'' where am i?'' this are the first thoughts came to my mind when i gained conciousness. =================================== i dont know how long i''ve been staying in this endless darkness. i only feel cold, its so cold out here, it makes me feel anxious and fearful, why do i felt like this? whenever i think about it, it only leads me to question the reason of my existence. but i guess, im just lonely. while i was contemplating about myself, i remembered a short quote, ''i think, therefore am i'' im confused, i dont really understand where that knowledge came from, but my intuition told me the meaning of that words. its strange, and sometimes, i feel odd. i feel like something is missing about me. i dont know what exactly is it, i just knew ive forgotten something important. ============================= hmmm, its been so long since i became concious. although i said ''long'', i cant really feel time in this place, no rather, there might actually no time in this place. and i realized it just recently, but it looks like my senses are becoming stronger, i can now perceive the void, i can see all around me but at the same time, i cannot. that kind of feeling. even my mind has became sharper. i can think more clearly, unlike before when my thoughts are a bit muddy. ================================= somehow, i discovered a weird mist. i havent realized it until now, but it seems to be every where. i decided experement on it for a bit and discovered that it actually follows my will. i can command it just like a part of myself, ''interesting'' i thought. i then tried to absorb it to what happens, i actually think its reckless, but i did it anyway. Support the creativity of authors by visiting Royal Road for this novel and more. much to my surprise, it actually feel good like a cool sensation of cool water. it even slightly boosted my strength, now i can sense slightly farther in the darkness. whenever i absorb the mist, it feels amazing, like i can do anything, i feel so much confidence on me. ========================== its strange, even though ive been absorbing the mist all this time,. i can now feel my senses spanning widely in this endless void, but the mist is simply endless. i wonder what exactly is this mist? im really curious. ========================== for some reason, the mist absorbtion rate has slowed down. although i can still absorb some of it, it''s so slow to the point that i cant no longer feel it like before. how disappointing, even though ive got used to that feeling while absorbing the mist. now that i think about it i remembered few memories i dont know if its mine or not, it just suddenly came me while i''m absorbing the mist. its a vivid images of a something called human living in a strange world. on that world, there is so called internet where people can quickly gather information and even use it to entertain themselves, interesting . i also gained awareness of myself. according to the memories, there is the concept called soul. its a vessel of spiritual awareness and identity also called information body. when i tried to looked at myself using spiritual sense or what i call it, i saw myself in the form of pitch black colored orb. floating and drifting in this endless void. ''i see, so this is me huh'' i thought to myself //AN: i plan on putting a status window, but i dunno how ._. Prologue 2: Creation *somewhere in the void* ''im bored'' i thought. so i decided to experiment a bit. using my newfound knowledge, im going to create a world similar to that memory, just a bit different. ''hmmm'' after pondering for a bit, i willed the endless amount of mist to gather. i then witness a magnificent spectacle when the mist started moving at the extreme speen and forming into something similar to unimaginable massive hurricane, then it slowly solidified and formed into another unimaginable large black circular dome. ''so this is cosmos'' i stared in awe at my creation. i can feel it, everything within the cosmos. it feels so strange but also natural, like a extention of myself, interesting. and i can also control it, i mean everything within the cosmos with just my will. i immediately feel exhalirated, ''this is fun'' i thought. but for some reason, there is no mist inside the cosmos. i cant understand why. ''what a delemna'' i grumbled. feeling downhearted, i decided put it on hold for now and complete my merging with the memories. =============================== after completely assimilating with the memories, i now understood many things about the world of the strange human, or maybe i should say my world. its still confusing a bit since i dont know if im actually the human or not, so i will just accept him as the previous me. whats more, it seems like the previous me is actually an avid reader. so i received a lot of knowledge from countless books and things from the internet, but for some reason i still dont remember about myself. ''what a disappointment. fumu, nevermind'' when i decided to create the cosmos, i planned to base on the games and fiction that i read and admire countless times before. after some time of pondering what to do, i remembered the word ''mana''. in my memories, mana is nothing but fictional concept. since its interesting to use thae concept of mane, i decided to make it the main energy source of the cosmos. mana in essence is similar to the mist, just a bit more downgrade level, and it can only exist inside of the cosmos. it can never break the barrier that seperate the void outside and inside of the cosmos which is created from the mist. quickly discarding my thoughts, i created a core, the core of the cosmos. this core will be the mana source of entire cosmos. although i said ''mana source'', the cosmos itself dont rely on the core since as i said earlier, it is directly created from the mist. the core is nothing fancy, its just colossal spherical crystal, it will continously generate and passively release mana in the entire cosmos. when im done, i teleported and put it on the center of cosmos. ''kuhkuhkuh'' i laughed like mad scientist in my mind. ''fumu'' now that the matter of energy source is solved, verything is ready. first of all, using mana i created laws, law of time, law of space ,laws of physics ,etc. with it, the foundation is set. next is matter, i created countless multiverse, then next is celestial bodies to form a galaxies. ''whew~'' creating things is easier said than done. its not like the memories of the previous me has a complete knowledge about such thing, so im basically creating things base on theory and experementation. ill just patch it up when something goes wrong, ''haha! im a genius!'' im thought optimistic at myself. This story originates from Royal Road. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there. after the creation of multiverse, i seperated them into 3 realms. the mortal realm , the divine realm and the omni realm. first is the largest realm, the mortal realm. it is the home of countless species of mortals and various immortals. then the divine realm, it is the home of divines (divine beasts, deities and gods) as for the omni realm. it is my home, situated right at the center of cosmos. actually, its just a small dimensional plane. consisting of the core right above the sky shining like a sun, and a small island in the middle of vast ocean. ''then last but not the least!! the creation of life!'' i excitedly shouted in my mind. then i remembered something important. after all ive done, i only remembered it now. ''i still dont have a body'' ''sigh'', maybe ill do it later. now, back to business. i created various lifeforms from the smallest microorganism to colossal size titans. and then i scattered them into the multiverse. but simething goes wrong, they appeared to be mindless. they also dont have the ability to actively use mana. after some time thinking i remembered what im missing. ''soul?'' i thought. ''fumu, so im missing soul, i actually forgot to put a soul due to my excitement'' after gathering some mana, i created a soul. the very essence of identity and awareness. its different from mine though, its colorless and intagible. if i dont have my powerful senses, i would have completely miss it. i made it so that only those lifeform that have enough inteligence can have a soul and gain awareness. ''hmmm, that should be it'' after creating the souls. i created another realm and law of karma, the nether realm. the nether realm, it is where the souls will be process wether they will reincarnate or be punish according to their karma . so there will be 4 realms. then thats it. i tossed the souls in on tge river of souls so that they can fuse on their own. but since i created it base on rpg games. i need blue screen, but i have no idea how to create it. ''well , i''ll just create what i can, as i said before, ill just update it with patch if something goes wrong, fumu'' first is the system itself. i only put basic information on it since i want the senient lifeforms to pioneer the worlds by themselves, and they can get rewards from discovering things, heck they can even name the things they discovered. i enchanted system core directly in the cosmos core. then the system AI. i restricted the AI to have only minimum desires and emotion. since its dangerous to have a corrupt AI. well then.. while thoughtfully looking at the screen, i pondered, ''fumu, i need to create a people to manage this'' i picked 6 sentient individuals among my creation and upgraded them into Primordials, i then gave each of them full authority and resposibility. i also gave them admin status right #1 to the system. they are, Thanatos - Ruler of Nether Realm, full authority over Death Freya - full authority over Life Chronos - full authority over time and space. ( AN: hes limited inside the cosmos ) Alastor - full authority over Creation Erebus - Authority over Destruction Fate - full authority over Fate after giving them the order to manage the cosmos, i telepoted myself outside the cosmos. ''now that its all done, i just need to wait for them to develop on their own. for now, ill need create my own body.'' contemplating for some time, i decided to create my body using the mist. after prepairing myself, i willed the mist to gather. it slowly form a humanoid shaped black substance. ''now, all i need to do is posses it'' prepairing myself, i slowly entered the body, after taking over my new body, i did a few stretching to get use to my senses. "sigh," muttered freya while slightly fixing her sitting position. many things happened and changed ever since then, one of it is the ascension of countless gods, few of them even managed to reached true god. as for primordial. there can only be six primordials, you need to defeat a primordial and usurp their authority to become one. there are two kinds of authority, major and minor. there are only 6 major authority, it consist Fate, Time, Life, Death, Destruction, and Creation, they are the fundamental laws and foundation of the cosmos. as for minor authority, they are countless, and many of them remained undiscovered. a person can only wield one major authority, its the limitation that the system put upon us. however, they can wield minor authorities as many as they want as long as their soul power can handle it. if a primordial died in an unfortunate accident or cause by another primordial, their major authority will be inherited by the person who have the highest mastery over that authority. heck, even mortal can quickly train to become a primordial if given some time to fully master it. as for mastering a minor authority, it can only make someone up to True God. they can never become a primordia no matter how many minor authrities theyve mastered. as for mortals, they have this thing called affinities. they need cultivate it to increase their mastery over it and when it reached high level enough, they can finally ascend to godhood and transform their affinity into authority. some weaker or compatible affinities can be combined to form an even more stronger authority. as for me. i have full mastery over the major authority of life and minor ones like nature, light, beauty and few others. [/align] chapter 2 *MC POV* its been few days since i woke up, theres nothing really major that happened since then. its just a few menial things like training. you might want to ask why im training even though im already overpowered. well its exactly because of that that i started to train. im so powerful that i cant really control it. there was a time when i accidentally a cup when im just trying to drink, or when when broke the doorknob while trying to open the door. thats why its necessary to train. after 3 days of training, im already getting used to new body. also in that 3 days, i also tried using my power. by power i mean ''magic''. since im no longer omnipotent, i cannot do things just by willing it like i used to be. its rather inconvenient but i need to get use to it. its rather interesting, unlike the i use omnipotent mist that can almost do anything, magic has interesting concept. the prequisite of using magic is imagination, you need to imagine the complete image of what you want to do, then use mana to fuel it. it might sounds easy but its not. you need a precise control over your mana along with complete image of your spell. for example, when i created a fire using magic, i just made it by imagining fire then channeled my mana, then it appeared. well, its rather anticlimatic, but thats to be expected since im still a God in the end. it wont be the same for others though. when i asked alice about magic, she told me there are many ways to use it. what i did earlier is just one of them. some people need incantations, some used magic circle or inchantments. they are actually spells created using some kind of magic language that has been saved in system. it was created by God of Creation and saved it. i tried various kinds of magic, varying from the small fireball to gigantic firestorm, i tried several kinds of the famous elements name earth, water, fire, lightning and air. but sometime, i do wonder why they called it at such. even though it should be called Solid, Liquid, Gas and Plasma, and beside fire isnt really an element, i heard about it on chemistry class. well i guess those novels are not accurate after all, what a shame. i also tried to control several different laws, and now im completely convinced im really overpowered. well, if you can completely control the concept of reality and still wont call it overpowered, then what is being overpowered? well thats it, the summary of thing ive done these past few days. as of right now, im currently my office, pondering how to make a body for alice.
