    One ordinary day again for Doves, an angelic and celestial beings who dwells in the skypia, a floating island located at the top of the mortal world.

    Tonight will be different though. After hundreds of years of searching, Doves finally completed the Gaia crystals. God''s liner, a magical train will come to ferry it into the Omnipotent realm where the angels and God resides.

    Gaia crystals are the materialization of a planet''s life energy. One in every parallel world of earth exists. There are 10 in total.

    Out of the ordinary, a young boy named Audely finally got assigned a place for him to protect. It is called Snow city. Snow because everything that you can find there is white including the foods, buildings and many more.

    Together with Audely''s mentor named Frey, they went in Snow city together.

    "Your job is to protect this city more than anything. Do you swear your life for it?" asked Frey.

    Audely smiled a little. "My pleasure sir. If it is for my people then I would gladly do anything for them."

    "That good then. So, are you ready for your first job?"

    "Yes sir!" replied Audely cheerfully.

    "Let''s go."

    Using his powers, Audely helped people one by one. Kids who got hurt, elders who strives to live despite of difficult living, adults who had misunderstanding against each other and even ghosts who can''t rest in peace and many more.

    As Audely do his job, one girl piqued his interest. He stared at her for a minute and wonder why is he doing that.

    After a while, he slapped his face with both his hands and decided to stop spacing out.

    "Concentrate on your job Audely, it''s just girl who''s eating a bread. Stop spacing out. There''s nothing special about her. You''re being too creepy dude."

    Someone wearing a cloak went in a place called The Dungeon of the Dead and started talking to something.

    "What can I gain for this?"

    "Isn''t it obvious? Power of course! You yourself will become a God!"

    Audely and his Mentor Frey happily get back in the skypia. They we''re excitedly looking

    forward for the arrival of the magical train. Who knows? God himself might also be there together with the some Angels.

    In the middle of skypia, a giant building called radiant tower was made to serve as an altar with a railway surrounding it. Gaia crystals are located in there. They looked beautiful despite of the harm that that they might cause.

    And not too long after Audely and his Mentor arrived, from afar, a sound of a train approaching suddenly can be heard. Sadly, you can never see from where it is coming because of the thick bunch of clouds surrounding the skypia.

    And out of nowhwere, a giant crystal and flying train appeared.

    "It''s the god''s liner!" shouted by someone.

    The train landed around the Altar. Tremendous amount of energy are coming out from it.

    But suddenly...

    A huge magic circle appears at the top of skypia and released a huge beam of energy directly into the radiant tower. Gaia Crystals scattered and fell into the earth. Everyone grasp their hand into something so that the explosion won''t propelled them away. Unfortunately for Audely, the debris of the destroyed train and tower has been shoved into his direction. He got hit and fell into the earth.

    Today is an ordinary day once again for humans. Some go to work, some go to school and some shuts themselves inside their houses and watch anime or anything all day.

    Out of the ordinary, one ordinary girl is running late. Again. She is slightly tall and has a smooth looking skin, has a long black hair who''s length roughly reached her waist and a pair of red eyes, and a glossy and cute lips. Overall, she''s cute.

    [First Person - Mia]

    Hello. My name is Mia Adeline Phoebe Aigner. I live with my granny because my parents are both working abroad since I was little. To be honest, I feel like my parents didn''t love me since they chose their work over me. Well, not that I care. I''m happy living with my grandma. I''ll show those one jerk of a parents that I don''t need them.

    Today, maybe I''ll get scolded by my teacher again. I guess, this''ll be my 15th late this month. This may be against the right etiquette but I''m not at fault here. You see, every night when I was about to sleep, a weird voice is coming into my head. I can''t understand what''s its saying though since its using maybe a language that I don''t know. And, whenever I fell asleep, I''m always dreaming of a Phoenix, staring at me and after I woke up, I would realize that only 10 minutes is remaining before class starts. When I was a kid, this is only happening sometimes. Maybe once a month...But after my 16th birthday, it''s occurring frequent and frequent. I completely doesn''t have any idea of what is it. It''s seriously becoming pesky to me. I never told anyone about this because I''m sure that no one will believe me. I''ll just waste my time so I chose to ignore it.

    Finally, my school is just meters away. And as usual, I expected that I will see the security guard closing the gate then I''ll shout "Wait!" and after, he''ll let me enter.

    But...

    Today was different. What the heck is happening? I can''t see the usual scene that I can''t just get used of.

    No one''s around. Including the students.

    I turn around to see the surroundings. I''m extremely shocked after I realize that even the passers by are gone. There are vehicles on the road but the drivers are missing. The lady who sells my favorite bread in front of the school, the street sweeper who always greet me, the construction workers who''s repairing the road,

    ...they''re nowhere to be seen.

    I asked myself "Since when did this happen? Where are they? Why didn''t I noticed this earlier?"

    When suddenly....

    A strong vibration came out from the ground. I''m shoved away upward.

    That caused me not hear a thing.

    It makes my body feels so heavy.

    And just in the moment when I think I''ll lost my consciousness, I noticed that everything around me isn''t moving despite of the very strong force that the ground''s releasing.

    Then I noticed that something''s strange. Why do I feel like I''m lying in a bed when I''m in front of my school?...

    I slowly opened my eyes. I tried to look around and became astonished when I realized that this isn''t my room. There''s a lamp near me. The wall are made of bricks, there''s a big mirror near a wooden desk and a chair. The floor is made out of woods and the window is made of glass.

    I get up slowly. I walk into the window to see what''s outside.

    The moment that I laid my eyes at the exterior of the house, instead of wondering, I feel so amazed. There are so many people passing by, they are wearing coats. Some sells stuffs, use magic tricks, do some mind blowing stunts and many more. This is a very cheerful place.

    Not too long, I feel cold. I quickly closed the window to keep out the chill. Then so suddenly, I heard footsteps going upstairs, slowly getting nearer to me. I expected that someone is going to check so I quickly get back in the bed. I stared at the door and wait for someone to open it.

    For a split second, someone really did open the door. It was a girl around my age. She''s wearing a pure white dress, has a hair the same length as mine, her height is average and has a cute face.

    "Hello there. So you''re already awake. Sorry for bringing you here without your permission. I found you in the forest 2 days ago. I''m worried that wild animals might harm you so I took you here in my house. By the way my name is Jenifer Morin. Nice to meet you" she said gently.

    "Well thanks. My name is Mia Adeline Phoebe Aigner. Just call me Mia. Nice to meet you too" I replied timidly.

    She laughed softly and conceal her mouth using her hand. "Please don''t be shy, we''re both girls here."

    I looked around. "Ummm. Where am I? What is this place?"

    "We''re in Angel Village. I live here with my little sister. By the way, where are you from?"

    "I came from a place called Snow city."

    "I never heard of such place. Anyway come with me downstairs. I''ll give you something to eat. I''m pretty sure you''re hungry. You''re asleep for 2 days after all." Jenifer closed the door and went downstairs.

    I sighed deeply. If she''s telling the truth, how did I ended up in that forest? And I slept for two days huh?...Oh well, guess I''ll just eat and at the same time, I''ll ask that girl some questions.

    I walked slowly towards the door and on the very moment that I''ll open it, I heard explosions below me. The floor of the room where I''m in got breached and I fell down.

    I clinched my back. "Ouch! It hurts!"I shouted.

    I tried to grasp what''s happening and I saw 3 unfamiliar individuals. One is a woman and 2 are men. All of them are wearing black coats and scarfs.

    When they saw me, the girl who has violet eye and hair quickly run towards me and held my hands."Are you okay?" she said worriedly.

    "Yes. More importantly, what in the world is happening?" I asked eagerly.

    She looked in my eyes."We''re bounty hunters. We kill monsters for money. That girl who I think tricked you is a witch."

    One of those two men who has black hair and eyes sighed. "Looks like another victim will reached its demise if we didn''t came here." He pointed his index finger into Jenifer. "Leave this to me, I can eradicate this trash easily without anyone''s help. The man who walks the path of heaven can''t possibly lost" he said confidently.

    The other one with brown hair and yellowish eyes suddenly shouted furiously. "Stop acting so arrogant Finn! She''s a witch. We have to be careful!"

    "It can''t be helped. It''s necessary for a big man like me."

    Jenifer suddenly threw a loud guffaw. She released a bunch of black mist and strong propelling force around her causing everything in the surroundings to be shoved away. Those three remains unaffected because of the barrier protecting them.

    I''m speechless right now.

    After a little while, Jenifer, the gentle girl that I just spoked to a little while ago revealed it''s true form. She wears a black robe, holds a broom and her face is disgusting,

    ...as expected from a witch.

    "IDIOTS! Do you really think that you can defeat me you PEASANTS!!!!!"

    Finn calmly looked at her. "Say what you want because it''ll be your last words."

    The witch laughed loudly and turned his broom into a wooden staff. She pointed it into the sky and said:

    Oh God of destruction

    Give thee the power to eradicate

    For this fools who defy me

    Wants to offer their souls to you that badly

    Give me the power to destroy

    Come oh dear storm!!!!!

    A bunch of black clouds suddenly started to assemble. Little by little, they started to spin while releasing fearful lightning into the ground. It also slowly started to become windy.

    "Harry, shoot anything in the center of that piling up storm. That should slow down it''s process"said Finn.

    Harry made a poker face. "Let me guess, your planning on fighting the witch alone right?"

    "Yeah." Then Finn hid his hands in his pants pocket.

    "Oh well. There''s no helping it." The woman interrupted. "Let me help."

    Those two give her a thumbs up. She gently looked at me. "Will you stay here for a while? We''ll just take care of that monster."

    I nodded my head and said nothing. She smiled and left.

    She raised her hand. "Let''s go!"

    "Alright!!"replied those two.

    The woman and Harry went right into the center of the storm using the wind bird familiar that Harry created and attempted to slow it''s materialization. While Finn really did face the witch alone.

    "FOOL! DO YOU THINK YOU''RE ENOUGH TO WIN AGAINST ME?!"

    Finn pointed the sky. "My grandfather said this: Underestimating your enemy may become your downfall."

    "Oh really? If I remember correctly, that''s what you did to me a little while ago you twerp" said the witch while clutching her big eyes.

    "I never underrate you. Your just way to gullible. Blockhead."

    "Huh? Don''t tell me---"

    Finn exposed his hands from his pocket. He''s holding a wooden doll.

    "NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! GIVE THAT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!"shouted the witch furiously.

    Finn smirked and snap the doll apart using his hands.

    The witch started to rot and gradually disappear same with the accumulating storm. Harry and the woman returned and the bird familiar has been automatically dissolved.

    I stood and approach them.

    "What was that all about?" I asked.

    "Witches are powerful not to mention their ability to come back to life. The only way to kill them is to destroy the source of their power. I used my assassin class familiar to get her mannequin as we spoke our lines to stole her attention. In other words, everything was just a farce. We planned everything all along. Also, We did use Magic. It''s natural in this world after all" answered Finn.

    "Every witch possess a mannequin like those. A general of Hawk Empire created them. At least that''s what the rumors are saying" a plus by Harry.

    "By the way, we forgot to introduce ourselves. My name is Alice Blanc. This arrogant man is Finn Garnier. That idiot is Harry Bernard."

    Harry whined. "Hey, I''m not an idiot!"

    "My name is Mia Adeline Phoebe Aigner. Nice to meet you."

    Alice shake hands with me. "Nice to meet you too."

    Finn approached and removed the dirt on Alice''s face. "Anyway, we''ll accompany you into the next town just to make you safe and sound" he said.

    Alice slapped Finn''s face with her left hand.

    I grasp her right hand and asked, "What about the town here? It''s citizens?"

    Harry patted my head."It never existed. The witch created it to trick you. You see, in order to gain more power, they offer beautiful maiden in their ritual every full moon. And, sadly, if we didn''t came, your as good as dead by now" he said.

    "Does that mean....?"

    Harry started to dance like a ballerina. "No! Oh annoying succubus, don''t do this to me. I''m not into girls younger than me."

    I made an angry expression and it made him stunned and speechless.

    Seriously?! This guy is a jerk! I want to punch him right now!

    Alice sighed. "Don''t mind him. I already told you right? He''s an idiot."

    "Okay." I replied.

    "May I ask how did you ended up here?" Asked Alice.

    I told them everything that happened. They seemed so shocked and completely doesn''t have any idea about it.

    Alice gently smiles. "There''s a big library in the the next village we''re going. I''m sure you''ll find some answers there."

    Finn interrupted while looking at the sky. "Let''s go already. It''s getting late. We need to at least find a camp site. You don''t wanna be disturbed by wild animals while sleeping right?"

    Harry scratched his head. "Well, you''ve got a point there. Okay. Let''s go!"

    I turned around. "What is it Jack?"I asked.

    It''s been a year a year since I arrived here in Snow village.

    So ironic right? It has the same name as the city where I came from.

    Alice and her team accompanied me into here and after that, they left and continued their job as bounty hunters.

    I''m living now with Mr Oliver and Mrs Isla Maier. Both have black hair and eyes. They are a couple who doesn''t have a child despite of being together for so long so when I came, they thought of me as a blessing from God. They took care and love me as if I am their real daughter. And of course, I''ll never forget the kindness that they''ve shown to me. One day, I will surely pay them back.

    Mr. Jayson Faure is the leader of this village. He has a thick black beard and hair, a big tummy, black eyes and his height is average. He''s living together with his daughter named Brielle Faure. She has a black hair who''s length reached the end of her nape, black eyes, cute lips and nose, white skin, and has the same height and age as me. Mr Faure''s wife died long ago when Brielle was born.

    The library is the main attraction of this village. It''s not that big but it took me a year to read all of its books. I learned many things about magic and stuffs about this world. But sadly, I never found any clue why I ended up here.

    This morning, Mr Jayson went into my house and said that he wants to show me a book who hasn''t have any title that he found in his attic. I really want to check it out so as soon as possible, I departed immediately and went into his house.

    As I talk now, I''m halfway towards his home. All that''s left is crossing the stream near Mr Wilson''s farm.

    Then so suddenly, I noticed someone lying in the water. I rushed to check who is it and I''m surprised when I saw him. He wears white cloak, polo shirt, pants, and boots. He has a black hair and a pair of blue eyes. I don''t know who that guy is yet he seems so familiar to me.

    Someone shouted from afar. "What''s the matter Mia?!What happened to him?!"

    I turned around and saw Mr Wilson who has white hair and pair of black eyes running towards us. "I don''t know! I just happened to be passing by when I saw him!"

    Without even realizing it, Mr Wilson is already at my side. "Let me check him."

    He positioned his right ear in the boy''s chest.

    After a little while, Mr Wilson reassuringly looked at me. "He''s just unconscious."

    "Thank goodness." It really made me feel better.

    Mr Wilson carried him on his back. "Let''s bring him into Mr Faure''s house. We might get some info about this boy."

    Without any more chatter, the two of us went into the leader''s home. While on the way, I tried my best to remember if I met the boy before but not a single thing comes into my mind.

    [Meanwhile, somewhere in the earth...]

    [Third Person]

    Alice and her team just got their reward from killing a cyclops. As of now, they''re on the way into a beach to celebrate their victory.

    But...

    A strong tornado made of flame appeared in front of them. A child''s voice can be heard from it. "Hold it right there fools. I''m fed up of you. Killing my beautiful creations one by one. I can never allow beings such as you to live."

    Harry looked at it frightened. "Crap...My senses are telling me to run away."

    Finn put his hands on his pants'' pocket."Shut up you scaredy-cat. Like hell we can escape in this state. Look around you. Idiot."

    Harry did what Finm said and after a little while,he made a poker face. "Holy Sh*t."

    A tall and giant wall of flame is surrounding them. Even the ground is starting to turn into lava.

    The child-like voice giggled while the flame tornado is slowly disappearing and revealing what''s in its center. "Welcome to my game arena! Behold! This the place where in you will die! HAHAHAHA!!"

    Its a small naked bald child with a body made of lava and doesn''t have any eyes. He holds a book made of flame in his right hand. There''s a red reaper floating behind him and its holding a scythe on both hands.

    Alice went in front of her teammates."This is bad! That''s a super tough opponent for sure. We don''t stand a chance of winning! Anyone who have any idea how to escape?!"

    "Unfortunately" said Finn.

    Harry kneeled down terrified. "We''re finished." But after a little while, he stood up. "Well... I think going into heaven isn''t that bad. Cuties are surely waiting for me there! HAHAHA!"

    Finn stared at him. "You mean hell and demonic women?"

    Harry sighed and seems like his fear vanished instantly. "Nah" he said in a soft voice.

    The monster raise its hands.

    "RUIN!!!!"

    A lava tsunami dashed into them. There''s no escaping it. They got struck and reached their demise without any doubt. A huge explosion happened after.

    But...

    Alice and her team suddenly found themselves in the inn of the village they just came from.

    Harry scratched his head. "What the hell just happened?"

    "It''s Cronus. I used his power to turn the time back" said Finn then snapped his fingers. "Waiter, please give me something to eat."

    Harry regained consciousness. He ascended while trembling, blood''s dripping from his nose and glared at Finn.

    Finn stared at him. "As expected from a playboy who''s often getting a punch from a girl."

    Alice pinched both of their ears. "Please stop that..."

    Harry hopped, hold his ears and said OUCH like a Gatling gun.

    While Finn never bothered touching his ears. He quickly wiped his teary eyes with a tissue. "I-it d-didn''t h-hurt a-at a-all." he stuttered.

    Alice groaned in a loudly way. "At any rate, start explaining!"

    Finn sighed and drank his beer. "I encountered Cronus before. Remember last month, when we split individually to kill 3 different monsters at the same time. You see on my way back...

    "The sky is so blue... What a fine weather" said Finn while stretching his hands and yawning. "A good meal after a job would be nice."

    After for about 30 min, he arrived in a place where the route splits into two, the right one is a valley while the left one is a forest. He opened his map and see how far is he on their meeting place with Alice and Harry. "Maybe I should take the longer route this time. Strolling in a forest once in a while isn''t that bad."

    Finn entered the forest and walked slowly while appreciating the beauty of nature. He joyfully inhaled and exhaled deeply to smell the fresh air coming out from the trees but a bug got stuck in his nose. "What, hachoo! a fine weath-- hachoo! weather it is to-- hachoo! it is today!" he said while sneezing intensely.

    After a while, he finally calmed himself down. He continued walking but tragedy happened. He stepped in a slippery poop and slide himself, bumped into a tree where a bee hive above is located. The bees have been disturbed and it furiously attempted to sting him. Finn ran as fast as he can. He saw a river and decided to dive underwater to hide until the bees gave up on chasing him. But unfortunately, a bunch of piranha is living in the there. He swam into the riverside in great speed to escape. When he finally do, the bunch of bees that''s chasing him earlier ambushed him. It seems like they''re waiting.

    "The hell is with this forest!!!!"he shouted furiously.

    Because of aggravation, Finn released a huge amount of energy beam in his perimeter, strong enough to blow away a small part of the forest.

    *Boom!

    "Damn it. Seems like I''m out of luck today..." he said while panting very hard. "Maybe I should get out of this place as soon as possi---"

    "This forest us so beautiful??

    You can feel the very essence of nature here????"

    One unknown voice started to sing.

    "Such a badass song! Who the hell is that?!" Finn shouted peevishly.

    "I love nature??

    I love birdsongs??

    I love-"

    "The f*! Show yourself!" he shouted."The hel-"

    Finn briskly looked around but no one can be seen.

    "What''s gotten into you big bro? I''m just singing joyfully here" exclaimed by a boy who has a pair of read eyes and blue hair, dressed with a white T-shirt and black shorts with blue slippers in his feet, who has appeared behind Finn out of nowhere.

    Finn looked at him and started to crack his knuckles. "I''m really in a bad mood today my singing fellow. Stop or I''ll snap your bones apart. I won''t show any mercy just because you''re a child" said Finn while making a wicked face.

    "You wanna have a fight? Sure. No prob. But first, introduce yourself to me" said the boy while smiling sarcastically.

    "I am the world and me alone. As long as it exist and so do I. I walk the path of heaven and one day will rule over everything. I stand at the zenith of everything. My name is Finn Garnier. Don''t you even dare to forget that name" said him with a menacing smile.

    "Oh. Nice to meet you Mr Garnier. My name is Gabriel Redfrow, 10 years old. I''m the leader of the hawk empire and also a collector of human heads. Will you give yours?" he said while glaring and smiling at Finn.

    Finn smirked. "Didn''t your crappy parents taught you how to respect adul-"

    "I''ll take that as a yes! Thanks Mr!!"said him then he swiped his hands horizontally.

    Finn gaped. "Huh? I''m flying? Why is my body still standing? It doesn''t have head? Wait, WHAT-"

    Finn got beheaded.

    *Sound of a cuckoo and analog clocks can be heard*

    Finn opened his eyes frightened while panting intensely.

    "What the heck!" he shouted.

    Finn find himself in a place with so many different types of green clock. Out of the blue, a greenish skinny old man with long beard and four arms wearing an outsize shorts with a giant clock floating behind him while meditating showed up in front of him.

    "Welcome to my dwelling place, My chosen one."

    "Who are you?" said Finn while observing around.

    "My name is Cronus. The guardian spirit of time. I have chosen you as my master."

    "So guardian spirits do exist. Wait, didn''t I just died? How did I ended up here in the first place?"

    "Yes you did die. I''ve snatched your soul in the mortal world so I can save you."

    "Let me guess. You''re going to revert time from when I was going to die, no?"

    "You''re a clever one. I''m never wrong of choosing you."

    "So what now?"

    "As I said earlier, I have chosen you a my vessel. You may use my power a you pleased. Would you like me to tell you my abilities that you can wield?"

    "No thanks. I''ll discover it myself."

    "If that''s so then I''ll already end this conversation. Just summon me if you ever need my help. Best of luck for you Finn."

    Oh, it looks like time really has reverted"said Finn with a slight amusement in his face.

They quickly escaped and just before they leave, Mr Wilson saw the White Raven''s statue and a puzzle at its bottom. He noticed that something''s missing in the middle.

    They both looked at the entrance of the cave near the ruins because of the sound of footsteps approaching.

    A silhouette figure with red eyes holding a golden spear slowly became visible.

    In a blinked of an eye, it dashed toward and stabbed both of them in their chest. It absorbed their life energy which caused those two to turn into sand. It left with his bloody spear.

    "Finally!"Mia shouted.

    I looked around. "So this is The Ruins of the White Raven. Awesome!"

    A big statue of a raven with the puzzle at its bottom is located in the middle while 6 pillars with one floating book each at the top surrounds it. The octagon shaped floor is made of white tiles. Not too far, a cave can be seen.

    "ANOTHER FOOLS HAS CAME ONCE AGAIN!"

    Mia brisked. "Who''s that?! Show yourself!"

    Footsteps approaching us suddenly can be heard. I summoned my sword just in case.

    A Silhouette figure holding a golden spear came out from the cave. "You''ll die here and now! I''ll kill you with my own hands!"

    It quickly dashed towards us and attempted to thrust his spear to me but I completely blocked it with my sword. I deflected his spear and kick his stomach. It propelled him away. The monster crashed into the Raven''s statue.

    I looked at Mia''s eyes worriedly. "Get to safety Mia!"I shouted.

    "No. I ain''t running away."Flames came out from a magic circle that appeared below her. It enveloped Mia''s whole body. "Let''s work together Audely."

    Without any idea of what''s happening, I agreed with her.

    [Third Person]

    In order to increase his defense stat, Audely cast a spell. A water vortex utterly surrounded him.

    Mia looked at him. "Eh? What''s that?"

    "Questions later. First is first. Let''s go!"

    The monster attacked and Audely lunged first. Their weapons clashed with each other causing a strong propelling force as an aftereffect. While at the back, Mia is trying to hit the monster with small fireballs but it missed one by one. Audely jumped and changed his weapon into a bow.

    "Multiple Pierce!"

    He aimed and launched it upward, it blew up and from that, multiple arrows flooded from the sky towards the monster.

    *Boom!

    A huge explosion occur and thick smoke surrounded the whole area.

    "You''re good Audely but I ain''t letting myself left behind!"

    Mia closed her eyes, put her right foot behind her left foot, raised her hand horizontally and flatten her palms facing the enemy with the fingers clingy with each other. Slowly, she formed a gigantic fireball. After a minute, she opened her eyes and the fireball released a powerful propelling force. The impact caused the smoke to vanish and it reveals that the enemy got socked by Audely''s attack and now extremely wounded.

    Mia launched the fireball.

    "Cerberus rage!"

    Three dragon heads materialized from it. It carved a deep, long and big scar on the ground as it dashed towards the enemy. The silhouette creature produced a barrier but it was destroyed instantly. It bit the monster, swayed it in the air, struck itself into the ground and exploded. Thick smokes once again covered the whole area.

    Audely shouted delightfully. "Way to go Mia!" He snapped his fingers and the water vortex surrounding him vanished.

    He wiped out the smoke by launching multiple arrows.

    It didn''t took long before they realized that the enemy escaped.

    They ran towards each other and made a high five.

    Mia raised both of her hand upward and shouted "We did it!" happily.

    "I guess it''s time for you to explain your power" said Audely.

    Mia happily smiled at him and started explaining. Everything about Flare.

    "At the mountains. Monsters and wild animals didn''t became a problem since that skill startled them."

    "Okay." replied Mia.

    And so, the puzzle''s finally completed. It glows and produced a map. While the middle puzzle piece disappeared.

    "Oh. A map and it leads to a certain place on Mount Shereva. I''ve red that mountain on a book. Class A monsters dwells in there."

    "I think we should go there but only after we informed Mr Faure and the others about what happened here" suggested Audely.

    "Agreed. But what about the enemy?" asked Mia.

    Before even Audely finished what he''s supposed to say, the silhouette monster suddenly appeared at his back and it stab him in heart using it''s spear.

    Mia acted quickly and attacked the monster.

    She aimed her hand at the monster and launched a flamethrower. It toasts the enemy. Little by little, his silhouette form converted itself into a black smoke and vanished together with his spear.

    "Are you okay?!"

    "Figures..." Mia closed her eyes and whispered "Flare, I need you..."

    Flames suddenly started coming out from her body and out of it, a gigantic Phoenix formed.

    The Phoenix vanished.

    Philip''s dreary voice can be heard from inside the Fleexim City Central library. He''s trying to convince the old lady librarian to let him read books. But instead of talking properly, she hit Philip with the broom she''s holding. Philip courageously took the blows head on hoping that it would become his means to enter. After a while, Philip''s still standing despite of the injuries he got. Instead of pitying him, the old lady got more irritated. She kicked Philip and he got propelled outside and crashed into the trash cans.

    The old lady threw the flower vase located near the door into him. "Get your ass out of here you pesky brat!" she fiercely shouted.

    Philip''s legs got hit. He held his knees and tried his best to stand. When he finally did, he pressed his palms on each other. "Please, just this once! I''m begging you... Please let me read books!"

    Using Aquila''s power, he attempted to know what happened to him but something''s blocking his access. Without knowing any means to know what''s happening, he just ignored it. Instead, he continued his journey to share knowledge.

    Philip and Aquila worked together and poured people with wisdom using the academy they founded. People older than him became his student. Including Ban, Bin, and Bon who later build an academy of their own. Since Philip''s is much better, people undoubtedly chose his rather than those 3''s. Ban, Bin and Bon''s academy never received any student so because of envy, they maligned Philip. They made a wicked rumor about Philip being a witch and using black magic together with Aquila. However, Philip is too trusting. He never bothered to defend himself since he believes that his students won''t ever distrust him.

    One night, he heard a clamor coming from outside his academy. When he get out, he was astonished. Countless of people have gathered, including his students and all of them are holding a torch. When they saw him, they shouted.

    "DIE YOU SHITTY WITCH!! BRING YOUR DEMON WITH YOU!!! WE WON''T BE FOOLED BY YOUR LIES ANYMORE!!!!!"

    "I''m not a witch! Aquila is the guardian spirit of wisdom!" Philip reasoned.

    "GET LOST!!!"

    "But---"

    Ban, Bin, and Bon raised their hand and shouted. "FOOLISHNESS!! Throw you torches into that crappy academy!!!"

    People followed and the gigantic academy became enveloped with fire.

    That moment, Philip remembered everything that happened in his childhood including his mother''s death and Charles'' disappearance. The memories he''s supposed to forget started to came back. His tears started to fell. Without any trace, he left the academy and locked himself inside the library located in Mt Shereva and decided not to make contact with humans anymore because he thought that interacting with them will just make him suffer more. However, Aquila didn''t gave up on persuading him to go back to his own self. He secretly created a puzzle in his ruins that once completed, a map pointing their location will appear hoping that someone who can win over Philip will one day come.

    Meet the Joker

    [First Person - Philip]

    *Boom!

    Something outside exploded and it breached the wall of my library.

    Sigh...Who the heck would try to destroy my beloved home? I wonder what kind of shitbag are they.

    "I finally found you, PHILIP!!!!!!"

    That voice...good grief, that creepy pirate again. His name is Jerry Howell. Before I locked myself here in this library, I met and fought him for some reasons. But of course, he didn''t even served as a warm up. Talk about a pathetic old man.

    "Sigh. You still hasn''t given up? It''s been so long. Haven''t you learned your lesson yet?"

    "HAHAHAHA. This time for sure!You''ll surely surrender to us!!"

    I summoned my staff and get ready to cast a spell. "No way in hell. Go away you bastards."

    Another footsteps approached near the breached wall.

    The thick smoked vanished instantly and 2 men became visible. One is a very familiar individual.

    I got astonished and my staff disappeared itself. That moment, I became aware of my tears starting to fell. That man really looks like my old friend.

    Mia shouted. "Hey Philip! What in the world is happening?!"

    Philip looked at her. "I''ll explain later. For the meantime, hide and stay safe!"

    Audely argued. "We can fight too! Let us help!"

    *Boom!

    One if those two men threw something on Philip. It exploded but a barrier blocked it.

    Philip glared at him. "If that''s how you want to settle things, bring it on!"

    Philip summoned a white staff with a blue orb and wing like stuffs stationed in it. He looked at Audely and Mia. "You take care of that gramps! I''ll handle this man!"

    "Roger!" shouted Mia.

    "Aquila, what''s the enemy status?"

    Enemy''s using dark type magic. Based on the energy he''s emitting, he''s probably an intermediate type wizard. He possessed the Guardian spirit of destruction. Its name is Terror and the vessel is called The Joker.

    "Then we''ll use a light magic to counter him."

    But he''s an overlord. He can be our ally.

    "Foolishness. An enemy is an enemy."

    Philip pointed his staff into the Joker. "I''ll finish him on one hit."

    "Activating flood type magic"

    "Rain of holy spears"

    Multiple space distortions appeared at his back.

    "SHOOT"

    Countless spears came out from it. All of them are aimed at the joker.

    *Boom!

    Huge explosion occurred. Thick smokes enveloped the whole area but Philip made it vanish just by swiping his staff.

    Joker abruptly appeared behind him. One of its fist is covered with black mist.

    "Destroy"

    Philip flew up. "Not bad!" he shouted.

    "SUMMON! WHITE SERPENT!"

    A gigantic transparent snake appeared. It struck Joker directly and smashed into the wall. After that, it wrapped him.

    The Joker evaporated and unexpectedly showed himself up in front of Philip. Black mist covered his fists and feet.

    "Destroy"

    He punched and kicked Philip alternately in great speed. Being unable to move, Philip took the blows while increasing his physical defense as an only hope. He crashed into the walls and got shoved away outside.

    "Damn it! That black light is preventing me to use barrier. Ouch! My whole body hurts! What the hell is he? Is that giant gigantic ball just a dec---"

    *BOOM!!!!!!!!

    Philip got socked with the giant energy ball that Joker charged up. A very huge explosion occurred. It made a small part of the mountain disappeared instantly. While the remnant black smoke slowly turned into a fierce tornado.

    The Joker presumed that Philip is dead. As a result it tried to leave. But,

    "Hold it right there you fool! I ain''t going down that easily!"

    Light seep through the tornado. After several seconds, a giant yellow orb appeared and it made the tornado vanish.

    Calm down Philip and stop holding back. His power is a real deal you dolt.

    "I''m not holding bac---"

    *Boom!

    Joker launched an all out deadly attack to Philip. Multiple cards slammed him.

    PHLIP!!!!

    The enemy pointed his palms towards. A giant magic circle with a face of a joker appeared in front of the enemy. It started to charge power.

    "JOKER ULTIMATE"

    PHILIP! PHILIP! GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF! HE''S PLANNING TO LAUNCH AN ULTIMATE!!!!!!!

    "Damn it! Why is this happening?! How is he so strong!"

    The sky started to turn into black. The wind became stronger and the animals in the mountain are desperately running away from it.

    Philip remained shocked. His injuries made him unable to move.

    After a little while, the joker''s ultimate became ripe. He prepared himself for launching it.

    "DEST--"

    *Boom!

    A giant arrow struck the Joker and it propelled him away. Multiple small arrows came after. It immobilize him and his ultimate has been cancelled.

    "What the?!"

    And out of nowhere, a giant toasted kraken collide into the Joker. They both crashed into the ground. "KIDS THIS DAYS ARE SO RUTHLESS!!!!!!"it shouted furiously.

    "Is that the voice of Jerry? The stubborn pirate?"

    Yeah. Seems like Mia and Audely let loose and became savage. Hahahaha! Looks like he''s got a beaten out of those kids!!

    *Boom!

    A three headed flame dragon abruptly struck both the kraken and the joker. It caused a huge explosion.

    Philip summoned a white staff with a blue orb and wing like stuffs stationed in it. He looked at Audely and Mia. "You take care of that gramps! I''ll handle this man!"

    "Roger!" shouted Mia.

    Jerry threw a loud guffaw. "HAHAHAHA!! THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT ME?! CONTINUE TO DREAM BRATS!!!!"then he ran towards a plain outside the library while laughing like an idiot.

    Both Audely and Mia followed him.

    After a while she glared at Jerry and made herself envelope with Flares flame. "This old man really pisses me off" she croaked.

    Audely looked at Mia. "Calm down Calm down Calm down..." he requested.

    Mia stared at him. "How can I calm down with an arrogant like that in front of me?!"

    Audely sighed. "Don''t let your personal emotions interfere in battle."

    "Oh really?"

    "Yeah...Anyway, let''s just focus on defeating him" said Audely.

    Audely summoned his bow."I''ll attack first" he said in a fired up manner.

    Audely flew up. "Here I come!!!" He shot Jerry with multiple arrows but it was blocked by his water barrier.

    Jerry unsheathe his sword. "Is that all you''ve got!" He swing it in the air and it released multiple C shape water blasts.

    Audely swiftly dodge all of it. "Not bad!" he shouted.

    Jerry baffled. "How the hell did you dodge that in the mid air?! Are you flying?!"

    "Well...this isn''t flying actually. To be precise, it''s a gravity manipulation magic" said Audely.

    Jerry threw a guffaw. "HAHAHAHA! Oh well. Not like---"

    "CERBERUS RAGE!"

    *BOOM!

    "Audely follow it with your multiple Pierce!"shouted Mia.

    Audely saluted her. "Sir yes sir!"

    "WAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!LIKE THAT FRAIL ATTACK CAN EVEN BRUISE ME!!!!"

    Water vapors started to become visible and gradually build up into water droplets. Little by little, they started to assemble where Jerry is located. After a little while, a water vortex suddenly appeared and it formed a gigantic blue kraken.

    "HAHAHAHA! BEHOLD MY ULTIMATE POWER!!!!"

    Both Audely and Mia became stunned simultaneously for a moment because of amusement.

    Mia went in front of Audely, held his shoulders and shook it. "It''s a kraken! A real kraken! This is so awesome!!!!" she said delightfully.

    Audely took off her hand. He stoop his head, held his forehead with his right hand and closed his eyes. "At this rate, we need to summon our zords. With our indomitable bond, we''ll surely be able to form an ultimate weapon." He looked up the sky and raise his hands. "A MEGAZORD!!!!"

    Mia stared at him.

    Mia sighed. "Audely!"

    "What?!"

    "You want a punch in your face?"asked Mia while clutching her right fist.

    Audely bowed his body down. "Sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry!! I''ll stop fooling around. I''ll never do it again!" said Audely pathetically.

    "I hope so. Anyway stand up already. We had an enemy that must be defeated. Get ready."

    "Yes."

    Both dashed towards in great speed. Jerry tried to slam them with his slimy tentacles but Audely and Mia swiftly dodge it.

    Mia smirked. "Is that all?"

    "YOU LITTLE!!!!" shouted Jerry furiously.

    "Let''s try a pincer attack" suggested Audely.

    "Sounds good to me" said Mia.

    Audely went at Jerry''s left side,

    "MULTIPLE..."

    While Mia on the right.

    "CERBERUS..."

    "LIKE HELL I WILL LET YOU!" shouted Jerry while wrapping his tentacle around him.

    *BOOM!

    Black smokes covered a large area.

    "Did we get him?" Asked Mia.

    Jerry swing his tentacles to wipe away the smoke. He became visible and seems to be unhurt. "HAHAHAHA! NICE TRY!"his damaged tentacles are regenerating itself.

    "Tsk. Just how tough is he?" griped Mia.

    "I have an idea. Will you listen to it?"asked Audely.

    "Okay. Let''s give it a try" replied Mia.

    He whispered something to her.

    "Well there''s no harm on trying" said Mia while smiling. "Let''s go!"

    Audely jumped and charged his bow.

    "Colossal..."

    "ANOTHER POINTLESS ATTACK AGAIN HUH?"

    *BOOM!!!!!!!!

    A gigantic white arrow struck Jerry. A very huge explosion occurred. Black smoke enveloped a very large area. Audely cleared it by firing arrows simultaneously. It revealed that Jerry''s body is torn into pieces but still regenerating back to it''s original form.

    "Tsk. I knew it. His regeneration is not a passive skill. He''s casting a nonverbal type magic"said Audely to himself. "Do it Mia!"he shouted.

    "Right! Eat this gramps! I''ll make a squid barbecue out of ya!!!" shouted Mia while charging a powerful attack.

    "Flame burst!!"

    Mia launched a gigantic flamethrower and it enveloped Jerry as it gradually turned into a fire vortex.

    "HOT!!!!"shouted Jerry

    Audely fell into the ground. He aimed his arrow upward while charging it and casting a spell,

    Audely shot a green arrow at the top of the kraken and a green huge magic circle appeared.

    "FRENZY VINES!"

    Green vines emitting green aura came out from the magic circle and wrapped Jerry''s body whole.

    Audely smirked.

    "HUH? WHAT IS THIS? I FEEL LIKE MY MANA IS BEING DRAINED!" shouted Jerry. "DAMN YOU KID!!!!!!!"

    Jerry attempted to freed himself but he failed. His regeneration stopped. Not too long, his blue body became pale.

    "T-THE H-HELL! C-CURSE Y-YOU B-BRATS!" he stuttered. "H-HOW D-DID T-THIS H-HAPPENED?!"

    "Idiot. Mana draining spells and heat pressure are very effective for weakening you. If we decided to attack all out once again, you''ll be a goner for sure" said Mia while grinning.

    "Hey! That''s my strategy! I''m the one who''s supposed to be explaining that!" shouted Audely furiously.

    "Shut up---"

    The surrounding became overwhelmed by a sudden fearful pressure.

    Mia and Audely simultaneously brisk and tried to sense from where it''s coming.

    "Did you feel that Mia?"

    Audely charged his bow with power and aimed it where Philip''s enemy is located.

    "COLOSSAL PIERCE!"

    *Boom!

    From afar, it struck the Joker.

    "Take this too!"

    "Audely! Use your vines to throw this giant squid into his ally!" shouted Mia.

    "Roger!"Audely gave her a salute. "RISE!" he shouted while pointing his palms in the vines.

    The vines became longer. It swung the kraken in circular motion.

    "T-this i-is s-so d-dizzy...I-it''s m-making m-me w-wnna p-puke..."jerry stuttered.

    "Launch him already before he spits out black ink!" shouted Mia.

    "Right!"said Audely then he snapped his fingers.

    The vines tossed Jerry. It collide with the joker and they crashed into the ground.

    "My turn!" shouted Mia.

    "Cerberus Rage!"

    *Boom!

    Audely and Mia flew towards Philip in great speed.

    "Philip, are you okay?!"asked Mia worriedly.

    Philip looked away and seems so down. "Yeah.." he said in a very soft voice.

    "They''re escaping!" shouted Audely.

    "Philip what should we do?"asked Mia to Philip.

    "Whatever. Let them be" replied Philip in a sad manner.

    "What are you saying?!!"shouted Aquila furiously.

    Philip never responded. He continued to gaze on the ground without any expression while slouching.

    The Joker blocked it with a black mist.

    "Whew, thanks Charles" said Jerry.

    Philip gape. "Charles?!"

    A giant flying pirate ship appeared from a bunch of thick and black clouds in the sky summoned by the joker. He carried jerry at his back and fly into the ship.

    Philip stood up and attempted to reach them."Charles don''t go! Please! Don''t leave me once again!"he said while wiping his tears with his right arm.

    Aquila whispered something on Audely.

    Philip flew upward to follow the ship. "Charles! Wait!"he sobbed.

    Audely went near Philip and punch his stomach. He fell unconscious.

    Black clouds enveloped the flying pirate ship. After a little while, it vaporize together with the ship.
