《I Was Given A Second Chance, In a World of Fantasy?!》 Chapter 1 - Reincarnation Keima Okirou, a anti-social human, would start his day off like everyday. Waking up, showering, and getting dressed. Keima isn''t and never really was friends with anyone in his school, so each and every day he''d go to school, learn, and go home. Though, he did have the occasional jocks who enjoyed picking on the weak. Keima didn''t really care about them. It''s not like they ever did anything to him apart from the occasional. Keima would finish his last class, as the day had gone by quickly. As Keima''s school day ended, he would almost always goto a gas station and get a snack. Like he did usually, Keima would walk toward the gas station. Keima grabbed a bag of chips and an easy cook dinner, though, as Keima walked toward the front desk. Two men in black entered, both armed with guns. Keima always wanted to be "the local hero". Because of that, Keima decided to run up toward one of the smaller armed robbers. As Keima punched, the robber fell backward and hit his head on the station''s metal doorway. Keima was so proud and surprised by himself. So much in fact, that he forgot all about the other robber. Though, it didn''t take long for him to fall to the ground, as blood poured from his chest, the pain was unbearable. Keima fell over onto the cold ground, and a pool of blood, covered the ground. You could be reading stolen content. Head to the original site for the genuine story. This is my first novel, so I apologize for horrible story/weird ways of things. Thank you for reading! The Second Chapter will come out sometime later, so keep watching my page! Chapter 1.5 - Reincarnation (Cont.) Keima felt a great rush of adrenaline. His blood pumping swiftly throughout his body, which left him to believe that he could do just about anything he wanted, even something irrational. Keima clutched his hand into a fist, and slowly walked up behind the smaller of the two thieves. He then hit the smaller thief in the side of the head, directly on the temporal bone, sending him a few feet to the side. The thief hit his head against the gas station''s metal doorway, hard. Keima was proud of himself. So much in fact, that he lost sight of the other, much larger thief. "That kinda hurt, but it felt really good!" Keima would speak out, full of himself. Within a range of thirty-seconds, a loud bang was heard, deafening him. Keima felt a great pain in his chest, as he fell onto his knees and plummeted down onto the marble floor. The whole world became a dark void for him. He heard no sounds, nor did he see anything. Everything was a pitch-black void. After around thirty-minutes, a bright light would come. The light brought hope, more specifically, a way of survival. As the dark void got brighter from the light. Keima began to see what seemed to be a human-like figure. The figure slowly decended, from what seemed to be a giant platform.A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation. "What the hell." Keima said with confusion, unsure of what the figure was. The figure seemed to ''park'' the large platform, as it stepped toward Keima. Revealing itself to be a typical male wearing clothing from a typical ''popular magazine'' online. The figure stepped in front of the now-shocked and confused Keima, as he spoke with the tone of a teenager "Keima Okirou, I''ll give you two options. You can either A,be reincarnated into the world you know. Or B, be reincarnated into my personal "World of Fantasy." Keima opened his mouth to speak, and grinned as he finished his sentence. Chapter 2 - Mina Keima grinned, proceeding to open his mouth to speak. "That''s obvious isn''t it? I''d love to be reincarnated!" He laughed for a second after he spoke. The male figure looked to Keima and chuckled. "You can call me ''God'', Keima." He had said as a reply, "I hope you''ll find my special world enjoyable." He chuckled once more after speaking. Keima looked to the male figure oddly, "You''re ''God'', but you don''t seem anything like the people on earth portray you." ''God'' glared at Keima, "That''s because you''re creations which go against everything and anything. Now please, enjoy your stay at my world." He spoke with rude intent, as he seemed angry. ''God'' snapped his fingers, as Keima saw a bright light once more. Though, the light faded faster this time. As the light faded, his eye''s adjusted and looked upon a beautiful view, and along with the view, was a sense of falling. As he fell, he yelled loudly, seeing water below. As he got closer and closer to the bottom, he felt his conciousness slipping away.Love this story? Find the genuine version on the author''s preferred platform and support their work! Keima would slowly come back to conciousness, as a girl was poking his face. As he slowly opened his eyes, the girl would sigh thankfully. "U-Uh, excuse me? Are you okay?" Her voice was quiet and cute, like a voice actor. Keima slowly sat up, though quickly fell back down, as he had injured his body and bled. The girl looked worried and seemed to yell "B-Be careful!" He was confused. Mostly because she just met him, and yet she cared for him. "What''s your name?" He managed to speak out without coughing The girl would smile at him and simply respond "My name is Mina." Keima smiled, as he replied. "My name is Keima, nice to meet you." I will try to continue publishing once a week and maybe even more if possible. Chapter 3 - Minas Betrayal Mina smiled at Keima, as she stared. Her smile was a "100% Smile", one which had to be legitimate. Mina managed to pick him up, and began to walk towards a large mansion. He was embarrased, having to be carried by a girl. Keima began to lose conciousness again, as his eyes slowly closed. His body went limp, and everything went dark. Keima slowly began to wake up. As he slowly regained his conciousness, he noticed he was in a decently large room, on a large bed. After a few minutes of looking around, he sat up. His back ached with pain. He got out of the bed, and looked around. His light navy blue eyes glanced toward the golden walls of the building. He began to walk toward the door, noticing the handle twist down. Keima couldn''t help but be anxious, as he jumped backward- landing on his back. "Keima, are you okay?" Mina rushed in, holding a tray with foods and a drink. She was worried, that much was clear with her voice. "You''re name was Mina right?" Keima responded, giving off the vibe that he was fine. Mina simply responded with "You got it right, that''s good." He seemed to calm as she spoke, moving back to the bed. As he sat down, Mina walked to him with the tray. She smiled at him and spoke quietly. "Take a drink before anything." Keima looked to the water and smiled, "Thank you, Mina." As he picked it up and drank most of it within seconds. As he began to finish it, his head started to ache, and his body became heavy. He became unconcious, his body falling down onto the bed. This story has been stolen from Royal Road. If you read it on Amazon, please report it Mina grinned with enjoyment as she picked up Keima''s now-asleep body, as she struggled to carry him outside, toward what seemed to be a cellar between two Cherry Blossom trees. As she carried him down below what seemed to be hundreds of steps. As she neared the bottom, she opened two doors to the left. Upon entering, a small blood-stained stone table and a clean chair would be seen next to it. She put Keima down onto the stone table and put restraints onto him, sitting down in the chair. She sat there for a few hours, waiting for him to wake up. As Keima started to regain conciousness, he felt his hands and legs restrained. He struggled to get himself released. Mina looked to him, grinning. She stood up and grabbed a box of ''tools'', walking back to him. She grinned sadistically, as she took out a wrench-like weapon. Mina gripped it tightly, raising it up, and forcing it back down. The wrench-like object slammed into Keima''s knee, breaking bone immediately. Keima couldn''t help but scream out, as a large bruise formed within a few minutes upon his knee. Mina didn''t stop there. She swung the large wrench-like weapon back up, and swung it to his face. Fortunately, not breaking anything. Instead, knocking him out cold. Thank you for reading Chap 4 of "I Was Given A Second Chance, In a World of Fantasy?!" Chapter 3.5 - Intrude (Betrayal Cont.) Keima began to wake up. His face wet with his own blood, his body weak. He had his arms bound tightly to the chair he sat in. He was confused. Confused of what was happening, and why. Keima smelled something rotton, it was himself. The door a few feet away clicked, as it opened. Mina walked in with more tools. Keima looked at her, his eyes easily showed his absolute confusion. His unsurity of why he was here, why the person he had began trusting would do this. Keima began to bawl and scream, causing Mina to sadistically smile as she walked over to him with another weapon. This one having a sharp end. As he began to scream loudly, she stabbed him in the stomach and twisted the weapon around. His screaming became louder, and blood rushed out of his body, onto the seat and ground below him. The pain he felt was insufferable, he couldn''t bear it. Eventually, he was to be lost in his mind. Keima found himself waking up in a white field of flowers, as he stood himself up and wiped the petals off of his body. His eyes glanced around him in the unfamiliar place. He looked down to where he had been shot before and stabbed recently. As he looked, he found absolutely nothing. No trace of being injured, or having been scratched what so ever. In the corner of his eye, he noticed a shine. A shine that you would see from a mirror reflecting the light of the sun. As he walked toward the light, he found himself screaming again. He felt the same pain as before, slowly dulling. The room was dark, and Mina hadn''t been in the room for awhile. After around ten minutes of him sitting alone in pain in the seat, a sound of a lock breaking could be heard on the door to the room. Mina entered with another weapon, a very, very, sharp and heavy weapon. Keima began to sweat vigorously, and his heartrate sped up quickly, causing him to hyperventilate. As she stepped toward him, she kneeled down and touched the bloody wound on his stomach. This content has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere. His pain intensified, as she spoke with a sadistic tone. "Tonights our last night together, so let''s have fun. Though, her words weren''t the worst part. It was the nasty grin she was giving Keima, as he knew it would be all over tonight. That the second chance he was given wasn''t worth it, that no matter what he tried, he wouldn''t be able to do anything about it. Mina wiped the blood off her hand onto his face, and stepped backward. She stopped grinning by now, and instead replaced it with a far more unsettling expression, a blank expression. She raised the large weapon up, and slammed the weapon back down onto Keima. The weapon dug deep into his shoulder, severing muscles, tissue, and bones. The pain had been like it was before, simply unbearable. Things slowly began to go dark, though, before he would fall unconcious. The door would bust open once more, and two people entered, severing Mina''s head from her body. Keima slowly closed his eyes afterward, him and the seat he sat on, fell onto the cold ground. As blood began to form a large puddle which would grow in size. Right before completely closing his eyes, he whispered out quietly "Here''s where it ends, isn''t it?" Right before completely losing conciousness. Thank you for reading the fifth chapter of "I Was Given A Second Chance, In a World of FANTASY?!" If you have any ideas which you think would make the plot better, I would be happy to read them and possibly involve them! Thank you once again, for following the development of "I Was Given A Second Chance, In a World of Fantasy?!" Chapter 4 - Trauma Keima''s eyes slowly opened, as his body shook with pain. He tried to sit up, but the pain was still quite unbearable. As he laid his head back down onto the bed, he looked around as best he could. In the room, there was a lamp, table, chair, and a desk. Keima was in his underwear, his clothes neatly cleaned and folded to the side of him. He had a large blood-red stained bandage on his stomach, and it seemed to be getting darker with each second. The handle to the wooden door turned, and the door slowly opened. Out of traumatic reflex, Keima hid himself under the covers. He quietly masked the pain of movement. Two people could be easily heard walking into the room. The two spoke one by one, the first voice being a male voice. And the second, a female. As Keima heard the girl talk, he began to hyperventilate, fearing he was to be attacked. The two could be heard running to him in worry, pulling the covers off him. As the covers flew off Keima, he crawled backward, close to the edge of the bed. Though, he soon fell backward off the bed, as he saw the girl. Because of falling, his wound opened up larger, causing more pain. The male told the girl to leave the room, as he picked up and set down Keima on the bed. The door closing could be heard as he did so. His breaths slowly slowed down, only seeing the guy. Though, his breathing was still abnormal from a usual person. The male looked at Keima in worry, "Does it hurt anywhere?" He questioned Keima out of concern. The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident. Keima didn''t speak, instead he gripped tightly close to the bloody bandage, his muscles contracted from pain. The guy looked to the bandage and said out loud "When did the wound get opened so much..?!" He said as if he were shocked. Quickly leaving the room to get a "doctor"; the door slammed closed. Keima couldn''t do anything but lay there in pain and hope to feel better, as the door opened and two figures walked in. One being the guy from earlier, as well as a masked being. He was unable to tell who and what they were. The masked figure took out a needle filled with a blue liquid, and injected it into his vein. As the liquid entered, the pain slowly came to a halt. His breathing slowed down even more, remotely close to an average rate of breathing. The figure who was masked wore a face-covering mouth. Only letting one fourth of their face uncovered. The corner happened to be in a corner next to their mouth. The mask had a blue triangle with a lighter green eye. A yellow lightning bolt seeming to be ejecting from the top. The masked figure put the needle into a supply crate for medical items. And walked back out the door into the hallway. With the male being the only person in the room, he sat down and looked to Keima.who was now laying straight down and staring to the ceiling. "My name is Utsugi Tenyouji. If you were wondering-" his voice cut off at the end. Keima listened to Utsugi introduce himself, and continued to stare at the ceiling. He hadn''t changed the direction or position his eyes had been looking to. Utsugi stood up and stared at Keima for a short while, before walking out the door, shutting it. Thank you for reading "Trauma" the fourth chapter of "I Was Given A Second Chance, In a World of Fantasy?!" Please share this chapter with others to help continue the series and keep it alive! Chapter 5 - Classmate Keima found himself waking up again in the unfamiliar room, his wound was cleaned and the bandage was replaced. He was no longer bleeding rapidly. Keima slowly got out of the bed, his eyes fixated on a loaf of bread and cup of water next to him. As he ate three slices of bread, and drank the cup of water, he started to regain his strength. As well as memory of what happened before falling back asleep. With his strength coming back, Keima hopped off the bed. He looked around the small room, now questioning how long he had been in there. As he walked over to the door, he got a feeling of nostalgia. He grabbed the door handle and twisted it, pushing on the door. As he exited the small room he found himself in a new and big hallway. To the left was a kitchen which was stocked with kitchen utensils, as well as simple necessities to cook. To his right, there was another door, which.likely had another hallway. On the side of the hallway there was a window which lead do the outside. Outside the window, there was a vast majority of what Keima saw as a chance for freedom, which was something he hadn''t had while being held captive by Mina. The door to his left opened, and a familiar higher-pitched feminine voice came through. She''d likely had been the girl from earlier. Keima shuttered as he heard the girl''s voice. He started to hyperventilate once more, stepping backward. As he stepped backward, he hit the window''s glass. The glass was strong and likely wasn''t going to budge with how weak he was.Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings. As the girl had fully entered, the sound of glass shattering could be heard, she seemed to be completely shocked as she saw him outside and up. She slowly walked toward him. Tears slowly formed in her eyes, and rolled down her face. Keima''s breathing intensified with each step she took toward him. Along with his breathing, the wound on his stomach began to ache, each step making it worse. Keima gripped his chest over his heart, and quietly whispered. "Stay away, I don''t want to be hurt anymore..." Repeating himself over and over. The girl crouched down next to Keima, as she embraced him tightly. She cried out loud, and wouldn''t let go. As soon as she had touched Keima, the pain vanished, and his thinking became clear. The girl calmed him, and gave off a familiar and friendly aura. As Keima slowly started to get a clear image of the girl, his eyes widened in shock. Her long white hair just about reached her ankles, and seemed to shine within the room''s light. She wore a short-skirt of a black and red checkered pattern, as well as a black button-up shirt with a red tie, a white undershirt lay beneath. And finally, she wore long black stockings on her legs. In other words, a student from his school. Thank you for reading Chapter Five of "I Was Given A Second Chance, In a World of Fantasy?!" I apologize since this is probably the best chapter so far, anyway. Thank you for reading and I would appreciate it if you could help keep this series alive by sharing it with others! Chapter 6 - Minas Curse He stared at the girl who was embracing him, "You.. You''re from my school.." he spoke quietly with shock. How was a girl from his school here, with him? Even if God did put her here, how long ago was it..? Did she know him? The girl lessened her embrace on Keima, as she wiped the tears from her eyes. She stared up at him and smiled with peace, a few tears still dropped down the side of her face. "I thought you''d died, Keima..!" Her voice was shaky, which showed that she''d been extremely worried. She seemed really happy to see him up and alive. Though, Keima didn''t seem to even know the girl. "Who are you..?" He asked with a stutter, as the girl released her grip on him. "Who am I..?" She quietly whispered. "I guess it makes sense you wouldn''t remember me.." she added, "You were always there, just keeping to yourself.. and even let those around bully you.." She continued to speak for awhile, after beginning to cry again. As he saw her cry, he couldn''t help but reach out and embrace her like she did to him. He did just basically be a douchebag. If you discover this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation. As he hugged her, he started to feel sick, and a small trail of blood went down his nose. "It''s.. alright." He spoke, and tried to endure the pain, resisting unconsciousness. His head began to become foggy, and Mina was all he saw. She held a great big weapon, and laughed. "You''re scared, aren''t you?" She sadistically smiled as she spoke. She repeated those words several times, to what seemed like forever. Or at least, until Keima fell flat. Making him lean on the girl he hardly could embrace without fear. He later found himself in the same bed from earlier, he seemed to have been cleaned and bandaged up again. The girl from earlier was asleep, her head was laying on her arms, which were on the bed. "No matter how hard I try, I see her.." he whispered to himself, and slid a little away from the girl who was sleeping on the bed. Mina wouldn''t leave his mind for a long time it seemed, almost as if she had emplanted herself into his brain by simply causing him pain, and giving him a false sense of hope. Keima reached out to touch the girl''s long white hair, after distracting himself from Mina''s curse. He hesitated to touch her, though in the end he softly touched a long lock of her silky white hair. "So this is what a girl''s hair''s like.." he said quietly to himself, before letting it go, and laid back down. He tried to fall asleep, but Mina was the only thing he saw. At least, until the girl crawled up onto the bed, pressing her front up against his back. Keima turned his head and looked at the girl with surprise and embarrassment, he had started to get light headed. "You''re awake?!" He asked, not getting a response. At least, until he heard her quietly whimper"Don''t leave me, Keima..." His head started to fog again, and his nose started to bleed. He slowly fell into unconsciousness. Things were going to be a little rough from here. Chapter 7 - Grand A The daylight of the outside slowly shone through a smaller, shaded window. Keima''s eyes slowly opened, as his eyes dimmed from the light. The girl from last night was gone, and left no trace. As he stood up, and walked toward the door, he felt an ache. This narrative has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. If you see it on Amazon, please report it. Keima hesitated as he reached out for the doors handle, before hearing an unknown and unhuman voice. "Are you sure you want to leave this? Let everything slowly vanish from you?" The voice was dreadful, though peaceful all the same. He grabbed the door''s handle, and brought the door to open. His eyes slowly adjusted to an overwhelming darkness, a fearful darkness. Keima''s body was strapped, bound, locked. He never escaped from Mina. Chapter 7.5 (Cont.) - Grand B Keima sat within the dark room, and waited. The time he waited felt like hours, maybe even days. The handle of the door slowly moved, as a devil, Mina, came in. She was grinning eagerly, as she walked in with a decently large weapon. ¡±I can¡¯t sit here forever.¡± Keima thought to himself. He awaited Mina, whom slowly walked toward him. As she became closer and closer, Keima hurried to act out an idea. She took a swing at him with the large, blunt weapon. Keima tipped the chair, dodging her attack. Following, he proceeded to use her next attack as a way to free him. As Mina swung at him for the second time, she ended up smashing the bounds of the chair. With himself free, Keima picked the girl up by her legs, slamming her back down into the ground.Stolen story; please report. She was lighter than he had expected, and took the blow pretty hard. She laughed quietly, before speaking in a dark tone. ¡°I see you¡¯ve planned some things out since my last visit.¡± Keima scowled at Mina, and bolted for the door. A sharp object impaled itself through his ankle, as he fell to the ground. He screamed out loudly in pain, ¡°I¡¯m so close.¡± He urged himself, and forced himself to a stand Keima took the sharp object from his foot, and ran at Mina. Keima attacked with all he had, injuring Mina quite a bit. Something was off though, as if she was planning for this. He managed to stab her in the arm with the sharp object, before she kicked him with the force of an elephant. He flew into the walls behind him, slightly indenting them. Blood was the first thing Keima saw, and pain was the only thing he felt. He sat there for a short while, holding his wounds in pain. ¡°Dying already?¡± Mina toyed with him, as she walked toward him. The weapon she held was battered and beat up, though, it was still enough to bludgeon a person. Tears mixed up with blood on his cheeks, as he stood up. ¡°I... I won¡¯t let you win.¡± His voice was shaky, and full of fear. Mina grinned maniacally, and raised the weapon over her head. In one swing, it was over. Mina fell to the ground, as blood rushes from her body. Keima was breathing heavily, as he tirelessly left her within the dark room. He slowly walked toward the stairs, as blood slowly escaped his body. There was a change in light at the top, a light which was beautiful. A Beautiful, Amazing,GrandLight. Chapter 8 - Happy Go Lucky The sun¡¯s bright rays flared into Keima''s dialated eyes, as he fell to his knees. ¡±I finally did it...¡± he spoke to himself, before repeating it over and over. Each time louder and more life like. He wiped the blood from his face, and limped along a beautiful grassy hillside. The outside was beautiful, and it easily felt better then being tortured while being strapped to a chair. A town could be seen miles away, which would be well worth the wait. The village folk within the town glanced at Keima confused, ¡°Why was he covered in blood and still bleeding?¡± They wondered. Keima didn¡¯t pay attention, as he was so focused on those around him. How had he missed such a beautiful world? He found himself sitting down at a stand, which sold noodles. ¡±What can I do ya¡¯ for?¡± The tenders voice was deep and curious, as he awaited Keima¡¯s response. Keima smiled at the tender, ¡°One order of noodles please...!¡± He winced, though seemed to not be to self aware of it. The tender seemed to like Keima¡¯s smile, as he gave the noodles to him on the house. ¡±How¡¯d you get those wounds..? More importantly, are you new around here? Do you need to know where the healer is?¡± That one man asked what most town people were curious about it seems, as those around looked at him.Stolen content warning: this content belongs on Royal Road. Report any occurrences. Keima nod his head to being new, and ignored the previous answers asked. The tender stared for awhile, ¡°Well, the healer¡¯s down the road to the right of the brewery. Be careful.¡± He then returned to his work, leaving Keima to do what he would. As he slowly finished the noodles, he decided to do what the tender said and walk toward the healer. ¡±I wonder what the doctors here are like...¡± Keima questioned himself with a tense and quiet voice. As he entered, a soft and quiet voice welcomed him. He sat down as the voice instructed, and awaited for the healer. As she proceeded to into the room where Keima waited, she sat down on a chair. She looked like the ¡®classmate¡¯ from before, the ¡®classmate¡¯ from the dreams. He stared for a short while, though his focus was interrupted by the girl¡¯s voice. ¡±Excuse me, sir..?¡± She waited for Keima to respond, as she sighed. He began to focus again, ¡°Sorry about that.¡± His voice was sincere and peaceful. ¡±Apart from the blantantely obvious injuries on your body, what can I help you with?¡± She asked. Keima looked at her with his dialated eyes, which were slightly dimmed. ¡°I would like you to help me not die.¡± He joked, and laughed to himself quietly. The girl faked a laugh, and told him to lie directly down onto his back. She inspected Keima for a good five to ten minutes, and then proceeded with the procedure. She poked and sewed Keima up a few times, before chanting a few words. Following, a bright green aura emitted from her, and into the wounds he had. He began to feel better, though extremely sore. ¡°Huh..?¡± He was confused. ¡±What just happened... how did you?¡± He continued to question the girl, and stared. She looked at Keima as if he was odd, ¡°What do you mean..? It¡¯s level four healing magi-¡° She was cut off by Keima ¡±What...?!¡± He was confused, and yelled out loudly. The girl fell back in surprised, accidentally knocking over an empty beaker made of glass. ¡±I¡¯m sorry...!¡± Keima quickly spoke, before quickly leaning down to help her. He wasn¡¯t to much avail though, as his body gave out. He fell to the floor, with a similar feeling of amnesia. The healer girl looked at Keima in a form of pity, and giggled. Keima couldn¡¯t help but laugh too, laugh in a mimicry of himself. Keima¡¯s dull eyes began to close, as he passed out unconscious on the floor of the healers procedure room. Chapter 9 - Settle (Part A) Keima began to wake up, feeling the softness of a bed. He was still in the healers procedure room, and had been healed from what it seemed. As he sat up, a slight ache in his arm made him take it slowly, as he hopped of the bed with caution. ¡°Where am I again..?¡± He quietly whispered to himself. As he opened the door leading into the room, he walked out into the empty lobby. ¡°Nobody¡¯s here?¡± He was quiet, and his dullened glance around the empty room. The door behind him opened, as he heard the girl from before enter, though, she looked nothing like before. She no longer looked like the friend from ¡®school¡¯. Though, she was still extremely beautiful.Unauthorized usage: this narrative is on Amazon without the author''s consent. Report any sightings. The girl had long silky brown hair, and light blue eyes. She wore a lab coat, which made her eyes seem to shine even more. ¡±Who are you?¡± He stared at the healer girl, with a straight expression. This confused the girl, as she tilted her head in confusion. ¡°What do you mean who am I?¡± She replied back to his question. Keima looked at her, ¡°No... i¡¯m sure you hadn¡¯t looked like that before.¡± He continued to push what he believed, and stared. Eventually she walked toward him. ¡°I¡¯m Kairu Klorv...¡± she introduced herself, as Keima slowly came back to focus. ¡±I¡¯m Keima Okirou, Doctor Kairu.¡± He was still obviously confused, which lead to Kairu checking his pulse. ¡±Just call me Kairu.¡± She sighed and spoke, quietly continuing her investigation. She seemed confused about his mental state, as he ¡®didn¡¯t remember what she looked like¡¯ acccording to him. Kairu stared at Keima, ¡°How did you get so injured the other day? Being so injured and hurt from those terrible wounds...¡± she trailed off near the end. Keima stared blankly for a few seconds, hoping to get out of the topic. Kairu continued to push, and eventually backed him into a corner. ¡±Tortured...¡± His voice trailed off, though he repeated the simple word over and over. Kairu looked at Keima, and sighed.
