    Startled, I pull back my hand. I smell something sweet.

    Curious, I look at the salamander. It seems to be interested in me. I reach out, and pet it. The black mist engulfs the salamander. It''s eyes start to shine, and strange characters start to wrap around it''s body. Soon, the black smoke is absorbed by the salamander, and the strange characters disappear.

    After a few seconds, the salamander opens it''s eyes.
