this world that where someone can live this peacefully. Especially with all those Otherworlders running about. We''re just lucky we''re protected by these four great natural barriers: To the South there''s the Astel Woods filled with a large number of C-Class to A-Class beasts. To the East is the extraordinarily vast Mowa Lake filled with powerful aquatic beasts. To the West is the Gran Mountains which sport terrains so harsh that only Flying beasts can even reach it''s peak. And finally the Mesmerizing Mist that hinders all who dare enter, which circles the perimeter of the village outskirts. If it weren¡¯t for the fact that the path weren¡¯t blessed by Auroria¡¯s Blessing, even Otherworlders would have a hard time finding their way back. So those who aren¡¯t graced by such a blessing, are only those who were fated to make it in. Just like my father. Apparently, he was an Adventurer who challenged the Astel Woods with a party only to be defeated by a C-Class Beast. And after frantically running through the woods, as Fate may have it he came across this little village. And during his stay he got it on with my Mother Nora, and left to continue his adventures. And after 4 months I was born. Yep, 4 months. You see this village is special for one more reason. Time flows differently in this village. This world¡¯s calendar has 12 months with a total of 365 days with 91 days making a quarter. You¡¯ve got the Eltran Quarter which represents Fall, the Wixlyn Quarter which represents Winter, the Vetrine Quarter representing Spring, and the Aultran Quarter representing Summer. As for the last last day of the cycle, it''s this worlds equivalent of New Years. It''s called the Auroran Festival, or the Festival of New Beginnings. It¡¯s the day when all Four Goddesses join together with the Goddess of New Beginnings to usher the beginning of the next cycle. And you see a single cycle for us over here in the Village of New Beginnings is equivalent to three cycles outside. And our bodies still follow time outside the village. In other words everyone in this village ages at three times the speed. And it¡¯s the main reason why after only 5 short years, I¡¯m already 15 Phew, man saying all of this in a monologue sure was a mouthful, or is it a brainful? I don¡¯t even know why I bothered explaining all of this when I¡¯m leaving the village in a few days. Yep, this village is extremely peaceful and it¡¯s fun and all, but I¡¯ve had enough of being almost blown to pieces. And If I live here I¡¯ll age at three times the speed. I want to live out a long, and leisurely life. So I plan on leaving the village and finding a nice place to stay for the rest of my life, after earning myself a decent amount of money of course. Granted I¡¯m going to have to learn a lot of stuff as soon as I go out, but I¡¯m sure I¡¯ll be fine with all of my equipment and abilities. After all with my abilities and stats there¡¯s no one my age, that¡¯s not an otherworlder, that can compete with me.
Well, here''s the first chapter of what I was trying to make Gotta Gacha. Now this story is gonna have rather short chapters, and this is my attempt on trying to update more frequently. Now, the problem is I now have 3 stories...... Well I''ll mange somehow. As for all who''re waiting for both Gotta Gacha and Forgotten Souls, I sorta stopped editing both of their chapters and started writing this..... But, I swear they''re coming soon! Chapter 2: The Levels of OP Well now all of that is I off the way I should probably get to work, I probably don¡¯t need to worry about my house since Tom will probably come over and fix it later, but what are am I gonna do with this Wyvren¡. I¡¯m surprised those brats managed to hit one, these things fly rather quickly despite their size. If those brats were to fight this thing directly they¡¯d probably die regardless of being and other worlder. After all it takes several of the lower ranks to match the higher ranks, especially the further you go. I believe it took 3 Es to match a D, 5 Ds to match a C, 10 Cs to match a B, and 20 Bs to match an A, and over 40 As to match an S. It¡¯s something like that, though being the same rank doesn¡¯t mean you have the same strength, one A-Class Criminal could probably take on over 30 Bs, while a weaker A-Class might only be able to match 15 Bs. All of these ranks, and systems are really just there to allow people to approximate the danger. We¡¯d normally gang up on a B-Class monster, because even if we have the ability to kill one, it¡¯s rather difficult fighting one still. There speed is something to watch out for, they usually have powerful abilities, and their attacks could kill even us. Though this is only because we¡¯re quite low leveled. The highest level in this village is only around 32, while I myself am level 18. And our Personal Skills allow us to close massive gap between our levels. Though, in the end it''s still rather difficult to kill B-Class Monsters. Well onto the Wyvren, there¡¯s no point in wasting high-quality material. But what should I do with it. I do have a RPG-base like a majority of the otherworlders, and It happens to come with a Spatial Storage but is there any point in just keeping a massive corpse in there. It gets really annoying if you put too many items in your spatial storage, because this isn¡¯t a game. I don¡¯t have a GUI or anything to help me navigate through the storage, I need to either remember what I placed in there so I can instantly take it out or I have too look around. The Spatial Storage is more like a bag that you just don¡¯t have to carry, extremely convenient to store things, but unless you¡¯re tidy it¡¯s a hassle to find things. Some people even take the time to store bins, boxes, shelves, and chests inside the storage to try and keep things organized, but with all the things we stuff in there it¡¯s a massive hassle to deal with. So for the most part I only have a few things in mine, like shields, weapons, potions, armor, a book, food, and water. Well I suppose I should just bring this guy over to the village store house. I walk up to the Wyvren¡¯s corpse, and surprisingly it¡¯s still alive. I guess you can¡¯t underestimate the B class. Even with a hole in it¡¯s body, even after falling down from the sky and losing all that blood it¡¯s still somehow alive. I can even hear a faint growling coming from the Wyvren¡¯s body. Well, I might as well put it out of it¡¯s misery. . I touch the Wyvren¡¯s body, and close my eyes. [Disassemble] activate one of my Personal Skills, Disassemble. And just like it¡¯s name, it¡¯s an ability that allows me to completely disassemble anything I touch, and everything to whatever extent that I want. I could disassemble a rock into two smaller rocks, or I could disassemble it into a million pieces. Or I could disassemble it into two rocks of different sizes. I could just disassemble the parts of an object like perhaps the leaves of a tree. I could just take those out and leave the rest of the tree intact, or I could disassemble it into all of it¡¯s pieces. And it works on nonliving things, living things, organic things, inorganic things, small things, big things, and intangible things. As long as I have enough mana, I can use it on anything. And yes, I have killed things with it already. It¡¯s a pretty versatile ability, befitting the rank of Second-Class according to the villages ranking system. Because everyone loves putting some form of rating on everything. Basically the system goes like this: You¡¯ve got the Third-Class Personal Skills which are very limited in use, possesses a number of restrictions, or just aren¡¯t that powerful. Third class is usually handed to combat abilities that specifically target anything from a single target, to anything to the size of an army. While Third-Class crafting skills include skills like, Cooking Mastery, or Smithing Mastery. Then there¡¯s your Second-Class Personal Skills which tend to have a wide variety of uses, fewer restrictions, and are naturally more powerful than the Third-Class. Combat abilities from anything from single-target to anything that could wipe out a city or fortress, though the destructive capability of a single target Second-Class skill easily surpass a Third-Classes¡¯. While the crafting type skills tend to be more absurd, like the ability to produce a near endless amount of food, or the ability to create some absurd armour, or weapon. They¡¯re usually things that go beyond just mastery. And finally you¡¯ve got your First-Class Personal Skills, the most powerful, to most extreme, and the most cheat like abilities. They¡¯re restrictions and uses don¡¯t matter, after they reach a certain point of just being broken they¡¯re just assigned this category. They can range from skills designed to kill a single person to skills that could destroy a continent. And typical skills that break any of the world''s natural laws, or can destroy an entire country are classified as First-Class. This includes crafting skills. And after including ones base, which includes your base stats, your potential, your race, and any special buffs or blessings they give you a classification. Oh, and I have three Second-Class abilities, and a Second-Class base making me a Second-Class Otherworlder. My base has higher base stats than your average human, and my mana pool is especially large. Plus my RPG-base has the World System, which allows me to learn skills more easily, and allow me to allocate my skill points and status point as I wish. Though It¡¯s a bit inferior to the Hero System which has even more absurd stats, a number of easy skills right off the bat, a skill shop for the most part, and methods to learn skills practically instantly. It¡¯s stupidly broken, though I suppose that¡¯s why it¡¯s a First-Class base. Anyways, I disassemble the Wyvern''s body into it¡¯s Scales, Bones, Hide, Flesh, Organs, it¡¯s Head, and finally it¡¯s Magic Core. I don¡¯t really know the lore behind it, but magic cores are something all monsters at D-Rank or Above seem to have. Anyways I grab all of the scales and the activate my second Personal Skill, [Synthesis]. Synthesis allows me to combine whatever I want, with anything I want, into anything I want. It can be a skill, a spell, a technique, a weapon, an armor, an object, or a living thing. And basically my imagination is the limit, though fortunately it will still make something even if I don¡¯t use my imagination to shape it. Well as long as I have materials to use. This synergies pretty well with my other ability Disassemble. Let¡¯s use that rock example again. If I had a rock right, and I used Synthesis nothing would happen since I just have a rock. But if I were to break that rock in two with Disassemble I now have two things, and with that I can use Synthesis to form whatever I want with the rock. Though natural whatever¡¯s gonna come out of it will still be a rock, since the two materials I used were rocks. But I can completely change the rocks shaper into whatever I want. I can shrink it, enlarge it, make it sharp, or make it harder to a certain extent. The end result usually depends on what you combine really, because the end result will always do one of two things. It will either retain some of the materials properties, possibly applying it to the other material. Or the synthesis will result in a new property formed from mixing two other properties. So, as I used synthesis on the the large pile of scales before me they transform into a large black bar. I repeat this with the bones, as well as the meat, and organs. I stuff the bar of bones, and scales as well as the magic core into my spatial storage, and I call out to my neighbour, ¡°Richard! Can you come over here?¡± (Daniel) Suddenly a large burly man appears in front of me. This is Richard, he¡¯s almost 6 years old, and I¡¯ve known him for two years. He has a Second-Class base with that granted him accelerated growth and Herculean strength, so he looks like a middle aged man despite only being 6. It¡¯s quite funny really. He has the Third-Class ability of Teleportation, so he helps move things around in the village. ¡°Can you help me carry these to the storage?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Sure¡± (Richard) Richard picks up the large Wyvrens head and the bar of organs, while I pick up the bar of flesh. We teleport into the massive village storehouse, which is actually quite small from the outside. This storehouse is a sub-dimension created using a First-Class ability a long time ago, and anything in here stays fresh no matter what. And there¡¯s so much space too. Stolen content warning: this tale belongs on Royal Road. Report any occurrences elsewhere. I put down the bar of flesh and disassemble it into its pieces enlarging it into it¡¯s original size, and then I do the same to the bar of organs. Afterwards we teleported out, ¡°Thanks¡± (Daniel) ¡°No problem¡± (Richard) Now, I suppose I should prepare to head out. Hmmm!? I look over to the southern part of the village that¡¯s closest to Astel Woods. And I quickly start dashing. My final Second-Class ability is called Absolute Intuition, and it¡¯s self explanatory so I won¡¯t bother explaining. Though it isn¡¯t a sentient ability, and it doesn¡¯t give me any exact information. It just sends me a feeling, a gut feeling. And I just know outright what''s right, and wrong, what¡¯s bad and good. And right now it¡¯s telling me something''s coming, something dangerous. And as I reach the edge of the village I notice several other people come running in from behind me. It¡¯s seems quite a few otherworlders have noticed. ¡°Daniel!¡± (Richard) ¡°Yeah, this is bad. Get everyone in the vicinity out of here!¡± (Daniel) ¡°Right!¡± (Richard) Richard leaves to help with evacuation. Damn monsters should understand how dangerous this place is. A small kid comes running out of the woods, with his hands clasped together, ¡°I¡¯m sorry!¡± (Otherworlder Child) And behind him all the trees are suddenly cut, and start decaying. This is death magic! From the forest a massive floating figure appears holding a massive scythe. It¡¯s a skeleton composed only of it¡¯s chest, arms and head. It¡¯s wearing a dark robe, and it emits an eerie dark aura. And it¡¯s red eyes that seem to emanate death stare at us. ¡°From the looks of it, it¡¯s a Lich! It¡¯s probably a Greater Lich! Danger Level: A, it¡¯s Raid-Class! Everyone careful!¡± (Otherworlder Mage) An A-Class huh, and it¡¯s a Raid-Class as well. Raid-Class monster are something are something like a boss, they require several times the effort to subjugate than their respective rank. And it¡¯s an A-Class one as well. Even for us, subjugating this guy without a First-Class is gonna be a little hard. I pull out a tower shield, from my inventory, while everyone else instantly equips themselves. We¡¯ve got five mages, two archers, seven knights, one assassin, and two priests. Including myself, and a few others we got a total of 23 Otherworlders. Of these twenty-three there¡¯s 17 Second-Classes and 6 Third-Classes. This village has a large amount of Second-Classes, so we¡¯re quite lucky. The knights, and the assassin charge at the Greater Lich at breakneck speeds, leaving behind eight sonic booms. While the Mages and Archers launch out a large volley of high-level spells and enchanted arrows unbefitting of people of their level. ¡°Don¡¯t that¡¯s no Lich!¡± (Otherworlder Child) The brat who ran out of the forest, yells from behind me. But it¡¯s too late to top now. The group of otherworlders attacks the Lich, while simultaneously using Anti-Magic spells. Now the Lich¡¯s Death Magic is sealed. Eh!? Danger!? My Intuitions starts flaring up like crazy. The brats cries out from behind me, ¡°It¡¯s Death¡¯s Reaper!¡± (Otherworlder Child) And as they near the Greater Lich, instead of casting a spell, it¡¯s swings it¡¯s massive scythe at an extreme speed. ¡°Mage¡¯s Barrier!¡± (Daniel) I slam my tower shield onto the ground, and activate [Synthesis]. The tower shield fuses with the ground, and extends outwards turning into a massive earthen wall shielding everything behind me as well as the mages standing atop the roof.. But as the shock wave from the scythe strikes the wall, a large chunk of the wall is cut off and starts falling towards me. [Disassemble]! I activate, Disassemble, and destroying the large stone wall, and the falling stone disappears. The otherworlders who charged at the Reaper, have had their bodies blown back, cut in half, while some of them have lost an arm or a leg. ¡°Tch, Mages! Priests!¡± (Daniel) The mages atop, cast teleportation magic bringing the warriors back and allow the priests to use their absurd healing magic bringing back their limbs. Damn it, this isn¡¯t A-Class! Even A-Class isn¡¯t this absurd, this is S-Class! A S-Class Raid Monster! Ahhaha, no wonder my Intuition¡¯s been flaring up so much. Even with all these Otherworlders, without a First-Class we won¡¯t be able to match an S-Class monster. Damn it, where are those bastards! I can¡¯t do anything right now, It¡¯s too strong to Disassemble, and I don¡¯t have any combat skills. God damnit Intuition I¡¯m not gonna run! Hmmm!? Ahahahaha, Intuition just game an absurd plan. A Second-Class ability that nears a First-Class ability, one that finds the optimal route no matter the scenario huh¡. I¡¯m not the king do of person that trusts their gut very often, so I hope you¡¯re right you damn cheat skill! ¡°Richards! You done yet!?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Yeah all non-combatants are in the storehouse.¡± (Richards) ¡°You better be on standby to teleport all of us out of here! Mage¡¯s prepare the biggest thing you¡¯ve got, it doesn¡¯t matter the scale or the size, just launch the strongest skill in your arsenal. Don¡¯t even worry about the mana cost!¡± (Daniel) ¡°Do you have a plan?¡± (Otherworlder Mage) ¡°Yeah, sort of¡..¡± (Daniel) ¡°Well it¡¯s better than nothing, let¡¯s just say this is your going away present. Alright guys! Let¡¯s stall!¡± (Otherworlder Knight) ¡°Tch, cheapskate¡± (Daniel) All the melee combatants began assaulting the Reaper once more, while the archers fire everything they¡¯ve got. The priests use up all their mana to maintain shields, and constantly heal those reckless bastards down over there. I use Disassemble on a large part of the ground and synthesis it into a pillar underneath my feet. I rise up to the top of the house, and use the same combination to make a platform to a house''s roof top where all the mages have gathered. They¡¯re all casting one big spell after another. I wonder if this will really work¡. ¡°Daniel we¡¯re ready!¡± (Otherworlder Mage) ¡°Fire on my mark!¡± (Daniel) Let¡¯s hope this works¡.. ¡°Everyone get the hell out of there.¡± (Daniel) Richard¡¯s teleports in the midst of the chaos and teleports everyone out. Ah man it¡¯s a really a mess down there. Too think all those limbs are just from eight people. I¡¯m surprised none of them died, let¡¯s see the archers and priests are teleported out, and Richard stands behind us. ¡°Fire!¡± (Daniel) ¡°Empyrean Inferno!¡± (Mage 1) ¡°Godly Lightning!¡± (Mage 2) ¡°Banquet of the Dragon God!¡± (Mage 3) ¡°Sphere of Annihilation!¡± (Mage 4) ¡°A Thousand Virtuous Souls!¡± (Mage 5) A massive pillar of fire rises from the ground, a total of seven dragons formed out of each element are start flying, a massive cloud of black lightning strikes, an ominous black sphere is shoot, and a thousand white spears, swords, and arrows of magic form in the air are launched all at the Reaper. I hold my hand out, [Mass Synthesis]! I heard a loud ringing sound, it¡¯s the notification from the World System that I¡¯m completely out of mana. But I see all the spells disappear and coalesce into one massive blank sphere above the reaper. ¡°Teleport us out of here!¡± (Daniel) I really hope that worked, that¡¯s probably the best we could do without a First-Class otherworlder. ¡. After waiting a full minute, we all walk out of the store house, there seems to be nothing of the village left¡. Even the small store house is just a dimensional door, standing in the middle of nowhere. I look ahead, and I notice that the reapers still alive! Shit, how did it survive all that! ¡°You guys should have used single target abilities.¡± (???) I turn my head, and notice a beautiful blue-haired beauty floating in the air. Her very presence turned the air a freezing cold. And I¡¯m not talking about the atmosphere, it is literally freezing cold right now. She¡¯s Serith, one of the First-Class Otherworlders, the Queen of the Ever Frozen Ice. Her First-Class Personal Ability is [Ice Age]. And she has a Second-Class base, as well as a few other Second-Class abilities like Flight, and Absolute Ice Element Affinity. The Reaper looks over at us, it¡¯s eyes seem to have dimmed quite a bit. And it lets loose a mighty shriek. ¡°Be quiet you!¡± (Serith) Serith held a hand out towards, and suddenly the Reapers shrieking stopped. Is covered in white, and blue before it¡¯s suddenly encased in a massive block of ice. That is the ability Ice Age, the ability that freezes everything. And this is the absurdity of the First-Class, something not even a combination of dozens of Otherworlders can match.

Oh, I leveled up four times, as expected of an S-Class it would take a few B-Class monsters to level me up this much so quickly. And this is only EXP from assisting that battle. Now this puts me at level 22, I¡¯ll distribute my points later. For now let¡¯s deal with this absolute mess. The entire village has basically been annihilated from the Fusion of all those Third-Class and Second-Class abilities. The ground is completely scorched a pitch black, debris and rubble is everywhere, the air is filled with dust, and a thin layer of frost is currently covering a large portion of the village. Everything from Cattle, to Chickens, to Houses, to Crops have been completely destroyed. Thank god we have enough food in the storehouse to last a few years, otherwise this might have been the end of the village. Because even with our cheat skills it¡¯s still going to take anything from a day to a week to restore all necessary facilities, and even then it''s gonna take anything from a month to a full quarter to completely restore the village to it''s former state. ... ¡°Say, how did a S-Class Monster pop up here of all places.¡± (Serith) Hmmm, yeah how did a Reaper end up in the village, or this area in general? There aren''t any Necromancers that powerful stationed near hear, nor are there any dungeons. And even if there were Dungeons a Reaper probably would have been the Dungeon Boss, and would have been forced to remain in the Boos Room. The only way a high-level undead could pop up here is....... I turn my head towards an Otherworlder brat named, Phillips. ¡°Phillips?¡± (Daniel) Everyone turned their towards Phillips as well. If I remember correctly he¡¯s was born about a year ago, so he¡¯s around three years old. He¡¯s a Third-Class Otherworlder with the Personal Ability [Reanimation], as well as a few other Third-Class abilities pertaining took puppetry magic, golemmancy magic, summoning magic, and necromancy magic. ¡°How in the world did you summon a S-Class Monster¡.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Ah¡Well you see, I was experimenting a little with my abilities right? And you know, I was trying to summon a Lich right? But then I ended up summoning a Reaper right? And well¡¡.teeehee¡± (Phillips) ¡°Don¡¯t you teehee us!¡± (Otherworlder) An Otherworlder behind Phillips yelled out rather annoyed, and smacked Phillips slamming his head into the ground. ¡°Hey, careful! His base doesn¡¯t even qualify as a Third-Class base! You¡¯ll kill him!¡± (Otherworlder 2) ¡°Oh my god, he¡¯s bleeding out! We need a priest!¡± (Otherworlder 3) The crowd begins panic, and someone goes back into the storehouse to fetch a priest. It was a little excessive but he deserved it, but still how did a Third-Class ability produce a S-Class Monster? That¡¯s something only First-Class abilities could do at his level. I wonder if we overlooked something, no we definetly overlooked something. Otherworlder¡¯s are oddly common in this world, and this world has already endured decades worth of Otherworlders slowly flooding in already. But even after all these years we''re still for the most part a complete mystery. How we got here is a mystery. How we got our powers is a mystery. And sometimes even our powers themselves are mysteries. So it''s quite common to screw up the classification of an ability. There have been a few times where a First-Class ability was mistaken a Second-Class ability, and times when Second-Class ability were mistaken as Third-Class ability. Our abilities are just to mysterious, and even the users themselves are completely incapable of understanding their abilities, and at times completely incapable of using them. This goes even for me.Even after 5 years of comprehensive study, even I don¡¯t completely understand the limits of my powers. Whether if it¡¯s due to one¡¯s fear, one¡¯s own inability, or simply their lack of understanding there have been so many people who just haven''t been able to use their powers to their limit, or ever truly understand them in the first place. ¡°And I¡¯m assuming this is your fault, Daniel¡± (Serith) ¡°Hmm? The Reaper?¡± (Daniel) Serith flew down, and landed on the ground gracefully. And as she approached me the surroundings quickly grew colder. She really needs to work on her control of Ice Age. ¡°No, the village.¡± (Serith) ¡°Nah, you should know I don¡¯t have anything this destructive.¡± (Daniel) ¡°But I also know no one here possess something this destructive. You should just waited for me or Gil, or Mephi.¡± (Serith) Ah, she still calls them by their pet names. Gil is Gilfred, one of this villages three First-Class Otherworlders. He¡¯s the strongest out of the three, and he¡¯s been in the village for a total of 8 years. He has a First-Class base and a First-Class ability known as the [Seventh Sense] that''s kind of like my [Intuition]. Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon. While Mephi refers to Mephistopheles, a chunni First-Class Otherworlder originally named Tyler who¡¯s been in the village for five years the same as me. But we call him Mephistos since Mephistopheles is way too long, and he threatens to kill us otherwise. And of the three First-Class Otherworlders he¡¯s the weakest, and only has a First-Class base with several Second-Class abilities. ¡°Well, you¡¯re the only one who probably would have come over. Mephistos is held up in his lair as usual, while Gil is¡you know in his usual spot.¡± (Daniel) Serith frowned, I hit a sore spot didn''t I¡ I really should learn to shut my mouth, that warning from Intuition was a little late.... ¡°Still? Gil...... I knew it I should definitely go up there and-¡± (Serith) ¡°Serith! Just stop....."(Daniel) Sigh, I really shouldn''t have mentioned Gil. Actually wait, she mentioned him first so it''s not really my fault. "You should have just gone with Emma a year ago¡.¡± (Daniel) Serith turned her head, and stared at what was formerly the village with a solemn expression, ¡°But then the village¡¡¡± (Serith) ¡°The village would have been fine, even against an S-Class we¡¯d still be able to manage somehow. You¡¯ve been here for 7 years already, you need to leave. The longer you wait the harder it¡¯s going to be to adapt to the outside world. You¡¯re almost 21.¡± (Daniel) ¡°But Gil¡¡± (Serith) This girl..... She really has a soft spot for Gilfred despite being so cold usually. Ah, If only that didn''t happen. ¡°He¡¯ll be fine, you should understand he¡¯s not like us. He doesn¡¯t have the World System or the Hero System. He¡¯s not like Mephistos who possess a Devil¡¯s Heart, or like those sickos who come here with twisted minds. He¡¯s different......or rather he''s normal¡± (Daniel) Serith frowned, and the surrounding atmosphere grew even colder. ¡°Wow, it¡¯s a wreck out here!¡± (Villager) I turn around, and it seems that the rest of the village is starting to come back out. ¡°Yo, Daniel come on we need to clean this place up and start rebuilding the village!¡± (???) I turn my head, and notice a toddler standing up proudly in a diaper. That¡¯s Baby Patterson, he possess an odd Second-Class base that slows his growth and increases his longevity. He¡¯s been in this village for a year now, and he¡¯s technically 3 years old, but with his slowed growth he¡¯s still only the size of a one year old. That¡¯s why we call him Baby Patterson. He possess a rather powerful construction cheat, and he¡¯s the one who goes around fixing all the houses for the most part. It¡¯s hilarious watching him go at it too. ¡°Sure thing! Hey, Serith tone-down the cold a little, we don¡¯t want it snowing.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Ah, sorry.¡± (Serith) I enter my Spatial Storage and grab a flashing rainbow potion made by our former resident alchemist Emma. She was Serith¡¯s best friend, and another First-Class Otherworlder. She had the First-Class Personal Ability, [Queen of Flora], and [Flame of Gaia]. She also had a number of Second-Class Crafting abilities, and a Second-Class base with the World System. She was a rather eccentric Alchemist, and I bet there was probably no one in the village who caused as many explosions as she did. Plus she made the most absurd potions. For example this mana potion, just a sip could easily fill my large mana pool, but the ever changing flashing colors of rainbow could easily give someone a seizure. And it tastes like the rainbow too, which is apparently skittles flavored according to Emma. Well, she''s known as an eccentric for a reason. I doubt there¡¯s any other Alchemist out there who¡¯s made a Potion Unicorn. And yes, that is a Unicorn made out of Alchemical Fluids, and materials. It resembled a slime, but it wasn¡¯t a slime and it was shaped like a unicorn. That¡¯s the best way I can describe it. Anyways, after drinking a little bit of my Skittles flavored, seizure inducing potion my mana pool was already filled up so I suppose it¡¯s about time to go to work. ¡°Daniel.¡± (Serith) ¡°Hmm?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Here.¡± (Serith) Serith handed to me a small snowflake necklace. ¡°What¡¯s this?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Just use [Appraisal] on it, it¡¯s your going away present¡± (Serith) ¡°Ah, my going away present. Thank you.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Well, I¡¯ll be going. I hope we can see each other outside, don¡¯t die on me okay?¡± (Serith) Serith turns, around and starts flying up. I stare at the small snowflake and smile, ¡°You too. Oh and one thing I haven¡¯t learn [Appraisal] yet¡± (Daniel) [Appraisal] is a World and Hero System skill, but it¡¯s one World System user have to acquire one way or another. Or they have to be born with it like the Hero System users. The atmosphere suddenly grew extremely cold suddenly, and Serith turn around and glares at me. ¡°Someone give Daniel [Appraisal] already!¡± (Serith)
Authors Notes Do you like the Fluff? The Fluff is here~ Oh and I''m a just say this I will come back and fix all the grammar errors after like Chapter 10. For my other stories I spend a week on it to write and edit, but I do this in a day so the quality drops. So this is gonna be a cycle of uploading and then editing. Chapter 4: The True Beginning [Appraisal] After finally learning [Appraisal] from one of the Otherworlders, I checked out the necklace Serith gave me. Now let¡¯s see
Everlasting SnowflakeGrade: Rare
A necklace created completely out of the Ice Element. It increases one¡¯s resistance to the cold and heat by 75%, and protects one from both fire and ice.
This is a cheat item! As expect of a First-Class! ¡°Thank-¡± (Daniel) I look around, but I can¡¯t seem to find Serith ¡°Huh, did she already leave?¡± (Daniel) Hmm, well whatever. But this necklace sure is something, even though it¡¯s only a Rare it has incredible utility. If it had a few more features it could have easily been classified as a Epic-Tier Item. By the way the Item Grades are from strongest to weakest: Divine, Mythical, Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon, Common. It¡¯s quite common though to find Rares and Uncommon items among the things Otherworlders craft, and usually unless they intend to most Otherworlders items always end up at the lowest an Uncommon grade. That¡¯s why Serith can create Rare item despite only having for the most part combat related abilities. While Otherworlders with crafting abilities can easily make Rare items and Epic items, and First-Class crafters like Emma frequently made Legendary-tier items. Well I suppose it¡¯s time to get to work, hmm this is nooooo!!! ¡ Several Days Later Why!? Why!? Another time skip, another bloody time skip! Oh the agony! The agony! None of you will ever understand, you will never understand! Just look at the village, before it was nothing but rubble, and debris. The ground was scorched, most of the material was burnt or blown to bits, and a layer of frost covered the ground. But now look at it! Look at it! The ground has been restored to it¡¯s usual brown, and grass has already begun regrowing on the fertile soil. All the debris has been disposed up, and we salvaged all the materials we could. And a number of small wooden houses, and huts and tents have been set up as communal grounds for us to rest and sleep. Do you think getting this done in only three days is easy! Even without cheat abilities cleaning up all of this was a lot of work you hear me! But I¡¯m sure you don¡¯t care, you¡¯re just here to see a story of slaughter, and murder. A tale of stealing and killing, and winning and fighting. Who needs training when you¡¯re overpowered, who needs work when you have cheats! Who needs to acknowledge all your effort when it amounts to anything from a sentence to a few paragraphs! None of you could ever understand the hardships that come with time skips, never. None of you could ever understand how desperately I spent those five short years researching, training, working, studying! You¡¯ll never understand! A day can pass in a second, a year in an instance, and five in a moment. None of you can understand this feeling of having your already short life shorten even further. But luckily this time skip only lasted three days, and I suppose no one would have wanted to read about Otherworlders spamming their ability to clean up a village. I look around, and make sure everything is nice and cleaned up in the village. I could help with fetching the materials, and I could easily use Synthesis to make a bunch of buildings but there other abilities out there more suited to this job. And besides Baby Patterson would yell at me if I took away the one thing he enjoyed in life. I suppose I should go then, today was the day I planned on leaving the village anyway. I check my Inventory and make sure I have everything I need. I searched through the pile that I separated from all the going away presents that I¡¯ve been given over the last few days, and make sure everything''s in order. I have about a half a year''s worth of food and water on me, as well as quite a few shields, swords, bows, arrows, knives, potions, armor, and clothes. Oh, and this reminds me I¡¯ve never really described myself have I. Well, all of you know I¡¯m Daniel and I¡¯m technically 15 years old. My hair is black, I¡¯m around 5''9, and for the most part I have a rather average build. I have been working out a little in preparation for leaving the village, but I¡¯m not at the level of the Knights and Assassins in the village. As for my equipment I¡¯ve been wearing clothes that are quite similar to the clothes back on Earth thanks to our resident tailor. The textile is rather soft, and extremely comfortable yet it has enough strength to stop any D-Class beast. While my weapons include, a long sword I was gifted recently as a going away present, a magic ring I use instead of a magic wand, and the Everlasting Snowflake. This book is hosted on another platform. Read the official version and support the author''s work. Though I¡¯ve already switched out of my usual clothes into leather pants, and a cheaper looking grey shirt, with a leather jacket over it. After all wearing my old clothing is basically shouting I¡¯m an Otherworlder. Though this leather armor is by no means weaker than the clothing I wore before, it¡¯s been reinforced with monster parts, and metal pieces to ensure my safety even against a C-Class beast. And I¡¯ve also prepared a rucksack filled with rations, equipment, and a variety of miscellaneous things to make it look like I¡¯m a real adventurer. I¡¯ve even prepared things like a waterskin, a compass, a map, and even coin pouch despite the fact that my inventory has a special function for storing money. With all of this I¡¯m confident in being able to blend in and adapt to society outside. I should be able to lead a somewhat exciting, and rather relaxed life from here on out. After checking everything one more time, I picked up the rucksack and hung it over my shoulder before immediately heading North towards the lone path leading outside the village. As I walk through the communal grounds, Richard noticed me and greeted me, ¡°Hey, so today¡¯s the day?¡± (Richard) ¡°Yeah, I¡¯ll be finally heading out.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Don¡¯t die¡± (Richard) ¡°You know I won¡¯t¡± (Daniel) And I was walked through, the villagers greeted me and gave me their regards as well as a few words of encouragement. And as I was about to exit the communal grounds, a decrepit old man walked out one of the larger huts. And he slowly but surely made his way towards me, inching ever so slowly with the help of his cane. This was the Village Elder, a rather mysterious old man that hardly ever went outside of his home. . ¡°I¡¯m sorry son, if the village weren¡¯t like this we could have properly sent you off.¡± (Village Elder) I smiled wearily, ¡°It¡¯s okay everyone¡¯s already given me their regards, and I¡¯ve already received a number of presents.¡± (Daniel) ¡°But-¡± (Village Elder) ¡°It¡¯s fine Elder, it¡¯s fine.¡± (Daniel) The village elder looked at me, he looked as if he wanted to tell me something. But instead he slowly, pulled out a small, white crystal out of his pocket and threw it too me. But of course, with his pitiful amount of strength the crystal only flew a few inches off of his hand, so I walked up and picked up the crystal. ¡°Take it¡± (Village Elder) ¡°What is it?¡± (Daniel) I activated appraisal on the small crystal, [tr][tr]
Spell Crystal(Holy Nova)Grade: Legendary
A magic crystal that¡¯s been sealed with the powerful [Supreme Holy Spell - Holy Nova]. This spell is designed to only harm those the creator believes is their enemy, and will ignore all allies. Uses:[3/3]
¡°This is!? Elder how do you-¡± (Daniel) The village elder held his pointer finger up to his lips, ¡°Sssssh¡± (Village Elder) This isn¡¯t something an ordinary villager should have, even if he¡¯s the village elder. And I don¡¯t recall anyone being able to make a Spell Crystal within the 5 years I¡¯ve been here either. Don¡¯t tell me he¡¯s an Otherworlder, no that can¡¯t be right? ¡°It might not be powerful enough to take care of S-Class monsters like that Reaper, but it¡¯s strong enough to take out A-Class Undead or any monster of the B-Class. You¡¯ve got 3 shots make them count.¡± (Village Elder) ¡°Thank you, Elder¡± (Daniel) ¡°Have a safe trip¡± (Village Elder) I turned around, and continued heading North. ¡°Bye Daniel!¡± (Otherworlder Brat) ¡°Cya, Daniel!¡± (Otherworlder Brat 2) ¡°Go get ¡®em¡± (Village Child) ¡°Bye, Bye!¡± (Village Child 2) I turn my head, and several kids and a few of my acquaintances wildly wave their hands. I smile, and wave back. It¡¯s been five years huh¡. What a short five years this has been, now it¡¯s about time I start my journey. Now, this is the stories true beginning. Chapter 5: The Forest Where We Met The path leading outside of the village is rather long, and all the mist that served as a natural barrier to protect the village made it impossible to see anything a few feet away. And even for us Otherworlders we could easily get lost in it without the road that leads to the outside world. If anyone were to stray from the path, they could easily get lost for days even if they could move at speeds surpassing the speed of sound. But as long as I take my time and keep to the road I¡¯ll be absolutely fine. Well not absolutely, I mean there¡¯s always the possibility that a monster can find it¡¯s way onto the road and kill me, but as long as it¡¯s not anything higher than a B-Class monster I¡¯m confident that I¡¯ll be able to survive. Especially with all these absurd gifts I¡¯ve received. Now, since this little journey is going to take a while, and there''s not really much to narrate in all of this mist I might as well pump out another info-dump right? I mean I''ve hardly explained everything, and you still barely know anything about myself. I''ve only ever talked about my personal abilities, my appearance, and equipment and a few other minor things that are hardly relevant to the plot. But I¡¯ve never talked about my level, or my stats or any other of my abilities really. So why don''t I show you my Status Screen, after all a picture worth a thousand words. Though this isn¡¯t really a picture, it''s still a bunch of words. And the total word count doesn''t even reach a hundred, let alone a thousand.
STATUS SCREEN
Name:DanielRace:Human
Level:22Class:Otherworlder
Strength:36Intelligence:98
Agility:22
STATUS POINTS:20
Anyways, this is how the World System is works. It only has three types of stats, and each stat on covers a general subject. Strength covers Health,Physical Damage, and Physical Defense. Intelligence covers Mana Capacity, Magical Damage, and Magical Defense. And finally, Agility covers Speed, Critical Chance, and General Evasion. The Hero System is supposedly setup like this, except it''s split into more specific categories like Strength, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Dexterity. It allows for greater specialization, allowing someone to focus on their defense or their offense. But I work with what I have. So, for the most part I¡¯m built like a Mage, though I¡¯m closer to an Alchemist rather than an actual mage. The number of spells I learned are limited to a few basics after all. And those spells are simply for convenience after all what spell out there could match the power of a Personal Ability. And as I grow stronger, and as my level increases my Personal Abilities will naturally grow stronger as well. I''ll basically be invincible to anyone who''s not an Otherworlder after I level up enough. I probably could have easily taken down that Reaper myself if the level gap between us wasn''t so extreme. If only I were about half of it''s level, I probably could have killed it. But that''s easier said than done, a Reaper is an S-Class monster who''s at the weakest a Level 70. I still have a ways to go before I reach half of his level. But that''s fine, I mean the chances that I''ll end up seeing another Reaper in a village are astronomically low. If it weren''t for the fact that this village in particular is one filled with Otherworlders, I probably wouldn''t have seen an S-Class monster until I was around level 50. It''s the sort of monster you need to actively look for, and it''s not the type that would just pop up in the middle of nowhere. Well anyways, that''s enough of that. I¡¯m finally out of that thick mist, I should be able to proceed a lot faster now. I pull out a silver ring with two wings engraved on both sides, from my Spatial Storage. This is one of my going away presents that I received, and it was originally supposed to be your ordinary Ring of Speed, but since an Otherworlder crafted it, it ended up like this.
Mercury¡¯s Ring of the TravelerGrade: Epic
A Ring of Speed crafted with such splendor that the God¡¯s couldn¡¯t help but praise it. For any traveler this ring is a literal godsend, it will allow one to tirelessly traveler for weeks. One¡¯s running speed will increase by over 200%. This ring¡¯s blessing will make running as easy as walking, and walking as simple as breathing.
I asked for gifts that weren''t to extreme since there would definitely be thieves out there trying to steal it, but I can¡¯t complain this is still a great gift. And besides it''s already coming in handy, I might as well make the most of it. I put the ring on, and it magically adjusts itself to perfectly fit my finger. I activate the ring by supplying it will a small amount of mana, and a pair of translucent wings appear on both of my feet. And as the translucent wings disappear, I suddenly feel weightless. I''ve never felt so light before! I quickly dash from one part of the rode to another, and I easily covered over a dozen meters in an instance. This is rather slow in the eyes of most Otherworlders, since quite a few of us can teleport, blink, or break the sound barrier but this easily surpasses anything I''ve ever done. So with the help of Mercury''s Ring, I quickly traverse the road intent on reaching a town by the end of the day. But sometimes things don¡¯t go as planned. As I was running on the road, I happened to hear a loud clamor to my right. There was the loud sound of metal hitting metal, and a number of painful shrieks. I knew it probably wasn¡¯t the best thing to do, but the curiosity got the better of me. So I quickly headed towards the source of the noise. I thought it would be fine, my Intuition didn¡¯t tell me there was anything dangerous. And well there wasn¡¯t anything really dangerous at all, well for me at least. The source of all this chaos was a single carriage being escorted by a number of knights. This was your typical, random encounter in the forest sort of scene that usually happens when someone is traveling. There''s always going to be a bunch of bandits ambushing a merchant''s caravan, or a bunch of bandits attacking some villagers, or some country''s soldiers attacking some villagers, or a bunch of knights fending off bandits, or a bunch of knights fending off another countries knights, or a princess being escorted somewhere by a bunch of incompetent knights. Now, I don¡¯t exactly know who¡¯s in that carriage, but...... ¡°Hurry, don¡¯t let them get the princess!¡± (Knight 1) Correction, I now know who is in that carriage. But I don¡¯t plan on getting involved. It might have been fine if It was something else, but usually these sort of events lead to some rather inconvenient events. This is especially true when it comes to the princess encounter. But I¡¯m sure that these knights can properly protect the princess, those weird tropes should only happen in stories. There''s no way the Imperial Family would ever assign a bunch of incompetent knights to escort the princess.... ¡°Quick, we need back up we won¡¯t be able to properly protect the princess despite all the training we¡¯ve undergone. You would have thought that they would have sent more competent knights since we¡¯re dealing with Royalty!¡± (Knight 2) Or not. Well, damn it. I guess I¡¯ll have to help out, but I¡¯ll just help out from the side. I¡¯ll make sure no one sees me. Royal Road is the home of this novel. Visit there to read the original and support the author. I crouch down and hide behind a tree. And as I touch the ground, I activate disassemble, creating potholes where the attackers stood causing all of them to fall to the ground. Now, for the Knights to finish them off¡. Or not¡. The couple of knights that made it out alive, were looking at each other dumbfounded, and the attackers were quickly regaining their composure. Some of them were already even climbing out of the potholes. They really need to hire better knights. I activate Disassemble again increasing the size of the potholes causing the attackers to once more fall down. But yet again the Knights simply stood there dumbfounded. I guess I have to do this myself. I activate Synthesis and Disassemble and create a number of spikes piercing the attackers. Then I closed the potholes up. ¡°W-We¡..We won!¡± (Knight 1) The knights looked rather confused, but nonetheless the attackers were dead. ¡°We actually managed to kidnap the princess!¡± (Knight 2) ¡°All Hail the Evile Kingdom, All Hail!¡± (Knight 3) Wait¡ Did I just kill the wrong people¡ God damn it, I charge forward and activate Disassemble turning the rest of the knights into dust. I quickly approached the carriage, and opened the door and there she was. A beautiful, short blonde haired princess was tied up sleeping inside the carriage. I just assisted a bunch of kidnappers..... And I killed the people trying to rescue her didn''t I? Ah, God damn it! Intuition why didn¡¯t you warn me! What have I gotten myself into¡.. ¡ Well, nothing I can do about this now. You reap what you sow. I wonder if I have a mask or anything that I can use to hide my identity, and maybe like a robe or something. I look through my Spatial Storage, and I managed to locate a plain white mask, and entirely black robe. Hmm, this is good enough. I quickly put both of them on, and after cutting the ropes that tied the Princesses hands I woke her up by lightly shaking her. ¡°Hey, wake up¡± (Daniel) And soon enough she slowly woke up, and looked at me in a daze. And when she came to , she looked at me frightened, and screamed, ¡°Kidnapper! Kidnapper!¡± (Princess) ¡°No, I¡¯m not-¡± (Daniel) ¡°Rape! Rape!¡± (Princess) ¡°I¡¯m not a-¡± (Daniel) The princess ignored me, and continued kicking and screaming, ¡°Someone! Save me! Save me!¡± (Princess) ¡°I¡¯m not a kidnapper!¡± (Daniel) The princess backed up all the way to the other side of the carriage, and looked at me teary eyed. ¡°Look, I¡¯m not a kidnapper okay. I saved you.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Liar¡.¡± (Princess) ¡°If I was going to rape you, or kidnap you I would have to do this no would I?¡± (Daniel) ¡°No¡.¡± (Princess) ¡°Then you see I¡¯m not a-¡± (Daniel) ¡°Fireball!¡± (Princess) The Princess raised her hand forwards, and launched a fireball straight towards my face. The explosion of hard rock and flames blew me back and burnt a part of the robe I was wearing. Thankfully, I wore the Everlasting Snowflake otherwise I¡¯d have some rather bad burns right now. I quickly put out the flames, and as I stood up I noticed that the Princess had opened up the other door and ran away. ¡°A crafty one aren¡¯t you¡.¡± (Daniel) But you can¡¯t underestimate a Second-Class ability like Intuition, I already know exactly where she is. I quickly ran after her. And as I chased her, she seemed to have noticed so she stopped where she was and hide in a thick bush. But Intuition is tracking her, and pointed it out. Her hiding just makes it a lot easier for me. But as I approached, Intuition flared up. Ah, shit that¡¯s dangerous¡ I speed up ,and land right next to the princess. I unsheathe the sword hidden under the black robe I was wearing and swung downwards killing a snake that was about to bite the princess. I heaved a sigh of relief, but suddenly Intuition flared up again. And I followed it''s instructions and quickly jumped back. And in the moment after, I noticed the Princess was tightly holding a small dagger and it was currently position where my leg was just a moment before. If I was any slower, she definitely would have stabbed my leg. And where did she even hide that knife? I sighed, you know I get that she can¡¯t trust me, and she¡¯s doing all this for her protection, but something about this just really irritates me. ¡°Don¡¯t come any closer!¡± (Princess) The princess, held the dagger her hand up to her throat. ¡°If you come any closer I¡¯ll kill myself!¡± (Princess) This girl, she¡¯s crazy.... She''s not joking, Intuitions warning me that if I want her to live, I shouldn¡¯t move forwards. If I take even a step forwards she¡¯s really going to kill herself! ¡°What do you want¡.¡± (Daniel) ¡°First off, who are you. Who do you work for, my father, my mother? Or is it one of my brothers, or my sisters.¡± (Princess) ¡°I don¡¯t work for anyone.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Well, it¡¯s not like just anyone can take a fireball to the face and suddenly come charging towards you at such speeds. You¡¯ve definitely been hired by someone. ¡° (Princess) ¡°No, I¡¯m really not working for anyone.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Then, put down your weapon and take off that robe.¡± (Princess) God damn it, I sheathe my long sword and throw it along with its scabbard onto the ground. I also take off my robe and throw it over the sword. ¡°Take off the creepy mask too.¡± (Princess) I reluctantly take off the mask, and throw it towards the pile of accumulating items. ¡°Do you believe me now, I didn¡¯t want to get caught in anything so I disguised myself. I¡¯m not your kidnapper, as a matter of fact I killed your kidnappers.¡± (Daniel) ¡°And where are their corpses?¡± (Princess) ¡°I got rid of them¡± (Daniel) She began pondering for a moment, ¡°I can¡¯t trust you, form a contract with me¡± (Princess) ¡°A contract?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Yes, as I have with me a special Magical Contract. You will assist me in returning to the Capital, and you will not be able to harm me directly or indirectly. If you break the contract you will die, but if you fulfill your duty you will naturally be compensated.¡± (Princess) ¡°And if I refuse?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Then, you will have to die.¡± (Princess) ¡°And are you capable of killing me?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Me? No, the Imperial Family however is another matter entirely.¡± (Princess) ¡°No one would know a thing If I were to kill you right here ,right now.¡± (Daniel) I made a little threat in attempt to scare her, but she simply smiled, ¡°But is that really a risk you¡¯re willing to take? You can¡¯t underestimate the Imperial Family you know.¡± (Princess) ¡°But if I were to simply walk away right now¡¡± (Daniel) ¡°That¡¯s pointless, I¡¯ve already seen your face.¡± (Princess) My Intuitions telling me she''s not bluffing, but she''s not telling the truth. This is difficult.... Damn, I¡¯m really not going to get out of this unscathed. I can run away right now, and rid myself off all of this, but she''s saying the Imperial Family will kill me. I can run as far as I can, away from even the Imperial Family, but that carries risk of it¡¯s own. Or I can help her, but that''s¡. ¡°So do you accept?¡± (Princess) ¡°Hey, Princess how old are you?¡± (Daniel) ¡°That¡¯s irrelevant.¡± (Princess) ¡°Is that so? Well, I¡¯m Daniel, 15 years old.¡± (Daniel) The Princess glared at me, silently ¡°And you?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Silvia, Silvia Ver Teres. 7th Princess of the Kingdom of Teresta. 14¡± (Silvia) How young¡ To be like this at this age, nobility huh¡.. ¡°Then Silvia, it¡¯s nice too meet you.¡± (Daniel) I held my hand out, "Y-You''re going to accept the contract?" (Silvia) "Why not?" (Daniel)
Authors Notes It''s late, I''ll fix anything later. Chapter 6: Silvia Ver Teres Silvia¡¯s P.O.V I am Silvia Ver Teres, the 7th Princess of the Kingdom of Teresta a small kingdom by Accursed Misty Forest, and the vast Astel Woods. We aren¡¯t a particularly powerful kingdom, but the great number of powerful beasts, and dangerous areas in our surroundings have attracted a large quantity of adventurers, Mercenaries who mainly deal with monsters. And thanks to these Adventurers, we''ve managed to secure a major source of income from Magic Cores and Monster Materials with the help of the Adventurers Guild. And we¡¯ve managed to slowly build up quite a bit of wealth from exporting all these valuable materials. It''s unfortunate that this great fortune, was a disaster in disguise. All the money we received from taxes, and exports allowed us to quickly expand, strengthen ourselves, and improve the general standard of living easily with money to spare. But all this wealth has also attracted some unwanted attention from one of the neighboring kingdoms, the Evile Kingdom. And to make matters worse the king, my father, has recently grown quite sickly which has spurred all the infighting between all of the powerful factions. Everyone from the minor nobles, to the ministers, and even my siblings have been waging a small war behind closed doors. This had lead to the decline of health, and living. And increase of unrest among the citizens, and a weakening national security which has lead to a number of incidents related to the neighboring kingdoms. So I knew this would happen, as a part of this kingdoms nobility it was bound to eventually happen. Yes, I the 7th Princess have been kidnapped. The guards that escorted me were killed, and I tied up and put too sleep inside my own carriage. I expected to find myself being either rescued, or in the bed room of the perverted king of the Evile Kingdom. But in an unusual turn of events, I found myself being woken up by a suspicious man completely covered in a black robe, donning a white mask. ¡°Hey, wake up¡¡± (Robed Man) I got up, and looked at him perplexed. He didn''t look like any the kidnappers, but he could be one of their associates. Could he be someone from one of the noble factions? Someone from one of my siblings factions? Or Is he a mercenary someone hired? An assassin? I screamed, and began acting panicked. He¡¯s seemed to be trying to explain something to me, but I ignored him and began planning out my escape. I secretly took out a magic ring whose function was similar to that of a wand. I had it kept in this necklace, it was specially enchanted to have Spatial Storage functions. I slowly inched towards the back of the carriage, and as soon as I felt my back hit the door, I cast my spell and launched a fireball towards his face. It¡¯s a beginner spell, so it probably didn''t kill him, but that''s fine. I wasn''t trying to kill him in the first place. It''s still enough to incapacitate him, or at the very least slow him down for a while. Though he''s probably pretty burnt if that mask of his doesn''t have any Magic Protection. But, my safety comes first so I ran into the forest. I was planning on pulling out a map, and figuring out a way back to the capital, but I heard some unusual sounds behind me. They were footsteps, and as I turned around I was able to see the distant figure of the black robed man running through the forest. I was shocked, how did he track me? Did he cast a spell on me? He should have only known the general direction I ran, but I made sure not to run in a straight line, and I used to trees and bushes as cover. At first I thought it was just a coincidence, so I hurriedly crouched down and hide myself in a rather thick bush. And just to be safe I pulled out a small dagger I kept in my necklace for self-defense. But as I waited silently for him to pass by, I was able to hear his footsteps grow closer and closer. And before I knew it he was right next too me, drawing his sword. And in my panic, I wasn''t able to notice the venomous snake that was by my feet. As I swung my dagger in an attempt to stab his leg, I noticed a flash of silver strike down and a dead snake was by my feet. And as I looked at the man in the black robe, he had already gotten out of arms reach and the dagger I tried to stab him with only struck the air. This story originates from Royal Road. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there. I was dumbfounded, he was truly a monster. He managed to catch up to me even after I blasted his face with a fireball, track me down, and simultaneously save me while dodging my dagger. But this confirmed one thing, this man was not out to kill me. So I held my dagger to my throat and threatened to kill myself if he drew closer. And it seemed to work, he seemed paralyzed, afraid to take a single step forward. So I began asking him questions, but I wasn''t getting anything out of him. And as we talked he took off his mask and robe, and to my surprise a rather young man with black hair was beneath all of that. And his attire matched that of an adventurers. For a moment I thought, maybe this really was just twist of fate. Maybe I was saved. But, I didn''t want to risk it, so I threw a few threats at him to get him to sign a Magical Contract. It''s a rather precious magic artifact, and I only have three scrolls on me but my life''s on the line. The Contract works by taking several conditions, and terms and binds two people and hands out punishment to any who break it. I was originally going to use it to secure some loyal subordinates, but this works to. He seemed to be against it, but after a few questions he surprisingly agreed, and held is hand out saying, ¡°Silvia, it¡¯s nice too meet you.¡± (Daniel) And I stood there a little dumbfounded, ¡°Aren¡¯t you deciding this a bit too casually¡.¡± (Silvia) ¡°A little, but no matter what choice I pick my life is still going to be on the line.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Yeah, but you could die¡.¡± (Silvia) ¡°Oh, are you worried about me. Besides we all die eventually¡± (Daniel) He laughed with a big old smile on his face. Does he think this is a joke? This is contract could seriously kill him if he breaks it. I pull out a Magic Scroll from my necklace, and infuse it with mana while, ¡°I Silvia Ver Teres hereby create this contract. The first condition is that you, Daniel, shall protect me until I reach the Capital of Teresta. The second condition is you, Daniel, cannot harm me in any form or way, directly or indirectly. The third condition is that I, Silvia Ver Teres, shall compensate you greatly as soon as possible upon your completion of the assignment. And the final condition is that if any of us should break any of these terms or conditions, we will in turn meet death! Do you accept, Daniel¡± (Silvia) I bite off the skin of my thumb, and stamp my blood onto the scroll. I roll it up carefully, and throw it too Daniel. ¡°I accept¡± (Daniel) He stamped the scroll with his blood before throwing it back to me. I carefully checked the scroll once, and then I threw it into the air, ¡°With our blood as proof of the agreement, I hereby invoke this contract.¡± (Silvia) And the scroll lit up, and disappeared leaving behind two balls of red light. These balls of light shot at each of our hands, and formed identical magic tattoos which served as the proof of the contract. The tattoos quickly vanished, but if I were to pour a little mana on it would become visible again. And if I ever wanted to check the terms and agreements I just had to pour a little more mana into that tattoo me all the contracts contents. ¡°Well do you trust me now?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Well, I¡¯m sure you won¡¯t kill me now.¡± (Silvia) ¡°Well once again, it¡¯s nice too meet you Silvia.¡± (Daniel) Daniel held out his hand, and I looked at him for a moment for shaking it. I normally would have been more cautious, but I had full faith in the contract. No one''s ever broken the contract, and gotten away with it so but it was mistake comparing this man to normal people. Daniel tightly held my hand, even as I tried to break away. ¡°Daniel?¡± (Silvia) And as I looked up I noticed a dumb ole smile on his face. ¡°Checkmate¡± (Daniel) The magic tattoos in our hands shined, and suddenly began changing. And as I poured mana into them to inspect them, I noticed the terms and agreements had changed! ¡°You¡¯re quite cunning preparing all this, but you''re still a little bit too naive. You put too much faith in this contract of yours.¡± (Daniel) I¡¯ve been had! Chapter 7: A Contract Daniel''s P.O.V A few minutes ago~ The princess stared at me dumbfounded, ¡°Aren¡¯t you a deciding this a bit too casually¡.¡± (Silvia) ¡°A little, but no matter what choice I pick my life is still going to be on the line.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Yeah, but you could die¡.¡± (Silvia) You were just threatening too kill me, do you really want to form a contract or not? Ah, whatever let''s play along for now, ¡°Oh, are you worried about me. Besides we all die eventually¡± (Daniel) ¡°But¡.¡± (Silvia) What''s holding her back exactly? Is she hesitant in forming a contract? Or is she genuinely worried about my well being? After everything she''s done, could she really be worried about me even after setting me on fire, trying to stab my leg, and even threatening me with her own life? Or is she worried about something else? The princess looked at me for a moment before hesitantly pulling out a magic scroll out of thin air. She unrolled the scroll and as she poured her mana into the scroll, she slowly began constructing the contract. And she..... Wait a minute!? Where did she pull that scroll out from? Is she an Otherworlder? No, that''s improbable. Is she strong enough to use Spatial Magic? Or was she born with some special ability. Is it an item? How many other things does she have stored away..... This is bad, I underestimated her... I quickly looked over and she was still busy constructing that contract, so I secretly pulled out one of the Teleportation Crystals Richard gave me as a present behind my back. By crushing one of these I can teleport anywhere between 100-500 meters of my current location randomly to a random location. There''s some risk in using it, but it''s a bet I''m willing to take. After all there¡¯s no knowing what could happen. My Absolute Intuition isn¡¯t omniscient you know, it has it''s limits. It''s not like those absurd First-Class abilities like The Great Sage Wiseman, Future Sight, or the World Archives. There have been plenty of situations where Intuition hasn''t reacted, or rather since Intuition doesn''t always out right tell me I simply don''t notice. After all Absolute Intuition requires information, I don''t need to be aware of the information but it still requires it nonetheless. It can''t predict what someone will do, only what they will probably do. It can''t predict what weapon someone has, only that they most likely have a weapon. And since I don''t know what weapons she has, Absolute Intuition isn''t reacting, or rather it isn''t reacting violently and flaring up. It''s simply give me a little warning, that she probably has something else hidden. And that''s it. I mean it''s still extremely useful, but it could honestly be way better. It''s one of the weaker Personal Abilities in the Second-Class ability spectrum. Anyways, the princess finished setting up the contract, and with some rather biased conditions if I might add. The conditions only really benefit her, because I have to protect her, and I can¡¯t hurt her. And if it ever comes down to it she could easily abandon me, kill me, or injury me and I wouldn''t be able to do a single thing. And the last condition only exists to sugar coat everything. Even if I get her to the capital she could easily back stab mean, and the reward itself is extraordinarily vague. A great reward could be anything from a million gold, to a million stones! Hell, she could even back stab me as a reward, and get away with it by saying it was a great honor to be penetrated by a princess. I feel like that came out wrong, definitely came out wrong. Ah, the scroll. I caught the scroll that was suddenly thrown at me, and examined it for a bit. There was a bloody finger print on the scroll so I''ll assume that''s one of the prerequisites required to complete the spell. I pretend to bite my thumb, and extract blood and cover my thumb. And then I stamp the scroll, before tossing it back to the princess. After checking it over once, she smiled and threw it into the air invoking the contract. And as the scroll burst into flames disintegrating into ashes, two balls of red light were left floating in the air. These two balls of light shot out at both our right hands respectively, fusing into them. I felt a slight burning sensation, and a red magic tattoo began forming on the back of my hand. And as I examined it a smile broke out on my face, ¡°Well do you trust me now?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Well, I''m not afraid you''ll kill me at the very least.¡± (Silvia) I walked up to her, and offered my hand, ¡°Well once again, it¡¯s nice too meet you Silvia.¡± (Daniel) She looked at me skeptically before taking my hand, and as soon as our hands touched I completely deconstructed both magic tattoos on our hands instantly voiding the contract. And as I deconstructed the tattoo I transformed it into three components, blood, magic, and a spell formula. And to make it a little easier to understand I suppose I should explain Magic a little. I¡¯ll try to keep it short, but basically Magic is the practice of manipulating Mana in order to both defy and control the world''s laws. And Mana itself is a mysterious force that exists in all things, that I''d rather not explain. It''s confusing and I, myself don¡¯t particularly understand it. And the way Magic works is by structuring Mana to create a phenomenon or rather a Spell. This is done through directly manipulating the mana itself, through words, a prayer, a wish, a song, words, or any other of the numerous methods of using mana. But in the end it all boils down to producing a particular phenomenon by forming a particular structure known as a Spell Formula. And phenomenon, or spell, has it''s own particular spell formula, with variations of course. And this is rather convenient for me, because you see my Personal Skill Disassemble doesn¡¯t just break down living, and nonliving things, but even those intangible things too. It can break down information, spirits, mana, and ghosts. And you see, by using Synthesis I can absorb some of those those things as well. The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation. So I quickly absorbed the spell formula, and instantly the formula became etched into my head. So I began using both of my personal abilities to rapidly disassemble and reassemble the mana left behind before I deconstructed the magic tattoo. And as I extracted and infused our blood into the mana, I was able to completely reconstruct the magic tattoo. With a few changes of course, Appraisal!
Blood Bound Contract (Silvia Ver Teres)
A contract that binds two people to the following terms: -Silvia Ver Teres is prohibited from harming you directly or indirectly -Silvia Ver Teres is not allowed to speak of this contract to anyone other than you -Silvia Ver Teres must greatly award you with gold upon arriving at Teresta¡¯s Capital. -Silvia Ver Teres must follow anything that you deem is an order.
No Punishment has been set, so all terms will be forced making contracte, Silvia Ver Teres, unable to break the terms.
That looks pretty good, I waste quite a bit of mana trying to reconstruct it, but I managed to make something rather useful. Plus I memorized a new spell. Though learning spells, or rather anything like this is rather dangerous. If I absorb too much information, my brain would be too overloaded with information that I could fry my brain, or cripple myself, or worse I could die. And I''m not over exaggerating, I''ve experienced it first hand. You see, there was one point in time when I completely deconstructed a book and absorbed it. And you see I absorb far too much information, and as soon as I absorbed it all I collapsed. And when my mother found me, I was on the floor spasming, drenched in my own blood. I had to be taken to Emma¡¯s Garden of Healing, and through the use of all sorts of medicine and several Personal Skills I managed to recover after a few months. And even after that I still had to go through a month of rehab, and I end up having to erase those memories anyway. Though I was honestly quite lucky, there didn''t seem to be any permanent damage, and if this were to happen in any other village I probably would have died long ago. And I learned to follow my Intuition more often, after all it was flaring up telling me not to do it the entire time, but for some reason I decided to ignore it. So I can¡¯t go around absorbing every book and spell I find, but it''s still quite useful and as long as Intuition gives me the go ahead, than I''ll be fine. Now I''m sure you''re wondering, why don''t I know a lot more spells and well things in general if I can literally fuse the information directly into my brain. Well, the Village itself lacks information about the outside quite a bit so I had to wait for that, and well It¡¯s not like absorbing spells means I¡¯m able to use them. The information may be etched into my mind, but that doesn¡¯t automatically mean I understand it or I know how to use it. I still need to figure out how to manipulate mana to form the formula, or else the phenomenon won¡¯t manifest itself. I can get away with this by disassembling the mana and directly forming the spell using synthesis, but that requires a lot more mana. This sort of ability is better used for reference, and things that just need memorization and not experience and practice. Well that¡¯s enough about me, I wonder how this digressed from spells to my miraculous ability to etch things into my mind with Synthesis and Disassemble. Anyways back to the present, Silvia stood still looking at me, completely dumbfounded. And after I let got of her hand, she examined the new magic tattoo that replaced the old one. ¡°H-How did you¡.That¡¯s impossible!¡± (Silvia) ¡°Nothings impossible, honey. Especially for me.¡± (Daniel) Silvia immediately took her dagger, and tried to slit her own throat. But just before the daggers cold blade touched her throat¡¯s delicate skin, it suddenly disappeared. ¡°This an order, you are forbidden from killing yourself.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Y-You, how did-!? What did you do!?¡± (Silvia) I smiled, I could have easily disarmed her earlier, but I wanted to see what she was plotting. And It¡¯s a good thing I did, I managed to get my hands on a rather useful spell and I even formed a contract with a princess. ¡°Well it doesn¡¯t matter, anyways which ways the capital.¡± (Daniel) ¡°What?¡± (Silvia) ¡°Which way¡¯s the capital, after everything that¡¯s happened I could at the very least bring you back home.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Eh? Why?¡± (Silvia) ¡°Hmm?¡± (Daniel) ¡°The contracts been voided, and terms changed why are you doing this? You could easily kill me, or push me down and take advantage of me if you felt like it.¡± (Silvia) Oh did she give up? Did she just say that if I killed her, the imperial family would have sought me out a few minutes ago, or something? Princess you¡¯re acts slipping. I sighed, ¡°Do you take me for a psychopath? Has no one ever done anything for you simply out of goodwill?¡± (Daniel) Besides, I did just kill the people who came to save you¡. At the very least I could bring her back to the capital. If I immediately leave after bring her back, then I should be able to avoid getting tangled up in any of her affairs. ¡°But, you have no reason to risk your life for me.¡± (Silvia) And besides, there are only some many things that could possibly kill me. And I¡¯m prepared for quite a few of them. ¡°Don¡¯t worry, I don¡¯t die easily, and if worst comes to worst I¡¯ll abandon you.So where¡¯s the capital?¡± (Daniel) ¡°To the north¡.¡± (Silvia) ¡°Okay let¡¯s go then.¡± (Daniel)
This was done a while ago, but I had too much work so I didn''t get the opportunity to edit and upload it sorry. Chapter 8: Esterlyn We were about to head northwards when Silvia stopped me, ¡°Wait a minute.¡± (Silvia) She turned around, and ran behind a tree. I wonder what she¡¯s trying to do? She knows I can track her right? ¡°This an order stay 100 meters from me at all times.¡± (Daniel) From behind the tree, ¡°You controlist!¡± (Silvia) ¡°Princess, it¡¯s problematic if you run away. If you want to go somewhere just tell me, and I¡¯ll increase the range.¡± (Daniel) Besides who knows what else you''re hiding. ¡°Fine, It¡¯s not like I have any other choice anyway¡..¡± (Silvia) ¡°You brought it on yourself.¡± (Daniel) If only you pretended to be a normal princess, things would have been so much easier. I would have saved her, brought her to the capital, and left. But she just had to go complicate it by attacking me, and bringing in a magical contract. ¡°Just wait for me.¡± (Silvia) I wonder what she''s doing back there, I''ve got a good guess but whatever. I opened up my Spatial Storage, and put away the Teleportation Crystal in my pocket while Silvia was doing whatever the hell she¡¯s doing over there. And while I was at it I pulled out a few more rations ,and supplies. I haven''t used any of my earlier supplies, but who knows how long I''ll be traveling with the princess. This trip could last anywhere between a week to a couple months or even a full quarter. I need to be prepared, I don''t even know how long the money I have will last me either. Plus I prepared these supplies assuming I wouldn''t be using them too often, they were originally supposed to help me remain inconspicuous. So I began stuffing my rucksack with all sorts of rations, and supplies when Silvia walked out, ¡°Okay, I¡¯m done¡± (Silvia) Luckily my intuition warned me not to pull anything out of my storage a second earlier otherwise I might have been put in a rather compromising position. I turned my head, and too my surprise Silvia transformed into a completely different person. Her expensive jewelry, and dress was replaced by a a light brown shirt, and shorts. Her heels had changed to leather boots, and a crude leather chest place now covered her chest. But it was one thing to change out of her clothes, and get some proper equipment like that short sword, and rucksack over her shoulder and it''s another to completely change ones hair color and eye color. Her golden hair that was exemplary of a noble was now a more common dirt brown. While her eyes changed from a dark blue to a dark brown. ¡°So, how do I look?¡± (Silvia) ¡°You, how did you?¡± (Daniel) Silvia smiled radiantly, ¡°This is a proper disguise, you should take some notes. It''s far less conspicuous than a black robe and a mask. I anticipated something like this would happen so I prepared a large amount of disguises, rations, and magic tools as preparation. And I''ve always made sure to keep a few protective treasures as well as a large number of magic dyes, and clothes on my body at all times. How is it? Aren¡¯t I cute?¡± (Silvia) Protective treasures? I wouldn''t be so confident about some protective treasures that couldn''t even protect you from some mediocre kidnappers. But this is still quite impressive, and how do I put this, "I don''t really know what to say, nor how to put this really, but well you looked great in a dress. Definitely, there probably aren''t that many people who could match you in that regard. And even though you were incredibly stunning in a dress, I still find that you''re just as equally stunning in this. I can''t really describe the feeling it gives me, but you''re definitely cute.¡± (Daniel) Or should I say she''s beautiful? When she was in a dress she gave the sort of feeling you''d expect from a princess, an air of nobility and arrogance. And since she was in a light colored it was a sort of purity, it kind of made you want to protect her if she wasn''t trying to kill you. But this, this is what''s the word for it. Daring, yeah it''s a lot more daring. As a part of royalty she still has that sort of noble air to her, but in this outfit there''s a sort of wild feeling she gives off. And unlike her dress, her current outfit shows off her curves a lot more even under that leather chest plate. And I must say those are some mighty fine legs, I wonder what she''d look like after a few more years. She''d definitely be an absolute beauty most men would be chasing after. And chase they will if she treats every man like she treats me. ¡°T-Thanks¡.¡±, Silvia grew red, and began hurriedly walk away. She''s a little shyer than I imagined, I thought she''d be used to compliments and flattery so I thought a simply yeah, you''re cute wouldn''t be enough. Well let''s go then ¡ A few days later~ I easily climbed up a incline, and turned around, ¡°Tired already?¡± (Daniel) Silvia hurriedly caught up too me, ¡°Y-You¡¯re a monster¡.¡± (Silvia) We''ve been slowly making our way through the forest for the last few especially boring days. It''s been extremely uneventful for the last few days, we''d just walk, stop, sleep, get up, and continue walking. I mean it''s great that nothings happening, but it''s boring as hell! We haven''t encountered any real monsters, and the only thing I''ve killed in the last few days were a few horned rabbits, and a snake. I mean I''m not a psychopathic killer or anything, but it''s sure as hell a lot more entertaining than just walking for days. Silvia has for the most part refused to talk to me, no matter what I''d do she''d refuse to have a conversation with me at all. The only time she''d reply to me is when I''d tease her, ¡°Are you okay? Would you like me to carry you, princess?¡± (Daniel) ¡°N-Never¡.¡± (Silvia) Silvia fell to her knees, exhausted, ¡°You¡¯re too prideful, we could save so much time if I were to carry you..¡± (Daniel) ¡°S-Shut up¡.¡±(Silvia) I don''t think I can take much more of this, If it were just me I''d probably have made it to town already. You know what, I should have done this sooner. ¡°Hey, Silvia.¡± (Daniel) ¡°....¡± (Silvia) And as usual she''s ignoring me, but that''s fine, ¡°This an order, for the next hour sleep.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Eh?¡± (Silvia) And like a puppet whose strings were cut, Silvia¡¯s body fell towards the ground. But I made sure to softly catch her. I carried her up the incline, and laid her on the ground for a moment. And I look at her peacefully sleeping, and I couldn''t help but admire her beauty again. She really is a princess, I''m actually traveling with a princess huh. I mean I''ve know been traveling with a princess, but it just took a little while to set in you know? You''d think I''d be used to all these weird things right, and I sort of am. But I wonder just how long did it take to set in that this was another world? You know in all those stories it only ever took the a day or two, but it took me nearly an entire month. And these powers of mine. Just how long did that take to get used to them? How long did it take for me to get used to killing. How long did it take me to get used to all this I wonder? I suppose even now I might not even be completely used to all of it. But that''s fine, once this is all over I''ll just live a normal life again. A normal life. I opened up the World System''s menu,

Now that that''s done let''s get going. I open up my Spatial Storage an pull out a Magic Scroll. ¡°Invoke, Wings of Flight!¡± (Daniel) I activated the scroll, and it slowly rose into air and burst into flames turning into ashes. I carefully picked up Silvia off the ground as the air behind my back began to distort forming a pair of transparent wings to form. And with Silvia in my arms, I took flight effortlessly shooting into the sky. As I increased the mana output the transparent wings rapidly expanded to over twice their original size, and I shot northwards. ... And in less than an hour I was finally able to make out a large town in the distance. The town was surrounded by a large stone wall that formed an oddly shaped octagon. One part of the wall was especially large, while it¡¯s adjacent wall was oddly small, and the wall opposite of that one was nearly twice as large as the other one. I wonder who exactly designed these walls, they''re crooked, and they don''t just form straight or diagonal lines. There are several parts that are crooked, almost forming a zigzag pattern at points. While some part''s are especially circular, either by design or some miraculous fault. These walls would definitely give any perfectionist with OCD a headache. As I flew closer I was able to see the town in greater detail, and from the buildings it looks like the town is split into four districts, or something along that line. The northern most east part of town especially packed full of houses, so I''m assuming that''s the residential area. While the southern most eastern part seems to be a large market, even from up here I could see a large number of shops, stands, and ant-like goer byers. The market seems to extend past the southeastern most part and crosses the large road connected to the southern gate, and the town square into the southern most western part. But it seems the southwestern most part is a hub for craftsmen and artisans. I can see quite a few large forges, and artisans working their craft. Stolen novel; please report. As for the northern most western most part of town, it seems to be a mix of the eastern''s residential area and a number of administrative buildings, and a barracks with a large open field for training. And I can sort of make out a number of men running around or training. And that''s it for the town, though I suppose I should mention there''s quite a large number of farms being attended to outside of the city. And even now I could see a few hundred people working on just the southern most farm. Now, I suppose I should descend before anyone notices me. I''m almost out of mana too. I spot a nearby hill, and quickly descend. I softly laid the princess down onto the ground, and after dispelling the Wings of Flight I started waking her up,¡± Silvia this is an order wake up.¡± (Daniel) Suddenly Silvia opened her eyes, and shot upwards. She momentarily looked around in confusion, but as she turned her head towards me she instantly grew furious and tried to slap me. But of course the contract forbid it, and just before her hand met my face it suddenly stopped against her will. ¡°You son of a bitch!¡± (Silvia) She sure has a dirty mouth for a princess, I wonder where she learned these things. You wouldn¡¯t think a princess would say these things. Or at the very least those princesses in media who are designed to be absolutely innocent. Though I do recall there were times princess were reflected as violent, and aggressive, and especially toxic like this. I backed up a little,¡°Calm down, calm down.¡± (Daniel) But Silvia glared at me teary-eyed, she was absolutely furious,¡°Calm down!? You want me to calm down!? How would you feel if someone suddenly made you fall asleep! How would you feel if someone could restrict every thing you say and do. How would you feel if you were forced to follow every command someone were to give you!? You¡¯d never know what they make you do, or what they¡¯d do to you! Who knows what you¡¯ve done in this hour! And I¡¯m completely powerless to stop you!!¡± (Silvia) Well you brought it on yourself, though I do suppose I did go a little far. But it¡¯s not like I did anything, so why do I feel like I''m in the wrong here? She''s the one who attacked me first right? ¡°Look I¡¯m¡.¡±, I awkwardly apologized, ¡°I¡¯m sorry okay, but this was the fastest way?¡± (Daniel) Silvia asked me in a muffled voice,¡°To do what?¡± (Silvia) ¡°Come on, let me show you.¡±(Daniel) I pulled her through the forest, and after a little bit we were finally able to see the town in the distance, ¡°See, we¡¯re already here. You should have a little faith in me you know.¡± (Daniel) I looked over at, Silvia,¡±Esterlyn, but how did you. We were still a day or two away.¡± (Silvia) ¡°And now we¡¯re about half an hour away¡± (Daniel) Silvia silently looked at me in disbelief, ¡°Daniel I¡¡± (Silvia) ¡°Come on, princess let¡¯s go.¡±(Daniel) ¡°But, I¡.okay.¡± (Silvia) Silvia quieted down, and we headed into town together. ¡°So where should we go?¡± (Daniel) ¡°We should find an inn, you should rest. You carried me all this way didn¡¯t you?¡± (Silvia) Oh, she answer me. How surprising. But if she wants to get to the capital as soon as possible it''s for the best that she co-operates with me. ¡°Don¡¯t worry, you were quite light.¡±(Daniel) ¡°But still¡¡± (Silvia) ¡°It¡¯s fine, it¡¯s fine. Besides how much money do you have on you?¡± (Daniel) ¡°A couple gold coins.¡± (Silvia) ¡°How much is that worth? My village used a bartering system, so I don¡¯t have any money nor do I know how much things are worth.¡±(Daniel) The first part was a lie, but I really don''t know anythings value. ¡°Is that so? Well, the Kingdom of Teresta uses the Human standard, copper coins, silver coins, gold coins, and crystal coins. Each coin is worth a hundred of the one before it. And I believe a single night¡¯s stay at an in is worth around 25 coppers at it¡¯s cheapest, to around a couple silver coins.¡± (Silvia) ¡°I see, wait why do you only have a few gold coins? Aren''t you, you know.¡± (Daniel) "I receive an allowance of a crystal coin a month, but I''ve spent a majority of my money entertaining guests in the palace and on a variety of magical books and tools." (Silvia) "I see, but try not to take any gold coins out. We don''t want to attract any unnecessary attention." (Daniel) I suppose this means the money I brought with me is useless too, I mean I could use it but it''ll attract some unnecessary attention. I should have broken my coins into silver and copper coins before I left. I only have gold coins on me so I¡¯ll have to make some money somehow. This world should have an Adventurer''s Guild, let¡¯s make some money that way. ¡°Silvia do you know if there¡¯s a Adventurer''s Guild here?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Esterlyn neighbors the dangerous Astel Woods, so a large branch was set up a long time ago. But if we want register we need to pay a fee of one silver.¡± (Silvia) ¡°Oh? You need to pay to register?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Yeah, Adventurers receive a number of benefits, and the fee pays for your card and medallion. But you can register as a free-adventurer and work to pay for the registration fee to become a full fledged adventurer.¡± (Silvia) I see, but how long would that take? I should just sell something, I¡¯m sure this sword here could fetch a few silvers. It''s an uncommon item after all. I walked up to a guard, ¡°Hey, where can I buy and sell weapons?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Oh, are you new here? You can buy and sell weapons at the commercial district to the southeast, but if you want quality weapons you should head to the craftsman¡¯s district and find a blacksmith. You can request a custom weapon, or buy one of the ones they have in stock.¡± (Guard) ¡°How about selling weapons?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Well that¡¯s hard, if it¡¯s an especially good weapon you should go to a blacksmith you¡¯ll get a fair price. But if you can find a good merchant you could probably get a pretty good deal. But you should check with a blacksmith first to see what it¡¯s worth.¡± (Guard) ¡°Thanks¡± (Daniel) ¡°No problem, don¡¯t make any trouble okay?¡± (Guard) ... We went to the southwestern district, and entered one of the blacksmith¡¯s shops. ¡°Hello, how can I help you?¡± (Shopkeeper) A tall, burly woman was manning the front desk. I looked around and there were a number of weapons spread throughout the room. Some were on the shelves, some were on racks, in barrels, or underneath the glass counter, and some were stuck into the floor or wall. ¡°I¡¯d like to sell a sword.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Can I see?¡± (Shopkeeper) I handed her the sword, and she examined it for a moment. She turned around and opened the door behind her ¡°Geoffrey!¡± (Shopkeeper) A rough voice yelled, from ¡°What is it Hilda!¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°Come check this out¡±(Hilda) ¡°I¡¯m busy.¡± (Geoffrey) Hilda walked through the door, ¡°What the hell is this!?¡±(Hilda) ¡°A masterpiece!¡±(Geoffrey) ¡°A masterpiece my ass! Get the fuck out there right now!¡± (Hilda) There was a loud crashing noise, and then a four foot tall old man walked out laughing, ¡°Kahaha, I fucking love this woman. So kid what do ya need?¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°I wanna sell this sword¡± (Daniel) ¡°Well, okay let me see¡± (Geoffrey) The short old man pulled out a stool, and began examining the sword. And soon enough his jovial expression grew dark, ¡°Son where did you get this sword?¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°It was my fathers, I¡¯m in need of money so I came here to sell it. How much could I get for it?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Normally a long sword like this would be sold for a couple silvers to a couple dozen silvers. I¡¯d have priced this at 12 originally, but¡..¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°But?¡± (Daniel) ¡°There¡¯s something about this sword that¡¯s weird. It definitely wasn¡¯t crafted by an amateur, nor was it crafted by a master. It was crafted by someone who knew what he was doing at the very least, and it¡¯s a solid sword. But it''s weird, I can''t seem to grasp how this it was made even though I can easily tell what material it was made of. Can I test it out a little?¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°Feel free to do so¡±(Daniel) We followed the old man outside, where he lead us to a small fenced off area with a wooden mannequin in metal armor. He walked up to it, and suddenly slashed it with the long sword. The sword cut right through the armor and almost half way through the mannequin. ¡°As I thought, this sword is far from ordinary, if I were a knight I probably could have cut right through this mannequin too.¡± (Geoffrey) He turned to us, ¡°Son even if you¡¯re in need of money I wouldn¡¯t sell this sword if I were you, you''d probably never find another damn sword like it.¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°Eh?¡± (Daniel) ¡°How do I put this, I don''t exactly understand it myself but this swords been crafted perfectly. I don''t think I''ve seen anyone craft a sword as perfectly as this one in my life. Now, I''m not saying this is the sharpest or hardest sword in the world, nor am I saying it''s the greatest sword in the world but I''ve never seen anything like it. It can easily cut right through armor, and with enough maintenance you''d probably never have to replace it in your whole life. There¡¯s probably no sword out there that fits the very definition of a sword as this one.¡± (Geoffrey) Is it really that special? It was created by a Third-Class personal ability, and it''s only uncommon so it shouldn''t be that great. ¡°Then what would you price it at?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Son, did you not hear me? Don¡¯t sell it. It¡¯s no masterpiece, but it¡¯s a damn good sword.¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°So what¡¯s the price?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Look you could sell this sword for anything from 50 silver to a couple gold coins. There are swords more powerful than it, and swords that look nicer than it. But if you want a reliable sword that will last you for a lifetime hold onto it.¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°But I¡¯d like to sell it¡± (Daniel) A normal sword is fine with me anyways, I¡¯m a mage. ¡°Do you need money that much? Look, how about this leave this sword here for a week, and I¡¯ll give you 10 silver.¡± (Geoffrey) "I''m not trying to make a loan." (Daniel) "And I sure as hell ain''t offering one. Look, I''d hate to see this sword go to waste. It''s your fathers sword, and you''re in need of money. Head over to the Adventurers Guild, and register as a full fledged Adventurer. Go complete some collection quests, and come back in a week. With this sword you can definitely make a living as a proper adventurer. And don''t worry it''s not like I''m not getting anything out of it, I get to admire and study this bloody sword for a week. What do you say?" (Geoffrey) He''s really adamant about this, my intuitions telling me I won¡¯t be able to get him to buy it, so this is fine, ¡°Deal¡± (Daniel)
Authors Notes So yeah, I''m back. I was sick for a while, but I''m better now. And I had a stupid amount of work. Test after Test after Test. I also had a research paper and a few lab reports. And several projects. But I''m finally free! So here''s an extra long chapter. Or at least for this stories length which is like 1-2k chapters. It''s a 3.5k chapter! :3 Chapter 9: The Adventurers Guild ¡°Ahahaha, that¡¯s better. Catch kid.¡± (Geoffrey) Geoffrey pulled out a small coin pouch and threw it at me, ¡°Now don¡¯t go spending it all at once.¡± (Geoffrey) Why did he have a coin pouch with just 10 silver in it? ¡°I know how to manage my money you know.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Not if you¡¯re trying to sell a sword as good as this one.¡± (Geoffrey) Geoffrey put the sword back in it¡¯s sheathe and walked back into the shop. I looked at the small pouch in my hand skeptically, and opened it. And too my surprise there were a few copper coins, some silvers coins, and three gold coins. Now which one of us doesn¡¯t know how to manage their money? Let¡¯s see if he notices after a week, if he does then he can keep the sword and I¡¯ll just run away with the money. ¡°Come on, let¡¯s go.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Oh, wait¡± (Geoffrey) I turned around, and Geoffrey was hurriedly running towards us. Did he notice already? ¡°You know where the Adventurer¡¯s Guild is?¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°Ah, no. We just got here today.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Is that so? Well just take the main street to the town square, and it should be the building to your left. There should be a sign with the Adventurer Guild¡¯s insignia above the door, you won¡¯t miss it.¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°Ah, Thank you.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Since you got here today, I¡¯m assuming you haven¡¯t dropped by an inn. Am I right¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°Yes¡± (Daniel) ¡°Then drop by my friends inn, the Heavy Forge inn. It¡¯s the 3rd street before you get to the town square, just take a left and head straight for three blocks before taking another left. Then It should be the inn to your right with a large hammer. Just tell whoever¡¯s manning the front desk that Jeff sent you.¡±(Geoffrey) ¡°Thanks again¡± (Daniel) ¡°No problem, it¡¯s easier to find you this way.¡± (Geoffrey) With that Geoffrey bid us farewell, and we made our way to the main street. We slowly made our way down, and just like Geoffrey said there it was. It was an especially large three story wooden building. Its surface was covered in holes, and marks, and number of patch work repairs. And above it¡¯s two large doors which a number of odd characters repeatedly walked in and out of was the Adventurer Guild¡¯s insignia, a Dragon¡¯s severed head pierced by a sword. We made our way inside, and were immediately greeted by an almost deafening clatter. There were men and women scattered about, drinking, eating, chatting, working, fighting, gambling, sleeping, or sitting. There were some sprawled onto the floor with bruises, some who were receiving medical attention by a priest, and some who were selling their wares or goods. There were those who were dressed in a knight''s armor, some clothed in a gear created from monster parts, and some who choose to wear almost nothing at all. There were young children, old men, seductive women, charming men, fat slobs, and muscular men. But to sum it all up, it was just pure chaos, I wonder how I didn¡¯t hear any of this outside? We made our way through our noisy, and crowded surroundings to the desks in the back of the Guild. There were a number of armed men, I assume who were working for the guild standing by, and a few men behind the desk organizing papers or flyers. Behind the desk were a number of beautiful women, and behind them was a massive board of missions that extended all the way to the third floor, almost reaching the roof. But it¡¯s probably just for aesthetics, to the right and the left were smaller but wider boards that held a number of missions. One of the receptionist noticed me, and asked, ¡°Hello, how can I help you?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°We¡¯d like to register as Adventurers.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Free or Full-Fledged?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Full-Fledged.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Very well then, that will be 2 silver.¡± (Receptionist) I pull out 2 pieces of silver, from Geoffrey¡¯s coin pouch and handed it to her, and asked ¡°How does registration work?¡± (Daniel) She opened up a drawer filled with coins and deposited the coins in them. ¡°We only require a few things, a name, it can be an alias if you wish. And a little bit of your mana. But if it¡¯s possible we¡¯d like as much information on you as we can get.¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Is that so?¡± (Daniel) She pulled out a piece of paper from the stack beside her, and a magic pen. Unlike pens from my old world, these pens don¡¯t run on ink. Instead there¡¯s a small magic crystal inside of the pen, and a magic crystal at the tip of the pen. The pen directly changes the surface of whatever¡¯s written to the desired color. It¡¯s probably quite expensive, all magical items are, but it¡¯s better than using a this world¡¯s normal pens. And they last forever, even if you break it as long as the crystals are intact it should be rather cheap to get a new one. ¡°Your name?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Daniel¡± (Daniel) ¡°Age?¡±(Receptionist) ¡°15¡± (Daniel) ¡°Gender¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Do you really need to ask that?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Sexual Preference¡± (Receptionist) ¡°What does this have to do with signing up?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Height¡± (Receptionist) ¡°I don¡¯t know.¡± (Daniel) I¡¯m like five foot something I think. Suddenly the receptionist slammed her hands on the desk, ¡°How don¡¯t you know!¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Well, I never really cared¡.¡±(Daniel) The receptionist glared at me for a moment, before sighing, ¡°This generation, they¡¯re getting worse by the day.¡± (Receptionist) ¡°How does that even-¡± (Daniel) ¡°Class?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Swordsman¡± (Daniel) The receptionist paused, and looked at me once more and smirked, making it blatantly obvious that she was trying not to laugh. This receptionist, really ticks me off¡ ¡°Can you read and write?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Yeah¡± (Daniel) ¡°Tch¡±, the receptionist clicked her tongue, and began wrote something down, ¡°Are you rich?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°No¡± (Daniel) ¡°Ass or Tits?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°What kind of survey is this?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Answer the question!¡± (Receptionist) ¡°I refuse!¡± (Daniel) ¡°Wimp¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Bitch¡± (Daniel) The receptionist glared at me, ¡°Now this is the last question, how strong are you?¡± ¡°I¡¯m average, maybe above average.¡± (Daniel) ¡°I see¡±, The receptionist grabbed something from underneath her desk, and stood up. She leaped over the desk, and stood in front of me. ¡°Why don¡¯t we test that out?¡± (Receptionist) I looked over at all the other receptionist, but they don¡¯t seem to want to care at all. And as I looked around there were several men and women just watching us as if this were a show. If you come across this story on Amazon, it''s taken without permission from the author. Report it. ¡°Is this part of the registration?¡± (Daniel) ¡°It is now.¡± (Receptionist) Why are all the women I meet so violent or weird¡.. No, let¡¯s not jinx it, it¡¯s only because this is the Adventurer''s Guild. Yeah, that¡¯s probably why. Now what do I do about her? I could easily kill her, but beating her is another thing. What level is she at? My intuition says I can beat her, but if I beat her and she turns out to be someone pretty strong I¡¯ll end up drawing people''s attention. Do I run? But then what about registration? I paid her so she has to register me, right? The receptionist lady, drew her sword and threw her sheathe at me. And without warning began madly attacking me. ¡°Would you calm down, I just wanted to register.¡± (Daniel) ¡°And I just wanted to be a princess, but we can¡¯t have everything we want now can we!¡± (Receptionist) I turned to the guards standing by, ¡°Aren¡¯t any of you gonna stop her?¡± (Daniel) But they remained motionless, they acted as if I weren¡¯t even there. ¡°Don¡¯t worry just fight her,¡± An adventurer behind me started replied, ¡°She¡¯s stop soon enough after all¡.¡± (Adventurer) He stopped every now and then too take a bite out of the chicken in his hands, or take a drink from the large wooden mug on the table, ¡°She¡¯s completely irrelevant to the plot. No, I suppose nothing ever completely irrelevant after all her existence brought me here didn¡¯t she?¡± (Adventurer) This is? The fourth wall! What¡¯s going on! ¡°After all she¡¯s a nameless existence, something with no real importance, no value, a mob will you. Yet, her actions are extremely illogical, they follow no proper thought process. As a matter of fact, this scenario should never have happened.¡± Her existence and the very fact that she has no name as is simply referred to as the Receptionist means her illogical actions are due to something else, or will lead up to something relevant at some point. Isn¡¯t that right Miss. Receptionist¡± (Adventurer) This is? Who is he? This is, an otherworlder? No¡. ¡°Shut up you! I have a bloody name, it¡¯s¡.it¡¯s!¡± (Receptionist) ¡°It¡¯s?¡± (Daniel) ¡°What is it¡..what¡¯s my name!¡± (Receptionist) Suddenly, the receptionist dropped her sword and began madly screaming. Yet, it was as if everyone were looking right through her. No one did anything, no one said anything, they just went about their day, eating, drinking, chatting, laughing. And when I turned towards Silvia, she was calmly registering herself with the help of another receptionist. It was as if no one could see what was happening. No, no one but me and him. ¡°What¡¯s going on? Who are-¡± (Daniel) The receptionist on the ground stopped screaming, and turned to the Adventurer who was talking earlier,¡± You, you, you! What did you do to me! What did you do!¡± (Receptionist) She grabbed the sword by her feet, and madly charged the Adventurer sitting down. And in her madness she blind shortsightedly charged at him, completely neglecting everyone around her causing her to charge straight into a group of Adventurers. I warned them, ¡°Watch out!¡± (Daneil) But as if they didn¡¯t hear me, they just moved on. And as the receptionist was about to collide with the group of adventurous she just phased right them and kept charging forward. The adventurer sitting down took a bite out of his chicken and smiled at me, ¡°Don¡¯t worry, after I¡¯m done with her I¡¯ll get to you. You¡¯re an irregularity, one that cannot remain yet cannot be deleted. I hope we¡¯ll never meet again ¡ö¡ö¡ö¡ö¡ö ¡ö¡ö¡ö¡ö¡ö¡ö¡± (Adventurer) Impossible, that name is! I pulled out a revolver from my Spatial Storage, my most powerful trump card! And as the receptionists sword was about to reach the Adventurer, before my very eyes she disappeared. I stared at him in disbelief, pointing my gun at him, ¡°Who are you!? How do you know that name!¡± (Daniel) Just to be safe I pulled out a teleportation crystal, and prepared to get away from here as soon possible. But it¡¯s probably pointless, my intuitions screaming at me. It¡¯s just like that time with the Reaper, no it¡¯s worse than that time with the Reaper. Who is this man? Just how strong is he? How dangerous is he? S-Class? SS-Class? SSS-Class? Is he a First-Class? My mind¡¯s screaming at me, it feels like it¡¯s tearing apart. I¡¯ve never felt anything like this, I¡¯ve never seen anything like this. And worse of all, even though my body¡¯s telling me to run the hell away, even though my mind''s screaming get the hell out of here, my intuitions telling me one other thing. It¡¯s hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. It gave up on me. There¡¯s no way out. There¡¯s no way to escape. In a desperate attempt to survive, I activated Disassemble at full power and tried to delete him. But it was no good, no matter what I did I could only disassemble his surroundings. So instead I fused all the special bullet¡¯s I kept in the cylinder together. Each bullet is comprised of a Magic Crystal infused with a Second-Class ability. Fused together their strength should rival a First-Classes! And as I fired the bullet, and watched it fly off in slow motion. I watched as it neared the Adventurer and as it was about to release the combined might of all those Personal Abilities, he caught it with his one free hand while he used his other to eat his chicken. And when he opened his hands, it disappeared. And with a wave of his hand, suddenly my specially crafted revolver disappeared. No, it¡¯s not just my revolver, my right arm disappeared! ¡°AAAAAAAHHH!¡± (Daniel) ¡°Oh quit it, the World System should minimize the pain to an extent it shouldn¡¯t hurt that much. You otherworlders should be used to losing your limbs. You could easily grow it back.¡± (Adventurer) ¡°You! Who are you!?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Me? Oh you don¡¯t need to know who I am, I just need to know who you are. And I think I¡¯ve been doing a pretty good job at it. New Name, Daniel Woods after your father who got lost in the Astel Woods. Age 15, with three Unique Skills, or what you refer to as Personal Abilities.¡± (Adventurer) ¡°How do you know all this!?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Well I just said it was my job, ah you know what how about this. Let me properly introduce myself then, I am one of many nameless men, and women I am. No, we are the Administrator. One yet many. Only one stands before you, yet over a million stand behind me. Daniel, it¡¯s nice to finally meet you. And-¡± (Administrator) The Administrator raised his hand, ¡°Good bye.¡± (Administrator) Chapter 10: The Adventurer Guild Two Adventurer Guild Harder ¡°Ahahaha, that¡¯s better. Catch kid.¡± (Geoffrey) Geoffrey pulled out a small coin pouch and threw it at me, and it struck my chest. This is so odd, I¡¯ve got this odd sense of deja vu¡. ¡°What¡¯s wrong kid? Ya don¡¯t know how to catch?¡± (Geoffrey) I pick up the coin pouch, and said, ¡°Sorry, I was in a bit off a daze.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Is that so? Well don¡¯t go spending it all at once. 10 silver¡¯s not a lot, but it¡¯s not a little¡± (Geoffrey) But there¡¯s a lot more than 10 silver in here.... Hmmm? Wait, there¡¯s more than 10 silver in here? I opened up the small pouch, and too my surprise there actually was more than 10 silver in there! Should I say anything? Geoffrey put my sword back in it¡¯s sheathe and headed back to his shop. Let¡¯s see if he notices after a week, if he does then he can keep the sword and I¡¯ll take the money. I turned to Silvia, but as I was about to head out something told me that I should wait a little bit. ¡°Oh, wait¡± (Geoffrey) Geoffrey turned around and called out to us, ¡°You know where the Adventurer¡¯s Guild is?¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°Yeah.¡± (Daniel) Wait do I know where it is? I don¡¯t, but I do¡. I do? ¡°Have you booked an inn yet? If not I¡¯d like to recommend an inn.¡± (Geoffrey) ¡°The Heavy Forge Inn?¡± (Daniel) ¡°Yeah, how¡¯d ya know? You should know where it¡¯s at then, just tell them Jeff sent you, I¡¯m sure they¡¯ll give ya a discount. I¡¯ll come find you after a week if you don¡¯t come for me.¡±(Geoffrey) ¡°Sure thing¡± (Daniel) And with that Geoffrey bid us farewell, and we made our way to the main street. ¡°Have you been here before?¡± (Silvia) ¡°No, but how do I put this. I feel like I¡¯ve been here before, or at least part of it.¡± (Daniel) We made our way to the Adventurer¡¯s guild by the town square, and entered the large three-story building. And we made our way to the registration desks. Ne of the receptionist turned to us with a smile, and asked, ¡°Hello, how can I help you?¡± (Receptionist) The receptionist was a beauty, a rare beauty, but something felt wrong. She felt out of place. ¡°Hello sir? How can I help you?¡± (Receptionist) The receptionist called out to me again, ¡°Ah, sorry we¡¯d like to register as Adventurers.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Free or Full-?¡± (Receptionist) I cut her off,¡°Full-Fledged.¡± (Daniel) And I pulled out two pieces of silver, and put it on the desk. ¡°Very well, would you like to know how registration works?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°No, I know already.¡± (Daniel) ¡°Is that so? Then I¡¯d like to fill out a survey.¡± (Receptionist) The receptionist pulled out two pieces of paper, and a magic pen, ¡°Your name?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Daniel¡± (Daniel) ¡°Age?¡±(Receptionist) ¡°15¡± (Daniel) ¡°Class?¡± (Receptionist) I feel like there¡¯s a few questions missing here¡. ¡°Swordsman¡± (Daniel) ¡°Can you read and write?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Yeah¡± (Daniel) ¡°Now, can I ask your friend¡¯s name?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Sil¡± (Silvia) ¡°Age?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°14¡± (Silvia) ¡°Class?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Mage¡± (Silvia) ¡°Oh, you¡¯re a mage! And you¡¯re quite a young mage at that, that¡¯s quite impressive.¡± (Receptionist) Silvia grew a little red, ¡°Thank you¡¡± (Silvia) So young mages are rare? That¡¯s good to know, I¡¯ll refrain from casting any spells in broad daylight. ¡°Okay, with that the survey is complete. Give me a moment to prepare you¡¯re medallions and your Adventurer Cards.¡± (Receptionist) The beautiful receptionist got up, and walked through the back door and came back a moment later with two small medallions with a crystal embedded into the center. ¡°Please hold these medallions for a moment, and try not to resist. The medallions will absorb a bit of your mana.¡± (Receptionist) We took the small medallions in our hand, and I felt a small portion of my mana be absorbed. The receptionist took these medallions, and after another trip to the back of the room she came back with the cards and the medallions. The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation. And she handed me a small brown card, with an especially small crystal embedded into it. ¡°Your Cards are directly linked to the Adventurer Guild¡¯s system. You can used it to request assistance, request a rescue, accept missions, and forfeit missions. It also serves as an ID, Passport, Proof of Membership, and you can even use it to make purchases.¡± (The Receptionist) ¡°How handy.¡± (Daniel) ¡°As for your medallion it¡¯s directly linked to your card, and allows us to validate some quests completion. It¡¯s main usage is in the collection of bounties, and subjugation quests. The medallion will track how many monsters you kill, and what type of monsters you kill. Of course it¡¯s up to you whether or not you make this information public, you can control that via the card.¡± (Receptionist) This really is handy¡. It¡¯s obvious that some otherworlder has some hand in creating this system, otherwise it wouldn¡¯t be this advanced. ¡°Would you like me to explain the Adventurer Ranks?¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Do they follow the same sort of ranking as the Danger Levels?¡± (Daniel) ¡°You¡¯re correct, but Adventurer Ranks only go from E-S.¡± (Receptionist) ¡°Then who takes care of the SS, and SSS-Classes? How about the EX Class?¡± (Daniel) ¡°There are few monsters that fit that can be categorized as SS,SSS,or EX, and at that point they¡¯re usually left to the country''s army or the Heroes. There was one point though when a large group of S-Class adventurers were gathered to subjugate an SS-Class monster. But no Adventurer is obliged to do such a thing, nor does the Guild promote such a thing¡±(Receptionist) ¡°I see, and how are you classified in this system?¡± (Daniel) ¡°If you look at your card there¡¯s a part of it that says Achievement Points, each mission has a certain number of Achievement Points attached to it and by reaching the required number of Achievement Points you can advance in rank by completing a Guild assigned advancement mission.¡± (Receptionist) ¡°I see, Thank you. Come on, Sil¡± (Daniel) ¡°Where are we going?¡± (Silvia) ¡°The Heavy Forge Inn, I¡¯m tired.¡± ¡ In an entirely white space, completely separated from everything else a black gate opened up, and an Adventurer walked out. ¡°Don¡¯t you think you went a little overboard? Administrator?¡± (???) The Adventurer responded to the voice, ¡°And who do you think made me go overboard? Author?¡± (Administrator) ¡°What do you mean? I didn¡¯t even write your segment! It was PR-san!¡± (Author-san) ¡°Does it make a difference? You still approved of it, and you even left it at a cliffhanger. My creator already had the scene finished.¡± (Administrator) ¡°But cliffhangers are so fun! Besides, PR-san didn¡¯t argue with me.¡± (Author-san) ¡°You¡¯re such an asshole. And if PR2-san weren¡¯t writing this dialogue you¡¯d be a madman!¡± (Administrator) ¡°You think I¡¯m a madman! You think I¡¯m insane! Well, I am!¡±(Author-san) ¡°Of course you are! How dare you cut-off the story at such an interesting point! How is anyone supposed to know if I¡¯m a joke made for April Fools, or an integral part of the plot when you cut out the most crucial part!¡± (Administrator) ¡°You just wanted to be in the limelight¡¡± (Author-san) ¡°I have a family to feed you know! I can¡¯t just, just be a joke!¡± (Administrator) ¡°You are the literal figment of my, or rather PR-sans imagination you have no family!¡± (Author-san) ¡°Eh!?¡± (Administrator) Anyways, Happy April Fools. Now is this chapter a troll, or was the other chapter a troll. Or were they both trolls! Is Administrator real!? Does he have anything to do with the plot!? Find out next time! Actually that¡¯s a lie, find out in like 20 or so chapters.
Author''s Notes I''ve hit 10 chapters, time too go back and rewrite some things. I''m a just upload a few side stories in the meanwhile. Side Story - Kevin and the Oblivion Sphere Kevin''s P.O.V
WORLD SYSTEM
W-What!? What is this? The last thing I remember was working at my part-time job, I was as a lifeguard at a neighboring pool. The last thing I can remember is...is...someone was drowning... That''s right! Someone was drowning, I went in to save them but as I approached them someone grabbed my leg. No, it wasn''t someone, it was something! It was a truck, it was a truck with arms and shark fins! It was a toy truck, a rather large toy truck with human arms and legs with a shark fin on top of it''s head. It grabbed me with it''s arms, and dragged me down to the bottom of the pool. And then it''s legs began to spin around, as if they were wheels. And the tiny black silhouette yelled out with a frightening shriek from inside the truck, "BEEP BEEP MOTHER TRUCKER" That was a dream right? Yeah, that was a dream... Then if that was a dream what''s this! Right now, I''m sitting sitting in what seems to be a massive crib! A rather comfortable crib, but I''m in a massive crib! Am I in a world of giants? Am I in a dream? Everything is so big! And what''s this, blue thing floating in front of my face! No matter where I look, it''s just there floating in front of my face. What to do, what to do... I wonder if I can do something that will suddenly make me up? I wonder if I can touch this. *Ding*
WORLD SYSTEM MENU

And suddenly the blue object expanded into several other objects. This is? A Menu? I pressed the blue object labeled WORLD SYSTEM MENU And the other tabs collapsed and folded back into the one. I opened it back up again, and pressed the one labeled STATUS SCREEN
STATUS SCREEN
Name:KevinRace:Human
Level:1Class:Otherworlder
Strength:10Intelligence:20
Agility:5
STATUS POINTS:5
Kevin? That''s not my name, my name''s ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö ¡ö. I wonder if I can change it, I pressed my name but nothing happened. I tried pressing the other''s and a few tabs opened up after pressing my Race, and Class.
Human
Humans are one of the most predominant species in the world. They might not have the greatest population, greatest strength, greatest lifespan, or greatest intellect, but they remain one of the most widespread races even among the mighty races like the Dragons, Lords, Giants, Titans, Elves, Dwarves, Demons, and the great many races.
This tale has been pilfered from Royal Road. If found on Amazon, kindly file a report.
Otherworlder
The mysterious class that appeared suddenly in this world, they possess uncanny strength, agility, intelligence, and a wide variety of supernatural abilities.
As for Strength, Intelligence, and Agility nothing showed up when I pressed them, and I ended up allocating a point to each of them by accident. So I closed the STATUS SCREEN tab and opened up the SKILLS/ABILITIES tab. And inside was a single ability.
Oblivion Sphere
And as I was about to press it to see what it''s about, the door to the massive room I was in opened up, and a giant walked in. "So you''re my baby brother, huh?"(Peter) Baby Brother? "Aa a ah a aaa" (Kevin) Huh? Why can''t I say anything? "Oh? They said you were a quiet one, you didn''t cry at all when you came out. I wonder if you''re like me..." (Peter) Like you? In what way! I''m no giant. Anyways, back to what I was doing. I pressed the button labeled Oblivion Sphere, and suddenly I felt an intense pain in my chest. Suddenly a large black ball appeared in front of me, and shot outwards straight towards the giant. The giant raised his hand and a transparent film like barrier appeared in front of him, but it did nothing to hinder the black sphere. The sphere phased right through his barrier, and completely enveloped his arm before shooting to the back of the room. It slammed into the wall and bore straight through it into it, before suddenly expanding and destroying the rest of the wall. It looked like nothing could stop this black sphere of destruction until suddenly several weapons constructed out of pure light struck it, causing it too implode. Suddenly several other giants, appeared one after another, "Quick someone get a Priest! Peter''s lost an arm!" The giants gathered around the one known as Peter, and eventually one giant dressed in a white robe came by and healed his wounds. And after finally having taken care of their compatriot, all the giants faced me. Suddenly a large pillar of dirt rose up from the ground, and a giant dropped down. He looked around, and said, "He''s only Level 1, but he did this much damage huh? He''s a Second-Class probably." (Daniel) The giant walked up to me, followed by the rest of his friends, "Hello Kevin, I don''t know if you can understand me or not, but this is no dream. Welcome to Traversa, the World of Crossings. And welcome, to the Village of Beginnings." (Daniel)
Authors Notes Hey Guys, I''ve been working on rewriting this guy, and I''m posting this side story to let you know this. I''ll upload the rewritten Prologue today. But I don''t know about the rest, I''ve been pretty bust as of late after all. I''ve got a lost of important tests coming up, and I just finished my research paper. But I''m not dead, just don''t expect a lot. A Little Update for the Few who were curious. Well okay guys, I haven''t updated this one in a while. So for those who are curious here''s why. First off I got sick as fuck. So I didn''t update and when I thought I was recovering I went and did some stupid shit and got even more sick. And to make matters worse there was a shit load of stuff I had to do, like tests, labs, and projects. And I did this all while sick and under the effects of medication. Anyway I believe it was last week I finally posted something. Though it was for one of my other stories. And I was planning on finishing to re-writes here, but then a game I was waiting for a while now and I grinded for hours. And I got even less sleep than usual and I usually don''t get much sleep in the first place. So now I''m here again. Sick. And guess what it turns out that I''ve missed like 2 weeks or wait it''s 3 weeks now of work so I''ve been spending every day working on that. I also got a few more tests, projects, and guess what! In two months I''ll be going on a hiatus since I''ll be going back to the motherland for a month. And I probably won''t have any wifi. So what''s gonna happen to this series and my other series? Well, I''ll try and finish the rewrites as soon as possible, and I''ll keep updating the other series on a biweekly bases as in the once every two weeks kinda biweekly and not the twice every week kind of biweekly, until I need to go back. You see the problem with this story is, I hardly edited it, and a lot of it was written on the spot and that''s putting me in a tough spot now that it''s been over a month of not writing it. I have no clue where I was going with it! Nor do I know what I was trying to do with the rewrites! This text was taken from Royal Road. Help the author by reading the original version there. So instead of scrapping it or dropping it completely I''ll continue with the rewrites, it''s just that you probably won''t see anything else for a while. Maybe a few more side stories but unfortunately I''m going to be rather busy. So this is the current Status of my works: A Forgotten Soul : Dropped (I''ll come back to it at some point in the future) Gotta Gacha: Biweekly Updates A Tale of Casual OPness - Indefinite Hiatus as I rewrite it Slaughtering Those Blessed by Heaven Itself - Scrapped I have a better idea Anyway sorry for doing this, and sorry for not updating in a while. But all sorts of things are happening.
