《one piece world》 (1) new recruit ShadedLight here- OIII __________luffy age 15------- Ryu L. Caelesti was what most can agree on, a weird recruit. when he first arrived, he was extremly underage at the age of 7. he had the body of a 13 year old but even if he was 13 it did not reach the required age of 17. no one knew how he got accepted but the ones involved. during the beginning of the training boot, everyone without the doubt of their mind, saw Ryu as a weakling with strong backings. this however is untrue for the most part. he at 7 could contend against the adults though still landed in the last place of the strength heirachy. he was a fine example of someone without backers as he was an orphan. he with the powers of fate, landed near the training boot of Z, a wide known across the marines as a succesfull trainer. this was back up by the facts of his three strongest displine- akiunu,akoiji,and kizaru. through his performance, ryu resided mostly inside his room. he rarely got out, if he did, it was either for food or boot training. Z way of training was speacil. most boot would force recruits into class and have them learn lessons or go through obsticles or train together. Z however allowed his students to choose between perticitating, most did as it was the most beneficial way. ryu ignored the norm. most recruit despict this as the reason why he hasnt had a promotion as he has been in boot for 8 years, they did not know however, that the 8 year time period was part of the comprimise ryu took to enter the camp. -------- a young man sat in a meditative form. his crazy spiky black hair gave anyone on sight a sense of wildness. the lack of a shirt gave view to a oh am i kidding, go look at the cover, thats what im describing, thanks a single thin long sword was sheathed to his right with another strapped to his back, he sign and proclaim to himself " finally, 8 years has passed and it should be my birth day right about now..." ryu waits patiently for the ding.. ... ding! quest completed, awarded 1,000 sp, 1,000 merit, 20000 ssp, 20000 ps, and 100k exp a pale orange glow circles ryu body giving of a holy sense of vibe congrats! level up~^4 the halo enters ryu body, disappearing completely after giving his body a golden glow ding! quest completed, awarded 200sp, 200 merit, and 20k exp. quest has evolved into new quest- rank ? - complete promotion test- rewards - ? congrats! level up~^1 congrats! host is now 15 years old. will you recieve gift pack? yes gift pack recieving... gift packs recieved- awarded 1m sp, merit, and 2m ssp, ps with 15 crate box and 1 exp elixer. as usual, open one crate and secure the rest in bank opening crate... 1 mount hua art full set, class Legendary.25 wudang art fragment, class epic. 1 full outfit of naruto the leaf village, class common. 1 level 1 exp elixer. class rare. huh... narutos outfit can be trashed " system, combine wudang art fragment " host aquired, 1 wudang art full set "system, use both mount hua and wudang art" host gained increase meditative effect, increase attack speed, increase health regen, increase vitality, increase speed, increase sword comprehension, increase soul power. host can not fully absorb the sets, most wait a 10 day time period to finish. ryu grined with glee at the sight of his powers increase. he mused to himself as he grasp into the sword besides him " the most important aspect of this incease is proberly the increase of soul power. this will directly raise my haki powess to new hieghts" he straps the sword besides the one on his back " time to leave this camp and move on" ryu enters his meditative stance, deciding to meditate the night away. it was exactly 12 at midnight by the time the first system ding went off. the system was very descriptive of some sort while others vague. one example is the fact that the system only show level. there is no health bar, no mana or any of that sort. attributes one would find in games like luck, int,str,wis..ect were not in the system or shown. the only way ryu could see his powers was by testing them. of course, besides ryu, most people powers can be estimated by the level shown upon asking the system for it. the next day is when 8 years will have pass and ryu''s promotion test will begin. he has already been given a handbook describing the test.A case of content theft: this narrative is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation. there are 10 step- steps 7-10 can not be competed by people at the age of 30+ step 1- tournement of power between the recruits. it is in a 10 large arenas each holding 100 competors. in each arena, the last on standing will skip steps 2-3. step 2- fight against a wild beast ( power level for the beasts used are those of the animals in earth) failures will either be kicked out or remain in camp. step 3- swim speed under time limit- df users are excused- those who reach this stage are enlisted as privates step 4- writing and reading- those who showed extreme power are excused although it is rare to happen- those who reach this stage are enlisted as sergeants step 5- fight against captain, one does not have to win but gain approval- those who reach this stage are enlisted as commander step 6- fight against intelligent beast ( like the ones zoro faught for training by mihawk)- those who reach this are enlisted as captain step 7- tester most have haki, fight against haki user, most win or draw -those who reach this are commondores step8- show proficent in 2 other technique ( if swordman, show ability with gun + other ) those succesfull can take step 9- those who reach this are commondores step9- fight against rear admiral- win= rear admiral- those who reach this stage are commondores if failed step10- fight against experince vice admiral- win= vice admiral- those who reach this stage are rear admirals if failed Ryu aim was to skip all the ranks and become vice admiral, this way he would be able to station himself anywhere he wanted. of course, no one has done this in the history of the marines ------test time--- there were hundreds of perticipatent by Ryu each chatting amongest themself with anticipatation and anxiety. "oi!, you think ill reach step 5?" "you? with your ability? your dreaming big arent you!?" the voice sounded friendly yet disdainful at the same time. "your right.. uhuh wish i was as strong as the admirals were, they were even able to pass step 9! i tell you, the distance between step 5 and 9 is like the one present between you and that pretty lady!" "why you!!!!!!........" chatter like these were present everywhere, friends joking with each other to push down the anxiety. Ryu however felt no such thing. he perfectly understood where he stands in terms of power and knows his road to vice admiral will be a relatively easy one " we shall now begin! go to your distinated arena" each marine was given a card with an arena number before entering the large plaza, Ryu''s was 7. --------- inside the arena ( think dresrosa without the water) a jugde yells"start!" and quickly each recruits turn their choice of weapon, only sword types were allowed, 3 of them came at Ryu. he did not bother with their poor effort and immeditly depatch this with the butt of plain straight sword with pure speed. the smarter ones noticing his threat group up against him but the same result followed. the match ended fairly quickly with Ryu being the only one standing. the 99 left from each arena were given 1 day to recover while the winners are taken into step 4. Ryu was the only one excused and taken ahead to step 5. the test was for a lack of word, easy. taken to step 6 Ryu has already caused a commotion around the base as word spread. recruits younger than 20 or even 25 reaching step 6 was rare. the chatter about Ryu furthermore increased as his success was spread. for step 7 all ryu did was flex his plex ( had to do it xD ) for step 8, hitting 10 staight bulls eye with a gun and then decribing locations of islands was more than enough for him to take step 9 the battle in step 9 ended fairly quickly, causing the astonishment of the higher hierachies like the 3 admirals, garp, and sengoku. these powerhouses all gather as soon as ryu succeded in step 8. the way he finished step 9 open ideas of him succeding step 10 which has never been done before "it is impossible" as one admiral akianu put it. their voice did not reach Ryu who has currently facing vice admiral Momonga, an experince and middle ground for powers in the rank. "sengoku! you think this brat will succed?" from the people inside the room, only garp would dare to call the current fleet admiral by name. a tik mark appeared from the head of the fleet admiral who was currently watching garp CAUSALLY eating cookies with large bites, one could even say he was shallowing them whole. "GAARP! I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RUIN THIS POSSIBLE HISTORIC MOMENT" his face enlargen as he face the hero with anger and a hint of.. jealousy? "BAWAHAHAH i know your just saying that because you want these cookies Tsuru made"Sengoku having enough, gains a sneer to his lip as he quickly snatch the bag of cookies from the hands of Garp and proclaims " for history" before quickly destroying them. with his mouth. let it be known that garp was indeed correct. ----------------- Momo ( lol) says to Ryu whilepointing his sword to him, " you are indeed amazing, however i can not let you pass" the two of them were given a wide varity of weapons to avoid unfairness of weapons. "as expected" Ryu replies, slashing his sword mid air. the battle had started minutes ago both of them stayed put, each exaiming the opponent. Ryu ended the silence by following the slash and dashing with speed towards momo " soru " and with a flash, Ryu swing his sword upwards. momo was a vice admiral for a reason, he quickly steps away using soru " impressive.." he then place his sword above his head towards ryu " but not enough!" suro he with the speed stab straight ahead. the technique would have been effective if only Ryu wasnt faster by a large margin. Momo after analyzing Ryu followed his will(haki) and instict to estimate Ryu''s speed. the speed Ryu used to start the match was a "confirmation" to the data he collected during the match. all of this lead him into using this particlur technique which would force ryu to dogde or block, he did not expect to lose sight of Ryu and quickly lose conscious right after. let it be known, if momo knew Ryu could move that fast, he would have never used such a limiting move. Ryu look down at vice admiral momo who was currently knocked-out and cant help but comment " your train of thought was correct if i hadnt mislead you with false strength. however, it would serve you well to not use that move again as it leaves you completely open to those faster then you" he know momo hadnt heard any of it and looked up towards the jugde. the jugde, the crowd, and even the admirals and above were shocked beyound words. history has been made, not only has a marine finally succed in the 10th step jumpng straight from recruit to vice admiral, his age and the time it took for him to finish the test were mind boggling. camara lights flash atleast 20 times a second for this incredible moment. the shock faces were retain within the pictures taken as were Ryu''s imposing figure. he stood.... exactly like the cover "musho musho" "BIG NEWS BIG NEWS RECRUIT RYU L. CAELESTI HAS COMPLETED STEP 10 OF THE PROMOTION TEST" "OIIIIIII BI-" "WORLD SHOCKING NEWS!-" the loud screams of the reporters resounded inside the arena but it did not bother Ryu nor did it stopped the marines shock faces. Ryu calmly looks straight at the judges, retracking his eye on them. he feigned ignorance and asked "so... did I pass?" (2) Start of journey ---------------in marine headquarters------------------- luffy age 15----------- "Ryu L. Caelesti, congratulation young man! you are officially the first to complete all 10 stages of the placement test" said Sengoku from his seat across the table. to his right was Garp who was currently grinning without a cause. Directly behind them were the three admirals standing tall for the race of humans. "L... is that like the d''s? no.. he is the only one with it." thought senguko between his short pause. he reaches under him the table and pulls out a coat with really long arms. the coat had paddings on the shoulders which were with gold ribbons sticking and the pad, blue. behind it were the letters for justice. Sengokuplace the coat onto the table infront of Ryu who was currently standing with his hands inside his pockets. " that also in turn, makes you the youngest vice admiral!" senguko gave a proud smile " i again sincerly congrats you! we need fine young marines like you." he finished with a nod. Ryu grabs the coat from the table and immeaditly wears it, not at all pressured by the fact that he is in a room full of the worlds super powers. " i thank you" he said looking at Ryu. He then looks at akoji and bow his head a little " and i thank you for giving me the chance that day" and quickly retracks his head again. Akoji smiles a little at this " no problem at all kid!" he said with a lazy tone " you most have some questions, ask away" he finished. Akianu kept his very face on while kizaru also kept his punchable face without a faze. "yes Ryu, ask away" Sengoku gave his agreement with a small nod. Garp leaned back into his chair, still not commenting anything. "i would like to become admiral... how does one go about it?" Ryu asked, holding nothing back. Akainu gave a small hmmmm but did not comment, his eyes however stared directly into Ryu''s. Sengoku waited a second, thinking whether to answer or not. ultimately, he felt there was no harm in doing so. " you most be recommended by a celestial dragon or capture a total of 1 billion worth bounty which will allow you to fight one of the admiral, if succeed then you will gain the title." Sengoku eyes wavered a little bit " i would recommend you to not go after it though" he signs and explain " your only 15 and yet became a vice admiral, the world has their eye on you, including pirates.." he finished. " thank you for your goodwill" Ryu said with a nod to him. " To protect people you need power" ryu allows his eye to roam around the room " when you use power to protect someone however, you harm someone else. This world is not black and white, pirates become pirate for a reason as do marines become marines. sometimes the reasons are nobel,others it is with evil intent but most of the time this so called "nobel" reason become the cause of something evil." ryu then locks eye contact with Sengoku. " to save ones daughter a father gains the power to kill, to save ones son a father gains the power to steal and eventually these two meet... if that father had status then he wouldnt have need to kill nor steal. Sengoku could not help but smile a little while the 3 admirals hid their reaction inside their mind. this kid... hes dangerous thought akianu with a grim look. hoho intresting thought kizaru. status over power huh... akoji thought with a bemused smile. "what else?" asked senguko noticing Ryu wanting to continue. " i would like a ship to which i can sail on my own. my plan is to go to east blue and witness the peace. i will then collect the fishmen arlong bounty, i have heard a rather unfortunate rumor about his base sir" ryu said and continued " from then i will go to the new world and collect the neccecary bounty" he finished. "alone?" " yes sir, i could of course take some marine with me to east blue, the grandline however, is too dangerous for me to protect them"- akainu then interrups, " if you cant even protect a ship of marines, what makes you think your elgible to become an admiral. your age is also a major red light into this, you dont have the experince." Ryu gave no sign of his annoyance, " i will be actively going after pirates, which will in turn might call for one of the yonko. i know i can escape from one alone, with a group however.. the only end is death. as for the experience, my journey will give me more then enough" replied Ryu. Akainu kept quiet, although had a sneer creeping into his lips. Sengoku enters into deep thoughts,,, or at least tried to *smack* garp laughed with glee " Oi! let the brat go alone!" said garp, clearly happy about to slap he gave to sengoku. sengoku quickly writes something into a slip of paper and orders ryu to leave. with bold tic marks multiplying on his head, sengoku yells with anger " GAAAAAAAAAARRPPP YO-" his voice cut of by the closing of the door. Ryu looks into the letter. allow one ship to be taken sighned- fleet admiral Sengoku. firgering out what to do, he quickly head for the docks. ------------------------------------ upon arrival, Ryu quickly turn in the slip into the hands of the officail in charge. "by youself" questioned the man. "yes" ... not willing to deny something from the fleet admiral, the officer quickly granted permission and allowed Ryu to sail alone in the marine battle ship. first stop..arlong''s park thought ryu who was planning not to dock into any other island. (3) to the sky! ----------- Cocoyasi Villager------------- luffy age 15------------- "captain! captain! oiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!" a desprate marine screamed, running towards the room of his captain. no one bother to stop him as he pushes the door open revealing a mouse-like man standing impateintly. tapping his toe, Nezumi was not pleased at the sight before him. "and?" after another good minute of thinking she signs and accepts "leave a letter and pack up, i will be back in 20 minutes" i said confidently. she seemed to accept the power of my rank and proceeds to do so. ----------------------- SPOILERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS CHAPTER IS DONE YOU DONT HAVE TO READ THE NEXT FEW SENTENCES and stop. hello, this is ShadedLight speaking, for this chapter, i was going to write from this point to sky island then obtain goro goro no mi. then go to amazon lily then set up a lab for devil fruits which i will then speak to you guys my thoughts on devil fruit and how they work including the rant i was suppose to add in. next chap would contain 2 time skip. first 1 year- he takes admiral test. second to when luffy lands on the island. and yes, info gain by lab will be kept as a mystery. this would effectively bring the story into the marineford war. now heres the problem, the pace. X.X QQ T-T and all kinds of sad emojis. i honestly came up with this story by witnessing garp punch the shit outa marco and sitting on the admiral seat like a badass. i image myself sitting on a seat nearby and added powers to myself as time went by with my imagination. i did not think of a start nor a end. just where i sit there with people looking shock and my powers of the roof. i then thought of the womens i would have but not how i got them. so heres my question. do i just continue on with the pace and stop after marineford efectively making this a short story ( should be finished in 2-4 more proper chapters at this pace) or what? i can of course slow down, not stop after the war, and ect.. but how? how do i slow down when the plot is me getting from 1 island to the next? i can add interactions and stuff but im not good with them. i can introduce a random stop at a random island but that would be filler. Q-q my pace so fast im like the usain bolt of fanfictions. anyways plz put down your suggestions and thanks! ps; sorry for the incomplete chapters- its a lot harder connecting what i image of the future to what i am writing right now then i thought it would be. pss; i realise i could have added the fishermens reaction to the warship like i did for the marine and could also extend on the interaction between Ryu and nojiko, might come back later to day to make this chapter at least close to 2k words. psss; i forgot what i wanted to say for this one while writing the pss one... huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
