《Integrity and Solace》 Imperial Path: Chapter 1 As far as I remember, My mother and father were trying their best to let me relieve the memories that were erased from me. I can hear the sound... Seems to be absolute with words, but was just a fraud statement saying that the world is not forsaken. How can I be someone they trust when I am the one who can''t be trusted? Is it too much to beg for? Or is it just an illusionary boundary that kept me from coming back to who I was... "Hold my hand." told by my mother with her courage to help me walk on my own. All I felt was pain. My back kept on trembling as I walk the very corridors under the roof I lived on. Then I saw the flashing light of God that let me relieve my memories in an instant. But from whence the memories started to fade back to reality, my parents died under God''s curse. Leaving me and my little sister in the household they left. I mourn the death of my parents and my memories started to fade again. My memories were erased and left me unaided all the times. The questions that I asked my aunt kept repeating on itself, But. That doesn''t let me down, My little sister gave me an opportunity to relieve my memories again and casts some sort of spell on me by an unknown person. "None is Absolute" A long time ago, I kept on repeating that motto of mine in hopes of finding the answer I was looking for. Somehow, these memories of mine are locked into a safe the unknown man called, "Memory Haven". It felt like my life was a story that was created to be protected. I left my room and entered the same corridors that I kept on passing by, Entered a room where my parents left some records about the All-out War that All-Father started. God and All-Father are not one person, They are two separate people whom one is more powerful. I lost hope to the two gods giving me the opportunity to have the curse called "Apostasia". The room was like a neverending library. The room was filled with bookshelves that I once a child wanted to count how many shelves are there in the room. I went to the section where one of the Apostles of All-Father wrote some records about her experiences being an Apostle. I grabbed one of the records titled, "Eden Records #58203" which is a book containing the spells that the Apostle of All-Father wrote a long time ago. I turned to the page where all theoath spells were written. I for sure was short on mana but all it takes is to use a secondary mana supply called, "Second Gear". I went to my room and removed the carpet that was hiding the magic circle that I drew just for this day. I cut my skin using the knife that my father used just for survival and used the container to fill my blood with that was used by my mother to fill with her blood just for a blood oath. "Curaticficta" My wound washealed and the container was filled with my blood. I spat on the blood and mixed it. After that, I spilt the blood on the magic circle and activated the "Second Gear". I felt the pain of losing mana, but I need to continue this long spell guaranteed to let me enter the qualifications of entering the All-out War. "I, a magus of the forgotten past. Believed that there are two supreme beings, governing this very universe, Now that anger filled my very heart, Thy is the time to leave my hope to All-Father and despair on the actions made." I, Somehow felt the pain of the mana slowly depleting from the "Second Gear" and let my fears not overcome my very own body. The sensations that I felt with this strong magic energy. Somehow, it looked like it was transferring me some sort of dark energy. The formless me was battling the dark energy and was triumphant. The spell was successful. And somehow it felt like it didn''t finish the usual order. So I went to the kitchen to drink some water. Then enters my Little Sister or Meguri. One of those who helped me relieve my memories. "Oh, Hey Onii-chan." "What''s the matter?" "Nothing, just feeling hungry I guess" Seems so. I felt hungry as well, I tried fasting for one week, but I luckily survived. One week fasting is great, but it can ruin one''s health. The thing is, Meguri went on vacation for three months and she just arrived yesterday. I can say that she improved a lot. I don''t know why it is only happening in the three countries, but I guess It seems to be All-Father wanted to happen it in these countries. On short notice, I heard someone shouting in my room. But felt like it was just my Imagination so I proceeded to prepare the batter for the chicken and prepared the rice. After a few minutes, I coated the chicken with the batter and cook it. Mostly, Coating chicken with batter is really fun. It''s like dressing a child in wet paint. After I put the chicken in frying oil, I heard another voice coming from my room, I looked at Meguri and can tell that she''s focused watching T.V. I checked the corridor and saw no one but darkness. I went back to the kitchen and continued watching the chicken getting cooked. After a few minutes, I rest the fried chicken on a drying rack and prepared dinner. I placed cooked rice on the table and Meguri helped me preparing the plates. I''m going say this, but Mother and Father grew up in a habit where they put the rice on a plate so they can get rice without going to the rice cooker and instead of bowls, they ate meals in plates. With it, I went directly to the section where the Eden Records are placed and grabbed all of it to know how to read that scripture. I know it will take me days to finish 85,000 books or maybe weeks to finish this... Though I''m a fast reader, It reminds me of the day when I finished reading 50 novels in one day, and also the day that I finished reading 200 novels in one day. It will be a challenge for a good purpose. A reward that I will not regret... ... After 3 weeks of reading, I somehow finished reading the whole Akashic Records of Edenia. I read nothing about the language that All-Father used. So I went back to the Scripture and Investigated it. Somehow it looked like it was engraved on the wall. To me, It looks a little bit off because Edenia stated that the Apostles converse in the same way as normal people meaning that All-Father has his language that only the people of the heavens can understand... Come to think of it, I remembered Dad reading somesort of book when I was young, He said that It was very important. I need that book, It might be holding the answers that I need. Or is it All-Father tempting those who seek power... After all, He is the reason why this world is forsaken. I went back to my room and lied on my bed. I rested. ... The Alarm clock rang, It rang and it rang as I get annoyed by the sound. I threw the clock and went back to bed for a few more hours. ... I woke up with darkness in my sight, I get out of bed and went to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and took a shower, I get dressed and went outside. The streets seem to be quiet, with all the war happening. This street is always filled with people who go to work and students. Though Considering why did it come to this, But that''s how it is. I went to the nearby church and attended mass, it was Sunday so I attended mass. Even if God abandoned Hope, I will still serve him as the one and only God. ... After the Mass, I went back to the house immediately. Meguri was watching T.V so I didn''t bother her, I went to my room and opened my closet. I grabbed the playing cards that was beside my clothes and closed my closet. Thus, I placed the deck of cards on the magic circle that I forgot to hide using the carpet. I put thespare blood that I kept aside and sat in front of the magic circle. Then I performed a Divination. The First Gear''s mana started to deplete slowly as the cards started to shuffle. As the cards shuffle, It started to put the cards on the 7 circles in order. Next is the 7 Daggers of Skia. Within me, the soul that was mixed with the magus bloodline. Projected the 7 Daggers of Skia and stabbed the cards with dark energy. My First Gear''s Mana will be empty soon, I need to supply the First Gear using the Second Gear''s spare mana, But it will result from heavy pain and some sort of damage in the Mana depletion stage when using the Second Gear. I have no choice but to supply it. Inside me was like... adding another gear in the mana gears. If Meguri would perform this, It''ll be pretty easy for her because she has thousands of mana gears, Mom said that she inherited grandma''s specialty called, "Gear Count Overload". but for me, I only inherited Mom and Dad''s specialty. Mom''s specialty is called, "Seven Moons" and Dad''s specialty is called, "Mimicry". Still today, the "Seven Moons" haven''t awakened yet but the "Mimicry" was awakened a long time ago. For the time being, The Divination ended and the mana supply was unsuccessful. The daggers disappeared and the magic circle disappeared. Then a flash of light appeared, the brightness caused the lights to shatter. And there it was. A sword. "Hm..." The sword was stuck on the floor with its power overflowing. I hold the sword''s grip and felt it''s power, I slowly pulled the sword from the floor and raised it over my head. The blade''s edge was glowing and in the blade were runes used by the Ancestral Order. Then I heard the voice as same as before. I looked at my surroundings and carefully looked for the one who called for me. "Let go of the sword" Someone said to me and I let go of the sword. The sword disappeared and someone appeared in front of me in a form of a spirit. She reached out her hand and I hold her hand. Then a flash of light was at sight, It clears all the darkness in my room and left only was a card, it has no writing on it as it was only a blank card. Meguri knocked on the door and opened it. "Seems like you''re qualified for the All-out war" "Why? How can you say that I''m qualified?" She grabbed something in her pocket, the same card as mine but with some writing in it and an art. She showed it to me. "As you see, I''m a Prophet Commander as well..." With that said, The war seemed to have changed. it''s been going for hundreds of years and All-Father decided to change it. By calling forth random people from other dimensions, those who proved to be worthy of being called A "Prophet of God" named under Major Arcanas. Imperial Path: Chapter 2 To me, I didn''t have the ordeal of the most gruesome kind but all I have is this card yet to be known and a sword yet to be strong... Meguri went back to her room after she revealed herself being a "Prophet Commander" and I left my room, I entered the library. I went to the same dead end and read the scriptures inscribed on the wall. As soon I touched the scripture, the words lighten up, I felt my Mana Gears working and felt the pain as my mana slowly depletes. Something thrusts my heart spiritually and remove that sword-like thing within my heart. Tis the light disappeared and the scripture disappeared as well, It must be looking for a mana source. A few moments, the wall started to crumble as it reveals a path to the lower floor of the house. "What the-" I''m confused. To be honest, I was kind of afraid, but it might lead me to the answer I was finding a long time. I entered the path and feels like darkness was following me. As I go down the stairs, Some sort of light was appearing slowly as I get near it, "A door?" I was near the door of wood, it has a lock but I don''t have the key. I tried breaking through the door but it doesn''t break. "Is this some sort of fortification magic?" I heard footsteps from behind me, I was assuming it''s Meguri but it was a spirit. a Spirit that our parent''s left behind so that we can know how to open this door. "My spirit is the key, open at any will." the spirit casts a spell. An exact copy of the door opened and the spirit went inside, the spell that the spirit used is one of Edenia''s Hidden Spells written by her in her record book. I don''t have the affinity of Null magic as well as Divine Magic, Dark Magic and Fortification Magic... Come to think of it, Meguri has the affinity for the types of magic that I mentioned. So I went to her, "Meguri! Can you come with me..." She blushed, thinking about some lewd things. "Sure..." So I drag her by the hand and went back to the door of wood. "I sense Divine Fortification Magic in this door..." She reached out her hand and casts the same spell that the spirit used, "My spirit is the key, Open at any will.", The door opened and we went inside. It was a room filled with relics and weapons stoled by someone. Meguri knew who stole these relics and weapons. But I kept it aside and went to the center of the room and looked for an answer. As I looked for an answer, I felt my Mana Gears starting to work again and felt the flow of mana being used. "Onii-chan?" Meguri was worried why my mana started to flow over the room, as my First Gear was used, It immediately switched to my Second Gear where I kept my Rune Mana safe, the flow of mana was getting stronger as the room started to shine so brightly. The rune mana was depleted and It switched to my Final Gear where it''s located in my innermost heart of the soul. It used the strongest mana that took me Months to recover and that is the Intervention Mana. It depletes so fast and left a little bit of it leaving me conscious after all the mana depletion. The Room was filled with light. In front of me is another Rapier in the ground, the handle somehow has this appearance of a rose''s stem without the thorns wrapped around it. the blade was like a neverending opera of thorns and a larger composition of an oratorio. "Is this the Rapier of the unfabled prophet?" Meguri asked out of confusion I grabbed the handle and the handle''s stem like appearance started to pierce my hand and drink my blood. the sword became lighter as I pull it. I pulled the Rapier with brute force and raised it over my head, The blade somehow started to eat all the light surrounding the very room and left only a fragment of light to let us see our surroundings. "That is..." "The Rapier of Edenia" The rapier blade was covered with condensed mana and the sharpened part was filled with light, shining like the moon. "It seems that you obtained the second moon..." said to me with grievance To me the second moon doesn''t mean anything but the term she used, "you obtained the second moon..." means that it somehow linked to Mother''s specialty, "Seven Moons". After what we saw and what I obtained, we left the room consciously and exit the amidst of darkness path. Meguri took a seat and grabbed one of the books that she always read in this very room. I left the room and went to the center of this very corridor. Nothing but peace and quiet. ... Meguri seated at the table I was left in this very room by myself, Onii-chan holds the second moon which means he only has 5 more to go. But something kept my mind on bugging, something that I forgot to tell him. I think it was something about the history... what?, I totally forgot what it was but All I remember is The history of the Seven Moons... It made me think that I can''t tell Onii-chan about the locations and I can''t either have one of the "Seven Moons" because I don''t have the authority of the specialty. I looked for the book that Dad told me about and found it, it''s called the "the Truths and False of the Sun" where the idealism of Edenia''s "Seven Moons" was bestowed upon Mom, come to think of it. Edenia is our grandmother who is still alive but her current whereabouts are unknown, we last saw her is when our parents died. She visited alongside with Grandfather and gave me a relic that will let Onii-chan retrieve his power as the one who kills "Apostles". Apparently, Edenia still looks like a teen as well as grandfather but they''re a hundred years old. "Third Moon, The Lance of Sorrows." The Third Moon...
