《Anarchy's Dungeon》 Floor 1 HIllside Part1 HIs eyes opened to a spinning, disorienting world. Colors and sounds mixed together in a myriad of sensation. The swirling chaos of colors and sensation came to a head, a sense of calm swept over him. He was no one, nobody, and nothing, he was falling, and everything stopped. Clarity swept over him. He was laying in a bed, that was odd, because the last thing he remembered was playing kh2.5 on his couch. His bed was was comfortable. if a bit hard. The shoe had yet to drop, he couldn''t put his finger on it. He was in his boxers and with a shirt on, check. He really didn''t remember putting on pants today. Then he noticed something as his vision came into focus. Small globes of light lit the room revealing a large log cabin instead of lightbulbs. Let''s say his name was Nobody and he didn''t remember falling asleep in any log cabin. He hadn''t been drinking, he knew that much. This place smelled like cedar, so it wasn''t one of those artificial log cabins either. Tossing the covers off the bed, he decided to have a look around. Reaching out, he brushed a hand across the rough wooden logs that made up the wall. The logs were a hard wood so whoever owns this place must have a lot of money. Walking along the wall, he saw a portrait of a grey-haired man with a goatee and a monocle. A vanity protraite kind of said it all. Something down the hall got his attention. ¡°Welcome to Dungeon of Dreams. I¡¯m Claudia your safe zone NPC, if you bring me a,¡± He jumped and turned around his fight or flight instinct activated.

¡°Shut up bitch, did I say you could talk.¡± When his ears locked on the noise, he spotted three men in orange jumpsuits fucking a tall blonde-haired woman. The site was so out of the norm that his mind froze on the spot. The one currently gagging the NPC turned to him. ¡°Yo, the name''s Jarome Mile. There are about a hundred of us popping up every couple of weeks. This bitch was about to blabber on about how you need to kill monsters and get experience. RPG shit. The door out of here is down the hall. Don¡¯t let it hit you on the way out.¡± The giant black man said. Tears were falling from the NPC¡¯s eyes, as she chocked on the man''s dick. ¡°What about her?¡± He asked. ¡°What¡¯s your name?¡± Jarome asked. He thought quickly and was reminded of one of his favorite westerns. ¡°My name is Nobody.¡± Nobody said, while flashing his blue eyes at the man. ¡°Lay off the guy Jarome. Listen here Nobody. Normally, if someone tried something funny like that we would add your holes to our little gang bang. Fortunately, for you we have all we need right here. Get out of here.¡± Nobody was feeling rather agreeable. He wasn¡¯t in any shape to fight off three legit thugs. Not to mention it was just an NPC. The title of NPC hovered over the girl¡¯s head as proof. ¡°Oh, and in case you get any ideas. Once you leave the safe house you can¡¯t come back.¡± Nobody nodded and walked through the doorway. Momentarily, he was blinded by the light. HIs vision slowly cleared, he was in a grassy meadow surrounded by grassy hills and a multitude of pop up. Welcome to floor 1 Hillside

If you train diligently and take every quest possible, I¡¯m sure you will gain strength far surpassing my own. It was my hope this world makes all of you powerful. Perhaps, strong enough to defeat the Titan. I hand crafted this world in hopes that it will keep you vested in your training. Journey North to the town of beginnings there are any number of NPCs in the town willing to train adventurers. Choose any job you desire and train diligently.¡± From the Creator
It finally happened. He had watched too many anime and was driving him insane. In his mind¡¯s eye, he could see red and blue for health and mana. Yes, he could do this. In the back of his mind he wondered if he was in a padded room somewhere. First he needed to kill monster, then he needed to choose a build, and finally he needed to find a good place to grind. Good bye boring normal world and hello adventures, monsters, and princesses. He looked back to see the door he had just walked through. It stood there in defiance of what he was told. It was then, that he realized something truly horrible. There was no mini map. He had no way to find where north was. The sun couldn¡¯t be trusted, heck there were two of them. Don¡¯t panic, he could still do this. Beads of sweat began to fall down his face as he thought for a few moments. Taking the direction the door was facing in consideration. Nobody headed the opposite direction. Why did he choose the opposite direction? Because that¡¯s normally where the secret stuff was. The door more than likely faced north. So, if he went the opposite direction, he would hit something more interesting. So, he traveled in the direction he thought was south. Nobody wanted to level grind and get a jump on his competition. All he had to do was get lucky. Kill a powerful creature with a trap or something and get a few levels quick and easy. That was the plan, whether things turn out that way or not was immaterial. Later, Nobody was climbing a windy hill and spotted a rat in the grass. It was large yellow and had seven eyes. The creature scurried about looking around for predators. It continuously turned its head listening.
Monster Grass Rat lv5
He brushed away the message and ran forward. The creature squeaked just as Nobody kicked it in the throat. It was more like a punt. The rat felt like a heavy socker ball. It lifted off the ground and squeaked.

By merging skills and spells the user has an endless number of possible combinations to choose from for battle. He rubbed at his head thinking about how best to capitalize on this discovery. Surely, the throwing skill could level up quickly. But what other skills could he get. Picking up a few rocks, he started tossing them in the air and catching them. Sneak lv2 +1AGL +3DEX Just like that, he felt himself become faster and far more in control of his body. He peaked around the wall and noticed the warrior¡¯s back was turned. A smile crept across his face. He crept behind the skeletal warrior and stood there. The Warrior didn¡¯t pay him any mind. It didn¡¯t¡¯ know he was there. Exallent, he could use this. If the creature wanted to be his his escort, the he wouldn''t stop it. Nobody had a good look at the the warrior¡¯s gear. It had a heavy looking axe on its side in a leather looped holster. On its chest was a leather vest, on its legs leather grieves, and on its feet leather boots. This skeleton didn¡¯t have a helmet. The skeletal warrior stepped forward on a predetermined path. Nobody in his boxer shorts and a t-shirt followed behind the warrior. He made sure to match the creature step for step. If something happened, he could always turn tail and run for the door. Once they reached the next turn in the cave he saw two skeletal archers, a skeletal mage and four more skeletal warriors. Nobody decided to turn tail and walk back slowly. There was no rush, he needed to increase his skills. Sneak lv3 +1AGL +3DEX He had a 30% increase to sneak mode in a single trip through the cave. This was easy and more than likely a boot was going to drop soon. What Nobody didn¡¯t know was the cave was home to multiple high-level skeletons, his sneak mode was leveling because he remained undetected among all of them. The next time he followed the skeletal warrior to the next room, he noticed a few barrels. They were to the side and more than close enough to get to. When the skeletal warrior turned Nobody ducked behind it and snuck behind the barrels. From there he watched the skeletons make their rounds. A song began to play in the back ground. It was steady and continuous with long bouts of bells. It took him a minute to realize it was his BGM. The music began to play when he reached this part of the cave. He turned around and spotted a small book shelf. The books in question were fortunately in English. Perhaps it was the dungeon creators doing. He steadily approached the shelf mindful of the skeletons. The first book he pulled was red.

The entire halve a second it took to learn from the book was the most condenscending moment of his life. He was sucked into a pocket demension and forced to mentally copy notes from a blackboard.
New skill Magical Trap Mastery lv1 +4INT New Array Acquired: Electric Trap
After his mind stopped spinning from the new information he found another problem. He needed something to write with to make the traps. Without clear and concise runes, he was sure to fail. He decided to improvise. Instead of moping about because of a lack of materials, he instead decided to make use of his flint rocks. If he scratched the floors and made his traps, they should still work. While in sneak mode, he began to practice making the trap on the barrel. It wasn¡¯t difficult. The Electric Trap was the beginner array. It had five steps. Gather mana, Store mana, Convert to Electricity, detect foreign mana, and Discharge it was a simple set of five symbols in a circle. By his clock it would take about 20s to scratch them. Sneak lv4 +1AGL +3DEX He took the level up the second he left his cover. The skeletal warrior was already turned around and heading towards the end. Nobody had little time. He counted out the time it took the skeleton to reach the other end of the tunnel and turn around. It took exactly 25s, if he was lucky, he would be done with five to spare. The skeleton was just turning around when he finished. Nobody moved slowly away his undetected was flashing yellow and back to green as he moved. The skeletal warrior was turning its head trying to find something. When Nobody turned around the wall, it flicked back to green. He slowly made his way back behind the barrel and waited. He listened to the leather boots of the skeleton warrior make its way back. Every step made Nobody more nervous. Something clicked in Nobody¡¯s mind then sparks of electricity began to shoot everywhere. The other skeletons ran from their normal patterns to investigate. Magical Trap Mastery lv2 +4INT His familiarity with the array slowly increased. He didn¡¯t gain any new runes, but he felt that his array would be stronger. Nobody also knew that a circle drawn around his array would increase the power of his traps. Sneak lv5 +1AGL +3DEX Nobody let out a breath, he wasn¡¯t in any danger. The skeletal warrior got back on its feet and the other skeletons departed back to their rounds. Nobody drew another trap on his barrel and circled it. The action took 18s. He was sure this new one would be more than enough to take the skeleton down. Something caught his eye before he moved to finish the skeletal warrior off. On a desk near the skeletal mage, he saw a bottle of ink and a quill not to mention a roll of paper. When the skeletal warrior next approached the larger room, Nobody followed it back. He memorized the creature¡¯s pattern and with his high-level sneak there was little threat of the creature attacking him. He followed it back to the cave entrance and began to draw the trap except for the mana absorbing rune. Nobody had to thank his high intelligence for his master plan. He followed the skeleton and made the traps all over the tunnel. Then on the last walk back to the cave entrance he finished them all and stepped behind the skeletal warrior. He moved next to the cave entrance when it happened. Blue sparks of electricity shot up everywhere and the skeleton warrior shrieked and stepped on another trap.

The mage arrived first raised its staff and all the traps vanished. It then shot three black balls of magic at him. Just when the black balls of death would have hit him in the face he leapt away. Dodge had just saved his life. An arrow flew out of nowhere and hit Nobody in the left shoulder. Nobody screamed in pain and ran out of the cave. Another arrow caught him in the leg just below the knee. He managed to open the door and shut it just as the warrior slammed into it. You have been shot -50HP You have been shot again -20HP The door shut behind him and he fell down behind it. Fortunately, the skeleton he had just beaten was still dead. He had no idea what respawn times where here. Nobody had 5HP left. He had gotten cocky with his traps and paid the price for it. The skeleton¡¯s may be set in their ways but that didn¡¯t mean they couldn¡¯t be crafty. That skeleton mage knew dispel. That wasn¡¯t good what low-level mage knew dispel. Little did Nobody know the skeletal mage didn¡¯t in fact know dispel. It was a passive ability all skeletal mages had that negated low level magic traps. Many magic based creatures had it. In most magic jobs it was a common skill. Nobody had an arrow in his shoulder. He stared at it and grabbed the shaft. His high dexterity transferred to a massive HP regen. In ten seconds he had 23HP back. He calmed himself down and ripped the arrow out in one go. The shaft came away. Sweat covered his face as the wound slowly healed itself. The one on his leg was another matter. He reached down and tugged on it. The thing wouldn¡¯t come out. For everyone there was a time to cut losses and throw in the towel. He wasn¡¯t at a high enough level to conquer this place, he didn¡¯t even have to tools to do the job. It was time to head to the village and do quests. Nobody hobbled his way north. He needed to get to the village and treat his leg. He also needed a job.

Nobody was climbing the same hill he killed the rat on earlier. His leg was useless, any weight he put on it made the broadhead scrap against bone. He cursed his own stupidity. If only he had gone to the village instead of looking for trouble like an idiot. ¡°Hello stranger, I¡¯m in need of an adventurer.¡± A man said, looking down he saw a man with a top hat stuck in a burrow. He was clearly an NPC and he smiled profusely. Nobody wiped the sweat from his face and sat on the grass. He could use some rest. Maybe the guy had an easy quest. He nodded to the man to go on. When the man said nothing, Nobody was infuriated. He was about ready to yell at the man before he remembered what he was dealing with. ¡°I am an adventurer, if you offer me a reward, I would be happy to help you.¡± A smile tugged at Nobody¡¯s lips. This was starting to piss him off. The man struggled to get out of the barrows for a second then seemed to give up. ¡°I see you are an adventurer. Help me get out of this hole and I will reward you with an iron dagger lv1.¡± The noble NPC paused for a moment. ¡°Do you require a tutorial of how the level up system behind equipment and accessories work?¡± Nobody said yes. With that helpful¡ message out of the way, he had a quest to complete. An iron dagger might help him get the broadhead out of his leg. ¡°Alright you damn NPC. What do you want?¡± He asked. ¡°Please kind adventurer free me from this barrow before I starve to death. Roots from a grass nymph have trapped me underground. The entrance to the burrow are on the other side of the hill.¡± A thirty-minute timer appeared over Nobody¡¯s head. ¡°I will be back shortly.¡± He hobbled around the hill bleeding and only healing thanks to his high regen. Outside of the burrow was a shroom with a red cap. It was lv2 but that didn¡¯t mean anything with the potential of higher level monsters. He thought about it analytically. There was no way he could place a trap and wait for the stationary monster to run into it. So, instead he entered sneak mode despite the pain. He had to move slow. In the dirt close to the monster he made the fire trap. After drawing a circle around the array in the dirt, it flashed blue collecting mana for detonation. That mana would also keep the wind from messing up the trap. Hobbling back, he took out a rock and threw it at the shroom and stood up. After catching the shrooms agro he waited for it to fall into his trap. A smile of anticipation covered his face just before the shroom¡¯s foot stepped on the circle. Flames erupted upward catching the shroom on fire. It ran around in a circle before falling over. Target burned -120HP Target deceased Nobody sighed loudly, as he walked over to the corpse. But he needed to keep focused. There was bound to be higher level enemies in the cave, he began to put some weight on his leg. Gritting through the pain, he entered sneak mode. He made his way into the barrow. Every few feet he made a fire trap just for any mob that might wonder through. He saw how they like to go through the cross lines of the tunnel and put them in the paths. Boom! Magical Trap Mastery lv4 +4INT He made sure to stay far away when the explosions went off. She was currently sucking the life out of the NPC. ¡°Oh, what have we here a brave adventurer dares to enter my domain. Nobody watched the Zephers for a while, until one with a white shell walked forward. It looked over his hand for feed. Nobody got the point and reached down to collect some grass for the creature. Its mandibles looked sharp, he was about to pull his hand away, when the creature gathered the grass out of his hand and licked it. The Zepher was gentle. ¡°Ah, you must be an adventurer. Most of your kind pass by without a word.¡± A NPC with a cowboy hat and leather chaps said. ¡°My name is Jericho Hill, though most call me Jericho. I see your interested in a Zepher, particularly Inca there. She is quite the Zepher fast, enduring, and smart all the traits you want in a zepher. Though she isn¡¯t cheap.¡± Jericho said. Nobody turned to the old NPC. He seemed a bit more interactive than the others. ¡°Do you have a quest I can do for her?¡± Nobody asked. He wanted a mount, that would increase the distance he could travel by a great deal. ¡°A quest, well there have been a few goblin raids. Those sick bastards have a taste for Zepher. If you bring me back proof you defeated their chief, then I will exchange it for Inca.¡± Jericho said. ¡°Which way to the camp?¡± Nobody asked. ¡°I would mark it on your many map, if you had one. You darn fool, have you not even been to town yet.¡± Nobody shook his head. ¡°Well its that way. I¡¯ve heard adventurer¡¯s can get side tracked but really.¡± Jericho said. ¡°Which way to town?¡± Nobody asked. If he could get directions that would be great. ¡°Town, oh, you mean the hillside village. Just follow that trail and you should reach Hillside in four to five hours. Shorter if you run or rent one of my Zephers. Though, if you haven¡¯t been to town, I doubt you would have the money to rent one.¡± Jericho said. ¡°Thank you for your time, I will be on my way.¡± Nobody said. ¡°Just wait a second. I can¡¯t believe I¡¯m doing this, but I¡¯m assigning you the quest to slay the goblins and loaning you Inca. I expect you to do the quest the second you finish up in the village. Let me get a saddle for you.¡± Jericho said. Jericho led him to the barn and gave Nobody a saddle. ¡°So, how do I put this on her?¡± He had the gist of it. He had put a saddle on a horse before, how much harder could a bug horse be. ¡°These hooks go behind her mandibles, these straps go through front, these the middle, and these go around the back legs. You have your stirrups and your reins. Nothing too it.¡± Nobody, put the saddle on Inca, and slid the leather straps over her mandibles. Putting a foot in the stirrups he climbed on the zepher. He was much taller on the horse than he thought. New skill: Riding lv1 +2END +2DEX ¡°Thank you for this old man.¡± The NPC nodded his head. ¡°Don¡¯t forget your end of the deal son. Those goblins have been tearing up my fence and even killed one of my zephers. Take care of them and we will call it even.¡± Nobody nodded his head. He kicked his heel and Inca took off down the road. There was something magical about the wind flowing through his beard and the feeling the power of his mount. He tapped the reins against her right mandible causing her to turn left. A sign stood on the side of the path. Don¡¯t go to the village. Undead infestation, give up hope on acquiring a Job. We have reorganized at Drake Caverns east of the sign. Nobody passed by the sign without looking, he had no idea that he was charging towards an infestation of undead. A peculiar sight caught his attention. A mass of clouds had formed blocking out the suns. The mass seemed to slowly spread out further as time went on. It didn¡¯t take long for zepher to start passing by farms and small shacks. The village was getting closer, Nobody could practically taste the jobs. He kicked Inca again gaining speed on his way to town. The land around the village was dead. Grass was brown and dying the closer it got to the village. There were no signs of monsters yet, he continued towards the village. The gates were open and unguarded. He heard a crying child. Further up, she was walking towards a guild hall. He targeted the child hoping the system would identify her. Susan lv9 NPC Zepher didn¡¯t want to get any closer to the girl. His mount knew something he didn¡¯t. He threw a rock at her. Target damage -30HP She twisted around revealed a face half rotted. Her eyes were solid red, and her teach were fanged. Susan lv9 Fledgling Vampire Susan opened her mouth and shrieked long and loud. The noise carried through the streets and more shrieks joined hers. Nobody kicked Inca and threw another rock at the shrieking girl. Vampire¡¯s leapt from the windows and more ran out on the streets. He kicked his zepher in high gear. He began to gain distance on the vampires and turned a corner heading back for the gate. The tall wooden gates shut baring his escape. He turned heading back through town with Zepher¡¯s flank to the fast-moving vampires. Nobody had an extensive collection of rocks at this time and they were currently equipped. Like a battle ship with its cannons aimed at the advancing enemy fleet, he opened fire. Aiming didn¡¯t matter he just wanted to make chasing him hurt. The only reason Nobody has survived this long in the village was because of the lack of a master vampire. A master vampire controls the lesser of its race like a general. They are the difference between a disorganized mob out for blood and a regiment of trained soldiers. Throw lv4 +1STR +2DEX Quantity and distance has a lot to do with leveling the throw skill. For instance, if Nobody took a rock and threw it ricocheted it off a building and hit his target in a back alley that would be worth multiple levels. It would hold the same value as hitting the bullseye a thousand times on a dart board from a few meters away. Nobody was riding which made aiming a challenging, he was also throwing rocks into a fast-moving horde of hungry vampires. These vampires were rather good a dodging when locked on. So every hit gained him a leap towards the next level. Throwlv5 +1STR +2DEX A pattern had appeared. Inca could keep running full speed for half a day without depleting her stamina. Her six legs made hair pin turns a breeze and when needed she could walk on the village walls. This in turn boosted Nobody¡¯s riding skill. Throwing rocks with any accuracy and riding at the same time took a great deal of skill. Riding lv5 +8END +8DEX Throwing lv7 +2STR +4DEX Vampires couldn¡¯t be killed by thrown rocks. Especially, not at his lv. As undead they were weak against fire and light. Hence why whatever turned them blocked out the light. If he wasn¡¯t certain it was only a matter of time before Inca ran out of steam and they both died, he would consider this the most badass moment in his life. He put his rocks back in his inventory and equipped his iron dagger.Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings. He really had one option as far as killing these creatures were concerned. He had to decapitate them. The dagger wouldn¡¯t cut it. That was a fact, with the current movement it would be impossible to make a array of any kind. After several circles around the village he was starting to get a layout. There were several guild halls revolving in a circle with a white and a black cathedral just outside the guilds. Closest to the wall were houses and granaries. Just inside inside the gates were merchant carts and blacksmith forges. With the layout in mind he had a plan. Steering Inca up a wall he turned and had her jump on one of the tall granaries. When he pointed her towards the white building she shrieked at him and turned away. He took a breath and committed them towards the black cathedral. The first jump from the wall to the granary had been luck. Nobody hadn¡¯t planned to make it to the black cathedral. It was further than the white one. He couldn¡¯t stop and think or come up with a plan, it was now and in the moment. Inca¡¯s powerful back legs pushed off the black shingles of the cathedral and launched them towards the blue roof of the guild building. His heard beat faster as they began to lose altitude. Her front legs touched on the roof and her back legs kicked off the wall slinging them on the roof. ¡°Stay here Inca, I will be back soon.¡± He told the Zepher and opened a hatch on the roof and jumped inside. The guild hall was a lit by blue flame. A man in a blue robe sat at his desk and raised an eyebrow at Nobody¡¯s intrusion. ¡°Oh, do I have a new initiate here to join the Blue Farseas.¡± Behind the man was a white flag with the white imprint of a large blue bird. ¡°You seem to be a rather powerful initiate for one without a job. Tell me would you like to join the guild. It comes with many jobs for the blue mana type.¡± Nobody targeted the man. Belthezar the Grandmaster lv100 NPC Nobody took a step back. This seemingly old book worm was possibly stronger than anything on this floor. A small smile graced the NPC¡¯s face. ¡°Oh, my you certainly are a skittish one. I have jobs for any who would like to join. Just sign here and take up your first class. Once you max the class out you can choose another. Come, don¡¯t be shy, I don¡¯t bite.¡± Belthezar said. ¡°Do you know what¡¯s happening outside? Can you not here the screams of the NPCs turned to monsters? Are you limited to just your programming?¡± Nobody demanded. The NPC turned his head in confusion. ¡°We are bound by our programming. Some of us are smarter than others, but we are in the end puppets on strings. I am stronger than most but that doesn¡¯t mean that I can act freely. Now, my skittish friend, do you want to join the guild?¡± Nobody nodded. He needed more power if he was to defeat the vampires outside and get out of here. ¡°Good, now don¡¯t be shy sign here.¡± Nobody signed his name and became a member of the Blue Farseas. You may now choose a job predetermined by your stats and the guild availability. Seeker Description: This job is all about searching for answers. It is the most popular in the guild for its versatility. A Seeker can have a wide variety of long and short-range spells. Like all Blue mana types, the spells take a lot of Mana and have a long cast time. Effect: +3INT +2STR per level. New skills at lv multiples of 7 and 9 Why did this job grant an increase in strength if they were fodder researchers? That didn¡¯t make any sense. Astral Path Description: A pseudo psionic with the ability to search out information covertly and take it from unsuspecting minds. This job grants a multitude of mind control skills and at its highest levels a bit of telekinesis. Effect +4INT +1END per level. New skill as lv multiples of 6 and 10 Basically, this class was all about stealing information. He could see James Bond being one. More than likely they hung out in inns all the time soaking up information and writing reports to the guild. Wizard Description: The classic job that any would be magic user would be proud to have. Learners of this class will gain access to every elemental spell and perhaps gain power over the cosmos themselves. Most likely you will make potions for the guild to sell. Effect +3INT +2WIS This one was perhaps the most depressing. Elemental spells galore but in the end the blue guild turns them into potion factories. Utterly useless against the horde of vampires outside. Sentinel Description: The strong-arm Job of the guild. Sentinels are great at killing everything the guild points them at. They mostly slay undead or eldritch abominations to make dungeons or ancient civilizations safe for Seekers. They often run low on mana and have no stamina, but none are better at high damage. Effect: +5INT Per level. New skills at multiples of 7,10, and 13. This one sounded promising. If he could ride around and wait for his MP the regen then this was perfect for him. The only problem was after the dungeon. Would the real guild make him their lap dog and have him go to new and interesting places AKA war zones, constantly? He made his decision. ¡°I¡¯m choosing the Sentinel.¡± He told the NPC and signed his name. You have chosen the job Sentinel. +5INT New skill MP Rage lv1 +3INT +2WIS Passive Description: Direct your mana towards destroying your enemies. There were no repercussions for doing so. He made several fire traps and removed the foreign mana trigger. Soon he amassed 50 sheets of the trap and wrapped his rocks in the paper. Instead of making this routine two archer vampires started firing arrows. The arrows bounced off Inca¡¯s carapace, but Nobody¡¯s leg was a squishy target. His healing didn¡¯t matter when he was constantly bleeding out. The vampires started growing more aggressive. They moved faster and started to climb on the walls like gravity didn¡¯t matter. One of the vampires took advantage of their path and slammed a Warhammer into Inca¡¯s side. She threw him, and he went tumbling through the horde. The horde dog piled on him and he felt their teeth bite down on his leg. He yelled out in pain and felt his health begin to drain. He kicked one off and yelled out Mana Pulse. His skin burned as mana spilled from his pours. It buffeted the vampires in the spells way but didn¡¯t do much more. Off to the side, he saw a vampire that wasn¡¯t a NPC walk up. ¡°Sup man, I thought the sign would warn off anyone from coming here, I guess you¡¯re one of the dumb ones. That¡¯s kind of sad when you think about it.¡± The guy was dressed in all black and even had eye shadow. His red eyes though natural looked tacky on his face. This new guy¡¯s level stood at 40. A fist smashed Nobody in the stomach making him yell out in pain. You suffered blunt force trauma -100HP Nobody threw up a pint of blood. ¡°You¡¯re kind of weak aren¡¯t you.¡± The vampire pointed to one of his followers. ¡°Lock him up in the cathedral prison. I¡¯m going to bleed him slowly. Your master count Dark commands it.¡± The guy said. Nobody felt himself get dragged towards the white cathedral. He was healing rapidly, but not fast enough to go another round with Dark. Every second brought him closer to fighting shape and Dark left he actually walked off. The door to the Cathedral closed and a massive timber latch meant to lock the door was in view. Nobody said, "Mana Pulse." The fledgling NPC went flying away from him crashing through pews and impaling itself on a large shard of splintered wood. The explosion of mana around him calmed down as he took the latch from the timber and let it fall locking the only entrance to the white cathedral. Lol, this wasn''t over, not by a long shot.

Floor 1 Hillside part 4 He had to move quickly. A fledgling got up one less heart. Stabbing one in the heart merely stunned it. Nobody tossed a fire bomb to finish her. After the fiery explosion, he pulled out his paint brush. Nobody rubbed at his face. Dark shook him, that¡¯s why the whole place was covered in bombs. The fledglings wanted in, much like cats. They would get in eventually. He didn¡¯t want to be here when they did. He ran a finger over his dagger cutting his finger. Flint rocks made great wet stones. Amateur surgeon lv2 +4INT To buy some time, he piled the pews against the door. He needed time to get some cover and for the traps to gather mana. New skill Siege Arts lv1 +3WIS Finally, a wisdom skill, things were looking up. Looking at the rubble of pews shaking didn¡¯t change that. Behind the dais was a set of stairs that hopefully would end at a prison. Alone, he was no match for a master vampire. With a party of adventurers, it was in the air. After opening a very thick door a fledgling leapt at him. Dodge activated, and he plunged his dagger into the vampire¡¯s heart. It froze, and Nobody wrenched his dagger free and stabbed the vampire in the neck. He cut both arteries and watched the creature grab its neck. ¡°Mana Pulse.¡± Nobody called sending the creature sprawling back. The fledgling smacked into a cage and white hands latched onto the creature. A woman with raven black hair and red eyes ripped off the creature¡¯s head and pulled its stump in. The woman was naked and covered in old blood. Crimson liquid flowed over her body as she struggled to get more of the creature¡¯s life essence in her mouth. Nobody stepped into the room. The woman gave him little attention. He glanced over at the other cells. A larger cage held a series of prisoners. All deceased. They were the adventurers who made it to the village. All of them were drained dry. Even their natural recovery couldn¡¯t protect them from the hungers of a vampire. ¡°I¡¯m sorry, I was too late to save you.¡± One of these corpses could have been him. ¡°Hello, I¡¯m Nora thanks for the food. I¡¯m guessing, you locked the door to keep Dark out.¡± The vampire said. Nobody tossed one of his firebombs in the cage with the dead adventurers. It was better that a necromancer didn¡¯t disturb their rest. ¡°Hey what are you doing that for?¡± The vampire shouted and covered her face. ¡°I¡¯m helping them rest. What happened here?¡± Nobody asked the vampire. ¡°Well you know we earthlings were taken from our homes to this place. What you don¡¯t know, is that more than just humans came here. Ever read any of those trashy vampire novels or maybe one of the classics like Stroker.¡± Nobody raised an eyebrow. ¡°I¡¯m a bit of both of those tall blue eyed and scary. When I revealed that fact to the goth guy, I thought, I had made a useful adventuring pal. I mean why not turn him and have a friend for life. How was I to know he would go mad with power and be all, I¡¯m going to make my own city of the damned and devour the sun?¡± Nobody rubbed his temples. ¡°Maybe anyone. It makes too much sense for it not to have happened that way. Your still an undead demon in human skin out for blood. I don¡¯t know if I can let your out of here.¡± A sad smile graced her lips. ¡°I know and that¡¯s why I turned the duffus. To humans I¡¯m a monster. Talking with you is pointless. Burn me and get it over with.¡± ¡°Did you really think that would work?¡± Nobody said. ¡°Can¡¯t blame a girl for trying. I mean, oh burn me and get it over with, you big bad vampire hunter. Oh, no don¡¯t take me on the wall, Uh, Uh, no don¡¯t take my 100 years¡¯ worth of virginity.¡± The bodies were spewing smoke. It had a stink like nothing he had smelled before and Nora was already covering her nose. ¡°Can you at least let me out of here and away from the burning corpses. It smells horrid, I¡¯m going to need like ten showers.¡± Nobody took a step around the cage maintaining his distance from the bars. There were runes all over the bars. ¡°I surmise the runes are what keeps you contained. Vampires are said to be far stronger than a normal human. The leveling system must increase that to ludicrous levels.¡± Nobody said. ¡°Smart, yea these little scripts keep me from bending the bars. Any pressure capable of bending them is met with an intense electrical shock. You¡¯re a smart guy, any knowledge of runes? You look the type. Her slender hands wrapped around the bars and bent them. ¡°I¡¯m dead anyway, if Dark gets in.¡± ¡°I see. I would have killed any vampire I saw not of my blood or sworn to me. What¡¯s to stop me from killing you here?¡± A smile spread across her face revealing a mouth full of dagger like fangs. She glowed with dark power. The shadows began to swirl around the room taking on demonic shapes. Nobody narrowed his eyes and held up a handful of firebombs. She vanished from his sight and placed a hand under his and nuzzled his neck. He felt her breath on his ear. ¡°Don¡¯t worry, I want my vengeance on my stupid little fledgling. You freed me and for that, I¡¯m thankful. Would you like to be a vampire?¡± She asked. ¡°No,¡± It was tempting. He could boost his physical stats by the levels he already had. It would be like gaining a bunch of new skills and gaining a bunch of instant levels in them. He had placed enough traps to see one whispering in his ear. ¡°Too bad, you seem fun. So scary and serious, I like it. In exchange for letting me out I will give you a gift of information. There is another set of stairs to a sewer that leads out of here. Its infested with high level monsters. Good luck. Don¡¯t come back here.¡± He targeted her. She was still covered in blood and looked like a thing from nightmares. With no light in the room he took one of her ice cold hands. ¡°Well it could be worse, you could be naked.¡± Nobody said. ¡°If only, fighting naked is respectable, so long as it serves a purpose.¡± Nobody raised a brow and smiled. ¡°Flashing my rescuer is different. Nobody started to sweat when she glared at him. ¡°It slipped my mind.¡± Her mouth opened and closed. ¡°Well it¡¯s a good thing Dark triggered them then. I would have hated to have died from my savior¡¯s idiocy.¡± Nora said. ¡°Are there any other supernatural creatures in our world?¡± Nobody asked, hoping to Segway away from the topic of his idiocy. ¡°Sure, werewolves, the occasional Demon, and warlocks. Before you ask, the reason why no one knows, is the politicians. We have been using them to cover our tracks for generations. After making an example of JFK everyone fell in line.¡± Wait JFK. She saw his face and laughed. ¡°I¡¯m joking, we¡¯re just careful. We buy blood and clean up after our kills. Targets are picked out and often we abduct people from countries with less police.¡± Nobody shivered thinking about all the poor people these vampires abduct for food. ¡°At least you¡¯re not raising a population for consumption.¡± She blinked at him a few times. ¡°That¡¯s a great idea, I can¡¯t believe I never thought about it. After targeting them he found they were only slightly stronger than the slimes. Sewer Zombie lv17 They shambled around rotting and utterly slow. A smile covered his face. A spear appeared in his hand. It seemed to stretch the skill to the absolute limit, it formed half the size he envisioned. ¡°Don¡¯t you hate when that happens.¡± Nora said. ¡°Shut up I¡¯m trying to aim my spear.¡± The zombies turned their heads to his location and began to shamble in his direction. He threw one then the other. Each spear veered off the mark. It wasn¡¯t his throw skill he realized it was him. He was a couch potato turned adventurer. All the skills in the world couldn¡¯t compensate for experience. Let the spears return to mana particles and decided to make something a bit more familiar. Fire arms were out, he had little understanding of how to make combustible mana. Instead, he formed a recurve bow and fired an arrow or tried to. The string wouldn¡¯t move. That was the flaw in mana constructs at least at his level. They were hard like diamonds but didn¡¯t have the flexibility needed to make a string or a decent spear. He would have to resort to simpler arms until he leveled his skill enough to compensate. Holding his spear firmly, he let the zombies get in close and used mana pulse. Once they were down and disoriented he used the spear to stab them through the head for criticals. ¡°Your intelligence does you well. There was so much mana flowing through his mind, he felt like he could pop at any moment. Something began to creep into his mind. It slid in like sludge, slow, deliberate, and greasy. The consciousness was thick and alien to his own. It recoiled and bounced off the heavy mana walls protecting his fragile mind. He had to make a form for the creature and send it forth. If he didn¡¯t, then it would find a crack in his defenses and rip his mind apart. In his mind he pictured a metallic figure. The force took advantage of his mana arms and built itself a fragile shell at Nobody¡¯s expense. A shiny Golem made of hardened blue mana stood facing him. Warning this entity has constructed itself with mana. To gain a body with more substance it must consume the necessary materials. She will try her best to kill you.¡± Nora said. ¡°You may have just fucked the dog with that one.¡± ¡°I just stuffed a fire trap up its ass and set it off in a shelter. But she can¡¯t be trusted.¡± She also didn¡¯t see him add a little something to her design when she was forming. They made it to the last room of the sewer. There was a rumbling sound just before a massive roach dropped from the ceiling. Edgar Mad Roach lv35 The roach had three heads with ugly misshapen mandibles. It glowed a sickly orange color and constantly turned its heads. Many smaller orange glowing roaches fell off its body and began to rush at us. He made a blue war hammer and handed it off to Nora. She took it with both hands and tossed it back to him. ¡°Its too heavy the hammer is more likely to swing me than the other way around. Give me a mace if you want me to have a weapon.¡± He took the suggestion and handed her a mace and dispersed the Warhammer. Nobody made a few daggers and tossed them at the boss monster. It contorted its body to dodge the attack. The smaller roaches were already at his feet, so he was forced to defend with Mana Pulse. The roaches were flung away. He continued throwing knives as Nora¡¯s shadows rose up and slashed through the smaller roaches. The Mad Roach dove in the shadows to escape the shadows. Throw lv10 +1STR +2DEX He was spamming spears and throwing them at the roach. It was large enough that a little variance in accuracy didn¡¯t matter. They hadn¡¯t scratched the creature yet. It continued to spew roaches on the ground and dodged their attacks. ¡°This thing is so annoying. Don¡¯t you have anything useful like ice shard or some other mage type spell?¡± Nora asked. With every spear he altered the form of his weapon making them barbed, longer, and spiraling. His spears cut through the air and slammed into the walls. Despite the level cap it felt like he was getting better at the throwing skill. The mad roach opened its maw and spew forth a cloud of acid. Nora shrieked when the acid hit her. Her face began to bubble, and skin fell way revealing pink muscle underneath. Small black tentacles swirled under her flesh. He formed a hazmat suit out of mana arms. He had to make the suit out of a type of chainmail to grant himself some flexibility and it didn¡¯t breathe. He ran forward and dodged one of the creature¡¯s scythe like legs. A black streak leapt over his shoulder and smashed the creature. Nora was blinded and smashing her mace through the creature¡¯s shell. Guts oozed out of the creature as Nora made paste out of it in her blind fit. The creature died, and he reached 11 in Sentinel. A treasure chest formed in the center of the room. It opened and spewed weapons, armor, gold, and potions on the ground. He picked a red healing potion from the ground and poured it on Nora¡¯s face. ¡°Thank you.¡± She said. They divided the loot in their inventories and walked out of the sewers. The tall walls of the village were behind them. ¡°I have to go slay some goblins. Want to come with me?¡± He asked. Nora nodded her head and they traveled east towards the goblin camps.

Floor 1 The South Part 1 The goblin Emperor Scrunch stared at the flames underneath him. The statue of their new god of death stood over him in his hideous pants and greasy shirt. The maidens of death wore their blank faces and tossed grease on the shirts. It dribbled down on to him preparing him to be sacrificed. How had everything gone so wrong. Scrunch the Goblin Emperor, you have been tried and found guilty of being a heretic. The great god of death Nobody, the ever watchful, has slaughtered our armies and stacked the dead taller than any known gob. You knew the dangers in challenging a god and yet you foolishly sacrificed our soldiers to him. For that you will be burned. He was thrown into the fires of sacrifice. His green skin was burned, his eyes melted out of his skull, and his bones exploded. Fire soon shot out of the goblin¡¯s skull. His last thoughts were on revenge. He had summoned the most devastating force known to goblin kind the Warg riders. His death wouldn¡¯t be in vain. The largest army in goblin history was making their way out of the tunnels even as he burned.
Nobody slapped a hand against his head. Nora was busily stacking goblin bodies like firewood. The towering green pile, was already taller than him. Flies covered the bodies laying their eggs in the putrid corpses. ¡°That makes 100, I can¡¯t believe how little blood they have.¡± Her stomach was poking out and she looked a little sloshy. ¡°Sup handsome want to go behind a bush and smash.¡± A smile crossed her fanged mouth. ¡°Sorry, your drunk, I wouldn¡¯t want to take advantage of you.¡± She would snap him like a twig. He was currently working on his new calisthenics skill. Every level in it increased his physical stats. ¡°You know working with me could easily raise it.¡± She raised an eyebrow and brushed her blood covered hair back. ¡°Hey master I¡¯m back, what the hell.¡± Salome stared at the mountain of bodies. ¡°That looks unstable.¡± A horn blared as a contigent of goblins began to charge out of their cave. The rancher NPC had forgotten to inform Nobody that the goblins were a full-blown empire. They created a massive underground tunnel system on the first floor and rode on the backs of wargs. Massive wolf like mounts snarling and made of muscle. The charge was a frightening thing. They looked like a green and black avalanche. He could hear the pound of thousands of paws, as the distance between them grew ever shorter. Then they crossed the min field and a massive flower of ice shot out, just after Nobody activated Remote detonations. Magic Trap Mastery lv10 Rune Master lv10 Siege Arts lv4 Nobody lv60 +60VIT +60WIS +240INT It seemed whether your breaking a siege or building the siege didn¡¯t matter. ¡°Yay more building materials.¡± Nora shouted and promptly skipped over to the Calvary of frozen goblins. Nobody sighed and continued doing pushups. ¡°Nora, do you know how to get to the next floor?¡± Nobody asked. He waited a minute and she turned to him. ¡°Yea, you just have head north past the village and defeat the Reita the Giantess. She¡¯s strong though.¡± Nora said. He needed better loot and more spells. Nobody looked over the piles of axes, spears, swords, staves, and hammers tossed in piles. The goblins have been collecting things from nearby areas for years. ¡°I think if we are to build this any higher we need to remake the foundation.¡± Salome said. She was looking shiny today. The blue mana that once made up her body was replaced with an iron frame. He reached down and picked up some dirt. It was absorbed into his inventory. He picked up a goblin corpse and did the same. From there he had the option to combine the two to make fertilizer or clay. Obviously, he needed more dirt to even out with the body. This was a simple use of the gamer system that people of this world have taken advantage of for thousands of years. What Nobody was messing around with was considered primitive. He made a shovel with Mana Arms and began digging. Every shovel full added 1dirt. New skill Dig lv1 +1STR +2END He began to make use of his skill and dug a few feet down collecting dirt and making a large area. From there he collected goblin corpses and made fertilizer. Killing the nymph did give him grass seeds. From his inventory items could be combined. He merged the Grass Nymph seeds with a health and mana potion to get an Oak Dryad seed. After planting the new monster in fertile dirt, he watched it soak in mana and grow rapidly. New skill Gardener +1WIS +2END Nobody tossed the goblin corpses in and watched the growing dryad devour them on the spot. They slowly backed away from the spreading roots. The tower of goblin corpses was quickly absorbed. A massive oak tree began to shoot up out of the ground. Oak Dryad lv50 The monstrous tree continued to grow as its roots began to stretch down. It would more than likely come to blows with the goblin empire in the future. ¡°That¡¯s cool and all but why?¡± Salome asked. ¡°Because I could.¡± Nobody answered. Gardener lv10 +9WIS +18END His theory was correct the more difficult the task the more a skill will level. Growing a lv50 dryad was a feat if you didn¡¯t have fertile soil and tons of corpses to feed it. Feats were what made skills level fast. He cheated the system. If there was one way to cheat the system, there was bound to be others. He stared at his golem. Salome was a heavy metal creature. Perfect for weighted training. But there was an easier way. When mana arms produced something, it had weight. He forced himself in pushup position and put a heavy weight on his back. Three pushups and he had another level in calisthenics. It was much harder, but the gains justified the means. Nobody continued adding more weight until he reached 10. His body began to crack, as his muscles expanded, and he gained some height. ¡°Its sad when you think about it. No matter how big and strong you get. I will always be stronger and faster.¡± Nobody walked to the side. ¡°Keep your distance.¡± He said. He used mana pulse and held the spell. Instead of a bubble of force shooting out from his body, he looked more like the center of a disaster. In the five seconds the spell needed to completely drain him the spell went off he used it 120times. MP Rage lv10 +30INT +20WIS New Spell Mana Shot Requirement MP Rage lv10 Active Range 20m Time 10sec charge Description: A barrage of mana bullets directed at a single target. They appear as blue streaks before slamming into their targets. Effect: 50 Mag Dam per shot Cost 100MP per shot At level 10MP Rage his spells did 500%more damage. Every shot did 250 magic damage. His thoughts were interrupted by Salome. ¡°Hey master, I got a quest for you from the thieves¡¯ guild. When you¡¯re done, I can just run back to turn it in. You have been contracted to steal from a dragon in the south. It¡¯s a secret boss from what I understand.¡± Salome said. ¡°Your trying to get me killed aren¡¯t you.¡± The golem smiled. ¡°Yes, and the compulsion should activate right about now.¡± His body shook as the compulsion took over his thoughts. ¡°Goodbye master, I doubt you can think about anything else but stealing from a dragon now.¡± Nora was snoring in the corner. He had to leave her the quest came first. He started running with the heavy weight on his back. Running skill lv10 +20END +30AGL He paid it no mind. Nobody had to reach the secret area to the south. Grassland ceased as lightning began to rain from the sky. It began to rain. The heavy weight on his back kept the wind from blowing him away. A large spire stood in the eye of the storm. Monsters inside of it were all lv150+, there was no surviving a frontal assault. He had to steal from the dragon, not face the hordes in the spire. He created some needle like picks and began to scale the spire. New skill Climb lv10 +50STR His weight had become much lighter after the initial climb. Half way up the tower he tossed the weights off. The wind picked up threatening to knock him off, his grip was strong enough to hold himself there. The rest of the trip up the spire was a series of climbing then stopping to hold on. It became repetitive, so he climbed the rest of the way. Before reaching the top, he froze when a breath attack shot just above him. It vaporized an invisible person, Nobody watched the man become dust. He could feel the heat from the blast on his face and his body began to sweat. Some form of primal fear overcame the compulsion for a second. Just long enough for him to flee a few feet down. His body stopped itself rigid as the compulsion overtook his fearful body and he returned to climbing up. ¡°I smell you adventurer scaling my wall. Brave but foolish. I knew you were there from the second you climbed my tower. Prostrate yourself before me and I may spare you.¡± The dragon said. The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation. Nobody made his way up the tower and stared at a massive dragon. He looked it over a plan forming quickly. Dragons were said to be prideful, if he was to survive he needed to take advantage of that pride. ¡°Oh, great dragon, your scales are stronger and more beautiful than divine armor, your claws are like legions of spears, and your teeth the finest collection of weapons. I was sent here on a quest to take something from you. Please have mercy on this fool.¡± Nobody finished by bowing his head to the mighty dragon. New skill Flattery lv10 +50CHR His body restructured itself, he could feel his hair grow fuller, the bones in his nose shifted, and his jaw was reshaped. ¡°Hmmm, you know how to prostrate yourself and your flattery is admirable. Do you want to know a secret, why my horde is so grand?¡± The dragon said. She turned her head and he saw a massive horde of wealth. Gold was stacked and spilling over. Treasure chests littered the room weapons of all kinds covered the place. ¡°You take it from the adventurers who challenge you. That¡¯s why the quest is under compulsion.¡± A smile spread across his face. ¡°Brilliant, smarter than a thousand adventurers, did I say that one.¡± ¡°Oh, no you did not, and it is appreciated. You can stay a while, but if you take anything then I will know and well you won¡¯t make it a mile from my tower. If you somehow resist and leave without taking anything, then I will consider the quest complete and remove the compulsion.¡± He sat down and waited, being this close to the treasure was enough to put off the compulsion, but if he left it would be back. The dragon was blue her scales glittered like sapphires. It was her power that made the storm. Here in her nest, not a breeze touched them. Occasionally an adventurer would step through the door and freeze. The area around the door was covered in paralyze traps. She often opened her maw and blasted them was a concentrated beam of energy. It was often over in a flash. Dragons are powerful creatures in this world. They have 50%immunity to all magic and 25% immunity to physical attacks from birth. Dragons can use any number of skill or magic. Their breath attacks often negate all but the strongest defenses. He woke up one morning to her licking him. ¡°What are you doing?¡± Nobody demanded of her. ¡°You smell terrible. I¡¯m cleaning you. If you are to stay with me, then I demand this much.¡± Her massive tongue was 10x larger than his body. Her breath smelled of blood and he could see down her horribly cavernous throat. Days passed, he was no closer to leaving than when he arrived. He stood on the edge and fired off Mana Shot. After 26, he stopped and let his MP recharge. Blue bolts of mana fired off into the distance dissipating after their range ran out. He ate the last of his food and laid down against her. She opened and eyes and stared at him. ¡°This is a first. What happened to I¡¯m a big strong adventurer and can by yourself?¡± She asked him. ¡°I think we¡¯re beyond that now. What¡¯s your name of mighty dragon?¡± He asked her. ¡°It¡¯s,¡± She let out a series of growls and hisses. ¡°I¡¯m going to call you Katara.¡± Nobody said with all seriousness. ¡°Call me that and your next cleaning will be in my stomach. What¡¯s your name, I bet it¡¯s something ridiculous?¡± A smile stretched his lips. ¡°Phil, but now its Nobody. Because I don¡¯t like the name Phil.¡± Nobody said. ¡°Why would you rather be a Nobody than Phil a somebody?¡± She asked amused. ¡°Because, its better to be a nobody than a somebody in a strange world like this one. Having a mighty name makes you a target. Being without a name gives a sense of invincibility. After all nobody can steal from you and get away with it right.¡± She snorted. ¡°You may call me Katara, if I can call you Phil. I don¡¯t like the name Nobody or the nonsense it claims. If you steal from me, then Nobody or somebody I will eat you.¡± Katara said. ¡°I thought you burned everyone with your breath.¡± Nobody said. ¡°The only Nobody I will eat, is you Phil. I¡¯ve grown to like your flavor.¡± His stomach growled interrupted the silence. ¡°I¡¯m out of food.¡± Nobody said. ¡°Then Phil it looks like you are reliant on me for charity.¡± Katara said. New Skill Heavy Training lv1 +5STR She had begun supplying him with half a deer once every three days. Eating raw meat wasn¡¯t fun but it beat starving. Only by gaining more physical and mental strength, could he hope to overcome this challenge. That was a laugh, his chances of leaving this place were zero. Mana Arms lv10 +8FOC +8WIS +8INT With a few runes during the creation of the weapons he began enchanting weapons during their creation. He used an acceleration rune, giving his spears the needed range to be a long-range spell. New Spell Piercing Spears Requirements: Mana Arms lv10, Rune Mastery lv10, Magic Trap Mastery lv10, 10FOC, 100INT Range: 100m Time: Instant Description: Enchanted spears forged from mana accelerate at incredible speeds towards targets. The number of spears generated is determined by mana used. Effect Mag Dam = Velocity + Mana Arms Cost: 300MP/spear Velocity = 10MPH x FOC With that he had his first instant spell, take that red mages. It was incredibly expensive though. He activated the spell and fired off one of his spears. The blue weapon accelerated and peaked its speed at 120MPH. The resulting puff of sand was impressive even from the spire''s height. The noise really loud. Katara was woken from her nap and fired off a blast of blue flames. Nobody managed to leap over the edge and hang on with his picks. ¡°What was that?¡± Katara asked. She raised open and opened a single great blue eye. Blue eyes met each other, and they stared at each other for a while. It was awkward. He decided to speak up. ¡°I just learned a new spell and forgot how powerful MP Rage made my spells.¡± She nodded. ¡°I have the skill as well. Try to limit the MP to only what¡¯s needed to make the spell. It should keep the spell from blowing up my tower. What¡¯s the preparation time?¡± She asked curiously. Even Mana Pulse required him to say the name. Piercing Spears was not only silent but incredibly powerful. It unfortunately ate up 5x the mana to fire one. After a minute his MP was fully recovered. He created five and launched them all. The ground shook again as five spears slammed into the ground each a fourth of his fully charged spear¡¯s power. Nobody turned his head to see greedy eyes staring at him. ¡°Interesting, you''re much stronger than before.¡± Katara said. She knew it was only a matter of time before he left. With his increased focus her compulsion wasn¡¯t as strong anymore. He had business with the skeletons a little way north of here. He only needed a way to gain more focus. ¡°Perhaps, you should try meditation to learn control. It did wonders for me.¡±

Floor 1 The South Part2 Nobody enjoyed his captivity atop the spire. Katara was a delight with her dry wit. It made conversation blunt and to the point just as he liked it. The spire could hold three dragons of Katara side, so it had plenty of leg room, and the screaming. The screaming was loud and frequent it worked as something like a clock. He could tell when an adventurer reached the last floor and saw Katara in all her glory. The occasional dead adventurer also served to enhance his meditation training. Keeping a clear mind over the deafening sounds of a breath attack, took skill. The system respected that, and he was nearly half-way to lv10 in meditation. That and the occasional scorpion had given him the poison resistance skill. Over all he was getting plenty of skills. ¡°Are you still meditating, or have you fallen asleep again? If you fall asleep, I won¡¯t catch you if you fall over the edge.¡± Katara said in the dragon equivalent of a monotone. He snorted in response. ¡°I want to play a game. Do you remember how to summon?¡± Waving his hand and saying the magical words, Salome crashed down to the tower. The metallic Golem dropped like a brick and froze when it saw Katara. The dragoness slammed the golem down and began to sniff it. ¡°She smells deceitful, a good golem then. I will summon a monster as well and then our game can begin.¡± Katara said. ¡°What are the rules?¡± Nobody asked. He got up from his meditative position and stretched. Lightning flashed over the horizon followed by the booms of thunder. ¡°We summon monsters against each other until three are depleted. The one who wins, will get a favor from the other. How does that sound?¡± Katara said in an ominous voice. Nobody glared at his summons. Salome Bitchtron was a piece of work. She betrayed him by assigning that compulsion quest to him. Just looking at her made him want to run her through. ¡°Master you wouldn¡¯t be so cruel to make me fight to the death. Would you? This isn¡¯t right, I¡¯m a sentient being. Master are you listening.¡± Nobody felt his face stretch. ¡°Master why are you smiling like that.¡± He let out a cackle. ¡°I¡¯ll summon something at a lower level than normal.¡± Katara said. A massive summoning circle appeared, and a werewolf covered in flames fell out. ¡°Alright, I will give you the first move. Show me what Bitchtron can do?¡± She said. Nobody thrusted his finger out. ¡°Go Salome fight the werewolf.¡± The iron golem looked back at him once then charged and yelled like a berserker. True Fire Werewolf lv25 The werewolf danced around her and ripped through her iron shell with its claws. Two swipes and a message popped up. Salome Bitchtron unsummoned ¡°So, what did you learn?¡± Katara asked. ¡°You have some overpowered monsters and maybe a little strategy couldn¡¯t hurt.¡± Nobody said. ¡°Very good Phil, why don¡¯t you try arming your golem this time. Do you have enough mana to summon her again?¡± Nobody tossed his hands in the air and a new summon circle deposited Salome in all her ebony glory. He made a short spear and a shield and tossed it to her. ¡°Round two start.¡± Salome ran in a guarded path. She used her shield to deflect the claws only for the shield to shatter. She used the drop-in weight to position her spear and stabbed the werewolf under the chin. The haft of the spear shattered, and the weapon vanished in motes of light. ¡°Fuck,¡± Salome shouted and danced back from a swift counter. She dodged as best she could taking only shallow wounds. But the fight was already decided. There was nothing she could do to change it. ¡°Piercing Spears!¡± Three spears slammed into the werewolf¡¯s chest. ¡°Now Salome, go for the eyes.¡± Nobody shouted. Salome drove her thumbs through the werewolf¡¯s eyes. A beam of dragon¡¯s breath swept through the battle killing both participants. ¡°You can use spells in battle to assist your monsters, though your opponent can also use spells.¡± Nobody had enough MP for two more summons. ¡°Can I summon a different monster or am I bound to the first one I summoned?¡± Nobody asked. ¡°Of course, there is no limit to what you can summon. So long as you give orders to your monsters to maintain obedience then it should be fine.¡± Once realizing that, he looked through his summon menu. The skill itself was nearly at level two, a testament to the power of the skill. Drake, slime, golem, dryad, goblin, Rabbit, undead, and insect Each summon would still be at lv1. Which was more of a rank than a level now that Nobody thought about it. Salome was much stronger physically than Nobody was by a long shot. Not to mention the difference between himself and Katara. Katara was only lv40, dragons took much longer to level than a human and her physical attributes were thousands of times higher than his. He remembered her commenting once how at level one she had the equivalent of 5000STR for a human. ¡°Today, Phil focus and summon something new.¡± Katara roared. She was losing patients with him and when his dragon friend was impatient things tended to get lasered to death. He hit slime and found a multitude of options he didn¡¯t have before. Gold Slime, Battle slime, Winged slime, Goblin slime, Dragon slime¡ That was new, apparently his inventory had something to do with summoning. No, more like he could spend regents to create a variant of summons. He had been picking up dragon scales on the sly ever since he arrived. They weren¡¯t considered her items. Well they were more like drops. There weren¡¯t the normal red letters that were displayed when stealing something. So, he picked them up. Katara seemed happy enough by his actions. He clicked Dragon Slime for its resistance to fire. Something that negated 15% of magic and negated another 50% of fire based attacks seemed good to him. He decided to name his new monster Jenny, Nobody had decided to name all his new monsters after forest gump until he ran out of names. A blue circle appeared, and a dragon slime AKA Jenny dropped down. The blue scaled slime looked around as it formed into a humanoid appearance. He gave Jenny the normal commands and tossed her duel axes enchanted to cause lightning frost damage with every impact. The runes would just recharge after each hit. ¡°Did you just use my scales as regents for your summoning?¡± Nobody nodded his head waiting for some sort of backlash. He stepped closer to the edge. ¡°Smarter than most, if you didn¡¯t have that dreadful cap then I¡¯m sure your flattery would be at lv50 by now.¡± She said chuckling. ¡°You¡¯re not mad?¡± Nobody asked. ¡°Duplication is the oldest form of flattery. I fear Buttons may have some trouble with your slime. I better swap out to something with a little more punch. The werewolf later known as Buttons vanished into blue light. A new circle appeared this one gold. Out of it appeared a large bunny with red eyes black fur, and black lightning shooting between his fluffy ears. It had human hands and a very lithe form. Nobody could tell it was mail by the massive erection it sported. ¡°What may I do for you mistress?¡± The bunny said. ¡°Floples, I command you to fight that slime to the death then unsummon.¡± Floples put its hands together and created a massive ball of black lightning. ¡°Did you know when you challenged my mistress that slimes all share the element of water. They were weak against lightning. The rabbit appeared in the air above Jenny. She shrunk herself down in fear of the lightning. ¡°Lightning rods.¡± Nobody shouted and shot a bunch rods of mana into the ground around the fight. The rods worked better than expected they pulled the lightning away from the attack and Jenny went on the attack slashing with her axes. The rabbit danced around the attacks waiting for an opening. This fight was getting good in Nobody¡¯s opinion. ¡°Sorry Phil but you just used a spell, so I get to. Scale Armor.¡± Floples was suddenly covered in a layer of dragon scales and the axes shattered upon contact with him. He picked Jenny up and unleashed a horrible blast of black lightning. Jenny vanished in motes of light. Floples vanished too the second Jenny was gone. Nobody formed a chair of mana and sat down and crossed his legs. He hadn¡¯t expected to win anyway. Though she was playing semi fair, the battle was never in doubt. The fact he got a draw at all was a plus one in his book. Summons lv2 +2FOC +2WIS What do you know? Nobody exited the pop up. He felt that he could focus on something a little better now. He learned a lot from living on this spire for well over a month. When Meditation reached 10 he felt, he could safely walk to the end of the spire¡¯s influence. ¡°Well you must be curious, what will this crazy dragon have you do as your favor? It¡¯s simple really, I want a rematch in the future. Come back when your much stronger and we will battle our monsters again. I¡¯m on your map, you should be able to find me anytime.¡± Was this her way of saying good bye? He had a lot to learn and more levels to snag in meditation. He wasn¡¯t ready. ¡°I still can¡¯t leave until I can resist your compulsion.¡± Nobody said. A smile spread over the dragoness¡¯s maw. She licked her lips. ¡°Let me make things clear Phil. I like you, we are of the same mana type and job. But you¡¯re still a baby compared to me, and now it¡¯s time to leave the nest. You have a week. Either go or I will make you.¡± Katara said. Nobody turned his head to the side. This novel''s true home is a different platform. Support the author by finding it there. ¡°You¡¯re a Blue Sentinel Dragon.¡± Nobody said. ¡°Elegantly put, yes, I¡¯m a Blue Sentinel Dragon the strongest being, with the smartest mana type, and the strongest job in the blue mana type. I¡¯ve taught you a lot while you¡¯ve stayed here. I hunted for you and licked you clean like a chick. You showed me you can adapt in a fight and eliminate your enemy¡¯s advantages and plan around an opponent¡¯s strengths. If I had summoned Buttons you might have won. You have a week to find a way around my compulsion, I have faith in you.¡± Katara said. ¡°That¡¯s easy for you to say, you don¡¯t have to fight against a ridiculous compulsion. Just, give me some time to think.¡± Nobody said. Nobody crossed his legs and began to meditate. Meditation lv5 +15FOC +10WIS The skill would take another week just to get another level in it. He could practically see the chains of the compulsion holding him back and keeping him here. He awoke from his meditation a day later and watched Katara lick her scales clean. It was a fascinating process. The dragon¡¯s tongue was a long and dexterous organ, with sharp barbs built for rending flesh. It was only her delicate touch that save him from dying to her tongue. ¡°What is your fascination with watching me bathe?¡± Katara asked. Nobody turned his head away. ¡°I didn¡¯t mean to shame you, I¡¯m genuinely curious. Do you find my form attractive? My charisma is quite high. Have I gotten to you? Have you become smitten with my beautiful form? Is it more than a mere compulsion keeping you here?¡± Katara said. He knew dragons were prideful creatures, but this was ridiculous. They were two very different species and she was messing with him. Well time to double down. ¡°You found out.¡± Katara took on a look of shock. ¡°Yes, Katara I have fallen madly in love with you. My dearest mentor, I wish to court you.¡± He waved his hand out for dramatic flare hoping it would show he was being sarcastic. Her head turned to the side and she bumped her nose against his crotch. He felt an up current of air. ¡°I had no idea you were one of those. Rare is it a sentient that sees beyond species and goes for what they want. Very well watch me clean myself if it will serve as a reminder to survive and come back.¡± What? He did the dramatic flare and everything this wasn¡¯t fair why did the dragon suddenly want to screw him. She was messing with him, Katara tripled down, and nearly caught him flat footed. Two can play at this game. ¡°When did you become such a horny dragon?¡± Nobody said. He walked over to get a front row seat of the cleaning. Surely, this would make her blink. Was he playing bestiality chicken? ¡°Phil dragons develop their horns when they hit puberty. Perhaps, you do need an anatomy lesson. Has no one taught you Rocs and the D¡¯bees?¡± He knew rocs were a type of monster bird but what were D¡¯bees. ¡°What are D¡¯bees?¡± He asked. ¡°Demon bees, a type of malevolent insect monster really nasty they reproduce with any species and rip off the genitals of their prey. Something to do with preventing inbreeding. Rocs, if you don¡¯t know, reproduce by injecting their fertilized eggs into their victim for an easy meal for the chicks. They have an ovipositor with a sharpened bone point. It has a very powerful nerve dampening venom. Where was I going with this?¡± Nobody was having trouble following this as well. ¡°Oh, yea dragons reproduce when a male overpowers the female and then mounts her. If you can¡¯t either mate with me through subterfuge or might, then you aren¡¯t a worthy mate. But, I wouldn¡¯t be against your adoration while I bathe.¡± This lizard was the single most prideful, confusing, and annoying thing he had ever met. She still thought he wanted to bang her. He shook his head and turned away from the dragon. She chuckled loudly in his mind and slurped noisily behind him. He had to think about anything but what Katara was doing behind him. That crazy dragon was more than likely messing with him, but you never know. She could be up to something. He had to think about something else. His mind wondered to the Rocs and the Demon bees. Both monsters sounded dangerous. Their dangers weren¡¯t just in their combat potential, but in how they bred. If he was to fight one of them how would he go about it. Slurp! Squish! Slorp! Refusing to think about what horrors were going on behind him, he sat on the edge of the spire and thought about tactics to combat the monsters. Jenny was the obvious choice for such a fight. She could take the most punishment and with the duel frost axes deal some damage in return. He recalled that ice was a weakness to insects and birds alike. Dragons too for that matter or was that dinosaurs. ¡°All clean, your focus is getting better a few more days of meditating and you should easily handle my compulsion.¡± Katara said. Nobody nodded and continued to stare out into the desert in contemplation. He wanted to travel further south and see the sights. You have been sent a 3minute video would you like to view it now, it has been saved to your video file. The video had a thumbnail of Katara with her tongue sticking out. ¡°We can send videos.¡± Nobody asked. ¡°Of course, we can send videos, I¡¯ve saved your contact information. I will send you mine as well.¡± Would you like to save this user to your contacts? He saved it under friends and put Katara and the thumbnail as the face, so he wouldn¡¯t forget his folly. He had to get out of here before he ended up literally fucking the dragon. Was that even a fraise? It sounded much worse than tickling it, that¡¯s for sure. Well he hadn¡¯t quite fucked the dragon it was more like accidently courting it. ¡°Well babe, I will be sure to force you into submission and mount you when I get back.¡± She chuckled and lowered her head to his face. ¡°I¡¯ll be rooting for you. Polymorph,¡± She suddenly transformed into a dark-skinned beauty with flowing white curls and blue eyes. She was completely naked and sporting some double Ds. Two blue horns poking from her head and webbed ears revealed her inhuman nature. She twirled around showing off her body. He thought record and this image of her spinning around and her boobs bouncing was recorded. Nobody cursed his own eyes, if they were only better. He needed to find skills to enhance his vision. This wouldn¡¯t even be in HD. ¡°You¡¯re amazing.¡± He said. She smiled a very dragon smile and spit on the ground revealing her dagger like teeth. ¡°Make that scary as hell.¡± Katara nodded. ¡°Again, with the flattery, you need to get that level cap removed. Go, get out of here. The sooner you leave the sooner you will return. I¡¯ll be waiting.¡± She leapt upon her massive golden treasury. He had the weirdest boner and didn¡¯t know what to think. The compulsion was still there but his desire for sex and focus were holding it back. ¡°I will be back for you Katara. I will make you mine.¡± A shark like grin spread across her face and the aura of a mighty dragon appeared around her. He felt more than ever like an insignificant bug. That would change.

Floor 1 The South Part 3 Nobody leapt from the spire, the feeling of freefall took over his senses. He did it to rip off that band aide. Katara was too fun to hang out with. She took to hanging out in her human form and the clock was ticking. He wanted to leave on his own terms instead of hers. His body was in free fall and it was the best. He could feel his adrenaline pumping and the threat of death was right around the corner. But he was stronger than he was before the spire. His feet touched the tower and he kicked off increasing his speed, any second, he would hit the ground. Winds buffeted his body, as the momentum drove him further. He smashed into the ground at beyond terminal velocity. 300HP vanished on impact. Tumbling through the sand rocks stole 10HP here and there as he rolled to a stop. The armor protecting his body shattered, his collar bone was snapped, and he broke a few ribs. He threw up a pint of blood with a smile on his face. He laughed, as his body began to snap itself back together. As his ribs snapped back together and his collarbone healed. His smile vanished, as a wave of compulsion rocked his sanity. He had to get up the tower, he needed something up there at all costs. His hands were on the spire before he could stop himself. Taking a knife, he stabbed himself in the side to keep the compulsion at bay. He began to walk away from the tower further south. A tower shield appeared on his left arm, he used it shield himself from the worst of the winds. Massive cyclones circled the tower, he hadn¡¯t noticed them before. The swirling sand storms must have blocked them. They were easy enough to predict. The sand storms moved clockwise around the tower, he was able to move through well enough with goggles and a head scarf. He stabbed another dagger in his side, when the compulsion slowed his progress. Once the cyclones were behind him it was smooth sailing. The second his foot touched different colored sand, the compulsion vanished. Quest failed the dragon¡¯s Treasure Pain Resistance lv6 +18END Nobody continued heading south until trees started to appear. This place made him feel unwelcome. There was a presence here that was far from his own mana type. No, it was worse than that, he wanted to poke at this place from a distance. Expending 1600MP he summoned Salome and Jenny. The daggers in his side shattered into particles. The wounds healed over leaving two angry red scars on his sides. If this kept up his body would be one big red scar. ¡°Hello master, what horrible monster are you going to feed me to this time?¡± Jenny was looking skittish. Her first moments of life were against a lightning tossing rabbit. The dragon slime was jumping at every shadow. He needed to punish Salome for her insolence and boost Jenny¡¯s confidence. Well he heard slimes have interesting tastes and Salome needed a lay. ¡°Salome fuck yourself with Jenny¡¯s tentacles. Jenny fuck Salome in every hole.¡± The slime instinctively knew what he meant it seemed. It grew a multitude of blue penis shaped tentacles. Salome¡¯s silver eyes went wide in shock. She tried to back away, but the order stopped her. ¡°Master you wouldn¡¯t do that to your faithful summon would you. I helped you meet Katara remember.¡± Jenny looked back at him, as if asking for final permission. Nobody nodded and sat down to meditate. His meditation skill was still at 20% to the next level. It seemed that even meditating through tentacle rape wasn¡¯t quite enough. He looked at his map. This place was called the Unicorn¡¯s forest. Forests, they had trees and lots of wildlife. He needed more attribute points and wood working sounded like a fun skill to have, he needed a bow for a later and a staff wouldn¡¯t hurt. He got up and walked over to see a Salome moaning and covered in slime ova. The small eggs were dripping out of her every orifice. She was on the ground breathing heavily. Jenny looked pleased with herself. She was burbling in a daze. Nobody tossed them a few axes and kept one for himself. ¡°We are logging today, both of you grab your axes and cut down some trees with me.¡± Jenny nodded and picked up her two axes. Both were two handed weapons. The slime made extra hands to wield them easier. As they started chopping down a good sized red wood, he noticed Jenny eating the bugs that leapt off the tree. She caught a praying mantis the size of a house cat. The bug was only lv12. It was becoming clear that summons and levels didn¡¯t quite correspond. When Jenny ate the bug, she gained 15AGL. That wasn¡¯t a skill that Salome shared. ¡°Curious, explain to me why she just gained stat points from eating a bug.¡± Nobody demanded of Salome. ¡°It¡¯s a Dragon trait. They gain a percentage of the highest stat from whatever they eat. Master how much more chopping are we going to do today this is boring.¡± New skill Mining lv1 +3STR +2END There is was, the reason he began chopping to begin with. Mining increased strength which was good. He needed a boost in the stat. After cutting down the first tree he began removing the limbs and breaking it down further. Once he added it to his inventory, he could break it down to wood fibers and then transform them with some goblin flesh into wooden boards. It seemed, he could make glue from goblin corpses or rather their bones. He could also remove the wooden logs he collected to begin shaping them. Nobody sat on a stump meditating and carving his first bow. Jenny claimed there was a nest of spiders south east of here. Something about her dragon sense of smell. He could only understand half of what she said. She made a mass of eight legged tentacles and kept pointing. After pointing to her face several times, he got the message. But, he was busy at the moment. Nobody¡¯s summons engaged in more tentacle sex. It seemed Salome had grown a taste for it and Jenny seemed to be having fun as well. With the wood carving and tentacle sex his mediation was 60% to the next level. Though, it was getting harder to gain percentages, as time went on. It was a breath of fresh air carving a bow in the woods. Working with his hands gave him a sense of peace, he missed. That or he was getting more oxygen than normal. Reaching over he turned the giant crickets over on the fire pit. New skill Wood Carving lv1 +2DEX +1FOC In his opinion, his bow was coming along well enough. The wood carving skill directed his hands and his rune mastery helped him etch the runes his bow needed. Acceleration, to every arrow fired sounded like an awesome addition. A few muffle sound runes, and mana absorption made the bow an enchanted weapon to be reckoned with. The problem was the bow string. He could have found some poor animal and ripped its entrails out. Nobody could have searched his inventory for potential patch jobs. But he was making his own weapon. There was no way, he was making an inferior weapon. Then he remembered there was a spider nest near here. ¡°Well Jenny, it looks like we are going spider hunting.¡± She stopped raping Salome and a grinned ear to ear. They made their way silently towards the spider nests. Many covered the forest, but one caught his eye. It was larger than the others and it had quite a few giant insects in it already. He climbed up a nearby tree with his summons close behind. Nobody waited in the tree looking around for the maker of the web. In his mind, he pictured a giant ugly spider monster. One that he would need to shoot with piercing fire spears. Instead, he found a purple haired monster girl riding a massive spider body with a red hour glass on her thorax. She lowered herself by a human shaped cocoon and her tongue shot out and stabbed into the poor bastard¡¯s body. The webbed-up body began to shake, as she drained its fluids. Just as the body stopped moving she raised her head. ¡°Oh, a voyeur, come out and show yourself, I promise not to bite, much.¡± She giggled to herself and leapt from her web and landed on the tree with a crack. Her legs ripped into the wood and found grips for her large body. Nobody watched the dryder in stealth mode. The spider girl flipped on her back and shot a layer of sticky silk on Salome. ¡°No, you don¡¯t want me I¡¯m not a squishy organic. You want my master he¡¯s hiding down there.¡± Fortunately, Nobody, managed to move to a new hiding place during the attack. The giant spider girl searched were he had been and found nothing. Then her leg touched a circle he made in the tree. She tripped his frost trap sending icy spikes up ripping through one of her legs and freezing her in place. ¡°You tricked me. Summons are supposed to hate their masters.¡± Nobody climbed behind Salome and tossed her off the tree. The golem screamed, as she fell. Salome Bitchtron can now be summoned ¡°I counted on her betrayal. It was all a part of my strategy.¡± Jenny leapt on top of the spider girl and wrapped her in gooey limbs. A massive spider leapt from one of the high trees only to be for a ice mana spear to shot through its abdomen. The monster shattered in a million pieces against a tree. She charged him her mouth full of needle sharp teeth dripping with venom. Stop attack, you¡¯re not allowed to kill me. Call off the spiders attacking us. She shrieked and immediately complied. He ordered her to follow him and she did so. They returned to the camp. Every four minutes, he had to recast the skill. ¡°What would you have me do, master?¡± The spider girl said through gritted teeth. A smile spread across Nobody¡¯s face. ¡°I would like a single strand of your silk for my bow. Spin it away from me.¡± He said. She glared at him and proceeded to spin her web. Taking the string, he tied nots on the ends and strung his weapon. Pulling back his knew weapon he fired a frost enchanted mana arrow at a tree. The arrow hit with a loud whap and frost spread from the arrow. He recast turn monster and began working on his next bow. ¡°Is this what you would have me do, become a silk factory for your needs?¡± Nobody raised an eyebrow and recast turn monster. ¡°Would you have rather, I killed you and extracted your spinneret? Is your dignity worth your life, turn monster?¡± He asked. ¡°You are the most conceited human, I¡¯ve ever met. Not that the rest of your species has given me much to go on. They too asked me many questions. Mostly, why? The rest literally get off on it.¡± She said with a terrible smile. ¡°Are you that type, will you use your little binding to have your way with me?¡± The spider girl said. This was not a conversation Nobody was comfortable with. Katara was one thing, this spider was another. ¡°Jenny, play with the spider, while I work.¡± The Dragon Slime Girl gave a solute and began to make tentacle dicks. He cast turn monster again and began to carve a better bow. Turn monster lv2 +2INT +2FOC +2CHA He just gained another 4minutes on the turn monster. Do you want me to give her a Bitchtron special?¡± Salome said. ¡°You and what army, you giant shiny dildo.¡± The spider girl said. ¡°Fusion,¡± Nobody said, and watched a black circle appear around the two monsters. They shattered, into motes of light and slammed together. The new creature began to form. Her spider body was metallic, her head was all Salome and her biomechanical body seemed to radiate power. Tears rolled down the creature¡¯s face. Nobody gave his orders, binding her to his will. ¡°What have you done?¡± The creature asked in the seductive voice of the spider girl. The new creature was still named Salome Bitchtron. Her body moved around it was lithe now and clearly more powerful. ¡°I made you into something more. How do you feel?¡± Nobody asked. ¡°What do you care? You did this to me without asking. You tortured me with the slime and fused me against my will. I remember the werewolf¡¯s claws ripping through me and dying. I can taste the sweet nectar of liquified human organs. I feel like more than I was. My body feels different. I like it.¡± Not the reaction he expected, but better than he hoped. ¡°Are you loyal to me?¡± That was the question. He wanted to know how this creature functioned. ¡°So long as you give me plenty of tentacle time, I will die a thousand deaths for you master.¡± He nodded. ¡°Good to know, start producing silk immediately.¡± Hours later, Nobody pulled back on his new bow, a mana arrow smashed into a stump and shattered. Part of the stump exploded in woodchips. With full damage calculation an arrow from his bow did around 500 Mag Dam. Salome busily created spool after spool of spider silk. The metallic silk was a little sturdier than spider silk. He could always use more rope. His camp was in the desert just outside the forest. He didn¡¯t feel comfortable staying in the forest very long. Staying there too long gave him an anxiety attack. Watching the forest from a distance, he saw a series of flowers that weren¡¯t there before. He targeted them. Pink Lily Forest lv290 The longer he watched, the more flowers appeared. He dared not enter the forest again. It was time to return to the Skeleton Cave and conquer it. He had spent too much time to the south. After redeeming himself there, he would slay Dark, and meet back up with Nora, and head to the next floor.

Floor 1 Skeleton Cave Rematch An alarm blared in his head playing something from Lincoln park. It was nice that the creator of this dungeon grabbed a few songs from his dimension. He pulled a string on the tent flap blinding himself with the duel suns. ¡°Good morning master what are we going to do today?¡± Salome asked. He waved a hand at her. Nobody was in little move to contend with his summons right then. He relieved himself in a rabbit burrow and created a massive dumbbell. The chunk of dense mana weighed about 450kg. Roughly 925lbs from his own measurements. Bending down, he began his morning warm ups. The heavy weight strained his muscles but wasn¡¯t quite enough to hurt him. At 81STR, he should be significantly stronger than any human ever born. That wasn¡¯t the case. Every day he worked his muscles and increased the weight a little more. A week ago, he wouldn¡¯t have been able to lift his morning workout. This little experiment taught him the limits of attribute points. Attributes represented potential, not actual power. He could potentially reach the heights of intelligence someone with 400INT could reach. Nobody was still human and would have to learn, make mistakes, and fail like everyone else. Learning that he couldn¡¯t just level himself beyond humanity was comforting in a way, just as it made his goals debilitatingly far away. It was the little things in life that really proved to piss him off. He threw the barbell against the ground and it shattered into mana shards. Another thing about strength, he was learning. Anger could increase his strength. The higher his potential the larger the anger buff could give him. He had a pleasant example of just what could happen yesterday.
He was on his last legs, it had been a long day of travel. They were miles from the skeleton cave still and he was running on empty stamina. Just as he wobbled past a burrow, a rabbit leapt out and headbutted him in the solar plexus. He crumbled like a soda can and hit the dirt. Salome burst out laughing and Jenny warbled in good humor as well. The world turned red at the sounds of laughter and Nobody leapt to his feet. The long-eared varmintm tried to repeat its attack, only for Nobody to catch it one handed. His hand closed like a vice and the creature shrieked then burbled blood and brain matter covered Nobody¡¯s hand. The world slowly returned to its normal colors. He had a rabbit to skin and meat for tonight''s stew.
Things like crushing a three-foot-tall rabbit with a skull thick enough to dent iron wasn¡¯t something he was capable of without anger. Since discovering the power anger could give him, he didn¡¯t feel the need to control it. ¡°Master are you done with your morning routine? We are only a few miles from the cave now.¡± He nodded his acceptance and they began walking towards the cave.
Nobody felt doubts about facing the skeletons. What if, even with all his power, he was still no match for the skeletal mage? With its dispel, archers, and warrior caste skeletons, it was formidable. He couldn¡¯t tell his summons of his doubts. They wouldn¡¯t understand, or they would see it as weakness and try to kill him again. He never felt more alone. The skeleton cave hadn¡¯t changed much. Nothing lived around the cave, it still had a single skeleton guarding it, and the door was the same old slab of wood. He ran at the skeleton, before it could react, he jerked off its head, and slammed it against a boulder. The head shattered, and the skeleton fell in pile of bones. He picked them up as a memento and kicked in the door. The skeleton warrior turned to him and raised its sword covering its body with its shield. Nobody covered the distance between them in a step. His hand wrapped around the shield and a quick jab dazed the creature. Skeletons were light creatures. He picked the skeleton off its feet and bashed it against the wall. Bones broke under his strength, but he wouldn¡¯t stop until this pile of bones was dust. ¡°Master, enough its HP is gone, it can¡¯t fight anymore.¡± Nobody looked over at Salome then back at the skeleton. ¡°So, it can¡¯t. When did it die?¡± He asked unsure of himself. ¡°When you punched it. It died after the first blow.¡± Nobody nodded. ¡°Thank you, Salome. We have a whole next room to clear be ready.¡± She looked at him with her eight purple eyes. Two spears crackling with flames appeared in his hands. They weren¡¯t like mana arms weapons. No dispel could cancel their magic. Nobody had carved them himself and enchanted them to absorb mana and transfer the heat to anything that touched their tips. He named the white spear Chad, and the Black one Tyrone. They were both lv1 and would need than a few wins to reach lv100. He walked through the tunnel. The room was just as he remembered. Bookshelves filled with old tomes, writing desks, and even a platform with a pentagram in the center of it. In sneak mode he spotted the skeletal mage. It moved about and ground its teeth. He took careful aim with Tyrone. He would only get one throw before the creature launched a dispel, removing his summons. His hand shook around Tyrone¡¯s shaft, the long shaft of the spear hummed with power ready to unleash its terrible bursts of flames. Combined with his throw skill, the weapon was formidable indeed. Taking a breath, he calmed his nerves for the throw, Chad leaned against the wall as a backup. When his breathing calmed and the skeleton mage¡¯s path was memorized, he threw the spear. Tyrone blurred through the air, the skeletal mage¡¯s robes and the creature¡¯s spine. Then the transfer started. All of Tyrone¡¯s stored energy discharged as heat. The skeleton ignited then exploded sending shards of bone everywhere. Quickly taking Chad in his other hand, he threw the white spear into the nearest skeleton archer. The quick discharge and explosion of was just a Chad thing to do. The spear worked well with Tyrone that way. Both weapons gained ten levels from the kills Tyrone a bit more from the stronger enemy. Salome captured one of the skeletal archers using her web and dragged the undead to be dismembered. The other skeletal warriors were already inside Jenny. Their bones began to dissolve within the dragon slime. Seeing the battle was over, ihe let out his held breath. Nobody retrieved his spears to inspect them. The wooden shafts felt denser and the spear tips were a bit sharper. Turning them over, he felt the runes. Each symbol played an important part in his weapon¡¯s design. There were a few scratches, but the runic arrays on the weapons weren¡¯t in any danger of collapsing. With a sigh, he put his weapons back in the inventory. ¡°From here on out, we are going to inspect the library. Any books that teach blue mana type skills or spells go on that table. Any other books are to be separated in stacks on the floor.¡± Jenny made a glopping sound, Nobody nodded to her. She went out to explore more of the cave. As a slime, she didn¡¯t have eyes to read. He began to look through the shelves finding research notes and few reference texts. ¡°How does research on binding soul¡¯s to weapons end with skeletons?¡± Nobody muttered as he glanced over the texts before tossing them in on the ever-growing research journal stack. ¡°I found something interesting master, come look.¡± Salome said. He walked over and caught a blue book. Studying Techniques, A Lesson in Neuro, the requirements were for any mana type which was good. The ability to learn faster wasn¡¯t a bad thing. ¡°Thank you, Salome, what do you want in return.¡± She showed him something swollen and metallic. He looked over her blushing face and noticed the change in her body. Her spider half wasn¡¯t silver anymore. Her whole body had taken up a black finish. The glowing purple eyes made her look more exotic. He could feel heat coming off her body. ¡°I¡¯m not a golem with little feeling anymore master. I¡¯ve become something not quite flesh or machine. Just think it over alright. I¡¯ll work over there to leave you with your thoughts.¡± First Katara now Salome. Why were they all going after him now? Was it his charisma? Had such a low attribute really affected how other saw him? ¡°I¡¯ll be over there while you work, thinking about what you¡¯ve told me.¡± He said and walked across the room mechanically. Nobody went through the research and history texts quickly alphabetizing them and stuffing his inventory with them. He found a red book on fireball, a yellow book on mana manipulation, and a purple book on feeding armies. After separating them, he continued to the next shelf. It was a large library he could tell it would take some time before they finished. Hours past and he sat at the desk looking over the STALIN book. It was filled with little tricks to help speed read, remember important details, and find patterns. Not ten pages in he received a pop up. New skill Study lv1 +3FOC +2PER New Attribute PER(Perception) Passive Details: A skill used by all practitioners who are diligent in the study of any field of magic. This skill allows a user to not only study books, people, and conversations, but for blue mana types it allows them to study the skills of monsters and potentially copy the abilities. Effect: +10% learning efficiency per skill level. Higher perception increases skill growth and the chance to learn monster skills 0.01% x PER. Range: Perception limit. ¡°Master are you ok, you stopped reading and zoned out for a bit.¡± Nobody closed his eyes and opened them slowly. He felt his mind pick apart her words, while his concentration was preoccupied. She had genuine worry in her voice, whether it was for his own well being or hers, was unsure. He still couldn¡¯t trust her, but if he found out what really owned her loyalty, maybe. ¡°I¡¯ll be ok, lets find Jenny and get out of here. I have what we came for.¡± Nobody said. He really did have it. His vengeance upon the skeletons was his real reason for being here. Everything else was secondary to that task. With the skeletons destroyed, he felt better. ¡°Jenny hasn¡¯t gotten back yet. Did something unsummon her?¡± He shook his head. ¡°Then we have to go save her.¡± Salome said. Nobody nodded his head. Did she really have feelings for the slime girl, or was this all an act? They walked through the corridor the same way Jenny traveled. Empty suits of armor covered the floor from skeleton warriors. After walking through an open door, the way lit up. Torches covered the place and the air began to get colder. Eventually, they entered a room with a massive pillars of ice littering the place. Cold flames danced in lanterns illuminating the chamber in a blue light. Upon a throne of ice was a large creature made of skeletons and ice. Jenny was frozen solid behind his throne. ¡°She must have been about to sneak attack him when he blasted her.¡± Salome said. Nobody nodded. He cupped his hands and she lowered her ear to him. ¡°No, shit.¡± He whispered back to her. Slowly taking Chad and Tyrone out of his inventory, the two spears began to hum with mana. He entered sneak mode and began to walk behind the pillars. The creature was making the air cold with its presence alone. Nobody targeted him.The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation. Maggoth The Ice Demon lv20 That was strange, why was such a low level monster able to freeze Jenny solid. Salome slowly lowered herself from the ceiling. She planned to kill the Ice Demon with a sneak attack. While that was going on, he took out his paint brush and began to paint fire traps all over the pillars. ¡°I know you¡¯re there mortal, show yourself and your death will be quick. None kill quicker than Maggoth the Frost Lord.¡± Nobody leapt out of cover exposing himself just as Salome attacked. Maggoth raised his shield and blocked Salome¡¯s axe. Flaming piercing spears fired out striking the creature in the chest lighting him up. A smile stretched over Nobody¡¯s face, as he waited for pop ups. ¡°Aren¡¯t you counting your victory¡¯s too soon.¡± A mist covered the demon¡¯s body protecting it from fire. Salome shrieked, as one of her arms froze solid when touching the shield. The limb broke off and shattered. He thrust Tyrone forward and felt his weapon unleash a blast of flames in the demon¡¯s mist field. The flames exploded and winked out. Frost leapt up his weapon, just as Nobody retreated. Daggers with fire trap appeared and smashed into the Demon. ¡°You underestimate the power of the 9th circle mortal.¡± Maggoth said and opened its mouth before spitting out a blast of freezing mist. He returned Tyrone to his inventory and threw a few firebombs. The small rocks exploded filling the room with heat. Nobody stopped paying attention to Salome and focused only on the fight. He began to stride, dodging what attacks he could, and unleashed a payload of firebombs. Explosions shook the cave sending stalagmites crashing down. ¡°You''re crafty mortal, I will give you that, but my victory is inevitable.¡± He weighed his options. This guy was strong sure, but he wasn¡¯t invincible. Remote detonation unleashed the few traps Nobody was able to place before the battle. The demon fell to a knee. Nobody sprinted sensing weakness. Holding Chad in both hands, he rammed it in the demon¡¯s neck. The creature¡¯s eyes opened wide as flames shot through its mist shield. The demon raised its sword, and Nobody leapt back as a pillar of ice exploded up from where he once stood. ¡°You hurt me, a mortal hurt me... This is unacceptable!¡± The demon shrieked and began to glow, the mist surrounding its body began to spin thickening. ¡°Hell¡¯s Blizzard,¡± The demon shouted. Nobody began to back track. He swapped to his bow and began to fire arrows enchanted with fire trap. The slowly expanding blizzard threw his arrows off course. Arrows exploded sending flames at random, but Nobody didn¡¯t feel any of it. The blizzard canceled out the flames before they could change the flow of battle. The demon began to cackle before it charged. Nobody dodged to the side narrowly escaping the blizzard. His cloak froze and shattered in placed. Changing tactics, this time when he heard the demon cackle, he made a runway with fire bomb arrows. As the demon charged, Nobody detonated them. This time the explosions hit the blizzard throwing its rotation off course. He readied Chad letting the demon charge at him. He would only get one shot at this. He took control of his own mana and began to force it into his spear. A pop up appeared but he paid it no mind, this was all or nothing. The runes glowed so bright they burned his palms. His movements became stiff from the cold, he couldn¡¯t dodge at this point even if he wanted to. The explosions continued to go off timed with the demon¡¯s charge. Taking in a frigid breath, he braced the spear with all his might. He would use his own body to keep the attack on the mark. His MP supply ran dry just as what was left of the blizzard hit him. His health and stamina began to deplete at record speeds. He could feel himself slipping away, then the blizzard vanished, and cold blood covered his hands. Nobody¡¯s spear had pierced the demon¡¯s blizzard, shield, armor, and through its eye the brain. A blast of fire shot out from the back of the demon¡¯s head heating up the room. He stood there for a few minutes basking in his victory and unable to really move. His health was slowly regenerating. He had survived by 10HP. His stamina was none existent. Slowly, he recovered. His HP increased by dozens a second. He looked at his spear. Chad was now at lv100. It was ready to evolve. The spear looked like a master crafted version of itself. The head was sharper than anything he had ever seen. The runes glowed with power all their own. He reviewed his options. Fire Spear lv1 Item Rank: D Requirement: lv100 fire enchanted spear Description: A spear harboring an infant fire elemental. This spear can deal cursed fire damage at the price of some of the user¡¯s HP. It will try to manipulate you and possess your mind. It has a purple shaft, black and orange head, and glowing yellow runes, this is a cursed weapon. Damage: 150-200 Phys/ Cursed Fire dam + STR/INT Holy Storm Spear lv1 Item Rank: C Requirement: lv100 Fire enchanted spear used to slay a demon of the opposing element anointed with the demon¡¯s corrupted element. Description: A spear harboring a spirit that feeds on corruption, in other words an angel. This spear feeds on the curses of demons and uses its wielder¡¯s MP to manifest itself. It has a white shaft, Blue/Red swirling head, and glowing gold runes, this weapon is formidable. Damage: 200-350 Phys/ Holy Storm Dam + STR/WIS He chose the Holy Storm Spear, the weapon hovered in the air. It began to spin glowing with a light that could only be called holy. A bubble formed around the spear as the weapon changed. Gone were the beautiful but amateur runes instead in its place was a script that Nobody had never seen before. The shaft of the spear was white with beautiful golden runes, the head of the spear was a snowflake and a flame in a green amber. The amber looked like a tornado and ended with a very sharp point. Nobody hefted the weapon in the air. It hummed at his touch. Chad had become something Majestic. Now if he could only find an angel to slay with Tyrone. Taking the Chad, he decided to perform some amateur surgery on the demon¡¯s corpse. Cutting a line in the demon¡¯s chest was the easy part, cracking the rips wasn¡¯t. When the bone armor was removed the demon was just a head taller than a goblin. It was much hardier, and it didn¡¯t have gaps in its rips. With a lot of pulling and cutting Nobody got what he wanted, the heart. The organ was a large black muscle still beating despite the demon¡¯s death. Grasping the large organ in his hand he opened his mouth and took a bite. As it turned out a demon¡¯s heart is very chewy. He shook his head like a shark then spun the heart like a reverse crocodile. After swallowing a piece of the demon, he felt something cold flow through him. He took another bite. His HP quickly recovered along with his MP, and SP. You have gained strength from a higher race +5 to all stats. Trait: Demon Hunter +5% damage to all demons.

¡°Fuck you man.¡± Nobody yelled, as he sat by his camp fire. Jenny was slowly thawing beside him and Salome was pacing. She was still missing an arm and he didn¡¯t want to unsummon her and waste 1,600MP. There was something more important to worry about. Ability Unlocked Mana Manipulation lv1 Abilities: Rarer than skills abilities are difficult to unlock and don¡¯t give attribute points. Abilities can¡¯t be fused and are all considered beyond legendary in value. All abilities are different but extremely powerful. Mana Manipulation lv1 Requirements: Use one of the fundamental parts of mana manipulation to perform an action. All those who wield mana can unlock mana manipulation. This ability can¡¯t be unlocked due to the affects of a skill. Description: Enhance, Imbue, conjure, project, detect, and conceal there are six expressions of mana manipulation these sub abilities determine how effective you are in Mana manipulation itself. This ability is the bread and butter of mana wielders. Effect: This ability allows the user to freely use mana through the six expressions of mana manipulation. +5% effectiveness in expressions per level. This ability evolves at lv25 into Mana Control. He couldn¡¯t stop staring at the screen. Was this a joke, this really shook up the skill system. It must have been, when he used Chad to pierce through the blizzard and the shield. But how did pouring some mana into something increase the effectiveness of his weapon. It didn¡¯t make sense. Runes worked with set amounts of energy. They could only take a set amount of mana, before the runes gave out or burned through the weapon. So, why did he suddenly have an ability, something rarer than a legendary skill? Something, he didn¡¯t know existed. He thought skills all the same. Nothing about the pop ups eluded to a ranking system. Could skills be traded, could monsters, why didn¡¯t this make sense? It was so frustrating he needed someone to talk to anyone with answers. ¡°Master, could you kill me please, I miss my arms.¡± His head turned his to slave, Salome Bitchtron. The biomechanical dryder he created. The woman¡¯s purple eyes gave him a meaningful look. Her submissive posture was almost genuine. It laughed in the face of the trouble she had caused him. Why wasn¡¯t she submissive, when he was much weaker? Was she submissive, really or was this blatant manipulation? He had too many questions and not enough answers. With a wave of his hand, she and Jenny were unsummoned. He picked a hunk of heart out of his teeth and slammed it back in his mouth to chew. His blood was boiling from the heart he just ate. As it turned out, demon meat was delicious. Nobody liked the taste of the damned creatures. With a knife, he cut strips from the creature¡¯s flesh and fried it like bacon. The smell nearly stung his senses, but he stayed and took it. This place nearly killed him again, so he would enjoy his conquest. Letting his rage go, he was able to admit it. He had nearly lost to the demon. Maybe that was why he was eating pieces of it. Hell, he had poured a good portion of the creature¡¯s blood in a wooden urn. Why did he do it, he wasn¡¯t Nora? After a moment of contemplation, he blamed Katara for it. That dragoness had fed him nothing but raw meat for a month and he got a taste for blood. Pouring himself a glass, he put the urn back in his inventory. After taking a sip, he looked over the demon. It was hanging upside down by metallic spider silk. Its blue corpse was 3 times better muscled than a goblin¡¯s its massive, oversized genitalia nearly touched its mouth. Its chest alone was five times as thick as a goblin. Large silver sacs hung out of the creature. Nobody thought they were tumors, until he cut one out. They were thermal glans. when the creature used its mist skill the glans heated up to keep the creature warm. They were the only part of the creature warm to the touch. Once cut from the demon¡¯s body, they rapidly burned up. The demon¡¯s body kept the sac from overheating. It was possible the mist was also a factor. It was just a hypothesis, he would need to kill other demons to find out. Flipping the demon bacon, he took a sip of the creature¡¯s blood. It was metallic and very cool going down. He allowed himself to relax and whistled the opener to the Andy Griffin show. He wasn¡¯t very good at keeping the tune as his dad was, but he kept it slow while the bacon crackled. Grease popped and splattered against his face. After piling his plate full of Bacon, he decided to call Katara. It had been a while and he missed her. Going to his friends-menu, he saw both her name and Nora¡¯s. Blinking, he went ahead and called Katara. ¡ ¡ ¡ ¡°Hello, who may I ask is calling?¡± He blinked for a moment. ¡°Katara,¡± He heard a loud roar, and chuckle. ¡°Phil your alive! I¡¯m so happy. Why did you wait so long to call, I¡¯ve been worried that something ate you?¡± Nobody chuckled. Same old Katara thinking that her weak human friend would get eaten by the local wild life. ¡°No, I¡¯m very much alive. I just killed a demon and I made bacon out of him. I¡¯m thinking about turning the rest into hamburger meat. How have you been, eaten anything interesting.¡± Nobody asked. ¡°Yum, I bet you wish you were a dragon. Demons normally have at least one really high attribute. Are you alright, it must have been a harsh battle, demons are no joke to you humans. They have bare minimal 5 times the stats of any human their level. That¡¯s if you were fighting a measly demon imp. They look like goblins. If they have horns of any kind, then add a zero to the end of that number. If they also have wings, then add another three zeroes. Yea, horns and wings normally mean demon lord or worse a baron. Dukes are the next rank up and their equal to adult dragons. Then you get the princes, overlords, and deities. Those are above both of our pay grade.¡± Katara said. He was honestly thankful for the lesson in demonology. ¡°I fought an imp, I think. He had an overpowered ice skill and incapacitated Jenny right off the bat. My spear ranked up though and I got an ability.¡± Nobody said. ¡°Probably mana manipulation and if you have a cursed weapon I recommend throwing it away.¡± Katara said. ¡°It was mana manipulation and I have a holy weapon. So, did anything happen while I was gone?¡± Nobody asked. ¡°Some little tramp tried to get in on my territory. I ripped her neck out and devoured her corpse. It was fun and mana manipulation. That has the be the single most useful thing to have. I mostly use it to conjure. Though its called Dragon force now. I might teach it to you, if you can beat me into submission. But for now, work on enhance, that is the best move to have for a fleshy armor-less two legged like you. Right now, you should be able to blow up your muscles and make yourself stronger. The more you use it the better off you will be in the long run. If I was in your position, I would devote a quarter of my mana to it at all times.¡± Katara said. Nobody took a bite of demon bacon and washed it down with the demon¡¯s blood. ¡°Wait, is enhance permanent then?¡± Nobody asked. He heard cackling on the other end. ¡°It is until you remove it. As I recall, it can stress your muscles out at first. Over indulgence could lead to damaging your body. Take it slow and get a feel for the mana, blue doesn¡¯t instantly do anything but its excellent for gathering information. Go slow and see how your body reacts. Well later, I have to burn some more adventurers.¡± He heard screams and an explosion, then the line cut out. He held out a hand and gathered a hundred MP into an orb around his palm. The orb was as large as a basketball. He could feel the mana bumping into each other. It was so weird; his senses weren¡¯t limited to the mana in the orb. Nobody could feel where his mana came from. It never touched his body. The mana came from something inside of him. Was it his soul or something else? His mana gathered around his head rotating around his body. It was only through the feeling of movement that he was able to ascertain where his mana was. His body was pure a virgin as far as mana was concerned. He had never infused himself with this power. She had told him to start with his muscles. But why, was it easier to infuse muscles or was there some other reason. Could he infuse his mind, how would he know his limits? An eye moved to his health bar, he would know. He returned the orb of mana to the ring of mana flowing around him. Well it was more like a cloud. Now that he could feel it, it itched, he could feel the smoke from the bacon rub against his mana. It felt uncomfortable, he didn¡¯t know if that was from the smoke or the demon essence. He decided to do a test. After cutting off one of the demon¡¯s arms, he began to slowly flood his mana into it. It was strange. Like forcing thousands of tiny sensors into a stringy construct. He could feel things, but it was still alien to him. He had no real context of what was muscle and what was bone. Well the answer was simple. He cut out a piece of muscle and flooded it with mana. The muscle seemed to be the stringy part. It was sturdy, that was for sure. He moved through it and explored the blood vessels and various fibers that made it up. After taking a crunchy bite of bacon, he started to enhance the bones and various organs. By grouping his mana together, he could make them stick to muscle fibers and increase their structural integrity. It was his first step in finding a way to increase his physical power. Surely, with different body types to study, he would get better at enhancing his own body. By filling in the cracks in the muscle he was able to increase lifting power. New skill Reinforce lv1 Reinforce lv1 +3INT +3PER Active/Passive Requirements: enhance an object with mana repeatedly. Description: A skill built to increase the physical durability of objects without altering their appearance. By filling int the spaces within objects with mana you increase their physical durability and performance. Effect: Increase physical output of objects by 1% per skill level passive. Increase the physical output of objects by 10% per skill level active. Cost: 100MPM/passive 1000MPM/active He barely looked at the skill. Sure, it was nice, and the boost seemed more than worth it, but he didn¡¯t have any need for half measures. He needed something to boost himself permanently. Dead muscle seemed insufficient. ¡°Piercing spears,¡± He chanted and felt hundreds of MP fill out a pattern, as his mind rejected the new form the mana took. The rejection forced the spears toward his target, the wall. When the spears left the orbit of his contained MP, it ceased to be part of his mana cloud, and he began to regenerate MP. Spells from that point felt unnatural to him. They were patterns alien to him forcing his mana to take on shapes. Feeling the gentle rotate of his mana cloud, he realized his mistake. His cloud was unprotected. Anyone with the knowhow could form a shape with their mana and scoop into his cloud. Worse, they could make hoses and suck the mana out of his cloud. Nobody concluded, that his MP was unsafe out in the open. He needed to keep it hidden until he could come up with some sort of defense to ensure its safety. This content has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere. He focused on his body and ignored the skill reinforce. This did not concern skills. Nobody began to pull all his mana into his body. Barely 200MP down, his health bar dipped, halting his progress. ¡°Already,¡± he had filled every muscle in his body with MP. His MP bar had already recovered acting as if his MP was lost. It was clearly in his body coating every muscle fiber and existing in-between. The answer was clear, he had to go further without damaging his body. He had studied the bones and skin of the demon. There were spaces in both where mana could fit. Mana began to slowly infiltrate his flesh and bones, coating, filling in, and in some parts cushioning. There were places where his knees had worn away at the cartilage. He expanded a layer of mana to assist the joints. When his health bar dipped he stopped his progress in one direction and changed his approach. What Nobody was doing would be considered insane by any blue mage, in fact only the most insane red mage would dare to try what Nobody was barely achieving. He was attempting to force his full mana supply into every nook and cranny in his body. He had only managed to enhance himself with 600MP, something unheard of for an initiate mana user. Nobody was at an impasse, there wasn¡¯t enough space for anymore MP without adding it to his organs. His mana was already bumping against his major organs. When he moved it started in the muscle instead of signaling from his brain. His mana acted before his nerves could send the signal. ¡°My mana is like a ton of socks wadded up in a drawer, if I folded them, then perhaps more would fit.¡± He folded the mana into triangles, then squares, and finally columns. Slowly, he increased the space between the muscle fibers allowing more mana in. His health bar lost 50 here and a hundred there but he could fill himself with more mana. He was still being safe, he stopped when he lost HP. New Skill Body Expansion lv1 +2STR +2INT He watched the effect the new skill had on his muscle fibers. They began to knot, snap, and recombine stronger than before. Parts of them were more tightly bound. Looking at Nobody¡¯s body, you would think he had be working out all his life. His body was twice as thickly muscled as a normal human. Every part of his body looked like it had been worked. Even his fingers and toes were thicker than a normal human. His skin glowed an unnatural color. His movements were wrong too quick almost inhumanly so. This was the power of mana manipulation an ability higher than legendary skills. Nobody looked over himself and felt his cloud of mana recover. This was clearly not working. He wouldn¡¯t give up, but for now, he needed to leave and find Nora. He walked out of the cave and headed north towards the ever-growing darkness. He held a rabbit in a sphere of mana, as he studied the creature. The creature¡¯s pelt pealed away as muscle was exposed. Nobody had long since cut off all nerve endings. There was no need for the creature to panic and squirm. Muscle ripped away to expose bones and vital organs. His mana ripped apart everything it touched to learn everything he could. Soon nothing was left but bloody pulp inside an orb of mana. He had torn the creature apart to feel everything. It was something his mana was more than willing to do, if it was to learn something new. That¡¯s what blue mana was all about, learning new things. The grass was dead, leading up to the village. For miles there was only the dead terrain. Once grassy hills were little more than dirt mounds now. There were no more animals, they were either hunted by the vampires for blood, or died from starvation. It left the first floor of the Dungeon of Dreams looking bleak. Hillside wasn¡¯t a nice village anyway. He had come there weak and looking for a job only to be attacked by vampiric NPCs. If not for his mount Inca, he would have died there. He still didn¡¯t know what happened to the zepher. The ranch where the zepher were fenced in was covered in splatters of blood. The NPC was hung by his entrails from the roof of his barn. His hat lay in a pool of blood and bile. Claw marks covered the man, it looked like he struggled for a while. As Nobody approached, the man opened his eyes. They were two pools of red. ¡°Blood give me blood. It will be a quest, give me blood, and I will reward you. Blood give me blood. It will be a quest, give me blood, and I will reward you. Blood give me blood. It will be a quest, give me blood, and I will reward you.¡± Before the NPC could repeat itself a fourth time, Nobody rammed Chad through the creature¡¯s heard. Bolts of lightning and gales of wind exploded from the spear, blowing the vampire into bloody chunks. The blood covering Nobody¡¯s body was taken by mana studied and dissected. He was learning how to feel with his mana in ways, he had never thought possible. Truly there was a gap between skills and abilities. Red eyed zephers began to make their way around the ranch. A heavy weight landed on his back driving him to his knees. Only for the zepher to be lifted off him and torn apart. The others stared in horror as their herd member was ripped asunder by an invisible force. His skin changed slightly. New skill Insect Armor lv1 +3VIT A small layer of mana in his skin replicated the toughness of a zepher¡¯s chitin hide and made a small layer of it under his skin. ¡°That¡¯s the thing about mana manipulation. I¡¯m going to dust all of you.¡± Nobody said with a chuckle. The skills he could gather were nearly infinite. What else could he gather from the vampire zephers. He grew bored of waiting for them and leapt forward stabbing Chad, then retreating before a solid kick could take his head off. A claw reached out from the side ripping through his iron armor and nearly gutted him. That¡¯s when shadows formed solid stakes and shot up. Nobody clutched his stomach and took a step back. Whoever did that had done more damage than he was capable of now. ¡°Honestly, Nobody why didn¡¯t you just use your firebombs?¡± Nora said behind him. ¡°Probably because, if forgot to make them in preparation. I thought I had time to make them on the way. Its good to see you again Nora, how¡¯ve you been.¡± He turned his head to see his raven-haired friend. She wore a solid black leather armor and a red hooded duster. He cupped his hands and launched five piercing spears at a creature that sprung up from the zepher¡¯s blood. It was a giant leech creature with a multitude of bladed tentacles. The spears exploded in flames causing the creature to shriek and retreat. ¡°They evolved, fuck.¡± Nora said. ¡°What do you mean by evolved?¡± Nobody asked. She smiled and crossed her feet. ¡°Well, its good to see you too Nobody. Well, I guess I didn¡¯t tell you that my type of vampire isn¡¯t really the old-fashioned virus kind. We are kind of parasites. When born like me we are the host. When infected, we take over the host. In the case of Dark, well he somehow took over the parasite.¡± Nobody rubbed his face, things were getting better and better. ¡°Alright, what does that mean as far as power goes. Are you stronger than him still?¡± She turned her head to the side, then shook it. ¡°From what I can tell, this place has made him much stronger than he should ever have been. He is about as strong as he would be a thousand years from now. Since supernatural creatures grow stronger with age, that makes him rather powerful.¡± Nobody nodded. ¡°What does that make you, an eldritch horror?¡± He said and chuckled. ¡°Yea, pretty much, I¡¯ve seen humans lose their minds when they see me feed.¡± Nora said. Nobody blinked not liking what that entailed at all. Thoughts of getting into Nora¡¯s pants were starting to get bleak. He slumped and ignored the part of his mind demanding he dissect her with mana.
