《Divine Salvation》 Prologue On the ground, lay the body of the lifeless legendary sorcerer. To his left, a tearful girl laid, covered in soot staring in shock at him. Without a single moment of peace, his life faded to black.
''Well, I guess that alchemy accidents can happen to anyone.'' Ensen, the legendary midnight sorcerer, has an infamous reputation. He has laid waste to country after country of demihumans, by order of the king. However, when the remaining demihuman countries united, the king declared he was being manipulated by Ensen, leaving him to fend for himself. He quickly fled the continent, using a boat he found to drift in the sea. Days turned into months, then years. Ensen never once regretted leaving home, he was the son of a continent-wide crime organization. His birth itself was seen as a nuisance. Until they discovered his heaven-defying affinity for magic. He was raised into an unstoppable killing machine, his emotions turned duller and duller until he decided to leave them behind, trying to impress his parents by showing them his skills. He was used by the organization for years until he was abandoned by everyone he ever knew. He spent the next two decades drifting in the sea, using magic to sustain himself. Despair itself seemed to seep into every pore on his body, letting him discover a newly found magic, Genesis magic. Using this magic, his hope for finding land was born. However, things don''t always go one''s way. The following night a storm appeared out of nowhere, leaving his boat to crash into a nearby island. Stranded and hurt, he spent the next few years trying to make the island safe. One night, as if mimicking his own, a storm appeared out of nowhere, the fog rolled in. The sea, restlessly awaiting its next victim. In the distance were faint voices of despair. The fog, as if reacting to his curiosity receded back, revealing two ships. The first ship rammed into the second, making a loud noise as if thunder was merely a nuisance. They quickly threw ropes over to the other ship, pulling it closer and boarding it. On the other deck, hundreds of men lined up to hold the borders off while women and children swiftly ran to the bow. Everywhere, the cries of woman and children erupted, some deciding to stay, some leaving with their kids. Unauthorized reproduction: this story has been taken without approval. Report sightings. There was one kid who stood out, a girl with rags covering her body, her hair faded gray from all the dirt covering her body. On either side of her head stood two cat ears. ''That race isn''t extinct?'' A sudden explosion in the hull of the ship, everyone jumped. The men, satisfied with their loved ones getting away charged at the attackers to hold them off for as long as possible. The ship, gradually succumbing to the damage, the wood began breaking off into the sea. Suddenly a cannonball erupted from one a ship, dragging both down to the seafloor. Sealing the fate for all who were left on board. ''The cat girl actually washed up here?'' The cat girl, injured and ill, was washed up onto the beach on the following day. Ensen nursed her back to health, gradually coming to peace with himself in the process. After she was healthy, she showed a great interest in his magic, following him around every day to see just a glimpse. After a few more months of working, .he decided to help her learn it. To give her a general understanding of how magic worked, he showed her an experiment and had her recreate it. However, in her excitement she overloaded the ingredients, causing an explosion. And I was too neglectful to cast protection on myself. And that''s how we end up here.
[POV: Emilia] A girl, short in height exited a door and walked down a luxurious hallway, in her steps excitement and nervousness mixed. Her white hair gently swaying side to side with a gentle smile on her face. The room she just walked out of was the infamous exam of the gods. To pass meant to be qualified to create and manage a universe. She had been preparing for this for many decades. She decided to pick five deities to help manage the multiple races she wanted in the world. She walked down the hallway leisurely when she abruptly stopped in place. ''He died? It wasn''t his time for few more decades, was I wrong? No, it can''t be. It looks like I''m going to have to move faster.'' The girl, quickening her pace, ran back to her room.
[POV: Ensen] Surrounded by black, without a shred of life, Ensen looked around aimlessly, trying to find light. Slowly, Ensen began to understand his predicament. ''I guess this is my punishment, huh?'' Ensen, with little care for his well being, wished for the cat girl to be alright. He never managed to ask her name. ''She''s a demihuman, I have no right to be friends with them, They''ve suffered enough.'' In the absence of activities, Ensen began to think back to his memories, as if trying to relive his life. ''I''m such a fool.'' Despair filling his eyes, Ensen slowly slipped into a deep slumber, the light in his soul fading away. Chapter 1 | Union [POV: Emilia] In The darkness of the abyss, time could be modified, to help preserve or go to a time where they would be needed. This was used often by the gods to help in maintaining a steady flow of souls, even in war-time. However, they couldn''t do the impossible, when ones hope turns into despair, they would be sent to a different place to hold them for use. A place too dangerous for even gods to go. ''His despair is growing faster than I thought, I better get started.''
[POV: Ensen] laying in despair, the deathly cries of families slaughtered, the screams overtake me. Curled up in a ball, with both hands covering my ears, shaking in regret. I stayed like this for what seemed like centuries until finally, something changed. A light so bright, it ''s as if the sun itself came down. ''It hurts my eyes, go away!'' I move my hands to my knees and curl up into a ball tighter and tighter until I can''t see a thing. ''Are those footsteps?'' "Go away! I got my... my shoes! and I''m not afraid to use it." I yelled, as loud as I could. "Hey, I''m trying to help you. let go of your knees!" A mysterious voice calls out to me. What''s wrong with this person? I don''t want to go. "No thanks, I''ll just stay here. Bye." I say calmly. "I don''t care. you''re coming with me." The voice says grumpily. I feel a tug on my shoulders, threatening to pull my ball apart. "Get away! what are you? the devil?" I scream as loudly as I can. I wait for a reply, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, oh here it comes. Wait... Is it crying? I go out of my ball and see a girl with white hair, contrasting the very nature of this space, behind her tears, were purple eyes that looked as gentle as a fly. "Umm... are you alright demon girl?" I ask curiously. The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement. "I-I''m not a demon! I''m a fairy! A fairy!" A sudden palm comes flying from her direction, hitting me on the top of my head. Holding my head, I look up, annoyed. "If you''re a fairy then why are you hitting people?" She avoids my gaze and looks to the ground, depressed. "A-actually I''m a god. I just got a little worked up. hahah... I''m sorry." She looks broken. I wonder if this is my fault... "So uh, hey. Are you going to leave now? I don''t want to do whatever you''re trying to make me do." She quickly wipes her tears, then looks at me looking as strong as possible. "Join me to help make a new universe. It''ll be a lot-" I suddenly join in, cutting her off "Nope, go away. You''re trespassing, this is my property." She dramatically sighs, then whispers under her voice "I guess we''re doing this the hard way." "What did you say? hard way?" As I talk she keeps walking closer. "Don''t worry, it won''t hurt a bit." Oh god, shes coming this way. As quick as a lightning, she grabs my hand as my consciousness fades.
[POV: Emilia] Hiding my red eyes from crying, I walk up to my teacher to create my universe. He hears my footsteps and looks back at me. "Hello, Emilia. How can I help you?" he asks, interested. "I want to start my universe," I say, trying to look as confident as possible. "I understand, good luck Emilia, just one thing I''m curious about though," he says, trying to keep a straight face. "What is it, teacher?" "Why do you have an unconscious human on your back? are you in the business of slaves now?" he laughs, unable to keep a straight face. "N-no! This is my god for the humans." I say depressed "But he doesn''t look very willing, does he?" "No matter! start the creation please." "Okay, I understand." he says, then walks out of the room. I walk up to a chair and lay Ensen down. ''What a hooligan, I''ll have to be careful around him.'' The teacher soon comes back with four pieces of blank paper, he places it in my hand. "This is the universe creation slip, just rip it in half to get started. And the other three are communication slips, only use them in emergencies." he says. "Thank you teacher, I know I won''t be able to come back for a while, but I''ll do my best." After I say that I rip the slip. My vision turns into a ray of colors, getting brighter and brighter, slowing merging together. After I a few minutes, the merging is finally complete. ''So, this is my universe core.'' I mutter under my breath. Well, better get started. I imagine a meeting room similar to the ones in earth, with me at the head of the table. I quickly change the colors to a greyish black and do the same with the chairs. I quickly place plants and some snacks on the table, and then it is done. ''I should be a decorator.'' I change my clothes to a simple silk dress and give myself glasses. ''I gotta look like a hard worker.'' I look around, but can''t help to notice I''m missing something. Wait...I forgot him, didn''t I? I pull out a slip from my pockets. ''This counts as an emergency, right?'' Before I can feel depressed about myself, I rip the paper in half and open up a communication link to my teacher, but before I talk, he does. "The boy, right?" "Yes... I''m sorry." The link terminates as quickly as it started, and in that place, was that stupid guy again. ''What a jerk.'' I gently sit him on the closest chair to me and then sit down at the end of the table. ''Well, I guess It''s time to summon the three other gods. I wonder what they''ll be like.'' Chapter 2 | The gods are born Part 1 Above the meeting table, four blue crystals containers were rotating at various speeds, with slight differences in size, brightness or even shape. They each contained the soul of a different sentient race, with their memories intact. Each were experts in one field that related to the characteristics that suited the races for this world. One by one, the souls floated down, onto the nearby chairs, they sat in silence as if waiting for something. With a nod of understanding, Emilia snapped her fingers, destroying the containers for the souls, letting them free. The souls, with a lingering gaze, made their way over to Ensen, hovering around him respectfully.
[POV: Emilia] What''s happening? Why are they going to him? ''Wait, is it his domain? but I didn''t grant him one yet'' Domains, each god or goddess are in charge of a creation or idea in the universe, some famous ones are the goddess of life and the god of death, each domain was built by the raw emotion in each soul, but without guidance, it is nearly impossible to gain one. ''I wonder what his domain is... I''ll check it after I grant one to the others, It''ll be more fun that way.'' *CLAP* With a clap of her hands, the souls began vibrating, once the souls were removed from the despair that encased them, they began drifting away from Ensen to various parts of the meeting room. Once they all began drifting came the next part. Closing her eyes, Emilia spent the next 20 minutes of so reconstructing their bodies, as well as modifying them to suit the needs of a god, adding various functions and regulators in case something happens. Once that was done she carried over the souls one at a time to their rightful bodies. The first soul shivered in delight as it was being carried over. The soul quickly flew into the body. The body itself woke up a few seconds later. With an excited jump, the body rose to its feet and said with a smile "Thank you." She smiled, with her blond hair and blue eyes, and her pointed ears taking the center stage. The girl, looked in her 20''s, mainly because Emilia made sure to reverse their ages, she didn''t want to make a universe worshiping old people after all.You might be reading a pirated copy. Look for the official release to support the author. ''I''m going to stay young forever!'' "What was your name again? I need to make sure there are no memory problems." I said calmly. "I''m Rikka. Nice to meet you goddess." I flashed her a smile then moved on calmly. ''I should probably make Ensen a new body next, Almost forget.'' She flashed mischevious smile ''Shall we make this a little fun?'' This time, due to practice she finished modifying his body in less than 5 minutes. She then reached her and into the chest of his old body, and tugged the soul out.
[POV: Ensen] With tired eyes, I finally awoke. To try to stay awake I tried to rub my eyes. ''Wait... where are my arms.'' Looking around I only saw that human trafficker and a beautiful looking elf. I tried to yell at the demon again, but couldn''t make out a sound. ''Why is there another me over there? I''m scared.'' After struggling to be set free, he finally came to terms with it and sat calmly in her hands. He found himself getting closer to the other him, then finally getting pushed into his chest. ''Is she trying to suffocate them? Wait... it went through?'' After passing through his chest the hand left him, leaving him to float inside his chest. After about half a minute he suddenly felt his arms again. On instinct, I jumped to my feet and slapped the top of the demons head. After pulling back his hand, he glanced around and saw the demon on her knees trying to hold back her tears, and the Elvin beauty looking shocked and unsure what to do. "G-get back demon!" She yelled at me. ''Heh, me? why is she pointing at me?'' "You mean her, right?" I pointed at the demon. "She took me here against my will, and then took my body away and gave me a new one, if that isn''t evil then what is?" I said sternly.
[POV: Rikka] ''What is going on?!'' ''My soul was taken by a goddess, then I was given a body. At first, I was feeling grateful, but it turns out she''s a human trafficker? I should run away.'' I quickly look around, but all I see is darkness. ''What should I do? Should I just try to run for it? I might not get far, but no way am I serving a demon.'' As I begin hatching my escape plan the demon yells at the boy. "What are you doing? and I told you I''m not a demon. I''m a goddess!" She yelled loudly. Ehh? the boy looks confused. I give up, I''m not even going to try to understand. "O-oh yeah, I think I remember you saying that now. But, I didn''t think heaven would have slaves, just doesn''t suit their image." He replied calmly. "N-No! your not a slave, and they don''t have them... mostly. I took you to help me create a universe." She replied nervously. "You just sound lazy. Just do it yourself!" He yelled, giving her no face. "B-but how am I going to manage a universe and watch anime?" she said with a serious face as if the world would end without it. "Fine, I give up... for now. What''s up with this body though? It''s completely different." He said while inspecting his body. He had raven-black hair and Amber eyes that seemed filled with wisdom. His skin as smooth as a high-class noble, with a black silk shirt and pants, with gold trim around the edges. "Oh, that. I thought I would make you look better. I mean you weren''t exactly great looking before." She said proudly. "Fine, I don''t even care anymore. What are we doing now?" He asked unwillingly. "We are putting the souls into their bodies, and then I''m granting everyone domains." She paused, before looking into the man''s eyes "Well, most people anyways." Chapter 3| The gods are born Part 2 [POV: Emilia] ''That could have gone better.'' I think so as I gaze at Ensen. A few minutes have passed since he regained conscious, and after a brief amount of talking, he went to the distant wall of the room, to sit down alone. ''Maybe it''s because Rikka is a demihuman?'' I cut off my train of thought to move another soul to their body. The next body was one of strength, a dwarf. Dwarves are typically loud, good crafters and worst of all annoying. He had dark red hair gently dripping down his face, as well as a beard, which would put others to shame. His turquoise eyes showed his creativity and desire for competition. Before he fully awoke, I quickly pull the next soul into the next body, this time it was a halfling, halflings are known for their love for adventure, being kind, caring, and dedicated to everyone they care for. They are also vicious, ruthless and willing to do anything when provoked. This particular halfling was a girl in her early 20''s. Her hair was soft brown, her eyes as if blending in were also a very soft brown. Her eyes radiated love and caring, with a hint of wraith hiding under. Once her eyes began to open, she said depressed "I''m hungry." Unable to hold back my laughter, I laugh for a good while and say with a red face "There are snacks on the table." "Oh, thank you." She says and scurries off. ''Okay, the final one. I''m not sure about this one, but it''ll be interesting, to say the least.'' She moved the final soul into the body. She was beautiful, with purple hair draped down to her hips, and grey eyes, contrasting perfectly, with two cat ears standing on either side of her head. The girl quickly opened her eyes, checked her surroundings, and then closed them to gather her thoughts. "Thanks." She said coldly, moving her gaze away afterward. ''This one is going to be hard to deal with too. Why did I take 2 problem children?'' I sigh. " Can everyone take a seat? I want to do formal introductions." I say, not minding the silence.Reading on this site? This novel is published elsewhere. Support the author by seeking out the original. Everyone gradually made their way to the table and sat down in one of the chairs. "Huh? We''re still missing one." I said confused. "Just pretend like I''m not here. I wouldn''t have it anyway else." Ensen said while glancing in my direction. ''Well, I doubt I could get him to come over anyway.'' I said. "Okay everyone, You''re going to introduce yourselves. Please say your name, your race, and your titles you have been given and whatever else you want to say. Can Rikka go first?" "Sure!" Rikka said with a smile, hopping on her feet. "I''m Rikka, an elf as you can tell by the ears, I was known as the enchanting scholar and magic fairy, it''s nice to meet you all." She said with another gentle smile. She sat down, and the Dwarf stood up this time. "I''m Oan, it''s nice to meet all you guys." He said while jumping up and down. ''I think I''m going to throw up.'' "Anyways, I was known as the heavenly smith and homemade brewery." He said with a cheer, then sat down. I then quickly interrupted them. "Over there is Ensen." I said while pointing to the corner. "Oh while you mention it, there is a person over there." Rikka said with a hint of interest. "He was known as the legendary midnight sorcerer and kingdom slaughterer. He is also a little anti-social. Please forgive him." I said calmly. "I see." They all said and nodded in understanding. "Okay, then let''s continue." After I finish talking, the halfling stood up. "You guys can call me Orana. People used to call me Unknown Explorer, and defender of the people. It''s nice to meet all, including you Ensen!" She said with a smile. Ensen only answered in a low huff, but that was good enough for her. She sat down and the final girl, the cat girl calmly stood up, looking around the table before sighing, and finally beginning to speak. "I''m Akane. I don''t have any titles." She then quickly sat down, with the cold look on her face never disappearing. "Okay everyone, just one more thing and then we will all be good to go!" I stood up, trying to help with the unnerving silence. "Whats that?" Orana said, trying to help me out. "We need to create your domains, I''ll be doing this to all of you at once. You will fall asleep and have to pour all of your emotion into yourself, to find your deepest desires. Doing this will create your domain. With a little help with me of course. Any questions?" From the deafening silence, silence, a lone voice called out. "Do we only get one domain?" Akane said, with an icy glare that sent shivers up my spine. "No, once the universe grows more powerful you can get more." I said as calmly as I could while being stared at. "I see." She said, looking away. I quickly glance over at everyone to look at them one last time before they do their tests. Ensen leaned against the wall, opposite to me with a look of despair still remaining on his face. ''I''ll need to help him. I wonder what I could do.'' I then move my gaze to Rikka, who was also looking around. Then, I look at Oan, who was lightly stroking the table with a look of ectasy on his face. ''Wow, so beautiful, what a lucky guy I am.'' Wow, what a creep. I said in revulsion, moving my gaze over to Orana, who was happily swinging her feet while stuffing her face with various snacks I left on the table. Then the last, Akane. She somehow broke off a piece of wood off the table and was sharpening it to use in self-defense. ''What a bunch of problem children I picked up'' I grumbled. Chapter 4 | Domain Establishment Part 1 With a snap of her hands, an aura of light engulfed the room, and everyone''s vision faded until there were only two left standing, Emilia, and Ensen.
[POV: Orana] After the light filled the room, I fell asleep fast. In a few minutes, I finally open my eyes, to find a familiar scene. "Mother, open your eyes! Don''t leave me here alone" ''Why does that voice sound familiar?'' Adjusting my vision I look to my left to find a brick house, standing tall on the hill, with nothing else in sight except a carriage. ''Wait, this is my house.'' I quickly run into my house, to find an old woman leaning against the wall with a knife wound going across her chest. ''mom.'' Standing to her right was a man dressed in all black, with a mask covering his face. in his hand was a crimson black knife with red blood glimmering in the light. "I told you, you can''t run away from us. The Duke is not pleased." The masked man says sinisterly. "I''m never going back! I will not be kept for my genes." Mother said with tears running down her face. "Oh, really? If you''re not going back then, what''s the point of keeping you? I have full authority over your life you know. Want to see the letter?" He said as if enjoying it. "Then kill me! I''m not going back!" She yelled loudly. "I see, then here you go." He says and lunges at her with his knife. "NOOOO" I scream out. My hand quickly moves into the knifes directory to block it. As I''m about to celebrate in success, I see the knife pass through my hand, piercing my other in the heart, killing her instantly. "Pathetic demihuman." He says, spits on her corpse and then leaves on his carriage. While I stand there stunned with tears running down my cheeks, I hear muffled cries. Looking to my right I see the old me, hiding in the closet. That was the last thing I saw before I blacked out from distress.
When I woke up I saw a strange floating blue text-box in front of my vision. Reaching my hand forward, I feel a strange resistance when I attempt to put my hand through it. Not minding It Anymore I read what written.

''Whats this? Is this what the goddess was talking about?'' Thinking so, I once again lose consciousness.
[POV: Oan] After being put asleep by the goddess, I quickly woke up to a bustling city, famous in the world due to the trade and production. ''What am I supposed to do here Isn''t this supposed to be a test?'' Thinking so, I was walking around, only to see a broken-down carriage blocking the road.Stolen novel; please report. ''Are they trying to test my crafting skills? Just you wait! I''ll you show what I can do!'' I think with a cheer, hopping along the road next to the carriage. "What seems to be the problem, missy?" I say cheerfully, trying to brighten her day. "What does it look like you stupid dwarf? My wheel is destroyed." She said, disgusted. ''Can I just ignore that? I''m going to ignore that.'' "Mind if I have a look?" I say with a cheer. "Only if you can fix it. Otherwise, don''t bother. I''d rather not have a dwarf touching my stuff." ''I wanna punch her.'' I force myself to whisper. "No problem, I can guarantee I can fix it." I say with a forced smile, then waddled over to the wheel. ''Wow, what a basic problem, I''ll just do a quick path though, then they have to replace the parts later'' ''Haha, I''m so evil.'' After a few minutes, I stand up and motion the owner to come over. "I believe it is good enough to get to a shop now." I said, then ran off before she could spout more comments. ''Hmm, what should I do now?'' I begin walking around the trading hub of the city, looking at product. ''Not too bad, but the techniques could use a lot of work.'' I think in my head. I keep walking and gradually see a group of what look to be orphans huddling together. Except one, he was hammering an anvil, making a pair of what looked to be a short dagger. After watching for a little bit I decided to walk up and give him more pointers. "Is this your first time forging?" I ask curiously. "Ugh... excuse me? He looks back confused. "IF this is your first time, you''re doing pretty good. But, you need to remember to adjust your grip and hit the iron tighter, you''re getting the impurities out, not chipping it." I say sternly, like a teacher. "O-oh, yes." He says, still confused. "L-like this?" He says after following my instructions. "Mostly, but ease up a little on your grip of the hammer. It''ll help control the spots where the hammer hits." And just like that, I spent the next few hours talking the kid, I never asked anything about his family, and it seemed he liked it that way. After the sun began to set I realized that I had to move on, once deciding my next move, I stand up. "Are you leaving sir?" H asked in a sad voice. "Yes, I came here for a reason, you see. but before I go I have two things I want to ask you." "Okay, what are they, sir?" "Fist of all, I want to know your name." I said seriously. "Oh, my name. My name is Gotoud. What was the other thing?" The boy asked. Looking him in the eye seriously, I said: "Do you want to become the best blacksmith in the world?" For the first time, there was a glimmer of hope in his eye "Seriously, sir? Can I?" "That depends on you. Being a blacksmith is hard, you can be alone for decades at a time if your trying to reach the top, but once you are at the top, it can be incredible. I can''t push you there myself, but I can help you." I said while reaching into my pocket, and pulling out an old book. "This is my old diary, in it are techniques, first-hand accounts, blueprints, almost everything you need." I said while handing my diary over. "Are you sure I can take this sir? It sounds incredibly important." He said, looking me in the eye for the first time. "Whats the point of the elderly, if they don''t hand down her experiences?" I say. "But, you seem barely older than me." He said, confused. After having a happy laugh, I said "Don''t worry about that. Worry about what comes next. I suggest looking to become an apprentice first if you want to have a quick start." I said, smiling happily. After telling him that, I walk into the distance, never to be seen by that boy again.
''Hmm? Whats this?'' Suddenly my vision turns a bright blue, confused I look all around, only to see the town below. It, constantly flickering between light and dark. ''Whats happening?''
Simulation Of People Affected
Due to your actions, a person''s fate was drastically changed. After recalculating his path, the universe is running a simulation on how the person affected will end up.
''Oh, interesting.'' Looking down towards the ground, I spot Gotoud outlined in a golden light, after following him for a minute or so, I figure out his daily routine. ''Working out when he gets up, apprenticing at a blacksmith shop during the day and reading my book at night, not bad.'' While being impressed with his work ethic, it quickly cuts into the mountains, where Gotoud has nothing but his blacksmithing tools in his backpack and a book in his hand. ''Is he going into seclusion? He''s just like me.'' After being in seclusion for a year he begins selling his products to the world, shocking even the dwarven masters. "What is this technique? I''ve never seen anything like it." He quickly rose to fame, getting various titles, while advancing smithing techniques drastically. Gradually, he ages and his products begin to become scarcer. Countries in hope to get a product for themselves offer land, money and even power, but in the end, he never took them. On top of his mountain, there he laid, on his bed with a satisfied smile. On the edge of his last breath, he whispered "Thank you, sir." And then the simulation ended, creating a black void with Oan wiping his tears in the middle.

Chapter 5 | Domain Establishment Part 2 [POV: Rikka] My Vision faded to black, but I soon regained it. Struggling to open my eyes, I soon hear voices. "We gotta amputate her legs, it''s her only chance left!" A voice screamed. ''What is happening?'' Gradually, I begin to feel pain all over my body, all over the pain kept heightening until it was unbearable. Soon, I once again lost consciousness.
After waking up, I find myself able to open my eyes, I look around to see a barren room, only filled with a bed and a desk. Examining my body, I soon find an empty space where my legs are supposed to be. ''What happened to me?'' I ask, in shock. Luckily, in this world, there was magic, as well as well developed medicine. Once again examining the room, I find my gaze fixed next to the bed, where there was a screen with numbers in it, changing every moment. ''Is this matching with my heartbeat?'' While organizing my thoughts, I hear the door open, with footsteps calmly walking in. The footsteps soon stopped, and the voice replaced its sound. "You''re awake? How are you feeling?" She asked with a gentle smile. "Who are you," I asked, with a confused look. "I''m your personal caretaker, but you can just call me jane." She said happily. "uhh, okay jane. Can you help me walk around? I want to see this place." "Hmm, give me a few minutes, I''ll see what I can do." She said calmly. "Okay, thanks. Does this place have a library by the way?" I asked "Yes, there''s a big one down the hall for patients. Do you want to go there?" She asked curiously. "Yes, I want to go there. I''m curious about the magic here." "Haven''t you lived here for 16 years? But yeah, I''ll go ask now. I''ll be back in a few minutes." She said. ''What should I do now?'' I wondered, looking around for things to do. ''Maybe I can try to recreate the magic they used on me?'' Focusing, trying to recall the brief moments I was awake, I begin understanding the magic, and how it''s properties worked. After about ten minutes, I completely comprehend it. ''Well, let''s see if it works.'' I cut my pinkie finger lightly, waiting for blood to pour out. Once it began pouring out, I used the magic to fully heal the wound, making it look as if it wasn''t there. If you spot this story on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation. ''It''s not as effective as some other spells I know, but it uses a completely different theory.'' A few minutes later, Jane still didn''t return. I became impatient, standing up unsteadily and walking towards the door. Once leaving the room, I followed the signs on the ceiling, pointing to the library. Entering the library, I quickly shuffled towards the tables and sat down, out of breath. On the middle of the Dark oak table, there was a single book titled ''The theories and principles of magic''. Curious, I spent the next hour immersed in the book, comparing it to the actual system. ''Not bad, they''re not close at all, but it''s impressive at how much depth there is to this.'' Closing the book, all the noise and color faded from existence, only to be left with a blue screen, hovering in front of my eyes.

[POV: Akane] Opening my eyes, the air of the battlefield surrounds me, to the right were soldiers in full armor, and to the left were what seemed to be slaves of various races, including humans, elves, halflings, and beastkins, some having almost full body transformations, while others only had ears or a tail. "Down with the empire! save our brethren!" A beastkin with dog ears shouted angrily. "Shut up you dog! You are all property of the empire, go back to your pens or we will kill you all" An equally angrily and disgusted voice yelled among the ranks of the soldiers. ''Disgusting, keeping humans for your own convenience.'' I thought with a cruel smile gradually forming on my face. ''I guess I should thank the gods, this will let me blow off some steam.'' Sneaking around the side of the soldiers while the two sides were in a shouting match, I moved to look into the building they were guarding, only to find more slaves grouped up, being guarded by soldiers. In the center of the group was a little girl with cat ears with tears rolling down her face. On her knees, she was cursing the world for what had happened to her. My face momentarily turned soft once looking at her, then returned to an ice-cold stare at the soldiers. Pulling out the sharpened stick I crafted at the god''s place I lunged forward, stabbing the soldier in a weak point in the body armor, then ripping off his mask and snapping his neck. Before the other soldiers could react I grabbed the dead soldiers sword and swung it, killing the five guards in a matter of seconds. Turning back, the slaves stared on in shock, unbelieving in what had happened. Hearing the heightened voices and footsteps toward my location I turned towards the oncoming soldiers and said to the slaves "If you refuse to be treated this way, pick up a weapon, anything that can do harm. If you are just going to wail at the world for being unfair, then there''s no point in helping you." With the speech finished, I raised my sword, charging into the dozens of reinforcements. Gradually, more and more slaves began fighting. Most were quickly killed, but they all had a satisfied smile before their death, happy about finally being free, happy about standing up against the soldiers. After about 20 minutes of fighting, the soldiers all either fell in battle or deserted the battle. Without wasting time, I clean my weapon and prepare to help the slave army outside. After standing up, I begin walking towards the exit, only to be approached by the little girl I noticed earlier. With a smile on her face, she said: "Thank you, lady, maybe we can be happy now." With a slight smile, I leave to battle. After numerous hours, the soldiers were all finally killed, allowing the slave army to link up with the slaves in the compound. Seeing what I wanted to be done was done, I sneaked off towards A nearby mountain, walking away when suddenly a blue box appeared.

Fantasy World This world centers on gathering fictional creatures from various universes and merging them into one world. The universe creator has some say on which creature to allow and which do not. However, there will always be an evolution path open to creatures to evolve into a none-selected species. "Choose Game System!" I decided after thinking about my options. Right after I choose that option the universe turns into a pure white. Seconds later, the light fades away, revealing a rock floating around in a circle. The rock itself had no water on the surface and no life. Deciding to speed things up, I speed up the time. The years fly by, gradually the rock begins to transform, and the water is rising to the surface from the innards. A few more million years pass. The water forcefully erupted from the inside of the now dirt covered rock. The water pressure separated 13 large chunks of land around the world, that would now be called continents. The water became the sea, finally stabilizing after a few millions of years of following about. After a few thousands of years, the dirt on the surface began to grow plants, and little organisms were being found in the water. Quickening the pace, thousands of years flew by in a matter of seconds. Gradually the organisms began to evolve into fish, with some migrating on land, only returning to the water to give birth. A few thousand years later the land creatures no longer returned to the ocean to give birth. They instead filled the egg with water, never returning to the sea. Due to the death and birth of animals on all 13 continents, the nutrients in the soil spiked, creating more organisms. Once again, quickening the pace, I decided to skip 3 million years ahead. Once I skipped that, I paused to look around the planet, to find a flourishing planet, filled with vibrant fauna, a variety of land animals, some friendly and some deadly, and a stable ecosystem across the sea and the earth. both ecosystems established territories and began making homes. ''I think this will do, I guess I''ll wait for the others to wake up before I make the races. Is there anything else I need to do so far?'' "Menu." I say out loud, for the blue menu to respond.

''Oh, I think they''re waking up now. It''s time to make some races.'' Chapter 7 | The first Sentients [POV: Emilia] After waiting for a few more minutes, everyone was awake. And oddly, they were all smiling. ''I wonder what happened.'' Taking a minute to go over their domains, I find myself impressed by the variety of each person. ''I guess I should check out Ensen''s domain now.'' "Inspect"

''Salvation and redemption? Interesting. Well, I better get started.'' "Welcome back everyone, before you start talking please say ''Menu'' out loud." I said calmly.

''Seems simple enough.''
[POV: Emilia] Once everyone stared at the screen for long enough, I began to speak once again. "Your domains are what you are in charge of, for example, I''ll explain the magic domain. The domain is for managing and furthering the development of magic, you are able to send ''Divine inspiration'' to specific people, but most can''t understand it. Whenever a new spell or element is created you will be notified and understand the laws and theories behind it. We cannot use magic unless the people of the universe discover it. So even if you know how to fly, as long as the inhabitants don''t, you can''t do it.Any questions?" "Yes." Said Akane. "What is it?" I said, trying to avoid that death stare. "What about my domain? I don''t understand how freedom & liberation would work." She stated. "Oh, this. these domains mainly have to do with the people you are managing. They will see slavery as repulsive and declare war on whatever species they see do it. Thats the liberation part, the freedom part is more complicated. To say simply, they will refuse to be locked in a triditional sense, they will take initiative to create new ways to do things and be happy to experiment with things, which will rapidly advance culture." I said clearly, looking at Akane to see if she didn''t understand anything. Once I noticed she understod, I began to move on to the next step. The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation. "Okay, everyone the next step is we need to create your Origin specie. This is like your main group of people who will worship you forever. Your stories will be passed on, and they will uncounciously know about them. They will also know what you look like, so be careful of that if you go down. You should probably all create the same species as you are, as you understand them best. When you want to start, just open your menu and go to Create. I''m going to go take a closer look on the planet I just created. After waiting for about ten seconds, I begin my descent. The condensed magic in the surrounding transforms into my element, creation. Once the magic in the surrounding is transformed it begins immiting particles that turned into beautiful pink butterflies, as I slowly faded away."
[POV: Rikka, Godess of knowledge & Magic] Once the goddess faded away, the butterflies lingered for a few moments, before they went away too. ''Okay, let''s do this.'' Since I wasn''t kidnapped, I guess I should give it my all. Opening my menu and selecting create, I''m given a new tab, which had sentient beings, non-sentient begins, plants, and a few other options. Not hesitating at all, I select the sentient option.

Submit?
After about three hours, I finally finish customizing the elves, to a state that I''m proud of. Pressing the submit button another box pops up, notifying me that my specie was sent over to the administrator for review. I guess the goddess is the admin. After finishing, I strech my neck and look around, only to see everyone sitting on a chair staring at the blue screen. Well, Ensen is still in the corner but it looks like he is working. I guess I could take a nap, I haven''t had one in a while. Finding my chair and sitting down, I begin to think about what I can do in the future to help my elves. As I do that my conscious slowly fades.
[POV: Emilia] After descending to the surface of the planet, I smirk and think ''They propbably tihnk I''m so cool. It was worth it practiing that for 3 years.'' Looking around, I find myself in the middle of vast plains, stretching farther than the eye can see. After walking north for a while I find a lake full of animals hunting. Fights ocouring was a normal thing at lakes right now, due to the huge compeition on land. Avoiding the animals wandering around, I walk for around two hours, to find a small mountain in my way. ''We probably shuld design some metals, but that can be done later.'' I think as I begin to scale the mountain. After about an hour I see the blue box notifiying me that a specie has been submitted. Deciding to go back, my suroundings are once again swarmed with butterflies. Once I was back in the void our house would be, I look around to see everyone hard at work... except Rikka, shes sleeping. Snapping my fingers, I create a new room and walk in. I make the floor a luxurious marble and leave the walls see through for now. I move towards the center of the room and lightly tap my fet against the ground. The ground, as if reacting to the tap begins to visibly shake, only for a small orb to emerge from it. The orb floats up infront of me. The orb seemed like a solid blue, but looking closer ther ewere 13 large peices of land. Saying "Expand" the orb expanded many times over, finally forming a clear map of the planet. Putting my hand on the orb, I begin rotating it to find a large forest to place the elves in, a large distance from the other species until they develop more. I decide to place them on one of the smaller continents, mainly because oftheir low-birth rate. I find a continent that has a forest that covers about 80% of it. ''This should work.'' I think. Opening my menu, I accept the specie that Rikka submitted. Clicking on the species in the modify species tab, I create the bodies and souls of 100 of them. I placed them in small groups in the forest. The forest itself was pretty safe, but the flatlands that the other 20% of the island took up was filled with monsters, aswell as a very good area for landing ships. Once I made sure that the elves were in no immediate danger, I walked back to the meeting room.
