He was deep asleep during the transformation of his body and so was clueless with whatever happened after he fell asleep. Those with no affinity can only strengthen their body and become knights where as people with affinity can cultivate and once They have attain Demi-god realm this plane or the dimension is unable to hold to their power and so they ascend to Astral dimension. As I think harder something clicks in my mind and a word comes up ¡®Cosmos¡¯. What is cosmos? The cosmos is universe considered as a system with an order and pattern. Cosmos is the law and order. Now I know the answer to my basic question, the source of mana and qi. These both energies are a branch of energy of the cosmos that is the cosmic energy. Cosmic energy is the life force that is existent everywhere. It is present in the cosmos, between the galaxies, the molecules and in the space. It is essential to maintain the order of life. What if I cultivate in cosmic energy. No it¡¯s not the answer I am looking for. If there is order which is represented by cosmos then there is disorder that represents chaos. I laid him next to me and was caressing him when he held my finger. I was smiling when everyone approached us and that was when I saw him opening his eyes. His eyes were blue unlike the purple eyes we had. As he opened his eyes completely his eyes started to shine and a loud thundering boom was heard from outside. The palace shook badly. Everyone was holding onto their ears due to the loud booming noise when something unbelievable happened. His eyes and hair completely changed. His eyes turned golden in colour and his hair turned silvery green. I was happy beyond words. It seems gods have blessed my baby. He was crying so I fed him and after that he fell asleep. She approached me and asked if she could take a look at my baby. I allowed and she took my baby in her hand and I could see a light flowing from her to my baby. Ashura was preparing to test out his spells and techniques unknown to the commotion that was happening in the royal court. King was informed of another monster horde attack and currently was in discussion with his ministers, mages and saint knights. According to the information a large group of monster horde of class 3-8 were heading towards the continent from the ocean and would reach the continent in 1 day. A class 7 beast was equal to a king ranked mage. The demon continent altogether had around 20 King realm mages and 3 saint realm mages. But the main problem was that the number of class 7 beast was no less than 100 and apart from that there were 5 class 8 monsters as well. Class 8 monster meant that they were far stronger than Saint Realm mages. It would not take long before the monster horde will destroy the whole continent. Right now the only thing that can be done was to evacuate the continent and as it was impossible to evacuate such large number of citizens the important ministers and younger generation were being evacuated. King and queen decided to stay and face the calamity and they decided that rest of the royal family would go to central continent and would return back when everything was settled. The king ordered the maids to prepare everything and to inform Ashena, Pluton and Ashura of the danger and evacuation. After Ashura reached the sea region he saw thousands and thousands of monsters coming towards his direction. He gave a light chuckle and came in front of those monster beasts. After seeing him all the monster started growling and came running towards him. Ashura slowly lift his hand and pointer a finger towards the horde and said ¡®Netherworld flame fury¡¯. A flame black in colour like an abyss started generating on his finger and then he shot it towards the horde. The flame which was small like a candle flame when left his finger started spreading towards the monster horde. Netherworld flame as soon as came in touch with those beasts started corroding them; it was not burning them but was corroding them. The beasts howled in agony. It lasted for couple of minutes and when the flame died down there was nothing but the beast core and ashes. The entire class 3-5 beasts were killed in an instant. Ashura used another spell ¡®Gather¡¯ and all the beast cores were collected by him in his dimension. The beast core counted around 30 thousand. As ashura looked in front of him he saw around 3 thousand class 6 beasts and 100 class 7 beasts and 5 class 8 beasts. Ashura knew that the previous spell was not strong enough for him to destroy class 5 above beasts. Seeing the thousand of beasts being eradicated in just couple of minutes the remaining beast looked at him angrily and started using magic attacks. Seeing the attacks Ashura used another spell ¡®Cosmic Shield¡¯. Cosmic shield was a part of his meditation technique. The shield not only protected him against any kind of attack but it also consumed the attack and converted the mana into Etheric energy for Ashura. It was like devouring their attacks. After their attacks had failed Ashura looked at them and said ¡°I don¡¯t have time to play with you. I am only interested in those 5 class 8 beast cores. So if you can handle my next spell you will be lucky.¡± Ashura again pointed his finger towards the remaining beasts and n a low voice said ¡®Thunder meteor¡¯ Soon thunder started falling in the shape of meteors from the sky on the remaining beast and as soon as the meteors came contact with anything they would blast leaving only the flesh and blood scattered all over the place. All it took was 5 seconds and all the class 6 and class 7 beast turned into nothing but gore and flesh. Fear crept up onto the remaining 5 beast. They were stronger and had developed a consciousness. They knew attacking the continent was the biggest mistake that they should not have committed. The person in those wings was like a devil incarnate. They wanted to run away but Ashura never gave them any chance. He created a divine barrier which was one of his spell and covered everything around a radius of 2 km. He had to create the barrier to contain the magic spell he would be using next or else he would destroy the whole continent. As soon as the barrier was in place the 5 beast knew they could not escape so they used every bit of their power and attacked Ashura. Ashura again used cosmic shield which not only consumed their attacks but also gave back a small amount of Etheric energy to Ashura. The amount could not be compared to the amount he had consumed to use those spell but he had more than enough for his next spell. He then vanished and came outside the barrier. He knew if he himself got caught in the next spell he won¡¯t be able to save himself. As soon as the 5 beast were caught in the blast, Ashura used Gather magic again to collect the 5 beast core before they would get destroyed in the blast. The blast was contained in the barrier and when everything was over and dust and smoke settled there was only a huge crater left on the ground. After consuming all the energy Ashura had he could not control his wings and they disappeared and he fell down like a broken kite but before he could reach the ground he was caught by his father. Everyone had reached when Ashura had already destroyed the class 3-5 beats. King Drazon didn''t know why but he felt his son could take care of the horde so didn''t interrupt him. He held back the queen too. And after everything was over they didn''t know how to describe what had happened before them. Such powerful magic they had never seen in their life. They knew Ashura was special but now they came to realize the true capacity of Ashura. A king level mage had completely eradicated monster horde which contained thousand of class 3-7beast and also completely eradicated class 8 beasts and Ashura did not even take a long time to wrap up the battle. They looked at unconscious Ashura and sighed, that is all they could do. They had never thought that they would so easily be saved by beast horde and also the one who saved them was their young prince who was not even sixteen. Who in the world could believe if they told anyone about it? The last spell of Ashura had completely destroyed the proof that a battle had occurred between him and the beasts. It could never be called a battle because it was a one sided massacre. There was just a big crater left in the ground covering 2 km of the radius. The king Drazon carried Ashura back to the palace and evacuation plan was canceled. After the healer was called and check up of Ashura was done everyone was relieved to know that Ashura was just unconscious due to the full consumption of his mana. Ashura had used his last bit of energy to contain and destroy the aftermath of his last spell inside the barrier. Everyone was happy to hear that the beast horde has been taken care of but no one mentioned that the one who destroyed the beast horde was young Prince Ashura. Soon he addressed them and said Leader-¡°labum are the reports you presented correct?¡± Labum-¡°Yes lord I was personally leading the monster horde when the boy showed up and it didn''t take him too long to wipe out the monster army especially the last spell that he used was terrible.¡± Leader-¡°And as per your investigation he is the third prince of the demon continent and if he is able to completely wipe out those beasts then he should be at Saint Realm stage. After the battle I reached peak King realm where as I am stuck at core formation in regards to etheric energy. No matter how much I try but the speed with which I am now able to cultivate etheric energy has been slowed down a lot. Having a supreme body has its own flaw. I need huge amount of etheric energy to fully enter core formation. All the energy in my dantian is in liquid state but it is nowhere near for a breakthrough to core formation. Core formation basically is condensing my liquid etheric energy into solid form. Well I have a lot of time for it. But apart from all of this I have been trying to progress in my spiritual cultivation. Right now I am able to spread my spiritual sense to an area of 5 km. While I am spreading my spiritual sense I see my father in the royal court with the envoys that had been sent to other continents. I will check about it later. Ragnarok is spending most of the time sleeping considering the amount of cores he is consuming its natural for him to sleep. I have also provided Minister of development with 20 thousand cores including 50 class 7 cores. I am also trying to develop my divine barrier so that I can use it for demon continent, it will be there without my magic so I will have a peace of mind regarding my home. I have estimated that 4 class 8 monster cores can keep the barrier for 5 years. I will be requiring the 4 cores for 4 sides of the continents to fully cover Erendale continent. I have also tried for other magic¡¯s like time and death but after going through the knowledge I came to realise that time, death and life these are not included in magic they are the universal law of cosmos. In short they are one of the Dao¡¯s. I have been trying to gain insights in one of these Dao¡¯s but it was of no use. I have created few spatial rings for my family, they do have one of those but they have limitations to them where as the one I created do not have any limit. I also tried to make my family enter my personal dimension so they could train themselves but they are not able to as some kind of barrier stops them. I came to a conclusion that only mages with space attribute can enter my personal dimension. Another thing that I realised was that the knowledge of Supreme father is there for me to use but it has not completely merged with my knowledge. The rate with which it is merging seems to depend on my cultivation. Around 20% of my body has been converted into etheric body. Doing so has also slowed down my cultivation process as well mainly because I am using my etheric energy to convert each cell of my body. The academy will be funded by the kingdom itself and it will have two branches. On branch will basically deal with teaching magic to everyone and the other branch will deal with those who have no affinity. They will be trained to cultivate mana with no affinity. It will be done by the end of the day.¡± As I flap my wings and leave the palace I see my mother practicing her magic in the garden. She sees me and gives a smile. I am truly blessed to have such loving parents and siblings. I fly all the way to the south. I will be using etheric runes to create the barrier and core to feed the mana into it. I setup the runes on the ground and in the centre I put a class 8 core. I similarly do so in all the other three directions. As I put the last core on the runes the whole demon continent is covered by a golden transparent barrier. It took me lot more time than I estimated. These cores can take care of this barrier for 5 years and after that the cores need to be changed. I return to my room and start cultivating as I had to spend a lot of my etheric energy to setup the runes. For now this day is almost over. Travel to Central Continent It¡¯s been approximately a year after the monster horde incident. A lot has changed in the continent. The academy was built and a large number of commoners joined the academy. As there were a lot of non affinity mana users we decided to train them to strengthen their body using mana so that they can become warriors. Apart from mana studies they were taught to read, write and do calculations. We made it compulsory for older people to attend classes in the evening for 2 hours after their chores have been completed. The barrier that I set up is also working perfectly fine. We tested the barrier by asking the entire saint realm mages to attack the barrier together and to everyone¡¯s surprise the barrier withstood the attack. I had to tweak the barrier a little bit now instead of fully consuming the mana in the beast core the runes would make the core as a conduit which gathered mana from atmosphere and used it as protection; it not only strengthen the barrier but also now it will take much more longer time for the cores to be fully depleted. Mother took the position of thee head of the academy and below her were the saint realm mages and advanced level mages as instructors. We are also teaching simple mana sensing and mana circulation techniques to those who wanted to be warriors which were of course provided by me. I had to improve the meditation techniques for everyone. I will be leaving for the academy tomorrow so Karena is packing all my stuff. Normally knights accompany the royalties in the academy but I have declined to bring anyone else except Karena. I talked with my father and told him the idea of constructing transportation portal that will connect to other continents. Every continent is divided by the ocean and it¡¯s hard to journey through it because of the beasts. By building a portal Instant travel and communication will become easy for everyone and also for merchants. My father happily agreed with this so I built a big transportation portal outside the city which is protected by 10 knights. It was build big so that it will be easy for merchants to travel through their carriages. Now I will have to visit other continents and build similar portals and connect them so that it can become two way portal. For the portals I used runes which are powered by class 5 cores. I have also been helping the ministry of development to produce gloves for non affinity warriors. Of course the glove will be powered by class 6 and class 7 cores. I have insscribed runes on the gloves so all the non affinity warrior has to do is to insert his mana in the glove and the runes will use the mana for the spell inscribed on the glove. Each glove has been inscribed with 5 mid level magic like bolt, air blast, fire blast, frost blast, fire arrow and ice arrow. The gloves will be provided to the best warriors. During this one year I have reached thee bottleneck of king realm as a mage. I expect to have a breakthrough to Saint Realm low level after 2 or 3 months. For the etheric qi I have reached core formations and it has been fully stabilized. Till now everything has been fine but I will have to face tribulation to breakthrough this realm and that is the main reason for leaving the continent. They have already been informed of my visit through the envoys. As I fly over the ocean I also test out some low level magic that I learned from the royal library; I cannot always use those high class spells always and using spell from my knowledge will only arouse suspicion in everyone¡¯s mind. Some of the spells I tried on the beasts while flying are thunder assault, thunder bolt, air blast, fire blast, frost blast, soul fury, dark doom, agony, decay and Devastation Barrier. I also keep collecting the cores from the dead beasts. It took me full one day to reach the central continent. I land outside the city in the forest. It¡¯s a good thing that my wings disappear when I don¡¯t need them. I and Karena walk towards the city exterminating the low level beast that came our way. I have also decided to teach Karena some spells but it will be done after entering the institute. I make my way towards the city gate where dozens of knights are guarding. Karena takes the lead and takes out the royal emblem of our kingdom and shows it to the guard. The head guard soon allows us to enter the kingdom of Rushein. A guard leads us through the city to the royal palace. King and queen are informed of our visit and were led to the visitor¡¯s room. I and Karena were tired from the journey so we decided to sleep and meet the king and queen next day. After waking up I follow up with my cultivation and training in my dimension. The kingdom of Rushein is somewhat similar to our demon kingdom but the main difference was the presence of all other species like demons, elves and beastmens. The city was fully crowded with people from different continents. I have planned to visit the city during leisure time but right now I and Karena are heading towards the royal court. As I enter the royal court I see king and queen and envoys from our kingdom and other ministers of the kingdom. Strongest knights were ordered to guard the portal. After the portal was built we did some test by transporting few tamed beast and later by transporting 2 knights. I have been waiting for the arrival of the Ashura who is the third child of king of demons. The investigation performed by my envoys was truly shocking for everyone. Although it was hard for my envoys to get the information but they were still able to obtain it and apart from demon royal family and minister we are the only ones who know of the achievements of young prince Ashura. According to the investigation Ashura was able to completely destroy horde of monsters consisting class 8 beasts. A child not even 16 years old and is already at king realm equalling the power of saint realm; what kind of concept is this. Also he has setup some kind of barrier on his continent which will protect everyone from such beats attack. Maybe I should ask him to build the barrier here as well. I have also been informed that Ashura is planning to build a teleportation portal like he built one in demon continent. As per information from demon continent envoys this portal will be a big help not only for demons but us humans as well. Many merchants who are not able to travel between these continents will be able to through the portal. It will help build a good relation among the two continents. Yesterday evening I was informed of the arrival of Ashura and I have been eager to meet the youngest and strongest child of his generation. Many of the saint realm mages have attempted to build such portals but they have failed every time. Let¡¯s hope Ashura is able to build one but I do worry for the security reasons as well. As per investigation on the attacks on the elven continent and dragon mountain we were able to find out that these attacks were pre planned and it really concerns me. What if these attackers get hold of the portal, both the continents will be facing a trouble that we will not be able to overcome. Only 10 people will be able to use the portal at a time because of the limitation I will set, even if someone bypasses the background check he/she will not be able to act upon the continent all by himself or with a group of 10 and another security that will be implemented is that only the saint realm from royal family will be able to use the portal. The portal gate will recognize the royal bloodline and will allow the person to travel between the portals; apart from royals any other saint realm mage will not be able to use the portal even with the use of the tattoo. I will be using arcane runes to build the portal and also will require the blood of your majesty and the queen to bond your bloodline with the portal in your continent. I decided to oversee the test myself. First some tamed beasts were teleported through the portals and then two of the knights were allowed to use the portal. Once the knights returned from demon continent I sent my envoys to the demon continent to invite the demon king to our kingdom and later on discuss with the development of both continents and when Ashura connects all the continent together through portal I have decided to put forth a plan to create a group which will consist of one elder from every continent and the sole purpose of the group will be to oversee the development and security of all the continents.
