《The Legend of the past wants to live a different life》
Prologue : The Legend of the past
There was once a Legendary Magician who had lived for 700-Years, it was said that he could kill his enemies with just his presence and level the mountains with a flick of his finger, He stood at the top of the most powerful that even the Demon Lords feared his presence, His Name is Grand Magician Thormiel the one who is known as the strongest and the one who started the Golden Age of Magic.
As Thormiel is just a Human even with his vast amount of Mana, He could not win against time. His once strong body become weak and his skin shriveled, knowing that he¡¯s past his prime in order to preserve the peace he picked 7 Disciples who he deemed worthy to be his successors, learning under his strict teachings the 7 Disciples have stood alongside him as the strongest, Leaving it to his Disciples to continue his legacy.
Thormiel secluded himself inside the Tower he erected to further advance his knowledge not only in Magic but on anything that piqued his interest, He published numerous theories of different variety whether it¡¯s Magic or Production that greatly helped not only the Humans but the other Races as well.
Finally as the Great Thormiel is on his death bed, he was surrounded by his 7 Disciple while all of the powerful and influential individuals stood outside his Tower mourning over his eventual death caused by Old Age, as the sun rises the 7 Disciples announced that the Grand Magician Thormiel had passed away at the Age of 700.
Though this was the official history recorded by the many historian of the past some things wasn¡¯t as accurate as they seem, it is true that Thormiel is feared by the Demon Lords but not only by his strength alone he makes sure that plenty of the Demon Lords don¡¯t die as they¡¯re the only ones who could take a beating from him and not die easily, basically the Demon Lords are his stress reliever.
Second he didn¡¯t picked up his Disciples to continue the peace, he picked them up as he needed more hands to do his research and have some people to take care of him, he basically treated them like a slave without them knowing as they considered the things Thormiel said and made them do as a teaching, to not raise any suspicion he did teach them some Magic.
Third he made his disciples do all his work outside in the charade of keeping the peace, with his age he¡¯s easily irritable so he kicked out all but the necessary personnel to continue his life of laziness and greatness inside his Tower, as money doesn¡¯t entice his interest any more powerful and influential individuals have no other choice but to offer him knowledge in exchange for his help that he makes his disciples do.The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings.
Fourth after years and years of studying the knowledge presented to him, he wanted no more and so he presented the world with his theories of Magic and later in his life he wanted a higher quality furniture and food and so he released his theories for it too.
Even as all the people worship him Thormiel lived a happy humble life, as a child he hated to learn the swords and train his body so he studied Magic instead, years go by and he was recognized as a genius in the Academy and the King ordered him to defeat the Demon Lord who have been terrorizing the Kingdom, the young Thormiel was stressed out after receiving the order, he was thinking that the King must be out of his mind to send him out to his death, but in the end he managed to kill the Demon Lord and the cycle repeats until he become recognized as the strongest Magician.
Finally to prepare on his 700th Birthday Thormiel took a bath as a frail and weak Old Man it was an astonishing feat for a Human who¡¯s life expectancy is below 100-Years to live past over it and even surpass the Elf¡¯s life expectancy of 400-Years because of his Colossal Mana, to this day the only regret he have is that he didn¡¯t train his Father¡¯s Sword Technique that is now forever lost after his Father died in Old Age hundreds of years ago, while Thormiel reminiscent of the past there was a knock on a door and one of his Disciples entered to help him dress up, Thormiel stared at the large mirror that reflected his current image of a bone thin wrinkled Old Man.
Though Thormiel is barely living because of his Mana, he himself knows his body have passed the limit and that today might be his last and told this to his Disciple that just finished dressing him up, he looked up at his Disciple''s tearing face that rushed to tell the other Disciples, after that he was brought into the Large room he used for hundreds of years surrounded by his faithful Disciples, tearing up beside him even though they¡¯re passed the age of 300.
As the party is close many powerful and influential individuals have arrived only to be met by a powerful barrier on the entrance of the Tower, in the bed where Thormiel lies the memories of his life slowly played inside his mind, after he saw the image of his Father, tears begun falling from his eyes, slowly and slowly he weakly breathes and after a few more seconds Thormiel passed away with regret.
The Disciples weep of his passing, until the sun begun to rise, only then they dressed their Master¡¯s body with his favorite white cloth, and let out the news of the Great Thormiel¡¯s passing.

1500-Years have passed since then in the current year 758 of the Marhan Empire Calendar, an ancient soul slumbered with regret has been chosen to live again.
Chapter 1 : Im Theodore Houndhart
It was like a fleeting dream. A dream filled with peace and tranquility after I closed my eyes as I pass away from this world. The dream continued until the moment I opened my eyes once again and found out that I have been reborn in the same World 1500-Years in the future inside a not so fortunate household, he thought.
Inside a room so tiny it could only fit a small bed, a young kid can be seen sitting with crossed leg on top of it meditating, sweat poured all over his shirtless body that faintly emits a white light, shortly after the light subsided the kid opened his eyes. ¡°Phew, training done for today.¡±
The kid stood up to open the only window in his room, when he opened it the bright light coming from the outside blinded him for a moment and the cool breeze of air hit his sweaty body, as his eyes slowly adjust to the light, he heard a voice coming from the outside.
¡°Oh? Theo you¡¯re finally awake, we¡¯ll go hunting after I finished chopping this logs so prepare your bow.¡± Said by a man named Gilbert Houndhart, swinging down his axe, Gilbert have a good young looking face even in his early 40¡¯s, he has a brown colored short hair and eyes, and wears a cheap pair of clothes.
¡°Ara Theo, you¡¯re covered in sweat again hurry up and wash yourself.¡± Said by a woman named Asha Houndhart carrying the chopped down logs into the tiny house shed, Asha has a gorgeous face with gentle expression, her shoulder length amber colored hair is tucked behind her cheap dress and she has an alluring green colored eyes.
The two of them looked out of place as they¡¯re both good looking individuals wearing a cheap clothes and the reason for it is their son Theo, who used his magic to preserve their good looks as they sleep for a simple reason that, I don¡¯t want my Parents to look bad.
¡°Good morning Father and Mother.¡± Said by the kid and smiled named Theodore Houndhart. That has the traits from his mother Asha, he has the same amber colored hair and green colored eyes. his cute yet developing face shows some the traits of his good looking father Gilbert.
¡°Mou, just because you¡¯ve turned 10 today doesn¡¯t mean you need to be embarrassed to call me Mama, Theo.¡± Asha said with a pouting face unfitting for a woman her age.
¡°That¡¯s right Theo, Papa thinks there¡¯s no need for you to act mature just yet since you just turned 10 today.¡± Gilbert said while he chops logs.
In the end the once Great Thormiel can¡¯t refuse such a simple request from his parents, while Theo makes complicated expression every time he called them Mama and Papa, his parents can¡¯t help but to hide their smile watching there adorable Son.
* * *
¡°Oi Theo! Over here!¡± Said by a kid named Nelma Farheath, while waving both of her hands. She has a roundish cute looking face and have an Orange colored hair tied in a twin tail and blue colored eyes, she wears a cute looking blue clothes that is easy move.
¡°Nelma have you gotten fat again?¡± Theo said walking alongside his Father.
¡°N-No! It¡¯s not like I keep eating too much!¡± Nelma shouted averting her eyes.
¡°Heh, just because Food is getting abundant in the Village doesn¡¯t mean you should eat a lot and get fat. What happened to the thing you said? Watch it Theo, I¡¯ll turn into a real hottie like your Mom!¡± Theo said mockingly.
¡°Chief, I found a Herd to hunt heading towards the River.¡± Said by a man named Lorgen Farheath, Nelma¡¯s Father, he has Masculine build and a rugged looking face, his Black colored hair is styled in a back sweep and he has a brown colored eyes. He wears a full leather armor.
¡°Stop it Lorgen, the Title of the Village Chief should have been yours since you¡¯re the last Chief¡¯s Son.¡± Gilbert said.
¡°What are you talking about, becoming the Village Chief isn¡¯t a hereditary Title besides the Mysterious Magician who resides in this Forest wanted you to govern this Land, and so you¡¯re the most fitting person to become the Chief of this Village.¡± Lorgen said with a smile.
¡°Umu. Thanks to the Mysterious Magician that this land is slowly getting wealthy, as a result we managed to send many promising young ones from every Villages to study in the Academies in Siroth, while Traders and Merchants are now coming more often. Gilbert said.
¡°Yeah, it was thanks to the Mysterious Magician that blessed this land with Four Guardian Golems, because of it Monsters have started avoiding our Forest.¡± Lorgen said as both of them laugh.
Well, that retarded Noble have troubled me a little, but I didn¡¯t even think they would actually appoint my Father to be a Noble to govern this Land.¡± Theo thought.

It was a normal sunny day and a sudden notification for all the Village Chiefs to gather at the Noble¡¯s Manor has been sent out. All the Village Chiefs hurried and gathered inside, sitting in front of them is the Son of the one who govern the land while the Head Guard in a silver decorated armor spoke.
¡°As the late Alfred Hollion have passed away, with the Order from the King of Londe we announced that his Son Arnold Hollion as the new Noble to Govern the land of Tironde.¡± Said by the Head Guard.
¡°Did all of you heard that? From now on I¡¯m your new Owner.¡± Arnold said, he has a round figure with his belly clearly bulging from his tailored noble suit, he has a glistening blond hair and black colored perverted looking eyes, and his noise is clearly visible but his most memorable trait is his face that resembles a Pig.
¡°H-How could that happen last time I saw Sir. Alfred he was healthy.¡±
¡°Damn it, why did he become the new Governor what happened to the Oldest Son?¡±
¡°Why did this fat ass become the new Governor?¡±
¡°¡ ¡ ¡ ¡¡± The Village Chiefs have stared murmuring with each other.
¡°Since I have been officially given the rights to this land, and all of you seems to be aggressive against me my first order is that you need to pay triple the tax from now on, I won¡¯t be as kind as my Father, those Villages that cannot meet these condition will have two choices either meet my Army or send some young beautiful Woman to my Manor.¡± Arnold said with lecherous face.
¡°This stupid pig.¡±
¡°Does he wants us to die in hunger?¡±
¡°What kind of conditions is that!?¡±
¡°S-Sir Arnold, if you triple the Tax that we have to pay all the Villages will die in hunger¡¡± An Old Man argued.
¡°Hmm? Didn¡¯t you hear it Old Man? If you don¡¯t want to pay that kind of Tax then send me Woman or do you want to be an example for those who goes against me?¡± Arnold said with annoyed expression, he then lift his right hand and pointed it towards the Old Man.
¡°T-This is too much no matter how you think of it! If Sir Alfred is still alive he won¡¯t treat us like this¡ª¡° The Old Man said and Arnold begin chanting words the other Chiefs walk back as Flame begun to gather on Arnold¡¯s palm, and when Arnold finished chanting the Flame fly towards the Old Man and burned him to death.
¡°Chief Farheath!¡±
¡°Hii!¡±
¡°No! What have you done!?¡±
¡°¡ ¡ ¡ ¡¡± The other Chiefs was enraged at Arnold, but they cannot do anything as behind Arnold is a group of 20 armored Guards guarding him.
¡°So, does anyone have any more problem?¡± Arnold said, but all of the Chiefs has been scared to go against him. ¡°Alright all of you may leave now.¡±
Later that day the news of the Village Chief Farheath¡¯s death has reach the citizen of the Farheath¡¯s Village, Lorgen had such a painful and angered expression on his face, while Theo console Nelma who¡¯s devastated of the news.
Sigh, what kind of King would let such a retard govern a land of his Kingdom? If this kind of thing has been reported to me I would make the King beg for his life back in my days. Should I threaten the King a little? Theo thought.
¡°Theo, Grandpa, My Grandpa¡¡± Nelma continuously repeated as she weep and fall asleep.
Sigh, if Nelma¡¯s like this I can¡¯t teach her how to utilize her Rare Ice Element Magic, and there¡¯s that raise in taxes. I¡¯m sure Father won¡¯t have any money to spare if I asked, if that happen how will I buy the delicacy those Merchant bring every second week? And that retard he wanted Woman if a Village cannot pay the taxes? Who in the World he think he is? When I was in my prime respecting a woman is the greatest virtue a man can have. Theo thought.
¡°En, let¡¯s do the World a favor and remove a parasite.¡± Theo uttered. Hmm? Wait if I just kill that retard a new one might just replace him, hmm, if I vouch Lorgen I bet Nelma would be happy but if I place Father then I will have more money I can spend to buy Delicacies, En, there¡¯s no mistaking it Father it is. Theo thought.
¡°Sorry Theo, I made you calm Nelma down.¡± Lorgen said with a sad expression.
¡°It¡¯s not a problem, it¡¯s a man¡¯s job to protect what he cares for.¡± Theo replied. After all she¡¯s my first promising Slave Disciple. Theo thought.
¡°Right, it¡¯s a man¡¯s job to be strong after all, thank you Theo. Your Parents must be getting worried you better hurry home.¡± Lorgen said forcing a smile. Theo stepped out of their house and felt the cold night breeze, he stared upward to look at the Three Moons that illuminate the Land.
* * *
¡°If I only known Qi back when I was young I might have lived longer with a healthy body,Sigh.¡± Theo said with a dissapointed expression, while he rushed towards the Manor of the new Governor of the Tironde.
It wasn¡¯t the first time he had gone over the Manor as the late Alfred Hollion is a man who didn¡¯t care about someone¡¯s status, he invited every one under his territory for parties and he¡¯s a fair and honest Man. It is a shame that he had passed away. Theo thought when he learned of his death.
The Manor is up in the Mountain, it would normally took an hour to reach by foot but Theo used the Wind Element Magic he created named ¡¶Wind Walk¡· that reduced the weight and increase the Agility of the user, it only took him a couple of minutes to reach the cliff overlooking the Manor.Support the creativity of authors by visiting the original site for this novel and more.
¡°En, I feel bad for those Guards posted by the King to protect a retard but if they try to resist it can¡¯t be helped.¡± Theo said and casted ¡¶Scan¡· a non-Elemental Magic he created, a tiny amount of Mana expanded in a spherical form centering Theo, he adjusted it to scan a 1-Kilometer Area.
¡°Hmm, 20 People with weak Mana must be the Guards, 7 that has almost no Mana or didn¡¯t train them must be the servants, 1 below average Novice Magician and what¡¯s with this amount of low rank Monsters roaming around this Forest? They weren¡¯t this large when I last checked. But to think those People couldn¡¯t feel my Mana even though I made it easier to sense. Sigh.¡± Theo said and casted another Magic he created named ¡¶Translucent Wall¡· a Light Element Magic, the weakest Light Magic Barrier that Theo deemed successful, he covered the vicinity of the Manor making sure no one gets to leave.
¡°This is the weakest Magic Barrier I created and I already burned quite a lot of Mana just surrounding this small area. Sigh.¡± Theo said, but it wasn¡¯t weak, Theo as Thormiel was so strict on his magic that if the Magic he created can be easily destroyed or withstand by his Disciples he deemed it worthless and gave it away. Incidentally this was also the way his Disciple learned a lot of his magic, they thought that if they can withstand or destroy the Magic Thormiel created they can have it and they were excited whenever Thormiel called them to test some Magic.
Theo jumped down from the Cliff and softened his land with ¡¶Wind Walk¡·, he walked into the front gate of the Manor and blow the gates open that alerted the Guards. They rushed to see what¡¯s going on and what they saw is a man wearing a black hooded clothe that most Magicians wear, but what they¡¯re seeing is nothing but an Illusion Theo made by his Light Element Magic called ¡¶Mirage¡· that he casted beforehand.
¡°Name yourself Magician! This is the house of the Noble who Govern this land if you do not comply you will be deemed an Enemy and will be meet by Force!¡± Shouted the by Head Guard who wear a decorated silver armor.
¡°Name? I don¡¯t need to name myself to insects like you! Who protects a man that takes advantage over People using his Father¡¯s respectable name that he slowly tarnish by his actions! He must repent the only way he could!¡± Theo shouted, but using his magic called ¡¶Mirage¡· his voice sounded deep and reverbs in the air while he leaks out his Mana, it even reached the Villages at the bottom of the Mountain. All who heard the voice shook in fear.
¡°T-The only way that he could¡?¡± The Head Guard speak with a shaky voice.
¡°Yes, the only way he could and that is to pay with his life!¡± Theo shouted and released a wave of Mana that everyone in the vicinity felt, some of the Guards passed out and some pissed inside their armor after getting slammed with a powerful Mana.
¡°You who dared to talk to me. Bring the Man in question in front of me if you fail to do my order you will be met with the same fate as he is.¡± Theo said and the Head Guard panicked and quickly get some of the conscious Guard to stand up as they rushed towards the Manor, as they run piss leaked out from their boots, Theo seeing this laughed a little, but for those who heard it, it was as If a Demon is laughing.
Without a fail the Guards brought Arnold Hollion in front of Theo, the Pig face Arnold, have multiple liquids leaking from his face, Tears, Snot, Saliva and Blood all of the same time after he refused to come along the Guards who¡¯s not loyal to him beat him up inside the Manor and dragged him out. As Arnold begs for Mercy Theo only stood with cold eyes staring down on Arnold.
¡°M-M-Master Magician! Please have Mercy on me! I will amend my mistakes and do anything you will ask of me!¡± Arnold begged while press his head down on the floor.
¡°Your death is my Mercy for you.¡± Theo said coldly.
¡°N-No! I can¡¯t die in here! No! No! I even killed both my Father and Brother for this Title! This can¡¯t be happening!¡± Arnold shouted in despair and ran passed Theo towards the front gate of the Manor, but Arnold bumped into an invisible wall, a loud Thud sound rang after he fall on his butt, Arnold then quickly placed both of his hands to examine the wall.
¡°D-Don¡¯t tell me¡¡± Arnold said. He begin chanting and Flames quickly gathered in his hands that he shoot towards the invisible wall to no effect.
Chanting at that Age? What are you a 3-Year Old? Theo thought watching Arnold desperately try to damage the barrier Theo erected.
¡°I-I-Impossible T-T-This Barrier is so strong even stronger than the ones used in some Towns, D-D-Don¡¯t tell me you¡¯re a¡ª¡° Arnold was interrupted by some unknown force that coiled around his body, no matter how hard he struggles he couldn¡¯t move a finger, it was because of another Magic Theo casted called ¡¶Telekinesis¡· another non-Elemental Magic he created.
¡°This farce have played for too long, Arnold Hollion for the sins of tarnishing your Father¡¯s name and for disrupting my Disciple¡¯s training.¡± Theo said and crushed Arnold using ¡¶Telekinesis¡·, Arnold¡¯s blood rained down in the entrance of his Manor, his innards and meat splattered all over the ground. ¡°You shall pay with your life.¡±
¡°You who dared talk to me, I want you to take out the Treasures in this Manor all of it, if you don¡¯t I would put you in the same fate as the Pig.¡± Theo ordered while pointing his finger towards the Head Guard.
After they saw the whole thing all they know is that if they don¡¯t obey the man before them they will surely die in a painful death, and so the Guards and the servants living in the Manor ransack the place as their lives depends on it, after waiting for an hour all of the things with value has been presented in front of Theo, he didn¡¯t care about the swords and other expensive looking stuff, but his eyes is fixed in the 4 Crates filled with various quality of Magic Gems.
Oh! To think there would be a usable amount of Magic Gems in this Manor, is he using it to raise his Mana? That¡¯s so stupid does he want to get his Mana contaminated? Whatever but sorting this Gems would take a while unless¡ Theo thought.
¡°All of you hear my order, bring all Metallic items and pile them here.¡± Theo ordered.
The Guards and Servants who¡¯s still panting moved their tired bodies to strip everything Metal in the Manor. While Theo noticed some blank Papers scattered around where the Guards piled the books, he grab one and using his magic he begin writing a letter for the King. The content goes as this.
To the King of Londe.
I have disposed one of your Vassal, if such Idiocy is to occur once again
I the Magician that lives in the Forest of Tironde
would visit your castle personally and fix your brain for you
if you¡¯re a wise King pick your next Vassal carefully
someone who loves the land they lived in
someone who loves the people they govern
a great example of this someone is the late Alfred Hollion
a man with the name Gilbert Houndhart is a man I would recommend to take his shoes
To finish his letter to the King he enchanted the Paper with Enchantment Magic ¡¶Resistance¡· it was a fairly simple Enchantment, it made the Paper resistant to anything that might easily destroy it, a basic Enchantment for the books of Old Days that is now treated as a Grimoire in this day and Theo added a Mark of Magician to end it.
¡°S-Sir Magician we have finished collecting all of the Metallic items in the Manor.¡± The Head Guard said politely.
¡°No you haven¡¯t, take off all of your armor and placed it on the pile you created.¡± Theo said.
The Guards flinched a bit considering the armor they¡¯re wearing is enchanted and provided by the Kingdom¡¯s Army, but when Theo let out a little Mana out they hurried to removed it.
The Head Guard quickly removed her head armor and a Golden colored hair who appeared shining under the 3 Moons surfaced, her face become pale with visible fear in her expression, after she finished stripping all of her armor. A beautiful toned body and a gorgeous looking female Knight can be seen wearing a very light clothing that only covered her important parts.
¡°En, all of you might have question lingering in your mind, I will tell you the reason that I made you gather all of the Metal as I need all of you to relay this information. I¡¯m going to create a Golem that would protect this land from anything that would dare to threaten it.¡± Theo said as the Guards and Servant stare at him in disbelief.
Even though I said that with the amount and quality of the materials currently in my hands I could only make one powerful Rank 4 incomplete Metal Golem or two rank 3 Average Metal Golem but since I need it to scare away the Monster I found when I used ¡¶Scan¡· four Rank 2 High Grade Metal Golem is more fitting for the job since Rank 1 Metal Golem can only be used for labor work. To think I would rely on Magic Gems to create Golems again it reminds me of my youth. Theo thought.
Theo spread his arms facing towards the piles of Metal and Magic Gems that begin to melt as soon his Creation Magic called ¡¶Golem Creation¡· has been casted, the liquid form of Metal and Magic Gems begin to merge together forming what seems to be a Black Armored Knight, those who are seeing this scene watch with their jaw open, as the form of the Golem is now finished a Red Hexagon shaped Magic Core begin to form in their chest, and once that is finished the Metal Golem Knights Stood 4-Meters tall with an intimidating look and have a large sword hanging on their backs, Kneeled before Theodore awaiting orders from their Creator.
¡°En, it¡¯s been awhile since I last created Golems but it looks like they turned out pretty well. Listen well the reason you¡¯re made is to Protect this Land and the People who lived in it, Monsters and those who dare to threaten this land will be your Enemies and you will Eliminate them even if It means your destruction!¡± Theo ordered the Metal Golem Knights.
The Golems stood and begin to marched the heavy sound of their footsteps in ingrained on those who heard them, the first 3 Golem was a perfect creation but the last one didn¡¯t have enough material and ended up just 1-Meter tall. Once they¡¯re far enough each of them spread out and did their mission. A few moment later loud crashing sound and trees falling down can be heard along with the Howl and Cries of some Monsters.
¡°Female Knight state your name.¡± Theo ordered.
¡°N-N-Natasha Gorgen, Sir Magician.¡± Natasha kneeled and lowered her head.
¡°Natasha Gorgen! Your name is etched in my brain. I hereby present you an important mission, you must deliver my letter directly to the King! And state what you saw tonight in great details! Tell them about the Mysterious Magician you met today and in the future if we meet again I hope that we¡¯re not Enemies but as Friends.¡± Theo said and handed over the Paper to Natasha who upon receiving the letter lift her head and saw the Mysterious Magician disappeared in thin air.
A few days have passed and a Cavalry of Knights leaded by Natasha arrived in the Farheath Village and announced that Gilbert Houndhart has been given the Title of a Noble and the right to Govern the Land of Tironde by the King. Theo¡¯s Blacksmith Father is now a famous individual in Tironde who received the support of a Mysterious Magician.
Months passed by and the forest that is infested by low ranking monsters have been dealt with by the four Metal Golem Knights, that quickly eliminated any monster that tries to enter their territory and so the low rank monsters have begun avoiding the area. Because of this the citizens and travelers who used the long routes to travel into villages before have begun using the shorter forest routes knowing that there¡¯re Golems that is protecting them. Hearing this news merchants and traders have started using the soon to be famous Tironde route that will provide a shorter and safer travel to the lands that makes goods.
Even after being appointed as a Noble to govern the land of Tironde, Gilbert decided it would be wise to use the money he earned to better the lives of the people he govern. He send the young ones with potential to the Academies in the Capital City Siroth, as he feared the Mysterious Magician who vouched for him might get angry if he uses the money for himself, which greatly inconvenience Theo the Magician itself because Gilbert wouldn¡¯t use the money to build a bigger house or buy better furniture and clothing.
Months after Tironde¡¯s economy have gotten better Gilbert was called out for a meeting by the other village chiefs concerning about the future of Tironde and Gilbert¡¯s safety it was then decided that they will migrate on the Farheath Village that only have 86 citizen which quickly rise to over 1000 after they migrated and the village chiefs send out their best fighters to guard Gilbert.

Present
¡°¡ Are you listening Theo?¡± Nelma said.
¡°Ah, sorry what was it again?¡± Theo apologetically said.
¡°Like I said I already finished the thing you taught me, so what should I do next?¡± Nelma whispered with glistening eyes.
¡°Oh! That¡¯s amazing Nelma you really have the talent!¡± Theo happily said but. This girl is so slow! But I must teach her properly how to utilize her Rare Ice Element Magic.¡± He thought.
¡°Hehe, So-So what should I do next?¡± Nelma said with expecting eyes.
¡°First do something about that fat in your body then I¡¯ll teach you the next step.¡± Theo said and grabbed Nelma¡¯s belly fat.
¡°Y-You stupid!¡± Nelma shouted and a strong right hand slap empowered by Qi flies towards Theo¡¯s face.
¡°En, so you trained your Qi this much but still not enough.¡± Theo said blocking her slap with his left hand.
¡°Amazing I trained Nelma everyday but Theo casually blocks her attacks.¡± Lorgen said watching the kids have a bout.
¡°When did Theo become this strong? I only saw him a couple of times training his Qi.¡± Gilbert said.
¡°It¡¯s just too bad that Theo is not good at using Magic, with his talent as a warrior combined with the power of Magic he could become a person of Importance.¡± Lorgen said.
¡°I don¡¯t think Theo need to have Magic to become strong, with his talent I¡¯m sure he will become a great Knight once he entered the Knight¡¯s Academy in Siroth.¡± Gilbert said.
It¡¯s not like I can¡¯t do Magic, I¡¯m that Mysterious Magician you kept talking for months every time you two see each other, I¡¯m just hiding my Mana since many people would find it weird if they saw a 10-year old kid with the same amount of Mana as an average Master Magician of this time, even though this amount of Mana is a joke for someone who name himself a Master Magician back in my days. Theo thought after hearing their conversation.
¡°It¡¯s about time we go, after we hunt some Animal to eat I will make myself wasted on the 10 Crates of Alcohol I bought just to celebrate my Son¡¯s 10th Birthday. We must hurry!¡± Gilbert said with smile tapping Theo¡¯s right shoulder.
Stop lying you just wanted a reason to get drunk without Mother getting angry at you. Theo thought as he look at his Father in disappointment.
Chapter 2 : Departure
Inside a circular room, an old man sits on a chair nearby a window staring at the scenery outside with a book on his lap. It was Thormiel.
¡°Lord Thormiel please lend us your strength!¡±
¡°Lord Thormiel please save my daughter!¡±
¡°Lord Thormiel my kingdom is under attack by a demon lord!¡±
¡°Lord Thormiel! Lord Thormiel! Lord Thormiel! ¡ ¡ ¡¡±
¡°Silence! Why do you all rely on me on such insignificant matter!? For what reason do you think that I release my knowledge to the public!? It¡¯s for all of you to stop relying on me!¡± Thormiel shouted and turned towards where all of the voice is coming, but what he saw is darkness and shadows who wears smirking masks.
¡°Hahaha! What are you talking about? You¡¯re the Great Magician Thormiel right? You¡¯re the most powerful being living in this world. Then you must lend your strength to the weak.¡± Said by the millions of shadow in unison.
¡°Lend my power to the weak? Why should I do that?¡± Thormiel asked with uninterested look.
¡°Because you¡¯re strong, you¡¯re the Great Magician Thormiel¡ª¡°
¡°That prison like title is something that the people forced on me, so why should I help them? This is getting stupid I shall eliminate all of you.¡±
¡°Hahaha! Can you do it with a body like that!?¡±
¡°What in the world are you saying!?¡± Thormiel shouted and tried to stand but can¡¯t move his body. He looked downward at his hands and saw it rapidly aging and turning into ash before he could even speak his body turned into dust.
¡°Waa!¡± Theo shouted in his wake in the middle of the night covered in sweat and feeling cold while breathing deeply.
¡°This has been the 3rd time I had a dream of the old me turning into dust this month. Is this some kind of premonition? Sigh.¡± Theo said, putting his head back on the pillow.
¡°What¡¯s wrong Theo!?¡± Gilbert shouted as he entered Theo¡¯s room.
¡°It¡¯s nothing father I just had a bad dream.¡± Theo calmly spoke.
¡°This is the 3rd time this month. Ever since your 10th Birthday 3 months ago you started having these nightmares.¡± Gilbert said worriedly and sat beside Theo on the bed. ¡°Does the entrance exam in the Knight¡¯s Academy worries you too much?¡± Gilbert said with a worried face that annoyed Theo.
¡°What? Yeah exam yes, I guess.¡± Theo said with a smile holding back a punch on his father who seems making fun of him.
¡°Don¡¯t worry about it too much, your older brother wasn¡¯t that talented in sword or magic but he still manage to pass the exam, it should be easy for you.¡± Gilbert said with smile and leaved Theo¡¯s room.
¡°I don¡¯t even want to go there, I¡¯m content just living here in the mountains far from the cities. Sigh.¡± Theo said. But I cannot put dirt on my parent¡¯s name that is something I decided ever since I was reborn in this world. Theo thought as he return to sleep.

The sun is high up in the cloudy sky and smoke is rising from a small blacksmith workshop that is located nearby Theo¡¯s house.
¡°Theo more fire!¡± Gilbert shouted as he watch the metal he¡¯s going to forge while Theo works the furnace blower.
¡°Yes father!¡± Theo replied as he pulled and push faster.
¡°Do your best Theo, this sword I¡¯m going to make for you will be one of my best creation.¡±
¡°I¡¯m looking forward to it.¡±
¡°It¡¯s time. Theo grab the hammer!¡±
Thun Thun Thun. The sound the metal made as Theo hit it with a hammer. He strengthened himself with Qi and with every hit he made the anvil where the metal is place digs into the ground little by little.
Asha watched her husband and son in the distance and noticed Lorgen and Nelma.
¡°Ara Lorgen, Nelma what brings you here?¡± Asha said with a gentle smile.
¡°Not much I just came to tell that there¡¯s a trader wanting to buy all the swords.¡± Lorgen said and handed over a paper to Asha with the written amount the trader is willing to pay.
¡°10 silver coin per piece!?¡± Asha shouted in surprise, this was understandable in this world a family of four would only require an amount of 5 gold coin to have 3 meals a day for 30 days.
¡°Yeah, lately the quality of the swords Gilbert made have become high and many traders has been interested in it.¡±
¡°Ara really? I don¡¯t see much difference. He did say something about a magician that scolded and given him a book in the middle of night about a month ago before he begun making swords nonstop.¡±
¡°Haha. That is to be expected since only an experienced eye can discern the quality of the swords but to think the reason to the sudden rise in quality of his works is the mysterious magician, Gilbert is really lucky.¡±
¡°Ara is that so?¡±Help support creative writers by finding and reading their stories on the original site.
¡°Yeah, this is the second time the mysterious magician helped him.¡±
¡°Ara-Ara so Lorgen? Where¡¯s is the earning of the shop?¡± Asha said cheerfully and smiled but her eyes was scary.
¡°Y-Yeah, I forgot to hand it over sorry.¡± Lorgen said and hurriedly handed over a pouch filled with coins
¡°Ara thank you Lorgen.¡± Asha said and begin counting the coins.
¡°A-Asha, are you still mad about the thing Gilbert did on Theo¡¯s Birthday?¡±
¡°Ara what are you talking about? Hmm ah, that time you all got drunk and my husband used all the money from the shop to buy more alcohol? I¡¯m not mad about it anymore since my husband repented and pledge that he will hand over all the money to me from now on, fufufu.¡± Asha said but her eyes and smile was sinister.
¡°I-I see, so about tomorrow I¡¯ve already prepared a carriage for Nelma and Theo to take them in Siroth.¡±
¡°They really grow so fast, I want Theo to be a child a little longer.¡± Asha said with a solemn look. Lorgen silently agreed as he looked at Nelma who¡¯s watching Theo and Gilbert from the front door.
¡°Alright I can take it from here, you can rest now Theo.¡± Gilbert said while Theo wipe away the sweat on his forehead.
¡°Is it over? Can I come in now?¡± Nelma said as she watch from the entrance of the smithy.
¡°En, it¡¯s fine now.¡± Theo replied with a gentle smile.
¡°So, Theo can we do it again? I know I can do it correctly this time!¡±
¡°No, you better rest today we¡¯re going to travel extremely far tomorrow.¡±
¡°Just a little¡ª¡° Nelma cutely said but Theo gave her an intimidating look.
¡°Nelma don¡¯t you remember that you froze a small area of the forest and even froze one of the Guardian Golem?¡± Theo whispered. I can¡¯t believe this kid. He thought.

A few days ago somewhere in the forest of Tironde
¡°Nelma since you finished the basic training for increasing your mana capacity and controlling your magic you will now start to learn how to use Ice Element Magic and remember to keep it a secret from anyone alright?¡± Theo said and saw Nelma standing in salute cheerfully.
¡°Hurry up Theo! I been waiting for this for so long!¡± Nelma said with glistening eyes.
¡°En, it¡¯s good that you¡¯re enthusiastic about magic but you need to do it carefully or else you might endanger your life.¡±
¡°E¡nthu¡sias¡tic?¡± Nelma tilted her head.
¡°Just be careful when practicing magic.¡±
¡°I got it! But Theo is really amazing even though you can¡¯t use magic you know a lot about it you¡¯re like a teacher!¡±
¡°En, thanks anyway in order to use Ice Magic you need to focus your mind and imagine a cold, thick and hard pointy stuff, since your mana has a great affinity on ice element it shouldn¡¯t be too hard to do¡¡±
¡°Like this?¡± Nelma said and the air begins to cool down the tip of her orange colored hair have turned white. From her hand a lump of crude ice can be seen floating.
¡°En, to activate ice magic this easily you really did trained your magic control, if not your hand might have been frozen, now this is the hard part. Nelma turn that crude lump of ice into a pointy rod and use it to pierce that tree.¡±
¡°Alright!¡± Nelma cheerfully said but learned the hardship of shaping magic, after a grueling hour Nelma shouted. ¡°Y-Yes! It¡¯s pointy now!¡±
¡°En, you know learned just how hard it is to create magic be proud of yourself.¡± Theo said looking at Nelma who¡¯s sweating even in a cold surrounding. ¡°Now release whatever that thing you created and pierce that tree.¡±
Nelma pointed her hands towards the tree and released the pointy lump of ice from her hands but it only flown for about 3 meters. ¡°W-Why Doesn¡¯t it shot like my water magic!?¡±
¡°Elemental magic are not the same to one another Nelma, just because you can control one of them doesn¡¯t mean you can do the same to another. Do you best, ice magic is not on the basic element circle, it will be hard to control but at the same time it¡¯s more powerful.¡±
Hearing the encouraging words of Theo, Nelma focused her mind and continuously tried to pierce the tree with her ice magic, hours have passed and Nelma¡¯s cheerful expression had turned painful as she breathes deeply.
¡°I didn¡¯t expect you to successfully do it in your first time, anyway let¡¯s go back Nelma, you¡¯re already on your limit.¡±
¡°Just a little bit more I know I can do it.¡±
¡°Nelma your face has turned pale, if you still continue you might pass out.¡±
¡°Just one more. Theo please.¡± Nelma said in seriousness, her natural cheerful expression is nowhere to be seen.
¡°Alright just one more after that we¡¯ll return to the village¡ª¡° Theo said and was interrupted by the heavy stomp coming closer to their location.
¡°W-What¡¯s going on? Where¡¯s that footsteps coming from?¡± Nelma asked in fear.
¡°Its fine Nelma it¡¯s coming from the Guardian Golem they keep talking about.¡±
But Nelma was too afraid to hear Theo¡¯s words because of her mental fatigue she couldn''t think clearly, Nelma focused her senses and could only hear the footsteps getting closer and closer. Her pupil dilate when she saw the silhouette of the Metal Golem Knight in the distance.
¡°N-No! Monster!¡± Nelma shouted in panic that caused her ice magic to run wild, her mana was squeezed dry by her ice magic that froze the surrounding area and even froze the Metal Golem Knight but Theo casually blocked it with his own mana.
¡°Sigh. You¡¯re too reckless but it¡¯s my fault too, anyway let¡¯s go home stupid disciple.¡± Theo said with a gentle smile and carried the sweat covered Nelma back to the village.

Present
¡°Theo I¡¯ve been thinking can¡¯t I just chant to use that magic you¡¯re teaching me?¡±
¡°Nelma I know it¡¯s tempting to use the easy way but what I¡¯m teaching you has no chant and if you rely on chanting you¡¯re as good as a useless inept worthless magician.¡± Theo said with pity.
¡°I see, in that case I¡¯ll do my best and practice more!¡±
¡°Oi, Nelma let¡¯s go back.¡± Lorgen said.
¡°Coming! See you tomorrow Theo.¡± Nelma said with a cheerful smile and leaved.
¡°Theo, I¡¯m sure Nelma will grow into a beautiful woman in the future so if I¡¯m you I would make her mine now.¡± Gilbert said after watching the kids talk.
¡°En, I¡¯m sure she will after all she lost all that extra fat.¡± Theo said that surprised Gilbert.
¡°I-I see kids do grow quickly these days.¡±
Tomorrow came. It was dawn and a red colored carriage is waiting for its passengers to arrive in front of the Farheath Village, the first passenger to arrive was Nelma wearing a well-made casual brown clothing accompanied by her father Lorgen who¡¯s carrying her luggage.
¡°Nelma be careful alright.¡± Lorgen said with a worried expression.
¡°It¡¯s going to be fine papa Theo is with me along the way.¡± Nelma said with a cheerful voice.
¡°Theo, right if Theo is with you everything will be all right.¡±
¡°Hehe, even if monsters appear Theo will easily defeat it.¡±
¡°Nelma, do you love Theo?¡±
¡°Of course! Theo is my master after all!¡±
¡°M-Master?¡±
Moments later the second passenger arrived along with his father and mother, for the first time Theo didn¡¯t wear his casual clothes and is wearing a well-made dark blue colored suit with a sword hanging on his left side.
¡°Good morning Lorgen!¡± Gilbert shouted carrying Theo¡¯s luggage.
¡°Good morning Chief.¡±
¡°Hahaha, Theo is wearing a suit!¡± Nelma said from inside the carriage sticking her head out the window.
¡°What¡¯s wrong with? It suits me doesn¡¯t it?¡± Theo asked. Nelma tried to make fun of him but Theo¡¯s intimidating stare made her silent.
Theo gets on the carriage and sat, facing Nelma.
¡°Be careful on your way the two of you.¡± Asha said.
¡°Yes Mother, I will send a letter when we reach Siroth.¡± Theo said.
With a few more words of goodbyes the coachman begin to drive the carriage, and after a few minutes when village cannot be seen anymore. Nelma who stick out her head out the window sat down properly and begun to cry.
Seeing her cry Theo turned his head to look at the outside greenery and thought. This is going to be a terrible road trip.
