 Prologue: The End and a new Start

    Prologue


    I had lived a long and pleasant live and now that it is about to end I see how blessed I was in this life. Right now all the important people in my life, my family is next to my hospital bed.


    My wife is holding my hand while crying, my children are there too.


    They all knew that my time in this life was over, Cancer was taking me away from my family. But I wasn''t depressed, I was concerned about those I will leave behind.


    "So," I said to my family,"You all know I don''t have much time left." Everyone started to cry even more than before. "So could you all do me one last favor?" my wife was the first to answer, "Yes dear what is it?" I looked at my children and they nodded, their tears saddened me. "Smile and live your lives to the fullest that is all I want from you, nothing more and nothing less, know that I have lived my life like that and that I don¡ät regret a single thing." They all started to cry even more, I patted all of my children on their heads. After I patted the last of them, my conciseness started to slowly drift away, I kissed my wife one last time and with that my life was over.


    I felt my conscious slowly waking up again. I was floating in the air, I looked around and saw thousands of white floating spheres, and then I saw it ... an angel. It was pushing me.


    I tried to talk to it, but couldn''t.


    The angel pushed me and then put me into some sort of device. I didn''t know what was happening, but then I suddenly felt a pull in my conscious. My memories, they were disappearing one after the other I tried to keep them. I didn''t want to lose my memories I treasured them too much to just let them disappear.


    When the pull finally stopped the angel took me out of the device and dropped me down a slope. The slope was awesome and I wanted to do it once again.


    It took quite some time for me to reach the end of the slope. At the end of the slope there was a convoyerbelt, where more of those white spheres where there. MEanwhile more of those white spheres where put onto the belt. Some were pushed off and fell down to I don¡ät know where. Then, it was finally my turn and I fell. The speed at which I fell at was insane. Then, while I fell a blue screen appeared before me

    I was a bit shocked at the amount of information I got but I needed to hurry and chose where to put the dice.

 Chapter 1: My New Family

    Chapter 1 My New Family


    I needed to decide fast so I started at the bottom and tried to re-roll Mana, but it wasn''t as I expected, it added a new number to the equation it was a six and the number of bonus rolls went down by one, so I decided to do the same to level and Force because I already have so much Mana so if I could just get a higher level and have more force by using it. It could probably work out.


    The Result was a two for level and a three for Force. Now I only had four re-rolls left. I tried it with the one by Mana and it did work the one became a three, so I went and rolled intelligent again too. Sadly I rolled a one once again so my Intelligence didn''t change.


    I rolled it once more and it became a six. Now I had only one re-roll left and looked what I could use it one that was when life came into my view with a two, it was pretty low so I re-rolled it with my last re-roll and it became a one and then went back to 2. ''Damn it'' was all I thought at it before the window closed and I continued to fall.


    I fell for quite some time until I could finally see where I was falling to.


    It was a blue planet like Earth, I could make out some mountain ranges.


    As I was approaching the planet more and more I started to panic, if I didn''t slow down I would crash into this planet. Within seconds I could make out a town, then a building and then when I was expecting to crash into the house I closed my eyes (even though I had none).


    When I regained a sense of smell and touch I was surprised at first and tried to open my eyes,I succeeded but couldn''t see a thing. So, I tried to feel what, was around me. It was something fluffy and wet. I didn''t know what it was so I tried to smell something, there was a sweet and tasty fragrance in the air.


    It didn''t take long before my belly started to rumble like crazy, so I went after whatever smelled so heavenly right now. When I reached that place it was soft and it didn''t take long before something really tasty came out. I didn''t know what it was, but I greedily devoured all I could get of it. After I finished eating, I was tired as hell and fell asleep almost immediately.


    The next days went by in a hurry, it was only eating and sleeping, so nothing exciting happened.


    But it came the day when I wasn''t as tired after eating and could open my eyes and see what was around me.


    What I saw was just too cute not to mention I was buried under the soft young puppies. I tried to wriggle out of the puppies without waking them up, I didn''t want to disturb there sleeping. When I was out of the cute heap, I realized I was one of them.


    It was then that I remembered how I fell onto this world and what happened beforehand. The first thing I did was checking which of my memories were missing.


    It was easier to say which remained then which I lost, it was how I met my wife, my marriage, the birth of my first child and my last moment. The shock of losing so many of my happy memories was so depressing and I started to cry, but no tears came out only a whimper.


    I was surprised by the sound I made and jumped up. Shortly after a big dog head came over and licked me all over I did try to escape, but wasn''t able to. I felt that the dog was a bit worried, but I don¡ät know how I did it. After the dog stopped liking me, I wanted to go and look around, but the dog came after me and carried me back.


    It was a new experience, but it was quite scary too.


    Now I was sure that this dog was my new mother. Mother didn''t let me get away, she was on guard at all times. After quite some time, I gave up on trying to get away and was bored. So, I started to think about what to do, when I got an idea I tried to look if I could open something like stats, alone the thought about opening the stats was enough to open it and a screen popped up.

    ''What the hell happened I¡äm sure my stats were higher than that why are they all gone. Wait a moment wasn''t what I prepared my potential so I need to train to reach those.'' while I was thinking mother was looking at me, she was still worried. Then, like her came an idea she started to lick my ass. I tried to put up as much resistance as possible, but I was helpless against her.


    The next days were quite boring because mother didn''t let me get away, but slowly my siblings also got active. When I was a week old mother finally let us go away from her and I started to play with my siblings. We played tag and hide and seek, well not exactly, but kind of. Time passed in a flash I saw some human''s coming over to us and play with us. We went out with them and before I knew it I was seven weeks old and we were, but in some kind of store. My Stats changed, but I never got a message about it. Right now they look like this.

 Chapter 2: Being bought?

    Chapter 2 Being bought?


    Since we were put into the store three days passed and some of my sibling were already sold, it was quite saddening to part. Now every time someone came over to our box I felt the tenseness of my sibling and mother, even I was a bit tense, but unlike the others I was n¡ät frightened. I knew what would happen to the other that were sold, so I was a bit happy for them, Because I was happy when one of my sibling was sold the other¡äs started to pick on me or at last I felt like it. The bit me more often and tackled me a bit more.


    I was playing with my sibling or picked on by them, when I was suddenly grabbed by the store owner. I looked around and saw a girl with chestnut brown hair. She had a rather short with 1,56, but was standing tall and with grace, her green eyes looked at me while she talked with the store owner. But the girl was n¡ät alone there was another girl with her and a tall a bit old guy, they both had brown hair and the girl¡äs eyes were green.  In all, the two girls looked similar to each other, expect the other girl was much younger. The guy was properly the father of the two. The little girl wanted to hold me and the store owner handed me over to her.


    I looked at them and wished I could understand them suddenly I felt some kind of energy moving inside me, and I really could understand what they were saying. The little girl was going "Sis let¡äs take him he is so fluffy please let¡äs take him, please. Sis are you listening." and started to pull on the older girls clothes while still holding me. While the older girl said the Owner "An unknown trait that could be troublesome, so expect the exceedingly large Manapool is there something else special about him?" the pulling of the little sister started at the word special.


    The older sister angrily turned towards her little sister."Sophie, shut up!" and the little one started to cry. The Father went and hugged Sophie with me in her arms and said to his older daughter, "Alicia, I know it is an important decision for you, but you should n¡ät yell at your sister." I licked Sophie¡äs tears away and she started to giggle, both Alicia and her father looked in our direction.


    That was when the Store owner came to word once again answering Alicia¡äs question "He has the protective and loyal traits that are nice personal traits and if you want a dog that is suited to battle he has the large brain trait that will help with skills and his intelligent and he has strong claw trait like his father, if it were n¡ät for the unknown trait he wouldn''t be sold, but kept for further breeding." Alicia turned back to the store owner and asked "I¡äm not that educated in dog traits so could you explain the strong claw trait?" while her father talked to Sophie "Your sister makes the decision it will be her partner for a long time, OK?" Sophie nodded.

    The store owner answered right away with"  The strong claw trait is a trait that makes the claw of a dog stronger and sharper it helps them digging and clawing at things, it will be easier for him to pin something down." Alicia thought about something a short while, at the same time Sophie kept to petting me.


    Alicia took a deep breath before asking,"What type of Familiar contract would you recommend putting on him." The owner looked at Alicia before he asked "Oh so you are going to be a mage in a short time." but Alicia instantly corrected him, "a Mageknight not a mage".


    The owner seemingly surprised at this "Oh so young and already becoming a Mageknight impressive." At this, I felt how Alicia got a bit upset, but the owner did n¡ät notice it and continued non the less," if I were in your place I would choose a mix out of the Battle and magic contract. It would be a bit risky, but I would try to get him to evolve into a Mage dog while at the same time making sure he can get the Battle dog evolution unlocked."


    The father now got involved into the talk:"Alicia, you should now that the Mage dog and battle dog evolution¡äs are pretty hard to unlock, you should go for a hunting dog evolution not or something other, we don¡ät know how high the level cap of this dog is." It was interesting listening to the conversation and I found it really interesting what that was all about I understood their language, but that did n¡ät mean I knew everything they were talking about questions like ''what is a Familiar contact'' or ''what type of evolution are they?''


    What Alicia said next kind of made me panic "Your right Dad, Could you show us an other Dog more suited for physical activities". hearing this Sophie started to hug me and screamed "Nooo!" Her father sat down next to Sophie and tried to calm her down,"Sophie, cutie listen to me, Alicia is looking for a dog she can depend on in times of need, so she needs to make this important decision." Sophie started to whisper "But, but"


    all I thought about was I want to be bought by Alicia, but how should I do it.


    A new chapter and at the end a new desicion this time you all can be a bit creative and give me a way that Alicia will buy our little Mc. And the question from last time is still not over so everyone may still post a name for our little Mc.


    I hope you liked this little chapter and aren¡ät to confuse with the switching conversations i tried to make the scene a bit more livly.

 Chapter 3: My new owner

    Chapter 3 My new owner


    While I was thinking about how to bring Alicia to buy me, Sophie came to my rescue, "He can do tricks." she put me down and said ,"Sit"and I did what she said.


    Sophie had a big smile on her face and she continued with the next one "roll over" and I once again did what she said. "Great, it already listen¡äs at Sophie." Alicia complained. While Alicia was complaining the store owner said to Sophie, "Look¡äs like this one really like you". Sophie nodded at him before she asked her sister "So do you take him?", Alicia¡¯s answer surprised all of us,"Do you know what could make me take him, if he would intercept a knife thrown at me".


    So I waited, that a knife came flying, but pretty soon realized that it was unlikely to happen.


    "Why sis, he is so cute look."Sophie said to Alicia kind of desperate. The father took a deep breath, but before he could say anything Alicia was already yelling at Sophie "I tell you why because you want him. Dad i¡äm going to look at the bird¡äs over there."The store owner looked at Sophie than after Alicia,"I¡äm going after your daughter to give her advice, could you put the dog to the rest of his family." the father nodded at him and turned towards us,"So let¡äs put him back Sophie." ."No, I don¡ät want to, he is my friend." while she said it she took me back into her arm¡äs. The father keeled down before her "Look Sophie, we are here to get a Familiar for your sister. So let¡äs put him back to his Family and help Alicia."


    "No I don¡ät want" told Sophie while putting on giant Puppy eyes. "No Sophie we can¡ät" when the father said this, I joined in with my own puppy eye technique, when he finished this sentence a single tear rolled down from her eye over her cheek and dipped down to the floor. Before the single tear even hit the ground, the father caved in "OK, but you have to take good care of him."


    Sophie started to jump around happily with me in her arms. In the distance I could see Alicia smile at this scene. I could n¡ät understand what got into her. The Father took a breath, but before he could say anything at all Alicia called him over, "Dad, what do you think about this Falcon?"


    The father looked at Alicia then at Sophie before he finally went over to Alicia.


    Sophie put me down before her and talked to me: "you know, sis is n¡ät a bad as she was back then so please don¡ät hate her OK." she patted me while she said it.


    It did n¡ät take them long until Alicia had chosen a Falcon she liked, she looked at her sister with a big smile as the father went to pay for the pet¡äs. As she came over, she put one hand up in the air. Sophie seeing this walked over to her and gave her a high five. What Alicia said was unexpected, but not as surprising after seeing the sister¡äs interact."Everything went smoothly". "yup" was all Sophie answered. When the father came over, Sophie went back to hugging me and Alicia told her father,"Why does Sophie always get what she want¡äs, Mom is so not going to like this." At this last comment of his daughter the men¡äs shoulders dropped,"I know" he was grabbing his head and i was feeling that he was fearing whatever was going to happen.

    The sister walked silently back home with the father in between them. As they moved Sophie was holding my lash and Alicia was carrying her bird. After a bit of time, the father Finally manages to get over his fears and he started to talk with his daughters, "So do the two of you have a name for these two?". "yes, I will call him Pochi." Sophie answered faster than anyone else could react.


    "OK, and you Alicia". "I think I will call him Arko, What do you think Dad is n¡ät that name Majestic and awe-inspiring?"."It is an unusual name that''s sure." the father answered.  I did n¡ät pay much attention to the rest of their conversation because I wanted to look if my name changed inside the stats menu. It opened without trouble.

    What I saw was that my name did indeed change and that I used one point of mana somehow.


    While I was wondering how I did use that mana, we got closer to my new home.


    This time there is no decision for you to make sorry. This chapter was a bit more of work then the others becouse i needed to do this completly over. but i hope you all are still enjoying this story and thanks for reading

 Chapter 4: A frightening beast

    Chapter 4 A frightening beast


    The building we entered was bigger than the ones in the surrounding, but it wasn''t huge or anything it was just a little bit bigger. Once we entered the building a soft and delicious smell entered my nose followed by the voice of a woman, "Welcome back.". The three that bought me and the falcon Arko answered the greeting with a happy,"We are home.".


    The next thing that happened surprised me. A big dog of some kind came over to the entrance of the building. It wasn''t your average dog, this beast was as big as a fully grown horse, but that wasn''t all it¡äs chest had some kind bone carapace, his front legs could used to bend inwards and it¡äs skull had an exoskeleton and two large strangely shaped horns. In short it had a terrifying appearance.


    While I was frightened, the others seemed to not even be bothered by it, on the contrary Sophie was even happy at seeing it, she grabbed me of the floor and held me right under the snout of this beast.


    Sophie said, "Look Balto, your new friend" to it, but it¡äs warm breath on my face and those big teeth right before me, where just to much for me so my body didn''t listen to me anymore and my bladder just emptied itself right on that giant beasts face.


    At this Sophie burst out laughing, but I was way to scared to realize even that. All I wanted right now was to escape so I struggled to escape and the little weak Sophie wasn''t able to hold me, she dropped me on the floor. I used the chance to escape because the front-door was closed I choose the only open door that was on the opposite site of the beast to escape. Running like the devil himself was at me shoes I entered the room. Inside the room was a tall brown haired beauty with one knife in her hand that looked right at me.


    Before that person could say something, I ran out through the next door in the corner of the room. Now I was in a storage room with a lot shelves, but only an exit and I thought I could ear the steps of the beast slowly approving so I did hide myself in the far of corner under one of the shelves.


    There I was shivering in fear as the brown haired beauty from before came in and walked right at me.


    She sat down a short distance away from me and held out one of her hand towards me.


    As I was slowly calming down I realized that that must be the mother of Alicia and Sophie.


    When I calmed down completely I started to sniff at her hand. Her hands smelled like onions, so I stopped sniffing them and looked her strait in her eyes. These eyes I will never forget, they were green like Alicias and Sophies, but they radiated a gentleness that I wold never had expected.


    She slowly opened her mouth and a voice so soft and smooth came out that all my fears were just swept away, "you don¡ät need to be afraid, there is nothing in this house that will harm you.". I believed that every of her words was nothing else than the truth, but deep down within I felt that something was of. When I realized this the radiation of her eyes stopped.

    Sophie turned toward me and petted me some more. "Pochi, we should stay here. Mommy is really angry, but don¡ät worry Mommy loves daddy really really much so she won¡ät kill him." after she told me that I looked at her and shifted my head a bit to the left. Sophie reacted to it and told me, "You know Mommy is one of the apprentice of the master magus of the king, she is really strong and can cast spells from 13 elements. She ev..." Sophie was interrupted by a loud explosion.


    "


    oh ooh, Mommy is really really angry at daddy. We should go and help daddy out." Sophie carried me back to where the beast was before, but it looked a bit different from before. There was a hole in one of the walls and the father of the two was covering under a table begging to his wife, "Please Monica, I know I was wrong so can you ..", but the wife didn''t let him finish,"Every time, every god fu..ing time I send you with our daughter to do something, you go and do the most stupid thing you could do. The time you bought 500 kilo strawberries instead of 500 gram that was already pretty bad, but today you manage to go even further you bought a familiar for your eight year old daughter."


    While saying this a fireball was appearing above her hand. When she finished saying the last word she throws the fireball at the table, but before it could hit the table it landed in an invisible wall and exploded with a loud, "KABOOM". The invisible wall shattered into hundreds of pieces. I looked around and saw how Alicia was trying to do something, she was fully concentrated.


    Sophie looked at the scene shocked before she started to cry. While I was thinking of a way to escape this insane family another fireball formed above the mother''s hand.

    Chapter 5 Common sense adieu


    The fireball got bigger than the one before and I got even more scared of her. All I could think of was that I need to get away from this insane family. As I was struggling to get free I saw a creature I had not seen before. It was a roach, but this roach was not as big as the ones on earth, it was three times as big. Because I stopped struggling Sophie looked in the same direction that I looked. When she saw the roach, she screamed like the little girl she was.


    At this the Monica turned around and saw the roach too, her expression changed to one full of fear and screamed "Sophie, get away. BALTO!". At the unexpected stopping of his wife Hank looked up from under the table, when he saw the roach, he didn¡ät look like the covering man from before, but was like a battle hardened veteran. He stormed toward¡äs the roach and punched the roach from above. The force of the punch pushed the air away and a shock wave hit us all. The floorboard splintered under the pressure of the punch, but the roach came out unharmed. As he backed away a fireball hit the roach, "Honey, it¡äs not a roach! It''s a cockroach! Alicia, take your sister and run!".


    After the flames of the Fireball disappeared, the roach was still there as if nothing had happened. Worse, it was closing in on Sophie and me. Shortly before it could reach us the giant dog from before was between us and the roach.


    What happened next happened so quickly my brain couldn''t process it all. The big dog Balto lowered his front and spread his front legs, while Hank was hitting the roach once more with even more force then before. Because of Balto the shock wave didn¡ät hit us this time. At the same time, Monica was casting a spell that fixed the roach in place. Alicia was running around towards us. Then, without a word of warning a giant heap of energy was moving, it came from Balto, and as suddenly as it started it stopped. Confused I looked at the scene and saw that hank and Monica were backing away from the roach.


    The next thing happening was impossible, a boulder double the size of Balto shot out of his mouth and hit the roach at an incredibly speed, but even that left the roach unharmed. That was when Alicia reached us. Monica was already casting an other spell, the visual of this spell was really beautiful, a blue shimmering line floated over to Balto. As we left I felt once again the heap of energy.


    When we were outside a group of men with uniform Armors came running towards us. The man in the front called out toward¡äs us,"What happened!". Alicia answered right away, "A Cockroach appeared inside our home, Mom and dad are fighting it.". As the men''s heard that their faces went white. The man in the front asked, "Are you sure it¡äs a cockroach and not a roach?". Sophie answered this time, "Yes, Daddy said so.". The man took a deep breath before he said," Terno, you go to the King, tell him there is a cockroach behind the wall. Erben you go and fetch Darrius Tell him he is needed to get over here right this instant. The rest of you, evacuate the civilians. GO!". After he ordered his men, he drew the sword and entered the house we just left.


    One of his men came over to us," We will get you to safety please follow me.". We were led to a guard house, the guard houses here are small bunker that can hold up to 300 people I would say.


    Alicia and Sophie sat down on the floor, there we watched as more and more people came in.


    "Alicia, are Mommy and Daddy going to be OK?" Sophie asked her sister, Alicia looked at her sister before she answered, "They are going to be OK. I¡äm more worried about Rob.". "Rob? Ahh the guy from last week, do you like him sis?" at this Alicia blushed lightly "No, why do you ask?" I knew that Alicia had just lied to her sister, but I don¡ät know how I knew it.

So it is pretty hard for a human to kill a roach and almost impossible to kill a cockroach."


    Sophie was quiet for some time before she asked another question. "What does the human racial skill do?". Smiling at her sister, Alicia told her,"You can it look up yourself, just think about Skill menu or something like that and a blue page will appear before you.". As I watched Sophie doing something to the air before her I thought ''maybe I can do it too. Skill Menu''

 Chapter 6: The end of the first day

    Sophie looked at me, her eyes started to sparkle. "Soo, cute" she said as she went and hugged me.


    People in the surrounding started to giggle, Alicia as well."Sis, do you think I could teach him something right now?" Sophie asked Alicia with sparkling eyes. Alicia looked at me before answering, "You could try it, but don¡ät expect him to manage all you want to teach him he is still seven weeks old.". Sophie sad me down, looked at me and put a finger on her chin, "What should I teach you first.", she said.


    I as well thought about what she could teach me and then I suddenly realized I wasn¡ät afraid anymore. As I thought about why, Sophie called me, "Pochi come here". As I looked at her I thought to myself ''I¡äm right next to you how do you want me to come closer?''. Sophie saw how I looked at me, "fine" she said as she patted me.


    Next she tried normal things with me like sit, lay, roll over and stay. The people around watched interested, but then the interesting part started when Sophie said, "So let¡äs try something a bit more difficult." I felt how energy gathered in her palm before a small ball of light formed in her hand. Alicias was shocked at this, "Sophie, since when can you use magic?". "Since around a year why?"


    "Does mom now about it?", "I don¡ät think mom knows about it.". Some people in the surrounding were excited talking about something, but I didn''t care about it I was more interested in the magic she casts.


    I was trying to gather my own energy, it was pretty hard and I wasn''t gathering very much, but I did manage to gather some. Alicia looked at me wide eyed. Now that I had gathered some I didn¡ät know what to do with it so I tried to move it to my palm when I realized I had no palm. So, I decided to move it to my mouth, when the energy reached my head something unexpected happened. I saw my own head, but only for a short while.


    I looked around confused, I didn¡ät knew what had happened. "It''s still to much for you isn''t it" Alicia said to me while patting my head. Sophie answered to Alicias comment, "It isn¡ät, he can do it. Pochi look." With this she once more let an orb of light appear over her hand. She did it over and over again so I couldn''t concentrate, but still I managed to gather the energy multiple times.


    Alicia watched over us and stopped Sophie after some time with, "Sophie, have you thought about what type of Familiar contract you want with him?". At this moment one of the Soldier came over and shouted so everyone could hear, "The beast has been slay, you all my return to your homes and work.".


    Slowly the people started to move. Alicia and Sophie did too. This hole process looked routinized as if all the people knew when and where to move and each person knew when it was his or her turn.


    When we left the shelter and walked back to the house Sophie asked Alicia, "Do you think mommy and daddy stopped fighting?", "I hope so, Mom was pretty angry this time, I thought she would kill him for real this time." she answered. They had a bit more small talk, but nothing that interested me.


    After some time we saw the house, it looked like before from the outside and from the inside everything was that I saw getting damaged before was now repaired. Inside Monica and Hank were sitting at the living room table talking. When Monica saw us she said, "you''re back, good. We need to talk. Sit down" the girls sat down at the table and looked at their mother.

    So, I looked at Sophie and tried to find out what she wanted me to do. That was when I saw her right hand it had one finger rose and the rest as a fist. ''Didn¡ät she uses the same sign when she trained with me.'' I thought, so I did as I remembered what it could mean and sat down at this Sophie showed a big grin. By the next sign I did lay down and by the third I did roll around. Sophie looked overjoyed, but Monica was a bit skeptical, she said something and then did the same signs as Sophie without saying anything I did as the sign did indicate.


    They continued to talk and then after Alicia said something Monica looked at me strangely. Sophie came down to me once more and showed me her magic,''does she want me to try it out.''. I concentrated and felt for the energy, but it was gone, ''What do I do now, I need to show then that I can¡ät do it at this moment. What could I do to show them? That''s it''. I barked at Sophies spell, but only once and shock my head. Seeing this the mother did use a spell on me and then the talk continued for a bit.


    When the talk finished Sophie went with her father behind the house, where she put she put on Armor and tried to cast her spell over and over again, as I watched the whole time I felt my energy slowly return. That''s how my first day with Sophie as my owner ended.

    When I woke up it was midnight, I looked around and saw that I was lying in the living room. How I did get here I didn¡ät knew what I remembered was that I was watching Sophie train in the garden. The reason that I woke up was that nature called, so I went to the back door to go out and do what needed to be done, but the door was closed. I didn¡ät thought much about it and went to the front door, but this one was closed too.


    ''what should I do now, in the store it wasn''t a problem there was always someone around, but here they all slept at night. I need to hold it in until they wake up.''


    I waited quite some time more or less, but it was hard to hold it, ''I need to do something to distract me. Stat menu.''

When I tried to feel the energy I used before to confirm it was mana it was really gone. As that was now clear to me my mind shifted back to the problem from before, toilette. I started to look at all my skill¡äs to distract me and found something interesting my dog eye technique gained a new sub skill called astral eye it let me see all astral magic if activated, but holds for four hole hours or til I sleep. Then, I suddenly realized that there wasn''t a skill that lets me understand humans. I double-checked it and there really wassn''t one, ''so if it isn¡ät a skill then what else could it be? Are there menus I didn¡ät saw til now? Wait when I came to this world there was something about traits and basics. Trait menu''

    There it was the last one I looked at, my way to understand the human, but it needed mana. Before I could do anything else, my body remembered me of what I needed to do this past half hour and this time it didn''t let me put on hold any longer.


    As I looked around I saw a piece of paper on the ground right next to the living room table. I went there and did what nature wanted me to do. After I finished, I looked some more at the traits and then tried out if there was a basic menu, but there wasn''t.


    At the next morning I was woken up by an angry Monica she dragged me over to the paper I shitted on and said something I didn''t want to understand, but even so I was really scared of her. She put the paper with the shit away.

    Shortly after Monica finished to scold me, Alicia came down the stairs. She looked different from yesterday evening because now she had a large tattoo that covered a part of her face. The tattoo was in the form of a large bird.


    I was interested what was going on, so I activated language comprehension. ".....familiar tattoo?" asked Monica. Alicia looked at her mother and said, "It is kinda strange, it feels like there is a new form of power in my face, but I think I''m getting used to it. Was it like this for you too?". "Yes, when I got my contract with Balto, i couldn''t sleep the first night, but you get used to it faster than you think you will."when Monica said this, she sounded kind of exited. Alicia was now down the stairs, "Mom do you think Sophie will manage preparing her contract today?".


    Monica pondered for a while until she said, "if she would take a standard contract I wouldn''t have to worry, but you know your sister she likes to make her own contract and only has time til tomorrow. So, I don¡ät think she will finish it. Don''t tell her yet, but i¡äm prepare a standard Battle/Magic contract for her.". Alicia looked at me and showed me an expression of relief before she knelt down and said to me, "it would be sad for you, if we needed to kill you wouldn''t it."


    I was shocked at this, who wouldn''t if he heard that they planned to kill him. Monica saw my expression changing and looked strangely at me before she said, "Pochi, roll over.". This time she didn''t use the hand signs. I was a bit surprised at this sudden action of her and only looked at her stunned til she shook her head and said, "must be my imagination.". Alicia who saw this laughed,"Can you now understand how we thought he understood.". Monica looked at her daughter and laughed too.

I hope it will all work out like I think it will. Oh and mother do you know mana, space, astral, physical and arcane magic?". The other three looked at Sophie partly in awe partly in shook. "Yes I know all of those, wait a moment what did you say you did? You removed the summon part and added something else. Really?" Monica asked with a bit perplex.


    "Yes the summon part was to mana costly not only in the construction process but also in the usage. So, I removed it and added the function for Pochi to always return to tattoo form, no matter the distance, as that only cost a part of the mana construction costs so I added a new construct I thought of, with the help of a bit space and mana magic it is now possible for each of us to cast spells as if we were standing where the other one is standing, nothing impressive, but still better than not having it."

    Monica took a deep breath, then she asked Sophie a question she had been asked by her master, "Sophie, what happens in a familiar ritual?", This was by no means an easy question you need to truly understand what is happening and Monica hasn''t been able to grasp what it does either. Sophie looked strangely at her mother then answered the question as easy as possible, "in the ritual normally used two souls are ripped apart and then fixed with parts of the other soul, those souls then strengthen each other to reach a power beyond each of their limits. Is this OK as an answer Mother?"answered Mother." after this Sophie took another bit from her breakfast.


    Monica stood up and went to look at the circle she had prepared for her daughter looked at it intensely and was quit for some time. Alicia asked more and more questions about arcane magic


    The summary of what I found out about it, is Sophies Arcane Magic is at Advanced seven that there are seven known ranks for skills Beginner, Apprentice, Learned, Advanced, Experienced, Expert and Master.


    As I thought about it I understood how impressive Sophies understanding of arcane Magic was. If I would rank Mathematics the same way it would look like this.

    Chapter 9 Going to a Mystic


    The rest of the morning I waited what the rest of the family did. Hank went out and never came back this morning, Monica stared at books all the time and Alicia was the most interesting one.


    As i watched Alicia she let her falcon Arko appear out of her tattoo and the tattoo disappeared. It was strange to see a falcon appear out of the face of a young woman. Arko and Alicia played a bit and then went into the garden I couldn''t follow because they closed the door before me so I was laying around the rest of the morning til Sophie came down.


    Sophie was quite excited, she basically was running down the stairs and screamed ,"Mom I''m finished. Can we do the contract right now?". Monica looked up from the book she was staring at this hole time and looked at Sophie. "You are finished, show me your contract!" somehow Monica was more excited than her daughter and ripped the paper Sophie was holding right out of her hand.


    She looked at it with excitement, Sophie was stunned by her mothers actions and stared blankly at her.


    After a little while Sophie asked her mother, "Mom is everything OK with the ritual circle?". With this question she finally looked back at Sophie and could compose herself. Monica took once again a deep breath and answered truthfully at her daughter, "I don¡ät know we need to ask Master Leenoriel he knows more about Arcane magic than I do.".


    Sophie showed a bright smile on her face, "Can I really meet Master Leenoriel?". Her eyes started to shine like tiny little stars before her mother finally nodded and the started to jump around in joy, "I get to meet Leenoriel, I get to meet Leenoriel, I get to meet Leenoriel, I get to meet Leenoriel." this continued til her mother interrupted her, "Sophie. SOPHIE! You need to promise me that you will listen to me and do not misbehave.".


    "Yes Mom." followed by continuing her dance and the joy full singing "I get to meet Leenoriel, I get to meet Leenoriel, I get to meet Leenoriel, I get to meet Leenoriel, I get to meet Leenoriel.". When Sophie finally calmed down she looked at me, "do you know how Leenoriel is Pochi?" before I could do anything she already continued, "He is a Mysticer, a type of Mageknight that is Proficent in the arts of making magic Items, but that is not all there is to him he is one of the four heroes that saved this town and I will meet him.".

    Sophie turned around to look at her mother, but while Sophie was talking to me Monica already went out of the door. As Sophie realized that her mother already left she hurried after her. Now I was left alone and didn''t knew what to do. After a short while, Sophie came back fetched a lash and put it on me with, but it on me with the word¡äs "Come Pochi we need to hurry, before mother leaves the zone.".


    We hurriedly left home to follow Monica. When we finally reached Monica she was waiting before a gate of the wall. "Sophie, what took you so long. Come, we need to cross over two zones, so hurry up a bit."."I know mom, but I forgot to take Pochi because someone left so suddenly" said Sophie.


    Monica just turned around and said, "we don¡ät have time for this Sohpie, Morris can you let us pass?" The guard Morris looked at Monica, "You can pass, but we need to check Sophie and the little dog she has on her lash.", but before the guard could do anything Monica tells the guard," the dog is not contracted jet, we are on the way to the royal academy to contract him."


    The guard looked at Monica a bit confused, but told her to follow him inside the guard house to finish a bit of paperwork. As we waited for Monica to finish the paperwork Sophie played a bit with me, it was pretty fun.


    When Monica came back we passed the gate, behind the gate was another town, or it looked like another one. The buildings were all a bit bigger and fancier than the ones in our town. Our destination wasn''t in this town. We went to another gate and passed that one too.


    After this was another town, this time the town had a castle and a big tower. We went straight to the tower and entered it. Inside the tower was a fountains and a reception with a woman behind it. Monica went straight for the stairs, the woman at the reception welcomed her. We climbed the stairs.

    The first 20 steps were pretty easy to climb even for me and I was glad that we reached the first floor. When Monica went up the next stairs I cured myself because with my still small size each step was as big as myself or almost as big. Sophie and Monica went up the stairs without problems, but I needed to jump every dam step.


    When we finally reached the second floor I was overflowing with relive til I saw that Monica went for the next staircase that happiness instantly changed to worry. Climbing the stairs, I felt how my whole body slowly got worn out. Then, we reached the third floor, I looked around if there was another staircase and there was. Monica was already heading to it. It was than that Sophie asked the question, "How high do we need to go?", I hoped so much that she wouldn''t say to the top, but of course she said,"we need to go to the top Sophie. There are the rooms that the Master Magus residence inside." she was a bit dis-focused while saying it.


    The next staircase was hell and we reached the fourth floor. The next one wasn''t possible for me anymore and the kind Sophie decided to drag me up the stairs til we reached the fifth floor and she decided it was easier to just carry me.


    As she carried me she didn''t even started to sweat. I think that Sophie is incredibly strong for her age I can''t remember any other eight year old that could carry a Puppy for fifth floors. At the tenth floor there wasn''t another staircase and Sophie put me back on the ground. All there was on the tenth floor was a wooden door. Monica started to fix her Clothes then did the same to Sophie and said, "Remember Sophie, this is Mommy''s Master so always show your full respect to him and please don¡ät disgrace me." after she said that she looked one last time at Sophie and herself, took a deep breath and opened the door.


    What I saw on the other side of the door was pretty much what I had expected of someone named a Master Magus or Master Mysticer, the room had many things that looked quite magical like flying orb of light to illuminate the room or a workbench with all kinds of magical tools, but there was one thing that didn''t suit this room it was a young men with his pant''s down, masturbating to the flying image of a naked woman. Said man looked at us in shock, we looked at him followed by silence.


    Then Monica said a hurried and barley audible "Sorry" and closed the door in all hurry. Monica and Sophie blushed and we waited in silence til a "Come in" came from the inside of the room. Monica opened the door a second time. This time the man was fully dressed and looked quite formidable, the completely opposite from before. Sadly that image was shattered again when he talked to Monica," Mon what are you doing here. I thought you were still on vacation and who is it you brought with you, could that be your little girl, Soph right? I''m Leenoriel, but you can call me Lee " Lee brought out his hand for a handshake.

    Sophie looked at the hand and hesitated Lee saw it and said, "Don''t worry, I already washed it." At this Sophie took his hand and shook it with all her might. "I¡äm Sophie, i¡äm a big fan of yours, where are you from? How is it there? Are there still other people? How did you push back the Dragons invasion three years ago?". "Sophie!" yelled Monica to stop her daughter from asking more questions, but it didn¡ät look like Lee was bothered by it. Instead, he looked excited,"Lively girl you have there Mon. So, I come from a human town called Genju.". He said and sat down on the floor next to Sophie and me."Genju was once a beautiful town with streams of water and steel, it had always a nice temperature around 38¡ãC, there wasn¡ät much green there, but the little bit that was there could be used for all kinds of elixirs and Potions. Sadly there is no one there anymore as the town was fully destroyed eight years ago, only I and three of my friends managed to escape the Pyrohydra. After a fight with a Pyrohydra, some young dragons are easy.


    Somehow I felt that Sophie was a bit afraid, but I did not know why. After a short moment lee turned to Monica, "So what brings you here Mon?". Monica took out the piece of paper and handed it to Lee here answer was gibberish, Lee looked at the paper and looked at Monica when he talked in gibberish too I realized that I used up all my mana once again. I¡äm such an idiot for not turning of my trait when I don¡ät need it. So, I just watched what happened, Monica left the room. For half an hour Sophie and Lee talked to each other and I used the time to learn the language or more or less start to learn the language, I now know the word for ''I'' and ''you''. I hope I can one day just understand what is being said.


    After Lee and Sophie Talked, they had decided on something and went down the stairs. I sadly needed to follow and this time I wasn¡ät carried it was hell once more. I prayed to god please never let me go down or up stairs ever again.


    The new chapter and before everyone hates me because I let him run out of mana once more, the poll this time is if I should do the talk Sophie and Lee had in an extra chapter now or later.     Chapter 10.1 A small conversation

    Mon gave me a piece of paper with a modified Familiar ritual on it. It was quite complex it changed some things completely to leave room for improvement, but there was one part I didn''t expect to see there. Hidden behind the circle for the ritual was a second one that only those with an advanced level in Arcane magic like me could see that circle was way beyond anything I had seen in this live. That circle was impeded with divine magic, something impossible to make for a mortal like me. What that circle did was so simple, but also impossible to recreate, it connected to the god of magic Epho and let him influence the ritual with his own power. I could only think of two being creating this Circle Dr.Falcon and Ephos himself.


    I turned my gaze towards Mon and looked deep into her eyes,"Mon who created this?" I asked her as I activated a magic item of truth.


    As Mon answered with,"My daughter did create it, I was shocked to when I saw it." the item didn''t responed so she must be thinking she is telling the truth that means that Soph somehow did get this in her hands. She is eight so she hasn¡ät had the change to find something like this yet so could she be the new champion of Ephos that would explain it, "Mon how high is her arcane magic level?" as she answered almost instantly and proud with "Advanced 7" it only strengthened my belief that she is the new champion of Ephos, but I still wasn''t sure, "Mon go and prepare the ritual room. I will oversee this ritual myself." Mon looked at me a bit in shock and overflowing with happiness and went to prepare the room.


    Now I''m alone with her I need to confirm that she is the new champ I could trick her into spilling it or I could confirm her skill with a test. Wait I have the magic item of truth i just need to ask her.


    I turned my gaze toward her, "Soph, you are the new Champion of Ephos and this here is your special." Soph turned around to me and looked a bit surprised before she said,"I don''t know what you are talking about." instantly the magic item reacted and I knew she was the new champ indeed.


    "You don¡ät need to hide it from me, I was the champion of Ephos before you so I know what is going on." Soph was irritated by what she heard,"but Ephos said that the last champions died, so he needed a new one, there is no way that you are the champion before me.".


    " But it''s the truth, before we fought the Pyrohydra i did some preparations in case we needed to escape, it was a close call, but all four old champions managed to escape alive, but at the cost of our city. I know that the god¡äs didn¡ät see how we escaped as I tried to hide our tracks from the hydra, so the gods assumed us dead when they couldn''t feel us anymore. I found it out eight years ago as Ephos contacted me and told me I was no longer a champion."


    Soph was bluffed for a moment before she said,"then why didn''t he contact me that the old champions are alive?". "That is easy because it was a special occasion and the god of the beast accepted that he may contact me.".


    "The god of beast?" asked Soph like she never heard of him and the Magic item didn''t react neither. "So did you listen to what Ephos told you before you were reincarnated?" Soph gaze wandered away as she answered with a barley hear able, "No".

    So I should start with the history of the world and the system. "Ok let¡äs start with the system, you know that the system in this world is an unfair one, but it wasn''t always an unfair one. The god of beast, the first god in this world changed it to an unfair one because he saw as the human race grew in power more and more he removed all possible evolution and the original racial skill from the system so humans weren''t able to fight against the beast anymore as the potential of humans was incredibly limited, beast were almost ten times as power full in each aspect that was when a world traveler named Dr.Felcon came to this world to study the evolution possible, but he found no place save enough for him to study so he changed the system, when the god of beast realized this, he reverted the changes back, but Dr.Felcon was a world traveler so he had experience with things like this, so he made a deal with the god of beast they discussed the how to solve it and in the end the beast of god accepted that Humans could gain a single evolution and that their racial skill allows them to grow stronger afterward, but at an incredible slow peace. When Dr.Felcon changed the system he made it so that no one may change the system again as long as humans or beast still exist and that the gods of the world my only interference in the world by reincarnating one champion into the world expect the god of the other race accept it as needed interference.     "why didn''t Dr.Felcon change it so that the beast don''t have evolution or are more limited if he could make such big changes to the system?"

    "Thanks, I''m OK. So, how was your last life?"


    "I wish I could say I lived a peaceful life, but it wasn''t much better than your''s. in our world there were four heroes summoned to defeat the Skeleton king, but they failed miserable and died before even facing any generals of him. I died, by the hands of one of his minions, I don''t know what happened to my world or my friends or anyone. But that''s all gone I live a new live and I''m the hero this time. I will not fail like them."


    "I think we should change the topic, did you meet any of the other Champions yet?"


    "no, I didn''t."


    "Do you have decided which class you want to take?"


    "I want to be a Mysticer or a Magus I''m not sure yet why, do you ask."

    After I had defeated my arch-nemesis, we entered strange room. Inside of that room there was nothing except Monica. As she came over to us she smiled happily at us and started to talk gibberish.


    ''Maybe some of my mana has returned already'' I thought as I tried to activate my language comprehension once more and I really had enough mana to use it once more. So, I sat down and listened to what they were talking about.


    Lenoriel said, "Good, you may leave now Mon.". Monica looked at Sophie and hugged her once and said,"good luck my dear.". Sophie hugged her mother back. After Monica and Sophie separated, Monica left the room. Right after she left Leenoriel started to speak to Sophie once more, "Soph, do you know what you need to do or do I need to explain it to you.". Sophie blushed as she answered "I know what needs to be done, but no peeking."


    Leenoriel turned around and walked to the middle of the room there he put the paper he had gotten from Monica beforehand on the ground and sat down in the middle of it. As Leenoriel did this, Sophie did something I did not expect she started to undress and put her clothes on the ground. When she was completely naked she walked over to me and asked me, "Are you ready Pochi?"


    my thoughts were in complete disorder, as I thought what could happen, there were different scenarios in my head like she wants me to fuck her or that we are going to do a naked pillow fight.


    As I was lost in my thoughts Sophie carried me to a spot roughly three meters away from Leenoriel and she stood in a spot exactly on the opposite side.


    When Sophie said, "Everything is ready." Leenoriel started to glow and stretched his arms out in our directions. A wave of glowing light hit both of us, the wave felt gentle and calm for me and my confusion and fear left me.


    That was when for the first time since I was born a window popped up before me.

Sophie is right handed so I will take the left one.'' as I went over to Sophie to touch her left hand I tripped and fell down, slithered over the floor and touched her right inner thigh and a tattoo appeared right there were I touched her.     Sophie looked at me a bit blushing before she went to get dressed again. Leenoriel was still sitting in the middle of the room, but was watching as Sophie was getting dressed. As I was once a father, I could not let him watch Sophie getting dressed so I went over to him and put both of my front paws right before his eyes, as I did this, Leenoriel looked confused as to what I was doing. I couldn''t keep my balance and Leenoriel didn''t close his eyes so my paws went right into his eyes. Sophie saw what I did as Leenoriel screamed, "Ahhh my Eyes, my Eyes!". Sophies comment to his scream was,"That should teach you to not peek at a young lady." as she smiled at me.


    Monica that had heard the screams of Leenoriel came into the room to see what is going on she saw Sophie getting dressed and Leenoriel lying on the ground holding his eyes. She just shook her head before she went over to Leenoriel and whispered something into his ear. His face went from normal to a pure white.


    Monica went over to her daughter and hugged her what she said was barley audible for me, "you don''t need to be sad dear, you can still get a fighter class even if you contract failed.".


    Sophie looked at her mother a bit confused,"Failed? ... No mom it was a huge success.". "Wait what are you saying dear this didn''t even take five minutes, the ritual normally takes at last an hour on success.", Monica said now more louder than before, but that wasn''t of any interest to me anymore I wanted to see my new stats.

    It was five weeks ago that I became Sophies Familiar, the time passed rather fast as most of the time I was a Tattoo, but after three weeks I found out that I could left the tattoo whenever I want. Because of this Sophie had lost a considerable amount of pants. Now she only wears skirts.


    But that is not all that happened, I gathered Information now that I can use language comprehension all day long. What I found out is that Sophie and Alicia are on a holiday from school, school here is different from what I remember. Here, school is about the Human classes, they learn all about them like their advantages and disadvantages. Til they reach the age of 16, then they are power leveled to make them acquire a class. Today is the first day of the new school year for the girls and the day Alicia is going to get her class.


    Monica was the most excited out of all of us, she was running around and talked hectically to Alicia and Sophie, "Alicia are you sure you have everything ready for your class?". Alicia was a bit annoyed by her mother asking for the xth time, but still answered non the less, "Yes Mom the familiar contract was the last thing left for me, so please stop asking.". "I''m just worried, what if you have forgotten one of the requirements and or only option would be to become a Labourer. So please check once more for me just to be sure." said Monica.


    Alicia was slightly red from anger and answered,"Mom, I have Sword Mastery, Divine, Light and Life Magic, and of course I have Armor Casting. I even have Armor and Shield Mastery so I could have become a knight if the contract didn''t work so please stop annoying me."


    Monica was a bit surprised at her daughters outbreak at the end. So, she turned to Sophie, "Sophie do you have everything you need for school dear?". "Mom I don''t want to go to school, I wanna watch how Alicia get''s her class.", Sophie complained to her mom.


    Monica bent down to Sophie and looked at her, "Sophie dear, you can''t come. Zone 16 is incredibly dangerous. You need to understand this.". Sophie looked her mother into her eyes and stammered,"But, but, but.". "No, buts dear. You''re going to school." said Monica strictly.


    "Then take Pochi!" demanded Sophie. Monica pondered for a moment before she said, "OK".


    I was shocked at how easily Monica accepted that I could tag along, I had seen how though a cockroach was so I don''t want to know what real monsters can do. So as I wanted to run, but Monica already had me under her arm and talked to Alica, "If you are ready we can get going and are you sure you have all the skills you need to have.". As I struggled to get free. Alicia explained to her Mother that she had everything she needed.


    As we walked to one of the six zone gates of zone 17 a chubby young boy came running after us.


    "Hey Alicia wait!" the young boy yelled in our direction. As he reached us he needed a moment to catch his breath, while he continued with, "Morning Alicia. Huh huh. Are you going to zone 16 too? Huh huh". "Yes we are." said Alicia while blushing to the boy. The boy had a huge smile as he said, "Then let''s go together?". Alicia nodded and wanted to continue to walk towards the gate between Zone 17 and 16 as Monica suddenly asked her, "Alicia, won''t you introduce him to me dear?".


    Alicia turned to her mother, her face was as red as a tomato at this moment, but before she could say anything Rob already introduced himself with, "Hello Miss Spektrum, I''m Rob Beninkton one of Alicias Classmates.". After he finished his introduction he bowed deeply. Monica at the sight of this chubby boy bowing before her, she  burst out into loud laughter, "pfhahaha, Rob there is no need to bow. Hahahahaha.". While Monica was laughing she loosened her grip and I fell to the ground, but luckily I didn''t get hurt.

    After Monica finished laughing and Rob wasn''t bowing anymore Monica said to Rob, "I''m Monica Spektrum and this little guy", she was pointing at me," is the familiar of my other daughter. He had pimples all over his body or at last what I could see. As he sat down next and petted me. I felt pretty comfortable just being around him. His patting was just heavenly for me. When he stopped petting me. I used puppy eyes on him and a small, "ohhh" escaped his mouth, but he resisted my skill.


    As we continued towards the gate Alicia and Rob talked a bit, but not much of interest for me til he asked, "So why is the Familiar of your sister tagging along?". Alicia pondered for a moment, then she asked her mother why. "He is coming along because of two reasons. Reason one so your sister can watch from time to time. Reason two so he can level a bit too. A stronger familiar is always good.".


    When we finally reached the gate a girl wearing a robe was coming towards us. "Morning, Alicia, Rob and Miss Spektrum. Is this your familiar Alicia? He is so cute. "she said and knelt down and hugged me."Morning Veronica, no this is Sophies. Mine is still in the tattoo." Alicia told her as she pointed at the tattoo covering half her face. "What about yours?" asked Rob interested. "Mine is in the tattoo too." she simply told us. Alicia looked at the other girl smiled and said, "At the count of three. One. Two." but before Alicia could finish a loud yell could be heard "Hey Fatty, you should not have come, I''m pretty sure you won''t make it back. Hahaha" it came from a group barley ten meters away from us, the group was made out of three boys and two girls and all of them were laughing right now.


    Both girls looked at each other, nodded and said in unison, "three" and Arko appeared out of Alicias Face and a boar appeared out of Veronicas back, the boar stormed at the boy that had yelled and stopped only a few centimeters before him and Arko did a dive to land on the boy''s shoulder, but before he could land the boy fell down on his behind and had tears in his eyes. The group was speechless at this til one of the boys did a small comment to Veronica and Alicia, "Alicia, Veronica why are you protecting this loser, if you leave him be I will go out with both of you.". Alicia didn''t need long for a reply, "I would never go out with a guy like you Cesar.". His answer to this was arrogant, "I''m the most handsome guy in the hole zone and you don''t want to go out with me, there must be something wrong with your head. Come guys we are going."


    Monica watched this scene silently, but now that it was over she asked, "who was that?"


    Alicia answer was short and simple,"do your remember the idiot I told you about that''s him.".


    So the new chap is out and the next plot line will be without Sophie, because this is an important event of the family and as said the dog will influence the whole family.

    As we approached the gate to zone 16 we saw that the gate was open and many people passed it. What was interesting, is almost all the people in the surrounding were armed.


    After we passed the gate, I saw for the first time how zone 16 looked, it was a ruined town with crumbled buildings, single walls standing and rubble everywhere, but what surprised me more was that most of it was taken back by nature. Everything was overgrown with trees and moss.


    While I was standing and looking at the surrounding the rest approached a desk that was built up just outside the gate. Suddenly I was hit by a stone, I looked around and saw that the guy from before and his friends had started to throw stones at me. I looked around and saw where the others where and run to them.


    Alicia who had seen this glared at them and wanted to storm over to them, but was stopped by Monica, "There''re not worth it leave them be.". "But Mom they ...." Alicia protested, but was interrupted by her mother, "I know let''s leaf it at that.". Monica chanted a short incarnation and I was covered by a warm feeling. Was that some kind of healing magic, I''m sure I was hurt by that stone. So let''s check.

    Yupp my life is full.


    As I checked my life Alicia and the others finished some kinds of paper work and the person responsible for the paperwork called two people over ¡°Morris, Karlos, the young ones are here.¡±


    Two people came over from a group not so far away, one was Morris the guard I had seen before the other was a young guy with short black hair. Morris was wearing a chain mail under which a leather shirt could be seen the other person Karlos only wore a leather shirt, both wore leather pants and boots. The weapon that could be see on them was a bow for Karlos and a bag for Morris.


    Monica was the first to welcome the two of them, ¡°Morris, Karlos. How is it going?¡±


    Both of them were quite surprised to see her, ¡°Monica what are you doing here?¡±. ¡°This time it is my daughter that gets power leveled and I was allowed to accompany her.¡± she said with a big smile.

Monica blushed a bit.

He opened his bag and handed a sword to each of the three, Alicia was a bit surprised by the amount of sword Morris had brought so she asked him, ¡°Why did you bring that many swords with you?¡±. The answer was a simple one,¡±just in case, so shall we get moving? No one against it. OK, we have the inner four south east. Karlos you know what you have to do.¡± Karlos nodded shortly before he started to move.


    We all followed and it was getting kind of exciting, as I looked what Morris and Monica were doing I was a bit shocked at first, but they know what is to be expected here. Monica was humming behind us while Morris had his weapon drawn and led us.


    When Karlos came back from the front he told us, ¡°I discovered a group of three bunnys up ahead what should we do?¡±. ¡°Bunnys what are bunnys I never heard of them are they dangerous.¡± Veronica asked. I was kind of shocked that she didn''t knew of bunnys I thought every girl knew about them, but the answer that Karlos gave was kind of strange, ¡°They are not really dangerous, but they are pretty hard to fight and almost impossible to capture so it''s no surprising you never heard of them.¡±


    Are they talking about the same kind of bunny I''m thinking about the cute little bunny? I listened to what Morris said next, ¡° I think they are a bad target for the power leveling so we will take care of them, Monica you stay back too OK¡±. ¡°I will guard the kids¡± she answered while looking happy that she didn''t had to fight the bunnys.


    We advanced towards the position Karlos had found the bunnys. What I saw there were indeed three cute little bunnys eating some plants. ¡°They are so cute, do we really need to kill them?¡± asked Veronica. ¡°Yes sadly we need to.¡± said Monica.


    Karlos prepared his bow and Morris took three Swords out of his bag and put two of them into his belt. As Morris moved towards the bunnys and Karlos prepared the first shot Monica said, ¡°Watch, this is gonna be funny.¡±

 Chapter 14: Pochis first battle

    Chapter 14 Pochis first battle


    Morris slowly advanced towards the three bunnies, he got closer and closer towards them. When he was as close as one meter towards them Karlos released his Arrow to hit the first bunny, but something unexpected happened a gust of wind appeared out of nowhere and the course of the arrow changed. When it almost hit Morris, he evaded it as if he was expecting this to happen.


    Morris started to charge at the first bunny while Karlos fired another arrow. This time there was no gust of wind, but instead the arrow hit Morris blade in the instant that he would have hit the bunny.


    The blade hit by the arrow hit a big root of a tree and was stuck. Morris instantly drew the next weapon and slashed at the bunny once more, the bunny just hooped over the attack and the Sword hit the other sword that was struck in the root and both of the blades shattered to tiny little pieces.


    Morris didn''t look like he was surprised at all at what had happened and drew his last sword and tried to split the bunny into halve, but this time the sword slipped out of the hand of the veteran worrier and was flying over to us, Monica casts a spell to intercept the sword, but failed at casting and the spell exploded in her face.


    The sword flew past her scratching her cheek. As Morris retreated from the bunnies, Karlos fired a new arrow this time the arrow hit one of the bunnies and the bunny died. As Monica saw this, she casts a spell and a big fireball appeared before her and flew towards the two bunnies that still were there. As the fireball came close it exploded and wrapped the surrounding into a sea of flames.


    Now that all bunnies were dead Morris returned to us and said, "Now you know why I got this many weapon with me.". He had a board smile on his face, Veronicas comment, "That he is clumsy?" hurt Morris or at last that was what I felt from it.


    Monica that had heard it too, spoke, "He isn''t clumsy he was pretty impressive", Morries cheered up a bit after he heard it, "Not Many people can fight like that against bunnies, their racial skill is a pretty nasty one that chance the odd to their favor. So most people are looking pretty funny when fighting them.", Morris started to smile.


    Alicia then asked a question that I was curious about too, "then why didn''t you let us fight them, it looks like that is all they can?" This time Karlos spoke, "because you would not be the first that had killed themselves by fighting a bunny and once you kill one of them the rest starts to run. So they are not suited to level you guys.".


    Now Rob asked with a bit of hesitation, "So what type of monster would be best to level us.". I could feel that he was a bit scared what I could fully understand. Morris answered while Karlos and Monica started to ponder about it, "Something with a racial skill that isn''t nasty and that is easy to restrain.". Veronia was the first to speak, "Like Hamfree.", Veronica pointed at her boar familiar.


    Morris said plainly, "Yes, like him."


    So, we went to look for Monsters like that the first thing we found was a deer like monster it was easily restraint with Monicas Magic and then killed by the three. Then, for a while nothing was found til Karlos came back and said, "Up ahead there are two Sniper Squirrels and four War Badgers. What do you think?".


    Morris pondered for a moment and then told us his decision, "I think we should all attack them, the familiars of you will attack the squirrels while we take down the badgers. OK?".


    I don''t want to fight yet, even if my opponent will be a squirrel. While I was distracted by my own thoughts the others planned the battle a bit more.


    When they prepared themselves for battle I looked around confused as I didn''t knew what I need to do.


    Suddenly a bird grabbed me and was carrying me of, I struggled to free myself, but the bird still carried me of somewhere. Then, as suddenly as he grabbed me he dropped me, I feared for my life, but he dropped me only from a height of a meter so I wasn''t harmed.


    As I looked around to look at the bird that grabbed me. I saw a Squirrel right in front of me and Arko flying away.


    ''Dam bird, Stupid Bird'' I thought to myself as the squirrel before me took a stone and threw it at me. It hurts, but not as much as the stone from before.


    As I looked at the Squirrel it prepared the next stone. ''No no no, your not going to throw that stone at me again.'' I thought, but the stone was thrown non the less and of course it hit me as I was standing still. From behind me I heard strange sounds coming, I turned around and saw how four badgers came running to me, but before they could reach me an arrow struck the one in the front and the whole group turned around.


    While I was watching the scene another stone hit me. ''Ahh, i need to do something, but what?'' As he prepared the next stone I decided to evade it. I waited and then he threw the stone and I tried to jump to the side, but before I could even leave the ground I was already hit once more.


    ''Ahh, dam it, I need to be faster.'' so I tried it again and was hit again. I tried it two more times, but was hit always before I even had the chance to evade. '' Ahh, i can''t evade the attacks of a simple Squirrel what do I do now?'' as I was starting to panic I was hit once more.


    Then I had an idea,'' Wait a moment I''m hit again and again, but I''m still standing so'' and once more I was hit by the Squirrels stone,'' do I even need to evade the attacks of the squirrel?'' and I was hit again. '' It still hurts, I need to do something to stop the squirrel from attacking me. Attacking, I could attack the squirrel too.'' if I had hands I would have face palmed myself, but the squirrel took the job from me by hitting me with another stone.

    Now that I had decided to attack the squirrel I clawed at it and the squirrel barley evaded it, but it needed to stop trowing for it so it was a win for me. As it landed I clawed at it once more and this time I hit it right in the face.


    I was surprised that the squirrel was still alive because it had a really nasty scar in its face know.


    ''Wait a moment why did it get a scar from my attack and not a wound?'' as I was pondering that the squirrel made a bit of distance between us and throw a stone at me once more. Hit hit like all of his attacks so far.


    With the hit I regained my concentration and stormed at the squirrel, while I did that the squirrel hit me again, but I continued non the less. When I reached the Squirrel I jumped at it and clawed at it with both claws, but both of them missed, but luckily I landed on top of the squirrel.


    The squirrel tried to get free it pushed me up into the air, I was surprised with the strength the little thing had and forgot to attack it. Then, it threw me away like I was nothing to it, it wasn''t far, but the shock of the strength of the little thing was, was like usually, ''I need to stop thinking about things that were common in my world, the rules of my world don''t apply here.'' this time the squirrel to a stone as big as itself and threw it at me while I was still thinking. This one was pretty painful and I knew that my condition was getting worse.


    I choose to charge at it once more and tried the same thing as before. This time the second claw hit, but the body slam was evade, but not only that, but the squirrel attacked me with a kick when I was lying on the ground. That kick was as painful as the big stone, '' I need to change the flow of the battle or else I will die'' as I was thinking about how to change the flow of battle, roots shot up from the ground and entangled the squirrel.


    I was surprised by what happend, but used this chance to jump at the squirrel once more this time all of my attacks hit, But the squirrel was still trying to resist so I jumped up and down on the squirrel and it died with just this one jump.


    I was pretty exhausted so I looked up my status to look how close this battle really was.

    As I breathed heavily, I looked at the stat screen, ''17 life of 108 that isn''t much wait wasn''t my maximum life lower before, Oh my race is now dog Lvl 2 that is strange why is the level displayed by the race? Wait weren''t there badger storming towards me? Where are they?''


    I panicly looked around and saw that Alicia and her friends just finished the last of the badgers and an other squirrel was lying next to Hamfree.


    ''So the battle has ended. That is good'' I went back and looked more at my status. While I was concentrating on my stats to see what had all changed do to me leveling, the others collected the corpse of the defeated animals and skinned them and took their meat.


    Monica that had watched the battles together with Morris and Karlos, cast a healing spell at all of us by the sudden change in my life I was surprised and jumped up.


    As I looked around and readied myself for an other battle.


    The people that saw how I reacted to the healing spell started to laugh.


    Veronica was the first to say something, but I was to distract to understand it.


    What was said afterwards by Karlos didn''t make any sense to me, "Yes, your right. I have never seen one like that.", "But he is quite strong for a familiar if you think about it he managed to defeat a sniper squirrel, not only that the squirrel was dominating the battle at first." was Morris response to this.


    "Alicia dear what is wrong?" when Monica said this all eyes turned to Alicia, Alicia was as pale as a skeleton, she was sweating quite a lot and shivered. When I saw her I immediately new that she was in a state of panic.


    "Ar...Arko,di..died." her voice was weak and without any power. I didn''t realize when, but Roy had gone to support Alicia.


    Everyone was agitated, "Alicia can you tell us how it happened and what it did?" Monika was expecting some kind of answer from Alicia, but all she could do was point in a direction.


    Morris looked at Monica and Monica just nodded. Morris then raised his voice, " Karlos you are to escort the kids back to the gate of zone 16 and 17, Monica and I will scout the area. We will meet back in two hours at the gate."


    It looked like Veronica wanted to say something, but after looking at Alicia she changed her mind.


    "Yes, sir.", Karlos said and looked at Alicia and her friends. Alicia was still pale, but still nodded at Karlos.


    Karlos started to lead the way and we followed


    Monica and Morris went the way which had pointed to before.


    We already had walked quite some distance when Veronica asked a question, "Karlos, are they going to be OK?"."Yes they are going to menage somehow, Morris belongs to the elite of the guards and miss spektrum studies under the magus of the king, if those two don''t manage then it would be something big and there shoulden''t be anything like this" was Karlos answere.


    As he turned around to smile at us, something came out of the bushes and bit a chunk of flesh out of Karlos. "Run" this high pitched scream escaped Karlos mouth before he was bitten another time by the sharp teeth dripping with his blood.

    "Is that a dragon?" asked Roy shaken.

    All of us started to run where we came from. When I checked if the dragon was following us I saw that Alicia was not running with the rest of us she was paralyzed by fear.


    ''Dam it girl you need to run, wait she can''t hear me.'' is what I thought when I saw her and turned around to her. I bit her into the sleeve of her shirt and tried to pulled her away from the dragon, but she didn''t move at all.


    Unlucky for us the Dragon finished what was left of Karlos and turned around.


    I let go of Alicias sleeve and looked the dragon right into his eyes of his half rotten face. Fear was starting to take over, but in this world I was already getting used to this feeling.


    ''I need to fight, I need to protect Alicia.'' were all my thoughts. So, I charged at the Dragon.


    I felt that the dragon was surprised by my action and it reflexively slapped me away like a fly.


    The pain that hit my body was almost unbearable, but luckily I landed in a bush.


    I turned around and saw that the dragon was advancing towards the now crying Alicia.


    Once more I rushed at the Dragon and I even managed to land a hit on the beast, but the beast ignored it completely. I clawed at it again and again, but it didn''t look as if it did anything to the Monster I was attacking.


    I started to Panik, '' is there nothing I can do to save Alicia, there must be something. Magic!'' I tried to remember the feeling from before, but this time I tried to move the energy into my claws and slashed once more at the Dragon.


    The Dragon reaction to this wasn''t what I had expected. It howled like his heart was being ripped out.


    ''What happened, was this something I did'' as I was thinking this the Dragon turned to me and his claw started to slash at me so fast I almost couldn''t react as I was still concentrating on my mana and started to panic I moved all my mana out of his attack instead of my body.


    I didn''t understand what happened, but I was on the other side of the dragon. The Dragon looked around to where I disappeared. Using this chance I repeated what I did with my claws before hand.


    The Dragon howled in pain once more, but faster than before recovered and slashed at me. Expecting the slash I already tried to move my mana away like before, but unlike before it was somehow harder to do and something went wrong.


    When I reached the place I had lost all my legs and an incredible pain struck my body.


    The Dragon turned towards me, smiled and took one deep breath.

 Chapter 16: The End of the Dragon

    Chapter 16 The End of the Dragon


    While the Dragon took his breath, I started to panic,'' Oh noo he is going to breathe fire, I need to stop him, but how I can''t move my body and I think that I can''t concentrate with all this pain.''


    As I was thinking about how to escape the situation the Dragon released his dark-breath at me. Just as the dark-breath was about to hit me a bright shining circle appeared before me and a wall of light formed in front of me followed by the feeling of being called back into the tattoo.


    As my body or what is left of it started to reform into the tattoo I saw how the Wall of light shattered and all in front of me started to decay at an incredible speed. Just before the breath reached my nose I completely returned to the tattoo.


    I was so shocked by all that happen that I stopped thinking for a moment, but now I was thinking even more than before,''What happened? Why did that light wall appear before me? How did I return to the tattoo? Would I have died if that breath just touched a part of my body?'' Those and more question were filling my mind, but I didn''t have a single answer to any of them.


    That was when I heard a familiar voice, it was Sophies voice, "you did great Pochi!". I tried to answer, but I couldn''t, I waited for more, but it didn''t came, I tried to leave the Tattoo, but right after I did that, I was absorbed back in and Sophie said something to me once more, "Stay in there Pochi, at last til all of this is over OK.".


    As I was thinking about what happened something changed I could see something like a TV shining in a bit of a distance. As I tried to approach it, I really got closer and what I saw was a town moving.


    No to be more precise it was as if the screen was moving in the town, it was like I had a first person view of a person moving thru a town. But the vision wasn''t all there was there was the sound too.


    What I saw was that the person whos view I had, came closer to a gate, the gate I remembered it, it was the gate we passed where I first me Morris. The guard at the gate stopped the person. The person is definitively smaller than the average person.


    "Where do you want to go little girl, shouldn''t you be in school right know?" asked the guard.


    What I heard next was Sophies Voice, "I need to meet with master Leenorial, it is an Emergency a Dragon appeared."


    The guard looked at Sophie and then laughed before saying, "If a Dragon had appeared in town. I would already have heard of it."


    At that moment the gate opened, Sophie tried to rush through it, but bumped into the woman passing thru it. The women was short and board, had red hair and a red beard, but not as dense as a normal one, it was more of a fluff.


    The women looked at Sophie that was caught by the guards. Sophie screamed at the guards,"Let me go, I need to tell Lee about the Dragon, so let me go!"


    "Dragon. Do you know where it is?" asked the women.


    Sophie looked at the women and said,"The Dragon is in zone 16."


    the woman was silent for quite some time and then spoke to Sophie,"Do you know where exactly the dragon is and could you lead me to it Sophie?"

    I was quite surprised when I heard Sophies name, but Sophie was just as surprised as I was.


    "how do you know my name?"asked Sophie."Lee told me about you and can you lead me?" said the women.


    Sophie nodded.


    "then get on my back, I will run. By the way, I''m Karotta." said Karotta with a big smile.


    Sophie got on Karottas back, and Karotta started to run. Her speed was just as fast as 100 meter Sprinter. After Karotta had run quite a bit and still wasn''t slowing down she said to Sophie,"One of my friends has reached the Dragon just know, the situation is quite dire."


    "What about my mother and sister" asked Sophie a bit desperate.


    "It looks like they are alive" answered Karotta while she jumped over the gate from zone 17 to 16.


    "So which way" asked Karotta. Sophie answered with,"That way." and pointed in the direction the Dragon was when i fought it.


    Karotta jumped a second time and then we could see a person fighting the dragon bare handed.


    Karotta and Sophie landed close to both of them. Sophie got down from Karotta and Karotta Moved toward the Dragon and a dorn dergar appeared in her hand.


    Sophie looked around and saw her mother and sister. Alicia was unharmed, but unconscious and Monica had lost her right arm.


    Sophie stormed over to them and hugged her Mother that was in incredibly pain.


    At that moment Karotta reached the Dragon and swung her dorn dergar at him. As the dorn dergar hit the dragon, it the moved five feet in the opposite direction. The other person took this chance to hit him once more with his bare fist in the dragon''s right side. The fist exploded as it hit the dragon.


    The Dragon tried to oppose the two of them, but the two were so coordinated that the dragon had no chance. The person evaded all the attacks and Karotta just ignored them and forced her way thru them.


    It did take them 10 minutes to kill the dragon.


    While the battle took part Sophie did first aid for her mother.


    When the Dragon died I felt a strange kind of energy flow threw my body and a blue window appeared before my eyes.

    Surpriesed as I was by the sudden appearance of the blue window I asked myself what I did to evolve. There was only that I attacked the dragon and now that it has been defeated I evolve. That is way to easy.


    I looked over the choices I had, Magic dog was a solid choice as Sophie and Alicia already talked about how cool it would be if I became one, breeding Dog and Spirit dog were a bit puzzling to me as I had no idea what they would do.


    ''OK, breeding dog sounds like a dog used to breed so I will probably get many children that wouldn''t be bad, but how would I help Sophie with getting laid often. Spirit Dog sound like something that has something to do with ghost and such things, can that help Sophie maybe it is a special kind of magic dog. Nah that wouldn''t be the case.''


    As I thought about what Spirit dog could be curiosity took over and I choose to take Spirit dog.


    When the window disappeared a new one appeared right in front of me that one remembered me of the one I saw when I fell onto this world

    I was a bit flabbergast as I read this message, what I saw weren''t my stats my stats where lower so what could that be, those are the max values my stats can improve to. So, I need to select carefully what I need more to survive in this world and as Sophies Familiar.


    I pondered for a long time and decided to add Stamina as the one for the basics as I was lacking in that aspect the most. Then, I wanted to survive in this world and I think I can remember that vitality increased my life so I choose it, but as I don''t like being hit I took agility to be able to evade more often.


    The last three I thought about how to use them to help Sophie more so I thought that increasing my perception would help me detect intruders and enemies not only of me, but even those of little Sophies. To increase my ability to fight even if I don''t want to fight I chose to increase my control as to not damage myself as with the dragon and to increase my force so my spells could deal some real damage with this the bonus dices were all used up.


    Next up where my re-rolls as those weren''t limited as the bonus dice I wanted to increase my life effectively so I choose to re-roll the 2 I had by life.


    As I waited for the re-roll to happen, I realized that it didn''t show me my bonus dice either so I went and choose the other ones to re-roll.


    I went with agility to improve my evasions and intelligence to not be as dump as a normal animal.


    The last re-roll was the trickiest to choose I couldn''t decide between look and charm.


    In the end I went with look as that was the lower one.


    After I choose the last re-roll the window disappeared and a wave of sleepiness hit me, it didn''t even take me three seconds and I was fast asleep.


    When I woke up, I was disoriented. I tried to stand up and realized that my legs were back, but they were different from before. Before my fur was completely brown, now my pawns where white not just white, pure white.


    This white went up the side of my legs in a small line and then curled around my shoulder before meeting up with the ones from my hinder legs. My snout was now of the same white color as those strange lines.


    I looked at myself for a bit more before remembering what had happened before my evolution. I searched for the TV Screen from before, but I couldn''t find it, but I still knew that I was inside the tattoo so Sophie was OK.


    Excited about the change of my body I went and checked my stats.

    I was overwhelm by the amount of sub-skills I had, but one thing was even more surprising the combined sub-skill from Claw Mastery and Astral Magic, so I went ahead and checked it.

    For a bit I tried how to make Spirit Claws work and found out some more thing.


    First I can hurt myself with it.


    Second it does hurt a lot more than a normal claw attack, but does less damage.


    Third I can move the Soul of my claw differently than my claw and stretch it up to two meters away.


    That is sadly all I found out about it, but instead I found out that all damage I suffer while in the tattoo will go away after 10 seconds.


    As I got another idea about what to try out, but couldn''t do that inside the Tattoo I left the Tattoo.


    When I left I heard the sound of fabric being torn and then a scream.

    Pov Sophie


    The event with the Necrotic Dragon was three weeks ago. The results of the accident was a heavy blow for the town of Kalim. Many Guards and students died to the three Necrotic Dragons that appeared that day.


    Zone 15 did get hit the hardest as one of the Necrotic Dragons broke through the gate and devastete halve the zone.


    But the zone that suffered the most under the circumstances was non other that zone 32, with zone 16 still under monster influence and zone 15 badly destroyed. Zone 32 suffered now of even more monster attacks, the situation got worse with each day.


    Zone 5,6,17,34 only lost a big amount of Guards and students, so King Leopold decided to send some elites into the Zones to improve the safety of the town.


    Our Family was hit pretty bad too, Mother had lost her right arm to one of the Dragons Attack and as it was a Necrotic one it will take years for the soul of mothers arm to regenerate only then can she regrow her arm with magic.


    Alicia was now scared of Battle, but she still got the Paladin Class. She doesn''t know what she will do from now on. Her friend Veronica became a priest and is now working in a medic station in zone 17, Roy evolved into a halfling and got the Specialist/Gardening Class as he didn''t want to enter battle ever again.


    And I, I''m still going to school and waiting for Pochi to finish evolving, it is unusual that it takes this long to evolve so I''m a bit worried, but I know that he is still all right.


    It was a night like always when Pochi reappeared, I was sleeping like always at this time of night.


    When I was awoken by a pulling sensation on my pyjama pants, followed by ripping sound. I looked up to see what happened only to see two glowing eyes surrounded by what looked like a strange white glowing mask. I was so scared that the first thing I did was scream and then it just disappeared like that.


    Scared I looked around, but I couldn''t see a thing as it was pitch dark. Suddenly the door to my room was kicked open and a soft light entered the room illuminating the figure of father.


    "Sophie what happened?" he asked me. I hesitated a bit and felt that my pants were completely destroyed. For a moment I sad there shocked.


    My father scanned the room with his eyes, but he could find nothing so he came over to me and said, "Everything is OK it was .." but before he could finish his sentence that beast reappeared between us, now I could see that it was some kind of Dog that had white linings that emitted a soft glow over his brown body.


    Father was surprised by the sudden appearance of the Dog and tried to punch it, but it disappeared once more.


    The entire situation was getting more eerie with each passing second. Now Alicia was looking inside my room from the door and the Dog appeared right behind her this time.


    I pointed in her direction and screamed, "Alicia behind you.". Alicia slowly turned around and saw the Dog standing behind her looking at her. She screamed and the Dog disappeared once more. We stayed vigilant some more, but it didn''t reappear this night.

    The scream that came from Sophie surprised me, I properly surprised her too with my sudden appearance, but what was that ripping sound. As I looked around I saw that I had ripped apart Sophies pyjama pants, just as I was about to lick Sophie over the face to calm her the door to her room was kicked open, and her father entered the room in his underwear.


    He looked around as if searching for something then he wanted to get over to Sophie to calm her down and suddenly punched me, but strangely his fist just passed through me.


    ''OK that was strange. What happened? I should properly getting out of the way for now.'' So I left the room and saw how Alicia was looking into the room.


    ''Wait a Moment since when is Alicia so small?'' so I went over to her and tried to compare my height to her. ''Did I grow this much, I''m only a little shorter than her before, she wasn''t the biggest before, but she should at last have been 1,6m so I''m right now around 1,4m . Am I not a little to big for a Dog right know?'' As I was thinking about this Alicia turned around and looked into my eyes.


    With the Scream Alicia released I realized that I must have scared the hell out of them so I returned to the Tattoo.


    And Started to wonder why they were so scared of me. I then remembered that there were still some skills I didn''t looked at before. So I looked once more at my Familiar skills.

    As I looked at them i found out some pretty interesting things


    Shared Vision let''s the TV screen appear, I can''t see what Advanced Familiar Tattoo does, Combined Mana let me use Sophies Mana, Channel Casting let me cast spells as if I was standing in Sophies position.


    The last two are the skills that I find most impressive. Spirit eyes let me see the soul of everything and I don''t need to do anything for it to work. Astral Form shifts me from the physical world to the astral one, so I can''t be harmed in the normal way and the best is it doesn''t even need mana, but it has a one second cool down and only works for up to ten.


    I probably activated this skill instinctively and so scared the three of them. So, I scolded myself with,'' Bad Doggy, Bad Doggy.''


    I''m back here is the first chapter that is overdue the next one will be released as soon as possible I don''t know if before or after the one on Monday.

    With this I used shared Vision and saw than Sophie was lying in bed with her father and her sister, before she closed her eyes.


    Waiting for the night to pass was boring as hell so I tried some of the new skills out, but it is hard for me as I don''t know how I can be sure to use one of them. So, I went back to mastering the use of Spirit Claw.


    Time passed and I got better and better at using it, then it was time. Sophie was having breakfast with her father and sister, so I left the tattoo once more.


    This time there was no ripping sound, but everyone looked at me surprised as I appeared out of Sophies Familiar Tattoo.


    First they were shocked, but soon Alicia and Hank burst out into loud laughter and Sophie blushed. Sophie said something a bit angry, before I could turn on my language comprehension.


    Alicia responded to what Sophie said, but this time I could clearly understand them," Even if you were half asleep you should have known that it was Pochi."."I wanna see you in this kind of situation."responded Sophie to Alicia getting a bit angry.


    Alicia showed a confidant smile, but before she could say anything Hank interrupted them, "So, Sophie what did Pochi Evolve into? I have never seen this kind of creature."


    Sophie did something in the air before she said, "It says that he is a Spirit Dog, have you heard of it before Dad?".


    "Spirit Dog, never heard of it. I have heard of Spirit Monster, but I always that that was a race on its own." answered Hank after he pondered for a bit.


    Sophies eyes were sparkling and she basically shouted at her father, "What do you know about Spirit Monsters?".


    The one that answered that was Alicia,"Spirit Monster are mostly harmless monster as they exist on the astral plane and can''t hurt us, but there are some quite dangerous ones that can destroy your soul directly."


    "So, he has become something incredible. Wow Pochi I''m so proud of you." said Sophie while she started to pet me. The more she petted me the more pleasant it felt at first I only had problems to follow their conversation, but soon nothing mattered anymore. It was pure pleasure.


    When the petting stopped, I was lying on my back.


    ''What happened? I was petted before, but it never felt this good.''


    As I looked around confused. I saw that Sophie was standing up and going to the front door.


    She looked at me and waited and then after a bit of time said, "Come Pochi we are going to Lee, maybe he knows more about you."


    I looked at her as I didn''t knew how they came to that conclusion, but I still stood up and followed her out of the house.


    As we left the house there was a small person standing before the door.


    Sophie saw the Person and greeted with, "Hey Rob, why are you standing before our door?"


    ''This is Rob, wasn''t he taller than Alicia before now he is shorter than me, how is that possible?''

    "That can wait." responded Sophie and as I too wanted to know what would happen I could understand her 100%.


    "Rob, come in. Bye bye Sophie." said Alicia while she pulled Rob into the house and closed the door behind them.


    "I wanna know what they are doing." muttered Sophie to herself. Sophie looked at me for a while before she said,"Pochi go inside and watch the two of them."


    I wondered if I should do as she said or not, but after a short while I decided it would be better to let them have some time for themselves. So, I started to walk into the direction of the gate to go to Lee.


    Sophie looked after me a bit perplexed, but soon came after me while shouting,"Wait for me Pochi."


    At the gate we met Morris, "Hey Morris, how is it going?". He took a deep breath before he said,"Same as yesterday, Nala, she is still angry at me. And, your one your way to Master Leenorial?".


    "Don''t let yourself get depressed, she will need a bit more time and yes, I wanna ask him if he knows more about Pochis evolution." answered Sophie.


    "This is Pochi!" asked Morris clearly shocked.


    "Yupp, doesn''t he look awesome.", Sophie said. Morris looked at me before he said,"He surely does."


    "then til later.", said sophie and started to leave, but Morris told her,"I won''t be here later, as my sift is of over in an hour." Sophie retorted only with an "OK"


    At the next two gates it looked like Sophie was well known and could pass the gate without any problems the guards only looked strangely at me, but as I was her familiar there wasn''t any problem.


    We reached the tower and entered it and there I saw it my nemesis. It was a hard and difficult battle, but in the end I won.


    Sophie knocked on Lees door and after a short while entered, but lee wasn''t here.


    "Looks like he isn''t here he is probably in his laboratory. Come Pochi we need to get down again."


    As Sophie climbed down the stairs and I was looking at them, they grinned at me with an evil smile.


    Here the last delayed chapter the next regular one is Monday, but I''m not sure if I will be able to manage that so sorry in advance and thanks for reading.

    Chapter 20: Sophies and Lees world


    Sophie was skipping the stairs down like they were nothing, but I was struggling. The stairs tried their best to defeat me. As we reached the door to Lees lab I was about to collapse .Sophie knocked on the door and soon the door flung open and Monica was standing before us.


    "Sophie dear what are you doing here?" she said to her daughter.


    "Pochi finished his evolution and I wanted to ask what he has become?" Sophie proudly told her mom.


    "Dear, Leenoriel is pretty bu..." was Monica starting to tell, but was interrupted by Lee with,"Who is it Mon?"


    Monica answered right away with,"It''s just my daughter, she..", but once again she was interrupted by Lee,"That''s great she can help us with the construction of the Arcane Magic."


    Lee hurriedly came over and pulled Sophie right in, I just followed and Monica was there standing and looking confused of what happened.


    On a table there were layers of Paper piled up. Sophie was placed before them and started to explain to Sophie what was going on,"Yesterday, after your training, the King wanted to see me, he had an Idea how to strengthen our line of defence and ordered me to look into it."


    Sophie didn''t know what was going on, but Lee just continued, "I need to find a way to summon someone from another world and give them them some kind of power to face of against the beast, but right know I''m stuck. I have problems with finding a way to connect to an other world, the other things aren''t as much of a problem. So do you have some kind of idea?"


    Sophie pondered for a bit and then asked,"So the problem is to find out where the other world is and if there is a Person."."Exactly. I knew you would understand." said Lee overjoyed.


    "I already have an Idea how to get the person and even to give some sort of power, but the mana cost would be way too high."told Sophie Lee, while lee and Sophie talked Monica came over.


    "Ohh that is great the power granting was the next part to think of. I knew you would be a big help with your Arcane Magic level." responded to Sophies sentence.


    I started to ponder to how it would be possible to find something, then I remembered how bats find something with echolocation and I thought if there was a way to do the same with magic.


    So, I tried to use some of my Mana to send out a wave of Magic. It didn''t work, so I thought how bats do it and I think they use there mouth to release a sonic wave.


    So, I tried to copy that only with a Magic wave and what came out was a roar that I didn''t expect.


    What happened was that all people in this room looked at me.


    The first to say something was Lee, "Sophie is this your familiar?", he asked a bit confused.


    "Yes" was Sophies response.


    "What type of Dog is he?", he asked a bit perplexed, "I have never seen something like him." he continued before Sophie answered with,"A Spirit Dog, I hoped you did know more about his Evolution."


    "Spirit, that''s it!", lee suddenly screamed at us. Monica and Sophie looked a bit perplexed at him.

    Monica looked at both of them and then at the simple circle lee was showing to them and then asked, "What does this circle do?"


    both of them looked at her and she was blushing a bit, after a while Lee answered her, "This circle looks for the closest soul of a being and then tells us the position of that being."


    Now Monicas eyes widened in surprise, as I too understood what that meant I was just happy for them.


    Lee seeing, that Monica Understood, ordered her to go and order all spellcaster of the tower that are able to, to produce a large mana storing crystal. Then, as Monica left the Lab he turned to Sophie and asked her," Sophie do you think you can help me."


    "Yes, I think I can. So how should we start this? Should we make this a four part circle?" at this question from Sophie Looked at her and asked,"four part?".


    "I think it would make things easier.", she said to him."Wait a moment I don''t think I can follow your thoughts right now. I would understand a three part circle, but why a four part one?"


    "A four part one would consume less mana. The parts to do would be finding a soul, bringing the found soul over to this world, granting that soul additional power and the last construct the body." explained Sophie her thoughts.


    "Ahh, now I can follow you, instead of bringing the soul and body here. You want to just take the soul that would definitely be more mana efficient and by just modifying the soul it would be easier to improve the person. Wait a moment why just summon one, why not four at the same time?" bought Lee an idea up.


    "If we do that, then we need to include parallel processing into the circle, but that wouldn''t only increase the mana efficiency, but also the mana cost. So to counter that... we could use a divine chant." Sophie continued with her rapid own thoughts.


    "But then we would need to synchronize the whole circle and couldn''t add a Mana crystal, except we use four identical crystals!" exclaimed Lee excited


    "If we go this far already let''s go one step further and use 16 divine casters as condenser." suggested Sophie.


    Lee looked at her wide eyed before he said,"That would put a terrible burden one the casters, but would increase the Purity of the Mana by an insane amount. Let''s do it like this"


    Both of them instantly started to work.

 Chapter 21: Language and Magic

    Chapter 21: Language and Magic


    Lee and Sophie went to work right away. Lee started with the problem of the Crystals and Sophie Started to write the Modification part of the Circle.


    At first I was just as excited as Sophie and lee and followed them, but soon I got bored and laid down.


    After a bit of time I even fell asleep. I didn''t know how much time passed, but I was woken by something that struck my head.


    When I looked around, I saw Sophie standing next to me. She looked at me and apologized as she bowed down and picked up a book that she probably dropped on my head.


    As the book was lying before me open, I could read a line before Sophie picked it up.


    So, I just laid my head back down and wanted to go back to sleep.


    When I realized that I could read and understood what was written there.


    So, I turned around and looked at the bookshelf that I was lying in front of.


    I looked at the Title of the books, Advanced Arcane Circle, Crystal Integration Circle, Elemental efficient Circle, and so on. All of the books had Circle somewhere in their title.


    All except one, the book "The difference of the Elemental and their combinations."


    That book was so out of place that I didn''t know why it would even be in the shelf.


    I looked around and saw that Sophie and Lee were completely focused on their work so I tried to get the book out of the shelf.


    First I tried to get it out with my right front paw, but I couldn''t manage.


    Next I tried to use my jaw and pull it out, but even so I couldn''t grab the book.


    Then I tried to use Magic, I used Astral Magic to try and pull the book towards me.


    The result was that the soul of the Book was lying before me and the book itself was still standing in the self, but the soul returned slowly to the book.


    As Astral didn''t work I tried to use Space in the same way, but there was a feeling that something did interface with my magic.


    I was getting more and more frustrated.


    So, I looked around to see if there was something that could help me, but what I saw was a being that was watching me interested.


    The being looked like a big drop of water only its color was a soft silver gray and had to big and cute eyes that stared at me.


    As I looked at it surprised, the being hopped down from the table it was on and hopped over to me.


    Stopped right in front of me and stared at me.


    I was a bit Scared at the strange being and got even more scared when it slowly started to form a tentacle.


    I was preparing to use space magic to teleporte out of the way, but the being didn''t use the tentacle to attack me instead it pointed at the book and then at me.


    I was surprised by it, but nodded at it.


    The being used the tentacle do pull out the book and put it down before me.


    I still was surprised by the situation and looked at the being.


    The being pointed at me and then at the book.


    It took me a while before, I realized that the being wanted me to read the book.


    So, I started to read.


    The book had 22 chapters the first was the chapter that explained each type of Magic then one to each of those types and the last one the ways to combine them.

    So, I started to read the first chapter and I was surprised, basic magic was pretty much strait forward, advanced magic was becoming more interesting.


    Nature Magic was a magic that had a wide variety of use, Metal magic was used in most crafts and helped make almost insane weapons, Astral Magic I use was used to influence the mind of being and interact with souls and Physical Magic could influence Gravity and had spells to move things just with ones mind.


    Then High Magic was even more complex and different from before.


    Energy Magic was Magic that could control Lightning and balls of pure energy, Crystal Magic was a magic that could form Crystals that could store magic what I found kind of strange, Life magic was Magic that healed wounds, Death Magic was Necromancy and curses, Mana magic is Mana in its purest form and let you influence the magic of others and Stamina magic is the same only with stamina.


    Then there was Extreme Magic, it was so complex it was explained instead there was a list of book references.


    Then I went to Astral Magic as that was one of the Magics I could use and in that chapter, there were three basic spells of Astral Magic those were, Telepathy a spell to communicate with others if they were willing, Soulmark a spell that allowed to track the condition of one person and the last one was Astral vision that I already had.


    As I couldn''t chant I tried to reproduce the way the magic should move as explained in the book and tried to use Telepathy on the being from before. After the 20th or so try, I finally succeeded and I could finally communicate with the being.


    What I heard from the being was, ''Strange Dog, why can read, wanna too, me Shu.'' it was only that, but I really could understand it so I tried to answer him with,'' Hi I''m Pochi and I don''t know why I can read can you tell me what type of being you are?'' but sadly all that came back from him was,'' why strange speak, I no know, you no Human speak?''.


    If I could I would have face palmed myself. That being was able to speak the language of this world, but I wasn''t so I had an Idea I could have it teach me, but how to get it to do it.


    First I went and deactivated the language comprehension trait and then I tried once more,'' I Pochi, you shu.'' the answer of the being was, a word I didn''t knew and then'' I shu, Pochi'' and two more words as I didn''t knew. Because I didn''t knew what those words meant I tried something.


    What, I tired was pointing at me and saying ''Pochi'' then I pointed at him and said,''Shu'', then at the next thing and Shu did understand and told me the word for the thing and like that I started to learn the language of the world from Shu.


    Here is the next chapter and the story is slowly starting to progress.


    The last three chapters there wasn''t any choice so I put a poll for what to learn and have a question what weapon the "Heros" should get I''m open to everything, you may even make up some type of fantasy weapon and describe it ;)

    With the help of Shu, I soon new more and more words, but sadly after only half an hour I had forgotten most of them.


    It was then that the door to the lab was slammed open and an old man with balding gray hair, dressed in a finely decorated shirt with golden embroideries, long silvery pants and boots made out of a kind of red leather entered the lab.


    The instance the man entered he raised his voice in an accusing manner,"Leenoriel, what is the meaning of this?". Lee just looked up from the magic circle he was forming at the moment, looked at the man before he said without any hurry in his voice,"Gla, just a moment I just quickly finish this.", before he returned his whole concentration to the circle.


    The man was seemingly enraged by this and screamed,"Leenoriel, stop call. Don''t just. Arrgghhh!". While he screamed his hands were waving around til they went to his hair as if he wanted to pull it out.


    After the man stopped screaming, but before he managed to calm down a woman entered the room and said to the enraged man," Glanislaw, calm down or you will lose the rest of your hair too.".


    The women looked to be in her early thirties, she wore a faintly glowing silver necklace, a light purple dress that was partly hidden by a white lab coat.


    At the remark of the woman, Glanislaw looked at his hands, but luckily he didn''t see any hair in it so he sighed out in relieve.


    The woman looked around and was surprised to see a little girl working inside the lab, but before she said anything Lee had finished the circle and went to the two of them and greeted them friendly,"Gla, Ant .What brings you two into my lab?"


    The woman was the first to answer, "I''m here because I want to know why you gave a task to halve of my researchers?"."Halve of yours two, what the hell are you planning Leenoriel? Do you want to sabotage our research?" said Glanislaw a bit louder than needed to Lee.


    "No, Gla. I don''t want to sabotage you two, I just need the mages that are capable to make me 121 big magic crystals." was Lees simple answer, but Glanislaw was now even more enraged then before,"Then, you could have just taken some from the storage, there should be more than enough big magic crystals there!".


    "I''m sorry to disappoint you Gla, but the ones in the storage room are simply to small for my purpose.", answered Lee. This time the woman was the one to ask lee a question,"So, what are you making? If it is something that requires such a large magic crystal then it is no normal experiment of yours."


    "The King has given me a task, to prepare a Hero summoning." said Lee as if it wasn''t a big deal.


    Glanislaw started laughing at hearing what lee said. "Such a thing is not possible to be made by humanity and the King knows it." was all Gladislaw said to this, but the woman was quite curious,"Yesterday the King asked Glanislaw and me, if we thought that it was possible and we thought it to be impossible. Are you sure, he didn''t ask you only for your opinion? It wouldn''t be the first time."

Sophie looked up to the three of them and said,"I have connected all parts, I''m just fixing some places to reduce the mana consummation a bit, but that should be done in the next two to three minutes."


    Lee looked back to the two and said,"So, It doesn''t matter anymore. So even if the King only asked if it is possible, I will just hand him the completed ritual and the matter is done."


    Glanislaws mouth opened wide at this remark and it looked like he was shocked so much he couldn''t move anymore. The woman was shocked to, but not as much a Glanislaw as she asked,"Lee, who is that girl?", while pointing at Sophie. "She, she is Monicas daughter. She is really good at arcane magic, so I started to train her on the way of the mystic class."


    "you train her on the way of the mystic class, does that mean she has no class, then why is she here?" asked the woman, Lee pondered for a brief moment before he remembered,"Right, Sophie was here to ask me about her familiar, maybe you know something about it." As Lee pointed at me she turned towards me and saw me for the first time.


    surprised at this sudden turn of events I did something really dumb, I used Telepathy on her and send her a ''Hi''. At this the woman was so surprised that she stood there for a bit without doing anything. Then, as if nothing happened she said to lee,"I haven''t seen such a type of dog before would it be OK if I took him into my research lab?"


    Lee over at Sophie, but didn''t say anything. When Sophie put away scribing tools, Lee asked her,"Sophie, how about we go over to Ants lab and let her find out more about your Poc , Poi , mhh. I will just leave it as Pochi.".


    Sophie looked at the woman and then suddenly bowed,"I would be a great honor to have Pochis abilities tested by Master Antonia."."You don''t need to be so formal, the only one who really cares about this is Glanislaw here, but don''t mind him." was the answer the woman gave.


    "Sophie let''s take everything with us so we don''t need to return here." said Lee using this opportunity I decided it would be best to run, so I changed to the Astral plane and went right through the wall or not as I was not able to pass through.


    Then I was grabbed in the back of my neck while still in the astral form, as I turned my head, I saw the woman with a scary smile and she said to me,"Did you think I would let you escape so easily?"


    I struggled, but I surrendered to my fate when I heard from Shu, ''No, escape, poor Pochi''.


    After we left, Glanislaw was still standing in Lees lab with his jaw hanging down not moving.

    shortly after left Lees laboratory, Antonia reached for a pocket on the inside of her coat. What she pulled out of it was a collar that emitted a purple glow with strange runes engraved on it.


    As she reached for me to put it around my neck Sopie asked her,"Antonia, what is that collar used for?"."Ohh, Ehh, It is to watch over the vitality of the Tes.. of the Dog, so nothing happens to him while we check him out in my lab." replied Antonia.


    "Why would you need it? Pochi is my Familiar and I can watch over his condition." was Sophies next question as we walked through a dimly lit corridor.


    "You can find out much more about beast if you watch their vitality closely. Things like age how much this type of beast is different from the others of the same race, you can even find out how high his potential is." explained Antonia to Sophie before she asked,"So, you helped Lee with the Hero Summoning. What did you help with?".


    Sophia looked towards Antonia before she said,"Everything expect the detection of possible souls was made by me. Ohh, Lee I changed a bit in the detection to reduce the mana cost I hope it is OK."


    At what Sophie said, Antonia tried to get approval from Lee, but he just asked Sophie,"Ok, what did you change?"."I added a condition for the souls to response.", said Sophie with a wide grin.


    "Ohh what did you add?" asked Lee curios."I added that only strong souls without body response, so we don''t need the Mana to rip out the soul." as Sophie answered the question, Antonia was speechless.


    "Ohh right, which of your ideas did you implement to grant them power? The weapon?" Lee asked as his curiosity leaked. Sophie turned to look at him while still continuing to follow Antonia.


    She showed a board triumphant smile that filled her whole face and answered with,"All three! And ... I kept the Mana requirement as low as possible!"


    Lee Stopped moving for a moment to look at her answer. Then, when he collected himself once more, he closed in on us. "How?" was the only thing Lee could ask. Sophie giggle a bit before she said, "The fusion part wasn''t as hard as I thought it would be, it was even cheaper than creating a body from scratch. Integrating the Crystal into the soul would have been incredibly complex if the body already existed, but if only the soul is present it does it almost on its own. The same is the case with the weapon."


    "Sophie, I''m afraid to ask, but what is your level in arcane magic?" asked lee when he realized what Sophie just did. Sophie turned around once more, "Let me check", she said before she moved her hands around in the air.


    When Sophie stopped moving, both Antonia and Lee looked at her. "I''m at Expert Level one." said Sophie surprised.


    At this Antonia screamed,"EXPERT ONE, how is that possible you look no older than ten, how could you have expert level one in any type of extreme magic. Even I haven''t gotten any higher than advanced four and I''m one of the masters of this tower.". After her outbreak were she spoke incredibly fast.

    Antonia needed a moment to regain her breath after that Lee said to her,"Soph is eight years old, incredibly don''t you think."with a wide smile on his face. She just turned to lee and glared at him, but lee ignored it or at last I think he did.


    "Ohh, right. Ant when we get to your lab will you give me four of your weapons and four of your beast? Then, we could finish the preparation for the ritual tonight." He asked her.


    She needed a moment to regain herself, before she said,"OK. Sophie how high was your level before you ''helped'' Lee?".


    "I was at Advanced seven. Ohh, I see because I improved the ritual multiple times the level of my skill skyrocket." Sophia concluded.


    We walked a bit in silent before Antonia spoke once more,"Sophia, would you like to become my disciple? I may not be as proficient in melee combat, but I could still teach you some things.".


    At this Lee objected with,"Hey, Ant she is already studying under me. Don''t just take my fun away."


    "If she learns under you, she will just end up doing all your work. That would limit her potential." said Antonia to him.


    At this Lee just glared at her without saying anything. Antonia took this as his acceptance and asked Sophie once more,"Sophie do you want to study under me?".


    Sophies reply was short, but full of confidence,"No". "As expec... wait did you just say no."asked Antonia. "Yupp, I said no, I wanna study under master Leenoriel the best Mageknight the kingdom has.", Sophie said with a big smile on her face.


    "So, Sophie has decided, let''s continue to go to your lab Ant." said Lee while starting to push her in the direction we were going beforehand.


    The rest of the way to the lab Sophie and Lee talked more and more about the ritual and Antonia was sulking. I decided this was the best chance to escape form Antonias experiments. I sifted into my astral form and tried once more to move through the wall, but once more I could not move through it.


    Then I choose to just run away the way we came from and surprisingly I succeeded.


    As I returned to Lees Lab I was surprised that I found Glanislaw still standing inside the room, but as Shu wasn''t paying attention to him. So, I didn''t either.


    Shu looked at me with his big eyes as I returned. He hopped over to me and made some cute sounds. Then, everything went white and I immediately knew. I really couldn''t escape.

 Chapter 24: training in BARL

    Chapter 24: training in BARL


    The room I appeared in was another lab. On one side of the lab were different kinds of weapon most of which I had never seen before in my life and some pretty common. On the other side was an incredibly amount of cages with different types of animals and monsters. In between those was a big open space with different circles on the ground.


    As I looked around Antonia moved forward to the open space with Lee and Sophie following her.


    I pondered for a moment if I should follow too, but I came to the conclusion that there was no escape for me so I followed them.


    When I came close to them I heard Antonia explaining some exercise and what they would improve and what infomations she could get from them, " ...out how strong Pochis will is.


    The parkour is an exercise that will improve the agility, the information we can get is how fast Pochi can react to changing situation.


    The last exercise is called Thunderdome in it we will shot a great number of enchanted stones at Pochi they will do no harm, but will still hurt, this will train everything the other exercise trained. What I can gain from this how strong Pochi really is. So I would like you to choose two of these so we can get started."


    Sophie looked at Antona with big eyes and then said, "can''t Pochi do all four of them." with this sentence a shiver went down my spine.


    "Are you sure" asked Antonia, Sophie confirmed it with an innocent nod.


    "Ok, you see the pole over there. You need to leash Pochi onto the pole and then I will start the first exercise." said Antonia and Sophie did as she said.


    I was wondering what the first one would be as I didn''t hear when the first was explained.


    A slope appeared before me and a stone began to roll towards me. The stone had a radius of 50 cm. Then, I heard a cheer from Sophie, "Pochi I know you can do it, destroy the rock."


    I looked at the rock, it wasn''t fast, but still it was pretty big. How can I destroy something like this.


    Then it occurred to me I could use magic to destroy it.


    So on my first try I used my Spirit Claw, but that did nothing on the stone that was still rolling my way. ''Damit astral magic didn''t work and I don''t think I can destroy it with teleporting so I need to try something different.''


    So, I gathered mana and moved it to my mouth without passing through the brain this time, I was concentrating on reducing the Stone to dust and let the mana out of my mouth.


    A black ball of mana shot out of my mouth and hit the stone, but still nothing appeared to happen.


    I tried it two more time, with those two attacks I found out that the part that was hit really turned to dust, but it was such a small area that it didn''t matter.


    The stone was coming closer and closer I didn''t had much time left so I decided once more to try something new, I tried to move my mana through my entire body to strengthen it and protect me from the stone. The result was, I was clad in electricity.


    I moved closer to the stone and clawed at it, but the stone was unimpressed by it.

    I started to panic as the stone was directly in front of me, I don''t know what or how I did it, but a strength surged through my body as I desperately clawed at the stone, and with a hit the stone was stopped from moving.


    As the stone didn''t move anymore my mind was at ease. I opened my Skill menu to look at what I learned, I had three new skills Death Magic, Energy Magic and Body strengthening technique.


    When I was about to Inspect those skills a bit more in detail the ground beneath me moved away from the pole.


    The next thing that happen was that a pit filled with lava appeared around 1,5m away from the pole surrounding it.


    I started to walk and quickly closed the blue screens. At first it was walking, but then suddenly without warning I was attacked.


    It was my nemesis (stairs) that appeared out of nowhere, the battle took several hours and I was about to fall into the pit when it stopped and my nemesis disappeared.


    I was at the end of my power, no mana as I forgot about the electricity and totally exhausted.


    When the pole disappeared I wanted to run away, but there were two walls to both of my sides and a gigantic stone that rolled towards me. So, I started to run.


    There appeared different obstacle out of nowhere that I needed to avoid to not get crushed by the stone. It was hard and I needed to use different types of ways to avoid them, but in the end it didn''t matter the stone was getting faster and faster til it suddenly disappeared and I collapsed on the ground.


    I wanted to never move again when a dome covered me at the side of the dome appeared a lava pit like before and then it started.


    It was hell, at first there were only stones shot at me that I could evade by rolling to the side, but when the ground started to move from the middle of the dome to the pits, I needed to stand up and move for real. Then, when I got almost accustomed to it obstacles appeared from the middle of the dome. So now I had to keep moving evading stones and avoiding obstacles.


    Then the sice of the stones changed from pebble to 50 cm, It was incredible hard and I got hit multiple times til I changed my tactic to destroying them.


    I was getting more and more exhausted and when I thought it couldn''t get any worse, my nemesis appeared once more, it didn''t take long for me til I fell into the lava pit only to find out it was only an optical illusion.


    Then I just collapsed from exhaustion.

    As my consciousness slowly returned, I remembered what had happened and clawed at a boulder in my imagination, but there was no boulder claw at. There was nothing there.


    I warily looked around and saw only a familiar darkness around me, I was inside the familiar tattoo.


    My breath was still unsteady even though my body was totally rested. Slowly I started to calm down, as there was nothing that would attack me here.


    ''Is it over'' I thought to myself, ''Did it even happen? Or was it all just a terrible nightmare?''


    Hesitantly I opened my status and skill screens. When I saw the change to my stats and skills the only thing I could think about was ''Sophie really is a merciless sadist. How should I face her from now on? I don''t want to be tortured anymore. What should I do... ? What should I do?'' This one sentence continued to echo through my mind.


    I laid there not thinking straight for an undefined amount of time before I could think clearly once more. ''OK, I should first analyze the situation. Sophie talked about something with Antonia. Then, she leashed me onto the pole. Ok to this point no sadistic action. Then, she activated the torturing device and watched as hell broke loss while smiling and cheering. Yup Sophie is a sadist.''


    I thought as a shiver went down my spine. ''Will things like this happen from now one.


    I don''t want things like that to happen from now on, so I need to do something to change this. Wait... WAIT A MOMENT couldn''t I have returned to the familiar-tattoo at any time. Idiot Pochi. So I will return here,to the familiar-tattoo, every time Sophie tries to torture me. That''s a good plan. No Sophie can just call me out again that isn''t really a solution.     While pondering for some time, I wondered what Sophie was doing. So, I operated the Space in front of me to make the TV screen appear with which I could see what Sophie saw. What I saw was that Sophie was in here room, but something was obstructing the screen, it was as if Sophie was underwater.


    ''What is going on?'' I asked myself. I heard the soft voice of Sophie sobbing.


    By this turn of events I was pretty confused, and my thought went all over the place again.


    ''Should I go out and comfort her? Or should I wait here and do nothing? But, Sophie is so small and I want to know what happened. Is she hurt?'' Overwhelmed by emotions of discomfort and worry, I couldn''t think about the situation anymore and just went outside the tattoo to be by her side.


    When I Appeared under her skirt and lifted her up with my huge body, Sophie let out a small scream.


    I turned my head to look at Sophie, who was now riding on my back. Sophie stared at me for a few seconds before she returned to crying. She bends forward to hug my head and said something over and over again.


    Shocked as I was, I didn''t activate my language comprehension til I remembered it after Sophie had calmed down.


    Sophie fell asleep on my back and she was getting heavier so I carefully walked over to her bed.


    ''Ok what now? How should I get her on the bed without waking her up? Should I try to shift to the astral plane with her? But, if it fails she will hit the floor.'' while I was thinking about ways to move Sophie from my back to the bed the door opened and Monica came in and said, "Sophie dear, I ...".


    But stopped mid sentence when she saw me with the sleeping Sophie on my back looking at the bed and started to lough.


    I glared at her, seeing this Monica put her one hand before her mouth to stop herself from laughing.


    It took Monica a bit of time before she calmed down enough to approach me and remove Sophie from my back, changing her into her nightgown with a little difficulty and put her into the bed. While doing this, she spoke to me in a whispering voice.


    "Pochi, you are great Dog. Sophie should be glad to have a partner like you, sadly she still doesn''t quite get what a familiar is so she is treating you like a toy, but that is understandable at her age. Sometimes I forget that Sophie is only eight years old with all she is able to do. Pochi I''m sorry Sophie put you into the test of the Beast Annihilation Research Laboratories, I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive her."


    A bit shocked at this, I thought ''Does she know that I can understand her?''


    Monica used her hand to rub the back of her head. "What am I doing telling this to a young dog," she said as she left the room and silently closed the door behind her.


    I sat there looking at Sophie and wondering if I should trust her or not.

    As I watched the sleeping Sophie I wondered if I should continue to trust her. What she did to me was in no way easy to forgive, but harder than handing out my forgiveness was continuing to put my absolut trust in her. I just don''t know if I can continue putting faith in her.


    So, I turned into astral from and left her room. As I left I tried to think about something else, that was when my mind wandered to one specific thought, ''If I can move through doors and such why don''t I fall through the floor?''


    The moment that thought entered my head I fell through the floor. I looked down and saw that Alicia was eating at the table and that I would hit her if I continued to fall any deeper. To my surprise I stopped in mid air directly above Alicia''s head.


    In panic I tried to move to the side away from Alici''s head, and it worked. ''Does that mean that in astral form I can move as I want?'', I thought to myself. So, I thought about falling to the ceiling and I really fell to the ceiling ... til I hit it, face first. It hurt. The pain canceled my astral form, so I started to fall once more and landed right on the table at which Alicia was eating.


    Surprised by this, Alicia screamed in a high-pitched voice, startled she jumped back from the table and started to cast a spell stopping only when she realized that it was just me.


    "POCHI, you scared the hell out of me," she said to me with one hand over her chest as she let out a deep breath. The scream had Monica rushing into the room with a weapon in her left hand. "What happened?," asked Monica. Alicia looked at her mother and just answered with,"Pochi just fell on the table?"


    While she answered she looked up at the ceiling, Monica saw this and also looked at the ceiling.

    Both woman shifted their gazes towards me with puzzled expressions. ''Should I try to explain? Maybe that would be for the best.'' So, I used the telepathy spell to talk to them. As I cast that spell Monica''s expression changed to one of wariness and then to one of confusion.


    ''Ahh, I just made some mistakes and fell through the floor in my astral form, I''m sorry.'' I said to them in their minds, but sadly I forgot that I didn''t speak the native language.


    Alicia looked around for the Voice in her head and Monica looked at me with an expression of utter shock. It was silent in the room for a bit til Alicia asked her mother, "Mom was that you?".


    Monica shook her head and just pointed at me with the weapon still in her hand and said, "Pochi, is that you?"and I just answered her still in my language,''Jup that was me, is something wrong Monica?''. In this sentence there were two words that were the same in both languages Jupp and Monica.


    Monica looked with wide eyes at me and then asked me, "Pochi, could you say my name once more?". ''I don''t know why you want that ,but OK, Monica.'' after I send these thoughts to both of them I realized that I just now Communicated with tham and to make matters worse in English not the native tounge.


    Then I hurriedly added,'' forget, Pochi, telepathy'' this time in their language. Alicia and Monica looked at each other and then back to me.


    When I saw this a shiver went down my spine and I hurriedly send to them,''bye bye Monica. bye bye Alicia.'' and just run out of the room right into Hank that looked as if he had just entered the house.


    Monica hurried after me and when she saw Hank she said,"Grab him." and Hank was a bit perplexed at first but then just did what he was asked to, but I wouldn''t be caught that easily so I shifted into astral form and just fell upwards through the ceiling and landed on the floor of the next floor.


    I was now in a room I was never in before, this room had many cute stuffed animals, a bed, a table and selves. The room also had an armor stand with some pieces of armor on it. When I saw the Armor I knew I was in Alicia''s room.


    I heard voices from below, so I looked around for a suitable hiding place. In the end I just hid myself under Alicia''s bed.


    There I thought to myself ''Damn it, what should I do now? I''m way to careless. What I need is way to remove everyone''s memory that would solve all my problems but I don''t have a way to do that. So, what else am I able to do. Wait ... a hit to the head should remove the memories, but does it work in this world too. I don''t know. I need something else, come on brain give me a good Idea I need one right now. I could just try to explain everything to them, but I don''t know their language very well right now. Or I couldtry to hide til they have forgotten it naturally, but how long would that take ... days, months, years. I don''t know!''


    while I was thinking about this my Telepathy spell was working wonderfully.

    I was still thinking about the best possible solution to the problems created by my last mistake.


    When I heard parts of discussion from below.


    "That Dog is way too intelligent! Hank we need to question him.", this was clearly Monica that shouted at her husband. I tried to listen in on their conversations, but the next thing I heard was once more Monica shouting,"I will go look for him. Balto, come here."


    At this, I started to panic and tried to calm myself mentally while still trying to listen to the conversation below.


    Then without any prior warning a voice so loud and authoritatively echoed through the whole building," Monica. You need to calm down. Now!".


    At first I thought I didn''t know the owner of this Voice, but then I realized that it belonged to Hank.


    I was getting more and more confused about the situation. I thought if I should get down and try to talk to them, but another outburst of Monica told me that I shouldn''t.


    "... that dam Dog ...." was the part that was lout enough for me to hear.


    I decided it would be best to wait til everything calmed down a bit and crawled deeper under the bed.


    I continued to listen, but no more sounds were carried over to me, so after some time I fell asleep without me realizing.


    I was a woken by a bright light inside the room and a door being closed.


    Curios as I am I sneaked a peek at what was happening in the room and what I saw was Alicia changing into her nightgown. At first I panicked a bit, but soon calmed down as I realized she didn''t know I was there.


    So, I once again tried to hide even more under the bed. I listened to the sound of Alicia changing and then slowly approaching the bed.


    I felt as the bed bent down from the weight of a person and pushed at my back. It wasn''t much, but I still felt as if the whole bed was carried by me.The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.


    ''Once she is asleep I will move to another place'' I thought to myself as the light went out only to go on a second or so later. ''what is going on?'' was my thought about the sudden reappearance of the light.


    Then the bed got lighter and didn''t push against me again, followed by a familiar face looking at me from the right side.


    "There you are." said Alicia that looked directly into my eyes.


    At this, I started to panic, but Alicia just moved away from me and I calmed down again swiftly.


    I waited quite some time for what would happen next, but nothing did happen.


    So, I slowly crept forward til I could peek out from under the bed.


    What I saw was Alicia Siting around one meter away from the bed one the ground looking at me.


    I waited at what she would do now that she could see me, but she still did nothing more that looking tiredly at me.


    We sat there for half an hour or so when she started to talk to me,"next time when you use telepathy please make sure to cancel the spell when you don''t want to talk to us anymore, you almost drove me and my mother insane, with all the thoughts you send to us. Even if we didn''t understand any of your thoughts, we know that you are incredible intelligent for a Dog." while saying this, she didn''t look at me instead she looked at her toes.


    I waited for her to continue talking, but she didn''t. She was just sitting there wiggling with her toes.


    While I was watching her I slowly crept closer to her without me realizing it.


    When my head was out she talked to me once again, "So, Pochi. I was wondering do you understand every word we say? If so how do you do it?"


    Now Alicia was again looking at me. I didn''t know if I should answer her or if I even could so I remained silent and just looked back at her.


    We looked at each other for quite some time, til Alicia said, "Maybe your understanding of our language is just bad?"


    She is properly right without my trait ''language comprehension'' I wouldn''t understand her at all.


    Then I heard Alicias slowly speaking voice, "Po-chi". I looked at her and she was pointing at me, then she pointed at her and she said in the same slow pace, "A-li-ci-a".


    I knew what she was trying to do, but I still hesitated a bit.


    She pointed at me and once more said in the same slow pace,"Po-chi".


    ''This is an opportunity to learn their language, but what will they do if they know I''m a reincarnated person?'' I thought while I watched as Alicia pointed once more at herself.


    At that moment I remembered how I taught my children to talk and how happy I was with every new word they learned and how much I missed them, ''Maybe it wouldn''t be so bad to trust this family.'' I thought and turned Language comprehension of and used telepathy to connect to Alicia.


    Alicia was just pointing at me once more when telepathy connected to her and I send the word ''Pochi''


    to her.


    A big smile now formed on Alicias face and she pointed at herself once more at which I send her the word ''Alicia'', Alicia was overjoyed at this and pointed at her desk.


    At this, I thought of surprising her and send her the word ''table''. She was indeed surprised, but soon she shook her head and said a word I didn''t know and still pointed at the desk so I repeated after her.


    We continued this for quite some time and before I realized it I was right next to her and she patted me.


    Being patted like this while learning a new language was kind of nice. So, both of us slowly drifted of to sleep.

    When my mind was slowly returning from the world of dreams, I felt something move next to me and instantly I was fully awake. I looked around and saw that Alicia had just stood up.


    A sound of pain escaped her mouth while she rubbed her legs. "It was a bad idea to sleep on the floor," she said to herself, what I only partly understood, while she was moving to her closet.


    When she started to undress I averted my eyes and tried not to peek at her. When she was finished she looked at me and said to me,"Pochi, do you want to go down with me and get something to eat?"


    I didn''t need to think about it as I was quite hungry. So, I stood up and walked towards her.


    Just as we left Alicia''s room the door to Sophie''s room opened and a sleepy Sophie came out still wearing her nightgown.


    When she saw me she called out my Name,"Pochi", and rushed over to me to hug me. Scared of the sudden turn of event I shifted to the astral plane and moved behind Alicia before returning.


    Sophie looked at me with big moist eyes and asked,"Pochi?". I quickly activated my language comprehension before she continued with,"I know I was bad, but please forgive me, I don''t want to be hated by you." while she said this tears started to roll down her cheeks.


    I wondered what I should do, I don''t hate her, but what she did was still pretty bad. If she was one of my daughters I would punish her, but right know I''m her pet. You know what screw this I''m a pet, I''m me and I do what I want.'' I activated my telepathy spell and connected to Sophie and Alicia and then I told both of them with the words I know, "Don''t hate Sophie, Sophie bad, Sophie Scary, Sophie ..., not Sophie''s player, Pochi no Sophie ... The moment". In the end, I didn''t know enough words to bring my thoughts across fully.


    What I intended to say was,'' That I don''t hate Sophie, but that she did something terribly and that I''m scared of her right now, that I''m not her plaything and that I need some time for myself right now.'' I hope I brought it across well enough.


    Sophie silently looked at me before she started to cry really hard. Alicia looked at me and then at Sophie, then once more at me. I wanted to comfort her, but I knew that if I would do that then nothing would change with her behavior so I disconnected my telepath from Sophie and said to Alicia, "Alicia, please Sophie. No Pochi."


    Alicia went over to Sophie and started to comfort her while I sat down and waited for Sophie to calm down. It took only 5 minutes for her to calm down.


    Sophie went back into her room and Alicia came over to me and talked to me,"So, you want to ... ahh, it is hard to talk to someone that doesn''t understand you completely.". Before she said anything more I told her through telepathy, "Pochi skill understand human".


    Alicia looked at me and asked,"you have the skill to understand the human language?". I answered with a short, "yes". "Then why do you have so many problems speaking to us?" she asked kind of interested. I pondered how to tell her then I remembered how she told me that my thoughts went to her in some kind of gibberish and told her, "Pochi skill change language, Pochi thinks language skill."


    It took her a while to understand but shortly after she said, " Ahh your skill changes the language to the one you are thinking in. Is this what you meant to tell me?". I just nodded at this.


    Alicia smiled at me then asked me," So was the meaning of what you told Sophie something like You are a bad girl, I don''t hate you, but I don''t want anything to do with you." I was a bit shocked at what Alicia told me and responded with, "No, Pochi like Sophie, Pochi alone Sophie" hoping that this time it would be interpreted right,


    Alicia was thinking about what I said and then told me,"Do you mean, that you like Sophie but you want to be left alone by her?". "Yes, Yes No moment," I told her finding it hard with a limited amount of words to tell her what I meant.


    Alicia looked at me and then said," now I''m confused did you just say Yes, Yes No Goodbye?". Now I realized that I accidentally used the word moment from English and not the legal language in the local language the word Goodbye is pronounced the same as moment in English.


    I was wondering how to fix this when Alicia said something "No Goodbye could you mean that you want to be left alone for a bit by Sophie?". At this, I was glad that Alicia was thinking too and nodded to her answer. "I''m going to tell it to Sophie, she will be glad about this," she said as


    Alicia went into Sophie''s room and I was now alone in the hallway, ''I hope this will solve my problems with Sophie, next is Monica. Should I wait for Alicia? No, I can''t hide behind her all the time I should go by myself''.


    I took a deep breath cut the telepath to Alicia and went down through the floor while thinking," the telepathy spell is nice and all but that I need to cut the connection every time is incredibly unfavorable, but there is no way for me to change this right now."


    When I reached the bottom I realized how easy it was for me to shift to astral plane and back when I wasn''t thinking about it to much.


    Monica and Hank were at the table waiting for their kids to come down to eat breakfast when I shifted back out of the astral plane. Both of them looked at me. I took another deep breath and connected to them with telepathy and said,"Hello" and instantly disconnected.


    Hank just smiled at me and Monica was surprised what confused me a bit. The first one of both of them to talk was Hank, "See dear If your calm, Pochi won''t run away you probably scared the hell out of him you need to remember even though he is so big already he is still a young dog only 16 weeks old.". Monica took a deep breath and then said," Yes dear, you are right, but .." "No buts we talked about this yesterday." hank stopped his wife from saying anything more.

    I was surprised that I was really 16 weeks old but what surprised me, even more, was the growth of my stats. ''I remember the highest being 5 now my highest is 10 with others at 8. Wait if I remember correctly the max of those that are 8 is around 15 does that mean it is easier to raise one''s stats to half? What about will I definitely didn''t had a max will of 20 I will check this once I can see my max again.''


    Hank and Monica were still talking about me, "then, at last, let me find out why he is so smart, come on Hank, If you do I will" said Monica and bent over to Hank. He blushed and asked, "with cream?".


    ''I don''t want to know, what she is offering him, but I better intercept or else I will only ever be treated as a pet.'' So I connected to Monica and Hank per telepath and coughed twice.


    Then I send them,"Pochi here, Monica Question Pochi, Pochi tell Monica, Pochi try.". Afterward, I cut the connection once more.


    Both of them looked at me before Monica said," See he really is way to smart for a dog even Balto needed 2 years before he understood human language and could start communicating his own thoughts, but Pochi not only does that he even uses telepathy to talk to us, in the human language no less."


    "Yes you are right, but there probably is a pretty good explanation for this," Hank said.


    ''This is my chance'' I thought to myself connected to both of them and said, "Pochi language trait."


    both of them looked at me and then Monica asked, "language trait, Hank what traits did Pochi have?" Hank pondered for a bit before he said,"he had an unknown one, and I think the vendor said he had the loyal and protective traits.". "then how does Pochi know his traits?" asked Monica Hank, but I answered instead, "Pochi trait screen".


    Both of them looked at me once more before Hank asked,"Pochi can you show us your trait?".


    This time I took a bit of time before I answered, "How?". "If you look at your trait and think about showing it to us then we can see it too."Hank calmly explained to me. "Hank do you really think this will explain anything?" Monica said while I opened the trait screen and thought about showing them all the traits.


    Both of them were surprised, then silent and then after 5 minutes or so Alicia and Sophie came down the stairs, they looked at the silent room and then Alicia asked," Mom, Dad, what is going on?"


    Hank was the first to respond to his daughter''s question," Pochi is showing us his traits, his bonus traits are quite fascinating, I have never heard of a trait that uses mana." ."What, what I wanna see too" said Sophie as she jumped down the last two stairs. I let Sophie and Alicia see my traits too.


    The first one to show more reaction to my traits was, of course, Sophie, "Wow Pochi your traits are awesome." as she said that she ran over to me and tried to hug me, but I evaded by shifting into the astral.


    The next to react was Monika, "Now I understand why you are so smart Pochi, with a Larger Brain trait and this Language Comprehension trait you would definitely grow and learn faster than others, but I still have one question where did you learn this telepathy spell?"


    As I was still connected to Monica and Hank I included Alicia and Sophie before I answered," Lee book." hoping they would get it.


    Monica jumped down from her chair and looked directly into my eyes, "Pochi does your trait let you understand written language too?" at this, I just nodded.


    Monica jumped up and then went out of the room. Every one of us looked at the door she left out of before Hank asked, "does one of you know where she went to?".

    Still surprised that Monica suddenly left, we started to eat breakfast. Sophie did overfill my bowl, she probably thought that with this she could convince me to let her hug me again, but I wouldn''t be lured that easily.


    I was eating when Hank spoke to Alicia," Alicia, today will get pretty dangerous, so you should take this.". Hank was handing over a pouch to Alicia. She opened the pouch and looked at her father. "Dad, I know you are worried about me, but I am now a guard like many other else, you as one of the commanders can''t favor me over anyone else." she lectured her father.


    "So, it isn''t allowed for a father to make his daughter a present before a difficult mission?",Hank asked. Alicia looked at her father buffed, before she said,"But if you give me more supplies than other guards it is unfair isn''t it?". "Only if those would be official supplies, but if I give you the ones I bought myself then there is no problem," Hank said to his daughter with a big smile on his face.


    "Thanks, but you and Rob don''t need to worry that much about me. I''m a Paladin and I pushed my Life when I got the Class. Now I get 6 times as much Life per level. So, please stop worrying." Alicia said getting a bit louder at the end and I felt that she was a bit annoyed.


    Just as Alicia was about to push the pouch back to her father, Monica came back with a book in her hand. She looked at me, put the book down before me and asked, "Pochi can you read this?".

    I tried to walk out of the outer wall but was stopped by it. Wondering what happened I shifted back.


    As if expecting that I couldn''t walk through the wall Monica opened the door for me and said, "Go after her, while I''m knocking some sense into my husband."


    I stormed out of the door and tried to find Alicia.


    It didn''t even take 5 minutes till I found her, she was in the backyard of the house crying. I went to her and poked her with my nose.


    She looked at me and just said,"Pochi" before hugging me and crying her eyes out.


    I didn''t say anything I was just there for her.


    After she calmed down she removed me from the hug, looked into my eyes and said, "Thank you, Pochi. I ..... . would you come with me today?"


    I tried to smile and told her with telepathy, "Yes". Alicia slowly stood up and wiped her tears away, "then we need to tell Sophie that you will come with me today.",she said in a calm voice, but I still felt that she was sad.
