《Eyes of Infinity》 -0- Prologue I have knowledge of everything, I know I am child being birthed out of a womb. But nothing more. I think to myself wondering if I am an irregularity or I am blessed I know there are no gods just a {system} but I do know that it gives people irregular traits. I slowly emerge from the darkness of birth and am held by my father. "Look he has black hair just like you, Lillen!" I soon realize that Lillen is my mother. I remain silent still pondering my setting. I look around, my vision still blurry, and realize I am in a humble home. Three rooms upstairs and the entirety of the ground floor is still unknown but I doubt its anything abnormal. This story has been unlawfully obtained without the author''s consent. Report any appearances on Amazon."That''s odd he isn''t crying?" "Maybe somethings wrong with him take him, to the healer immediately!" It washes over me that I completely forgot that babies are supposed to cry. I quickly start wailing in an attempt to calm my parents. Yes I do care about my parents, even though I am much smarter than them, never mind more powerful with magic, I still realize that they gave birth to me and gave me life. But still they worriedly rush out the door and take me to the healer. "I don''t care how much money you want! I still want a healthy son!" My father immediately comes off as a overprotective father. -1- My new parents are ending. Note:Mature, forgot to set the fiction to that, though it will mainly be for this chapter.
I awake to the sound of movement outside my window. It has been 8 years since my birth but I am not simply fitting in, in my village. I usually simply stare at people from afar. Sounds creepy but when you know everything about everything, besides human nature I should mention, you don''t really have to do much besides eat, sleep, and learn. and all of those aren''t necessary for me. I was born with knowledge no need to learn, I''m immortal as far as sleeping and eating go. People often called me either possessed or mentally disabled. The main social hub, school, Is not available to commoners until they are 8 and at that time you also gain your {Status Card}. This card allows you and others to see different stats and levels, as well as different skills and attributes you have gained.
I slowly awake and get out of my bed and quickly hurry downstairs in anticipation for school. "Kren, you''re up early!" I simply nod to my mother in affirmation. "Well I guess even you can be excited? Hurry upstairs and get dressed and we will be off!" I walk upstairs and rapidly put on my normal clothing; a black short-sleeved shirt, with a blue overcoat, simple tan pants and normal deep-brown shoes. I start to go downstairs again, getting slightly aggravated at the repetition of this morning. I glance in the mirror in my room, I have short black hair, I am 1.4 meters tall. One of my eyes are green, the other Is black, including the sclera, and in the middle is a white ring of dim light with an infinity symbol in it. I eat a simple breakfast, bread and some simple vegetable soup. My parent usher me out the door, as my father goes to his work at the local blacksmith, and me and my mother go to the school building to begin my first year. As I walk in the atmosphere suddenly falls on me. Most people giving me quick glances, but some were outright stares. My mother and I are used to this by now. So we simply walk to the area where we are given our {Status Cards}. "My son needs a ''Card'' and a admission test into the school." The person working at the desk opens a drawer and gives a small white card with similar texture and shape to a playing card, to my mother along with a needle. "Either put your mana or blood into the card, though I doubt a commoner will be able to use mana." My mother hands me the card and the needle, I question what choice is better blood or mana. On one hand blood will hide my ability to use mana and will cause less trouble for me. On the other hand mana will be simply and I won''t have to feel pain to do so. I quickly come to the conclusion that blood is the better option. I prick my finger and a small sphere of blood accumulates and it slowly drops and hits the card. The card glows a dim blue light and dark green writing appeared on the card. [tr][tr]

This story originates from a different website. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there. Apparently the {System} knows to call me an irregularity. I took a quick glance at the other people''s cards their stat average was around 30-40. My mother quickly asked to look at my stats but I simply replied, "I''ll show you when we get home." I didn''t know how to handle my mother when she started a scene. After that the clerk showed us to a room where I would take my test. The room had a small desk and all of the walls were white and the ceiling was a bright brown. Talk about boring
The test questions were simple, all of the content had to do with logic and very basic mathematics. I finished the test within 10 minutes and walked out of the room. glad to be rid of the unstimulating atmosphere. The clerk questioned me about my speed and made sure I did everything correctly. Of course the test was easy. If the test was a person then I basically just committed murder of the highest degree. The clerk took the paper and went behind the desk into another room she came out and told us about my score. "-... Your son scored ... perfectly and is permitted to go into any public non-noble school." My mother overjoyed at that. Earlier in my life, she tried to teach me what she could about this world but since I already knew it she felt depressed as a mother, because she couldn''t bond with me. I chose the most challenging school on the list and went home with my mother.
The moment we walked through the door inside my mother asked for my {Status Card}. Similar to a dog begging for a treat. I slowly handed the card over to her watching her expression, making sure to not let an emotion slip past me. The earnest emotion my mother had quickly faded into one of terror. She realised the abnormality I was, and simply started crying and crouching down. This scene looks like one from an insane maniac. She dashed for the door hoping to escape from this reality. in an instant I weighed my options and went with the easiest one that came to mind. I moved instantly due to my agility stat, in front of the door. I grabbed my mother''s quivering head. And closed my hand as hard as my body would let me. The blood and multiple pieces of brain, expunged from my mothers head ensuring her death. I quickly realised that this would be a mess to clean up without any proper equipment and simply cast a spell. "{Remove Impurity}." In that instant the blood covering my clothes vanished into the pool of blood on the floor. I cast another spell to get rid of the body before my father or someone else gets home. "{Summon Tier 8 Undead Minion, ''Burning Lich''}!" The hand I put out started developing a sphere of black shimmering liquid that fell to the ground and squirmed to the body. It quickly grew enveloping the body in the tar like liquid and morphed into a humanoid figure. The tar subsiding and presenting a 2 meter tall, floating skeletal mage. The mage had no legs, and simply floated. The center or core of the body was a large orange flame burning the ribcage and upper pelvis. It had a mantle on that was pitch black. The shoulderpad of the mantle had a depression in it that held a small flame. The lower part of the body held a robe-like lower half that was pitch black and ripped in a lot of places. "Your command master?" The lich spoke in an inhuman voice sounding like a flame survivor. "Disappear don''t leave a trace." I reply sternly. "By your will master." The lich spoke once more before being enveloped by flames leaving absolutely nothing behind but smoke. "Well it did its job correctly I suppose." I quietly mutter to myself. "Kren why does it smell like smoke in here?" My father yells opening the door.
-2- The Runaway God-child "Kren why does it smell like smoke in here?" I turn to the doorway, perceiving my father. He''s a 1.7 meter tall man, black long hair, both of his eyes are a deep green. His face is slightly scarred near his left ear. "I-I heard screaming are you okay?" He cautiously asks "Yeah I''m fine, but mom left to do something." I try deceiving him, though this has many holes but my father is not the most intelligent person. "Really? I didn''t see her." My ''father'' says while slightly tilting his head and a small ''?'' appears over his head as he says this. "...she... went out the back." I reply, searching for a believable answer. "Why?" "I don''t know. Maybe she''s hiding something from you?" I start to use psychological tactics to distract him from her absence. "Maybe..." I see realisation in my father''s eyes as he comes to some sort of conclusion. My victory in this small battle is won. I walk out the door saying I''m going to do an errand. I don''t have a place in this village anymore, my mind refuses to deal with anymore nuisances. I reach the forest avoiding as many people as I can on my way there. The oak trees as well as the breeze gives me a peaceful feeling as I leave my hometown.
I look at the map I "Borrowed" from the local library, and searched it for the capital of this nation. I currently lived on the nation of Orandun, a mid-sized Empire to the south-east of the Allerin continent. The capital of the Empire is the town of ''Mul''. My journey would usually take two weeks, but with movement and different summoning magic it would only take less than a day. "{Summon Tier-4 Mount minion ''Twin Wolf''}" A small magic circle appeared filled with multiple runes. A large two-headed, wolf appeared out of it. It had a sleek black coat. A line of fur on its back was colored gold. Also on its back was a saddle. The seat part of the saddle was a light gray leather, under the seat was a metallic base that had intricate norse-like carvings. It''s eyes were gold and its mouth hung open slightly. Inside of it''s mouth you could see a slight blue flame emerging. I quickly mounted the beast and motioned for it to go North-East and casted a movement spell on it. If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. Please report it. "{Greater Speed Boost}" A dim, light-green light outlined the wolf and it''s movement speed exponentially increased. Within this time I would make it there within a day.
After about eight hours of leisurely sitting on the mount, I perceived a moderate amount of human souls. I slowed down and got off of my mount, and dismissed him(it?) and climbed up on one of the trees. The sky was just about to turn to night. I looked in the area of the souls and saw smoke from a campfire. I hopped along the tree line until seeing a clearing holding a small camp with around eight wealthy-looking people sitting around a campfire. The ones near the campfire wore expensive noble outfits and multiple guards surrounded the area. A passive skill activated called {Analyze}. This skill allowed the user to see a person''s stats, similar to a {Status Card}. All of the people wearing expensive clothes were from the house of Aselund, a mid-class house who was supposed to be in charge of my hometown, if one could even call it that, as well as different western areas. Their stats weren''t even 3% of mine. The guards had higher strength and vitality stats but it still wasn''t even close to mine. I sensed arrogance to start to grow within me at certain times, but I knew almost all of the nobles were completely arrogant. I decided to play the innocent role simply for entertainment. I summoned a small knife and made stab wounds throughout my body, of course it could never kill me. after coming to a ''brink of life'' look I jumped down and slowly emerged through the forest. "My lord!" A guard yelled and jumped in between me and the campsite. "What?...a boy?" The eldest man with gray hair inquisitively asked. "What should we do father?" A younger boy, that looked like the son, said. "Leave him, there isn''t a upside to helping him." "But f-father!" The boy rebelled, which was met with a quick slap from his father. "You need to toughen up boy! What could we possibly earn from helping a lowly commoner!?" The boy silently stood there looking at the ground with defeat in his eyes. (Well at least his son isn''t corrupted yet.) I think to myself, and the option of showing my extreme power was definitely the most interesting option. I used a healing spell simply to get rid of the pain. "{True Restoration}." A green-gold light surrounds my body and the wounds instantly seal, along with all of the blood spilling out. "Wh-Wh-What the..!" The Guard''s caution levels instantly rose again, and the attention of the area falls on Me again. The air around me thickens and I cast a large-area shadow spell. "{Void''s Grasp}!" The ground around the guards suddenly turns black and they slowly sink into the now darkened ground. "Aaaahhh-......" The guard''s screams suddenly cut off when his face goes under. "P-Please spare us!!" The father says while tears start to emerge from his face. "Not you, but your son. You don''t deserve the right to live... {Blaze Lance}." A large spear made of flames appeared above me in the air. It''s orientation was already towards the father, it flew forward impaling him to the ground and soon roasting him alive, his already dead body starting to burn. "W-Why did you.... why did you kill him?!" What seemed to be the daughter asked with tear filled eyes. Apparently even an arrogant tyrant can be loved. "I already answered this question." "?" "He dosen''t deserve to live. My life is at the same value if not more than his, yet he was going to leave me to die." "What are you going to do with us !?" The son says, still loving an abusive father. "I''ll let you live, no point in killing a good person." I say shrugging then walking off into the forest. Quick question (not an actual chapter) since I don''t know how to do polls I am going to simply ask a question. Should I have Kren ally with the kingdom, create an independent kingdom, or remain nomad? -3- The Emperors conference I''ve read the replies to my last post and i enjoyed the responses, almost all of which will be accepted. The person who said no romantic relationships, I''m going to add someone but the whole relationship is going to be one sided (i.e. only she''s is going to like him).
After summoning my mount again and venturing for about two hours, I come upon the capital. The realisation hits me that a mount like this won''t be easily accepted by the people. I dismiss my mount and start walking through the border of the forest. To my right is a road that leads to the gate, the gate being easily seeable from here. The gate has a large amount of people in the front trying to get in, though the security seems to be surprisingly tight. The security probably won''t let an eight year-old boy simply go through the gate, so I change my appearance with magic. "{Permanent disguise}." The small, blue, magic circle in my hand forms around me and my body turns pure white. It morphs into a 2 meter tall man with basically the same features as my previous form. I slowly walk towards the gate, approaching the entry point. "Keep in a straight line!" The guard sighs after commanding us, I slowly funnel through the gate after going through several physical examinations, next comes the magical investigations. "Quite an interesting eye you got there." A mage-looking man asks, he has pale skin and dark eyes. "I was born with it, is there a problem?" I reply trying to find the meaning of his comment. "Well it''s most-likely a born magical ability. I''m going to cast examination magic to find the purpose of that eye." "Ok..." I say quickly casting voiceless anti-investigation magic, well this magic only affects my stats. This story is posted elsewhere by the author. Help them out by reading the authentic version. "Well...it''s definitely not in our records; Eye of Infinity allows the user to cast magic with his/her eye without using an incantation or magic circle, also allows the user to perceive souls and magic visually." The mage says explaining the ablility to use it. (Crap, I forgot to read my abilities.) "W-whoa, this could get you into the mage''s guild instantly, I could recommend you if you want." "No, I''d rather not get too tied to a place, I''m only staying here temporarily." "O...Okay." After that I was ushered through the area into the City. The city was densely packed with stone houses with hay roofs. The main road had many vendors on the sides, and had different carriages, from High-class to low-class. I looked up at the sign hanging on a wooden arch. ''Market District''. (Apparently even the nobles'' servants get stuff from here.)
(3rd-Person POV) In a room decorated with carved pillars and marble walls, a man sits at a table, along with seven other men. "The mage the Aselund boy spoke of, cannot be simply written off!" A man whose face is covered in a veil, says. "I realise that! But we cannot simply search the entire Empire for him! And besides a mage who can cast even ninth-tier magic can''t be simply captured!" The youngest one there, a person who looks barely older than nine-teen, and also wearing the most intricate clothing there, also the emperor. "Then what do we do?" the veiled-man asks again. "All we can do; wait." Rankings(not real chapter) This chapter is about rankings and terminology that will appear in the book so you aren''t entirely confused.

-4- Corruption I read the results from the poll, and found it kind''ve contradicted from the whole nomad thing but I guess I''ll go with the poll.
As I walk through the streets while looking at the various stalls and storefronts, I suddenly realise that I don''t have money. I could use earth magic to transmute simple stone into gold. (1 copper=1 U.S cent, 100 copper=1 silver, 100 silver=1 gold, 100 gold=100 platinum) The only reason I really need stuff is too be less conspicuous. A person simply walking around twenty-four seven is sure to be noticed. I go outside the gates again, and go to a small field within the forest. The field is around one-half kilometer diameter. The field has many large boulders with pebbles surrounding them. In between each of these boulders is grass. Many small animal''s souls fill the plains. I walk up to the largest boulder, it''s around twice my height. I place my hand on it and cast the spell. "{Substance Conversion}." A pale-blue light surrounds the boulder and it slowly cracks, into small coins. The coins start to turn gold and fall to the ground. I quickly use magic to create a pouch. "{Create Lesser Item}." A moderately-sized pouch appears from the air above my open-palmed hand. It falls into my palm and I quickly fill it with the coins on the ground. "Around 800... I think?" I try to calculate the amount of coins and slowly walk towards the gates again. The process took much less-time as the same people who inspected me before were working at the gate still. When I walked into the street it was already night. I walked to the small map hanging on a wooden-board near the gate. "Let''s see... the nicest inn is... in the converse district." The town is divided into five districts; the Market District, no need to explain. The Residential District, still no need to explain. The Converse District, the district that is between the Noble district and the residential district that both nobles and commoners use. The Noble District, residential use for Nobles. the Royal district, can barely be called a district, only building there is the castle. As I walk towards the converse district I hear something to my right. "Ahhgh!" A scream of pain echoes from my right. I look and see a bleeding teenager covering a younger girl. Behind them are two guards one slightly farther away smiling devilishly. In front of him is another guard smirking, holding a shortsword dyed with blood. "You dare refuse us money! We protect you! i guess we might just have to take your dear sister, as payment." The back-stepped man says. Stolen content alert: this content belongs on Royal Road. Report any occurrences. (I knew that the government was corrupt, but I didn''t know it went this far.) "Hey what are you looking at? I guess you need to pay us our due as well." the smirking man says, referring to me. My facial expression turns darkened-dull as I peer at the young girl. The smiling guard recognizes my facial expression as one of refusal."Oh so you won''t pay? Guess we have to punish you too then huh?" He says while drawing a short-sword and charging at me. "{Obliterate Soul}." A pale-purple aura appeared around the guard. He falls to the ground lifeless. The aura dissipates and all that''s left is a dead body. "M-monster! Get away, ahhhhh!" The other guard fell on his back and started to crawl away from me. "You''re calling me the monster? Ironic, {Mind Break}." A small ''squish'' sound could be heard after that, blood started flowing out of the guards nose and eyes. I look at the victims. Their pupils quivered at the sight of death. "No thank you? I guess normal people are still affected by shock." I walk away towards the Converse District, searching for my Inn.
"I need a room for one please." I''ve arrived at the Inn. The clerk eyeing my clothes since I''ve walked in. She was a 1.2 meter tall girl with long silver hair, and dark-blue eyes. "Can you afford it? it''s two gold." She asks accusingly. "Yeah, here." I pull out my bag and open it. As I open it she see''s the very large amount of gold.(Author Note: BTW he has at least $90,000 U.S. dollars in that bag.) I take three coins and put them on the counter. "do you want the premium suite or normal? The premium costs one more gold." "I''ll take the premium." I say as I put two more gold on the counter. "Very well sir I''ll show you too it." She open''s a small barrier from behind the desk and starts to walk up the stairs. I leisurely follow. I was shown into a large room with a king-sized bed with purple sheets and a red blanket. The room has a small writing desk near the large semi-circle window. In the corner of the room is a large bookshelf, completely filled with many leather-bound books. The clerk was still standing by the door,"Do you want anything to eat sir?" "Can you get me a steak?" "Of course." She does a slight curtsy and leaves the room.
-5- Krens Inn I slowly looked towards the window and saw the sun slowly rising. All night I have been reading the books, but mostly it is just knowledge I already know. I head downstairs, walking through the windowed corridors. I reach the stairs and walk down. As I reach the bottom I see the Clerk from yesterday talking to a 1.9 meter tall man. He has red hair, and one of his eyes is a light purple while the other is a darker shade. "I promise you, he won''t care about the money!" They notice my presence and immediately stop their conversation. "Hello sir, let me introduce myself. I''m Shaune Konnors, the owner of this establishment." The purple-eyed man introduces himself and clasps his hands together. "I also failed to introduce myself last night, I am Lucy Konnors, wife of Shaune." I can sense an air of greediness around them. "Sorry for bothering you, but might I know what noble house you are from?" Shaune gently smiles as he asks me this question. "Oh? What makes you think that I''m a noble?" Apparently some conclusion has been reached. "Someone with that amount of money, cannot be simple a commoner." Love this story? Find the genuine version on the author''s preferred platform and support their work! "Well let''s just leave it at, you don''t need to know." "Very well sir." I sense magic emerging from his eyes, he''s casting some sort of tier five investigation magic. This man can cast stronger magic than most humans I guess. I quickly cast stronger anti-investigation magic than him. "I''m sorry but I must be going now." I say trying to get out of there as quick as possible.
I leave the Inn and start to walk towards the Market District in search of a guild. I need something for me to do while I''m here. Eventually I reach the ''Adventurer''s Guild''. It looks like a large three-story building, with brick-red roofs and wooden walls. Further down the street is a larger pure stone building. It has a pillared roof around the perimeter. The stone was inscribed with different runes, and embedded with different purple and red gems. This building was the ''Mage''s Guild''. It mainly was used for magical experimentation and research, a more fitting name would be the Mage''s academy. It sometimes helps the ''Adventurer''s Guild'' with battlemages. My mind parts over which guild to join.
