    In the unfathomable universe , among the many major and countless minor worlds,the world ¡®Bartlen¡¯ is one of many such major worlds.This world is home to countless humans and beasts of varying kinds. It has a single magical round purple colored crystal called ¡®aegis¡¯ orbiting as a moon  around it. It has 5 Continents and several kingdoms and empires ruling over it.


    Artic city which was situated in Yu province  was one of the  12 major cities in ¡®Minrah¡¯ Kingdom. Like all other Major cities , this city was also being ruled by this province¡¯s major clan , here it is the Yu Clan.Yu Clan has been ruling this province for so many years , such that the province has been named after this clan.The only main reason for their dominance is due to the presence of powerful martial experts present in the clan.In this world where Strength reigns above anything else , every clan,city,province and even the country required many martial cultivators to sustain their presence.


    In the bustling streets of artic city , one can see the busy traders , common people carry out their daily chores and other hicks doing some  jobs. From time to time , some people will look upwards  in  the sky dazzled by the scene  of cultivators roaming the sky like a bird. Everyone has their utmost respects to these cultivators not only because they are immensely powerful , but also that they are the protectors of humanity from martial beasts. In this World, most of the lands were covered by forests and countless variations of martial beasts live within them. Some primordial beasts can even change their forms and can lay waste to a city with a simple move. Many Legends can be found through out  the entire world of ¡®bartlen¡¯ about the might and destruction of some ancient martial beasts.


    Martial Beasts and Cultivators both absorb the abundant Qi present in the atmosphere of bartlen. But, they themselves don¡¯t have the capability to absorb and use the Qi literally. Every Humans , plants and beasts have plethora of bacteria present in them. These bacteria apart from maintaining the metabolic process of body , have the additional capability of absorbing Qi from atmosphere and breakdown these Qi into Yuan Qi so that each cell in the body can absorb these  Yuan Qi and reinforce themselves.As one absorb these Yuan Qi  overtime , their body will undergo major changes and enable one to perform magical feats which most humans can only dream of. These major changes can also be described as various stages of cultivation and it can be applied for both humans and beasts.


    While one hick was lost in thought as he saw a cultivator roaming the skies , he bumped into some one and fell down on the ground


    ¡°You imbecile , watch where you are going ¡± Shouted an armored man when he saw that the hick crashed into the person he was guarding


    When the hick saw the face of the person he crashed into , his face paled and he trembled with fear.


    ¡°Forgive me my lord , i was lost in thought and didn¡¯t see the lord approaching¡± he prostrated himself on the ground with quivering voice.


    When the young master saw the hick who was  pleading with extreme fear , he smirked and walked away without taking a single glance at him.Only when the group left the area , he relieved a bit wiping his sweat over his forehead. At that time , another person came towards him


    ¡°Brother ginge, why are you so afraid of that young man ? After all , you just accidentally bumped into him ¡± that person asked in confusion.From his speech , one can infer that these two people have pretty good relationship.


    ¡°Brother  Merf , that young man is the 4th young master of the Yu Clan , since you arrived here only yesterday ,it¡¯s only natural you don¡¯t know about the young master. There are many rumours about him and every single one of them can struck fear into anyone that hears about it¡± ginge answered to his friend.


    He grabbed his friend and went into a restaurant where he ordered several bottles of wine to relieve his anxiety. At that time , his friend Merf thought about the Yu Clan as determination ran through his eyes.


    Naturally , he was one of the many people arrived here for participating in the selection of guards for the Yu Clan. Since , they are the overlords of this province , many aspired to be a part of the clan one way or another . Even the guard of Yu clan holds some minor local influence in the area.

    But many were disappointed when received information about the eligibility for the participation. Since it¡¯s such a big Clan , even it¡¯s guards requirements were also higher. One need to be at least a late bacterial plaudit stage to even enter the selection. Even though it is the first stage of bacterial cultivation , Only 30 for every 100 people in the world would be  able to enter this stage  and later cultivate to greater realms


    For a mortal to become a  cultivator , One needs to be able to feel the presence of all the bacteria  present in the body. While this may seem easy , only some people with talent can became aware of  the bacteria and only few among them can control it after  reception and  successfully become a cultivator. Both of these process were collectively called as bacterial recognition.After recognizing a bacteria  , they can make the bacteria absorb Qi from atmosphere and further breakdown into  Yuan Qi .


    Every stage of bacterial cultivation has phases which shows the amount of progress achieved in that stage.When a person first recognized a bacteria and have control over it, he would immediately enter the plaudit entry stage , while more than one fifth of bacterial recognition represents early phase , more than two fifth meant mid phase , three fifth shows late phase while more than four fifth represents peak phase of that stage. When one became aware of all the bacteria present and absorb Yuan Qi produced by these bacteria, then he can form a mitogene and can said to be successfully entered the second stage of bacterial cultivation


    Yu Clan houses and produced many such experts in plaudit stage realm and above for many millenniums ,  such that other clans present in the province simply cannot match up to Yu Clan in any league..The current patriarch of the Yu Clan ¡®Han Yu¡¯ is the governor of Yu Province and has two sons   (Jing Yu - elder brother and clan leader , Merin Yu (youngest brother) )   and a daughter (Lele Yu )  .Each of his children was an accomplished bacterial cultivation expert and if one say that the current generation is the best among all the previous generations, it will not be an exaggeration.


    Since a strength of a clan depends majorly on high stage experts, the current Yu Clan enjoys a prominent position even among the Minrah kingdom. The Home of the Yu Clan rests in the centre of artic city and it¡¯s sheer size can be compared to a town. Even it¡¯s main entrance gate was over 20 metres long and carved with exquisite designs of dragon on the door.


    Normally 2 squadron of guards will be posted on this entrance along with their captains for guarding and securing the perimeter.


    ¡°quang brother ,  it¡¯s unusual in this time of the year where guards selection was taking place ,  .... Since you know a maid working in the Main palace ,did you perhaps heard about anything about this ¡± asked a guard to his partner who was also an entrance guard.


    ¡°Hmm , i did heard something along the line about this , it¡¯s ....  said that there was an expedition from Yu Clan younger generation in the Beast Wilderness some months back , while in the middle they were ambushed by some Vale beasts ,so a lot of them died protecting the younglings ¡± Quang replied .

Vale Beasts are very powerful creatures so much that it is even a little bit more powerful than second Bacterial  stage ¡°Mitogene formation¡± experts of the same phase. It has to be noted that only a Mitogenic Expert can became the captain of a guards squadron and even the Yu Clan has only a thousand of these experts.


    Suddenly , they saw a male young teen having dark brown eyes , spiked blonde hair , chiseled chin with a handsome face wearing pretty flying dragon robes coming out from the entrance.


    ¡°Young Master Fion ¡± When these guards saw the teen , they stiffed up and saluted.This teen was once the heavenly genius of the whole Minrah Kingdom , the 3rd young master ¡®Fion Yu¡¯

 Chapter 2 - The former heavenly genius Fion Yu

    Fion Yu , the third young master of Yu clan was a heavenly genius since birth. In this world where Cultivation is done through bacteria, one¡¯s talent depends solely  on the amount and type of bacteria , present in the body upon birth . Normally , an average human hosts at least ten thousand bacteria present in the body.The greater the amount of bacteria present,the greater the talent and cultivation speed will be much higher .


    Like the volume , what type of bacteria present will also play an equal role in determining the talent and cultivation. All the Bacteria in the world can be grouped together and classified into 5 Familia and is further categorised into xing , hermit and relic classes.


    The most common familia ¡° Mitotic earth ¡± accounts for four fifth¡¯s of all the type of bacteria present in humans,beasts, plants etc.These familia Bacterias have the lowest rate of Qi absorption and synthesis and is the lowest ranked among all other familia .Furthermore, people having these types of bacteria will be having their cultivation limited to second stage.


    Some  people may have abundant bacteria , even numbering millions but they will only have Mitotic earth familia types abide in them and vice versa.These people will be called as heaven forsaken child due to the above reasons. Only people who have abundant of bacteria belonging to ¡®Cilium Plasma¡¯ family and above are the truly favoured child of heavens and will be hailed as genius by their respective clans and kingdoms. These people will be the sole focus of the clan and they will spend huge amount of resources to nurture them into a powerful expert.


    Fion Yu was one such child of heaven who was born with a myriad of bacteria nearing 5 million belonging to relic class , cilium Plasma Familia. With this blend , he can easily cultivate to peak of ¡®Bacterial  Plasmic ¡® stage which is the third cultivation stage. When his clan found out his constitution , the whole clan celebrated on that day and the Artic city was never ever lively as that day since thousand years.


    ¡°Greetings , Young Master fion ¡± the guard named quang greeted with a kind smile at the approaching youth.


    When fion saw the guard , he forced a smile as he nodded and continued to walk along the streets of Artic City. The guard sighed as he saw the teen walked away.Each time he sees the young master , myriad of complex feelings will crop up in him.


    It was because of Fion that he was recruited as a guard even though he was at mid of plaudit stage at that time. Not only that, Fion will always give his left over cultivation resources to Quang , which  empowered him to reach late stage of the realm.


    He was even well known among all the guards and maids working in the Yu clan because of Fion .Even the news about the younglings expedition was told to him by one of Fion¡¯s maid . Things started going down hill when Fion lost his myriad pool in an accident during his  breakthrough in cultivation. Many even suspect if it was really a mishap and each of them have their own theories as to why Fion lost his bacterial pool.


    In fact , when one search for information regarding this incident in Yu Province , they will come to hear about at least 20 hypothesis. But no one really know what happened during the breakthrough  other than some high ranking members of the Yu Clan and the person himself.


    Fion after leaving the home of Yu Clan started walking towards the outskirts of the city . He walked for at least 50 minutes before reaching the border where the wilderness starts.In normal situations , no one will go alone into the wilderness as it is extremely dangerous and one can lose life at any moment of their stay. Apart from that , there is  always a good chance that one can encounter a  vile class beast at any time.Only some high cultivation experts will wander alone for their training.


    Fion took a single glance at the guards guarding the border before quickly disappearing into the forest. If this happened 1 year back , a huge commotion would broke out since he was still the favoured young master of the clan at that time. But now, the guards won¡¯t even try to stop him from entering much less notifying the main clan about it , unless he really didn¡¯t return for several days.


    While fion continued to stroll into the forest  , he stopped at the place upon seeing a small cliff. This is the place where he usually trains his Martial arts.


    ¡°Something definitely changed about this place ¡± Fion thought when he saw the small cliff. After a minute of observation , he didn¡¯t find any abnormalities ,immediately he took off his robe and starts exercising the cultivation method provided by the clan.


    He then began to recognise the bacteria present in his body and started controlling it to absorb the Qi from the atmosphere. He started  breaking down the Qi according to the cultivation method. After an hour of rigorous training , he finally stopped. Pain soared through every part of his body as he strived to distribute the small amount of  Yuan Qi  among the cells of his body. Several hours passed as he repeated this cultivation process over again.

    ¡° Aaah , i feel very spirited after this cultivation session , now let me test my progress ¡± Fion mumbled and then proceeded to walk towards a tree. He delivered a powerful blow to the body of the tree which forms a small opening at the centre.


    ¡°arghhh , i didn¡¯t improve one bit even after several months of my cultivation , if only i had my old bacterial pool ¡­. ¡± extreme fury arose from him as he clenched his hands. He cursed everyone in the clan including his father for their infringement.Others may not know what truly happened but being the person who was the victim , he naturally knows about the injustice brought to him by the clan.


    For Fion , everything went alright until he tried to breakthrough to the third realm ¡®Bacterial plasmic stage¡¯ from the Mitogene stage (second realm). He somehow failed in the breakthrough and got his bacterial pool impaired. The moment he got his pool messed up , he lost his cultivation and went down straight to the early phase of first realm plaudit stage. This delivers a huge blow to every members of the clan as their hopes shattered.


    Eventually the clan leaders and patriarch decided to do bacterial transfusion with the help of an expert. Transfusion is the process which involves relegation of bacteria present in one¡¯s body to another person. It has extremely low changes of success since the host bacteria has to accept the incoming foreign bacteria. Anyhow, the clan decided to take the chance and conducted transfusion from Fion¡¯s body to lainshu¡¯s who is the second young master of the Clan.


    Lainshu was the second son of Fion¡¯s elder uncle who was also the clan leader. His Talent is second only to fion and  had a million bacteria which are of  xing class,  cilium Plasma Familia.The biggest reason why the clan decides to take the risk is during the process of transfusion, absolutely no harm will come to the person who is at the receiving end, the only thing is the extremely low possibility of acceptance,But this entire matter is completely different for the donor.


    At the very least , most of the bacteria will be stripped from the donor ,which leaves him in an weakened state for rest of his life.Most of the times, the cells cannot sustain the minuscule amount of bacteria present and it will most likely lead to death.Clearly ,the clan valued Lainshu more than Fion after the incident and they only gave a little thought about this.


    These repercussions were even hidden from Fion as they were afraid that something will likely to go wrong if he knows. In the end , the transfusion was half successful as Lainshu¡¯s host bacteria accepted some of the foreign bacteria and evolved . It increased his bacterial pool by a million and also made  his bacterial quality type evolved to  hermit class of his same previous Familia. It¡¯s said that one can never increase his talent after born but there are always some exceptions like these process. Even if some techniques exist to change the talent, it will have very low possibility for the favourable outcome to occur.


    It was evening as sky began to dim greatly. After nightfall, the danger part would increase by several times while staying in wilderness. It is absolutely suicidal for anyone under mitogene stage since people below this stage  only have to rely on their senses to become aware of their surroundings unlike mitogene experts who can  see in darkness . Every Martial beasts are excellent night hunters. So even a blood beast , which was comparable to early plaudit stage , will dare to attack on any late plaudit experts.


    ¡°It¡¯s time for me to leave¡± he calmed his mind and once again he regained  his tenacity as he looked forward for the day of his revenge. Even though it is near impossible , he never gave up as he trained harder till now.


    Suddenly , he heard a fissure in earth as the small cliff collapsed. He panicked and carefully looked around to see any presence of martial beasts . After an anxious minute , he moved to check the cliff.


    ¡°This is ¡­ it¡¯s impossible ¡­  how can ¡­¡± fion was bewildered by what he saw .Among the rubble and small rocks , he saw a wooden box which was partially damaged by the crumple. Inside the box which was exposed by the damage of the rock debris , he saw the face of a human teen, what¡¯s more baffled him was the sheer amount of bacteria present in the body of the teen.

 Chapter 3 - Encounter with an Alien

    Fion stood there for a minute , processing the events unfolded before him. Then , he moved closer to the box to take a look. When Fion pulled the handle which was in the anterior of the box, it suddenly opened to expose the full body of the teen.what he saw was  a paled youth who may be the same age as him with a fragile weakened body.


    ¡°¡±Hmm ¡­ even a few bones were broken  .. such a pitiful body.   Even though he has vast amounts of bacterial pool , he looks very ordinary ¡­ Did he even cultivate .. ¡° Fion was in a state of turmoil.


    It¡¯s obvious that the teen was already dead but there is no trace of the teen being a cultivator , since once one enters the first realm , his whole body will be strengthened ,so even if he died , his body will stay intact for at least some years . But, seeing the body , one can easily deduce that the teen died recently since all the bacteria present in the body were still living. Once an organism died , all the bacteria present in his body will die within a week , whom ever it may be and it also doesn¡¯t matter how high cultivation that organism has.


    ¡°Let me use my bacterial sense to see your constitution¡± Fion closed his eyes and began to concentrate on his soul, which gives him a extra sense to survey the surroundings.     He began focusing on the teen¡¯s body and started studying his bacterial constitution. He can¡¯t identify any  of the bacteria present in the teen¡¯s body. Also , he seemed to find different kinds of bacteria doing some unique metabolism process.Even his biological process were all different from this world¡¯s human,since people of  ¡®Bartlen¡¯ normally born with one type of bacteria present through out their whole body and it will take over all of the person¡¯s metabolism.


    Roughly , 5 minutes had passed as fion started breathing heavily. It¡¯s a given that with his weak cultivation ,he can¡¯t use bacterial sense for very long , it will be extremely tiring. But that¡¯s half of the reason for his panting


    ¡°How can such a body exist in this world ? Did he even belongs to this world ? ¡­ ¡± a serious of questions arose within his mind , after he scanned half of the teen¡¯s carcass. He found billions of bacteria living in the carcass and that too was his lowest estimation of the numbers.


    ¡°I can be sure that this is not a coincidence , may be the person behind this will be really powerful as one in legends , i better not get into trouble .. besides its getting dark  ..¡± he sighed as he left the wilderness to his home.


    During the return journey, his mind was filled with events happened that day, an idea abruptly struck his mind. His life was deeply affected by the transfusion process so why can¡¯t he use the same method to bet back his life and cultivation. His whole body trembled with excitement upon mere thought of the process.If the body still remains tomorrow , then he decided that he will undergo transfusion with the help of that teen¡¯s body.


    But , this line of thought hit a wall when he thought of transfusion, Other than being a victim , he don¡¯t know anything about it. He can¡¯t even ask any of his clan members as he will likely to be betrayed again.


    ¡°If only my mother was still alive ¡­ ¡± grief pounded his heart as he entered base of Yu Clan. Memories of his mother flooded in his mind as he thought of the day when he learns that his failure in breakthrough was due to wrong Qi pellets administered by his first Aunt.


    This was discovered when his mother investigated his failure . She found out that the pills Fion used for breakthrough only has half of it¡¯s usual amount of Qi. While this may do no harm to a person during normal conditions, but while breakthrough  , it can cause Qi deficiency  for the bacteria  which  will lead to a catastrophic rebound for the person.  In addition , no one will find any fault with the break through and can only blame on person¡¯s talent for the failure . Due to this , in any clan , they will only allow their most trusted member to concoct pills for their advancement.

    In Yu clan , Fion¡¯s first aunt  ¡°Zhang Min Yu¡±  who was also the clan leader¡¯s wife was an accomplished alchemist. Obviously , she was the only person who would concoct all pills for the members for their breakthrough. In addition to that , she never made a mistake in any other previous breakthroughs.


    Even a stupid person can infer that she harbour evil intentions against fion from these occurrences . It was because of her second son¡¯s talent was foreshadowed by fion at birth. Even the treatment she experienced differed after this. She was the daughter of one of the Yu Clan¡¯s main elder. In contrast to this, fion¡¯s mother was only  from some distant brach family.


    When the clan learns of this, every one was fuming with anger, unfortunately her son¡¯s transfusion process succeeded and  lianshu eventually protected her .No one could do anything at that point since he was the Clan¡¯s sole hope.He also demanded that Fion should be banished to outer sect of the Yu Clan.


    Fion later came to know that both Zhang Min Yu and her son lianshu  conspired together against him. Lianshu was always jealous of Fion for his talent , so when the tables finally turned against him , he endlessly harassed both Fion and his mother by instigating other members of the clan


    Fion¡¯s father didn¡¯t even try to stop any of these things nor helped her. To him , welfare of his clan was more important to anything else. With Lianshu being the prime instigator , he left  his wife and son alone to fend for themselves.


    Fion¡¯s mother ¡°Sera Yu¡± was always a gentle and virtuous person. Even after her husband forsaken her , she did¡¯t get depressed and continued to take care of Fion.She was the only reason , Fion kept his sanity after this incident. But , when she was  finally raped by some members and forced to walk to her home naked , she was utterly broken, unable to bear the shame  and finally committed suicide.


    Fion finally reached the base of the small mountain  in the outskirts of Yu Clan base , where he and his mother had constructed a house made of leaves ,branches and hides.After resting for a while , he proceeded to walk towards the Clan¡¯s library to search for information on transfusion.


    After reaching the library , he saw a old man sleeping profusely near the entrance. He then entered the library without making a sound. Since it¡¯s already dark, there will almost be no one in the library. Fion moved towards a stack which contains books about alchemy , transfusion etc. He glanced at all the alchemy books a little before taking the book about transfusion from the stack.


    The book was very small and it has only a few pages.Fion read all the content before imprinting them into his mind. It¡¯s already been an hour since he came in. He placed the book from where he took without any small misalignment. When he came out of the library , he saw the same old man still sleeping in the same posture


    ¡°It¡¯s a good thing that this old geezer didn¡¯t wake up or else i will have to go through some troubles again¡± Fion inwardly thought to himself as he increased his pace and returned to his hut.


    Sitting in a meditative posture ,  he began to analyse all the information he read earlier in the library. According to it , he needs a nuclei crystal from a  vale beast and needed huge amount of Qi energy to make the bacteria move out of the hosts body. That¡¯s why the clan invited a powerful expert from the kingdom to  do the transfusion.


    That expert felt pity for Fion because Fion didn¡¯t even know about the rebound , but since it was a royal decree from the kingdom ,he had no choice but to comply with the order.But, before he left, he gave a signalling crystal to Fion and told him that he would help him one time about any of his request , if it still was within his proficiency


    Fion wanted to ask for his help but hesitated because even though  that expert may be righteous , with such a heaven defying body , human greed may crop up anytime and if it does ,  Fion will surely lose his life. After a deep thought , he finally decided to take the risk , since his life was already lost as it is now.


    While lying on the cold , bare ground , a small smile pop up on his face as he thought of the future possibilities.

 Chapter 4 - Transmigration

    On the dawn of the next day , one can see the shadow of a silhouette , passing through the terrains of the Yu clan at high speeds. It was none other than Fion doing his routine morning training. After an hour of intense workout , he sat on a stone and started his meditation. Small strands of qi was absorbed by the little amount of bacteria on his body ,which continuously nourishes his cells and rejuvenating him.


    After several hours of cultivation , he cleansed himself and put on the clothes unique to the Yu Clan. He took a ring made of jade engraved with dragons and wore it in his right hand which has the necessary items for his aid that day and began to walk towards the exit . The ring he wore was a spatial storage ring and it has it¡¯s own space in another dimension. His ring space is very small and has a storage volume of 1 cubic meter and is one of the low quality space treasures.


    While walking towards the exit , he came across a group of people surrounded by a squadron of guards. When Fion saw the group , his mouth twitched and insane rage crept up in him. It was his Father , his cousin Lianshu and the clan leader Jing. His father stared at Fion for a while before turning his face away.


    ¡°Fion , my dear cousin , how are you these days ? ¡­ Forgive this elder brother of yours for not taking care of you personally. Don¡¯t you know how hard it is ,being the genius of the clan. I hope that my servants are taking good care of you in the mean time ¡±


    ¡°now if you excuse me , it is time for my cultivation so , see you later my dear cousin . I will definitely meet you one of these days ¡± Lianshu provoked Fion as he went en route to the Qi cultivation hall of the clan.


    Fion nearly stumbled when he heard that Lianshu will meet him later. His past meetings with Lianshu will always end up with Fion having his body beaten down to his bone. Fion kept staring at his father¡¯s back till he vanishes from his point of view. Every time, he saw his dad, rage , loneliness , and  a myriad of feelings would arise.With a heavy heart,he continued to advance towards the wilderness.


    After an hour of walking, he finally reached his regular training place. The only reason he went out of his way to come to the wilderness for training was because, only here , no body would bother him in any way. He examined the surroundings and found that the place was as it was as yesterday. Then he began to practise his martial arts technique and later proceeded to do his cultivation.It was nearing the dusk of the day as he finally finished his training.


    ¡°It seems like no one will come to claim the teen¡¯s corpse  ¡­hmm ..  i will schedule the transfusion process tomorrow , hope that the expert from imperial capital will be virtuous ¡± Fion decided as he moved to check on the corpse one last time.


    When he was browsing the corpse , he saw a golden coloured crystal being held in the hands of the carcass. He was momentarily shocked because there was no such thing when he saw the corpse on the previous day. The only possibility is that some one must have voluntarily placed it here. He was even more skeptical of this corpse now and thought that he should reconsider his decision about his transfusion.


    He thought of leaving but the allure of the golden crystal pulled him  towards it and also made him take it from the corpse hands. The moment he touched the crystal , a blinding light erupted from it as the crystal shattered. It forms a spherical shield of Qi encompassing both Fion and the corpse. The area near the sphere shook as it produces huge shockwaves which cut through anything in its path .Even some of the earth ranked vile breasts fall prey to these waves.

    Complete silence , following the explosion enveloped the whole night as the day finally ended . Rays of sun fall upon the face of Fion as he started getting his consciousness and finally woke up on next day morning. He realised that he was in the middle of a small crater .He saw everything around the perimeter of the crater completely disintegrated and the trees and lands was in turmoil beyond that region.


    He tried to get up but was powerless to do so, After resting a bit ,  he finally pulled himself up and walked towards a stream as he began to cleanse himself. When he saw his face on the water ,  he was flabbergasted and backed away before finally fell on the ground. He touched his face and felt the dry pale skin of his body. At this moment, the body of the teen¡¯s corpse came to his mind .

    Suddenly , he saw a strange green coloured ball speeding towards the location of the moon ¡°aegis¡± as it formed a trial  in shape of a line along its path. It¡¯s speed didn¡¯t decrease one bit as it finally collided with the purple coloured moon of ¡®bartlen¡¯

 Chapter 5 - Birth of an insane genius

    ¡°A shooting star huh  ?  ¡­ i wish i had the power to take my revenge ¡± a depressed fion wished his desires on seeing the trail of light.


    Suddenly , the green ball collided with the purple coloured moon ¡°aegis¡± , which stunned Fion to the core , Today , he had been exposed to ,too many heaven defying events and his mind is still in a dilemma. After the collision , the colour of the Moon changed from purple to green. This change shook the entire world of ¡®bartlen¡¯ as even experts who stood at the peak of the world with their cultivation watched everything in awe.


    All of a sudden ,  Fion began to feel his body burning as extreme amount of pain overcome him again.


    ¡°Shit , why am i so unlucky today  ¡­.. ¡± he screamed in pain and eventually became unconscious for the third time in a row.


    Subsequently , he woke up ¡° It must be my day for being paralysed ¡­ this is already the third time ¡­ ¡± his line of thought came to a halt as he felt extremely lively after waking up this time.

    Shi Clan was the arch enemy of Yu Clan , and it is the only Clan in the province , which can, to some extent holds it¡¯s own against the Yu Clan . Shi Clan was formed only some millenniums ago , but grown to this extent  because of it¡¯s founder ¡°Quan Shi¡± . He was one of the peak experts in the entire Minrah kingdom at that time, and he had very good relationship with the patriarch of Yu Clan


    Because of his contribution to the kingdom , the king even considered splitting the Yu Province into two namely Yu and Shi province  , but ultimately Quan Shi rejected that notion as he thought it will become a hindrance to his path of cultivation .     Fion surveyed the room and find several women with very less clothing , served alcohol to the men . His eyes then fell upon a man, who was sitting on a majestic chair.


    ¡°Greetings senior , eh ! Can i know who you are and what happened to this place ? ¡± Fion questioned.


    ¡°Oh ! me ¡­ i am the chief of the silver eagle group¡± the boss replied ¡° ¡­ and for your second question , don¡¯t you know the answer yourself ¡± he doubtfully looked at fion


    ¡°Chief , i really don¡¯t know what happened here , i broke ties with the clan and came here just now ¡± fion replied honestly.

    Fion listened to chief¡¯s explanation with utmost attention ¡° so that¡¯s why these rouge group dared to do anything as they please ¡­ hmm  since it¡¯s like this , i have to be cautious when dealing with these guys ¡° Fion decided in his mind

 Chapter 7 - Battling the silver eagle group

    The group of peak phase plaudit realm experts surrounded Fion and attacked him from all sides. Fion immediately appeared in front of an expert , throw a jab at his chest . He was crashed back into the wall by the immense force behind the attack.


    All experts stopped in their tracks on seeing this. They thought that Fion¡¯s speed was too fast as none of them could even follow his movements. The moment they hesitated , FIon appeared in font of another one , kicked him in the abdomen , followed by a round house kick to the near by expert. Both punched a hole in the wall before finally plummeting into the deck of another room. Fion continued his assault as the next few seconds were extremely heavy for the silver eagle experts as they only saw after images of the former. Sounds of strikes,blows, cries and scream were heard as Fion thrashed all the experts in these few seconds.Each of his blows were very precise and deadly that he killed them.


    Everyone was dumbfounded by the power of fion , even the chief was slightly stunned by Fion¡¯s combat prowess. He didn¡¯t expected such an outcome and he even felt a slight fear in his heart


    ¡°Formidable , his power rivals that of early phase mitogene experts , if he¡¯s this much powerful in this age , then when he grows ¡­ no , i can¡¯t let him live any longer.. he must die ¡± the chief made up his mind.

So when a person attained the peak of plaudit realm , he will be having 16 times the strength of normal human , but that¡¯s it. An average human¡¯s strength is so weak that even if it was increased by several times , it will still be considered weak and can¡¯t even smash a rock apart


    The Yuan Qi produced during plaudit stage will only strengthen the cell but on the other hand , when a person created  mitogene in his cell and broke through to the Mitogene realm, he can have the aid of Yuan Qi which will be stored in the Mitogene of each cell . It is the raw form of energy and if one assimilated Yuan Qi into his fist , he can easily crush a rock into pieces.     Again , he hasten towards Fion , this time strikes him with his palm, As soon as fion saw the expert¡¯s palm approaching him, he blocked the incoming blow with one of his arms  and elbowed him with the other arm, That time the mitogene expert ducked  and used leg sweep to break Fion¡¯s balance . Fion reacted fast , jumped in the air with a spin to avoid the sweep , then using the momentum ,delivered a spinning jump kick to the face of the scar faced man.


    The kick connected and the mitogene expert trembled and flew backwards several meters , brushing against the ground before finally stopping. While panting hard ,  the expert stood up and admired Fion for his reaction speed and fighting techniques.


    ¡°you are truly a genius aren¡¯t you ? anyway , you are truly qualified to receive my most powerful attack ¡± he appreciated Fion after which he jumped back like a bow being notched as his back began to bulge to take on the form of a tiger. At the same time, his arms had lashed out like an axe ready to cut apart a mountain.


    When the Chief saw this stance, he sighed ¡°Alas, such a good seedling ¡­ it¡¯s a pity that he was going to die ¡± .

But the same resultant momentum blasted the mitogene expert as he punched a hole  in the wall and plunged into the ground and became unconscious. Fion was panting very hard as he immediately deactivated the bacterias in his right arm as blood began to flow through his arms and started dripping on the ground.

The bloody figure was Fion, he smiled as he licked the blood from his lips.


    Another figure stood 5 meters apart from him. Even though his body was not much injured, he was having an ugly expression on his face. It was the chief of silver eagle group, he was outraged by the fact that he can¡¯t finish off Fion who was nearly an entire realm below him and even more shame was that he got injured by him.


    ¡° you *****  ¡± Chief vented out his frustration after which he took a deep breath. ¡°Good, Good, your secret martial art is clearly very powerful , now let me show you my ultimate move , my martial art which i will always use to defeat the peak of mitogens stage experts¡±

 Chapter 8 - Recuperation

    Fion stood there like a war god, who had just slaughtered millions of warriors and came back. Blood was dripping  from all over his body to the ground. The sound of each blood drop hitting the ground was like the   beating of the drums for arrival of a death god. He took some ordinary medical pills and put it in his mouth.


    That same time, the chief who was clinging to his dear life by a hair¡¯s breadth crawled towards a pillar in the room. Then, he tried to get up by using the pillar as a support, but his body betrayed him. He stumbled repeatedly and somehow finally mustered all of his strength and leaned on the pillar. His mind was still in chaos by the defeat. In this entire life, he never heard of a martial art which allows one¡¯s attack power to surpass an entire realm


    The chief was already on the verge of death, but being a mitogene late phase expert, his regeneration was much higher, so if he can somehow convince Fion to forgive him, then he can close the death¡¯s door and recover quickly.     Fion laughed a bit, then his expression turned grim taking a 180 degree turn ¡°Sorry, i was just kidding, Now Die without knowing ¡± He concentrated last of his Yuan Qi in his hand and slit the chief¡¯s throat. Blood gushed from his neck, as his eyes was filled with despair.


    He just saw the glimpse of hope but was immediately taken away from him. Both his body and soul were filled with grief and misery, he saw the face of fion in his last moments as life was slowly seeped out of him.


    Fion then took the chief¡¯s space ring and  slowly turned around. Due to the medical pill, the blood flowing from his wounds stopped, but there were still left over blood  all over his body. He turned his attention towards the remaining members of the group and asked


    ¡°Who¡¯s next ? ¡± his question struck fear in all the humans present, as everyone retreated by a few steps. He saw each and everyone of them as he slowly walked towards an undamaged room in the floor. Some even peed instantly when Fion¡¯s gaze met them. Fion closed the door, before he fell on a carpet. He clenched his teeth so hard, as he was unable to withstand the pain.


    Some of the cells in his body were dead because of overwhelming amounts of Qi. He took some cell revital pellets from his space ring, crushed it into fine powder and sprinkled onto places where his cells died. It instantly began to do it¡¯s job as it speeds up the cells regeneration process. This is the last of the medical pellets that fion had in his ring.


    This cell revital pellet was more valuable than the ordinary medical pellets which he took during the fight. That ordinary pellets will only stop the bleeding by a little amount and helps in healing small injuries. All medicinal pellets no matter how high or low grade, depends on Yuan Qi produced by the bacteria for it¡¯s healing process. When Fion first took the ordinary pellet, he discovered that it was healing him at a rate which was abnormal, he immediately realised that it¡¯s all because of his bacteria. He then slowly activated 1 % of his bacterial pool as the effects of the revital pill began to increase. He slowly increased his activation and finally stopped at 4 % which he felt like the limit now.


    He sat in a meditative posture and allowed the pills to do it¡¯s job effectively. After sitting like that for half a day, he finally opened his eyes. He felt refreshed, nearly all of his dead cells were formed again and all his replied cells were completely renewed. He thought about the battle especially the last couple of seconds where he was faced with silver eagle strike Martial art.

    ¡°Take good care of these ladies¡± he said and finally turned to walk towards the exit of the town hall. That¡¯s all he can do for these young ladies. He can¡¯t bring them with him nor he can stay here to take care of them.


    When he was about to leave the town hall, the voice of scar faced man could be heard


    ¡°Fion, Be extremely cautious while travelling in the wilderness. Remember that even two tailed rats were evolved to peak phase of plaudit stage, so you don¡¯t even need to think about how powerful, the other creatures would have gotten ¡±


    Fion frowned. He know that two tailed rats had the worst bacterial composition among all the martial beasts. They will always be at entry phase of plaudit realm for their entire lives.  Chapter 9 - Breakthrough

His heart was beating faster as he tried to calm down.


    ¡°Damn, that really was a close call. I should have used my trump card instead of a direct clash with Lan Je, especially that silver eagle strike martial art, it was extremely powerful and i even thought i was a goner ¡­. ¡±


    ¡°But i really underestimated the amount of Yuan Qi generated by the bacteria, and the power behind it. ¡­. Anyhow, i should never ever risk my life like that , at least not until i get my revenge ¡± fion swore in his mind.


    He was thoroughly frightened and even thought that he will surely die in the last moment of the fight. Even though, Fion will be a battle maniac at times, he¡¯s not stupid enough to go out of his way and fight an extremely powerful opponent. It will be a pure suicidal and stupid act


    ¡°For now, i have to breakthrough to the mitogene realm and increase my strength. This is the only way by which i can survive in the wilderness, now that it was many times more dangerous than before¡± Fion thought to himself. He took out the red autumn pellets and vile beasts nuclei from his space ring.


    He  took an old container from the house and put all of the vile beasts nuclei in it. These nucleus was black in colour and have the shape of a ball with several red lines along  it¡¯s circumference  Fion crushed the red autumn pellets and placed it in a separate container. He kept together all the balls at the centre of the container and dumbed the powdered red autumn pellets on the nucleus, before finally adding water to the mixture.


    The red autumn pellets have properties of fire and when come into contact with water, it forms a special acid. This resultant acid have two main purposes while dissolving these nucleus. First is it¡¯s hot natured anti-bacterial property which either kills or weakened the bacteria in the nucleus. Since Martial beasts bacteria are the natural predators of human type, if one come into contact with human bacteria, it would start devouring all of them. For each human bacteria devoured by the beasts type,  it would reproduce by binary fission giving birth to two Martial beasts bacteria and this process will continue until all of the bacteria will be gobbled up. Finally, the human will be having only beasts type bacteria thought the whole body


    This happens only when large number of beasts bacteria came into contact. Otherwise, human bacteria will fight off the intruder, but at the cost of death of several thousand to it¡¯s kind depending on the number of beasts bacteria. The beasts type bacteria produce a different type of Qi known as infernal Qi. These Qi were extremely harmful to human cells and upon prolonged exposure, can turn  a human into a frenzy monster. The beasts nucleus has largest concentration of bacteria, when comparing to their other body parts. So it is absolutely necessary to either kill or severely weaken the bacteria before using the nucleus.


    The red autumn pellet¡¯s second most important property is that it has an organic compound which will react with chemical composition of Beasts nuclei to form nucleolus. These nucleolus is extremely important to human bacteria by which it will form a mitogene.


    After Fion added water to the mixture,  foul smell came as semi transparent gas emitted from the mixture. This changes indicates that bacteria was being killed and also implies that the nucleolus was being formed. After a quarter of an hour, all of the vile beasts nuclei was completely dissolved.

    Fion got another awed moment, when he found out that the mitogene was produced, within a few seconds. Not only that, the resultant mitogene immediately began to be absorbed by his cells and within a moment, his cells evolved and formed a mitogene layer which enveloped it¡¯s nucleus.


    The whole advancement process was over within some minutes, which left fion like a statue. He didn¡¯t come to his senses until he felt the sensation of Yuan Qi being stored in his cells.

    Starting from the bottom, Bacterial familia are divided into five, they are Mitotic earth, cilium Plasma,  stargaze philius, green tetanus and Myco nebulus. Fion first suspected that his bacteria should only belong to green tetanus familia since the Myco nebulus familia is only legendary. More over, he didn¡¯t know the effects of both green tetanus  and myco nebulus familia, so he naturally assumed the lowest of the two. But this incident made him rethink of his familia once again.


    Every cultivator more or less knows the legend of blue flame emperor. He was an ultimate expert  with powers which can even shook the entire world. He had the most powerful kind of bacterial familia, known to humans which is the myco nebulus stage . It¡¯s assimilation rate would depend on the quality of the mitogene produced. The higher the quality , the faster it¡¯s rate of assimilation will be and greater it¡¯s capacity of storing Yuan Qi.


    Fion¡¯s hand trembled as he smeared the remaining amount of paste all over his body. Only some minutes passed before fion felt that the whole of nuclei paste were used.  Chapter 10 - To the Amber mountains

    After Fion broke thorough to the mitogene realm, he suddenly discovered a drastic change


    ¡°hah ? my cells, only 3% of my cells formed mitogene ! i clearly saw that most of the bacteria produces mito ! wait ,,, wait a minute¡­ now that i remember it properly , ¡­¡­¡­¡­. no way .. each bacteria formed only one mitogene¡± he recalled the process and found that this was the case.


    When one¡¯s bacteria absorbs the nucleolus, it will produce several  hundred to thousand mitogenes for the cells to absorb. Since people in this world will always have less bacteria than one¡¯s cell, this was always the case. But in fion¡¯s case, he have a bacteria pool which actually exceeded his cells count in the body.


    So, the number of mitogene¡¯s produced was equal to the number of bacteria which produces it in his case.But he didn¡¯t one bit worry about such a thing. For him, even though he only has 3 % of his cells which can store Qi , all his mitogenes were of the highest grade. Naturally, it can store huge amounts of Yuan Qi, and even if his Yuan Qi is depleted, he can refill the amount within minutes because of his bacteria¡¯s insane speed of absorption.Also, having a high grade mitogene will go a long way in helping future reams more powerful.


    ¡°So, as long as i have enough red autumn pills and vile beasts nuclei , i can continuously broke though the sub stages of this realm. My cultivation method is exactly opposite to normal norms ¡± He was ecstatic in his heart. One have to note that only three days back , he was normal human, but now he even broke through to the mitogene realm in this extremely short period of time. If the outside world knows of this, almost every expert and genius will vomit blood.


    Normally, one can easily form mitogenes in all of their cells with a few red autumn pills and some vile beasts nuclei  and can directly broke though to the peak phase. But, in such case after forming , filing the Mitogene with Yuan Qi will become extremely difficult and this will lead to an unstable foundation. The reason being , bacteria will try to produce Yuan Qi depends on the number of Mitogenes and if one have huge number of Qi devoid mitogene , the their bacteria will try to supply to all of that by overloading it¡¯s process of Qi conversion.


    Thus, the bacteria will be dead if not crippled, unable to bear the overburden. Thus, one will try to form mitogenes in amounts of 10% of their total cells and after 10 % of these mitogene¡¯s was filled, then they will form another 10%  of their cells with mitogenes and this will  continue until all the cells will be filled.


    For fion, he doesn¡¯t have this detriment. His bacteria was able to support any number of cells having mitogenes. If fion was still in his clan, he would have already became a peak expert in one go.


    ¡°Now let me test the strength of this new realm ¡± Fion went out of the house and surveyed the surroundings. He saw a small cliff which was covered with small bushes and plants.


    ¡°Hmm ,,, a peak stage mitogene expert can destroy this cliff in a single punch , so let me gauge my strength with this¡± Fion had high expectations, it¡¯s because when he had been at plaudit stage, he was able to battle early mitogene experts.So he was assuming that his current strength should be at least of late phase of the mitogene realm.


    He clenched his first, then circulated the Yuan Qi which was stored in his cells to this arms. With a whoosh sound , he punched the cliff. When his hand passed through the space, the air trembled around his arm.


    ¡°Bang¡± sound of a small explosion spread through out the town . The cliff was completely annihilated and several other trees and rocks were sent to oblivion


    Fion was once again stupefied. He had already assumed that his power will be so high ,even considered the possibility of reaching peak of mitogene realm so as to avoid being surprised once again, But like every time, the power displayed once again transcended his imagination. With a sigh, he admit his defeat. But by no means fion was sad, if anything his happiness was reaching an extreme level.


    ¡°Even though i am in entry stages of mitogene realm, now none in the Mitogene realm will be my opponent. If i can fight lan Je, i can easily kill him in one hit ¡± Fion smirked. One has to note that destroying and completely annihilating were two different terms and has a large gap between them.Evidently, he far surpassed the power of mitogene realm and even his previous self power, when he was still a genius of Yu clan. His lips curved into the shape of a crescent moon when he thought of this.

    After that, he sat down on the floor. He realised that his depleted Yuan Qi was completely restored as he can feel the Qi in gaseous form, swirling actively inside the mitogenes.


    He smiled a bit because of the insane speed of recovery, and then began to think of his future plans.


    ¡°My top priority right is still the same , i.e increasing my strength  and cultivation. In addition to that, now that i am a mitogene expert, i can practice martial arts. So i also have to concentrate on this  ¡­.Hmmm ¡± Fion kept reminding one points after another. He took a map from the space ring and spread it on the ground.


    ¡°Since i need more vile beasts nuclei, i have to look for a place where only vile beasts are numerous in numbers. Along the way, i can also easily get the red autumn pills¡°


    ¡°Hmm ¡­ the place where vile beasts will be more common is the Amber mountains. It is also happens to be the practice ground of Yu clan for Mitogene experts and above. Hehe .. i hope i can meet some old friends and exchange greetings¡± Fion¡¯s smile slightly turned evil, when he thought of the confrontation.


    He took the entire day off to rest in the old house. At night, he heard several sounds of howling and cries of beasts.


    ¡°Although i have chosen the safest route , I have to be very careful while traveling through the wilderness¡± Fion reminded himself. Drowsiness overcame him as he finally slumbered.


    The very next morning, at the dawn of the day , Fion refreshed himself and took off in the direction of the Amber mountains.It was a completely different route than one he used to come to vinlev town.


    He encountered a vile beast when he travelled for only an hour. It was a six legged warthog. Normally, a wild warthog will have only four legs and will have the cultivation of peak phase plaudit stage. Only mitogene realm warthog has six legs, but they are extremely rare to find as they seldom wander around.


    ¡°Bumping into a mitogene warthog right off the bat, the probability this beast would have mutated is very high and it¡¯s even at late phase. But this is too weak ¡± fion sighed.


    Fion always hated a fight where opponents will be finished in one blow. He will always welcome a prolonged and breath taking dual like one which he had with Lan Je excluding the part where he used martial arts.


    The wild warthog on seeing fion stumbled. A sense of weariness seeped into it  as it is trying hard to process the sensation. It can clearly saw that Fion was only at the very entry phase of the realm, but it has this feeling that if it fought fion, it will be killed. Since animals will always have a sort of sixth sense which warns them of the impending danger, naturally warthog has this advantage too.


    Eventually, it decided to rely on it¡¯s sense and decided to run away. But, unfortunately for it, FIon has other plans.


    ¡°Good choice fella, but i need your nuclei so you have to die¡± Fion declared. He flashed and immediately appeared in front of the running warthog. Unable to control it¡¯s speed, the beast directly ran into Fion.


    Fion raised his left hand, and clenched it. The moment, the warthog came within his striking range, he hit the head of the beast like  a hammer hitting on the top of a nail. The warthog slammed hard into the ground and  created a small crater. Obviously, it was dead as soon as the fion¡¯s strike hit it.


    Fion cut open the skin of the beast to find it¡¯s heart, which in this case ,it¡¯s nucleus. After he got the nucleus, he stored it in his spacial ring and continued his journey.


    Through out the course, he encountered several vile beasts and they all had a high probability of being a mutated beasts. Since, a vile beast is only slightly stronger than that of a human Mitogene expert, he finished all of them in one blow.  He took some rests in between, refreshing himself and then he would continue his journey.


    After travelling like this for another 3 hours, he reached a village which was very familiar to him. It was  the native village of his personal maid.

 Chapter 11 - Cornil Village

    Fion halted  at a good distance from the entrance of the Village.


    ¡°It seems there are still guards here.. nothing less from this village ¡± Fion acknowledged. Then, he saw various people crowded near the entrance.


    His present body was completely different from his previous self. So, basically he¡¯s a nobody and it has it¡¯s own advantages and disadvantages.


    ¡°Their inspection this time is very strict , .. well it is only reasonable considering the dangerous situation outside of the village and huge inflow of people who were arriving all the time¡± Fion thought for a moment.


    He walked towards the entrance like a noble who was walking to his own palace. He bypassed the line and went straight for the entrance. The people who were standing on the line fumed with anger. Many complained to the guards of the village.


    When a guard saw fion, he immediately stood in front and blocked his way.


    ¡°Can¡¯t you see the line where everyone was being checked. Who are you to completely dispel the rules and can straight away enter the village. Go  and stand at the side, For your punishment, i will only verify you after checking all of them at the end of the day¡± the guard snorted. Ever since, he became a guard, he was respected very much by his circle of friends. Since then he became a little head weighted and will rush through things without thinking one bit.


    When Fion saw the guard blocked his path, rage erupted  in him as his eyes slightly turned red.


    ¡°You, a puny guard dares to block my path¡± his voice thundered as the crowd diverted their full attention towards the scene.


    Fion raised his palm  and slapped the guard on his left cheek. Since a guard will only be a late or peak plaudit stage, this strike from fion crushed his teeth and the whole jaw which eventually changed the shape of his face. Even though this time fion only used a minuscule amount of strength, it¡¯s power equals a cultivator, who was one step away from becoming a mitogene expert.


    When the other guards saw this, they became alarmed and was about to take action. At that time, Fion took the robe from his space ring and wore it. He casually walked into the village as if he walked into his own house.


    When the guards saw the robe, they stopped in their tracks. All of them started sweating and immediately greeted in unison.


    ¡°Greetings Young master ¡± they bowed their heads, waiting for a reply from Fion. But, fion acted as if he did¡¯t hear the greeting, walked further and disappeared into the streets.


    They continued bowing without moving an inch and only when they saw Fion, went into the village, did they stood up. One of the guard looked pitifully at the person who was so unlucky to offend a member of Yu Clan main branch.


    Since, there were many members among the main clan branch, the guards naturally doesn¡¯t know all of them, they will only identify them by the robes they were wearing. Since fion was not wearing any robes, the  guard took his liberty and got thrashed instead.


    The Guard was still stunned and didn¡¯t come to his senses until after his buddy woke him up. He cursed his luck and fion for not wearing any robes, since members of the Yu clan will always wear robes when they are out. He touched the jaw and felt that it was completely broken as excruciating pain overwhelmed him. The other guards breathed  an air of relief and felt glad on evading the disaster.


    Fion walked through the many streets like he knows the place beforehand. It¡¯s because he came with his personal maid to this village a few times and was some what familiar with the village.


    Fion stored the robes in his ring as soon as he entered the village. It was precisely so because if he came across any main clan member,  he will easily be exposed. As he walked through the streets, he can see the tense and gloomy atmosphere among the residents.


    ¡°Naturally , they must have heard about fate of towns like vinlev and would be terrified since their village could encounter an ambush at anytime¡± Fion thought of the reason.


    His mind was filled with various thoughts as he walked towards a large building. When he came near the structure, strong smell of medicine invaded his nose. He stopped and looked at the building. It was a two storey small mansion with many of it¡¯s internal structures had the shape of various medicinal plants.


    ¡°This Xie clan¡¯s alchemy shop is as glorious  as ever¡± Fion amazed. Even though, there was danger prevailing around the village, he can see lots of  people buying pills and other things.


    Xie clan is actually a sub branch of imperial clan and it¡¯s a clan famous for it¡¯s alchemists. They have the single large amount of alchemists group in the entire kingdom. They even have their own alchemy school, teaching various kinds of refining techniques.


    They had installed various shops across the country to help it¡¯s citizens, grow in power. Only large clans have their own alchemists and even they will have only a few of them. So, these alchemists  will refine pills for only important members of the clan. For others, the clan would buy from the Xie clan¡¯s shop in large amounts and distribute among them.


    Xie clan will install shops only in important cities of the province. The sole reason a village such as this had a shop installed was that it was one of the two villages that was near the Amber mountains. Whether the various experts of the Yu Clan or the solitary cultivators, they will train and hone their skills in the Amber mountains. Since, it has mostly vile beasts, it is the best place for getting vile nuclei.


    The experts after honing and developing their skills, will come to increase their cultivation.Since they would already have nuclei, they would only need  red autumn pills. So, Yu clan requested the imperial clan to set up one of their alchemy shops here.


    When fion entered the alchemy shop, he saw a old aged man glaring at him. Fion startled a bit regarding the man¡¯s behaviour. He had utmost confidence that  no one will find any abnormality about him. So he didn¡¯t care much about the old man and proceeded to the counter.


    A cute teen, who seems like she was not much younger than fion, was in charge of the counter. When she saw Fion and his normal looking face, she nonchalantly asked ¡° How may i help you ?¡±


    Fion¡¯s face twitched. His previous self was very attractive with a handsome face. Whenever he talks to a girl ,she will fawn over him.  Getting this indifferent attitude from a girl for the first time, fion was slightly sad in his heart.


    ¡°Can i buy some red autumn pills ?¡± Fion asked.The cute teen¡¯s eyes widened a bit


    ¡°Sure, how many do you want ? ¡± the cute teen asked, while adjusting her hair. Clearly, she was showing off his beauty to Fion. she can only brandish in front of ordinary looking experts like Fion. Also, she can infer that fion must be a mitogene expert while being so young.     So, even if one vile stones equals 100 spark stones value, most mitogene cultivators won¡¯t use their vile stones for trade. It¡¯s because, they have large amounts of raw Yuan Qi and cultivators can directly use this stone to replenish their Qi. The people who will use vine stones for trade will be either  a rich cultivator who have huge amounts of vile stones with powerful backing or an expert who¡¯s above Mitogene realm. It was evident that Fion was still in mitogene realm, so she concluded that fion must be from a huge clan, may be even the Yu Clan.


    Due to this reason, the teen was slightly shocked and her expression turned even more lovely. But she didn¡¯t know the real reason that fion don¡¯t need stones to recover his Qi was because he has a much much powerful replenishing medium, that is his bacteria.


    ¡°Dear, please wait while i  get the change¡± the teen said and when she was about to leave


    ¡°No need, just keep the change. Thank you so  much for listening to my demands¡± Fion obliged. The teen hearing this jumped in happiness.


    Her one day salary is only 2 spark stones. Due to this deal, she suddenly earned one and a half month salary in a minute.

    Fion chuckled a bit and then walked towards the exit. Suddenly, he heard the sound of some one running towards him. He saw that it was the cute teen.


    ¡°Hey ! you  ¡­ didn¡¯t tell me your name  ¡­ and even didn¡¯t ask mine ¡± she asked while gaping for breath.


    ¡°Oh ! sorry . i am Fion Yu ¡­ Yu .. Yuusha ¡± he inadvertently nearly blurted out his original name. Even though , it won¡¯t raise any flags of suspicion, he decided that he would be safe than sorry


    ¡°Yuusha .. is that your clan name, never heard of it in this province.. ..haha ..sounds strange.. bizarre, Hmm¡­anyway my name is Jener , you better imprint my name in your mind ¡± the teen chuckled a bit.

 Chapter 12 - Bloom Campaign

    ¡°Since i now got some red autumn pills and also have several vile beasts nuclei, i can try to form more mitogenes and increase my cultivation further¡±


    After getting the red autumn pills, he walked towards an inn. He was very familiar with it since he would always used to stay here whenever he came to this village. On entering, he saw an old man in his sixty¡¯s, writing something on a manual. Fion can easily guess that he was analysing accounts for that day.


    ¡°Greetings, Grandpa SouthHemp¡± Fion greeted with a smile. Mr.SouthHemp was one of the few persons, that fion was very fond of and vice versa. He and his wife  Mrs.SouthHemp had no child. Even though fion¡¯s status was much higher than them, he had always treated everyone with respect. So, whenever he stays at the inn, he would converse a lot with the couple. As time passed, they gradually began to like fion more and more. After some period of time, both of them accepted Fion as their grand child and would pamper him with love.


    ¡°Greetings Young man, How can i help you ¡± asked SouthHemp a bit annoyed by fion¡¯s addressing but when he saw the eyes of fion, he startled a bit. Fion¡¯s eyes was filled with love as one would have, when seeing their closest person. SouthHemp got this strange and happy feeling which he can¡¯t describe anymore. Another thing he can¡¯t understand one bit is why he got this feeling when he saw this young man, whom he had never seen before. As for other matters like how fion knows his name,  he didn¡¯t bother much, since this inn was originally famous.So, when one investigate a bit, they can know all the basic details.


    When one have extreme love towards someone, the connection between them will be established on the soul level. So, even if that person changes their appearance, their soul can somewhat realise each other. This was what happening to SouthHemp.


    But he was ignorant of this fact, so he brushed aside this feeling and stared at fion, awaiting his answer.


    ¡°Grandpa SouthHemp, i need a room to stay for a day. Also, please make it on the top floor.¡± he answered.


    ¡°As you wish, please wait a moment¡± SouthHemp was no longer annoyed, but the strange feeling still persisted. After checking the availability, he handed the key to one of the rooms in the top floor.


    Grabbing the key, fion smiled gently and proceeded to the stairs, before finally reaching the room. He locked the door  and fell down on the bed. His eyes had a tinge of red colour as few droplets could be seen.


    After fion got crippled, he had been through a lot. After losing his mom, he would always be alone. He would get battered regularly and he even got only two meals a day. He was tortured both mentally and physically. But he calmly endured all the pain as he focused on his training.  He was only 16 years old and desperately need an emotional support. Now, when he saw grandpa SouthHemp, his emotions once again stirred and he broke down.


    His old emotions began to resurface as memories of his mother flooded him. Teas fell down uncontrollably from his eyes and drenched a small part of the bed. All his emotions pointed to Yu Clan and lainshu and instantly he felt his blood boiled in uncontrollable rage. The  whole atmosphere inside the room was grim with Fion controlling all of his Yuan Qi at the same time. Even cracks began to form on the walls and on the floor.


    ¡°Yu Clan, just you wait ¡­arghhh ¡±He finally controlled his temper. His eyes were glowing with tenacity.


    ¡°I have to increase my power as fast as possible ¡± He took the 27 vile beasts nuclei which he got after killing many vile beasts during his journey and placed in a bowl. Then, he took an equal amount of red autumn pellets from the ring and crushed it. After grinding the pills, he sprinkled on the nuclei and finally added water.


    The same process which happened in vinlev town repeated and after some minutes, he got a paste of nucleolus. Last time, he had only 6 vile beasts nuclei and 15 red autumn pellets. So he used 6 nuclei and 6 pills together and the resultant paste enabled him to form  mitogenes to 3% of his cells. Now he hoped that this amount could get him to near the early phase of mitogene realm.


    He took the paste in small amounts and smeared it all over his body. He repeated the process several times and huge amounts of mitogenes were produced by the bacteria. These mitogenes were continuously assimilated into his cells. Simultaneously, the mitogenes were filled with Yuan Qi as soon as it formed. After 5 minutes, the whole process completed and Fion¡¯s cultivation increased by a huge leap. Around 19 % of his cells have mitogenes in them. Forming mitogene is not an achievement, Filling these mitogenes with the Yuan Qi is the real hurdle. Fion easily passed the latter with his Heavenly bacteria. Not only that, fion also discovered that he can activate 8 % of his total bacterial pool to absorb Qi without overburdening his body.


    His whole body was brimming with energy. He casually flicked his arm and a small shockwave swept the room, damaging most of it¡¯s properties. He stood there like a statue for a minute before coming to reality. The power he displayed was so overwhelming, he first thought that he was dreaming.  He controlled his excitement as he jumped in joy like a child in the room.Finally, Fion relieved on the fact that there are only vacant rooms on both sides of the room where he was staying.     After this advancement, Fion felt an unprecedented amount of power swirling through his body. He was basically itching to  try out his new powers, but maintained his excitement as he feared that it will completely damage the inn. Afterwards, he came down to took his meal. The meal in this inn would always be prepared by Ms. greenwood who was also the wife of SouthHemp. He voraciously devoured the meal like one would eat when went hungry for a week.


    During the meal, he heard someone talking about bloom campaign and such. Their eyes were filled with admiration and envy when they spoke about that.


    ¡°Hmmm ! this is interesting , Bloom campaign is it ¡­ but i need more details.Let¡¯s ask grandpa about this¡± After fion hurriedly finishing off  the meal, he looked out for grandpa SouthHemp.


    After searching a bit, he found him watering plants in the lawn behind the inn.


    ¡°Hello grandpa¡± Fion greeted with the same gentle smile as always.But this time, SouthHemp didn¡¯t get annoyed nor feeling strangely.


    ¡°Hello Young man, can i ask what your name is ¡± SouthHemp questioned


    ¡°I am Fion Yuusha¡± Fion replied gleefully. SouthHemp stumped a bit after hearing his name. He can see that this youngster had the same name of Fion except his family clan¡¯s surname. All sorts of questions arose in his mind.

    ¡°Eh ! you don¡¯t even know about the Bloom campaign¡± SouthHemp surprised, widening his eyes. Then he continued his explanation


    ¡°I believe, you already know that all beasts were mutated. More over, i heard that some humans were also mutated and transformed into blood thirsty demons¡± Fion bewildered since human mutation was news to him.  SouthHemp further added


    ¡°The whole of minrah kingdom was at risk because of the sudden change. So the king decided to gather all the geniuses of the country in one place and decided to train them with their resources. I heard that the second young master of Yu clan was also being selected for the campaign¡± He said with a gloom. He also knows what happened to fion and will always be depressed when he talk about matters regarding him. Fion saw the pain in Grandpa SouthHemp and he moved forward to hug him.


    SouthHemp startled for a bit before finally calming down and hugged fion in return. After a second which felt like an eternity to both of them, fion broke the hug. Grandpa  SouthHemp patted on fion¡¯s head as he smiled gleefully. He felt like he was really patting fion. He still doesn¡¯t know why he¡¯s affectionate to a teen he met only today. Afterwards, they talked about various things and fion got an overall idea of what¡¯s going on in the world.


    Fion returned to his room and laid  on the bed. His mind was blissful after being conversed with Grandpa  SouthHemp for so long. Then he thought about the Bloom campaign. It was wise of the king to arrange a campaign such as this. By doing this, all of the experts will be in one place at the imperial capital, thus improving the strength. Also these geniuses will owe the kingdom a huge debt because of the training, thus further increasing the loyalty. He thought that unknowing to him, who knows how many hidden agenda, this campaign has.


    For these geniuses, Cultivating in the imperial capital will be their greatest gain. After all,  a kingdom¡¯s cultivation resources cannot be compared with a clan. He also thought of various matters as sleep overcame him.


    The next morning, after refreshing himself, fion came down for breakfast. There he saw  an old lady, with just a sizing look, one could tell that she was around fifty years old. However, she still appeared graceful and elegant. It was Grandma greenwood who¡¯s preparing food for the inn. He sat on a table as he stared at Grandma greenwood for a while. Suddenly, he heard a voice


    ¡°You brat, Are you hitting on my wife¡± the voice contained a trace of humour. Fion turned around and saw grandpa SouthHemp.


    ¡°Good morning grandpa¡± Fion didn¡¯t mind what he said and greeted normally showing his crystal clear tooth. He know that one of grandpa¡¯s trait was always to joke around.


    ¡°Good morning brat, did you slept well ?¡± Grand pa asked to which fion playfully nodded in return.


    Grandma greenwood came with the dishes and placed on the table where fion and her husband sat down. She overheard all the conversation and surprised at the amount of intimacy her husband showed to the young man


    She looked at fion for a while, then had the same strange yet familiar feeling like her husband experienced when he first saw fion


    ¡°Dear, who is this child ?¡± Greenwood questioned.


    After that, SouthHemp explained his meeting with fion and all other things to his wife. They were shocked to find that both of them got the same familiar feeling when they saw fion.


    Fion silently gobbled the food while hearing their conversation. After the breakfast, he felt it was time for him to went to amber mountains.


    ¡°Grandpa SouthHemp, ma greenwood, please take care of yourselves. i will definitely return when i finished my work¡± he waived his hand and a small holding bag fell down on the near by table. It was filled with spark stones.  Then, he said his good byes and finally left the inn.


    When Green wood heard fion called her as ¡®ma Green wood¡¯ , she instantly broke down in tears. Grandpa SouthHemp was also stunned a bit since only fion would call his wife as ¡®Ma Greenwood¡¯. Then he thought of yesterday when fion suddenly hugged him.


    ¡°wait,how did he know that i was depressed considering that he doesn¡¯t know my relationship with him¡± now only, this matter strikes him as he was too depressed to thought about it the previous day. After some seconds, both husband and wife looked at each other in a meaningful way. Then, they both rushed to see fion, who had already exited the inn. They came out and found that fion was no where to be seen. They searched around the inn and even asked a few people only to know that fion simply disappeared.


    Dejectedly, they went into the inn. Grandma greenwood was crying the entire time as she went back. Fion watched all this, standing in the rooftop of a nearby building.


    ¡°ma greenwood,Grandpa i am glad that you both finally figured it out.As you can see, your grandchild was doing well. I am sorry for not telling you in person. After i became powerful enough, i will bring you both to live with me.¡± Fion declared in his mind.


    Fion was taking each steps with utmost caution. So he definitely won¡¯t allow any anomaly to occur.


    He started walking towards the exit of the village. Since, checking will be only for persons who are entering, he easily walked out of the village and headed towards the amber mountains.


    After travelling a considerable distance through the forest, he stopped in a place midway.


    ¡°Come on out, i know you are following me the whole time¡± Fion said as he stared at a tree to his right side. Then a person came out from behind the tree , and saw fion. His face shows a slightly shocked expression reason being that fion found him so easily.


    Fion carefully sized him up. Then he recalled the image of an old man who stared at him in the Alchemist shop. He can tell at a glance that both were the same person.


    ¡°Why are you following me¡± Fion asked, his voice echoed throughout the small region around him.

 Chapter 13 - Shigi Yu

    ¡°I am Shigi Yu, one of the elders of the Yu Clan. Now, tell me about you. Who are you and how did you get the robe of the Yu Clan¡± the old man asked in suspicion. He didn¡¯t even mention anything about why he followed fion which pissed him off.


    ¡°My name is farefell. I came from chen province¡± fion replied coldly. Fion also figured out that his act at the gates were exposed.


    ¡°Don¡¯t lie, didn¡¯t you say your name was Fion Yuusha to the girl at counter and to the elderly couple¡± anger can be seen on Shigi¡¯s face.


    ¡°As i expected, you used  acoustic genzu technique on me, don¡¯t you? ¡± Fion sneered as he confirmed his suspicion.


    ¡°You ¡­ how did you find out ? You are just in mitogene realm and ¡­ Most importantly, how did you even know the name of the technique ¡± shigi¡¯s face twisted. He thought that there were too many mysteries surrounding this youth. The acoustic genzu technique was a unique technique of Yu Clan used for spying. The world Bartlen has different types of special techniques and sound tracing is just one of many. Even there are many variations in this technique and Yu Clan¡¯s acoustic genzu technique is one among them. It is also a blood line technique meaning only Yu clan members could successfully learn this technique.


    Generally, When a person speaks, sound waves would be generated and spread out in all directions like a sphere expanding outwards from it¡¯s centre. When these waves pass through Qi in atmosphere, they will cause the Qi to vibrate a little. These acoustic techniques discern these changes, convert it back to voice and relay these messages to the user.


    First, the user have to lock on the target with their own Yuan Qi. Then they will made them to follow the target.  The shorter the distance the greater the vibrations and more accurately, the messages could be decoded. It also depends on the rank of the technique and the cultivation of the user. If it was a high grade technique, then one can accurately hear the voice from over 100 metres. Yu Clan¡¯s technique obviously was a low grade , mid rank technique, so it¡¯s capability was very poor. Even Shigi had decoded only  bit¡¯s of information about fion while following him.


    The two basic requirement for learning this technique is that one should have abundance of Qi and great  control over them. So, only  experts above mitogene can learn this technique, as they would easily fulfil both of these prerequisites.


    In addition to this, one can also realise that they were being spied, when their bacteria can recognise Yuan Qi around the atmosphere while absorbing raw natural Qi. Since, Yuan Qi would only be produced by the bacteria, they can easily do this. The reason Shigi amazed was because fion was only a mitogene expert and that too at the entry phase, but he detected his technique and can even say that it belongs to Yu clan. He wondered whether he has any ultimate expert behind him.


    Little does poor Shigi knows that it¡¯s all because of Fion¡¯s bacteria and it¡¯s insane speed of absorption and fion became alarmed, the moment shigi used the technique.


    The moment he entered the alchemy shop, Fion  got the feeling that he was being watched by someone. When Fion¡¯s bacteria realised that  there are some Yuan Qi around him, he immediately became alarmed. That¡¯s the reason, he didn¡¯t explicitly reveal himself to the couple, since his words and the  words spoken by anyone  around him could be heard.


    Both gawked at each other for some moments. They each had their own thoughts and processing all the information as they were deciding on their next course of action. Finally shigi moved closer to fion and stood in front of him. When he moved, he didn¡¯t walked like others, in fact his feet never touched the ground the whole time. Fion long took notice of this.


    ¡°So he¡¯s a plasmic condensation stage expert ¡­Well, since he said that he¡¯s an elder, it¡¯s only natural that he¡¯s a condensation expert.¡± Fion thought in his mind. But he was not at all worried about facing him. He has complete confidence that even if he can¡¯t beat him, he can escape easily unlike that time with Lan Je when his resolve wavered.


    The plasmic condensation stage is the realm above Mitogene realm. If Mitogene realm is storing Yuan Qi, then condensation realm is about converting that gaseous Yuan Qi into Liquid Qi. Condensing Qi is extremely difficult,  since it directly depends upon rate of absorption of Qi. People having only average familia bacteria such as Mitotic earth familia  whose absorption rate was meagre, will never get past this stage. If someone gathers all the experts around the world and separated based on their realms, then the condensation realm¡¯s group will have the largest numbers.

    But this realm has it¡¯s own magical powers. People reaching this stage will have large amounts of Qi and they can use this Qi to fly for a short time. Their martial arts will become extremely powerful compared to Mitogene realm. This is also the starting stage where one can convert their Yuan Qi into elemental Qi. With elemental Qi, one can use natural elements like fire,water,air and land for their offence. Because of this, they held high status among clans like Yu whose roots are deep.


    ¡°I will ask once again, who are you ?  and why did you come here ? . If you answer properly, i will let you leave immediately else ¡± he stopped midway. He was  worried that fion has some big background and so he carefully choose his words.


    ¡°Since you already heard my name, I will only tell you this, I am from a major clan, and if you offend me, the consequences will be great¡± Fion intimidated him.


    ¡°I don¡¯t care which clan you belongs to, ¡­. Remember that this is the Yu province and you can¡¯t do as you ¡­. please. Also, our young master got accepted as a candidate in bloom campaign. Hope you knows what is bloom campaign right ¡­¡± Shigi was startled by the Fion¡¯s intimidation. Afraid to lose face, he gathered all his courage and talked back. Bloom campaign was the largest gathering of best geniuses among the kingdom. Partaking in it will rise one¡¯s clan to greater heights as after the training was over, they will be extremely powerful and their future prospects will be unlimited.


    When Fion heard the word second young master, he limbed a bit. He thought for a moment and replied


    ¡°Ohhhh ¡­ you mean Lianshu ? he got accepted into Bloom campaign !¡­ not bad ¡­ not bad, that lad really got some talent in him¡± Fion nodded his head as he talked to himself. Shigi was fuelled with anger but he showed no such thing on his face. From fion¡¯s statement, he can guess that Fion knows second young master and also he¡¯s even a greater genius than him. He finally concluded that fion was from a huge clan, which his Yu clan cannot offend.


    ¡°From your speech, it seems that you are very close to lianshu, am i right ? ¡° Fion guessed.


    Shigi showed a smile as he replied ¡®Young master is correct, I was one of the teachers of second young master, teaching the clan¡¯s martial art when he was younger. More over, my son was also a faithful retainer of second young master. His name¡¯s shinshi. Perhaps young master might have heard from our second young master¡± Even his tone softened as respect invaded his speech. Shigi can easily connect the dots if the person standing before him was a friend of his young master. The robes should have been given by Lianshu and  even he must have heard the acoustic technique from the second young master.


    On the other side, Fion¡¯s heart exploded like a volcano, erupting after being dormant for a long time. His whole body trembled and then he slowly stepped forward a little. When shigi saw the eyes of fion, he was scared to wits. Fion¡¯s eyes were completely red which even overshadowed his dark pupil. Shigi felt like he was in face to face with a demon.


    ¡°Young master ! is  ¡­¡­. ¡­.  anything wrong ? ¡± Shigi¡¯s voice wobbled but he somehow gathered his courage and asked.


    ¡°Say, Does your other child¡¯s name is vercin ? ¡± a voice so deep and cold reached shigi¡¯s ears. He immediately figured out that something was wrong, still  answered him so as to not anger him.


    ¡°You are very correct young master. Did my second young ¡± before he finish his sentence,   a large Qi explosion happened and he was swept away by it. He immediately used his own Qi as a shield and protected himself. The whole surroundings were thrown into chaos as trees and rocks were broken and smashed into smithereens. There was a crater of about 10 meters diameter formed at the source of the explosion. Every Beasts near the periphery howled and roared as they runaway in opposite direction from source of explosion.


    Shigi knows that staying here will only complicate things and tried to leave. And so, When he turned around to leave, he saw Fion standing like a god of death. The land beneath him continuously cracked, unable to bear the energy of fion. Yuan Qi was covering his entire body as sparks could be seen occasionally around his body. It was due to the ionisation of the particles by the extreme amount of energy which fion was currently radiating.

 Chapter 14 - Fions explosive battle skill

    Bursts of powerful winds spiralled around fion like a hurricane.Soon, it¡¯s range increased as the nearby trees and broken rocks were blown away by it. If it wasn¡¯t for shigi using all of his strength to form a shield, he too would have blown away


    ¡°Impossible ¡­ How could he have this much power ¡­ More than that, why was he suddenly enraged ? Did ¡­. Did my son offended this person somehow ! ¡± His mind was in chaos as he was searching  his memories for any incident, in which he or his sons have antagonise a powerful person.


    Fion wasted no moment and bolted towards Shigi. The elder only saw an afterimage and the trembling of air along the path of fion. Like a flash, Fion instantly appeared in front of Shigi, made his right hand in the shape of a claw and grabbed his head. The next moment, he slammed the head of shigi on a near by tree. The tree instantly split into two, unable to bear the force of impact. Fion continued to slam Shigi¡¯s head through several trees as the latter¡¯s  whole body wobbled under the enormous impact.


    Shigi amassed all of his energy and clutched Fion¡¯s forearm with his two hands. After a second of desperate struggle, he finally broke free from Fion¡¯s choke and he retreated back into a few meters. He immediately swallowed some high grade medicinal pills which he took from his space ring. A slight anguish could be seen on his face, since the pills he swallowed was very valuable and he used all of it in an instant. But this feeling quickly faded away, since comparing to one¡¯s life, nothing was more valuable.


    Before he could catch some breath, fion once again flashed and appeared in front of shigi, raised his elbow and aimed at the centre of shigi¡¯s head. At the last moment before the Fion¡¯s elbow reached him, Shigi ducked and slightly moved one stop forward at the same time as the former¡¯s hit completely missed him. Fion staggered a bit  by the inertia. Using  this moment, shigi stretched back his hand like an arc, and instantly brought his hand forward to deliver a deadly punch to the stomach of fion.


    Fion¡¯s whole body shivered and he flew backwards. He transmitted his power though his legs to stabilise himself. After coming to a halt,  he kneeled down as he vomited a mouthful of blood. He was clutching his stomach the whole time. There was a moment of silence as both used this very short time to recover.


    Since shigi was badly injured, he decided that he can¡¯t prolong this fight any longer. He raised both of his hands in the air, then the near by rocks shook violently and levitated above the ground. This was the Elemental Qi of a condensation stage expert and Shigi transformed his Qi into earthly Qi.  He then immediately brought both his hands down. The levitated rocks flew towards Fion at high speeds as if they were responding to shigi¡¯s actions.


    Fion sneered and smashed all of the incoming rocks with his fists and kicks. His agility and battle skills were displayed to the max.If these were normal rocks, he won¡¯t even bother to look at it as it will simply not hurt him in the slightest, but all these were controlled by elemental Qi. Normally, an object with elemental Qi would be at least 10 times more powerful than it¡¯s ordinary state. This difference in power will increase as the cultivation of the person increases. So, Fion has no option but to destroy all rocks with his fist powered by Yuan Qi.


    Shigi saw that his attacks were easily sabotaged by fion. With a snort, he placed both of his hand on the ground and pressed slightly against it. Soon after, large chunks of rocks materialise from the land. Each of these lump were as big as a small tree. When they grouped together, they even blocked most of the sunlight from reaching the earth.


    These blocks surrounded fion and swirled around him. The land where he stood suddenly raised upwards a bit as it lifted fion in the air.  Fion stumbled a bit fion and tried to jump.


    All of a sudden, the large blocks charged towards fion like a bee attracted to a flower.  Fion extended both of his hands outward horizontally and concentrated all of his Qi in both palms of his hands. A ball of sphere like a bubble which was made entirely of Qi, enshrouded Fion. When the small rocks  which were still assaulting fion, touched this bubble, they would burst into pieces.


    The large chunks of rock tried to crush him from all sides. Sounds of crackling of stones could be heard all over the place as they entrapped fion in the centre.


    Shigi was panting like a dog, his whole body was in mess. Earlier, the slamming of his body against the tress caused several fractures and  severe internal injuries. Now, using his Elemental Qi  drained half of his total energy. He was still shocked in a corner of his heart that fion, a mere entry Mitogene expert could force him to his extent. No matter how much he thought, he can¡¯t derive a reason for fion¡¯s power. It was simply heaven defying.


    A moment of silence prevailed before sounds of cracking could be heard. Shigi noticed the fractures on the rock, ensnaring fion getting bigger at an faster rate. His face twitched and he cursed fion in his mind

    ¡°Damn, What is he ? a monster, Are all the super genius out there, powerful like this ? ¡± he was stupefied, but envy and jealousy could be seen on his face.


    ¡°My Qi reserve has been reduced to more than half. ¡­ gah ¡­ Since it comes to this, i have no other choice but to go out out.¡±


    During the time when fion tried to broke free, Shigi started executing the martial art of Yu clan. He closed his eyes for a moment and abruptly opened it. Quickly after, his left hand grabbed the air and formed a bow, his right hand pulled the air and formed an arrow. Both bow and arrow were formed from his own Yuan Qi. He concentrated all of his power in the arrow in his right hand as the arrow became denser and denser. Fion was still engaged in freeing himself from the rocks.


    Shigi looks a bit tired as he used nearly all of his Yuan Qi on making the arrow. It became denser and denser as the air vibrated around it. Gaseous Qi began emanated from it and it is in process of taking a perfect shape of an arrow. As he concentrated his Qi, he also thought about the events and was still a bit hesitant whether to kill him or not.


    At that time, a huge yell could be heard and fion bursted all of the rocks surrounding him and he finally broke free from the formation. He supported his body by pressing both of his hands on his knees as he was gasping for air. In one breath, he used all of his Yuan Qi reserve and formed the spherical shield.  Even though, his reserve was already filled within moments, his stamina reduced considerably and his body felt extremely tired.


    It¡¯s already been 3 seconds since Shigi started executing the Martial art and it was finally finished.  Normally, it would take at most a second,but since he¡¯s already exhausted more of his Qi reserves, he took more time than usual.The arrow was burning like a extremely hot iron rod and it was being pointed at fion.


    ¡°Young master, i will ask you one last time .. Abandon the fighting and explain the reason for your behaviour. Let our clans decide after that¡± he asked one last time in hope that fion will change his mind. He really didn¡¯t want to kill fion if possible. He could infer that fion had a huge background and although he planned to bury fion and eliminate all traces of him, he was still worried that he would be exposed, since large clans have various techniques to find out, even Yu clan has a technique for that.


    ¡°Today, you are going to die no matter what¡± his red eyes glared at Shigi.


    He executed the same Yu clan martial art . Shigi immediately fired his arrow thinking that Fion was executing some secret martial arts. He would definitely prevent him from doing so, since he was absolutely terrified by the latter''s prowess. He dared not wanting to see how much powerful Fion''smartial art was. Only after firing the arrow did he realise that the Martial arts fion executed was same as him. The same time, his arrow flew at high speeds, even tearing the air as it approached fion.


    Fion used all his strength and jumped back fiercely as he made a huge leap backwards. Then, he immediately activated 30% of all his bacterial pool and all the Qi around him sucked instantly.Even the Yuan Qi from the arrow dissipated a little as it bolted towards fion. Shigi¡¯s eyes were wide opened as he saw the astounding phenomena.


    In the fraction of a moment, Fion¡¯s bow and arrow were instantly formed. The so formed bow¡¯s denseness was at least 8 times more than Shigi¡¯s and his arrow was so dense that sparks were being formed around it. He immediately fired the arrow as it pierced through space with cracking sounds. Sparks in shape of a thread followed the arrow as it formed a trail of lightning.


    The two arrow met near the vicinity of fion as a huge explosion resulted from their showdown. Under the astonished gaze of Shigi, his arrow was torn apart by Fion¡¯s and it was cleaved into two parts and dissipated. But Fion¡¯s arrow didn¡¯t lose one bit of power and momentum as it flashed. Before he could evade, the unrelenting arrow directly pierced through Shigi¡¯s shoulder and bore a huge hole in him. It was so powerful that even after Shigi used all of his remaining Qi to block the strike, it pierced through him as easy as an arrow piercing through a paper.

 Chapter 15 - Revenge is sweetest when served with despair

    Fion¡¯s arrow pierced through Shigi¡¯s shoulder and he immediately vomited a mouthful of blood. He kneeled down on the ground, unable to withstand the pain.  His mind reeled with memories that happened a couple of moments earlier. What would have been a easy victory ends in utter defeat.


    First, he thought about how the young master knows the secret martial arts of Yu Clan which is ¡®dragon¡¯s breath¡¯. Even though, it¡¯s a high rank xing grade martial art which cannot be counted as legendary, it is one of the  top martial arts in the minrah kingdom. It is absolutely forbidden to teach an outsider, any unique or secret martial arts of a clan, else it will no longer be unique. Shigi thought that the only way this youngster should have learnt this technique would be from second young master Lainshu. He actually despised him at this moment.


    While he can think of a reason for why this teen knows this technique, he can¡¯t came to a conclusion about how he executed this martial art, in a short amount of time.Even after racking his brain, he can¡¯t think of a single reason for this. He clearly knows that, even if a person perfected this martial art, it shouldn¡¯t be possible to execute in a short time like fion. Moreover, even the second young master Lianshu knows only the basics of the technique, so only learning from him and performing this feat, was nearly impossible.


    Both regret and despair creeped up in his heart. He thought that he should have stayed in cornil village, since he had a slight doubt from the beginning that this teen should be from a huge clan. Shigi clutched his heart tightly, unable to bear the pain. Initially, he suffered severe internal injures from fion¡¯s blow, then he used most of his Yuan Qi to carryout the martial art,now after a huge loss of blood with the shoulder injury, it¡¯s a miracle that he was even alive.


    Suddenly, he heard the footsteps of some one approaching him. He looked up and saw the same young man, who battered him to this degree.


    He can see that fion was panting hardly, blood started to flow from some of his body. Even his steps were a little bit unsteady. But the rage and killing intent in his eyes didn¡¯t decrease one bit. When he approached, shigi felt that a reincarnation of a demon beast was coming towards him.

He slightly bowed a little so as to whisper something in his ears. Then, he said some words , which shocked Shigi to the core. His whole body was trembling, but this time it was not due to pain.


    ¡°Why did you know about this ¡­. who are you ? ¡­.. no ¡­. it shouldn¡¯t  ¡­. Impossible ¡± Shigi¡¯s expression turned ugly.


    Fion delighted as he very much wanted to see this expression. He laughed like a maniac which had found heaven after going through hell.


    ¡° Who am i ? ¡­ haha ¡­ does the name ¡®sera¡¯ ring any bells in you ? ¡± When these words left fion¡¯s mouth, shigi fell on the ground as he crawled.

Not only that,  he was the first one to defile her and it continued the whole night and only on the next day, he gave custody of sera to his son. Fion heard everything from shinshi as he boasted of his fathers¡¯s manliness while telling this.


    Tears started to flow from his eyes and Fion tried his  best to control himself.


    ¡°Don¡¯t  ¡­. no more , i already know everything ¡± Fion¡¯s trembled voice could be heard.

Huh ¡­  ok .. but one more info , When lianshu proposed this, your father was there and didn¡¯t even bat an eye, he just walked away and all the   elders, even the patriarch didn¡¯t  opposed this, ¡­.. what i am trying to say is that Lianshu was the root cause of all this and since he was also the only hope, no one interfered ¡± Shigi added.


    His intentions were pretty obvious. Since, he was going to die anyways, he thought of bringing down everyone with him. When fion would reveal his talent to the clan ancestor,  and at that time, as long as fion wants, even the patriarch won¡¯t get away with his life. In this world, some of the people belonging to a clan would put the development of the clan as their first priority, and to them, even if their lives and their family had to be sacrificed, they won¡¯t blink an eye. Evidently, Shigi belonged to this group of people.


    Both stared at each other for some moments. Fion sightly calmed down as he controlled his rage. But, smile never faded from Shigi¡¯s face . Even though he was experiencing pain all over his body, he didn¡¯t care one bit and  laughed loudly


    ¡°haha what a genius, only 16 years and already being able to battle a plasmic condensation stage expert and that too at mitogene realm¡­.. surely my clan will rise to the heavens and you will be the one to lead it.  ¡± Shigi exclaimed in joy.


    At that time, Fion also laughed loudly

    Shigi¡¯s body trembled and ugly expression invaded his face. He didn¡¯t care what fion said upto the point which he would cripple some guys, but after that, he can¡¯t accept it. Fion openly declared that he wanted to annihilate the clan. It was out of the blue and Shigi totally did;t expect this declaration from fion. He thought that fion would have a grudge against only some members and after resolving his animosity, he would naturally return to the clan.


    ¡°Don¡¯t joke around , Aren¡¯t you a member of the Yu Clan ? Can¡¯t you remember all the things and resources, the clan sacrificed to nurture you when you were young ?   ¡± Shigi tried to reason with fion, but he knows that it would only be in vain.


    ¡°haha, you say .. the clan sacrificed for me ¡­ well , From my point of view, the clan only cared for me since i was a natural genius and once i lost my cultivation, it tossed me out.     Despair, ultimate despair overwhelmed Shigi and he coughed up huge amounts of blood. He knew that with fion¡¯s talent, it was only a matter of time for him to annihilate the clan. At this time, he feared death,  he badly wants to kill fion as rage and all negative feelings were shown on his face. At least,  he thought of wanting to live until he informs his clan of the impeding calamity. He even wished that Fion would permanently cripple him and left him alive.


    Fion was delighted to the extreme on seeing the despair on shigi¡¯s face. He mumbled ¡°What good a revenge is, if it not served with despair ¡± his crazy laughter filled the forest.


    ¡°Ah, .. just now i thought of a thing, ¡­. since your son said that you were very manly  and domineering even as you aged, then let me test that phrase ¡± he swayed his hand and a thick red coloured crystal appeared from the space ring. It was the soul tear crystal he got from the leader of Silver eagle group.

 Chapter 16 - soul devouring

    When Shigi saw the soul tearing crystal on fion¡¯s hand, his mind went blank. He immediately abandoned any thoughts of living and tried to commit suicide. Before he could use all of his Yuan Qi to explode, Fion knocked him out cold by a chop to the back of his head.


    It was not surprising that Shigi choose to commit suicide, since the chances of him being alive and inform the clan were practically nil. Also, soul devouring was many times worse than death itself. When the two things were compared, one can even say that death itself is a luxury. Almost all cultivators believed the reincarnation of souls when they died, although there was no definite proof of any kind  till now. That thought that, after the soul being subjected to the torture, it would became so weak and eventually would lost it¡¯s ability to reincarnate. This was equivalent to permanently disappearing from the world.


    When someone was subjected to soul tearing crystal, their soul would be devoured by it. Then, the owner of the crystal can inject their Yuan Qi into the crystal and can take control of it. Fion did the same. First, he waited a bit for shigi¡¯s soul to drift due to his near death state. Then he used the soul tearing crystal to devour shigi¡¯s soul, before it could disappear into nothingness. He relieved a bit after capturing the soul and then concentrated on his body.


    Fion analysed his body and sighed. He found that some of his recently formed mitogene cells were dead due to the huge amount of Yuan Qi produced. Aside from being his cells ruptured, some of his bones were fractured and even his stomach has severe internal injuries. But he was not worried since he has some amount of cell revital pellets which he had taken from Silver eagle group¡¯s leader. And adding the pellets healing powers with his insane rate of production of Yuan Qi, he had at most confidence that he would be healed within some hours.


    He swallowed two revital pills and sat in a meditative posture. He controlled his  production of Yuan Qi, so as to not damage his body. Within some minutes, his internal injuries were halfway healed and the pain became much bearable now.


    He was extremely delighted that his power can match upto a condensation stage expert. It¡¯s only obvious since amount of Yuan Qi present directly determines one¡¯s power. Even though fion was only at entry stage of Mitogene realm, each of his mitogenes can store Yuan Qi at least 100 times more than  an average mitogene. Due to this, his power easily exceeds the peak stage of the same realm and even more than an expert at early phase condensation stage. After some more minutes, he stopped his mediation. He dared not continued his healing since he was in the periphery of Amber mountains and any beast can ambush him at anytime.


    Fion stood up and looked at the thick blood coloured crystal in his hand which now has Shigi¡¯s soul. His mouth curved a little as he formed an evil smile. Then he glanced at the lifeless body of shigi. Normally,  an elder of a huge clan such as Yu Clan would have huge influence, that too being a condensation stage expert, his fame would have reached well around the province.


    If news of an elder¡¯s death spread around, it would cause a huge commotion. More over, after the apocalypse, the powerful experts were even more renowned by the people.


    ¡°I should get rid of his body as soon as possible, since a beast can come at any time due to the smell of blood, wait ! why not let a beast devour him ¡­ Hmmm ¡­ let me hide in the shadows and wait patiently ¡­ i really hope that some beast would come, else i would have to take of his corpse by myself  ¡± Fion thought to himself.


    He moved away some metres from the corpse and hid in a tree top. He patiently waited and spread his bacterial sense. At the same time, he also controlled his bacteria to conceal themselves, so that his presence would be hidden. Then he took out the soul tear crystal and began injecting his Yuan Qi.


    The crystal began to shine as fion¡¯s consciousness strolled into it. Inside the crystal, there was a huge barren land as far as the eye can see. In that land, an old aged man was binded in chains and tied to the ground and  was unconscious. It was Shigi¡¯s soul, which had taken the form of his body. Fion appeared next to him and stared viciously at the latter. He delivered a kick to his face and the latter spat out a mouth full  of blood. The chains which binded him, kept him in place from the blows of fion. Fion kept on delivering blows to all parts of Shigi¡¯s body, till his rage subsided a little.


    The whole place was covered with blood and Shigi¡¯s whole body was beaten to a pulp. Even though, it¡¯s not his original body, the soul tearing crystal after devouring his soul, would always construct a body similar to his own and would connect it to the soul. So, when the body was damaged, the same amount of blow would be reciprocated to the soul. In addition to this, the body can be returned to the original state by using Yuan Qi.

    This was similar to a statue, where upon destruction, it can be reconstructed anew. Inside the crystal, the body can be created infinite number of times, but the damage to the soul remains. Due to this, the method is considered the most cruel of tortures, since one can torture the soul indefinitely as long as one have sufficient amount of Yuan Qi.


    Also, the person injecting Yuan Qi would have the ultimate control over the domain. He can create anything with his Yuan Qi. In this case, the barren land and the chains were all created by Fion.


    Fion withdrew his consciousness from the crystal. Since Fion already lost some of his mitogenes, his whole body was panting while he was gathering more Yuan Qi. After arduously gathering enough Yuan Qi for about some minutes, he once again warped into the crystal


    He saw the bloody messed up body of Shigi. There was no expression on Fion¡¯s face and he closed his eyes for a moment. He connected with the crystal and injected Qi into it. The next moment, the screwed up corpse of Shigi glowed after which his body was being recreated from the scratch. Within a few breaths, his body became anew and Shigi¡¯s soul revered consciousness and looked around to evaluate the surroundings. His face darkened and he looked at fion dreadfully.


    ¡°Fion , Please i beg you, release my soul from the crystal ¡­ i will tell you any information you want ¡­  please  ¡± he kneeled down before fion and beseeched. All his actions were being controlled by his soul which was receiving the damage.


    Fion smirked and waved his hand. Suddenly, 6 lights appeared from no where and was in the process of taking the shape of a human women. Their appearance resembles a normal common women from a village and they were completely nude. They advanced towards Shigi on receiving an eye signal from fion.


    The chains which binded Shigi became tightened and tied him to the ground as he lay flat on the barren ground. All the six women surrounded and seduced him, doing different kinds of play. One by one, they began to have intercourse with him, while the others will play with other parts of his body.


    Fion retracted back his consciousness and started his healing process. He also found that no beasts came to feed on the corpse. It was within his expectations, since the battle just now had totally scared the shit out of the beasts here. Some of the burden and rage in his heart and mind subsided a little and he continued to meditate under the tree top.


    Mean while inside the crystal, after some more minutes, blood began to came out of Shigi¡¯s manhood due to lack of semen, while the women sucked dry every inch of his stamina and life force. The damage to the soul was enormous as this was a slow, poisoning torture.


    ¡°Stop it , Stop it  ¡­.. i can¡¯t ¡­.. no longer  ¡­ please make them stop ..¡± Shigi cried in despair. His muscles were strained to its limit and the over stimulation of the nerves caused intense pain to him and over time, they injured to the extent that even a little movement can hurt like hell. Finally, his body  became so lean and bony that he looked like a rotten corpse and became lifeless. His soul began to relax a little and the very same moment, he felt that his body was regaining strength once again.


    Fion just appeared inside the crystal and used some of his Yuan Qi to heal his body to half of it¡¯s peak state. At that time, the soul finally gained enough strength to move the muscles.


    ¡°Fion ¡­  please  sob ¡­ sob ¡­ i beg you  ¡­ forgive me ¡­ forgive and ¡­.. release me from this. I really regret my mistakes and i am very very sorry  ¡­.. uhmm ¡­ your mother ¡± he stammered as he can¡¯t finish the sentence on fearing that it would enrage fion further.


    But his words fell on deaf ears as fion looked indifferent the whole time without a hint of emotion. His heart soothed a little, when he watched the miseries of Shigi. After injecting enough Yuan Qi into the crystal, he back down his conscious from it. He placed the soul tear crystal in his pocket, so that he can inject Yuan Qi anytime he want and slowly closed his eyes. His mouth was curved a little and small droplets could be seen on his eyes.He drifted into the world of dreams within some moments after which he closed his eyes.

 Chapter 17 - Clash with a lorn beast

    ¡°Chirp ¡­¡­ Chirp ¡­tweet ¡­¡­. tweet ¡­..¡±  chirping of birds could be heard on the dawn of the next day.


    The first rays of sunlight strikes fion¡¯s face as he twitched. He slowly got up from his sleep and stretched his body a little to get rid of all the drowsiness. His expression suddenly turned serious as he immediately checked for the soul tear crystal which is in his pocket. He smiled upon realising that it was there. He injected a bit of his Yuan Qi and subsequently, sounds of lamenting could be heard inside the crystal.


    He meditated a bit and got down from the tree. At that time, fluttering of leaves could be heard and fion immediately alerted himself. He camouflaged in a nearby tree and kept an eye on the area. On spreading his bacterial sense, he can identity that  a martial beast was roaming around the area.


    Fion silently approached the beast so as to get a better view of it, but unfortunately he was spotted. A huge roaring shook the entire forest and it stormed towards fion. The surrounding trees and plants crushed under the charge of the beast. Fion jumped back and settled on a tall tree, after which he got a clear view of the beast. It was a huge red eyed rhino, spanning a height of more than 2 metres having a huge horn of nearly 2 feet, crushing whatsoever on it¡¯s path.


    It caught sight of Fion and immediately charged towards the tree on which he resided. Fion instantly concentrated his Qi and spread through out his whole body .And before the beast could reach him, his figure blurred as he  jumped from the tree and landed on the ground, far away from it. The tree was blown away by it¡¯s tackle and crashed into the nearby trees. The beast shook it¡¯s head  to get rid of the dizziness and stared at the distant fion.


    ¡°phew, that was close ! it¡¯s speed was really fast ¡­ Hmm .. It definitely has to be a lorn beast which was equivalent to an expert  in condensation realm, If so, then  it can breath fire. I have to be more careful ¡± Fion cautioned himself.


    The red eyed rhino when evolved into a lorn beast would have the attribute of fire developed naturally. It¡¯s in their inherent genes and their bacteria would automatically convert Yuan Qi into fire Elemental Qi. A lorn beast¡¯s fire would be very much hotter and more explosive in nature  than the normal fire which one used in household. It was exactly like, how rocks became strengthened very much when Shigi controlled it using his elemental Qi.


    The red eyed rhino was looking at fion, a little bit puzzled. It can realise that fion was an entire realm lower than it, yet his speed was very swift. Since this is the first time it came across such a anomaly, it was bewildered. Suddenly, it¡¯s eyes started glowing  and it spit out a ball of fire. The red heat ball sped towards Fion, scorching the leaves on the plants and trees, surrounding it.


    ¡°Shit ! ¡­ even without a warning ¡­ that¡¯s not fair ¡± Fion dodged to his right and the fireball barely missed him. His robes charred a little on it¡¯s edge. The fireball continued it¡¯s path and blasted into a boulder.


    ¡°¡­ Boom ¡­¡± a  small explosion took place and a  fiery eruption of light and sound sprayed dusty debris into the air. The whole area was greyed out as ashes of burst trees and plants fill the place.


    ¡°That .. was a bit powerful ¡± fion¡¯s line of thought was disrupted by another fireball from the beast. He immediately burst with full power and evaded it. He appeared at another place , bit farther from the beast once again.


    He was already irritated by it¡¯s sudden consecutive attacks,so after regaining his stand, he immediately charged towards the rhino. With fion using his full power, his figure looks like a meteor while he bolted. In response to this, the rhino bellowed and dashed towards Fion. It slightly lowered it¡¯s head  as to strike fion with it¡¯s horn.


    When the two were less than a meter apart, fion sucked dry all of his Yuan Qi in the mitogene cells of his right arm and covered his whole right hand with it. This huge amount of concentration caused a thin layer of Yuan Qi which fluttered like a wave around his arms. He punched with all his might on the horn of the rhino. The impact produced huge sound waves, which shook even the near by area.


    Both retreated backwards more or less  by an equal amount of distance.


    ¡°Ouch ¡­ Ouch ¡­ that hurts ¡­.¡± Fion¡¯s hand numbed and he shook his hand to get rid of the pain. If it was a normal mitogene cultivator facing the impact, all the bones in his right hand would be crushed and he would already be dead.


    On the opposite side, the red eyed rhino stumbled a bit as it try to stabilise itself. It repeatedly shook its head to clear the giddiness. Suddenly, a slight cracking sound could be heard and the red eyed rhino felt it¡¯s horn began to break apart.


    ¡°oooh , it seems i undervalued my strength once again ¡­ muahaha ¡­ that¡¯s what you get for messing with me ¡± Fion laughed evilly to his hearts content.


    For a rhino, it¡¯s horn was it¡¯s pride and it¡¯s strongest weapon, and so when the red eyed rhino realised that it¡¯s horn was broken, it went on a rampage. It¡¯s red eyes turned dark red and the temperature began to rise around the area. It bellowed in rage and stared at Fion, it¡¯s murderous intent startled him.


    ¡°uh-oh , the situation is getting worse ¡­ ¡± fion was on guard and changed his posture into a frontal stance.

    It spat out a serious of fireball from it¡¯s mouth and all were moving towards fion. He dared not face these balls directly since each of them contains deadly explosive power and it can easily injure fion heavily. He throttled at full power and began to evade one fireball after another. He moved so fast that only a blur could be seen the entire time, while  he dodged the fire balls.


    The whole area was filled with fiery eruptions of fire blast and sonic booms. Most of the trees were instantly annihilated and the smell of scorching, filled the atmosphere. It caused a huge wildfire that spread through the near by areas and continued to burn anything in it¡¯s path.


    Luckily, Fion already retreated into a far off distance and watched the destruction from a small hill.


    ¡°Hmm , it can¡¯t even control it¡¯s fire power properly ¡­. may be it should have evolved recently, because of change in moon light. then ¡­ ¡± his thought was cut off midway as fion¡¯s expression turned ugly


    ¡°crap ¡­ why didn¡¯t i think of this earlier ¡­ Amber mountains were famous for it¡¯s huge concentration of vile beasts. So, going by the analogy that all beasts were mutated and evolved after the apocalypse, then ¡­.  ¡± his voice became fainter ¡°all the vile beats should have mutated into lorn beasts already ! ¡±


    ¡°Suddenly, i feel that this area became much more dangerous ¡­ Damn ¡­ now where i can find the vile beasts for the nuclei ¡± fion smacked his fists in the air as he vented out his frustration.


    The red eyed rhino finally discovered fion after searching like a crazy dog and immediately charged towards him. It¡¯s speed was significantly decreased and it¡¯s fiery aura became much weaker. Fion naturally took notice of this


    ¡°It seems the previous barrage of fireball took a heavy stroll on it¡¯s Qi consumption. d''oh, it¡¯s so immature that it even forgot the basics of Qi control ¡­ humph .. i guess it¡¯s only natural from a recently evolved beast ¡± he reasoned the beasts panting and it¡¯s decrease of power.


    ¡°Since it¡¯s like this, let me feel what it¡¯s like to be, killing a lorn beasts  ..hehe¡­  ¡± his mouth curved upwards at the corners into a brilliant smile.


    He once again positioned himself into a frontal stance and concentrated all of his Yuan Qi in his right hand as he formed a fist. He circulated his Qi in a spiral manner around his arms and the air surrounding it trembled violently. Layers of gaseous Qi began emanating from his arm and took the form of a dragon snake as it coiled around his arm.


    What fion was executing was the second secret martial art of Yu Clan and its¡¯ called ¡® Dragon Fist ¡®. Among the two martial arts the Yu clan had, dragon fist was the most difficult to practice, because it requires one¡¯s cell to be very sturdy beyond the limit. Cells would be strengthened only during the plaudit realm and even if one advanced to higher realms, the strength of the cells would remain same, only the amount of Yuan Qi varies.


    Since, a cultivator won¡¯t have much Yuan Qi generated during the plaudit realm, naturally their cells won¡¯t be strengthened that much and almost all of the cultivators won¡¯t bother this, since they can always use their Yuan Qi to protect their body. And there are a few martial arts which requires one¡¯s cells to be much more robust, else their cells would rupture when practicing.


    For fion whom cells were strengthened to the extent that it could compete with a mitogene realm expert while he was only at the plaudit stage, it would be like a breeze. He also practiced this martial art before he lost his bacterial pool, though it ended with him having ruptured his cells before he finally stopped. So, he has a certain amount of expertise over this technique.


    As the transparent Qi spiraled around his arm,  the shape of the dragon snake became much stable as it¡¯s head co-aligned with the fist of Fion. Soon, the air began to swirl around him and the land where he stood cracked under the pressure.


    The red eyed rhino on sensing that fion was executing a deadly martial art, immediately alarmed. It figured that there is no other way to defend itself  other than going all out. It gathered all of his remaining Fire Elemental Qi and concentrated in it¡¯s broken horn. It began to glow and ignite as an intense blaze of fire formed at the tip of it¡¯s broken horn.


    Fion waited until the rhino come inside his striking range. Until then,  he strengthened his fist as much as possible. As the beast neared the hill on which fion stood, he saw the damage done by the beast along  it¡¯s path. It completely crushed and destroyed everything in it¡¯s path, Be it trees or rocks or boulders, it smashed apart everything into smithereens  and thrown the whole locality into chaos.


    After a moment, Fion¡¯s eyes glowed and he jumped into the air. After rising into the air for a few metres and using the momentum gained by the gravity, he dashed into the direction of the rhino  like a meteor descending from the sky onto the ground.

 Chapter 18 - Might of the Dragon Fist

    The red eyed  rhino using all the  momentum from it¡¯s charge , jumped and tackled fion in the air. It¡¯s blazing horn collided with the dragon fist of Fion


    ¡°munch munch¡± sounds of bones breaking could be heard followed by a huge sounds of explosion


    ¡° ¡­ bang bang bang ..¡±


    There was a sudden blinding flash followed by an explosion with  incredible loud noise, and a shockwave that blown away everything in it''s path.


    Both Fion and the red eyed rhino were blown backwards and crashed into a rock and a small ridge respectively. The impact was so powerful that it even caused a small earthquake around the vicinity of the area. The entire region was thrown into chaos as heaps and heaps of beasts escaped from the periphery of the explosion range.


    The rock that fion smashed into, broke apart into pieces  and he was buried under the smithereens.


    ¡°AAAAAAhhh , ***K , ***K,   it hurts ¡­.. hell ¡­¡± Fion was screaming in pain. He gritted his teeth and finally came out of his way  on to the surface under the pile of small rocks and debris.


    What came out was not a human, at least he doesn¡¯t look like one , his whole body was covered in blood, his right arm bones were completed fractured and his whole body was covered with bruises.


    He spit out some of the blood inside his mouth and took 4 cell revital pills from the ring. He swallowed the pills and sat down on the ground.


    ¡°Ouch ¡­. ¡± Even the  simple action of sitting down caused  his body to ache. After some seconds of meditation, his pain subsided a little and he increased his absorption of Qi one step at a time.


    The battle which took place was on a level comparable to  the late phase of the condensation realm experts, especially the last explosion which shook the forest can only be imitated by an expert at the late phase condensation realm expert executing a terrifying martial art. One has to note that be it humans or beasts, who  were at that level can be considered as one of the top tier experts in the minrah kingdom. So, unless it would be a peak lorn beast which was much more powerful than this red eyed rhino, no other beasts would dare to enter the battle zone where fion was currently recovering.


    Since fion was only at the outskirts of the forest, it is extremely unlikely that he would encounter one. Heck, even his encounter with the rhino can only be attuned to his bad luck as these beasts would only roam in the deeper areas of the mountains.


    Complete silence enveloped the whole area for several minutes. There was no beasts nor any human presence around the vicinity except a teen who was sitting in a meditative posture. Milky layers of Yuan Qi covered him, his bruises were already healed and even the blood, which was lost due to bleeding was being  generated by his bone marrows at an incredible rate. The only setback was his right arm was still disabled, though it was also healing at an extremely fast pace. Like fion earlier deducted, this was only possible due to the insane production of Yuan Qi produced by his bacteria to supply for the pills healing effects.


    This rapid pace of healing can only be compared to the healing effects of the top tier heavenly pills of the Bartlen world.Even the Minrah kingdom don¡¯t have a pill which can compete this healing power. These heavenly pills can only be found in much more developed continents and empires spread through out the world.


    ¡°crunch crunch¡± several minutes of pindrop silence was finally broken by the movement of a person. He stretched all of his muscles and exercised the Yu clan¡¯s cultivation method. For fion, any cultivation method would be unnecessary  since his bacteria were powerful enough such that if one compared the absorption and production of Yuan Qi of these bacteria with any cultivation method, it would simply be a disgrace. The reason he still exercised was because it can regulate the flow of Yuan Qi within his body much better than any regular exercises.


    ¡°Haaa , much better now ¡­ still, my right arm feels a bit sore ¡± Fion finally returned to his optimum state in a mere hour.


    He concentrated his senses and found that the surroundings were devoid of any life. With a slight movement, he instantly appeared near the ridge where the rhino crashed. After clearing some of the rocks and boulders, he caught sight of the red eyed rhino¡¯s fate.


    ¡°Hoho, i didn¡¯t thought that my fist would be this powerful ¡­ my body was strengthened beyond my expectations ¡± Fion chuckled a bit


    The red eyed rhino¡¯s head was completely crushed with it¡¯s skull broken into various bits. Other than this, there was no other severe injuries on it¡¯s body. It¡¯s only obvious that crashing into the ridge won¡¯t cause any life threatening damage to it¡¯s body, since it was so sturdy. The reason it¡¯s head was completely crushed was because it¡¯s skull was already shattered by Fion¡¯s dragon fist.


    He punctured a hole in it¡¯s body and grabbed the nucleus of the beast. It was a small black coloured ball with dark red lines outlined along it¡¯s surface. Fion was holding the ball of nuclei which barely fits inside his palm. He had mixed feelings regarding this nuclei.

    Unlike vile beasts nuclei which was used for creating mitogenes, lorn beasts nuclei¡¯s only usage was for making bacteria converting Yuan Qi into elemental Qi. In this red eyed rhino¡¯s case , it can be used to convert Yuan Qi into fire elemental Qi.


    Various ideas fiddled around in fion¡¯s head and after some  moments of deep thought, a sloppy idea finally came to his mind.


    ¡°Can i use this nuclei to generate mitogenes ¡­ NO! that¡¯s absurdly stupid ¡­ but  ¡­ but i can try at least once right ? Ahhh , now i really regret having no knowledge in alchemy ¡± Fion was trying hard to convince himself. It was because of his unwavering confidence in his bacteria. After all, these bacteria caused one miracle after another so much that it made a perpetual influence on fion¡¯s heart. Hence, he once again placed all his hopes on his bacterial pool.


    The reason behind fion¡¯s regret was because when one starts to learn alchemy, he would naturally came to know about various chemical elements and it¡¯s compositions. If fion knows alchemy, he can at least know when things are going wrong during the process and prevent any misfortunes.


    After Fion made up his mind, he took out a bowl from his ring along with several red autumn pellets. Since he don¡¯t know how much pills he would have to use for a lorn beasts nuclei, he took a handful of them and crushed them into a fine powder. Then, he crushed the nuclei and added a little amount of water. This mixture was a little different than a vile beast nuclei mixture as it had traces of dark red colour in it. When he sprinkled the powdered red autumn pills, a foul smell began to form and layers of gases could be seen evaporating from the mixture.


    After several moments, the nucleolus paste was finally formed. He noticed that not much vapours rise out of the mixture after it¡¯s reaction with red autumn pellets. It can only mean that not much bacteria were killed during the process and huge amount of bacteria were still present in the mixture. He still remembered the scene that his bacteria hunted the invading bacteria from vile beasts during the mitogene formation process. So, he placed all the hopes on his bacteria and readied himself to apply the paste.


    ¡° ¡­ here goes nothing ¡­ ¡° fion with a steady resolve took the paste and smeared it over his body. Little by little, he smeared and after a few moments, he fully applied the paste to whole of his body. Surprisingly, even after several minutes after fion applied the paste, he didn¡¯t notice any change in his body nor any movement from his bacteria


    ¡°It seems this time, i over expected a little ¡­alas ¡­ i wasted a lorn beasts nuclei .. dammit  ¡­ Damn ..¡± Fion yelled some words to overcome his depression. He even kicked and punched what ever he saw near him as he took out his anger on any poor thing he came across.


    After several moments, he finally calmed down. He regulated his breathing and surveyed his surroundings.


    ¡°Well, let bygones be bygones, now i have to find another place where vile beasts would be numerous , but first i have to get out of this damn mountain range ¡± fion mumbled as frustration could still be found from his words


    Fion jumped into the tree and climbed all his way upto the top. From there, he looked around to determine the right direction for getting out of this mountain range. Suddenly, his body begins to burn and a scorching sensation invaded him..


    ¡° *** Mother of bacteria,  what ¡­.AAhhhhh . . . . happening to me ¡± Fion cried out in pain. He sat on one of the branches and gritted his teeth, withstanding the pain as much as possible.


    Fion¡¯s eyes suddenly widened as he noticed an unusual yet familiar phenomena happening inside his body.


    ¡°Finally, haha  ¡­ these bacteria are really  ¡­. ¡± Fion laughed like a mad man. Even though the pain still continued, his mind was lost elsewhere as he became completely immune to it.

 Chapter 19 - Huge Leap in Strength

    Fion carefully observed the changes in his body, especially in the parts where the nucleolus paste were applied. The foreign bacteria were terrified of fion¡¯s bacteria as he hoped before and a huge massacre followed. Fion¡¯s different kinds of bacteria devoured the invader as he observed the battle in amazement.


    The nucleolus from the paste were absorbed by  some of his bacteria and started forming a chemical reaction. Literally the next moment,  large number of  mitogenes were formed and successfully assimilated into his cells.


    He noticed that the size of the mitogenes produced was the same as that when vile beasts nuclei was used, he assumed that this has to be the highest possible quality of mitogenes a bacteria could produce. But one significant difference is that number of mitogenes produced per bacteria was many times higher than using vile nuclei.


    It¡¯s already been some minutes and nearly all of the nucleolus were successfully absorbed by the bacteria. Fion still sat on the tree branch withstanding the pain. He was lost in thought as he was trying hard to guess the reason for the sudden activation of the bacteria.


    ¡°Could it be  ¡­Hmmm¡­ i know that when a condensation stage expert try to absorb the lore beasts nucleolus paste with his bacteria to produce elemental Qi, they have to fulfil certain requirements to initiate the process. For water elemental Qi, they had to be within a mist or under the water to successfully initiate the process, For earth  they have to be covered in special volcanic ashes or eat certain pills made from special plants, Like wise for converting Yuan Qi into Fire elemental Yuan Qi, they had to bathe in sunlight for extended period of time   ¡±


    ¡°  Damn ¡­i  overlooked this detail .. Even then, i had to sit for many hours to initiate the process normally but now ¡­ i only had been exposed to sunlight for some moments and this happened ¡± Fion was smiling as he thought of yet another miracle of his bacteria.


    ¡°But i am only forming mitogenes and i am not even at condensation realm, so why i also had to meet this criteria ¡­ huh ? ¡± Suddenly his thoughts were cut apart by another heaven defying phenomena.


    He noticed that the bacteria which absorbed the lore beasts nucleolus was producing a different type of Yuan Qi. It absorbs the atmospheric Qi normally like any other bacteria but the generated Yuan Qi was fiery red and blazing in nature. He instantly figured that this was the Fire elemental Yuan Qi.


    As soon as he realised this, his mind went blank as he opened his mouth wide and stood as motionless as a statue. All the previous miracles brought out by the bacteria was just an extreme enhancement in the path of cultivation. Taking the size of Mitogenes for example, only it¡¯s size and quality were enhanced to the extreme level, still it is just a mitogene. Since the ancient times, only a condensation realm cultivator can use his bacteria to generate Elemental Qi, but the process which happened now is simply a new revolution in the cultivation process.


    Neither it¡¯s been heard of even in the legends nor the mere thought of this process where a mitogene cultivator can generate Elemental Qi arose in any one¡¯s imagination.


    Fion finally awoke when he realised that all of the nucleolus paste were successfully absorbed by the bacteria. He noticed that nearly 23% of all his cells formed mitogenes in them as he advanced from entry phase into early phase of the mitogene realm. From this, he inferred that a single lorn beast nuclei can be used to made mitogenes for about 10 % of his cells.


    He also saw that there were still numerous kinds of bacteria, producing normal Yuan Qi and delighted upon the finding.


    ¡°Yahoo, i still have various kinds of bacteria, this means i can absorb nucleolus paste if different elemental lorn beasts and can generate different elemental Qi ¡­ Holy mother of bacterias ¡­ If so, ¡­. then  will i even have a decent opponent to battle in the future ¡± Fion made a dejected face.


    If some one saw this, they would immediately vomit a mouthful of blood, since they could easily saw that fion was just acting as being sad. He couldn¡¯t even contain the smile as it was revealing explicitly on his face.


    This encounter made fion powerful beyond belief. He clenched his fists and felt the power of Yuan Qi stored in billions of mitogenes in his cells. With 23% of his cells formed mitogenes, he can now increase his control of his immense bacterial pool to 11% without overloading his cells.  In comparison to his previous control limit of 8%, it is a substantial increase. Among these 11% of bacteria, nearly 2% were producing Fire elemental Qi.


    One have to note that 2% of fion¡¯s bacterial pool was about nearly 20 billion bacteria. Even if you take the most talented and powerful person in the history of the world, he should have some hundred millions in his body. If that person was at peak of condensation realm and all of his bacteria was producing Elemental Qi, the total amount should still be less than fion¡¯s bacterial capacity now.


    It¡¯s only because bacterias themselves don¡¯t have the capability to store Yuan Qi and the fact that it can be stored only in cells had somewhat prevent fion from being a freak. Still, with this insane amount of Yuan Qi regeneration, he can fill the mitogenes in his cells  with Yuan Qi almost instantaneously when depleted.

    But his nearly cheat like talented body doesn¡¯t end with this, Each of his mitogene¡¯s capacity was at least hundred times greater than that of the capacity of an average cultivator mitogene. On average, a human be it a normal human or a cultivator would have nearly 37 trillion cells in their body. Since fion converted 23% of his cells , there would be about 8 trillion cells  having mitogenes in it. Now, multiplying this amount of cells  with 100 which is the ratio of his mitogenes storage capacity compared to ordinary one, fion now has  800 trillion mitogenes capacity of normal cultivators.


    Even if a peak mitogene expert converted nearly all of his cells to form mitogenes, it would only come around 37 trillion mitogenes. Comparing this number with the earlier analogy, one can conclude that fion would be at least 25 times more powerful than a peak mitogene expert.

    ¡°Now let me test the power of my fire Qi¡± Like always, fion was much excited  to test out his new powers. He spread out his right hand and closed his eyes as he concentrated on bringing out his Fire Qi.


    After a moment, the temperature near the area of his right hand began to rise rapidly before finally forming a fire blaze. Fion opened his eyes and saw the red raging flames which formed in front of his right hand palm, ready to ravage anything in it¡¯s path.


    Fion released the blaze as it flew like a meteor and hit the debris where the red eyed rhino was buried. An explosion resembling a mushroom cloud of fire which was slightly less powerful than that which formed during the final clash with the rhino occurred. It completely disintegrated the red eyed rhino into ashes and even burnt the rocks to a semi molten state.


    Fion was  using his Yuan Qi to protect himself, while watching the destructive power of his Fire Qi. He was gaped in astonishment since it was even more powerful than the fire Qi attacks by the red eyed rhino. But considering the rate of production of Fire Qi  by the bacteria and the huge storage capability of the cell¡¯s mitogenes, he concluded that this was only natural.


    ¡°Now i had another trump card up my sleeve but i should avoid using this power as much as possible until i reach the condensation realm¡± Fion knew how much chaos and commotion it would cause, if the cultivation world learnt of Fion¡¯s ability.  If that happens, he would definitely be targeted by the people who coveted his bacterial pool.


    ¡°My strength was rising at an extremely rapid pace. It seems my revenge will also be much quicker ¡­ hehe ¡­ i can¡¯t wait for that day ¡± Fion¡¯s face changed instantly as murderous aura enveloped him.


    Then he turned his head and stared in the direction where Shigi¡¯s body was laid. He made a slight movement as he disappeared form the area where he was previously standing.


    Within some moments, fion arrived at the location where shigi¡¯s body was laid down. He saw that the corpse was already beginning to decay and rot away.


    ¡°Even beasts don¡¯t want to eat your corpse ¡­ ¡± Fion spit at the corpse. Then he brought his hands forward in the direction of the corpse and a small blazing ball of flame formed. With Fion¡¯s control, it blasted into Shigi¡¯s body and completely annihilated the latter¡¯s corpse into ashes. Not even the bones remain and thus, the chapter of a prestigious elder of the mighty Yu Clan came to an end.


    Fion thought for a while after which he put his hands in his pockets and injected Yuan Qi into the soul tear crystal. An evil grin gradually came into existence on his face as he murmured


    ¡°I hope the manly elder can show his manliness a little more ¡± he told to Shigi¡¯s soul inside the crystal. Immediately, sounds of crying and screaming containing ultimate despair fell on fion¡¯s ears. These cries were like a sweet song for fion¡¯ ear as he listened to it for some time.


    ¡°haha, i wish you have a nice time with these ladies. Well, See you at the evening ¡± Fion told his wishes scornfully and retreated back his consciousness from the crystal.


    ¡°Now, what can i do next ..Hmmm ¡­ may be ¡­ i would look for some Lorn beasts along the periphery of these mountain ranges¡± Fion decided and began to traverse the outskirts. He know that going  deeper in to the mountain range would be pure suicidal , as he may encounter more powerful lorn beasts, and even some higher realm beasts.

 Chapter 20 - Encounter with humans

    As fion traversed the outskirts of the Amber mountains, he encountered two lorn beasts. One  was a grey hedge hog which was at early phase, having the land attribute Elemental Qi. It strength rivals that of Yu clan¡¯s elder Shigi, and it¡¯s control over earth elements even exceeds the latter. But, after the massive power up that fion recently undergone, the hog cannot match up to fion neither in speed nor in strength. It was crushed by the former in a single kick,after which fion took the nuclei and stored it in his ring.


    The second lorn beast, he encountered was a little bit tricky, which was a mountain boar. It was also a land attributed Elemental Qi and it¡¯s at middle phase of the realm but the reason fion found it difficult to kill was because of the beast¡¯s overwhelming speed. Generally, some beasts have some special traits depending upon their species and familia. Like red eyed rhino for example, even though it is a fire attribute beast, it was also famous for it¡¯s defensive trait and it¡¯s body have one of the toughest scales protecting several important parts of the beast.


    Likewise, the mountain boar had the special trait of super speed. These beasts were generally unmatched in speed by any other beasts in the same realm and attribute type except a very few. Initially, when fion encountered the beast, the latter only thought of fion as a weakling because of his lower cultivation realm and exchanged several blows with him. In that few crossing of blows, it discovered that fion was beyond ordinary and since then, it only focused on defending itself and tried to  escape from  fion as much as possible. So, When ever fion tried to deliver a finishing blow, it would evade it one way or an another.


    The cat and mouse chase continued for several minutes before fion finally pushed the beast into a  corner of the hill. Even then, it tired to escape by climbing the hill, but fion quickly executed the Yu clan¡¯s Martial art ¡®Dragon breath¡¯. Since the beast was so focused on climbing the hill, it didn¡¯t see the incoming  arrow a bit sooner and couldn¡¯t evade in time. Finally, the Almost solid arrow made of Yuan Qi pierced through the beast body, thus killing it instantly. Fion collected the nuclei from the  beast before finally storing it in the space ring.


    Now fion has three space rings of which two were from the leader of Silver eagle group and Shigi respectively. He neither used nor wore Shigi¡¯s ring as it has the design of twin dragons entwining each other, which is Yu clan¡¯s emblem and it can lead to unexpected problems. Like always, he only stored the valuable items in his own ring and  now two more nuclei beasts were stored in it.


    He even thought of improving his strength further since he now has two lorn beasts nuclei, but let it slide on account of the fact that he just had a major power up and whether his body can handle another major increase in strength in a short time with out any backlashes. He decided to wait for another 4 days before forming more mitogenes.


    ¡° I guess there won¡¯t be many lorn beasts on the borders of these mountains. But i can¡¯t go any deeper since the beasts were already stronger along the border, there was no need to guess the strength of them inside the mountains HUH! ¡± While fion was lost in thoughts, he suddenly heard the sound of humans.


    It was the second time he was encountering humans after entering the forest. If Shigi was not counted as a natural encounter then this will be the first time he came across humans. He hesitated whether to reveal himself or to avoid them altogether. At that instant, he heard a loud voice


    ¡°Who is it ? Come out and show yourself !¡± fion stumbled a bit since the other party easily found him and  that even the voice had a certain amount of power backing it. Since he didn¡¯t know anything about  the other humans, he decided not to take any risks and moved forward to reveal himself.


    Fion carefully analysed the opposite group members and their strength. To his surprise, there was an Yu Clan elder along with them.


    ¡°Hmm , 3 teens of which two were males and one female, an old aged expert ..  i guess the strong voice should be his ¡­ and  two middle aged man ¡­ their strength ¡­ should be around mid phase condensation realm and finally the Yu Clan elder ¡­ really a diverse group ¡­ but why is an Yu Clan elder tagging along with them ¡±


    ¡°Excluding the Yu Clan elder and the female teen, all of them wore a blue coloured robe having different flower patterns in it. And the three young teens were particularly outstanding in their attire. One of the male  was long and thin with deep brown eyes, with long hair and handsome face wearing a head band. The other male was a healthy young man with white skin, revealing his forehead. He wore a simple traditional costume with only his robe which was particularly outstanding.His whole demeanour was very composed and very amiable. The only female teen was very slender with slim waist and green energetic eyes, having a cute face with  smooth flowing black hair that stopped at her waist. She wore a light blue gown which was imprinted with exquisite designs of flowers¡±. With a glance, fion could tell that these teens should be young masters of some clan.


    At the same time, the opposite party members were also shocked by fion¡¯s stature and strength. They saw that fion was only an early phase mitogene realm cultivator and  he came alone treading into the forest.  From his dress, they can infer that his background must be very ordinary .That moment, the only female of the group suddenly spoke


    ¡°humph, a dumbass who don¡¯t even know his own limits and came for his death ¡± she coldly snorted and turned away her head.


    When fion heard this, he was pissed off, but he knows that he has to control his anger and not let his emotions get the better of him. First is he didn¡¯t know the full strength of the opposite party especially the old geezer. Secondly, he guessed that these people should be from a clan, which was far more powerful than Yu Clan. And lastly, he full well know the temperament of these young masters and didn¡¯t want to initiate a meaningless life or death duel over this simple matter.So, he acted as if he didn¡¯t even heard it.

While we were traversing along the forest hunting beasts, suddenly a red eyed rhino came out of no where and attacked us. During the escape, i got separated from my martial brothers and was roaming the forest alone. It was my luck that i didn¡¯t encounter any powerful beasts , else ..¡± fion stopped his words and acted as if he was trembling in fear of even mentioning about it.


    ¡°Humph ,  a lucky bastard ¡± the teen wearing the headband sneered at fion to which the latter smiled as if he didn¡¯t bother.


    At that time, the old geezer stepped  forward and asked fion ¡°Say, when did you split up with your brothers ? ¡±


    Fion twitched his lips in secret before replying ¡°just this morning, about some 6 hours earlier when a rhino ambushed our group¡±


    Hearing this, the old man sized up fion as if he was scanning every part of his body.Fion naturally know how to act and faked his expressions, showing fear in his face.


    Fion suddenly noticed that not only this geezer but a teen was also staring at him. It was the teen who wore simple traditional clothing. ¡°Tsk How did i end up in this situation ¡­. Even though ,my reason and acting was not perfect, it hope it should be enough just to confuse them¡±


    Abruptly, the teen who was staring at him walked towards fion.  He held out his hands  and asked fion ¡°Can you give me your space ring ? Don¡¯t worry, i won¡¯t take anything from you ¡­just felt like wanted to see ¡±


    Veins began to protrude on fion¡¯s hands as he looked deeply at the teen.  The teen looked gentle yet mysterious and fion felt like he was staring into a deep well as he can¡¯t read a bit about the former¡¯s expression.


    Fion without any hesitation handed over the ring to the young master who used his sense and connected with the ring. Then,  the young master began to take out all the materials inside the space ring of fion.


    All the things which were taken out were completely ordinary and were necessary items needed while traveling in a forest. On seeing this, the eyes of the youth fluttered a little before returning to the normal gentle mode.


    ¡°Is it only my imagination or ¡­¡± the youth deeply stared at all the items which gave a impression that he was analysing the things,but in reality he was deep in thought.


    He had suspected fion from the beginning when he said that he travelled alone. What surprised him was fion¡¯s lack of emotions when he discovered the presence of humans. Normally, a person would exclaim in joy in his situation but he even tried to ran away and only after the old man spoke, he came before them.


    Next is his cultivation, which was at early phase of mitogene realm. Even though it¡¯s not much, but considering his age , his talent should be  comparable to even some of the average geniuses in a large clan. It would be impossible for him to gain this strength when he was in a mercenary group which he didn¡¯t even hear of. On the other hand, if he had amazing talent, he should already have been recruited by some clans as an inner disciple.


    Next is his space ring. Just wearing one symbolises that the person was not ordinary. Even in famous and powerful mercenary groups, only the leader and may be some more important person would wore such a ring, since space ring was extremely costly. And in these groups, they would only use space ring for storing valuable items, and that¡¯s why the youth specifically asked fion for his space ring. But in fion¡¯s case, even though he was only a junior , he has one and it has simply ordinary things which one can even carry in a pouch or a bag. If it was a huge clan, they wouldn¡¯t bother much but for a mercenary group, space rings are invaluable and here it was completely wasted on fion.


    At the time, the Yu Clan elder had different thoughts ¡°This fella  ¡­. is he from Shi clan as a spy ¡­ but he is too talented to be wasted as a spy ¡­ considering his talent, he should be one of the top five geniuses in the clan, so there was no way that Shi clan would send him as a spy. Then if he really is a mercenary, and with his talent, he should be having a great influence in the group ¡­. Hmm ..no wonder he has a space ring ¡­ then ¡­ haha ¡± the old elder grinned evilly.


    The Yu clan elder finished his thoughts and finally spoke ¡° Hello fella, i am an elder of the Yu Clan. It is my duty to protect the people of the Yu province , so don¡¯t worry, i will safely take you to the near by village¡±. His eyes glittered and his expression resembles a person who had found a great treasure.


    Both fion and the teen sneered at the same time. They both had easily figured out the reason as to why the elder was being gentle towards the former. ¡°This old fox actually wants to recruit me into Yu Clan  ¡­ pst ¡­. well, i would return to Yu Clan eventually but not as a member but ¡­.. hehe ¡­. until then  ¡­Dream on¡± Fion played out very well and hid his expressions. He cupped his hands in respect and acted excitedly as if he was truly saved from a great danger. Even tears began to swell in his eyes.

 Chapter 21 - Peng Clan

    When the teen saw fion¡¯s gesture, he stumbled. Even though it seemed sincere, it lacked meaning  and in a certain sense, it looked as if he was mocking the elder. He smiled a bit as he thought of certain resemblances between him and fion.


    ¡°Even though, he showed enough evidence and looked innocent, this feeling ¡­. i am sure he is hiding something ¡­ well, let¡¯s see how long you can cover your tracks  ¡± he grinned. He looked at fion and spoke in a gentle tone.


    ¡°Brother, i apologise for the inconvenience. It¡¯s just that i thought you were some spy or something and now i guess it must be my imagination. i hope there won¡¯t be any enmity between us due to this¡±


    ¡° ¡­.. And, by the way, my name¡¯s Raul  and i really  hope to get along with the brother in future¡±  he chuckled a bit and went back to his group.


    These words earned a disdain from the other two teens among the group.


    Fion scoffed at Raul¡¯s words. ¡°Does he really take me for a fool ? but we will see in the end who outwit whom in the end¡±.


    After that, everyone ignored fion as if he didn¡¯t exist there excluding the Yu Clan elder and Raul. With the assistance of the elder, fion joined the group.Now the group has one more member and with fion, they travelled along the forest.


    Along the way, fion noticed that even this group were also traversing only the periphery of the forest. He saw the Yu Clan elder, who was lost in thoughts. Fion exactly can guess what he would be thinking.


    The Yu Clan elder was already smiling from ear to ear occasionally. In Yu Clan, excluding Fion and Lainshu, there were no great geniuses. Even the third most talented child  in the Yu clan, who was the elder brother of Lianshu was only a late phase mitogene expert and his age neared twenties.So, the clan suffered a huge setback because of this, now imagine if he suddenly announced that he recruited a genius such as fion, then his reputation inside the clan would increase by a large margin.


    ¡° He  really was dreaming about his future. Humph!  well if it¡¯s like this, let¡¯s milk out some information about the people here ¡± Fion thought and moved closer to the Yu Clan elder.


    ¡°Respected Senior, May i know the elder¡¯s name ¡± Fion opened his conversation with a general topic.


    Seeing fion with a respectable attitude, the Yu Clan  elder naturally showed a kind smile.


    ¡°Remember fion, My name¡¯s Baonim,  i am a leader of one of the branch family of Yu Clan ¡± The Yu Clan elder said with pride


    Fion nearly chuckled at the elder¡¯s words who was clearly bragging about himself. He know how members of the branch family would be treated among the clan. They were basically no less than servants to the Main Family. Given an elder¡¯s status, they naturally didn¡¯t need to accompany any guests. The only reason Boanim was here was because he was from the branch family of the clan.


    ¡°Respected Senior is truly a powerful person ¡± Fion looked at the elder in reverence which further pleased Baonim. From the side, chuckling of raul could be heard.


    ¡°Damn that guy ¡­ is he trying to expose me ¡± Fion had a headache as he thought of the matter.


    ¡°Respected Senior, Where are we going now ?  i mean ¡­  Are we going to hunt beasts or return to village ¡± Fion courteously asked.


    ¡° Why ?  You want to fight beasts ¡­ haha .. lads these days, truly don¡¯t fear anything. We have been here since two days and  our guests from the peng clan had enough training in the Amber mountains. So we are returning to Lochel  village now ¡± Baonim patiently explained


    ¡°peng clan  huh !¡± fion rumbled his head as he searched for information regarding the peng clan


    ¡°Ah, that¡¯s it .. the peng clan, ruler of the Peng province which was the 5th most powerful province in the Minrah kingdom ¡­ well, that¡¯s not a concern for me and regarding the destination ¡±


    ¡°Lochel Village! it was also my destination after hunting several lorn beasts, but now i am leaving too early ¡­ tsk ¡­ i only got two nuclei and ¡­¡±


    ¡°  ¡­ how can i get out of this weird group ¡­arghhh ¡­ damn my luck, where are you !¡± fion cried in his heart. What should have been a nice training and hunting session was completely overturned into a situation, surrounded by weirdos and stupids.


    They travelled for about an hour before finally stopping at a place, when they saw the tracks of a large snake. It¡¯s scales were deeply etched on the ground. Even the width of the track in the ground was a metre wide. So,there was no need to guess about it¡¯s length. Along the track, several trees were overrun by the snake as it left a trail going deep into the forest.


    The Yu clan elder approached the old man amongst the group ¡°Senior flotopple, What should we do ? ¡± This question clearly shows fion who¡¯s incharge here.


    While these two old man were discussing, Raul  came near fion and initiated a conversation ¡°So brother Fion, can you tell me more about yourself ? i suddenly had a premonition  that your life story would be interesting ¡±


    Fion slightly chuckled as he thought in his mind ¡°haha, you really want to know about me huh ¡­well, if i really tell you my story, i am sure you would label me on the same category as the Yu Clan elder .. but this time i think your thought was right on. My story really was most mysterious and certainly be extremely interesting¡±


    His thought was suddenly interrupted by a sweet voice. ¡°Brother, can you give me some steam leafed pills. My mitogenes are already filled with Yuan Qi,so i am going to form more mitogenes and increase my cultivation a bit ¡± The only female teen of the group approached the duo of fion and raul.


    Raul¡¯s expression fluttered and his whole posture turned extremely gentle as he showed delight in his face. But fion¡¯s expression turned into one of envy. Apart from red autumn pills, there are other powerful pills which can be used to form nucleolus and kill bacteria. Among these, steam leafed pills were one of the costliest and more potent pills.


    ¡°Really ? then, congrats my sister ! ¡­ You are only 15 and yet  you are going to breakthrough to the mid phase of the Mitogene realm hmmm, if it¡¯s like this, then when you aged past 18 and with your increase in cultivation, i have to search really hard for an appropriate suitor to you ¡­ now you are adding another worry to your big brother¡¯s life ¡±


    When she heard the praise, she blushed a little and immediately after, her face beamed with pride. Raul took some steam leafed pills from his space ring and gave it to his sister.


    ¡°When the time comes, i have to trouble big brother then¡± having said that, she took the pills and went to the other side without a single glance at fion. it was like she ignored the existence of fion the whole time.


    ¡°Wow, i just now saw the live version of how a young lady of a clan gets spoiled. i know these arrogant young masters attitude was because of the pampering by their family but seeing it up close ¡­ it¡¯s really something¡± fion inwardly sneered.


    Since fion was always a solitude person, he didn¡¯t bother with all the praises and bragging about himself told by others. He know that this attitude would one day became a doom for the arrogant young masters.


    Looking at the fion who was in deep thought, raul grinned evilly and placed his hands on fion¡¯s shoulders. This startled fion as he immediately came back to his senses.


    ¡°Brother fion, She is my sister ¡° liflower ¡±, and  ¡­. hehe ¡­. if you really want to have a chance at her, you have to reach condensation realm before 18 or at least peak of mitogene realm. Then only i can consider you as one of the suitors.¡± raul advised fion as he winked at him.


    Fion gritted his teeth as he tried hard to contain his anger ¡°This guy clearly knows how to piss me off ¡­ When did i ever got interested in her ¡­ what¡¯s more important is your sister¡¯s talent is only above average level but you want  a person reaching condensation realm before 18 to be a suitor,  Even if one count the number of persons achieving this in the entire kingdom , it won¡¯t exceed five ¡­Dream on dear elder brother ¡­  i guess you want your sister to be the next Availy ¡­ ¡°

    Availy was an extremely beautiful women who lived in Minrah Kingdom several hundred years back. She didn¡¯t marry nor had affair with any men as she repeated told to all her pursuers that she would only marry the most powerful person in the continent and waited for several decades. Since a person who stood at peak of martial arts would not bother himself with worldly pleasures, she didn¡¯t got any marriage requests from any powerful experts at that time. Her cultivation level was not high and so she aged very quickly as her beauty faded away in time. Eventually, she died without marrying anyone as her tale began to spread and told through generations.


    What fion meant was that if a person can reach condensation realm before 18,  then he would have a great talent and his future would be very prosperous. That person can even get engaged with young ladies of the royal family. More over, Peng clan was only 5th most powerful clan in the kingdom and didn¡¯t have that much influence  when comparing with royal clan. If so, then why would anyone show an interest in marrying his sister when they had huge prospects ahead of them.


    Fion sat on a nearby rock without saying anything to raul and closed his eyes as he began to meditate. Even though it has no use since all his mitogenes were already filled with Yuan Qi, it soothes his mind and thus, he meditate whenever possible.


    Several minutes passed as the two old man had finally made a decision.


    ¡°Regarding the lorn beast ¡± the old geezer of Peng clan started his speech which immediately gathered everyone¡¯s attention including fion who opened his eyes and looked at the former in silent.


    ¡°I am not sure whether this is a black tongued python or a green dotted viper. If it¡¯s the former, then we have no problem passing through the region and even hunting it since it is only an earth attributed type but if it¡¯s the latter, we would abandon this route and go through a different one¡± his indifferent voice fell on everyone¡¯s ear.


    Fion¡¯s expression flickered when he heard that the name ¡®green dotted viper¡¯. It is a relatively rare species and had the unique attribute of poison. In the entire world, beasts having earth attribute were common and spread through out every region. The next relatively common beasts were of water attribute which one can find almost in any areas having large amounts of water. Beasts having air attribute were also as common as water attributed beasts but they live only on high altitudes so hunting them was a bit difficult and were considered rarer.


    The most rare attributed type beast among the major four elements of world was fire attributed beasts. For every 20 lorn beasts of earth attributed type, there would be a single fire attributed beast. And the most rarest of beasts were those which had unique attributed and variation elemental Qi  like poison, ice, magma, metal, thunder etc and there were even legendary beasts having attributes like aura,space and time. Of course, these legendary beasts exist only in stories and there had been no clear evidence of their presence or sight through out the history of the world of bartlen.


    So, every person would crave for nuclei of lorn beasts having unique elemental Qi. For fion, who has different kinds of bacteria, this is a temptation which he cannot resist


    ¡°Hmm, if it¡¯s really a green dotted python, then i would have to slip away from this group as soon as possible ¡± fion made a resolution.


    After everyone nodded in approval, the group began to follow the trail of the snake.  All along the way, the surroundings were awfully quiet which gave an eerie feeling to the members of the group. The whole path was filled with broken trees and deformed land.


    liflower retracted back and came near the old geezer of the Peng clan Flotopple . And, other teens also followed suit.  He lovingly gazed at the teens and made a Yuan Qi shield enveloping the three teens.


    Fion¡¯s expression flickered when he saw this scene. Memories of mother slightly resurfaced and tears began to swell on his eyes. Since his mother is the one and only person in the whole world who loved him as he is, it became his greatest weakness to break apart his emotions.But he quickly retracted back his memories and regained his stern and calm posture.


    Suddenly, fion stopped almost at the same time Flotopple stopped his movement and everyone followed him as they came to a halt. Flotopple walked forward slowly and silently in small steps. Everyone does the same and proceeded with utmost caution. The pathway seemed to came to an end as they came across a small valley.


    ¡°Beautiful¡± exclaimed Liflower appreciating the serene beauty of the valley between the ridge of mountains. It was filled with colourful and lustrous flowers. She proceeded to walk forward and plucked a star shaped flower after which she put it in her hair. This only adds to her cuteness as she enjoyed herself the company of these flowers.


    Raul came near fion and whispered slowly ¡° Hey, i will tell you a secret on account of our friendship , Another way to have her hand in marriage is to make her fall in love with you. And the only way   to impress her is by gifting valuable flowers. She really loves flowers and if you manage to pluck the wisdom flower which is at the top of the small hill over there and gift it to her, then there is a slight possibility that she may have a normal impression towards you ¡±


    Fion gave a strange look at Raul which had an implied meaning of ¡°Are you really her brother ? ¡±. He was shocked that raul was giving ideas to hit on his own sister. While thinking of that, he  looked at the wisdom flower at the top of the distant hill. His expression was as reserved as ever  as he turned around and walked towards the Yu Clan elder.


    Raul grinned at the  nonchalant attitude of fion and followed behind him with different ideas in his mind. Abruptly, a huge roar shook the heavens after which a series of howls and cries immediately followed. The face of all the persons turned grim and pale in fright and extreme fear. Immediately Flotopple made a bubble of Yuan Qi which envelops the young masters of the peng clan,  as he retreated back into the forest with lightning speed bringing the bubble with him. The two middle aged man  and even the Yu Clan elder does the same, throttled at full speed and quickly  disappeared into the forest.


    Fion was standing there without any movement and as still as a statue. Infact, he very much want to run away as soon as possible, but he figured out that this is the best situation to get rid of this pesky group. As for the huge roar, fion confirmed that it has to be an outcry of an animal above the realm of a lorn beast.
