《Spinning The Wheels》
Episode #0 - Welcome to Fortune
Episode #0 ¨C Welcome to Fortune
Having just died, Eric Gast should not have started his afterlife by insulting a gamemaster that had limitless control over his existence. Yet this is exactly what happened when he entered [Second Life].
In 2153, one hundred fifty years after the launch of the original virtual world, Second Life, a big shot from the lunar colony bought all the rights of the already long forgotten virtual world and immediately launched his own version. The primary purpose of this virtual world was not entertainment, but perpetual life.
If the Second Life Application was purchased and installed on your personal memory chip, it would automatically back-up every aspect of your consciousness constantly. Upon death, it would transfer the last stable copy into the virtual world, [Second Life], allowing your existence to continue. The perfect way to cheat death for atheists such as Eric.
In 2444, the year that Eric died, [Second Life] was a gargantuan existence. There were countless servers with an equally large number of different themes and settings, providing something suitable for everyone, special snowflakes included.
When you breathe your last breath, the system kicks in and your consciousness is teleported to the server selection world. A NPC is present to guide you through the process.
First the NPC will help you decide on a server. Eric had known long ago on which server he wanted to start. He swiftly said, ¡°[Monte Carlo]¡± out loud. A window showcasing the Monte Carlo Casino during its glory days was displayed in all its splendor.
Filling his days with games of baccarat, poker and roulette, sipping on cocktails, drinking fancy wines, eating gourmet meals, wearing tailored suits and tuxedos, lounging on yachts, watching and betting on the grand prix, entertaining young women in cocktail dresses and driving luxury cars. A millionaire playboy on the French Riviera. After living a life of poverty in the real world, that is the life he wanted to live.
After you select the server, you can alter your avatar. Removing scars, wrinkles and other blemishes, changing the color of your eyes, hair and skin, losing fat, gaining muscle, reduce age. You can even change your sex or race if you desire to do so. Depending on the server that you selected, the options are limitless.
Rejuvenation, increased height, new eye color , new abs, new teeth, new haircut, new outfit, a few extra inches. No unusual choices for Eric.
Finally, you have to confirm the name you wish to use. Your given name is always available, but custom names are unique per server. If your desired name is already taken, you are out of luck. Eric kept his real name.
Eric had selected his server, altered his appearance, chose his name, he was ready. He jumped into the window showcasing [Monte Carlo].
[Maximum Player Amount has been reached. Position in queue: 1240310]
The window didn¡¯t let Eric through. Since the NPC guide couldn¡¯t help him with this issue, he demanded for the presence of a gamemaster.
¡°Greetings. I hope your wait was not too uncomfortable,¡± said the gamemaster.
¡°Uncomfortable? My dream life is three feet in front of me,¡± said Eric, obviously agitated. ¡°I can¡¯t wait for one million people to get tired of my dream life before starting it myself.¡±
¡°One million two hundred forty thousand three hundred fifty-two customers have entered the queue before you did, to be precise,¡± said the gamemaster.
¡°No need to rub it in,¡± said Eric, ¡°Just bump me up the queue already.¡±
The gamemaster told him that there was nothing he could do. That bastard, thought Eric, I have waited for years already. How could I possibly wait any longer?
His discussion with the gamemaster quickly escalated into a fierce storm of verbal brutality, all of the insults coming from Eric¡¯s mouth. It was to no avail, the gamemaster thoroughly refused to bump him up the queue.
[Monte Carlo] was not going to happen anytime soon, but the gamemaster did offer Eric an alternative. Access to a server intended exclusively for inhabitants of the lunar colony.
Eric was overjoyed. You have to understand that it is next to impossible to become a resident of the lunar colony. Only the richest, most famous, most powerful people have the qualifications to live there. Enjoying Second Life with such esteemed characters, how could he not be ecstatic?
A large window, showcasing a pristine cloudscape appeared behind the gamemaster. If heaven existed, it might have looked something like this. Eric was visibly impressed.
¡°You can now enter Fortune,¡± said the gamemaster.
Eric quickly took him up on his offer, afraid that he might change his mind. [Monte Carlo] could wait, [Fortune] could not. Eric quickly said, ¡°[Accept]¡±. The gamemaster left immediately as the window filled itself with text.

¡°That motherfucker!¡±
This is not a world for the rich and famous, this is a server suited for masochists, psychos, thrill seekers and people with a death wish, thought Eric.
Before he could protest the loading process finished.
A force that Eric couldn¡¯t see or resist against, dragged him into the window. The majestic cloudscape that he saw before, surrounded him now. He wasn¡¯t able to enjoy it since the undeniable truth was looming in the sky in front of him.
[Welcome to Fortune]
It took Eric a while to realize that he wasn¡¯t alone.
Thirty feet away from him stood a woman, unlike he had ever seen before. She said nothing, but one glance made it clear that this was no ordinary woman. Her hair was long, wavy, and perfect gold, falling brilliantly over her shoulders. A blindfold hid her eyes, but Eric was entirely convinced that beneath that thin strip of cloth he would have found the epitome of perfection. The piece of white see-through fabric that draped over her left little to the imagination and her cherry lips hinted at an unattainable smile.
This was a goddess.
Next to her stood a massive stone wheel. An intense feeling of dread took hold of Eric when the wheel started to spin at a rapid pace. That wheel will decide my fate, thought Eric. He tried to move, but wasn¡¯t able to.
The wheel slowed down, it was separated in a ridiculous number of spaces, each space held a symbol with an ominous glow. Some symbols were more common than others. He wasn¡ät certain, but Eric thought that he saw the white and green symbols far more often than blue and purple ones.
Eventually the wheel stopped, all symbols stopped emitting light except one. I had no clue what it meant, but it was definitely a coin, glowing bright purple. Gold started raining down everywhere around Eric. He had no clue where it came from, but he didn¡¯t care. I am rich. I am rich. I am rich, he thought as gold continued to pour down around him, forming small hills around him.
As the last pieces of gold landed on top of the huge piles of gold surrounding Eric, the wheel started spinning again. When it started to slow down he realized that the symbols and colors were different from before. The spaces of the wheel showed different kinds of weapons, the symbols often repeating themselves. Eventually the wheel stopped at a symbol of a dagger, glowing dimly with a green color.
A rather common looking dagger materialized in his left hand. This better have some bonus stats, thought Eric. Before he could examine the dagger properly the wheel spun again. This time the wheel was showing pictures of armor and clothes. The wheel stopped at a grey symbol of something which could only be described as rags. FUCK!
When his carefully selected outfit vanished, Eric felt like crying, but he could only watch as it was replaced by a burlap sack that was likely to fall apart at any given time.
Why is it not slowing down, thought Eric as the massive stone wheel spun significantly longer than the previous three times. Let it be purple, let it be purple, repeated Eric in his mind as if it were a mantra. When it finally showed signs of slowing down Eric noticed that all the symbols were showing the silhouettes of animals. The wheel came to a halt, stopping at a symbol of a shark, glowing bright purple. Purple, fuck yeah, thought Eric.

The restrictions on Eric¡¯s body were lifted, but the clouds which he had believed to be solid, refused to carry his weight any longer. As he started falling through the clouds, he noticed that the goddess was undeniably smirking. He couldn¡¯t enjoy this sight for long as he and his acquired wealth entered a free fall straight to the planet¡¯s surface.
Passing through the blanket of clouds, an archipelago of six major islands, several atolls and numerous smaller islets started growing larger and larger as the ground approached. Two of the major islands had smoking volcanoes and the largest of all islands had a bright blue crater lake. The color palette of the archipelago below, gave off a distinct tropical vibe.
Sipping margaritas on the beach, sleeping in a hammock tied between two palm trees, stone grilling freshly caught fish at dusk. That is the tropical experience Eric could have had, but here he was, crashing into sea at terminal velocity. Seconds away from the inevitable outcome, he closed his eyes.
The initial splash went unnoticed by most, but the rain of gold captured the attention of many.
Episode #1 - Gold Rush
Episode #1 - Gold Rush
I am still alive, right? Eric opened his eyes, absorbing the underwater scenery that he had crashed into. He was thirteen feet below the water surface, surrounded by colorful coral, fishes in all sizes and shapes and bright blue waters. Gold coins were sinking straight down towards the bottom everywhere around him. Before he realized Eric was holding several pieces clutched tightly in his hands. He wanted to collect more, but shortness of breath prevented him from doing so.
When he breached the surface Eric saw at least a dozen people nearby, diving for HIS gold. The thought of losing his recently obtained riches to other people infuriated him. Those are all mine!
Unlike the other players busily collecting gold, Eric had no way to store his wealth. He clenched his teeth, keeping his protests firmly locked behind them, burying the desire to fight against these opportunists. He started swimming to shore, hoping to return before these bastards stole everything.
While Eric was swimming to shore, he saw another ten people swimming towards the area where the gold had rained down. Several of these players dragged large bags behind them, they were clearly not in possession of whatever the others used to store gold.
Two miles from shore he heard the first screams. When Eric turned around to see what was happening he saw that the bright blue waters where the gold had fallen were dyed red. Everyone busily diving for gold were now focused on fleeing these dangerous waters as quickly as possible.
¡°I can¡¯t even see it¡¯s level,¡± said the player who had been the first to arrive at the reef. Before he could say anything else he was ripped into shreds by several rows of jagged teeth. Life left the man¡¯s eyes as some of the players finally got a glimpse of what they were facing through the spreading stain on the water.
A handful of players started catching up with Eric. Their swimming speed was several times greater than his own. Behind him more and more players were transformed into dark red stains on the water¡¯s surface. Whatever was chasing them was getting closer and closer.
Fuck, Fuck, Fuck. I can¡¯t out swim it, thought Eric as he desperately swam to shore, dropping the gold coins he had been holding. When a humongous shadow appeared below him, Eric thought his final moment was upon him.
Luckily, the shadow sped forwards, clearly targeting the players who had overtaken Eric. A young female, not older than twenty realized that she was going to be the next snack and took action. She placed her arms in front of her and shouted, ¡°Ice Beam.¡± A rectangular path of ice formed on top of the water¡¯s surface. While continuously casting the spell she started running towards the shore.
The ice had almost reached the white sands of the beach, but the woman¡¯s attempt to reach the safety of shore failed nonetheless. Roughly a hundred yards before reaching her goal, the creature hunting them finally revealed itself in all its glory.
A gigantic shark, easily fifty feet long launched itself upwards through the ice. Even though the ice shattered as if it wasn¡¯t even there, the woman almost made it past. The shark¡¯s tail tip brushed her just under the knees. Screaming more in shock than in pain, she bounced on the ice before falling into the water. It was all over a few seconds after that. Eric caught glimpses of the frantic woman¡¯s form before blood was once again mixed with the tropical water.
Eric knew that he couldn¡¯t possibly out swim this primordial predator and swam towards the path of ice that had remained behind even after the woman¡¯s death. The woman had not reached shore, but maybe he could.
While he was running for his life, two more players were turned into mincemeat. Two hundred yards before the beach, the shadow started heading towards him at full speed. This time the shark didn¡¯t jump from underneath the ice, but leaped at it diagonally from the side, intending to destroy the path completely.
I am doomed, thought Eric as he struggled to maintain his speed. His stamina was running low and he knew that the shark would have no such issues. The shark had properly calculated where he should strike and Eric would have undoubtedly been devoured whole if he didn¡¯t trip over his own feet, falling face forward on the ice.
Pure, dumb luck saved Eric from becoming shark food. As a large chunk of the ice behind him shattered into oblivion, the tidal wave caused by the shark hitting the water propelled the chunk of ice carrying Eric forwards at great speed.
The shark turned around for another assault, but the piece of ice Eric was clinging to for dear life had reached shallow waters. The bloodthirsty beast stopped chasing Eric, focusing on the few remaining stragglers.
Eric remained on top of the piece of ice, reluctantly putting his hands into the water to paddle to shore. When the piece of ice could not get any further, he slid off, crawling from the shallows till he finally felt nothing but sand beneath him.
Rolling onto his back, spreading his arms, he looked up at the sky and started laughing hysterically. I survived, I survived, I truly survived.

¡°What are you laughing for?¡± said a man standing only a few yards behind Eric. Eric struggled to get up as quickly as possible, turning towards the direction the voice came from.
¡°Let him laugh all he wants, it¡¯s not every day you see a newbie surviving the assault of a purple spawn,¡± said a boy no older than twelve.
A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.
¡°Are you serious Max? That was a purple spawn? Fucking hell man.¡±
¡°Who are you people?¡± asked Eric.
¡°I am Maximilian,¡± said the boy, ¡°and he is my lackey.¡±
¡°So¡ What do you want from me?¡±
¡°We came for the gold like everyone else,¡± said Maximilian, deadpan.
¡°So I can stop worrying for my life?¡±
¡°Never,¡± said the lackey, ¡°not in this world.¡±
A lengthy silence followed after the man¡¯s statement.
¡°How many followers do you have now?¡± asked Maximilian.
¡°Followers?¡± asked Eric, clearly confused about the matter.
¡°You didn¡¯t get a message saying that you gained or lost followers?¡± asked the man.
¡°I did,¡± said Eric, recalling the messages from earlier.
¡°Don¡¯t make Max repeat himself. How many do you have left?¡± said the man while raising his voice.
¡°None. I lost all of them when I reached shore.¡±
Maximilian didn¡¯t say anything, but his face couldn¡¯t hide the obvious disappointment.
¡°That¡¯s a shame,¡± said the man.
¡°I don¡¯t understand any of this,¡± said Eric, ¡°Mind explaining it to me?¡±
¡°Let¡¯s go,¡± said Maximilian, ignoring Eric completely. The man nodded at his master. As the pair started walking away, Eric moved forward and reached for the boy¡¯s shoulder. Before he could take hold of it, the man had planted his fist in Eric¡¯s face.
Eric lost consciousness immediately.
When he woke up. The sun had set, two moons had risen and the pair was long gone, but they did leave something behind. In the sand next to Eric they had drawn a massive arrow.
Eric didn¡¯t have a good impression of the two, but he figured they would not bother drawing an arrow to make things harder for him. He rose up from the sand, rubbing his aching jaw. He started walking towards whatever the arrow was pointing at.
Many miles and hours later Eric saw lights in the distance. After having walked this far beneath nothing but moonlight it was a sight for sore eyes. If there is fire, there is people. They must have some food for me.
As he got closer and closer to the lights, he was happy to see that there were indeed people and food present. A wild boar was being roasted above a large fire. The scent it spread caused Eric to salivate.
It didn¡¯t take long before someone noticed Eric. As one might expect, the sight of a man wearing nothing but a burlap sack instantly roused laughter.
¡°Hey traveler, is that the latest fashion in your world or were you blessed by Fortuna?¡± asked a chubby man as he bit down on a piece of roasted boar.
¡°If you want it. I¡¯ll trade it for some boar,¡± replied Eric. The response drew more laughter from the group of what Eric assumed to be hunters.
A man threw him a large chunk of flesh, ¡°Keep it. I have seen enough naked travelers to know what kind of monster you are hiding beneath that.¡±
Eric didn¡¯t hesitate and immediately chomped down on the piece of meat, he was famished. Once the meat had been picked clean he even went as far to break the bones and suck out the marrow.
After his feeding frenzy, Eric finally turned his attention to the group of men and asked, ¡°Where am I?¡±
¡°Fortune obviously,¡± said Lojas, the man who had thrown the piece of boar.
¡°I knew that much,¡± said Eric, ¡°but where?¡±
¡°You are on the beautiful island of Nago, one of the safest and most populated islands of the Gamor Archipelago.¡±
¡°Most populated? Are there any player towns?¡± asked Eric.
¡°I have no clue what player towns are, but Manam is a major trade hub of the archipelago. There are quite a few traveler organizations who have set up base there.¡±
¡°How far is it to Manam?¡± asked Eric excitedly.
¡°Five day walk through the jungle. Two over sea,¡± said Pogar, ¡°We could take you, but it won¡¯t be free.¡±
¡°As you can see, I have no possessions,¡± said Eric.
¡°That dagger would suffice,¡± said the man.
Eric noticed the greed in his eyes, but dying or getting lost in the jungle was not a viable choice either. He was about to accept the offer when Lojas stood up.
¡°We are hunters,¡± said the man proudly, ¡°Not tour guides.¡±
Eric worried that he might have to walk through the jungle after all, but the man spoke out again. ¡°We have already finished the hunt. He can travel home with us .¡±
Episode #2 - Welcome to the Jungle
Episode 2# - Welcome to the Jungle.
What is all this racket, thought Eric as he was rudely woken up by one of the hunters the following morning. He immediately noticed that the camp had been broken up already. The hunters were ready to leave, dragging their spoils behind them on improvised sleds made of palm leaves.
¡°We are leaving,¡± said Lajos.
¡°We are not going by boat?¡± asked Eric.
¡°If we could afford boats, we wouldn¡¯t be here,¡± said Pogar as he laughed, ¡°Why don¡¯t you tell your friend where we are going.¡±
¡°The jungle?¡± asked Eric.
¡°The jungle,¡± answered Lajos.
I am so screwed, thought Eric as he remembered his one and only encounter with nature. A disastrous camping trip in his childhood where he had unwittingly poisoned four people, including the guide.
The first few hours of the trek were uneventful. Occasionally the trio of hunters mentioned things that Eric should look out for, things such as edible fruits, poisonous plants or animal tracks. Most of it went in the one ear and out from the other, but some of the information about plants stuck to Eric¡¯s surprise.
After half a day of walking, the hunters stopped in their tracks. Eric didn¡¯t know what they had seen, but it was obvious that they saw something which worried them greatly. ¡°What¡¯s wrong Lajos?¡±
¡°Egg sac.¡±
¡°Egg sac? Why is that such a big concern?¡± asked Eric.
¡°Since you really don¡¯t want to meet the mother,¡± said Lajos as he pointed at an egg sac which was at least six feet across and housed at least a few thousand orange sized spider eggs.
¡°Holy shit,¡± said Eric, ¡°Are those spiders?¡±
¡°Only if they hatch,¡± said Lajos.
Lajos and Pogar started pouring alcohol onto the egg sac. The chubby hunter, lit a torch. It didn¡¯t take long for the whole thing to catch fire. Thick, black smoke rose up, finding its way through the green ceiling above.
¡°Won¡¯t the mother notice and come back?¡± asked Eric.
¡°Unlikely. They were left to fend for themselves,¡± said Lajos.
¡°That¡¯s harsh.¡±
¡°That¡¯s the jungle for you,¡± said Pogar while laughing.
Two days later the group arrived at a small stream, where they stopped to refill their water supply. The hunters were in high spirits since they had not encountered any danger beside the long forgotten egg sac.
While the hunters were filling their water bottles, Eric squatted behind some foliage to answer nature¡¯s call. Once he finished, he quickly grabbed some leaves and started wiping. He felt something waxy and slimy, whatever he just used to clean his ass, it sure as hell wasn¡¯t a leaf.
¡°That¡¯s disgusting,¡± said Eric when he spotted a small frog, leaping away. Before the incident, the frog was bright green, but now it was mostly brown.
¡°Hurry up traveler, plenty of time to rest once you¡¯re dead,¡± said Pogar.
Why do I want to taste him, thought Eric as he looked at Pogar through the bush.
That was one fucked up dream, thought Eric as he woke up. I would never do such a thing.
When his eyes opened, Eric realized something was amiss. Why is everything so green, why is everything upside down?
He tried moving his arms, but discovered he was unable to do so. He pushed his chin towards his chest, hoping to discover what bound him. What he saw terrified him, he was stuck in a cocoon, hanging high up in the trees. He immediately remembered the egg sac they had burned a few days ago. I don¡¯t want to be sucked dry by a giant spider!
[You have gained 3 followers. You currently have 15 followers]
Huh? When did I gain followers, thought Eric, obviously surprised by the notification.
¡°It seems my little chef is finally awake,¡± said a female who¡¯s voice was smoother than honey.
¡°Whoever is there, please get me out of here,¡± said Eric.
¡°I am afraid, I can¡¯t do that yet,¡± said the voice.
¡°Why not?¡± Eric asked desperately.
The laugh that followed was contagious, and sounded more like an evil cackle than an expression of amusement. When the laughter stopped and the owner of the voice showed herself Eric realized his stupidity. The young woman in front of him would have been every pubescent boy¡¯s wet dream if she wasn¡¯t hanging by a silk thread coming from her spinnerets.
¡°Since I put you in there,¡± the half-woman, half-spider said.
¡°Are you going to eat me?¡± Eric asked, gulping.
¡°That would be a waste,¡± she said.
A waste? What is this thing talking about, Eric thought to himself as he asked, ¡°What do you mean?¡±
¡°I have never met a like-minded chef before,¡± she said.
¡°My Frittata is pretty amazing, but I never prepared anything in this world,¡± Eric said without thinking. Why the hell did I say that? If she says that I am a chef then I am.
¡°I wouldn¡¯t be so sure about that,¡± the arachne said as she lowered Eric towards the jungle floor below.

Eric started to salivate, the multitude of aromas lingering in the air were simply amazing.
Steak, gorgeously rosy pink from the edge all the way to the center with a deep, mahogany crust and a hint of char. Because of its slow cooking, what normally would be a tender steak on its own was now almost buttery-smooth, with the sweet aroma of smoke deeply infused into its surface. If only the fat hunter hadn¡¯t provide the cut, it would have been sublime.
Lajos and Pogar had been turned into equally splendid dishes, creating an extraordinary feast for anyone who enjoyed the taste of human flesh.
Eric knew deep down that he was the one who had slaughtered the hunting party, but this wasn¡¯t what was currently freaking him out. When he looked at Lojas, he realized that he had forgotten to add the mango sauce.
[Your skill in Cannibalistic Cooking has increased. Extra recipes have been added to Eric Gast¡¯s Guilt Free Cookbook, Volume I]
When the message popped into his mind Eric was disgusted. What is this world doing to me? I never wanted to kill those men, I never wanted to eat them.
When Lydia saw Eric¡¯s expression she instinctively knew that he had never consciously intended to prepare this scrumptious feast. This knowledge didn¡¯t stop her from enjoying the now cold leftovers.
The way she ate surprised Eric. He had expected that her delicate features would transform into a nightmarish monstrosity capable of eating everything in a few bites, but he had not expected her to bring out a knife, fork and napkin, following fine dining etiquette as much as was possible in the middle of the jungle. The way she finished all his dishes was almost elegant. There is something terribly wrong with me.
Once Lydia finished her meal she turned to face Eric.
¡°I won¡¯t eat you,¡± she said, obviously thinking, yet.
¡°What¡¯s the catch?¡± asked Eric, realizing that only giant spiders or equally dangerous monsters enjoyed the luxury of a free lunch in the jungle.
¡°You¡¯ll have to continuously satisfy me,¡± she said as she covered his face with spider silk.
With most of his senses locked Eric had no idea where the arachne was taking him. He attempted to count the hours, but after a few had passed, he lost track of time as well. He couldn¡¯t even distinguish between day and night anymore.
Eventually Lydia removed Eric from his cocoon.
His expectations were betrayed when he wasn¡¯t released inside a dark dungeon or cave, but instead on the porch of what looked like a regular wooden house. The dimensions of the house were considerably larger than those of a human house, but that was to be expected considering Lydia¡¯s proportions.
The location was equally unexpected. They were in the middle of a lake. Is it build on stilts?
Lydia used one of her spider legs to push Eric through the open front door. He would have to ask his questions about the external structure of the house another time. The interior design of the house was pragmatic. There was a combined living room and kitchen and one more room which Eric guessed to be a bedroom.
¡°Take those rags off.¡±
Eric looked at the leftovers of his burlap sack which were covered in what he hoped to be dried up blood and had to agree that what remained of his outfit would be impressively pathetic even by a hobo¡¯s standards. He obeyed her command, leaving him naked.
The arachne picked up the piece of clothing with a grimace. It reminded Eric of the face his old neighbor made whenever he had to pick up his dog¡¯s shit. At least she doesn¡¯t have to carry a bag of hot poop around. The thought of Lydia carrying around a bag of dog do instead of his rags brought a smile to his face.
Lydia quickly threw the burlap sack into the lake behind her. After finishing this disgusting, but necessary task she shut the door behind her.
When the arachne pushed him towards what he assumed to be the bedchamber Eric objected, ¡°What are you planning?¡±
¡°I already told you before,¡± she said with a smirk.
Inside the bedroom, there was no bed. There were no spider webs in any of the other rooms, but here the walls, the roof and even the floor was covered with a thick web.
Lydia effortlessly threw Eric backwards against the wall. Even if he tried to run, it would be pointless. The sticky web allowed very little movement.
She can¡¯t mean that, right? No, this has to be a joke. I can¡¯t lose my virginity to a bloody spider.
Eric¡¯s protests fell on deaf ears. Lydia came closer and closer to his naked body, placing both her human hands on top of his chest, digging her fingers into the little chest hair that he possessed.
¡°Mhm-hmm. Athletic, but no strength to speak off. Hopefully your stamina is less disappointing.¡±
[You have gained 2 followers. You currently have 17 followers]
Several hours later, the durability of Eric¡¯s weapon reached zero, Lydia stopped her assault. Her flushed skin did not immediately return to its usual porcelain complexion.
¡°I expected to bite you out of habit after the grand finale.¡±
Eric had not forgotten that he had gotten awfully close to becoming just another skeleton in Lydia¡¯s closet. Her poisonous fangs had been hard to ignore when they were scraping against his neck during coitus.
¡°Why didn¡¯t you?¡±
¡°You¡¯re just lucky,¡± Lydia said, smiling sweetly.
Eric couldn¡¯t resist laughing at the remark.
Murder, check. Cannibalism, check. Reverse rape, check. Sharks, spiders, check. Stuck in the middle of fuck knows where, check. Yes¡ I am quite lucky.
