《Book 1: Demonic Wolfsbane》 Chapter 1: Wolf Village On the outskirts of an ancient forest lay an old village, named Wolf-village, forgotten by the people of this world. During the evening a short while before sunset the markets were filled with people getting the last of the food that was being sold for the day, in preparation for their last meal of the day before they went to bed. Walking down the streets bustling with people, a young boy named Kaleb was being escorted by a Village Elder to a secret location outside of Wolf-village. The Village Elder and the young boy arrived at a clearing inside of the ancient forest. As they arrived rustling noises could be heard from the surrounding bushes at the outermost region of the clearing. The Village Elder tensed up, which went unnoticed by the young boy Kaleb. As more people walked out from the bushes that were emitting rustling noises moments before, they stepped into the clearing, and as they did the Village Elder besides Kaleb relaxed a bit, while still maintaining his vigilance. Kaleb looked up at the Village Elder and asked him ¡°Elder Sloan can you tell me whats going on yet? All you told me was that the village chief ordered you to bring me here.¡± Elder Sloan turned and glared hatefully at Kaleb ¡°Quiet boy, all you need to know is you and the others have been ordered by the chief to be gathered here.¡± Kaleb sighed, he knew that Elder Sloan wasn¡¯t fond of him but he didn¡¯t think a simple question would anger him.If you come across this story on Amazon, it''s taken without permission from the author. Report it. A voice called out from behind Kaleb and Elder Sloan ¡°Brother Sloan, no need to be angry at the boy, besides he¡¯s one of the few lucky chosen, now Kaleb i¡¯m sorry for Brother Sloan¡¯s foul mood, but you all will learn why we are her when everyone has arrived.¡± Kaleb looked behind him surprised ¡°Oh Elder Eli you¡¯re here to.¡± Elder Sloan¡¯s Face grew ugly ¡°Brother Eli there¡¯s no need for such words, I was merely reminding the boy that the orders from the village chief are to be followed, not questioned, but that hardly apply¡¯s to you the privileged Village chief¡¯s son.¡± he sneered at Elder Eli. Kaleb knew these two didn¡¯t get along, but he wasn¡¯t expecting them to start arguing here, in front of so many people. Elder Eli laughed at Elder Sloan¡¯s words as he mocked him. ¡°Brother Sloan¡¯s words are true, but they are also spoken with jealousy and malice laced within, but no matter the village chief has arrived, let us all gather to hear what he has to announce.¡± Kaleb and all the other children that the other Elders brought here were crowded around the Village Chief awaiting his words. As the village chief looked down upon all the people, gathered below him awaiting his orders, he was filled with a sense of pride knowing he ruled these people and held their fragile lives in the palms of his hand, he cleared his throat before speaking. ¡°Welcome young ones you have all been chosen to undergo this special rite, that will make our village prosper for many years to come, now I will let my son Elder Eli tell you what this is all about.¡± Elder Eli walks up the steps onto the raised platform and faces the crowd. ¡°Thank you father, now to the point all of the children here are turning fourteen years old at the stroke of midnight tonight, which is in ten minutes, turning you from children into adults and this is the rite of passage you will undergo, but instead of explaining the boring details, i will leave you all with a hint, when this flame i just lit burns out marking the time as midnight all you need to do is look up at the moon and you will all know why you are here.¡± Chapter 2: The Secret Rite After The village chief¡¯s son, Elder Eli, spoke all the children looked around at each other and started chattering wondering what his mysterious words were about. The chatting among the village children continued until ten minutes passed before they knew it. Suddenly the flame was extinguished leaving them shrouded in darkness, silencing them, and making their hearts beat faster in nervousness. As their eyes adjusted to the darkness they all remembered Elder Eli¡¯s words. Almost at the same time each one of young village children all looked up at the moon that was glowing with its unique kind of brilliance, causing their blood to quicken and muscles to spasm as they alternated between shrinking and growing. Pain like they never felt before spread throughout their entire body¡¯s. The group of young village children all fell to the ground their bodies convulsing, out of their control, from the misery they were going through. Tormented howls filled with pain and suffering filled the cold dark night air, as their bodies grew fur, and they became more animalistic. Kaleb was looking around bewildered, wondering what was happening to everyone. Suddenly turning his head he locked eyes with one of the Elders, the Elder looked at him shocked that he wasn¡¯t transforming, like the other village children. ¡°Over here! We have a impure bloodline over here!¡± All the Elders ran over surrounding Kaleb, Kaleb snapped out of his befuddled state, noticing he was surrounded on all sides by the Village Elders. He could hardly recognize them as he saw they all had a look of blood lust in their eye¡¯s as they were looking not at a person but at a delicious morsel of meat ready to be ripped apart and eaten. Kaleb whimpered in fright. ¡°Elders what¡¯s going on? Whats happening to everyone? And why are you all looking at me like that?¡± Elder Sloan was the one to answer Kaleb¡¯s questions as he chuckled evilly. ¡°It¡¯s simple really looks like your not one of us, if you were you would have transformed, but now that we know your not one of our noble bloodline it¡¯s time for a little snack, and we will give the newly transformed wolf pups the leftovers, if there are any.¡± He said with a wicked grin on his face. Kaleb¡¯s face paled turning white from fear, he knew he was in danger but he also knew he could not escape, when he was surrounded from all sides. For even the kind looking Elder Eli was staring murderous daggers at him, looking like he wanted to tear Kaleb¡¯s throat out. Kaleb was desperate, but he wasn¡¯t dumb he knew that what he just saw was a big secret of the village and that he would not be allowed to live for much longer.Reading on this site? The Village Elders were slowly inching closer and closer, for they knew a cornered animal was the most dangerous, and even though they vastly outnumbered him it never hurt to be cautious. The excruciatingly slow advancing steps of the Village Elders made the crazed look in their eyes intensify with each step they took. Kaleb suddenly realized he wasn¡¯t entirely alone when the Elder¡¯s started encircling him. A number of the young village children were still laying on the ground, still slowly transforming moaning in pain, half in and out of consciousness. So with nothing to lose, if he did nothing, he acted as quick and careful as he could without trying to draw to much attention while he backed away with a look of fear on his face and in his eye¡¯s while secretly getting inching closer and closer to the person laying on the ground behind him. Then with all the speed and courage he could muster he turned his body, while at the same time crouching using one hand to grab the hunting knife he always kept tucked in his boot, and using the other hand to wrap around the person he just took hostage. The Elder¡¯s all stopped with a look of fear and anger on their faces, as luck or bad luck would have it, depending on whose side you were standing, because the one he just took hostage was the youngest daughter of the village chief, her name was Katelyn. The Village Chief angrily roared. ¡°Kaleb you let my daughter Katelyn go now!! Or you won¡¯t have a corpse left to be buried!¡± Kaleb who was frightened out his mind knew that without the young girl as a hostage he was good as dead. Shaking his head he steeled himself for what was to come, for he knew even though he was afraid that he needed to be strong and act stronger to be able to survive this ordeal. He looked at the Village Chief with the most intimidating yet mocking look he could manage to put on his face. ¡°Oh I won¡¯t have a corpse left to bury? Well that¡¯s fine I won¡¯t need a corpse once i¡¯m dead anyway but i¡¯ll be so kind as to leave you the life-less corpse of your beloved daughter.¡± He laughed crazily, trying to act tougher than he felt. The village chief¡¯s faced turned white from panic, then just as quick red from rage. ¡°Kaleb don¡¯t you dare do anything rash, if you¡¯ll promise to hand her over, and keep what has happened here a secret, we won¡¯t harm you, we¡¯ll just act as this never happened.¡± He said with difficulty with a forced smile plastered upon his face, trying to look un-threatening. Kaleb looked around at the familiar faces. ¡°You think I would trust you after all this, for my safety I will be leaving with her and when we are far from this place I will release Katelyn, when I know its safe.¡± The Village Chief looked at this young boy he never deemed important enough to notice before tonight, as he spoke in a firm tone. ¡°We can¡¯t allow you to leave with her.¡± Kaleb pressed his hunting knife deeper and closer to her throat drawing blood. ¡°Allow me? You are in no position to negotiate! I will be leaving know.¡± He finished saying as he walked out of the encirclement, as the Village Elders parted making a path for him, while gazing upon him with murderous looks in their eyes. The Village Chief stood there, unable to help his beloved daughter Katelyn, while he watched the young boy dissappear into the darkness of the night. The Chief of Wolf Village turned to his son Elder Eli as he growls. ¡°Eli track them, once the boy believes he¡¯s out of danger and releases her kill him, and then bring your sister home.¡± Eli kneels, showing his respect to his father and the Village Chief, who are one and the same, and says ¡°Yes Father.¡± Then with speed and grace he transforms into a wolf, tearing his clothes apart, after his transformation he smells the ground, where the young boy Kaleb last stood, catching his prey¡¯s scent. As he looks in the direction Kaleb fled in, all four of his leg muscles bulge, as he uses all his strength and speed to chase after Kaleb, waiting for the moment his sister is released, as he runs through the forest chasing down his prey. Chapter 3: Hostage Looking behind his back, Kaleb begins to think he has run far enough away for now, as he sees no-one in site, plus his hostage is getting a little heavy, looking around he finds a cave and puts the village chief¡¯s daughter Katelyn down on the cave floor. When she¡¯s out of his grip and placed firmly on the cave floor, she starts to transform back to human, and then her eye¡¯s flutter beneath her eyelids moments before she opens them. Dazed and shocked at what just occurred she looks around confused and frightened, she thinks she¡¯s alone in a strange place, then she see¡¯s Kaleb. ¡° You are one of the village children who were also there before everything turned strange, what happened? Where are we? Where is my father?¡± She asked question after question. Kaleb glared at her. ¡°You all started transforming into wolves, and when the Village Elder¡¯s and the Chief, your father, saw I wasn¡¯t changing like everyone else they tried to kill me, but luckily you were close by and I took you hostage, and escaped, now what should I do with you girl?¡± He said as he looked at her with an evil look in his eye¡¯s, trying to scare her into submission, so she wouldn¡¯t be as hard to handle. What was unknown to him, was that to her his ¡°evil gaze¡± looked more like a ¡°perverted gaze¡± to her, as she squealed and covered herself with her hands drawing in her legs trying to protect herself. ¡°You pervert if you dare try anything lewd, i¡¯ll scratch your eyes out and then my father will kill you.¡±Did you know this text is from a different site? Shocked and angry that she would think he would do something like that to her he decided to go with it in order to mess with her and scare her even further. ¡°Your father already wants to kill me so I guess there¡¯s no harm done if I just take what I want from you and leave.¡± He laughed evilly while his eye¡¯s roamed all around her body, making a chill crawl up her spine. She grew white from fright, thinking her body would be defiled while this animal forces himself upon her, if only she hadn¡¯t been weakened by her strange transformation, and out of energy, with no way to fight back, if he decided to do anything, she would not be that worried, but alas she was powerless. ¡°Stop! if you promise to leave me unharmed, and un-tainted I will---.¡± she never got to finish speaking, as he hit her in the back of the head, leaving her unconscious in the cave, not caring if she died. He didn¡¯t want to hear whatever nonsense she was going to say, and he had no idea if what she was going to say would be the truth, or a lie she concocted to save her own skin he thought as he ran out of the cave and put more distance between him and that crazy village. Kaleb still couldn¡¯t believe that the people there were some kind of freaks who transformed into animals. What he did know is that he was going to get as far away from that place as he could, and then he was going to figure out just exactly what he saw. Chapter 4: Fugitive Kaleb walked the busy streets until he found a small inn tucked in between two big buildings, as he walked in he scanned the crowd for any suspicious people. Other than the normal looking hooligans and low-lives he didn¡¯t see anyone who was too interested in him walking in to the inn from the street as he went up to rent a room and ask the innkeeper for the news around town. After paying a couple more copper, thanks to the loot he got from when he searched the Chief¡¯s daughter after he knocked her unconscious, he was able to hear about a group of people that just came into to town not to long ago searching for a person¡¯s whereabouts. Walking up the stairs and then turning left he entered his room, he walked in and then closed the door behind him. Once that was done Kaleb decided to try and get as much rest and relaxation as he could safely and quickly before leaving town. BANG BANG BANG a couple hours later someone banged on Kaleb door startling him awake, shaking his head to clear away the sleepiness he suddenly jolted awake when the person behind the door shouted. ¡°Open up, we got reports of a criminal in this hotel.¡±If you encounter this tale on Amazon, note that it''s taken without the author''s consent. That voice was belonged to the Village Chief¡¯s son Elder Eli, jumping up from the bed Kaleb looked around, after seeing there wasn¡¯t any better hiding spots he decided to hide under the bed. Just as he finished hiding the door crashed open, and as he lay there, he heard footsteps entering the room and soon all he could hear were people walking all around the room. Elder Eli looked around the room, noticing that there were some scuff marks around the bed, from it being moved, and then he motioned for everyone one to be quiet as he spoke a bit louder than usual as he said. ¡°Looks like no-ones here.¡± And then he immediately flipped the bed over exposing Kaleb¡¯s hiding spot. Kaleb scrambled to get up to his feet and then he ran for the nearest exit, a closed window, but before he could get closer a foot kicked into the hollow of his leg, behind his knee, knocking him down on the floor to one knee, then Elder Eli rushed in front of him and grabbed him by his scrawny neck and lifted him up. ¡°Well well well look who we have here, looks like I found our runaway criminal, I sure am going to have fun torturing you in the dungeons, before we all tear apart your flesh piece by piece as we devour you alive.¡± Elder Eli said smiling evilly. Kaleb¡¯s face would have paled, if if wasn¡¯t turning red from a lack of air since he was being choked out by Elder Eli, he couldn¡¯t believe he was about to be killed and worse he was going to become food for a bunch of mangy mutts. Chapter 5 Opening his eyes, looking around he saw a damp and dark cell that he was know trapped in, as Kaleb came to terms with the fact that he was probably going to suffer agonizing torment through torture before being fed to these vile people, he mentally prepared himself for the torture and death that was to come, while also trying to keep calm and find a way out of this predicament he found himself in. Not too long after he calmed down he heard footsteps drawing closer to his cell, when got up and looked towards his cell door he came face to face with Elder Eli and Elder Sloan, Elder Eli had a emotionless expression on his face, but Elder Sloan looked like he had just been given a gift, because he was the one responsible for torturing people that the villager deemed as enemy¡¯s. Elder Eli looked at Kaleb ¡°nothing personal kid, just that you saw something you shouldn¡¯t have, maybe you¡¯ll have better luck in your next life.¡± Elder Sloan on the other hand couldn¡¯t wait to start tormenting Kaleb, so he decided to start with some mental torture ¡° khehe kid don¡¯t expect me to be as kind as Brother Eli, i¡¯m going to slowly take you apart while your awake to experience every excruitating second, but before that i¡¯m going to let you watch as I rip apart your parents and then feed them to the animals, for they concealed that you weren¡¯t their real child, and weren¡¯t a part of the bloodline of this village, which almost caused our secret to be known to the world, which is a crime punishable by death by torture.¡±This text was taken from Royal Road. Help the author by reading the original version there. Kaleb was horrified the only people he had any real concern or respect for where his parent¡¯s he knew he wasn¡¯t their real son, but when they told him he wasn¡¯t upset, instead he was even more grateful to his parent¡¯s for taking in a strange child and making them their son and raising him, and what did they get for all their trouble, a fate worse than death, and it was all his fault, as he came to this realization a horrible knot formed in his stomach making him want to throw up for the pain and suffering he caused his parents. Luckily or unluckily he wasn¡¯t going to give any time to dwell on that because Elder Sloan had entered his cell and started to punch him in his stomach and smashing his palm into his nose breaking it, and then knocked him around a little bit more until Kaleb lost consciousness. Chapter 6 When Kaleb awoke he was strapped to a cold metal table restrained by chains around his feet, legs, hands, arms, and forehead limiting his movement as much as possible. As he tried to move his head to look around and failed, he was forced to swivel his eye¡¯s to get a better look at his surroundings and as he saw them he almost wished he hadn¡¯t looked, for at the edge of his vision he saw his mother and father battered and bruised within an inch of life, blood covering most of their bodies. Struggling to get free Kaleb finally gave up after a few minutes when he discovered it was useless all he got for his efforts were the chains digging and cutting deeper into his skin, causing fresh wounds and pain. As he lay there he felt horrible for getting his parent¡¯s into this, and why??!, just because he saw something he shouldn¡¯t have by accident, he was sheltered most his life, living in a small village but he constantly read books about all sorts of things even story¡¯s about great villains and even greater heroes, sadly his real life experience was a lot less and before he even got to leave this small corner of the world he resided in, he was going to die, and he was going to take his parent¡¯s life with him. Kaleb lay there thinking this when Elder Sloan walked into the dungeon, and started gloating to himself about how much torment he was going to cause to Kaleb and his parent¡¯s.Unauthorized content usage: if you discover this narrative on Amazon, report the violation. Elder Sloan decided to start with Kaleb, pulling of his finger nails, and toe nails, then breaking each finger and toe, before chopping them off bit by bit, until he was left with four stumps and no legs or hands. Then he started peeling the skin of Kaleb starting from the bottom of his leg stumps all the way to the head, all while Kaleb let loose screams and tears mixed with blood and snot trailed down his face. Kaleb swore that if by some miracle he survived this he would find out why this was happening to him, and get his revenge on all those who wronged him. Elder Sloan stopped after he had peeled of all Kaleb¡¯s skin letting the exposed meat of his body sting with pain from just the air coming into contact with it, and every-time he shifted his body, pain would run all over his body. As Kaleb thought this couldn¡¯t get worse he saw Elder Sloan Walk over to his parent¡¯s and say ¡°I¡¯m going to do the exact same thing to them that I did to you, and seeing as how you¡¯ve experienced it for yourself you know how much suffering they are going to go through, before I finally kill them kkkehehehe¡± he laughed evilly. Hours crawled by and the stench of blood grew thicker in the air with each passing minutes and the cries of anguish grew louder and louder until they turned into weak sobs of sorrow, until finally all was quiet. Elder Sloan walked over to the metal table Kaleb was on, he carried over the two severed heads of Kaleb¡¯s parents and put them right in front of him to see, before he started to slowly disassemble Kaleb¡¯s body inch by agonizing inch, until finally the last thing Kaleb saw in this life was the cruel Smile of Elder Sloan. Chapter 7 Waking up surrounded by darkness, Kaleb shook his head that was filled with fog, wondering where he was and how he got here, when finally he was jolted when he remembered the last thing he saw before waking up here, which was Elder Sloan¡¯s twisted smile as he dragged his bloody knife across Kaleb¡¯s throat as it caused the feeling of him suffocating on his own blood before dying. Wait Dying?? if I was dying then how come I woke up here Kaleb thought as he lifted his hand and felt his throat, which suprisingly felt fine, wait he looked at his hands and the rest of his body, all of it was restored and it looked like he didn¡¯t have any injury¡¯s at all. He Looked around trying to pierce the darkness with his eyesight. As he yelled out for his parent¡¯s nothing came out of his mouth but silence, silently gasping at this strange occurrence, he finally started to think about the strange situation he found himself in, he was obviously dead and in the afterlife, but wait which afterlife, he remembered that there were many religions spread out across the land, each with a different afterlife, and he had read about even more. Sadly he could not do anything for know how much he yelled nothing came out and no matter how far or long he walked he was still surrounded by darkness, so he finally decided to sit down and curl up and just wait until something changed or happened. After waiting for what seemed months if not years, or maybe it was just seconds the air of darkness shifted. A lone figure walked out of the darkness, it was a man who looked to be in his late twentys there was nothing remarkable about him, if you passed him on the street you¡¯d forget you ever saw him. He walked up to Kaleb and looked at him, and to Kaleb it seemed like his gaze bore through his very being leaving his entire existence since birth to death laid bare for this man to see, and in a flash that feeling was gone, making Kaleb wonder if he had imagined it. ¡°Hello Kaleb, welcome to hell...phhh aww man i could barely get through that with a straight face haha this isn¡¯t actually hell persay, but it is the underworld which some humans have been known to call hell.¡± the strange non-de-script man said while stifling another laugh.Support the author by searching for the original publication of this novel. Kaleb was confused different thoughts running through his head, the underworld sounded like a scary place to him a young boy, but here was this non threatening looking man making jokes, the only thing eerie about him was his gaze for that one moment, or not, Kaleb still wasn¡¯t sure if he had imagined it. ¡°How did you know my name? and who are you?¡± Kaleb asked the plain looking man. The man chuckled looking at Kaleb like he was looking at a new toy ¡°I¡¯m Beltazaar, and I know your name, because know that you¡¯ve been sent to the underworld, i¡¯m going to be in charge of you for awhile khehehe.¡± he chuckled evilly. Beltazaar sighed ¡° I¡¯ve done this so many times, so lets get the boring part out of the way, your dead, your in the underworld, and your in a section that people go to get punished when they die, but the interesting thing is that normally when you died you wouldn¡¯t have been sent here, but watching your mother and father being taken apart piece by piece, screaming in agony you felt it was your fault, so the moment before your death you felt two things, one you wanted revenge on those who wronged you, and two you deserved to be punished for causing your parents untold suffering.¡± Beltazaar eyes seemed to light up when he was describing why Kaleb was here ¡° the interesting thing is that you wanted to be punished so badly you were sent here, now that almost never happens, its so rare.¡± he said with obvious delight on his face. Kaleb was stupified "so i¡¯m not suppose to be here? wait what about my parents??¡± Kaleb asked Beltazaar. ¡°Oh don¡¯t worry about them they were reincarnated, how obviously boring, but you well your special, you have so much hate in you and your soul is just begging to be punished, your the perfect canditate.¡± Kaleb was finally seeing parts of this mans personality, he might look like the average Joe, but his mind was twisted, no not twisted his mind wasn¡¯t even human, human life to him seemed like something mundane and unimportant and boring, and this man only enjoyed interesting and rare things, which unfortunately for Kaleb he fell under that category know. Kaleb just heard Beltazaar finishttalking when dread filled his heart ¡° wait candidate? i¡¯m a perfect candidate for what exactly?¡± he asked fearing the answer. Beltazaar looked at Kaleb with a mischevious smile hanging from his face Spoiler: Spoiler "Khehehe a demon." ^Click Me^ Chapter 8 Kaleb face twisted with an expression of horror ¡° hey brat stop making faces at me, being a demon is great, your far stronger than a wimpy human, and you¡¯ll have a hell of alot easier time getting revenge.¡± Kaleb calmed down and thought about it, its not like he had much of a choice, whatever kind of strange beasts those people were they were far stronger and outnumbered him, plus lookin at Beltazaar he got the feeling he didn¡¯t have much of a choice. Beltazaar smiled creepily ¡°lets get started lucky for you, I get to turn you into a middle tier demon, none of that lower tier crap for you, unlucky for you, the process of turning you into a demon is much like torture, ohh except a thousands time worse, we have to get rid of that weak human body and re-mold it into a strong demonic one.¡± Kaleb who was just starting to get used to the idea paled at the method used to transform him into a demon, turning to run he fell flat on his face, he couldn¡¯t move a muscle he was completely paralyzed, his body turned over on its own and started floating in midair, then a steel table appeared out of nowhere and Kaleb was place on it and strapped down, and then finally Beltazaar came into his line of sight.¡° How boring, they always try to run when they hear the torture part, come on kid, your one of the lucky few start acting like it, now this won¡¯t kill you, but you¡¯ll be begging to die, but you cant die until you¡¯ve been reborn as a demon, but by then you¡¯ll be alot harder to kill.¡± Beltazaar said with an evil grin. Beltazaar raised his hand and his fingers turned into claws as he starting stripping the flesh from Kaleb¡¯s body. Kaleb started screaming and then his mouth was gagged and he heard Beltazaar mutter ¡°Boring¡± and as the flesh was all peeled away. Beltazaar motioned with his hand and a giant barrel of Demonic snakes, worms, leeches, spiders, and tons of other small critters he figured were lower leveled demons were dumped on him as the steel table expanded and turned into a steel tub, submerging him. As the minutes and hours crawled by Kaleb felt like he was suffocating but he couldn¡¯t die, for he was already dead, and was in the process of being reborn a demon. The genuine version of this novel can be found on another site. The vile critters crawled all over him, burrowed into his skin, slithered into his body through his nose, mouth, ears and other orifices, they gnawed away at weak human flesh and consumed his insides, making it feel like hot lava was poured down his throat and reaching every inch of his body. As his flesh and innards and blood, were melted away the critters transformed into the blood, organs, and flesh that was consumed by them, but they weren¡¯t the same as before they were tougher, with demonic energy flowing throughout, protecting and strengthening them. As his body was re-molded the scorching pain, slowly lessened until it felt like he was soaking in a warm bath, his new body was so comfortable, his blood was boiling, he wanted more. The surviving critters having gone through that and survived were also strengthened, having finished their job they begin to crawl out and away from Kaleb¡¯s body. When they had all left Kaleb felt something like strings flowing from the critters and his new demonic impulses kicked in and he swept all the critters up and ate them, as a warm flowing feeling spread throughout his body once again strengthening him. ¡°Very good it seems your demonic senses are quite good, you instinctively knew consuming the rest of those critters would strengthen you even more, the reason for this is because you sensed the demonic energy coursing through their body¡¯s.¡± Kaleb heard Beltazaar say as he broke through the restraints with ease and turned to look at him, he saw a giant storm of demonic energy flowing around Beltazaar, letting him know that trying to attack Beltazaar would lead to his death, as he came to this conclusion, he saw the demonic energy flow into Beltazaar body and then was absorbed into his flesh and bones concealing all traces of it. ¡°And thats how you hide your demonic energy from others, although if your stronger than them usually your demonic sense can still gauge their strength.¡± Beltazaar said as he looked over Kaleb¡¯s new body. His gaze looked something akin to that of an old mans perverted gaze on a womens body, causing chills to run down Kaleb¡¯s spine. Kaleb ignored Beltazaar¡¯s odd actions, having grown use to them, and nodded that he understood. Kaleb inspected his body, his skin tone was darker an almost ash grey color, and he felt amazing. He turned his demonic sense inward, he saw and felt how his entire body had been transformed and strengthened. He sensed this was just the tip of the iceberg and if he wanted he could fully transform himself into his new demon form at the expense of some of his demonic energy, but decided to not waste it. Kaleb knew he was different not only his body, but his mind had changed, he was no longer human, and human life no longer concerned him, in fact no life but his own concerned him, he was filled with only thoughts of revenge, hatred, and the overwhelming urge to grow stronger. Chapter 9 Standing in the fog of darkness that this part of the underworld seemed to be, a voice rang out, breaking the sense of death that pervaded this unholy place. ¡°Alright know there¡¯s only one thing left for you to do, for your Demonic transformation to be complete, you must bathe in the blood of your most hated enemy, in other words you get to slaughter the people of that village and get your revenge, then and only then, will you transformation be complete, after that is done, we can get to the real work.¡± Beltazaar said to Kaleb still looking at him with a perverted gaze. Kaleb¡¯s senses and mind were operating on a much higher level now. It was like he had been reborn he could see, hear, smell, feel, and even taste everything around him, but magnified beyond what his past human senses could ever had hope to achieve. He knew this would come in handy, but for right know all he could feel while his senses were workiing in overdrive was an overwhelming feeling of death coming from all around him. He put aside that for know, he was a demon know so death was a part of him, but he obviously wanted to know what this real work was, but he was also filled with a strong blood-lust at the mention of revenge. So he decided to table the talk on whatever this real work was, and decided to get down to business and carry out a massacre. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Unauthorized use of content: if you find this story on Amazon, report the violation. On the outskirts of the village a strong wind blew and the air shifted by some unkown disturbance. When suddenly Beltazaar and Kaleb appeared out of nowhere in the outskirts of the Old village. Kaleb was looking around stupified ¡°How did we get here.¡± he asked. ¡°Teleported, you¡¯ll learn it sooner or later.¡± Beltazaar lazily said. Kaleb was interested and remembered that word ¡°Teleport¡± for later knowing that having such a handy trick would come in handy in the future. Beltazaar had them wait until it was nightfall before he said ¡° I brought us here on the night of a full moon to make it more challenging for you, if not it would be like slaughtering chickens, but your probably still wondering what these people are, simple they are werewolf¡¯s a low rank demon, one of them should be easy for you to deal but your going to be going up against hundreds.¡± Kaleb was astonished that he was raised in a village full of demons his whole life and never knew, but he was also glad he finally knew what the beasts were that killed him and his parents, or ¡°demonic beasts¡± he thought, anyway that was one mystery solved. When he came to this conclusion, he felt like a weight had been lifted, that was when he realized knowledge is power, if you knew enough if an unknown problem arises the better you will be prepared for it, he made up his mind that he would not only become a more powerful demon, but that he would also sharpen his mind, so that if another undesirable situation ever occurs again he would be more prepared for it. As Night fell he and Beltazaar crept closer to the village, crouching behind some crates watching the enemy, while hiding in the shadows. They waited in silence for the full moon to appear, for when it came out of the shadow of the clouds, the radiating brillance would signal the start of a bloody massacre. Chapter 10: Back at Wolf Village While the moon hung suspended in the air covered by the clouds, the wind blew, and the grass swayed, and the clouds above slowly but surely moved out of the way of the moon Lighting up the dark night like a smaller version of the sun, the moon shined with all its glory, and grace. As the moon shown, the sound of howls broke out all around Wolf Village, the entire village at the age of fourteen and over were transforming into Were-Wolves. Kaleb was a powerful demon now but the his past memories, from when he confronted these demonic beasts from before, when he was a human, made his hair stand up, he shook his head, and let loose a demonic growl of his own in response to all the howls, pumping himself up, his blood boiled with the need for slaughter. As his Demonic side overtook him, he ran out from the shadows and grabbed a transforming person from behind sinking his teeth into his flesh sucking out his blood and life-force, leaving him drained and dead. Kaleb felt never felt so alive as he did know, he worked his way forward grabbing unaware people and ripping out their throats, silencing their screams, with the sound of their own gurgling blood. With each kill he felt his blood-lust increase, and felt his strength slowly build, as he took out all the people standing guard outside, he walked into the first house. What he saw when he walked inside were a family of transformed wolves, feasting on the corpse of a human, the face and body were in shreds, but the shredded human figure, made him recall his parents bloody figures, screaming in agony. Enraged he grabbed the nearest wolf by it¡¯s throat and squeezed, crushing its throat, as it yelped and fell dead to the floor. He let Loose a monstrous roar he was tired of picking them off one by one he wanted to massacre their young and old in front of them, while they were forced helplessly to watch, as they could no nothing. Finishing off the rest of the family he stomped outside and was met with the streets filled with packs upon packs of wolves, staring bloody murder at him. Kaleb had gone mad with blood-lust as he roared, he started to take his demon form as his skin darkened from its normal color to complete black, it looked as dark as a starless night sky, and then streaks of red spread all over his body, making it look like he was covered in blood. Spikes and scales erupted out of his skin covering his forearms, forming arm-guards, traveling all along his body, covering his weak spots, spikes were aligned up and down his spine, and then two black wings spread out from behind his back. Finally as his body grew taller and stronger his eyes turned completely red, and his teeth turn into fangs, and his finger-nails and toe-nails turned into sharpened claws, as his hair grew and flowed down onto his shoulders turning from its normal brown color to pitch black with streaks of red within. His entire body had been transformed into a weapon, a pure killing machine, and there before him stood his victims awaiting slaughter. Kaleb was filled with ecstasy, he withdrew his wings, for he wanted to kill his enemy with his bare hands and, wouldn¡¯t need to fly. As his wings withdrew into his back, a brave but foolish wolf took this moment to pounce forward attacking Kaleb. The wolf leaped through the air, snarling, mouth open aiming to rip out Kaleb¡¯s jugular, faster than the wolves could see Kaleb stretched out both his hands, and caught the wolf¡¯s fore-legs in one hand and the hind-legs in the other, he lifted the helpless wolf up and then brought it down upon his knee ¡°CRACK¡± a cracking sound spread throughout the air, as the wolf¡¯s back broke and he landed paralyzed on the ground. Not done yet Kaleb straightened his hands and fingers like they were two blades, and stabbed into the yowling wolves stomach and then ripped him in two, spreading blood and guts in every direction, and some landing on his body and face, and as the blood trickled down his face, unto his mouth he licked his lips, before uttering these words for all the frightened wolves to hear. ¡°Tastes like wet dog, he must of pissed himself before he died.¡± The wolves were outraged and saddened that this young wolf was slaughtered like a helpless chicken in front of the entire packs. They all howled in mourning for the dead young wolf, and then pushing aside their fear they gazed towards the demon that was Kaleb with murder in their hearts and eyes. They all growled as they all charged forward towards the demon, they knew one on one, none were his match, so they decided to kill him with overwhelming force and numbers.A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation. Little did they know that this was exactly what Kaleb wanted, as he tore his way through the crowd he was fast enough, to dodge most attacks, and any attacks that landed, hit his scale and spike hardened body, doing little if at any damage to him. As he weaved his way through the enemy he target the young and the old, he knew from what Beltazaar told him that the young wolves had light brown coats of fur and the old had coats of grey, or streaks of grey. Slaughtering the young and the old, the pack of wolves were enraged as they piled on top of him, burying him, amongst a sea of wolves. They bit and nipped at him countless times before being able to draw the littlest amount of blood, but it was hard to tell for his demonic form had streaks of red flowing all around his body already. Some wolves clawed and scratched him, and a few even pissed and shit on him. Kaleb was enjoying the thrill of battle, but when he got buried under all those wolves, he was annoyed, as they drew more and more blood, but when they started shitting and pissing on him. His Mind Exploded with fury as his wings erupted out from his back scattering and flinging wolves everywhere, most landing far away with broken legs and ribs, and a few with crushed skulls. He swept his wings around him like an executioner''s blade slashing limbs, and heads from body¡¯s. Countless corpses piled up around him, the fun he was having from the slaughter of so many was ruined by the shameless acts those filthy dogs committed against him, and on him. He was fully enraged and did not care to kill with only his hands, as he swept his wings over and over killing scores of wolves, with each passing moment, the blood mist thickening in the air, and the blood forming large puddles, and miniature rivers to flow through. As the dwindling amount of wolves were being slaughtered an infuriated roar spread throughout the battlefield, a lumbering wolf walked out, it was much larger that the other wolves, but it had streaks of grey within its majestic glistening black coat of fur. Kaleb immediately came to the conclusion that this was the Village Chief finally coming out to the front-lines of battle, after seeing almost all of his clansmen massacred by the young boy they had killed, turned into a horrific demon, that brought forth a calamity to his village. The transformed Village Chief charged Kaleb, and the other wolves got out his way, ready to provide assistance at a moments notice. As Kaleb fought the Village Chief he came up with an ingenious plot, as he spew hateful words and kicked him in all his weak spots he kept the Village Chiefs attention on him the entire time, for in a life and death battle, a moment of inattention would spell your death. Kaleb suddenly backed away from the Village Chief and let loose a bone chilling laughter, as the Village Chief wondered what attack the demon Kaleb was about to launch, he stood there braced for whatever was about to come, but then Kaleb just stood there with a smug look on his face. Finally the Village Chief got the feeling that something was wrong, but he dare not take his eyes away from his enemy. Kaleb on the other hand was finally calmed down after the wolves despicable actions, he stood there with a smug look on his face. ¡°Go ahead look around the battlefield I won¡¯t attack you, I have no need I could have killed you at any time.¡± He laughed. The Village Chief knew this new Kaleb was strong and was able to get the upper-hand on him but he still thought that if he squeezed out every last drop of strength within himself he might be able to defeat the Demon that stood before him. As he swept his gaze around the battlefield he finally realized that he had been deluding himself all along, for as they fought Kaleb had killed the rest of the villagers, leaving only a few, alive but with all their legs broken, so as to keep them from escaping. The one¡¯s he had left alive were, Elder Sloan, Elder Eli, and his daughter Katelyn, his wife had long since passed. He just know realized that Kaleb was toying with him making him watch as everyone he cared about was killed, as the village he grew up in and protected his whole life, was massacred right in front of his eyes as he was helpless to stop it. Fear suddenly gripped his heart, he realized Kaleb had left his son and daughter alive, he knew he had no chance know to defeat Kaleb, but if he was lucky he could get his son and daughter to escape somehow, no their legs were broken, maybe if he offered his life, he could get Kaleb to spare them, as for Elder Sloan, he couldn¡¯t care less. As these thoughts were running through his head, Kaleb was just standing there, grinning, as he watched the sorrow of his entire village being slaughtered and the fear of his life and the lives of his loved ones being held within someone else¡¯s hands. As the fear spread across the Village Chiefs face the grin on Kaleb¡¯s face grew wider and wider. Finally he couldn¡¯t help it anymore and burst out laughing. Laughter rang out across the blood stained battlefield, and as the laughter spread the Village Chief finally came to a realization, the battle was over, all those lives gone, he had lost, and all that was left was the once proud and lofty Village Chief was to get on his knees and beg with everything he had for the lives of his daughter and son, for he had lost everything. Chapter 11: Reap What You Sow Despair spreading throughout his mind, the Village Chief looked at the young demonic boy Kaleb, as he prepared himself for what he had to do, no matter how unbecoming it was, as he fell to his knees and bowed his head to the young boy. ¡°Please Spare my daughter and son, i¡¯ll do anything you want.¡± He said as desperation filled his voice. Kaleb looked upon this man, his eyes filled with disgust. He thought for a moment before making his decision. ¡°Hmm i¡¯ve given it some thought and if you slowly torture Elder Sloan, while keeping him awake for the entire thing, until he draws his last breath, i¡¯ll think about letting your children go.¡± The Village Chief knew it was a long-shot for his enemy to show him ,or anyone of them, mercy. Even so he had to try his hardest for if anything happened to his children without him trying his best he would be filled with regret, and anguish. He didn¡¯t even need a second to think about it, without a moments hesitation he agreed to torture to death a man he grew up, and even thought of as a friend, for when man sinks into desperation he will do anything. Turning towards Elder Sloan he walked up to him with an expressionless face preparing himself mentally for what he would do. ¡°Village Chief please you can¡¯t listen to that vile demon, he is not to be trusted!¡± Elder Sloan said desperately when he saw the lifeless eyes and expressionless face of the Village Chief. The Village Chief did not even hear Elder Sloan all he could think about his children, and how they would see him torture this fellow villager right in front of their eyes. As he stole a glance towards his children he saw their horrified expressions ¡°Kaleb can I not do this in front of my children? I don¡¯t want them to see something like this.¡± The Village Chief weakly begged. ¡°Hahaha, you don¡¯t want your children to see what kind of ruthless person you really are? Yet you were fine with ordering me and my family tortured to death, and even allowed Elder Sloan to torture and kill them in front of me. Yet you have the audacity to ask for me to not do the same! You¡¯re lucky i¡¯m giving you the slim chance of mercy now, if and only if you torture Elder Sloan slowly and to my liking. NOW GET ON WITH IT!!¡± Kaleb Roared at the Village Chief. The Village Chief knew the chances of Kaleb agreeing were not good, but he had to try for his children¡¯s sake, if they lived he didn¡¯t want them to be mentally scarred with this memory. Finally he started, Elder Sloan¡¯s legs were already broken so he couldn¡¯t run, so he grabbed his legs and dragged him to the nearest market stall, and cleared away all the items that were previously on the stall to be sold. When the items were strewn upon the floor, The Village Chief grabbed Elder Sloan¡¯s legs once again and lifted him onto the stall as a makeshift torture table. He then grabbed some clothes from some dead body¡¯s that were lying around and ripped them up and tied them together into makeshift rope, lastly he dumped them in a bucket of water he got from the village well, to soak them in the water, so they would not tear under Elder Sloan¡¯s thrashing around when he started the torture. All this happened under the watchful eyes of Kaleb as he stood behind the mangled and bruised children of the Village Chief, as they lay there in ever increasing pools of blood, while Elder Eli, just hoped they would be let go, and Katelyn was trying her hardest not to vomit. For even tho Katelyn was a were-wolf and the chief¡¯s daughter she was not a man and hardly ever fought, and when she transformed as a wolf she would usually hunt deer, and other animals, so she had a weak stomach when it came to the horrors of a village massacre. As the Chief finished his preparations he started with the simplest part of torture, removing the fingernails, and toenails. As that was happening Elder Sloan grit his teeth trying to not show weakness to the Damned Demon Kaleb, for he knew this was the demon¡¯s way of getting back at him. Finished with that the Chief, layed some heavy mortar, and brick upon Elder Sloan¡¯s broken legs insuring he was always in pain, for he knew he was being watched and judged on his performance. Moving on he started breaking Elder Sloan¡¯s fingers, and toes, moving from his smallest bone¡¯s to his larger bones. He broke every bone in his body leaving the skull and spine alone for, spine damage could paralyze him, allowing him to not feel some of the pain, plus spine and head injury¡¯s were much to easy ways to accidentally kill him. With his nails gone, bones broken it was time to move on, he grabbed his knife, as he started to peel the skin off of Elder Sloan¡¯s body, and under this torture, Sloan finally cracked he couldn¡¯t take it anymore and started screaming in pain and tried writhing around in pain, even hoping the blade would luckily pierce a vital spot and put him out of his misery. Unluckily for him the Chief had already fully restrained him, making his movements very limited, So all he could do was scream in agony. This tale has been unlawfully lifted without the author''s consent. As he kept repeating phrase in his head over and over, he glanced over at Kaleb, to find a bored expression of his face, the Village Chief started sweating profusely from his forehead, for he knew he needed to do things so horrible that they would even surprise whatever kind of vile demon Kaleb now was. He knew ordinary torture wouldn¡¯t cut it, so as he peeled that last of the skin, and was about to throw it to the side, he had a thought, which almost made him gag. He bundled up the skin, and grabbed a bucket strewn upon the ground, and filled it from one of the many pools of blood collecting upon the ground. Then walking back to Elder Sloan¡¯s torture table, he grabbed his jaw and pried it open, shoving the wad of skin down his gullet and then pouring some of the blood down his throat, lubricating the skin allowing it to be swallowed faster and easier, preventing him from choking. This however didn¡¯t stop Elder Sloan from gagging as the skin and blood made its way into his throat, he tried to refuse it, but the Village Chief was to strong, so he gagged as he was forced to eat his own skin, and drink the blood of the villagers he had tried to protect his whole life. As this was all forced down Elder Sloan¡¯s Gullet he gagged and wretched, as he started vomiting it up, but this was the wrong thing for his body to do, as the Village Chief in turn made him swallow the vomit filled with blood and skin. A small chuckle escaped Kaleb¡¯s mouth when he saw this, and when the Village Chief heard it, he knew his idea might just say his children¡¯s life, but he felt he needed something to clear the final hurdle, as he looked around, for something to use, he saw a yellow liquid spreading across the table, it was Elder Sloan pissing himself! Disgusted by the smell, of urine, the Chief had a horribly cruel thought, but decided to act without a seconds hesitation, for this was for his children! He grabbed his Knife, and as it flashed in-between Elder Sloan¡¯s legs, a chunk of meat splattered on to the piss and blood covered table. Grabbing the chunk of flesh that were Elder Sloan¡¯s privates he forced them down Elder Sloan¡¯s Throat, then collected some of the piss and blood on the torture table and mixed it with the last of the blood in the bucket and dumped it down Elder Sloan¡¯s throat as his clamped his mouth shut and forced him to chew and then swallow it all. As the Village Chief was disgusted with himself for what he had done to a Village Elder, a loud laughter spread throughout the air as Kaleb roared with laughter, in the middle of a village filled with dead bodies and blood flowing through the streets, like some kind of madman. This gave the Chief hope, he knew he would not be able to do any better feats of torture so he acted swiftly as he jabbed his knife in-between Elder Sloan¡¯s spine, paralyzing him. He then cut open Elder Sloan¡¯s restraints and dragged him in front of Kaleb finally kneeling and offering his knife to Kaleb. ¡°I have finished my task, but I know his life is not for me to take, but for you.¡± He said kneeling and acting like a faithful servant. This strange turn of events broke Kaleb out of his laughter, as he gazed upon the kneeling man, who was once a Chief of an entire village, but now acted as a servant, making Kaleb let loose another bit of laughter as he took the knife. Holding the knife he then grabbed Elder Sloan by the throat lifting him up and smiled at him ¡°I bet you never thought you¡¯d be in this situation.¡± He Laughed. ¡°I¡¯ve been looking forward to seeing you bent and broken, but that seems to just be your body, I can see in your eyes a trace of stubbornness lurking deep within, while allow me to fully break you.¡± Kaleb Waived his hand and revealed under the rubble of a fallen house, a middle aged woman, and her small child no older than four. Elder Sloan¡¯s eyes widened at the sight of them for they were his wife and child. Kaleb¡¯s smiled at Elder Sloan¡¯s reaction ¡°Allow me to tell you a story of a young girl who¡¯s parents were viscously murdered at the hands of a werewolf, and at the last second a brave young boy was able to injure the werewolf, driving it away, and saving the girl. At least that is what your daughter will grow up to believe, as she grows older her hatred for what you are will grow stronger, with each passing year, as she remember the sight of her mothers body mutilated by such a beast. And years later she will discover that the werewolf who murdered her mother, was in fact her father, making her hate you, and herself.¡± Kaleb said as he laughed evilly with an evil grin plastered all of his face. Knowing what future hardships were in store for his young and innocent daughter, finally caused Elder Sloan¡¯s mind to collapse as his mind broke and his eyes turned lifeless, as he lost all hope. He thought his family was dead, and that he could live with, but now his daughter will grow up to hate him, and face untold hardships, and finally who knows what else the demon had in store for her. Kaleb then grabbed a dead werewolf and used its claws and teeth to kill the unconscious mother, making it look like a werewolf killed her. He then placed the body¡¯s in another house and locked the door, so later he could life the sleeping spell upon the young girl and spin his web of lies, transforming her from an innocent naive girl, unto one filled with hate, and thoughts of killing. Once the girl and her dead mother were in the locked house he surrounded it with his demonic energy, ensuring no-one would be able to disturb the house as he finished his business outside. Bored with the Lifeless Elder Sloan who was just laying in the streets filled with blood, he finally placed on foot on his chest, then grabbed his head pulling with all his strength. The Lifeless husk that was Elder Sloan still had some feeling above his waist, so when Kaleb started pulling, he felt ever fiber and muscle being pulled straight until there was no slack, then they started to tear as slowly his head was pulled from his shoulders as he felt every fiber being ripped out of his neck until he was just a head, and as his vision darkened at the edge creeping towards the center the last thing he saw was the house were his young daughter and dead wife lay, before darkness and death overtook him. Exercpt from Chapter 12: Kaleb breathed out. ¡°Phew...Now since thats done, time to deal with you three.¡± Chapter 12: The Last Three Kaleb breathed out. ¡°Phew...Now since thats done, time to deal with you three.¡± The Village Chief was still kneeling, while every fiber of his being was shaken with fear at the way Kaleb had broken Elder Sloan with but a few words. He could only pray that his torture methods were enough to please Kaleb and grant his children a reprieve from the cruel and twisted thoughts that ran through that demon¡¯s mind, and that his actions had been enough to protect them. Kaleb walked back to the kneeling Chief, arriving in front of him, as he looked down upon the man, he let a cruel smile creep upon his face. As the Village Chief saw that smile spread upon Kaleb¡¯s face fear crept inside him, all hope of mercy he had was lost, yet he continued to delude himself, as he begged even more kneeling so hard his face hit the ground, while muttering ¡°please, please, please¡± over and over again. This reaction of the Chief¡¯s caused Kaleb to roar in laughter. ¡°Old fool, you really thought I would show mercy upon my enemy¡¯s, i¡¯m going to kill you, your daughter, and your son. I just saved you all for last, or have you forgotten how your village had me killed, so if you really think about it, the reason i¡¯m like this now is because of all of you causing my death, enabling me to be reborn as a mighty demon!¡± Kaleb yelled to the sky as he raised both his hands, above his head, in all his glory as he rejoiced in his victory. As Kaleb finished celebrating, he lowered his hands, and used his demonic energy to suppress the Village Chief restricting his moments with the pressure of his demonic aura. The Village Chief was flattened to the ground as he watched on as Kaleb stepped closer and closer to his children, each step bringing them closer to untold pain and finally death. Kaleb was grinning like a wolf, ear to ear, as he stood above the brother and sister, fear etched deep within both of their faces. As he summoned more demonic energy from within himself he used it to shred the siblings clothes apart leaving them bare as he forced their bodies to entwine. By now Kaleb was using his powers by pure instinct, as he forced the brother and sister to crave one another, as they tore into each other, they became one, as their father watched on in horror. Please report the violation. He thought he would see his children tortured to death in front of his eyes, he was not expecting this, which made it all the worse. Kaleb laughed as he praised his own brilliance, for he knew in torture of the body and the mind, variety was the best spice, to always be unpredictable, was the best method of always surprising the one being tormented. While Kaleb continued to cruelly laugh his instincts kicked in as he manipulated the body to go from surrounding their body¡¯s to penetrating their mind and body, transforming them from their rational selves to beings driven insane from their own passion. As Elder Eli and Katelyn¡¯s moans of passion grew louder and louder they grew enraptured and forgot themselves even further, and as they both climaxed. As they finished Kaleb relaxed his hold on their minds, while still keeping ahold of their body¡¯s, while still Keeping Elder Eli inside of his sister, keeping the torment of what they both just did to each other even fresher. Katelyn and Eli struggled in vain as they could not separate from each other. Finally after growing bored Kaleb separated them then quickly cut off Elder Eli¡¯s virgin blood covered privates, shoving them down his father, the Village Chief¡¯s throat. As his children watched on, Katelyn crying at the loss of her innocence, plus the torture her family was going through in front of her eyes, and Eli screaming in pain as all he could feel was excruciating pain from the loss of his manhood. The Village Chief Choked down his son¡¯s balls and his daughters fresh virgin blood. Kaleb couldn¡¯t think of any ways to outdo his current method of torture, and he thought that the three had suffered immensely already. So he encompassed them all in his demonic energy hanging them upside down hanging in the middle of the air, he arranged them in a triangle so they could all see each other. Kaleb then took the knife the Village Chief used to torture Elder Sloan and slowly cut all their throats watching them die. As Kaleb gazed at them, they also looked at each other, all three of them watched as the last member of their family slowly bleed out in front of each others eyes. Finally it was done all the villagers were dead, all his enemy¡¯s dead, Kaleb breathed out a sigh of relief. Suddenly their was a shift in the air as something unexpected started to occur. Chapter 13: Wrapping things up The Blood in the streets started roiling as it started to fuse into one big stream of blood, before finally transforming into a pond that surrounded Kaleb. The Blood started to enter into Kaleb¡¯s body as it started to change him, his body which was still in its demonic form had the streaks of read turn into lines twirling around in strange tribal markings, until they final settled into strange blood-colored lines leading into one strange tribal tattoo covering his torso, radiating with power. As this finished Kaleb felt his demonic energy fluctuate before it stabilized, and when it did his new demonic body finally felt complete. Before even though he felt powerful in his new demonic body, their was always this feeling in the back of his mind, like a scratch you can¡¯t itch, but finally it was gone, and he finally felt at home in his newly formed body. When his Demonic body was completed and his tattoo finished forming it then faded away like it was never there, then Kaleb¡¯s body started to de-transform from his demonic body back to his human one. The feeling of his demonic rebirth being complete overcame him as he was filled with ecstasy, but that did not last long as Beltazaar suddenly appeared out of thin air in front of him, killing his mood. ¡°Congrats on the revenge, now that is done, time for you to start pulling your weight as a new demon under my command, the first objective is to wipe out all the werewolves on this continent.¡± Beltazaar lazily ordered. Kaleb was filled with many emotions, anger at being ordered around like a lackey but he was a newly transformed demon, it would take alot of time before he was powerful enough to gain his freedom, so for now he decided to play the good little demonic soldier. Second was reluctance as his objective was to rid this continent of werewolves, and third was interest, he had never heard this word ¡°continent¡± before, and when the word being spoken he was intrigued. ¡°Fine, I accept the task you¡¯ve given me, but what is this word ¡°continent that you speak of Beltazaar.¡± Beltazaar sighed. ¡°Right I forgot even tho you¡¯ve been through alot and it has made you seem mature, you¡¯re nothing but a 14 year old kid, how annoying I guess i¡¯ll have to explain, a continent is a huge land mass made up of earth that is separated on all sides by water.¡± Kaleb looked confused. ¡°I remember hearing a legend of a place surrounded by water on all sides but I thought that was called an island?¡± ¡°Sorta continents are much bigger than an island imagine an island is the size of your hand, but a continent is the size of your entire body, see the difference. Now enough questions i¡¯m your boss not your teacher, here take this werewolf transformation spell book, memorize it then burn it.¡± Beltazaar rudely ordered. Kaleb caught the book Beltazaar threw at him, and flipped it open and started reading it, the summary of the contents of the book were that to transform into the visage of a werewolf you needed two things demonic energy and the be familiar with the anatomy of a werewolf. Looking around Kaleb spotted a dead werewolf and manipulated his demonic energy turning his index finger nail into a claw, then ripped open the werewolf corpse and started to study it, after about an hour he tried transforming he manipulated the demonic energy in his body and started to make it flow, as he did this he imagined the body of the werewolf he just finished inspecting. His body suddenly starting to contort as pain spread throughout it, as he was turning into the spitting image of a werewolf. The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation. Kaleb felt very weird and uncomfortable so he tried to get accustomed to this new body, after 10 minutes he had just gotten down the basics, when a loud yell interrupted him. ¡°Enough! Time to get a move on, i¡¯ve been standing here for over an hour and i¡¯m so frickin¡¯ bored! Now you are to head to the Capital of this region, which the royal family that rules there are actually werewolves, I gave you that transformation spell, so you could hide in plain sight if you encountered a full blooded werewolf.¡± Beltazaar said angrily at being made to wait by his subordinate. ¡°Full-blooded werewolf?¡± Kaleb asked. Beltazaar¡¯s grew angrier, but he knew he subordinate needed to know this stuff to complete the objective, and if Kaleb failed, it would make Beltazaar look bad in front of his boss and he would get punished for it also. ¡°Yes, the werewolves you fought were ones with a diluted bloodline, the royal family members in the capital all are descendants of full blooded werewolves, because the King arranges all the marriages, as to keep the bloodline as pure as possible. And Last the reasons i¡¯m ordering you to kill all the werewolves on this continent is because others were given the same orders as you on different continents, and this is because werewolves are actually a failed experiment by The Demonic Wolf Race.¡± Kaleb was stunned with all the new information, he tried his best to remember, luckily his mind was alot sharper as a demon so he had only a little trouble, before it was all memorized. Suddenly he had a question. ¡°Werewolves are a failed experiment? And why have werewolves existed this long? Especially since me and others were given orders to wipe them out.¡± Kaleb asked hoping Beltazaar would answer, and not get angrier. Beltazaar was growing angrier and angrier, when he had an idea that allowed him to calm himself down, an evil smile spread on his face as he said. ¡°I have already given you what you need to know to complete your mission, if you want more information on the werewolves past experiments, and why only now are the werewolves being eradicated, then you will have to owe me a favor, and favors are never easy, but they¡¯re also never boring. ¡°Beltazaar said as he laughed like a madman.¡± Kaleb sighed, he knew it wasn¡¯t a good idea to be indebted to anyone, especially a sick demon with a twisted mentality, but he also knew that he was very ignorant when it came to the human world and the demon world, so he needed to learn more. ¡°Fine, I accept, i¡¯ll owe you a favor, now tell me.¡± Beltazaar grin widened as Kaleb agreed to his terms. ¡°Alright, i¡¯ll hurry then, I wan¡¯t to get out of the human world as fast as I possibly can, the werewolf experiments were done by the Demonic Wolf Race, to try and turn humans into a variation of a demonic wolf, so they could easily build an army since humans reproduce so quickly, in fact many demon race¡¯s have done experiments on humans creating many different variant demonic race¡¯s, but almost all the experiments end up with the new demons being pitifully weak, even the full-blooded werewolves are nothing compared to a Demonic Wolf. Now as to why exactly this is happening now, the werewolves have become to widespread, and active in the human world, which means the failed experiments of the Demonic Wolf¡¯s embarrassing mistake has grown to big, and lately all the other demonic races won¡¯t let the Demon Wolf¡¯s forget about their mistake. So finally they couldn¡¯t take it anymore and they made a deal with my superiors to exterminate the werewolves once and for all.¡± Interesting Kaleb thought, all this was happening just because the Demonic Wolf Race leaders cared that much about what the other Demonic Race¡¯s thought about them, how foolish, he thought. He now knew a little bit more, but it still seemed little as he remembered how vast a continent was compared to himself, and it seemed there were more than one of these ¡°continents¡± or why else would Beltazaar say that others were given the same order. As these thoughts raced through Kaleb¡¯s mind he suddenly remembered something he had to take care of, he walked to a house and entered it and brought out the dead woman and unconscious young girl. When Beltazaar saw this he grew from being bored, to a little bit interested, as he asked Kaleb why the girl was still alive, his face grew delighted when he heard Kaleb describe the situation. ¡°So what are you going to do with her now?¡± Beltazaar excitedly asked. Kaleb looked at the young girl, and then cut off her head while she was still unconscious. Then threw her body and her mothers body into the massive pile of dead body¡¯s of the villagers. Chapter One: Wolf Village On the outskirts of an ancient forest lay an old run down village, which was named long ago as Wolf-village, forgotten by the people of this world, except for the odd traveler or merchant, that passed by. During the evening of the day just before sunset the markets were filled with people getting the last of the food and spices that were being sold for the day, in preparation for their last meal of the day before the shops closed and they returned home before going to bed. Walking down the streets bustling with people, a young boy named Kaleb was being escorted by a Village Elder to a secret location outside of Wolf-village. The Elder and Kaleb were being glanced at from random people in the crowd, as this was a small village and almost everyone knew one another, some were curious as to were the Kaleb and the Elder were going, but most just did not care, for they had their own tasks to handle before the day was gone. Kaleb and the Elder arrived outside the village and walked into the forest, Kaleb was a bit nervous because all the children knew to stay out of the forest when the sun went down, for that was when the forest became even more dangerous. A howl sounded out from deep within the forest, making Kaleb jump. The Village Elder snorted and slapped the boy on the back of the head. ¡°You need to toughen up Kaleb or else you won¡¯t make it through the night.¡± Kaleb gulped nervously wondering what the Village Elder meant. ¡°What do you mean Elder Sloan?¡± Kaleb asked. Elder Sloan just kept walking forward leaving Kaleb to have no choice but to follow and have an uneasy feeling of worry in his heart. Village Elder Sloan and the young boy finally arrived at a clearing inside of the ancient forest, after a good 20 minutes of walking in uncomfortable silence. As they arrived rustling noises could be heard from the surrounding bushes at the outermost region of the clearing. The Village Elder tensed up, which went unnoticed by the young niave boy Kaleb. As more people walked out from the bushes that were emitting rustling noises moments before, they stepped into the clearing, and as they did the Village Elder besides Kaleb relaxed a bit, while still maintaining his vigilance. You could be reading stolen content. Kaleb was surprised to see more Village kids and Elders coming to this place Elder Sloan took him, but seeing that he was not the only one the Elders brought to this clearing he breathed out, relaxing a little, assuming Elder Sloan was just being his mean and grumpy self. Elder Sloan was never nice to him, but he could never figure out why. Kaleb looked up at the Village Elder and asked him ¡°Elder Sloan can you tell me whats going on yet? All you told me was that the village chief ordered you to bring me here.¡± Elder Sloan turned and glared hatefully at Kaleb ¡°Quiet boy, all you need to know is you and the others have been ordered by the chief to be gathered here.¡± Kaleb sighed, he knew that Elder Sloan wasn¡¯t fond of him but he didn¡¯t think a simple question would anger him. A voice called out from behind Kaleb and Elder Sloan ¡°Brother Sloan, no need to be angry at the boy, besides he¡¯s one of the few lucky chosen, now Kaleb i¡¯m sorry for Brother Sloan¡¯s foul mood, but you all will learn why we are here when everyone has arrived.¡± Kaleb looked behind him surprised ¡°Oh Elder Eli you¡¯re here to.¡± Elder Sloan¡¯s Face grew ugly ¡°Brother Eli there¡¯s no need for such words, I was merely reminding the boy that the orders from the village chief are to be followed, not questioned, but that hardly apply¡¯s to you the privileged Village chief¡¯s son.¡± he sneered at Elder Eli. As the village chief looked down upon all the people, gathered below him awaiting his orders, he was filled with a sense of pride, and a bit of arrogance, knowing he ruled these people and held their fragile lives in the palms of his hand, he cleared his throat before speaking. ¡°Welcome young ones you have all been chosen to undergo this special rite, that will make our village prosper for many years to come, now I will let my son Elder Eli tell you what this is ritual is all about.¡± Elder Sloan¡¯s face grew even more unsightly at the fact that the Village Chief was already making way for his son by letting him lead the sacred rite of their village. Elder Eli walked up the steps onto the raised stage platform, and looked down upon the faces of the crowd, feeling a bit of the pride and arrogance his father felt before when he was addressing the village people. ¡°Thank you father, now to the point, all of the children here are turning twelve years old at the stroke of midnight tonight, which is in ten minutes, turning you from children into adults and this is the rite of passage you will all undergo, but instead of explaining the boring details, I will leave you all with a hint, when the flame I just lit goes out, it will be marking the time as midnight, then all you need to do is look up at the moon and you will all know why you are here.¡± Chapter 2: The Secret Rite After The village chief¡¯s son, Elder Eli, spoke all the children looked around at each other and started chattering wondering what his mysterious and ominous words were about. The chatting among the village children continued until ten minutes passed, before they knew it. Suddenly the flame was extinguished leaving them shrouded in darkness, bringing silence to the voices of the villagers, and making their hearts beat faster in nervousness. As their eyes adjusted to the darkness they all remembered Elder Eli¡¯s words. Almost at the same time, like they were being called to something, each one of young village children all looked up at the moon that was glowing with its unique kind of brilliance, causing their blood to quicken and muscles to spasm as they alternated between shrinking expanding. Pain like they never felt before spread throughout their entire body¡¯s, for their bodies should have never went through such a transformation. The group of young village children all fell to the ground their bodies convulsing, out of their control, from the misery and pain they were going through. Tormented howls filled with pain and suffering filled the cold dark night air, as their bodies grew fur, and they became more animalistic. Kaleb was looking around bewildered and shocked, wondering what was happening to everyone. Suddenly turning his head he locked eyes with one of the Elders, the Elder looked at him amazed that he wasn¡¯t transforming, like the other village children. ¡°Over here! We have an impure bloodline over here!¡± The Elder Shouted. All the Elders pushed their way through the young children who were writhing on the ground as they ran over surrounding Kaleb. Kaleb snapped out of his befuddled state, noticing he was surrounded on all sides by the Village Elders. He could hardly recognize them as he saw they all had a look of malice and hate in their eye¡¯s as they were looking not at a person but at a delicious morsel of meat ready to be ripped apart and eaten. Kaleb whimpered in fright. ¡°Elders what¡¯s going on? Whats happening to everyone? And why are you all looking at me like that?¡± Elder Sloan was the one to answer Kaleb¡¯s questions as he chuckled evilly. ¡°It¡¯s simple really looks like your not one of us, if you were you would have started to transform, but now that we know your not one of our noble bloodline it¡¯s time for a little snack, and we will give the newly transformed wolf pups the leftovers, if there are any.¡± He said with a wicked grin on his face.Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation. Kaleb was desperate, but he wasn¡¯t dumb he knew that what he just saw was a big secret of the village and that he would not be allowed to live for much longer. As he looked around fear-stricken trying to come up with a plan of escape. So with nothing to lose, for he knew if he did nothing he would die, so he acted as quick and careful as he could without trying to draw to much attention while he backed away with a look of fear on his face and in his eye¡¯s while secretly inching closer and closer to the person laying on the ground behind him. Then with all the speed and courage he could muster he turned his body, while at the same time crouching using one hand to grab the hunting knife he always kept tucked in his boot, and using the other hand to wrap around the person he just took hostage. The Elder¡¯s all stopped with a look of worry and anger on their faces, because as luck, or bad luck would have it, depending on whose side you were standing. For the one Kaleb just took hostage was the youngest daughter of the village chief, her name was Katelyn. ¡°You think I would trust you after all this, for my safety I will be leaving with her and when we are far from this place I will release Katelyn, when I know its safe.¡± The Village Chief looked at this young boy he never deemed important enough to notice before tonight, as he spoke in a firm tone .¡°We can¡¯t allow you to leave with her.¡± Kaleb pressed his hunting knife deeper and closer to her throat drawing blood. Chapter 3: The Chase The Chief of Wolf Village turned to his son Elder Eli as he growls. ¡°Eli track them, once the boy believes he¡¯s out of danger and releases her kill him, and then bring your sister home.¡± Eli kneels, showing his respect to his father and the Village Chief, who are one and the same, and says ¡°Yes Father.¡± Then with speed and grace he transformed into a wolf, about the size of a wagon, the transformation tore his clothes apart, leaving him with nothing but his natural coat of fur that all wolves possessed. After completing his transformation he lowered his head to sniff the ground, where the young boy Kaleb last stood, catching his prey¡¯s scent. As he looks in the direction Kaleb fled in, all four of his muscular legs bulge with power, as he uses all his strength and speed to chase after Kaleb, waiting for the moment his sister is safely released, or better yet the moment he has a chance to rescue her, and tear out the throat of the young boy Kaleb, with these thoughts in mind he continues to run through the forest chasing down his prey. ************************************************ Kaleb was running through the forest while carrying the unconscious girl over his shoulder, he would run straight for a couple minutes before changing directions, and he would repeat this action every few minutes in order to make sure it would be slightly harder to follow him. Suddenly Kaleb came to a realization, the Elders could change into wolves, and everyone knew that wolves had an amazing sense of smell to track their prey, and that they had the speed necessary to catch their prey after picking up their scent. Kaleb was panicking he knew his little tricks of changing direction would only buy him a short reprieve from being caught, and he definitely knew he couldn¡¯t run as fast as a wolf, as he was panicking about all the ways he would be caught and killed, he started to hear the sound of water, so he changed direction and headed towards the sound of water he heard. After changing directions and running towards the source of sound he heard, he finally reached a river of water. Kaleb thanked the Gods for his luck as he waded into the river and started to run as fast as he could upstream. Kaleb knew that the water from the stream would help mask his scent, but also knew he was most likely being chased by a man who could turn into a wolf, so he was still freaking out, because who knew what kind of unknown methods he could use to track or catch him. Kaleb knew he was limited by his knowledge of the world, he only knew the basics of survival and had only known the world within his village and a few parts of the forest the village was near. He had heard fantastical stories about men who could fly as they were walking on air, or demons who would snatch young children, but he thought those were just stories, he never expected them to be real, but know here he was being chased by a man who could turn into a wolf. Kalebs preconceptions of the world had been broken, and he know realized anything was possible. If you encounter this tale on Amazon, note that it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. Shaking his head free of all these distracting thoughts Kaleb finally thought he had traveled far enough upstream in the river, so he dragged himself out of the river, and started running again. While he was running he glanced at the hostage he had taking, she looked very weird her body kept shifting between human and wolf, luckily she was unconscious or he would be in trouble probably, but then when he thought about it, back in the clearing in the woods, all of the children were surprised and in pain when they started to transform, they most likely didn¡¯t know what was going to happen and didn¡¯t know how to control their wolf form. Kaleb relaxed after thinking this, but then he thought that the world is full of unknowns, and he could never know what would happen in the next moment, so he tensed up once again as his guard was raised. Running and running Kaleb was getting near his limit, but he kept pushing himself as he changed directions once again, hoping and praying he would be able to escape, and live on. ************************************ Elder Eli was running through the forest while tracking Kaleb¡¯s scent, he kept having to change direction, as his prey kept moving in an erratic behavior, finally he reached a river. Elder Eli stopped running and slowly walked towards the river. With his head lowered and nose close to the ground Elder Eli slowly walked near the banks of the river, at first he walked downstream, but could not smell the scent of his prey, then walked upstream but still could not smell anything, but not giving up he charged across the river to see if his prey¡¯s scent was on the other side of the river bank, but unfortunately for him, he could still not pick up the scent. Enraged that such a small and weak prey could escape from him Elder Eli had no choice but to turn back. Realizing this Elder Eli had no choice but to run back to the clearing in the forest where the ritual took place. Where the rest of the Elders of the village were waiting for him, while watching over the children as they were still unconscious, as there bodies were still changing and adapting to their new evolved forms. Elder Eli changed back into human form, after just arriving, and walked up to his father. ¡°The boy ran for awhile changing directions, then came upon a river which he used to mask his scent, I lost him.¡± Elder Eli told his father with his head lowered in shame. Elder Eli¡¯s father the Village Chief shook his head in disappointment. ¡°It looks like we have no other choice but to use human method¡¯s, Eli alert the village guard and spread word to village and towns nearby of a wanted criminal, and distribute posters with the boys image to all the guards of the many villages and towns, he is but a young naive boy i¡¯m sure we will catch him in no time, but you will be in charge of all those mundane tasks i¡¯ve just ordered to be done, to make up for your failure, don¡¯t let me down a second time son.¡± Eli clenched his fists. ¡°Yes father, I won¡¯t let down.¡± After saying this Elder Eli left for Wolf Village, and the nearby village and towns to carry out his father¡¯s orders.
