《Realm Design》 Chapter 1 | New Career Standing on the edge of death, Ensen looked at the pure white walls surrounding him. Besides the bed and an IV kit, there was no-one else in sight. No friends, no doctors. Just him left for dead. Taking his last breath, his life finally faded away after five years in the hospital. As his body grew colder, what remained on Ensen''s conscious showed an innocent smile. After a few hours, his soul finally faded away, his body left for disposal. After his soul faded, his soul was taken by a god.
The god, standing with her dark-purple hair glistening in the wind, paired with her dark gold eyes that radiated confidence, with a little bit of laziness. Okay, mostly laziness. With the soul in her hand, she reached up into the sky and disappeared, only to reappear in her realm. In front of her was an old fashion cottage. There was nothing special about it. Until you looked around and found that there was just an empty space around the cottage, maintaining the perfect temperature. Strolling towards her house, she soon reached the door. Once the door was opened she glided towards the couch in the living room. Once laying down, she decided to get a snack. Snapping her fingers, a cute fairy that seemed like it just created appeared in front of her. With a voice that seemed to radiate with one''s soul, she said "I want chips. Go get them for me." After waiting for a few minutes, the fairy flew back with its light blue wings. Opening the bag, she then found her gaze at the soul in her hand. Putting the chips down, she raised her palm out. In it, was the soul. *CLAP* With a snap of her fingers, she soul flew towards the center of the living room. Light radiating in all directions, a body was soon formed. The body was a male who seemed about 18. With dark red hair that stood out, and blue eyes that seemed filled with determination. He was about 6 feet tall, with an above average figure, he stood there soulless. The soul, hovering above the body soon found the body ready. Without the slightest hesitation, he flew into the body. Minutes passed by, and finally, the body began to move. Checking its movements, the body wore a confused face. It soon turned it''s gaze to its surroundings, finding the god picking up her chips and eating them. Opening his mouth, Ensen said "Umm, who are you?" The girl, slightly annoyed about being stopped while eating said "My name is Emilia. Now, wait I''m still hungry."The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation. After the girl said that, Ensen tried to talk to her again, only to find her ignoring him. Upset, Ensen sat down at what seemed to be a study desk. After about 20 minutes, Ensen heard the constant chewing stop. Lifting his gaze from the surroundings, he once again looked towards Emilia. "Can you talk now?" Ensen said, trying to hold back his irritation. The girl looked straight into Ensen''s eyes as if peering into his soul and said: "Why wouldn''t I be able to talk?" Unable to hold in his frustration, Ensen quickly changed the topic, before he Emilia mad. "What is this place?" "This is my universe, welcome." Emilia said while trying to wipe off the crumbs on her shirt. Ensen, looking confused asked, "Then why am I here?" Emilia, finally getting all the crumbs off her said with a satisfied smile "You''re here to work for me of course!" "Work for you?" Ensen said. He then looked around the surroundings, only to find empty candy wrappers and drinks on the ground. "As you''re maid?" Mad, Emilia threw the closest object at his face, which happened to be the newborn fairy. "No, not as my maid!" She said. She then took a deep breath, then said with a smile "You''re here to control and help people I bring in." "HUH?" Ensen yelled loudly. "I thought I was going to be a hero." "You, a hero?" Emilia said, trying to hold back laughter. Ensen looked at Emilia "Fine, what people?" Emilia said, as if forgetting it completely "That''s right, I didn''t get any yet. Well, that can wait. I guess I''ll explain to you what I was assigned to do by the god high council. They wanted to find promising people to create and manage universes, to help with the god shortage. Since I didn''t want to do it, I thought let''s just leave it to someone else." She said casually. "Then why are you here now?" Ensen said curiously. Emilia continued, with a depressed expression on her face. "My sister said I needed to get out of the house more. So, she volunteered me to do this. Since then, to help keep my lifestyle, I''ve thought for days on end on how to avoid it. That''s where you come in. You''re going to run the universe, and I''ll be in ''charge''. Get it?" "So, you want me to design a universe to find promising people, while you''re going to just eat and watch shows?" Ensen asked calmly. "Wow, You''re a quick learner. Real promising." Emilia said sarcastically. Ensen then said with a smirk "Well, in that case, Nope." "WWWHHHAAATTT" Emilia leaped to her feet and shouted at me. Ensen startled, fell from the chair onto the hardwood floor. Rubbing his back, Ensen said "I''ll only do a 50/50 work split. That''s my final offer." Emilia, in despair, said with a tearful face "Fine, but you get all the hard stuff. I''ll decide fashion trends. Deal?" Ensen, discouraged sighed and said "I guess that''s fine. How do I get started." Wiping her tears away, Emilia said "Just think about what you want to add. Here." *SNAP* With another snap of her fingers, Ensen felt as if his mind expanded. He was able to think about multiple things at once. Focusing his thoughts, Ensen thought about making people have something like a test trial. Then, they could see who would be best. Trying to figure out how his power worked, he thought of the first thing that came to mind, school. Trying harder and harder, he thought about his friends. The universe, responding to his thoughts, flooded his brain with his friends'' lives, throughout the years he was gone. Tests, exams, parents, their first jobs. It was all seen by Ensen. Calming down, he then tried to focus on the job ahead. Not thinking about the past. He began visualizing multiple universes,they were separated but connected as one at the same time. He made walls composed of space and time itself to enclose each universe, but he didn''t strengthen it, so it could be broken through with enough effort. He then thought about the composition of the world. He decided to leave the worlds completely empty, and leave it up to the user to decide on how it would work. Ensen thought about the first universe that was created, trying to teleport himself over to it. Oddly enough, he did. Standing in the middle of the void, with not even light surrounding him, he pictured the universe itself, creating a conscious universe. He expanded on that concept, using it to then be customizable by the user of the universe. Once he felt that it worked, he then felt that the initial setup was complete. Satisfied with his work, Ensen envisioned Emilia''s living room, and then one again met with Emilia. Chapter 2 | System Setup Once Ensen teleported back, Emilia was still there, relaxing on the couch. Walking towards the dark oak dining table, he quickly sat down. He quickly focused his thoughts on creating items, to test it out. Quickly without much reaction, a notepad and a pen appeared in front of him. He then checked the pen to see if it worked. Once satisfied, Ensen opened the notepad and began brainstorming ideas to help make the universe game. Hours fly by, and in a flash, it is already dark outside. Massaging his wrist, he then looks around the room, to find Emilia in the same place again. Standing up, he grabbed the notepad and walked in front of Emilia. "Here, there are some ideas in here." He said calmly. She glanced up towards the notepad, before lazily stretching out her hand, trying to not move her body in the slightest. Grabbing the notepad, she began scanning the writing. After a few minutes, she puts it down and meets Ensen''s gaze. "Yeah, looks really fun. Let''s do it!" She said with an innocent smile. Sighing loudly, Ensen replied, "You didn''t read most of it, did you?" With a straight face, she said "Oh, that only shows how capable you are. No need to run things by me anymore, okay?" With a scowl, Ensen said, "Oh, we''ll see about that." Ensen said with a scowl, he then turned around and sat back down on the dining chair. Once seated, he began to prepare to create the ideas he listed on the notepad. After a few minutes of calming his mind, he then began envisioning novels he read in the past, those with screens and options, and much more. He stayed like that for around an hour trying to perfect the image. After the image was perfected, he then willed the universe to make it so. With a sudden flash, the windows that lead to the outside were filled with a bright light. As quickly as the light came, it faded just as fast. Looking out the window, Ensen then tried to use the system he implemented. "System Menu." He said in a low voice, looking around for people who would think he was insane.

With a satisfied smile, Ensen said more confidently this time "System Close." Walking towards Emilia Ensen then said, "Do you have a list of people who we could bring?" "Oh, that. You can just bring in whoever. I don''t really care." She said, not looking at me. "I know you don''t care, but how am I going to do my job?" I said seriously. With a sigh, she said "Just pull people out of the reincarnation system. The other gods won''t mind... maybe." Sitting down on the couch, Ensen then focused on the reincarnation system. He was greeted with oceans upon oceans of souls. He looked around the area and decided to walk around, to see if he could find something to help him make his choice. Walking around, Ensen stumbled upon Elves, Micemen, and what seemed to be a human-sized cookie. Trying to forget about the cookie, he then found what seemed to be a recreation of a market back on earth. Deciding to get a closer look, he walked closer. Upon getting closer, Ensen could make out sounds of singing, dancing. Once he arrived at the entrance, his vision was occupied with more races then he could count. Holding back his shock, he strolled into the market, trying to find a place to get souls. Upon walking about the market several times, he finally found what he was looking for. Next to a small pond that ran throughout the village, stood what seemed to be a flatscreen tv that was interactive. Walking up, he touched the start button, to see souls flying towards the machine at record speed. After about a minute, the souls finally calmed down and resumed floating around. Looking at the screen, it was now filled with profiles of souls and their characteristics. Ensen made a quick judgment and decided to just take three souls, to make sure the system was running right. Swiping his hand right on the monitor, more profiles filled the screen. Upon clicking on a soul, more details showed up. Things like their last occupation, their karma level, and many more things that could be used to judge them. Deciding to pick good-natured souls, at least for now, Ensen browsed through the souls, and soon found three he liked. They were all good-natured, one was a cultivator from a distant universe. She was at the apex of cultivation and only died due to sacrificing herself. The next one was a famous gamer that specialized in VR games from a planet other than earth, he decided to pick her to test out how the paths would work, to see if she could direct her people to create games. The last soul was a fantasy writer who loved her job. He picked her to see what were the limits to making and modifying species. After he double checked all their information, he lightly smiled at then went back home. Chapter 3 | The first world Once Ensen returned to the house, he made some guidelines on how to manage and approach the candidates. He would not make contact, he would limit them to the system only. If they attempted something that was questionable the world conscious would inform him. By doing this he could draw out a person''s true self since they wouldn''t know that they were being judged. At the same time, he was reducing problems that could occur when the candidates tried to do something that was too risky. Upon making final preparations, Ensen teleported to the first mini-universe he created. After inspecting, he decided to create a zone where one could reside, where he would be safe, they would be able to mold this space into whatever they desire. But to make things fair, that space would be temporarily blocked-off if someone invades them. Once finished, he brought out a soul from his bag and placed it in the center of the space. *SNAP* With a snap of his fingers, the soul began pulsing, it''s shape was ever-changing, not staying in one spot for too long. Adjacent to it was a body that appeared to be a human. She had pure white hair that reflected all colors, she also had a strange combination of colors in her eye. It looked as if it was a myriad of colors merging together in the center. The soul gradually drifted towards the body. Before she awoke, Ensen made himself invisible to her eye. 30 seconds later, the girl opened her eyes, surveying her surroundings. A while later, when she detected nothing, she let out a light breath followed by a smile. Once again she began looking around the place, but this time in a delicate and happy manner. Glancing down in front of her body was a blue screen she had never seen before. Curiously, she reached her hand out to touch it. Her arm went through it as if there was nothing there at all. Turning her gaze up, she read what was on the screen.

Deciding to follow it''s instructions, she began visualizing the first thing that came to mind, her sister. Standing there for a few minutes, she was about to give up when space itself warped and what seemed to be an exact replica of her sister came down in front of her. "Sister? Is that you?" I know that my name is Ayano, but I can''t remember much else besides my sister." She said, depressed. Worried for her, the girl said politely "Nice to meet you, you can call me Lucy. I''ll be your guide. And don''t worry about your memories. They''ll come back gradually. You''re here because you were chosen to become a tester for a new universe system that is being made." Lucy said with a smile. Lucy then looked around cautiously and leaned in, whispering "I''m not supposed to tell you this, but your a tester so just promise you''ll not talk about it, okay? The point of this system is to find people to help manage universes. Heaven is really understaffed." She said, sighing. Looking interested, Ayano said "Alright, we should start then. How do I begin?" "Just say system and you''ll get a pop-up from me. Then go to world creator, alright? Then follow the prompts to make your world, got it? I guess we''ll give you 1000 RP points to start out." Lucy said with a smile. "Um... Sure?" Ayano said, following her instructions. "System." She said confused. The blue screen then popped up, as per her instructions she navigated to the world creator tab and clicked on it.

She was then met with another prompt, asking for the size of the planet.

Filled with a desire to create her own cultivation world, she chose the size 5, which cost 200 RP points. With nothing in space, selecting the location of the planet wasn''t hard. Choosing a random location, the next prompt soon displayed, scanning her mind for all plants, metals and other information and incorporating them into the construction of the planet. With a general outline of the planet completed, there was a singular large continent surrounded by water, with barely any island surrounding it. Deciding to change that, she broke off 12 sections of the continent, to make 13. She then came across an idea of having different characteristics in each continent. She made one deathly frozen, while another was scorching hot, filled with volcanoes. She made another filled with natural resources for cultivation. She was soon going to make that a deadly continent, which beasts lurking in every shadow. After adding the characteristics to each continent, five were livable conditions, another 2 were questionable, but still okay, and the last six were deadly for anyone to venture to alone, without the proper strength. Once finished with modifying the world, the next step came. The world began going through a constant evolution cycle. Plants and animals were exterminated in what seemed like mere seconds but were actually countless years on the planet. Other animals were thriving, becoming kings of territories. Satisfied with the end product, the final prompt showed up in front of her vision.

After adding the plants, animals, modifications to the continents the total DP cost is 1500, due to this being your first planet, the cost will be reduced 50%. Final Cost: 750DP
And so, the first world in the game was born.
