ã€ŠNPC I want experienceã€‹ Chapter 1 I want experience Wrath Hunting Goblins can be fun as long as they do not see you. You Sneak up on one and shoot him in the head. From behind him if possible. Of course if the goblin sees you things can get messy. Being twelve years sucks in many ways. But because i am young i get extra experience from a goblin kill. I can get titles and the right to classes a lot easier. Of course there are risks. About one in four kids who train like this are killed. My father explained the reason i had to get extra experience to me once. You have older brothers Wrath they are going to be taking over the farm. We do not have much so your going to have to take up a profession. It can take years to reach level 10 being a tailer or even accountant. So i am sorry son but we are going to have to level you up now. My father had already cranked the crossbow and I aim like I have been taught. Breath in breath out kill a goblin. I nail the goblin. A single shot takes the goblin in the head. My dad nods his head. ¡°Good job son take the crossbow and try and snipe another Goblin. I will stay here so you get all the experience. Remember drop the crossbow after you fire I will pick it up later.¡± Goblins have a great sense of smell so I check the wind and my father nods his head at me. I carefully approach the goblin camp. There are several goblins sleeping under a tree. I aim at the biggest and shoot him in the head. I drop the crossbow and get ready to run when i notice something. The goblins are not moving. Thats when it hits me i am going to die. This must be a ambush. I stop moving and look around. I hear a sound was that bird or is a monster coming to kill me. I stand next to the tree and try to be unnoticeable as i reload the crossbow. My father can do it six to seven times faster than i can. After all I need a bigger crank. The goblins are still not moving and now its time to make up my mind. Could it be it is a trap. But who would leave that many goblin corpses around just to trap me. Where are the monsters who are coming to kill me. I look around and there not anywhere nearby. One of the goblins turns over and thats it. I shoot him in the chest. The goblin who is hit is actually pushed along the ground for a bit. Its over whoever set up this ambush is going to get me. I frantically reload and then stop. Wait time to check my experience bar. Its at 412. it was at 307 before i came over. My experience went up its generally about 50 experience points per goblin so are the goblins just that good at sleeping? You can get a lot of good titles from killing monsters when there asleep. So time to sneak up and get a bit more experience. Of course thats what my father would do. My father was strict he did not give me a sword because i might get over confident. I was told to run right after shooting the crossbow bolt. The goblins had better weapons than I did. I realized that point when I stole a sword from the variant blue goblin. It was much better quality than even my fathers sword. I sighed even the goblins had better equipment them me. Still i was keeping this sword. I got ready it was over quickly i stabbed the variant in the neck and then stabbed the goblin shaman. I gutted them all and then headed for the big one. The sword slit his throat and he sat there like a big sheep. The bigger goblin was absolutely filthy. He had flees and lice. But his armour was well maintained and his sword was amazing. Unfortunately he was on top of his purse and was much to heavy to move. I looked around for a hatchet. There was a axe but there was no way it would be able to cut enough of the big goblin for me to be able to get to his gold. Still the shaman had a book on him and the blue variant had a bag of herbs. I also grabbed the staff. Goblins sometimes do good work. My father looked at the gear i had collected and almost cried when i told him about the Goblins being drunk. He looted the big goblin he called a hobgoblin and then grinned at me. ¡°This is a hob goblin son they are bigger than a standard goblin. This is a typical raiding party they might have just finished raiding a farm.¡± My Father grinned ¡°This is why your uncle has that shed in back. If he is raided the goblins drink the booze and are easier to catch. Go to the village and get the guards and trackers. I will wait here and ambush any straddlers that come along. Only the higher ups were allowed booze. Those others must have been straddlers.¡± It did not take me long to reach the village and Thomas the local guard ran off and grabbed a couple of hounds. Fifteen men were summoned and we set off. Thomas looked at me again ¡°Your sure your father said hob goblin?¡± I nodded ¡°He was big and smelly there was also a blue one and a shaman¡± Thomas swore ¡°Thats not good there has not been a hobgoblin in these parts in years. My da killed the last forty or fifty years ago. We have to root them all out.¡± When we got to the tree where the Goblin bodies were left. My father seemed to appear out of the Forrest. Thomas nodded to my father ¡°Your son did a great thing we will sent word to the local lords. In the meantime its time we put down some poison. The poison was slow acting so hopefully the goblins would hunt and kill the animals that had ingested the poison and die. Chapter 2 I want better titles Titles are tricky. They are hard to come by. So you ran into that goblin den and slaughtered 99 goblins. Well to bad you had to kill 100 to get the goblin killer title. So you ran into that city and killed 1000 goblins well to bad it took you a whole month to do it you had to do it in a day to get the goblin hunter title. My dad explained it to me. You need to do something fast and well. I got my first titles by a stroke of luck. The villagers were afraid of a goblin outbreak and they decided to put down poison. In fact they decided to poison a river. As I was the one who dealt with the first problem i got to claim the easy experience. At first it was easy i was shown how to put down poison and traps. That was fun what was not fun was what came next. I starred at the three carts of dead animal parts. My father pulled out something and put it under his noise. He smirked ¡°you need stench resistance and disease resistance. Here you get both. The village does not really have a poisoner or anyone with that kind of skill so hear is what you do. Get the corpses and and toss them into a pile. Then when they begin to rot tomorrow or the next day throw them into the river.¡± My father had me unload the carts and more arrived with dead Goblins. Barrels of stuff began to arrive. Lets just say that cow shit is bad but Goblin dung is disgusting. I mixed the various unholy stuff together and threw it into the river. Three days of hell later I was allowed come home and given a bath in the local stream. It was freezing and i though i might die of the cold. In the end after i turned blue my father ordered me out of the stream. He pulled out couple of potions. ¡°This one is a light cure disease potion. This one is mid heal potion. You might have caught something drink them.¡± He winked at me ¡°Good news the priest is doing you a favour and will be doing a free identification spell on you. Lets go we can not be late.¡± It was a free identification spell. It was a huge deal i should have been ready to kiss the priests ass. But I was cold tired and sore. All i wanted to do was jump into the stream and pray I forgot about the smell. The priest looked annoyed at having to do this. He quickly had me sit down and he raised a blank piece of paper. The paper seemed to glow for a second and then he was finished.

The spell would only last a few days but that was all it needed to last. The Goblin dungeon supplied 50-100 goblins corpses 4 times a year for 100 years. Thats right 20,000 to 40,000 bodies just tossed into a massive trench. Ready to be called forth by a enterprising young necromancer. I was using a totem to make the spell easier. But i was drinking mana potions every few minutes and still the army in front of me got bigger. I almost collapsed as a hundred skeleton goblins stood in front of me. I gave one of the goblins a standard and told him to march down the dirt track that lead to the black wind mercenary local outpost. The rest of the rag tag group followed.

I pointed to a now dead Goblins hut ¡°That huts mine have everyone else move down here and hide the waggons as best they can. ¡± Max paled ¡°You want to live in a dungeon?¡± I looked around ¡°Herbs grow better in a dungeon and we are hidden in here. What you want to leave a couple of thousand skeletons out in the open to be seen and be weakened by the sun. Besides it will be at least three months before the dungeon resets.¡± We got to work collecting the bandit bodies and piling them in a pile. Max wanted to use a barrel to collect the Vampire bodies and I agreed. Mostly because i did not what the vampire parts mixed in with the other corpses. Thorn came back a few hours later with a massive dead bear. She was dragging the entire bear all by herself. She grunted and tossed the bear near to where i was using i chisel to carve a rune onto a goblins skull. I starred at the massive Black bear and then at Thorn. I got up and looked at the warning. Well i would worry about things that made me more powerful later. For now i just needed to create a skeleton army. After i created a totem to block any more unfriendly visitors. A arch necromancer was a rarely seen being. The class change altered my magic it was much easier to use create undead. There were thousands of skeletons in the pits and i pulled the standard skeletons out to experiment on. Three days and nights later i was still summoning skeletons and writing in my spell book. Once i moved to the 4000 or so rare class of skeleton i could improve there slinger and accuracy skills. I was kicked awake by Thorn she grimaced ¡°Trouble the Vampires army has collapsed if we want to rob them we need to act before the church. How many undead can you summon in a day.¡± I winced ¡°A couple of hundred good to superior class. Or if i use the skill books i can summon 50 skeleton shaman. I can also summon a couple of Commanders with that or one more Bone skeleton. If i summon a bone skeleton it will be much more powerful than the last one.¡± Thorn looked at the rows of skeleton slinger''s i had summoned. ¡°What about them?¡± ¡°They can hit a bard door at about twenty feet. There weak a ten year old could break one by hitting it a couple of times with a plank. Still there are a lot of them and they can all be controlled to shoot at a single target. If that target is a bunch of troops in a formation. They will start to do some damage.¡± Thorn nodded ¡°i will take twenty five shaman goblins and one commander to control that lot. I will also need a bone golem. I will go get you the skeleton now.¡± I rushed off and began to create the needed Skeletons. There had been about 1200 lesser skill books and 380 skill books. I burned threw them trying to create the best army i could in the time available. I managed to channel 4 skill books into each skeleton shaman. When i was finished. I grabbed a quick meal as Thorn was back with another massive bear.I got ready and began the creation process.

Thorn had Amy cast a identify on the skeleton and starred in awe at it. Thorn looked at me ¡°This thing could kill all of us in a straight fight unless we got real lucky. Thorn starred ¡°They do not even have any walls arrogant. Ok there entire treasury is in the horse stables.¡± I had my main bone golem rip at the main house. It raised a claw and ripped out part of the wall. Then we tossed a pouch of garlic into the house and moved around the house smashing holes in the wall. A sweet sounding voice called out ¡°Sir we are but pure innocent young maidens. Please stop and come in we will reward as best we can. Come in and we will show you the delights of the night.¡± The main door of the mansion opened and I fired a fire ball from my staff into the house. Shelly looked at me. ¡°What did you do that for. Should we not go in we can sleep¡± I looked a red faced Thorn. I guess Thorn was hearing something from the house as well. Then i ordered the skeleton shaman to start to toss fire balls at the holes in the wall. Tom started to yell from the horse stables. There was a massive room in the stables. It took up half the stables it was what looked like the magical items taken from all of the vampires dungeons were stored in bundles. There were four huge chests near a table Shelly smashed a chest open to reveal gold and jewellery. The second chests had scrolls titles to property houses and farms. The third chests held account books and silver and amber. The fourth held personal memorabilia of lord Farnsworth. We loaded up and a voice came from the house ¡°Vermin take your goods and go¡± I looked at the piles of goblin staffs and grinned. I smirked and turned to Thorn ¡°lets leave the lesser bone golem here with five or six skeleton shaman. These staffs will at least triple there attack rate. And double the damage they do.¡± A voice called out from the now burning house ¡°Wait your leaving anyway is there a need to leave those things destroy my beautiful mansion¡± Max grinned and pulled out a magic blast scroll.
