    Old man wu running which all power he can muster, yet he knows that doesn''t mean much. He feel helpless in this situation. It would be fine if it just a normal soup, yet she wants special vegetable soup with mushroom that''s only grow deep in the infamous Demon Beast Forest, far from the city. As much he wanted to decline the request, his loyalty to her late husband is too high. Due to his late husband have helped him many times in Old Wu life, anything in his family will be put on top over his old life, which he know wouldn''t last very long, even without this kind of event.


    Normally to go into this infamous forest you would need a bunch of people with high cultivaltion. If only Old Wu that go into the forest alone, the chance of him leaving the forest would close to nothing, not to mention the mission to take the mushroom. The madam of the house however provide Old Wu with five people of middle age men in their thirty, one with advance Qi cultivation rank, and four people with intermediate Qi cultivation rank, which normally make a good team because of that one guy with advance Qi rank. Old Wu himself is just very beginner practitioner with beginner lower Qi rank. Even if Old Wu wasn''t that good with cultivation, he however somewhat knowledgeable with the basic theory. In this world the cultivation rank separated in many level,


    1. The first is Beginner Qi rank, which usually cultivation for kids under ten years that have aptitude for martial arts.


    2. The second is Intermediate Qi rank,which usually cultivation for man under twenty years that have aptitude for martial arts.


    3. The third is Advance Qi rank, which usually cultivation for man over thirty years that have aptitude for martial arts.


    4. The fourth is Beginner Spirit rank, this is the realm that separating Qi rank and Spirit rank. Only genius that can cross over to Spirit rank. If you can enter this rank, you definitely would have bright future ahead. Normally human only live around seventy years, so if he can enter this Spirit rank it definitely an achievement.


    5. The fifth is Intermediate Spirit rank,


    6. And the sixth is advance Spirit rank.


    After that there is a whole new realm of saint rank, which he never knows, it''s a realm of legend. Where he live, which in small town in the outskirt of small empire even beginner spirit rank is already the apex. The strongest man in the empire is Intermediate Spirit rank.


    However just when they enter deeper into the forest, the five of them rob everthing the Old Wu rations and money, leave him stranded in the forest. yet that''s not stop there, not even ten minutes after that the birds in the forest near him fly violently, and there are huge sound of animal howl, which is the sign that there are demon beast incoming. The only one he can do is run, which he doesn''t know where to, since this forest in confusing, and the map he only have for this forest is robbed also. He can only run to the opposite direction of the howl, hoping that the beast doesn''t chase him, and just passing through. However he can''t count on that empty hope and start running.


    ''It''s my fault. I should''ve known that they''re a bunch of robber. I should return to the mansion and told madam that they''re a bunch of evil man. I hope that they won''t rob the house also.'' mumble Old Wu while running, even in this helpless situation he still thinking of his late master family.


    GRRROOOWWWLLLLL


    ''Damn not good, is the beast getting closer, i can almost hear that beast growl. Almost if it were behind me already.''. Both his low cultivation and old age doesn''t help him at all in his running. As he look behind while running he can see from the distance the tree are falling one by one to his direction. He sweat profusely and his heart beat faster and faster.


    "DAMN!!! Dead end!!!" As much he hate cursing, there''s nothing he can do other than cursing when he saw huge liff in front of him. Why is it that he must run to this cliff of all times.     The tree in front of him smacked by huge force and thrown by the power of the beast. The beast that chase him for a while now standing in front of him. It was a bear Demon Beast. While standing still the bear is over four meter tall. The difference of physique is a lot. In front of four meter demon beast, Old Wu which height only 170 centimeter looks tiny.


    "What can i do now. Oh god help me..." Old Wu can only pray to heaven for help. With his cultivation which very amateur, he won''t stand a chance against this beast. Yet again if he jump to the cliff behind him, he would die for sure. He has no weapon, no soldier to help him.


    RRROOOOAAAARRRRRRRRRRR


    The beast roar very loud, it make Old Wu very scared. The beast walk step by step towards him, slowly but sure towards Old Wu death.


    Old Wu close his eyes. He can only hope that the demon beast will finish him quickly, without pain. ''What did i do to deserve this end.'' think him bitterly in his heart. He can only cry, tears starting to flow from his eyes.


    He recall the life he''s been living. He always tried to do the right thing in his life. Helping anyone even if he has his own problems. Always put his master family above his life, yet he would die because of some mushroom soup. He feel bitter in his heart. "Oh God, if you hear me, please reincarnate me to good life next time..." He make his last wish in his life as he can feel the demon beast already infront of him. Even with his eyes close, he can feel the murderous instict of the beast.


    "You''re not gonna die today old man!" Said a voice.


    BANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!


    There''s huge impact sound infront of him. As Old Wu open his eyes he can see that the beast is pushed a few meters back and fall down on his butt. And there are a young man wears nothing beside a short pan in front of him.


    "Impossible...." If you look the situtation, it looks like the young man infront of him has hit the demon beast. However, would it possible. The young man is ony the same height as Old Wu. There''s nothing muscular in his body. He has slender body, and his skin is looking so delicate, just like a woman. But because this young man infront of him doesn''t wear any clothes and his short hair shows his handsome face, he knows that is a man, otherwise Old Wu might mistaken him as a woman.


    "What''s impossible? Just relax." Said the young man cooly. He then produce some wine bottle out of nowhere and drink from the bottle. This young man is in very composed manner. It''s like there''s no threat at all. Usually for handling demon beast this caliber need at least a team of Advance Qi rank. "Want some?" The young man then offer the Old Wu the wine.


    GROWLLL


    The demon beast slowly standing up. The looks on the demon beast eyes is very vicious, more vicious than before. Yet, the young man infront of him doesn''t bother to look at the beast. "Yo.. young sir th... the beast is standing up again.." Old Wu tried to warn him.


    In nonchalant manner the young man look at the beast behind him. "I already reduce the power not to kill you. But if you want to play again then come." The young man challange the demon beast. He sound he make when he said it is very relax, but there are definitely threats coming from it. This young man must be some expert, maybe he''s some travelling heroes from the empire.


    The demon beast is looking down and slowly back away from him. "You''re kidding me...." said Old Wu, doesn''t believe everything that''s happening. The beast walk slowly into the forest and dissapear.


    "I... I... survive..." Old Wu leg is loosing strength and he''s fallen to the knee. However he then remember that he doesn''t thank the savior yet. He then quickly kowtow infront of the young man. "Young heroes, thank you... Thank you for saving this old life."


    He''s just smile at the old Wu. "Hey now, just get up, I would feel bad if there are old man kowtow to me." said the young man while smiling. "It''s the least i can do, please accept my kowtow." Old Wu still kowtow to him. " Right now it''s the least i can do, but if young hero meet me again in the city i would gladly repay your kindness." Said Old Wu sincerely.


    "Seriouly just get up." Said the young man, he then drink again from the wine bottle and sit on nearby rock. Seeing that the young man already ask him twice Old Wu finally get up. He then cup both hands to the young man. "My name is Wu Tian, people around me calls me Old Wu. May i know young hero name."


    "Well i doubt around here knows my name. But you can call me Wuxia Zi." Wuxia Zi, what a grand name. Old Wu would certainly remember his name until death. Even if looking at his old age it would happen very near in the future, probably just a few short years.


    "Don''t worry, you would still live a long live." Said Wuxia Zi. "Eh... but.." Old Wu very surprise, did the young master just read his mind just now.


    "Yep, i just did." Said the Wuxia Zi again. This time it looks like he''s finished drinking as the bottle suddenly dissapear. His word just now confirm what Old Wu been thinking, Old Wu just looking at him with new light now. It must be his cultivation level that so high that he can do that. Old Wu wonder if this young man already spirit rank.


    "Hey old man, could you cook?" Ask Wuxia Zi while smiling, he then took out a lot of huge chunck of meat out of thin air. "Let''s go camping."

 2. Do you want to be strong?

    Old Wu tried his best to cook the meat brought by Wuxia Zi. He never see this kind of chunk meat before. By the size of the meat the beast must be over ten meters, but it''s impossible, simply due to no beast is that big.


    Old Wu also given some seasoning for the meat by him. The seasoning smells fantastic. It''s very fragrant. All the times he cooked in his life, he never smell something like that before. It looks like salt, however just a glance you can see the purity of it, and it shine.


    The young man also make big firebond just by a flick of his finger. Right now Old Wu already convinced this this young man is one of the heroes in the empire.


    "Old Wu come sit. Take a bite." Wuxia Zi, ask Old Wu to sit beside him and share the food. So humble, normally a hero of this calibre is very arrogant, especially this strong. "I thank you for the offer." Old Wu doesn''t want to reject the offer and offend this young hero.


    It looks like the meat really delicious. Old Wu tried the meat, and while Old Wu only took a smile bite the taste is very delicious. It''s the best food he ever had. Even if he only give a light seasoning and grilled it simply, it really is the best. The meat melt in his tounge instantly, what a profound experience.


    "Old man, what are you doing in the forest? Could you tell me?" He ask Old Wu while munching his meat. Hearing the question  Old Wu just smile bitterly. "Young hero, this morning I..." Old Wu tell him what happen to him to morning. From when the madam give him order to find mushrooms, when he left behind by the man that accompany him, and the beast. The young man listen to the story while munching the meat, he gives Old Wu sympatetic look.


    "So, what are you gonna do next?" Ask the young man. "I can only hope that young hero would help me back to the city, as I need to warn the madam that the men that with me are bad men." plead Old Wu humbly.


    The young man just stares at Old Wu silently for a moment. "Old man, it''s better if you don''t go back to that house." Said him. Old wu surprise to hear that reply. "But why? I need to serve the houshold. Beside if I don''t go back i fear that something might happen with madam and the family." Said Old Wu. "No, old man. That''s not what i mean...."


    The young man then took a deep breath after finish his meat and said to old Wu, "Hey, do you want to be a martial artist master?". "Eh, sure i want. But i think it''s impossible." Said old Wu dejectedly. "I have no talent at all. Young master can look at me. I am over sixty years, however is still stuck in the beginner Qi rank." Old Wu make sad expression. It''s not that Old Wu never try to cultivate, but every time he cultivate, there is no result. He just stuck in the same rank since twenty years old, for a cultivation level that so low.


    Wuxia Zi just smile to Old Wu. "Don''t you worry old man i have my way. You have the right heart to be a cultivator, all i need is to hear your conviction and i can help you."

He examine the ball briefly. It''s a white perfectly round ball with a diameter of fifteen centimeter. It radiates some kind of energy. "What is this.... is this a Spirit Stone?" Old Wu wonder. Spirit stone is a special stone that fill with energy of the earth. There are two ways for a human to cultivate, one is by cultivating the energy in the nature, and the other is by cultivating the energy in the spirit stone. The quicker way of the two is the spirit stone. Because the energy in the nature unlimited, but it''s too scarce. The energy in the spirit stone however very concentrated. While it''s only limited by the stone capacity since a lot of energy concentrated on the stone, you can cultivate much much faster than the usual. However this kind of stone is very expensive, the smallest one, which is as big as thumbnail is sell on the city with the price that can feed a normal household for a year.     "This... this something so valuable, I wouldn''t dare to accept it." Said Old Wu humbly while try giving the white ball back. Wuxia Zi just smile even wider. "Haha, there''s no greed shown up. Good goood good. Hahaha."He said good three time while laughing.


    "It''s allright, you can keep it." Wuxia Zi reject the Old Wu returning the white ball. "But...""No buts! Just take it." Said the young man again, this time with decisive voice. "If the young hero insist then i would not reject the gift. I humbly accept it." Said Old Wu while bowing his head.


    "Good, now old man, try to cultivate the stone, you can do that can you?" ask the young man. "Well, i have never cultivate with Spirit stone before, but i have read before that the basic principle is not very different with normal cultivation."


    "I understand." Old Wu then have his right palm in the top of the white ball. He then concentrate and try to retreive the energy from the white ball.


    Whooosshhhh


    Much to his surprise, the ball sucked instantly into his hand. Old Wu very shocked, even he has never use Spirit stone for himself before, he has seen other people use it. And the Spirit stone usually doesn''t work like this. Normally the Spirit stone energy lost over time, but not the stone itself.


    "What just happen...." Wuxia Zi then put his hand onto Old Wu''s shoulder. "Relax, now is the hardest process. Let me help you circulate your power."


    There''s suddenly red fire errupt from right Old Wu hand, where he touch the white ball, yet the hand doesn''t burn, nor does it feel hot. Strangely, there''s odd sensation from the fire. The fire engulf Old Wu with power. A few seconds pass and the flame is now covering his body.


    "Hehe, now for the main attraction. Let''s see what fire do you have." Said Wuxia Zi, his face full with anticipation.


    The fire is now slowly dancing in Old Wu body. Slowly but sure, it start changing color. From fiery red, to blue, to white.


    "Ah, as i thought... white it is."


    Old Wu body feel strange, he feel like he''s been engulfed with power all over. His chest is hot, he feel that there are a lot power concentrating in his body. He clenched both of his fist,  trying to control the new power that surge inside him.


    "OAGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" He roar, his roar so great that all of the birds in the forest fly all over, much more than when the beast before attack. The ground also slightly rumble and the wind blow violently.


    "What the... it''s changing again... it can''t be..."


    As Wuxia Zi mumble, the fire that surround Old Wu body starting to change again. The color still white, however there are more purity in the flame. The flame is now shining and gleaming like a beautiful crystal. This time Old Wu feeling more powerfull sensation in his body. His body also starting to shining brightly like a rising sun.


    "OAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"


    As he can''t take it anymore, he scream more loudly. As he''s scream there''s big blast that come out violently into surrounding area, as if the forest have taken meteor falls from heaven.

 3. Thank you

    [Zhang Mansion]


    "What took you so long?" A woman ask angrily to five people infront of her. The woman was quite beautiful for her age. She is in her mid age, with a beautiful face and long silky hair, combined with her big bosom makes her quitea sight, especially in the small city where she lives. She wear beautiful clothes and golden hairpin and a few golden accessories in her hand that shows that she is quite rich.


    She is talking with five man, which is very heaven and earth in appearance. The five man that talk to her looks very buff with weapon in each of them. Normally if there are nothing that the woman need, she wouldn''t talk to them. Yet here they are talking to her in the garden in the mansion. Nobody else around them, she wants that this meeting is not known to other and finish immediately.


    "Please give us a break. We did do our job beautifully aren''t we." Said one the man, which looks like the leader. He then smile and his hand gesture to ask money to her. "Now now, could you pay us for our job?"


    The woman sigh inwardly and take out a pouch full of coins from her clothes. "Here, one hundred gold coins. Count it if you like and scram." She threw the money into the man, and the man catch the pouch. He then open the pouch and look at the woman again.


    "This is not enough."said the man casually. That words made the woman angry. "Don''t lie, there are one hundred coind in it! I have personally count it!"


    "One hundred gold coin yes, but the the job is cost three hundred coins."


    The woman is no furious, her face is red from anger. "What are you talking about!! You said it was one hundred before!!!" She shout to them.


    "Well, it was. But the inheritance is worth tens of thousands right?" The woman shocked when she hear the man said it. "How... how did you..." How the man know her secret is unknown to her. She is scared now that if some people that she don''t want to know the secret knows it.


    "Don''t mind where i got it. All the matter is whether you can provide the money or not." The man is threathening her, now that he know her secret. "Well, you can also pay in other way." The man lick his lips, there are lust coming from his gaze, all five of them is now laughing.


    This kind of thing disgust the woman. She had deal with this kind of thing since she''s coming age. All the men look her with lust. However the problem is since she only lived in small city almost the men that come to her poor. She feel that the heaven have given her the gift in looks, so she want to live leasurely. A few years ago she finally hit the jackpot, the lord of the city, which is the Zhang family want her to be his bride. She couldn''t say no to that, since the family is wealthy. The Zhang family head which she engaged to however is already quite old, and not so handsome, which kind of disgust her whether she look at him, but she need to endure it for the money. The family head is still single ever since the previous head passed away, which is his father, and he has been a busy merchant ever since.


    Not one year after the marriage she bore a child. And after the child is birth, she didn''t need the family head anymore. She then put poison in the tea that he drink everyday. The poison is weak, but with continous drink in two months, combine with the old body, he then died.


    However not her plan coming smoothly. As he died one of the goverment official come tothe mansion to inform the inheritance. Much to her shock, the Zhang family head split the inheritance three way. Two parts for the baby and her, and one part to the steward that has follow him for years, Old Wu. This is something that she cannot accept, not because her share is small, her share is enough to live in luxury until she died of old age.     "Now what is your decision?" Ask the man again. "You don''t want the people around you to know right? Or even the goverment official."


    "Fine! Come back tomorrow, i''ll give you the damn money you want so much!" the woman back down. She had to comply to their request now. She is furious, but cannot do anything right now. She wonder whether she should hire another mercenary or assassin to deal with them later, this time the expensive kind that would cost her more money, but the professional type that doesn''t threathen her later. She feel so stupid to use her friend''s unreliable connection.


    RRRRRRRUUUMMMBBLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEE


    All of the sudden the ground tremble. It caused all of them to drop to their knee. "What is.... earthquake...."She said, while try to hold onto one of the big pilar from the house.


    The rumble doesn''t stop soon, the rumble is so violent and make the house shake, even if this house is so big. Good thing she lived in a lord house with good foundation, or else the house would collapse with this kind of earthquake.


    "What in the world is this earthquake... I''ve never experience earthquake this massive before...." she cried inwardly. She can only hope that the house falls down upon her and her baby inside.


    "Look at that light!" One of the man point out to direction of the forest.


    There are one big pillar of light emerge from the forest. It shot right up the sky. All of them never see something like that and doesn''t have any idea what is it. It''s white crystalize pillar, and it shine brightly, more bright than the sun behind it.


    [Demon Beast Forest]


    "Ugh...." Old Wu awoke. He feel that he has slept for days and now refreshed.  He was unconcious and after he open his eyes slowly, he felt that there are something different. He feel that he is now fill with power and vigour. As he few the surrounding something feel strange. There are huge crate in the place he lie now. It''s around five meters in diameters, and the soil and grass around it is destroyet, it''s as if something really big fall down from the sky.


    As he try to stand up and look around, he found more changes. There are some kind of thin aura cover the living things in the forest. It''s a very thin and colorless aura, it cover the tree, the grass, and  the surrounding vegetation.


    He look his hand, and he noticed that there are also similiar aura, yet this time the color is white and crystalize. However rather than aura, it looks like fire,  a thin flaming fire. The aura dancing around his body.


    "Young hero Wuxia ZI..." Old Wu look around trying to find the young man from before, but he doesn''t found anybody. Old Wu wonder if the young man already left. How long has he slept before he also don''t know. Did he slept for five minutes or days he didn''t know. He try to smell his body, usually if someone doesn''''t took a bath for a long time, there are terrible odor. However when he smells his arm he found beautiful fragrant, just by smell it bring him calming effect.


    "Did something happen to my body?" He wonder, yet when he examine his hands, legs, and try to rub his face with his hands, it still the same wrinkle body from before, yet he feel very different.


    "Oh right. I have to go home now. I have to warn the madam." Said Old Wu to himself. As much as he confuse, he has higher priority now. He has to warn the madam that the men are evil.


    "The path to back... I think it''s that way." Old Wu then faced one direction. He then put his power in his feet and start running.


    WHOOOSSHHHH


    "WHOAAAA!!!!! What just happen????????!!!!!!!!!!!!"


    Old Wu shocked, when he intends to run, he put power in his feet, however right now he is high in the sky. Did he put too many power in it, yet it is impossible. He is now high in the sky, at least three times higher than the biggest tree in the forest, which is more than twenty meters high. Never have he jumped this far, he couldn''t even jumped higher than two meter in his life, so this height is much shock to him, it''s also make him scared to death. Would he die when he lands, he pray to heaven that he would not.


    BLAMMMM


    He then land perfectly on his two feet. There are no damage, he doesn''t hurt, no after effect anything. He''s in disbelief, whether he did just that.


    "Young hero Wuxia Zi.... is this your gift?" Tears start flowing from his eyes. He realized that this is defenitely the effect of the white ball that given him by the young man before, Wuxia Zi. It truly a wonderfull gift. Did he even deserve it, remembering his life, he never did anything heroic  to deserve  gift this big. It really move his heart.


    As he look around and he realize he haven''t thanked the young man for this gift he can only face the sun and kowtow three times. He doesn''t know where he is. But he pray that the God that reside in the sun as he believe can deliver his thanks to him.


    "Thank you young hero... thank you.." he said as more tears falling down.

 4. What did I do to deserve this

    [Red Grass City]


    "Hahaha, this is great!" Old Wu feel excited, not even one minute of running and he''s already arrived in front Red Grass city gate, the city he lived in. It usually take a few hours for him normally to get to this place from the forest. Just one step from him while running now can cover hundred meters. Granted he haven''t got used to it, so he may crash into obstacle such as rocks and trees, yet when he crash the obstacle simply destroyed and doesn''t hurt him for even a bit. He did felt sorry for the tree though. He wonder if he is now have the power of advance Qi rank, or even probably spirit rank.


    He stares at the gate for a while, and find something strange..The city of red grass while a only small city, is a city nonetheless. It has walls that surround the city stood high over three meter talls. There are two gate which everybody can use in the east and west of the city, Usually the gate is filled with people coming in and out of the city, which is usually farmer who has lands outside the city, merchenary, and doctor, since the city of Red Grass is got its name for special vegetation that can only grow near this city, simply also named Red Grass.


    However he didn''t find any of those man, only a couple people coming out the city. Also, some of the walls is in shambles, there are cracks all over the walls. ''Has earthquake or a demon beast attack the city recently?" He wonder as he approach the sole guard that station in the city Gate.


    "Greeting Officer Yu." Said Old Wu gently while cupped his hands.


    "Ah old wu! Welcome.Did you just head back to the city?" the guard also politely cupped his hands after noticing Old Wu.


    "Ah yes, i just return from the forest. Say, could you tell me what''s going on? Why is the walls cracked?" Ask Old Wu, as he peek into the city he also noticed that a few building inside the city is in ruin.


    "Well, there are huge earthquake yesterday. Strangely while the earthquake is happened, there are also strange pillar of light coming from the forest." Said the guard while pointing his hand to the direction of the forest.


    ''Did I the one did the earthquake? So i have slept for a day?'' he ponder. ''Ah no matter, since it''s already a day I better quickly went to the mansion.''


    "Thank you Officer, then I get going now." Said Old Wu, he cupped his hands again. "I have urgent matter to attend."


    "No problem... what the...." Officer Yu shocked greatly. As Old Wu say good bye, Old Wu just stride into the city. The problem is Old Wu just take his step casually, like taking a stroll, but the distance he cover per step is very far. As he blink a few times, everytime he blink Old Wu figure is missing from the spot and move tens of meters from the previous spot. And in few seconds he couldn''t see Old Wu anymore.


    "How is that possible? Is that really Old Wu just now?"

    "So, you get the money?" ask one of the merchenary with demanding tone with the lady of the house.


    "How dare you demand money? You see what happened yesterday right! How many money do you think I would need to repair the damage from yesterday earthquake?" yet the woman rebuke him, she definitely won''t give them the money they demand easily. The more they think about it, the more possible it is, it must be how he can run out of the forest.


    "Eat shit!" yell one of the man while swinging his cracked sword, this time straight to Old Wu face. So what if he got some armor, his face is wide open, he think inwardly.

    "You! You! How did you did that!" the madam knee goes soft. She just drop down and scared, she almost pee from scared. "What did you actually did? Tell me!" demand her.

    "You.... You hypocrite! Don''t you dare mock me!" yell the madam. He must be know why did she do this, yet he dare to ask her. As stupid and naive this steward is, she knows that Old Wu already understand.

The armor have huge horn on his head protector and he carry huge sword, as big as his two meters body in his back.


    All of them surround the enterance of a big tomb. It is a huge tomb, seemingly out of place. The tomb has grand design with marvel architecture. It was entirely made out of gold. The outskirt of the tomb is around two kilometers wide, yet there are rumors that it is far more big inside of the tomb, but it is merely rumor, since nobody alive ever see inside and tell the tale, and the enterance also sealed from the inside.


    The tomb''s enterance is a huge golden door. It is five meter double door with thunder engrave and thunder icon on top of the door. At this moment the all of the men is anxiously looking at the slowly open door.


    The door that for thousand of years never been opened now slowly opened. And as the door open a young man is slowly emerged. His stature is rather small, he has white long hair.He wear a purple robe and an armament on his wrist with thunder character engraved on it. This mand is known as Li Qin, and many people call him Thunder Emperor due to his legendary thunder power.


    Even though the man is small, nobody would dare look down to him. Not except the army''s leader. He wear a smile on his face.It seems that he has absolute confidence. The army on the other hand, while they never witness this young man power personally before, his strength is absolute legend. Too many to count the victim of his massacre, this man has personally slain a lot his empire enemy single handedly. He is absolute tyrant that will kill anyone, whether young or old, whether strong or weak, everything that stand before his rule will die.


    Legend said that after he has slain all his enemy and made  a wealthy rule for all of his friends and decendant he retired and slept in his tomb.

    "Help me! Help me!"There are countless souls coming from the crushed heart. All of it flying out of the heart. "Family please help! Family please help!" As if the souls sensing that Li Qin is their family all of them flying towards them.


    One by one those souls enter Li Qin body. The number of the souls is numerous, and keep going, as per now hundreds of them coming out the hearts at the same time.


    So that''s why the tomb''s guardian didn''t attack them, because of General Zhuo is bringing these poor souls, Li Qin understand everything now. Li Qin is getting more angry by every seconds. If that is true, then this souls, everyone of it is his decendants.


    The only way to block these souls is by purge them with his power, but knowing that these are his decendants he doesn''t have the heart for it. Even if he is known as a madman, a killer, yet all of it is because he want to give a safe place for his family. And now that his family become poor souls, he doesn''t even know what to do about it.


    "So how is it. These family meeting become warmer every second, aren''t you glad that almost ten thousand of it come to greet you. Oh, and nobody stay behind, we make sure to include everyone." General Zhuo heartlessly keep taunt Li Qin.


    Li Qin can feel that his power dropped at significant pace. His thunder aura crumble and unstable. At this rate he will be very weak and so much easy to kill. Yet, he still doesn''t want to purge those souls.

However that move just now, its power and speed are so much slower than he usually used.While General Zhuo managed to evade it with difficulty, yet not so for the people that stand behind him. Even if they stand a far than him, a few hundreds meters, they can''t evade it due to very fast, and they die instantly. At least fifty people has died with that one move.


    "Impressive, with that condition you can kill a quarter of my army." Said General Zhuo appraise him with mocking tone. "Now it''s my turn." General Zhuo now take his giant blade from his back. He is take a stance ready to impale Li Qin from a distance. While Li Qin soul is must be very damaged by those soul attack, he is still a very dangerous threat.


    "Take this!" yell General Zhou, he has thrown his blade  so fast, as if it is a throwing javelin.


    "Damn you! Thunder storm!"

    Li Qin unleash his second sigmature move, Thunder Storm. There are now numerous thunder strike coming near him, and there are one giant sphere of thunder coming out surround him for a wide radius. It''s the best defensive move he can use, since it will destroy everything it touch, even if it''s radius is now very limited.


    "It''s useless." General Zhuo keep mocking him.


    The thunder sphere that come out just now is indeed very dangerous. It kill tens of General Zhuo''s army instantly. However the blade still manage to hit Li Qin in his stomach. Creating a deep wound. Fresh blood coming out from the wound, make his robe color in blood.


    "How is it? The taste of the blood of your decendant? Hahaha!" General Zhuo laugh very hard now, since he is only inch away from victory.

 7. I want to eat but have no money

    This is his first time Old Wu come to a relatively big city. Almost all his live Old Wu just stay in one small city, while he sometimes travel to a neighboring city, their size is relatively small also. Also, this city is so distant compared to the other city in this kingdom, so travel expenses which he cannot bear made him difficult to come here.


    But, that''s all in the past now. Who need travel money if you can move as quickly as the wind. Usually from Red Grass city someone would need around two weeks on horse, but Old Wu can travel here by foot in overnight, and that''s without his full speed. While on the journey he actually stopped at few places that catch his attention, such as scenery of sunrise or when he saw a few wild animals and observe them for a while. And he can feel that he has more understanding for using his power. He felt that he has run faster and faster as the time grows, more faster then when he run from the forest to Red Grass City.


    As he walk to the city gate he start walking slowly to match other people walking pace. It made him feel weird. Why did people walk so slow, why can''t they walk faster he ask inwardly.


    The city gate he walk in is so different with the one in Red Grass City. It is many time bigger with smooth road. There are no huge door, however the city gate can close with bridge system that can be pull with rotating crane, in case of any demon beast or other threats attacks.


    In Red Grass City if the one enter or out the city is not citizen then there would be taxes, however in this city there are no such taxes, not for human anyway. If they enter with luggage or bring any carriage with goods there will be taxes, since this city is a port city, which many ships from other empire or other city come and go with many import or export goods.


    Mostly the one that come to the city in traders, and Old Wu can hear that lots of them have different dialect.


    "Ah what a city. I wonder if there are foods from all over the other country as well." Said Old Wu in high spirit. Even if he doesn''t hungry at all, which is strange for him, since he doesn''t eat anything since the forest accident. He wonder if his power remove his requirement to eat to restore energy like other people.

    "It''s allright, I don''t really mind." Nod Old Wu, he doesn''t really mind it anyway, even without her apologize. However when the girl apologize it made his heart warm.


    "Miss, we need to hurry up." The man seems in a hurry, he urge the young girl to quickly continue their journey.
