Reach level 200 and you will look the same, or get summoned to a different worlds for about 1000 times or more? I lost count. From Earth for the last 131 years i''ve been the only one getting summoned and what can i say? The first 1 or 2 times are hard. I nearly got killed by freaking rabbits.. Can you even imagine that? A rabbit with a horn chasing after you trying to stab you? The 3rd and 4th time were kinda hard but not as the first 2 times and at that time i was still filled with the will to helps the helpless Kingdoms but sadly after getting the Lesser Immortal level stage it simply became easy and tiresome. And after reaching the Middle Immortal stage? Well after that it simply became really, really annoying. I think there are about 13 times that i just simply destroyed the Kingdom for it''s arrogance. I have to admit that there were times where i was brainwashed that all the races other then humanity were bad.... And that was only for like 3 summons. So yea... This is pretty much my curse... I travel from world to world saving it. A brave and honorable thing to do right? NO! You simply do the same shit over and expect to be done with it only for it to happen again. There is no freaking happy ending! The worlds that i saved get it, but i don''t! I even wept and begged the Gods of the worlds im summoned in to not send me back but they just do it anyway. I''ve wasted 131 years of my life doing nothing! I even tried not doing anything when i''m summoned but the Gods will find a way to make me do it every time. No lover, no family, no idea about my relatives or i simply just can''t even approach them, i have no attachment to any world any longer. I just want to start anew. And that''s pretty much what happened. In the past 2 months i''ve bought a house and got accepted into the Sky Academy. One of the worlds best. Can you guess what happens next? On my first day of going there something happened. Something that shocked me. Sitting in my chair in the classroom, the first class of the term. We''re all introducing ourselves and when i came to me to introduce my self suddenly blinding light shone all around us. The reason behind me being shocked? The 12 mages that were sitting down started chanting all in unison. After 5 minutes or so in the middle of the pentagon dark light started to appear. -Termin: Haha! See that Tilo! I told yo it would work!- After another 10 minutes the dark light got bigger and the space around it started to tear. The dark light suddenly blinded the entire room and the chanting stopped. Black eyes and was around 1,90 cm tall. The youth looked no older then 18 and he clearly looked human, no demon trait on him whatsoever. Even the youth became shocked... He started looking around and started speaking. -Youth: What the hell? Demons? I was summoned by demons? Well.. This is a first. And where are the others? Hey, you there, I suppose you''re the Demon Lord, right? What happened to the other 25 that were supposed to come with me?- ... What''s happening? He can speak the Demonic language and not only that instead of getting scared this youth is casually speaking to the ME! The demon Lord HIMSELF! Humans piss themselves in front of me... Just what the hell is happening?! I look around at the other and everyone is stunned, dazed by the events that are happening, including myself. I sense no evil towards us from him or at least i think i don''t, i''m not sure he''s much more powerful then me for that. And i don''t recommend that you anger him, again like i said he''s at least the same level as our ancestor, maybe we should call her out?- The youth starts looking around yet again seeing that he''s ignored when suddenly his eyes shine bright and a smile appears on his face. -Youth: Ohhhh! Someone powerful is heading our way! HAHAHAHA, finally! Someone strong!- Yet again everyone gets shocked at his words only Melina looks like she knows what''s happening. -Melina: Never mind, scratch that. He might be stronger then our ancestor.- Another women appears out of nowhere only this time she appears directly before the youth. The women looks in her early 20''s. Long violet hair down to her hips, violet eyes and there''s even a long black tail wiggling behind her. Large bust, a figure to die for. One word to describe her. A Goddess. If not for the wiggling tail behind her she would look even more beautiful... Everyone in the throne room gets down on one knee even the Termin only Melina, the youth and the women remain standing. This planet is a bit larger then that. Whom ever made this planet is no Lesser peasant. No offense to Lesser Gods. No Middle God either.. The world is divided in 6 continents. The Human, Elvan, Dwarven, Demonic, Beastkin and last the Abyss. The normal shit except i''ve never heard of the abyss.. So i''ll start with the abyss since at the moment i''m most curious about it. The Abyss. The Abyss is pretty much the no mans land for the other four. Everything you dream that you don''t want to encounter is in there. Dragons, wyverns, spirits and creatures of which even the crystal has no idea about. There are even rumors that High Gods have taken place there. There are even a couple of Lesser and Middle God ruling some of the Realms in the Demon Continent. Strange.. The Lesser God rule does not apply here... This world keeps getting stranger... There are Gods on this planet roaming freely... Anyway like i said, the abyss is pretty much the NONO land. Even for me right now, if i was to go in there i would be at the bottom at the food chain or at least that''s what the crystal is saying. Middle Immortal stage. Sorry crystal-chan but i''m no normal Middle staged Immortal. The current 4th Demon Realm that i''m within is one of the weakest and not only that it''s really close to one of the middle classed human Kingdoms so they keep getting attacked the whole time. The Humans are pretty much like in every world. Not overly intelligent. not overly strong and all that other shit. Buuuuut like every other world it''s the same in this one. The potential for some is limitless. So the humans just like the Demon Continent have some Gods in theirs. But sadly the human hate the Demi-humans and the demons.. The was between the humans and demi-humans started only around 350 years ago. SO the humans pretty much have to shield sometimes from both sides. But lucky for the humans the dwarfs are on their side, at least against the demons. The human continent has 4 Empires and 28 Kingdoms. Can you guess the names of the 4 empires? They are pretty generic... Here''s a hint: 4 beasts. 4 ancient beasts. To the midgets! So the midgets pretty much don''t have beef with anyone except the Demon Continent. As the other worlds say the dwarfs are masters of heavy weapons and masters of smithing. They are physically strong, overpowered if i must say... Every God in the Dwarven Continent is a warrior God... A heavy weaponry God. Look at it like this. See Tilo over there? Now imagine Tilo having a 100 ton greataxe in his hands while chasing after you yelling * I WILL RIP YOU APART! * Can you imagine that? " Shivers " I''m a mage and a warrior at the same time. That''s my trick. My physically strenght are at the Lesser Immortal stage thanks to my cultivation technique. Warriors have less mana while their body is super strong the more stages they go up. Most of them are pretty buff guys and girls but there are some that a slim as hell yet hit like a trick.. Take the 4th wheel for an example. He''s slim as shit but he''s at the warlord stage. If he was to hit someone he would hit like a truck. His physically strenght should be around 1 ton. Anyway the short stuff is. The Dwarven Continent has only 3 empires and 30 Kingdoms but they are not any weaker then the humans but they are a bit weaker then the demons but dwarfs+humans can easily stand against the demons. The reason there has not been another great war is largely thanks to the dwarfs and humans working together. If the dwarfs broke of their coleb it would be different. Now the humans mainly abuse the small demon kingdoms with spells and other large weapons that the dwarven empire provides. The elves? Well let''s just say that no one has beef with the elves... Or that no one wants to have beef with them. They control the nature. They can bring great disasters according to the crystal. And i know whit it means.. I have affinity with nature myself. Which should btw be impossible for the humans. Aren''t i just too great? See how mighty i am? Mwhahahaha. The elves have so far the most Gods not counting the Abyss. Let''s just throw out the Abyss. Everything i say here will have nothing to do with the Abyss until i say so. So far no one wants beef with the Abyss not even the " Mighty " elves. They have pretty much been peaceful so far. But lately one of the large Elven Empires is going to marry their daughter into one of the great Demon Empires so it looks like large wars will not break out because of that. That''s mainly the reason behind the marriage. To keep the balance. Smart move if i must say so. The elves have 3 Empires and unclear on how many kingdoms, since almost the entire Elven Continent is clad with forests it''s unknown how many kingdom reside within the Elven Continent. So far i like this world. And the beastkin or demi-humans. They are the most unbalanced here if i must say so. Like the name tells they are mixes of various races. But don''t let the unbalance fool you. Breeds like the dragonicas, werewolves, tigermen and rabbitmen for some reason... Just please don''t tell me they have horns... I don''t want a rabbitman God chasing after me with his horn... Anyway, so basically, the demi- humans are not to be underestimated. They have Gods as well. The number is unclear of how many so that''s the main reason why the humans have not yet wiped them out. The demi-humans have only 1 Empire and 21 Kingdoms. The Demon Continent is right below the elves i guess. They have a long history... It is said that the demons have been the longest on this world. They have plenty of Gods, around 13. The demons are the only ones who have tried to explore the Abyss but it went bad... Like really really bad. The entire squad got wiped out... Or at least that''s what the crystal says. They are all MIA. The demons still go into the abyss but NOT deep. They mainly enter the forest and then go out. The Demon Continent has 5 Empires and well... 36 Kingdoms. The Kingdom we''re currently in si one of the smallest ones. There''s a lot of unexplored areas outside the continents. Some do have life in them while some a deserts mainly consisting of sand. Then there''s also the great sea. The sea people don''t interfere with the land people and the land people don''t interfere with sea people. The sea people made it clear. Some areas above the sea have signs telling trespassers to " Fuck of ". Hehe, i''ll have to go there sometimes. Ohhh, yea... I almost forgot a vital piece of information. The reason behind why the demi-humans and the demons don''t coleb is mainly because the demi-humans at some point assassinated a crown prince from one of the demon kingdoms. SO there you have. Energy that Gods have within themselves. The Golden Immortal has only 2 stages. Lesser and High. When the Golden Immortal reaches High they start to form their Divine Core and when that core is formed they can become Gods themselves. But still, taking sides with the Demons might be a wise choice, the elves are going to form a alliance with the demons soon so why not just play it safe? The elves are probably going to like me since i have the nature element ( of course they will like me, who doesn''t like me?) and i THINK most of the demons won''t have any problems with me as long as i don''t cause any trouble.. But that''s the problem... I don''t seek trouble but instead trouble seeks me. Or at least that''s how i would like to say it. Their ancestor is much stronger then me and Tesha can''t do much either against 2 Golden Immortals so 3 years ago when the King and Queen died they started going for Melina. Termin is not of much help but he has been trying his best. Their Kingdom is the corruption of the Demon Continent. If you are able to take it out somehow or at least take out the people backing it you would do many people a big favor.- I see. So that basically translates to " You can go ham, we don''t mind ". They''re basically like the cancer of the Demon Continent. -Teresa: Anyway, what i wanted to ask is if you know how to break curses.- Curses and barriers/shields are kind of my specialty. -Mike: Know thing or two about them, why?- -Teresa: It''s about Termin... He has a very strong curse on him which prevents him from gaining more power. I thought maybe you should check it out. That''s one of the reasons Tesha went on the trip in the first place, to find a curse breaker.- Interesting. But i sensed no curse on him... That''s also the reason why he''s so weak compared to Melina i guess. The thing on Termin is no curse, I''m 100% sure bout that. If you study/learn curses then of course you will know how to sense them as well. Even if the curse is way above me i SHOULD be able to sense it, I doubt a High God that is a master of curses came down and put a curse on him. -Mike: The curse you speak of does not exist so you should drop searching for a breaker. The thing that he has on him is something else. I don''t know, it might be through blood from older generations, he might have eaten something that prevents him from sucking in mana or he might be one of those special cases that need some special medicine to continue on. As you can see i can use more then one element. Now using 2 elements is kinda rare. Using 3 elements is known to be even more rare, but using 4 elements is something that only Gods can have. Even they can''t use 5 or more unless they''re True Gods or above. As for me i can pretty much use all the elements. My main elements are Darkness and Light. Which are the 2 most Divine elements. But the thing is i''m waaaaay better in Darkness then Light so yea... It''s almost like Darkness itself loves me. The energy you saw outside is pretty much pure darkness itself. That''s how much i''ve understood the element. That i can take on a Dark Form. So now you pretty much have a Golden immortal, a Lesser Immortal mage and a guy that''s Middle Immortal Mage/ Lesser Immortal Warrior and that has a understanding of darkness which even he does not know how far he has reached. That''s the main reason why i didn''t want to continue the fight as much as i would love to. As you know the Stage of Immortal does not really make you "IMMORTAL". The lesser stage grants you 100 more years of life. The middle stage 500 and the High stage 1000. Only when you gain divinity do you gain "Real" Immortality. You stop aging and you pretty much remain the same as always. There is no limit on how much you can live once you reach that stage. Now the reason i brought this topic up is mostly because i want to say that the aging thing does not affect me. As you know even though one reaches the Immortal Stage one still shows sighs on aging but as you can see on me i have none. I''m 148 years old. The moment i reached the so called " Elemental unlocking" i gained this. I think it''s mostly due to the understanding of darkness that i have. Now what i would to know is, are there any Gods of Darkness on this world?- They all look at me strangely. Even Tilo looks confused. Was my explanation to long maybe? Maybe i should''ve just cut it to the " Are there any Gods of Darkness on this planet? " Only Tesha and Teresa know what i''m taking about anyway... I''ve never meet any Gods that reached Godhood purely on the elements of Darkness or Light. I want to know how far i''ve come.. The old fart.. I should stop calling him that. The High God that i meet in the past that gave me my mana cultivating technique said you will find out when the time is right... He taught me how to control and use some of the elements but never Darkness and Light. He taught me how to fight and defend and pretty much everything i know bout combat. After that he simply left. The only thing he told me about the element of Darkness is that mine has reached far and that i will need to fill in the void from time to time. And with that he pretty much meant kill from time to time. The longer your element reaches the larger your soul becomes and when the element is growing to fast and your soul is not getting stronger fast enough you need something to make up for that. That''s why i''m in search of Darkness type of Gods. I need to figure this shit out. After reading all those books i had Mel tell me the info that i needed to know and i gotta say... She sure talks a lot.. She talked more about herself and what she does instead of giving me info on the Lundia kingdom from the start. Apparently Melina is the headmistress of the Academy that i''ll be visiting and not just that but she teaches some classes as well. Didn''t really see her as a teacher type. She hasn''t told me her age but Termin is 34 and she''s younger then him by few years, not many tho. Enough about Melina now, the Lundia kingdom is far from being solid. According from what she''v told me they do illegal imports and exports, with both goods and trafficking. Despite doing all that stuff they still do not have a stable economy and the typical thing is like always, the rich stay rich and the poor have no way to move up from that standing. The taxes are pretty high and the nobles refuse to lower them. The good thing, or the bad thing in this case is that they are good at breeding solders or creating them. The normal ranks for solders in their armies is 4-6 and the higher commanding go from 8- Warlords/Archmages. They have around 4 Warlords and 6 Archmages. The king is of the middle King Rank and the rumors have it that that''s lie and that he''s about to reach the Emperor rank soon. For those who do not know how the rank go they go like this. The basic for any mage/warrior is 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9, these stages are pretty much when someone starts getting used to the mana. Getting his body used to the mana. Expending their mana core to the fullest. It goes like this, the 1 rank is pretty much called the First Taste stage. At the First Taste stage you get you first taste of mana. From being a normal mortal you go to a slightly upgraded one. The second rank is where you start molding your body. The mana enhances you flesh and the 3rd rank enhances you bones to be stronger. The 4th rank makes you blood have more vitality in it thus increasing you life by a bit. The 5th rank is where you start to form your mana core now that your body is used to it. The 6th rank is usually the hardest because you have to increase you mental power, the more you train you mentality the more mana that you posses can you control. You pretty much like a bottle filled with water but you can only drink half of the water but after reaching this rank you can drink however much you wish. The 7th rank is just expending you core more now that you know how to control that power. The 8th rank is where you find your element or elements. You will have a dream of which you will be haunted by let''s say drowning or burning in a endless fire, once you overcome that fear you will get you first element. Depending on how much you accept the element might increase or decrease you affinity towards it. And finally the 9th rank, once at the peak at the 9th rank you will have to fuse you mana core with your element. After that you will have a choice. A warrior or a mage. A Warlord or a Archmage. If you choose Warlord your mana core won''t expend that much but you will gain a LARGE boost in strength, you will be able to lift 10 times more and more many times faster. You body will be come that of stone so normal weapons won''t be able to harm it. Many sub paths will be open to you as well, such as Forger, Trap Master, Blacksmith and more of such paths. But these are mainly secondary paths on which you can study and research. If you choose Archmage your mana core will expand largely and you will gain a greater understanding of your element/elements. You will get increased mental power and the sub paths of Enchanter, Rune Forger, Curse Master, Necromancer, Healer and many more. After the Warlord/Archmage you become a Saint. This time as a Warlord going into this stage your mana core will expand largely and you will gain a mental power boost just like when someone goes into the Archmage rank. You will also gain a boost in the strength department but not so large as the first time. For the Archmage it''s reverse, he will gain all the buffs that the Warlord did when he evolved into one and their mana core will expand and their mental power will become bigger but not as much as the first time. So what you choose after the 9th rank is vital. Warrior Saints will always have greater strength then Mage Saints, while Mage Saints will always have a greater spells and destructive power then Warrior Saints. After Saint it''s King and then Emperor. At King stage you get you own small domain. For example i have the Darkness domain. But you will never get to the King stage until you understand you element and gain it''s domain, there''s a certain limit of how much you have to understand it. There are sword domains and things as such but those need greater understandings. But if you do gain a sword domain you will get to the King stage. I also posses a sword domain but more about that later and what i posses. At the Emperor rank your domain will expand and you will pretty much all powerful beneath Immortal stage. Warrior Emperor and Mage Emperor are the so called figures in legends. Mages mostly live longer because at some point at their life they will find a spell which increases ones life. Those spells are mostly called forbidden spells. They are rare. I have plenty of me hehehehe. -A/N: Stop boosting the entire time and just explain the damn system!- oke oke... Geez.. There are always ways to be stronger then your peers, you can have different cultivation, a stronger one, you maybe have some super strong technique or you might have a super gooood understanding of some element or a weapon. A understanding of the Truth those are called. Or maybe you have some special body that helps you skip the rank or someone or some object helping you skip the ranks? The universe is a LARGE place, anything can happen. For another example i can probably take on a Golden Immortal but yet again, i''m armed with all of those. Object, super strong cultivation method, all elemental affinity, super good understanding of some elements, good spells and techniques. I have everything, you name it. At the Immortal stages you gain increased life, a larger mana pool depending on how much you''ve cultivated you might be stronger or weaker then those of the same rank, a buff in mental power and physical strength. And the last rank that we''re going to talk about is the Golden Immortal. There are 2 type. Low and High, so what''s the difference? The low Golden Immortal have only started to forge their Divine core. It''s a complete different core from the mana one. In the divine core you are able to store divinity as for what that divinity is i have no idea. What kinda power it is or what type of energy it is. Everyone calls it divinity and i have no idea where it comes from. I might have some thoughts about it.. But i don''t know if they are true. I can use pure mana. The purest of the mana out there. But what if it can go higher then that? A even purer form? That''s for us to see when i get there. Asking Tesha would just ruin my fun. And lastly at the High Golden Immortal stage you are pretty much completing you divine core and for that you have 1000 years. So you have to be in 1000 years or you dee. When you become a God you gain true Immortality, ageless and tireless. But there are other ways to reach it, understanding the Truths, Mythical fruits and other things. Ranks of weapons are easy. Mortal from 1-9. For example i have mortal grade 9 sword. They are nothing special really, they gain a elemental enhancement at the rank of 8 and that''s all, Immortal from 1-9. It''s very common for Saints to have at least a Immortal grade 1 or 2 weapon. Mostly Immortals have the high graded ones. Even some Gods are forced to use Immortal grade 9 weapons. Godly from 1-9. These weapons start having their own spirit at the grade of 5. The more you kill and the more you hone and connect with your weapon the more it will upgrade. I''ve even meet Gods that are weapons... After the Godly rank the weapons can pretty much get a human form. But they can never get away from their bond and they will always be inferior to their masters. All hail the great me~ Anyway back to the Lundia Kingdom, the king won''t be of a problem even if he does get to the Emperor rank the problems are the 2 Golden Immortal. One is Low and one is High. And what''s more it is said that they posses 2 immortal treasures. The grade 2 one is nothing but the grade 5 one might cause me some trouble. This world is filled with great things... Like i said before Emperors are from legends and here Golden Immortals are the ranks of legends. That''s means for many kingdoms it''s normal to have Emperors. Melina doesn''t know anything if the Lundia kingdom has any Emperors but i''m pretty sure they do... Having 2 Golden Immortal backer they must have... Not just that Demons live 5 times more then humans and they always have a true from which makes them stronger but the thing is Demons rarely have children. It''s very common to have 1, every family has 1, but 2? Uncommon, but here? Just this kingdom has 36 million demons in it... The path to towards their kingdom is no that hard, i just have to cross around 489 kilometers of forest to get there. And that''s the nearest kingdom to this one... We''ve been traveling the forest for about 4 hours now. The first 200 km we covered in about 1 hour, i could''ve done it faster but i had to slow down so that Kata could follow my speed. After the 200 km we were forced to go slowly, i gave Kata a ring that was able to hide her cultivation, i can hide mine through i certain technique. The rest 3 hours we pretty much went in normal human speed. But tomorrow we will pick up our pace in the morning a bit. Right now we stopped for some rest, Kata being released today is still quite tired, not only that but after not feeling any energy for 7 years she''s become quite rusty.. After we found a good place to sleep i told Kata to go and get some rest, at first she refused saying she would stay watch and pretty much forced me to order her to get some rest. Now she''s asleep in sleeping bag that i brought with me, her sleeping face is pretty cute. Her blond long hair tied in ponytail, the ends of her hair cover her small neck. The closer she gets to the Immortal stage the younger she becomes so her skin has been become smoother and smoother after the chains came of. From the mature looking lady she''s been slowly transforming into more of a cute girl... But the moment her eyes open that aura will come back. She has those clear blue eyes that you can almost see yourself in. Geee, why can''t she be this cute awake. Anyway, I''m just chillin and leaning on a nearby tree, i can''t skip one night without sleep. Even though i like sleep i''d rather have her get some rest. The forest does have some pretty weak monsters, the strongest ones we''ve encountered were at the 9th rank. I''m mostly watching out for sneaks, i can feel pretty much anything moving in the 500 meter radius. If my understanding of darkness was a bit higher i''m pretty sure i would be able to sense anything in it or underneath it. But i can''t get any insight on it for ages now... And i''m pretty sure it has something to do with my dreamless state. In it i can''t move or do anything, all i can do i scan the darkness around me. That one of the reasons i sleep a lot, i try to see if something will ever happen.. I''d be fine with anything. Tomorrow i just hope we don''t get discovered when we enter the kingdom radius. I''m pretty sure that Kata won''t be but i''m not so sure of myself. Never tested this technique on immortals, golden immortals at that. But if they don''t pay attention we should be able to slip by, i don''t want to create a scene without setting up the Ice Bombs first. Finding a good location for them will be a bit tough, if the city around the kingdom has a sewers system it will be a lot easier. Sigh, what a calm night, too calm. Nothing in the 400 meter radius either yet somehow i''m starting to get a bad feeling. TING I can feel it now, 6 people. The moment they entered the 200 meter radius i felt them. Assassins? Who else would hide their presence like this, this is not likeus hiding only our energy but they are hiding their very own presence. Basic leather armor on then, the same as me and Kata are wearing currently. Their looks are below Katas, they also seem to have a lack of sleep. I cannot tell what the three above are wearing but i can sense them like they are standing right besides me, in this range it''s not hard. Strange, i can also sense a curse on them, a powerful one. One made of darkness, one that i do not know yet.
