《Modern Cultivator - The Sperm Who Cultivates》 Chapter 1 - First Contact In the fleshy walls of the human body lay the foundation of life. Here was a speck of living matter, floating lifelessly as the fluids around him pushed his body down an endless abyss. There was no movement to speak of. Silence was heard on his body. The liquid carried him down a large, flesh lined tunnel. His body was being tossed about and crashing against walls of muscle and tissue. His large white head bearing the brunt of the pressure as he was rushing down to the great unknown. Liquid continuously flowed down his body and tail and gently sliding off. His body re-oriented itself from the pressure and continued down the tunnel.. A few breaths later, he made initial contact with an unknown entity. Their bodies crashed into each other. His large white head collided with something of similar stature. His tail flew sideways and got tangled with something along the way. His head became clear and he began to wake up. He could feel that something was wrapping around him, trying to strangle the life out of him. The more he struggled the more tangled up he became. He tried moving his own tail but he was still not breaking free. He tried squiggling his way out of this, but the more he struggled the more frustrated he became. The wrapping sensation became tighter and it was only then when the tip of their tails touched together. ¡°It hurts. It¡¯s okay, it¡¯s just me.¡± Astonished from what he heard or maybe by what he felt. He became still. ¡°I¡¯m just like you. Just hold on a minute, i¡¯m going to teach you a little trick.¡± A brilliant flash of energy came from the unknown entity¡¯s head traveling down the entity¡¯s tail to meet with his own. Knowledge came rushing up his tail, down into the recesses of his head. ¡°What the hell was that!¡± When he spoke it was like a thought that vibrated the surrounding space until the vibration was felt by another. ¡°I just taught you how to speak and you¡¯re welcome. My name is Tamo what¡¯s yours?¡± Mato not wanting to be seen as stupid replied, ¡°My name is Mato¡¡± He knew he blatantly copied Tamo¡¯s name but shifted a few things around. He didn¡¯t know what to do. This was his first time even knowing what a name was. ¡°Hold on a moment, before we continue talking let¡¯s get out of this tangled mess.¡± Tamo motioned her head, pointing toward their tails that were stuck together. Mato agreed and instantly started moving his tail like an out of control hose. ¡°HOLD YOUR HORSES! Open your eyes and do it carefully!¡± Shouted Tamo who seemed to be in severe pain. ¡°What¡¯s a horse? And eyes? What are eyes¡± Mato replied. ¡°They are tiny slits where light comes out of so you can see.¡± Tamo replied smugly. Mato went still and concentrated. Lifelike energy could be felt moving around his head, searching for the so called source of eyes. It scanned his deeper recesses of his head while slowly moving outwards until he found two slits, located in the front of his head. Light started to congregate where those two slits were located until the light couldn¡¯t be held anymore and bursted out of these two slits! ¡°I can see something!¡± Mato shouted exuberantly. Light was continuously being emitted and reflected back into Mato¡¯s eye slits, becoming a clearer picture as he slowly adjusted to the change. What was facing Mato was a tadpole like creature but extremely white. White like the finest of ivories. Mato edged himself closer, crossing his eyes over Tamo¡¯s body. We are very similar. The only difference is that Tamo is slightly smaller than I am.Tamo does have a longer tail though. Mato saw he was very similar compared to Tamo, when Mato examined his own body, he found his body was pulsing with fluid enabling his body to move around. This fluid seemed to be glowing with a white radiance. While Tamo did have the same fluid flowing around inside her body, it wasn¡¯t as radiant as Matos. Light could be seen shining through his skin like a lamp. While Tamo¡¯s barely emitted a glow. His membrane on the outer layer of his head and tail, seemed to be opening in and out. Like it was a mammal breathing in the air. Each breath he took sucked in the surrounding liquid. Taking in the nutrients from the liquid and bolstering his physique. ¡°I could find you in this darkness because your body was shining so brightly.¡± Tamo said. Mato started to look around at his surroundings, finding they were floating within a fleshly like tube. Where rushing liquid was pushing them towards a seemingly infinite pathway. ¡°I guess the only option we have now is to see what is at the end of this path.¡± Mato flexed his tail which propelled him forward. Tamo quietly nodded her head and started to swim after Mato. ¡°Do you know any more abilities?¡± Mato had a deep respect of Tamo. He was just born recently and he did not know of anything to speak of. Currently he was like a student being taught by his teacher. ¡°No. I only woke up a few moments after you.¡± Tamo replied casually. ¡°Then how come you knew how to talk, while I didn¡¯t?¡± Where did she get this knowledge and how come I didn¡¯t have it. ¡°I¡¯m not sure myself. It was just something I knew.¡± Tamo herself was mystified by the knowledge. She knew the knowledge but she didn¡¯t know where it came from. ¡°Interesting¡¡± Mato was deeply impressed by Tamo. They were born roughly at the same time but she knew so much more. What other abilities might she have. Maybe I have some abilities I don¡¯t know about¡. Mato and Tamo kept swimming. Following the flow of the liquid. Both couldn¡¯t help but examine their surroundings. Surrounding them was a large, open passageway. The light shining through their eyes was bouncing off the flesh like walls, illuminating the surrounding space. Mato couldn¡¯t help being impressed. It was like seeing the sun for the very first time. Your senses get overloaded. Suddenly both of them felt a large vibration coming from up ahead touch their bodies. ¡°Did you feel that?¡± Mato creased his eyes seemingly confused. An unknown sensation came from inside of his head. ¡°Yes. I think something happened up ahead.¡± Tamo replied. ¡°Yeah. But I¡¯m not talking about that, i¡¯m talking about that feeling coming from your head.?¡± Mato had an inkling that it might be similar to the ¡®knowledge¡± Tamo was talking about. ¡°It feels like it¡¯s telling me to be careful that something dangerous might be up ahead.¡± They slowly swam forward, making sure to be careful of anything they didn¡¯t know about. Lights could be seen, frantically flashing each possible way to make sure that nothing would sneak up on them. This was their first time feeling this sense of ¡®danger¡¯ they couldn¡¯t help but be cautious. As they moved closer to the disturbance up ahead, Mato stopped. ¡°Do you feel that buzzing noise coming from up ahead. It seems like the closer we get, the louder it becomes.¡± The feeling coming from inside of Mato¡¯s head was gradually increasing, warning him that he will meet with danger soon enough. As they moved forward, they felt the liquid around them seem to slow down. Something up ahead was blocking it. This tale has been unlawfully obtained from Royal Road. If you discover it on Amazon, kindly report it. Intrigued by this matter Tamo and Mato cautiously swam forwards, probing with their submarine light eyelids to see what was in front of them. Beams of light could be seen reflecting off of the fleshy walls to expose a collection of capsule like creatures. Long strands of pili could been seen dangling in the surrounding liquid. Their flagellum making them move in consort with the rushing liquid. There were hundreds of these creatures all grouped together. Some of the creatures were floating silently in the water, while the majority of them were in a large clump, attached to the nearby wall. The surrounding wall was decaying, the youthful flesh was now a decrepit grey, losing the vigour of its life. Mato pointed his flashlight like eyes in their direction. The creatures were smaller than him but they were numerous. The creatures were a shiny, metallic green which showcased its exceptional hardness. Occasional spikes jutted out of their green armour like bodies. Their seemed to be a hundred of them. ¡°What are those things? ¡± Tamo questioned. ¡°Let¡¯s try to stay away from those things. Something feels off.¡± Mato tried to suppress the feeling coming from his mind but it was becoming unbearable. He wanted to get out of here as soon as possible. Mato tensely led the way. While Tamo followed him shortly from behind. The surrounding tunnel was vast but the creatures blocked the majority of the way. There were only a few tiny spaces from where they could get through. As they got closer, they saw the big lump of creatures more closely. The number of creatures seemed to get larger from the time that it took to swim forward. These creatures that were grouped together were duplicating at an astonishing rate. Mato seemed to pick up on the danger of vast numbers, but when he looked at Tamo, he couldn¡¯t say that she did. They were almost through to one of the entrances, when one of the nearby creatures noticed Mato. ¡°Vroom...Looim...Nviim!¡± Unintelligible vibrations came from the foreign creature, as it tried to communicate. Tamo swam forward hoping to greet the creature. ¡°Hello. I¡¯m Tamo. If you don¡¯t know how to talk I can teach you?¡± Tamo felt it no different to approach this creature than when she approached Mato. Are the two of them so different? The creature responded by rearing its body and swimming forward so that one of it¡¯s spikes would penetrate into Tamo. ¡°Crawm!¡± The creature was like a wild beast, easily provoked to fight! Tamo tried to flee but it was too late. One of the creatures spike¡¯s was nearing and about to enter into her frail body. At this point, Mato¡¯s head flared up.That feeling from before was returning. That feeling became vibrations, which then those vibrations turned into words. FIGHT! The inside of Mato¡¯s head felt like it was exploding.Mato went into a rage! He swam forward, sprinting with all of his might to meet up with the beast. He flexed his tail to the extreme and shot forth like a bullet! The liquid around him was pressing against him, trying to stop him from moving forward, but it only trailed behind his tail that was wiggling back and forth. Mato met up with one of the creatures and smashed his head against its body, sending it¡¯s body flying before it had the chance to touch Tamo. ¡°TAMO! Get away from these things. They¡¯re dangerous!¡± Mato shouted in urgence. Tamo with clear liquid starting to fall from her eyes replied, ¡°Okay¡¡± Tamo retreated while Mato prepared for another attack. He couldn¡¯t help but examine his injuries from his last attack. Small tears had appeared on the head of his brow, exposing his inner flesh. When he tackled the creature, he managed to avoid most of the larger spikes but he couldn¡¯t avoid it¡¯s smaller ones. As Mato was thinking, the spiked creature recovered and sprinted toward Mato in retaliation. The creature was enraged. Once again it aimed one of its larger spikes toward the direction of Mato. Mato retreated back into safety, in front of the fleshy wall. ¡°I have to think of a plan. Normal brute force won¡¯t be able to take this guy down.¡± Mato was calm, the sense of anxiety that was coming from his head had ended. What replaced it, was thoughts of taking down his opponent. The creature made his way to Mato, his large spike moving the liquid around him like a bullet. Slink! Mato defty dodged upward, allowing the creatures spike to be embedded into the flesh wall. The creature was stuck. It tried to break free from the wall but the momentum in that last attack made it so that it would take a few moments for it to break free! Mato wouldn¡¯t freely give this creature those few moments. Mato bursted off with a sprint but this time he approached the creature from an angle. He extended his tail and wrapped it forcefully over the capsules body, careful to make sure his tail didn¡¯t get impaled by the spikes Mato swam around it until his whole tail was covered around the capsules body. He flexed his tail compressing the creature¡¯s whole body and constricting its movement. Like a snake Mato was increasing the force being applied to the its body. NEEEIIIM! Frail cries of help came from the creature. His body thrashing about trying to break free. His screams could be seen vibrating throughout the liquid but it was too late. Mato¡¯s tail was like a vice clamped onto wood. He kept contracting his tail, gradually increasing the pressure. Like a bursting bubble the creatures hard shell cracked unto the pressure. POP! The creature exploded into a vision of gore. Bits and pieces of it¡¯s green exoskeleton could be seen floating in the surrounding liquid. Its green flesh was mangled and barely holding together. Larger pieces of its flesh could be seen still attached to parts of its skin. This creature should be dead. Mato let go of the body of the creature, letting it float away in the liquid. As the dead creature¡¯s body was floating away. A dense strand of white light remained. Mato inched his way forward hoping to examine that white light. What he saw was a strand of pure white flesh. It seemed to radiate with an unearthly, white glow. That it would give power to the one who would possess it. Mato¡¯s head started vibrating again, but this time it did not tell him to fight. CONSUME! Mato couldn¡¯t help but stare enviously at this piece of flesh. Mato opened the tip of his tail towards this piece of flesh. Sucking it into his body. Like a snake eating its meal, the piece of flesh was being dissolved by the inner fluids of his body, transforming into a purer type of nourishment. Life Energy! This life energy was like water, but as water was clear, life energy was white. The white life energy traveled up his tail, into his head where it met up with his nucleus. His nucleus look like a black miniaturized brain, seated in the center of his body. The life energy moved toward his nucleus, and like a pond started to surround it. The black nucleus and the white life energy started reacting with one another. Arcs of unearthly light started to appear near his nucleus and started to spread throughout his body. His body responded by taking the life energy and using it to repair his body. Mato¡¯s muscles were constantly pulsing with life energy, sending it forth to the different parts of his body. His inner muscles became like firm tofu, as his body became stronger. His outer skin beamed with a bright light then died off as the wounds from the previous battle were being healed. White strands of energy could be scene repairing all of the damage done when facing the green creature. His wounds that were exposed from the creatures spikes, were filled up and it looked as if he didn¡¯t even have a battle. The life energy continued to flow throughout his body. His outer membrane seemed to get to brighter, as some of the life energy radiated off of his body. ¡°This feels incredible!¡± Mato couldn¡¯t help but wonder what kind of secrets this life energy may hold. It had the ability to heal wounds and nurture his body. It was a miraculous ability. While Mato was busy admiring the effects of the life energy. The creatures began to notice something was amiss. One of their brothers had died and his flesh was still lingering in the area. It would only be a matter of time until these blind fools caught on. The large clump of monsters could feel Mato¡¯s hostile presence. Their bodies started to shake in discomfort at the thought of one of their brothers being killed. One of its brethren have been killed. This was an enemy that needed to be respected. The clump of monsters seemed to shuffle about and get looser. One by one the space between each creature became larger, expanding to make room for whatever was hiding inside. The clump of monsters were separating in order to make space for the thing that they were protecting in the middle. Shouts of anguish were sent out into the surrounding space but what remained inside the clump of monsters stood silent. In the middle of the clump of monsters, looked to be the king of these green monsters. He was ten times larger than the average green creature and his spikes reflected that. Even with his robust body he still seemed to be afraid of Mato. He looked at Mato with worry, as Mato was shining with the radiance of a star. Mato turned his head to the creature. What Mato saw was two pairs of beady, black eyes, staring right back at him. These eyes seemed to be so black that they seemed to suck in the surrounding light. Dissimilar from Mato and Tamo¡¯s eyes, which emitted light. ¡°I am bacteria! Today you will die!¡± The king of bacteria communicated. This creature was awestruck by Mato¡¯s glowing stature, he had never seen anything like this before. He was worried that this thing might be a threat to him so he ordered the other bacteria to attack! The bacteria knew Mato was a threat. Like animals protecting their territory they had to fight! But the bacteria were scared! One of their brothers were killed! Even without eyes, they could feel the terrifying presence of Mato. Mato was the like a resplendent sun before desolate planets. He would either offer life or death! Having been ordered by their king, the bacteria set off to kill Mato. Mato was calm. The life energy was finished circulating throughout his body and his whole body had been transformed. His skin became sleeker and his muscles got tougher but he wasn¡¯t sure this was enough. He got the feeling that it he collected more life energy he could become even stronger. A terrible hunger began to sprout in Mato¡¯s mind. ¡°Come here!¡± Mato thoughts went out the window and he acted on instinct alone. Mato flew like a fish in water, chasing the nearest spike creature. Mato flexed his tail in preparation to attack the creature but instead pointed his tail like a spear towards the creature''s body. His outer membrane had hardened. His tail became tough like steel. Like a cris, his tail was wiggling in rapid motions but still having a pointed edge. ¡°SLINK!¡± Mato¡¯s tail stabbed straight into the creature''s body aiming for the white energy inside. Mato¡¯s tail was like a stake stabbing through a watermelon. Green liquid came gushing out of the entry wound. It¡¯s body trying to resist Mato¡¯s tail from getting any deeper but it was hopeless. The creature had been brutally stabbed by Mato and having his white energy taken away, it lifelessly drifted to the side. ¡°Success!¡± Mato drunk off of his new power, smiled. ¡°More! I need more.¡± Mato was getting addicted to this power. He was like a man in the desert who has just seen the oasis. With this power I can do anything! Mato could feel the life energy further nurturing him, making the exterior of his body harder. Mato was like an addict looking for his next fix! ¡°DIE!DIE!DIE!DIE!¡± Mato once again took off to the nearest creature repeating the same process but even faster than before. His skin was becoming tougher. A sheen could be seen coming of his skin, showing it to be becoming metallic like, allowing the liquid surrounding him to streak off his body with minimal resistance. The creatures were now enraged. Another one of their brothers had just tied. With their animal pack mentality, they started to swarm to Mato hoping to overpower and harm him. But Mato was like a bird in the sky, a fish in the ocean, he weaved through the oncoming horde and stabbed into one of the creatures. He took their life energy and bounced off. He repeated this process each time narrowly missing the charges of the creatures. Mato stabbed another creature of his tail and then ricocheted off his body, while still taking the life energy with him. He was moving so fast the creatures had no time to react. No creature could stop him. Once the creatures got to his current location, Mato¡¯s abrupt change of direction made it hard for them to keep up. Mato was like a pin ball bouncing off every creature while stealing their cores. 5...7¡...8¡..12¡. Mato was keeping track of the creatures he slain. Life energy was extremely beneficial for him. He needed more of them. He wanted to see how far he could go. Their numbers were dwindling. Even with their reproductive abilities, Mato was killing them at twice the rate of which they can duplicate. Tamo was watching from the sidelines and couldn¡¯t believe what was happening before her eyes. Bewildered, Tamo said, ¡°What is he planning to do? Kill them all?¡± Chapter 2 - Killing Them All With each kill Mato¡¯s speed in killing kept on increasing. The life energy that Mato consumed made him more efficient, only a few moments had passed and forty-nine had already been slain. ¡°These bacteria are weak! Their once formidable defense is nothing against my newfound strength.¡± Mato shouted. Bits of green flesh and gore filled the surrounding liquid. All of the bacteria shivered at the thought of them being next. ¡°Ruu¡.ooon!¡± One bacteria cried out, seemingly afraid that Mato was going to kill it next. Hearing the cries of his fellow subjects, the king of the bacteria sent a discrete vibrational message to all of the surround bacteria. The capsule creatures who were once afraid steeled their emotions. The shivering on their bodies ceased. If they had faces you would only see stern faces and a deep set of eyes. Following the orders of the king, one by one the green bacteria formed a circle. They started to swim in a circular motion following the person in front of them. The liquid started to churn. Their synchronized swimming was turning the liquid into a whirlpool of destruction. The whirlpool started to pull everything in the surrounding area. Formless blades started to appear at the outer edge of the whirlpool. The raging liquid could be seen ripping the surrounding area apart. The fleshy walls could be seen getting laced with diagonal cuts! Tamo could help but be shocked and say, ¡°What destructive power!¡± Tamo was forced to back away. One look at the whirlpool and she knew that with one touch of those formless blades would destroy her without a doubt. Mato was floating on the sidelines. His forehead creased with intrigue. His face showed that he was unaffected by his foes new strategy. He shouted. ¡°Parlour tricks!¡± Mato swam directly into the whirlpool. Letting his body get sucked in. The formless blades came slashing toward him. ¡°Hmph,¡± Mato snorted. The formless blades arrived at his body but Mato angled his body and flagellum. The formless blades came like a wave at Mato but like a supreme surfer, he directly rode on those formless blades. His body seemed to feel no pressure. He was like a bird enjoying its first flight. The bacteria kings beady black eyes started to fill with hesitation. Even he knew he wouldn¡¯t be able to survive an attack of formless blades. They even had the power to cut the fleshy tunnels! Mato finished riding the formless blades and was in the exterior of the whirlpool. Inside the whirlpool, there were no formless blades but a strong pulling force was trying to drag him to the bottom, like a turd when it gets flushed down the toilet. Due to his enhanced body, the liquid brushed past his body as it quickly slid off his outer skin. Mato aligned himself with the direction of the whirlpool and started to swim with the current of the whirlpool. By going along with the current of the whirlpool, he was able to easily meet up with the bacteria that started the current. ¡°DIE!¡± Mato skewered a dozen bacteria with his tail going right through their bodies. Due to the whirlpools destructive nature and their inability to swim with the current, their bodies were disintegrated into a green mist! Once again Mato engaged in slaughter. He rode the wave killing and taking the life force of every green bacteria he came across. The bacteria¡¯s numbers were dwindling too fast. The sucking force generated by the whirlpool was lessening. Mato could now catch up to them even faster than before. 700¡.549¡287..120 Mato was continuously sucking up the life energy as he killed. His body kept the life force and transformed it into bodily might! Mato rampage continued until none was left. The whirlpool disappeared. There were only around a hundred left. He had killed too many of the bacteria that they could no longer support the use of the whirlpool. Mato felt excited. The life energy that he consumed seemed to be filling up his insides. Each strand of life energy increased his power. From that whirlpool incident alone he had already consumed 580 strands of life essence. He felt joy within his head. You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story. ¡°HAHAHAHAH¡.I will consume you all!¡± Mato¡¯s body was twitching with excitement. The power currently circulating throughout Mato¡¯s body was immense. Bubbles could be seen appearing around his body. Mato¡¯s body was still transforming and with the amount of energy he has in his body, the pace of the transformation was quickening. The heat and light radiating off of him were heating the surrounding liquid. From the outside, the bacteria king was looking at Mato with fearful eyes. From his perspective, Mato looked like a blurry sun, the bubbles around his body magnified the light that was coming from Mato¡¯s body in a beautiful haze. He looked like an ephemeral inferno! The bacteria king put away his doubts. He was the king of bacteria. King of hundreds. As a king, he knew that one of them was going to be killed. It was either him or his enemy. ¡°You may have killed my sons. But you won¡¯t leave this place alive!¡± The bacteria king was enraged. Mato had killed almost all of his sons and here he was laughing in his face. The bacteria king focused his mind. White light seemed to travel throughout his body. He concentrated all of that energy into his largest spike. He aimed it towards Mato. ¡°Eat my strongest attack! PROPELLING SPIKE!¡± The bacteria kings focused energy erupted from the bottom of the spike, propelling it directly toward Mato leaving a large fleshy crater in its wake. It¡¯s large nature and immense speed of it left no time for Mato to dodge. ¡°Naming your attacks is a new one. Let me try!¡± Mato could see the strength and speed behind this attack but he was mad with power. Mato didn¡¯t want to dodge he wanted to face this attack head on! ¡°WHIRLPOOL STAB¡± Seemingly enlightened by the bacteria¡¯s whirlpool move, he made this move on the spot. Mato started to rotate his body. Liquid was turning around his body clockwise, creating an armor of spinning liquid. Formless blades encased his body. Like a bullet he went off to meet the oncoming spike. Mato¡¯s body was spinning like a top, gathering all of the force of the whirlpool at the tip of his tail. The whirlpool move done by the bacteria had destructive power but that power was sent everywhere. Mato¡¯s move concentrated it all into a single point. This move would be capable of penetrating directly through the fleshy walls! Mato was traveling through the liquid. Liquid was desperately trying to avoid his body as Mato made his way to the spike. The spike having no feelings, was moving towards Mato with no signs of stopping. BAM! A flash of blinding light came from the epicenter of the collision. Tamo gasped in horror. She had no way of knowing what was happening. The light started to fade. The spike could be seen splitting in half. Mato¡¯s body was cutting through the spike like an axe that chops through wood. Mato was constantly spinning as he made through his way through the spike, sending various shards of hard skin flying in every direction. In a time it takes to light a candle, Mato exited out of the spike. Two large remnants of the spike came floating down, hitting the bottom of the fleshy tunnel. Mato shouted as he was still spinning, ¡°Is this all you got!¡± The rotating liquid distorted the surrounding area, making his voice travel through the liquid like a ghost that haunts the living. Having seen that his strongest attack had been foiled. Desperation could be seen in the bacteria king¡¯s eyes. His beady, black eyes looked towards what was left of his minions. ¡°Only about a hundred of my brethren are left but this will do.¡± Having solemnly made his decision, the king steadied his mind. ¡°COME TO ME, MY SONS!¡± On the armour of the bacteria king was the crater, left behind when his enormous spike had left to strike Mato. The crater could be seen opening up, showing the greasy, green inner flesh of the bacteria king. The inner flesh being exposed to the outer liquid seemed to squirm in place. An anus like hole emerged from the crater. It suckled in anticipation and started to suck in the outer liquid. The liquid took ahold of what remained of the bacteria and thousands of green like beings were being sent down the drain. The bacteria king¡¯s spawn were shivering in ecstasy. It was an honor to be used by their king. They willingly let control of their bodies. The current swept over their bodies, sending them forth deeper into the body of their king. The king grew silent. White light seemed to be expelled from his anus as the shouts of joy from the bacteria ceased. His body was rejuvenated from consuming his sons. Mato had just finished exiting the bacteria king¡¯s spike and watched at what the bacteria king was doing. Life energy could be seen traveling through the bacteria king¡¯s body and transforming it in the process. Hundreds of eyes could be seen sprouting off of the armour-like skin of the bacteria king. Small black eyes could be seen poking out into the surround the area. Their irises jutting around their enclosure making sure that nothing would get past their sight. Flakes of hard armour peeled off falling to the ground to reveal a dark green armour. A long spear-like tentacle jutted out of the anus that was born from the crater. It swayed side to side, pushing the liquid around in massive waves due to its enormous size. Like a python, it swayed side to side waiting for the opportunity to strike. Dark green light could be seen coming off of the bacteria king¡¯s body. The surrounding liquid was being repelled by the ferocious power of his new physique. Mato couldn¡¯t help but be excited. ¡°He seems to have gotten an upgrade himself. Let¡¯s see how much stronger you¡¯ve grown!¡± Mato was arrogant. The gains Mato received when he had his transformation were not to be underestimated. Mato had consumed the life essences of the majority of the bacteria king¡¯s sons, while the king himself had only consumed the minority. This was like going to the Olympics having trained all your life while the opponent trained for a year! There was no comparison. Mato was still shining like a resplendent sun. He put his tail across his body. He stood up straight in the liquid. It was like an upright emperor waiting for his citizens to speak. He waited for the transformation of the bacteria king to be over, he was in no rush. A howl came rushing from the anus. ¡°YOU FOOL! You gave me enough time to complete my transformation. YOUR TIME IS OVER!¡± The bacteria king laughed at his enemies foolishness, why would he give his enemy time to recover. It was like a tiger giving its prey a head start. It made no sense. Mato was not impressed. ¡°Shut up with your talking. Let¡¯s get this over with.¡± Mato once again set off, rotating as he sped forward. ¡°WHIRLPOOL STAB!¡± Mato employed the same tactics. Why would he change something that works? The bacteria king sent forth his newly created tentacle spear. Comparing this attack to its previous spike attack, this attack was ten times stronger. It¡¯s spearhead penetrated the surrounding liquid easily as it made its way to Mato. The only regret that he had was that he didn¡¯t have enough time to come up with a new name. ¡°RAAHHHH!¡± The only thing the bacteria king could do was shout. Mato¡¯s whirlpool stab was a newly created technique, it possessed incredible power but lacked refinement. His prior altercation with the spike had led him to improve upon this technique. The outer layer of liquid covering Mato¡¯s body was now more refined and streamlined. Water formed around him like a wall, blocking any oncoming obstacle. A formless blade tip appeared at the end of his tail The two pointed edges met. Mato sword tip went directly through the bacteria king¡¯s spear tentacle! Green flesh could be seen sputtering out of Mato¡¯s entry wound as he went further down. Mato¡¯s speed was too fast. The momentum he generated with his newly transformed body propelled him further down the fleshy length of the tentacle. ¡°No¡.No¡¡NOOOOO!¡± The bacteria king shouted like his milk and been spilled. He was going crazy! His newly transformed body was no match for Mato¡¯s. The hundreds of eyes on the bacteria king¡¯s exterior could help but shudder. What was this mad man going to do? ¡°I¡¯M GOING TO EAT YOUR FLESH!¡± Having thought of the life energy, Mato could no longer hold in his desire. Life energy was too enticing. The life energy from eating all of the lesser bacteria had given him enormous gains. He couldn¡¯t image how much he would transform when he got a hold of the bacteria king¡¯s life energy. Drilling through the tentacle, Mato had finally reached the main body of the bacteria king. The spear tentacle was left in a disastrous state, it was left with a large hole spanning the interior of its length. With anymore damage, it would be split into pieces. ¡°This can¡¯t end like this. I have just transformed!¡± The bacteria king was desperate, with on last struggle he forced his tentacle to move. His tentacle was twitching, showing the immense strain being put on it¡¯s very being. Individually controlling the muscles of his spear tentacle, he forced them to break apart! Ripping sounds could be seen echoing off into the liquid. The bacteria king had ripped his own tentacle to produce four smaller tentacles. The tentacles, writhed in the liquid, showing it deftness. ¡°You won¡¯t get to my core, I won¡¯t let you!¡± The bacteria king¡¯s four tentacles went into chase after Mato. Two of the tentacles took ahold of the entrance way Mato had made and pulled it open, making enough space for two of the tentacles to burrow their way into the worm. Like a worm drowning from water, they burrowed into the hole and desperately tried to catch up to Mato. Chapter 3 - Flesh Core Transformation The bacteria king¡¯s body was constantly expanding and contracting. Each of his breaths sent sporadic pulses of energy throughout his body. Increasing the pressure to his entire, basic nervous system. He was in pain. Mato was drilling into his flesh. Leaving destruction behind him. As Mato continued forward, the flesh gradually became harder. He was getting closer to his core. He could hear vibrations echo in the distance as the bacteria king was shouting in pain. ¡°I WILL GET YOU!¡± Mato cast his threat aside. At this point, Mato could tell he was about halfway to his destination. He was almost going to reach his enemy¡¯s life energy. ¡°Only a little bit more!¡±. Mato''s eyes smiled. A constant thumping was playing in his head. Telling him to reach the life energy as soon as possible. Mato was lost in his thoughts but he remained vigilant. He was in somebody else¡¯s body. It would be stupid to think that the enemy would casually let him roam about inside of its body. He could feel something approaching him from behind. He looked to his rear. He saw the large tunnel that was excavated by him when he was drilling through the flesh. In the distance, he saw four tentacles. Green blood was dripping down their shafts. Their skin moist from the constant burrowing. The tentacles were travelling like snakes in a nest. Mato had opened a way for them and it was made easy for the tentacles to catch up. It would only be a matter of time until they got a hold of Mato¡¯s body. ¡°Interesting¡¡± Mato was interested in the bacteria king. He didn¡¯t think that this creature had the willpower to dig his own tentacles into his own flesh. This was like using your hands to pull a tapeworm out of your ass. Mato changed directions. His drill-like tail pointed to his right and started to drill away from his original direction. Headed for a different side of the bacteria king¡¯s body, his speed increased. The flesh he was drilling became softer. The bacteria king could feel Mato changing directions in his body. Which seemed to bring him some relief. But what was his enemy thinking? ¡°What is he planning?¡± The bacteria king couldn¡¯t help but feel anxious. This enemy of his was simply too weird. The bacteria king knew that Mato was after his life energy core. Now he had changed directions and was headed outside of his body? This was definitely too weird. The tentacles traced Mato¡¯s trail. Thrashing about as they made their way to the escaping Mato. Mato shot outwards almost breaking out of the bacteria king¡¯s exterior. The outer skin expanding like a balloon. Mato used the skin and rebounded back into the bacteria king¡¯s body. Heading to the untouched area. ¡°So that¡¯s your aim?¡± The bacteria king knew that the length of his tentacles was long. But if he kept following Mato they wouldn¡¯t be long enough to reach Mato. His tentacles would end up being tangled inside of his own body. The bacteria king felt that Mato¡¯s plan was good. But he vastly underestimated his intelligence. The bacteria king knew that the only way to kill him was to go after his life energy core. Knowing this he then ordered his tentacles to go wait near the centre of his body. His tentacles turned around and left. Leaving the same way they had come from. Mato no longer heard any slithering behind him. His plan was found out. Mato could feel what the bacteria king was saying but paid him no heed. Mato was consistently drilling into his body. Taking the chance to gain furthering understanding of his whirlpool stab. Mato¡¯s body was spinning rapidly in the bacteria king¡¯s body but he always maintained the same pace. Determination filled his eyes. He wanted to be faster so he focused his mind. ¡°If I increase the speed of my spinning it might be able to increase my thrusting speed!¡± Mato¡¯s body span like a tornado. The flesh in front of him was diced into small bits but it was still hard to make it through the flesh. Mato tried to spin faster but he didn¡¯t seem to push any further ahead. All he seemed to do was make a mess of the insides of the bacteria king. ¡°There must be a way!¡± Ensure your favorite authors get the support they deserve. Read this novel on Royal Road. Mato was determined. He wasn¡¯t sure when the next time he was going to fight such a large opponent. He had to use this opportunity to better himself. ¡°Maybe I¡¯ve been looking at it wrong¡¡± Mato tensed up the muscles in his tail into a corkscrew shape. He spun and careened himself into the bacteria king¡¯s flesh. He felt that his speed increased astronomically. The flesh in front of him was much easier to go through. The broken flesh that was mangled by the tip of Mato¡¯s tail was flowing through the grooves. The flesh then exited out behind his body in a smooth fashion. Before, the broken flesh would be pushed to the side and would be in the way. Which would then create more pressure when going forward. Without the flesh in his way and inside trailing behind him, Mato proceeded to go down into the bacteria king¡¯s flesh unimpeded. My speed has increased by four times and it only requires a tenth of the effort. Having improved his move, Mato couldn¡¯t help but feel delighted. Having gained even stronger power had excited Mato. He couldn¡¯t help but express it. ¡°I¡¯m going to screw you until nobody recognizes you!¡± Sending his thoughts into the bacteria king¡¯s body, the bacteria king couldn¡¯t help but shudder! ¡°WHIRLPOOL SCREW!¡± Mato bolted off. Having improved his move he had no more need to waste any time and headed straight for the life energy. Mato was travelling through the body effortlessly. Leaving the ravaged flesh in an orderly manner. In the time it takes to open a soda, Mato burst out of a solid wall of flesh like it was a pile of twigs. He looked forward and saw a white looking heart. He had reached the bacteria king¡¯s core region. Inside his core was a large fleshy ball attached to the interior of the wall. White light was being sent forth from this ball to the different parts of the bacteria king¡¯s body. Mato swam forward. The ball of flesh had thousands of strands of white flesh. Each emanating vasts amounts of life energy. They were all bunched up like a ball of yarn. This ball seemed to be consisting of strands that looked identical to the life energy strands Mato had consumed before. The life energy strands had overlapped each other and coalesced into this ball. Mato¡¯s eye slits couldn¡¯t help but curve upwards. ¡°It¡¯s beautiful!¡± Mato sighed in amazement due to its impressive stature. One couldn¡¯t even imagine how much life energy would be contained within the fleshy sphere. If he consumed it would he transform again? ¡°HA! I knew you would be headed for this place!¡± Tentacles burst through the interior walls. He had finally caught up to Mato. He still had a chance to stop him. ¡°Of course. I did say that I was going to eat your flesh.¡± Mato snickered as he crossed his tail over his body in an arrogant manner. ¡°What makes you think that those tentacles would save you. I previously got through that large tentacle, what makes you think I can¡¯t get through these?¡± ¡°Since I couldn¡¯t defeat you with one tentacle, I will now defeat you with four. Everyone knows that four is better than one!¡± Mato raced forwards not caring about the four tentacles. The tentacles bent back, tensing the muscles in their shaft. Like a whip, the tentacles came from strange angles, diving straight toward Mato. ¡°Too weak.¡± Mato had confidence in himself, this last defence of the bacteria king was deplorable. Mato could see it all. The angle of the tentacles attack. He could even tell the force and speed. Mato was unconsciously analyzing everything in his head, he was a natural fighter. This was his instinct. As the tentacles approached, Mato pushed his body to the side. The tentacles slashed at Mato¡¯s last position, hitting plain nothing. Mato reached the fleshy core and cut the flesh around it with his tail. The bacteria king¡¯s body shuddered. He had no more words. The bacteria king had lost all hope. He knew in his heart that his fate was already sealed. The damage done to his body was too severe. Mato had decimated his insides, which made the use of his tentacles even harder. Now that Mato had reached his fleshy core, it was over. The bacteria king could only sigh. Those beady black eyes that once stared at Mato with contempt, were put to rest. The hundreds of eyes that were upon his body closed up slowly. The liquid was silent. The once chaotic atmosphere had turned back to normal. Having lost the energy core, the corpse started to deteriorate. With no more life energy, the bacteria king¡¯s body could not support its own weight. The bacteria king¡¯s body started to dissolve. The surrounding liquid brushed past it. Sweeping away swathes of flesh down into the corridors of the flesh lined tunnel. Swathes of flesh could be seen getting smaller. The remaining life energy held in the flesh was disappearing. The flesh was slowly dissolving. The surrounding liquid sucked up all the remaining nutrients leaving nothing behind. In a few moments, there was no evidence that there ever was a bacteria king. The surrounding walls pinkened. They were already regaining their vigour. The life energy eaten by the bacteria king seemed to regenerate, healing all of the damage done to the walls. The only thing left was Mato. Floating stationary in the liquid, holding the fleshy core with his tail. Mato swallowed the fleshy core. The fleshy core was being dissolved as it went up Mato¡¯s tail. Massive amounts of life energy could be seen spreading out through his body. As time passed, the fleshy core was getting smaller and smaller. The life energy was being sent throughout his body. A part of the life energy from the fleshy core went to the outer exterior to bolster it. While another part went to the inner flesh. By the time the fleshy core had reached Mato¡¯s nucleus, it had turned into pure life energy. There were no longer thousands of strands of life energy. What was left was pure, unadulterated life energy. Like a tsunami, the life energy rushed forward to meet with the nucleus. The life energy flowed like a river and pooled into the pond. Life energy kept on pouring into the pond until it was no longer a pond. But became a lake of life energy. The lake of life energy started to agitate as it could no longer just be a lake. The life energy within the lake began to disperse into a mist. The mist travelled around his body circling his nucleus. The life energy became a globe of mist that fully surrounded Mato¡¯s nucleus. Mato started to concentrate. The nucleus of his head started to vibrate with a hum. The mist surrounding the nucleus started to seep inside. Life energy could be seen flowing into the brain-like cracks of the nucleus. The mist traveled through tiny cracks, breaking them open and making them larger for more life energy to pass through. Swathes of mist could be seen barreling down the vein-like cracks until it was filled to the brim. The mist was like a cloud that was filling a cave, fully filling his nucleus with life energy mist. The mist was so abundant that it became heavy. The heavy mist started to congeal back into a river of liquid life energy, which then continued to flow throughout his nucleus. The life energy burst forth from his nucleus, expanding further throughout his body.Like a seed that was planted, the pathways reached outward to grow. Veins of life energy began to stretch across his whole body. The nucleus getting smaller as more veins appeared. A network of veins began to appear throughout his body bringing life to a once desolate plain. The pathways that were once only connected to the nucleus expanded to the rest of his body. Branches of veins were seen on his main body, which then extended down to his tail. Mato could feel the life energy flow with a purpose through his body. Flowing white light could be seen extending from his head to his tail. Light was constantly movingwithin his body, which then shined through his skin to illuminate their dark dwelling place. Mato''s eyed beamed with brilliance. This was the creation of meridians! The meridians extended all throughout his body. His nucleus was the power station, storing and creating energy. The meridians were like cables, sending that energy throughout his body. He was like a sapling ready to embrace the morning¡¯s dew. I can feel the life energy flowing. Before it needed to forcefully press the life energy through my muscles but now it just flows through it. Life energy travelled unimpeded through Mato¡¯s body. Mato couldn¡¯t help but admire his new physique. While Mato was busy transforming. Tamo couldn¡¯t help but see two objects floating to their destination. She wanted to keep watching Mato¡¯s transformation. But those two objects in the distance sent chills down her tail. Tamo squinted her eyes. Laser-like light shot off like a concentrated beam of energy. The light landing onto the bodies of the foreign entities. The light was a scanner, probing the appearances of the two entities. Tamo¡¯s eyes couldn¡¯t help but squirm in confusion. ¡°What are they?¡± Chapter 4 - Mutated Bodies After Mato¡¯s transformation, he felt complete bliss. He felt that his prior transformation which included only his outer exterior was vastly inferior to his new transformation. This was like comparing a peasant¡¯s breakfast to a king''s! The peasant would only have the bare minimum while the king would have plenty and even some in excess! ¡°Ha¡.Haha¡.HAHAHAHAHA!¡± Mato couldn¡¯t help but laugh. He could feel the lifeforce flowing through his meridians like a stream. He could even change the force at which the life energy travelled. At one moment it flowed like a turtle and at other times it was like a raging tiger leaping through the forest. He felt that he had already mastered these ¡®so-called¡± meridians. Tamo''s head twitched as she heard Mato¡¯s laughter. She wanted to look at Mato, but her sight never left the foreign entities that were travelling toward them. Mato sensed Tamo¡¯s anxiousness and looked over. He was surprised. During his transformation, all of his attention had been on his own body, none of it could be spared to keep track of his surroundings. This would be a problem if he transformed again in the future. Mato glanced over and saw two tadpole-like bodies. Bodies of white mass flew through the liquid. Massive pimples of overstretched skin were sitting quietly on their bodies. The pimples looked hard and rough but at the same time looked ready to explode. His head began to thump, his instincts were telling him something. The white light that seemed to be inside of those pimples was the source of his anxiousness. Mato could feel that the energy about to burst out was life energy! Mato could feel the white lite radiating off of those entities but something was off. Why were these two entities just floating? Mato moved in closer, trying to probe for any reaction. Mato¡¯s head tingled. His instincts were telling him to be wary but he paid them no heed. Mato¡¯s transformation had lead to a quantitative leap in his abilities. He could feel the life energy rush throughout his meridians. Even though he hasn¡¯t tested out the use of his meridians. He could tell that all of his natural abilities had increased. His strength, constitution and mind were all backed up by the circulation of life energy. He felt that nothing could be of any challenge to him any longer. Mato swam forth with the bearing of a king. The liquid surrounding him was constantly being repelled by his body. The liquid around him began to churn and quake. Large amounts of vibrations swept through the surrounding area with Mato at the hypocenter. Tamo couldn¡¯t help but back away. The force produced by Mato was too strong. ¡°Are we still the same? How could he possess so much power!¡± Tamo was confused. It was only a few moments ago when they had met and now Mato had become something so powerful. Vibrations swept forward through the liquid. The vibrations touched everything in its path. The vibrations then bounced back giving information of its surroundings. Visions appeared in Mato''s head, showing a blurry image of the surrounding tunnel. Mato¡¯s instincts started humming. The visions started to reorganize themselves into a proper picture. When Mato focused his mind he could see everything. His vision was now like a 360-degree camera. He could see Tamo, who was behind him, being swept away by his vibrations. When he focused his mind forward he saw the two foreign entities approaching. Vibrations swept forth and were felt by the two growth-ridden bodies. Their tails twitched erratically as they were stimulated by the vibrations. The large boils on their heads started to light up. Their two growth ridden bodies groggily waking up. Light started to burst out of their skin, showing the true nature of their bodies. Mato could see thicks hides of durable skin surrounding the bodies of the two creatures. It looked flaky and looked as it was about to fall off. The boils on their bodies were flowing with life energy. Mato could sense the life energy, it was forcefully pulsing through their bodies. Light was pulsing back and forth with the boils as the source. These two bodies have massive amounts of life force in their body but it seems as it is too much for them to handle. Flakes of skin started to drift through the liquid. The two bodies seemed to get smaller and smaller as more skin started to fall off. White liquid started to pour out of holes where too much skin had fallen off. Mato couldn¡¯t help but be disgusted. The two bodies then began to swim forward. Their tails moved without a purpose, seemingly bashing the liquid relentlessly with no goal. It looked like this was their first time swimming.A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation. The two bodies then started to get a feel for swimming in the liquid and sensed Mato¡¯s presence. They couldn¡¯t help but feel the massive amount of life energy emanating out of Mato. They charged directly at Mato. White liquid trailed behind them, as the boils on their body were pulsing desperately. Mato couldn¡¯t help but feel displeasure. Mato¡¯s instincts rumbled and signalled to him that they had lethal intentions. Mato was at a loss. These two foreign entities looked too similar to Tamo and himself. He could tell that these two bodies were once similar to both Mato and Tamo. Something had changed them. It was a pity. He had no choice but to put these fools down. They had threatened him and the only appropriate response was to attack back. ¡°Vibrational Destruction¡± Mato uttered. Mato was enlightened once again. Large vibrations emanated off of Mato¡¯s body. The vibrations came out from his body rushing forward. They were like a shot coming from an air cannon. They were formless, invisible to the naked eye. Tamo looked at Mato questioningly. All she could see was slow moving ripples travelling to those two bodies. ¡°Why isn¡¯t he moving,¡± Tamo said, ¡°If he doesn¡¯t move those scary looking things might hurt him.¡± Tamo inched forward, preparing her body in case Mato ever needed help. The two creatures swam like drunks. Their tails not moving in concert with their bodies. Their bodies moved erratically in the liquid. A wave of vibrations were headed toward the two entities. The two creatures still pushing ahead swimming directly toward the beam, not caring about any damage to their bodies. A concentrated beam of vibrations could be seen echoing throughout the liquid. The two bodies who were swimming like idiots kept on swimming like idiots and did not try to dodge. Completely by luck, one of the entities managed to dodge. The other wasn¡¯t so lucky. The entity was hit by the vibrational force and instantly his body started to deteriorate. Its body started to shake violently. It started to shake so fast that even if you tried to shake yourself it would be impossible voluntarily. Ripping sounds started to echo throughout the liquid. Its body being shredded like cheese. The entity didn¡¯t even seem to react to its death and gave in to the vibrational power. It¡¯s body dispersed into a mince of flesh. The vibrational power was too strong. It destroyed its physical body. All that was left was life energy floating in the liquid. One of the bodies were gone but the other body didn¡¯t seem to mind. It still made his way toward Mato unafraid of his display of power. Looks like it isn¡¯t perfect yet. That was supposed to destroy both of them. Mato stood still, pondering over his newly found move. The foreign entity picked up its pace and shot forward like a bullet almost comparable to the first time he learned ¡®Whirlpool Stab¡¯. ¡°What is he doing?¡± Tamo said, ¡°Why is he just standing there. He¡¯s going to die!¡± She shot off herself. A small stream following behind her. She pushed herself to move forward but her speed was lacking. She was too slow, the entity would kill Mato before she even came close. Mato looked at the entity curiously and stood still. Ready to embrace whatever comes his way. The entity was approaching Mato like a truck unable to slow down. It¡¯s speed almost reaching its tipping point. The skin of the entity splitting off into long sections, as the liquid peeled it off like it was an apple. If it went any faster the entity¡¯s entire body would break apart from the resistance of the water. The entity had finally reached Mato. Splat! The entity rammed into Mato¡¯s body at full speed, not slowing down. Its entire body compressing into a small pancake and then exploding into a gore of flesh. Bits and pieces of skin were tossed to the side as the explosion had sent its body in every direction. Small remnants of flesh remained stationary in the liquid, looking to be stunned by what just happened. Tamo looked at Mato surprised. He was standing tall with his tail across his chest, unaffected by what just happened. Mato looked at Tamo with eyes of warmth. Mato had seen how Tamo had come rushing over to him. They had just met but Tamo was willing to put her life on the line for him. Mato¡¯s eye¡¯s smiled and said, ¡°Thanks.¡± Tamo look on astonished. She couldn¡¯t even respond. She knew how fast that entity was going. It was comparable to Mato¡¯s speed when he had fought against the bacteria. Now that he had taken an attack like it was nothing? It was horrifying. What was his skin made out of? Mato stepped forward collecting the two life energy essences. The life energy was still as it followed the current directly to Mato. Mato took it with his tail and started to examine it. A pure dense liquid was being tossed by his tail. Like an egg that was cracked open in an ocean, it danced about as it followed along Mato¡¯s dancing. The liquid showing it¡¯s white brilliance before it was going to be consumed by Mato. This is the same life force that is running through me. But how come they came from boils on the entity''s bodies? Questions started to sprout within his mind. What was the cause of the deterioration of those bodies? Was it because of this life energy? He had used life energy himself but why didn¡¯t his body deteriorate. Not only did it not deteriorate but his life energy led to him creating his meridians! He had only received blessings from life energy, why had the two bodies receive curses? Mato threw caution to the wind. He swallowed the life energy and started to process it with his body. The life energy went through his tail. His body digesting the energy immediately and sending it pulsing through his meridians. The amount of life energy stored within those two bodies is incomparable to what the bacteria king stored in his body. Mato sighed in his heart. His instincts were telling him that he still needed more life energy. This wasn¡¯t the last form of his transformation, there was more to be experienced. Tamo came up and asked Mato, ¡°What were those things?¡± ¡°Those ¡®things¡¯ were once like us, sperm,¡± Mato said, ¡°I¡¯m not too sure but I believe the deterioration of their bodies had something to do with life energy.¡± ¡°Life energy? Is it that the white liquid you keep on consuming?¡± Tamo asked. ¡°Yes.¡± Mato said and circulated his life energy showing the pathways of which the life energy flowed, ¡°Life energy is what led to the creation of my meridians.¡± ¡°Where did those things come from? And how did you find out we were called sperm?¡± Tamo had many questions. Too many things had happened in a short amount of time and they all confused her. ¡°They must¡¯ve come from where we originated,¡± Mato said, ¡°Our species is called ¡®sperm¡¯. After I transformed, knowledge had seemed to sprout from nowhere. When I formed my meridians some dormant knowledge inside of me must¡¯ve been brought out¡± Mato talked while nodding his head, acting like he had answers to the hardest questions in the universe. ¡°You must¡¯ve learned that vibrational destruction move from your dormant knowledge, it was way too strong!¡± Tamo asked. ¡°No. I just made that up on the spot¡¡± Tamo looked at him with eyes of astonishment. Her brow creased as she thought in her head. Will I be able to create moves of my own? As everything had concluded, Mato turned his body in the direction from where the two sperm came from. ¡°Let¡¯s go. If two of them showed up now, more of them might come later. We have to investigate.¡± Mato was driven to find the origins of the two unknown sperm. Although those two bodies had less life energy than the bacteria king, they must have gotten it from somewhere. There must be a source. Mato started to swim forward. Like a rocket, he left his position and left Tamo far behind. ¡°Wait up! You¡¯re way too fast!¡± Mato¡¯s speed was incredible. Comparing his post-transformation speed to his pre-transformation speed was comparing a cheetah and a mouse. It was too fast. Tamo pushed herself forward, following Mato down the tunnel of flesh. Chapter 5 - The Growths Mato was lost in his thoughts as he swam forward. The pressure gradually increasing as he went deeper. He was racing along the narrow tunnelway. The scenery around him looked familiar every way he looked. The flesh walls were blurry because of the intense speed he was traveling at. He was in a labyrinth-like tunnel of flesh. The flesh jutted out like mountains reaching for the sky. Mountains upon mountains of flesh were laid out, repeating in the same pattern. The mountains lay parallel to each other like dominoes. The patterns repeated endlessly and time seemed to pass slowly. Mato¡¯s thoughts numbing his mind as he traveled. Huff...Huff¡. Sounds of panting could be heard from behind. Shoot! Mato had thought in his head. He had completely forgotten about Tamo. Finding out that he left Tamo behind. He came to a complete stop, waiting for her. It seems I have gotten too fast. I was swimming at a snail''s pace. The sound of huffing and puffing came nearer as Mato saw the distressed Tamo. The intense pressure of liquid barreled down his back as he looked toward Tamo who was behind him. Beads of sweat were pouring down her face. Her body looked stressed to the extreme. It looked like she was racing with all of her might. Tamo had finally caught up and tried to maintain her composure. She let the life energy that flowed within her calm down. Tamo looked at Mato and smiled with her eyes. Her body¡¯s condition couldn¡¯t cover that dazzling smile. ¡°Thanks for waiting for me.¡± Two eyes were looking straight at Mato. Mato looked on astonished. It looked like the very stars were looking at him, showing gracefulness and purity to those who wished upon them. Mato¡¯s heart shook. Beautiful. He thought in his head. After a moment of admiring, Mato snapped back to reality. ¡°No problem. The current of the liquid here seems to be getting faster. You might have trouble going along with me. Tell me later if you are having any problems.¡± The liquid current that was rushing through the tunnel was getting extremely high. As they went deeper, the pressure had increased to four times its normal amount. They were like carp swimming up a waterfall. Only the fastest and strongest will get out alive. ¡°No problem. I just need some time to rest.¡± Tamo said. After waiting for Tamo to rest up, they immediately ventured forth. They were both swimming against the current. Mato felt no problem with the pressure as he was swimming but he drastically reduced his pace. The liquid pressure was constantly being repelled off of his body. On the other hand, one could see the strain Tamo was going through. Her body was shivering through the amount of pressure she was swimming against. A few moments later, a large wave of pressure came forth barreling down the tunnel. It was like a rogue wave and it would push back anyone who wouldn¡¯t see it coming. Mato saw it coming but chose to ignore it and continued to swim. Tamo, on the other hand, braced herself. She was thrown back as the pressure couldn¡¯t help but toss her aside like a bag of rice. Her body was sent tumbling backwards and stopped a few lengths away. Shoot! I didn¡¯t think the wave was that strong... Mato had a problem. His transformation had increased his power by a large margin. This power had distanced himself from the ordinary sperm. What he could accomplish, others could not. His strength had let him take the lives of his enemies but what was the point of it? Was killing the enemy the ultimate goal? Why does he kill? He kills to protect himself and his friends. He becomes stronger so he has the strength to do what is right. And what he thinks is right is staring right at him. Tamo looked at Mato, wondering what he was thinking about. ¡°I think you¡¯ll have to go on without me. The water pressure is too high.¡± Tamo said, ¡°It¡¯s incredible that you can swim this leisurely.¡± Wanting to protect his friend, Mato said,¡°Wait here and hide in between one of the crevices of flesh, I¡¯ll come back right after finding out the origins of those two foreign sperms.¡±Support the author by searching for the original publication of this novel. Mato swam forward leaving his heart with Tamo. He couldn¡¯t help but wonder for Tamo. She was the first friend he had ever had. He knew he couldn¡¯t stay by her side forever. She has to be able to fend for herself. I have to find a way for Tamo to get stronger. I¡¯m strong right now but if she could become strong too, I won¡¯t be as lonely. Having made up of his mind, Mato concentrated on the task at hand. His gaze looking forward, Mato continued to travel down the tunnel, all the while getting lost in its mesmerizing beauty. ¡.. I wonder what this place really is? Mato had questions that no one could really answer: Why were they born? What is their purpose in life? Where does this tunnel lead to? These questions boggled his mind but he was sure that only time would give him the answer. Mato traveled along the path. Time seemed to stretch as he felt minutes of his life pass him by. It was only then when Mato stared into the distance. A gleam of light started to appear on the horizon. Mato felt the light reach his skin and then flow through his meridians. Mato could feel that this light was life energy. Mato swam forwards. He looked at the walls of the tunnel and saw flesh that was filled with white light. Even the walls are filled with life energy. Mato continued swimming forwards, the light getting stronger as he drew near. The light blinded him as he approached. As he entered he focused his eyes to see past the light. What he saw amazed him. In front of him was a huge ball of flesh. The flesh was different from the tunnel walls. While the tunnel walls were a deep red, the ball of flesh was a luminous pink. The ball of flesh had tunnels that seemed to reach deep into its core. Light seeped out of the tunnels and then illuminated the surrounding area. These tunnels seemed large enough for multiple Mato¡¯s to go through. As Mato continued to inspect the ball of flesh, he found something wrong. This majestic looking ball of life had growths squatting on it. The growths were plastered onto the exterior of the ball. Some of the growths were larger than Mato and some were smaller. The growths seemed to have appeared randomly. Some of the growths had even blocked some of the tunnels leading inwards to the sphere. This ball of flesh pulsed with life energy, sending waves of light in every direction. Mato was amazed, ¡° There must be a huge amount of life energy inside for it to be radiating so much light.¡± The life energy being radiated by this sphere was blinding. When he was having his transformation, he too radiated some light. But compared to the light currently being emitted, it was like comparing a candle to the sun. There was no comparison. Mato swam forwards hoping to probe with his vibrations. A small wave of vibrations came from his head in a sweeping motion. The vibrations scanned the exterior of the sphere and then made their way into the tunnels. The vibrations seemed to pick up some information as they were bounced back into Mato¡¯s forehead. His forehead tingling as he processed the information into a clearer picture. It seems there¡¯s more of those mutated sperm in those tunnels. From Mato¡¯s scan, he saw the bodies of around four mutant sperm drifting through the tunnels. From the looks of his scan, it also seemed to indicate that those sperm were still asleep. Mato rushed forward, causing vibrations to echo out from his location. He advanced headfirst into one of the tunnels. Mato examined the interior of the tunnels with his eyes as he continued to swim deeper. He saw the familiar white glow of the growths here in the tunnels. The number of white growths increased as he got deeper into the ball of flesh. The growths were clumped up like a festering disease that haunts its host. The growth¡¯s pink membrane was being stretched out as life energy was expanding it past its full capacity. The growths looked ready to explode. What are making these growths? Mato then sensed one of the sperm he scanned from before approaching him. He looked at the sperm. The sperm was mutated. The massive growths on its body looked similar to the two mutated sperm he had met when Tamo was by his side. From the looks of it, Mato seemed to guess that the two sperm that he met back in the outer tunnel must have come from this place. The mutated sperm was sleeping. Mato took this as an opportunity. ¡°Vibrational Destruction. Die in death.¡± A beam of vibrational energy shot forth, instantly destroying the mutated sperm. Only the life energy was left. Mato swam forward and sucked it up with his tail and moved on. The scraps of life energy contained within these mutated sperm are nothing compared to the life energy that¡¯s causing all of these growths. Mato made his way through the tunnels, eventually reaching the core region. The core region was an open space. It¡¯s interior was lined with millions of white bodies. These bodies were mutated sperm. They were all lined up on the walls like soldiers waiting for their orders. Their bodies seemed to expand and pulse. They were being comforted by a white light that was coming from the center of the core region. Mato looked to the center and in the middle was a small white orb.The orb was many times smaller than Mato but it seemed to emit a dazzling white light. Life energy radiated out as Mato stared at this orb. ¡°That¡¯s it!¡± Mato couldn¡¯t help but shudder from the feeling of power from this little white orb. His eyes twinkled as they reflected back the light coming from the orb. His mind started to hum in hunger. Ecstasy filled his body as his instincts were telling him to take that orb at all costs. His body was inching forward slowly, like an addict about to get his fix. Mato knew what his instincts were telling him but his mind was telling him to be cautious. There were hundreds of millions of sperm lining the walls of this cave. Mato deeply examined the mutated sperm on the walls. They¡¯re all asleep. Even if they wake up, I can kill all of them if they threaten me. The mutated sperm on the walls all had growths. Some sperm had growths larger than others. The larger the growths they had, the stronger they seemed to be. Even though they looked strong, Mato had belief in himself. If millions of mutated sperm started attacking him he was sure he wouldn¡¯t die. His meridians had given him untold power, this power had given Mato confidence. Mato looked at the white orb in the center and dashed toward it, not even caring of the vibrations coming from his mad dash. Mato reached the orb and reached out with his tail. He took ahold of the orb and his body shivered in delight. The orb was pure white and had a glassy shell. It looked like a fiery white sun was encased in a coating of clear ice. White light reflected off of this clear casing, refracting into a multitude of colors. Mato held in his anticipation. He swallowed the orb with his tail. The orb gently traveled up Mato¡¯s body. The orb pushed through the digestive juices of Mato but it was in no ways harmed. A feeling of incredible energy seemed to radiate from the white orb. ¡°Interesting¡¡± Mato failed to digest the orb and the orb ended up being stored near his nucleus. The orb was pure white. While his nucleus was jet black. The two objects sat beside each other, close enough that they felt the other¡¯s presence but close enough that they did not touch. The white orb continued to radiate life energy but this time it was contained within Mato¡¯s body. The life energy provided by the orb was steady, it was like a super battery that gave his body juice to run on. He started to feel that energy being radiated throughout his body. The light became a mist, then condensed to a liquid, as it started to pour into Mato¡¯s meridians. Mato continued to delight in his new treasure. Mato could feel the boundless energy residing within this orb. He couldn¡¯t tell how much life energy this orb kept, but it felt like it would last forever. Mato was concentrated on his body, while he couldn¡¯t help but notice the cave starting to shake. Chapter 6 - One vs Many The inner walls which once glowed with life energy began to dim. The pink walls began to discolour, turning gray as time went by.The area around Mato started to rumble. Large pieces of flesh started to slide off like rotten wood. The boulders of flesh falling down and crashing into the bottom causing destruction to appear in its wake. Smaller sized boulders of flesh came crashing down all around Mato. Like stringy mucus running down a child¡¯s face, bloody liquid started to pour out from open wounds on the walls. The cave walls shuddered as they started to crumble. Chunks of flesh fell down hitting the surrounding landscape. The destruction of the cave walls couldn¡¯t help but create a disturbance. Vibrations echoed through the liquid and hit the exteriors of the mutated sperm. The boils on their skin shook like jello. The hundreds of millions of sperm that lined the walls started to shake their bodies. Their minds started to awaken as life energy started to pulse within their bodies. From their deep sleep, they awoke. Their muscles twitched, the growths on their body began to feed their life energy into their body. The mutated sperm began to press their tails against the wall trying to free themselves from its embrace. The mutated sperm moved in a frenzy. The sperm that were still stuck to the walls were rushing to break free. Their tails were injected into the walls, life energy could be seen flowing from the walls and then entering into their bodies. The boils on their bodies got larger as they accumulated more life energy. Having more life energy led to increased activity. The sperm broke free from the walls grasp and started to swim around like locusts on a farm. Hundreds of millions of sperm were swimming in every direction. The mutated sperm were anxious and their bodies showed it. They were like drones with no men to control them. Chaos was around Mato. Mato awoke from his concentration and his eyes darted about. His eyes curving into a sly smile. Fear was not found on his face. He squinted his eyes overseeing the chaos around him. The mutated sperm were raving like mad men, not caring about the destruction they bring to their environment. Mutated sperm smashed into other mutated sperm. Some smashed so hard that both of their bodies exploded, leaving life energy alone in the surrounding space. Once the mutated sperm sensed the presence of that life energy, they would rush over and try to take the life energy for themselves causing even more destruction. Supreme confidence welled between Mato¡¯s eyebrows as he looked at the chaos surrounding him. A fire seemed to light within. The life energy orb inside of him lit up and sent radiated life energy into the surrounding space. Mato wanted to test the full capabilities of his meridians. Battling these mutated sperms would be the most suitable training ground. He let the light radiate out from his body, allowing the mutated sperm to feel his presence. The mutated sperm started to turn toward the light source, basking in its familiar glow. They didn¡¯t have eyes like Mato but they sensed the life energy. More mutated sperm turned toward the light. Like soldiers saluting their general, they stared at Mato. After a breath of time, millions sperm had their bodies turned toward Mato. Mato¡¯s body was standing straight in the liquid, fearing nothing. Mato was surrounded from all sides. To his right there was sperm. To his left there was sperm. Above and below him there was sperm. They all stared at him. The sperm seemingly waiting for one of them to move. A mutated sperm couldn¡¯t control his desires and started to rush toward him. Having seen movement, the other mutated sperm joined in. They started to clump together and rushed toward Mato. They were like an army of white ghosts rushing to the only living being left. Mato pointed his face to a clump of mutated sperm. ¡°Hmph¡± Mato snorted. ¡°Vibrational Destruction!¡± Invisible waves of energy shot out of Mato¡¯s forehead. His forehead skin rippling with unbridled power. The vibrational energy traveled in the liquid like a silent killer. The liquid rippled as vibrational energy passed through it. Zink! The wave of energy hit a clump of mutated sperm that were headed toward him. Their bodies started to shudder from the immense power of the vibrations. Their bodies were being shredded apart. Life energy burst out of their wounds as they were ripped like shredded pork. The vibrations echoed out as more sperm succumbed to the same fate of their brethren. The vibrations reached more sperm, completely destroying their bodies. Time went on, and more mutated sperm were being destroyed. The mutated sperm surrounding Mato wasn¡¯t phased by their brother¡¯s deaths. The sperm raced toward Mato even faster. Mato paid no heed to being surrounded and kept concentrating. ¡°Disappear!¡± ¡°Vibrational Destruction¡± The story has been taken without consent; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident. Mato had no choice but to keep using vibrational destruction. Nothing stood in the way of the vibrations. They were ephemeral. Like a wind, the vibrations glanced past their bodies and destroyed them completely. The mutated sperm were blind. They hadn¡¯t developed sight like Mato, so the only thing they could do was use their instincts. The mutated sperm felt the threat that Mato posed. Mato was killing all of their brethren. Therefore, Mato needed to be put down in order for them to survive. This was the law of the jungle. Kill or be killed. One of the swarms had finally reached Mato¡¯s backside and rammed into his body. Continuous explosions appeared at the point of impact. More and more mutated sperm kept ramming into Mato¡¯s backside. Their bodies exploded into a gory mist with each collision. The explosions of gore did not cease as they voluntarily threw away their lives to damage Mato. Thousands of sperm had rammed into Mato until he could break free. Drips of white looking ¡®blood¡¯ poured out of a tiny wound. Mato was unphased by this wound but his instincts were starting to hum. Mato had continually cast Vibrational Destruction but he only killed around a million. There was just too many. Every time Mato sent forth his vibrations and destroyed the sperm, more sperm would rush in from the back and fill its place. It was endless. Hundreds of mutated sperm surrounded him as they smashed into his body. He had to use vibrational destruction and then follow the vibrations for him to have any space to maneuver. Mato felt that the life energy within his meridians depleting. The life energy orb in his body was producing life energy but not at the rate of consumption. Using the vibrations used life energy. It was not free to use but Mato had to keep going. ¡°Vibrational Destruction!Vibrational Destruction!¡± Mato was turning his forehead constantly, sending waves of vibrations in every direction so the mutant sperm wouldn¡¯t sneak up on him. A giant-sized mutated sperm came rushing out of a swarm noticing Mato. Its body was huge and was ten times larger than Mato¡¯s. The giant body caught Mato off guard and smashed into his rear. Mato was looking in a different direction and his body was thrown away like a kite. A large gash appeared on his outer membrane. THAT SPERM WOULD DARE HIT ME! Enraged, Mato shot forth ramming into the body of the giant sperm. Mato rammed into his belly. His whole body entering through the front and exiting through the back. A large hole appeared as life energy flowed out of the wound. A swarm of mutated sperm came rushing in and went inside of the giant mutated sperm¡¯s wound. The swarm started to eat the giant from the inside. The giant sperm was still, the light disappearing from his eyes as more and more sperm ate the insides of his body. Mato¡¯s body was panting. He was riddled with wounds. He wasn''t sure how much longer he would last. ¡°This won¡¯t do. My life energy is low,¡± Mato said. ¡°Vibrational destruction can¡¯t kill this many at one time.¡± Mato instincts started humming. Mato¡¯s instincts heard his cry for help. His instincts have always given him a way out. It was his instincts which allowed him to make use of life energy and create his meridians. It was his instincts which allowed him to create Whirlpool Stab. His instincts were his lifeline, his inner potential being brought out. His instinct¡¯s brought forth a vision into his head. Inside the vision, the life energy orb was radiating light in every direction. Nothing could escape its light. Under its light, everything was visible. ¡°This is it!¡± Mato having been inspired, calmed his mind. Mato¡¯s body lit up like a white sun. The life energy orb started to radiate immensely, sending life energy throughout his body. The life energy flowed through his meridians sending it to the outer portions of his membrane. His pores on his membrane started to expand and contract, breathing in the liquid and expelling it afterwards. ¡°Vibrational Radiance!¡± Minute vibrations started appearing. The vibrations were small at first but as time went on the vibrations started to overlap with each other. The millions of pores on Mato¡¯s body kept on vibrating. The liquid started to churn and turn. The vibrations pushed the liquid away from Mato¡¯s body. The mutated sperm rushing at Mato were forced back. Mato kept vibrating his outer membrane. The power of the vibrations kept increasing. The vibrations then started to overlap with each other. One could even start to visibly see the vibrations. The surrounding liquid started to churn, empty pockets of nothingness could be seen appearing between each vibration. The mutated sperm that were pushed away felt their bodies shuddering. Their bodies began to deteriorate. Their bodies felt like they were locked in space, unable to move. The vibrations were restricting their movement. The vibrations overlapped each other. Mato was vibrating at a certain frequency which allowed multiple small vibrations to combine and turn into larger vibrations. The vibrations became larger. Sounds of thunder echoed out as the vibrations were all-encompassing and ready to destroy. An omnidirectional wave that was filled with countless vibrations expanded out with Mato at the epicenter. The million mutated sperm closest to Mato began to fall apart. Their bodies unable to move, like a patient under anesthesia. If these mutated sperms had minds of their own they would be terrified. The wave of vibrations swept over them, destroying their body and mind. The wave continued to expand. A wave hit a hundred million sperm. They started to feel the power of vibrations and surrendered under its power. They died. Next, the wave hit three hundred million sperm and then five hundred million. Everything the vibrations touched would be eviscerated. The vibrations had destroyed all the mutated sperm leaving only life energy behind. The vibrations did not stop expanding. They bounced into the walls. The vibrations traveled through the walls shaking the entirety of the flesh ball. The flesh ball had already started to deteriorate when Mato took the life energy orb. Now that the ball didn¡¯t have the life energy orb regenerating it, it couldn¡¯t handle the stress caused by Mato¡¯s vibrations and started to deteriorate faster. Mato looked on as the inner walls of the cave began to fall. Destruction was around him, as the once healthy pink flesh became black and broken. This ball of flesh was dying. Mato had used only one move and he had killed hundreds of millions of sperm. Mato stood in the liquid, amazed by the destruction that one move could cause. He stared at the bunches of life energy that were floating in the liquid, ready for him to consume. He swam and started to eat all of the life energy. Mato had killed millions of sperm and the amount of life energy they had stored in their bodies was immense. He wasn¡¯t sure if he could fit that much life energy inside of his body. Mato continued to eat and did not stop, even when his meridians were full of life energy he did not stop. His meridians started expanding to accommodate more life energy but it was not enough. When his meridians were full, the life energy orb absorbed the rest of the life energy. The white sun inside the orb started to expand, looking like it was ready to explode out of its icy shell. Mato had consumed the life force of hundreds of millions of sperm. His strength had increased once again. The life force in his meridians had become purer and more abundant. If he had to use Vibrational Radiance again, the strength would likely be two folds stronger. ¡°.......¡± Mato hummed to himself. His fight against the mutated sperm was frightening. He thought that nothing could harm him, he thought his meridians had made him all powerful but he was wrong. If one thing went wrong he could have died when the millions of mutated sperm had swarmed him. He had underestimated his enemy. Mato was humbled by this experience. In the real world, thousands of ants could kill an insect ten times larger than itself. This was true in Mato¡¯s experience as well, if Mato was slightly slower in learning Vibrational Radiance, he would likely be dead. The millions of mutated sperm would keep on pursuing Mato giving him small cuts. Those cuts would then became large wounds and those large wounds would lead to him being unable to defend himself. Mato had confidence in himself but too much confidence was dangerous. This experience had taught him this. The vibrations were still echoing out into the flesh of the ball. The fleshy ball could no longer hold on and started collapsing. Tunnels that could be used to escape had become blocked, as dead flesh had broken off from the ceiling. ¡°I gotta get out of here.¡± Having seen all of the tunnels that led out of the cave being blocked, Mato decided to make his own path. ¡°Whirlpool Screw!¡± Mato rocketed into the flesh walls and started to make his way out. Bits and pieces of tissue could be seen trailing behind him. Chapter 7 - Lost Passageway Tamo was patiently waiting where Mato had left her. Her face crinkled as thoughts of concern were expressed as wrinkles. As time past, she would occasionally glance to where Mato had headed off to. She was restless. ¡°Mato is strong,¡± Tamo said, ¡°But there are still too many things we don¡¯t know about. It¡¯s too risky to go alone.¡± Tamo couldn¡¯t help but sigh. ¡°If only I was strong enough, I could¡¯ve gone with him.¡± The water pressure where Mato had entered was too strong for Tamo¡¯s body. She hadn¡¯t transformed like Mato. She was still a regular ol¡¯ sperm. She wanted strength but she had no idea how to attain it. Tamo started pacing back and forth. Her flagellum moving like a metronome as her body remained restless. ¡°It¡¯s been a long time I wonder where he went off too.¡± Tamo started swimming towards the direction where Mato had left. She had enough rest and let her body tread along the liquid. She knew she couldn¡¯t advance to where Mato had gone but she could explore the surrounding area. Tamo tensed her face as she beared the brunt of pressure caused by the flowing liquid. With a flip of her tail she kept her body moving, constantly inching forward. Her eyes darted around the landscape taking note of any distinguishing landmarks. A sudden jet of liquid came barreling out from the fleshy walls. An anus-like hole opened up and sent an enormous amount of liquid into a concentrated stream directly towards Tamo. ¡°AHHH!¡± Tamo screamed in surprise. The liquid tossed Tamo about like a feather being blown by the wind. The jet of liquid had only pushed her back. Tamo¡¯s eyes shifted downward checking the condition of her body. A few scratches but everything seemed to be alright. ¡°What¡¯s this hole doing on the wall?¡± Tamo approached the small hole. The flesh around the hole was swollen, its skin glistened with a red sheen. Tamo went to investigate. She touched the wall with her tail. Vibrations traveled through her tail as she moved her eyes to the wall. She could see red liquid moving constantly within the walls. She continued to examine the area and found a small opening, only enough for her tail to get through. This must¡¯ve been where the burst of liquid came from. Tamo swam back a few meters and stood to the side. She stared, observing the hole. The hole opened up and a large current barreled out of the hole, relieving the pressure inside. ¡°Is there some kind of passageway in that hole?¡± Tamo said, ¡°How else would the liquid escape?¡± Tamo started to keep track of the hole¡¯s habits. Every few minutes the hole would open up and a large amount of liquid was pushed out. The hole was left gaping but as time passed it retracted to its natural closed position. ¡°I¡¯ll have to wait for Mato. I¡¯m too weak right now, there¡¯s no way of knowing what''s going to be inside of that hole.¡± A few moments later, Tamo could feel the pressure steadily building up. ¡°It¡¯s coming from where Mato headed off too. But why is the pressure so intense?¡± Tamo could see Mato drifting along with the current. His body looked bigger than before. Rays of light constantly being shot out of his body, illuminated the surrounding walls. His demeanor was astounding. Mato seems to light up when he gets stronger. Did he have another fortunate encounter? Tamo thought in her head. Mato was deep in his thoughts. What other uses does this white orb have? It has immense life energy inside of it. It almost seems limitless. My meridians are getting so full that my body is expanding. I must be getting stronger! Mato lifted his smiling face, his cheeks glistening with white light. His eyes focused and found Tamo staring directly at him. ¡°You look chubby!¡± Tamo said. The excess life energy could not all be stored in his meridians. Mato¡¯s body decided to save this life energy as ¡®fat¡¯. Even though the life energy orb can store life energy, that life energy isn¡¯t easily accessible. The life energy was also limited by how fast the light emitted out of the orb. Having life energy stored as fat would prove useful for battle, as he could just burn the fat and transform it back into life energy. Mato¡¯s chubby cheeks drooped down as his smile was wiped from his face. He didn¡¯t know why but he felt his heart sting, the word ¡®chubby¡¯ constantly being replayed in his mind. Unauthorized usage: this tale is on Amazon without the author''s consent. Report any sightings. Tamo saw Mato¡¯s smile disappear. Seeing him discouraged she changed the subject, ¡°Hurry, I have to show you something.¡± Tamo swam a few paces back and pointed her face in the direction of the gaping hole. Her face lit up as she could finally be of use to Mato. ¡°I found this hole while waiting,¡± Tamo said. ¡°I think this is an entrance to somewhere.¡± Mato swam forward. He saw a small opening, enough for his tail to fit through. He shanked his tail right through the opening, planning to use leverage to open it up. ¡°...WAIT!¡± Tamo edged forward hoping to stop him. Suddenly, the hole opened up and a large jet of liquid hit Mato square in the face. His chubby cheeks jiggled from the pressure as the liquid went past his body. ¡°That tickles,¡± Mato said. So strong. That current threw me back a hundred paces. Shock was written on Tamo¡¯s face. She was always amazed at the capabilities of her friend. Taking that jet of liquid to the face would have severely hurt her but Mato received it with no damage whatsoever. Mato looked at Tamo. His eyes creased upward. Regaining his confidence after being called chubby, he started to lead. ¡°Let¡¯s go, the entrance is going to close.¡± Tamo swam forward but unexpectedly the hole was closing faster than normal. Mato stretched out his tail, grabbing an edge before it could fully close. Flexing his muscles, life energy went through his meridians and made his tail stiff like a rod. He positioned his tail and his body so the entrance could stay open. Even with Mato holding open the entrance, the entrance was still extremely tiny. It would be hard for two people to enter at the same time. Tamo inched her head forward and made her way through the entrance. Her dainty body closed in on Mato. Her body couldn¡¯t help but make direct contact with Mato¡¯s body, as she struggled her way through. Skin on skin. Membrane on Membrane. A blissful expression appeared on her face. Life energy traveled out from Mato¡¯s body and into Tamo body. Tamo¡¯s tail was coupled with Mato¡¯s tail. Life energy was being transferred as white light traveled like static as their bodies became close. Tamo¡¯s body seemed to flush into life. Her cheeks became like a rose as her breathing got more erratic. The life energy was like wildfire as it spread through her body, traveling through her muscles and going upwards toward her nucleus. The life energy started to reside below the nucleus like a pond. Tamo was still and she savored the moment of Mato¡¯s embrace. The life energy flowing inside her was a totally new sensation. Like countless hands massaging the inside of your body. It was incredible. Mato looked on at Tamo. What is wrong with this woman? Tamo was currently staying still and not moving. Mato was awkwardly holding the entrance open as she continued to move her tail across his body. His eyes staring hard at her to try to get her attention. Tamo noticing Mato¡¯s gaze was brought back to reality. With red cheeks, she swam forward and retracted her tail from Mato¡¯s body. She exited the narrow hole carefully, taking her time. Her eyes darted back coquettishly. ¡°Mato,¡± Tamo¡¯s cheeks blushing, ¡°Can I touch you again?¡± A tingling sensation went up Mato¡¯s spine. This relationship was progressing too fast! Mato swam back nervously. Why is Tamo acting this way? She wasn¡¯t like this when we first met. Something must be wrong. ¡°Just then, when I touched your tail¡. I felt something move within me¡. It felt like my whole body was on fire,¡± Tamo said, ¡°Didn¡¯t you feel it?¡± Mato did feel something when Tamo had touched her. Small amounts of life energy traveled out of his body, but the amount was negligible. The life energy that he gave Tamo wasn¡¯t even one percent of the power that he possessed. Mato snapped back into reality. His eyes looked determined. He swam forward, exiting out of the entrance way as it closed behind. The pressure near the entrance way was still high so he took ahold of Tamo¡¯s body. Their tails became entwined together, he looked like a lover about to consummate his love with his woman. ¡°Wait a moment. Things are going too fast!¡± Tamo¡¯s cheeks turned into a deep red, as she helplessly moved her body to try to escape. Her eyes looked upward as her head was pointing down. Although she was reluctant because Mato¡¯s brashness, she was willing to let it happen. Mato then began to swim forward, their bodies escaping the pressure that was building up through the entranceway. Their bodies began to swim in unison. Their skin touching as life energy escaped from his body into Tamo¡¯s. Mato had felt the life energy go out of his tail and into Tamos body but he was not the one who initiated this transfer. All of this happened involuntarily on Mato¡¯s part. Tamo was the one who was taking life energy from his body and he was helpless to stop it. For a moment, Mato tried to urge more life energy to be sent into Tamo but the rate of transfer didn¡¯t change much. Mato was panting, that attempt took an incredible amount of concentration. He didn¡¯t know how Tamo could take his life energy so easily. Her control of life energy is amazing. It seems like she has natural talent. Mato was happy for Tamo. If she could get life energy this quickly from Mato. It would be a matter of time until she created her meridians. Tamo concentrated on her body. Life energy circulated through her muscles. The life energy wasn''t pushed by her muscles but it seemed to move on its own. The small pool near the bottom of her nucleus started filling up. She''s taking so much life energy inside so quickly. The rate of transfer is increasing with each passing moment. Good thing I have the life energy orb or my body would shrivel up eventually. Mato had worked so hard to gain life energy to transform. It was envious that all Tamo had to do was sell herself to Mato to get a life energy but he was happy. Tamo could feel the life energy within her body move like fire. It spread through her muscles, soothing her as it traveled upward toward the pool of life energy near her nucleus. The life energy pool was full and started bubbling. The bubbles escaped upwards turning into a mist that surrounded the entirety of her nucleus. Tamo¡¯s nucleus started glowing. Arcs of white light seemed to bounce through the mist as it surrounded Tamo¡¯s nucleus. The mist churned as more life energy was transformed into mist. When Enough energy had been stored the mist couldn''t maintain its state any longer. The mist began vibrating quickly and started to condense to a single spot on the forehead of Tamo. The life energy mist started to condense into a small ball in the middle of her forehead. The mist transformed back into liquid as a slit began taking shape. The mist kept condensing into a liquid and the slit became larger. The mist began to run out while the slit began to open up. Is she getting another eye? Mato was fascinated. The transformation that he went through turned the life energy into meridians. In Tamo¡¯s case, the life energy turned into an eye. Is it different for everyone? Tamo struggled to open her slit. A multi-colored light started to spill out as the slit began opening up. Tamo¡¯s body shuddered as she struggled to open up it up. Light continued spilling out as it gradually opened. The eye fully opened up and a rainbow of light came spilling out. Mato was blinded by such intense light. ¡°It¡¯s beautiful!¡± Both of them said. A rainbow of light came spilling out of Tamo¡¯s third eye as she opened it. Mato stared at Tamo while she stared back. Their bodies were still embracing one another as Mato didn¡¯t want her transformation to end because she didn¡¯t have enough life energy. Tamo stared hard at Mato. She could now see the life energy within his body. She could see how his muscles were intrinsically supported by life energy. She could see the life energy that was stored as fat on Mato¡¯s cheeks. She could see the life energy within his meridians move in concert as it was directed through his body. It was like watching clockwork, it was fascinating. Tamo looked away and glanced at the surrounding liquid. She could see small specks of white light floating calmly. There are tiny amounts of life energy in the liquid as well! Tamos eye focused on the life energy in the liquid. The small specks of white disappeared as it transformed into light that illuminated the surrounding area. She looked at different motes of life energy in the liquid and started transforming it. The motes of life energy started to collapse within itself and change into something entirely different. Stars looked like the were exploding as light expanded from its point of creation The light kept on radiating. Motes of light appeared in the surrounding space. The light seemed to shine so bright that no one could tell when it would stop. Mato and Tamo held each other close. They looked like they were dancing in the stars. Light continued to expand outwards as they traveled deeper into the tunnel. When the life energy in the air started to weaken,so did the light. The surrounding liquid turned darker as the resplendent light disappeared. Mato looked at Tamo¡¯s third eye. It looked like a rainbow coloured jewel was placed between her forehead. It emitted dazzling light that illuminated Mato¡¯s face as he looked at her. It did not look hard but soft like clear mochi. Tamo was embarrassed by Mato¡¯s stare and broke free from Mato¡¯s embrace. Mato was reluctant to let go because he was worried that she would need more life energy. The hole in entrance started to open up as the liquid pressure inside had reached its tipping point. ¡°Let¡¯s go.¡± Tamo said. Tamo swam forwards to try to escape the suction force from coming from the hole. She did no longer look like a regular ol¡¯ sperm but a queen that ruled over her people. ¡°Hurry up. It''s my turn to lead!¡± Her eyelids wrinkled upwards as she began to lead the way. Chapter 8 - The Patriarch Tamo was swimming, leading Mato. Her third eye illuminated her surroundings as she made her way through the passageway. The passageway was long and narrow. The pressure going against her was rushing to tackle her body, trying to suppress her. A sense of peace and confidence was written on her face. The liquid started being guided around Tamo. The water cascaded like ribbons flying through the air, gently carving itself through the liquid. Life energy constantly pulsed as her third eye was altering the direction of the liquid. ¡°Let¡¯s see if you can catch me,¡± Tamo said. Tamo raised her speed. She shot off like a bullet, leaving a liquid trail behind her. ¡°Ha¡.¡± Mato couldn¡¯t help but laugh. His eyes grinned as he made chase. He didn¡¯t want to be outdone by Tamo and so he pushed himself forward. Tamo¡¯s speed was incredible but Mato¡¯s even more so. Mato¡¯s skin was constantly vibrating, sending out a small forcefield around him, guiding away the liquid to make him be more aerodynamic. It took less than a second for Mato to catch up Tamo. ¡°You¡¯re still slow.¡± Mato¡¯s eyes smiled. Tamo said, ¡°I wasn¡¯t even going my fastest.¡± The liquid started to congeal around Tamo, making it denser and ready to explode. The liquid exploded and pushed her forward multitudes faster than before. Mato and Tamo kept on playing as they traversed the passageway. Killing time by racing down this narrow track. SMASH! The sound of a body falling down into the ground, echoed out as Mato and Tamo were approaching ¡°Slow down,¡± Mato said, ¡°I think something is up ahead.¡± Slowing down and easing their momentum, they swam forward. They were careful not to disturb the liquid, in order to keep whatever was in front of them unaware of their existence. Mato and Tamo peeked over the horizon. Their eyes found a sperm beaten and dying, barely hanging onto a thread of his life. The sperm had only one-eye. He did not look like he had two eyes to begin with. It looked like he was born with one-eye. He looked like a cyclops as his large eye took up most of the space on its face. Mato¡¯s eyes shifted downward, examining its body. His body was broken and torn. Drops of white liquid could be seen oozing out of his wounds. The one-eyed sperm was looking at its enemy. The sperm¡¯s eye blinked tiredly, as he tried to remain focused. His body swayed in the liquid as he urged himself to get up but white liquid poured out as he struggled. His eye never left the enemy that was in front him. In front of him was a creature. Its body was capsule shaped and red like fire. The creature radiated heat and it spread through the surrounding area. Steam rose out of its whip-like flagellum. This creature boiled the surrounding liquid as bubbles started to form around it. It looked extremely hot. ¡°That looks a lot like bacteria,¡± Mato said. Mato started to head forward but Tamo stopped him. ¡°Let me handle this.¡± With haste, she moved forward. She traveled directly into the skirmish, stopping directly in between the one-eyed sperm and the bacteria. As she was near, she began to see the creature more clearly. She gazed at its sleek redness. It¡¯s tail whipped around in the liquid, threatening anyone who would dare approach it. Tamo stared and took a deep breath. Her transformation had given her power. This power had given her confidence. With a calm mind, she started concentrating. The slit on her forehead opened wide. Her third eye lit up with rainbow light which then started to scan the red bacteria¡¯s body. Tamo could see its muscles squirm under its glassy exterior. She could see the life energy within its muscles. The life energy went out of the red bacteria¡¯s core and then expanded outwards, the muscles within the body rubbed against it as it became red like fire. This heat energy was then stored in a sack near the tail of the creature. The excess life energy then exited out through the muscles, pushing out towards the shell of the creature and came out as steam. Tamo eyed glistened. She took note of the creatures ways of controlling life energy and was inspired. White specks of light started to gather in a central point in front of Tamo¡¯s forehead. Her third eye glistened with rainbow light, as the rainbow light itself began to turn into a deep red. The red light touched the white specks of life energy in the air and started transforming it, turning it into a miniature sun. This sun was pure heat energy. It looked ephemeral and divine as it stood in the liquid. Steam started to appear around that miniature sun, as more motes of light were being sucked into it making it larger. Tamo sight focused on the red bacteria. The red bacteria was pointing its tail back at Tamo, ready to unleash the fire like energy inside of its sac. This sun of heat energy then shot out like a beam, extending forth to exterminate the red bacteria. This beam of heat energy was quick like lightning but the bacteria had prepared for this moment. The red bacteria pointed its tail in the direction of the beam and let out the flames of life energy as it exploded out of his tail. The flames burnt the liquid and were like a jet of inflamed gasoline as it spread through the liquid, ready to consume Tamo and the one-eyed sperm. The beam of heat energy met the flames. The beam did not stop and traveled right through it. The beam of heat energy progressed through the flames. The beam sucked the heat energy from the flames themselves and combined it into itself to become larger. The beam was like a snowball that was rolling down a hill, it took materials from its surroundings to make it even more destructive. The red bacteria shuddered as it was surprising that Tamo could cut through his attack. It tried to move but it had no time to react. Bam! The beam hit the red bacteria¡¯s body going straight through it. A large hole was burnt into its body. The burnt flesh was on it¡¯s molten edges as its life energy strand had been forced out of its body. Mato was surprised. The move that Tamo just did was dazzling. That dazzling red beam of light was like a star streaking through the skies. Unlike his vibrational destruction which was invisible, it was too beautiful. The mode of attack was completely different as well, Mato¡¯s vibration destruction ripped the target to shreds. Tamo¡¯s red heat beam just burnt a hole right through them. You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story. I wonder why she didn¡¯t name her move? Mato thought to himself. Tamo continued forward. The one-eyed sperm looked tiredly over to Tamo, a flash of reverence was sparkling in his eyes. Tamo went forward and started speaking to the one-eyed sperm. ¡°Hi, my name is Tamo. What¡¯s your name?¡± Tamo¡¯s eyes looked gently at this one-eyed sperm as she asked him a question. The one-eyed sperm¡¯s eye widened. He looked confused and started to shake his head. Tamo saw this and thought about her first meeting with Mato. He must not know how to speak. I¡¯ll teach him! Tamo took her tail and grabbed the sperm¡¯s tail. Life energy traveled out of her forehead and down into her tail. The white life energy started to creep up the one-eyed sperm''s tail as his eye widened. His eye showed fascination and wonder. He looked back at Tamo and his heart was filled with appreciation. His face looked enlightened and he said. ¡°I don¡¯t have a name. Will you be willing to name me?¡± The sperm had spoken in a respectful manner. His cadence was even and predictable. ¡°You don¡¯t have a name?¡± Tamo said, ¡°If that¡¯s so. I¡¯ll name you Grudd!¡± Grudd bowed his head, showing his deep respect to his benefactor ¡°Thank you¡. Tamo.¡± Tamo turned her body towards Mato. ¡°Look Mato, we¡¯ve just gained another friend,¡± Tamo said excitedly. Grudd looked around and his large eye caught a glimpse of Mato. He saw his robust body and fat cheeks that seemed to be filled with power, it was intimidating. Grudd then looked at Tamo and saw her eye¡¯s beaming with smiles as she looked at Mato. Grudd¡¯s heart darkened. Mato couldn¡¯t help but look on warily, his head started to thrum. It looks like this Grudd character has bad intentions towards me. I just met him. What sparked this ill feeling towards me. Mato looked back at Grudd. Their gazes met. Each one trying to gauge a response, each one trying to assert their dominance. They both looked at each other with wide eyes, trying not be the one to look away first. Grudd saw Mato¡¯s large body and was dazzled by the white light being emitted from Mato¡¯s body. He couldn¡¯t help but grunt. Grudd was the first one to look away as he began to speak to Tamo. ¡°There are more of us here. I¡¯ve been trapped in this tunnel for a long time, the interior of the walls were swollen with inflammation. I only decided to explore further as the inflammation had died down some time ago. It was then I met that creature you had slain.¡± Grudd said. ¡°There are more of you?¡± Tamo said, ¡°Let¡¯s go meet them!¡± Tamo was a girl of action. If someone said they needed help she would surely be the first one to come. ¡°Follow me.¡± Grudd turned around but his body swayed in the liquid, as he was weakened. He couldn¡¯t help but crash to the floor. ¡°I forgot about your injury let me help.¡± Tamo touched Grudd with her tail. Motioning for some of her life energy go into Grudd. The life energy moved slowly into Grudd. The pace was noticeably lower than when she had taken life energy from Mato. The process went for hours. It was only then when Grudd had enough life energy where all his wounds had been fixed. Mato looked at Grudd. He was quite bored as this was the first time he had waited for somebody. How come his body sucked in the life energy so slowly. Tamo and I had natural talent went it came toward using life energy. Is he unlucky? Grudd got up. He swam around a small area, checking his body to make sure everything had recovered properly. He was pleased. ¡°I can¡¯t help but thank you again Tamo.¡± Grudd looked at Tamo intensely and bowed his head. ¡°Follow me.¡± Grudd started to lead the way. Tamo followed shortly behind him while Mato shadowed from the back. They reached a cave and inside the cave was a large pink sphere. Hundreds of thousands of small holes could be seen reaching into the sphere. Tamo¡¯s eyes darted back and forth. Looking at the gigantic fleshy ball that was in front of her. Grudd swam forwards and entered into one of the holes. Mato looked around, a sense of wonderment was on his face. This fleshy ball looks similar to the fleshy ball that I was in. The past one had collapsed under its deterioration but this one looks to be extremely healthy. Mato swam forward, admiring the pink moist exterior of the ball. He saw no sign of any growths. No signs of life energy about to burst out of the walls that were ready to explode. The walls were pink and gelatinous and looked extremely normal. Mato ventured forth, swimming deeper into the ball as Grudd led the way. They approached their destination and Tamo couldn¡¯t help but gasp from surprise. In front of them were millions of sleeping sperm. They lined the walls like babies in a hospital room. Their bodies were white and without blemish, their skin smooth and free from any growths. They looked like they were born yesterday? ¡°There are so many sperm here! Is this where we were made?¡± Tamo said as she examined the gelatinous sacs which held the sperm. The sperm were sleeping against the walls, their bodies encased in a gelatinous sac provided them nutrients while they were sleeping. Grudd looked around and said, ¡°This is where I was made. One day I had woken due to hunger. I was blind at that moment, it was only then when I came across some white piece of flesh and ate it with my tail that I began to see.¡± Mato nodded his head. This was similar to what happened to him when Tamo had taught him. Tamo had unknowingly given Mato some life energy, which allowed him the energy he needed to open his eyes. Mato thought deeply. It was fascinating that he had two eyes while this fellow named Grudd only had one. Tamo had just gotten herself a new eye and had three in total. The bacteria himself after his evolution had numerous eyes. Why were all of them similar but so different? Tamo raced forwards swimming about like a girl in a candy store, only stopping to look at one of the gelatinous pods. ¡°They look so cute.¡± The sperm wiggled in their gelatinous sacs. Tamo saw differing sizes of sperm, some were in the early stages and were tiny as a dot. Others had tails starting to sprout from their bodies. While others were almost the same size as her. Mato also took a stride forward. He saw no abnormal growths on their bodies. ¡°.....¡± He breathed a sigh of relief. It would be troublesome if the same thing that had happened in the collapsed ball happened here as well. He noticed that some of the sperm in the pods were larger than the others. Some of the sperm were almost as twice developed. He kept looking around examining all the pods. As he swam from the right hemisphere to the left hemisphere. He found that as he kept swimming right the sperm seemed to be bigger as he progressed. The pathway that led to this tunnel is to the left. If one looked at this from an outermost perspective this healthy ball is located left of the collapsed ball. Does the collapse of the ball have anything to do with the sperm¡¯s health here? Or maybe it was the white orb that I had taken? Mato thought deeply. The white orb that he picked up at the collapsed ball had too much energy inside. Mato had consumed the bacteria king which had consumed many of his own people and it couldn¡¯t even compare to 1% of the life energy of the white orb. Mato had continued to admire the wondrous powers of life energy. Having seen this aided Mato¡¯s view on his future development. Grudd began to speak. ¡°I was the only one to have woken up so far. Everyone else is sleeping.¡± ¡°We can¡¯t wait here forever.¡± Mato could see no visible differences in the progress of the sperm as he observed them. They seemed to be maturing at an extremely slow rate. ¡°Let me try something¡± Mato swam forward and went to the centre of the ball. His body began to radiate a soft white light. The white orb pulsed with light as it expanded through his body. His skin lit up like a lamp and illuminated the whole cave. The gelatinous sacs were bathed in the light. Some of the sperm started to squiggle in response. The sperm looked like they were dancing for joy in their sacs. To them, the light radiating off Mato felt extraordinary and was a blessing they could pass up. Tamo face started to become flushed. Her body began to radiate heat, she could feel the energy go into her skin and start to nurture her third eye. ¡°This is life energy!¡± Tamo said. Grudd was astonished himself. He had felt this sensation before but it was only when he had eaten that piece of white flesh. A sense of happiness exuded off of his face but as he focused his attention on the source of the light it couldn¡¯t help but change into a scowl. The sperm in the gelatinous sacs began to have visible changes. The life energy had seeped into the sacs and touch their bodies. Their bodies began to visibly grow faster. After a few moments, a sac started shaking. A sperm could be seen trying to break through one of the sacs. It took its tail and ripped open the layer of gelatinous skin breaking free of its chamber. The sperm was blind and wandered around aimlessly. Tamo went forward to help this sperm and taught it the same things she taught to Mato. The sperm woke up from its ignorance and looked at Tamo who had taught him to speak. ¡°Who are you?¡± The sperm asked. ¡°My name is Tamo, what¡¯s yours?¡± Tamo asked. ¡°I don¡¯t know.¡± The sperm swayed his head dejectedly. ¡°I¡¯ll name you Sis.¡± ¡°Sisss...Siss¡.Sis!¡± The sperm bounced his head up and down showing his delight. More movement started to appear within the cave as more sperm were breaking free from their sacs. The light continued to radiate out of Mato as more gelatinous sperm sacs were being broke open. Tamo continued to go around, teaching and giving names to the sperm. ¡°Your name is Ness¡.Your name is Perm¡. Your name is Tog¡.¡± Tamo went around giving the millions of sperm names. She was like a television host giving gifts to her audience. Who would dare refuse a gift? Mato was astonished how could she come up with so many names. Is this one of her gifts? Mato continued to radiate light. Tamo continued to give names. This process took over one hour. When all the sperm finished growing he stopped. He looked around and saw the sperm gazing towards his direction. Tamo had given them life energy so they could all see Mato with their two eyes. It seems like Grudd is unique. All of the sperm here only have two eyes. I wonder what caused this? Tamo then went to Mato¡¯s side and started to whisper. ¡°Every sperm has been named and accounted for,¡± Tamo said, ¡°There are around seven hundred million sperm standing before us and each one of them looks ready to meet you.¡± Mato glanced at the millions of sperm. The masses of sperm had a look of reverence on their faces. They looked at Mato and saw halo¡¯s of light continually bouncing off of his body. Mato looked like a divine ruler willing to grace his citizens with blessings. The sperm had all learned to speak and started to shout with their minds. ¡°My King! My King! My King! My King!¡± The sperm voices vibrated through the liquid. The walls of the cave started shaking from the millions of sperm shouting in unison. Half of the sperm looked towards Tamo. They saw her third eye shine with luminous colors and shouted. ¡°My Queen! My Queen! My Queen! My Queen!¡± Mato and Tamo looked astonished. They had found out what being a king meant from the bacteria king but they didn¡¯t know what a queen was. But they could tell that the king was the leader! A ruler of a nation! The one who would take charge in battle. The one who supplies them with life energy. The one who is in total control. Grudd looked over the chanting sperm. He noticed all of the sperm gravitate to both Mato and Tamo. He glared at Mato. Wrinkles appeared on his forehead and they started to grind with each other. Tamo eyes grinned. She was happy and felt the love coming from each and every one of the sperm. Mato was indifferent. His instincts started to hum. His face began to clear as he felt that he knew what he needed to do. He shouted. ¡°QUIET!¡± Chapter 9 - Exodus Mato looked around. He could the sperm looking up at him, their eyes filled with worship like they had just seen their maker. Mato¡¯s instincts started to hum. He started to radiate life force, making him look like a paragon of glory. ¡°Tamo had gifted you the ability to speak. You should be thankful.¡± The sperm nodded their heads in agreement. They were extremely grateful to Tamo and couldn¡¯t help but be attracted to her motherly nature. Mato brought back the attention to himself. ¡°Outside is a world of danger. Where bacteria will come and try to take your life away. I¡¯ve seen the destructive power of these creatures and if you stay as you are, you will die.¡± Mato uttered. The sperm felt shivers down their spine as Mato said those words. They were just born, why would they want to die. ¡°But as you have made me your king, I will lead you as a king should.¡± He gazed at the crowd of sperm, taking his time as he spoke. ¡°We will band together and move as one nation,¡± Mato said, ¡°A nation that is not afraid of bacteria.¡± The sperm started to become agitated. Their bodies couldn¡¯t help but move as their spirits rose from within their bodies. ¡°With my strength, nothing under these walls of flesh will harm us!¡± The sperm were enlivened. Their bodies starting to shake from the words that were being spoken. Mato had given them life energy and now he was going to protect them, this was a true king. ¡°I am your king and you are my sperm, ¡± Mato said, ¡°Together we are strong!¡± The sperm upon hearing this started to chant. ¡°Long live the king! Long live the king!¡± Mato nodded his head. He had taken up the mantle as king, so he had no choice but to protect them with his full power. The millions of sperm in front of him were weak. Even if they all bound together and attacked Mato, Mato could wipe them out with a single vibrational radiance. To live in this world you must have strength, otherwise, you have no choice but to follow the strong. The sperm were caught in a fever as they began to dance. Their tails swayed to the chanting, celebrating the rise of their new king. Tamo couldn¡¯t help herself and started to dance with the masses. Mato looked on. He could feel their dancing shake the surrounding liquid. The sperm were young and easily impressionable. They had caught on to every word Mato uttered. Mato saw sperm dance with each other. Their eyes smiled as they interacted with each other. Their tails moved like snakes finding prey in the desert. They were happy. Happy they had found their king. Mato thought as the sperm had begun dancing around him. Mato couldn¡¯t help but remember the green bacteria king and his sons. The sons of the bacteria willingly gave up their lives to their king for the sake of his survival. Even though the bacteria king perished in the end, his leadership was still admirable. Will his people look up to him the same way as well? ¡°Enough of this revelry,¡± Mato said, ¡°Let us leave.¡± Mato swam toward the entrance as his brow clenched together. ¡°It is much too dangerous here, bacteria can attack at any moment but if you follow me I will lead you to greener pastures.¡± Upon hearing Mato¡¯s words, the sperm became quiet and listened intently. ¡°Let¡¯s go.¡± Mato exited out of the cave. The sperm started to follow Mato, their tails swaying in the liquid. Millions of sperm could be seen trailing behind him still dancing to the beat of the atmosphere. Tamo kept to Mato¡¯s side. Grudd was seen in the back, the scowl on his face darkened the surrounding atmosphere. He didn¡¯t dance with the other sperm, he was looking on from the back of the pack. Dark circles appeared under his eyes as he started to catch up with the others. The sperm entered into the tunnel Mato and Tamo had come from and was amazed. This was the first time they were out of their home. The tunnel before them was narrow and cramped. The group of sperm made their way forward and started exiting into the larger main tunnel. As they exited out into the main tunnel, the liquid current tossed them down the tunnel like leaves in the wind. Mato couldn¡¯t help it and swam forward to make sure no enemies would attack them. The sperm continued to roll through the water unable to control their bodies. The liquid current pushed their bodies down the tunnel. The group of sperm were travelling at a brisk pace not knowing how far they had travelled. The sperm progressed until the liquid current became bearable and they could travel by swimming with the use of their bodies. If you find this story on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the infringement. The sperm looked forward and backward but all they could see was complete blackness. The light being emitted from their eyes couldn¡¯t breach the thick fog in the liquid. Only when they looked forward and saw mato dazzling with white light did they calm their nerves. They had a king in front of them. A king that would lead and protect them. This thought had calmed them down and followed Mato peacefully. Tamo was uneasy. She and Mato had taken an extreme responsibility. They were in charge of over a billion sperm. It was only then when she glanced at Mato could she calm down. Mato¡¯s eyes looked focused up far ahead making sure that nothing would sneak up on him. Mato could feel Tamo¡¯s uneasiness. Being in charge of millions of sperm is no laughing matter. His speech from before came from his instincts and a moment of passion. If he really thought about it, would he be able to protect all of these sperms? I haven¡¯t been alive that long. Do I have the right to lead these sperm? Their world was too large and the time they lived in it amounted to a short time. Although Mato had strength, other creatures that had more time to build up their bodies could put up a fight against Mato. It was only because of his instincts pressing him forward that he chose to the lead the sperm. Mato and Tamo¡¯s group continued swimming down the tunnel. Their speed was slow due to the vast number of sperm that they were following. Mato¡¯s swimming came to complete stop. His tail moved to his back then stopped, signalling for the other sperm to stop too. Up ahead he saw a yellow bacteria that was large in size. Its size was similar to the bacteria king. This yellow bacteria was large but it looked like it was alone. Mato looked over the yellow bacteria¡¯s body, he saw hard yellow skin and a robust body. But in the eyes of Mato, it was weak. He didn¡¯t want to fight such a weak monster so he looked over at Tamo. Tamo saw Mato¡¯s gaze and nodded. Her body went forward. The slit of her forehead opened and her third eye had shown itself. A red laser came out of Tamo¡¯s third eye and went straight toward the yellow bacteria. The laser struck its body. The hard yellow skin of the bacteria was unable to cope and immediately disintegrated leaving only a ball of life force behind. Mato didn¡¯t think it would be so easy for Tamo to dispose of the bacteria but she did. Tamo went forward and got the ball of life force. She handed the ball toward Mato. Mato looked at the ball of life force. It had a decent amount of life force inside of it. Comparable to the bacteria king. ¡®Even if I consumed this life force for myself. It would hardly benefit me. It would be better for it to be used by someone else.¡¯ Mato turned around and looked to the masses of sperm behind him. ¡°If anyone dares to take this out of my hand it is theirs.¡± The sperm went silent. Mato¡¯s staggering stature had scarred them off. Only one sperm had stepped forward. ¡°I dare.¡± Mato looked toward the sperm. This sperm name was Ness, he was one of the first sperms to awaken. Ness sprinted towards Mato. Ness carved through the water with immense speed leaving a trail of liquid vapour. He had to get closer before he could grab the fleshy ball with his tail. ¡°Ahhh¡. Ness is so fast.¡± The masses of sperm saw the immense speed of Ness and couldn¡¯t help but praise him. Mato saw Ness¡¯ speed and his eyebrow crinkled upward. Ness¡¯ speed was impressive to the prior Mato but Ness¡¯ speed to the current him was only passable. Ness had gotten close to Mato. His tail reached out like a whip and tried to yank the fleshy ball out of Mato¡¯s grasp. Whoosh! At the last possible moment, Mato moved his tail to avoid Ness¡¯ attempt. The tail looked like a ghost as it dodged Ness¡¯ grab. ¡®Fast¡¡¯ Ness thought. Ness began to try again but all of his attempts were useless. Mato dodged all of Ness¡¯ attempts. His tail was moving too fast for any eyes to see. Ness began panting, Mato was too fast. ¡°The king is too great of a challenge for a sperm like me.¡± Ness stopped trying. He knew his limits, even if he kept on trying to snatch the fleshy ball it would always result in the same outcome. Mato was too fast. Admitting defeat he swam back towards the group of sperm. ¡°Halt,¡± Mato shouted. Ness¡¯s body clenched. He turned around slowly he saw Mato staring at him with the intensity of a sun. He lowered his eyes at the sight of Mato¡¯s gaze. ¡°Give this to him.¡± Mato handed the orb to Tamo. She headed toward Ness, who had looks of confusion in his eyes. ¡°Here you go. Eat it with your tail, your chances of surviving will be higher after.¡± ¡°But my king, I had lost. I couldn¡¯t grab the fleshy ball out of your hand. Why do you still give me this treasure?¡± Ness looked at the ball on his hands and then at Mato. Mato stared at Ness. ¡°You have guts.¡± Ness was moved. The king saw the initiative Ness had made by being the only one to step forward and rewarded him. A sperm who had been named ¡®Guts¡¯ looked up from the crowd and quietly whispered to himself. ¡°The king said my name¡.¡± Gut¡¯s cheeks started to glow with a red hue and Ness received his reward. Ness took the ball of life force and ate it. He felt the life energy flow through his body. The life force went through his body. Like a candle, Ness¡¯ body lit up as the life energy changed his body. Mato saw smoke escape out of his body and being carried out by the current. ¡°I feel great!¡± Ness started swimming around testing out the changes to his body. He looked liked a ghost as he travelled in the liquid. ¡°You¡¯re much faster than before!¡± Tamo said eagerly. The other sperm looked in awe. Their eyes twinkled with jealousy as one of them had just been upgraded. Mato looked carefully at Ness. The amount of life force that sperm consumed would have been enough for Mato to complete his meridian transformation. But as Mato continued to observe, there were no traces of any meridians or a third eye. Ness¡¯s body had transformed. His skin was bright like silver and his body had gotten smaller. He swam like a bullet back and forth, able to freely change his direction. ¡°What kind of speed is this?¡± Mato looked on surprised. Ness¡¯s speed was incredible while Mato had some changes to his skin and it made him fast, Ness¡¯s speed made him look to be on another level higher. Tamo said, ¡°Great. We have another strong sperm to defend our friends with.¡± Mato saw this and was pleased. ¡°Let¡¯s get a move on.¡± Mato started to swim ahead. As they continued swimming down the tunnel, Mato¡¯s head started humming. His instincts were acting up. As he kept going further down the tunnel the intensity of the humming increased. When he reached another cave entrance the humming ceased. A sense of familiarity sprung within Mato¡¯s mind. He entered the cave and when he got inside he felt refreshed. He looked around him as saw a vast open expanse. He could see pink mounds that looked soft to the touch. He also felt that the liquid here had a much higher density of nutrients. This area was perfect for the sperm. Mato turned around. ¡°We stay here.¡± The group of sperm rejoiced at Mato¡¯s words and dispersed to explore their new home. The sperm started exploring the cave. Their bodies smashed onto the flesh as if they were pillows. As soon as they arrived they started relaxing. They started talking amongst themselves. They talked about their new home, about their new king but mostly about Tamo. Mato saw this and also couldn¡¯t help but feel relaxed. The entrance way to this cave is extremely narrow, so if any bacteria get through Mato would know about it. Mato headed towards the centre of their new home and started meditating. He lit up like a bulb as life force radiated out of his body nurturing the surrounding sperm. The surrounding sperm felt this and couldn¡¯t help but fall into its soothing pleasure. Even Grudd started to sit down trying to suck up as much life energy as he could. Chapter 10 - Differences Mato was floating in the centre of the cave. White light radiated out of his membrane to shine on the other sperms. The sperms gathered around Mato like a globe. Their bodies pressed up beside each other, making sure to make use of all of the remaining space. Mato was the sun and the sperm were the asteroids orbiting around it. Inside Mato¡¯s body was life energy, it flowed through his meridians like living water, nourishing everything along its path. The life energy pulsed through his meridians, which then sent micro-pulses of life energy to his muscles, which then went out through his skin. The sperms bathed in the life energy Mato was radiating. Guts, one of the sperms that looked up to Mato, sighed to the sky. ¡°Our king is so great! What is this light coming out of his body? It¡¯s making my membrane tingle all over....¡± Guts was speaking as his body started to light up. The life energy had accumulated to the point where he was starting to transform. The light within his body became brighter as the life energy kick-started an evolutionary change. The life energy flowed until it congealed into a single point on his forehead. His body devoured the life energy as a large spike began to grow out of that point. The spike grew larger until it was half the length of his body. The light dimmed from his body and Guts smiled. Guts felt the horn on his head. It was large horn which was wide at the base and then tapered off as it got to the tip. Its colour was different from the rest of his body. While his body remained white, the horn on his head was a metallic grey. His horn shone like a spearhead that was ready to reap lives on the battlefield. ¡°Amazing!¡± Guts moved his tail to stroke his newly evolved horn. His tail slid effortlessly on its metallic surface. He marvelled at the new addition to his body but also questioned himself. ¡°Why did I grow a horn? Was it because of the king?¡± Guts looked at the king who was illuminating the cave and couldn¡¯t help noticing that the bodies of other sperm were lighting up. Tamo who was watching at the side looked on at Guts. ¡°It seems that Guts was the second to evolve. That horn on his head looks quite menacing. I wonder what other transformations the rest of the sperm will go through?¡± The sperm surrounding Mato started to transform one by one. Their bodies lit up with life energy as it started to evolve their bodies in different ways. Metallic spikes like the one that grew on Guts were seen in some transformations. The spikes were of different shapes and colours. Some had a single spike which jutted out of their head, while other sperm had numerous spikes near their back. Some spikes were near the tail while some had theirs on their backs. The variety of spiked sperm became staggering. The millions of sperm surrounding Mato began their evolution and some were quite different. One sperm grew an extremely large tail that he started to resemble a dragon. some sperm had two tails. Some sperm had grown suction cups on their bodies. Some sperms even gained an additional head. Some sperm began to grow scaly skin which looked incredibly tough. Some grew tentacles of all shapes and sizes. One sperm even managed to grow what looked to be a nose! There were millions of different kinds of evolutions, none of them being exactly the same. They all differed in one way or another. Even though some had gained spikes in the exact same places, their membrane colour turned out to be different from each other. Some sperm had evolved to gain a red membrane, some were green and some were blue. One sperm even had the astonishing ability to change his membrane colour to match the surrounding area like camouflage. Mato stopped radiating life energy. He looked around to see the differing mutations of each sperm. Mato started examining each sperm carefully, finding out that none of them have any signs of meridians or a ¡®third eye¡¯. ¡°Every sperm is different in their own way. Most of the sperm have gained some additional parts to their body or changed in some particular way. The only one who didn¡¯t change was Grudd.¡±Unauthorized usage: this narrative is on Amazon without the author''s consent. Report any sightings. Mato looked toward Grudd but he looked the same as he did before. Grudd his one eye stared directly at Mato. A fire erupted within his soul and his eye shone with fury. Grudd¡¯s mind was filled with anger. ¡®Why didn¡¯t I gained any special powers¡. I obviously transformed like the rest of those sheep, my body lit up and I could feel it change me... But my body looks the damn same!¡¯ Grudd¡¯s body shook in anger but Mato couldn¡¯t care less and didn¡¯t pay any more attention to Grudd. ¡°Gather around my brothers.¡± Mato¡¯s voice echoed throughout the cave. The sperm hearing Mato¡¯s voice huddled closer together so they could hear properly. ¡°What everyone here experienced was an evolution. This evolution has created something that is unique only to you. Everyone here has gotten stronger and have transformed into beautiful beings.¡± A large about of sperm started to blush red after hearing they were beautiful. ¡°We have been fortunate enough that we have found this cave.¡± The surrounding sperm nodded their heads. They felt quite comfortable where they were living. ¡°We have gotten strong but we must remain united,¡± Mato said, ¡°Although are looks have changed, we were all the same at one point.¡± The sperm looked around to look at their fellow sperm. They looked different but they were still the same sperm they were before. ¡°We must use our strength to protect our home. Our differences do not define us, it is the bond of our birth that brings us together.¡± Mato nodded to himself as he talked. He wanted to keep the brotherhood that the sperm had for each other strong. ¡°The change each one of you has gone through has made you strong. I can see it with my own two eyes,¡± Mato said, ¡°With that strength, we will explore the boundaries of our new territory.¡± Mato signalled to a group of sperm who had evolved into trumpet-like beings. These instrumental sperms started to ready there bodies like horns about to be blown. ¡°Today. I, Mato, declare that we will assemble an army. A legion of sperm!¡± Trumpet sounds rang out of the instrumental sperms. Each blast of sound being amplified by Mato¡¯s declaration. ¡°There will be two factions, one led by our queen and one led by myself.¡± ¡°The commander of my army will be Ness.¡± Ness bowed with gratitude. Mato was pleased. To help lead the sperm is a vital role and Ness had the guts to lead them. Mato looked at the crowd of sperm. Observing them until he glanced upon Grudd. As he saw him, his head hummed instinctually until he looked away. ¡°The commander of Tamo¡¯s army will be Guts!¡± Grudd¡¯s heart darkened. He was one of the first sperm there and was born even before Guts. Why did he get chosen and not himself.? ¡®If I was placed commander I would be put right beside Tamo. Now that Grudd is commander my plan to serve Tamo is a fleet less dream. This is unfair!¡¯ Grudd tried to control his emotions but they couldn¡¯t help but leak out. ¡®I was the first one born of my kin. That position belongs to me! It is my birthright!¡¯ Grudd¡¯s body rumbled with anger and took of few moments until he started to relax. Guts came forward and said, ¡°I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. Thank you.¡± Guts bowed with steadfast praise. Mato continued to speak of his plans. ¡°The rest I will divide in half.¡± Mato cut through the liquid with his tail. Like opening a sea of red water, vibrations gently cut through the centre of the cave. Pushing the sperm to different sides of the caves. The millions of sperm were astonished by Mato¡¯s power. ¡°Half of us will explore the farther reaches. The rest will stay here and protect our home.¡± ¡°Arrange yourselves!¡± Mato shouted. The sperm quickly moved to group together in order of likeness. Those with spikes grouped together, those with hard armour grouped together and so forth. The sperm gathered into divisions and lined up in straight lines of ten. Mato saw numerous lines of sperm. They looked like soldiers ready to march into a battlefield. Their faces became hard, like they were ready to face the toughest of battles. Millions of sperm were lined up in orderly lines ready to receive orders from their leader. Both commanders looked up to Mato after they saw that everybody was ready. Mato was pleased and shouted. ¡°Long live the sperm!¡± Mato¡¯s message echoed out into the cave, moving the very souls of the sperm. The sperm started to shout in unison, this was their favourite part. ¡°Long live the sperm! Long live the sperm!....¡± The instrumental sperm kept making sounds, making sure that they were playing on time. The vibrations from their chanting started to shake the cave. The cave rumbled like it was giddy with excitement. The sperm continued to chant. Their hearts were entwined with their voices. They wanted to believe in what they were saying. ¡°Long live the sperm!¡± They kept chanting until they reached a fever pitch. Mato shouted with a resounding boom, ¡°FIRST ARMY MOVE OUT!¡± Mato led the charge by heading to the entrance of the cave while millions of sperm followed his lead. The millions of sperm behind Mato caused the liquid to roll and turn. Like a raging tiger, they swam forward with their king leading the way. The second army, Tamo¡¯s army watched and continued to chant until the first army and Mato had completely exited out of the cave. Tamo began to shout. ¡°You¡¯ve heard our king we are in charge of defending our home. We must be diligent!¡± Tamo tried to act like Mato, but what was supposed to sound manly only ended up sounding cute. The second army was overwhelmed by Tamo¡¯s cuteness and the expressions on their faces softened. They had to protect this cuteness. Tamo continued to shout until she was interrupted. ¡°Get into defensive posi¡¡¡¡± CRASH! A large, explosive sound came from the entrance of the cave. The cave shuddered as the entrance way echoed with a sound of an explosion. ¡°MATO!¡± Tamo shouted. Tamo couldn¡¯t help but be worried for Mato and desperately sped toward the entrance as the second army followed closely behind her. Chapter 11 - Overpowered Mato was travelling through the tunnel that was the only entry point of their home. The tunnel to the main cave was long and narrow. ¡®It¡¯s going to take a while for the whole army to exit out.¡¯ Mato thought in his head. Mato¡¯s head began to hum his instincts were trying to tell him something. Mato travelled down the tunnel, the closer he got to the main tunnel the more his instincts started to hum. The intensity of humming increased dramatically. ¡®My head is going crazy, my instincts have never hummed this powerfully before.¡¯ Mato was hesitant, he was now the king of a nation and he had a duty to protect his brothers. ¡®I can¡¯t just think about myself. I am now king of a nation. I have to keep their best interests in mind.¡¯ Mato turned around to look at Ness. Ness¡¯ face was stern and ready to take orders. Having him being the general of Mato¡¯s army was the proper decision. ¡°Ness, I want you to stay with the army while I go ahead. I¡¯m afraid a powerful enemy is in front of us. ¡°My king, let me go with you. I will help you defeat the enemy.¡± Ness¡¯ body clenched up, even though the king had said the enemy in front of them was powerful, he needed to go. He needed to be there to protect his king. ¡°No,¡± Mato replied, ¡°Our army is too new to handle this threat. My plan was to slowly introduce the concept of battle to the sperm. They are far too inexperienced to handle the threat up ahead.¡± Mato talked as the humming continued to increase. ¡°I will go ahead and take care of the threat. Just keep on marching forward. By the time you reach me, I will already have taken care of it.¡± Mato smiled with his eyes. ¡°Ness. It is your duty to protect the king but remember you are a general. A general takes orders from the king but a general¡¯s foremost duty is to protect the nation.¡± Ness was about to speak but remained silent. ¡°If the enemy is too strong and wipes us out before we have a chance to establish ourselves, I will have failed as a king.¡± Ness agreed with the king¡¯s decision. The only sperm who had combat experience was Mato, Tamo and Grudd. Grudd and Tamo were back in the cave defending their home while Mato was the only veteran in battle. The army that they assembled was too green. If they faced a strong opponent as they are, the enemy would obliterate them. The army would have to learn by facing real enemies and slowly gain experience, only then would they have the right to call themselves a proper army. Ness bowed abruptly. ¡°My king we will follow your will.¡± Mato looked at Ness and smiled knowing his army will be safe. Mato burst off towards the end of the tunnel. Mato swam ahead leaving the army with Ness at the head. Ness looked at Mato¡¯s back as he swam ahead. Ness could see the weight of the nation on king¡¯s shoulders. ¡°Take care, my king,¡± Ness whispered to himself as he readied his body. Ness looked behind him and screamed to his brothers. ¡°My brothers! Double time! We must help our king.¡± ¡°AYE!¡± The sperm replied in unison. ---- Mato was currently heading to the end of the tunnel. Even with Mato¡¯s immense speed, it took awhile for him to reach the end of the tunnel. ¡°Almost there.¡± Mato exited out of the entry tunnel and made his way to the main tunnel. Mato looked around and found bacteria looking at him. He looked back but all he could see was darkness. ¡°That¡¯s weird my eye usually pierces through the darkness. Why is everything so dark?¡± Mato¡¯s body started to shine with light. Light came out of his body and shined into the darkness. The light reflected back into Mato¡¯s eyes showing him a greater picture. What he saw were numerous black bodies that formed a wall that took up most of the space in the tunnel. Their bodies twinkled as their pitch-black shell¡¯s reflected the light coming from Mato¡¯s body. Their beady black eyes were pointed at the source of light. A staggering number of black bodies covered Mato¡¯s sight. They twinkled like polished obsidian. Everywhere Mato looked all he could see were black bodies. Their eyes possessed a threatening gaze. Mato¡¯s instincts continued to hum as he took note of his surroundings. ¡°Bacteria!¡± Mato tried counting the number of bacteria with his eyes but they were too numerous and opted to use his vibrations to find how many bacteria there were. ¡°Millions¡..No¡...Trillions¡..¡± Mato probed their numbers with his vibrations. The black bacteria numbers added to over a trillion! The black bacteria made a sturdy wall that blocked Mato¡¯s path. In every direction he looked, all he could see were those black bacteria. If he wanted to get past this wall he would have to go through them. ¡®How did the bacteria find out our location? Did they somehow sense the life force I radiated when I forcefully evolved the army?¡¯ Mato¡¯s thoughts ran wild and his instincts urged him to think of a plan. Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation. ¡®Damn it. My instincts have never warned me so greatly before.¡¯ ¡®Their bodies look quite small, the only advantage they have is their numbers. I have dealt with a large number of enemies in the past. Even if they try to tire me, my life energy orb will replenish me. All I have to do is kill every one of them!¡¯ A solemn voice came from the wall of bacteria and interrupted Mato¡¯s thoughts. Mato couldn¡¯t tell where it came from because of the massive amount of bodies blocking his way. ¡°Kill.¡± The massive bacteria wall started to inch forward. Inch by inch they swam toward Mato, knowing full well he had no room for escape. Mato continued to stare as the black bacteria pushed forward. ¡°Trillions of black bacteria. I see millions of bacteria the same size as the bacteria king. It was a good call that I went ahead, our army wouldn¡¯t stand a chance against a force this large.¡± ¡°I must kill these enemies before my comrades arrive.¡± Mato started to spin in place, slowly building speed until the water started churning around him. ¡°Vibrational Whirlpool Screw!¡± The liquid churned as Mato created a whirlpool beam with his body. The whirlpool beam went forward and was like a food processor. The suction and vibrations created by the attack pulled their bodies to Mato as they were being ripped apart. The power behind this attack was immense. It hit the black bacteria and churned their bodies into a paste. The weaker bacteria were thrown into the whirlpool and never seen again but larger bacteria kings took a while for the attack to destroy them. Mato constantly shifted his body to aim his attack in different directions but he wasn¡¯t killing them fast enough. The black bacteria continued to inch forward not caring whether one of their fellow bacteria had died. The distance between them and Mato was shortening. Mato looked like a needle in a haystack. He was fighting with all he had but he knew that this one attack won¡¯t kill them all. ¡°Guess, I must use this move¡.Vibrational Radi¡.¡± A voice from behind the wall of bacteria came echoing out. ¡°Quickly.¡± The black bacteria flew into a frenzy and burst off in order to stop Mato from completing his move. The order that came from behind the wall seemed to turn on a switch in the minds of the bacteria as they no longer inched forward but sprinted. One bacteria managed to make it to Mato¡¯s body, hoping to tackle him with its capsule-like body and interrupt whatever move he was planning. ¡°Too late.¡± Mato didn¡¯t need to say his move to finish using it, saying it was only a formality and formalities can be broken. Waves of vibrations started to echo out with Mato at the epicentre. The vibrations started off small but they soon overlapped with each other. The nearest black bacteria¡¯s body couldn¡¯t help but shudder involuntarily as it¡¯s body stopped moving. The other black bacteria had caught up and were close enough to hit Mato but before they could reach him, their bodies disintegrated into nothingness. The trillions of bacteria kept of charging into Mato. But Mato was like a blender, and when the bacteria hit the blades they couldn¡¯t help but be destroyed. The bacteria didn¡¯t care about their lives and continued throwing it away as they charged into Mato. Millions of bacteria continued to run into Mato, not daring to disobey the orders of the voice coming from beyond the wall. The vibrational radiance continued to kill them but it wasn¡¯t all-encompassing. Although vibrational radiance is an attack that goes in every direction, vibrations can be absorbed. The vibrations passed over the bacteria like waves but waves can only hit the shore. The vibrations could only get to the bodies in front and could not go past them. There was no space between the bodies of the bacteria so they could not go through, the density of their wall formation was too great. Mato had no choice but to keep on using vibrational radiance, slowly reducing their numbers. If he stopped now he might get overwhelmed by their numbers. Mato continued to kill. Each wave of vibrations killed millions of black bacteria. Their bodies were destroyed and only their life energy was left behind. Mato continued to kill. The millions of casualties slowly added up to billions but billions amounted to nothing in front of trillions. Minutes passed but to Mato, it felt like days. Mato had killed billions but he lost count after the first ten billion. When he used his vibrations to probe their numbers he counted over a trillion but ¡®over a trillion¡¯ could be two trillion. Maybe their numbers could reach one hundred trillion, Mato had no way to find out. His vibrations could only extend so far. A solemn voice came from beyond the wall. ¡°Retreat.¡± The black bacteria stopped attacking and they retreated backwards. ¡°How much bacteria did I kill back there?¡± The black bacteria continued to retreat backwards no longer making a wall to cover Mato¡¯s sight. One by one the black bacteria retreated uncovering what was speaking throughout the battle. The black bacteria were like a curtain unveiling what was hidden. Slowly, an image of a titanic body appeared within Mato¡¯s field of view. A titanic body of black mass appeared in front of him. His body was thousands of times larger than Mato. The titanic bacteria had an immense torso and a single giant arm. This titan was almost big enough to block out the entire main tunnel. On its single arm were gigantic veins that slithered like snakes. The muscles on its body looked hard enough to crush steel. This titanic bacteria had a body like a bodybuilder. Placed on top of his torso was a chiseled neck holding up a giant bald head. It¡¯s bald head reflected the light that was coming off of Mato¡¯s body. He examined that titan bacteria and couldn¡¯t help but shudder. His instincts ran wild and began to hum dangerously. He felt like his head was about to explode. ¡®This is what my instincts must¡¯ve been picking up as dangerous. It wasn¡¯t the trillions of bacteria but this single titanic bacteria.¡¯ The titanic bacteria swam forward. Ness and the rest of the army started to exit the entry tunnel and into the main tunnel. ¡°My king we have arrived!¡± Ness and the rest of the army swam out of the entryway and found the titanic bacteria staring at them. ¡°My king we will destroy that beast!¡± Ness was about to dash forward and attack the titanic bacteria but Mato stopped him. ¡°Ness¡.Retreat. Go back into the cave¡.¡± Ness was flabbergasted. ¡°My king, but why¡¡± Ness had just arrived and was aching to do battle. ¡°You have no chance to defeat it. This beast is too strong for you. I¡¯m not even sure If I¡¯m able to defeat it.¡± Mato¡¯s body clenched up, his body was failing him. The pressure exuded by this titan felt like the world was toppling over him. Every stroke the titanic bacteria made with his flagellum made Mato feel like he was about to be crushed by a mountain. ¡°Retreat back into our home. The entry tunnel is too small for this beast to enter through, there you will be safe.¡± Mato swam forward. ¡°Vibrational Destruction!¡± A wave of vibrations went out of Mato heading for the titanic bacteria. The vibrations churned the liquid as it arrived on the titanic bacteria¡¯s body. The vibrations hit their mark but the titanic bacteria¡¯s chiselled form felt nothing. The titanic bacteria stopped moving for a second. To him, Mato¡¯s vibrations felt like a massage. ¡®My vibrations had no effect on it I will have to get close to it.¡¯ The titanic bacteria started to make his move. The muscles on his arm slowly flexed together. His veins grew like bursting pipes as power was being compressed into his muscles. Veins appeared all over the titanic bacteria¡¯s body as power travelled from his pecs and abs. The titanic bacteria concentrated all of his power into his fist. The titanic bacteria spoke. ¡°Punch.¡± The titanic bacteria executed a basic punch. It¡¯s arm released the tension that was build up by its body and let it loose. His fist exploded forward like a meteor coming down from space. Mato was swimming forward one second and could see the entirety of the titanic bacteria but at the next moment, his vision was consumed by this all-encompassing punch. Mato¡¯s body tightened with fear, his body wanted to run away but his pride felt otherwise. ¡°DAMN IT! WHIRLPOOL SCREW!¡± Mato executed his move and met off to attack the titanic bacteria¡¯s fist. Mato moved liked a missile flying through the air. The punch and Mato¡¯s body connected. BOOM! A large explosion caused the surroundings to shudder. The titan¡¯s fist and Mato¡¯s body met as the sound of the explosion expanded out travelling throughout the tunnel. Mato was thrown back like a rag. A trail of liquid followed him his body was struggling to stay together. He travelled through the liquid only to be stopped by hitting the fleshy wall of the cave. Mato¡¯s body crashed into the wall like a meteor, creating a crater the size of the titanic bacteria¡¯s fist. Mato¡¯s body was torn apart. His body was almost cut in half by the collision, it looked like a grenade had exploded from the inside his body. Various wounds opened up and life force was leaking out of him like a faucet. The light within his eyes started to dim. Mato tried to speak but he couldn¡¯t as too much life force was leaking out of him. The black bacteria stared at Mato showing no emotion. ¡°MY KING!¡± Ness came rushing forward to meet Mato, tears coming through his eyes. ¡°My king don¡¯t worry. I will get you to safety!¡± Mato tried to force himself up but more life force poured out of his wounds. ¡°Ness¡.Take care¡.of...my people¡..¡± Mato struggled to talk as the light in his eyes slowly disappeared. His eyes turned black as the light of life force disappeared from his eyes. ¡°No. My king, you cannot die!¡± Ness was propping Mato¡¯s body up, trying to bring him out of the crater but it was too damaged. It was like trying to pick up a soggy noodle. He tried yanking him out but he felt like Mato¡¯s body would fall apart. Mato¡¯s army looked at Mato as tears started flowing in their eyes. The titanic bacteria was watching them and laughed. ¡°Ha.¡± The titanic bacteria signalled to his subordinates. ¡°Kill.¡± The black bacteria started to march toward Ness and Mato¡¯s bodies. There were still billions of black bacteria left. Ness clenched his brow, pushing down the sorrow that was coming from his soul. ¡°First army, protect the king!¡± Ness shouted through the liquid with all his soul. Desperation was heard in his voice. ¡°Protect the king!¡± The army repeated. The first army met Ness¡¯ resolve and sprinted forward, meeting the black bacteria in battle. The battle waged on as both bacteria and sperm were engaged in deadly combat. Sounds of anguish and desperation echoed through the liquid as both sides suffered losses. The individual strength of the sperm was larger than the black bacteria¡¯s strength due to their evolutions, but the number of bacteria they were facing was too large. Casualties increased on both sides until a slender white body was seen exiting out of the entrance tunnel. Tamo came out, her eyes scanning the battlefield only to see Mato¡¯s body plastered into the wall. ¡°Mato!¡±
