Reward Selection of non-base race and Mana Manipulation X can manipulate any form of mana by now lucifer is bulging at the eyes he says that this is extremely fortuitous for himself looking through the list of races he found some he liked Demons which gave him resistances to fire and medium attack dwarves that gave bonuses to crafting, fire resistance plus strength bonuses but then he noticed a race that had a golden barrier around its selection it was a monster race but it looked like a humanoid dragon its description was Dragon so the world gods must have given dragons a demi-human form he thought and so he chose dragon as he did so he got to choose his three different forms making some changes to his demi-human form having his scales be pure black like the void with tribal marks in golden with his eyes being a glowing red those changed for all his forms leaving him finishing as he finished it asked him what he wished to be called he only put Lucifer Dark believing it unnecessary after accepting he found himself in an egg he thought Status Str 15 Dex 11 Con 20 Int 15 Wis 19 Cha 20 being in the egg let him think about some things and he thought about what he wanted for his second wish where he wished for magic growth armour and weapon that changed when he did and so he got the immortals growth armour and a draconic looking sword that was put into his inventory Immortals set Devours Blade Growth armour Growth Weapon +1 to all stats +1 to all stats Armour gave a 1 point bonus to his stats but he was not able to equip it till after he hatched and for his third wish he asked for an Evolving passive skill for every time he breathed he would get a stat point and shop credit this used his 3rd wish New Passive skill Just Breath Gain one stat point and shop credit for every time you breathe this skill is upgradable After that Lucifer Decided to Sleep after looking at a message Time till Hatching 2 days

Chapter 01 Lucifer had woken up and found that he had slept for a very long time, as there was only 10 minutes till he would hatch. He had noticed that he had 172,400 Stat Points and Shop Credits. So, while he had time, he looked up potions Health potions in the shop +30 hp for 100 credits. Lucifer decided to buy 3 of them which were distributed with a message. Thank You for your purchase of 3 Health potions. For being the First to use the shop... Title Gained: Discount Shopper Holders - gain 10% discount on 3 further purchases in theshop. When he got out of his egg, he no longer knew where he was and he didn''t know if there was a respawn feature. So, he did not want to die. He immediately started stretching. As the countdown timer hit zero, time did not automatically break him out of the egg for him, so he decided he was supposed to do it himself. He started stretching and moving frantically. Finally, he heard a crack, and he was out the fresh air. It felt good on his scales. Lucifer was hungry coming out of the egg. So, thinking about animals, he ate his egg shells like snakes do, which to his surprise, gave him a level of xp. Level Up! For being the first to reach 50 dex, given skill Lightning reflexes Lv 1 20 mana Per second to multiply reaction speed by 2 ¡°15 to intelligence to raise my mana.¡± he thought. For breaking through 20 intelligence you have gained permanent 10 mana for already acquiring mana manipulation already +10 to Int ¡°And 5 to strength.¡± For breaking through 20 strength you have gained Leather Bag +5 inventory slots. Hp Max 160 Hp Reg 5 per minute Mp 600 Mp Reg 12 per second Now with his stats increased, he felt alot better. Even though he was an infant, Lucifer had picked himself up. Having much better control over his body, he started moving on his four legs. He acquired the skill, Walking LV 2. It just allows him to walk farther and faster without using too much stamina the higher it levels. Lucifer had been walking through the forest for quite some time now when he came across a Rabbit with two horns. It was a ¡°bihorn¡± Rabbit Lv 1. Lucifer didn¡¯t care its was only a Level 1 monster. He jumped on it, and if someone were to be looking in on this scene, all they would see is a small catlike Shape Jump on the Rabbit and then it was dead. Lucifer was given 15 exp. He was hungry, so he cast fireball in his hand and used it to light a fire. He cooked the Rabbit and ate it after skinning it with his claw. New Skill Acquired: Skinning LV 1 - Able to Skin animals for pelts, chances of better pelts increases with skill and level. Lucifer just took the meat and put the pelt in his inventory. He could sell it once he got a human like form, and so off he went walking through the forest. He casually killed any of the squirrels that came in his way each giving him around 10 xp. In total he ended up with 50 pelts. Lucifer checked his log later finding messages. Level Up! Level Up! Acquired New Skill: Devour - Eating Enemies gives a chance for stat points or skills, has to be killed within 24 hours After stockpiling his stat points he decided to eat again. He was worried when he grew larger how he would eat and the sheer amount he would need to eat after. So, he decided to start. While eating it began to rain. It was an unnatural rain, where it was just previously sunny not a cloud to be seen, but lucifer could feel the mana, he was a dragon after all. Lucifer followed the mana back to its source. Lucifer found a group of humans, one stood out above the others wearing a white robe with gold trim. He was chanting in a language that made Lucifer feel like he was in trouble. So, he looked at the man and tried to identify him, but all he could see was his level which was: ????????? LV 35 Class Grand Priest Lucifer had never come across any people yet. So, he had no idea how strong they should be, but he being level 2 had much to fear from this unknown man. So, he put 30 stat pts. to strength, 30 to con, 20 to wis, 10 to Int and 30 to Cha. Lucifer Dark LV 4Class None Xp 0/200 Status Str 50 Dex 50 Con 50 Int 50 Wis 50 Cha 50. Hp Max 550 Hp Reg 30 per minute Mp 850 Mp Reg 22 per second Lucifer felt his body get lighter, yet stronger. As he prepared to fight, he moved around the group, so that he was not spotted. Slowly, he crept forward. He was only a couple feet away from him. When he was spotted, it was too late. He had already started to sink his teeth into the Grand Priest when his teeth met resistance. The mages started casting support spells, and so he couldn''t bite through it so all he could do was launch fire at the mages. Not all the mages were fast enough to stop themselves from burning as they took some damage. Water mages started healing the injured so, he threw 100 to strength and 50 more to dex He needed to be faster, but they were much higher levels than him. He was now able to break through the spells that the lower leveled mages cast. He started burning even more mages. As they burned, he bit each one of them. The blood from each of his kills was surprisingly good to him. Guessing it was just instincts, he continued his advance. He started by running through the weaker mages as they would offer the least resistance. The youngest, being only 27, he bit him in the jugular and he fell dead. All messages were off, so he could concentrate on the fight. He advanced through them till he had gotten to the Grand Priest. The Grand Priest was horrified. His previously smug face is now full of horror. All the men in his group had been slain by a mere LV2 Sure it had grown some levels while fighting, but nevertheless, it should not have been able to overcome level 18 mages with ease. He couldn''t do anything against this monster, but he sure did try he struck the monster with a magic ball of wind pushing it back, but to no real avail. As the monster just shook it off rushing back. It had appeared that there was nothing that could be done. So he forced it off blowing it away with wind. While doing so, he started to use teleport, which would allow him to escape. As the monster got closer, his spell finished and he disappeared. ¡°Damn! The bastard disappeared.¡± Lucifer said to himself. He was furious even with his stats. He was no match for all of them, through the use of Devour and level ups. His stats improved quite a bit. Lucifer Dark Race Dragon??? LV 9 Class None Xp 999/1000 Hp Max 910 Hp Reg 50 per minute Mp 850 +22 mana per second. Status Str 170 Dex 112 Con 50 Int 70 Wis 60 Cha 51 Lucifer decided to continue through the forest. Not encountering someone else, it was concerning. As he thought this he heard a whoosh as an arrow slams into his scales managing to sink into him he finally had gotten hurt. -500 Hp (damage is red) and to his surprise it took a huge chunk of his health out. Lucifer''s vision was going dim. As he was losing consciousness he faintly heard a feminine voice. Chapter 2 Luna Pov After looking at herself for a couple of seconds, she tried to think of all of the things she had on her when she was in the MMO she most recently started. Sure enough, she had everything. She was wearing: a black leather vest with purple highlights, a black leather belt with a steel buckle, black reinforced leather arm guards, lightweight steel forearm guards, a black fingerless leather glove on her right hand, a scaled black skirt, black and purple reinforced leather upper leg guards, and black and purple knee high steel toed boots. Her physical appearance was very catlike, her eyes were a deep brilliant red. Her hair length was about to the small of her back, its color was purple and black, like her armor. Since her race was Cat Hybrid, she had soft fluffy cat ears and a very soft tail. One of the many things she lacked was a helmet and a breast plate. In most of the MMOs she played, she never wore a chestplate or a helmet because she believed it would slow her down way too much. She was naturally way too quick for any sword, axe, arrow, or any weapon for that matter, to hit her. Her main goal in any MMO is to be as unnoticeable as possible. Since she had a longish history of playing MMO¡¯s stealthly (and being a fast adapter), she usually plays as thief, rogue, or assassin and has a reputation for being a criminal. She took a moment to analyze her surroundings. ¡°Luscious green grass, covered by a large canopy of very tall trees, I¡¯m obviously in a forest.¡± She heard a rustle in the bushes. She decided to investigate. She was startled as a large Lv 27 Wolf leaped out of the bushes to attack. With not even seconds to spare, she leaped over the 6 foot long beast. The Wolf looked confused as Luna sat on top of it. Quickly checking her inventory for a weapon, she found out her both of her forearm guards had concealed steel knives. The 10 inch blades appeared in her hands as she back flipped off of the wolf onto a branch in a tree, being so light on her feet the wolf didn¡¯t even notice. She silently waited for the wolf to let its guard down. Then she saw a bright blue glow in the beast¡¯s eyes. The wolf was ¡°scanning¡± for her. She didn¡¯t realize what the glow meant until after the wolf bounded up to the same branch as Luna was on and knocked her off the branch. When she hit the ground, she landed on an upright tree branch, which impaled her chest. Within seconds, the wolf had jumped down from the branch on top of Luna. As she struggled, the wolf aimed for its final attack to rip out Luna¡¯s throat. Luna had little to no time to think and grabbed one of her knives and stabbed the wolf in the chest. As the wolf backed off, Luna noticed the world turned black and white, her vision started to blur as her HP dropped drastically from max to 23 and falling at 1 point every 7 seconds. Blood squirted out of her chest as she lifted her body off of the branch, clenching it in pain. The wolf charged for another attack. Luna fell to ground and as the wolf soared over her and she stuck the other blade into the chest and sliced a giant gouge down the center of the wolf. The wolf died five seconds after it hit the ground. Luna stood up, and not even 6 or 7 steps later, she collapsed, again clenching her chest in agony. Coughing blood, she thought to herself, ¡°I can¡¯t believe I died to that piece of shit dog.¡± An item has been given to Luna Felonious, Pendent of Life. Pendent of Life: when worn, player regenerates HP at triple the amount they currently possess and reduces the amount of time for wounds to heal to 1 minute. New Skill Obtained: Perception Lv 14 - increases detail and distance of sight and requires no mana. New Skill Obtained: Identify Lv 6 - able to look at others stats and identify plants, animals, and element types By now, Luna¡¯s vision was almost completely white and faded, but she had enough energy to open her inventory and equip the Pendent of Life. She noticed as soon as she equipped the pendent, her HP stopped dropping right as she was at HP 1, which was the lowest it has ever gotten in any of the MMOs she played in a long time. The last thing she remembered was a bright red flash of light and then darkness. When she woke up 2 hours later, the blood that covered her before had dried up. The wolf body hadn¡¯t yet started to decay, and after thoroughly washing herself and her armour, she started to cook the wolf meat. After her delicious meal, she stored the meat in her inventory and went on her way. Her way back into the forest to try again. Luna gradually got better at understanding the tactics of different beasts. She worked hard all throughout the night to raise her stats. By morning, her stats had noticeably changed, Luna Felonious LV 22 Class Rogue Assassin Status Str 29 Dex 42 Con 22 Int 30 Wis 17 Cha 25 Hp Max 170 Hp Reg 7 per minute (21 per minute when Pendent of Life is worn) Mp Max 270 Mana Reg 1 per second. Getting no sleep, Luna decided to to take a nap in a very tall tree as soon as the sun rose above the horizon. Proud of her work that night, the animals all feared her. She woke up late in the afternoon and was mesmerized at the beautiful red sunset. She hopped down her tree and decided to traverse to the town of Lynonyx, the Town of the Cat People. When she arrived, all of the villagers spit at cursed at her, ¡°Kill her, kill the murderer.¡± As Luna tried to figure out what the were talking about, a little boy ran up to her and asked her, ¡°Miss, are you going to kill us?¡± Luna looked completely and utterly confused. A woman ran up to the boy, whom Luna assumed was his mother, and held him in her arms. A look of hatred came up on the mother''s face as she yelled at Luna, ¡°Back off, don¡¯t hurt him.¡± Luna¡¯s shocked and confused face turned to a compassionate and caring face. ¡°Come here.¡± Luna said to the little boy.The little boy walked forward with great confidence and bravery. Luna kneeled down and said to him quietly, ¡°Wanna know something? My parents died when I was 11 and I couldn¡¯t do anything to stop it. So, here¡¯s what I want you to do. I want you to take this and only use it when you really need it.¡± She handed him a long piece of white cloth with a long object underneath it. The boy unraveled the cloth and a shiny of lustrous steel gleamed in the sunlight. He looked at her the face of determination as she told him, ¡°Protect your family, they are the closest friends you¡¯ll ever have, and family is the most important thing to fight for.¡± She ruffled his hair and sent him back to his mother. As she picked him up to run away, Luna cried out one more time, ¡°Wait¡­¡± She walked over to the mother and said. ¡°This boy will protect you. He¡¯s the greatest blessing you¡¯ll ever get. Always love him and never give up on him, okay.¡± The lady was in shock and awe when she heard Luna say those words. She nodded and proceeded to leave. The rest of the town was still in a rant. Whatever shop Luna went to, the store owner would be shaking and always stuttering. Luna sold the rest of the wolf meat and a bunch of the animal/beast hides she had gotten the night before and right when she was about to leave a score of soldiers stormed into the village. Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings. The leader of the soldiers commanded that each soldier brought out two citizens. When Luna first noticed all of the soldiers and Cat People in the center of the town, she thought it was just a little ritual that the Cat People did, but the soldiers treated the Cat People more like slaves. Luna figured out what was going on by the way the soldiers were talking and what they were talking about. They were going to kill the forty Cat People in the middle of town and take the village as their own. These were not Cat People, they were Fox People, but not from a particular army. These soldiers were just a small guild looking to be more powerful. One of the people to be taken was the Cleric of the town. He pleaded to the guild leader to spare them and they would do whatever they wanted. The leader refused and said, ¡°You cat people are the weakest of the beastmen races. In my opinion, you should all be wiped out.¡± Luna couldn¡¯t take anymore of the bullshit that was happening, so she decided to pay the guild leader a little visit. ¡°Hey, boss, there¡¯s someone coming.¡± said a soldier. Walking down the street, Luna drew her sword and said to them, ¡°So, you think Cat People are weak and should be wiped out, huh. Well, you wanna find out how we cats really are.¡± ¡°Are you challenging ¡®me¡¯ and my men to a fight?¡± said the leader. ¡°Yeah, I am.¡± ¡°Miss, how about you go home and bitch about life because that¡¯s the only thing women are good at.¡± he and his guild chuckled at his sexist insult. ¡°Oh, I guarantee you, that you won¡¯t wanna miss this fight.¡± One of the soldiers charged at her, but Luna easily jumped over him and sliced at the openings to the skin at the soldier''s feet. This time three soldiers came running at her, but right before they all slashed at her, she vanished. The soldiers were all in a daze as one of them collapsed to the ground with blood flowing out of his neck and mouth. The other two soldiers just looked at each other in confusement. ¡°Where did she go?¡± asked the guild leader. ¡°We¡¯re not sure¡­¡± the soldier stopped in mid sentence due to a sword going through his heart. The other soldier ran to help but got a knife to the neck in the process. Luna reappeared covered in blood. ¡°Archers, ready your arrows, don¡¯t let this bitch get away with this.¡± Luna kept walking forward. ¡°Ready¡­ Aim¡­ FIRE!¡± A large volley of arrows came hurling at Luna at speeds so fast, but with her Perception being so high she was able to see every arrow plain as day. The soldiers were speechless as she dodged every arrow without a single one hitting her. ¡°Archers, fire at will.¡± Luna drew a second sword. Another volley of arrows came hurling at Luna, but with her second sword, she was able to slash at the arrows in mid air and hit them into a different direction. 6 more volleys of arrows came hurling at her and the same thing happened every time. ¡°Are we done with this kiddie play, yet?¡± said Luna. ¡°How are you still alive?¡± said the leader. ¡°Practice, what was that comment about women.¡± ¡°Come at me, I could take you down in 3 hits.¡± ¡°Let¡¯s bet on it, first person that gets down to 60 Hp is the loser, the winner gets bragging rights. Deal?¡± ¡°Oh, you¡¯re so on.¡± Luna stood 15 meters away from the leader. She asked him, ¡°What¡¯s you¡¯re name?¡± ¡°Valkari¡­¡± he replied. ¡°And you are?¡± ¡°Luna Felonious, and because you told me your name, I now know every last stat, skill, and weapon you are using. Ufufufu¡­ some of your info is: Valkari LV 31 Class Tank Status Str 40 Dex 20 Con 28 Int 20 Wis 17 Cha 23 Hp Max 180 Hp Reg 9 per minute Mp Max 240 Mana Reg 1 per second.¡± ¡°Your main weapon is a Khopesh. You hate to lose. You have very heavy armor, and you primarily use defence as your main tactic of battle.¡± ¡°How do you know this?¡± ¡°It¡¯s really quite easy, just pay attention to your opponent, and you¡¯re wearing very heavy armor, which was a dead give away to the whole defence thing. Anyway, let¡¯s duel.¡± She looked fierce standing at the other end of the street. It looked like a scene out of an old western, except it was a world of fantasy and at night. Valkari charged at her for an attack. Luna simply stepped to the right and leaned back like the matrix and dodged his swing. Valkari, now super pissed off, charged for a second attack. Upon swinging his sword, Luna went to block the attack knowing that her blade would shatter against his, but something different happened. When Luna and Valkari¡¯s swords met, Luna¡¯s second sword burst into flames of purple fire and damaged Valkari¡¯s sword enough to make the blade edge useless. With the blade still burning, Luna ran over to a wall to ran up half way, backflipped off and slashed the air in front of her, sending a large ball of purple flames across the center of town, hitting Valkari in the chest, flinging him back at least 15 meters. His Hp dropped to 21 and surrendered. Luna walked over to him, put her sword at his neck and said very quietly, ¡°I¡¯m breaking my end of the bargain.¡± ¡°What do you mean?¡± ¡°I mean this was kind of a sucky duel. You know I¡¯m way more powerful than you, and I don¡¯t think you have the right to live because...¡± ¡°You fool, archers, FIRE!¡± A large volley of arrows came hurling toward her as she jumped up and vanished.
