What he didn''t know is that from today onwards he won''t live normally anymore. "Haa~ I''m late!" Panting, Chris finally reached the classroom where his class is. "When you use the code ''echo'' it will show your output on your personal homepage...." the professor of his class didn''t even looked at him when he entered so he hurriedly looked for his seat and sat down. "You slept late again?" The person who asked that is one of Chris''s friend ''Harold Arthur'', he is a foreign student and fortunately the moment the two first talked they knew that they will got along really well, Harold has blonde hair, tall guy, and what Chris can call a ''ikemen'', Harold is pretty much popular to the girls and it''s a plus that he has this dominating aura surrounds him. "Yeah, I played the game that you gave me and I forgot to look at the time" Harold laugh that the professor heard his laugh so he was reprimanded. "Haha that''s so you, so? how was it?" "I played well" "I see" "So? what''s the lesson?" "You know, the basic stuff''s like echo and print with some looping" Chris and Harold''s course has some relations to computer programming so they study PHP and the likes, so when Chris looked at the board he saw something shining so he narrowed his eyes to see if he is seeing right since the board is a hologram, the board has a lot of shiny display but this light he is looking has a structure that looked like a magic circle which made him think if he played too much that he is imagining things right now. "Hmmm~" "What''s wrong Chris? can''t see?" They were in the middle rows so students that has problems with eyesight might narrow their eyes to see but Chris doesn''t have eye problems so Harold asked if there''s something wrong. "Board, there''s something wrong with the board" "What?" "I thought that I''m just hallucinating things but when I really looked there''s something with it" "What''s wrong Chris?" "Can''t you see? there''s a magic circle at the board!" As Chris shouted, all of his classmate including Harold and the professor finally saw the magic circle and the whole thirty students classroom started tobustle. "Oy! What''s that?!" "Eh? isn''t that looked like a magic circle?" The professor tried to turn of the board but the magic circle was still there then the magic circle as if finishing charging, shined brightly engulfing the whole class and that''s the last thing Chris remembered.
Chris didn''t know for how long he is out but thankfully he finally regained his consciousness and when he looked around, he saw that it''s still morning since the sun isn''t really that up yet and some of his classmates were still unconscious butsome of them were now awake and trying to wake up their friends. Harold is one of the unconscious group so Chris picked up himself and walked to where Harold is. "Oy! Harold! Wake up!" Five minutes of trying waking up Harold, Harold finally groaned and slowly opened up his eyes and when he saw Chris''s face so close to him opened up his eyes widely and got up almost immediately, fortunately Chris dodge Harold''s head before he can head butted him accidentally. "Whoa! the hell man! don''t put your face so close to me!" "You won''t wake up no matter what I do so i tried looking for something but anyway thankfully you woke up" "Why?" "Look around you, some of our classmates thinks that we were kidnapped but I say we''re not" Harold and Chris picked themselves up and quietly talk about what happened, Chris''s explained to Harold that they might have been transported to another world which that they got put down in a forest and while he was trying to wake up Harold, Chris tried some things that can be done when you got transported to another world just like in some novel that Chris read, and what he got is this status page just like some game where you can allocate points to your designated stats but sure Chris still din''t know it if it is allocating or automatically updated but when Chris is explaining this things to Harold, Harold was somewhat disbelieving in what Chris''s saying so he tried Chris''s method by just thinking ''Status'' in his mind then after thata blue panel showing Harold''s status, of course he got surprised that he shouted and were looked by some of his classmates but he recovered immediately and asked Chris what is happening.The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement. Hearing the ruckus, the two looked and saw that someone is summoning fire with their hands and playing with it and as the people saw it they exclaimed by the scene and they all started to look at their skill more seriously. "Well, we got a walking torch so no problem with the lights here in this forest" Chris said amusingly. "Haha Chris! we''re the warrior types so we might not be able to use magic" Harold said while sighing. "Shut up, so what are we going to do?" "Well, were in a forest so why not hunt?" "With what? we have nothing in our possession right now" "As you can see, we have jobs and skills so might as well question the others if they have craft related jobs right? just like the games we played" "You''ve got a point, then you do it since that''s your idea" "I''m planning on it already" Harold then one by one asked all of their classmates if they have craft related jobs but some of them rejected Harold and didn''t answered him. ''It''s not like he wants to see your whole status idiot'' Chris thought while watching Harold, fortunately Harold finally found a person who will do the job and it''s a girl with a white hair and a cute face but her body is a little lacking especially the chest area. When the two were nearing Chris''s line of sight changed into Harold and asked. "She got the necessary skill?" "Yeah! "Harold, what''s with the ''I''?" Before Harold can answer ''I don''t know'', Cathy cut him off and explained the skill herself. "W-well it says, it can level up and when it leveled up I can create more complex and powerful items" "I see, then what items that you can make now?" Chris asked. "I can only make blunt weapons for now and some round shield" Cathy informed. "Harold, you have the confidence to wield blunts and crush monsters? if there is some" Chris asked. "Well, I played baseball when I was a kid so I have a slight confidence but I might start practice swinging first" Harold said. "That''s fine, Cathy will you make me a round shield and a round shield?" Chris asked. "Yes but what would you use if for?" Cathy asked while tilting here head. "Well, we don''t have anything to eat so Harold and I thought that we might as well hunt some wild game since this is a forest and we might see some edible fruits to clench our thirst" Chris said informing Cathy. "I see, I didn''t thought about that but what about the materials I''m going to use?" "Harold, what''s your plan?" "What do you need Cathy?" "Well, some fallen branches can make do since we don''t have equipments to cutthe short trees" "You won''t do the hard way crafting, like sanding the surface?" Chris asked. "Yes, since just using the skill will make the item almost instantly" "Yosh! Chris let''s find those branches" Harold excitingly said. "Fine" Chris said while sighing. Harold and Chris separated to get more branches than they are together and for 30 minutes of looking into some shrubs and bushes, the two returned with a bundles of fallen branches and gave it to Cathy to turn it into weapons. "It''s getting late, Cathy hurry up so that we can hunt already and leave some of the branches so that we can make fire" Chris said while frowning. "Night in a forest is scary isn''t?" Harold jokingly said. "Yes! I''ll hurry it up!" While the cute craftswoman is busy the two man decided to sit beside her , that''s when the people asking why did they returned with some scratched and branches. ''These people are idiots aren''t they?'' While Chris is thinking bad things about his own classmates, Harold explained what they were planning just like what he did to Cathy, the people started to get excited while thinking that they''ll hunt with the skills they got. So while the people ask Cathy to make them equipments to, Harold told them that they should look for some fallen branches so that Cathy can use the material so that Cathy can make them some basic items, the people were fast to understand so they hurriedly looked for some branches and when they came back they looked like Chris and Harold, full of scratches by looking everywhere they can. "Harold, Chris, your equipments are done you can hunt now although I don''t know if it''ll do it but please use it well" Cathy said while smiling. "We''ll use it well! let''s go Chris!" Harold enthusiastically said. "Yeah let''s go, I''m starving I won''t let any escape!" Chris said while frowning. "Good luck you two!" Cathy happily said while still focusing on her job to make items. And so the two set off to hunt food. Chapter Two: Day 1 Chapter 2: Day 1 Entering the forest, Chris is at the front and Harold focused his senses to his surroundings. Bringing their backpacks, the two began to harvest that looked like edible like mushrooms, herbs, and fruits. Chris reminded Harold that they do not need to enter the forest deeply for now and that they need to set a perimeter and scot so that they know they are safe for the night. ¡°What do you think?¡± Chris asked questionably. ¡°Good plan, let¡¯s do that¡± Harold said. Thirty minutes of searching, the backpacks of the two are now half full of unknown. Fortunately, the two finally saw a group of five bunnies but the weird thing is that the bunnies has a two meter horn protruding on its forehead and their fur is crimson red. The two startled at what they are seeing has started to regain their bearings, Chris instructed Harold to wait to strike and that Chris will go lure them one by one. ¡°Roger that¡± Harold said. Focusing, Chris started his plan slowly so that the bunnies wouldn¡¯t notice him. Fortunately not long enough, one of the bunnies separated with its group to do its business but what surprised Chris is that it¡¯s coming to his place where he hid so he signal Harold to get ready. The bunny stopped on it¡¯s track seemingly noticed something but with its little brain, the bunny dropped the subject and continued its way to Chris. Chris thought that this bunny¡¯s instinct is weird because it seems to notice him but still continued its way to him so he started to be suspicious and focused all of his attention to the bunny. The bunny found its spot to do its business and Chris waited to finish its business but after the bunny finished, Chris swinged his blunt weapon that looked like a baseball bat to the bunny but after he swung his blunt weapon, the bunny was gone and fear has started to crawl its way to Chris so he put up his shield and once again focused his all to his surroundings. While Chris is panicking, Harold saw that the bunny escaped Chris attack so he as well focused, Harold knows that the bunny¡¯s aggro is focused on Chris so he waited for the bunny to attack Chris and since Chris¡¯s job is ¡®Guardian¡¯ Harold has the confidence that Chris will withstand one blow from this bunny. Thankfully after so long, the bunny finally attacked Chris with it¡¯s frightening speed and its hor pointing at Chris¡¯s chest so Harold started to speed up as well to catch up to the bunny but the bunny is faster and one step ahead of Harold, the bunny reached Chris chest but Chris didn¡¯t know but he felt his left hand with the shield to raise instinctively with a little grunt and protected his chest. ¡®T-this is [Cover]!¡¯ Chris said while relieved that he blocked the attack of the bunny. The bunny bumped the shield and felt light headed but with this Harold catched up with the bunny and Harold swinged his blunt weapon just like Chris¡¯s with the pose of hitting a baseball while sliding to the bunny. ¡®[Slash]!¡¯ Harold said in his mind. The blunt weapon hit the bunny and it let out a soft shriek and flew a little arc then hit the trunk of the tree, the bunny twitched a little for a while then stopped breathing its last breath. The two successfully hunted one rabbit. Feeling tired from their hunt, the two walked slowly to the dead bunny so that the other bunnies won¡¯t notice which they let out a sigh of relief because with all of that ruckus the other bunnies didn¡¯t notice anything and focused eating grass or playing with each other. When the two reached the dead bunny, they were surprised that its body is still intact but thankfully its eyes were devoid of life which guaranteed it¡¯s death. Harold picked up the dead bunny and wrapped it with a large leaf and put it to his back pack, thankfully the bunny was large and can supply the dinner for three people so the two started to walk to their base slowly. On their way back, Harold told Chris that he levelled up to two and all of his stats raised by five. Chris was not surprised because early on while walking, Chris opened up his status but he didn¡¯t levelled up like Harold which made him go through a conclusion that last hit kill is a rule and that they were not treated as a party so Chris thought that he¡¯ll explore his game like elements they got back to their base. The two finally returned to the base and saw that Cathy finished doing her job so when she saw the two, she ran to them with sparkly eyes and asked. ¡°Did you two got something?¡± Cathy asked. ¡°Y-yeah¡± Harold stuttering. ¡°Just one bunny but enough for us three¡± Chris said. ¡°Great!¡± Cathy said happily. After the talk, cathy told the two that her skill levelled up too after using her skill non-stop to create items for all of their classmates but Cathy also told them that some of them were mages and archers which mage didn¡¯t need the item and the archer were useless for now since they can¡¯t even lift the blunt weapon. ¡°So? What can you create now?¡± Chris asked. ¡°Hm~ I can create hammers and mace now but the materials here would downgrade the weapons¡± Cathy said grudgingly. Cathy told them that if she used rock, some vines and the wood from the branches, the finished product would looked like some prehistoric weapons and told them that it seems like some of their classmates decided to leave this place and see what¡¯s out there but some of them also said that they should remain here and wait to save them which made Chris twitch his eyes and thought. ¡®What are they? Harold showed and gave the bunny with the horn protruding on its forehead to Cathy which surprised her and told to Harold. ¡°Harold! Your so lucky you know that?¡± Cathy said excitingly. ¡°Yeah I know hahaha¡± Harold said laughingly while touching his waist ¡°I can make a blade with this bunny¡¯s horn but i need three more so i can make you the basic longsword¡± Cathy said. ¡°You¡¯re sure?!¡± Harold said while exclaiming. While Cathy affirmed Harold about her making a longsword, Harold ran to where Chris has gone to test his experiment then told Chris what Cathy told him and with this Chris¡¯s eyes sparked and Chris told Harold that they would hunt the bunnies tomorrow since the sun is setting and that the moon has started to show which would make them in disadvantage. After Harold agreed to Chris¡¯s suggestion, the two started to rest and Cathy who Harold left ran to them and told them that what should they do to the bunny, Chris told Harold that he should look for a person who has a job that has a relationship to skinning a monster but then before Harold agreed, Cathy told them that there¡¯s this person that has a job called ¡®Hunter¡¯ but this person started to panic from the start and seems like no one is speaking to this person since this person looked like useless. While sighing, Chris told Cathy to bring him to this person. ¡°There she is¡± Cathy said while pointing to a person who is curled up like fetus while shaking and muttering things. ¡°Her?¡± Chris said under suspicious. ¡°Yes¡± Cathy said. Chris was surprised because his person was a girl and that this person was his ex-girlfriend named ¡®Elise¡¯ she has a soft blonde hair, a body that you can compare to models, and a pretty face, Elise has a confidence that rocks the world but now that confidence was gone like it was fake from the start. Chris slowly walk to her place but when Elise saw Chris nearing her, she let out a loud shriek and run to the forest which surprised Chris so he shouted to Harold. ¡°HAROLD!! WE NEED TO CATCH HER OR SHE¡¯S DEAD!!¡± Chris said while worrying for Elise. ¡°Got it!!¡± Harold said losing his carefree air. ¡°W-wait!¡± Cathy said while losing the sights of their backs. The two rushed to chase Elise but even Harold¡¯s level stat, Elise was one step ahead of Harold and Chris at the back trying hard to catch up to the two. The forest was composed of short and tall trees, bushes and shrubs, weeds all over and protruding roots from the trees. This obstacle was hard for Chris and Harold had it slightly easy but Elise was moving like this obstacles where nothing to her, running, jumping through the roots tuning swiftly, this made Chris thought of the fight they had with the bunnies where he instinctively activated his [Cover] skill which seems like is happening right now to Elise. Twenty minutes of chasing, Elise finally lose her stamina and started to slow down but Chris and Harold¡¯s stamina were far worse but they still run through willpower, fortunately Elise stopped and looked at the two and it seems like with this chase she regained a little of her composure. ¡°W-why are you chasing me?¡± Elise asking dubiously. ¡°Why are you running?¡± Chris sain while chasing for air. ¡°W-what?¡± Elise said surprise is showing in her eyes. ¡°Let¡¯s go, come back to the base, I have something to ask of you¡± Chris said. ¡°NO! I DON¡¯T WANT TO!¡± Elise said while shouting. ¡°Don¡¯t shout! You¡¯ll alert the monsters!¡± Chris replied with some fear on his voice. ¡°Elise, come let¡¯s go back and Chris and I will protect you so don¡¯t worry¡± Harold said with a gentle voice. ¡°You don¡¯t have to worry and you can tell us what happened why you became like that¡± Chris said while sighing. ¡°Really?¡± Elise asked while tears roll down from her eyes. ¡°Yes, we¡¯ll protect you so let¡¯s go, night has come and we might have attracted some monsters while we were chasing you so we got to slowly return¡± Chris said with slight confidence in his eyes. ¡°Okay¡± Elise said. With this conversation, Elise followed the two and night has started to creep to the woods, Chris and Harold is starting to get hungry and Elise quietly following, thankfully Chris left markings to the trunks of the wide trees that they passed through and that they evaded some bunny monsters that seems like this place is their territory and that means that this place is low level which made Chris and Harold let out a sigh of relief. Three people finally reached their base and thankfully safe and sound, Cathy seems waiting for them to return walked to them anxiously asking. ¡°You all alright? No injuries?¡± Cathy asked. ¡°No, we¡¯re all fine just some scratches¡± Harold said smilingly. ¡°I¡¯m glad¡± Cathy letting out a sigh of relief. ¡°Where¡¯s the bunny?¡± Chris asked. ¡°T-that is¡± Cathy stuttering. Cathy told them what happened when they chased Elise and that some asshole threatened her to killing her if she didn¡¯t give the bunny that Chris and Harold hunted which made Chris furrowed his eyebrows and Harold is still smiling but his air has noticeably changed from gentle to dominating then the two walked to the three people that robbed their food which Cathy pointed at. ¡°They changed too fast¡± Cathy said while amusingly looking at the backs of the two. ¡°Well, they¡¯re stomach was making loud noises on our way back which made us scared shitless. I¡¯m Elise by the way¡± Elise said while introducing herself. ¡°Oh, I¡¯m Cathy! Nice to meet you!¡± Cathy said. Elise¡¯s mind seems to recovered when she was looking at the back of the two when they were travelling back to this base with confidence which made Elise mind to calm down and quietly pondered and when they came back the old Elise finally resurfaced back. While Elise was thinking of these things, Chris and Harold reached the three people who were laughing and cheering that they finally got food which they stole, this made Chris and Harold¡¯s anger boiled for more. Harold touched a man who looked like thirty years old but really this man is only twenty but looked like an old man, when this man turned and looked at Harold, he saw Harold¡¯s smile which made the man¡¯s body twitched. Harold¡¯s fist was fast, the man who received the punch didn¡¯t know what happened because with just one punch he fainted and when Chris saw this he came to conclusion that the man who fainted was a magician or a archer. Next, Chris stood in front of one of the man who is still stunned to what happened to his friend looked slowly to Chris, then Chris said. ¡°You really had the balls to steal from us haa~¡± Chris said while frowning. ¡°W-what?¡± The man said. But before he continue what the man¡¯s gonna say, Chris¡¯s shield touched the man¡¯s temple and flew, unlike the first man who has fainted from just one punch from Harold, this man was just a little stunned and started to shout incomprehensible things to Chris like ¡®You¡¯re dead bitch!¡¯ ¡®I¡¯ll kill you!¡¯ but didn¡¯t charge to attack Chris so Chris took the initiative and attacked the man. This move made the man lost his reasons and finally charged at Chris with a punch so Chris used his skill. ¡°[Cover]¡± Chris said. ¡°Gah!¡± The man looked surprised. After the man met the shield, Chris didn¡¯t use his blunt weapon still and just moved his shield to the face of the man. Chris attack reached the man¡¯s face and was stunned again, and when stunned Chris punched the man and the man fainted. When Chris run around, Harold finished the other one and was looking at Chris with smug on his face. ¡°What?¡± Chris said. ¡°Well, those moves were beautiful¡± Harold said while smiling. ¡°Let¡¯s just get the bunny and let Elise skin it¡± Chris said while walking to where the bunny is. The surrounding people were surprised at how the two moved like that and overpowered the three man which made them feel fear from the two, Chris and Harold didn¡¯t bother the gazes they got from their classmates so Chris picked up the bunny while Harold explained to the people why they did that which made the gazes softened a little. Chapter Three: Day 2 Chapter Three: Day 2 ¡°That was brutal, you two almost one shot-ed them all¡± Cathy asked while smiling. ¡°It¡¯s fine plus it¡¯s to show them that we¡¯re not that easy to bully¡± Chris said calmly. ¡°Hahaha really, that was some fluid movement back there Chris¡± Harold said while laughing loudly. ¡°Shut up¡± Chris said then looked at Elise. ¡°What?¡± Elise said noticing Chris¡¯s gaze. Chris explained that he wants Elise to skin the bunny but when Elise said that she¡¯s still at level one, and that one skill of Elise¡¯s is called [Ensnare Shot] which after she shot an arrow she can trap the target for two sec depending to the target. This made Chris¡¯s expectation to drop ¡®Then, why is she so nimble while running in a forest? Is it a passive skill? Sighing, Chris again asked Cathy if she can make a dagger from the bunny¡¯s horn. ¡°Yes, the skill listed the items that I can make and fortunately dagger is one of them¡± Cathy said. ¡°Good, then make a dagger for Elise¡± Chris said. ¡°Thank you, Cathy¡± Elise said. ¡°No problem! We¡¯re both girls so we need to take care of each other¡± Cathy said happily. ¡°Just asking, Elise do you have some experience on how to use a bow?¡± Chris asked. ¡°None¡± Elise answered. ¡°I see¡± After hearing it, Elise just smiled to Cathy and Chris quietly picked a place to sit and Cathy put the branches with some dried leaves at the bottom and light it with Harold¡¯s lighter. As for the bunny, Cathy made a stone age hammer and Harold used it to crush the skull of the bunny to get its horn. No one in the group was surprised but the gore from the bunny¡¯s scattered brain made the two girls flinched a little. After Harold crushed the skull of the bunny, he bent down to pick up the horn then gave it to Cathy to make the dagger for Elise.. Cathy took the horn and turned it into a dagger then gave it to Elise. Seeing this, Chris instructed Elise to try skinning the bunny as a test for his experiment. Elise followed Chris¡¯s instruction without a question so Harold gave the headless bunny to Elise and after a minute or so, Elise started to skin the bunny but to her own inexperience on skinning, Elise¡¯s skinning technique showed her clumsiness and ruined the fur but none of that matters since all they need to do is get the meat and cook it. Twenty minutes later, Elise finally finished skinning and cutting the meat. Harold made a makeshift pig roaster and put the pieces of meat in a branch then rolled the handle to cook the meat. So the group decided to find a river and they might get lucky that if they follow the river down they¡¯ll finally discover civilization and they can finally rest easy. Before the group set out to their journey to find water source, Chris wanted them to check their progress. Elise gained the skill [Throw] and a stat called , this made the group to have a light atmosphere since one of them is now stronger, Harold gained the skill [Sword Mastery I] but no additional stat, Cathy well didn¡¯t really had the time to do anything since her job is mainly in production side, and finally Chris gained a skill called [Shield Mastery I] just like Harold¡¯s. The group explored the forest and finally saw a different monster that looked like wolf but its appearance do have the basic wolf in it but there¡¯s bones erected in its back and its fur were blue plus it releases water magic which made the group to feel more exhausted to the point that they can¡¯t fight another wolf or a bunny, but the one thing that the group can be happy with is that their level rose continuously. Elise with her new skill and stat made her more indispensable since she can accumulate damage while the two boys were busy taking its attention or trapping it so that they can have a slight breather or attack at the fullest, Harold with his new skill has deeper understanding on handling a sword and knows where to strike, Chris tried different things like provoking the wolf or the bunny by shouting countless of insult and was surprisingly effective, Chris used all of his skill to defend Elise if she gathered the attention of the monster while doing damage to it or he will use his [Shield Bash] to stun the monster for two seconds and all of them in that short amount of time will do damage to it. As for Cathy, she started to copy Elise by throwing rock instead of daggers so she can catch up to them and not be a burden but at first she really was a burden since she kept messing up with their timing and such but the others know that she is trying her best to help so they didn¡¯t mind it but instead helped her to get kills, especially Elise, she tried helping Cathy by advising how to time her throw so by the time the group heard a water splash, Cathy has grasped the method on how to throw and her timing is greater now. All in all, the group¡¯s teamwork is working well. ¡°Guys! Chris found the river!¡± Cathy shouted. ¡°Where?!¡± Harold replied. ¡°Just by the place we rested last night! C¡¯mon!¡± Chris said. ¡°Let¡¯s go!¡± Elise said with her eyes gleaming. ¡°Hahaha! Water at last!¡± Harold said while laughing. For them to find the river, the group split up their team as team one composed of Chris and Cathy while team two is composed of Elise and Harold but the two teams didn¡¯t really gone too far to each other they were just separated for ten feet. Its clearly a chimera, Chris thought and he thought that they¡¯ll be dead soon too, the whole group is fucking terrified at this point but when Chris looked carefully, it was injured. One of its wings were torn, its fur is full of slashes, holes, burn, and with some frost, one of the chimera¡¯s eyes were shut, and one hind leg was cut off. This made Chris nervousness decrease slightly and ordered the group in [Whisper] mode that they should move back slowly and told them that the chimera is seriously wounded. When the group received the order they regained their wits and also carefully looked at the chimera which made them lose some of their nervousness just like Chris but as they started to move back slowly, the chimera while laid down, raised up its paw and swing it to the group then a three wind blade coming for them, the one wind blade hits Harold¡¯s left shoulder which made him cry in agony since his left shoulder was cut off entirely, Chris raised his shield and used the skill [Cover] to protect Elise then pushed her away since she is in the way of the second wind blade but his shield was broken as the wind blade reached and contact with it then the wind blade continued its path to Chris but thankfully the weakened wind blade of the weakened chimera was weakened once more by Chris¡¯s shield and skill so Chris got out with a long slash on his chest which let a lot of blood gushes out of his chest, this made Elise scream loudly and ran to Chris¡¯s side crying and Chris coughing out blood, as for Cathy, well she¡¯s safe as the wind blade passed just by her and she is not moving because she lost consciousness standing as she saw Chris got done in by the wind blade. The place was surrounded by crying, coughing, and shouting because of pain, and when the chimera saw this, it just let out a snort then returned sleeping like the humans in before it were lower than ants. Elise was angry and furious, she wanted to go charge the asshole chimera but before she can do that, Chris held her arm and looked at her eyes as if saying that don¡¯t do it. Harold lost his consciousness from the pain and left out bleeding from his left shoulder. As Chris and Elise felt their demise in this place, they heard a voice. ¡°You damn chimera! I just lost you and then you started hurting people again! I¡¯ll kill you this time!¡± A young man voice. ¡°Hajme wait!¡± A girl¡¯s cute voice followed. ¡°Mou~ wait for me too!¡± another girl voice appeared. After the voice said some things, three figure landed before Elise and Chris, a young boy whose age is like 17 or 18, a young girl whose age is close to 17 and a girl who has bunny ears on her head that also looked like 17 years old appeared. ¡°Kaori heal them up first, me and Shia will finish this bastard first¡± the young boy said. ¡°On it!¡± The cute voice girl that seems to be called Kaori replied. ¡°Roger~!¡± The bunny girl named Shia also replied. As the two rushed towards to the chimera, the chimera also tried to stand up and fight the two fast figure, Elise can¡¯t keep up with their speed and they trashed around the chimera really easily like they¡¯re just playing with it. As Elise was watching this spectacular scene, the girl named Kaori reached them then asked Elise. ¡°Do you have any injuries?¡± Kaori said. ¡°H-huh?¡± Elise flabbergasted said. ¡°I¡¯m here to heal you guys so stay put okay?¡± Kaori said in a gentle voice. ¡°O-okay¡± Else agreed but still in shocked in what she is seeing then fainted since she know that their group is safe now. The chimera was having a hard time fighting the boy and girl duo, its injuries is getting worse and not for long the chimera who Chris¡¯s group scared the shit out of them died in the hands of these kids. Kaori healed the whole group just to be sure, Harold¡¯s lost left shoulder has now reattached to his body, Chris¡¯s large cut in his chest is now close and his breathing is now back to normal, Cathy¡¯s face is now peaceful, and finally Elise is asleep deeply. ¡°Kaori! How are they?¡± The boy who has white hair and an eye patch on his left eyed questioned Kaori. ¡°Un, all done Hajime¡± Kaori replied. ¡°Good then let¡¯s leave I already got the chimera¡¯s carcass¡± The boy named Hajime coldly said. ¡°Eh~? From the moment Elise woke up, she felt hunger but she don¡¯t even know what to do since they are in a establishment that they didn¡¯t know. Chris isn¡¯t waking up and either Harold, Cathy is still staring at Elise like some idiot. The last time Elise remembered was that, the group was saved by a group of three youths but forgot their appearance and names but still even though she forgot their figures, she still remembers that they killed the chimera that almost killed her group. ¡°What? Harold wears a plain green leather clothes that looked like t-shirt but stitches can be seen in his sleeves, he also wears a leather pants. As for Cathy, she wears a cute white one piece silk dress which complimented with her hair and made her looked like a kid with innocent face looking around the town, and it definitely don¡¯t have defensive properties but just to cover their naked bodies. The two were like father and daughter which gathered soft gazes to their surroundings, and after walking around the town and asking people the directions, they finally reached the central plaza which they can buy food to fill up their bellies. The central plaza was a place where different people gathered, there are stalls, peddlers, buyers, different kinds of shops, and at the centre is a big fountain that has a tower on the center of it and on top of it water flows then goes down to a circular which filled with water. The town people are full of vigor, children runs around the town playing, different beauties showed up, the elderlies has smile all over their faces, the young women and men gathered at the fountain to meet up with their love, housewives doing their housewives thing, their husbands leaving for work, one can see adventurers everywhere, and the shops were always full of customers, you can feel that the people here live a good life. While looking around, Cathy saw a food stall that sells a skewered meat that looked really delicious with its aroma and juicy appearance, so Cathy dragged Harold into that stall to try the food. The two were not disappointed and ordered more to take out so that they can bring it back, after for thirty minutes of scurrying here and there, Cathy and Harold finally returned to the inn. Thankfully no other clich¨¨ event happened on their way back, like thieves saw their gold and want it for themselves that would made Cathy and Harold to show their prowess and trash the thieves, which would definitely won¡¯t happen since only Harold is the fighter and they didn¡¯t brought weapons with them which is an idiot thing to do. The inn was called ¡®Gino¡¯s Inn¡¯, it¡¯s a cheap inn but with good bed and furnitures. The inn is composed of mainly wood but with some metals here and there, it¡¯s pretty normal But thankfully it didn¡¯t happened, so Cathy and Harold entered the room where Chris and Elise were, but what they saw in the room when they entered was that Elise is hugging Chris while crying. This made the other two to be surprised since from the start, the two were like cold to each other and didn¡¯t really talk but when Cathy and Harold looked at each other, the two gazes meet and understand that something must have happened and that they didn¡¯t need to ask about it. Then they hugged each other for a while until the door opened up and the other two who had gone to get food arrived and saw them hugging, so they separated immediately then Chris blushed a little but Elise has her whole face dyed red.
