《Knight X Magic》


 Chapter 1-The Beginning

    When monsters appear out of nowhere and started to slowly take over the human race. We had nothing against them that could prove to be a threat amongst them. Resulting to hide underground, after they destroyed our houses and caused chaos. We lost all of our pride once we lost those we love dearest. Falling on our knees and accepting our destiny, it took a lot of blood for us to come to the conclusion that we can''t...win.


    When all hopes and dream comes close to the end, three strong unknown heroes appear out of thin dust and eliminated the monsters with ease. With the leader of the group looking at humanity with a massive smile on his face, he spread hope for another day for humanity. He told us the meaning of hope, and those words he said was "A bright star in a hopelessly dark universe. Through light years of distance, the brightness fills our inner selves. Hope makes us smile on the inside as well as on the outside. Hope is not just an emotion, it is a promise that smiling and laughter are just around the corner."


    With that being said, humanity as a whole crawled out of there tunnels and started fighting back with everything we had. Life took a massive turn once humanity won their first fight. After that holy day, we started taking back what was ours and slowly making those monsters extinct.


    After months of us claiming victory every day against those monster. All things were going well until the three heroes met their match. Coming across a strong enemy that they couldn''t even lay a sold blow, could this be the end of us? We asked while watching the three heroes try their best to knock that demon down.


    The monster ending the three heroes with one blow, the three heroes said their prayers and goodbye. Humanity thinking how they will win without them, they realise they blessed them before going with there powers and so much more. Defeating the enemy that not even the three heroes could defeat, will they stumble amongst a stronger fore?


    In the year 345, three great walls were built to protect humanity from the darkness that lurks beyond the walls. The first wall was known as "St Joseph." The second wall was known as "St Mary." And finally, the third wall was known as "St Luke." These three great walls were made to protect mankind and still remained for centuries,tillthis day and hopefully onwards.Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.


    The reason why these walls were built was that of dangerous monsters that lurk outside of the great walls known as "Night eaters." They normally can be seen at night, but not daytime. In order for humanity to go beyond limits and pushed back the Night eaters. Two heroes and one leader were summoned to this planet. In returns of there massive help, we created a line of three knights that are descendent of the three heroes. The first known as the Magic Knight. A group of people which protects humans within the three great walls and to keep everyone safe from danger. Then there was the Black Magic Knights. A group, which helps explore the outside and claim more ground and items for humans. And finally the Magic King, known as the strongest out of them all and highest ranking. They are the leader of the black knights and magic knights.


    It was said that the leader of the three heroes, was the one to create the three great walls to protect humanity. This is how humanity kept on surviving, and til this point upwards. Now it''s up to probably the last generation to help pushed humanity before reaching the broken point of no return. Even if it is just one person, can the fate of humanity go onwards?


    Living in a world where people use the powers of the noble heroes, that we call Yin and Yung. Yin is the mastery of using Yung, meaning a person who has complete control over their powers and can create different types of magic or items with their magic. Yung is the incomplete mastery of using Yin. Yung is a person that awakened their power but doesn''t know how to use or have control over it. This is usually what most people start off with when being born. But enough talking, time for the story you been waiting for... to begin.


    As the Sun falls to sleep, the moon wakes up. The sky turned dark with a bunch of sparkles, glycerine bright like fire, a young boy sitting down on the mountain glares upon the beautiful sky and prayed for his father because he could not be there to look after his family.


    While the young boy prayed and wishes to become like his father, his mother came and said with a gentle smooth tone "It''s time to go to bed, Yuu." With a sweet, cute voice, Yuu responded to his mum andsaid" When can I become a black knight like dad?" As everything turned silent, Yuu''s mum dropped her plate and rushes over to Yuu with a hug and said, while tears go down her face "I don''t want to lose you too." And with that said, Yuu went to bed and mum cleared up the mess.


    When the Sun woke up and the moon went to sleep, Yuu woke up and realized that today was a big day. The reason why today was a big day is that it''s meant to be the day when the Royal King also is known as The Magic King, to return from his mission. But when Yuu rushed to the door and opened it, he saw an unforgettable face. With blood dripping down his face, the strong mansaid"I''m back."

 Chapter 2-Welcome Home

    "Mum, I thought you said dad was dead. So why am I looking at the exact copy of him?" Yuu says.


    "That''s what I thought when he didn''t return for 2 months. Now if you don''t mind, mummy is going to take some time dealing with this" - Yuu''s mum responded.


    As soon as Yuu''s mum went downstairs, Yuu snuck into the room and started to tap his dad on the cheek to check if he was real.


    While time went passed, Yuu stared at his dad like a dead Crow. Trying not to blink for even a minute, Yuu was about to go to sleep. As both of Yuu''s black beautiful eyes reach close to their final destination, a sudden jump from his dad like a lion that was about to approach his prey, Yuu''s dad finally woke up.


    With only five words, he was able to turn that final destination to a final boss battle. Those five words were "I am finally home, son."


    As Yuu jumped with a smile, he shaped his hand into a fist and punch his dad in the face and said "What took you so long?"


    Too bad for the father that the boss battle didn''t go the way he wanted it.


    "Is this how you treat your father!" Shouted Yuu''s dad.


    *Yuu''s mum enters the room*


    "What is with the loud voice?" Shouted Yuu''s mum.


    Yuu''s dad turned around and saw his wife. It felt like centuries for Yuu''s dad and mum since they saw each other. Yuu''s dad stared at his wife as if he saw angel falling from the sky.     As the husband thought his wife would come in with a kissed with his arms wide opened, she had a special medicine she wanted him to taste. It was a dose of a rock-solid fist.


    Time went passed later on that day and it became time for the father to have his long-lasting meal.


    "So dad, what was it like going on your tenth mission?" Says Yuu with an excited expression.


    "Where should I begin? Should I tell you about the lake monster or the night eaters?" The dad exaggerated


    "Tell me all of it." The son said looking at his father with an excited expression on his face, wishing to become like his dad.


    "Honey, could you please tell our son about why he shouldn''t become a black magic, Knight." Says, mum.


    "But I can''t see why not. Everything about it is amazing, you get free food, respect, honour, power and more." The dad said with excitement.


    "When I become a Knight, I''m gonna surpass you, dad. "- Says Yuu with a proud face.


    "Ha, then I guess you will have to train a lot." Yuu''s dad said with confidence.


    *Mum smashed the table*


    "Please, honey tell him the truth! Stop hiding the secrets that the Magic Knights hide from us. I know I told you not to tell him the truth, but he actually wants to become one!" - Mum says that with tears going down her face.


    "So it''s finally time to tell him. I thought we would tell him when he was older." The dad said with a depression voice.


    "What do you mean, tell me the truth?" - Yuu said with curiosity


    "Son, I''ve been lying to you about how easy it is being a Knight. You have to go through basically non-stop training, lots of work, risking your life every day on the battlefield and losing those you care deeply about." Says Yuu''s dad with a dark tone of voice.


    " I know"- Yuu''s responded, but got cut off by his dad.


    "You know? You know how hard it is to look at all the innocent people that you killed?! YOU KNOW HOW HARD LISTENING TO YOUR ENEMY BEG FOR MERCY?!" Shouted Yuu''s dad.


    "Let me show you what power and fear look like with your own eyes and maybe then you will understand a quarter of what I go through every day. If you''re able to look at me directly at my eyes and say that, then I will let you go to Knight Academy once you''re 15. If not, then you have to say your goodbyes to your dream." - Says Dad with a deadly stare of a beast that hasn''t eaten for days.


    As Yuu faced the quarter of the pain his dad went through, will he back down or will he raise?

 Chapter 3-Like Father, Like Son

    The house starts shaking like a bunch of rhinos stomping the ground. Yuu was slammed to the ground from the magic pressure of his dad. Yuu''s mum tried her best to make sure that her husband realises that his son is only 12 years old and giving him this pressure could kill him. But the husband refused to listen. Flooded with all the dead people he killed, his mind was set to nothing but kill.


    As Yuu''s mum reach to grab his husband hand and kiss him on the face. The husband turned around and slapped Yuu''s mum and sent her flying outside. At that moment, Yuu finally realised how serious his situation is. After seeing his mum on the ground crying. Yuu stands up and shouted "No one touch, MY MUM!" With that being said, Yuu''s eyes turned white and his whole body was covered in black like a emptiness of darkness, but his eyes colour were still the same. Steam of black smoke comes off Yuu''s arms and legs. The smoke made a hole through the roof and went into the sky. All the birds in a 10km range fallen to their death.


    Yuu''s dad looked at his son and said: "Is that the best you got?"Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings.


    Yuu responded and said with a dark, deep, scary voice " I might not know how it is like being a knight, but I do know that that''s what I want to become. And no one would stop me from reaching my goal. Not even you, old man."


    As both of their fists was about to collapse together, Yuu''s mum appeared in between both of them and with three words "look at yourself." That and seeing her hurt was all it took for them to realise that they are a family.


    Both Yuu and his dad went on their knees and apologised to their mother. "I''m sorry for all the damage we caused in the house and on you. We promised not to do that ever again." They both said at the exact same time.


    Yuu''s mum laughed and said, "Your both are the same." I''m lucky to have been giving such a wonderful family." she said. After saying that she passed out and a few hours later, Yuu''s dad and mum were finally okay to accept what their son wanted to be. So later on, Yuu''s dad started to do personal training for his son, so that he can be ready for Magic knight school.


    -Three years later on-


    Yuu finally was old enough to head to Knight Academy, but will he pass the exam to fully enter the school or will he fail?

 Chapter 4-The Trial Begins

    As Yuu stand behind the gates and step one leg over the gate, Yuu smelled the sign of revealed after being able to make it so far in life.


    Yuu has never been to a massive place like this in his whole life, so while he was walking, he followed a strange boy with black hair and hoped he was going the right way because even if you''re a second late you will be kicked out and restart the next year.


    As Yuu heads towards the hall, so that he can be giving task in order to complete so that he can enter the school, he notices that he couldn''t find or sense anyone with a strong aura or magic pressure, until the first task was giving.


    The first task was to go up to the stage and touch the magic ball, so that the teachers know the level of power that the students are at, and to see if they passed the first trial. After 200 boys came up out of 500. Only 185 passed, the rest that failed got kicked out or have to restart the next year, but even though they passed, Yuu couldn''t find one that matches or surpass his own, until a dark black hair boy sitting right next to him was the boy he followed. The black haired boy stands up and walked to the stage. That boy''s name was " Diamond". After the boy touches the magic ball and released his magic. The destruction of the boy trampled the hall and made a great pressure that was released upon the students. Teachers eyes wide open as they stared at the boy with amazed about how powerful he was.     The students whispered and started to talk about how powerful and handsome he was. As diamond made his way to his seat, Yuu looked at him and said: "Could this boy''s power surpass my own?" As it was Yuu''s turn to go up with one touch, he tried to tap into the inner self that he learnt while training with his dad and even though his aura felt light and caused no destruction, he was able to have a power level up to 8,999. The student looked at Yuu, surprised about how close his power was to Diamond.


    Later on the rest of the students, more or less had the same level of power as Diamond and Yuu, but more power or less. But as Yuu thought that there was no student that was able to break the record of 18,000 that was set today, when the previous one was 17,500 set by no one else, but Yuu''s dad. The last remained student came up. As everyone stared at him wondering how strong he is. With one touch he was able to put everyone, but the teachers shaking in fear. It was as if he could kill us all in one blow in a heartbeat.


    His power level was so strong and high that not even the magic ball was able to take it in. The magic ball started to spazzed out a much of numbers and ended up broken, but a few numbers came out and that was "20,000!"


    As basically everyone stands up and shouted "WHAT?!" All the teachers were blown away by how strong and young he was. Only 400 students in total were able to pass, but because there isn''t enough space in the school, the teachers thought it will be a good idea to set up a tournament.

 Chapter 5-Beyond Limits

    The stadium was full of students that passed the first trial and that already entered this school. The first thing that sticks out the most like a sore thumb was the headmasters. You can sense their powerful energy from miles away. Sitting on the throne and writing down notes on who was worthy to pass and who wasn''t. Laxus''s name was called after 396 people already had their battle. The names of who pass and fail will be called out at the end of the tournament.


    Laxus was the one who set the 20,000 power level as a new record in this school. As Laxus faced the person with the second highest known as Asuna. Everyone paid full attention as they witness two of the strongest newbies.


    As one of the headmaster''s shouted "Start". Laxus rushed right at Asuna. Using his magic that is a weapon manipulation, Laxus created himself a sword and jumped up in the air. Asuna also jumped up in the air with a sword she created out of light. As their sword both clash together, Laxus kept on swinging his weapon at Asuna, but Asuna blocked it by using her light to form a shield. Having to release a huge wind blowing everyone''s hair back with each time they collapsed, the whole stadium shake and they weren''t even going full out.


    They both kept on going and started to destroy the stage, that they''re fighting in without even realizing. Having enough of each othercancelingeach other out. They both went full out with their last attack. Their power level went over 20,000!!! Having no choice, the headmaster quickly appeared between both of them and stopped their attack with one hand on both sides. The headmaster got involved to make sure they don''t kill each other or end up severely injured.


    The fight having to end in a draw, the headmaster quickly repaired the stage and made it so that the next fighters can fight without having to fight another time.


    The next fight was Diamond vs Yuu. Diamond having the power of explosion and Yuu having the power of darkness, who will win?


    The fight began and Diamond threw tiny pieces of what looks like tiny particles from a firework onto the ground. While Yuu dodges all of the particles and uses his magic that is darkness, he uses his shadow to grab Diamond''s legs. As diamond dodges the attack, Yuu quick rushed in with a shadow cloned of himself. Double teaming Diamond, Diamond quickly duck and dodges their attacks. Putting one hand on both of their stomachs and set an explosion directly at both of them, the shadow was erased.


    Yuu being able to only summon one shadow clone at max. He can only summon another one, once the first one disappears, so when Diamond erased the first one, Yuu quickly makes a shadow clone behind him. But before his shadow clone could touch him, Diamond puts one hand facing down and exploded up in the air. Facing one hand at the air, he exploded downwards right at Yuu and destroyed the ground. Yuu quickly does a backflip and dodges Diamond''s attack, but before he got the chance to land, Diamond puts both of his hands back and dashed at Yuu with his explosion.     When close range to an enemy, the particles set off like a mine. Having to impact the mine, will Yuu be able to still fight?


    As Yuu moved towards diamond, he stepped on the next mine until there was basically none left. Yuu went on his knees, putting both of his hands on the ground. With bruises all over him, will that be enough to defeat Yuu?


    Yuu using his willpower and shouting with his chest saying "I want to become a black knight and surpass my father." Yuu dashed at Diamond, being badly injured, Yuu was nowhere in shape of using magic. Being nothing more than a punching bag for Diamond, Yuu still hasn''t damage Diamond the slightest. Having to knock Yuu down on the ground, the headmaster looking disappointed on how easily Yuu been defeated after seeing his power level he showed during the trial. Waiting for Yuu to either give up or leave the bound, the other headmasters gave up and as they were about to say the match is over, Yuu''s eyes turned white.


    Repeating what happened to his father, Yuu had no other choice but to use his ultimate weapon, which is his Dark matter form. The power overflowing Yuu and causing a beam of darkness up in the air. Yuu pushed himself beyond his limit and was able to take control of the dark power flowing within him. Without knowing how he controlled it or how he manages to unlock it, Yuu couldn''t feel any pain, but his heart did. It was as if he regenerated and regain his stamina.


    The audience looked surprised and said, "He isn''t royalty so how can he be this powerful?".


    Diamond looked at Yuu and said while smiling "now this is a fight." As Yuu looked at Diamond and said " Say goodbyes to your dreams for today because I will win this fight and become a black magic Knight! " dust being blown away when Yuu gave that speech, leaving everyone speechless, Yuu disappeared and reappeared behind Diamond and punch him in the face. Sending Diamond flying to the opposite side of the arena and almost knocking Diamond out of bound, Diamond got up and exploded right towards Yuu. The power of those two came close onrivalingAsuna''s power while fighting Laxus suppressed.


    As all you can see is explosion and darkness everywhere. Diamond''s power level slowly got swallowed up by Yuu''s power, with one good solid uppercut on the chin, Yuu made Diamond fly up in the air.


    Diamond havingflashbackof his parents abusing him and treating him like garbage. Diamond finally lose patience and took the fight seriously. With one tip of Diamond''s cloth touching the ground, a huge explosion let loose and got rid of the darkness overflowing the stage.


    Diamond looked at Yuu and said, "You''re not the only one with a dream." As they both clash together causing more destruction than Laxus vs Asuna.


    Yuu and Diamond finally ran out of magic, but even though they ran out of magic, Diamond reaching a power level of 12,000 and Yuu reaching 11,000 during them going full out. Yuu going out of his Grim Reaper form and Diamond''s power dropping dramatically. Yuu and Diamond refused to give up, they slowly walked up to each other with a power level of 10. Focusing all their power in one punch. Both of their fists bashed together on each other''s face. But at the end, Yuu fell, and Diamond stand. Being a close match, sometimes only one can win.

 Chapter 6-Happy birthday

    Waking up in the hospital, badly injured and so little Yung energy, a doctor comes by. Yuu asking the doctor how long he has been here and if he passed the test. The doctor responded by saying "You have passed the exam and been here for 3 hours, but.." Yuu paying full attention to him passing the exam, he forgot that the doctor said: "but". Struggling to move, Yuu smiled and jumped up in the air for excitement.


    Yuu is so excited, the doctor''s face then turned opposite down. The atmosphere around Yuu change in a depressed, unhappy face. Yuu asking the doctor what''s wrong. The doctor looked at Yuu and said: "You can''t use Yung nor Yin anymore". Yuu over using his Yung magic during the tournament, it opened a hole in the heart, where the Yung and Yin are located. The Ying and Yung are basically the red blood cells for people in this world. Overusing your Yung or Yin can cause permanent damage, meaning every time a person uses their yin or Yung magic, it can affect the current or task inside the body and lead to a painful death.


    After hearing that, the school was over and Yuu had permission to leave. Yuu walking out of school and trying to use his magic, he felt unbelievable pain. Struggling to walk home, Yuu looked at himself as nothing more than a failure in his family. Yuu finally making it home, Yuu was unable to even looked at his parents without hearing a voice in his head saying "failure". Yuu asking how he was able to use it the first time without any cost, but using it again he caused a fatal lost, his dad came into the room.     Yuu looking at his dad and said: "You notices it, didn''t you?" Yuu''s dad nodded. Yuu''s dad realized there was a way to get rid of it, but it isn''t for free. Yuu''s dad asking Yuu to come with him. They went to the hospital while going there Yuu asked his dad "how are you planning to fix my Yung magic". Yuu''s dad looking at Yuu with a smile and saying it response "it''s a surprise". Making it to the hospital, Yuu''s dad asks for the ultimate cost, which was the Yung & Yin surgery.


    Doing the Yung & Yin surgery there was a risk that the person exchanging their Yung or Yung might die from it, having to understand the risk, Yuu''s dad still done it without a second thought. Yuu laying down on the bed, fast asleep from a spell known as "sleeping". That started to perform the magic circle and started with the surgery.


    Hours later on, the surgery was finished. Yuu waking up, being able to not only use his magic but have full control over it. Yuu looked at his dad and hugged him, while Yuu asked his dad to wake up, he didn''t wake up. While Yuu thought he was acting, not everything can be acted out.

 Chapter 7-Still Breathing

    Yuu begging for his dad to wake up over and over, the doctors try there best to look away from what just happened. Yuu shouting at the top of his voice saying "I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WILL BE THERE, WHILE YOU SEE ME BECOME A BLACK KNIGHT, SURPASSING YOU!" As the doctors trythere best to help Yuu''s mental state. Yuu''s power sent them all flying back. About to lose control again, Yuu heard his dad''s voice from the inside of his head saying "I''m here for you". Taking a deep breath in and out, while tears go down his face, Yuu hugged his dad tightly like he wanted to crush him to death. While Yuu''s dad opened his eyes smiling at his son, Yuu could have never wished for a birthday present as good as this one.


    As the doctors gave Yuu''s dad the money that he needs to pay the bills, he felt like he wished he was dead already. Pretending to act dead, it had no effect on the doctor.


    Later on, Yuu started to have a better understanding of controlling his power when awakening Yin for the first time. Creating a limit when using his power and his form that he revealed again, in the tournament, he decided to name it "Dark matter". Making it so that he is capable of using his form whenever he wants and limiting his power so that he can use only 50% of his power, Yuu finally felt ready to head to school again after his mum and ad celebrated his birthday.


    When heading to school, Yuu realized from the letter they sent him, that he was trapped in the lowest ranks in the school. There are 4 ranks in his school. The first one isRank A, people that not only have full control over there power but has mastered the use of Yung so that their body is able to use Yin. Another thing you need to enter rank A is to have high magic power and made your own form of magic or ability. The second rank is Rank B, people that do have Yin but hasn''t developed fully, so is not able to have their owned form of magic or ability. Then there is Rank C, people that can limit the destruction of there power but hasn''t got to the point of using Yin. And lastly, Rank E, people that have no control or mastery over there power and can''t limit the use of there power, which is the rank Yuu is stuck in now.This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.


    Yuu opening the door seeing a bunch of students messing around, he notices that Diamond isn''t in this rank, meaning that he must be a higher rank until he turned around. Yuu already full of energy to have a rematch, Diamond didn''t feel the same way, towards the person he already defeated. When Diamond gave Yuu the cold shoulder. The teacher arrives, Looking so unprepared and unorganized, the teacher walked in with his eyes closed, moving like he was drunk.


    Everyone couldn''t take the teacher seriously so decided to mess around and start using their magic in the class ground, knowing they''re not allowed to do that unless the teacher says so.


    Once the teacher opened his eyes, he kept the whole class frozen in the same spot. Showing who wassuperior here, everyone decided to get back in there sit and started to pay full attention to the class teacher.


    While the teacher turned around to write his name down on the board behind him, one student was feeling brave so decided to teleport behind him, but before he could try anything, the teacher instantly turned around and kicked his head like he was a football, across the classroom, against the wall and shouted "DETENTION!".


    Making the student realises he is no joke, he showed his destructiveaura and lead the classroom to shake, looking at all of us, he wanted to get the message across that if we were to try anything silly in his own time, he wouldn''t hesitateto treat you like a football and gave us a bonus with a detention.


    Asking the student to come with him to the gym hall the class, the teacher wanted to see where the class level of skills and power is at, so decided to make the whole class fight him at once. While Yuu was heading to the gym hall, he took this as an opportunity of a lifetime to show the teacher what he is made of, so that he can move up a rank and make it to the top tier. But will Yuu''s idea end up how he wanted it to end up as?

 Chapter 8- Detention

    "This teacher must think he is a big shot if he thinks he can go up against me!" A student with spiky hair shouted while dashing towards the teacher, but before he knew it, the teacher knocks him unconscious with one tap on the neck. The other students taking a step back, the student that was treated like a soccer ball wanted revenge so teleported behind him, but once a soccer ball, always a soccer ball, the teacher kicks him and made a home run with his head like it''s baseball. Everyone too afraid to move or even look at the teacher''s eye, the teacher look at all of us and shouted: "If none of you is able to lay one punch on my face, before school finish, I will make sure you''re all punished".


    Everyone rushing to the teacher, they all knew that they can''t win but if it''s the only way for them to become a knight they will do anything to fulfil it. Diamond is the first to attack, he focused all his explosion together, setting off a huge explosion directly at the teacher, thinking that the fight is already over, the teacher run through his attack and punch him, sending him flying into the wall. The other students trying their best to match up with the teacher''s skills, they realise that he is too strong for them.


    Yuu having to witness everyone''s hard work on trying their best, Yuu also wanted to join in so he used his dark matter form, heading to the teacher with 50% of his power, Yuu tries his best to try and leave an opening for the other students. The teacher acknowledging what Yuu is trying to do for his comrades, that didn''t stop the teacher from showing mercy to Yuu. The teacher using his power called "lights out".     Lights out were originally created by the third Magic King that allows him to cancel his opponent move or form, no matter how strong it is. This form was later on perfected by the fifth Magic King.


    Before the teacher could finish Yuu off, a girl with white hair and large boobs appear behind him and used a move called " wind blast". Being the first one to actually land a solid hit on the teacher sending him back, she helps up Yuu and said her name was "Koneko". Not paying attention to the enemy in front, she got knocked unconscious with one move.


    Defeating all the students, the teacher was disappointed at the same time not disappointed in seeing the potential some of the students have. All of the students on the bed in the medical room, as soon as they woke up, you think they would have permission to leave school, right? But it seems like not all teachers are kind.


    Staying back after school, all the students were slappedin the face with a detention after school. Having to learn a lessonabout how weak they''re now, the teacher gave them a listof how to improve. Finishing the second day in school, what a day it was indeed.

 Chapter 9- We all have a dream

    After the second day of school, Yuu was using the guide the teacher gave him to improve on the things he was lacking on. The two main things Yuu had to practise on, were the use of Yin and how to use his power at his max. Having an overall score of 5/10, he barely passed the first test.


    On the way to school, Yuu bumped into Koneko. Yuu givingKonekoa hand to pick her up, he asked whather score was. Koneko telling Yuu it was 6 out of ten, Yuu was surprised due to how quickly she got knocked out during their first match against the teacher. From reading the review she had from the paper of the teacher, the only thing the teacher wrote for her to improveon was more focus. Yuu taking some time to realise that she was the first and only one to damage the teacher, he wondered if she could be the strongest in the class.


    Walking towards school with Koneko, Yuu asked Koneko why she decided to come to this school. Koneko telling Yuu that she came to this school for one goal and that was to become amagic knight so that she can earn a lot of money to help her orphan. Yuu asked if she was adopted. Avoiding the question, she continued to head to school with Yuu.


    Yuu andKonekogetting blocked in the way by two strangers. The two strangers turned around and stared at Koneko''s great body. Koneko trying her best to ignore them and walk past them. One of them decided to grab her arm and pulled her towards them, asking her "where are you going?" Yuu grabbed Koneko and pulled her back towards him. Yuu saying that she doesn''t belong to them. One of the strangers got aggressive and attempted to punch Yuu, but before he could, Yuu quickly dodges and summon a weapon out of his shadow that he called "Bloody Mary". Pointing it at his neck, the stranger backed down. Yuu knowing the rules of being a student, that he can''t use his magic out in public without permission from the teachers, he would be expelled if caught using magic.


    Yuu making his weapon vanish, the strangers didn''t want to play fairly, so decided to attack Yuu with there magic. Magic knights spectating the fight without getting involved, Koneko had no other choice, but to use her magic to stop Yuu from getting harmed. Using a spell called "Sleepy dream".


    Sleepydream is a move to send a person to sleep and can only be used on a person that is much weaker than the person using the magic.


    The strangers falling to sleep, the magic knights decided to get involved and ask her if she was a student. Koneko lying and saying she wasn''t, she still isn''t allowed to use magic in public unless she is a magic knight. The magic knights using their ability called "chain lock". This is what all magic knight learns so that they can capture their target. This move disables a person''s magic and can only be used in a range of 5meteres away, and can only be used on humans.


    Yuu trying his best to explain to the magic knights what happened, by saying "They assaulted us for no reason, while we wereheading to school." The magic knight only paying attention when Yuu said: "while we were heading to school". They added that as another reason to punish Koneko for lying. Yuu having enough of their unfairness that they are treating Koneko, he decided to grab Koneko''s hand and say "Dark matter." Transforming into his form that he mastered while unlocking Yin, he quickly used the chance to escape while the magic knights write down notes about Koneko.The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.


    Yuu thinking he has escaped from them after running 10km away, he took a break and uses his break to try his best to break the chains off Koneko''s hands. Koneko thanking Yuu for protecting her, she gave Yuu a kissed on the cheek. Yuu realising he isn''t strong enough to break the chain, he tries to make his way to school to see if the teachers could help solve their situation. But while Yuu was 20km away from school after trying to escape from the knights, a magic knight suddenly appeared in front of Yuu and kick Yuu right in the face, sending him flying back against the wall of a building. Hitting the rock hard in the back, Yuu broke his back from the impact and was paralysed on the ground. Getting pinned into the corner, Yuu spits out blood from his mouth after getting treated like a punching bag. The dark matter form, regenerating Yuu''s wound and trying to lessen the pain from the attacks, the magic knight used "Chain lock" against Yuu, Yuu instantly disappeared out of his form and felt the pain of their attack at full force. The magic knight laughing at Yuu, while he cried out for pain, they said "You really think it will be that easy for a low-level class such as yourself to beat us? Don''t make me laugh. We''re one of the lowest ranks of being a magic knight, but we''re still stronger than you, that says a lot about your skills right there".


    Yuu taking that message as a wake-up call, knowing that this is completely different from the sparring match against the teacher, Yuu didn''t want to risk the price of using 100% of his power to somehow break out of the chains. But knowing the situation that he is in now, he doesn''t have any other choice. Yuu about to go full out and try to break the chains. Everything turned pitch dark around him. Hearing crows on the background making noise, it was as if he was teleported into a haunted house. Thinking that it was him that caused this, he turned around and looked at Koneko, seeing that she broke out of her chains and he hasn''t. Koneko staring at the two magic knights. They both stand still as if they were frozen in place. Unable to move or speak, she made them go on their knees with one flick of a finger. Forcing them to apologize, the magic knights were out-classed by one student. They couldn''t stand being defeated from a low-level class like her, so decided to go full out against her, which they were not allowed to do unless it''s for a<u>serious matter.</u>


    Koneko using her move called "nightmare". The move summoned all her scariest monsters from her dream to life. The magic knights having to use their special magic called "Lawbreaker." It''s a move to increase a person''s power that calls out the magicdramatically while decreasing the other person''s magic. Breaking out of Koneko''s magic, they were too strong for the two students to handle. Pushing them back against the wall with their magic without touching them, it felt like it was the end of them. Until a teacher came in and said: "You''re late to school." The two magic knights turning around, they starred at what looks like the devil itself on their on...two...eyes.

 Chapter 10- Im You, And Youre Me

    "Teacher?!" Both Koneki and Yuu said at the exact same time.


    "You guys got a lot of explaining to do." The teacher said, easily walking pass the two magic knights


    "Hey! These two brats used their magic outside of school grounds and will be arrested for broking the law!" One of the magic knights shouted.


    "Why don''t you look deeply in your heart to forgive them since they''re only children." He said while easily making the two magic knights shake their legs in fear.


    The two magic knights summoning their pets to send a letter to their headquarters for back up. They were too late once the teacher said: "cancel". The Knights were unable to summon their pets to call for back up. The teacher looking at the two magic knights he taught them a lesson about the ability called "Cancel". Cancel is a move to stop a person using a spell to summon or cast, it can only be used once every 24 hours for those that first unlocked it. But due to the amount of hard work and effort the teacher put into it, he can use it once every 6 hours.


    The two magic knights dashing at the teacher, the teacher easily was able to handle them with zero effort. The two magic knights getting extremely annoyed by the teacher not taking the fight seriously, they decide to use the law Breaker move again. Knowing full well that they can only use it once every 24 hours. The cost of them using it without it being 24 hours, is that it increases the side effect of a person''s Yin or Yung current being destroyed.


    Taking the chance, they use the move one last time. With all that power building up inside them, adding the old lawbreaker move with it, it was only time before the side effect kicks. Suddenly vomiting blood out of their mouths, the teacher told the students to cover their eyes from what they''re about to witness. The two magic knights asking for help from the teacher, they lay down on the ground with their eyes shut tight. Yuu and Koneko disobeying the teacher''s order, they opened their eyes and saw something they shouldn''t have seen. Koneko screaming and Yuu staying still on the ground with his eyes full of fear, the teacher tries his best to call them down, but there was nothing he could''ve done to make them unseen what they saw.


    A few days later on, the mess of everything that happened with Yuu and Koneko was cleared up, and the two magic knights named "Foxy" and "Ichiya" are dead and there was nothing the higher-ups could do about it, but say theirs prays and give him a graveyard, even though they broke multiple different laws. Yuu and Koneko being sent to the psychoanalysis, he helped Yuu and Koneko out by getting rid of the memories they saw.     Yuu''s parents helping Yuu out with everything he been through, they decided to keep him home during the whole weekend. Missing 4 days of school, Yuu had a lot of things to catch up with. After finishing his weekend, spending it with his family, while Yuu closed his eyes to sleep, he saw it again.

    Yuu waking up, he remembered every single detail of what happened in his dream. Questioning if it truly was a dream, Yuu tries to forget all about it, once he had heard his mum''s beautiful voice, calling him to come downstairs now. Prepared for school, Yuu walked to school after he had finished eating his breakfast. Bumping into Koneko again, the memory of what Dark Yuu said still haunts him. Ignoring Koneko on the ground, Yuu rushed to a corner and grabbed his hair, while shouting at himself on why...he....can''t.....forget.
