 An Epilogue Prolog.

    Dietrich presses the red recording button on the screen of his recorder that is located on his left arm.


    ¡°Audio-log #582 recording in a few seconds.¡±


    ¡°Hello everyone, if you find this log, then remember that this one is the last that I was able to record."


    "I will tell my story in this last log, for I probably will not be able to tell it to anyone anymore."


    My name is Dietrich Erhardt, and these are my last words.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°It all begun what, about 27 years ago if I am correct.


    Before it all started everything went well with us humans.


    On earth we lived, then we discovered ¡®phasing¡¯, you can call it warping. But it is not that grand.


    It gave us the possibility to travel in our solar system, but no further, for there was no other solar system close enough to ours. But that did not stop the ambition of us humans. We made a base in space, that was used as a resupply station for our space shuttles that were supposed to fly us humans to the moon, and later to other planets in our solar system.


    Everyone began regaining hope for Terra, formerly called ¡®Earth¡¯ because it was becoming overpopulated and we destroyed the Ecological system piece by piece.¡± (Dietrich)


    *cough cough*


    Dietrich took the last painkiller that he has with him, and pressed the resume record button again.


    ¡°Humans began talking about uniting as one and colonizing the solar system for the greater good.


    HA! Back then everyone believed it, now it¡¯s just some bullshit talk by politicians.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°In 2083 Humans colonized almost all the planets and the moons in our solar system.


    After that various incidents started to happen in Sol, our solar system.


    Various religions started trying to seize power, Dictators got their hands on weapons that would prove catastrophic as result. Pirates and finally the worst enemy of any empire: Corruption, started to infest our solar system.¡± (Dietrich)


    The discovery of phasing led to mayor military advancements and technological breakthroughs. Venus, though small and 2<sup>nd</sup> planet closest to our sun, was inhabited by people that were ¡®capitalistic¡¯ and ¡®democratic¡¯. They were the people that valued freedom and personal worth & value.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°Terra, first inhabited by us, now is inhabited by radical religion supporters and North Korea.


    The north pole melted and because of that the ¡®MSL¡¯ (Mean Sea Level) raised by at least about 50 meters. That caused a lot of panic and death, but that was not the main reason for us to leave Terra.


    No, it was worse. It was something called religion.


    You see, religion is good when used properly, for it gives people to believe in something so that they may continue their lives without thinking that no one is supporting them. It gives people hope, and sometimes it even brings them together to a just cause.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°But religion was misused. Various religious groups rose that used their religion as an excuse to kill each other. Genocide on massive scales. Rape, throat slitting, child murder, public executions, civil war. Those things started to happen before we discovered ¡®phasing¡¯.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°My grandparents came from Sudetenland, a region in south Poland that was first a part of Germany many centuries ago. I never knew how it looked, for I was born when Terra already went to shit. But from what I saw in the high archives, it should have been a beautiful place, free from war.


    But more recent recordings showed public hangings of nonbelievers of various religions. And bloodbaths between two radical groups.¡± (Dietrich)


    *Cough cough! *


    ¡®Crap, it seems the painkiller will not hold the pain for long anymore¡­


    I can¡¯t tell them everything... shit!¡¯


    ¡°When the war started between us and the Jupiter coalition, we found out that beating them with our current technology will be impossible. So we started research on human bodies.


    Human experimentation became a military necessity, for otherwise we would not be able to make our soldiers strong enough to fight the Jupiterian Coalitionists.


    Technology had a lot of breakthroughs, but what we lacked to use it were capable bodies.


    So the military started making breed mothers. Those were woman that were genetically modified to be smarter, have a better condition, stronger, better reflexes and other things. Too much to mention.


    But the most important thing was that they were able to produce good offspring. They produced them at a constant rate so that our Lunar empire had enough manpower to fight against other nations.This story has been taken without authorization. Report any sightings.


    That is when and where I was born.


    I was born on Lunar Breeding facility zero, the most secret and most guarded breeding facility on the whole moon. I only saw my mother a few times after birth, for she had to do things that I do not want to remember.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°After my birth I was taken to my chamber, in which there I was put in a machine that fed me till I no longer needed breast milk. for 8 months I was inside that incubator, after that I was taken out of the incubator and my daily routine started.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°wake up at 6 AM. Shower, brush teeth and eat breakfast in 30 minutes.


    assembly at 6:30 AM in the main hall. Then we greet our special force trainer by putting our right hand on our chest where our heart is located and we say ¡®May your guidance bring us enlightenment, and may your aid make us stronger!¡¯.


    After that we move to our classrooms where we learned a lot of things. Like plant knowledge, animal knowledge, weapon knowledge (Both ranged and melee), survival, medical aid, advanced mathematics, computer knowledge, Engineering, Nano machine knowledge. All of the things that would make us perfect soldiers at the front, behind the enemy lines and in unknown territories.


    At 12 AM we begin our war training that concludes most advanced of things that you can think of.


    Martial arts, Civil and military engineering, Nano engineering, medical support and other things.


    At 6 PM our training ended and we went to the dining hall in which we eat our dinners, talk with other students, ask our mentors if they can explain things to us.


    8 PM was the time where we went to our quarters and went to bed.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°There were a lot of things that happened at Lunar Training Facility Zero, but I do not have a lot of time, so I will leave my youth life be.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°After my training and military successes, and of course my birthright, I was appointed special force commander of the N unit. 50 people under my command, all following my orders without questioning them. Of course we build a bond of trust between us, but that is not important at the moment.¡± (Dietrich)


    As Dietrich continues to record, he once again coughed but this time a huge amount of blood came out. Dietrich realized this is not a good sign.


    ¡°bah. Well, after some battles that happened between the lunar Empire and Jupiterian coalition on mars, my unit found something strange. Ruins of some ancient civilization that possibly inhabited mars eons ago. The Lunar empire immediately sent us to build a perimeter around the ruins, and told us that our best scientists will be coming over to investigate the ruins.


    Everything went fine, although there was a strange atmosphere in the ruins. The walls had strange markings of people in robes throwing fireballs at monsters. There were more markings but that one in particular got my interest. Five years later, after we made the ruins our base, and discovered the majority of the ruins now called ¡®Marthallos¡¯ we started sending lunar colonists to Marthallos.¡± (Dietrich)


    Dietrich¡¯s flashlight flickers, and the room starts to darken.


    ¡®Shit, this is not good¡­ and I still have to tell them a lot¡­¡¯


    ¡°The plague, the one that caused our entire race to go extinct was held in Marthallos. By the time we knew it, it was already too late. All happened when one of the scientists blew up the door to a closed vault. He lost consciousness, and when we saw he disappeared of our grid, we immediately dispatched a rescue unit. But what they found was a monster¡­


    His body looked like it had tumors all over it, clothes that the monster wore were tattered, and the monster screamed and threw itself at one of our soldiers and bit him.¡± (Dietrich)


    *screech*


    ¡®Damn, they must have found out I am still alive¡­


    At least this bunker has 1-meter-thick Unatium door and walls. They cannot enter it, yet.¡¯


    ¡°after that it was just a battle against the inevitable,


    Those mutants, monsters, call them whatever you like. They consumed us one by one.


    First it was the Pluto confederation, after that the Jupiterian coalition and the Venus republic. Earth got consumed after that, and only The moon was left. There was chaos, destruction and death everywhere.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°We were the last ones. Our spaceships were full of civilians and wounded, ready to warp away from this cursed solar system. My unit and I were tasked of holding the abominations at bay in the lunar capital so that the last civilians and wounded could be evacuated. After slaughtering as many as we could, our dropships were arriving, but it was impossible for all of us to evacuate for then the abominations would just kill us off, one by one while we retreated. So I volunteered by staying behind, and I kept those abominations at bay, slaughtering them one after another. Until only I was left.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°After slaughtering all those monsters that were coming at me and confirming that my unit evacuated I holed myself up in the royal Lunar bunker. I scavenged everything I could, and locked myself up in the command bunker. There were bodies of Lunar soldiers in there. They shot themselves through the brain. Time passed me by, and food started to run out. I was bitten by one of those monsters when I was slaughtering them, and got infected. I do not know how much time I had left.¡± (Dietrich)


    ¡°I had only one bullet left in my gun, and the bodies of my comrades started to smell foul.¡± (Dietrich)


    Dietrich¡¯s leg started to release yellow pus out of the tumor.


    ¡®crap, I only got few minutes left I think.¡¯


    ¡°Recorder power running critically low. Saving recording and shutting down in few minutes.¡± (recorder)


    ¡°Well fuck, I guess it¡¯s the end for me. No power, Food and only one bullet left.


    I am starting to feel strange too. I kind of want to taste that soldiers flesh¡­ Crap I have to keep thinking straight!¡± (Dietrich)


    As Dietrich takes his pistol out of his holster on his hip he also pukes a lot of blood, making a bloody mess around him after that, he walks to the black wall in front of him and sat with his back against the wall. with the view of dead soldiers in front of him. A lot of yellow pus starts leaking from his right leg, but he does not mind it. He takes his helmet off with the rest of his power that he has left and drops it left of him. He loads the last bullet into the pistol, and then he takes the safety off.


    The pistol is black, and looks a bit like a desert eagle. It has a silencer and a green dot sight adjustment on it. It has a white eagle on both sides, and under it is written ¡® Veni, Vidi, Vici.¡¯


    Though the old language is already forgotten by many, Dietrich knew what it meant.


    ¡°I always loved reading history books and books that the old Terrans called Novels.


    Most of them were books that told a story about someone that died and got reincarnated in another world where different races and magic existed.


    I wonder if I also am one of those people, that if they die they will get reincarnated¡­¡±


    *Blurgh* Dietrich puked more blood, and this time there was yellow pus in it.


    ¡°damn, I guess I cannot think about it anymore. I really hope that if wishes get granted sometimes, that my wish also will be granted. For I too want another chance in life, on another world.¡±


    There were tears appearing under Dietrich¡¯s eyes.


    *sniff*


    ¡°If my wish gets fulfilled then I promise that I will live better than in this life, and that I will Atleast fight for something more just.¡±


    Dietrich¡¯s hand begun shaking as he takes the barrel of the pistol closer to his mouth.


    ¡°Mother, I am sorry for all the bad things I ever done, and that I never visited you. I am sorry fo- *blurgh*. Bah, I am sorry for not being able to put you out of your misery when you became a monster.


    And dad, even though I never knew you, but even then, thank you for everything that you did for me. You gave me the greatest gift of all. You gave me life.¡±


    As Dietrich¡¯s eyes started releasing blood instead of tears, Dietrich Put the barrel of his pistol in his mouth.


    ¡®I wish I had done a lot of things differently, but it is already too late to change it isn¡¯t it...¡¯


    *Click*


    After that, a gunshot and the sound of a falling body on cold concrete was heard in the room.


    ¡®Ahh... everything is becoming dark; I wonder why there is a white light there¡­ maybe that is death?¡¯

 The Beginning.

    ¡®I feel strange¡­ why can I see Terra? And why the hell am I floating in space? O wait... I remember. I shot myself after I held the monsters at bay so that my unit could escape in a space shuttle. But why am I flying in space?¡¯ (?)


    In a dark space, a white light was seen, the light was light yet it felt a bit dark.


    That light looked like it had the form of a human, yet it did not look like it.


    The being looked at what was supposed to be earth. And then, a big explosion happened close to the being. The being turned around to face the explosion


    But before the explosion reached the being another white form like himself appeared next to him, also looking at the explosion. Then the power and force of the explosion started to go through the two beings, but the beings held place, as if they were supposed to be there¡­


    For billions of years they were there, standing, not being able to do anything great, the two beings just could look at what time did to their solar system.


    They were held in orbit around earth, so they could not escape.


    But that was not everything¡­ as the mysterious power started to surge through them they started to see memories, flashes of the beginning of everything.


    There was a being at the beginning, but he was alone.


    It did not have a name. The being, lived for billions of years alone in the darkness of space. The being could make things, for he was the only one that existed after all with enough power to make things.


    And after training he transcended from only being an immortal to a creator.


    In the darkness, he created space, and after that he made time.


    That person was the creator.


    But after living another billions of years not being able to do anything that the creator did not do yet, he started to feel useless and lonely for everything he made was lifeless.


    So, he decided to take his own life with a special technique he made. He took his own life by making his life force expand to destroy himself.


    After he died, a big explosion happened. But it did not destroy universes, but it did change them because of the life force that freed itself from the creator. And because life force now existed in the universe, it could create new life. But it could not create advanced life forms.


    That life force traveled through space and because it did not have a master anymore it started look for a new one, but without prevail.


    The life force then started to go to planets, and there manifested into semi-sentient elements called spirit. And when life force did come, they became spirits. And they wanted to feel the things around them. So, they wanted to manifest themselves. After manifestation, spirits were unable to go back into their spiritual form.


    They discovered that their physical manifestations aged, and because of that they wanted to create a new body So that they could live on. So, they created sex. Sex in first instance was a power link between two spirits to have enough power to make a new body. But to their surprise, the moment their spirits touched each other, while at the same time the body did. The life force around them begun to stream through them. When the life force streamed through them, it copied elemental power of both spirits, and fused it together in a new body, but at the same time it was already inhabited by a conscious life force.


    Normally each person has a vast amount of life force, but because they have more elements in them, the life force is split between each element of the parents. After centuries, the spirits discovered that the power of the spirits of the same element but different clan canceled each other out. Each element consists of clans which again consist out of spirits of the same element, but different levels. Fire as example has more heat levels, so if you have a magma spirit and low heat spirit, the magma spirit will be form a higher clan while the low heat spirit will be from a lower one.


    Or if you have a water element from a river clan and a water element from the sea element.


    So, the first non-magicians were born. As time passed, more and more power of different clans begun too common themselves, so magicians started to became rarer as time passed.


    One must understand that the percentage of an element decided how fast your cultivation speed in that element would be. For example, if your soul was eighty percent fire and twenty percent earth and you trained in fire you would absorb the life force in the air but you could only use the percentage of your element in your soul, in this instance you would absorb life force in the air (one hundred percent)


    to cultivate your fire, you would take eighty percent of that life force and turn it into your fire element.


    The other 20 percent would disperse back into the air.


    Mages elemental power is influenced by the amount of knowledge they have about the element and how long they train and use the element.


    That was how magic came into existence. It was all linked with the life force of the beings.


    It was much more complicated, but the two beings that saw it could not comprehend it anymore.This content has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.


    A lot of things came as flashing images in front of their eyes.


    Another image started to flash in front of them, Knights.


    Knights are very rare, since they need to have an almost exact amount of each element in their body. The percentage difference cannot be more than 5 percent. How knights cultivate is: they absorb the life force in the air and turn it in to an as equal as possible amount of each element and fuse them together into a new element that is either a light or dark element. The element it transformed into depends on the cultivator¡¯s personality. For example, if the individual has a darker and more ruthless character his element becomes darkness, on the other side if one is righteous and merciful his element will become light. The more the individual behaves towards his element the purer his element is. And because people are people, they could not withstand the unexplainable and created the stories of gods that created each element (humans cannot interact with elements, because the elements are practically extinct). The knights can only use the light or the dark element in their body and apply it on their body like skin or armament.


    Mages can do the same, but only on their body and in the air. So if a mage tries to make a fireball by concentrating his magic in his palm, the magic is outside of his body. If a mage tries to enchant his body, then the magic is concentrated on his body. Mages can be knights, but knight cannot be mages for knights can only enchant their body and armament. Mages can do the same, but they can also cast other elements like fire or water magic.


    After that the image disappeared and the two beings saw the present.


    They saw how life on earth died, after that they saw how the sun expanded itself. But the sun was not the only thing that changed. The planets also changed form. Pluto became smaller and earth became 3 times as big as it was before. Life started again to grow on it¡­


    ¡®Who is that next to me? Did he also see these strange images? Did he also have that feeling of being ripped apart?¡¯ (?)


    But the being just looked at the planet, as if he was concentrating on something on the planet.


    ¡®I should try to also look at the planet, because if that other being is staring at the planet, then there must be something that he is interested in, right?¡¯


    The other being, also started to look at the planet.

    It looked as if both beings were amazed about something¡­


    ¡®This feels so strange, to see everything happen in front of my eyes. It feels just so surreal¡­ everything is happening so fast...¡¯


    The two beings saw the planet come to life again, and how the spirits started to inhabit the planets.

    The spirits that descended started inhabit elementals, and after some time the first biological beings started to come.


    ¡®Why did my planet not have it? How can it be that when I was alive none of this existed?¡¯ (?)


    ¡®That is because all the life force in the universe was sucked through a seal towards another solar system.¡¯(?)


    ¡®What the¡­ now I even start to hear voices in my mind¡­¡¯(?)


    ¡®No, you are just thinking out loud and your mind was unprotected, so I made a link between our minds. You can call it telepathy and don¡¯t worry, it is not dangerous.¡¯(?)


    ¡®You mean that you entered my mind without my permission?¡¯(?)


    ¡®well practically speaking, yes. Theoretically speaking, no. Also, please do not call me you, we will be stuck here for quite a while, so at least call me by my name, Daniel¡¯ (Daniel)


    ¡®Ah¡­ alright then Daniel, Call me Seth. I do not want to be called by my previous name and I kind of like the name Seth. It was the name of a being that brought retribution, and can you tell me what is happening?¡¯ (Seth)


    ¡®Well, do you want the ugly truth or rather some sweet lie?¡¯ (Daniel)


    ¡®Give me the truth.¡¯ (Seth)


    ¡®A long time ago before you and I were alive, there was a race that wanted to reach immortality just like the first immortal, only that was impossible because they did not have the means. So, they built transfer gates on many planets that syphoned the life force of those planets to their planet and prevented it from escaping. But what those dumb nuts did not know is that if they absorb life force from many solar systems they get poisoned by it for they did not know that each planet¡¯s life force is a bit different. If you get to many kinds of life force you get sick and you die, unless you are the immortal himself.


    All the seals were already gone except for one, the main seal that was placed in the ruins in your solar system.¡¯ (Daniel)


    ¡®Are you saying that we originally had that thing called life force but some ancient race was stealing it from us?¡¯ (Seth)


    ¡®Not entirely true, they did take it from us, but did you need it in the end? You and your people grew up on a planet without life force and thus without magic. My people on the contrary did grow up on a planet with magic, although it did not end very well.¡¯(Daniel)


    ¡®So if I get this straight, there was an ancient race that wanted to reach immortality just like that one being that you called the immortal, but they failed.¡¯(Seth)


    ¡®Exactly. And in the end, they went extinct. But what remained was an enormous amount of life force in a tight space that could not free itself. So, what do you think would happen if for millennia life force from all over the universe gets syphoned and held in a small little solar system? An uneven balance, that is what you get... think of it as 2 rooms next to each other with one room almost exploding of the life force contained and the other room almost empty. If you open the door, the seal, then the life force starts flooding through the door till it gets into balance again.¡¯ (Daniel)


    ¡®And who did destroy the door so that everything can get in balance again?¡¯ (Seth)


    ¡®You are speaking with him right now.¡¯(Daniel)


    ¡®That is a joke, right?¡¯(Seth)


    ¡®No, it is not. Why do you think we are floating here in freaking space Seth? It is because we had a very strong soul, At least that is my theory. But when the door opened all that life force started to flood, and by accident it passed through us and I do not know what kind of effect it had or will on us. Well call it fate or whatever you want, we are stuck here for a while, so we should at least get comfortable with it.¡¯(Daniel)


    ¡®How long will we be here?¡¯(Seth)


    ¡®Don¡¯t know, maybe a couple of seconds, or minutes or even few billion years, maybe a few millennia. I do not know, but what I know is that we got a pretty nice seat here to be able to watch this planet change and evolve.¡¯(Daniel)


    ¡®I tried to concentrate on the planet, and then something strange happened... Did you also get that feeling?¡¯(Seth)


    ¡®It seems you learn quick! Well to summarize it in a few sentences, it is like a magical spell that shows you what happens somewhere else. So, as an example, there is one person with a device that records what it sees, and then a lot of people can watch it through another device.¡¯(Daniel)


    ¡®You mean a television?¡¯(Seth)


    ¡®What is a television?¡¯(Daniel)


    ¡®It follows the same principle, one person films it with a camera, sends it up to a satellite, and that then beams it to people that have televisions. And when they want to watch it they turn on the television and they can watch what was recorded through the camera.¡¯(Seth)


    ¡®Amazing¡­. You must tell me more about your inventions, but not now. We should watch what happens on this planet, for if we ever get there, we will at least know the geography and history. And that may change a bad situation into a good one.¡¯(Daniel)


    ¡®I just have to concentrate to see everything on the planet, right?¡¯(Seth)


    ¡®Yes, but mind though that you will not see exact details like what is written in books or what people talk about. You can only see the most basic things like the kind of races that inhabit this planet.¡¯(Daniel)


    After the beings stopped talking with their minds, Seth turned his attention to the planet and concentrated on it.


    He was surprised how it felt.


    It felt like when you fall from the sky. And what he saw made him more surprised. He saw how plants started to grow, how spirits manifested themselves, how they went extinct after giving life to primitive life forms.


    But what amazed him more were the planets new inhabitants.

 Rebirth.

    The being saw how the planet flourished, how new races came in to existence.


    Celestials are born out of the light element, and demons are born out of the dark element. They are basically half spirits, for they are a pure manifestation of their element but it is still possible to physically harm them. Demons get more power by the more people get negative emotions and the celestials get stronger by the more people believe in them.


    An example of evil: Slaughter of villages and leave a few survivors to spread the fear or rape someone to feed on their despair and helplessness.


    An example of righteousness and good: slaying demons and providing food for the poor.


    They are immortal but they average life expectancy is thousand years because they are constantly at war. (there are exceptions)


    There are also daemons, they are often mistaken for demons since they kind of look like them sometimes but they aren¡¯t necessarily evil. They are actually being created similarly to humans, but they store they magic in to different things by creating magic infestations like tails or horns.


    Daemon have the same lifespan like the humans.


    Humans and a lot of other races have magic cores instead of tails/ horns in their bodies and sometimes wings on their backs.


    Elves used to be humans, but they made a contract with wind spirits, this made them physically less powerful but more agile, also they have longer lifespan than humans but had more trouble reproducing, since there are no more wind spirits it is not possible for a human to transform into an elf and they are only born through natural birth. Their pointed ears are a sign of to which wind clan they belonged. Longer ears can mean that they belong to another wind clan than elves with short ears.


    Elves have an average lifespan of twenty-five thousand years. (excluding mages)


    Snow elves are a sub species of elves. They have light attribute added to the wind attribute and have a whiter skin than normal elves/humans. They also sometimes have golden eyes and snow white hair that shows their connection to the light attribute.


    Night elves are also a sub species of elves. They have the dark attribute added to the wind attribute and they also have a bit darker skin than normal elves/humans and they sometimes also have red eye and black hair that shows their connection to the dark attribute.


    Elves get a different skin color when they have a dark/ light attribute because the wind element amplifies their physical changes but nobody is certain why.


    Only humans and elves have a different physical look with light/ dark element because most of them have the wind attribute even when it is just a small portion. Why many races do not have subspecies like the elves is because they do not physically change like the elves do.


    The humans do not have subspecies because they do not find the change in appearance big enough to make them a subspecies.


    Dwarves are connected to earth spirits the same way as elves to wind spirits. Dwarves bodies are more powerful but less agile, also their lifespan is less compared to the elves. Their average lifespan is about a thousand years but in return for that they are more fertile than elves, but less fertile than humans since they even have a longer lifespan (not counting mages).


    Beast-kin are a race that have the same lifespan as a human. But they have a stronger body and less magic capability. This is because they are made of fire spirits that linked them to animals and wanted to have a human form. Tails and ears are a sign that shows that they are beast-kin. Human form is a transformation. If they want, they can naturally transform back into the full animal body they have. But they are officially born in human form, that makes it possible to reproduce with another humanoid individual. They have the same lifespan and fertility as the humans.


    Orcs are beings that are a combination of humans with a link to fire spirits. The orcs are two to three meter tall. They can reproduce with another humanoid species but it is not advised. The orcs have different kind of skin color. Orcs are not green colored with a pig face, as most humans believe, but are actually red skinned and look like humans with sharper teeth to eat meat. They often only eat meat, and the most are actually quite intelligent, even though they love fighting. Orcs do not have any magic capability, but as a compensation for that they have the strongest bodies of all the higher races.


    The average lifespan of orcs is eighty years because they are the only beings that do not use life force. But against this they are grown in five years and will not age until they consume their life force which will happen at an average of eighty years. This happens because they do not consume life fore like other higher races, but burn their own.

They almost look like humans except for that they have gills behind their ears and they also got flaps in their noses which can close the airway in the nose so that they automatically breath through their gills, if flaps are open they will automatically breath through their nose, and then their gills will be closed.

    Most of them can stick water to their bodies and condense it into fins that can help them swim in the water. They can reproduce with other higher races because they are not egg laying beings. Their lifespan is the same as humans.


    Goblins, let¡¯s just say they are mistakes. They do not live long because they lifespan is at maximum thirty years but they breed almost like rabbits. They are just you would expect. Small, ugly, green and have the intelligence of a brick. There are male and female goblins, but they also rape women of other races because the offspring are born better through the higher race and often more powerful than an average goblin or let themselves be impregnated by an individual of another higher race. (they still are dumb as bricks.)


    Monsters. They are animals that learned to absorb life force which mutated their bodies and made their instincts more ferocious. Which is why they are always considered hostile and most of the time they do look like the animal they came from but bigger, stronger, faster etc.

    Like dragons which are sentient beings. They live often in seclusion and do only react to violence brought to them. They can be connected to each element but it is always one element they are connected with the most. The lifespan of the monsters varies a lot.


    Humans are beings that are made of all four elements and may later develop light/ dark elements.


    Humans, I do not have to explain how they look. Their average lifespan is around 200 years (because of the life force). But mages can live longer because they absorb more life force than a normal human could (this also counts for other higher races except orcs (Goblins are not considered a higher race because they are dumb as a brick. Though some believe they are.))


    There are exceptions for some individuals age like some humans that become half celestial. They do age even slower which grants them, depending on their affinity and connection the extra lifespan.


    Karutaijani is are race that does have bad magical capability. They have the same height as dwarves, but do look more human than them. Like their females have a bigger waist and a more feminine voice, and you can distinguish a male from a female much easier. Because of their bad magical capability and affinity, they started to use science to survive. Their lifespan varies a lot because of the scientific changes to their bodies like injecting serums against plague¡¯s, sexual diseases or artificial strengthening of bones and muscles.


    Golems and other kinds of beings made purely out of one element are one of the first spirit manifestations ever. But these are all failed manifestations. Since it was a successful attempt to get an immortal physical body but they lost their sentience in the progress. Only basic instincts survived, that is why they protect themselves and their territory if attacked.

    The two beings that stood there in space and watched Terra change with each moment were amazed by how it happened in such a fast pace.


    Seth, although amazed concentrated again on the planet, and this time he tried to see if there were rules bound to magic. And he was even more amazed that there were consequences.


    If someone uses to much life force, they will burn they own life force which will make them rapidly older.


    That is because every being stores life force in their cores, so if a human that is a hundred years old uses an extreme amount of life force to use it to strengthen their magical capabilities they will shorten their life span which can result in death if they do not start absorbing more life force in the surroundings.


    It is often considered a forbidden technique and many do not know about it.


    If someone uses to much magic he will get mental and physical fatigue, which means he gets headaches, fainting, blood nose, paler skin. Sometimes the veins in the eyeballs pop which blinds the magic user till they have rested properly, so it is not advised to use to much magic in hostile territory. Permanent damages also can occur. Like that their brain will die.


    It is possible to use too much magic but still keep a limit to it so that you will not have permanent damage. It is also possible to expand the limit of your magical capacity if you train properly.


    It will only give you the ability to cast more spells, but it will not make your compatibility clearer with the attributes.

    The two beings that were staring at the planet started to float towards the planet. The speed at which they closed in on the planet increased, and they started descending.


    ¡®Brother, see you soon. And if not soon then see you later!¡¯(Daniel)


    One of the spirits increased the speed at which it flew towards the planet, and disappeared.


    ¡®I hope that Daniel really does not reincarnate as some bastard child¡­ Where should I manifest? There is a forest there¡­¡¯


    Seth started flying towards a big forest further ahead, and disappeared soon in the greenery of the forest.

    In a small open space in the forest lay a little child. That child materialized himself but it did sadly not know that it would hurt a little bit.


    The child tilted his head and looked around him, as if trying to understand where he is and if it is safe to stay there.


    ¡®Hmm¡­ a lot of trees with much variety. I think that if I must guess how tall the tallest tree is then I think 50 meters¡­ most trees are foliage types. There are also trees with strange color patterns. Some trees look a bit blue and some red, and some even have a small color hue around them.¡¯


    The forest around Seth did indeed have a lot of variety, in both flora and fauna.


    Seth stood up, with his child like body, and started to walk.


    He was wearing simple clothes. A black shirt, black socks, black jeans, black underwear and black shoes.


    There was a small breeze and the temperature is mild. There are few clouds floating in the sky, and the sun is shining bright.

    As Seth studied himself while staring in the reflection of the water, in the bushes farther away from him a sound rustling sound was heard. Seth heard it and immediately turned his attention towards it.


    ¡®I have to be cautious, one wrong move and I am dead¡­ I should take one of those stones in this river, and if something happens I can at least use something to defend myself.¡¯


    As Seth picked up a stone, a strange creature appeared from the bushes. It looked as if a wolf was mixed with a fox, and it had a lot of muscle. Brown fur with black stripes in it, showing its teeth of as if he found some delicious snacks to eat. Paws like a dog, and two tails, both brown with black endings. The size of it was a bit bigger than a normal adult wolf.


    ¡°what the fuck? I can¡¯t beat that, not even with a stone. Got to think quick!¡± (Seth)

    Seth turned around, looked in the river and jumped in it.


    ¡®all or nothing, I have to swim; I am not strong enough to fight that kind of monster with this underdeveloped body.¡¯


    The water itself looked perfectly clean, you could see clearly in the water what was swimming in it.


    The river had a medium current, and Seth started swimming to the other side of the river.


    In the river, there were all kinds of fish, normal ones that resemble Earth¡¯s kind of fishes, and complete different types of fishes. One looked like some amphibian fish. It had feet instead of fins. And its color was yellow.


    ¡®I really hope that thing does not like swimming. When I get out, I should immediately search for a shelter, or at least a safe-zone.¡¯


    After being in the river for a few minutes, Seth finally arrived on the other side of the river, and climbed out of it. He looked left and right, and back to confirm if the creature is still chasing it. The creature was nowhere to be seen. So, Seth stood up and started walking again.


    ¡®In front of me there are less tall trees and more clearings. I must watch out for ambushes. Who knows who or what is lying in wait for me. Although I can see some hills further away, I still must be cautious of what may be between them and me.¡¯


    Seth walked as if he was in sneaking stance, and slowly but steady he advanced towards the hills.


    After what may have been a few hours, he finally arrived at the foot of the hills. But he was not prepared for what he saw.


    ¡®How is it possible? Here are those markings again, only this time carved in stone. I can now be certain that this is humanoid made, and not monster.¡¯


    After inspecting the stones closer, it was as if the letter began giving of faint light. Seth started inspecting it and he thought that it was resembling a sentence.

    ¡®I wonder who made it... Well never mind that now. I need to find shelter and some food. Though there is a cave entrance there in the distance, I first need to ascertain myself that there are no hostiles around.¡¯


    Starting to walk to the cave entrance, Seth noticed more carvings on stones that stood along the way towards the cave, but he paid no attention to them for he was looking around to be certain that there are no enemies here.


    After few minutes of walking towards the entrance of the cave at the foot of the hill, he looked inside.


    ¡®There is nobody in here, and it seems that this cave was not used for quite a time, for the torches that hung at the walls of the cave were completely burnt out. There was firewood in the middle of the cave but it was not used.¡¯


    ¡®Lucky me, I do not need to go search for firewood. Now I only need to find food. Maybe there is some food in the cave?¡¯


    Seth walked into the cave, and noticed that it is bigger than he expected. The entrance was 3 around long and 2-meter width with around 2 meters in height, while the interior was around 5 meters long, width and 4 in height. It also had a small opening in the ceiling above the fireplace.


    ¡®I assume that this is some kind of field headquarters. Also, the opening sends away the smoke that the fire makes so that the cave does not become a death chamber, and there is a steady flow of fresh wind here.¡¯


    Seth studied the cave cautiously, for the thoughts of hostiles coming after him may be possible.


    The walls left had a leaf heaps laying there. The right wall had chests laying in front of it.


    After looking behind, him to make sure there are no hostiles around, Seth started walking towards the chests.


    ¡®I wonder what is in those chests¡­¡¯


    Seth tried opening the first of the three chests with his hands though it did not budge.


    Then he tried opening the second one, and it opened easy. In there was a dagger. Green in color of the blade and a black hilt. Its total length was about 30 centimeters, with the blade being 20-centimeter long.


    ¡°A dagger huh, nothing more of interest in this chest.¡± (Seth)


    Seth walked to the third chest and opened it. In it were small bags the size of fists and brown in color.


    He picked up one of the bags, and opened it.


    ¡®This is bread, right? Must be MRE¡¯s (Meal, ready to eat). I hope they have enough nutrients.¡¯


    In the bag were small bread like slices with some green looking jam. It smelled a bit sweet.


    ¡®Sweet¡­ too sweet maybe¡­but I feel my stomach filling up.¡¯


    After eating one of the slices, Seth walked again to the first chest, and put his dagger into a little opening that was on the back side of the chest.


    ¡°let¡¯s see if this chest can withstand some handiwork.¡± (Seth)


    After fidgeting for a while, Seth was able to cut out a piece of one plank next to one of the hinges, enough for his newly found dagger to fit in the opening.


    ¡°Now I just need to cut out the hinges.¡± (Seth)


    Seth started cutting again, and this time he was trying to cut off the two hinges on the back of the chest.


    ¡°Damn, this will take a while. But if the chest is locked then it means that there must be valuable in it, maybe.¡± (Seth)

    One of the hinges was cut out of the wood after some time.


    ¡°Now the other one.¡± (Seth)

    ¡°And now let¡¯s see what my spoils of war are.¡± (Seth)


    After the two hinges fell to the ground, Seth pushed the top of the chest aside, and looked what was in the chest.


    ¡°well, at least it is better than wasted time.¡± (Seth)


    In the chest lay a few meter-long rope, eight bottles filled with red liquid, three bottles filled with blue liquid and one bottle filled with yellow liquid.


    Seth took the rope, and took few sticks from the fire and made a simple drying rack. The rack was shaped in a pyramid form. After that he undressed himself and placed the clothes he had on him on the drying rack, and sat down next to the unlit fireplace.


    ¡°Alright, just as survival classes taught me, 2 dry sticks and some dry grass. Lay one dry stick horizontally and place the grass on it. Then use one point of the second stick to make the fir by rubbing the stick while it is on the grass. After it starts annealing blow weak and slowly until it starts burning. After the small firewood starts burning you can place bigger firewood on it or place the burning wood under the bigger firewood.¡± (Seth)

    After few hours, the grass finally started to anneal, and then burn.


    Seth placed the small burning grass and firewood on the big fireplace, and place one bigger firewood log after the other until it looked like a normal campfire.


    ¡°Finally, it is already pretty dark outside, so I should get to sleep for now.¡± (Seth)


    Seth lay down next to the fireplace, and went to sleep.
