 Chapter 1 + Prologue

    Prologue


    The sudden collapse of the young master brought the servants and the family members of the Azure family in a sudden panic. The eight year old boy was training with his weapon of choice the sword when a servant saw the collapse body Vectre.


    He was immediately brought to his room and the panicking mother quickly ordered the servants to get the healer.


    The father a legendary figure in the kingdom which awed the kingdom with his sword mastery has defeated countless of A rank monsters that tried to cause havoc in the nearby villages. He immediately left after hearing that his beloved son has collapse. Using his rare ability Wind Teleportation, he quickly disappeared with the wind towards his clan compound.


    The eight year old Vectre lay unconscious in his bed. He collapse because of the sudden burst of information entering his brain. The memories of his past life was now unburied and he was being made to remember who he was. An inhabitant from another world. He was from a world where monsters and magic did not exist, where advance technology ran rampant. Huge amount of information are now being process by his brain. Including his ability.


    Vectre gained the ability to summon weapons and technology. It doesn¡¯t matter if it¡¯s fictional or non-fictional. He has the ability to materialise the object.


    Unique abilities are very powerful. A person with a unique ability can make waves in the world. Some unique ability users is so powerful that they can wipe out kingdoms. That¡¯s why they are incredibly dangerous.


    Chapter 1- Waking Up


    Arghh! My head is killing me. This feels like a hangover after a good drinking session with my friends. Opening my eyes I can see the wooden ceiling and looking at the left side of the bed. I could see my mother asleep with her head resting on the side of my bed while the rest of her are on the floor.


    ¡®Ah she must have taken care of me¡¯ I smiled at my caring beautiful mother.


    I remember that I collapse yesterday while practicing the sword. Memories from my past life has resurfaced. I have now been reincarnated apparently. According to my hypothesis, I shouldn¡¯t be wrong. I never really believed in reincarnation before but I guess it¡¯s true. The soul gets his memories wiped clean and then transferred into another body. But what I don¡¯t understand is why I¡¯m able to regain my memories, that¡¯s the puzzling bit.


    Seeing the I¡¯m awake my mother hugged me tight while sobbing.


    ¡°The healer said there wasn¡¯t anything wrong with you. You might have just been too exhausted and that caused you to collapse. The healer advice you to rest up for a few days, so no training for the mean time. Understand¡± my mother spoke while hugging me.


    ¡°hmm¡± I hummed in agreement.


    ¡°Are you hungry?¡± she asked. Her eyes searched my face trying to see if there was still anything wrong with me.


    ¡°Soup would be nice ma¡± I replied.


    ¡°Ok I¡¯ll call Astrea your maid and she should get that ready for you¡±


    ¡°Now that you¡¯re okay. I¡¯m going back to my room to sleep¡± she said while she yawned.


    ¡°You didn¡¯t have to take care of me personally ma. The servants could have done that¡± I mumbled.


    ¡°Nonsense¡± she quickly reprimanded me.


    ¡°I¡¯m your mother so how could I not worry for my child. I don¡¯t think I could asleep anyway. Being so worried about you¡± she said while brushing my messy black hair with her hand.


    Seeing the maid Astrea arrived. Mother quickly instructed her to take care of me and to get the food that I wanted then quickly got out of the room.

    Remembering my ability. I was absolutely giddy.


    Closing my eyes and feeling the flow of energy in my body and the mana in the air. I imagined a mobile phone appearing in my right hand. The mana from my body quickly surge to my right hand, the mana in the air was swirling around where the phone was about to manifest.


    Immediately feeling the weight of an object in my hand. I opened my eyes in shock and excitement.


    ¡°I can¡¯t believed that work. Oh my days. Oh my Lord Cthulu¡± I squealed in excitement.


    Technology in a fantasy world. Fuckin amazing. I feel like I¡¯m in wonderland. Not Deadman Wonderland though cause that would make me cry.


    The door suddenly opened and I panicked and I immediately dispersed the energy sustaining the phone in my hand and it quickly disappeared.


    ¡°Young master¡± called out Astrea respectfully with a bowed head.


    She was holding a tray filled with bread and bowl of chicken soup.


    She set the tray on the bedside table.


    ¡°Do you want me to feed you young master?¡± she asked. Her brown eyes and beautiful lips set into a dazzling smile.


    Feeling myself blush I quickly refused and take the bowl from the tray and started eating while Astrea was watching.


    Arghh this feels so awkward. I can¡¯t eat with you watching me. It¡¯s just creepy.


    ¡°Umm¡± I started.


    ¡°Yes young master?¡±


    ¡°Don¡¯t you have something to do?¡± I asked.


    ¡°Not at all young master. After all I am your personal maid. Whatever you request I shall do my best to grant them. So taking care of you is my job.¡± She replied professionally.

    ¡°But you watching me eat makes me uncomfortable¡± I complained.


    I could see her eyes staring directly into my lips while I eat and I could see the hungry look in her eyes. And I don¡¯t even think the food is what she¡¯s after.


    I shivered.

    I nodded.


    After finishing my meal. I got out of bed while my personal maid Astrea tidied up the bed and take the meal to the kitchen where other servants would wash the dishes.


    Looking around the house. I can see that expensive materials has been used to build it. After all this is the house of the head of the Azure Clan. And I am the son of the Ryouma Azure. The deadliest swordsman in the Cloud Kingdom.


    While my mother is one of the strongest fire mage with her ability being Pyrokinesis. Despite the fact that it¡¯s a common ability, my mother was a prodigy at controlling and using fire spells. I heard that my mother can use an S rank spell called Meteorite. Basically fiery stones as big as a cow falling into a specific area for an hour. Although using that spell without proper preparation could be detrimental for the spell caster.


    The servants quickly greeted me seeing that I¡¯m up and walking around. My maid Astrea is back and is trailing me from behind. Now that my memories are back, seeing this spectacle unnerves me and makes me quite uncomfortable. In Earth this was not common. I guess this will taks some getting used to.


    Seeing as there¡¯s really nothing much I can do since my mother has banned from doing anything such as training and apparently going outside of the compound because I¡¯m still a child. I decided to head into the garden and just chill.

 Chapter 2- Testing My Abilities

    It¡¯s been a few days now and my mother has finally agreed to let me go around alone in the compound without my personal maid/bodyguard Astrea as long as I don¡¯t go outside.


    Approaching the little shed in the corner of my garden. I remember having it built for my personal use while sword training. Good job eight year old me, now I have a room for testing out my abilities without getting disturb.


    Before going in. I ordered the family guard to guard outside the garden and to not let anyone in. As I wish not to be disturbed while training with the sword.


    Well that¡¯s the excuse I came up with.


    Anyway I¡¯m now inside the spacious shed or should I say a dojo cause there¡¯s no way that it¡¯s a shed. In fact calling it a shed doesn''t do it justice. This is almost a mini mansion. Complete with sword racks and wooden dummy as well as weights.


    I am so glad I was born in a rich family with a powerful background. My parents spoiled me too much.


    Sitting in a meditating position I imagined the phone appearing in my hand again. Seeing that it has now materialised. Time to check if it¡¯s working.


    Using the side button I pushed it to turn on the mobile phone that looks like a Samsung Galaxy s5.


    My smile grew wider as I saw the screen lit up and the familiar phone interface pops up in my field of vision.


    ¡°YEEESSSS. I AM NOW A GOD. HAHAH¡± I exclaimed. I was so overjoyed that I started rolling all over the clean wooden floor of my dojo shed.

    Which I doubt it because there¡¯s no wifi connection in fantasy land.

    Before I get side tracked and just surf the web all day. I dispersed the phone to get rid of temptation and tried manifesting other things.


    I imagined the zampakuto of Kuchiki Byakuya.


    ¡°Come forth Senbonzakura¡± I chanted. Damn I feel so cool. I squealed in my head. My heart beating 100 times per second. Through sheer I did not die. I guess I am just that awesome. There¡¯s no way excitement is going to take away my blessed life.


    The sword materialise in my right hand. I could see the black scabbard and the handle of the blade. Quickly freeing the sword from the scabbard. I stayed still and very quiet for a few minutes just admiring the weapon. Before laughing like a maniac.


    I¡¯m sure if anyone was to hear me now. They would think that the young master has now gone completely insane.


    Guard POV


    The young master Vectre called me and relieved me of my duty of guarding the entrance and I was immediately replaced by another guard. I was ordered by the young master to keep anyone from going into the garden today. If his mother was looking for him or his father. I was to tell them he was busy training.


    The day was normal. I¡¯ve heard the young master was a prodigy at sword fighting just like his father.


    An hour later I could heal squealing and mad laughter coming from the young master shed. But I thought nothing of it. He probably mastered a difficult technique. Who wouldn¡¯t be that happy.


    But it got progressively worse and worse. The laughter has gone from mad to plain out creepy.


    I¡¯m afraid to go in check. I have my orders and I wouldn¡¯t want to incur the wrath of the young master.


    Maybe the incident a few days ago, affected his brain. Because that mad laughter is definitely not normal.

    ¡°Scatter Senbonzakura¡± I chanted and immediately the sword scattered into tiny sword fragments that reflects light that resembles a cherry blossom. Only the sword handle is left on my right hand. I controlled the sword fragments which is scattered all around me to attack one of the wooden dummies and the dummy was sliced up into tiny pieces instantaneously. I played with the ability for a good half an hour.


    I used my mind to control the sword fragments, making it form a protective shield around me, I also used my mind to control the pathing of the fragments. But using your mind and using the blade handle has totally different effects. Mentally commanding the blade causes it to move and react slower to commands compared to using the handle which increases the speed of the fragment by fifty percent.


    Finish with my experiment. I dispersed the sword and sat down on the floor in a meditative stance and absorb the mana in the air to replenish the energy that my body has used.


    *Knock Knock*


    While in the middle of replenishing my lost mana, I hear someone knock on the door. Opening my eyes I shouted out ¡°Who is it?¡±


    ¡°It¡¯s me young master¡± replied a cute feminine voice outside of my dojo.


    Ahh its just Astrea I surmised. Strange I ordered the guard to not let anyone disturb me while I was ¡®training¡¯.


    ¡°What is it Astrea?¡± I questioned.


    ¡°You¡¯re father has returned young master.¡±


    ¡°Okay. I¡¯ll be right there¡± I answered quickly.


    So father has returned from his mission. The goblin population has been getting out of hand recently and their recent activities involves kidnapping girls from the nearby villages, so King Julius gave father and his men the mission of getting rid of the pest and to save the kidnapped girls.


    Sigh I wish I had a bit more time in exploring my ability. I don¡¯t even know it¡¯s half of what it can do and can¡¯t do.

    ¡°Hey brat I heard you collapse from exhaustion¡± boomed father in a jesting voice.


    ¡°You got your mother worried. Hehehe but I wasn¡¯t, I knew you were going to be okay. You¡¯re my son after all¡±


    Suddenly my mother burst out laughing. I look at her, my face scrunched in confusion. ¡®Why is she laughing?¡¯


    Finally finish from her laughing fit she wiped her eyes and said ¡°That¡¯s funny. When Vectre was unconscious who was it that panicked when a messenger bird delivered the message that something happened to his son and immediately left his men to fight the goblins by themselves and teleported here.¡±


    I looked at my dad and I could see him reddening and rubbing the back of his head with his eyes cast down on the floor.


    I supressed a giggle seeing him like that. I feel warm in my chest and I feel fuzzy and giddy. I guess this was it felt like to be loved by your parents.


    I smiled at them.


    ¡°Vectre why are you crying¡± asked mom in a worried tone.


    My dad also looking at me in concern.


    Lifting up my hand to touch the side of my face, I could feel the wetness streaming in the side of my face.


    I shook my head. ¡°I¡¯m fine¡±.


    And I ran to my parents arms and hugged them.


    ¡°I love you mom, dad.¡± I whispered.


    ¡°We love you too son¡±

 Chapter 4- Going Out

    Father was staying for a while. He was on break after finishing the goblin extermination job. My father said the goblins behaviour has been odd lately. According to him it feels like the goblins are preparing for something but that¡¯s just what his gut is telling him.


    After that brief tender moment of me crying and bawling like a little child. We had dinner and spent time together.


    Father likes to talk about his adventures when he was young and how he was such a dazzling hero, but I call bullshit. Because mother always laugh when he boast about himself so I imagined he must have been a reckless warrior. Just charge in and smash the enemy till they¡¯re dead strategy.


    But that¡¯s what mother loved about him apparently. Compared to other guys she has met. Father is simple, straightforward and honest. He wears his emotion and is not very good at hiding them.


    So she doesn''t have to worry about father lying to her and being insincere with his feelings.


    After spending more time adventuring together, eventually father figured out that mother has feelings for him. Even though mother kept dropping hints for so many years they had been together.


    From this I know my father was a dense guy. Reminds me of the main character from Infinite Stratus. Now that guy was something else.


    After hearing all the wonderful adventure that my father and mother shared. I had a sudden thirst of going outside and adventuring.


    I expressed my desire to my parents and they smiled at me and nodded. They agreed that I need need experience as I''m going to the next head of the Azure family and that I can travel the the world after I finish school.


    School starts when a child is 12 years old and gets tested for what ability he has been given. The school will be responsible for helping the students in using and developing that power so they don¡¯t harm themselves and other people.


    The school also teaches them to be responsible and to not abuse their gifts.


    In order to graduate you need to acquire 1000 merit points. Merit points are accumulated by going on missions set by the guild. The higher the difficulty the more merit points.


    I was extremely fascinated. I can feel the excitement bubbling in my chest.


    Before going to bed, I asked if we can go to the town square.


    They just smiled at me and nodded and they quickly dashed towards their bed room, giggling to each other.

    After a quick breakfast we head out in town. We have several guards with us and my maid Astrea came along too. I was in front of the group with two guards at my side, while Astrea is behind me. My parents are further back holding hands and enjoying their time with each other. Being incredibly sweet. Heck they¡¯re even flirting.


    I can¡¯t help but roll my eyes at them.


    I look around and see people look at us with a smile and respect. All of the gazes seem to be directed towards my father. I assume he¡¯s well known. Obviously he is a legendary figure in the Cloud kingdom plus my dad isn¡¯t pompous and arrogant like some of the nobles, who looks down on the commoners. So he¡¯s generally well liked.


    I¡¯m surprised by the many different buildings. I remember them from the many games I played back home. Like the blacksmith, Enchanter, Magicians Guild and many others.


    There were street vendors selling food like barbecue chicken on a stick which I bought a couple and ate. It was delish.


    I complimented the food which got the owner happy.


    We strolled around town, while I browse and look at many different products produce in the cities. Such as the sword shop, the armour shop. And there''s even a shop were they sell beast cores.


    Beast cores are vital for ability users and they can be used as battery to replenish lost mana if you do not have time to meditate and slowly replenish lost energy.


    So adventurers can sell them for quite an expensive price.


    The shop that I liked the most was the Spirit Beast shop which sells magical beast that you can tame. Pretty cool huh. I wanted the four winged lion but my mother said no because I was too young and reprimanded my father for supporting me.


    According to mother I''m not responsible enough yet. And taking care of a spirit beast is hard worked and can''t be done lazily.


    My father just awkwardly smiled at the owner and me while mother was still lecturing him.


    Oh well. It wasn¡¯t in my plans to buy one anyway. I want to tame a beast using my own power. I got carried away from excitement of owning a magical beast.


    I mean come on who wouldn''t. This is literally orgasmic.

 Chapter 5- Rivals

    After making a scene at the pet shop or should I say the magical beast shop. My mother was finally finish pointing out to my father why an eight year old cannot be trusted to look after a Four Winged Lion.


    Heck me and the shop owner who I later know was called Derek was not able to escape mother¡¯s hellish lecture and by the end of it Father and Derek was able to recite heart by heart the reasons why an eight year old child is not allowed a pet especially if it¡¯s a ferocious Four Winged Lion.


    I have now realised the true meaning of the saying ¡®don¡¯t judge a book by its cover¡¯. Because my mother might be small and cute but she is hella scary. When she¡¯s angry the word cute truly does not exist in her vocabulary.


    You can only see a fire breathing dragon convincing you that suicide is a good idea.


    Well enough rant from yours truly.


    We are now in a restaurant and I am personally enjoying a 6 star dish made by the best chef in the restaurant. I can honestly say that the guy who cooked this deserves a medal.


    The shrimp is just exquisite and the chicken is scrumptious.


    ¡°Ryouma I didn¡¯t expect to see you here¡± bellowed an overly muscular man.


    Father turned around and I could see a smile etched in his face. Must be one of his pals I surmised and kept eating. Before I started digging in, I notice a boy beside his father.


    He¡¯s hair was blonde and from what I can tell he might just be slightly taller than me. I didn¡¯t notice him before he¡¯s father garners quite the presence. He draws attention to himself with his sheer bulk alone.


    I¡¯m guessing that boy is his son because they look alike. They have the same blonde hair and blue eyes. Heck this guy is starting to show to be developing some muscles.


    ¡°Drake!!¡± my father hollered back.


    ¡°I didn¡¯t know you were back¡±


    ¡°Yeah I just got back today and were straying here for good this time.¡± answered Drake.


    My father nodded then turned to me. ¡°This is my brat Vectre.¡± He introduced.


    I waved back at the man called Drake.


    ¡°Vectre that is Drake Dragon from the Dragon family. He¡¯s one of the best warrior second only to me.¡±


    ¡°HEYY!! What do you mean second only to you, you think you¡¯re stronger than me muscle head!!!¡± called out Drake.


    Laughing out loud ¡°Ofcourse I am Ogredrake¡± my father jested.


    ¡°Why don¡¯t we find out¡± smirked Drake.


    ¡°You¡¯re on¡± replied father immediately.


    Drawing out his sword and Drake also draws his and both have terrifying smile on their faces.


    I look towards my mom, face full of questions. Like what the fuck is going on.


    Mother just smiled.


    ¡°Ignore them they¡¯re always like that.¡± She casually said and went back on sipping her beverage in a calm manner while all the customers were panicking and were wondering whether to get the fuck out of the building or not.


    Honestly I don¡¯t blame them. The amount of blood lust and killing intent their displaying is downright terrifying.


    The blonde boy just ignored them and sat on a nearby chair.

    Mother must have ordered the guards to keep an eye on us. Astrea would come regardless of mother¡¯s orders because she is my personal maid, it¡¯s her job to take care of me and to make sure no harm comes to me.


    Having arrived at the park I suddenly remembered that I didn¡¯t know the name of my new friend.


    ¡°What¡¯s your name?¡± I suddenly asked him.


    ¡°Dean. Dean Dragon¡± he told me while putting out his hand in a gesture for a hand shake.


    ¡°Vectre Azure¡± I replied while shaking his hand.


    Looking around the park I see a lot kids similar to my age running around and some playing in the huge lake which in the middle of the park.


    ¡°Want to go stone skipping¡± I asked

    ¡°Stone skipping?¡± Dean asked.


    ¡°Come on I¡¯ll show you¡±


    I dragged Dean closer to the lake. I then picked up a couple of stones. I turned back to look at him.


    ¡°Watch¡±


    Using my dominant hand, I fling the stone sideways allowing it to skip four times in the water.


    ¡°That¡¯s awesome. Let me try.¡±


    Giving him one stone. Dean copied what I did earlier and manage to skip the stone five times in his first go.


    He then smiled cheekily at me.


    ¡°HAHAHA I bet you can¡¯t beat that¡±


    Smirking ¡°We¡¯ll see¡± I told him.


    Circulating my internal mana towards my right hand. I conjured the Giant¡¯s gloves that increases my strength by a ton.


    Feeling the sudden burst of strength made me excited. I got ready to throw the small stone, concentrating all my strength for this one throw.


    Feeling myself ready. I flung the stone and what happened next was beyond my calculation.


    The stone didn¡¯t skip, instead the stone split the lake apart like it was Moses and hit the bottom of the lake resulting in an explosion.


    Shards of stones were scattered everywhere.


    And I stood still shock and absolutely horrified because my Mom¡¯s is going to fuck me royally and my dad might probably too.


    I literally just destroyed the lake.


    There is now a huge gaping manhole in the middle and the lake has now shrunk.


    It¡¯s not even a lake anymore. I turned it into a puddle.


    I can feel myself shaking in terror.


    The people nearby are now panicking and shouting and running everywhere.


    My maid Astrea is looking at me in shock. Her mouth is forming the letter ¡®0¡¯.


    As if she can¡¯t believe what¡¯s happening.

 Chapter 6- Aftermath part 1

    Chapter 6 ¨C After Math


    (Chers P.O.V Vectre¡¯s Mother)


    Seeing that my husband had disappeared to play stick fight with Drake and that my son Vectre has made a friend and have gone off to play in the park. I was left alone in the restaurant drinking my favorite beverage, ginger tea.


    The aroma relaxes me and the spicy refreshing that accompanies it fills me with delight.


    It¡¯s only been half an hour since my son has gone and suddenly a loud explosion was heard from the nearby area.


    ¡°Vectre!!¡± I shouted worried about my eight year old son. Astrea better not let anything happened to him or I swear to the heavenly Buddha I will gut her like a fish.


    Running out of the restaurant as quickly as I can and heading out to the park with the rest of the guards trailing behind me. I used my fire ability to boost my speed.


    I could see a lot of commoners and noble¡¯s alike running and panicking. Some are shouting that the champions of the Dark God¡¯s has come and attacked the Kingdom while other are hurt and bleeding.


    I could see shards of stone scattered everywhere in the area. Some almost reaching the restaurant and that¡¯s a good five minute walk from the park.


    I feel slightly panicked. Vectre better be not hurt, not a single hair should be missing from my son or else someone¡¯s going to pay the price.


    Arriving in Cloud Park, I could see soldiers surrounding the lake. But the odd thing is from here I can¡¯t see the lake water. As I grew closer and closer to the lake, I spot Vectre surrounded by guards. Astrea is talking to them.


    ¡°Madame the area is off limits¡± suddenly a soldier of the kingdom tried to stand in my way trying to block my path towards my beloved son.


    This guy must be new. Because no one I mean no one would ever obstruct the Crimson Witch.


    Enveloping my fist in fire. I charged towards the soldier. Clearly taking him by surprise  as he didn¡¯t have time to defend himself. My fiery punch connected to his helmet and he flew back into the lake that now turned into a puddle and in the middle of it is a massive hole.


    The soldiers were about to avenge their comrade but upon recognizing me, they just shook their head at the fallen soldier and offered prayers.

    I turned towards my son. ¡°Okay so who did it then?¡± I asked him.


    ¡°I don¡¯t know¡± he shrugged.


    I narrowed my eyes at him. ¡°Are you telling the truth¡± I threatened.


    Suddenly he just started bawling and crying. Hearing him cry breaks my heart.

    Vectre immediately ran towards my embrace and cried in my arms.

Abilities don¡¯t normally manifest in a child this young but it does happen albeit rarely. The Azure clan will pay the damages to get this park fixed. Would that be satisfactory captain?¡± I asked him. I already obviously know the answer. There¡¯s no way that this ant will disagree otherwise he disappears.


    "Ofcourse Madame." he replied respectfully with his head slightly bowed.


    "Soldiers. Scatter and spread the word that there isn''t an attack. Just an ability user gone that can''t quite control his powers." ordered the captain.

    Ryouma Azure and Drake Dragon has just finish their fight and as usual they were tied. It wasn¡¯t a serious fight so they didn¡¯t really try to win too hard so no abilities were used. They were just exchanging pointers.


    Drake was a good fighter especially when coupled with his rare ability Gravity Field. He¡¯s ability allows him to control the gravity in a certain area around him. This makes fighting him up close very dangerous.


    He was a famous general that has won many battles for the Cloud Kingdom. He¡¯s reputation was just a prestige as Ryouma. There was almost no difference in battle strength except Ryouma¡¯s ability was slightly stronger. He¡¯s ability was classified as super rare.


    Abilites were divided in ranks:


    Common


    Uncommon


    Rare


    Super Rare


    Unique


    Common ability users littered the entire continent of the world of Fantasia. They are divided into soldiers and mages.


    The abilities they usually get are swordsman, hunter, trappers, thief, wind control, fire control, ice control etc.


    People with fighting related ability try their luck in the army while people that get element related ability goes to each respective guild mages. Mage Guild were divided into their respective elements such as the Wind Guild, Fire Guild etc.


    Uncommon abilities for example are people that get beast transformation but that is only limited to a single beast that they can transform too. Monster Tamers and summoner and etc.


    Rare abilities includes people that has weather control, Ultimate heal that can heal any injury or diseases, teleportation, transformation into any beast and etc.


    Super Rare abilities includes Blood Boiling an ability can boil anyone¡¯s blood as long as the user has fulfilled certain conditions. Summoning a group of dragons as their guardians etc.


    Unique abilities are dangerous and extremely rare. They include user than can evolve slowly into higher beings making them potentially dangerous. Cloning ability that can make hundreds and millions of copy of themselves of they trained at a high level. Vampire Ancestor, Werewolf ancestor and etc.


    All ability are potentially dangerous if they are trained and used right by the user. But some abilities are ridiculously over powered and there¡¯s nothing you can do about it. It all about luck.


    After their warm up fight in the training field outside of the city. Ryouma teleported with his friend back into the restaurant. But all they saw was a huge commotion and a huge gathering of people looking at the Cloud Park.


    Some of the kingdom¡¯s soldiers were calming people down and spreading the word that it wasn¡¯t an attack just a child that lost control of his ability. It was a rare occurrence as usually they awaken at the age of twelve and that''s when they are sent to Kingdom¡¯s Academy to get their power analyse by the testing stone and the children will be told the name of their power and what rank it is in the system.


    Ryouma and Drake went to ask the nearest guard just a couple meters ahead of them.


    ¡°General Ryouma and General Drake¡± saluted the guard.


    ¡°What happened?¡± asked Ryouma.


    ¡°It was you¡¯re son sir he lost control of his abilities and destroyed the lake.¡± Replied the guard.


    ¡°Vectre?!¡± Ryouma was shocked. It was his son, that¡¯s amazing. He was sporting a huge grin, extremely proud of his child. He had a gloating look as he faced his friend Drake.


    Drake just snorted and laughed ¡°Like father like son. Hope he doesn¡¯t have your brains just your brawns¡±


    ¡°You¡¯re just jealous that my son is amazing¡± quipped Ryouma. They both have now completely ignored the soldier in front of them and the soldier just stood there respectfully waiting if he¡¯s general need any more information.


    ¡°Whatever¡±


    ¡°Where are they now?¡± Ryouma asked turning back to the soldier.


    ¡°They left and I think they went back to the Azure Clan¡± replied the soldier.

    Having heard the information that he wanted. He grabbed Drake on the shoulder and immediately teleported.


    Arriving at the compound. Drake and Ryouma entered the main house and saw his wife Cher, his son¡¯s personal maid Astrea, Dean Drake¡¯s son and Vectre all sitting on the living room.


    Cher noticed their presence and beckoned her husband over.


    ¡°Sit¡± she commanded.


    Noticing his wife¡¯s peculiar mood, Ryouma did not argue and just complied to his wife¡¯s command causing his friend to snicker which earned a glare from Cher immediately shutting Drake up.


    Ryouma now sitting together with his wife Cher was now face to face with Ryouma sitting on the other side of the table.


    ¡°I assume you know what the commotion was about back in town¡± Cher said, breaking the silence that was enveloping the room.


    Ryouma nodded in confirmation.


    ¡°Astrea explain to us what happened at the park.¡± Ordered Cher in a stern voice while staring at her son. Vectre looked down in guilt.


    Having head the order Astrea immediately summarised the recent events.


    ¡°The young master and Sir Drake was playing by the lake side. The young master suggested they play a game he called ¡°skipping stones¡±. Sir Drake did not know the game so the young master showed him how it worked. In his first try Drake bested the young master¡¯s score by one point as sir Drake managed to skip the stone above the water five times while the young master only managed to skip four. Unhappy about the results-¡°


    ¡°I was not mad.¡± Vectre interjected. Interrupting his maid.


    ¡°Quiet!!¡± his mother growled at him.


    Vectre hung his head and didn¡¯t look at his mother¡¯s eyes.


    ¡°Continue¡± ordered Cher.


    ¡°After being provoked by Sir Drake. I noticed the young master¡¯s hand glowing and immediately a leather glove materialised in his right hand. Not knowing what the gloves was, I simply ignored it and observed from the sides. After the pebble flew from the young master¡¯s hand something unbelievable happened. The lake parted and when the pebble hit the ground it blasted a hole that drained ninety percent of the lakes water. Transforming the lake into a giant puddle¡± finished Astrea.


    ¡°Thank you. All of you may go now except for my husband and my son¡± said Cher sternly.


    After hearing the order. Everyone immediately left.


    ¡°Mom¡± Vectre begun but he was cut off by his mother.


    ¡°Since when?¡± his mother asked quite calmly. Vectre was now scared. When his mother gets like that. He knew was fucked.


    ¡°After I fell unconscious. I have come to learn what my ability was¡± replied Ryouma timidly.


    ¡°AND YOU DIDN¡¯T THINK TO TELL US. YOU¡¯RE PARENTS¡± shouted Cher while standing up.


    Ryouma immediately tried to calm her down and get her to sit back down again.


    Vectre was now crying. Tears were streaming down his face.


    ¡°I¡¯m sorry¡± he sobbed.


    ¡°You¡¯re sorry?  What if you killed someone today huh? Are you just going to tell them I¡¯m sorry too?Abilities are not toys you can play with. They are dangerous and can take lives.¡± Admonished Cher.


    ¡°I¡¯m sorry.¡±


    ¡°I just wanted to surprise you guys.¡± Vectre sobbed loudly while bawling.


    Seeing her son in a sorry state Cher fell sorry for her child but this was for his own good. He had to learn not to treat abilities lightly.


    ¡°Vectre. You could have killed yourself if you can¡¯t control your ability. I don¡¯t want to lose you. Understand? Mother loves you very much¡± said Cher softly.


    Vectre just nodded having lost the ability to speak because he was crying so much he couldn¡¯t even form words.


    ¡°Come to mommy. I don¡¯t want you lying to us and keeping secrets again understand?¡±


    Vectre immediately ran to Cher¡¯s arms and cried quietly in her arms. Ryouma enveloped them in a hug and looked at them


    lovingly.


    He was proud of them both. His strong wife and his amazing son.

 Chapter 8- Remember

    After that embarrassing crying session. Vectre was in bed staring at the ceiling of his room. ¡°Why have I been so emotional lately?¡± thought Vectre. Having lived a life before he was reincarnated in the world of Fantasia, he knew it caused him a lot of more emotional damage to cry.


    After realising that he was a reincarnated individual, Vectre never tried to remember what his life was like before, he simply never dwelt on it. Because as far as he knew, it wasn¡¯t important anymore. What he was before has died was no longer important because he is now Vectre of the Azure Clan, son of the legendary swordsman Ryouma Azure and the Crimson Witch Cher Azure.


    What happened at the park was purely acting. Vectre wanted to get out of the situation and lessened the punishment he will get from his mother. So he pretended to cry and lie his way out of it but the lying part seemed to have back fired.


    But crying while getting reprimanded back at the house was not one of his plans. He couldn¡¯t believe himself when the tears just started streaming from his control. It was like a dam broke from inside of him and he couldn¡¯t stop it.


    Seeing his mother getting angry because she was worried for hid safety was just so heart-warming that he just couldn¡¯t stop himself, he didn¡¯t know what came over him.


    Now trying to remember the pieces of information of himself back in his previous life. Vectre was surprised to find out the he couldn¡¯t remember the name that he used in his previous life nor the faces of his parents. In fact he quite wasn¡¯t sure if he ever had parents.


    The only thing he remembers were the stories and the books that he read, the technology and weapons that they used and that was pretty much it. Everything else is a huge blank.


    ¡°Who am I?¡± Vectre thought in his heart.


    There were many blanks to his memory and this honestly scared him. What did I do back in Earth and how did I die? Did I have parents? Friends? A job? Family?


    Many questions were floating Vectre¡¯s mind. Exhausted from the recent ordeals and the traumatising realisation that while having great power is a good thing, it can also be a cursed if used carelessly. The thought of having accidentally killed someone just because he wanted to show off a little not knowing the consequence that it could take a life scared him to the bone.

    ¡°Remember¡±


    ¡°Remember¡± came the thin whispery voice.


    Vectre looked around him and noticed that he wasn¡¯t in the comfort of his bed anymore. In fact there was nothing around him but a barren wasteland but the most disturbing of all was the millions of dead bodies littered around him.


    He cried out in shock ¡°WH¡ªWHATT THE HELL?¡±


    ¡°Remember¡­¡± called the voice again.


    ¡°REMEMBER WHAT? WHO ARE YOU? WHERE AM I?¡± shouted Vectre in frustration. He was terrified of the situation that he landed to.


    ¡°REMEMBER!!¡± shouted the voice and something lunged forward out nowhere right in front of him.


    And Vectre cried out in terror and immediately ran from the opposite direction. But he didn¡¯t get far because he tripped over the dead bodies that littered the floor.


    He turned the face is oncoming doom.

    ¡°Young master. Young MASTER WAKE UP!!¡±


    ¡®Huh¡¯ still groggy. He opened his eyes slowly and saw that Astrea was hovering above him. Remembering the dead bodies and the eerie voice, he sat up with wide eyes and looked around the room and sighed in relief that he was now back.


    ¡®Urgh some dream huh? It looked so real though. I don¡¯t understand what that ghostly voice wanted me to remember?¡¯


    ¡°Are you alright young master? You were screaming in your sleep. I imagined you had a terrible nightmare that it was better to wake you up.¡± Said Astrea while checking on Vectre and wiping the sweat on his forehead and back with a towel.


    ¡°Thanks Astrea¡± Vectre lightly smiled at her.


    ¡°Anything for the young master¡± replied the maid bashfully.


    Getting out of his sweaty pyjamas and donning a new robe. He climbed out of bed and out of his room with Astrea trailing behind him.

    Not really happy with her master¡¯s suggestion as she must rather be with her master¡¯s more than anything else but she nodded and complied with her masters orders. After all she was just a maid and that was her sole duty.


    Now alone in the garden. With no one to disturb him.


    Circulating mana on his right hand, he tried to materialise The Spring Field XD. The gun used by Rentaro Satomi from Black Bullet.


    The black gun appeared in his right hand and Vectre happily admired it.


    ¡°Well I can¡¯t try this out since I don¡¯t have a target¡± sighed Vectre. He really wanted to test this gun out but that wasn¡¯t possible at the moment.


    Remembering another great weapon from an anime. Vectre immediately envisioned it right away.


    What appeared in his right hand was a pair of white wool mittens with a number 27 on at the back of it. A silver ring with markings on both side of it and a sapphire stone in the middle that has the words Vongola as well as the Vongola logo. On his other hand, there appeared a bottle of pills.


    Vectre grinned widely. Almost not believing that the things he was seeing with his own eyes.


    ¡°This was the weapon of Vongola Decimo. Sawada Tsunayoshi from Katekyo. OM MY CTHULU!!¡±


    ¡°Sweet¡± whispered Vectre.


    Not able to withstand the urge to try it out. Vectre wore the gloves and slide it right on his right ring finger.


    Swallowing the undying pills he entered Hyper Dying Will mode.


    The Hyper Dying Will mode removes the internal limiters on the user therefore releasing the user¡¯s hidden awareness. Enabling the user to fight calmly while giving them improved stamina. Entering the Hyper Dying Will mode also causes the user¡¯s pupil to become a darker colour and their iris become a lighter version of the original colour.


    However while it enhances their instinct the user will feel as if their body was breaking. That is the price to be paid when using the Hyper Dying Will mode.


    The old white mitten gloves transformed to a black metal clad gloves. The X gloves are made out of the same material as the dying will flame, allowing the user to ignite dying will flames. The dying will flames surrounds these gloves allowing the user to strike any opponent with a flaming metal glove.


    The user also can use dying will flames to propel himself into the air and fly around.


    Vectre smiled, pleased with himself.


    Looking up he can see the dying will flames on top of his hair just above his forehead. What shock Vectre the most that his dying will flame was not like he imagined it to be, instead of darker yellow flame like Tsuna, Vectre¡¯s flame was black.


    ¡°Sweet. Black is my favourite colour¡± this didn¡¯t faze Vectre at all.


    A few seconds in, he could feel the effects of using the Hyper Dying will mode. It felt like his body was tearing him apart.


    Immediately willing the mode and the weapons to disappear. The pressure that he felt also disappeared.


    ¡°Guess I need to train my body more.¡± muttered Vectre.


    Now exhausted from the toll that his body tooked. Vectre sat down on the grass and just stared at the blue sky.


    The sun was now visible and it was slowly coming up.


    ¡°Young Master. You¡¯re parents are now awake and is waiting for you at the dining room.¡±


    ¡°Okay. I¡¯ll be right there. Go ahead without me Astrea.¡±


    Astrea complied and left the young master alone.


    Sigh ¡°How am I going to explain to my parents. I managed to put off explaining my ability yesterday because I told my mom I was tired and I wanted to rest. What should I tell them? Everything?     Vectre is now eating with his mother, father Drake and his son Dean. Vectre has told his parents about his ability but not about the fact that he was a reincarnated person. They wouldn¡¯t understand what even reincarnation means and he¡¯s not quite sure how to explain such a phenomenon. Even the concept of their being another world called ¡®Earth¡¯ with no monsters and magic or beast men, demon kin and so many others is such a mind boggling concept.


    They weren¡¯t at all shock when he told his ability is to be able to call other enchanted weapons or technology. Vectre called this ability ¡®Weapon Calling¡¯. And the gloves that he used during the incident was an enchanted items called ¡®Giant Gloves¡¯ that increases the user¡¯s strength by tenfold.


    According to his father Ryouma. His ability should be either a Rare Ability or a Super Rare.


    ¡°Yeah. This ability should only amount to a rare or a super rare ability. But in the right hands of a person such as myself, who has extensive knowledge with fanfiction or nonfiction weapons and technologies alike. This ability would be godly. Even more powerful than unique ability users.¡± Thought Vectre in his mind.


    After breakfast with the family and friends. Vectre and Dean decided to hang out before Dean has to leave with his father back to the Dragon Clan¡¯s compound.


    ¡°Dude that was awesome¡± said Dean admiringly at Vectre. The nine year old boy¡¯s eyes was shining.


    ¡°It¡¯s nothing¡± replied Vectre cooly with an air of nonchalance.


    ¡°When did you get that ability?¡± asked Dean curiously.


    ¡°I guess after I fell unconscious while training with the sword.¡± Answered Vectre.

    Suddenly Vectre and Dean could hear flapping noises. Something was flying above them. They both looked up and gasped in awe.


    There were four soldiers riding a Pegasus. Their mighty stead look incredibly majestic and intimidating.


    ¡°General Ryouma!!¡± shouted a man in full white armour with holy engravings.


    ¡°Paladins!¡± gasped Dean beside Vectre in a small voice.


    Vectre just stayed quiet while observing the four paladins above his head.

    ¡®I wonder if a sniper rifle can one  shot those guys up their¡± thought Vectre wickedly. He wasn¡¯t really planning to shoot them. Of course not. But something about the idea and that he knows that  he is capable of doing it, sound incredibly tempting.


    His father Ryouma eventually come out to greet them.


    ¡°The King wishes for your presence your majesty¡±


    ¡°Why what¡¯s going on?¡± answered a large imposing man that has just arrived on the scene. General Drake Dragon.


    ¡°General Drake. We didn¡¯t know you were here. We were about to go over to the Dragon Clan to get you sir. King¡¯s order.¡± Replied the captain of the paladin.


    ¡°Tell us why first Luke¡± asked Ryouma.


    ¡°We have sightings of goblin¡¯s, orc and hog goblins gatherings over the last couple of days. Something¡¯s happening and King Julius is worried about this event and are calling the five generals of the Kingdom. The Royal Mage has speculated that a new  Goblin King is  in our midst  and is raising his army.¡± Answered Luke. His face shows anxiety and fear about the possibility of a goblin king right in their midst.


    If the Goblin King is left alone to raise his army and power up. Cloud Kingdom might get destroyed and obliterated.


    ¡°WHATTTTT??¡± shouted Ryouma and Drake at the same time.


    They both looked at each other. Gone was the smile from their faces and replaced with a serious look. Goblin Kings were considered S rank monsters. For they have the capability to evolve into rulers.


    Their ability to command the goblin species and grant power ups to the stronger members of the goblins, orcs and hob goblins is downright powerful.


    A goblin King in the past nearly wiped out humanity. As they are usually power hungry and would not stop at nothing from destroying his enemies to extinction. The Demonkin, Elves, Beast kin and many other of the hidden races helped together to wipe out the army and kill the Goblin King. Many lives from the various species were lost in that war.


    Almost 100 years has passed since that day when the Goblin King attacked. And now the nightmare is about to start all over again.

 Chapter 10- Reckless

    General Ryouma, his wife and General Drake went together with the Paladins to discuss the possibility of a new Goblin King raising his army.


    Vectre and Dean were left in the compound within the garden. Vectre was very curious what the goblin, orcs and hob goblins look like so he was contemplating whether to go out and check how things are outside of the kingom.


    Having made up his mind.


    ¡°I¡¯m thinking of doing something really stupid right now. You in?¡± asked Vectre turning to look at Dean.


    Contemplating his question Dean answered. ¡°Depends on what kind of stupid thing you are talking about.¡±


    ¡°I¡¯m thinking of checking out those goblins, to really see if the Goblin King exist. Come on it be fun. I promise, I¡¯ll try and protect you.¡± Said Vectre confidently.


    ¡°Umm.. I don¡¯t know.¡± Hesitated Dean. This seems like a stupid plan. This actually might get them killed. Either way getting killed by the monsters or by their parents.


    ¡°Come on Dean. Don¡¯t be a wuss. It be fine.¡± Vectre said. Trying to convince the hesitating child.


    ¡°I don¡¯t know. I¡¯d rather stay here. My father will get angry at me. Your parents will be mad too if they find out.¡±


    ¡°Fine. We¡¯ll stay.¡± Sighed Vectre. In his heart he still wanted to explore the outside world.


    ¡°Wait here. I¡¯m going to get something.¡± Said Vectre. As he walked away backed into the house and into his room.


    ¡°Okay. Let¡¯s see if this works.¡±


    ¡°Cloak of Invisibility and Boots of Hermes.¡± Called out Vectre softly. The two enchanted items mentioned immediately appeared before him.


    Wearing the golden boots with wings on either side of them. Vectre felt his body getting lighter and he started to float.


    ¡°Sweet¡± he grinned.


    Spending a few minutes getting used to being air born and controlling the enchanted boots.


    He grabbed the cloak of invisibility. Opened the window to his room and flew out at moderate speed.


    He maintained a good distance away from the ground. Just higher than the heads of normal people so he doesn¡¯t bump into them. His speed wasn¡¯t very fast for he was afraid of going out of control. His balance was not very good either considering it is first time using the enchanted flying boots of Hermes. The messenger God.


    Now nearing the commoner district where the main gate of the Kingdom should be located it. Once he¡¯s passed the gate. He should be able to see the training field just outside of the city walls protected by a lot of soldiers.


    To the East should be where the mountains are. The hide out of different kind of monsters. That is also where the goblins are gathering in preparation for the conquest they¡¯re about to try and undertake.


    To the West should be the Great Forest where the Elves lives and to the North is where the Dwarfs resides. The underground city. The Kingdom of the Dwarves. Unconquerable because there¡¯s no way to enter it except in specific areas which is heavily guarded by the dwarven army.


    After passing the gate and seeing all the soldier stationed there and the merchants, travellers and adventurers coming and going out of the city, made Vectre feel a sense of adventure.


    His blood started boiling and adrenaline started kicking in that made him a bit reckless and increased his travelling speed heading towards East.


    The mountain of the east or what¡¯s its commonly called The Great Mountain is the dwelling of many monsters. Going deeper into the mountain is where all the strongest monsters lived. Most of them are A rank beast with their own domain.


    The Goblin King wouldn¡¯t be in the deeper part of the forest. Although the goblin king is considered S class, the goblin king by itself is not much of a threat. It is barely considered a C rank monster, but his ability to control and give power ups to his army, makes his existence incredibly dangerous and extremely rare. This makes him extremely cautious. The goblin king wanting to not offending the larger power of the mountain choose to stay at the border.

    Now at the foot of the mountain where it littered with trees. A small eight year old child landed on the earthy floor and examined the foreboding trees in front of him.


    Their branches swaying back in forth, buffeted by the eerie wind, that is surrounding the forest. The forest was incredibly silent.


    Calming down his nerves and keeping faith in his cloak of invisibility and his ability to overcome most danger. Vectre entered the forest.


    He noticed there was no animals or monsters in sight. Looking around he could see, felled trees littered the floor and signs of battle here and there.


    ¡°HAHAHAHAHA. NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO STOP US. WE WILL GET RID OF THAT KINGDOM THAT HAS BEEN HUNTING OUR KIND FOR SO LONG.¡± A red orc with a massive horn protruding from his forehead said to another red orc who had a bigger build than even him.


    ¡°Yes. Little brother. With the help of the goblin king. We will kill a lot of those despicable humans and fuck their woman.¡± Laugh the larger orc.


    Vectre noticed that the two of them were relaxing beside a dead body of a vampire moose and seem to scouting the area.


    ¡°Hmm. The Goblin King must have ordered there two idiotic orcs to stand guard and report if anyone comes in the forest. I¡¯m guessing their preparation are not quite ready yet.¡± Thought Vectre.


    ¡°Alright. Let¡¯s see how I fare against this guys.¡±


    Circulating mana in his right hand.


    ¡°Come forth Senbonsakura.¡± Chanted Vectre. Immediately making the cloak invisibility disappear.  Vectre appeared in front of them, with his zanpakuto in hand, his presence was announce to the red orcs.

    ¡°HUMAN!!¡±


    Getting up on their feet. They readied their wooden clubs.


    ¡°HAHAAHA. YOU WILL BE THE FIRST HUMAN TO TASTE THE POWER THAT THE GOBLIN KING HAS GIVEN US¡± laughed the younger goblin.

    Vectre kept quiet and focus on the battle that¡¯s about to commence. This will be his first battle and he didn¡¯t want to get too careless.


    ¡°FIRE¡± shouted the orc. The wooden club he was wielding burst into flames. Vectre noticed that the weapon itself was not affected by the fire.


    ¡°DIE!!! HUMAN¡±


    The red orc with a body as big as a small hill charged towards Vectre. Every steps the orc took, the ground shook a little from his weight. Vectre knew that getting hit would be a very bad idea.


    Using the ability of his enchanted footwear. He made his speed increase and charge towards the red orc while side stepping on his right side and slashing down with his zanpakuto.


    Instinctively the red orc block the sudden attacked. He looked shock, not expecting that attack.


    ¡°YOU¡¯RE NOT BAD.¡± Complimented the orc.


    ¡°You too.¡± Smiled Vectre as he replied. His blood was now pumping. Adrenaline at its highest. His heart was thrashing against his chest, mixture of fear and excitement. Vectre has never felt so alive.


    ¡°HERE I GO.¡± Shouted the red orc.


    Sensing something coming. Vectre jumped back and held his sword defensively.


    Pointing the flaming club at Vectre. He shot a large fire ball from it.


    Surprise by that. Vectre dodge from the side barely dodging the fiery attack.


    Not letting the orc have a chance at firing that fire ball again. Vectre took the initiative and attacked, forcing the orc to go on the offensive.


    Now finally getting a feel for his opponent. Vectre activated his zanpakuto¡¯s true form.


    ¡°SCATTER SENBONSAKURA¡±

 Chapter 11- Killing

    Chapter 11- Killing


    After hearing the command from Vectre, the zanpukuto called Senbonzakura scattered into thousands of tiny sword fragments resembling that of a cherry blossom.


    Leaving only the bronze sword hilt in Vectre¡¯s hands.


    ¡°WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?¡± cried the red orc in shock, his face showing a look of disbelief.


    ¡°Die.¡± Said Vectre with a cold look. Vectre did not even utilised the full capacity of the sword petals as the sword handle in his hands stayed still. He merely with his thoughts, urge the petals to devour the red orc and shred him to bits.


    Seeing the fear etched on the red orc¡¯s face filled Vectre with wicked amusement and he let out a dark chuckle

    ¡°Somehow seeing the fear of a dying monster such as yourself. Is terribly fun.¡± Called out Vectre to the petrified orc.


    Dozens of sword fragments were heading towards his location but all he could is stand there. It was like a sword tsunami was coming for him. No matter how fast he ran, he would be over taken.


    ¡°NOOOOO!! I CAN¡¯T DIE LIKE THIS!¡± cried the red orc as he howled in despair.


    Mustering all his strength, he fired a gigantic fire ball on the oncoming surge of cherry blossoms. But upon making contact with the sword fragments, his giant ball of fire was shredded to pieces and dispersed by the blades of death heading towards him.


    ¡°BROTHER!! NOOO.¡± Cried out the other red orc.


    ¡°FIRE STORM!¡± the other orc cried. He aimed the spell he cast at Vectre. He knows that he¡¯s brother was lost. As the elder brother all he can do now is send the killer in his grave with him.


    The sword fragments hit the orc shredding his humongous body flesh by flesh. Vectre merely laugh loudly and he could see the blood splattering the ground and the trees.


    There was nothing left but shredded piece of meat with dark red skin on the earthy floor. Complementing the flesh was the green blood left behind by the red orc.


    At the same time the spell that the elder brother orc activated to try and kill Vectre was met by the orbiting sword fragments that was protecting him like a shield. The sword fragments shrugged off the spell ¡®fire storm¡¯ and Vectre came out unharmed.


    ¡°HOW? WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?¡± cried out the remaining orc in fear. Knowing he can¡¯t defeat his opponent he ran back towards the encampment of his commander. He knew his only hope now would be to ask for reinforcement to take care of this guy.


    His commander an ogre with great strength that could destroy mountains would surely able to take care of this dreadful child.


    An ogre was usually in charge of group of twelve orcs. An ogre was bigger and stronger than orcs by a vast margin. Being the strongest, they also were treated well by the Goblin King and the abilities and the power ups they get were usually very good.


    His chief was called Gamura the mountain ogre. For he received the earth enchantments from the Goblin King. Given command of the earth, strengthening his already terrifying physique and doubling his strength.


    Vectre seeing the red orc running away. Only smiled and slowly followed the trail his leading him into.


    Vectre doesn¡¯t know why but he¡¯s feeling extremely blood thirsty at the moment. Seeing his enemies fall under his feet and the fear they show moments before they die gives him so much pleasure.

    Suddenly Vectre remembered a passage from his previous life.

    The red orc didn¡¯t dare to stop or look behind. For he was afraid the moment if he turn back, death would be staring him in the face. His soul was rattled and quivering, the orc has now realised that he has met the grim reaper himself and it¡¯s in the form of terrifying eight year old child.


    ¡°I¡¯m never going to have kids.¡± He cried in his heart. His giant legs never stop running as he willed himself to run faster. Every step he takes fills him with dread. Thoughts keep popping out of his mind. Like if this the last step he takes before those petals shreds him out of this world. But he held on a tiny bit of hope. The hope that he will be able to survive this ordeal.


    Finally after what felt like forever, he can finally see the encampment and his fellow orcs guarding the wooden gates. One of them a goblin were in watch tower built to monitor the area for any humans, elves, etc.


    ¡°HEYYYYYYYY!!¡± he shouted, hoping to gain the attention of his comrades.


    The goblin on the watch tower finally noticing the distressed orc and signalled to the orc guards and pointed at his direction.


    Finally nearing the gates. The red orc cried out. ¡°OPEN THE GATES!! HURRY!!¡±


    Seeing the panicked look on the red orcs face the others were confuse but all their eyes turned serious as they looked past behind to see what he was running from.


    ¡°DOVAH! WHAT¡¯S WRONG?¡± asked one of the orc guards.


    ¡°DEATH IS COMING!¡± replied Divah.


    ¡°HAHAH WHAT? IS THIS A JOKE.¡± Laughed another guard. The goblin joined in and snickered.


    ¡°DO I LOOK LIKE I¡¯M JOKING TO YOU. MY BROTHER¡¯S DEAD AND HE¡¯S COMING. OH HE¡¯S COMING. MAY THE GOBLIN KING HAS MERCY ON US ALL. WHERE¡¯S THE CHIEF ?GET ME THE CHIEF.¡± Cried out the panicking red orc called Dovah.


    The guards seeing the terrified look on their comrade stopped laughing, opened the gates and let the terrified red orc in.


    The chief hearing the bellowing and the commotion outside came out from his dwelling and checked to see what the commotion was about. Chief Gamura could see a giant red orc called Dovah heading straight for him and he quickly kneeled on the ground, his face petrified as he reported that an enemy was coming. It has already killed his brother and its coming for them all.


    ¡°Hmm. What kind monster could have shaken this red orc so badly? We have faced many battles with the many stronger B rank monster in this forest in order to establish a position for our lord and saviour the Goblin King and none of us feared them or death for that matter.¡± Wondered the orc thoughtfully while looking down on the terrified orc. Pearls of cold sweat was pouring out of his face and the two fangs protruding upwards from his mouth was covered in dribble of saliva.

    Dark thoughts were swirling around Vectre¡¯s mind. This hate inside of him was growing and so was the darkness. But there was nothing he could do now. His body wouldn¡¯t listen to him. It felt like his body craved this. Craved this darkness, longed for it. It commands to him to desire chaos, destruction and to tear anyone apart.


    After following the red orc for fifteen minutes. He had finally arrived at their encampment. He wasn¡¯t surprised to see all those orc¡¯s, goblins and what looks like a bigger version of an orc. Must be an ogre Vectre surmised.


    As if in a trance, he walked towards them like a zombie. Thoughts of killing and bathing in the blood of his enemies blood grew stronger and stronger. Blood lust lust was oozing out of him.


    The once laughing group of monsters stop their jesting and teasing of the red orc called Dovah for being so terrified at a child.


    After feeling that blood lust that the boy was giving out. They knew the angel of death has come.


    ¡°STOP! WHO ARE YOU? AND WHAT QUARREL DO YOU HAVE WITH US?¡± shouted Gamura the chief of this encampment.


    Not answering. Vectre kept walking towards them in a daze. Sword fragments that looked like sword petals were swirling around him and both the orcs and their chief looked in awe and wonder at the beautiful petals surrounding him. All except for Dovah who knew those swords petals will bring their oncoming doom.


    Chief Gamura seeing the severity of the situation step forward and came to meet with the devil himself.


    Raising his fist. He punched the ground causing it to shake and a line of stones went towards Vectre¡¯s direction and erupting at his feet. But Vectre simply flew up and commanded the sword fragments to rush towards the ogre

    Gamura then covered himself rocks that acts like an armour. And simply charged at Vectre.


    Vectre merely smirked and commanded the sword fragments to form into a giant sword. It flew towards the charging chief and immediately pierced his armour and his body. The sword then dispersed inside of him and it exited out of his body in different directions.


    The speed of the sword was so fast that he didn¡¯t even realised he was injured until he was coughing up blood.


    Chied Gamura looked at his body and see that he was covered in thousands of holes. Green blood was oozing out of them and huge hole was in his chest.


    His subordinates at the scene in shock. They couldn¡¯t believe what just happened. Their chief was just defeated in a blink of an eye.


    Dovah seeing what happened couldn¡¯t help but fall into despair. He knew they were all going to die. He curled up into a ball and lay there with dead eyes. He knew there was no point of running. Death was coming to them. It was coming to them all.


    Dovah had a dream once. To roam the world with his brother, conquering kingdoms. Having sex with all the beautiful women

    They were all going to accomplish that, together with their King.


    ¡°Why? We just wanted to live? Why do all the other¡¯s get all the nice things, while all us monsters are hated and are forced to live like scavengers.¡± He cried out into the heavens, cursing his faith.


    ¡°Brother. I¡¯ll see you soon.¡± He whispered.


    As if hearing his last words. Vectre came down on the rest of the remaining monsters and slaughtered them all. While laughing maniacally.


    Seeing all the bodies¡¯ shredded and green blood covered the floor. He noticed a movement back at one of the caves where the monsters lived.


    Vectre walked towards the direction where he felt the presence of a living being. Senbonzakura now back in his sword form.


    In the cave Vectre saw a lot of women, covered in rags and they were staring at him in surprised. Fear was etched in their eyes and Vectre merely smiled at them. Raising his zanpukuto, he was about to start killing them when one of them screamed.

    ¡°STOP!! Don¡¯t kill us.¡± Cried out one of the women. As if breaking out of the trance, Vectre gasped in shock. He looked at himself, the sword in his hands that was about to take the life of those women and looked behind him and see the carnage that he caused.


    Vectre was trembling. He was absolutely terrified. Everything that happened, everything that he¡¯s done. He remembered them all.


    Dropping his zanpukuto. He shivered and howled in pain at the sky.


    Sudden realisation dawned on him. And it chilled his core.


    ¡°I am the monster.¡± He whispered.


    Suddenly a dark cold voice resounded in his head.


    ¡°So do you finally remember Vectre or should I say Lucifer the angel of death.¡±


    ¡°W¡ªwho¡­ who are you?¡± asked Vectre in a trembling voice.


    ¡°You. I¡¯m you Oh fallen one.¡± Came the calm reply.


    ¡°What?¡± asked Vectre.


    ¡°We used to be one but after the tragedy that has fallen on your favourite human. You went a bit ape shit and decided that humans were better off instinct. Not able to handle the pain of losing her, you went on mass genocide in order to forget but you see the pain can never be forgotten. It was always inside of you. Hate, Anger and loneliness it was growing stronger and stronger. I was created because you couldn¡¯t handle the pain. It was a way of protecting  yourself. To cope with the hole that she left behind in your heart. Oh you were so utterly broken that your mind snapped and after a while you started to get addicted at causing suffering. At first you went to seek revenge at the cult that sacrificed her but in the end you wiped ninety percent of the human race. The human¡¯s called you Lucifer the angel of death¡± Laughed the dark voice inside Vectre¡¯s head.


    Information and images suddenly surged in Vectre¡¯s head causing him to scream and gasped in pain.


    He finally remembered the girl that made him whole. Made him feel human. Vectre now knew he wasn¡¯t human, he never knew how he came to be, but as long as he remembers, he always existed. Centuries after centuries he walked the earth.


    Until one day a girl with a simple status found him collapse in the forest and took him in. From that day on, his life had more colour, had a bit more meaning. She made him feel whole. The loneliness that always accompanied him was gone, instead her laughter filled the void in his heart.


    Just like it came, his happiness was snuffed out.


    Remembering her broken body, her lifeless eyes. The thought of not being able to hear her laughter again. Filled Vectre with unimaginable pain and grief. What followed after that was anger.

    ¡°Oh you did. After wiping out so many humans. You thoughts that it would make you happy, make you forget but no that wasn¡¯t the case at all. With each passing day. The reality of her death became too much for you to accept. So you decided to stop you ever so holy mission and decided to commit suicide and scatter your soul. But because of the desire to meet her, to be with her lingered strongly in your soul. You¡¯re scattered soul reformed and went to where she is.¡± Answered the dark voice, amusingly.

 Chapter 13- Missing

    Back at the Azure compound. Dean had been waiting for Vectre for about twenty minutes in the garden but after waiting for that long. There was still no sign of him coming back.


    Worried about his newly made friend. Dean went to look for Vectre. He tried to ask every servant and guards that he could find to check if they had seen Vectre but all of them gave him pretty much the same answer. That no they have not seen the young master at all.


    It was now twelve o¡¯clock and soon the young master would need some lunch. So Astrea for the last couple of hours, has been helping the chef in cooking a special meal for the young master and his friend Drake. Finally finishing the preparation. Astrea went to look for them.


    Upon meeting Dean and being asked where the young master was she slightly frowned.


    ¡°I thought you guys were together?¡± asked Astrea. Tilting her head in a questioning look.


    ¡°We were, almost an hour ago. But he left saying he had something to do and left but I haven¡¯t seen him since then.¡± Dean replied. Remembering that Vectre was acting weird after hearing his choice on the matter of sneaking out to see if the rumours about the Goblin King was true.


    ¡°Oh no.¡± Dean muttered. Realisation dawned on him.


    ¡°He couldn¡¯t have.¡± He continued. His eyes wide in shock and in fear for his friend¡¯s safety.

    In a large luxurious room somewhere inside the palace. Where the five generals, King Julius and Cher the Crimson Witch could be seen discussing about a matter of grave importance when suddenly the commotion outside interrupted them.


    Furious as to who had the audacity to disrupt such an important meeting. They ran outside. Only to see a woman in a maid uniform riding on a Griffon and heading towards where they are.


    ¡°Astrea what¡¯s going on? Why have you come here?¡± asked the Crimson Witch.


    Upon landing. Astrea immediately knelt on the floor and bowed her head in respect to the large powers in the Cloud Kingdom.


    ¡°Forgive this lowly servant from interrupting you like this Mistress Cher, You¡¯re majesty, Master Ryouma and the rest of the Generals. But it¡¯s about the young mast-.¡±


    Before Astrea could finish, Cher interrupted her and demanded to know what happened to Vectre.


    With a grave look ¡°He¡¯s missing.¡± Astrea answered with a pained voice.

    Hearing that her son is missing. The Crimson Witch crumpled down on the floor but before she hit the ground, her husband was there to support her.


    ¡°Do you know where he went?¡± ask Ryouma.


    Astrea nodded and that brought the light that was fading on Cher¡¯s eyes to come back.


    ¡°Where did he go?¡± she asked in a clear voice.


    ¡°According to Sir Dean, Vectre planned to go see if the existence of the Goblin King was real. So my guess is that he went to the Great Mountain where they are gathering.¡±


    ¡°Why didn¡¯t Drean stop him?¡± asked Cher coldly.


    Drake Dragon wisely said nothing to his son¡¯s defence. Seeing the Crimson Witch current state, he knew she wasn¡¯t on her right mind. Even the rest of the Generals and the King with them were alert and were ready to stop the Crimson Witch if she snapped.


    An out of control Cher would be more terrifying than the current threat. In fact, it would make the Goblin King¡¯s catastrophic potential laughable compared to what the Crimson Witch could do.


    Cher Azure, wife of Ryouma Azure was the only S rank mage in the whole kingdom and her powers were nothing to scoff at. A single outburst from her could destroy the whole Cloud Kingdom.


    The reason that all of them were on alert at the moment except for Ryouma is because Cher always had a bad temper and a habit of acting on her emotion. This makes her very dangerous and a liability.


    ¡°I believe that he tried to convince him but that prove to be no use as the young master simply made an excuse to get something to get away from Sir Dean. He must have used he¡¯s newly awakened abilities to slip past the guards.¡± Replied Astrea slowly and carefully. Fear was evident in her voice.


    After hearing the reply from Astrea, her eyes darkened.

    Chapter 15- Arrival


    Vectre did not move as his mother held him in her arms lovingly. Vectre was feeling guilty the fact that her actual son was no more, replaced by a monster. Vectre knew he can¡¯t continue like this, lying to her and his father. He had to go get it off his chest.


    ¡°Did you really kill her son¡¯s soul?¡± asked Vectre to the voice in his head.


    ¡°Well no. Technically I erased his consciousness and merged him to your soul. So you are both Lucifer and Vectre. If you understand what I mean.¡± Came the reply.


    ¡°Oh right.¡± Sighing in relief. He wouldn¡¯t know what to do if the original occupant was truly gone. The love that he should be receiving was instead poured on him.


    ¡°What do I call you anyway?¡± asked Vectre.


    ¡°Luce. Just call me Luce.¡± Came the reply.


    After having a chat with his other self. Vectre pulled away from his teary eyed mother and smiled softly at her. His eyes showing guilt, pain and remorse.


    ¡°Mother.¡± Said Vectre softly.


    Cher¡¯s eyes widen in surprise, as she continued staring at her son. The way he spoke to her was so odd and strange. There was no crying, no asking for forgiveness for putting himself in mortal danger.


    ¡°I guess it¡¯s about time I told you guys.¡± Said Vectre. Looking to where Ryouma was standing. Vectre beckoned for his father to come to them.


    Both parents were confuse and anxious what their son was going to tell them.


    Vectre looked to the sky, carefully mulling the words that he was going to say to them in his head. Finally he sighed and braced himself. Delaying the inevitable would not help his case. In fact as time wore, it would get harder and harder to confess.


    ¡°I should have told you sooner I know but explaining this, is very hard and at that time, I was enjoying the fact, that I had someone who cared for me. A family.¡± Vectre paused. His eyes glassy, remembering his past.


    Ryouma and Cher said nothing. They just continued to look at their son. Listening to everything he had to say. Clearly he was struggling to get something off his chest.


    Vectre sigh again and continued. ¡°I am not from here. I existed in another world called Earth. Earth is not like you¡¯re world. Magic does not exist there, nor does mana, or the creatures and monsters native to this world. However there was an exception, I was born. I was not born like the native on that world. I somehow mysteriously appeared out of nowhere, having powers that I had no control of. As time pass by I realise that I was alone. That I am the only one of my kind.


    I lost all hope. I continued to wander alone for a very long time, alone in the dark path. Until a light save me. In a form a human girl. But the God¡¯s could not accept that I was happy, so they took her from me. So I scattered my soul. After nearly wiping out the entirety of the human race. THEY TOOK HER FROM ME, SO THEIR COLLECTIVE SPECIES MUST SUFFER AS A WHOLE!¡± Vectre shouted the last part. Malice and pain permeating in his voice. No matter how much time have past, the memory of her death is still fresh in Vectre¡¯s mind.

    Vectre turned to walk away, deeper into the great mountains. But before he could walk any further. He was stopped, as a pair of dainty arms embraced him from behind.


    Her soft dainty arms, wrapped around him strongly.


    ¡°Stay.¡± She asked softly. Her voice almost begging.


    ¡°I am saddened by the fact that my son has died but I would never be able to forgive myself if I let my other child, walked away from my life too.¡±


    Hearing her words and what they mean. Vectre strength left him and he sobbed softly.


    Ryouma walked up and hugged them both tightly.


    ¡°Well. I have come to think of you as my own son, even though I have only come to know you for a few days. I suppose I was never truly there for him, as a father should, guiding his child. I have responsibilities to this kingdom and time with my family was something I was not allowed to have more of. It was shocking that my child is no more. But I want you to take responsibility and live his life for him. Receive the love and care in his place, and love and take care of us in his place too. That¡¯s all I ask. Son.¡± Said Ryouma in a sombre voice.


    ¡°You wouldn¡¯t want me as a son.¡± Vectre said in a voice chock full of emotion.


    ¡°I¡¯m nothing but a monster. I revel in blood and death. I enjoy killing and causing harm. Surely a monster such as I, do not deserve this.¡± Vectre said while pulling away from his parents embrace.


    ¡°There¡¯s a monster in all of us. Hidden deep within our hearts. So what you do from now on, will define who you are in the future. As you said, this is a different world. Why not make a new start? With us as your family?¡± said Ryouma.


    Cher Azure looked at him lovingly, while his father held his outstretch hand. Calling for him to take it. To start anew, to live his life. Not as Lucifer the Angel of Death, but as Vectre Azure. Son of Ryouma and Cher of the Azure clan.


    Smiling lovingly at his new parents. He jumped to his parents arms.


    However their family moment, was rudely interrupted by the arrival of the Goblin King¡¯s army.

 Chapter 16- Army

    Chapter 16- Army


    The ground shook as the stamp of many feet could be heard in the distance. Ahead of them was the bulk of the Goblin King¡¯s army. From the perspective of Vectre, Cher, Ryouma and Drake. The army were like grains of sand, their numbers were unfathomable. Thousands and thousands of goblins and hob goblins were on the front line wearing rusty weapons and armour.


    Behind them were the orcs that stood behind them like immovable hills. But the most terrifying thing about the army were the humoungous ogres with their ridiculously huge, muscular powerful bodies. They tower even the tallest orc and each of them carry a huge presence. Almost every single one of them were carrying their kings will and ambition.


    All of them stood tall in a wide clearing. Staring and waiting for their king to give them the order to attack and annihilate anyone that stood in their way.


    The Goblin King was sitting in the middle of army, where he was given utmost protection. Standing beside him were five of the biggest ogre¡¯s and the aura¡¯s they give out signify there the generals of the Goblin King¡¯s army. The pinnacle of the army¡¯s might. The King¡¯s weapon of destruction.


    Drake smiled viciously. Staring at the army with blood lust and killing intent was gushing out of him like an endless ocean. He bared his fangs at the army, not caring about their number advantage. He simply was unafraid.


    Vectre stood there in his parents embrace, wondering how many countless battles has this man face, to be unfazed by the sheer ferocity and size of this army.


    His father stood their calmly. His grip on them tightened in a protective manner, but Vectre could see his father smiling at the corner of his eyes.


    Vectre found himself dazed and astounded. Instead of being afraid, this men, just smiled at the face of thousands and thousands of enemy. Unafraid of death.


    His mother merely look at the two men grinning at each other like idiots and snorted in contempt as she held Vectre and jumped backwards away from the Goblin King''s army. Her arm formed around him in a protective manner and made no attempt to care about the Goblin¡¯s King¡¯s army.


    Suddenly Vectre could hear thousands of feet marching behind them. Vectre could see the glistening silver armour of knights, paladins, foot soldiers, holding the King¡¯s banner.


    The picture on the cloud illustrated a Chinese dragon, hidden behind a stormy cloud. That was the symbol of the Cloud Kingdom.


    A peaceful kingdom that supports peace and did not participate in war involving other kingdoms. Never taking anyone¡¯s side. But behind that peaceful image, was a hidden dragon that would punish and destroy enemies that wish to harm the citizens of the kingdom.


    According to the Kingdom¡¯s history. Before Cloud Kingdom was founded by a legendary ancient dragon. This was just a barren wasteland. But after falling in love with a human girl and as their relationship blossomed. The people who found out shunned her and cast her out of society. Even her parents.

    Angered by the people¡¯s insolence. The Dragon sought to destroy them all, but the girl begged him not to. She didn¡¯t want the blood of many, guilty or the innocent to spill on her account. She told him, she would be happy as long as she was with him and together they could create their own kingdom and leave their lives peacefully together. The society they would build will allow anyone to love anyone and not get shunned or judge.


    So the Cloud Dragon, together with his fellow brothers, founded Cloud Kingdom. The ancestors of the original founders today are still living in Cloud Kingdom. Those are Dragon clan, Azure Clan and the Leinquae Clan.


    King Julius, his army and the remaining five generals were getting closer. Their eyes were fierce and ready to battle. Vectre knew hundreds and thousands of soldiers and orcs, goblins, ogres alike would die today.


    The army stood still infront of Vectre and the Crimson Witch. The soldiers parted and surrounded them. Forming a protective barrier around them. They were in the middle of the army. The same position as their king, who was standing with his generals.


    May Leinquae wearing sunny coloured dress and yellow headband strapped beautifully on her blue hair. She was promoted as a general at the age of twenty after helping the army with her abilities to thwart the barbarians from invading the Kingdom many years ago. Her ability Solid Scripts a rare support type magic enabled her to write single words in the air and activate the word¡¯s power. In terms of attack power, she is the weakest of the five generals but when threatened, she can activate her clan¡¯s ability Giant Form. To make herself into a giantess, increasing her damage output and abilities power on a grand scale.


    Standing on the opposite side of the king was a blonde man that looks to be in his thirties. He has a massive thunder bolt scar on the right side of his face, covering his forehead right down to his cheeks. His destructive abilities and skilful performance, during his military career, got him promoted. His ability is called Lightning Magic an uncommon ability, but his mastery over the skill can defeat ordinary super rare ability users. His name is Crux Thunder.


    Behind the king, holding a massive gourd that was giving off the smell of strong alcohol, even Vectre, who was standing quite far away can smell how strong the alcohol is, was a red head. She looked a little older than May, on her left eye, was an eye patch with a skull symbol. She is a heavy drinker and the least reliable of the generals, but her power is no joke. Her ability is called Water Celestial, classified as a Super Rare ability. Rumours had it, that she drowned countless of bandits and even destroyed an A rank dungeon, she is one the strongest generals in Cloud Kingdom. She is called El Fran.

 Chapter 17- Drake vs Agnar

    Chapter 17- Drake vs Agnar


    The atmosphere in the Great Mountain was tense and nerve wracking. Two gigantic army as numerous as the sand stood facing each other. Not a sound could be heard as the intensity of their will and their desire to win clash in the air. You could almost feel and see their fighting aura, rising to the sky.


    One carried the hope of the people the cloud Kingdom, while the other carried the will of their King. Each is no less than the other and each individual is willing to die from what they stood for.


    Movements could be seen on the goblin¡¯s king¡¯s army as the orcs, goblins and hob goblins parted to let their King through. Still protected by his five generals. The 4 ft tall goblin king with green skin who¡¯s no bigger than an eight year child made his way closer King Julius.


    His green malicious eyes, observe the soldiers as they tense and grip their weapon of choice harder. Some archer in the back line prepared to knock the arrows on their bows, ready to shoot if need be.


    The goblin King smile maliciously at King Julius.


    ¡°I have a proposal.¡± He announced in a menacing high pitched voice. The two antennas on his head twitching with glee.


    King Julius simply nodded, prepared to hear what this proposal was about.


    ¡°If our armies clash and fight it out till the last man standing. Both side would suffer huge losses and I¡¯m sure you wouldn¡¯t want that. My proposal allows us to decide the winner, with less blood shed as possible. What do you say?¡± asked the Goblin King. His mouth turned into an evil smile.


    ¡°I¡¯m listening.¡± Answered King Julius simply.


    ¡°Excellent.¡± The Goblin King laughed. ¡°What do you say, we let our five strongest warriors fight it out. Whichever side has the most losses, has to surrender and the winner can do whatever he wants. What do you say?¡± proposed the goblin king.


    King Julius took a long time to answer. The Goblin King¡¯s proposal is the best way to minimise bloodshed to his army and his people. This proposal could save a lot of soldier. The soldiers waited, tense. They were all waiting for their king¡¯s decision. While most of the general¡¯s looked excited at the idea. They were all dying to fight as strong enemy.


    ¡°Okay, I agree to your proposal. Where will be the stage to this fight and when will we held this fights?¡± asked King Julius.


    ¡°Right here. Right now.¡± Answered the goblin king.


    ¡°Ragnar.¡± Said the goblin King while pointing to a huge area that is barren.


    The fat ogre standing next to the king, dashed to the place he was pointing, dragging the gigantic steel club with him.


    Off in the distance. They could see the ogre raising his weapon.


    ¡°IMPACT!¡± he roared and drove the club on the ground.


    An earthquake resounded and the ground exploded. Various rocks of different sizes were all scattered.


    As the dust clears. A circular crater could be seen on the ground. The crater itself was ten ft deep and the circular arena was as wide as the largest pond.


    ¡°That will be stage.¡± Smirked the goblin king.


    ¡°So who wants to fight first?¡± roared the goblin king.


    ¡°HAHAAHA.¡± Laughed drake excitedly.


    ¡°I¡¯m going to fight first. I¡¯ve been itching to since I saw the enemy¡± Drake eagerly volunteered.

    The two armies, made up of two different species. Were now watching the two combatants inside the ogre made ring.


    Drake Dragon. Head of the Dragon Clan and a general of the king¡¯s army were facing against, a thin, lanky ogre, who¡¯s body moves like a snake. Despite his body being much bigger and taller, his movements were not affected by his physique.


    From here you can tell he was an experience fighter. The thin ogre compared to the other generals who was much too bulky and obviously favours  strength instead of speed. Moved gracefully. His strikes could be compared to an assasin. Vicious and very precise.


    Agnar holding his favourite weapon. A dagger made of the darkest metal, that even light cannot touch. Using the reach of his arms and the length of his legs. He weaved in and out between attacks. Either to dodge Drake¡¯s sledgehammer or to try and wound the smaller but more muscular general.


    Agnar was twice the size of Drake. But the size did not faze him. Although it gives an opponent an advantage. What matter¡¯s the most is his ability to fight and utilise his abilities to the fullest.

    Agnar jumped back after swiping Drake with his dagger. Using the momentum as he landed. He bent his legs, and shot forward like a speeding bullet as he thrust both of daggers at Drake.


    Drake not expecting this manoeuvre and could only use his giant hammer as shield. The sheer force, put behind the weight of the attack. Cause Drake to fly back. Hitting the wall hard. Leaving a physical imprint of his physique.


    ¡°You¡¯re not bad. Ogre.¡± Laughed Drake as he wiped the blood, from his cut lip.


    ¡°I guess time to get serious.¡±


    Agnar merely laughed in contempt. ¡°Give it up tiny man. You cannot win against me.¡±


    ¡°We¡¯ll see about that.¡± Roared Drake as he dashed forward. His surprised attack, took Agnar off guard. Before he could get away from Drake. Agnar found his body, heavy and slow and unable to avoid the oncoming strike of the sledge hammer.


    The ogre¡¯s thin gigantic body fly to the wall. Agnar screamed in shock and pain.


    ¡°Still think I¡¯m no match against you?¡± bragged Drake arrogantly.


    ¡°That was merely a fluke. Time to finish this.¡± Said Agnar coldy.


    Dark smoke could be seen rising from, Agnar¡¯s body. They wafted in the air and seemed to grow denser and thicker.


    The soldiers in the front as well as the hob goblins and goblins who happen to breathed the dense gas. Fell dead, with foam frothing out of their mouth.


    ¡°The dark gas is poisonous!¡± exclaimed May.


    ¡°Solid Script. Barrier!¡± May activated her ability. And wrote barrier in the air and activated its power. Forming a transparent barrier that blocked the hazardous substance from being spread to her allies.


    All the soldiers who were too scared to move, could finally breathe out a sigh in relief.


    King Julius and the rest of the generals were staring intently at the battle that was happening inside the ring.


    Due to density of the toxic gas. The whole arena was covered and nothing could be seen.


    Drake tensed. He lost sight of his enemy.


    ¡°Gravity Field times a hundred!¡± Drake activated his ability. Increasing the gravity inside his gravity field to a hundred. This does not affect the user, as he could choose to make the weight of his body the same as before he activated his gravity field.


    But for anyone foolishly entering his zone. Their body would weight a hundred times than normal.


    ¡°HAHAHA. Careful. The gas that you¡¯re inhaling right now is poisonous. Made by mixing my blood. I guarantee you. There is no knows antidote to his poison.¡± Laughed Agnar, as he used the poison smoke to cover his location and presence.


    Drake did not respond as he stood by alert. Waiting for his enemy to strike.


    ¡°DIE!! HUMAN!¡± screamed the ogre. Sure of his victory. His daggers, were coated was dripping in deadly poison. Each dropped of the concentrated poisoned, was very deadly. If hit by this poison, the person body and bones will be melted and nothing would be left.


    Drake merely smirked as he felt a movement behind him. He turned around to face his frozen attacker. His snake like eyes, showing the disbelief.


    ¡°HOW?¡± he screamed. Agnar could not move his body. He fell face to the ground. His body being pushed intensely, imprinting his ogre physique.


    "You shouldn''t be able to move. My poison would dulled your sesnses and slowly kill you fromt the inside. Allowing me to kill you easily."


    ¡°I suppose you will never know.¡± Said Drake as he lifted his sledge hammer and smashed Agnar¡¯s head into a bloody pulped.


    As the poison clears. They could see Drake standing and in front of him, was the headless body of the enemy.


    Drake, in order to counter the poisonous gas. Transform his internal organs, in that of a dragon. Dragon''s has a higher resistance compared to other species.


    The triumphant roar of the soldiers, filled the great mountains.


    They were happy and relieved that one their strongest general won the fight.While the rest of the enemy. Look down. Ashamed of their defeat.


    The goblin king¡¯s eyes glowed red in anger and humiliation.


    ¡°The next fights will not be so easy to win. Humans.¡± He muttered darkly.

 Chapter 18- Anger

    Chapter 18- Anger


    After the defeat of Agnar. Ragnar, his younger brother was enraged. The fat ogre roared in anger and jumped down inside the crater. Taunting the human generals on the other side of the ring.


    Crux Thunder seeing the ogre¡¯s display of anger, rolled his eyes and disappeared. Only to reappear in front of an enraged Ragnar.


    Noticing his challenger, without even waiting for signal that the fight has started. He swings his gigantic steel club in full force at Crux.


    ¡°DIE! Giga Impact!¡± the ogre roared.


    ¡°Lightning Barrier!¡± Crux activated his ability and manipulated the lightning into forming a shield to absorb the damage from the attack.


    The steel club meet the lightning barrier. The electricity surged into the metal club and electrocuted Ragnar.


    While the after effect of the impact from the steel club, went straight through the shield, hitting Crux. Causing him to hit the floor hard.


    The ogre shrugged off the lightning magic and continued to bash away at Crux. Using his lightning magic, he transformed himself into a lightning buolt and continued to dodge the incoming strikes of the enraged ogre.


    ¡°RAGNAR WILL NOT FORGIVE YOU ALL! YOU KILLED MY BROTHER!¡± Ragnar a barbaric monster who was thought to have no feelings by the humans, Mourned his brother¡¯s death as he continued to pound away at his agile human target. Every single one of his attacks missing him.


    The arena was now covered in small craters. An after effect of the ability called impact.


    Impact allows the user¡¯s attacks from either his fist or his weapons to explode as soon as it hits a solid surface.


    ¡°Time to finish this!¡±


    ¡°Thunder Palace!¡± Crux shouted. Raising his hands towards the sky. Dozens of lightning bolts, hovered above the two combatants. Storm clouds were constantly forming. The lightning hovered, each crackles sends shivers down a person¡¯s spine.


    ¡°TELL YOU¡¯RE BROTHER I SAID HI!¡± mocked Crux. He crashed his hand towards the ground dramatically. Hundreds of lightning rained down, heading straight for Ragnar.


    The attack of the lightning bolt was fast and quick. Ragnar was hit immediately and the screams of his suffering could be heard echoing into the distance.


    The goblin king stood their dumb founded, his green menacing eyes full of disbelief


    ¡°IMPOSSIBLE!¡± he shrieked.


    ¡°You¡¯re generals are a joke!¡± mocked Crux. He openly laughed at the goblin king¡¯s face and many of the orcs, threatened him for being disrespectful to their King.


    ¡°YOU HUMANS. WERE NOT STRONG IN THE PAST. THE MEMORIES I HAVE INHERITED FROM MY ANCESTOR INFORMED THAT HUMAN DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF A RANK WARRIORS!¡±


    ¡°What can I say? Us humans don¡¯t always stay at the same level¡± laughed Crux as he turned back, disappeared and immediately reappeared on top of the platform in the King Julius side.


    ¡°GRRR!!¡± the goblin king¡¯s head turned purple from anger. He suffered countless defeats from the ogre generals, he has painstakingly trained and made powerful.


    ¡®FUCK IT!¡± he thought. If he wanted something done. He just have to do it himself.


    ¡°HAHAAHAHAHAAHA!¡± the goblin king laughed. Many of the goblins and the soldiers stared at the goblin king as if he has gone insane. He suffered two losses in a row. How can he laugh at a situation like this?

    The soldiers seeing the manic look on the Goblin¡¯s King¡¯s tense and readied to drew their weapons.

    The Goblin¡¯s King¡¯s chest burst open. Revealing a rotating black vortex that lashed out with dark chains coming out from inside his chest and they are all seeking and attacking his own army. Each one would be captured by the chain and their soul would be ripped out as they are dragged back into the goblin¡¯s king¡¯s body.


    Each single, goblin, hob-goblin, orcs and the remaining ogre¡¯s were not spared from this ability. The process did not stop until every single one of them was absorb.


    The goblin King¡¯s aura grew stronger and darker as more and more souls were absorb. The ability that the goblin King used was an ancient forbidden ability.


    The Goblin King grew in size and in power. Until he was as tall as ten people stacked on top of each other.


    ¡°HAHAHA I FINALLY DID IT! I HAVE BECOME AN S RANK MONSTER!! HAHAHA¡± cried the goblin king in glee.


    King Julius and the army, stood there. Frozen on the spot. The whole process of the dramatic power up of the goblin king was too much for them to comprehend.


    ¡°That shouldn¡¯t be possible. An ability like that. It is simply too evil.¡± Said Ryouma.


    ¡°I guess we have no choice but to fight!¡± said El Fran. The drunkard who was still downing the gourd full of alcohol

    ¡°Tch. Annoying!¡± said Crux. As he gathers a ball of lightning on his palm.


    The Goblin King stood alone on the other side. His army was now truly one with him. They have served their purpose well. He grinned maliciously. Looking at his enemies in scorn.


    Being an S rank monster. Feels absolutely incredible. The power he holds is just too staggering to comprehend.


    Looking at the ants beneath him. His smile grew wider as he snapped his fingers and that created a blast that blew most of the soldiers off their feet.


    Most of the soldiers could not stand up anymore as the impact from the landing, fractured the bones on their legs, while some are lightly injured or suffered a concussion from the blast.


    Of course only the weaker soldiers were picked off with that one basic attack.


    ¡°RETREAT¡± shouted King Julius. This monster was just too strong. He knows throwing waves and waves of soldiers will not help at all. Doing that would be just like throwing away countless of his mens lives to accomplish nothing.


    The only one that could fight the Goblin King now would be the Crimson Witch.

 Chapter 19- Power (ARC 1- END)

    Chapter 19- Power


    The screams and wails of pain coming from the dying soldiers filled the great mountains. Red blood painted land and painted the earthy ground. The smell of iron as they freely wafted in the air, was intoxicating.


    The gigantic S rank monster, took thousands of lives in just one swipe of his claws. He looked towards the sky, now devoid of colour. The atmosphere was bleak and heavy.


    Now that most of the soldiers have been evacuated and have reached a great distance from the monster. The King could finally breathe a sigh of relief. He look forward and sees the warrior that stood between them and the Goblin King.


    The Crimson Witch was busy distracting the Goblin King. Constant barrage of fiery attacks were thrown to the Goblin King but no visible damage could be seen. Each attack from the Crimson Witch serve only to irritate the Goblin King.


    Vectre, her son stood watching on the side. Keeping an eye on her mother. He muscles tense and ready. If anything goes wrong, he was prepared to act to protect his beloved mother.


    ¡°I won¡¯t let anyone take the people that I love from me again.¡± He promised to himself as he watched the intense fight, between his mother and the monster.


    His father was busy transporting the soldiers that have life threatening injuries. Flickering back and forth to the Cloud Kingdom healing facilities and back again to the Great Mountain to carry more injured soldiers.


    Ryouma looked at his wife at the corner of his wife in a brief moment.


    ¡°Don¡¯t die Cher. My wife is not allowed to die on a monster that relies on a forbidden ability. You¡¯re stronger than this!¡± But deep within his heart. He prayed for wife¡¯s safety. He wished he could be help her right now, but he was needed here. He was one of the few who was gifted with this ability to teleport. The ability to save countless lives. Now was not the time to be stubborn and selfish.


    Ryouma grit his teeth and frustration and continued his work.


    May was busy using her ability to stabilise the condition of the bleeding soldiers. While the rest of the generals were busy fighting off B rank monsters and some A rank monsters attracted to the commotion.


    ¡°SHIT! Why does my attack not work? I¡¯ve been roasting this guy¡¯s ass for a while now, but the damage that I inflicted just heals back up.¡± Complained Cher. Her breathing has now turned rough. She expended nearly fifty percent of her energy, but the goblin King was not even close to being wounded.


    The Goblin King merely laughed at the Crimson Witch¡¯s futile attempt. The injuries she has inflicted on him was healing because of his ability absorption. This forbidden ability, not only strengthens the user¡¯s soul and give him incredible power by raising his rank by several levels but because this power up was gained by absorbing the soul of living beings. The goblin King can sacrifice a few souls to heal any injuries being dealt to him.


    The goblin King felt truly invisible. Unfortunately this ability only lets you absorb the souls of your own species.


    ¡°If I keep hitting him with weaker spells. I would only tire myself out and lose this fight.¡± Cher muttered. She took a glimpse behind her and saw Vectre watching her with worried eyes.


    ¡°I can¡¯t die yet after all. I¡¯m still needed here by my family.¡±


    Cher. Stopped her onslaught of attack spells and jumped back. She closed her eyes. Feeling the power circulating with her.

    ¡°ACTIVATE!¡± she screamed. Her mana surged to a new level. Scaring the goblin King and shocking Vectre who was watching the fight.


    ¡°Mother. How are you so strong? Despite you¡¯re ability being only a common one.¡± Wondered Vectre briefly. He was utterly impressed.


    Now drawing symbols in the air with both of her hands. Cher chanted an aria.


    ¡°King of Fire. You who soared to the heavens and astounded the God¡¯s with your power. Rise once more and burn everything to ashes!¡±


    A giant bright magical symbol appeared beneath the Crimson Witch. And a high pitch shriek could be heard. The shriek of a bird was so loud that some of the soldier¡¯s from the distance have to cover their ears. Vectre felt that his ear drums might explode from the sheer force of the voice.


    Vectre look above and was utterly shocked. Hovering above his mother was a crimson red phoenix.  Its flame was so hot that it melted the area around him. The King, the generals and the soldiers have to run further back or else their body would burn and turn to ashes.


    Realising the danger of the situation. Vectre activated his ability.


    ¡°Legendary Shield.¡± The shield from the novel ¡®The Rising of the Shield Hero¡¯ appeared in front of him and shield him the scorching flames that the phoenix was emitting.


    ¡°Let¡¯s see how you survive this one Goblin King! I can only summon the legendary Crimson Phoenix for five minutes before I run out of energy but this should be enough to send YOU TO HELL! NOW DIE!¡± screamed Cher as she order the Crimson Phoenix to attack.


    ¡°CRIMSON CHARGE!¡±


    The Crimson Phoenix flames was so hot, that the air around him were on fire. The phoenix shrieked as its colossal body surged towards the Goblin King.


    ¡°NO!!!¡± the goblin King screamed. For a mere human to have this much power was inconceivable.


    The Phoenix crash its body to the location of the goblin King. The damage of the collision was so powerful that it change the terrain of the Inner regions of the Great Mountain.


    The forest was no more, the ground was scorched black and in the place of the goblin king was a giant crater. Deep within the crater was the scorched body of the Goblin King.


    King Julius and the soldiers, seeing the fate of the Goblin King was over joyed and immediately started celebrating.


    Vectre cried in shock as he saw his mother collapse. Before she hit the ground he equipped boots of Hermes and teleported next to her and caught her in his arms.


    Her eyes was close but she was breathing. Vectre took a huge gulp of air calming himself. That genuinely scared him. To lose his mother now would be devastating.


    Emerging victorious. They all went home and celebrated.

    The goblin King¡¯s scorched body was sprawled inside the crater. A stranger wearing a dark cloak that covered every part of his body was staring intensely at the corpse of the goblin King.


    He smiled wickedly.


    ¡°Master would be overjoyed.¡± He said.


    Bringing out a box with an Egyptian eye symbol on top of it. He stored the body of the goblin king. And disappeared into the wind.


    The inner region was now truly barren. No life was present in the inner region of the forest.

    Phew Arc 1 is finally finish. Man I didn''t think the story would get this far. Thanks for my readers support and the positive response that kept me going and allowed to keep pIutting out chapter after chapter each day.


    Arc 2 will be starting in a couple of days.


    The school arc that you guys want and more of Vectre being stupid, immature and overpowered. Just kidding.


    Anyway. If any of you guys want to suggest what other abillities that other characters I will be introducing in the school arc will have. Feel free to write them in the comments.

 Chapter 20- Entering the School

    Chapter 20- Entering the School


    Four years have pass since the battle against the Goblin King. I am now 12 years old and have been living quiet happily with my family and my now best friend Dean Dragon. Although the first few months have been quite awkward for us as a family and how our interactions as  was rigid and slightly  forced due to the new knowledge that they have about me, it gradually grew more natural and our relationship grew stronger and less rigid.


    Dean would almost come every day to the Azure compound to hang out with me. At first he was angry at me for lying to him and sneaking out of to go the Great Mountain, but that gradually lessen and we started becoming close as friends.


    During the years that we have been together. Dean Dragon has grown significantly and his looks were becoming more handsome. So he has been getting a lot of attention from the girls our age whenever we visit town. As for me, I¡¯ve grown a lot too and my looks are alright but since I don¡¯t smile often, I give out an unfriendly aura.


    I¡¯m naturally fine with that too, having been alone for almost my entire left on earth it naturally didn¡¯t bother me. During the years, I had more time to practice my abilities and see what weapons and technology I could summon. I¡¯ve stopped hiding what I can do within the compound, so much so that no one is even remotely surprise if I summon a car or tank. Most of the servants would just look at it in awe and carry on their daily duties.


    Since practicing and learning to use my power effectively, I became fond with using cards. Not just any cards but Yugioh cards. Ever since I¡¯ve been introduce into the Yugioh series, I¡¯ve always love the idea of using it to fight an enemy. I have thought of the possibility of it becoming a weapon that I can summon, but I have never tried it, but becoming unable to wait I immediately use my ability to summon a card deck.


    It did work but what I got in my hand wasn¡¯t a whole deck but only five cards. That puzzled me a bit but decided not to dwell on it and I immediately started using it.


    During the years that I have messed around with the power of the cards. I have learned quite a few things. First I can only have five randomise card, I know this because every time I summon a yugioh deck, I get five different cards each time. Second four star monster card can be normal summoned but five star monster card and above need a sacrificial monster card from your hand or the field. Thirdly if the number of cards of my hand becomes less than five, a new card would appear making the card in my hand five again. Finally some spell  cards such sword of revealing light have a shorter time limit compared from the anime. It is not measured in turns but instead measured in seconds or in minutes.


    But aside from that, Yugioh cards are powerful. The only problem is, I cannot gauge the strength of the four star monster card or above without properly using it to fight the monsters in this world.


    ¡°Vectre. Why are you spacing out for? It¡¯s our turn soon to get tested on what kind of abilities we have you know.¡± Said Dean excitedly.


    Having heard his voice, I naturally snapped out from my deep thinking. I couldn¡¯t help but sighed. We¡¯ve been waiting in this queue for hours now. Only Dean is glad to be here since he¡¯s excited to know what ability he¡¯s getting.


    I¡¯m happy for him. He¡¯s been moaning about how unfair it was that I was already awakened and didn¡¯t have to wait till 12 to get the officials to safely awaken their ability for them.


    ¡°I want to go home. It¡¯s so hot here. I don¡¯t even know why I¡¯m even here.¡± I complained to Dean.


    He snickered slightly and laughed. ¡°Idiot. You have to officially register your ability in the academy. So you can partake in the entrance exam. It¡¯s not so easy to get in. I hear quite a lot of people die, taking the entrance exam. There¡¯s only so much space in the academy you know. Not a lot of us will be fortunate. Luckily we get a week to familiarise our self with our ability to increase our chance of surviving."

    ¡°Hmm.¡± Naturally I wasn¡¯t interested. Passing this exam will naturally be a breeze for me.


    ¡°Because you¡¯re a cheat.¡± A voice suddenly resounded in my head.


    ¡°You¡¯re point?¡± I retorted.


    Luce merely laughed.


    The four years that Luce has been living inside my head, force us fairly close. But most of the time we would argue with each other over the most pointless things.


    ¡°It¡¯s finally our turn.¡± Said Dean.


    I nodded and went inside the luxurious building. Where an old man was holding a crystal ball.


    ¡°Put your hand on top.¡± Instructed the old man.


    I complied and rested my right hand on top the crystal. It glowed and spat out a card.


    The card has all my information in. Including the rank of my ability. As expected it wasn¡¯t very high. It was just a rare ability rank.


    ¡°This is you¡¯re identification card. This will let anyone know that you¡¯re a student at the academy. This card cannot be stolen as it soul bound to you as soon as you drop your blood in it. Also you don¡¯t have to worry about someone looking at you¡¯re card because only you would be to see the information it has. So unless you flaunt and show off your ability rank, no one would know. This was made to prevent discrimination against fellow students. In Cloud Academy, the status of your family will mean nothing. Only by being strong will you gain respect from your fellow students. Allow me to warn you, just because you have a high ability rank does not mean you''re automatically strong. It just means that you have a high potential. So don''t go off underestimating people whose ability rank is lower than yours. That way you might survive longer. Understand?¡± explained the old man.


    I nodded. He must have explained this many times each time a new person gets his ability awakened and analysed I surmised.


    After receiving and dropping blood on my card. I will it to disappear and go inside my soul.


    ¡°After you pass the entrance exam. You will be given a booklet, detailing the rules of the academy and how the academy works. You can go now.¡±


    ¡°Thanks.¡± I replied respectfully and bow down to him in respect before I left the building.


    Now outside of the building I could see Dean waiting for me with a huge smile plastered on his face.


    ¡°What?¡± I asked while smiling as I go near him.


    ¡°Oh it¡¯s nothing. I only got super rare ability called Light King. The tester was so impress that he gave me one spell book and one skill book base on the light element. Though the spell book is only D rank.¡± Laughed Dean.


    ¡°You lucky dog. You got a better ability than mine. Light Ability users are extremely strong since they can heal themselves and give their allies or themselves boost. Also they are able to use manipulate light energy to attack their enemies soul directly. So they are very difficult to kill¡± I smiled while punching his arm lightly.


    ¡°Yeah. But I have to work hard. Learning how to use abilities are extremely hard. Especially in the light category. I also have to train and learn stronger spells and skills. I can''t get left behind by you. We promise to adventure together. Naturally as your brother I cannot be weak¡± Said Dean.


    ¡°Once you pass the entrance exam. The academy should have what you¡¯re looking for.¡±


    Dean nodded and laughed once more.


    ¡°Let¡¯s go home and celebrate.¡±


    Finding Astrea waiting for me outside the entrance gate of the building. I waved at her to catch her attention. Finally seeing us.


    Astrea hurriedly went over.


    ¡°Welcome back young master, sir Dean.¡± Greeted Astrea respectfully.


    Families, servants or guards were not allowed inside the grounds of the Academy. So they have to wait outside.


    The huge building wasn¡¯t even the real Cloud Academy. This was just the registering area. The real Cloud Academy was in a remote island, far away from the kingdom.

 Chapter 21- The Test

    Chapter 21- The Test


    One week have passed since the ability awakening ceremony held by the Cloud Academy. All of us are now back into the compound owned by the academy and have been brought in an open area, where a man in a scholarly white robe could be seen standing.


    After making sure that all of us are comfortable, the man begun addressing us.


    ¡°Hello. My name is Brooks Latner, the headmaster of the Cloud Academy. I¡¯m sure you already know, that entering an academy is not easy. There are only so much space for new students and it¡¯s unfortunate that it has to be this way. So before you are officially recognise as students of the Cloud Academy, you will be required to take a test. All of you will be given a wrist band that allows you to be transported to an island full of dangerous monsters. Don¡¯t worry all of them are not dangerous. The weakest one is below G rank, while the strongest monster in the island is D rank. You¡¯re task is to survive there for one month and gather five beast core or more before the month expires. The wrist band is important so don¡¯t lose it, as it allows you to return here before the month expires by tearing it off. Any student who tears there wrist band off will be disqualified and classified as having failed the test.


    One more thing before I go. It will be in your best interest to have as much beast core as possible. As it will determine the starting points you will have at the academy. Points is used as currency in the academy, to buy skill books, spells etc. Of course, higher rank beast cores will give a lot of points. For example a G rank beast core will only give you 1 point, but an F rank beast core will give you 5 points. Well good luck.¡±


    After finishing explaining what¡¯s going to be happening in the entrance exam. Wrist bands were immediately handed out to all of the students.


    One by one we were sent to stand on a teleportation circle.


    ¡°Vectre be careful out there. It¡¯s not guaranteed, we will be in teleported near each other. I¡¯ll come find you as soon as possible.¡± Said Dean as he stood on the teleportation circle, waiting to be sent to the testing location.


    ¡°I¡¯m more worried about you.¡± I snorted in a friendly manner. ¡°Make sure, you don¡¯t get yourself killed.¡± I said seriously.


    Dean nodded as the circle glowed a bright colour causing me to cover my eyes. After the light died down, Dean was nowhere to be seen.


    Seeing that I was next in line. A man beckoned me to enter the teleportation circle. Immediately I could feel my body becoming light and next thing I knew, I wasn¡¯t in the compound of the academy any more.


    While looking around, all I could see where giant trees towering over me. Shrubberies and wild flowers growing everywhere. As well as the sound of insects and birds.


    After looking around the area for ten minutes. I determined we were sent to an island, with a jungle environment.


    ¡°How am I going to look for Dean?¡± I sighed. I reckon this island must be pretty big. I have to find him fast. I realised after mulling in my head what the headmaster told us, that there is practically no rules here except for the two objectives.


    The headmaster only told us to have five beast cores to pass but that doesn¡¯t mean, you only have to hunt monsters. You can hunt other people too. He also gave out a pretty good incentive, for having more beast cores. Beast cores literally means money in the academy.


    The academy is basically encouraging us to fight against each other and to steal other people¡¯s beast cores. This is survival of the fittest.

    Having been walking around deep in the jungle. I have encountered G rank monsters such as the Porcupine, Horned Pig and many others. Thinking that I was easy prey, they immediately charge and attack me.


    Manifesting a hand gun, I took care of them immediately. Using a knife to cut the beast core out of the body. I stored the beast core inside the storage ring that my parents give to me before I left home.


    The storage ring that they bought for me is a higher quality storage ring. I am able to put a whole mountain if I want to. That is how much space is inside my storage ring.


    Seeing that my search for Dean was not going particularly well. I decided to just stay in one area. I¡¯m not always there to look after him in the future, so if he cannot survive in a place like this. Then how will he survive the more dangerous places in the future. Besides his ability is pretty strong, so surviving in this place should be good combat experience for him.


    ¡°That¡¯s a pretty good spot.¡± I picked a random area and manifested a house capsule in my hand.


    Throwing the small capsule in my chosen location. It instantly exploded and in its place was a simple looking house, with everything that a man needs.


    A kitchen, toilet, fridge and even a TV. Although it¡¯s useless since there is not TV signal in this world.


    ¡°I¡¯m just going to take it easy until the month ends.¡± I said while smiling. I wasn¡¯t interested in getting more beast cores since I have enough to pass the test.


    I really only need points to buy food in the cafeteria. Spell books and skill books in the Academy are not very useful for me, since I can just summon them and learn it myself.


    ¡°I need some guards, so I won¡¯t get ambush or attack by monsters or people.¡±


    I immediately summon five cards in my hand. This cards came from a Yugioh Deck.


    ¡°Let¡¯s see what I got. Hopefully it¡¯s not all spell cards and trap cards, or I will have to try again.¡±


    Looking at the cards in my hand, I could see that I have three monster cards, one trap card and one spell card.


    ¡°Not bad.¡± I nodded while looking at a particular four star monster cord. This card was called ¡®Skilled White Mage¡¯.


    ¡°I don¡¯t even know how strong a four star rank monster card is. I guess I have to go hunting tomorrow, to test its power.¡± I decided. That way I might accidentally ran into Dean and help him hunt some beast cores, using the monster cards from my deck.


    ¡°Activate.¡± I circulate my mana into the card, summoning the ¡®Skilled White Magician¡¯ into the field.


    The white robe wearing man, stood before me and immediately bowed its head.


    ¡°What do you want me to do master?¡± he asked respectfully.


    ¡°Just stand guard outside. Make sure no one disturb me.¡± I ordered.


    ¡°Understood.¡± The white skilled mage responded. Carrying his mage staff with him. He stood guard outside as I ordered him into.


    Now I can relax. My feet are tired from walking. I need to rest for today, because it be hunting time tomorrow.


    ¡°Materialised.¡± I chanted. I manifested a robot maid, to serve me during my brief stay in this place.


    A pink haired girl in a maid uniform stood before me. I ordered her to make me some food to eat, while I grabbed a cold


    refreshing fizzy drink from the fridge.

 Chapter 22- Monster Island

    Chapter 22- Monster Island Part 1


    ¡°Master. Wake up.¡±


    A delicate hand gently shook me in an attempt to get me to wake up. Still sleepy and a little bit groggy. A mumbled a complaint and proceeded to try and sleep again.


    ¡°Master. If you do not wake up this instant. You will regret it.¡± The soft voice lightly threatened.


    I simply groaned in protest, her threat fell on deaf ears.


    Suddenly a very large weight was dropped abruptly on top of me. I groaned in pain and laughed.


    ¡°Fine. Fine I¡¯m awake Mia. Now off.¡±


    ¡°I told you, you would regret It.¡± Giggled Mia. Still not getting off me.


    I simply smiled at her and coax her slowly to get off me. Seeing I had enough and was finally getting out of bed. She jumped off me energetically.


    Her pink hair was tied in a bun, giving her a slight mature look. Mia waited for me and insisted to help get dress out of my pyjamas.


    Having gotten use to Astrea doing the same thing to me every morning. I simply let her do her job.


    ¡°Master. Breakfast is ready. I prepared buttered toast, sausages and beans. Would you like tea or coffee this morning?¡± she ask.


    ¡°Coffee will be fine Mia and thanks.¡±


    Mia then exit the room to prepare the morning beverage I will be having. According to the time on my mobile phone. It¡¯s around 8 in the morning.


    I yawned, while stretching my cramp muscle.


    ¡°I wonder how my ¡®Skilled White magician¡¯ is doing.¡± I wondered.


    Opening the door, outside my humble abode. I opened my eyes in shock as I see hundreds of monster corpses, lying down just outside.


    ¡°Just what the fuck happened last night.¡±


    I looked around searching for the magician but there was no trace of him.


    Suddenly, I could hear sounds of battle just a few meters ahead. I went nearer to where the sounds are and I could see the Skilled White magician battling against a pack of five hyena beast.


    Individually a hyena beast will be only be an F rank monster, but together in a pack. They are classified as E rank monster.


    From the looks of things. It seems the White magician was not even breaking a sweat dealing with this hyena beast pack. He was dodging and wielding his mage staff like a hammer, as he smashes it on heads of the Hyenas.


    ¡°He¡¯s not even taking them seriously. They are betting treated as a morning workout.¡± I snickered. If he¡¯s this strong, could it be that a four star monster card is as strong as a D rank monster.


    Focusing back on the battle in front of me. I could see the White magician charging an attack spell. Finally finish, he fired it in the direction of his enemies.


    A big ball of light engulf the whole pack and all of them simultaneously burst, into nothing but blood and guts.


    Disgusted and caught unexpected. My stomach did a black flip and nearly send me vomiting.


    ¡°What the fuck was that?¡± I exclaimed.


    ¡°Oh master. You are awake.¡± He simply greeted after finally noticing my presence.


    ¡°What¡¯s with all those monsters?¡± I pointed at the corpses lying in front of my temporary home.


    ¡°Oh those. They were very curious about the building and were being very nosy. So I had to put them down, to set an example for the others who are thinking the same thing and disturbing you¡¯re peaceful slumber.¡± He merely replied.


    ¡°Well, umm. Great, good job. Do you want something to eat?¡± I asked wanting to change the subject.

    Mia simply giggled cutely but said nothing.


    After I finished eating. I dispelled the capsule house and begun travelling with my two new comrades. The White magician was leading up front and slaughtering monsters that are stupid enough to cross our path.


    I did not bother to collect the monster cores since, I really do not need them.


    Abruptly the White magician stop and scan the surrounding with his hawk like eyes. He raise his staff and quickly cast a barrier spell.


    *BOOM*


    Something hit the outer layer of the barrier and exploded. Surprise I look around but see not even a shadow of our attackers.


    ¡°Come out!¡± shouted the White magician.


    Suddenly rustling noises could be heard around us. We were surrounded by a group of ten people. They were grinning viciously.


    I could see vicious cuts and blood staining their child like features. Their eyes were cold and calculating.


    ¡°Leave your monster core and your life will be spared.¡± Said the biggest person of the group. From the charisma and the tone of his voice, it was obvious that he was the leader of this bunch.


    ¡°What If I refuse?¡± I ask, a small smile dancing on my lips as I stared at them nonchalantly. I manifested four cards in my hand.


    ¡°Then you can go and die.¡± He laughed viciously as he conjured a violent gust of wind that sliced towards us.


    The white magician¡¯s barrier shook a little but did not even crack. Shock was evident on the boy¡¯s face.


    ¡°Pesky summoner. I didn¡¯t expect your guardian spirit to be this tough. ALL OF YOU FOCUS THE GUARDIAN SPIRIT.¡± Bellowed the boy as he ordered his lackeys to attack the white magician.


    Mia seeing that they intended to harm me, transformed her arm into a machine gun and started firing bullets at the attackers.

    I stood there frozen, not because Dean was surrounded by horrible monsters trying to take his life. No that wouldn¡¯t be enough to shock me. The most unexpected thing was I find Dean cuddling with a dire wolf pup, settled snuggly on his chest.


    ¡°Okay. Someone better tell me what¡¯s going on. Don¡¯t tell me this thing was so cute that you had to use Draconic transformation to express how cute it is.¡± I complained.


    I literally ran here so fast, as if my life depended upon it, so I can save his stupid ass in time but when I get here, I just see him cuddling an adorable little puff ball.


    Dean just continued to cuddle the puppy while grinning at me.


    ¡°Well, I found him being surrounded by a pack of Hyenas. It was about to get eaten, so to scare them off. I transformed my lungs in that of a dragon and emitted a powerful roar to scare them off, before they harm this adorable little thing.¡±

    A few hours has past and we finally see a paw marks trailing deeper into the island. But what we saw made us worry for the Dire Wolf¡¯s life as dozen of monster prints could be seen accompanying it.

    ¡°The trail stops here. But there seems to be no sign of the dire wolf or its pursuers.¡± I said while looking around for any sign of the wolf¡¯s mother.


    ¡°Master there seems to be signs of a bodies being dragged across the jungle and they seem to be heading west.¡± The white magician said while pointing a few meters on the side of us.


    ¡°What do you think happened here?¡± I wondered loudly.


    ¡°Hmm. Something unexpected must have happened. Another predator maybe? Might be a D rank monster.¡± Surmised Dean.


    ¡°There¡¯s no use standing around here doing nothing. Might as well go check it out.¡± I decided.


    With the white magician leading forward. We followed the tracks heading west.


    After ten minutes of walking, we could see a large cave up ahead.

    Before I could answer, multiple angry squeals could be heard inside the cave. The monsters finally came out.

    Pointing the two slick black combat pistol at my attacker I pulled the trigger and emptied the whole clip on the two giant rats.


    The bullets riddled their rat face full of holes. By the time I was done, you couldn¡¯t even recognise that it¡¯s a rat anymore.


    The white mage put up the barrier as two rats were about to whip him with his tail. The long flexible tail, smashed against the translucent barrier and cracked it to pieces. Luckily that was enough to diminish the momentum of the tail.


    Before they could strike again. Mia transformed her arm into a machine gun and went wild as she crazily pulled the trigger and gunned down the giant rats.


    By the time she let go, the machine gun was smoking. She shot a wild grin at me, pleased by the results, as the two rats turned a puddle of blood and guts.


    I finished off the fifth rat, while leaving the last one to Dean to take care of.

    The Giant rat, lunged forward as it tried to bite Dean with its large two front teeth.

    ¡°How long was I out?¡± he asked groggily. Rubbing his eyes, as he turn his face back and forth and give me a questioning look.


    ¡°What?¡± I ask him, knowing he was going to ask me something,


    ¡°Where are we?¡± he ask.


    ¡°Inside a house.¡± I answered back.


    ¡°How?¡± he wondered and then it dawned on him. ¡°Of course, you¡¯re wonderful super convenient ability, which I¡¯m not sure if it is a rare rank ¡°Weapon Calling¡± as you say.


    ¡°Let¡¯s just say. I am a God when it comes to understanding my ability and how to use it properly.¡± I smirked.


    ¡°Right.¡± Dean replied with a dean pan voice. ¡°I¡¯ve never heard of a weapon caller before. I¡¯ve read a lot of books, concerning all kinds of abilities that surfaced in history of Fantasia but among the rare, super rare and unique abilities. Weapon calling was not listed.     The wolf whimpered and cried out softly, its eyes still close.

    A few days has past and Dean was finally in his top condition again.

Oh well I might as well explore the deeper regions of this island, while collecting the monster cores.     ¡°I think, I¡¯m just going to explore the deeper regions.¡± I said.


    ¡°Well okay, be careful. Don¡¯t get too overconfident and underestimate your opponent.¡± Warned Dean as he turned and start to set off back to the outer layer of the jungle.

    My reflexes and combat ability is still not very good. What I need to do is find a way to strengthen my body. And then an idea hit me.


    Since I can summon anything that is considered a weapon or any technology. I can just summon magic nano machines in a liquidised format that is customise to bond with the soul, enhancing my speed, strength, reflexes, eyesight and many more plus it gives me the ability to heal any damage as the nano machines will just create new cells or a new body if I get shredded to pieces at a moment¡¯s notice.

    Inside my room. I circulated the mana outside my body as I prepare to manifest the nano machine in front of me.


    The mana nearby started drifting in front of me, creating a gigantic whirlpool. They slowly start funnelling and take shape, as they compressed into a small translucent pill.


    The process took half an hour.


    I pick up the floating pill. My body instantly turned cold as I felt the terrible power packed inside this tiny translucent pill. I can see something moving around inside the tiny pill, which I assume are the nano machines.


    ¡°Well here goes nothing!¡± I said nervously, as I shove the pill quickly in my mouth and swallowed before I change my mind.


    ¡°ARGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!¡± I scream. I could feel my body being torn apart from the inside. The nano machine are disassembling all of the cells in my body and fusing with it as it assembles it back. It was the worst torture imaginable. You could literally feel every single one of your cell, being shredded and reforming over and over again.


    ¡°ARGHHHHHH!!¡± I screamed again, louder this time. As my bones melt inside my body. Blood was gushing out


    everywhere. From my eyes, ears, mouth and my nose.


    ¡°I REGRET EVERYTHING! WHO THE FUCK THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA!¡± I cursed as I screamed in agony.


    I could faintly hear, Mia calling out to me. She has smashed the door apart to my room and is screaming ¡®What¡¯s wrong¡¯ over and over again, as she held me tightly. Her voice quivering in fear.


    I could feel her tears as it drip down on me. My vision is darkening and slowly I¡¯m unable to feel anything.

    I notice I was in Mia¡¯s arms then I start to remember everything and my brilliant plan to power up. I look around and was startled by the amount of blood plastered on the walls, ceiling, the bed etc.¡­


    ¡°Damn. I did not want to experience that again.¡± I shivered against the memory. I am literally traumatise.


    I stood up and started stretching. I automatically feel the difference. My body feels stronger, my hearing and eyesight drastically improve.


    I feel that this is not even half of what I can do. I¡¯m not entirely sure what it has done to my soul but I¡¯m just going to assume it¡¯s a good thing.


    Nano machines are literally inside my body and my cells. I can sense them, moving around my blood stream. I can even interact with them and give them commands via telepathy.


    ¡°Command: Overdrive!¡± I ordered. The nano machines then vibrated and started giving out a new form of energy. I could sense my power level rising to unimaginable heights.


    I lightly threw a punch in the air. What happened next was shocking. My fist move at the speed of light, generating a powerful shock wave that travelled in the air, making it look the surface of the air has crack.


    The capsule house exploded and the force of the punch travelled deeper into the jungle. It eliminated anything standing in its way. Trees disintegrated, the ground shook and cracked making the whole island tremble.


    My eyes was wide and I stare at my fist in awe and excitement.

    Mia was now awake and staring at me, face full of tears.

    Mia finally calm down after an hour but she still wouldn¡¯t let go of my hand. The white magician is nowhere to be found so I assume he got caught up in that powerful blast.


    ¡°Command: Release.¡± I ordered the nano machines and they immediately stop vibrating and enhancing my body.


    It was now in the peak of the afternoon when the humanoid nano machines return. Each of them had a basket full of monster cores. Most of them being G rank.


    You can usually find out the quality of the monster by its size and quality. Lower rank monster cores are usually bigger and the color of their core are usually dull. The higher the rank of the monster core the smaller they are, but the energy they contain is the purest and much more useful to an ability user.


    A rank monster core will usually sell for one billion gold coins while the lowest monster core around one silver coin.


    Connecting to the ten humanoid nano machines I ordered separate the monster core by their rank.


    I held Mia, who feel asleep in my arms. The events earlier must have taken a toll on her.


    The nano machines finished separating the monster cores.


    There are 500 G rank cores, 200 F rank cores, 100 E rank cores and 50 D rank cores. This should be enough to impress the academy.

    The island that they were on, were created by the academy. The monsters inhabiting it, was soul mark by the academy causing there beast cores to give out a different soul signature.


    So it didn¡¯t matter if a participant stole beast cores from one another. They would still pass. It was never mentioned that stealing was against the rules.


    Anyone using the beast core they already have in their storage devices to pass the test before the start of the test, will be disqualified immediately.

    A few hours have passed and the sun was about to set. But I still pressed on deeper into the forest.


    Suddenly I could hear something charging at us at full speed from behind. I turn around and I could see a huge bear with armor plated body. Its eyes were red and the sharp fangs were protruding from its lower jaw.


    Mia instantly transformed her arm into a machine gun and was about to shoot the armored bear. When I signaled for her to lower her weapon and stand down.

    The charging bear, smashed into me but the nano machines automatically, hardened my skin and strengthened my bones. I was like an immovable object as the bear was blown back instead.


    ¡°Too weak! It couldn¡¯t even injure me. I wanted to see how the nano machine heal my body!¡± I said while frowning.


    ¡°Oh well! I guess I¡¯ll just use you as an experiment.¡± I said to the bear.


    Noticing me a child looking down on him, the bear was enraged. He snarled loudly and swipe at me using his razor sharp claws. Surprisingly they manage to penetrate through my skin.


    The armored bear grinned victoriously. Mia shouted in alarm. ¡°Master!¡±


    But in front of their very eyes, the damage cause by the sharp claws of the bear was instantly repaired. It took less than 5 seconds for the nano machine to draw power from the external mana outside my body and begun repairing it.


    I simply smiled at the now terrified bear and produce a single nano machine dancing around my index finger. I shot it towards the monster and the nano machine buried itself deep within the bear and automatically started replicating.


    The nano machine quickly invading the bears cells, giving me complete control over its body. Its mind and consciousness was now no more, only the nano machine was moving his body around.


    I commanded it to do various task remotely via mind link. And I grinned in amazement.


    Nano machines were so flexible, that they could possible do anything, given time.

We will now begin counting the amount of beast cores that you brought with you and start calculating the amount of points you will get for the starting year. If you only have five, do not worry, you will be able to take missions that are posted in the Quest halls. Complete the quest and you will be rewarded with points.¡± Brooks explained.


    ¡°How many people do you think are here?¡± ask Dean, while looking around and observing the different races all around us. I notice his eyes lingered longest on the beast kin girls. I smirked at him and laughed.

    ¡°Dean Dragon.¡± An older woman called out. It was Dean¡¯s turn to exchange his beast cores for points.


    The women eyes grew wide as Dean presented her with five hundred G, F and E rank beast cores as well as one D rank monster core altogether. This started a commotion in the crowd and everyone stared at Dean in awe.


    Dean only smiled bashfully, face completely red in embarrassment.


    ¡°I guess I can¡¯t take away his lime light.¡± I said nonchalantly. I destroyed the beast cores inside my storage ring using nano machines, leaving only ten lower rank beast core.


    I never like the lime light and attention anyway. I accidentally just acquired due to me being unable to control my strength.


    It was finally my turn, I was about to step forward when the headmaster interrupted me and pulled me to the side.


    ¡°You must be Vectre.¡± He said while his eyes observing me intently.


    ¡°Yes. Headmaster.¡± I dip my head slightly in greeting.


    He merely laugh ¡°Just call me Brooks. A promising lad like you, will have a bright future.¡± He looks insanely please.


    I tilt my head in confusion, what is he talking about I wondered.


    ¡°I know about how many beast you hunted. Though I¡¯m not quite sure what methods you use or what spell or skills your using in tangent with your ability but what I¡¯m sure is that you have strength.¡± He pause for a bit letting his words sink in.


    ¡°How?¡± I ask him.


    He pointed at the wrist and I instantly understood how he knew.


    ¡°Well I destroyed most of the beast cores already. I only have 10 of the lower rank beast core left.¡± I smirked at him.


    Startled Brooks was surprise. ¡®Doesn¡¯t this kid want to be famous and want to be well known?¡¯ wondered Brooks.


    ¡°It doesn¡¯t matter. I actually came here to invite you to be part of the Enforcers.¡±


    ¡°Enforcers?¡±


    He smiled. ¡°Enforcers are a group powerful students, created to uphold the schools law. The only requirement of being part of it, is being insanely strong. There are only five of them and they are classified as C rank warrior, except for their captain, who¡¯s a B rank warrior.¡± Laughed Brooks as he presented the privellege to Vectre.


    ¡°No. I don¡¯t want to join¡± refused Vectre.


    Brooks furrowed his eye brows. He couldn¡¯t believe he was hearing.


    ¡°Do you even know what you¡¯re turning down? Being part of the Enforcer guarantees a bunch of special privilege. The cost of spell books and skill books will be lowered down by half. Your authority is almost as much as a teacher albeit slightly lower.¡± Said Brooks.


    ¡°Thanks but being an enforcer sounds like a troublesome job, despite its benefits.¡± I replied.


    ¡°Urghh¡± Brooks groaned. ¡°If I knew, you would refused, I wouldn¡¯t have registered in the Academy database as part of the Enforcer in advance. Sorry, I¡¯m afraid I won¡¯t be able to undo the changes, as its permanent until you graduate.¡±


    ¡°You what?¡± I raised my voice in alarm.


    ¡°You will start tomorrow and the uniform will be sent to your dorm tonight. I¡¯ll see you around Vectre.¡± Smirked Brooks as he left.

 Chapter 27- Cloud Academy

    ¡°Cloud Academy was one of the largest Academy in the world of Fantasia. Their base of operations is located in the Cloud Kingdom but the actual academy is on a separate island, protected by layers of layers of concealing spells and barriers.


    Students are protected from monsters roaming the skies, seas, wilderness etc... The Cloud Academy do not use the normal currency such gold, silver and copper. They use their own currency which is the form of points, or formally called as Academic points.


    This Academic points can be achieve by doing quest or missions posted in the Quest Halls. Different rank missions, will give out different amount of points. For example a G rank mission will only be worth five points but a D rank mission can be worth five hundred points or more.


    G rank missions can be done on your own without any team mates, but missions higher and above are usually very difficult and will need a team to complete. Students at the Academy will usually form a team to complete higher level quest but the points will be divided between the whole team equally.


    You can also achieve points by fighting at the Academies arena. You can get there by using a teleportation circle located in the quest halls and it will automatically send you in the reception area, where you can organize a fight. Academies Arena is open to all of the Academies in the whole of Fantasia.


    So Cloud Academy students will not be the only one there competing. Academies such as Varia Academy, Vongola Academy and many more. Anyone can battle in the area, even Enforcers.


    You will be able to gain points by betting with an opponent. In the arena, battles consist of one versus ones or a team battle between two different team on the same rank.¡± I read the pamphlet out loud. I look at the pamphlet again see if I miss any vital information.


    ¡°I want to fight in the arena!¡± said Dean excitedly. Looking at me with sparkly eyes.


    I simply rolled my eyes ¡°You have to get stronger first. You need to use your points to buy some good spell books or skill books. Which path are you going for anyway? The light mage path or the light warrior path?¡± I ask him. Learning skill books and spell books at the same time is not advisable because the amount of time you need to learn one higher rank skill book or spell book. Learning both will just make you a jack of all trades master of none. Meaning your essentially just a clown with parlor tricks. Useless!


    ¡°I¡¯m going for the warrior path. I like to get down and dirty.¡± Smirk Dean.


    ¡°Whatever man. Do whatever you want.  How many points you got anyway from that exchange thing?¡± I ask, a bit curious.

    ¡°Yeah. Only once in a million years.¡± Dean rolled his eyes at me.


    Our ID cards then glow brightly for a second. ¡°Looks like we have been assigned to our student groups. I reckon you should be in the Light Element group? And you will be living in their compound?¡± I ask him. After confirming the group I was assigned in.


    Damn it! That head master wasn¡¯t joking, I was assigned in the enforcer group. Oh well it¡¯s not like I¡¯m going to do any work. I¡¯ll just laze around in my expensive house.


    Each Enforcer is given their own house which is located in the special compound made especially for us. One of the privileges they get as well as the authority to teach a lesson to those not obeying the Academy rules. The Enforcers are basically the police in this Academy.


    ¡°Yeah! I should be going now. Have fun being an Enforcer.¡± Grinned Dean as he set off to go to his assigned room.


    ¡°Whatever, I am not doing it. I¡¯ll take the house though!¡± I shouted back.


    After Brooks the head master left as he set off to take care of other duties that a head master have. Dean saw us talking and was curious so I told him.


    At first he was shock and hysterical but he just shrugged it off as ¡®If it¡¯s Vectre anything possible¡¯. Didn¡¯t even ask how or why. Sigh, I might have desensitized my friend.


    My ID then glowed again and I received a voice message in my head from the Headmaster. The student ID can be used as a medium to send messages mentally, which makes easier for students to contact friends or ask for help when they¡¯re injured and can¡¯t move and in need of rescuing while doing a dangerous mission.


    ¡°Damn it!¡± I lightly cursed. The message was about tomorrow¡¯s official welcoming ceremony for the students and introducing the new Enforcer. The Sixth Enforcer to be in fact.  But in order for the other students to recognize my authority, I will need to fight other Enforcer¡¯s to display my strength. This also helps establish the strength order within the group.


    ¡°Oh well!¡± I grinned evilly. I will totally thrash the other Enforcers, it will be a good warm up. If I¡¯m being force to join a group. I might as well be the leader of it. That way, I can still get on with being lazy.

    I arrive in the Enforcer compound which was situated just outside of the academy. This is probably to give us some privacy to train because Enforcers are quite popular within the school.


    ¡°Not too bad.¡± I said while looking at the house from a far. It¡¯s a two story house with a nice balcony up front. It seems to be made of expensive oak wood normally found in the Elven forest.


    In front of the house were a group of people, three boys and two girls.


    ¡°I guess those guys are Enforcers.¡± I mused calmly. Still walking at the exact same pace. One of the girls tapher feet on the ground impatiently, her face formed into a scowl.


    I notice that she have ears on top of her head; fox ears to be exact. She has red hair, slightly taller than me and would be very cute if she smiles.


    ¡°A beast kin.¡± I observe calmly, smile playing on my lips.


    One of the guys were huge and muscly while the other one is thin and wiry,the last boy is wearing a magicians robe and sporting a glasses with his blonde hair.


    The last girl with the blue hair, is giving an aura of a leader must be the captain of the Enforcers.


    She is tall, beautiful and very slender. She wears a white apparel with black sleeves on her arms.


    ¡°I guess. They¡¯re here to give me a formal greeting.¡± I smirked.


    ¡°Took your time to get here!¡± scowled the beast girl.


    ¡°Elbia!¡± warned the girl with the blue hair. She then turned to look at me and slightly smiled.


    ¡°Sorry about that! She always had a bit of a temper.¡± She apologise then continued.


    ¡°We were informed by the head master about the sixth member of the group just an hour ago. We were quite shock, a new first year student got in? So you could imagine our surprise and shock!¡± giggled the blue haired girl.


    ¡°I¡¯m sorry. I guess I haven¡¯t introduce myself yet. My name¡¯s Euphie, the captain of the team.¡±


    ¡°Vectre.¡± I said simply.


    ¡°Captain. This guy looks pretty weak to me.¡± Said the muscly guy.


    ¡°Hmp! I bet he got in because of his parents. I heard he was the son of the Crimson Witch and the general Ryouma!¡± scoffed Elbia.


    ¡°Now now. That can¡¯t be true, I¡¯m sure he¡¯s pretty strong if he was scouted this early by the head master.¡± Interjected Euphie.


    ¡°I¡¯m pretty surprise you let you¡¯re dog bark like that. Shouldn¡¯t you put her on leash somewhere?¡± I said innocently while smiling at Elbia.


    ¡°GRRR!! WHY YOU!¡± Elbia screamed angrily and was about to attack me, bur  Euphie stop her.


    ¡°You really should discipline your pet a little better. She might get herself in trouble for messing with the people she ought to not mess with.¡± I lightly warned.


    ¡°Grr!! If you somehow manage to beat me tomorrow! I¡¯ll gladly become your pet. I pledged in the name of the Fox tribe¡± Laughed Elbia mockingly after she finally calm down thanks to Euphie.


    ¡°You better keep your word pet.¡± I replied.


    ¡°What a weak looking guy like you? You¡¯ll be lucky if you can even get a hit¡± laughed the muscly guy.


    I simply smirked and dashed towards him. Willing my nano machines to boost my strength a little bit, I lightly flicked his forehead and send him flying to the side. Crashing to the nearby tree.


    ¡°Trash shouldn¡¯t talk!¡± I said calmly.


    All of the Enforcers, were shock and wide eyes. Mouth gaping wide.

    ¡°It doesn¡¯t matter. You¡¯re all trash anyway.¡± I said irritated because of their annoying ambush. Most of them arrogant bastards since they¡¯ve been branded as genius by the school.


    Most of them narrowed their eyes and frowned. ¡°Enjoy your day while you still can Vectre.¡± Said Elbia.


    And with that all four of them left except for Euphie.


    She laugh and touch my face seductively. ¡°You peak my interest Vectre Azure. I hope you will be able to win and face me tomorrow." She gives me a quick peck on the cheek then left.


    I stood there frozen in shock, face completely tinted red.

    I¡¯m now inside my house in a pretty good mood. My blood was boiling in excitement and I couldn¡¯t wait for tomorrow.


    ¡°Mia!¡± I called out, summoning her.


    ¡°Master!¡± Mia shouted excitedly as she ran and hug me tightly.


    I stroke her head fondly. And she lightly purr in contentment.


    ¡°Mia! Can you cook us dinner? It¡¯s been a long day and I¡¯m hungry.¡± I said.


    ¡°Right away master.¡± Replied Mia as she ran towards the kitchen.


    I went to my room which is on the second floor near the stairs. Inside is quite simple. A wardrobe to keep your clothes and uniform in, a full length mirror and a King size bed.


    I summon a small nano machine out of my body. I ordered to replicated and make me some clothes for the fight tomorrow.

    ¡°Welcome to all the new students at the Academy. Today is a special day, since not only will we welcome new students but also the new Sixth member of the Enforcer. Now as you all know, there haven¡¯t been a new member added to the team in two years, as no one met the requirements.


    Let¡¯s greet the sixth Enforcer. Vectre Azure!!¡± Brooks announced excitedly as he introduced me to all the students sitting on the stadium.


    The whole place is pack with students of different genders, age and race.


    I jump up on the stage. This is where I am going to prove my strength in order for my authority to be valid.


    ¡°As you all know. Vetcre isn¡¯t a full member yet, until he shows his worth to the students of the Academy! So he will be facing one of the Enforcers and if he defeats his opponent, another Enforcer will battles with him. He will be eligible for breaks after each battle if he ask for it. The rules are simple, if anyone lands outside of the ring or admits defeat he¡¯s lost the match.¡± Said Brooks while explaining what¡¯s going to happen.


    Just outside of the ring, I notice a transparent barrier. ¡°Must be to protect the audience.¡± I thought to myself.


    ¡°So If I beat the captain? Does that mean I take her place?¡± I ask out loud. Hearing my question, most of the students laugh at me mockingly.

    Here I stand at the bottom of the ring while the Enforcers are group up on the opposite side. I could feel the hostility coming from the muscly guy and the fox girl called Elbia.


    The blue haired captain simply wave at me while smiling. While the other two simply said nothing, completely uninterested.


    After the explanation from the headmaster. The battle was finally about to begin.


    I went up the stage donning a tight dark purple suit with golden stripes and long, wrapped sleeves. I wore a cape similarly designed to Zero from Code Geas. I look rather ravishing while sporting the bad guy look.


    ¡°Captain. Let me go first! I want to pay him back.¡± Said the muscly guy in anger. I guess he really wants to pay me back ten-fold.


    I smile innocent at him and gesture a ¡®come-on¡¯ to add insult to injury.


    Euphie nodded and granted his wish.


    He jump on the stage with clench fist. His eyes not leaving me, always staring me down menacingly.


    ¡°Looks like the first opponent of our new enforcer is Rock! Begin!¡± shouted Brooks as he signals for the battle to begin.


    Rock charge at me ferociously. ¡°I¡¯m going to show why Enforcers are top dog!¡± shouted Rock.


    ¡°Enlarge!¡± Brooks activated his ability. His fist grew in size and is the size of a moving truck. Seeing the incoming punch, I raised my hand nonchalantly and stop it a single finger.


    ¡°Is this it?¡± I yawned. ¡°You¡¯re useless.¡± I laughed at him.


    Turning towards the stunned audience and the speechless headmaster. ¡°Hey! Can you stop joking around and bring the real Enforcer. I feel slightly insulted right now!¡± I mock.


    ¡°GRR!! WHY YOU!!!¡± cried out Rock angrily. He pulled his fist back and activated his ability again.


    ¡°Enlarge! HAMMMMEEERR!!¡± he screamed as he smashed his mountain size fist like a hammer towards me.


    I raise up my hand and catch the incoming attack. The attack didn¡¯t even faze me as my strength was and body is enhance by the nano machines.


    ¡°Let me show you how it¡¯s done!¡± I smirk. I bring out a single nano machine out of my body, ordered it to duplicate and transform into a gigantic fist.


    Everyone stare wide eyes as millions of nano machines instantly transform into a gigantic fist. Brooks stood there frozen, mouth wide open. He just couldn¡¯t believe it.


    ¡°NO! NO! NO! IMPOSSIBLE! HOW ARE YOU SO STRONG!¡± cried out Brooks in despair.


    ¡°Come on Rocky. Show me how Enforcers bark!¡± I jeer at him. ¡°Bark! You¡¯re top dog aren¡¯t you!!¡± I scream at him. My blood was racing, I was getting too excited. The feeling of being in control and having everyone''s life at my fingertips ignites my usually hidden desire to dominate and to destroy.


    ¡°Let¡¯s see how a top dog like you cry out in pain!¡± I laugh evilly.


    ¡°NO! DON¡¯T! I¡¯m Sorry!¡± Beg Bruce.


    I willed the gigantic fist made of nano machines to attack. The giant fist smash into Brooks who was trying to get away. I could hear the crushing of bones, I cover my face with my hand and laugh hysterically. This is it! Music to my ears! The cry of despair!


    Nothing gives me more pleasure than crushing an arrogant person¡¯s confidence.


    ¡°HEALER! GET THE HEALER!¡± cried out Brooks in panic.


    The students watching were too stunned to move, an Enforcer was defeated just like that by a first year student. It was a complete one sided match.


    After the nano machine fist dissipated and returned back into my body. The Enforcers members rush to their friend¡¯s side. Rock¡¯s body was flattened into the ground, blood was spilling out of him and he wasn¡¯t moving.


    The healer was about to step into the ring to immediately begin healing the dying Rock.


    ¡°Manifest! Spell Book: King¡¯s Domain. Activate!¡± I chanted. A leathery book immediately appeared in my hand. Activating it cause a surge of information to bombard my brain. The spell was now embedded into my soul, so In the future I didn¡¯t have to manifest the spell book to activate the spell.


    ¡°King¡¯s Domain: Freeze!¡± I chanted. An invisible field that covered the entire Arena was instantly cast. I targeted the healer, students and the headmaster Brooks. Confusion can be suddenly felt as they found themselves unable to move.

    I turn my attention back towards the rest of the Enforcers.


    ¡°Let¡¯s continue shall we? Let¡¯s make things interesting. You can all fight together if you want.¡± I said while smiling at them.


    I summoned a throne and I sat on it while looking at them smugly.


    ¡°WHAT? YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT US WHILE SITTING DOWN?¡± screamed an enrage Elbia. Her red hair was now longer. Strange marks appeared on her face while nine tails were protruding behind her. She was covered in a strange glowing energy.


    The wiry guy is holding a two daggers and lightning was dancing around it. While the mage guy brought out his magic staff, already to fight.


    Euphie stood in front, leading her team. Her eyes filled excitement.


    ¡°She must the battle hungry type!¡± I mused. I simply smiled at them while casually sitting on my floating throne.


    ¡°Vectre Azure. This is the first time that a boy made my heart skip a beat!¡± said Euphie excitedly.


    ¡°Let¡¯s see how strong you are then captain!¡± I replied. I summoned a Yugioh Deck and five cards immediately appeared in my hand.


    I look at my hand to check on what cards I got.


    ¡°Not bad!¡± I smiled, satisfied by the results.


    I have three monster cards and two spell cards. Seeing the six star monster card ¡®Summoned Skull¡¯ an archfiend type monster. I immediately sacrifice the four star monster card ¡®Mystical Elf¡¯ and summoned the Archfiend on the stage.


    The 6ft tall archfiend immediately appeared on the field.


    ¡°What the hell is that?¡± cried out the mage guy.


    ¡°INTERESTING!¡± said Euphie and begun dropping gigantic ice bergs on top of the Archfiend trying to crush it.


    ¡°How many abilities do you have¡± cried out Elbia in despair. As she charge the Archfiend monster, punching it hard on his skeletal body.


    The Archfiend avoided the giant ice bergs but was hit by Elbia¡¯s attack. He was launched backwards but instantly recovered as he unfurled his wings to balance himself again.


    The archfiend was hovering in the air, looking at his opponents with soulless eyes.


    ¡°Die!¡± cried out the thin wiry guy as he used his a skill called Lightning step in tangent with his ability, Lightning. He flash behind the archfiend and stab his lightning daggers at it.


    The archfiend cries out in pain as it was being electrocuted. Enrage the archfiend shrug off the pain, grab the attackers hand and started beating him repeatedly with its other hand.


    After the archfiend was done, the thin wiry guy was hanging limply by the arm still held by the archfiend.


    The battle lasted for half an hour, with the Euphie lasting the longest.


    While I was simply drinking tea on my floating throne, thoroughly enjoying the show.


    I turn towards Brooks, who is still unable to move. Noticing that I was staring at him, he immediately shakes in fear.


    ¡°Did you enjoy the show?¡± I ask him. ¡°I won¡¯t be joining the Enforcers.¡± I told him before leaving the arena. I deactivated my King¡¯s domain and happily went on my way to my compound to where Mia is waiting for me.


    Brooks simply hang his head, while saying nothing. There was silence in the whole arena. Nobody could believe what just happened.


    The Enforcers were insulted, humiliated and defeated by just a first year student. Everyone was scared of the demon called Vectre Azure. Their mood has now turned sour. All except Dean who bet all of his points to Vectre being able to win all of his match.


    ¡°Wohooo! I¡¯m rich!¡± said Dean happily.

    ¡°Why is my body so heavy?¡± I wondered as I could feel something heavy on top of me. I can tell it was still early in the morning, too early for me to wake up. Because of my display of power and my refusal to be part of the Enforcers team. I actually have nothing to do today, which gives me the luxury to sleep in.


    ¡°Master, your so cute when you¡¯re sleeping.¡± Moan Mia erotically. I could feel her breath on my neck. Her breast was pressing on my chest and I find it difficult to breathe.


    ¡°Mia!¡± I complain in a sleepy voice.


    I tried to push her off me but she caught both of my arms with one hand and raise it up above my head. ¡°Master, you¡¯re mine.¡± she suddenly declared.


    Hearing the sudden declaration snapped me out of my half asleep state. But I found myself unable to extract both of my hands from her vice like grip. I could try to overpower her, but I didn¡¯t want to hurt her in the process, so I simply kept complaining hoping she would let go.


    ¡°No! You¡¯re not getting away. I can feel someone trying to get close to you, and it¡¯s a girl. I¡¯m not letting them have you! You¡¯re mine.¡± Cried out Mia stubbornly.


    Her grip on both of my hands tighten even further. ¡°Mia! What are you talking about?¡± I ask. Staring at her craze eyes.


    ¡°I saw that blue haired bitch, staring at you. I can tell that she wants you Master! But you¡¯re mine! No one else¡¯s!¡± said Mia. Her eyes wide and slightly craze.


    Sitting up on top of me, Mia is staring at my face with a slight daze look, she brought up her other hand to my lips and started stroking it lightly. She traced my slightly agape lips with her index finger. Her eyes feasting on my current powerless state.


    I could see the excitement in her eyes as she watch her finger trace my lips over and over again. She lick her bottom lips and smile sweetly at me.


    ¡°Open up.¡± She ordered. Her finger stop directly in front of my unopened lips.


    ¡°What?¡± I mumbled against her finger in confusion. The current Mia was scaring me. Ever since last night Mia has been acting strange. Normally she would be talkative and cheerful but last night after the battle. I came home to find her muttering and was absent minded. I found her staring at me intently last night, it was a bit unnerving so I went upstairs to my room, to sleep early.


    ¡°I said open up.¡± Said Mia in a commanding tone.


    Confuse and slightly afraid by the sudden change in Mia, I obeyed her. Not wanting to provoke her and having to get physical. I am quite fond with of Mia and she has been with me for a long time so I didn¡¯t want to do anything to hurt my precious Mia.


    Having seen that I obeyed her command, she stuck her finger inside and moan slightly. Her eyes half lidded.


    ¡°Now suck!¡± she said in a stern voice. An excited smile dancing on her lips.


    I complied, bobbing my head slightly. Confuse and slightly arouse at the same time. This is wrong, I should stop this but my head is spinning and muddled. I am unable to form any coherent thoughts or even voice a complaint. All I could feel was her finger in my mouth.


    ¡°Use your tongue!¡± she said breathless. Her head tilted back and her eyes shut in ecstasy.


    Having had enough Mia took out her finger and crash her lips against mine. Her tongue trying to through my clench teeth begging for entrance.


    Noticing that I wasn¡¯t complying with her demand, she bit my lips lightly to elicit a gasp from me. Taking her chance, her tongue darted in and wrestled with mine, battling for control.


    ¡°Mmmnnnnn~¡± I moaned out. Mia won the battle and was taking control of the whole thing. I struggled against her wanting to breathe, but she push more of her tongue in, exploring every nook and cranny of my mouth.

    I look up at the ceiling, breathless and shock by the event that just happened. I woke up and was assaulted by a strange Mia who is now sleeping on top of me. Great. I have so many questions but I don¡¯t think I want to hear the answers.

    Understanding then dawned on me but I wasn''t exactly thrilled.

    ¡°BUT IT WAS A PLEDGE USING MY TRIBES NAME! WE OF THE BEAST KIN TAKE OUR PLEDGE SERIOSLY!¡± screamed Elbia in despair.


    ¡°Don¡¯t care not my problem. You don¡¯t have to do what you pledge. Let¡¯s just forget about it.¡± I said exasperatedly. I seriously cannot deal with her right now. I already have a huge problem. And she¡¯s sleeping upstairs.


    I have a feeling it will a bad idea to let Mia see me talking to another girl right now.


    ¡°DON¡¯T YOU THINK I WOULD DO THAT IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE? If I don¡¯t keep my word and my tribe finds out, they will execute me.¡± Cried Elbia.

    I groan, annoyed by the sudden turn of events. ¡°Look. Can we do this next time? Today is just not a good time.¡± I pleaded.


    While looking behind me, straining my ears to listen to signs of Mia waking me up.

    Her movements is slow and groggy, she was rubbing her eyes cutely.


    A breathe a sigh of relief. This feels like the usual Mia that I know.

    ¡°Mnin.¡± She mumbled sleepily.


    ¡°Why was I sleeping in your room?¡± ask Mia.


    ¡°Do you remember anything from yesterday or today?¡± I ask.


    ¡°No!¡± she said sadly. ¡°Feeling bored I decided to watch your battle but I can¡¯t remember what happened after that. How I got home or what I did yesterday, I do not know.¡± Cried out Mia


    ¡°Did I do something bad?¡± she ask teary eyed.


    ¡°Umm. No. You were just acting strange that¡¯s all.¡± I assured her.


    My future suddenly does not look too bright! I suddenly curse all the Gods of this world.

    Brooks Latner is pacing back and forth in his office. His eyes wild in anger.


    ¡°Damn you Vectre Azure! You humiliated me. I will pay you back. I will make you suffer!!!!!¡± giggled Brooks darkly. His hate for Vectre was growing by the minute. Darkness has taken root in his heart and he vowed to not stop until Vectre, his family and love ones suffers.

    Chapter 31- Hidden Agenda


    The sound of a carriage being pulled by a horse could be heard as its hooves repeatedly tap into the floor in a rhythm.


    A man dressed in dark heavy cloak could be seen at driving the carriage. The carriage then stop just outside an ancient temple. The temple was hidden by a powerful concealing spell.


    ¡°Sheol and Abaddon are never satisfied, Nor are the eyes of man ever satisfied!¡± uttered the man. The concealing spell then begins to unravel and turned into a vortex that suck the man and the carriage with him.


    ¡°Oh! Judas you¡¯re back already.¡± Said an old ancient looking man. His eyes were shape like a hawk and his nose shape like an eagle¡¯s beak.


    ¡°I¡¯m sorry Master. Something unexpected happened and the plan was nearly ruined by a brat.¡± Spat Judas. He takes off the cowl that was covering his face only to reveal the familiar face of Brooks Latner. The headmaster of Cloud Academy.


    ¡°What happened!? Did someone find out you¡¯re real identity.¡± said the ancient old man in a displeased tone.


    ¡°No master!¡± said Judas quickly. His appearance has now change into a bald man, His face covered eczema. A medical condition in which patches of skin become rough and inflamed with blisters which cause itching and bleeding.


    ¡°They haven¡¯t found out that Brooks Latner is dead. I¡¯ve been doing a good job impersonating him. The only problem that a brat called Vectre Azure, interrupted my plans. He has humiliated and undermined my authority. With my reputation damage, The Enforcers that I have cultivated might disband and leave the Academy. So I had to act quickly or else the vessels might get away.¡± Chuckled Judas darkly.


    The ancient old man merely nodded. This was a setback but only a minor one. The others already infiltrated the other academies, killed the current headmaster and assume its current identity.


    ¡°Four years has pass since the mission has started. That should be enough time for them to scout strong vessels for Lord Abaddon¡¯s army.¡± Muttered the ancient looking man.


    ¡°How many vessels have you acquired?¡± ask the ancient old man.


    Judas face then transform into a scowl. ¡°Only three. I could not find the other two. Euphie and Elbia.¡± Sad Judas in anger.


    ¡®Useless!¡¯ the ancient Oldman thought.


    ¡°It¡¯s time to call back the others. The spell that the God¡¯s have use many million of years ago is now weakening. Abaddon¡¯s army has been waiting patiently, waiting for a vessel so they could walk once more upon this world and bring in havoc and destruction in Lord Abaddon¡¯s name.¡± said the ancient old man excitedly. A las he been waiting for this for a long time. The rising of the red moon will further weaken the spell holding the Evil God Abaddon in his prison.


    ¡°Soon! This world shall be yours. Our stronghold will be Cloud Kingdom.¡± Muttered the ancient old man darkly.


    ¡°Master!¡± said Judas suddenly.


    ¡°What is it?¡± the ancient old man snap.


    ¡°What are we going to do about Vectre Azure? He¡¯s a genius and a perfect vessel. He defeated five of my Enforcers without breaking a sweat! He is also the son of the Crimson Witch. He is the Crimson Witch¡¯s weakness. As long as we have him, the Crimson Witch will gladly give up her body¡± smiled Judas evilly at his wicked plan.

    When Judas heard that twenty A rank would be dispatch to capture a twelve year old child. He was startled. This was over kill.


    ¡®You¡¯re going to regret humiliating me Vectre!¡¯ laugh Judas with glee.

    ¡°Why are we doing this again? I¡¯m sure you have enough points. You were even bragging about how rich you are.¡± Said Vectre while yawning. He couldn¡¯t sleep last night. The thought of Mia invading in his room again kept him from sleeping. His whole mind was filled with weird scenarios of Mia barging in his room and doing inexplicable things to him. This both filled with him with dread and delight.


    ¡°Because! I want to get stronger. In order to do that I need to practice the skill book that I acquired.¡± Said Dean.


    ¡°And you need me here because?¡± ask Vectre while tilting his head.


    ¡°Just in case that I need you to save my ass!¡± laugh Dean.


    ¡°But it¡¯s so early in the morning.¡± Yawn Vectre once again. ¡°Oh that reminds me. What skill book did you get?¡±


    ¡°Hmm. Nothing special. Just couple of skill book called light armour and light enhancement. Light armour will increase my defence while healing my body at the same time while light enhancement will increase my damage.¡± Answer Dean.


    ¡°But why are we doing a B rank mission?¡± ask Vectre.


    ¡°I always wanted to know how strong B rank monsters are. Besides I have you with me so I¡¯m not really worried.¡± Laugh Dean in a carefree manner.


    ¡°One day you¡¯re going to get yourself killed and that worries me.¡± said Vectre in concern. Manifesting a translucent pill, he handed it to Dean.


    ¡°What¡¯s this?¡± ask Dean. Holding the translucent pill with his index finger and thumb and observing it with squinted eyes.


    ¡°Ever heard of Wolverine?¡± smirk Vectre?


    ¡°Wolvering? Who¡¯s that?¡± ask Dean in confusion.


    ¡°That¡¯s going to be you?¡± laugh Vectre excitedly. He summoned a pill that contains Wolverine healing powers. This way Dean would not die easily and can live a good a carefree life.


    ¡°What does it do?¡± ask Dean while narrowing curiosly at the pill.


    ¡°It will just give you a slight boost in your healing capabilities.¡± Vectre said lightly. Laughing at his friend. ¡®I want to see the look on his face when he finds himself able to regenerate whole limbs in less than a minute.¡¯


    The light element class might have the capabilities to heal but they are severely limited. Regenerating an arm will take them many years of using their abilities.

 Chapter 32- Capture

    ¡°Look! Isn¡¯t that it, our target?¡± said Dean with his eyes sparkling. Watching the B rank monster Steel back gorilla sleeping on top of a sycamore tree. Its skin is made of the toughest metal that even A rank warriors have a tough time hurting them. Steel back gorillas are known for their aggressive behaviour and their speed, especially when they are fighting in a forest where there are lots of trees.


    ¡°Let¡¯s go and say hello. Maybe it will invite us home for some tea.¡± Grin Vectre.


    ¡°Hopefully the gorilla has biscuits to go with tea.¡± Said Dean while licking his lips.


    ¡°Oh yeah. Most definitely.¡± Said Vectre sarcastically.


    ¡°HEY MONKEY! CAN WE COME OVER FOR SOME TEA AND BISCUITS! I¡¯M FEELING RATHER PECKISH!¡± shouts Dean.


    The Steel back gorilla not expecting any visitors to come interrupt his nap, was startled and began to lose its balance and fell of the sycamore tree.


    It growled in rage as it picked himself up and glared at the two boys. It snarled showing his two elongated fangs. It paw the ground with its hind legs, using the ground as friction, it bent both its knees like a spring and charge forward claws first.


    Vectre merely smirked. ¡°Spell Book: Barrier. Activate.¡± Chanted Vectre.


    Immediately a transparent barrier surrounded Vectre and Dean, stopping the Steel back gorilla in its tracks, as it found itself unable to damage the sturdy barrier in front of him.


    Dean then claps his hand excitedly, grinning at the Gorilla.


    ¡°Wow! Look at how huge this guy is. Oh and those fangs, yikes. It looks sharp and pointy.¡± Said Dean in awe.


    The steel back gorilla, enrage at being underestimated especially by two children, smash the compact barrier repeatedly, over and over again.


    ¡°Dean, stand back a bit. I want to try something.¡± Grinned Vectre mischievously.


    ¡®Hmm! Let¡¯s see now. First concentrate and gather the mana into a single point; that would be my index finger. Then keep gathering until you feel that it¡¯s enough, then fire it like you would firing a gun.¡¯


    After ten minutes of trying. Something finally happened. Vectre¡¯s index finger started shimmering, the mana was slowly gathering into a single point, circulating around his finger.


    Feeling that the gathered mana was enough, Vectre got rid of the barrier separating them from the raging ape. The steel back gorilla thinking that the barrier that he destroyed the barrier, grinned from ear to ear and howled as it begun to charge once more.


    Vectre pointed his glowing finger filled with charge mana. ¡°Spirit Gun: Mana Edition.¡± He shouted before firing the gathered mana into the direction of the charging ape.


    A massive beam of light shot out of Vectre¡¯s index finger and hit the steel back gorilla. The Steel back gorilla screamed as it was hit by Vectres attack.


    Dean look shock as he saw the gorilla disintegrated. The beam went through the monster, tearing the earth, trees and anything in its path.


    ¡°Oops!¡± said Vectre apologetically, as he saw the massive gash on the ground and the destroyed trees. ¡®I did not expect that it would do so much damage!¡¯ thought Vectre. Genuinely surprise at the spell that he created. Given that it was derive from the anime ¡®Yu yu Hakusho¡¯.


    ¡°Where¡¯s the monster gone?¡± ask Dean, looking around, looking for the monsters corpse.


    Vectre scratch his head wryly. Whistling innocently while looking at the beautiful blue sky.


    ¡°Aww man! Now we can¡¯t get paid. We don¡¯t have the monster core for evidence that we defeated the steel back gorilla.¡± Sigh Dean, disappointed that he won¡¯t getting the promised 10,000 points.

    Vectre suddenly sense the presence of twenty people heading their way.


    ¡®What¡¯s going on? Could it just be a coincidence that they¡¯re heading this way?¡¯ ask Vectre to himself. His senses alert.


    ¡°Dean. Get ready. Twenty people are coming over here. Judging by their aura, all of them are at least A rank warriors.¡± Warned Vectre.


    His body tense and ready, to cast any defensive spells, if the twenty come with ill intent.


    One by one, they arrive silently, surrounding the two boys from all side. They wore black clothing, that covered their entire body and face, save for the eyes.


    ¡®They look like Ninja¡¯s.¡¯ thought Vectre, observing their every movement, with his enhanced eyes sight.


    ¡°Boss! Which one of them is Vectre!¡± cackled one of them.


    ¡°It doesn¡¯t matter! Capture both of them!¡± ordered a man with a deep sinister voice.


    ¡°I don¡¯t know what you guys want, or who sent you but you won¡¯t live long enough to regret it.¡± Said Vectre coldly.


    ¡°Attack!¡±


    Twenty people simultaneously attack Vectre and Dean.


    Vectre snorted coldly. ¡°King¡¯s Domain: Freeze.¡± He chanted.


    Instantly the whole area was enveloped. In this space, Vectre was the king. No one would be able to harm him.


    ¡°WHAT¡¯S GOING ON?!!!¡± They all cried out in panicked.


    Vectre laugh coldly. ¡°Who sent you.¡± He asked.


    ¡°DAMN IT! I CAN¡¯T MOVE!!¡± the twenty people, struggled to escape the invisible chains, preventing them from moving. Some of them were even stranded mid-air.


    ¡°Answer my question!¡± barked Vectre loudly.


    ¡°HEHEHE you brat! You got us good, we didn¡¯t expect you to be this strong. Damn you Judas, you didn¡¯t tell us about this.¡± The sinister voice cursed loudly accepting his fate.


    ¡°Kill us. Don¡¯t waste your time, you won¡¯t be able to get anything from us.¡±


    ¡°We¡¯ll see.¡± Said Vectre coldheartedly.


    Vectre took out a nano machine of out his body. Ordered it to replicate.


    ¡°Enter their body and enhance there pain receptors. So they feel pain a million times more than normal.¡± Ordered Vectre.


    The twenty attackers eyes grew wide, some of them started shaking as they stared at the replicating nano machine, hovering above them. At once, the nano machines, started entering their body, and began enhancing their pain receptors.


    The attackers gritted their teeth in pain, and braced themselves for the torture of their lives.


    Vectre smirked. ¡°Spell Book: Electrically field.¡± Chanted Vectre.


    Electric field was a weak area of effect spell. At most it would only give you a slight shock, it¡¯s painful but the pain is mostly tolerable. But for the twenty attackers, they would feel the pain a million times more than usual. This would be enough, to break even the toughest man in any world.


    Not being able to die, but feel the worst imaginable pain.


    They didn¡¯t even last a minute as all of them began to beg for their death. They want this inhumane torture to be over.


    Dean close his eyes and covered his ears. He was frightened of the current Vectre. Unfeeling and void of emotion. The ruthlessness in his eyes, and endless void of darkness.


    ¡°I¡¯ll talk. I¡¯ll talk. JUST STOP THIS!!¡± the sinister voice cried out.

    Chapter 33- Experiment


    ¡°Hmm! So that¡¯s how it is.¡± Laughed Vectre wickedly. He looked towards Dean, who was huddled on the floor.


    ¡°Is it over now?¡± Dean called out, voice trembling.


    Vectre did not reply right away, he was too absorbed in the new information, presented by the leader of the A rank warriors.


    ¡°I¡¯m afraid, you made the wrong enemy.¡± Muttered Vectre darkly. He glance sat the leader; the only one left alive.


    ¡°Take over their bodies¡± ordered Vectre coldly at the nano machines still inside of the twenty A rank warriors.


    ¡°NO!!¡± cried out the man with the sinister voice, as he felt, the nano machines, invading his systems and wiping out his consciousness.


    Like a zombie, they stood up in attention, waiting for Vectre¡¯s command.


    ¡°Dean. Go home for now. I¡¯ll be away from school for a little while. Also tell Mia protect my mother.¡± Said Vectre to his friend, as he left with the twenty A rank nano warriors.

    Vectre and the twenty A rank nano warriors, stopped as they neared the ancient temple.


    ¡°According to the information given to me generously by the leader. The ancient temple use as a hideout by the enemy should just be around here. Protected by a powerful concealing spell, it allows it to continue to exist without being noticed.


    ¡°Let¡¯s have fun with this a little bit.¡± He smiled.


    Summoning dozens of nano machines out of his body, he ordered them to create a temporary underground hideout, filled with advance technology, use for creating life forms.


    ¡°Disciples of Abaddon, I will let you feel true despair!¡± cackled Vectre, mischievously.


    ¡°Warriors! Capture as many slimes as you can and bring it here. Be sure to discreet as possible.¡± Ordered Vectre. His hands behind his back, overlooking the empty piece of land where the temple should be.

    ¡°How long will the creation of the new slimes going to take?¡± ask Vectre, facing the super computer, regulating the forming slime core, inside the giant test tubes. The mana around them was getting sucked in, providing the energy necessary to sustain and grow the newly created life form.


    ¡°Just a few more days, Sir Vectre.¡± Replied a computerise voice.


    The gel like skin, was slowly forming around the nucleus; with it as the centre.


    If you look closely inside the core of the newly created slimes, you will notice, how the cells are vibrating at a very high frequency. If anything disturb that equilibrium, it might result in a deadly explosion.


    This was the creation that Vectre, has been working on for the last few days. His plan was to mass produce this exploding slime and send out a dozen of them towards the ancient temple every few days.

    He would secretly sneak in without breaking the spell or alerting anyone, using King¡¯s domain and place this explosive slime inside and watch the havoc that will ensue.


    He achieved this creation by summoning an equipment that could replicate the pokemon¡¯s ¡®Voltorb¡¯ self-destruct ability, extracting it and somehow transferring it to the slime core, was the most challenging task.


    It wasn¡¯t as simple as it was just mixing it together and hope it does well. Vectre had to disassemble, the DNA sequence of the core, then manually assemble and integrate it in the right order. Of course this was done with the help of the super computer which he named ¡®Jarvan the Fourth¡¯ and some super advanced specialise equipment.

    ¡°Judas! JUDAS!¡± yelled the old ancient looking man.


    Judas who was enjoying his time leisurely inside the temple since he¡¯s returned, immediately hurried to attend to his master¡¯s needs.


    ¡°Yes, Master?¡± he ask, lowering his head respectfully, not daring to meet the sinister eyes of his master.


    ¡°Have you heard from anything from Bras?!¡± he ask. ¡°It¡¯s been a week now, and they still haven¡¯t returned with the captured Vectre.¡±


    Judas eyes widened. ¡°Maybe. They still bidding their time, to capture him successfully.¡± Stammered Judas.


    The ancient old man¡¯s eyes turned fierce and he back handed Judas in the face. ¡°USE THE COMMUNICATION STONE! AND ASK THEM OF THEIR CURRENT STATUS! WERE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!¡± the ancient looking old man, shouted angrily.


    Judas, wiped the blood his bleeding lip and obeyed immediately. He didn¡¯t dare say anything else, he could tell that his master was in bad mood.


    Pulling out the small blue stone, with a communication sigil drawn on its surface. He circulated his mana towards the stone and attempted to connect to its pair.


    Communication stones were sold together in a pair. One pair of communication stone, can only connect to each other and nothing else. It¡¯s a popular item all across the world of Fantasia, as it lets people communicate with one another as long as the other person is holding the other pair.


    ¡°Bras! Answer me!¡± called out Judas. He paused for a minute, waiting for the other side to answer, but no reply came.


    He cursed as he stamp his feet in anger.


    ¡°Shit! What is going on? They should have captured that brat by now.¡± Muttered Judas.


    Back at Vectre¡¯s hideout.


    Vectre glanced at the glowing communicating stone at the table. A unfamiliar voice, could be heard, attempting to communicate with the one called ¡®Bras.¡¯


    He glanced at the zombie like warrior, standing on the side. ¡°I guess, they¡¯re looking for you, Leader, or should I say, Bras.¡± Chuckled Vectre.
