While the ogres just keep playing around with the women and stating they will be given if VIP treatment if they choose to surrender and obey their commands, the women fight try to fight even harder then before but it is no use. While this goes on I fail to dodge a sword from the hobogoblin in front of me and get slashed to left of my stomach. Everyone is getting played by these monsters and we all know it,they could have easily killed us but choose not to and I know why, they want to give us hope that we can win this fight and achieve victory....But UGGHHHHHHHHH. Nameless Adventurers point of view end. As I walk closer, I see hobogoblins and ogres attacking a group of humans with foods and slaves?, never mind stop thinking about the pointless stuff and kill? The Monsters?... new words keep popping up in my head and I just replace what i want to say with those words UGHHHHHHH As I am thinking, I hear a scream from of the humans and see him being stabbed from behind by one of those hobogoblins but as it happens I feel sad and start approaching the man being stabbed. while I do so a hobogoblin tries to attack attack me when it sees me but when it got close to me, I made it explode by my sheer will and I don''t understand how I did that but as that happens more hobogoblins attack me and by instinct I wave my hand in front and make all of the hobogoblins explode . As that happens I start walking once more to the fallen man, while I am doing this the ogres and humans stop and just stare at me but for some reason I do not care and just help the man on the ground, wailing on his powerless self and ask him these words.... Do you want power And as I stare at him he looks at me while crying and snot coming out of his nose .....he answers Please, cough, if you can pls give me the power to be stronger. While this happens a new message is popped up in my mind Contract activated Power of Blood given and accepted to Lyard Lenz And given title Blood lord disciple As this happens the blood from the hobogoblins gather towards lyard and he starts to absorb it all, but as this happens, the ogres start to move towards me and I start to wonder what they are doing, because I sense no danger from them and so I just let this play out. As the ogres come even closer, I sense lyard needing more blood and ask me if he can absorb the ogres and I just shrug and say go ahead and what happened was unexpected. Tentacles come from the blood around Lyard and stab the ogres and I can see them being drained at a fast pace speed and they soon become skeletons and the other humans start being scared speechless from lyards newfound blood powers but I care not and wonder if Lyard will still be sane after this. As i start to walk away and signal Lyard to come, one of the other adventurers Shouted to me to stop and give them back their friend on which just turned on deaf ears, as i really have no time to waste as my blood levels are low again and my new friend just took all the blood here where i feel comfortable on taking. And so instead of talking back to her i just grab lyard and fly to the mountains. Questions of something Destiny can be quite a fickle thing. one moment you are strolling around the woods and murdering goblins and the next you save people from certain doom by giving power to a helpless individual. Even worst when he thinks, has become part of the evil race hell bent on devouring the human race or the other species that resemble humans like cat people or wolf men. What i truly wonder is my memories and how i came to be. I was given the power of noblesse and its properties and it is amazing. I know how i beat ogres and goblins so easily and it is because of my powers of blood and my enchanced body. In exchange of drinking blood i get fuel for my body to use my powers and i must say the ratio on how much blood i use is quite frighting as i could use a move that covers a large bit of the forest and still transform into a "Combat form" which only gives blood armor and weapons i can call upon which is weird because i dont remember how i was born or all of my powers. As my master rips apart a griffen which is a A class danger with but a hand gesture, i begin to think what i should be doing as all i know is my master is getting "Blood Levels" to gain the memories he lost and think to myself if i should return back home and ask if i can still be an adventurer. That was the stats i had when i came back to the guild which made them even question if i was still human and if i was not just some vampire but the good part is i passed the test of all the things a night creature wood hate, Silver,Sunlight and even holy magic which proved to them i was still me and not a monster which cause great celebration for my family which came to see if it was really me and i was delighted to see them. While i am thinking the doors of the guild opens and in comes the Arcane escort which blows my mind as she is the most beutiful person i see but that thought quickly disappears as she comes close to my family. ¡°I am here to escort the young lady Belle of the lenz family¡± the beautiful escort spoke but before my family or I could say anything she looked at me and said ¡±please stop looking me with such lust in your eyes lest you force me to Cut off your precious jewels¡± said the escort with cold grace as she spoke with arrogance and malice as if am nothing compared to her. Which angers me and i state ¡°At least i am not a cold arrogant and heartless person¡± as a reply back to what she has said. Which honestly makes me regret what i just said said as she tries to blast me away with her arcane power which kinda dissapoints me as her arcane bolt did nothing and simply disappeared when it came close to my body. She stares in shock as she thought it would been enough and simply states that i should prepare as she starts chanting a powerful spell and states my family and the people around us to move away if they dont want to get hurt. I start to prepare the blood i currently have into a solid surface and entrap the spell she is planning to unleash which she finishes and throws it at me which did nothing as it was inside the blood ball and i swear it was funny as she tries to put in even more mana which explodes. Strangly enough all the raw mana starts going inside which cause me think, is mana some sort of blood source? which strangly enough boost my stength to an unknown degree which causes distress for the girl and starts chanting a teleport spell which oddly enough targets my sister and me, causing me distress as a bright flash burst out making see nothing for a while for a bit. As i came too, i was in hall of magic and i mean magic as the walls were glittering with mana and the statues themselves were golems but what scared me the most was the mages around us which i figured was allies of the arcane girl and must be thinking i am an enemy and all of them start charging a dome around me of which i try to break which proves to be useless. The same Elder says to me "i am sorry for the misunderstanding, the spell she used was only for if she was in trouble and needed help, didint think she would use it for such a petty reason please forgive us" which i kindly say no problem and ask if my sister is going to be learning from you guys and which he kindly state "yes she is" I smile to those words and wonder why the lady was so rude but not the guild she came from. but before I could think of anything a burst of mana came from the old man and says ¡°sorry child but before anything can happen, we must see how our Arcane mistress lost, please forgive of what must come¡± Start of something Nox is flying through the area of the forest looking for a beast that will give him the last level he needs to gain another fith of this memories and currently trying to look for another griffen or something similair to it. Nox knows that without his memories, he will not know who he is and that will be a pain as nox knows he has lived for a long time and if people who knew him found him or they found him it will be awkard. His blood to turn into a spear but as he does this the Wyvern simply flies down to nox and as nox prepares to his blood spear, a flash of Fire perices the wyverns hide and crashes down. Nox follows to where the wyvern crashed and looks around for the people who stole his prey and as he waited near a broken tree hiding his presence. An arrow lands near him and Nox simply raises his hands above his head and shouts "i am not an enemy, please do not shoot" As he did that 3 elves come out of their hiding spots coming closer to Nox and ask himThis story has been stolen from Royal Road. Past and The Present As The Grandelder congratulate the elves for a mission well done, a power of darkeness arises from the body of nox and begins killing the plantlife inside the village. The Mighty Trees that have kept them safe since the first age began to rot and decay, The Water that has kept them alive begins to turn into tar and poisen and the vast pant life of flowers and grass which decorates the floors of their mighty villlage began to die and wither as if something was taking their life essence. As this was happenning the Grandelder looked shocked but then began to smile and began walking towards Nox''s body but before any action could partake an elven woman nearest to the houses began to age rapidly along with the village. As the Grandelder saw this she shouted everyone to get out before they are effected by the miasma Nox is excluding, Shocked by this situation Toru and Ceily turned towards Nox and used their magic to attack him. Ceily used the magic she was proud of ''Flame Barrage'' as she called it as it not only allows to fire Flame Lance rapidly it costed little to no mana as it was a special skill brought by the system she has known all of her long life. Toru used her nature magic to give ceily''s magic a boost in power as nature can act as a fuel for the raging flame''s Ceily can produce. But as the hope to stop the madness that is occurring the combined might of the two elves did nothing to Nox as before it could hit him it dispursed back into mana and went into Nox''s body. As this happened The pair felt shocked to see this happen and even more so to ceily as it was what she thought to be unstoppable as her flames could easily peirce the draconic species that are resistent to fire and with Toru''s help boosting her magic to an un seen level. As Toru and Ceily despaired the Grandelder of the Elves got infront of them and used her special spatial magic which could teleport people in a short distanced out of the village. Nox looks for the woman with the necklace and uses his old/newfound powers to look through people and see the blood that awakened his curse and as he does finds her, he conjure up a small spear of mana and aims directly at the necklace. As this happens though, Celiy the elven Mage of Fire spots Nox and also prepares her own attack against him as she believes this situation with the village and the esteemed Grandelder of their clan to be his fault. Nox releases his mana spear and Celia being brash thinks this aimed at her releases a fast timing spell she knows and aims it directly at Nox but Nox released his spell first it directly on mark on what he wanted to hit.If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen.
