《Diasori Dynasty: The World's Last Heroes》 Chapter 1: Cultivating To Live Again "See you in the next world brother or better yet, I hope I never have to see you ever again." The darkness around me seems to be getting stronger and stronger as the light is getting dimmer and dimmer as I''m falling into the river dipped with blood everywhere. It seems to be wrapping around my whole body. On the other hand my mind still seems to still be working. Well at least in this weird ominous, dark, creepy place that I all of sudden happen to be in. I don''t seem to be on earth anymore. At least my mind or spirit. My real body that was just disposed of is probably back at earth floating around the river with blood gushing all around like a human blood geyser. Looking around the place, all I could see is darkness, well that makes sense after all. But I slowly see a light showing up as I''m slowly walking around the place and turning. Well I''m actually floating around since i have no physical body as it seems. My body or spirit is completely made of white energy with no leg, kinda like a ghost but less eerie and more holy like. Kinda like a god that lost its job as a god and decided to lurk around people''s bathrooms just to make them feel better about their self. I admit that that was a atrocious example but it explained what I wanted to explain. Looking very closely at the light, it seems to be a insanely small hole. It looks likes an exit out of here. I hoped anyway. I decide to walk towards the white hole or in this strange case float towards the white hole. After a whole minute of floating towards this thing, I don''t seem to be getting any closer as the hole isn''t getting any closer to me either. It must be really really far away for it to take this long just for the hole to look exactly the same as it did ages ago. But as I continue floating towards it the hole finally seems to be getting closer. It looked just a tiny bit bigger than before but I decided to trust my instincts and keep going to my destination. Looking behind me, all I can see a white trail of white energy, it seems to be coming out from behind me. It feels weird looking at a part of me fall off of my butt every time I walk but at least my butt isn''t getting smaller. Well my white ghost butt at least. And its even weirder because it felt like it was a trail of poop. "Well that''s disconcerting." [What is?] "The trail of white ener.... wait a minute who said that?" Looking around the empty place I don''t see anybody else other then me. That sent chills down and up my spine all the way to my head and my legs. [I''m not there] "Then where are you?" [I''m not physically here. I am here to help and guide you through this place you have been wandering around for the past few hours. I''ve been waiting for you to talk for a long time now so I could start a conversation and I didn''t talk first since I don''t want to be rude.] Well that made sense that he didn''t hear me talk since I don''t talk much and although I appreciated that he didn''t want to be rude and talk first but if he had talk earlier, I would have been more appreciative then I am now. What he said was strange as he said it has been hours wandering around but I felt like I was only here in this place for a few minutes, maybe thirty minutes or somewhere around there. The spirit or whatever this weird thing is very strongly hinting that you can escape from this ''absence of... everything''. I would usual tell others no thanks since I don''t want others to do favors that isn''t necessary, but in this case, it might be necessary for this ghost''s help. "Okay, I will forgive you for not talking to me faster so can you help me get out here?" [Sure but I recommend you staying here for a little longer as it might help you where you are going.] Why in the world is this ghost or spirit trying to tell me to stay in a place where there is no one or anything to talk to or speak to? "I don''t care about any of that kinda stuff. Just let me get out of this idiotic place you or whoever put me into." My mood seems to have went from calm to very moody. This seemed odd for me as this mood is very unusual for me. If I was still alive and back breathing at earth, you might have never ever saw me feel and speak like this. Although I was angry that I was put into this stupid place, I was also glad because now I have a way to live another life. I was started to get excited over living again and asked the ghost how to get out of this place. "Mr. Ghost... or Ms. Ghost or Mrs, please tell me the way to get out of here?" [The way to get out of here is simple, just sit down and cultivate the energy from your ghost like legs into your body. Pretty simple right?] This ghost must be joking around. "What in the world do you mean by cultivating?" [Does your world not have the knowledge about cultivating?] His words indicated something very much. "Your world?" [There is many different worlds in your universe. Since they are in your universe though, they should probably look like yours or at least resemble it a little bit.] The spirit made it sound like there was more then one universe. Judging from where I''m at, and what I was trying to do, that''s probably true though. This book''s true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience. "Can you teach me how to cultivate?" [Sure] Based off of what the spirit was saying, cultivating seems to be a common thing in my ''universe''. I was waiting for him to tell me the way but all that happened was a whole two minutes of complete silence between us two. Before things got anymore awkward between us, I decided to speak out and end this thing that shouldn''t have began in the first place. "Um excuse me, can you tell me the way now?" [My bad, I thought that you wasn''t ready yet since you didn''t say it.] "..." His voice sounded like he was being very sarcastic about the subject. I was about to go on a ranting rampage and make a full on roast but I didn''t want to ruin my only chance of getting out of here so I decided to keep the fire stored deeply inside of my body. I took a few deep breaths in and out to calm down and I was ready to listen to whatever this spirit was about to say and tell me. "Ready" [All you have to do is sit down and close your eyes until you feel a source of energy coming from your legs or your passive energy. Try to find a way to send all of that energy into your body or your physical energy. There is five energy you can have. Passive energy is naturally there when you are born. Physical energy requires you to cultivate it up to where it''s located at. The mental energy or your head can enter your body when your mind has received enough intelligence to use the intelligence and convert it into energy. The inner energy or your hands is achieved when your strength is very strong. The last energy is the life energy. This energy can be used by anyone but the younger your age is, the more it reduces your life by. Life energy can be used to do magical things like bringing back someone back to life and so on. Did you get all of that?] All of knowledge he or she gave to me started punching me and kicking me as if i was in a pro boxing match until my stomach started to hurl like a tornado. My mind was extremely close to exploding into a million pieces after I discovered that the universe had so much more then us humans thought. I bet even Albert Einstein didn''t know a tenth of the world or universe we were living in compared to this guy who was currently speaking to me. I didn''t want to sound like I didn''t want to live again so I decided to ask him just one more question. "Why do I have to get physical energy in order to get out of this place?" [When you achieve physical form you will get back your legs that you are currently missing and finally be able to get to the the white hole that will lead you into your new life.] I really thought that I was getting closer to the white hole and that I was moving but my mind was probably tricking me to satisfy my needs or something like that. Wait, if I wasn''t moving, then how did the white balls of butt energy fall behind me then? This got me in a big wonder for a long time. I decided to just stop wasting my time dazing off and just decided to try and cultivate the energy from my passive energy into physical like the ghost said. Well this has been one of the biggest waste of my time. I have been sitting down for more than a whole hour and nothing is happening. I would ask the ghost what I''m doing wrong except that I don''t want to start over in case it all of a sudden works. I have to try a new strategy this time. If just closing my eyes don''t work, why don''t I jump start my energy by letting it feel the way the energy is moving and how it should go. Maybe with this plan, I can get into the physical energy stage. I close my eyes again, trying to feel the energy in my legs. I decide to imagine me running on a plain. Me trying to cultivate for the past hour by just sitting and closing my eyes didn''t seem to be working so at least I''m not making it any worse. I started by imaging myself being a cheetah running on the hot and sunny plains moving so fast but still being able to see everything despite going past it so fast. The grass around me were waving side to side along with the air and the trees standing high as if they were gods of the plains and they were commanding all the living things in the place. They were also dancing alongside the wind. I feel my four feet moving back and forth over and over again in a orderly fashion. My speed increases more and more as I go on. My hind legs supporting my front as I''m moving across the grass. I felt as if the world is slowly moving compared to me. All of that feeling of speed wakes me up from this sight. Well not necessarily. When I opened up my eyes from the sight or vision I was creating, things were different than before. I was in the dark again like I was before when I was just sitting down with my eyes closed doing nothing. All of a sudden a force pushed itself onto me causing me to close my eyes again. I once again entered into a state of vision or dream. This time around I''m in a big lake. The lake seems to be about the size of Lake Kawaguchi (around 2 mi2). It was simply majestic with flower pedals flying in the air all over the place. The flower pedals look like they were trying to lure me into touching and catching one of them. It felt so bright that it looked like it was the source of light in the area. The trees around the lake seems like they were partying with the rest of the nature. They swayed back and forth as if they were waving their many hands like they didn''t give a single damn about what was happening around them. The pedals were falling off of the trees as if they wanted to explore the world around them for themselves and not just watching from the sidelines. Magical is the only word that can explain these actions going around the lake. The flower around the lake looks like it had just bloomed and was trying to smell the beauty all around them. They are all beautiful by themselves but when you put the whole pictures together into one single picture, it could only be expressed by one word and that word is Utopia. I am not just lost for words but I''m also lost for action. I have seen many lakes that many other people consider as the most beautiful lake ever known but if you put the lakes there to this lake, the difference would be like earth and heaven. The lake was being created by a waterfall that fell down as if it was a holy spirit descending down to earth to give its wisdom to the living things in it or in this case the trees, grass, and everything else in here. I stood frozen just looking at the exquisite scenery in front of me. It was like going to an art gallery just to look at the art and not being able to buy not even a piece of it because of how beautiful and precious it is. Even the ugly things like weed and wiggly twigs helped made the masterpiece a masterpiece and not just a regular art that you can see anywhere online and in stores. The waterfall just kept flowing and flowing as if the source of it was never going to stop. All of a sudden the endless flowing water just seemed to be turned off as if someone just got bored of it and turned it off. It was like a faucet that was lively and godly where one could turn it on and off. The lake that became calm after the waterfall stopped just suddenly became a mad, ferocious monster on the loose. The lake started spinning into a big hurricane like thing and started floating upwards into the sky. It was sucking up the trees, flowers, and everything along with it. The image was like an artist who decided that the picture wasn''t good enough and decided to rip it apart. After a while of this happening the scenery where I was at changed once again. I went from looking at a big spinning water tornado to a big hole in the ground that would have token at least a week to dig with a whole digging crew. It was in the middle of nowhere, as in nowhere. Everywhere around the hole in the floating ground was just white. Everything was none existence except for the hole and the small land it lived on. The hole was dead making it seemed as if it was feeling sad and depressed. It seemed as if it had its own feelings that it was trying to show. I thought the hole was going to show me something like the lake did. I watched the hole doing nothing for at least a minute. It just stood still and not move a single inch unlike the lake from before. I was about ready to open my eyes and leave. Then I saw some rocks bounce up and down from inside the hole. They bounced softly at first but then it flew so high, it almost escaped the hole. The hole started erupting as in literally erupting. Water started rushing in from the hole being created inside of the hole located at the bottom of the big hole. It seemed like the water from the lake was being transferred into this random hole in the middle of nowhere. The water was shooting upwards like a geyser. Please tell me why this looks wrong? Chapter 2: The Lake Is Trying To Kill Me "Whoa" What in the world is going on here? There was clearly nothing around the hole other then a small layer of dirt floating that covers the hole so that it was actually a hole and not just, ''nothing''. It had to either been transferred from the lake before or below the hole is a gigantic amount of dirt building up to the hole. The first was more possible then the latter as the law of physics and gravity would be defied if it was true. The geyser just keeps going on and on and on. It looks like as if it has finally have been given its desired freedom as if it was trapped in prison or something. The geyser had a sense of majestic life as if it had the ability to breath, walk, and live on its own even though it wasn''t an actually living animal or mammal. Every time a part of the geyser would fall down into the hole it looked as if it was a dolphin doing tricks in a water show. Water seemed to continuously go upwards from the hole inside the hole without resting. It didn''t look like it was getting anymore larger until all of a sudden it was halfway up the hole all of a sudden. The water managed to get tall enough that every time the water from the geyser fell into the hole, a small amount of the water would splash onto my face. As the water level grew larger and longer, the geyser got shorter and weaker. The geyser was soon covered by the water it was spitting out but the water was still growing more and more. Soon enough the water splashing onto my face didn''t reach my head or body anymore. The water kept growing and growing until it reached the tip of my feet as if it was worshiping it and was too scared to go any further in fear that something will happen to them if they did. The hole that was quite large started expanding but on the other side that my feet wasn''t touching. It grew so big that it was as large as Lake Huron which was approximately 23,000 square miles. It would take at least months to years depending on how fast I was going just to go around the whole place without resting for water, food, or stamina. Even a Peregrine Falcon would take a long time if it was able to go max speed permanently. The empty space living around the hole started taking form and shape. It was beginning to take and create life. First thing that happened was the floor that didn''t exist turning into an actual ground and floor. Grass grew on top of it by just popping out of nowhere as if they were groundhogs coming out of the ground checking to see if it was spring and flowers started blooming in the grass. The flower seems to be playing hide and seek with each other and the grass was the location was where they were hiding at. Next thing that happened was that the lifeless air went from nothing to something. That may have sound stupid as that made no sense at all but if I actually tried to explain it word by word, detail by detail then I would sound even dumber and would be considered a crazy lunatic that had to be locked up at a crazy facility. Clouds that looked like white cotton started forming around everywhere in the sky making it look like the air was spinning to create it. A ball of orange popped and appeared in the sky started growing bigger and bigger. It went big enough to be twice the size of the sun from my perspective. It was either closer to where I was standing or it was just made that big. I looked back down onto the ground after looking up for a while as my neck was getting very sore and it felt like it was going to break any second and all of a sudden there is trees, mountains, rocks, another waterfall falling into the hole that became a lake, and basically everything from the previous place I was in. The tree was still leafless but leaf started growing on the many trees on the place one leaf pedal by one. It begin real slow at first and it started gaining speed. It grew so fast that more then a hundred leaf pedals appeared at once. All the trees grew there leafs and it made the tree whole unlike before. There was small mountains expanding upwards and outwards until it was the size of mount Rushmore per mountain. It looked like clay at first but the color slowly came alive and soon it looked like it has been in that area for more then centuries of years. Maybe even millions of years. The lake then grew a waterfall and it was almost identical to the one from the last lake. "This must be the physical energy source. Doesn''t look much different from the passive source, I think?" Maybe I should have thought about trying not to jinx myself because a few seconds after I said that the lake that was made out of water turned into something that would make scientists want to quit there jobs. The clear beautiful blue water started turning into a faded red. It started from the waterfall and it spread like a plague. If the lake was a city full of millions of people then at least hundred thousands of them have been infected with the disease. It looked as if it was going to suck you in and send you through hell forever and ever to get tortured in a never ending dream where you can''t wake up from. It could make anyone under the age of ten faint just from looking at it. I was scared that the wet spots on my head and clothes would transform just like the water inside the lake would but instead it just evaporated into the massive sun. My hair, head, clothes, shoes got dried up so fast that I could tell the difference from ten seconds before to now. The faded red filled up the whole lake in just a few minutes and it stood still and calm for a few more minutes. The lake didn''t seem to want to stay the same color for a long period of time as that wasn''t the end of this roller coaster ride as it was going through another transformation. The faded red seemed to look really innocent compared to what was happening as the red became darker and it had a more dignified look as if it was blood from a royal dragon that just turned into his prime age and had the purest blood it could possibly have. The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation. It slowly started looked as if a whole army was killed and and their blood mixed with the lake creating a blood soup made for the most demonic of demons that lurked and lived in people''s nightmare. Just like before, the darker red started from the faded red waterfall and it spread like a slower and calmer plague but more deadly and more effective if your mission was to kill a city or town. The color was so malevolent that it sent chills up my body as if it was climbing up like a spider that was as massive as your fists combined. The red started collecting itself in the middle of the lake and a few seconds later spread in every direction except it spread as if spikes were coming out from the circle. The spikes stopped being spikes and released it all out and again filled up the whole lake into a new color. This kind of transformation repeated for four more times and by this time, bubble were popping and they would fizzle into heated steam when it did pop. It went through many more transformation then I could count due to the transformation after the second one didn''t have a big change other then a slit change in color and a little more added to it. The smooth, flowing, calm, see-through blue water turned into a gassy, partly solidified, nasty, rough moving, bubbly, red volcanic water in less than a whole hour. The transformation happened one more time and this time it seemed to have completely stop as in completely stop. It looked like lava that was about to erupt and burn down everything in its way as if it was a vulgar crazy volcano monster created by the volcano itself. The moment I had that thought in my head floating around in there, the lava like water started shaking like crazy as if it was mad and pissed that someone awoken him or her from it''s deep slumber underground. From the looks from it was about to erupt. In just a few hours, this was the second time I jinxed myself since I have died and entered the nonexistence ''space'' of nothing or something like that. [You should run away right now] The ghost seemed to not care and give a second thought anymore about waiting for me to talk first and just legitimately wanted me to run away from the lake that was soon about to erupt into waves of lave like water as if he found the situation unexpected and that It wasn''t supposed to happen. I also began to think that it wasn''t supposed to happen as the ghost previously said to locate the Physical Energy in order to open it. He/She never said that I was supposed to star in the movie "Pompeii". Not only did It feel like I was starring in the movie, it also felt like I was the main character and the lead performer. I was about to ask him about what was going on here but then another thought popped up. Not only did it pop up but it absolutely KO''ed it as I completely forgot what my previous thought was and only focused on another one. I wanted to ask him the question but the ghost was right about me having to run away from the soon to be Jackie Chan''s "CZ12" (Chinese Zodiac) in the scene where Jackie Chan had to save the dragon head from falling into the volcano as it was about to erupt except this time the main character wasn''t going towards but away from the volcano and the main character was me. I started running away from the lake as the ghost told me. I ran for fifteen minutes or so before having the question that I was going crazy about popped up into the space that was completely filled with the though of not dying. ''How did the ghost travel with me to where I am.'' This question seemed to have haunt my mind for a long time as when I came back from confusion and being dumbstruck, I was already twenty feet away from the volcano. I could have stopped and took some deep breaths as the lungs inside of my body was burning up like the volcano lake but I didn''t want to take any risk of having the volcano erupting and completely burning of the skin, bones, and pieces of my body and leaving nothing for the next person to find, if they could find it. I also had a thought of just running into the lake as it was just a vision or something like that but I choose other wise. With the scared tone of the ghost and having no knowledge about where I was, running seemed to be the smartest idea possible and maybe the only choice I have in order to keep my life that was given to me after I died. The chances of reincarnating again was very low because I wasn''t even done doing that yet. I had no more options but just one thing, run, run like my life was on the line and this time, it was literally on the line. thirty-five feet. forty feet. forty-five feet. sixty feet. sixty-five feet. seventy feet. I ran all the way from being one centimeter from the lake and death to seventy feet away and having a chance to survive the soon to be world war three. At least for me that is. I seemed to have enough space from the volcano to take deep breaths and still survive even if it erupted at the exact moment i had the thought. Uh-Oh "Boom!" The eruption was as loud as can be even from the distance I was at. I looked behind me for a split second and the sight I saw was truly terrifying and was able to turn any tough, gangster men into babies that needed their mom''s love. "Why do I keep jinxing myself!" I started having a feeling that maybe the world that I was soon to be re-incarnated to really didn''t want me to put my feet on their soil. I looked at the lake hoping that the terrain would slow it down but I was absolutely wrong. In fact it was the complete opposite from what I wanted. The trees and boulders in the way of the wave was immediately consumed into nothing like a sandwich being consumed by a lumberjack that was working in the scorching sun and wanted a lunch that would fill up their stomach and keep them from having headaches and stomachaches from all of the pain dancing around in their body. The thought of running away from the lava came as fast as the lava coming towards me itself. I turned around and one by one my foot moved above and behind the other foot. In this life threatening danger I seemed to have used up at least twice my maximum energy. It felt like adrenaline was rushing through my blood vein creating a cycle that goes on and on inside of my body as if it was also trying to run away along side me. I could have probably gotten into the top ten if I was running track and field during Olympic at the moment. Even Usain Bolt would be impressed at how fast I ran here compared to when I was back in earth. The scenery around me were moving so fast but I could see everything clearly considering that I was soon about to die if I didn''t escaped. I looked back at the lava chasing me to see how close it was and maybe I shouldn''t have done that because it discouraged me by a great amount and it wasn''t because because I was scared of the lava which I am but because of the speed it was going at. The distance was slowly closing in as the lava was moving at least two times faster then the speed I, Chen Diasori was mustering up. Even with all of the obstacles in the lava''s way, it was still able to go at the same speed and pace. As a matter of fact the lava was ingraining speed even though it wasn''t going downhill or anything. The terrain was pretty flat compared to many other areas that was near mountains. The speed I was running at reminded me of the only time I ever tried to run my fastest. The scene behind my back was very similar as what was chasing me was bigger then me, faster then me, and more stronger then me. The only difference was that the lava was trying to kill me and burn me unlike my other time of experience running at my max speed. The most my other experience was going to do to me was hit my arm a little and that was all, nothing more and nothing less. ''Run Run Run'' This thought kept repeating itself as if it was on replay on a phone. I had a feeling that I couldn''t run away from the lava water anymore as the heat that it was producing burned my back and caused it to feel like it was being roasted on an open fire on the weekends. The first decision I had to ensure my safety from the lava was an area that could block the lava''s path and make it unable to touch a single strand of my hair. Maybe this was my punishment from the great spirits of my previous world due to all of my bad mistakes that I had done while I was breathing and walking on earth. ''Run Run Look'' ''Run Run Run'' ''Run Look Run'' ''Run Run Run'' ''Look Look Run'' The two actions made my head feel like it was running a never ending marathon. I felt the heat getting warmer and warmer and now I can''t afford to look back to check how close the lava water is to me. I was running across the grass as fast as I could but maybe I should have watched my steps because with a "Thud!" I tripped over a rock hiding inside of the grass as if it was telling me to die and that I didn''t deserve to go past him. Chapter 3: Chung Fang "Why did this happen to me?" The rock was sharp and it stabbed into my shoes causing my shoes to be ripped and the bottom of it flew off and away flipping around over and over again. It landed and the noise it made caused my skin to have goose bumps all over. What''s was even worse was that when I fell, I fell down onto the rock with my pelvic area or those who don''t know, an area that is near my meatballs and sausage. The pain reacted and activated the moment it hit. It first sent a shock and as the shock disappeared, pain slowly appeared replacing the shock that was disappearing. The pain hurt so much that I couldn''t get up no matter how hard I tried. I could start to hear the fizzing of trees burning after it became incinerated into nothing. I could physically hear the pain that was entering my body yelling into my ears giving me pointers on the next time so that they don''t have to appear again. I sincerely tried to convince my brain that it did not hurt me a single bit but I guess you can''t lie to yourself even if it isn''t you yourself but just a part of you. The pain and convincing caused comfort, confusion and of course pain. ''You''re going to be okay'' This thought popped up in my head and it helped me calm down a little bit. ''Why did this happen to me when I''m given the chance to live another life?'' Even though I was calming down, the pain and the loss of the ability to get up caused confusion in my head as I didn''t know if I would live or not. ''You won''t die from the lava'' ''Am I going to die?'' ''The ghost will help you get out of this'' ''The ghost can''t help you after all if he could than he would have already'' ''Get up and you will survive'' ''Are you sure you can survive this?'' ''Go Go Go Go'' How was I supposed to know that the lake was going to turn and be the cause of my second death. No one told me that, just like how no one told me that I was going to die while I was on my first earth living and breathing fresh air even if it was a little polluted from all of the factories and machinery. I started questioning myself back and forth as if I was a detective asking one of the suspects trying to find the culprit of the crime committed. I even started speaking in third person. It was something only a few people would do but I wasn''t one of them and never was, up until that is. "Chen, what are you doing get up already before you burn and incinerate into nothing!" That question stabbed into my brain and slowly entered it. It was a pretty big knife as it was the only thing in my mind. Although that was a little creepy, I managed to make myself do exactly what I said to myself. The pain in my body disappeared in my pelvic area and it felt like adrenaline was rushing in my veins again but this time it felt like it was going a hundred times faster than before. It almost felt as if nothing even happened in the first place and that I was on the ground for absolutely nothing at all. I had only one thought and that was the thought of living by getting up and running. I put my right hand on the ground, gained a grip onto the ground and then the left gains its grip as well. "Let''s go!" The legs start spinning and running like a engine on a train. The only thing left for me to do was to lick my lips until it''s no longer chapped and to say a dramatic thing before running to give myself confidence as if I was in a action movie and about to do something cool. ''run'' ******* "Chung Fang! Come over here!" A big broad sized, gray haired, wide shouldered, scarred body man yelled. He was calling for a man by the name of Chung Fang. Although the man yelling was inside of a library, no one seemed to care and just went on with their business. The library was as big as most houses were but probably twice to thrice the height and a lot more books. With a quiet squeak of the door, a man walked inside the library and quietly closed the door with two hands and walked towards the man who was previously yelling on top of his lungs. The man who walked in had a pretty handsome face that would make any girls want to date him and although he had ragged and rigid white hair, he looked just as young as the others in the library who had black. He walked towards the man and bowed down showing a lot of respect. The man who was yelling had a proud grin on his face. It was so large that it was about to rip off of his face and fly into space. He seemed to have been the higher up or master of the white-haired man who bowed down to him as bowing down was a way to show respect to someone who was higher than you in society. The man opened his mouth and took a deep breath. It was so wide that a thousand flies could have entered and the mouth would still have enough room for more. He then opened his mouth again and this time words came out.Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation. "Chung Fang. As you know ¡ª you only require to do one more mission before you go off to become an Spirit Low-God and I have managed to find someone who will allow you to take the mission. Although it took me a lot of money to bribe him into giving you the mission before the others that were in front of you ¡ª you don''t have to owe me anything for this matter. As a matter of fact, you don''t owe me anything at all. I only need you to remember one thing and that is when you become a High-God just make sure to remember who lead you onto the path of success and how you could pay him back." The white haired man or Chung Fang nodded his head and the man who talked to him turned from grinning to have a worried expression. Although it was just for a brief moment and he changed his expression really quick for any normal being to see the change, well Chung Fang wasn''t a normal being. He was a somebody who was about to become a god and he caught the face that the man made the moment he showed it. He could tell that the worried face wasn''t because the man was worried for him but instead he was worried that Chung Fang wouldn''t remember him and that in the future when he''s in trouble, he can''t get help from Fang. Although Fang noticed it, he didn''t want to say anything that could potentially ruin his chance of becoming a Spirit Low-God. Chung Fang wasn''t angry or sad at all. As a matter of fact, he was as calm as sleeping bear during it''s hibernation. He just lifted his head and bowed once again to thanked the teacher and then walked away as if nothing happened. Chung Fang was in deep thoughts but his thoughts weren''t even about his teacher. He realized that the teacher was just investing in him so that in the end, he will make a bigger profit and benefits from him. He was actually thinking about what kind of mission was the special mission. Everyone received the same mission but it was never leaked on what kind of mission it was. The High-God councils try their best to keep the information from being released to the public as this mission was the only mission that shows if someone would have the potential to become like them or not. Chung Fang tilted his head a little bit in wonder and he just silently laughed in his head. He put his hand on the doorknob and used the minimum strength required. The door was opened calmly and closed it behind him just as calmly. The man thought that Chung Fang wasn''t strong and attentive enough to have caught the face but in his head he thought that even if Chung Fang did notice, he would have thought the face would have been made because the man was worried for him and not worried about him forgetting about him. He didn''t believe that Chung Fang would even notice anyway so he didn''t really care about it anymore and the thought went into the back soon to be forgetten. "This boy is going to make me very powerful and rich in the future" The man said it loud enough to hear it himself but not for others to hear it as well as he would. Meanwhile Chung Fang was in the middle of preparing for his special and deciding mission that would allow him to become a god. He exited the library building itself but he didn''t exit the whole thing as it had a whole land bought for it and you would probably have to walk for a while to exit the gate itself and enter the streets. It was simply a mere coincidence that Fang was near the library when he was called over by his teacher. He was in the middle of researching on how to train his mind energy and the ability to teleport from places to places as he needed a quicker way to get around. How the teacher knew he was there? No one knows but it was probably just a pure instinct act. Chung Fang didn''t bother asking as the teacher wouldn''t tell anyway. His pace started to get fueled up as if it was furnace with coals getting thrown into it and he was pretty soon running like a horse in the wind. Even though he was one of the calmest and most chill person anyone could find, he had to celebrate the event that had occurred a few seconds ago. The thought of becoming a god and not having to live in a ''dirty'' place made him feel as if he was graduating school all over again and moving up society. The grass started flying up in the air from the ground and started dancing like angels as Chung Fang ran past them one foot at a time. "Woo!" Chung Fang didn''t want to waste any more time so instead of walking out the door like a normal person, he jumped on top of the gate and jumped onto the streets. He decided to use his spell that he learned just a few days ago from a dungeon acquired spell book to go past all of the traffic on the streets. The spell was called {Demon Foot} and it''s effect is that your leg temporarily becomes the leg of a demon lord and thus the user legs become faster, gains the ability to climb walls, and have the jump power of at least ten normal people. It was one of the most rarest spell that could be obtained from the area he was in. He got it during one of his mission that needed him to enter one of the most dangerous dungeon for demi-gods. "Demon Leg" In order to activate spells, the user needs to move their energy into the right area and say the name of the spell in order to activate it. His leg slowly transformed from a jean covered legs into a hideously demonic leg shredding almost everything except for the top part of the jean covering the important part of a guy''s leg. Fang''s feet turned into from five to four toes with sharp blades replacing the toes. Chung Fang planted his feet firmly on the ground- Swoosh He leaped all the way up to thirty feet and below was a big cloud of smoke everywhere. Everyone around him when he jumped was covered in smoke and coughing. They went from demi-gods to ghost. Chung Fang looked down below him and his only reaction was a little laugh before he landed on a building. Fang was into a book at the time and it was about a ninja that uses chakra and his only moves is different variations of a wind ball, the ability to duplicate himself, the power to summon frogs, and the power to transform into different things. He was a kind of ninja that runs with their arm behind them flying like a flag. Fang wanted to try that so he started running across from the buildings with his arm like that jumping from building to building. The crowd who Fang dusted started chasing him but his demon leg was too fast for them so they were soon left out in the middle of the street wondering where the troublemaker who made them look like idiots went. Fang started gaining momentum and he wanted to try something. His house was located on top of a mountain so he would either had to climb up the road which would take a long time or he could try out what he had on his mind which would reduce the time to get to his house by minutes. He decided to go with his dangerous plan and he took off his former shoe. It couldn''t even be considered a shoe as when he activated his demon leg, it grew a hole on the bottom and it started hanging onto his ankles. Even if Fang wanted to fix the shoe, it was impossible unless someone used a spell on it but who had time for that. He ran almost to the edge of the building he was running on before he threw the shoe up with all of the power he had in his arm and half of a second later he jumped as well. The wind and gravity tried to play their part but even they weren''t any match for the leg of a demon lord. The air flowed every around his body and Chung Fang ended up with an exposed stomach, messy hair, and a loose clothes. Fang kept going up until he was up to twenty-four feet and the shoe was just barely above him. He and the shoe was about to get to the limit height but before Fang fell back down, he prepared himself to step on the shoe above him and use it as a boost to jump again in order to get to the top of the mountain. It is scientifically proven impossible to use a shoe as a jump boost but Chung Fang had another ability that could help him with this light weight problem. The move was called {Steelization} and it was a spell with an effect that was very simple yet useful. It could turn anything into steel but the bigger it is the harder so turning a human into steel is pretty difficult as they can attack the user in the middle of their casting so that the spell is cancelled. If the object was smaller than a chair then the transformation is almost instant. "Steelization" The word triggered the ability and the shoe quickly turned into a piece of metal. He didn''t have to do everything he did to get to his house but he wanted as much time to prepare in case the mission was completely random. Fang wanted to grab everything so that he could be ready for it. With a quick step, Fang jumped off of the shoe and his body started flying up higher. Chapter 4: Anger Is The Best Weapon Chung Fang seemed to have been having the most fun in his whole life as he never ever felt such a thrill in his heart. Most people would be scared to death if they were in the same shoes as he was at the current moment but he didn''t. Fang doesn''t feel the same kind of emotions on things as others normally would. If one was supposed to be happy and cheerful, he would be bored and wanting to get out of there. One should be feeling scared in dangerous situations but instead he feels a completely different kind of feeling. He feels thrill and happiness which was one of the biggest reason why most people thought he was a psychopath and that he didn''t belong with them. That was true as Chung Fang felt like he didn''t fit with everyone else and that''s why he thought of the town as a ''dirty'' place which didn''t deserve him. He wasn''t cocky but he knew what that the town he was living in was a lower place then he should be living in. People who knew him thought that as well. Doing something that no one else would dare to do caused him to feel like he was more special and important then the rest of the people living among him in the town. This boosted his confidence in reaching the top and that was why he was feeling a sense of thrill from this. Well the thrill that was entering and piercing into his alien heart was about to turn soon turn into fear in just a few mere seconds as his jump wasn''t going to last any longer. The boost wasn''t good enough as he didn''t reach to the top of the mountain but instead he only made it up to sixty-five percent up. Chung Fang noticed it and fear started entering his brain. It was completely normal but that disappeared in an instant though as over the years of danger, Fang developed the ability to react instantly from any situation put in front of him. Even if he was facing death Chung Fang would be able to react quickly. Never once in his life that Chung Fang thought in his head that he was going to die and this won''t be his first. With quick thinking and strategizing, Chung Fang made up a plan that could him get up the rest of the mountain without having to fall to his doom and becoming a human pancake. Although it was called a mountain, it was more of a big hill so it wasn''t too tall to climb the rest. Fang looked around with his eyes turning into an eagle''s and he noticed places where he could put his feet on to climb up the mountain in order to get tot he top but first he needed a way to get onto mountain itself as he was twenty-five feet away from the mountain. He only jumped that far away from the mountain as the slope was just a few inches away from where he jumped. The distance between him and the mountain from where he jumped was pretty far away. Chung Fang might have been a little to confident in this act as what he did became a boomerang and came back at his face. Fang thought of all his spells that he knew and he sorted through them in an instant to find the one that could help him get to the mountain side. With another quick process of thinking, Chung Fang transferred all of his energy into his inner energy area of his body and he took his right hand and started drawing on it with his left index finger. He drew a circle with some weird shapes and lines in it. When he finished the drawing popped up in his hand glowing with a light blue color and he yelled on the top of his lungs. "Summon: Demon Bats" A summon was a special type of move that requires you to tap into the inner part of your body in order to use. Inner energy was named inner energy because it uses energy from the inner world which holds power far greater then the normal world can comprehend and it''s located in your hands specifically because only your hand can grab out energy from the inner world in order to take it and cultivate it into a spell. The inner world used to be something that could be entered easily but one cultivator decided to seal the world itself so that only those who were strong could tap into it or else everyone would be overpowered. Summons are organized in three forms and ten grades. The forms are Mythical, Holy, and Hellbounds. The grade of the summon determines how strong it is. Starting from the weakest Normal, it goes up to Rare, then Epic, Legendary, Demon, Angelic, Divine, Titan, God, and the final grade is called The Chosen''s One Summon. There is only one of The Chosen One''s Summon and it belongs to the person who becomes the strongest in the universe. Every six thousand years, there is a tournament in the middle of the universe to determine who is the strongest. The tournament is fair for everyone as there is no summon allowed or else the current Chosen One would win with an almost one hundred percent. It''s almost impossible to find a demi-god with an Epic summon, let alone a Legendary. Chung Fang could be considered the best demi-god almost everywhere and his best summon is only a rare. Fang however didn''t really care about them until now as they uses up a lot of your inner energy on the other hand a non-summon related use of inner energy takes up less energy but most of the time it was more efficient. Fang had almost never used a summon other then the a few time when he needed a distraction or a sacrifice. If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it. {Summon: Demon Bats} was a normal graded summon and it''s only use was to distract your opponent as there is many of them but they are weak and can''t last long. The only special about them was that you can control where and how many of the bats in a place. Most people wouldn''t use it considering how much energy it would take to summon all of them and even if they did, it probably wouldn''t last long. Demons Bats are an inner energy summon but it uses mind energy when you choose where it comes out of. Mind energy is like a twin energy to inner energy as a few things in inner and mind energy shares each other energy in order to work. Most of them only required inner energy though. Chung Fang could have summoned a more advanced summon but he had a plan that would only work with them. If you heard that he was going to summon Demon Bats in mid-air then you would probably have thought he was going to use it as a stepping platform to the mountain but he wasn''t. His plan was a more efficient plan but it requires a lot more crazy mind to even think of half of it. Even if they did think about it, they probably wouldn''t even considering using it. It''s not that it is hard to do but it''s just something that most wouldn''t think of. Chung Fang was planning on using the Demon Bats and their mass number in order to boost his back all the way into the mountain. He wanted to make the bats to make a arm out of their bodies and punch his back. He thought of this plan based off of homing fishes. They would combine themselves in order to scare away their predator that would eat them. Fang had a few seconds before he started falling down to his doom. The summoning began and the bats started coming out of nowhere behind him. One, two, three, Four...Ten...Twenty-five... The bats started to come out one by one. The Demon Bats were coming out really fast but the fist wasn''t formed yet. Chung Fang couldn''t any longer go up up the air as he reached the height limit. The only thing he could do was to hope that the fist could form fast enough and punch him before he fell to his doom. Chung Fang reaction would be unexpected even for him, he just laughed as if he knew this was going to happen and that it didn''t surprise him a single bit. "Let''s go!" ******* I would have never thought that being reincarnating meant that I had to fight a lava wave. The process of reincarnating should be really simple as one two three. Step one is to die, then step two is to reincarnate, and finally is to live a new life. It''s not supposed to be continuous punches of endless surprises. I was told that the universe had more planets with living things just like earth, there were more then one universe and that there was such a thing as cultivating. I experienced death almost twice now due to the lava that is trying to turn me into a human over-cooked barbecue that has ashes for meat. Trying to escape a lava wave is almost impossible due to how fast it goes down due to gravity and it''s water-like form but it seems I did. I was in the middle of running away from the lava when I saw a slope that was close by which would help me save a life, mine. It was in the middle of the plains but it went up which allowed a room where the lava wouldn''t touch. It was a good coincidence that it was to the right and not straight in front of me or else I would either fall down and die even quicker or not see it and end up passing it giving me a one hundred percent of dying. I felt that God decided to forgive me and help me once again. The only I could do to be grateful was to tell him my thanks even if he didn''t hear me. "My life is saved! Thank you god!" I said this with a lot of sincerity and not just as a halfhearted gratitude for him not giving up on me. [Hmm, did you call for me] This surprised me as I didn''t expect him to talk to me now as he didn''t talk to me other then the last time up at the lake when he told me to run. He seemed to have been purposely trying to get me killed. If he didn''t want me dead then he would have helped me escape this place instead of staying quiet the whole time leaving everything to me. "What are you talking about?" [Nothing] The ghost seemed to have misheard and thought that I was calling him. It was a little distracting as I slowed down confused on why he asked if I was talking to him allowing the lava to almost catch up with me. I noticed the massive raise in the heat touching me and I ended up having to run with twice the effort just to stay in the lead. The slope was only a few more meters away but my muscles was starting to die on me. My legs was tired from running for many minutes straight and even though it wasn''t the best leg in the world, the stamina it mysteriously showed would have been the perfect candidate to be the new Usain Bolt. Left, right, left, right, left, right. My feet was going a little too slow as I could tell when they landed which shouldn''t be happen. The impact that I made on the ground every time I landed didn''t seem to sound like it was a foot anymore. It started to sound like it was a gigantic hammer was smashing onto the ground. My feet were getting so weak that the gravity was able to push it down really hard causing those sounds. The sound of the lava flowing down was getting really strong now. Even I wasn''t that stupid enough to not notice that the lava was going to kill me if I didn''t hurry up the pace and get under the slope. My left foot was completely dead and it was only moving with the help of my dominant or my right one. "Oh no no no no" I was barely running anymore. I was moving in a way that looked more like hopping and this time I really needed every luck and God''s blessing I could get. I wasn''t much of a Christian up until this point. This is the most time I''ve ever prayed for God''s help in less then one day. I''ve probably prayed more then I ever did while I was back at my old home planet. I had about ten seconds before I got burned to death and I have to a dive of faith which is kind of like a leap of faith except it''s with a dive. The seconds were going down slowly as if they were in slow motion. As I was running down, I noticed everything that I was going past as if the time was stopping so that I could count how many seconds I had left to live. The people in charge of my reincarnation seemed to want me to know everything that happens before I died again. They were probably gonna laugh at how I died twice on the same day. The anger in me started taking control of my whole body. The heat of the lava started to feel as if it was nothing. My blood seemed to have started to flow faster then it has ever had. I was so pissed that steam starting coming of my head. "I will not die today! NO NOT TODAY!" I just released everything that I was feeling at the moment. My dead foot seemed to have woken up as it went from sore to a flexed one. The pain that was all around my muscles disappeared and it felt as if I was reborn into a new person which was kind of weird as I was in the middle of doing the same thing. The anger I had stored in my body made my body completely turn back to normal. As a matter of fact, it felt stronger then that. I seemed to have experienced another emotion that I never had before. "NOT TODAY!" The acceleration of my movement speed was just speechless. It was a breath taking moment as even I never thought this would have happened. Chapter 5: The Art Of Laziness Maybe the gods would have been more generous and sympathetic if I had never disobeyed him and stopped believing in him. As I said before, I wasn''t a big christian and I never had been in my whole lifetime but during the last few years of my life I had absolutely no trust in him. It wasn''t because I stopped being christian but it was more towards the fact that he had never did anything for me, or I thought. The things that he did for me can be counted on one hand in one finger and that is giving me a chance to live again and start anew. No matter what happened to me with this lava problem that might become my doom, I will start trusting and believing in god or else he will make my second death even worse. As others say, second chances are second chances and after that there is no more. He believed in things like this as the world spun around these rules and not around money. The world could be spun in the power of those with higher places in society but even they can''t escape these rules given to us by creation itself. At the current moment I was running like I was just given birth to. I was counting down in my head prepared to release my planted feet off of the ground using all of the muscles I knew about and even those that I didn''t. One by one the feet lifted off the ground after I turned my body in the direction of the slope and started changing into a dolphin trained for any situation for a water park show. All muscles prepared by me were beginning their mission. They acted like secret agents doing anything they had to do in order to finish their mission even if they had to get injured or possibly go to sleep and never waking up again to see the morning. There was only anger in my head and nothing more. I didn''t even felt any fear towards the lava coming to kill me. I started doing a long distance dive that no regular human would attempt but I guess I wasn''t a regular human anymore was I? The time once again stopped for me but this time it was different. I was no longer angry but more confident that I would reach the slope without any effort. Well that wasn''t completely true because everything I was doing at the moment was using up all of my effort that I had been saving up since I was born. The distance started shortening but the only thing increasing was how much I effort I was putting into this dive. The wind was currently trying its best to beat me up but even that couldn''t stop me. The only things that could stop me at that moment is a weak jump and important muscle dying out on me. Either that or an unusual thing happening to me which has a pretty high chance in this world. I''m currently in midair and the only thing I could say was, "Oh shoot". I had jinx myself more than three times since I''ve died. Just as I said that, I knew something was wrong. The air seemed to have gotten less breathable and more kill-able. This random luck of mine seemed to have dissipated off into the absence of absolutely nothing. The jump or dive was almost complete but just before I was about to land I turned my head to the right. "Holy sh.." ******* Well things had been getting pretty bad with Chung Fang. He had previously guessed that the punch would have been made before he fell and he was right. The bad thing was that the punch was made when Fang was almost past the minimum height to get punched to the mountain. That meant that Chung Fang went too far down and as a result he was hit in the head by the fist. He wasn''t mad that he got hit in the head but rather he was just a little pissed off and a little embarrassed. Just based off of the height and exposure he had from the rest of the town it was almost fully clear that he was seen by someone during this. This was another reason why he choose this way. It was to show others that he was above the rest of them and that he could do things that the rest of them couldn''t. Which would have worked, if it did had worked that is. The impact received from the bat created fist was so powerful. Even a Low-God would have a hard time to block the attack and still manage to stay in the same spot with their feet in the same place as before. Chung Fang on the other wasn''t a Low-God yet as he didn''t do his final mission yet but he was a lot more talented and powerful then others the same as him. He reacted as if he also knew that this was going to happen and what he next was probably the smartest thing he did the whole day. Chung Fang did a half-way back-flip making it so that he would land on his Demon Legs reducing most of the impact that would happen to him the moment he hit the mountain. The speed that Chung Fang was flying was so fast that he was almost late and potentially break his ankles. It was a good thing that he reacted fast as he barely made it. Even though he made it there was still consequences. Fang''s feet hit the mountain''s side and almost immediately there was a giant hole in it. Ten people could have fit in there but the only person there was Chung Fang. There was clearly many bruises and cuts on him but he acted like there was nothing. Rather all he did was scratch his head and ask the least expected question. "Why did I fail?" the question asked by Fang was sarcastic but rather it was really serious and in had a lot of confusion mixed into it. He sounded as if he had expected everything to go right even after all of the things that happened before this current event. There was no hint of sarcasm that be found even if it was inspected by professionals and they took days to research.Ensure your favorite authors get the support they deserve. Read this novel on Royal Road. Chung Fang got up quite normally and all he did was simply patted the dust off of his clothes. He stretched a little bit as if nothing had happen. The Demon Legs given to him by the spell was slowly disappearing. The first part to turn back to normal was the bottom of his feet and the deformation of the spell started working its way up. After a few seconds of turning back to regular person, Chung Fang had nothing on the bottom other than the top part of his pants hiding his private part. Rather than hurrying to find something to cover his exposed legs Chung Fang simply just walked toward the self made exit created when he ''entered'' the mountain. With his legs back to normal Chung Fang felt more familiar with it and he could use it in ways that he couldn''t before due to all of the spikes and abnormal shapes it had. Chung Fang stood at the very edge of the hole and using his legs he jumped up. Although it wasn''t as high as before with his Demon Legs on, it was still pretty high compared to others. In the midst of jumping, Fang turned his body to the other side causing him to face the mountain and using all of his hand strength Fang managed to get into a position that was perfect for scaling and climbing upwards. A few moments after his hands were planted, his bare feet also planted itself supporting the hands so it wouldn''t all of a sudden release itself from the mountain and make Chung Fang fall to his doom once again. Scaling wasn''t a difficult thing for Chung Fang, that is when the thing he was going to scale straight. The mountain was not only bumpy but it also curved near the top making him have to climb as if he was laying on his bed in order to get to the other side where everything was safe and it was harder to fall and make a human tomato sauce on the ground many meters below. He started scaling up at the speed of a regular human would take if they could walk on the mountain rather than climbing it. As he was getting higher, the difficulty was also doing the same as him. Chung Fang wasn''t idiotic and he knew that he needed to do something if he wanted to climb all the way to the top of the mountain and get to his house. Chung Fang suddenly had a thought to use the counterpart of the {Demon Foot} or the {Demon Hand}. It was very similar to the Demon Foot but instead of being red, it was blue making it more similar to a angel. The spell increased the grip of the hand and the speed of how fast it was, making the effects almost identical to the counterpart. As if he became a Cheetah that ran with his hands instead of his legs, the speed took to go upwards wasn''t just increased but it was increased dramatically. The length he had in order to reach the top when he used the spell decreased by half in just a few seconds. Chung Fang was almost at the top but while he was grabbing for the next spot to climb from, his left hand grabbed the spot too hard and that caused it to took out a huge chunk of the mountain making him hang with one hand. The rock that Chung Fang''s right hand was holding onto wasn''t a piece that was very firm in place and could stay in the spot forever with all of the weight and force Fang was bringing to it. A piece of it fell apart forcing Chung Fang to let go. However Chung Fang''s reaction and reflex was once again very quick and sharp. He noticed that there was another rock next to the broken one that he could grab onto for the moment so he did. Everything after that seemed to have slowed down and returned back to normal. Chung Fang grabbed onto a spot suited for the left hand and he started scaling the upside down side of the mountain. Without thrusting out much effort, Chung Fang was done climbing the mountain and now he was at the top. He turned his head and body around to look at the place he had lived in all of his life. Now that he was going to leave, it felt very weird even for him. He promised himself that, "I will one day come back here and at least thank them for everything they have done for me, even if it wasn''t very much.". He didn''t feel sad but rather appreciative towards this place. After saying that all of his feels went away and he once again turned towards the reason why he came back up here. His house was definitely the most unique house there was in his town. It was on top of a big tree suitable for a titan and it looked as if it was made up of wood that were painted white for the exterior. It looked like it but it didn''t mean it was. Rather the house was build using the bones of various monster and spirit animals he had killed. It may seem very vicious and inhumane to do but it served a purpose. The bones of monsters and spirit animals if used correctly can boost up ones speed of cultivation. This was one of the reasons why he was many years younger than those who were at the same level as he was. Even the second youngest person on the edge of turning into a Spirit Low-God was twenty-five years old which was seven more years than Chung Fang. When masters and school teachers received the rumors that was being passed around about how Chung Fang was the most talented student out there, they refused to believe it. They thought in their head that their students and disciple were a lot more talented than Chung Fang but when they heard that he won a tournament consisted of sixteen to nineteen year old at the age of only seven, that was when they were convinced and started believing. Many schools tried to get him in order to increase the school''s reputation but all was refused by the seven year old. Years have passed and not a single sign of another prodigy with as much talent as Chung Fang ever walked their face on Narvia. Chung Fang was probably a once in a million years prodigy and that was something no one could disagree to. Chung Fang released the spell {Demon Hand} so that he could at least open the door and walk in. He was in quite a hurry so he just simply jumped towards his house which wasn''t just on the tree but it was on top of the tree. The view in there was probably the best there was given that it was on the highest spot and it looked down on all of the buildings in the town. The door, just like the rest wasn''t made using normal and regular material. Rather it was made using the the tooth of a Gigantor Tiger. In order to keep the freshness that gave out Yin energy, Chung Fang used many magical herbs and layered the door with it. The moment Fang landed, he opened the door and began preparing for whatever may happen during his mission. He grabbed potions capable of healing almost anything, items that could get him out of many situations, and he grabbed as many weapon as he could in case he needed it. There was many items he grabbed from his house but he didn''t have to hold any of them. He just simply put it in a storage ring capable of holding ten miles worth of items. He was just about to go back to his master which was about to become his former master before realizing that he had something he forgot. He jumped out of the tree and landed on the ground. Then he turned around with his right hand aiming at the tree. The tree''s root came out by itself as the top of the tree was entering the ring. It warped in the ring rather then just entering. A few moments later and the tree was completely gone leaving holes in the ground indicating that the roots used to be there. Chung Fang was going to a new place but he didn''t want to waste all of the bones and teeth he acquired so he simply just took the house and the tree with him. The reason why he didn''t just take the whole tree while it still had the item was because when he needed the item, he would have to take out the whole tree and put it down somewhere then go in and get the item. If it was just by itself then Chung Fang could take it out in a mere second rater than having to do all of that. This was also the called the arts of laziness. Chapter 6: Chikè°©ndra I was just in the middle of an amazing dive as I turned my head to the right and what I saw would have probably gave me three days worth of nightmare. The lava was still there and all but what else was there was shocking. If the word demon meant the most beautiful thing alive than this would be the complete opposite of the word, a demon. It wasn''t hideous where you would throw up but in the situation I was currently in, that''s how I felt. There was a monster looking thing that was merging out of the lava. It had a head that looked like a goat and a body of a human that took steroids for a living. It''s legs were of a horse and it''s eyes looked like it could suck you up anytime. It had horns that wasn''t straight but rather it had horns that made a spiral giving off a feeling of a demon that came from hell. When I saw the lava erupt I thought it was the scariest moment of my life or second life but seeing this is making it seem like I''m comparing a snake to a full grown dragon ready to eat and devour anything in its way. It was about the height of three average sized human stacked on top of one another and it had a width of two bulls if they were standing up. It was facing off at another direction where I wasn''t at which was probably the one of the only good thing about this monster. The other good thing was that it was quite a distance away where it wouldn''t hear my speeches if I talked in a low enough voice. It completely emerged out of the lava before it did the most terrifying thing it could possibly do. It slightly shifted its head a little to the left which was the direction where I was at. It''s eyes were getting larger as if he was about to search for someone. I was just ready to piss my pants until my head hit something. My face went straight down onto the ground where I initially planned to land on so that was the good part. The bad part was that the monster was still there and I didn''t have any single knowledge on it. I knew that something was wrong and that I should do something quick or else the lava will be the least of my worries. I couldn''t go around it as the lava was still surrounding the place and if I did enter the lava, I wouldn''t know if I would wake up from this dream or if I would die and enter a forever lasting dream. So I stood up and put my back across the wall of dirt and decided to do the only thing I could. Which was to ask the spirit what was happening. I didn''t know if he would reply but it was the only thing I could do. "So um.. spirit?" I said this but didn''t say anything else as I wanted his attention first instead of getting straight to the point hoping to not seem impatient or rude to the spirit. After I said that, there was a moment of silence. It would have been even more perfect if crickets all of a sudden started making the noises commonly known to mankind. I stood there wondering why he didn''t answer but then I remembered when he replied out of nowhere when I said the word god. It was a very small chance but if I worked once, it will work again. "So um God... are you here?" [Oh yeah my bad. What do you want?] I''m stood there not knowing if I should rather be laughing or to ignore the fact that he only respond with the word god. "I have a question?" [What is it human?] I didn''t appreciate the fact that he talked to me as if he was a higher existence than me but I was really desperate so I didn''t want to question him. I just replied with a question, "What is that monster that just emerged from the lava?". The spirit stayed quiet for a while making it seem like he was searching through his memories until he answered with one word, or rather a name. [Chik¨¢ndra] When I heard the name it sounded like it was spoken in slow motion by the spirit. I was expecting him to say more about this so called Chik¨¢ndra but seeing that he wasn''t going to, I asked him another question or rather two. "Why is it here? What does it do?" The spirit answered rather quickly this time. [I don''t know the answer to the first but for the latter I do. It is a monster normally used by evil-doers no matter which world you are in. It is created through a demonic ritual where many people gets sacrificed in order to create it. It is a rather strong enemy and I suggest you stay on the low for the moment. As for the question you asked first. As I said I don''t really know why it is here as there don''t seem to be any other living beings in this weird world other than you.]This narrative has been purloined without the author''s approval. I originally planned on staying on the low in the first place so that was easy done. I stood there not knowing what to do in this small piece of land so I did the only thing to do. I finally had the chance to rest after all of the running so I took it. I laid on my back giving my whole body the chance to rest. After resting for a little bit I started feeling the after effect of running for a too long period of time. My body was getting very sore everywhere as if it couldn''t contain it no longer. I wanted to yell on top of my lungs when all of a sudden one of my muscles clamped up but I had to endure it as I was worried about the Chik¨¢ndra hearing me. That is if he hadn''t yet. I was about to rest for a little longer then go check on the Chik¨¢ndra after my muscles rested enough until my rest was happily interrupted by the spirit. [Get up right now if you want to survive.] I was really confused so I asked him, "Why do you want me to stand up for?". My body was still quite sore so I didn''t want to move unless I had to. The spirit then replied immediately, [The Chik¨¢ndra is coming your way and unless you want to die, I suggest that you stand up and listen to my instructions.] I really didn''t want to die a second time so I got up without questioning a second time. I stood up and then I heard something moving. It wasn''t the lava as the noise was a thing that could be easily recognized by me by after spending so much amazing time with it. It sounded more like a monster moving step by step closer to me. I could tell even without looking at it that it was the Chik¨¢ndra as it was making sounds that horse hooves would make. Many hooves make similar sound as horses but I knew the sound as if it was the back of my hand. I was naturally used to the sound of horses as my grandparents lived in a farm and I visited that place almost every year when I was still alive that is. Thinking of this made me a little sad that I wouldn''t get to see my old family members anymore. I was getting a little emotional but I forced it vanish as I was in the middle of a life and death situation so it wasn''t the right time to start crying all of a sudden. "What do I do God?" It was a little awkward calling someone else God other than the one you believe in but I could tell that he wasn''t lying or else he wouldn''t be able to help me reincarnate and live again. I asked him the question without holding back or hesitating as my life was the most precious thing I had at the moment so holding back would just be a stupid thing to do. Without any sound of being any bit single worried, the spirit replied with the most mind blowing answer ever. Even if I was a maniac and I was crazy, I would have never guessed that he or she would have said this. [Jump into the lava.] I just stood there in complete silence not knowing if he was being serious or not. I had considered it before but I didn''t really want to risk it so it always went to the back of my head. I knew that the Chik¨¢ndra was coming towards me but I still wanted to ask a question as I wasn''t sure if jumping into the lava is the only way out of this situation. "Will jumping in the lava kill me and cause me unable to reincarnate or will I wake up from this dream of mine?" [I don''t know what will happen.] "Then why do you want me to do it for?" [It is the best chance you have. I may not know what will happen but I have a clue of what''s going on.] I was waiting for him to continue but it seemed like he was doing another one of his infamous pauses. "So... um... what''s going on?" [You are currently in your physical energy world. Each world is unique so some have many strange thing in theirs but this doesn''t seem to be the case. Rather it seems like this was planted in you the moment you were born as if someone knew that this was going to happen.] I searched through my memories in a flash hoping to get a clue on who would do this but I had nothing. "Are you sure it happened the moment that I was born?" The spirit then said with a confidence voice, [I am absolutely sure. If someone would to plant a monster in your body than it would have to mature with you as only infants can be planted as they don''t show any sign of having ever cultivated before. This seems to be around the same age as you so no doubt that this was planted at around the time of your birth.] I started scratching my head in confusion for a while before having another question. "Why is there lava?" [It was naturally a part of your physical energy it seems. As I said the world is unique to every person so based off of this, you are of the element fire. Physical energy is more like the thing that gives you your elemental powers.] I was more confused by this so I asked him another question. "What can it do for me?" [This will be the last question answered as the Chik¨¢ndra is almost here. Pretend that you are using a bow. If used correctly than you could channel your physical energy into it and make the arrows transform into glaring arrows.] It sounded like something off of a rpg game. I had more questions but the spirit sounded very worried this time around. I stretched my body in order to prepare for what was about to go go down and then I walked towards the edge of the safety area from the lava. "Do I have to do this?" [Yes you do, now no more questions!] I was still very nervous so I took some deep breaths in and out. I calmed my mind and I was just about to enter the zen mode but then I realized how stupid this was. "I don''t want to do it!" [Ok fine then.] I was confused on why he didn''t insist me to like the last time. "What''s up?" [He is only two meters away so go ahead and waste your second life by not listening to me.] Hearing that made my fear of jumping in change to the fear of dying again. I was hesitating a lot but it was too late for that so I did the thing that couldn''t be stopped or reserved no matter what. I did a cannonball straight towards the lava. I did so as to help me to forget about the things that could happen if it didn''t work out the way as planned by the spirit and it helped me to imagine that I was jumping into a pool of water rather than a river of lava. The moment I landed was the moment things changed. The sound coming from the lava sounded as if it was a bubble that popped and it came from a witch''s pot. My body got submerged into the lava and my body was feeling so much pain that it would be inexpressible. My body was clearly burning and turning into nothing but I still had my consciousness. My head was the only thing not submerged so I just took deep breaths even after coming into the lava. I was praying and hoping that it would work and that it wouldn''t kill me and ruin the chance of second life. [Hold up... were you supposed to jump in the lava? I don''t know if you should have.] Chapter 7: The True Power Of The Prodigy Did those words really come out of his or her''s mouth? Never had I expected to be wronged after I decided to trust again. I should have probably guessed it by now due to the fact that my previous death was also caused by my trust in a person. I was getting heated up. It wasn''t caused by the lava but by my fury and rage. I couldn''t handle it anymore and tried to release my feelings by trying to yell out frustration but since my mouth got submerged into the lava, all I said was gibberish. "Whaido ouge oumy lie". The spirit was again doing his silence thing. But just when I thought I was about to die because of what spirit told me to do, he replied with once again, the least expected words. [Too bad right?] I was absolutely lost for words, figuratively and physical. My eyes were at the peak of also being submerged. The only I could do now was look at the sky wondering where the spirit is and hope that he goes to hell. If he could go to hell that was and if there was such thing as hell. My memories started flashing before my eyes one more time. Although my chance at second life was ruined by an idiotic spirit, I still slightly enjoyed the rush I had which I never felt before. My eyes were then submerged and the rest was also on their way. [So um... you good down there?] This came out of nowhere causing me to get spooked. I was about to reply before realizing that my whole body was inside lava. [You can talk you know?] I imagined myself looking at him all confused as I couldn''t see anymore. Although my mind was also submerged it still worked which was the most confusing thing. [You''re not dead. You know that right?] ******* Chung Fang was surprisingly not one bit afraid or nervous considering the fact that he was about to go on a mission that would turn him into a God, even though it was just a Low-God at the rank of Spirit. He was just casually walking down the streets wearing new clothes and rubbing his ring. Most would be nervous because it was a one time thing and if he failed, he wouldn''t be able to do it again. He was heading towards the library to inform his master or soon to be former master that he was ready to go on the mission. He wasn''t running or rushing a single bit. He was instead taking his time to enjoy the scenery around him. On the way to the library he looked around his hometown that he has inhabited for many years. Most of his life was spend in this small town of Demi-Gods. It was quite a lively place at the moment as there was a festival taking place. It was in the honor of the God Of Life. The villagers did this every year in order to get good crops and a good harvest. Chung Fang was going to miss being a Demi-God not only because of the beautiful town he lived in but also due to the fact that he could only be the God of a single thing. One probably wouldn''t mind until they realize the fact that most of the good ones were taken by the previous generation. After choosing his power, he would then lose all abilities and spells other than the one related to his control as a God. The only thing that he could keep was his Summons due to them being made out of the inner world which couldn''t be ridden of. That didn''t mean that being a God was a bad thing. Of course there were perks to being a Demi-God but there was also those for being a God. Gods are stronger and more beneficial due to them having only related abilities and spells which would work together better than those that wasn''t related. Gods also were stronger in the sense of political power. If a God managed to get strong enough, he can have a whole kingdom to themselves along with their many servants and loyal people. Gods had a perk that beat the rest. They could get stronger without doing nothing as long as they gained more worshippers. The more worshippers, the stronger the God. Worshippers also gave offerings such as jewelries and food which would help the God if he or she was on the edge of bankruptcy or if they were starving. After going up rank, you could also choose more things to be a God of as long as it was slightly related to your previous one. Examples of this is being the God Of Sky and Lightning, God of War and Weapons, God Of Life and Crops, and so on and so forth. After comparing the two sides of benefits, even the dumbest person in the world would choose to be a God. Chung Fang however didn''t care about that. As for the reason to why he wanted to be a God, no one knew, not even himself. Maybe it was due to the fact that he didn''t like having to fight and train to get stronger. Maybe it was due to the fact that he didn''t like going outside to get food. It will never be known.Reading on Amazon or a pirate site? This novel is from Royal Road. He looked at the sky before saying what was on his mind. "Will they have festivals for me when I get stronger?". Then he smirked and turned his head around again. He opened the gate with calmness and ease as if he owned it and started walking again. As he was walking, the wind was getting stronger and stronger. It soon became strong enough to cause the body of Chung Fang to almost fall down flat on his back but Chung Fang turned used physical energy to strengthen his body. It was definitely not any kind of ordinary wind as it disappeared a few seconds later. It seemed like a battle was going on somewhere around the library. Chung Fang closed his eyes and found the location of the battle by finding out where energy was being used the most. Three second later and he found out that the battle was happening inside the library. Chung Fang opened his eyes and started running towards the library. He could tell that the battle was by two people that was also on the peak of becoming a God by inspecting how much energy they had. Chung Fang ran and hurriedly open the door. The moment he did so, he saw two people running across the walls of the library. Those two then jumped at each other and started fighting. When gravity took action, they started running across the walls again. Chung Fang was just watching the battle taking place until his teacher or master called him over. Chung Fang excused himself pass the crowd watching the battle. He then reached his master and bowed. He then lifted his head and waited for his master to speak instead of speaking first to show respect and give the master at least a little dignity. If it was any other person, Chung Fang would just ignore them. The master put his right hand on Chung Fang''s left shoulder and he said in a whisper. "Go stop the battle between them before one of them kills the other." Chung Fang turned his head towards the fight before replying, "I don''t want too stop the battle.". His master looked a little confused until asking him, "Why don''t you want stop it?". Chung Fang waited a few seconds until telling him the answer. "Because I don''t want to waste my energy.". His master looked at him with a face of disbelief. He sort of guessed that Chung Fang would say that but he still had some hopes. As to why he wanted him to stop the battle wasn''t because he was worried for the people fighting but it was because he was trying to show off his student''s skill in order to scare off the other contestant''s on the mission to becoming a God. He felt the need to do that as he also didn''t know what the mission was. In case that the mission was a battle between the contestants, he wanted to let the others know that his student was a force to reckon with and that they shouldn''t mess with him. Chung Fang also had that thought previously before he came to the library but he didn''t care anymore as he wasn''t scare of anyone and anything. Chung Fang noticed the angry veins popping out on his master''s head and he didn''t know if he should be acting scared or if he should be laughing. He decided to act afraid so that the master wouldn''t take away the mission. "Okay I''ll do it, but on a condition." The master of course replied with, "What kind of condition?". "I''ll only stop them if necessary." "What do you mean by necessity?" "If one of them is about to die." The master didn''t know what to say so instead of talking, he just simply nodded his head. After seeing him nod, Chung Fang decided to observe the fighters. One of them was broad and big while the other one was slim and swift. Both of them looked as if they were in between the age of twenty-seven and twenty-nine. The broad one seemed very tan and he was wearing a orange karate ki. Chung Fang was a prodigy not just because of his age but because of his ability to find out weaknesses and strengths of a person in a flash. He observed the way they were fighting and what kind of spells and abilities they used. The broader one used his fists. The only spells he used was ones that enhanced his body. On the other hand, the slim fighter was using magic spells such as a fireball, water dragon, and such. The broad one was a lot slower than the one that was slim. Chung Fang looked at him while he was fighting and he found out why. It wasn''t just because of his weight but it was also caused but also by his legs. More specifically his thighs. They were a lot smaller compared to the rest of his body. Chung Fang kept observing the two and then the broad one yelled out, "You were never stronger than me! You were the weakest one in our class and you still are!". Chung Fang looked at the slim one to see his reaction. He seemed to have been angered and entered a berserk mode. His moves got stronger but they were more clumsy then before giving the big and broad one the chance to attack him. The slim one noticed and used the spell {Fist Of The Flame Dragon} to try and fight back. Chung Fang saw the strength behind the two attacks and noticed that he had to take action now. Chung Fang used the ability {Moonlight Walk}. It was an ability that would let him walk very fast without anyone noticing him. In less then a second, Chung Fang was already in the middle of the two fighters blocking both of their attacks. The broad one was the first to react. He previously punched with his right so he still had his left hand to use as a way to get out. He didn''t expect Chung Fang to do anything as he was clearly a lot younger than himself. Chung Fang was faster at reacting though. He quickly hit the broad one''s thighs causing him stop his punch. He then fell on his knees. Chung Fang twisted the hand he was holding backward forcing the broad one''s head to go back as well. Chung Fang wanted to end the broad one fast so he tied to hit the chin with his knee. Chung Fang didn''t expect the slim one to retaliate though. The slim one kicked the back of Chung Fang''s stopping the knee kick. Chung Fang looked back at him for a mere two seconds before sending the broad one to sleep by letting go of his hand then smack his face using the same hand. Chung Fang then looked at the slim one. He laughed before he took a step forward and bent the arm of the slim one behind his back. The slim one tried to spin and hit Chug Fang with his elbow but that also didn''t work as Chung Fang simply dodged and grabbed the arm that tried to elbowed him. Then Chung Fang started whispering things into the slim one''s ear. He said words that made the slim one really mad. He tried to do a flip to reverse the role between the two but Chung Fang had already planned what he was going to do. The slim one jumped backward and was in the middle of doing a backflip but since Chung Fang was still holding onto both of his hands, Chung Fang was still in control. Chung Fang simply pulled his hands down the opposite direction of the flip. The slim one head was heading straight towards the ground. Snap The neck of the slim one just snapped sending him unconscious. Chung Fang moved quite a bit but not even a single drop of sweat came down his head. The air around the library got really quiet. The whole crowd got really quiet as well. They had originally thought that Chung Fang was going to lose when he showed up. Chung Fang then turned his head towards the crowd. The crowd squinted their eyes and they discovered out who it was. "It''s Chung Fang!" "What is he doing?" "He''s a prodigy but I didn''t expect him to be that strong!" "What the hell!" The whole crowd went from quiet to being absolutely loud. ******* "Why didn''t you tell me this first?" [Because you didn''t let me!]
