 Prologue - Introduction

    (Part 1)


    Fantasy


    One of of the most beautiful, exciting, and marvelous creations mankind made, in their heads. You may ask, how it was first introduced to the public? Nobody really knows. But what we do know, is that our imagination was limitless. It was concluded that it¡¯s used to escape reality. And we all know reality wasn¡¯t that pretty back then, even today.


    At first it was used as some old boring literature tales that no one knows about, neither pretty much cared. But slowly our imaginations were evolving, getting more fascinating, more fun. They made tales about amazing creatures, beautiful and magical places, and total different worlds. It did not take long for magic to come up from their heads. They tried to picture the beauty of them controlling the 4 elements, doing impossible things, and even interacting with their made up creatures. In other words, our ancestors were suffering of a heavy case of Chuunibyou(8th Grade Syndrome).


    Soon, our imaginations took a whole turn. It began to be scary, dangerous, but at least very exciting. Their imagination was quite intense in that apartment. They made up hideous and terrifying monster legends that we all still know today. It was first used to scare their children, so they would listen to them. But it slowly began to creep up on them as well.


    As ages passed by, more and more tales were made. Imagination was taking a lot of turns. We now began to make humanoid creatures. Such as elves, demi-humans, beastmen, etc. But then it got a bit too extreme as we were coming up with monster people. Such as lamia girls, centaurus girls, slime girls, even roach girls-- Oh C¡¯mon!


    Ahem*


    As more and more we were getting into our imaginations. We imagined ourselves as mighty warriors in a fantasy land with a gaming set up.


    Oh yes. Those were the good times. We use this to escape cruel reality, to take a break on it, to not have to worry about it all day. Slowly, we were escaping more and more from reality. Just a clean hit from reality could reset you back to zero though, but who cared about that. We all just want to get back to our imaginations.


    Anyways, back on point. All of these, what we supposedly made up, is just wonderful. Just too wonderful. But perhaps a bit too wonderful? When you think about, isn¡¯t this too good to have been created by us humans alone? Did we honestly came up with all of this? Did we really came up with all the beautiful, marvelous, adventurous, magical, and humongous worlds?


    This is where it gets trippy. What if we actually never really came up with all this? What if all those mystical legends weren¡¯t made up at all? What if¡­ Our Fantasy was part of Reality?


    Naa. If it actually was, then why are there no traces of them? This world has no magic, it¡¯s just plain. We evolved from primates, which were smarter than most modern man today, into two legged curious men. This is just plain old boring world, but¡­ very mysterious.


    Today. Well¡­ We¡¯re close to our doom. You know that apocalypse, oil decline, sun exploding, etc. Actually everyone is expecting that. Some say it¡¯s bullshit and ain¡¯t going to happen. Some say yes, it will soon happen. But nobody is really expecting this.

    (Part 2)


    A dark castle made of stone can be seen below a malicious red sky. The castle is old, very old. It has 2 tower right next at the main entrance and two more at the back. The castle is not very big, it¡¯s about as big as a regular mansion. The whole place is worn out, there are rocks falling from it every day. You might wonder how old it is. Looking at it you may it¡¯s thousands of years old and haven¡¯t really been maintenence at all. It¡¯s a surprise it¡¯s still standing. Or is it getting some help?


    The whole place is coated with a weird red phenomenon. A bat, yes a bat, is flying towards it. As soon as it touches the phenomenon, the bat glows red, and disintegrates.


    From the looks of it. The phenomenon protects the castle like some kind of barrier, but from who? Looking around, the castle is surrounded by worn out cabins. Further down is just a pile of wood laying all over the place. Most of the area seems abandoned, but there¡¯s seems to be some inhabitants still living close by the castle.


    Now. Touring inside the castle, voices can be heard.


    [???] ¡±Sigh* When is the assembly going to start? Let¡¯s get this over with already¡­¡±


    A not willful woman, sitting down on something that seems to be a throne made of gold, speaks up for everyone to hear.


    [???] ¡°Your Highness. The assembly is scheduled to start in 2 hours.¡±


    An old butler reports on his knees in front of the woman. There are no red carpets, only stone for him to the be on his knees. The only thing that seems royalty is the throne. The whole place looks like an unused dusty cave.


    [???] ¡°Honestly¡­ Why are we doing this for those Humans anyways. It will all go to the gutter like all those times before.¡±


    [???] ¡°Please don¡¯t worry about it for now. Let¡¯s take a breather outside and ease our minds till assembly, Yusha-san.¡±


    This time another woman speaks up. She stands right next to the woman on throne. She has a very elegant and caring voice, but you can feel some sadness in it.


    [Yusha] ¡°Don¡¯t call me that! Mu¡­! This is pointless! We gave them everything we had to them and now they¡¯re ruining it. Everything turned out like this because of them! Our lives¡­ Is this even something you would call a life anymore!? Why are we even trying to help? Nothing will be fixed and it¡¯s all thanks to them!!!¡±


    [Yusha] ¡°Haa¡­ Haa¡­¡±


    After letting all of it out her chest, she composes herself and sits down looking at the side. The whole room is quiet. Actually it was pretty quiet to begin with, but now is really dead quiet.


    [???] ¡°Please calm down for now¡­ It¡¯s not like they are only at fault. We also play a part in it, right?¡±


    [Yusha] ¡°I know¡­ but¡­¡±


    [???] ¡°It¡¯s ok. I don¡¯t blame anyone. What happened, happened. But we can change this, I know we can. Now let¡¯s go outside.¡±


    [Yusha] ¡°Ok¡­¡±


    She gives in. Not like she had a choice. Yusha was feeling chills all over her body as she felt dangerous bloodlust from her. She wasn¡¯t aiming it at her, she was aiming at herself.

    (Part 3)


    Deep inside a mysterious mist in the ocean. An island can be seen. It¡¯s a hot tropical island with a lot of wildlife. It has rich waters and vegetation. Most of the island is covered in green and is very beautiful. There¡¯s a volcano in the middle of it, but shows no activity whatsoever. At first it seems to be a regular island, but there¡¯s something out of place in the island. A big castle can be seen next to the island¡¯s volcano. It looks very similar to the Neuschwanstein Castle. Same design, but not completely. Instead of the front being bigger than the back, the back is bigger than the front.


    Inside the castle, in a royal room, there are people in it. They seem to be ready for something that seems very important. A black haired man can be seem and speaks.


    [???] ¡°Is everything now ready for the assembly?¡±


    This man, who seems to be the leader, has a very heavy English accent. He emits a royalty aura, which could make anyone believe he¡¯s from royalty, but looks can be deceiving.


    [???] ¡°Affirmative. ****-sama¡±


    Another man, with the same heavy English accent, answers. He seems to be the oldest one in the room.


    [???] ¡°With all due respect. Is this really a good idea? Does it really have to be human? They are just¡­¡±


    [???] ¡°Shut up. Act your age already.¡±


    [???] ¡°HA!? You little¡­! Say that to my face¡­!¡±


    A man with a lot of facial hair retorts after being told off by the eldest looking man. And yes, he has an english accent too.


    [???] ¡°I understand your doubts. A human may be one of the most disastrous race of this world, but they are the key for a better future. They are also the ideal ones for all this work. Please trust me.¡±


    [???] ¡°No¡­ It¡¯s not that I don¡¯t trust ****-sama, It¡¯s the humans I can¡¯t trust.¡±


    [???] ¡°You should. They may be the most disastrous, but they are also the most interesting. One thing Humans are also good at, is that they can always surprise you.¡±


    [???] ¡°If you say so ****-sama¡­¡±


    The facial hair man quietly backs down, trying not to disrespect him any further. He¡¯s also trying to hide his emotions from him. He¡¯s still doubting the plan.


    [???] ¡°Now¡­ Who will be our lucky guy?¡±


    He says while walking his way out the room, smiling.

    (Part 4)


    Up in the skies. There are nothing but clouds around, so many that you can¡¯t even see the clear blue sky. Something even more wondrous is up there.


    A beautiful white castle can be seen atop of the clouds. Such radiance, you just can¡¯t imagine such an elegant place exists. Makes you kind of wonder what kind of owners are they with all that gold on their doors, towers, and gates. To make it even more fascinating, the clouds beautifully interacts with the castle to make it look even more majestic. It really looks like it came out of a Fairy Tale.

    But now. Behind those beautiful doors, there¡¯s a bit of a commotion. A man with a white robe is on his way to exit the main gates. Along with 3 people following behind him, they¡¯re on the way out.


    [???] ¡°My dearest apologies for my tardiness My Lord. The assembly should shortly start.¡±


    [???] ¡°That¡¯s ok. It¡¯s already been reported to me about the assembly. Raise your head. We leave in 30 minutes.¡±


    [???] ¡°Yes My Lord!¡±


    A woman in armor gets on her feet after sincerely apologizing to the man with the white robe. The man has his whole face covered with it¡¯s hood and seems he won¡¯t take it off any time sooner.


    [???] ¡°Ah! **** You¡¯re coming along as well.¡±


    [???] ¡°As you command.¡±


    A man right at the gate gets on his knees and gives an expression saying ¡®That goes without saying¡¯. After getting up he quickly joins in the group.


    [???] ¡°But honestly¡­ For us to send a human to fix our mess. I just can¡¯t help but feel pathetic¡­¡±


    [???] ¡°Spare yourself from such thoughts My Lord. There was nothing we could have done back then.¡±


    A dark skin man with a wooden staff, from the first 3 that were with him, tries to cheer up his gloomy Lord. He¡¯s old, but not that old. He looks like a really nice person. But like I said before, looks can be deceiving.


    [???] ¡°Let us hope our chosen hero can.¡±


    [???] ¡°I¡¯m swear on my life that he can. That is, if we could find such a Human.¡±


    [???] ¡°Very well said¡­ To find our ideal Human won¡¯t be easy in these times.¡±


    (A.N. To those reading this again. If I give too much background information here, then half of Ch.1 will be pointless. I¡¯m also supposed to give a mysterious feeling here.)

    (Part 5)


    Once upon a time. In a sunny day in Washington D.C., there¡¯s a lost boy in a bicycle going in circles. Now¡­ What kind of idiot gets lost from a 6 block travel? I mean literally, he only had to make a right turn after the 4th block. The office is just right around the corner, it even has a big ass sign. Anyways. The boy is wearing a white summer shirt, a pair of black jeans, a red cap, a bookbag, and blue Nikes. He looks around his early 20s, has shaggy black hair. And to finish it off, tan skinned.


    [???] ¡°Man it¡¯s hot¡­ I can¡¯t fucking see the building! My boss told me to take a left turn and go straight. Sigh*... Oh!¡±


    Oh yeah the story starts now. I don¡¯t really feel like doing this¡­ Ugh... Whatever.


    Let¡¯s see¡­ The name is Daniel Houser, I am 22 years old, I barely finished high school, and now I¡¯m working my ass off to find jobs to survive. I¡¯m your everyday regular person in this world¡¯s society. Actually I¡¯m kind of the borderline of the being a failure in society, but hey at least I can meet new people for me to hate. Now don¡¯t get me wrong. I ain¡¯t no virgin, so screw off. Too many virgin MCs these days.


    (A.N. I changed his age, to make him look more experienced in life.)


    It¡¯s been more than 4 years since I joined the world called ¡®Society¡¯. A total shithole. I don¡¯t blame anyone, that¡¯s what I get for being an idiot. What¡¯s done is done, I try not to think so much about it. It¡¯s not completely bad though. I get to think about how much I hate my bosses and pretty much everyone else. Just by making fun of them, it helps me get through my days. I¡¯m not really a fan of Humans. And yes, I refused to be the same group as them. Just by seeing their faces annoys me. Solution: Make fun of them and think of their misery.


    I¡¯m no sadist. Believe it or not I actually like Manga, Light Novels, and Fan Fictions. I don¡¯t really like the mainstream ones though. I do like some mainstream, since I grew up with it. I like unique and realistic stories. I don¡¯t like those cheery overuse plots that are not realistic at all. I would like Harem if they made it a bit more realistic, but all I get are stupid MCs and unrealistic plot. That¡¯s reason why I¡¯m starting to dig Fan Fictions more. I wonder if F******** C******** has been updated.


    To be honest I don¡¯t really know if I deserved to end up like this. I was a pretty decent fellow that anyone would like to hang out. Once I got to learned the truth about ¡®Reality¡¯, I stopped trying. And now, I¡¯m like this. I¡¯m lucky to have been able to find a room to rent in. My bed covers most of the room, is it even a room? Who cares, I get to sleep in it.


    I was somehow able to finish school. Soon after, I was kicked out by my parents. Normally, you should be mad at your parents, but I¡¯m not. I¡¯m fully aware of my stupidity back then, so I don¡¯t point fingers at anybody. Actually, why should I? They are still helping me with my expenses. To keep helping a failure like me, these guys aren¡¯t bad parents. Though they really won¡¯t talk to me at all.


    I also have a little brother. He¡¯s in 10th grade and my parents are trying their very best for him not to end up like me. Their reasons don¡¯t really bother me. After all, I don¡¯t want him to be like me at all. Back at him. He¡¯s actually decently handsome and very sociable and smart, unlike me. We often talk, but not so much. I don¡¯t care really, I¡¯m just glad I get to keep talking to him.


    As for me. Well¡­ My brother got mom¡¯s stylish looks, while I got dad¡¯s looks. I¡¯m not ugly ugly, but I¡¯m kind of in the gray zone. I know I could actually pull off a good look if I fix myself up, but there¡¯s no need for that.


    I often think about my brother. Don¡¯t get me wrong, I¡¯m not a brocon. Thinking about him, reminds me about how far I¡¯ve gotten in life. Also how I was able to get through those shitty moments.


    I¡¯m now just a guy trying to live on his life with any job he¡¯s given. One of those for now is to deliver this package. Too late for regrets, but man it¡¯s hot¡­


    There are times when I ask myself if it¡¯s really worth it to live in  this world. When I say I dislike Humans, I mean I hate them. I have no good history with them. Their society is shit. Just a bunch of imbeciles who would kill each other over a bunch of green paper that we supposedly gave value. Its rich folks wastes hundreds of thousands daily for no apparent reason. Really stupid if you ask me, but what do I know about life. It¡¯s also all about them, they give 2 rat¡¯s shit about anyone. That¡¯s why I dislike Shounen. The overcome anything with Nakama bullshit really gets on my nerves. There are a lot more I should say, but yall already know them, so it¡¯s pointless.


    I guess the only thing I like about them is their imaginations. I dig rpg games, especially the Fantasy Themed ones. Since I spend most of my times looking for jobs, I don¡¯t have much free time to play them. Sigh* I really hate my boss¡­


    Daniel continues on finding his way to his destination, but he does not know what¡¯s coming for him.

    [Daniel] (For fuck¡¯s sake! I can¡¯t find that God Damned place! This map is useless! Because of the poor made map, everyone now thinks I have a poor sense of direction. I¡¯ve been going in circles this whole time! I should have moved to Florida.)


    As Houser blames his stupidity to the map, he notices a commotion. An stampede of people are on their way straight to White House. He notices the media mixed along with it.


    [Daniel] (That¡¯s alot of people. Actually, isn¡¯t it a bit too much? I think the whole city is gathering up. I doubt these many people wants to hear that guy¡¯s speech again.)


    Thinking whether or not he should check it out. He decided to go for it, not like he was doing anything important #SarcasmIfYouDidn¡¯tNotice. Also he¡¯s 2 miles off from his destination. How is that even possible?

    [Daniel] (Man it¡¯s hot¡­)


    Maybe I should have thought on it more thoroughly. This is karma for ditching work I guess¡­


    Waiting outside the White House. Houser was reaching his limits and was about to leave, but then he notice people appearing in front of entrance.


    [Daniel] (That¡¯s¡­!)


    Daniel could not believe his eyes. Nobody actually would. They were world leaders, presidents, governors from every country of the world. Daniel could only recognize ? of them, but he knew that all of them had the same status. Even Kim Jong-un is there¡­


    Breathless, he notices the U.S president stepping up and begins to speak.


    [U.S. President] ¡°My fellow good citizens. Allow me to inform you the events that are going to take place today. We¡¯ll have an assembly, 20 minutes from now, with different ¡®groups¡¯ of individuals. Be warned, these people will shock in many ways. If possible I would like to you all remain calm and listen them out. Everything that¡¯ll take place here will be broadcasted for the whole world to see. Everything you¡¯ll see and hear is true.¡±


    ¡­


    I¡¯m having doubts if I should really keep staying here. My instincts are telling me to get away¡­ Well¡­ I got this far, might as well reach all the way to the end. Not like I got anything better to do.


    He rolls his eyes to the package as he puts it in his bookbag. Little he knows, this may be the worst decision he ever took in his life.

 Vol. 1: Chapter 1 - Revelation

    (Part 1)


    There were murmurs all over the crowd outside the White House. They were trying to figure out what is so shocking for them not to handle. Some were scared, some were not. There¡¯s some that actually lost interest and left the crowd. The media, of course, wastes no time and finishes setting up all the recorders, cameras, and mics.


    Daniel, somehow, managed to squeeze through the crowd and has reached at the very front.The heat doesn¡¯t make things better for Daniel, he really wants to leave due to it, but sucks it up and waits for the assembly. Honestly, he doesn¡¯t really expect much from it, he¡¯s just using it as excuse to skip out work.


    Daniel is decently tall. He¡¯s 5¡¯11 feet tall. Not much from an average american, but it¡¯s pretty tall for his family tree, actually only for his mother¡¯s. His Mother¡¯s family tree is from Puerto Rico, while his Father¡¯s tree are Black Americans. How they first met was a total mess, but they somehow ended up together at the end.


    3 years later from their marriage, Daniel was born. He got his mother¡¯s hair and skin color, but he got his dad¡¯s not so good looks. He got rid of the problem by doing many things to look nice. At first, Daniel liked everyone. He was pretty sociable, active, smart, and fun. That all changed at the second semester of his 7th school year.


    6 years later after Daniel being born, his little brother came to world. He got alot of black male traits. Such as: The hair, skin, and height. With his mother¡¯s stylish looks, smooth light skin, and luminous brown eyes, he¡¯s pretty handsome. He really looked up to his big brother and always followed him, even through those times. That stopped when Daniel left the house.


    Now he¡¯s 6¡¯1 feet tall. He¡¯s a Honor student of one the best schools in the state and is guaranteed to be the most successful person in his time. He¡¯s so good, that he even got on tv. Almost nobody in the city doesn¡¯t know about him.


    After everyone patiently and curiously waiting, 20 minutes has passed by. It is now time for assembly. Cameras all over the place are set and ready. Everyone quiets down and are now fully attentive.


    [Daniel] (Nothing is happening. No sudden change with the leaders. Maybe those guys who were supposed to be here by now are late?)


    It¡¯s already been more 3 minutes and still no change. Those idiots are now beginning to protest at the leaders, asking what¡¯s going on. For them to be this loud at the leaders, don¡¯t they know there are some really dangerous people mixed along with them? Their stupidity never fails to amaze me.


    I can see the leaders starting to get worried, but they still trying to silently wait. They are talking among them very suspiciously and makes one of them step up.


    [U.S. President] ¡°My apologies. They should be here soon by. I ask each of you for a bit more of your patience.


    [Crowd] ¡°Murmur* Murmur*¡±


    ¡­


    [Daniel] (It¡¯s too hot¡­ Maybe I¡¯ll watch it at home with my Tv. Sucks though, I kind of wanted it to see it in front of my eyes.)


    Daniel decided to leave and went off his way home, but was shortly stopped. He began to feel chills that reaches all the way to his spine. Alerted, he turns around and sees his world turning upside down.


    He notices 4 people descending from the sky and lands in front of the leaders. What gets his and pretty much everyone else¡¯s attention is those dark wings behind their backs. Their wings is as dark as a crow¡¯s and are big enough to be dragged. Such refined wings those guys have. Just by looking at them, you can tell they¡¯re strong and part of their flesh. There¡¯s just no way they¡¯re fake.


    Daniel tries not to think so much about those wings and waits for them to speak.


    Those guys are literally almost all black. Black hair, black eyes, black clothing, and even black nails. The only thing that isn¡¯t dark is their skin, they¡¯re fairly pale. All of them also are wearing the same weird dark clothing, except for one. One of them, who seems to be the oldest, is wearing a V-shaped shirt. Because of it, most of his chest can be seen.


    Whoa¡­ Are these guys models? Though they look around in their 30s, they all look like women predators. Actually¡­ all the women are already having thirsty expressions on their faces. I guess that¡¯s normal.


    After introducing themselves to the leaders, one of them steps up, leaving dumbfounded men and panty dropped women anxious.


    The guys has really nice silky hair that reaches up his neck and covers most of the left side of his face. He looks no older than 27 and is pretty much every girl''s¡¯ dream boy. Can someone even be that pretty? Make him wear a dress and he could pull off a gender swap.


    [???] ¡°I¡¯m sorry, but I cannot introduce myself yet. We¡¯re still waiting for 2 more arrivals. Please bear with us.¡±


    That¡¯s a pretty heavy accent he has there, it¡¯s almost like he¡¯s from Royalty. I begin to notice silver rings, earrings, and a necklace. He might really be from Royalty, but those wings still bother me.


    [Male 1] ¡°Wait!¡±


    It begins.


    [Male 1] ¡°What kind of sick joke is this!? Are you mocking us!?¡±


    [Male 2] ¡°He¡¯s right! How can the White House make fun of our Lord like this!¡±


    [Male 3] ¡°They''re doing some satanic symbolism! That must be it!¡±


    I knew it would come down to this. Religious protest, so pointless. I don¡¯t really care what they believe, but they can get annoying at time like this.


    [Female 1] ¡°What¡¯s your problem!? Sure they¡¯re weird dressing up like that, but that still doesn¡¯t mean to get so serious about it.]


    [Female 2] ¡°Yeah! Leave those cuties alone!¡±


    [Male 4] ¡°Shut up bitch!¡±


    [Female 2] ¡°Huh!?¡±


    [Female 3] ¡°Let them talk!¡±


    [Male 5] ¡°No! I won¡¯t let them mock us!¡±


    [Crowd] ¡°Argue* Argue*¡±


    ¡­


    This is too painful to watch. The women are protecting them since they¡¯re hot, but the men gets furious because of their beliefs.


    Ignoring the crowd, Daniel waits as the leaders tries to calm the crowd down. Having no success at calming them down, a sudden chill stops their yapping.

    (Part 2)


    [Daniel] ¡°This is¡­!?¡±


    A phenomenon appears out of the blue, before the leaders, and something begins to come out from it. Having everyone¡¯s eyes wide opened.


    People with dark horns begin to appear from the portal look-alike-thing¡­


    Of course! That has to be it! Either I¡¯m just too tired or the sun is fucking my brain¡­


    Hahaha¡­


    Daniel, that¡¯s pretty much rejecting everything he¡¯s seeing, looks at the horned people. He notices 5 horned people and 1 wearing a robe. But what got his attention the most were their eyes, they were deep red. Just by them piercing you with their eyes, would make you feel as inferior as a worm.


    Their skin color were weird as well. The silver haired one was the weirdest looking of all. He, could barely tell since he looks really feminine with that long silver hair, has dark turquoise-ish skin color. He also has a horn like thing sticking out of each arm. He has red and black dragon-ish scales all over his upper body. It does not look like clothe wear, it¡¯s as if it¡¯s part of his skin. He¡¯s wearing red gloves with a black sleeve and is wearing some kind of shoulder protector you would only see in games. Same goes for his legs, black pants and is wearing some kind of protector on his waist. He¡¯s wearing no shoes, I can tell because his feet is full of red scales and has a horn at the back of each feet.


    What comes next to him, in terms of weirdness, is a blue hair fish scaled woman. Her dress is a pain to describe¡­ Don¡¯t look at me like that. Do I look like I know a lot about fashion? Anyway, it¡¯s all sparkly blue and mixes very well with her hair.She looks around her late 20s and is quite the beauty, totally an onee-san type. The only thing out of place seems to be her eyes, they don¡¯t mix so well with all that blue.


    The others look awfully humanoid. There¡¯s a red hair woman with a red dress and is wearing a fur coat on top. She really, REALLY, looks very similar. I swear on my grandma¡¯s sixth toe, I saw her somewhere before.


    The next one is an old man with a butler suit. He doesn¡¯t really look that old, but you could still feel he¡¯s almost the age of your grandfather. He has a very stirm posture and looks like a total professional. If it wasn¡¯t for those horns and eyes, he would look like a normal human.


    The last one is another old lady. Her back has already given up on her already and is using a cane to support her. Same red eyes and horns, but is wearing an old dress like any other normal old lady. She¡¯s pretty short as well, she seems to be about half my height.


    I can¡¯t identify the one with the robe covering his body, but I can notice some skull like features. Maybe I¡¯m thinking so much. He has no red eyes, he has yellow eyes glowing.


    Everyone waits for something to come up, but the horn creatures ignore them and go to their positions. They stand on the left in front of the leaders, the dark winged creatures stand on the right.


    The crowd, noticing being just ignored, begins to protest even more angrily. It got so bad that security had to come in play and hold the angry mob away from the gates. It was no use. How can some merely guards hold almost the entire city off? The mob finally enters the white house.


    These guys are idiots¡­ Be a little more prepared will you?


    Daniel tries his best to get out of the way of the mob, but still gets drag along with it. Annoyed, he begins to hit everyone out of his way, but it was too late. He is already inside and


    [???] ¡°Ring of Dream: Son¨¢mbulo¡±


    The robe guy from the horn group steps in and shows a purple ring from his finger to the crowd. It didn¡¯t took long for them to stop their tracks. They seem to have fallen in some kind of spell. Their eyes, they¡¯re lifeless. It¡¯s as if they have gotten their souls stolen away from them. Following along, the crowd begins to back away and exit the entrance, Daniel mixed along in it.


    ¡­!?


    [Daniel] (What just happened? What was that weird feeling from just now? And wasn¡¯t I inside the house?)


    After snapping out of it, he tries to figure out the situation.


    That was very weird. If I remember correctly, the robe guy step in front of them and showed us some kind of ring. I may have imagined it, but was that a skeleton finger I saw with the ring? Just who are these guys¡­


    While Daniel is confused, then something happens again that makes everyone shiver.


    On the ground, yes the ground, something begins to crawl its way up. But that wasn¡¯t the most terrifying, it was their hands. It was big enough to carry 3 people in it and are made of nothing but bones. Its head finally is out, making everyone scream out loud.


    [???] ¡°Sorry. But If I don¡¯t do this much, you people won¡¯t quiet down. Now please wait for the next arrival.¡±


    He threatens everyone to quiet down and wait as he summons 4 of those skeleton like creatures for each corner of the house. They are 10 meter tall skull creatures and each are carrying a weapon. Leaving the crowd shitless and mouths wide opened.


    Panicked, those who are carrying weapons with them, opens fire at them, Murica style. Their mere bullets had no affect whatsoever on the skull creatures. The horn and dark winged people were worried about the leaders and set up a barrier to protect them all.


    This is¡­ Ok. This is too much for me to swallow, really too much. Just what is going on!? That was magic right? That has to be magic! There¡¯s no other way for me to understand the situation, so it has to be that. According to my Fantasy reads, that was Summoning Magic and a Protection Barrier. The robe guy must have used some kind of mind control magic. So it has to be all magic¡­ Just what am I saying...


    The media, being the media, still films everything that¡¯s happening. There¡¯s huge scale of phone calls on every Media office there is in the world. People from afar were scared, some ignored it, some agonized over it. Chaos was reigning over and it takes no brainer to know the whole world is turning upside down.


    But¡­


    There¡¯s still one more arrival to go.

    (Part 3)


    Man¡­ All this tension is killing me to the point I can¡¯t even feel the heat. At least everyone is now quiet and stopped shoving onto me. Now we¡¯re waiting for the next big guys to come. Now that I think about it. Fallen Angels, Demons, and lastly¡­ Yeah it¡¯s kind of obvious what¡¯s coming next¡­


    How do I know they are Fallen Angels and Demons? I mean just look at them. What else can they be? I¡¯m not that stupid.

    A few moments later.


    Everyone began to notice something coming above the skies, leaving them speechless. While Daniel was giving a ¡®See? I told you so¡¯ expression, they now landed in front of the leaders and the other two groups.


    There it was, what made everyone fall to their knees, luminous white wings could be seen.  They were big enough to be dragged as well and made tears flow down from the crowd¡¯s eyes. Almost everyone are now on their knees and thanking the Lord and such.


    No doubt about it. So these are Angels. Very interesting.


    They are 6 total of them, but there are 2 of them with no wings. All of them were still amazing beings.


    A six winged man with a white robe covering his face got his attention the most. Brown hair could be seen behind the hood. It was pretty obvious who it was.


    There¡¯s another six winged man. He has yellow hair, yes yellow not blonde, and warm blue eyes. He¡¯s actually pretty tall and thin. He¡¯s wearing golden shoulder armor pads that¡¯s big and and seem very heavy for his body to handle. A white cape is attached to it and is wearing white clothing with golden designs under it.


    I can¡¯t tell his gender¡­ He¡¯s the most feminine of all. He¡¯s too feminine to the point I might actually go for him. His body looks very slim as well. I don¡¯t even know why I¡¯m calling him ¡®He¡¯. My guts, for some reason, are telling me to.


    Moving along.


    What comes next is a 2 winged brown hair woman in golden and silver armor. She has a silver sword and shield. She looks very familiar, never mind, scratch that. It¡¯s her! Holy shit! She¡¯s famous as fuck, specially for gamers. She is a Valkyrie! Damn I never thought I would get to see something like this in my entire life. She¡¯s also beautifully sharp and looks like would slay any beast in front of her eyes. She¡¯s exactly like I imagined her to be. I don¡¯t want to wake up from this dream.


    What¡¯s gets my attention after Valkyrie-san is that dark skinned man. He has no wings, actually he looks like a normal old man. He has a long wooden cane which it isn¡¯t really used as a support cane, it looks more like a staff. He¡¯s wearing rags of cloth, doesn¡¯t really deserve to be called clothe wear. He seems like someone from ancient civilization. He also looks like your average senile citizen.


    The other two are seems nothing special. Blond hair, white clothing, and two wings. I can¡¯t really recall their faces, I don¡¯t really know much about the bible.


    [Male 1] ¡°What are you all doing calling these guys our saviors. They¡¯re all fake along with those other satanic symbolism. They are just mocking us!¡±


    [Male 2] ¡°What are you talking about? You¡¯ve seen everything they¡¯re doing. How can all these be false?¡±


    [Female 1] ¡°That¡¯s right. How can you explain all of that? Also the fact that all the leaders on this world are here!?¡±


    [Male 3] ¡°She¡¯s right!¡±


    [Female 2] ¡°Bullshit!¡±


    [Crowd] ¡°Argue* Argue*¡±


    Ignoring everyone again. the angels introduce themselves to the leaders and the other 2 groups. Now that everything is done, 3 people step up.


    [???] ¡°Greetings fellow brothers and sisters. I am Jesus, son of God, leader of the Angel Faction.¡±


    [???] ¡°Greeting Humans. My name is Lucifer, betrayer of God, leader of the Fallen Faction.¡±


    [???] ¡°My name is Ulyssa Baum Adler, the 8th Queen of the Demon Faction.¡±


    The robe 6 winged man, the silky black hair dark winged man, and the red hair woman introduces to the world. A deep silence follows after their introduction, for such silence to be happening in a big city like these and having its people gathered at the same place. Of course, Daniel was shocked as well, but his interest trigger after a few moments.


    [Lucifer] ¡°I know this is sudden, but please hear us out.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°Like you¡¯re President said. Everything we¡¯ll reveal is true.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°We didn¡¯t have a choice but to do this now. The world¡¯s state is in a very delicate state. We have to act now.¡±


    All cameras were aiming at the 3 so called leaders to film their revelations. The crowd were breathless, confused, shocked, but they were still all attentive.


    [Lucifer] ¡°We have no reason to prove our existence to every each of you. We¡¯re just here to help.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Getting on point. You guys are destroying earth and soon this whole world will be inhabitant. We estimated this world will last for 94. But everyday, you keep increasing your pace, at this rate it may be way shorter.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°There is also that Nuclear War danger. A single nuclear worldwide is enough to decrease Earth¡¯s time for 50 years.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°What we¡¯re trying to say is this world would only last for a couple of years.¡±


    Mmh¡­ What they say is all true. Those idiots are doing nothing but ruining the world. But why does it feel like these guys are hiding something? What¡¯s with the time limit?


    [Lucifer] ¡°Fear not. We are here to help you.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Even though what we are doing is pointless. We would still like this world to last a bit more.¡±


    This is too serious. I knew this world is ending, but for it to be so close. It¡¯s so bad that even these guys had to step up. The question is¡­ Why now?


    The crowd still silently listens, but are shaking as well. They are scared. Everything they said made sense to them and have gotten grasp of the situation. They know how serious this is. There¡¯s too much confusing going on at the moment. They feel like it¡¯s all over. The commotion is so great that people are starting to shoot themselves, chaos is taking over.


    [Jesus] ¡°Let the light guide you away from darkness, suffer no more. Humming¡±


    Sunlight starts to become beautifully sparkly, with humming noise following along. As it reaches the crowd, their fear goes away. Their confused and shock state begins to fade away. Everyone stopped shaking in fear.


    [Jesus] ¡°Don¡¯t be afraid. Please let us finish.¡±


    The big man emits a sacred aura that makes everyone feel safe, even me. Actually what he did just now was very interesting. As expected of him.


    [Maou] ¡°We¡¯ve come to discuss our plan to avoid such a future. If it works, we may live for a couple of thousand years more.¡±


    Is that so? If you ask me, I find it very pointless. Whatever you do, those idiots will fuck it up sooner or later.


    [Lucifer] ¡°But that isn¡¯t our main purpose to be here.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°We decided to avoid our present condition.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°We will chose one of you for the job.¡±


    What do they mean?


    [Jesus] ¡°We¡¯ve lied to you.¡±


    For him to say that¡­ That¡¯s literally the last thing you would hear from him.

    A world where we actually interacted with our imaginations. They were never made up in our heads, they actually existed. A world filled with thrilling adventure, amazing creatures and places, beautiful in general. How did it come to an end? Everything has an end, but how did this reach its end? The answer shouldn¡¯t really be known. That¡¯s why it¡¯s hidden.


    [Jesus] ¡°We can¡¯t really tell you in detail why we hidden everything to you, since it¡¯s one of our most disgraceful times.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°All we can say is that everything turned out for the worst. Almost all of us reached extinction.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°There are many creatures that survived. They are all creatures from your fairy tale books. Even after surviving, they refuse to reveal themselves.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°At the end. We gave Earth to you humans.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Which was a bad idea.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°What we¡¯re trying to say is that we would like to save that world as well.¡±


    So that¡¯s where the human comes in play. True, it seems like a good idea to send one, but won¡¯t it be hard the right one for the job? But visiting such a world would be n¡­ Wait! Wait¡­ I don¡¯t want to raise a flag, or was it raised by just thinking it about it? FUUUUUUUUUUUU


    [Lucifer] ¡°Our ideal specie for this job is you Humans.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°At first I thought it would be impossible to find one since you guys are famous for Discrimination and Hostility, turns out I was wrong.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°As soon as we got here, we found our Human.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°He is here right now.¡±

    Nobody is moving an inch and they are having a ¡®Don¡¯t pick me!¡¯ expression. I also don¡¯t want to go¡­


    [Maou] ¡°Naturally he had no different expression from the rest of you when he saw us, but¡­¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°We felt no hostility whatsoever. And so, we decided to check his soul.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°It was a very dark and sad soul, but deep down it had great kindness.¡±


    Kind? I agree with dark and sad. I hate this world, I loathe it, I just wish for this world to burn down already. I don¡¯t dig my past experiences, but I guess I still feel pitiful. I¡¯m so pathetic. For me to let these trash step on me like this. Totally pathetic.


    But this world. It interests me. Magic seems to exist there, it seems very fun for a gamer like me. But my hobbies aren¡¯t the main reason why I want to visit that world. I want a new start, I won¡¯t lose again. I want to triumph over that world. Don¡¯t get me wrong, I have no interest in ruling over trash. I just want the whole world to look down upon me, I want them to know I¡¯m not weak, I want to make them my playthings.


    [Lucifer] ¡°Unfortunately. It won¡¯t change our present condition at all. The reason is because we will send him to a past that is not ours.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°It¡¯s complicated. You understand better by the words Time Dimensions. Finding our dimension is impossible, as there are literally an infinity of them.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Our condition will remain the same, but at least we¡¯ll save a Dimension.¡±


    Turns out this world won¡¯t be saved. The universe doesn¡¯t really play nice does it? I guess just saving one dimension from such outcome is worth it.


    [Maou] ¡°I will now tell you our chosen Human¡±


    Maou points at Daniel¡¯s direction. Making the crowd opening a path. Following along there was a short moment of silence.


    Finally Daniel is about to move forward, smiling.


    [Daniel] (So obvious. Heh! I guess I have no other¡­)


    [???] ¡°Eh!? Me!?¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Yes you!¡±

    Breaking Glass* Sfx


    [Daniel] ¡°O..O-Oi! What the hell!!! Who is this guy!? Since when was this fatty even next to me!? Oi! I got fired up for nothing!!!¡±


    Maou puffs up her chest, saying she¡¯s dead serious. Extremely annoyed, Daniel begins to leave out of the scene.


    [???] ¡°W-Wait! That boy who¡¯s walking away! Our sincerest apologies! Our queen¡¯s eyesight hasn¡¯t been doing so well lately! Please wait!!! You¡¯re the one we want!¡±


    The blue scaled fish woman steps up and tries to stop Daniel from leaving.


    [Daniel] ¡°Huh!? You want me to come back after such humiliation!? Screw you!!!¡±


    [???] ¡°Wait!!! My Queen! Please say something!¡±


    [Maou] ¡°That¡¯s weird¡­ They looked really similar¡­ I thought I picked the right one.¡±


    ¡­


    [Daniel] ¡°Roses are red, violets are blue, so tell me how the fuck do we look similar to you!!!??¡±


    Those idiots should really get her a pair of glasses already. God damn, I¡¯m so mad. I don¡¯t even want to look at these guys. Totally regretting staying here. I¡¯m out.


    Daniel is now on his way back, but he¡¯s stopped by the crowd. Annoyed he pushes everyone away, until.


    [Lucifer] ¡°Please come this way. We already apologized for the mistake. Now let us go.¡±

    All of the sudden Lucifer appears before Daniel. Shortly after he touches his shoulder and in a blink of an eye, he¡¯s inside the White House, surrounded by all the factions.


    [Daniel] (What the¡­ What kind of magic was that? I was outside just a second ago¡­)

    [Jesus/Lucifer/Maou] ¡°Welcome. Our dear Hero.¡±

 Chapter 2 - The Three Factions Part 1

    (Part1)


    [Daniel] (What do I do¡­)


    Daniel has been now brought front of the Faction Leaders. Desperate, he tries to find a way out of this situation. He was just going with the flow, he honestly doesn¡¯t really want to go, it¡¯s too troublesome. His emotions were just taking over, he wants nothing to do with whatever they¡¯re doing. He knows nothing good will come from it.


    [Daniel] ¡°Sigh*... Is there anyway I can get out of this?¡±


    [Maou] ¡°No. Your duty is now to succeed this mission. You will do this whether you like or not.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Is that how you ask someone for favors?¡±


    I really don¡¯t like this woman. She looks at me like I¡¯m some kind of bug. It¡¯s probably because in front of her I¡¯m just another Human. I really hate it when I¡¯m put in the same group as them¡­


    [Lucifer] ¡°Now, let¡¯s try to be nice ok Baum-san?¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Hmph! Even if he has kindness in him, It¡¯s still nothing compared to the darkness inside him. He¡¯s too shady, should we even entrust the job to him?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°How the hell does it look like I want to take it? If you don¡¯t trust me, then perfect! Now let me go!¡±


    As Daniel exclaims his complains, the crowd begins to get noisy again.


    Ignoring the skull giants, they charged in at the gates again, demanding for explanations. Seems everything is still a joke for some of them and are just furious. Shots resume with deaths along and begins to take aim at the leaders. Fighting and killing increases more and more in a very dangerous rate. Security comes in to play. but are no use at all. They are trying not to harm them, but at this rate, they might have too. The skull giants begins action. They are pushing them back with their weapons, literary, and trying not to hurt them.


    What¡¯s with those guys? I don¡¯t think confusion and denial can make you that crazy. It¡¯s like madness is taken over them? I always seen Humans as Beasts, but this surpasses my expectations. It really is Madness¡­ If I wasn¡¯t brought alone here, I might have been shot by now¡­


    [Lucifer] ¡°Not good¡­ They¡¯re being consumed by darkness.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°I¡¯m on my way. I¡¯ll purify them.¡±


    He¡¯s on his way to the crowd at max speed, which are not by feet, he¡¯s flying without using his wings. What¡¯s the point of having wings if you¡¯re not going to use them? Just read on.


    [Daniel] ¡°What do you guys mean by being consumed?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°As you know, every living thing has darkness residing in them. As it increases time by time, your soul slowly begins to get consumed. Slowly, all your reasoning vanishes away, and you end up like that. In their case, they were suffering from confusion and fear, which are types of darkness.¡±


    He points at the crowd, no longer sane. They roughly breathe with their mouths, eyes clouded, and heads hanging in a weird way. They no longer were humans, they were like soulless zombies. They just destroy anything and anyone in their way. As time passes by, more and more blood blood spills on the ground. They no longer see the light, only despair and darkness. Sirens from any station can be heard. No longer with any choice, the police and skull giants began to kill people to regain order. The whole place is in uproar, but it¡¯s not the only one.


    [Jesus] ¡°Baum-san!¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Got it. My Lord, I ask you to please refrain your guards.¡±


    [???] ¡°Understood.¡±


    [Daniel] (Lord?)


    The Maou has polity asked the robe guy to stop his men. Her calling him Lord has gotten my attention.


    [???] ¡°Fall back for now.¡±


    Following his order, the begin to slowly disintegrate until they¡¯re nothing but dust.


    [Jesus] ¡°Thank you! Now... ¡°


    He ascends above the crazy crowd and spreads his wings and begins to enchant.


    [Jesus] ¡°I, who Guides you. I, who Loves you. I, who Commands you! Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, expose it! Let the Light guide you again, Holy Aura!¡±


    Golden magic circle appears above the crowd, enough to cover every area. Considering the amount of people, the whole area is filled nothing but golden magic circles. The circle begin to glow and now snows little balls of light. As it touches the crowd, little by little, per ball, the dark aura begins to slowly fade away. The crowd stopped their track, dumbfounded. They never felt so safe ever in their entire life, to the point they begin shearing tears, their eyes slowly regains its light. Realizing what they were just doing, they fall on their knees, but they did not agonize over it. They feel consolation from the warm balls of light, instead of feeling down, they begin to pray and repent for their sins.


    It was a really bizarre scene for Daniel. For that much chaos to fade away just like that, it was a really nice. As expected of him he thought, but then gets annoyed. He begins to recall his shity life. Turns out God and Jesus really exist, even so, why did they let him suffer that much when he never was a bad person at the beginning. Trying to conceal his feelings, he has a question.


    [Daniel] ¡°I don¡¯t know why, but something is weird. I don¡¯t think they could have gotten that scared or confused to end up like that. I also felt a similar feeling when you guys use your magic. I might be overthinking it, but did someone else did all these?¡±


    Daniel is right on point. The situation was just too abnormal, even for magic. A malicious feeling could be felt right before the people began to lose their reasoning. Daniel knew it wasn¡¯t natural, even though nothing is natural up to this point.


    [Lucifer] ¡°What a nice observation, as expected of our chosen Hero¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Do me a favor. Don¡¯t call me Hero, it¡¯s disgusting.¡±


    Daniel hates heroes to heart. They are just some goody 2 shoes, attention whores, that needs some laid, and mostly have stupid logic. For him to be put in the same group as them, there is just no way he¡¯ll take it for granted.


    [Lucifer] ¡°Hahaha* For you to say it like that and look at me like I¡¯m some nuisance, you sure are interesting. Most humans would fall on their knees in front of me, pleading for their lives.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Whatever. Answer my question already.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Feisty aren¡¯t we? Anyway, it has to be work from him.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Him?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°He has many names from you Humans, even mines. But he¡¯s mostly known by the name Satan.¡±

    [Daniel] ¡°He exists?¡±


    Now knowing what to think, Daniel asks for more information.


    [Lucifer] ¡°Of course he exists. Where there¡¯s light, there¡¯s darkness. He gets his strength by making people fall into darkness and consumes them.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°But¡­¡±


    I look at red hair woman. Wasn¡¯t satan ruler of demons? Then why do those guys have her as ruler? Doesn¡¯t make sense at all. They all have horns and tails just like your typical version of Satan.


    [Maou] ¡°Do you honestly think that we¡¯re related to him?¡±


    Slightly offended, she turns on him.


    [Lucifer] ¡°That¡¯s just what Humans made up. His background is quite different.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°If I remember correctly, he was expelled from heaven by God. He disobeyed god, if I remember correctly.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Hahaha* That¡¯s me. I was the only one stupid enough to disobey God, as punishment, he sent me down to Satan. I got my dark wings and hair from him.¡±


    ¡­


    This is too different. I thought their wings turns black because they lost to their temptations, but the part of him being sent to hell is still the same.


    [Daniel] ¡°So is he after me? He probably doesn¡¯t want the past to be changed.¡±


    I knew it this was too dangerous. I need to get out of here.


    [Lucifer] ¡°I don''t think so. This present won¡¯t be changed at all, he probably is just seeing you off. ¡°


    [Daniel] ¡°Why? Knowing his character, he would want every dimension to end up the same.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°His powers are limited, so there¡¯s nothing what he can do about it. Plus, he¡¯s satisfied as he is now.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Wasn¡¯t he supposed to be more malicious?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°He certainly is. He¡¯s just aware of his limits and is a little bit curious on how this might turn out. If not, he would have tried to stop us by now.¡±


    Something just doesn¡¯t feel right.


    Anyway. According to him, Satan was really by his side. He won¡¯t tell me what he really was and why was he kicked out, which made me a lot more curious. Satan is known as God¡¯s enemy after being kicked out from heaven by disobeying him too much, yet Lucifer said ¡®I was the only one stupid enough to disobey God¡¯. If Lucifer was the only one to disobey God, then why was Satan kicked out? Also what about his other men? They must have gone through the same process, so why is he saying he¡¯s the only one who betrayed God? These guys are hiding too much information from me. And they want me to help them...


    [Jesus] ¡°I am now done... We should get moving by now.¡±


    After leaving tons of people now preaching, he comes back to the assembly.


    [Lucifer] ¡°Are you ok? That level of darkness was no joke, same for the affected amount, it must have taken a lot of Holy Magic.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°I¡¯m ok¡­ What¡¯s more important is our Hero.¡±


    Annoyed, he was about exclaim, but something hit him.


    [Daniel] ¡°Wait¡­ You said that if a lot of darkness swells up inside you, you¡¯ll lose lose your consciousness, then why am I still alright? Didn¡¯t you say you saw a lot of darkness inside me?¡±


    Daniel also wondered about the demons. Shouldn''t they be the same? He decided to ask them that later.


    [Lucifer] ¡°That¡¯s what got us so interested in you even more. We were actually going to eliminate you, your level was way above the charts.¡±

    [Maou] ¡°Yet you were still acting normal. When we checked inside you, everything reeked nothing but darkness. It was so bad to the point we were going to suffocate, but we noticed something as we were leaving.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Light. Warm and kind light is residing inside you in middle of all that darkness.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°That still doesn¡¯t cut how you¡¯re still alright. We concluded it was due to stubborn will.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°That¡¯s what made us decide you are the right one for the job.¡±

    To be chosen from such pitiful reasons. Why do these guys even expect help from me? Actually why am I refusing a deal to enter a new world and start anew? I don¡¯t want to stay here at all and what¡¯s about to happen now will just make it a lot more noisy.


    [Daniel] ¡°Can humans use magic as well?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Of course. Just like any human dreamed of.¡±


    Interesting¡­ I actually want to learn more about that world. Those guys look like won¡¯t tell much, so I guess I would have to learn everything there. I have no interest in Human history though, I want to know more about those creatures that supposedly were just made up by our heads.


    I can use these guys. I guess I¡¯ll just go their way, I pity them though. The one who supposedly was to help them, takes advantage of them for his own benefit. Am I any different from human trash? Yes. These guys did nothing for me, so why do I have to help them? Also to risk my life for them? Screw that! Would you do it if you were in my shoes? It¡¯s their fault for asking a stranger they just met.


    [Daniel] ¡°Ok. I¡¯ll accept. I am very interested in going there, just to get out of this shithole.¡±


    I am trying my best not to smile, I know what kind of smile will be. I know these guys aren¡¯t that stupid, they¡¯re fully aware of my intentions.


    [Lucifer] ¡°Wonderful! But first we need to do something.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What is it?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°We first need to take you on a tour to our bases.¡±

    Daniel finds it very amusing for him to visit where they¡¯re stationed, but what has his interest the most is the Fallen Faction¡¯s. Though most of it will be wrong, some of the stereotypes of hell and heaven will be correct, he¡¯s not really looking forward to see them.


    [Daniel] ¡°Is that so¡­ Guessing from our situation, I guess it has be to be now. If so, can I check your place fist?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Of course. I was planning to take you first anyways.¡±


    And so he orders his men to gather up for introductions.


    [???] ¡°Pleasure to meet you. I am what you call Azazel¡±


    This guy should really act his age¡­ He looks around his late 30s and is dressing like some sugar boy. Just looking at him makes me want to throw up. He has short hair(finally a dude with short hair) and is pretty tall, he looks around 6¡¯3 tall.


    [???] ¡°My name is Barakel. Proud member of the Fallen Faction.¡±


    I can¡¯t tell either he¡¯s old or young¡­ He has a lot of facial hair and a really big build, but fair skin can be seen behind all of that hair. His hair is really complex, looks like a barbarian commander style from the games. Again, He¡¯s really tall, about 6¡¯5 tall I believe.


    [Azazel] ¡°You should introduce yourself as well.¡±


    He speaks off to the 4th guy.


    Nothing special about him. He has short hair and has a straight up face. 5¡¯11 tall I believe and is decently built. But there¡¯s something off about this guy.


    He comes onto my face, was about to hit him, but¡­


    [???] ¡°Sorry I don¡¯t want anyone else hear me. I put on a sound barrier for me to introduce myself.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Did you really had to come so close to my face? Personal space is not a thing for you fallen angels?¡±


    [???] ¡°Yes, sorry.¡±


    He grabs Daniel¡¯s head and closes in his ear. Daniel can feel his breath touching his neck. Trying to control himself, he realizes something, he doesn¡¯t really feel uncomfortable by it. He still finds it annoying though.

    Now that I pay attention, isn¡¯t his voice a little too feminine? He looks pretty masculine as well.


    Naamah backs off and sets off his/her barrier. He/She returns to the group.


    [Lucifer] ¡°We can talk about Naamah later. Barakiel please take him with you.¡±


    [Barakiel] ¡°... Yes my Lord.¡±


    Unwillingly, he suddenly picks up Daniel by his shirt and spreads his wings.


    ¡­


    [Daniel] ¡°Hey¡­ You can¡¯t be serious¡­¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Sorry, but there¡¯s no time. Barakiel will take you with him.¡±


    Ugh¡­ I¡¯m starting to regret my decision, too late to fight them off...


    The fallen angels begin to flap their mighty wings. It was quite the scene as you their wings blows the ground for the ascend. It only took about 5 flaps for them to be up to the skies. Unlike the angels, the fallen actually uses their wings.


    Now that they¡¯re up, they begin to blast off incredibly fast. It was enough to break the sound barrier. Amazing, yes. But for Daniel, nope. You could literally see his skin being pulled back. Normally this would kill the person, but this is a web novel so no worries. Though Daniel was really agonizing in pain.


    [Daniel] (When is this going to stop¡­ I¡¯m going to die¡­ This shit hurts¡­ I shouldn¡¯t have agreed¡­)


    After a few minutes. We¡¯ve finally arrived.


    [Daniel] (One of the worst minutes of my life¡­ I wonder how many years of my life has been lost in that¡­)


    Barely able to stand, Daniel finally captures the scene.


    It was a small green island. The whole surrounding was literally all green. A lot of wildlife can be seen throughout the whole island, but it was not any regular wildlife, it was filled with extinct species. Daniel couldn¡¯t tell because he doesn¡¯t really know much about wildlife, but he can still feel some kind of unique feeling out of them.


    After a few minutes of walking through the forest. A volcano can be seen, but that didn¡¯t grab his attention, it was that silver castle right next to it. The place is really noisy due to the variety of animal cries. I hope i come out of this place in one piece.


    [Lucifer] ¡°Our apologies for such a rowdy trip. Hopefully you didn¡¯t swallow any bugs on the way.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Why you¡­ Forget it. Can we just get on to it and leave this island?¡±


    [Barakel] ¡°You watch your attitude!¡±


    Barakel approaches and helds Daniel up by his shirt. A little shocked at first, he immediately shows a grin to intimidate him. Now angrier than before he raises his fist at him. Quickly reacting, he reaches his bookbag and takes out a scissor and immediately jams it to Barakel¡¯s hand to set himself free. Screaming in pain, Barakel takes a step back, but Daniel wastes no time and makes a low kick to the ankle to make him lose balance. Daniel knew he couldn''t hurt such a buffed guy so decides to shove his fingers to his eyes. Right before he could do it, he was stopped by lightning tightening around him.


    [Lucifer] ¡°That''s enough both of you. Barakel restrain yourself!¡±


    [Barakel] ¡°...¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°And for our dear hero. I would like you not to harm my men. That was a lot of bloodlust you just showed towards Barakel."


    [Daniel] ¡°What? He all of the sudden grabbed me and raised his fist towards me. All I did was self defense. And don¡¯t call me ¡°dear¡± it¡¯s creepy man¡­¡±


    [Lucifer] (This human¡­ To catch Barakel off guard like that¡­ He perfectly understood the difference in their strength, so instead to fight him head on, he used despicable methods. I never thought a human could surprised me like this. He might actually save us, or doom us¡­)]


    Like hell I was going to let that asswipe push me off like that. But when I think about it, I was being stupid. That guy could easily killed me, good thing thing I lucked out of that situation. People like that don''t get to live for long, I should be more careful.


    [Lucifer] ¡°We¡¯re wasting time. Quickly lets go. Azazel carry our hero.¡±


    [Azazel] ¡°Understood.¡±


    The group heads to the castle. On the way way Barakel wraps his injuries, feeling quite taken back. Never in his life, he could have thought that a regular human could have dominated him so easily. He¡¯s angry again, but not at Daniel, at himself.


    Reaching the castle, Azazel orders the guards to open the gates. Daniel looks at the guards and notices something weird about them. Trying to not overthink it, he passed the guards and entered the castle, just to feel more uncomfortable. It wasn¡¯t the plants all over the place, or that there are also animals inside, it was the fallen angels. They were just pitiful to watch, which was a little annoying to Daniel, especially their eyes. Their eyes were as cloudy as storm cloud, as if, they have no purpose to be even alive anymore. Actually, they don¡¯t actually look alive at all. But there were some smiles emerging as they pet the animals or glare at the plants.


    [Lucifer] ¡°Excuse the view. But as you can see, we enjoy life.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Yes¡­¡±


    Why are these guys ok? I dont really want to involve myself in such a messy situation.


    [Daniel] ¡°You guys sure live at such an unexpected place. At least a little refined, but this place is a mess. And kind of small¡­ I thought there would be a lot more of you. But I only see about 30 of you.¡±


    The place looks thousand of years old and would fall any time. There¡¯s no way this could actually be their home.


    [Lucifer] ¡°I bet you¡¯re thinking that you expected more from us.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Well of course, we used to live in the Angel kingdom. Such a peaceful place but with lots of rules, nobody questioned them though. But¡­ Even the most faithful and loyal, would have some questions. In my case, curiosity. That curiosity was the reason why I was expelled from kingdom. Because of it I got my friend Azazel involved as well. Barakel was born a fallen and Naamah fell long before me and Azazel.¡±


    Naamah approaches Daniel. He/She has been quiet throughout the whole trip.


    [Naamah] ¡°I fell by trying to fill the gap in my heart.¡±


    A golden magic circle appears below Naamah¡¯s feet. The illusion spell was deactivating and what Daniel sees now is a woman. Taken back by not the fact she¡¯s a woman, but her lack of clothing. She only wore a dark underwear with some armor around her waist and chest to cover those two areas a bit? She looks like a character made from a guy who can¡¯t make anything original and uses porn to cover it up.


    [Naamah] ¡°I had a normal life like any other angel. But one day, I started feeling empty, I tried to ignored it, but I felt even more empty as time passed by. I¡¯ve had enough, so I went out looking what was I missing. It was pointless, I did not even know what I was looking for, until I met a human. Feeling no interest towards the human I decided to leave him, but he stopped me. He seemed like he wanted to talk to me. I messed up enough for letting him see me, but if the kingdom finds out I was spending time with a human, I didn''t know what would happen. But he convinced me to stay for the night, it¡¯s not a good idea to travel at night, especially if you¡¯re an angel. But the human tricked me, he was after my body. He used an item that seals my movements and was soon violated by that man. But instead of agonizing, I was kind of happy, the more he used my body for his pleasures the more my heart filling up. I did not feel empty anymore.


    After finally figuring out my problem I voluntarily did it more with the human. I finally thought I was cured until I felt something still missing. Trying to figured out why, I concluded he was not the one, so I left him and began my search. I tried with anything, the young or the old, even women, with different species, monsters, everything. Took no time for the word of lustful angel reached the kingdom. After being captured by them, they expelled me and threw me off. I thought I should be sad, but I wasn¡¯t. I knew I was totally free to my search and so continued with it. Many years has passed and nothing. I was unlucky enough to be caught up in a human war. I was saved by an angel. I don¡¯t really want to talk about the rest¡­ But he was the one that made me realize that I was looking for love, not lust. My lust just blinded me from the truth.¡±


    I wonder how much sex this bitch had. But man, after all that just to find out you were doing things wrong? Well shit.


    [Daniel] ¡°Didn¡¯t you say you were the only one that betrayed God?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Well in my case. It was voluntary.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Makes sense."


    [Lucifer] ¡°But Naamah existence has me made wonder various things like the fact she was expelled before me. When me and Azazel were expelled, we thought we were the first ones.¡±


    [Naamah] ¡°I thought the same as well when I was expelled. And¡­ The angels have completely forgotten us.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Yes¡­ When I encountered some old companions for the first time after falling, of course they glared at me as their enemy, but also like a complete stranger. I never questioned it until I met Naamah.¡±


    [Naamah] ¡°We concluded that when you are expelled. All memories of you are erased from their heads.¡±


    That¡¯s pretty low and clever of God. Like this, the angels don¡¯t have to hold back against them, but the fallen would if they fought someone they knew.


    [Lucifer] ¡°And now how we ended up here on this island. You see after we were first expelled from Heaven all of us were scattered around, nobody knew who to turn to or what to do. Slowly more Fallens were expelled and more they perished after, we were dying, so I had to do something. Me and Azazel bengan to gathered up as many of us fallen as we could. We found this island to reside in and decided to make a settlement, a place where we can belong. When we finally found our island to reside in, the Angel Faction was strongly opposed to this and decided to attack us. Because you know, they detest us. Finally God told them that he accepts our settlement, to leave us be. Though God ordered such, we were still harassed by them. Then we decided to use Illusion magic, and hide our island. But as we grew more and more, we weren¡¯t so scared anymore, and so we rised up as the Fallen Faction.¡±


    Daniel was impressed by his determination, but he had a question.


    [Daniel] ¡°How did you guys end up at such a sorry state?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Ha¡­ That I might not tell you, you¡¯ll find soon enough. You see¡­ we did a lot of unspeakable things that I want out of my head already, but I can¡¯t¡­ Everybody makes mistakes in life, but I don¡¯t even deserve to say I regret mines. We all played a big role in the current situation we are in now. Nobody is not guilty.¡±


    ¡­


    [Daniel] ¡°You people sure had it rough.¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°We did our best to survive. But the ones who truly had it rough might be the demons, everyone hated them, even us.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°We better be off now. Miss Queen wouldn¡¯t like us to be late. Kind of disappointed though, I didn''t get to properly give you a tour.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°I¡¯ve seen enough¡±


    I knew this was just a small portion that they want me to stop from coming. Though I¡¯m not really interested why I should help them. I just want to visit the past world. I may sound like a selfish dick, but I¡¯m just a normal person. I¡¯m not some goody two shoes that will run to the rescue of those in need, not to mention the ones I¡¯ve just met. I¡¯m not willing to risk my new life like that, it¡¯s stupid. But who knows, life never goes my way anyways.

    [Back at assembly right after Daniel left with Fallen Angels.]


    [???] ¡°Brother¡­¡±


    The remaining factions gathered up with world leaders to discuss about the upcoming plans. Each one of them has a complex expression. The know how absurd and nearly impossible is for every human to come to accept such terms. But if it succeeds, then perhaps the world would last longer.


    It was finally announced to the public on what the factions have in store for them. They want to slowly abandon their technology, their cultures, and civilizations. They want them to depend on them, to let them guide them. Lastly, to reintroduce magic to them.


    In other words, they want them to go back to the good old days. Instead of them ruling themselves, the three factions will have completely control over all existence in the world. A communist party to be precise, but a slightly different. Each world leader will speak for their nations, will have influence but will not have control. Their jobs is basically to give out opinions.


    In the past civilized humans had several leaders with total power over their people. Every time they get a new leader, either they¡¯re terrible, descent, or very wise. Humans was not a stable race.  Though it didn¡¯t work out for them back then, now is different, the factions will rule. The best course of action for now is to strip the freedom of humans. Freedom will not help at all. They were assured they will have not a rough life with them.


    You could guess what came afterwards. Disagreement. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people agreeing, but it was still too small for the opposing party. Later on that disagreement turns into a protest, then quickly into a revolt, and finally total chaos. Everyone were all over the place, fighting, stealing, etc.


    The factions tried to calm them down, but all was useless effort. Nobody will listen this time. Their hope of this world was about to die off.


    Far away. A dark figure chuckles as he watches the sceneries.


    [???] ¡°Oh my¡­ I wonder what will they do now~ Ka ka ka*¡±


    Currently unemployed... Yay me... The second part will come tomorrow.

 Chapter 3 - The Three Factions Part 2

    Man this came out so late. My bad. Next update should come wednesday morning. I don¡¯t think I¡¯ll be able to keep this daily e.e

    While I was going through that unpleasant trip again, on the way back, I started to notice a bit of a commotion when we were reaching the city. Ok, scratch that. A VERY big of a commotion. People were everywhere. It was just like a zombie apocalypse you see in movies. At first it was quite pleasant to see their misery, but it quickly became annoying.


    I really want to get out here.


    Finally back at the assembly, Daniel was greeted by the blue scaled woman. She introduce herself to him as Leviathan, Levi for short. For some reason, his insecurities felt the weakest around her compared to others, but the goody two shoes she gives still bothers him a bit.


    Daniel greeted back and followed Levi to meet up with her group.


    [Daniel] ¡°Kind of noisy¡­ What did you guys did to those guys? The gunfire keeps increasing, some explosions are popping up as well.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°...¡±


    The angels are trying to suppress the angry mobs for me to embark off again. The fallen went out there to help, but it was still proven difficult for them to quiet them down without hurting them.


    [Maou] ¡°At least it went better than I thought. I never expected much from them anyways.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°You things could have been worse? Perhaps you¡¯re right¡­ Anyways, let¡¯s get on with it.¡±


    Hurrying the demon queen, annoyed, she asks the weird skeleton-ish fella to activate the portal. Daniel was sure he was going to hell, not alive and so soon though. The portal looks exactly what you would imagined them to use for a demon invasion. Daniel is a bit worried though, he doesn¡¯t really trust such a dangerous looking phenomenon.


    [Maou] ¡°So ready to¡­? Hoh~ Afraid huh?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    Annoyed by the demon looking down on him, he decides to jump in, but stops himself to think it over again. Already has lost her patience the Queen kicks Daniel to the portal, a small yelp could be heard before his whole presence disappeared.


    [Levi] ¡°Wait¡­! No! I still didn¡¯t finish programming the portal for our hero to use it! Only demons are naturally able to use the portal, the portal will try to reject anything but us!¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Must have forgotten¡­ We don¡¯t usually have humans use our portal these days. Heh*¡±


    The Queen chuckled as Levi snapped. Little she knew, she got smacked.


    [Maou] ¡°You¡­ How dare you¡­ to your Queen¡­!¡±


    [Levi] ¡°Shut up! We will talk about this later! We have to catch up to our hero!¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Ah¡­ Yes!¡±


    And so the Demon Faction jumped in.


    Meanwhile¡­


    [Daniel] ¡°I can''t breathe... Fuck... I need air¡­¡±


    The whole trip lasted only 30 seconds, which were Daniel¡¯s worst moments in his life. Desperately trying to gasp for air, which all resulted into worthless attempts. Daniel quickly analyzed his situation and knew the more he struggled the more he¡¯ll have it rough. Trying to suck it up, he waited for all of it to be over, even though he thought he wouldn¡¯t make it. Finally, he gets out the portal and lands with his back.


    Thankful he didn¡¯t land on his head and that he did not kicked the bucket in there, he tries to catch his breath.


    [Daniel] ¡°Gasp* Cough* Is this¡­?¡±


    There it was in front of him. The Demon Castle. It had a dark miasma around it, a bit taller than the fallen¡¯s but not in any better condition. Even with all that miasma, Daniel could tell the castle was breaking down. Trying to look around, he noticed the red sky above him and its 2 moons. He also notice some kind of huts circling around the castle, they are also in bad conditions, but not as much as those deeper down. The more they were apart from the castle the worse was their conditions. It was kind for Daniel to see, but he could notice piles of rubble deep down.


    Unexpectedly, there were something coming out of the huts, the ones that are close by the castle. It appears to be the demons residents. A little startled, Daniel took a step back at crowd coming at his direction. Daniel was about to take defensive measures, but was interrupted when he notice the portal active again.


    The demon leaders appeared. Angry, Daniel began to shout at them for the near death experience. Only Levi was the one desperately trying to apologize to him, the queen gave out a small grin, and the rest simply ignored him.


    [Daniel] ¡°Why you¡­!!!¡±


    [Levi] ¡°Wait Hero!¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°!!!¡±


    For Daniel surprise, he was tackled by Levi. The startled Daniel lost his balance and fell to the ground. Before he could do anything, he had Levi on top of him, hugging him.


    [Daniel] ¡°Hey¡­! ¡­?¡±


    All of the sudden, Daniel felt so relaxed. Never in his life he was this relaxed. Also most of his awareness seems to have cooled off. The sensation Daniel he was feeling right now, he enjoyed it, he didn¡¯t want it to end. He glanced at the glowing Levi and begin to put his arms around her.


    [Levi] ¡°W-What? Ah!¡±


    With a small yelp, she jumped off of Daniel. Despite her age, she¡¯s a lot inexperienced with men. Daniel hugging her was the last thing she expected.


    [Daniel] ¡°... What?¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Hey you. What do you think you¡¯re doing to my underling?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Forget it. We¡¯re wasting time. Let''s go.¡±


    Confused at the situation that just happened. He glares at Levi only for her to shyly turn away. Not having any of it, he closes in. Surprising her more. The queen was about to hit him, but Daniel told her off by telling her to order her man to open the gates. The interiors were nothing special, actually it feels more like a cave than a castle. It is also very hard for Daniel to see, He looked in his bookbag for a flashlight, but it seems he¡¯s forgotten it. Disappointed He tries to approach Levi again.


    [Daniel] ¡°I just want to ask you this. I¡¯ll leave you alone after.¡±


    [Levi] ¡°About what I just did to you¡­?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Yes.¡±


    [Levi] ¡°It was the affinity of my element. ¡°


    [Daniel] ¡°?¡±


    Levi began to explain about affinities to Daniel. The magic consists of 4 main elements called Primary Elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Air. Those that comes from wonderful creativeness yet a bit dangerous from the Primary Elements are called Secondary Elements. They are the ones make completes the complete use of the plant. Next up is Exterior Elements. They aren¡¯t linked to either Primary or Secondary Elements, outcasts to be precise. It¡¯s Light and Dark magic.


    Now Daniel thought she was getting a bit off point, but Levi continued.


    [Levi] ¡°You see Magic are like emotions. They make the personality of a person, well mostly. This only applies to Primary Elements. Fire makes one brave and sometimes a bit reckless, Water makes you gentle and calmed, Earth can make you intellectual and wiser. Lastly is Air, the element makes you carefree, explorius, curious.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°So you kind of transferred this affinity of yours to calm me down?¡±


    [Levi] ¡°Yes¡­ But I had to make some physical contact with you¡­¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Don¡¯t mind it. I didn¡¯t really hate it. It wasn¡¯t such a bad experience, though I don¡¯t know what I was thinking when I hugged you.¡±


    [Levi] ¡°I-It¡¯s not your fault¡­¡±


    Levi shy expression actually left Daniel¡¯s mind blank for a second. Oddly enough, even though just by looking at someone gets Daniel ticked off, he did not feel like that at all towards her. After so many years, Daniel actually gave out a warm smile. It was short, Levi didn¡¯t notice, but the queen did, upsetting her even more.


    [Levi] ¡°What you also need¡­¡±


    [Maou] ¡°No need Levi. We¡¯re running out of time. He can figure it out once he gets there.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    What the hell is her problem? Do they expect me to send me without knowing anything?


    [Daniel] ¡°Hey you. I need this kind of¡­¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Quiet Hero.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    The queen took him a hallway where portraits are lined up, 8 in total. it was called the Hall of Generations.  Each portrait showed the queens that led the Demon Army since the first day of their rising. It caught Daniel¡¯s eye that they all look very similar. Indeed that they were all redheads and extremely beautiful, but Daniel didn''t care about them.He wondered about the 1st queen. She has no portrait under her name. Daniel asks about it. He was told nobody knows her appearance and when she passed away they couldn¡¯t find any records of her. Now she¡¯s more of a myth rather than demon history.


    Takes a breather and asks.


    [Daniel] ¡°About that incident of darkness engulfing people. You guys said anything has darkness inside them. And you guys reek worse than those that were on the crowd. How are you guys even yourselves?¡±


    Indeed Daniel was right. Demons have the most darkness you ever imagined inside them. A normal person wouldn¡¯t be sane with all that. Then again these aren¡¯t really normal.


    [Maou] ¡°Ever heard of evolution?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What about it?¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Evolution is the natural change for it to adapt to its environment. For us, Darkness.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°I see¡­ So where did you guys originate from?¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Isn¡¯t it obvious? We were once humans.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°!?¡±


    [A.N. I made a little difference here. Ok a big one, but keep reading.]


    Yo¡­ That¡¯s some kind of info you don¡¯t get to get everyday. I thought they were making themselves look like or something. It didn¡¯t really make sense for them to look humanoid up to now.


    [Maou] ¡°I guess I should tell you about our origins. You need to know that much anyway.¡±


    [Daniel] (The lousy attitude of yours is discouraging me to listen¡­)


    [Maou] ¡°"We were no different from humans back then, we all came from animals. As soon as we evolved to humans, we fell victim to the darkness. Back then Darkness wasn¡¯t an attribute, it was a plague. It consumed every one of us to our ends. But our ancestors survived by evolution. They slowly began to adapt to it. It took many centuries, and hundreds of thousands of deaths, but thankfully we pulled through. Today¡¯s humans ancestor, in the other hand, were smart. They organized themselves and used unknown ways to travel. With their above average intelligence, they managed to avoid the plague. That¡¯s how they did not have to go through what our ancestors did.


    But then one day, one day that our ancestors thought will never come. The plague was over. We were finally able to reside in and live a normal life, even if the plague changed us completely. We still looked like we used to, but not completely. Some of us had horns, some had more legs or hands, some didn''t even look like humans at all. What united us was our eyes, our deep red eyes. We were no longer human, but we didn¡¯t care. We were just happy we made it. Even we were still living in our primitive ways and were behind humans, we were happy. Then confrontations began, a few years later, we¡¯ve confronted humans. Shortly after, the first blood happened.


    A startled human killed a demon when he freaked out on his sudden presence. The demon side was mad, but mostly sad and sorrowed for their fellow kin. At the end, it was called off as just an accident by both sides. But then this happened, the lover of the demon, that got killed, killed his killer. What made things worse is that it was in public, as people saw the furious violently, heartlessly demon killing one of his own, they began to fear us. And that was the start of it all, the years and years of pointless wars against the humans. At the end we lost, but we ¡®rose¡¯ up as the Demon Faction.¡±


    Quite different from the story books. But the hate of humans towards the demons were spot on.


    [Daniel] ¡°At least you guys rose up. That should be good I guess.¡±


    Why am I trying to confront this woman? I guess I¡¯m sympathizing because they felt prey to human stupidity.


    [Maou] ¡°What being a faction? Hahaha... The only reason we''ve become a Faction, is because the other "groups" refused the idea of us being the same as them. This is just some title we''ve received to keep our existence.


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    [Maou] ¡°I hate this title with all my soul, but not as bad as I detest humans! Because of you, my mother, the previous Queen, died. Because of you we are now in an dimensional space we¡¯ve created to reside in. Our misery, our pain, our misfortune, it¡¯s all because of you guys!¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    That bitch finally took that out her chest huh? Talk about being professional. But for her¡­


    [???] ¡°My Queen please don¡¯t strain yourself.¡±


    The turquoise-ish scaled ikeman comes to support the over emotional queen. And ¡°Strain¡±? What is she? An old lady?


    [???] ¡°Please give the Queen a moment to catch her breath. I¡¯m sorry for not saying any sooner, but my name is Xian. Gene¡­¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Shut up. I have to say something to Miss Queen.¡±


    [Xian] ¡°...!"


    As Daniel closes in. The ikeman gets in front as to protect her. Annoyed, he tells him to move out of the way. That the queen just said something that he ain¡¯t going to shut up about it.


    The Queen thought he wanted her to take back all she said about everything being the humans fault. Ticked off, she awaits what he¡¯s going to say. But for her surprise.


    [Daniel] ¡°You can hurt them, kill them, blame them, or detest them. I don¡¯t give two rat shits about them, but if you¡¯re going to group me with them, then we have a problem. The last thing I want to hear is being the same as those trashes. Did I make myself clear?"

    After stopping herself from her laughers, she orders everyone for our return to the assembly.


    Daniel still has some concerns. About how both the Fallen and Demon faction end up in such a state. About their really low population. And how are they actually going to save this world.

    Once again I didn¡¯t get any information except of their origins. I think they want me to pity their sorry conditions. Right now I¡¯m on my way to the castle. This time I¡¯m keeping my breath, so the trip isn¡¯t really painful this time. Thanks Levi. I didn¡¯t really get to talk to the butler and old lady, I really wanted to say something to the robe person. is he even a person? I had the intentions but my guts were saying to stay away from him.


    The last place is Fallen Faction¡¯s HQ, aka Heaven. The last thing I expected to set a foot on. Man I wonder how many religious people will hate me for this.


    I started to notice the end of the portal. This time I¡¯ll land on my feet.


    [Daniel] ¡°All right. This place isn¡¯t so bad if you get a heads up.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°I thought nothing surprises you.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Since when did I say that?¡±


    [Maou] ¡°You give that aura that you do.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    What¡¯s with the sudden change of personality? Before I entered hell, she wanted to avoid me at all costs. Now she¡¯s brightfully teasing me¡­ Women sure are hard.


    [Daniel] ¡°Hey you.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°You know¡­ The ¡®Hey you¡¯ is really getting annoying.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Hey Levi.¡±


    [Levi] ¡°Yes?


    [Maou] ¡°..."


    [Daniel]  ¡°About the darkness inside me. Something is off. You guys said your ancestors went through a long and very painful evolution. But as for me, I don¡¯t feel anything, much any different. Is there a reason for this?¡±


    [Levi] ¡°We do not know. Even we don¡¯t fully understand it. All we figured out how to use it for our convenience.¡±


    This is starting to bother me. I know this will bring some kind of trouble in the future. I have to search for answers when I go to the past.


    [Michael] ¡°Are you ready?¡±


    Like I said again I have no interest, but I just want to get it over with. Though I do have some questions, but not to these guys, to him.


    [Michael] ¡°My lord we¡¯re ready.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°Good. Queen, if it¡¯s not a¡­¡±


    [Maou] ¡°It¡¯s ok. We¡¯ll try to handle the situation till your return.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°Thank you. We won¡¯t take long.¡±


    The way they talk to themselves feels a little bit off, though none of them are talking disrespectfully, Jesus seems to be careful to pick the right words with her.


    [Michael] ¡°Don¡¯t mind if I do.¡±


    [Daniel] (Oh no¡­)


    Michael picks up Daniel and takes off to the sky. About to go through the same experience, Daniel just sucks it up and just wants it to be quick. For his surprise he didn¡¯t feel skin peeling, actually nothing was happening. Michael was flying at a tremendous speed up to the skies. Wondering why, he looks around and notices some yellow phenomenon around both Daniel and Michael.


    [Michael] ¡°! You must wondering about that. It¡¯s my shield magic. Like this you won¡¯t have wind coming at you.¡±


    Enjoyed that he¡¯s finally receiving the treatment he deserves. As Daniel looks down, he get to glance an scene. He gets to see the whole city high in the sky, though there are various gunfires and noisy people fighting. Seeing them small like ants pleased Daniel, so this might be the best trip he had with these guys, not like the other 2 were pleasant at all.


    Now that we¡¯re on top of the clouds, I noticed Valkyrie doing some kind of dancing ritual. I could multi magic circles circling around her.  When she cast off her spell, the circles merge into 1 and then moves forward. All of the sudden it expands, making a bright, a very bright, castle appears. A castle is actually pretty big, and when you compare it to the other two, they¡¯re like caves, they don¡¯t really deserve to be called castles or buildings. It also seems to be supported by yellow clouds. I didn¡¯t know castles have pure hearts.


    Stairs appeared out of the blue, but they seem holographic. Daniel could see clouds going through them. Unsure, he was told not to worry that they will hold his steps. Having seconds thoughts he takes his first step. Like they said, it did hold, but Daniel gasped as he saw a round wave, the ones when a droplet touches surface water.[A.N. I know there¡¯s better wording than this¡­ Now it seems pointless, but hey you guys said you wanted more details.]


    [Michael] ¡°Open up the gates.¡±


    Finally at the gates, Michael orders his men to let us enter.


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    He noticed clouds inside the castle again. He began to wonder why the factions have stuff that shouldn¡¯t be inside buildings. He looks around to see more angels and notices them coming forward.


    [Daniel] ¡°What the¡­¡±


    Their eyes¡­ They¡¯re the same as the fallen. Everyone has them? Since hell was so dark I couldn¡¯t tell if they were the same or not. What is going on? Also their numbers¡­ 9¡­ 10? Only 16 angels? Actually 15, because that old man doesn¡¯t look like an angel.


    [???] ¡°You must be wondering about our low numbers.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°???"


    The dark skinned old man comes forward.


    [???] ¡®My apologies if i startled you. My name is Moses prophet of God.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...!?¡±


    Hey¡­ hey¡­ hey¡­ How is he alive? Wait, did I seriously ask that?


    [Moses] ¡°Though I¡¯ve been offered to ascend as an angel many times, I¡¯ve refused them all. At the end I¡¯ve agreed to reside heaven. I don¡¯t deserve this much treatment if I may say.¡±


    Like hell you don¡¯t. Isn¡¯t he like one of the most faithful of the faithful to God? And you can ascend to an angel? that catches my interest the most. But I quite have the good impression of him now, his greed never took over even dead.


    [Daniel] ¡°I¡¯m kind of tired of seeing depressed people. Could we move on?¡±


    [Moses] ¡°Very well. The reason because we took you here it was because of him. He awaits you in the Dream Chamber.¡±


    Knowing who he was talking about, Daniel follows Moses, but¡­


    [???] ¡°Wait!¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Before you go let me introduce myself.¡±


    The odd angel takes out his hand waiting for a handshake. To get over with it, he takes his and shakes it.


    [???] ¡°My name is Samael. It¡¯s a pleasure to properly greet you.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Ok¡­


    Daniel doesn¡¯t really anything about him, but he could feel some kind of uniqueness in him. He he only has 2 wings though and really doesn¡¯t look like anyone special.


    Then the promise with Naamah hit him. He was told not to tell anyone about her existence, especially from the angels. He also wondered about the angel she felt in love with. Though he didn¡¯t really any information about him, he wondered if he was still alive. He seriously doubts when he looks at their numbers.


    [Daniel] (He has to be dead I guess)


    [Moses] ¡°You¡¯ll meet with him inside this room. We shall await for your return.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Got it."


    Daniel enters the room mentally prepared only to be disappointed. The room was white, yes white, it didn¡¯t feel like a room at all. It felt like a alternate dimension in nothingness. No sign of life, matter, nada.


    [Daniel] ¡°Hello? I had an appointment. To meet God? Hello?¡±


    No response.


    [Daniel] ¡°I guess even him can be late.¡±


    [???] ¡°I was in front of you the whole time.¡±


    A voice out nowhere erupts. Trying to figure where it came from , he notices something moving in the blank nothingness.


    [???] ¡°See? it was not hard to notice.¡±


    A blank oversized floating ball came to his presence. Not knowing how to react he asks.


    [Daniel] ¡°Are you god?¡±


    [God] ¡°Yes. Is it not obvious?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°No it really isn¡¯t. Aren¡¯t you supposed to be a lot more mighty presence? Come on, just looking at you makes me want to go home. I didn¡¯t sign up for this.¡±


    [God] ¡°I have no presence. All this nothingness is me. I took a small piece of me and made it into matter for you to see me.


    [Daniel] ¡°You could have use some paint for me to notice¡­¡±


    I wanted to ask him some stuff. Not the reason why he made my life so miserable. About the world ¡®I¡¯m saving¡¯. About its magic.


    [God] ¡°I see¡­ very well.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°You¡­¡±


    [God] ¡°The 24th great granddaughter of the great Leviathan. Time sure passes by, so many generations have passed by. Back on point, she have already told you how Magic can make who you are. What me to fully explain it?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°No thank you. I can figure that on my own. The more I¡¯m told the more my reason to go to another world dies.¡±


    [God] ¡°How so?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What¡¯s the point exploring a world you already know?¡±


    [God] ¡°I see. But there must be something you want to know.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°You already know I want to know about the origins of Magic.¡±


    Regardless of Daniel¡¯s rude behaviour, God gives a cheery aura. You really can¡¯t feel anything though out of him though.


    [God] ¡°Times were tough back then. There was no order, the food chain was a complete mess, and the wrath of nature. Earth did not turn out like the paradise I planned it to be. Instead of being a paradise to all living thing, it was hell. Even though I couldn¡¯t really interfere with my creation, because changing fate always turns to the worse. Even so, I decided to interfere, my first, now we¡¯re here today.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Hey¡­¡±


    [God] ¡°I know. I need you to get the full concept.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    [God] ¡°I¡¯ve noticed the high intelligence from the monkeys. I¡¯ve seen some hope, despite all the horrible outcomes that might come.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡®?¡±


    [God] ¡°I sped up their evolution and mortify it a bit. Ever wonder why only you guys are so different? Because of me. I knew what would happen, I waited. Satanas came and did what I knew what he would do. He created the demons. Awaiting for their most intellectual point. I began to introduce Magic. My second interference.


    Daniel didn¡¯t really care not now. But he patiently waited for his answer.


    [God] ¡°At first I sped the evolution of fireflies and they turned into Fairies. Each of them had a different element of the main 4. And to aid their travels, I gave them magical dust to buff their wings. You call them pixie dust I believe.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Fairies¡­¡±


    [God] ¡°Again like I predicted Satanas interfered and introduced magic as well. This time I caught him by surprise. Demons could only use fire.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Why not hit the guy?¡±


    [God] ¡°He cannot touch me as I cannot touch him.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Wonderful¡±


    [God ¡°I thought I have completely won this round. Until it happened. A demon developed the control of darkness, Dark Magic. The prediction was very unlikely, but it happened. That person who created Dark Magic is no other than the 1st Demon Queen. You see, magic is the key to obtain earth assistance. I only wanted it to regain order. At the end, I lost to my own system.¡±


    Talk about the unbeatable¡­ Satan kept using his interference against him and even lucked out on one. Why make a system that you can¡¯t even control. What were you thinking?


    [God] ¡°You see. Fate has many routes, no one can fully predict it, even me. Now you¡¯re wondering why make a system I can¡¯t control. The reason is simple. I did not want to control my creations forever, I wanted them to live their own lives. You all are my creations, I considered each one of you my children, even you. A parent has to let go the hand of his child when he¡¯s all grown up. A child deserves to live.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°You¡¯re system failed.¡±


    [God] ¡°I¡¯ve learned the hard way.¡±


    Hmph. I can¡¯t be mad at this guy, because he¡¯s a victim. Still very dumb though, why expect so much from humans. You could have chosen a lizard or something.¡±


    [God] ¡°Maybe you¡¯re right. But for now let''s get on the main reason I summoned you. I¡¯m sure you¡¯re anxious to get to the past.


    [Daniel] ¡°!? Ah! How long did we spent here¡­¡±


    [God] ¡°Don¡¯t worry this place is an alternate dimension I have full control of. Both times are different. For them we¡¯ve been only here for seconds.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°I guess. So what did you needed from me?¡±


    [God] ¡°I offer you Blessings and Divine Protections for your journey. I even offer you to master all 4 Primary Elements and the 2 exterior ranks. Along with many spells and mana.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°!?¡±


    For such things to be offered at him¡­ He actually liked the idea and gave a small chuckle, but¡­ wouldn¡¯t that be boring?


    [Daniel] ¡°Didn¡¯t I say I wanted to do things my way?¡±


    [God] ¡°I know, but I thought you would fall into the temptation.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What do you take me for? I¡¯ll figure it out by myself.¡±


    [God] (Good. Just like I predicted.)


    [Daniel] ¡°Well if that¡¯s all I¡¯ll be taking my leave.¡±


    [God] ¡°Wait.¡±

    [God] ¡°There¡¯s one more thing I need to tell you.¡±

 Chapter 4 - The Ceremony

    This chapter is a bit shorter so I was able to finish it today.


    Daniel exits the room, exhausted. He was now done with the tours and was about to take off to a new life, but with all the hidden realities shown to him, he¡¯s a bit troubled. For a human, he took it pretty well. He tries not to ruin his mood and cheer up a bit now that he¡¯s finally leaving, but he stopped and thought about his family again. Even though he didn¡¯t get many good memories with them, he¡¯s still worried, especially for his brother. For him to be living in a dying world, but knowing him he¡¯ll live to the very end. He¡¯s smarter than everyone else, he should be alright.


    [Michael] ¡°Welcome back. Ready to go back?¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Yes. Let¡¯s go.¡±


    It took no longer than 1 minute. Now we¡¯re back at the assembly. Seems they still have trouble with the audience. They should smack them or something to quiet them down, but I guess it will make things more noisy. Not really my problem.


    [Maou] ¡°They¡¯re finally back. Lucifer let¡¯s go!¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Yes Ma''am. I¡¯ll leave them to you guys for now.¡±


    [Jesus] ¡°We need to help as well. Michael, you stay here and perform the ceremony.¡±


    [Michael] ¡°Your commands are my will.¡±

    Daniel gets a little startled as he see 3 big presences closing in to him.


    [Maou] ¡°Relax we won¡¯t bite.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Now let¡¯s¡­   !!?¡±


    [Maou/Michael/Daniel] ¡°!!?¡±


    Multi explosions comes right out of the blue, but it was not due to modern man, it was magic. The robed guy acted quickly and summoned a shield around the whole white house. Those outside the shield did not get the protection from the shield, the protestors¡­ Once a raging crowd storming in to the house are all now burned corpses laying on the ground. It was all on camera. Burned corpses streaming to the public now have everyone in even more panic.


    [Maou] ¡°Shit! Those bastards¡­!¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What!? Who are they?¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Terrorists.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What!? Since when can they magic.¡±


    [Maou] ¡°Not your terrorists fool. Magic terrorists. Once known as the Revolutionary Army.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What?¡±


    Deep inside the dust clouds light of almost every color started of the rainbow to emerge. They were magic circles.


    [Maou] ¡°No time for explanations we have to act now!¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°Miss Leviathan please take everyone to Queen¡¯s place, we¡¯ll meet you there!¡±


    [Levi] ¡°Understood!¡±


    The factions begin to gather up the world leaders and explains to them the situation. Afterwards Levi opens the portal and tells everyone to evacuate. There were some troubled expressions mixed along the leaders, but they perfectly understood the situation and jumped in. The robed guy stayed and kept the shield active


    [Michael] ¡°Hero.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What!? What?¡±


    [Michael] ¡°At all cost do not reveal the truth of Ascending. A human ascending to an angel, that kind of information is very dangerous.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    Zoom* BO-BO-BOOM!* Sfx


    [Terrorists] ¡°ROAR!!!¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°The shield will wear out any moment. Let¡¯s begin!¡±


    All three begins their chanting for the ceremony. It sounded so weird, it didn¡¯t felt like a language at all. He did not understand anything they said. A magic circle begins to glow below Daniel¡¯s feet. Surprised, he was about to take a step back, but was told to stay still. The glowing got even stronger and engulfed Daniel¡¯s whole body. Daniel thought he was finally going to say goodbye to this world, but instead the unexpected happened. His body was changing, he could feel it. He¡¯s body was growing, more fit. He seemed to have grown 3 more inches, but that wasn¡¯t only thing it changed. His whole appearance was changing, he slowly began to lose his tanned skin and was turning to pale white. His hair was losing color as well, slowly turning as white as the color is. Lastly was his eyes, they were changing indeed, but in a very odd way. His dark pupils, they were disappearing.


    [Daniel] ¡°What¡­?¡±


    As the transformation was ending the light engulfing Daniel¡¯s body was slowly leaving. He still sees the 3 leaders and the incoming raid. Ticked off, he asks for an explanation, but was given a mirror.


    [Daniel] ¡°What¡­? What happened to me!? And what¡¯s with my face!?¡±


    Oh yes. Because of many reasons his looks changed and is quite handsome now, but since he has no pupils, it makes him look weird.


    [Lucifer] ¡°No time to explain. We will now send you.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°But¡­ I¡¯ll stand out¡­¡±


    [Lucifer] ¡°That¡¯s the plan.¡±


    They begin to chant for the actual thing this time. Just like before a magic circle emerges below his feet, but this time, there¡¯s a magic circle on his front, back, and above as well. Now the preparations are set. Michael closes in to him.


    [Michael] ¡°Listen carefully. We''ve stopped your body from aging.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°!?¡±


    [Michael] ¡°Do not misunderstand. You are not immortal. You will die if you¡¯re killed. We will send to the time you people know as the Bronze Age. Like we mentioned before we changed everything to hide it from you humans, we¡¯ve also gave you gifts. It is not how you people know it. You will be sent 15 years before the end. And¡­¡±


    Before Michael could finish, the shield disappears. Everyone turns to the caped guy, but he just stands there, doing nothing. With the situation so dire, they have to act fast.


    [Michael] ¡°Here take this. I have no time to properly explain it to you.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°What is this?¡±


    All of the sudden Michael gives me a scroll.


    [Michael] ¡°This scroll tells you how to awake your element. Without an instructor, it¡¯ could be extremely hard, but since it¡¯s you, you might handle it.¡±


    [Terrorists] ¡°ROAR!!! GET THEM!!!¡±


    The terrorist are finally inside the house and approaching fast.


    [Michael] ¡°It¡¯s time¡±


    The light once again grows and consumes Daniel¡¯s body. Though his brain is all over the place, he gives a nod, telling he¡¯s ready.


    [???] ¡°Wait.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°!?"


    [A.N. End of FFX - Hurry. Sorry I had to <.<]


    The robed guy approaches Daniel. His presence is so strong and terrifying that gives Daniel goosebumps all over him.


    [???] ¡°Before he goes, I need to tell him something.¡±


    [Maou/Lucifer/Michael] ¡°Understood.¡±

    Left speechless. Hades gives his coat to Daniel and brings out a spell to turn it white, then tells the three to send him. Before the light completely engulfed his vision, he could see explosions behind them.

    Deep inside in total dark, Daniel¡¯s mind resides. Daniel regains his consciousness.


    Hmmh¡­ Talk about such a weird dream¡­ For me to go to a¡­ Mmh? That¡¯s weird. I can¡¯t open my eyes. Actually, I don¡¯t feel like I¡¯m laying down on my bed or anything. What¡¯s going on¡­?


    Trying to figure out what¡¯s going on, Daniel notices a light closing in, a very bright light.


    Oh no¡­ Not this again¡­


    [Daniel] ¡°Ah!¡±


    He shots up awake, only to find himself in the middle of the forest. He now knows it was no dream. He was actually send to the past, to a world hidden from everyone else, his new life.


    [Daniel] ¡°Ow¡­ They really need to tone down the brightening of their magic¡­ Oh no! The scroll!¡±


    Terrified he turned to look for his scroll and was right beside him. Relieving himself from such scare, he decides to put it away in his bookbag for now. Daniel knew this was no place to practice the scroll, he doesn¡¯t know what creatures are swarming around this forest. But there¡¯s a slight problem, his bookbag is gone. As he couldn¡¯t find it, he yelped, he looked, only to end depressed.


    [Daniel] ¡°Oh come on¡­ I guess I¡¯ll hide in my robe. Wait¡­ This is Hades¡¯ robe¡­¡±


    Ok¡­ First let¡¯s find a safe place for me to sit down and think things through. Step one find a village.


    Finding a village won¡¯t be an easy task. Daniel was put in the middle of nowhere. Doesn¡¯t know how to find tracks or which way is North or South. He¡¯s completely lost. He now wishes that he didn¡¯t skipped boy¡¯s camp. He had no choice to wonder off and trust his guts. He was as most attentive as he could and will react to any noise he hears. Hopefully he¡¯ll hear some people passing by.


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    It¡¯s been 3 hours since Daniel entered the forest and is now starting to get dark. He is now getting sick of seeing trees. Still no sign of people. Daniel didn¡¯t know what else to do, at this rate he¡¯ll end up eaten, until he heard something. Surprised, he turn where the noise coming from. It came from a bush not so far away from Daniel. Worried that it didn¡¯t seem to be human, he walks away slowly. But noticing Daniel getting away, it comes out.

    A humongous black rat jumped in front of Daniel in attack mode. Surprised at how big the rat is (about 3 feet tall), he was even more surprised at the random icon that appeared on top of the creature.

    The dark rat unleashed an immediate attack on Daniel. It unleashed an extremely fast dash at him. Daniel was barely able to dodge it.


    [Night Rat attack missed!]

    [Daniel] ¡°Whoah! That was close.¡±


    Ok whoever made this is really big fan of Pok¨¦mon. That aside, how the hell do I beat this thing. I have no weapon whatsoever and charges in like a bull, actually this little guy embarrasses that bull. Think! Think!


    Night Rat keep attacking and Daniel kept dodging. They¡¯ve been at it for quite some time. But Daniel was beginning to grasp the situation.


    That red and blue bar¡­ Every time that rat uses that attack the blue bar decreases. That has to be its MP¡­ What kind of shity game is this¡­ By the looks of it, it only decreases just a little bit after every use, so he can use it as much as he want with me¡­


    No Daniel. You¡¯ve seen his attack many times by now, it seems he only has that attack and only charges straight, even a kid would figure it out by now. There¡¯s no way for me to fight sigh a fast attacks, there must be an opening somewhere. So far, everytime he does his attack, he steps back to gain ground and charges again. My best chance to attack is when he tries to regain his ground for his next attack. After I dodge his attack, all I have to do is close in to him when he backs up. That will startled the rat and give me a wide opening for me to attack it. If this plan fails, I¡¯m warming up the bench.


    [Night Rat uses Dash!]


    [Night Rat] ¡°Shiah!¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    Awaiting for the timing. He jumps the side the avoid the incoming attack. The rat giving a disappointed feeling, he backs off like Daniel predicted. He wastes no time and sprints straight to the rat. Getting the rat off guard, before it could completely gain its ground, he was beaten down by his fist.


    [Daniel] ¡°!?¡±


    Daniel notices its red bar decreasing after his attack. And with a sadistic smile, he merciless beated the rat until its bar was completely empty. Awaiting for something to happen, like disappearing in thin air, actually, it didn¡¯t. Its body remained there without any sign of movement, the rat was dead.


    [Night Rat has been defeated.]


    Awaiting rewards like coins or exp, still nothing happened. Disappointed he sits down and takes a breather. For some reason he doesn¡¯t really feel exhausted or hungry.


    [Daniel] ¡°What did those guys¡­¡±


    [???] ¡°That sure was something interesting to see.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°!?¡±


    A person shows himself after hiding behind a tree. Surprising Daniel, he takes his fists up.


    [???] ¡°Sorry if I scared you. I was passing by and noticed your fight with the night rat.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°...¡±


    [???] ¡°Don¡¯t worry. I was going back to my village after my expedition. I know it¡¯s not smart to follow strangers, but I don¡¯t think staying here for a night is any better. I could offer you a place to stay the night in.¡±


    This guy is suspicious, but he¡¯s right. I don¡¯t want to end up being a midnight snack. Refusing to tell me his name makes things harder for me to trust, but I guess he¡¯s being aware of me as well. For now I¡¯ll follow so I¡¯ll be able to practice the scroll. Without Magic, I¡¯m defenseless as a puppy. And as for him, I¡¯ll call him Villager A for now.


    [A.N. Is it important to describe him? I mean he¡¯s nobody important. I¡¯m just imaging him to be like a regular villager would look like.]


    [Villager A] ¡°We should hurry. Night will come any minute. The forest will swarm the whole forest shortly after.¡±


    Trying not to get behind and avoiding nightfall, I begin to wonder about him helping me. He seems no older than me¡­ I¡¯m sure he¡¯s no thief, I don¡¯t have anything valuable on me except for the cape. Maybe, he¡¯s doing it out of stupid sense of justice. Instead of complaining about it, I should use it.


    Finally exiting the forest. Up ahead there¡¯s a hill. On top of it, there¡¯s a small village. Villager says we¡¯ll be safe there. Monsters don¡¯t attack villages or towns. The reason is because they prefer to attack alone prey, they don¡¯t dare to attack groups unless they are certain if they can beat them. Depise their looks they¡¯re pretty smart.


    Daniel gained a very useful information, but there was a problem. Daniel refused to enter the village. It wasn¡¯t because he didn¡¯t trust them, He¡¯s guts were just telling him stay away from there, There¡¯s also that awful smell coming from the village.


    After hearing his complains, Villager A offered him to stay at a lookout hut down the hill used by the past residents. It is now abandoned and is the only place for Daniel to reside in, but since it¡¯s kind of far from the village, there are some chances of him being attacked by the monsters.


    [Daniel] ¡°No problem. I¡¯ll get through the night.¡±


    [Villager A] ¡°Whatever you say Lad. Here. Take this knife just in case¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°Thanks.¡±


    Daniel was still pretty suspicious of Villager A, but he would be dinner by now if it wasn¡¯t for him. He really meant his gratitude.


    After leaving Daniel at the abandoned hut, they say their farewells. Now that that Daniel is in a safe(r?) place, he can finally put the scroll to practice. He opens the scroll and begins the read in day fall.


    Magic is the key to access Earth¡¯s resources. It is up to you to make full use of them for your benefactions. Magic is an art and to do art, you need imagination, be creative. Not only Magic is art, it has the power to become part of life. And the stronger your bond with magic, the greater it will be. Emotions will play a big part on your magic. It is recommended to use them according to your affinity. Fire = Bravery, Water = Calm, Earth = Wise, Air = Curiosity.


    Your emotions will also determine your Magic. Magic is born on how you really are. If you don¡¯t like how will you be, blame yourself and fate, not Magic. To call on your element, you need to accept yourself. Lastly, depend on Magic.


    I see¡­ So that¡¯s why modern man can¡¯t use Magic. They don¡¯t depend on Magic. Magic is no longer needed.


    The scroll was surprisingly easy to understand, but I might have some issues. How am I to be exactly? I¡¯m not stupid enough to be risking my life, if that¡¯s what you call bravery. Don¡¯t get me wrong, I¡¯m no coward, I just know my limits. Calmed? I¡¯m a pretty calm guy, but If i compare it to Levi, it¡¯s nothing. Wise? I can¡¯t really call myself a genius or an idiot, so I guess not. Air? Of course I won¡¯t let my curiosity kill me, but I am pretty curious about this world. I want to see what stores in for me, I would like to see things you would only get to red in books. Am I curious? To be honest I don¡¯t a to be chained down, I want to be free to do what I want. is it possible? That curiosity is part of being free?


    Well that wasn¡¯t so hard to figure out heh? What? Thought I would have more trouble with this. Well I think so as well, but is not hard to know yourself if you think about it. Alright.


    [Daniel] ¡°I know what I am, I accept what I am, and I¡¯ll live what I am! But for me to accomplish so, I need assistance from this mysterious world, full of possibilities. I need you.¡±


    A white glowing white magic circle appears below Daniel¡¯s feet after his incarnation. Following up, it greatly expands enough to cover the whole abandoned lookout. The hut begins to shake a bit rough, noticing, Daniel begins to smile.


    I don¡¯t know if this will work, but I can feel the magic completely linked with me. Everyone has their first times.


    Daniel strongly concentrates on his right hand and begins to imagine. His body begins to get bright, making the hut shake even more. Even though it¡¯s night, the whole hut is bright. After a few minutes of concentration, Daniel feels like he finally got a grasp on it.


    [Daniel] ¡°Ok! Come out!¡±


    Daniel begins to concentrate his energy on the palm of his hand. The brightness seems to be converting to his hand as well, leaving the hut dark once again.


    [Daniel] ¡°I did it!¡±


    After minutes of struggle, Daniel managed to summon a small tornado rotating on the palm of his hand. Extremely satisfied, he calls it off, but his feet gave out.


    Sheesh¡­ How pathetic. All that for such a small tornado. I¡¯m satisfied either way. I should get some rest.


    Daniel looked around and found a bed. Luckily enough there was a bed. Unattended for quite some time, but Daniel didn¡¯t complain. Daniel laid on it and began to rest his eyes.


    I don¡¯t know if I should sleep. This place is not really safe, but today has been a really long day, though I¡¯m not really tired. I guess I want to sleep like normal, just what did those guys did to me? Actually about everything that happened before I got here, it all happened so fast¡­ I¡­ don¡¯t know what to think. All I know is too late to turn back.


    I will live here, but not as that weak Daniel that got chewed and spit out. I will live as Houser, this way people in the future from here won¡¯t get to catch my name from their books. Haha¡­ Well tomorrow is the start of all.


    And so he slept. Even though he had no fatigue whatsoever, he slept as soundly as a baby. Little did he know, not only this was the start of his new life, it was also the start of the Legend that will spread out in every dimension.


    The Game system thing will be explained in further chapters. This world will be big. I might also make it into a nice mix of everything. My grammar is still messy, so I need an editor? Maybe? QQ

 Chapter 5 - Request

    About the present. I will not leave that abandoned. I will make a one chapter at the end of every volume covering it¡¯s events and will give you a deeper understanding on how dire their situation is. It¡¯s not really a side story, but it¡¯s pretty cannon. For now it is not really necessary to read them, it won¡¯t affect the main story. But when I¡¯m closing the story, it might be a very good idea to read them, since all the pieces will start falling together. I will give further details further on the story. I wasted enough of your time. Here¡¯s chapter 4.


    (Part1)


    [Houser] ¡°... Hmmh¡­¡±


    As the sound of nature, with some monster growls mixed along, Houser opens his eyes. Somehow relieved that he¡¯s still able to sleep, he gets up from his bed to stretch out a bit. He begins to rethink the events that happened until now.


    He was given the missions to stop a, what everyone calls the end of everything, to prevent a future when the world is soon to its end. A world where Magic actually existed, but was erased from the world after the end. He has visited all three factions to get a grasp of the situation and got to have a small talk with God. He had his body mortified and was given information that he must not reveal in this world.


    Of course, how visit a world of magic without him able to use it. Due to a raid by a Magic Terrorist group, once called the Revolutionary Army, Daniel, now called Houser, didn¡¯t get to be properly introduced to Magic. Instead, he was given a scroll and was told to practice it when he gets there. But right before he embarked, a caped person closed in on him and revealed his identity, completely shutting off his mind. And now was finally sent.


    [A.N. I felt like a summary was necessary right here. Hope you didn¡¯t mind.]


    Seriously¡­ It all happened so fast. I had quite the trouble regaining myself. About those Terrorists. It seems they exist here as a rebel army. Have to make sure I stay away from them. And that guy that gave me this robe. Hades he says¡­ I didn¡¯t get to capture his image since my mind just blacked out.


    But what bothers me is the fact that there are more factions. Hades is a greek God. If he exists then the others must exists as well, not only them, but every type of God as well. Yet¡­ Why didn¡¯t they showed up? Do they not care? Or did they perish? Looking at the three factions condition, they were obviously dying. Maybe they were the only ones that survived. I don¡¯t know. But what I do now know is that it¡¯s not longer my business. Whatever happens there is none of my concern. I only care for my family to live to the end. That is my only regard.


    Trying to not frown over it any longer, I prepare for my first day as a Magician. First I think of breakfast, but I don¡¯t really feel hungry at all. Since there¡¯s not even food for me to consume, I decide to exit the hut and start my training right away. I was having second thoughts, but I decided to keep the cape Hades gave me. It really fits me, but it¡¯ll be hard not to stand out. My looks is enough for the job anyway, so I just sucked it up and took it with me.


    Now that I¡¯m in open fields I decided to grasp the same experience, this time with a little experimenting. Instead of summoning air on my hands, I want it to come out from my mouth and make a blast like a roar attack or something. I know¡­ But hey, there are just some things you never grow out off.


    I bet you¡¯re thinking ¡®why not visit that village and get something to help you like an instructor or a magic book or something¡¯. Up hill, you could hear various crowd noises, mostly from men. But what gets me off is that you get to hear some screams every now and then. I can¡¯t really see anything from here, so I don¡¯t know what they¡¯re doing, I don¡¯t want to know what they¡¯re doing. At the end, I can¡¯t really trust it.


    There¡¯s also the money problem. I have no idea how this world currency works, I need to ask for ways to obtain. I will have no choice but to ask a merchant from the village. It¡¯s a pretty risky debate, but without it, I won¡¯t be able to get around this world. I also need to buy items that will help me in my travels, like a compass. Without them, I won¡¯t be able to travel to a safer village. I¡¯ll be forced to take a risky decision at this rate.


    Fear not. There¡¯s a solution for all this, my magic. I need to polish it enough for me to use for self protection. With an attack or two, the risks in the village will decrease dramatically, I¡¯ll be able to take jobs for money, and my travels will go a lot more smoothly. There¡¯s still a chance for something to happen, I can¡¯t let my guard down.


    I don¡¯t know how many days I¡¯ll be spending the night here. I will start my journey when I can decently use Magic. I have 15 years.

    (Part 2)


    Near the Human/ Demon border, up a hill in the middle of a forest, resides a demon settlement. The village was small, but its villagers worked hard to survive. Life was rough, but they were happy. There 2 odd sister lived their everyday lives. Despite their age gaps, they were the bestest of the bestest of friends. Now and then when they have the chance they will spend time together. Their father, the chief of the village, is overjoyed at the scene of their beloved daughters. While he does the paperwork of their village, his wife and daughters sets out to help the villagers with various, mostly hunting.


    Life was filled everyday with laughs and smiles, but it all soon stopped, after the slave hunter invasion,


    Humans trespassed the border, Somehow, they managed not to be detected by the Demon Kingdom. In a full moon, they began their surprise attack, killing all the strong females, slavering the children and women. The old went through the same fate as the men. A calm night quickly turned into a bloody one filled with screams and cries.


    The women yet to lose their virginity were treasured and then got locked up for merchandise. Those who weren¡¯t did not receive the same treatment and later on were locked up for merchandise.


    With the sacrifices of their loved ones, a few demons managed to escape and now awaited in the cold forest for the nightmare to end. But the hunter''s¡¯ greed knew no limit and reside in the village, turning it into a slave market site.


    The runaways had nowhere to go, they were mostly children. If they go any deeper to the forest they¡¯ll be vulnerable of its dangers. Knowing this, the hunters would go expeditions to find the runaways. Slowly, one by one, the remaining were falling into their hands until only 2 remained. The 2 odd sisters.


    For many weeks they managed to avoid the hunters and survive, waiting for them to go away. It all went smoothly until one night. The big sister didn¡¯t came back from her hunt. Extremely worried she hurried back to the village hoping to catch up to the hunters. She then noticed a young male human pulling an unconscious girl with a choker. No doubt, that was a slave hunter and the girl was her sister.


    With angry tears, she charges in her sister¡¯s abductor. The hunter noticed her incoming cries, but paid no importance, he only drew his weapon and slayed the girl and continued with his path.


    The next morning, the little girl shoots up awake, only to find herself burning in pain. She has a huge wound on her chest and somehow managed to survive with such a blood loss. She remembers her assaulter and quickly rushes to town.


    Barely able to stand at all, she finally reaches the village and rushes in to look for her sister.


    At the back of a village, next to a well, she found her locked up in a stockade with angry hunters besides her. She rushes in, but stops as she realizes what¡¯s behind her. She falls on her knees in demise and throws up, tries to stop it by covering her mouth. Behind her sister was a pile of corpses left out in the open, she felt in despair, as she saw their limbs being piled up with their corpses, remains to be precise, or the many familiar faces she used to spend time with a few weeks ago, but was worse of all, noticing her parents in there as well. She didn¡¯t know what to do, her eyes were beginning to lose its light, she didn¡¯t want to go through this anymore, she¡­ then remembers her sister. She knew it wasn¡¯t the time to frown over her people. She composes herself again and stands. She must save the last thing she has, her sister.


    A man with a 10 inch butcher knife was about to begin the trial. Upon preparations, she has resisted and ended killing two slave hunters. Furious, the slave hunters agree to behead the demon. After horrible torture, now unconscious, the big sister is moment away from her death. [A.N. Yeah¡­ You pretty much know all the things that happened to her before her trial. I won¡¯t use these kind of themes frequently, but hey this is a tragedy, y¡¯all signed up for this.]


    The trail was public for everyone to see, so all the slave hunters have to gather up for the trial to commence. The little girl only had a few minutes to save her sister, but there was no way for her to save her from so many people, she needs help.


    Not knowing where to look for help, she begins to sense magic down the old lookout.


    [Slave Hunter A] ¡°Whoa who¡¯s that?¡±


    [Slave Hunter B] ¡°That must be the guy Cath brought in. I didn¡¯t know he brought a Magician.¡±


    [Slave Hunter A] ¡°Want to invite him to the trial.¡±


    [Slave Hunter B] ¡°Naa. He seems to be avoiding us.¡±


    [Slave Hunter A] ¡°His loss. Seeing a demon beheaded is the best! Hahaha*¡±


    [Little Girl] (A Mage!? And he¡¯s not one of them! I have to hurry!)


    And so the little girls runs down towards the lookout where the Mage is located for his help. But not only the mage will help her, he will change her fate as well.

    (Part 3)


    It¡¯s been 3 days since I stayed here and practiced my magic outside the fields. I was finally able to create one attack, so right now I¡¯ve been spending my time polishing it, it is still incomplete. For once, since I first stepped in this world, I don¡¯t feel so defenseless now. Though I still don¡¯t feel ready for my travels, but I have patience.


    As I was practicing today as usual, I began to notice the village more noisy than usual. They seem to be gathering up, maybe some event? Because of it, I find it a bit hard to concentrate. It is starting to annoy me.


    With a foul mood, I try to continue to practice, but then I suddenly felt a presence closing in. Looking around, I noticed someone coming down the hill.


    [Houser] ¡°Is that a little girl?¡±


    Houser didn¡¯t expect a little girl coming out the village, but now wonders why is she coming to his direction. Just in case, he was being a bit precatious towards her. But then he noticed she was running a bit funny and soon noticed how bloody she was in her chest area. The girl was in a very delicate form, yet she ran towards Houser with all her will.


    Losing his guard, he lets the girl aproach him. Now in front of him, the girl shows a face full of joy, but quickly falls to the ground.


    [Houser] ¡°... Hey. I don¡¯t want to look after a dying kid. Why come here to bring me such a burden?¡±


    Houser harshly asks the little girl on the ground to state her business.


    [???] ¡°... Help¡­¡±


    [Houser] ¡° What?¡±


    [???] ¡°Help¡­¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Help you?¡±


    [???] ¡°Help my sister¡­ Please¡­ Cough*... Help my sister¡­! From that hell!!!¡±


    With her last breath she was able to ask the Mage for his help, satisfied she finally faints.


    So let me get this straight¡­ A dying girl comes onto me and gives her last words to ask me to help her sister? Man¡­ What a troublesome situation¡­ Judging her appearance and coming out of the village and the very last thing she said. She and her sister got captured by those villagers, only she escaped, and now she¡¯s here asking for my help. I knew those guys were disgusting bastards. That¡¯s weird though, shouldn¡¯t she be being pursued?


    ¡­


    What a mess¡­ Just look at her. I¡¯m surprised she was able to keep breathing until now... I really don''t want to involve myself in this mess, but unfulfilling a little girl¡¯s last request will leave a bad taste in my mouth. Plus, I don¡¯t want readers making poor judgements out of me.


    [Houser] ¡°You win kid.¡±


    I decided to leave her at the hut. It won¡¯t feel right leaving a corpse lying around waiting for a monster to pick her up with its mouth. But for my surprise, as soon as I carried her, I was feeling heartbeats. This little kid sure refuses to kick the bucket huh?


    Her wounds are still dangerous. For now, she needs to lay down, I¡¯ll leave her at the bed. As soon as I save the sister, I¡¯ll pick her up and leave them somewhere they won¡¯t get caught. Further than that is no longer my problem.


    My guts are telling me to hurry up. I feel like I¡¯m running out of time.


    As I leave her on bed, I know embark on my first mission, to save a girl by a bunch of crazy villagers. Not the kind of first mission I expected, also not being payed, I set off.


    As Houser closes in more and more, the stench kept getting stronger. He wondered how people could live in such conditions. Putting his thoughts aside, he concentrated on rescuing the girl.


    The mission won¡¯t be as simple as it sounds. He won¡¯t just barge in and say ¡®Hey! Give me that girl¡¯ and run off with her and expect them to not pursue them. Unfortunately since he¡¯s running out of time, he was not given the proper time to plan this out. If they turn on him, it¡¯ll be trippy for him to get the girl out. If they¡¯re normal folks, he should handle, but if they have an experience Magician or two, that¡¯s another story. At worst, he would be forced to quit the mission and leave the little girl in the hut.


    I don¡¯t even know who the girl is¡­ But this village only has men residing in. As soon as I see a girl, I¡¯ll be taking that girl. Don¡¯t blame if I got the wrong girl, little girl, I just did not get enough information.


    Now in the village. Houser looks around and notices a crowd gathering up. Closing in to have a better look, he notices an unconscious girl with her head sticking out of a stockade. Besides her was a village with a huge butcher.


    She as to be the one¡­ She¡¯s about to get her cut off! Those crazy¡­!


    Houser finally notices. Behind her and the crowd, there laid a piles of dead bodies. It consisted most of grown males and had some elderly, but lacked of women and children. There was about 30 of them, a very small number, but still enough to make the village smell awful.


    Houser felt disgusted, but then notices something off. Those people had the exact same traits like the demons he met back in the present, a tail and horns and of course, red eyes. All of them looks humanoid, but they are demons without a doubt.


    Now that he pays attention. The girl had a broken horn and a tail with deep red eyes as well, she¡¯s a demon. She looked around the age of 17 and has dark hair. She¡¯s covered in bruises, so he can¡¯t give more inspections. Things were weird for Houser, the little girl was human. She shared no demon traits whatsoever, she¡¯s a regular little girl. Houser doesn¡¯t feel like he made a mistake, this is the right one. Trying to stop questioning his mission, he closes in the crowd.


    Like hell these guys are villagers. I need to grab the girl and get out of here ASAP.


    [Executor] ¡°Because of this wench, we have lost valuable companions and friends. I ask, do you want her to live.¡±


    [Crowd] ¡°NO! DEATH TO DEMONS!¡±


    [Executor] ¡°Very well. The trial marks her guilty and will now grief over her sins back in hell. Death to demons.¡±


    [Crowd] ¡°Cheering*¡±


    The crazy villager pulls out his knife and aims for the girl¡¯s head, but¡­


    [Houser] ¡°Wait!¡±


    He yells out at the crowd for everyone to to hear. Now all heads turned on him, he resumes.


    [Houser] ¡°If you don¡¯t want her. I can take her off your hands. What do you say?¡±


    First let¡¯s try if I can talk myself through. Please don¡¯t expect a talk no jutsu¡­ I just want to see if we can fall to an agreement.


    [Executor] ¡°You mean buy her? If it¡¯s not a problem, may I have your name?¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Houser.¡±


    [Executor] ¡°Then that¡¯ll be a 1 silver coin and 85 copper coins.¡±

    So much for a trial¡­ They care about profit more than anything. Anyway, right now I¡¯m in a pinch. I have no idea how much that¡¯s worth. I don¡¯t think it should matter anyways, I have no money.

    I try to use some logic I¡¯m not even sure if it is one trying to see if could accept late payment. Of course, I¡¯m not really paying them.


    [Executor] ¡°I see¡­ But why go such lengths for a demon?¡±


    [Houser] ¡°You see. I hit my head and suffered from a severed memory loss, I don¡¯t remember anything until I got here. I have no idea how I got here. I¡¯ll frequently encounter monsters on my way home, even If I¡¯m a Magician, If I don¡¯t keep my distance, I¡¯ll be unable to perform spells. That¡¯s where she comes in, she¡¯ll keep the monsters abay for me to attack.¡±


    Hopefully this logic applies here. I found a way to fix this problem, so I don¡¯t really need a companion, I would like to travel alone if possible.


    [Executor] ¡°What you say is completely true. A clueless Magician has no future traveling alone, not even knowing where he¡¯s at.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°What do you mean?¡±


    [Executor] ¡°As I thought, you don¡¯t know. You are now in demon territory. Our location is very close to the border.¡±


    Demon territory? Of all places¡­ then what are these guys doing here? Oh wait. I see¡­ Slave hunters. I see no women or kids in that pile of corpses. That¡¯s why he thought I wanted to buy her.


    [Houser] ¡°Oh no¡­ What do I do¡­?¡±


    For now let¡¯s play defenseless and see if I can get some help from these guys first. I¡¯ll die if I stay here.


    [Executor] ¡°Don¡¯t you worry, we could lend you a Distortion Stone. With it, you can exit the village without being noticed. You can give it back when we come for our payment.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°So you mean¡­¡±


    [Executor] ¡°Yes. You can take the filthy demon. I doubt she¡¯ll be much use, but if used as a meatshield for you to return safely, she had some use to us Humans at least.¡±


    I was given a stone that I didn¡¯t know much what it was and the girl. He told me to head west to reach the border. After reaching human territory, I should keep heading west for up to 14 miles and I should see a trail. I need to follow it and should take 20 miles to reach a mine site, with a village next to it. He gave me an old compass of his for me to use as well.


    He¡¯s a surprisingly nice fella, but does a complete 180 on the demon girl. Just how much do these guys hate demons? I stop thinking about it and forced a smile as a sign of gratitude.


    The slave hunters released the demon girl. Her frail body immediately falls to the ground. She is yet to gain her consciousness, I¡¯ll be forced to carry her. With things going so smoothly, I decided to quit complaining and carry her.


    Houser carefully carries the girl on his arm and begins to walk away from the crowd. Her head was dripping blood and tainted Houser¡¯s robe with red dots, but quickly disappeared after contact. With things going some smoothly Houser was about to leave the picture with the girl but¡­


    [???] ¡°Stop him!¡±


    [Houser] ¡°!?"


    Houser stops his track and turns his head. In front of him, there was the man that helped him out before reaching here, now with an evil expression towards him.


    [Cath] ¡°He¡¯s lying. I saw him fighting. He¡¯s not afraid to fight a monster head on. He¡¯s also showing us a fake personality. I know because I talked to him before.¡±


    [Executor] ¡°Then, for whatever reason he¡¯s taking the demon, must he be stopped?¡±


    [Cath] ¡°Yes. A human girl that I slayed last night, seemed to know the demon. A few minutes ago I saw her run off to the abandoned lookout where he was residing in. He was sent here to save her.¡±


    That son of a¡­ Did you really have to that? Oh come on.


    [Slave Hunter A] ¡±That¡¯s right. I saw a little girl running off there.¡±


    [Slave Hunter B] ¡°Same here.¡±


    [Crowd] ¡°Mutter* Mutter*¡±


    Not good¡­ At this rate¡­


    [Houser] ¡°What are you talking about? Certainly I met you¡­ I didn¡¯t quite¡­¡±


    [Cath] ¡°Cath¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Cath, sir. We did met and indeed I recieved your help, but you are the only I met after losing my memories up to now. The idea of having a slave to help my travels just occurred to me.¡±


    I¡¯m better off denying everything for now. Battling these guys was an option until now. I¡¯ll remember this bastard.


    [Executor] ¡°Sir Houser¡±


    [Houser] ¡°...?¡±


    [Executor] ¡°I¡¯ve known Cath for many years, he would never lie to me over something like this.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°...¡±


    [Executor] ¡°Men. Kill them off. Let him repent by siding with a demon in eternal hell.¡±


    Oh boy¡­ Better make a run for it.


    [A.N. So much in taking them on <.<]


    [Cath] ¡°Move! He is mine!¡±


    Cath leaps in and draws his sword, immediately following, he does a down strike on houser. Surprised, Houser instinctively stepped back, but his robe gets a slight cut on his back while trying to protect the girl. Irritated, he puts the girl on his left shoulder and pulls out the knife Cath gave him.


    Knowing he won¡¯t fend off a long sword, he still pulls it out to send some blows at him, in his neck if possible.


    [Cath] ¡°This guy is mine! I¡¯ll personally execute them myself!¡±


    The crowd and the Executor gave a nod of agreement to their official match. Before they even began, the robe begin to repair itself. Houser noticed his back was glowing and figured it was the robe repairing itself.


    [Cath] ¡°I knew it! That robe must be really valuable! At first I thought it was just an epic item item, but my instincts told me otherwise. Now it looks to be Ancient level, no, even greater. Selling it would get me the same amount as selling million of slaves. I no longer have to see a filthy again! That robe will be¡­! Gya!¡±


    Before he could finish, Houser thrusted his knife at him, aiming for his neck, but Cath reacted in time. In the end, he got his right shoulder, making him release his sword.


    [Cath] ¡°You¡­!¡±


    [Houser] ¡°That¡¯s what you get for talking at the start of a battle.¡±


    [Cath] ¡°Ha!¡±


    While stabbed, Cath uses his left arm and starts delivering elbows at Houser¡¯s abdomen. Since he¡¯s carrying a girl while battling, his agility has been greatly restricted. After receiving 3 or 4 blows, he was able to pull back with his knife away from him.


    Now with a good distance between, Cath was able to pick up his sword as he saw Daniel grunting with his hand on his stomach.


    Taking advantage of the opening he leaped towards him again and performed another down strike. Houser evaded by hopping to the side and the blade hitted the ground, but right at the moment, Cath didn¡¯t let Houser touch the ground and quickly let his right arm go and performed a 75 degree upper slash with his left. Houser couldn¡¯t evade his incoming, if he didn¡¯t do something, him and the girl will get slayed.


    Houser no choice and blocked the attack with the small knife of his. Such a small blade stands no chance against a sword meant to take out a man with a proper blow. Upon impact, the knife flew off his hand, leaving it bleeding.


    Shit¡­ I¡¯m going to get killed if i keep this up. I know y¡¯all are yelling ¡®why not use your magic¡¯ by now. The reason is simple, aside from the attack I¡¯ve been polishing, I have no way to fend off such fiercing attacks. Well not completely, I was doing some experiment on that regard, but they are way incomplete right now, It¡¯s too risky to use them for battle.  I was not expecting to fight such a skill person so soon. Give me a break¡­ I wasn¡¯t even here for a week and I¡¯m already experiencing a life death situation. I could always leave the girl and run away.


    With Houser¡¯s hand bleeding, he tries his best to gain as much distance as possible, but Cath does a thrust to catch up to him. With the tip of his blade closing in Houser¡¯s neck, Houser decided, ignoring the risks. He takes his hand out and


    [Daniel] ¡°[Ignition]¡±


    A magic circle immediately pops below Houser¡¯s feet. The Magic rapidly flows towards his hand. Now with preparations done, he reaches closer to the incoming blade with his hand. Cath smiles and laughs at his ¡®stupidity¡¯, but catching him off guard, his blade gets repelled back by some impact.


    [Cath] ¡°What? What was that?¡±


    Almost immediately, Houser converted air around his palm as much as he could and just a centimeter away from the blade, he let go, creating a small outburst of pressure strong enough to fend off his attack. It was still weak, but it¡¯s enough for Houser to fend off sword attacks.


    Now the question is, how did Houser managed to initiate it so fast. The amount it takes to concentrate your magic for the magic circle to appear and to say even the shortest of spells, it should take 5 seconds props. So how was houser able to do it in less than a second?


    Phew. Seems I get to keep my hand, glad things work out. As for the thing I just did. Let¡¯s say I got some inspiration.


    In one of the fantasy novels I was reading, I recalled a very interesting way to use Magic, Word Magic. Not many may know, but Word Magic is like a cheat system where you get to summon magic by writing. After many experimentations, I was able to use the system, but in quite a different way. Instead of writing, I think of the words in my head. There¡¯s also another change that makes mines look downgraded compared to the original. Instead of imagining the actual spell, I have to imagine the Steps of the spell.


    Steps is the steps of a spell you¡¯re trying to make. Be aware that [Ignition] quickly had my magic flowing through, which makes a magic circle. Because of it, I don¡¯t have to go the trouble of meditation to enter at that point, so [Ignition] will and always will be the first Step I¡¯ll use.


    This comes with an actual big advantage. You see, with this creating unique spells will now be easier and limitless, the more Steps I do, the more unique the spell becomes.


    Let me show you an example. Let say I want to summon a small tornado as a trap and a big armada comes after me. The amada won¡¯t notice the small tornado, but now they¡¯re on top of it, a humongous tornado emerges below their trip. The steps are simple [Ignition] -> [Summon] -> [Growth Modification : decrease] -> [Trigger : Sensor] -> [Growth Modification : increase]. Now you get the idea. [A.N.I only read a few chapters, so I don¡¯t know Word Magic so much. If I¡¯m copying it please tell me, because I¡¯m not sure if I am.]


    It still needs work, but I¡¯ll be quite the guy when I master this system.


    [Cath] ¡°You bastard! You¡¯re not a Magician in training.¡±


    [Daniel] ¡°I¡¯m sure are you waste of oxygen!¡±


    Cath charges in again for another attack, but Daniel repels it again with the same trick. This time he add a bit more pressure and sends Cath¡¯s sword flying back.


    [A.N. Yeah I¡¯m not going to be so detailed now lol. I already got bored of their battle, the main purpose is accomplished.]


    Giving no time to react, Daniel high kicks(not so high, cuz you know, he has a girl with him.) Cath with enough force to set him mid air. Following up, he does his next move.


    [Daniel] ¡°Say Hades hi for me. [Ignition] -> [Switch] -> [Summon] -> [Launch Structure : Cone] ->[Spirit Roar]


    After [Ignition], magic will naturally flow directly to your hands. I used [Switch] to change its course, so instead of flowing towards my hand, it¡¯ll go straight to my mouth and we all know what [Summon] does.


    [A.N. Further explanation of the step [Summon] will be at the end of the chapter.]


    The magic circle below Houser disappears and a small one appears in a fair distance from his mouth to replace it. Houser begins to roar for no particular reason. In the opposite side of the magic circle, a highly converted small circle appears converting more and more per millisecond. Finally, it erupts. Going by physics, letting such condensed air erupts, it should become an air bomb and blow everything in its area.


    Thanks to [Launch Structure : Cone], it limited the condensed air bomb¡¯s area in order to increase its range, like trapping it in a cone. So instead of coming out as an eruption, it is now changed to an air blast. It¡¯s area starts small, but grows bigger as it keeps going. To summarize it, he shot a tornado out of his mouth horizontally. Impressive as it sounds, the distance between him and Cath is only 8 meters, right about Houser¡¯s limit.


    It wasn¡¯t really big, but its power showed no inferiority. Its impact was strong enough to immediately knockout Cath by the rib cage, sending him flying back.


    Satisfied, Houser finally got Cath out off his skin, feeling a bit victorious. Unfortunately, fate had other plans for his first victory.


    After impact, Cath unconscious body flew straight to his spinning sword. He did not get lucky, the force of the attack was enough for the sword to pierce through the back to the chest. He suffered a quick death.


    [A.N. Yeah all this happened pretty quick :l]


    There laid a boy consumed by his greed and hate towards demons, but aside all that he was actually kind to his own people. He now gets to rest from a life that tormented him since the first day he was born. Up to this date, Houser remembers this boy, not as his first murder, but as the boy who showed him the reality of this world.


    He¡¯s dead¡­ You fucking idiot.


    Annoyed by seeing such a foolish way to die, he prepares to fight off the rest but


    [???] ¡°The slave hunters are there! Captured them men!¡±


    [???s] ¡°Yes sir!"


    About 80 of them, people with demon characteristics, charged in towards the direction of Houser and slave hunters.


    [Slave Hunter A] ¡°Oh shit the demon guards!¡±


    [Slave Hunter B] ¡°Hurry! Let¡¯s evacuate!¡±


    [Guard A] ¡°Don¡¯t let them run away!¡±


    [Guards] ¡°ROAR¡±


    The hunters wastes no time and flees towards the border, leaving most of their properties behind back at the village.


    Houser finally takes a small breather, but he too has to get out of here. If they catch him, they¡¯ll kill him. Just about he was going to evacuate, he was stopped by the executor. Showing hostility towards him, Houser is in full defense mode.


    [Executor] ¡°You bastard¡­! After I get my hands on you, I¡¯ll rip out every limb in your body one by one. Enjoy your life to the fullest till then.¡±


    After stating his threat, he flees as well.


    Pfft. Bring it dipshit. Next time I see you, I¡¯ll send you off orbit. Anyway, I should better leave this girl here, she¡¯ll be safe¡­ Ahh fuck the other sister! She¡¯s a human too! She¡¯ll get herself killed. Maybe I¡¯ll leave this one and hide the other one, but if they catch this one the two will be separated¡­ Why am I stressing myself over this¡­ But I can¡¯t back down after reaching this far¡­ ¡­¡­


    [A.N. Just do it ._.]


    A fuck it fine, but this woman will work for me for the rest of her life. I should find how to make the little one useful as well.


    And so Houser goes straight to the hut to retrieve the other sister. But will Houser be able to escape from the Demon Guards? will the sisters submit to Houser¡¯s domain? Will they be able to prove themselves useful for Houser? Find out in the episode of dra¡­ I mean next chapter.


    So about the Step [Summon]. In the example I gave about the steps you would have notice that after [Summon] the tornado is formed solely on that Step and then uses the other Steps to modify it. I said that in the system Houser invented, he can¡¯t summon spells directly with it, he needs to be doing it by Steps and summoning something like that has to be considered a spell right? This might have bothered you a bit, so let me explain.


    Early on, when Houser was being introduced by basic knowledge of Magic, he was told Magic was like a type of art and needs imagination to create creative art, aka Magic. Magic not only is art but it also makes it come to life. I left that out in chapter 3, I¡¯ll fix it right away. Anyway, the Steps are only imaginations and the last stage of Magic doesn¡¯t apply to it. In other words, Houser only summons a picture of a tornado, that can¡¯t be considered a spell. Until Houser finishes his Steps, the final stage of Magic will apply to the project and bring it to life. Hopefully, it wasn¡¯t too complicated to understand, ask me any questions you have

 Chapter 6 - Companions

    Guess who¡¯s back ._. Anyways I¡¯m finally and for real going keep doing this. Some events were happening and i couldn¡¯t find myself with the time and mood to write. Not going to make any excuses out of myself, so I¡¯m just gonna go ahead and keep writing. To those that actually waited for me, props and thanks :) I have no definite schedule. I¡¯m just gonna try my best to catch up, but maybe 2-3 chapters a week? Probably 2. Of course they won¡¯t be short.


    (Part 1)


    [Demon Leader] ¡°Capture them men!¡±


    Without any preparations and warning, the slave hunters were forced to fight back, which was meaningless against the ambush. The secretly planned ambushed successfully resulted into a massacre. Seeing it was useless to keep fighting, they quickly went back to running, that¡¯s as much as a slave hunter can do.


    They may be crafty and smart when it comes to their business, but in actual battle they¡¯re just children! The demon soldiers were all naturally bigger and physically fit, adding to their training, it¡¯s like kitten going against bears. Heh, let¡¯s not forget about their magic. Though there were some slave hunters that knew some spells, they were just too shafty and little compared to the soldiers.


    [Slave Hunter A] ¡°Gagh! You¡­ You¡¯re just a lowlife creature that doesn¡¯t belong here!!!¡±


    [Slave Hunter B] ¡°Go to hell!!!¡±


    [Slave Hunter C] ¡° Agh!!! Mother¡­!!!¡±


    Quite a scenery if I say so myself. Now is not the time to be amused by their pitiful cries. I need to leave here unnoticed. Fufufu I¡¯m quite in a good mood.


    Houser immediately leaves the scene, but just as he was about to enter the hut, a guard took a glance at his direction and noticed him. Houser seemed to have noticed his glare and clenched his teeth, preparing to break his way through with the girls.


    Lucky for him, by the angle and distance the guard was looking at them, the demon girl¡¯s body covered his head and most of his upper features, unabling him to identify Houser. When he noticed the unconscious demon girl features on his shoulder, he concluded they were this town villagers and were running away. Relieved, he turned his attention to the battlefield.


    Relieved by his luck, Houser enters the hut and grabs the little girl. Now that he has both girls, he can finally get out of there.


    What a bad way to start my first few days¡­


    Holding in his complains, Houser runs around the battlefield unnoticed and runs away heading west. As he keeps getting further and further away, he lets out a little breath, but continues as he is still not completely safe.


    If you thought I would evacuate into a forest without any disturbances whatsoever, then hah¡­! I wish that was the case here to¡­


    As he escaped, monsters kept appearing and attacking him. Houser didn¡¯t have the preparations, time, hands, or mood to deal with them.


    Monster after monster, they just kept appearing .There was this blue slime thing that seem harmless at first, but it horrifying summons thunders attack. What¡¯s more terrifying is that he¡¯s pretty quick and uses his body as a weapon. He kept leaping onto Houser, but he managed to dodge all of his tackles. If not, he would instantly be melted. Not wanting to meet the same fate as those trees and rocks, he finally manages to outrun it.


    Next up was a giant bee that kept shooting and reloading its needle like a one bullet gun. It¡¯s power was no joke, it could easily break through trees. Though it was a lil bit slow, he had no trouble avoiding them, but was still terrified by its raw power.


    To make things even worse, he encountered a herd of giant blue apes and immediately fled. Just as the chase started they were already a few meters away and were catching up fast! They now began to furiously leap at him with extreme killing intent. Somehow he managed to dodge them, but their raw power was so strong that it shook the whole ground and sent Houser flying.


    [Houser] ¡°AGH! These guys¡­!¡±


    Getting up, he quickly grabs the girls and keeps running. He soon notices that fatigue is gaining on him. Even though he managed to avoid serious injuries, the monsters still managed to do a number on him.


    [Houser] ¡°Oh come on¡­ I¡¯m not even supposed to feel tired¡­¡±


    [Giant Ape A] ¡°ROAR!¡±


    With its high agility and raw power and numbers, there was no way to outrun the apes. Houser had to do something or he will really meet his end here. But then an idea occurred to him.


    If I can¡¯t flee from these guys, then I¡¯ll just send their attention away from me!


    Houser began to search monsters, not those that roam around independently, herds! Basically what he was trying to do was to lure them to another and hope they would battle each other. All of the monsters are very hostile so it should work. Houser hopes they will be strong enough to keep the apes busy for a bit, let see if his luck kicks again.


    So for another 15 minutes of running away and looking around, Houser finally spots another group of monsters. They were humanoid reptiles, Lizardmen. Their group consisted of 19 members. They all had spears with them, they were out to hunt. Without giving much thought, Houser continues to lure the apes at their direction. Beginning to notice the incoming presences, the Lizardmen gets shocked at the numbers of incoming apes, but quickly releases a grin.


    [Giant Apes] ¡°!!!??¡±


    When they noticed the Lizardmen, they immediately stopped their tracks and began gasping for air in fear. Just in front of them were the things that they must avoid at any costs, if not, then it¡¯s death.


    Houser began to notice their fear towards the lizardmen, so he took advantage of the situation and fled. To his relief, the Lizardmen didn¡¯t pay attention to Houser and just let him go. One of them look at his direction and gives out a smile and nod. It seemed like Houser did them a huge favor.


    Not knowing much, the lizard are actually very ferocious predators. Their raw strength isn¡¯t any inferior to the blue apes, but their speed and sharpness of its attacks would leave anyone in this forest quivering in fear. But what¡¯s most terrifying is their intellect, they were one of the smartest monsters out there. Though other herds of monsters also attack tactfully, the Lizardmen were more unique. They were S rank monsters, and for a forest that consists of C-A rank monsters, they are at the top of the food chain here!


    Every monster do their utmost best to avoid these guys, which made their hunting a lot harder, but now that a feast was delivered to them, they will have enough food to feed their families for months! Now saying their prayers, they began their one sided massacre.


    A, what seems to be a female Lizardmen, looks at Houser¡¯s direction with eyes full of gratitude. Little did Houser know, this will lead to a monstrous event that might change the law of nature, but that¡¯s for another time.

    (Part 2)


    Now with the blue apes out of his skin, Houser managed to catch his breath, but not for long. He still remained in the forest that roams of any kind of monsters. He managed to exit demon territory, but he was still not safe, he has yet to reach the trail. He barely made half the trip, he still needs to continue for a few miles to reach the trail. The man made trail was his safe point, not really, but at least it didn¡¯t have monsters around every corners.


    I may have underestimated nature a bit too much¡­ Sheesh¡­ I don¡¯t know how much I can take of this. If it comes down to it, I¡¯ll just drop these girls here, to increase my chances of survival.


    Houser continued his way as the monsters bullied him over and over again. Monsters just keep appearing, but Houser manage to outrun them. He was reaching his limit. He was lost, He didn¡¯t know what to do, all he knows is to keep heading west.


    [Houser] ¡°!!?? Ugh¡­!¡±


    An earth sea horse¡¯s, Earth Surfer, watershot connected on Housers back. Let out a small painful yell. Houser let go the little girl.


    Oh sh¡­!


    Without thinking about it, he stands up and went to retrieve her, but the 3 feet sea horse wasted no time and went towards the little girl(A.N. The seahorse digs his tail into the ground and uses it to move. Earth Surfer fits right?)


    [Houser] ¡°...! [Ignition] -> [Mana Concentration] -> [Air Pressure] -> [Projectile]. Finger Pistol!¡±


    I fire an incomplete move of mine. Both power and accuracy still needed more work, but that was all i could pull off at a time like this. Due to my critical condition, I¡¯m not able to pull off a Spirit Roar.

    As expected, it missed. Gritting his teeth, thinking the girl is now a goner, the sea horse lost its balance and lost some speed. It seems that it was startled by the attack. Even though it didn¡¯t reach him, it hit a tree right behind him. It has a huge hole on it, though it didn¡¯t penetrate through it, the tree still stood firm. Such raw power from a mesky attack, it thought.If he gave him the chance to attack him for real, then it would most likely be killed. He must be eliminated now!


    Changing his objective, the sea horse pass the little girl, and goes straight to Houser.


    [Houser] ¡°This guy¡­!¡±


    Houser tries to prepare for the assault, but it was unfutile, his body won¡¯t just move like he wants it to do now.


    Furiously glaring at the sea horse, Houser gets on his feet without caring of his condition and charges straight to the sea horse. Every part of his body was screaming, was Houser refused to give in and resumed his charge.


    Just a few meters away from each other, the sea horse does another water shot, this time with even more power. Coming at Houser at full speed, Houser points up his finger and begins his chant, but waits for it to get closer. Not taking chances with his accuracy this time, he decides to shoot at point blank(A.N. Am i using the right words?).


    Just as it was to reach him, Houser releases his attack, adding more power as he can, hoping it will be enough to dispel the water shot.


    Boom* Sfx


    It successfully penetrated through it, and made a huge gap to it, but what remained successfully hit Houser and made him spit a mouthful of blood. As for other end, the sea horse got knocked back as well. This time time it didn¡¯t miss him and the power was no joke, that much the sea horse could tell as it was awfully grieving about the pain.


    With both opponents down, the sea horse was first to stand up, but Houser still remained on the ground. With bloodshot eyes, the sea horse charged in straight with full killing intent. Killing him was everything it desire now, but it wasn¡¯t able to accomplish his wish.


    [Sea Horse] ¡°!!!??¡±


    Boom* Crack* Crack* Kaboom*


    Before it could react, it met its end in a terrifying way. He was blown away as a projectile without any sign of stopping, tree after trees met its end as it stood in the way.


    Finally, it was over and now laid a corpse at a distance that could barely been seen by the eye. To make the scene more horrifying, it was all accomplished by a backhand blow! That¡¯s right it was done barehanded! No magic or any weapon whatsoever.


    Who could have been responsible for such a monstrous performance? The one responsible stood in front of the half dead protagonist, letting out a breath. The horned and tailed being turns to Houser direction and closes in.

    The sun was setting down, following cold breezes around the whole forest. There two different worlds, which are to be known as eternal enemies, were now facing each other. But what¡¯s odd, it¡¯s that neither side has any bit of hostility. What¡¯s more surprising, one side was filled with mixed feelings and look at other with heart warming smile.


    [???] ¡°My name¡­ is Adelia¡­ Tha..nk you¡­ Thank you¡­¡±


    Glittering tears began to drop on the dirty girl¡¯s face. Even though the girl was completely dirty, it was still quite a beautifully scene Houser got to see. He murmured something and fell unconscious.

    [Houser] ¡°... Ugh¡­ I¡¯m gonna feel that for a week¡­¡±


    Complaining of his itching body, Houser gets up. He checks his surroundings and notices both girls. Angrily thinking they escaped, leaving him rewardless, he notices two presences a little up front.


    [Adelia] ¡°Ah! You¡¯re up.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°You¡­ Ugh!¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°Wait! Please don¡¯t recklessly move around!¡±


    The demon girl quickly goes to Houser¡¯s aid and helps him to lay down. With a worried expression, she hands over a container with some liquid in it.


    [Adelia] ¡°I found some more medical herbs. It should relieve the pain a bit more.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°... What do you mean by ¡®more¡¯.¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°While you were unconscious, I had you drinking some of these.


    [Houser] ¡°... And how exactly did you do that¡­?¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°I¡­ Although I was holding back¡­ but this much is needed to be done to show you my gratitude!¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Don¡¯t make it sound like I took your chastity! Agh¡­!¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°Ah! Please don¡¯t be reckless!¡±


    Houser obediently took the medicine and asked how long has he passed out. He was told he was out for only 5 hours, which was surprisingly fast looking at his condition at first, not only that, he was also healing pretty quickly. The demon girl was surprised because he surpassed demon¡¯s natural healing, which were known to be greatest than any civilised community. Although most of the pain is gone, his sore body still itches.


    [Houser] ¡°5 hours¡­ I see¡­ You were¡­?¡±


    Breaking the ice, he disrespectfully went into introductions. The demon girl didn¡¯t mind and introduced herself as Adelia. The girl at little up front she¡¯s been attending as well was his little sister Aisha.


    [Adelia] ¡°After seeing how you desperately fought for the sake of my sister, I concluded it was you that save us from those horrible humans. I thought¡­ We both were gonna meet our end. I thought if I bought my little sister some time, she would be able to to escape and live on.¡±


    It¡¯s that why she let herself captured and tortured, she could always killed them single handedly though.


    [Adelia] ¡°Haha. You must be thinking I shouldn¡¯t have gotten any trouble handling these guy. Well you¡¯re right¡­ But you humans are not that easy. They were obviously from some big organization and probably knows all of the villagers. I couldn¡¯t take the chance for us to live our lives as runaways, especially for my sister. She¡¯s a good girl, she deserves better.¡±


    I see. If the little girl managed to escape, then she will be out of their reach. No matter how accurate their intel is, they can never guess a human living with demons will be on their list. Pursuing her is pointless. But still¡­


    [Houser] ¡°Man¡­ You¡¯re stupid¡­ Actually I¡¯m not any better.¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°!?¡±

    Adelia began to drop some tears with her head down, sulking about her stupid decision that literally would not have change anything and even end up making things worse.


    Houser stopped his scolding and sighed inside. After all, she did save him from death, though it was their fault.


    At this point, anyone would try to cheer her up a bit, even someone with a foul personality, but nope.


    [Houser] ¡°Don¡¯t think this is over for you two. I now own your lives! You two will be my possession until I no longer breath! The little girl might as well be useless to me, so from now on you¡¯ll work hard to make her quota as well! I keep what¡¯s mine safe no matter what!¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°!?¡±


    Heh. Seems I have to do some word twisting here to submit her obedience. I have to be careful here. She sent a monsters flying like it was a puppy and I¡¯m in no condition to fight. I need to avoid a confrontation.

    She smiles brightly at him with tears flowing down.

    What a weird girl I say¡­ It¡¯s obvious I¡¯m going to keep safe the things I went so many hardships for and like hell I¡¯m going to tell her to kill herself.


    [Houser] ¡°Just do what I say.¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°Ng!¡±


    After exchanging their master and servant titles, they went towards the little girl.

    It wasn¡¯t long for the little girl to finally regain her consciousness. As she stood up with question marks above her head, she began to cry as soon as she saw Adelia and charged straight to her arms. The reunion of the two odd sisters was quite the scene.


    As she was rubbing her face against her sister, she noticed someone was looking at them. She dumbfoundedly looked at Houser¡¯s direction and opened her eyes full of shock. Rubbing off her tears, she speaks.


    [Aisha] ¡°You¡¯re¡­ That brother I asked for help¡­ You really did¡­!¡±


    Recognizing her savior, she charges onto Houser with snot and tears all over her face. Not wanting a snotty girl rubbing on him, he grabs onto her head, stopping on her tracks. Stubborning putting up a fight to reach her destination, she finally gave in after a few minutes. She was kind of sulking now.


    [Adelia] ¡°Sorry about that¡­ She might be a little problematic, but she¡¯s a good child¡­¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Yeah Yeah. Hey kid. Use this to clean your face. It¡¯s unpleasant to have you near me like that.¡±


    Houser rips off a part of his robe and hands it over the girl to clean herself. For his surprise, the robe quickly repaired itself. Houser was worried the effects would be affected if the robes was damaged. This itself loosen up one of his worries, since this robe is like a national treasure that could change the course of life and death.


    [Aisha] ¡°Hehehe. How¡¯s this?¡±


    She giggles as she now has her face clean, not really, but mostly clean.


    Isn¡¯t she acting a bit too friendly and open towards an stranger¡­ Isn¡¯t she aware we¡¯re in the middle of the forest, that¡¯s filled with all kinds of monsters, on our own?  Well they do say kids will still play on times of war.


    Wait¡­.


    [Houser] ¡°Say¡­. I would always meet monsters every 10 seconds, so why haven¡¯t any poped out by now?¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°Oh that. Monsters around this area are aware of me. They don¡¯t want to face me.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°?¡±


    [Aisha] ¡°Big sister is one of the best hunters in the world! Monsters are nothing but children to her! Back in the villag¡­!¡±


    Aisha dropped her head filled with depression.


    [Adelia] ¡°I was one of the most active hunters in the village. I hunted on a daily basis. The monsters began to spread the word of me. They probably see me as a threat similar to the Lizardmen, which is an exaggeration in my opinion, Lizardmen are too scary.¡±


    Umh no¡­ I think the way you sent that sea horse flying is even more scary¡­


    [Adelia] ¡°By looking at them avoiding me even in human territory, it seems the word even got here. I don¡¯t really like people seeing me as a monster¡­¡±


    [Houser] ¡°... Is there a river or something for you two to clean yourselves up? Especially you, you smell horrible. It was hard to resist such stench.¡±


    Don¡¯t think of me as an asshole, I¡¯m just a honest guy and speak anything on my mind. I¡¯m not kidding though, they really stink.


    [Adelia] ¡°You¡¯re right. Since I¡¯m not familiar with the area it would take a bit to find one. Aisha get up, we¡¯ll be going.¡±


    [Aisha] ¡°Ok~ Hey brother let¡¯s go¡­. Umh¡­ What¡¯s brother¡¯s name?¡±


    With an innocent face, she cutely asks, tilting her face. Now that he noticed he didn¡¯t introduce himself, he clears his throat and states his name. Both sisters blinking twice, they finally got their savior¡¯s name and let out a smile.


    The 3 search for a place to clean themselves up. What really annoyed and relieved Houser was that the trip was actually really easy, no encounters with any monster so far. If he actually woke this girl up from the beginning¡­


    After a few minutes of looking around, they finally encounter a small lake. With the three sighing of relief, they head on to the lake.


    [Aisha] ¡°Brother, let¡¯s go in together!¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Could you stop calling me that!? And no thank you, you guys get to go first.¡±


    Honestly this child¡­ Even for a kid, her behaviour is too unacceptable. It looks like I have disciple her some manners.


    [Aisha] ¡°Brother is no good¡­ Master¡­¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Hey you¡­¡±


    [Aisha] ¡°That¡¯s right! I like it! Master¡­ Ng!¡±


    She took a liking to the new way of addressing me¡­ This kid is really doing what she wants!


    Smacking the back of her head, annoyed, the girl continued to murmur it as she giggles. Even more annoyed, Houser raises his hand again, but she runs away to the lake saying Master over and over again.


    [Adelia] ¡°Ah¡­ I¡¯m really sorry¡­¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Just go already!¡±


    Not caring any more, Houser sends off the girl.


    As soon he gets into this world he got into nothing but trouble, even now. With new people to follow the way, Houser headaches just starts! After all, the world will never go his way!


    For those who think [Name] are pointless. In the incoming arcs, conversations will consist of more and more people... And Houser was a little out of character when he was desperately trying to save the girls from the monsters. Well... Houser couldn''t think on what and what not to do, so be easy on him.  Chapter 7 - Mine Village Laxord Part 1

    Sorry this came out a bit too late, I didn¡¯t get the chance to finish this yesterday


    (Part1)


    Houser rests his body on a tree and stares at the clear and quiet sky. With the moon and all the stars out there, it wasn¡¯t possible for the forest to be completely dark. It was quite peaceful right now.


    Houser gives into empty thought and sighs at the situation he''s in now. Right behind him were two sisters playing happily with each other as they clean their bodies, stark naked.


    Not thinking much about it, Houser goes straight into planning. Aside from knowing his destination he doesn¡¯t know what to do. The village won¡¯t just kindly take travelers for free, he needs money. Although he doesn¡¯t know the currency of this world yet, he still needs to find ways to make some pocket change.


    Hunting is always a profession, Houser hopes the demand of jobs for hunters is high enough to pay off their daily needs. With Adelia on his side, hunting shouldn¡¯t be hard at all, and he will get to practice his magic more. Even though the chances of ending up as a hunter is high, he¡¯s going to verify things once he gets there.


    Now for another issue.


    The girls. Yes the girls. The trip will be long and all, but that isn¡¯t what¡¯s his worried about. The issue is how is he going to take in a demon girl in the village. Leaving Adelia outside on her own is too dangerous, no matter how monstrous she is. After all, these are humans we¡¯re talking about.


    He was thinking of her pretending to be his slave, not like she already isn¡¯t, and hope that will keep them away. There are too many flaws in this plan. First off, how can he prove he owns Adelia? He needs some kind of seal or proof or anything that states Houser owns Adelia. Even if he gets something, the villagers could always try to snatch her away. If they are, they are going to have the time of their life, but it will still be annoying. A mine village isn¡¯t making this thought process any easier.


    Next up is Aisha. Unlike her, Adelia have many valuable uses, she¡¯s strong and kind of reliable. As much as he hates to admit, she will be useful to him. But Aisha¡­ She¡¯s still a kid, no that¡¯s exactly why, she¡¯s still a kid. What can she do? Although Houser is yet to see her in action, he doesn''t expect much from her. She was raised alongside demons, she might surprise him. His expectations better not be cut down, he¡¯s not really willingly to take in a weight bag.


    [Adelia] ¡°Sir Houser. Sorry for for the wait. We are now finished here now. Please go ahead.¡±


    Sir huh¡­ Better than Master I guess¡­


    [Houser] ¡°No need. As soon as you two are ready will continue along.¡±


    We still had to be careful for their rags to dry up as well¡­ As for now, they have to wait completely nude. Lucky for them, it¡¯s a pretty warm night.


    Having no choice, we decided to spend the night here. Without any shame at all Adelia roams around to collect wood with all her privates exposed and makes a fire. Letting them sleep like really bothers me, so I hand them over my coat to cover themselves up. The robe is pretty big, so it had no problem covering the two girls.


    I asked if it¡¯s really safe to be camping out here, Adelia said no and offers herself to stand guard. I, of course, refused her proposal. They are in a worse condition than me, both mentally and physically. Although they did get quite the nap as I was carrying, it still doesn¡¯t cover the days or maybe weeks they¡¯ve been through. They both must be exhausted. I have no need for broken people.


    [Houser] ¡°I¡¯ll stand guard as you sleep. We move at sunrise, understood?¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°Umh¡­ I think I really need¡­¡±


    [Houser] ¡°I don¡¯t like to repeat myself. Just rest!¡±


    Houser turns and angrily glares at Adelia. His sudden stare surprised her, flustered her, and then cowers down with her sister.


    A little confused at her second reaction, he immediately notices his mistake. What was in front him was a dark haired beauty under the moonlight with everything a woman has to offer. Although he look into her eyes, he got a good image of her face and a glimpse of her slender shoulders. She gave off the feeling of a cool beauty with her deep red eyes that could penetrate through anyone and the water dripping from her hair was too provocative, surely anyone would fall prey to such scene.


    Indeed she caught Houser off guard. He has to admit, if he was still looking for a relationship, he would surely try his best to get closer to her.


    Walking away as nothing happened, Houser stands in his post and spends the whole night as look out.


    As expected, the night didn¡¯t go so smoothly, monsters kept popping out. Not wanting to deal with these guys all night, I pointed them at the location where the 2 sisters were sleeping with their heads popping out of my robe with an evil grin. As soon as they saw Adelia, they began to tremble so hard that tears even came out. I gave them a ¡°Now what?¡± face and they quickly fled the area. I spent the night doing this routine.


    Sun rises, birds¡¯ chirps, and monster¡¯s cries wakes the forest. I wake up the girls and we quickly move on to our destination.


    There still some ground I need to cover. Now that I¡¯m in human territory doesn¡¯t mean to i get to rest easy, actually to be more precise, it makes me more uneasy. Aside from my hate to these guys. This world looks more complicated and annoying than my own, everyone follow their own beliefs. Either good or bad, it¡¯ll be troublesome to handle these guys. My best route is to adapt here as soon as possible to venture out in this world.


    Whatever problems this place may be on, I¡¯ll just stand and see on the sidelines.

    (Part 2)


    Red Corporation HQ


    12 men has gathered on the same night as Adelia¡¯s village incident. Now together, they do nothing but grit their teeth with anger as they hear the report from a purple dressed masked lady. She had quite an explosive body, but the men weren¡¯t in the mood to admire her body. She too was upset about the incident, but nobody could tell what she was thinking or feeling with that mask.


    The room was dark enough to cover their appearances towards each members. Even though they work for the same organization, there seems to be a lack of trust around its members.


    [Member A] ¡°Those imbeciles! Not only they disobeyed orders, they had been completely annihilated by the demon army!"


    [Member B] ¡°Looking at our loss. It¡¯s thrice the amount from our gain. All the tools and items we provided to those fools are now property of the demons.¡±


    [Member C] ¡°Indeed¡­ Our lost is too huge. We could barely care about their incompetent lives, all the items were high class."


    [Member B] ¡°I wonder¡­ isn¡¯t the way they got caught a little off?¡±


    [Member A/D] ¡°What do you mean?¡±


    [Member E] ¡°He¡¯s right¡­ It¡¯s just too off¡­ No matter how much idiotic they were, it doesn¡¯t make sense for them to not notice an ambush.¡±


    [Everyone] ¡°Nod* Nod*¡±


    Something is not adding up. Humans are not out of date with information regarding about the demons. They are aware of their formation and ways to get their information. What could have really happened back then?


    [Masked Woman] ¡°Unless someone else was involved.¡±


    [Everyone] ¡°!!?¡±


    Breaking the ice, the masked woman coldly states to the meeting. Although she was only meant to report to them, she was still let to stay. It seems like it was a good decision to do so.


    [Member F] ¡°That¡¯s it! But who?¡±


    [Member G] ¡°A demon spy?¡±


    [Member B] ¡°No, they had multiple items that could easily detect it. Whatever it was, it must have brought a commotion, therefore distracting them and not noticing the ambush¡±


    [Member E] ¡°To end up with a conclusion so quickly¡­ You never change do you? But what you did say made some sense.¡±


    [Member A] ¡°We have gotten an idea of the situation. After the situation has quieted down, we¡¯ll send people there to investigate. That is all!¡±


    The meeting has come to an end. Everyone leaves their seats and proceeds to the exit. They were very angry, extremely angry. The organization and themselves had made a huge lost, and now that the demons have access to study their technology, they are forced to make changes, which will cost even more money!


    As the angry mob find their way out, the masked woman stays behind with Member A. Now that they¡¯re both alone, the man jumps on top of her, struggling her neck, as he demands.


    [Member A] ¡°You bitch! You knew something was bound to happen! Why didn¡¯t look out to them like you were supposed to! You probably let them get caught by the demons as they take our merchandise from them. What are you planning¡­!¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°Gasp*... Sir¡­ It is true I stayed on the sidelines and did nothing but watch, but that boy¡­


    [Member A] ¡°Huh? What boy!? Speak woman!¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°That boy¡­ He saved and protected that demon from our men¡­ I was being careless, but I wasn¡¯t expecting such a scene¡­¡±


    [Member A] ¡°A human saving a demon? What kind of bad joke is that!? Even if it¡¯s true, how could that not let you notice that many demons closing in!¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°It was shocking enough to see a human be in a village of demons, she was also part of one of their families. Another human popped out of nowhere. You could clearly see he was inexperienced, yet was enough to fight them all off. It was just too weird¡­ That human was too weird.


    Finally letting go, the man furiously kicked anything on his path, he glared at her assistant one more time and scowl with full hatred.


    [Member A] ¡°Useless! This is why women are useless! Send men to chase after that boy! I want him dead! Keep this classified no matter what. Are we clear!¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°Gasp*... Right away¡­¡±


    [Member A] ¡°Go!¡±


    She gets on her feet and immediately reaches out the door.


    She coldly stared at empty space, she was furious. If things went as planned, his seat would be in danger by now. She was planning for the hunters to be caught from the beginning, but unnoticed. She wanted the blame to go him, everything was perfectly planned out. Before she could execute her plan, Houser popped out and things go wrong. She couldn¡¯t help being distracted by the scenes he made.


    Thanks to him, things will be more complicated now, but will succeed in the end no matter what. Her goal was to destroy Red Organization. She has a deep grudge against these people and can¡¯t wait to see their expressions as their organization!


    She makes her way out the room with an wicked expression.


    [Member A] ¡°Hey. I wasn¡¯t talking to you.¡±


    He coldly says as he unhesitantly stabs the woman in her left kidney .


    [Masked Woman] ¡°...!!? How¡­?¡±


    Without finishing her sentence, she drops to the floor as blood floods on the area. She blankly looks up to his murderer with a dizzy expression.


    [Member A] ¡°Women should really learn their place. Did you really think I didn¡¯t noticed you were plotting against me? Hah! You¡¯re a million years too young to compete with me!¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°...¡±


    [Member A] ¡°I must say¡­ What a waste for such a body to go waste. You would make a high quality slave. After all, women are good at nothing but serving men Hahaha!!!¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°...¡±


    [Member A] ¡°Maybe I should have a taste before it turns cold? Kyahahaha. Don¡¯t worry. I had my men put a soundproof barrier before they left. We get to enjoy ourselves as much as we can! Stay awake till the end would you? Kyahahaha!¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°Fufufufu¡­¡±

    Dumbfounded, he stares as the woman¡¯s body vanishes in thin air, feels a presence and tries to jump away, it was futile. In a matter of seconds, he gets stabbed in the back his shoulder. Screaming in pain, he falls to the ground and rolls over to get some distance, but was stopped as the woman gets on top of him. Rubbing her crotch against his, she wickedly giggles and provocatively swirls her hair.


    [Member A] ¡°...! Illusion magic¡­¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°Good job.¡±


    [Member A] ¡°Whatever your goal is, you¡¯ll never get it if you kill me!¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°Who said anything of me killing you?¡±


    4 men with dark clothing appears at the scene.


    [Member A] ¡°!!? You¡­ But why¡­!?¡±


    They were the people he sent off after Houser. They are now here before him with nothing but killing intent. He couldn¡¯t comprehend the situation he was in anymore.

    Dumbfounded, the man couldn¡¯t tell what she wanted anymore. If she doesn¡¯t want to be a power head here, then what? She couldn¡¯t be¡­


    [Masked Woman] ¡°Ah. That expression is showing that you¡¯re getting the idea of it, well half of what you¡¯re thinking is true."


    [Member A] ¡°... What is it then¡­¡±


    [Masked Woman] ¡°Simple. I¡¯m going to destroy the organization and rebuild it once again!¡±

    No longer any need to talk to him, she signals the four men and immediately raises their weapons against his head, merciless penetrated through. They removed their weapons, splattering blood all over the blood as the head falls into a pool of its own blood.


    The woman, with blood all over her, closes in to the head and kisses the the once known ambassador of treasury of the Red corporation. Licking her own lips, she gets off the corpse and heads to her way out.¡±


    [Assassin A] ¡°Mrs. Fleur. Should we clean up and proceed with our orders?¡±


    [Fleur] ¡°No need. I want them to panic for a bit. Just make sure to erase any evidence of my presence here at the scene. Let them think it was just a assasination case. As for me, I¡¯ll head to my room and clean myself. Starting tomorrow, we act now, gather everyone and get ready.


    [Assassins] ¡°Yes Ma''am!¡±


    Even though it¡¯s still early, there¡¯s nothing we can do. Looking at our situation, we¡¯ll be suspected. That kid just had to ruin everything¡­ Well I partly thank him, I now can accomplish my goals faster.


    Wickedly laughing, she exits the scene.


    Those two girls¡¯ relationship is interesting too, but what interests me more is that kid, that kid is very odd and strange. Once I know what that kid is, that kid will immediately be removed. I have no need to keep threats roaming around.

    [Aisha] ¡°Say Master. Why is your hair and eyes so weird?¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°Aisha! Stop being rude!¡±


    We¡¯ve been walking for a few hours on our way to find this mine village. The travel is going very smoothly so far thanks to Adelia. We did encounter some monsters on our way, but Adelia was able to beat each of them as if they were puppies. It looks like I don¡¯t need to step in.


    I wanted to practice my magic on the monsters on the way, but was never given the chance. Sulking a little, I was still satisfied with this trip.


    Although, isn¡¯t a Adelia a little too monstrous? We¡¯ve met another group of those blue apes bastards. They were all 4 meters tall and were looking for trouble. Getting ready to settle scores with these beasts, Adelia went ahead and stood in front of them. Startled at first, the apes got hold of themselves as they noticed their advantage in number. With little confidence, the apes engaged with their opponent, shaking the whole area.


    An ape went ahead and threw both his arms at Adelia. Anyone that takes a blow head on, would be tear apart with no doubt. With a stance, Adelia breaths out and awaits for the incoming attack. Just a few centimeters away from her, Adelia extends out her arms and steadily stops the attack by holding onto both its arms.


    The impact was strong enough to dig her a little into the ground and leaving some cracks around the area. Before being able to react, Adelia firmly grips on its arms and performs a dragon throw on the ape.


    Being sent back a few meters away, the ape gets on its feet a little dizzy. He wasn¡¯t really hurt from the attack, but now refuses to enter the scene, its confidence was completely destroyed.


    Looking at their divasted partner, the apes leaves a cold sweat. They already went this far, too late to go back now! This time the apes charged in as a group, menacing roaring at Adelia.


    Breathing out, Adelia leaps onto one of them and merciless throws a right hook to its abdomen area. Letting out painful yells, the ape gets grabbed by Adelia and gets slammed down to the ground. It was a quick end.


    Startled, the rest back down a little, looking at Adelia with fear. Snapping out of it, 4 of them charges in full power. As soon they were about to reach her, Adelia steps to the side and gets behind one of them. Adelia does a low kick to throw off the ape and uses it to boost her jump and gets above the other three. Adelia gets on top of one of them, before it could do anything, Adelia slams down both her arms to its head, knocking it out cold.


    As the body fell, the apes furiously throws a blow at her direction. Instead of hitting Adelia, they merciless murdered the unconscious ape. Adelia took advantage of the confusion and quickly took care of the rest.


    After this scene, the apes finally learned their place and retreated in fear. At the end they gained nothing in this and end up losing five of their own. Furiously gritting their teeth, all they can do was keep in their anger and flee.


    Satisfied with the outcomes, she turns and heads back. She looks at Houser and Aisha from afar a little tense. She has no less experience than any top class hunter, so she wasn''t worried about her battle. Houser watching her just makes her nervous, she tries to show him how far her capabilities can go.


    [Adelia] ¡°Sir Houser. If it isn¡¯t much trouble, could I cook their meat for us to consume?¡±


    Now that she mentions it, they haven¡¯t eaten anything since they started this trip. Houser was fine, but the girls must be extremely hungry by now. Houser gave his approval and made a quick pit break.


    After filling their bellies, they continued on.


    It was too tense and a bit scary at the same time¡­ This world is lucky Adelia was born as a high intelligent being. I could already picture them having to deal a wild Adelia.


    The trip still went really smoothly since we didn¡¯t encounter much monsters, but those who we did were proved to be troublesome, even for Adelia. If she were to be in a pinch, I stand up and provide aid whenever needed.


    At this point, I¡¯m not in the mood to fight anymore. I¡¯ll just let Adelia take care of things, but that doesn¡¯t mean I¡¯ll let her be in danger.


    We went like this till we reach the present.


    During our travel, we barely said anything to each other, the sister had some conversation from time to time, but were still quiet most of the time. I¡¯m not really trying to get close to them, so I don¡¯t bother with unnecessary stuff. All I need to know is that they¡¯re from a village hunted by hunters and took refuge with me.


    Adelia did try to start conversations with me, but quickly had second thoughts and cower down. It seems even her can penetrate to the invisible wall around me. After all, I am a pretty unsociable guy.


    We went like this until Aisha breaks the ice around us with a cheeky smile, curiously looking up to me.


    [Houser] ¡°I¡¯m not sure. My memories are a bit fuzzy, but it seems I¡¯m cursed. That¡¯s all I can say¡±


    That¡¯s the only excuses I can use, the only thing I can think of to excuse my ignorance of this world.


    [Aisha] ¡°I see¡­ Master is cursed. When you get cured I wish to see my master true face.¡±


    Sorry kid, you¡¯re not getting your wish.


    [Adelia] ¡°Ok Aisha that¡¯s enough.¡±


    [Aisha] ¡°Why is big sis so stingy? I want to talk to him.¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°You¡­! My apologies Sir¡­¡±


    [Houser] ¡°I don¡¯t mind. Let¡¯s just go.¡±


    This much isn¡¯t enough to bother me anyways.


    We continued for a minutes until we¡¯ve reached an enormous flower field. As the wind blows petals all over, with every color of the rainbow, it made the scene such a beautiful and relaxing scene.


    With shining eyes, Aisha goes ahead and spins around with a cheerful expression, making this scene quite even more eye catching, enough to make an impression on Houser.


    Although still wearing those rags, she¡¯s any adult¡¯s ideal image of a daughter. Her jet black and silky fair skin made her stand out. Even after going such a traumatizing event, her eyes were still filled with life, Houser had to give her props for such strong mentality at her age.


    Houser takes a glance at the demon woman next to her as the air breezes her majestic black hair. Same as Aisha, her rugs seem to have no effect on her appearance at all to the point it kind of suits her. Through her exposed areas, you could notice her injuries are quickly healing, not as fast as Houser but still an abnormal pace compared to a normal person. With her exposed skin getting cleaner and cleaner, it¡¯s starting to make Houser take involuntary glances at her, he needs to get her new clothe quick.


    [Houser] ¡°Enough playing around. Let¡¯s go.¡±


    [Aisha] ¡°Aww¡­ Ok¡­¡±


    Why are you pouting?


    An hour later, the group began to see some buildings up head.


    [Houser] ¡°Finally.¡±


    [Aisha] ¡°Wow! So many buildings.¡±


    As they were reaching their destination, Houser couldn¡¯t hold it in anymore. He had to get this out of the way.


    [Houser] ¡°Say¡­ Adelia.¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°Yes?¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Can you use weapons?¡±


    I know she doesn¡¯t need them, her fists are her greatest weapons, but this might actually lead to trouble in the future. Adelia has great potential to keep up with me, but she must receive some guidance.


    [Adelia] ¡°No, Sir Houser. I did had a sword and spear on some special occasions, but I can¡¯t say I have practical knowledge in wielding them.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°I see. Another question. Were you able to reach the peak of all the monsters of that forest? By that I mean having to trouble handling those guys.¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°I am, except the Lizardmen.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°If I¡¯m not wrong, you mention something about ranks. You said that sea horse as only a B rank.¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°Yes Sir. All monsters¡¯ danger level are consisted on ranks. Strength doesn¡¯t solely fall in this category, but it does determine how much of a threat they are to everyone. We people also fall under ranks, but in a different way; we use ranks to determine the level of our professions such as Swordsman, Fighter, Smith, Alchemy, etc. That¡¯s as much knowledgement I got from my village.¡±


    Nice reliable information. It gives off a RPG feeling, but I didn¡¯t really pay mind to it.


    [Houser] ¡°Got it. What rank are those Lizardmen?¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°S rank. Very formidable foes.¡±


    [Houser] ¡°Were they the only S ranks monsters on the forest?¡±


    [Adelia] ¡°No there were a few more S rank monsters.¡±


    [Houser] "So you¡¯re saying you can handle monsters with the same rank as those Lizardmen but still can beat them?¡±


    As I thought, she can¡¯t fight high intelligent beings. Her experience alone as hunter makes her very formidable against monster. If she were to fight something that thinks twice, a human with a profession as an example, her strength alone won¡¯t cover her lack of combat knowledge. To me, her strength scares me a bit, but I don¡¯t see her as a threat to me.


    [Houser] ¡°As soon as we establish at one point, we¡¯ll begin some combat training. You¡¯re useless to me if you stay like that, our enemies won¡¯t only be monsters.¡±


    Getting what Houser was getting at, she firmly nodded and hang her head a little bit. She was aware that hunting was all she can do.


    They continue along their way to the entrance. Aisha rushes in, humming and giggling with herself, but was actually in deep thought.


    As they close in, there were two guards patrolling around the entrance. They noticed three presences closing in. They raised their swords on full guard and suspiciously glared at the group, especially Adelia. It seems something was off, they were glaring a bit too much at Adelia.


    Oh right. These guys hate demons.


    [Guard A] ¡°You three! Identify yourselves and state your business! Those who wish to enter will go through a body check.¡±


    [Guard B] ¡°You must be the owner. Why isn¡¯t your slave chained? And what¡¯s with the little girl¡¯s appearance. We will not allow such suspicious people enter Laxord Village.¡±


    Laxord huh¡­ I didn¡¯t expect this level of security. We are close to the border, so it does make some sense.


    Adelia closes in first for her check up, but was attacked by one of the guards.


    [Guard B] ¡°You wrench! Don¡¯t you make eye contact with me! Take off all your clothe.¡±


    Fortunately, she avoided the sword and apologized while looking down. She was going to undo her clothing, but was stopped by Houser.


    [Houser] ¡°Say¡­¡±


    [Guard B] ¡°!!?"


    [Guard A] ¡°You¡­!¡±


    I reached out to him and firmly gripped his skull and threw him back.


    [Houser] ¡°That was just a warning. I don¡¯t care about your little conflict whatsoever, so how dare you trying to harm her? Do you know all the shit I went through for her?¡±


    Don¡¯t think I¡¯ll bow down to this world! Human or not, those who gets in my way will only suffer. Like hell I¡¯ll let some pitiful guards get their way with me.


    About the Romance tag, it won¡¯t really apply to Houser for now, but will be for those who interact with Houser.


    For mature tag, I¡¯m not sure if I should put it or not. I¡¯ll do it when one of the staff notices I went out of line and give me a warning :/


    This chapter was a bit rushed at the end, since I wanted this done today, so I hope I didn¡¯t mess much. I¡¯ll edit all my chapters on friday and do the best I can to improve them. Looking for an editor :(
