He tried repeatedly attacking his opponent, every single one of his strikes was blocked by his opponent''s shield. Despite his wastefull efforts, he keep pounding his sword against his enemy''s shield. He had hoped that he could keep his opponent busy while his comrades fought almost the same thing as the he did. ¡°What¡¯s with these guys?¡± Complained a red robed mage as he launched a ¡®Fireball¡¯. No matter how many times he cast his spell, or how many variant offensive spells he cast, the enemy always manage to neutralize it with the same spell as the one he cast. When the two fireball''s clashed together, the area grew uncomfortably hot. ¡°Damn it! Can you at least pick a spell that''s not going to roast us?¡±. The parties theif complained. ¡°I''ve almost run out of mana here, so I''m forced to use just the low cost basic spells¡±. The mage replied. For a while now, this party of four had become desperate and nervous, so the thief said jokingly while grinning in attempt to ease their tension a bit. ¡°Well at least try to use some ice magic or something¡±. Both swordsman bantered back and forth as well. Their opponents looked almost exactly like them, the only difference is the enemy''s expressionlessnes and an odd greyish tone to their body. While the fighting grew even more fierce, fatigue started showing on those four. They realised they couldn''t win this fight. Facing back to back with each other they¡¯d been surrounded by the four human-like monsters who replicated them. ¡°How did we end up like this?¡± The thief was regretting his own greed. Earlier they were wandering on the 10th floor of newly found dungeon. It had now become a safe zone because the boss guarding room had been defeated. Every time a dungeon boss is killed, somehow they never respawn and. It is apprently some dungeon rule or something, thus the humans make their safe zones in the former boss rooms. Boss rooms are a large emyty space consisting of just the treasure chest, the boss monster, and its subordinates. After the boss is defeated the subordinates usually just disappear without a trace and leave the treasure it''s guarding behind. While wandering aimlessly they had overheard some people in the corner talking about a crevice on the 9th floor. ¡°?Told you there must be some treasure there¡±. ¡°But that¡¯s an unknown path, and not to mention the danger. Besides, we don¡¯t know where the crevice leads to¡±. ¡°But its only on the 9th floor, the danger can''t be that bad¡±. ¡°That¡¯s enough. We came here to train our newly recruited members, not to go treasure hunting¡±. ¡°Tch, alright then¡±. Their original goal for entering this dungeon was to find some treasure, but for some unforeseen circumstances they were delayed. Being late coming here, now all the boss treasures up to floor 30 had already been taken. While there¡¯s still floor 40 and on, they decided to find the crevice for some slight hope of treasure. After finding it on the 9th floor they went to prepare and restock thier food supplies in the safe zone. After a day of prepairing, they went trough the crevice only to find themselves in the current situation. ¡°Tch, weak¡±. While looking trough a mirror-like item, the dungeon master muttered as he stared at the four C rank adventurer corpse''s lying on the dungeon floor. After some time had passed, a greyish mist surrounded the corpses, animating them. Instead of fading away, the corpses stand and begin walking away. ¡°They only lasted 15 minutes against their doppelgangers, disappointing¡±. Ch.1 [Departure] DUNGEON CREATOR Ch.1 ¡°Fuck¡±. While trying to regain control of his car after evading some drunk truck driver,Sora Yamaguchicurse the truck driver for being drunk and ignoring the red lights in some intersection and ramming the truck to the back of his car, causing his car for spinning out of control heading to a nearby closed coffee shop. It was night almost dawn by the time he went home from work, so barely any car left in the street, he was hurrying back home to play his favorite RPG game for tomorrow is his long awaited holiday and that¡¯s when suddenly a truck hit his car, and several second later the car crash the nearby coffee shop, several shattered glass flying in his direction, while trying to cover his face with his hands he felt cold sensation sipping to the back of his head. He was in his way back home and got hit by a truck and went spinning around and around in his car till it crash to a nearby shop and he remember he was dead. ¡°I¡¯m pretty much sure I¡¯m dead, there¡¯s no way I survive that, not after that metal bar.¡± He recalled the events causing his death and felt a little chill for remembering how the metal bar went through his head, he move his leg tried to stand but nothing happen. ¡°Huh?¡± He then tried moving his both arms and his body but the result are the same, nothing happened, and he tried to look his body but somehow he can¡¯t see anything but white. That¡¯s when suddenly he heard some voice in his surrounding with magnificent and dignity feeling in it. The first is he wish to be able to make dungeon without limit or point or mana or everything. Secondly he wish to be able to summon everything he desire including living being, but the god make sure to limit his summon to never able to summon human, and only dungeon related. Thirdly he decide to have the ability to transform into anything he desire. ¡°And hence start your life new in the new world.¡± With the god voice Sora feel a warm gentle breeze around him, and everything went black again. Ch.2 [A New Start] DUNGEON CREATOR Ch.2 ¡®Argh¡¯, feeling exhausted, Sora open his eyes and bit by bit light start to fill his eyes, when he start getting used to the light he sees his surrounding and muttered ¡®whoa¡¯ for the pictures that laid out before him can be described as breathtaking. With trees towering each other as long as the eyes can see, even as the trees stood tall there¡¯s still plentiful of light touching the bottom of the forest and gives life to the small plant and the other. A pictures of light trying to touch the bottom of the forest by slipping in through small gap can be described as God Blessing. Enchanted by its beauty, he start to lose himself of his where about until he heard rustling voices behind his back, by the time he turn himself he saw a man in his 20s wearing a breastplate made of thick leather holding spear in his right hand and a sword in his waist like a soldier, and with a bit startle showing in his face while he looking at Sora. After a split second later, the man return to his sense he shout to his friends. ¡°Oi, I found it.¡± Feeling shocked by the soldier shout, Sora try to look behind the soldier, but the next thing happen make him returns his attention back on the soldier, and the next thing he saw is a spear flying towards him, threatened by the soldier Sora try to dodge the spear and running away, instead of running he feel like he¡¯s floating away. ¡®Eh?¡¯ feeling that his feet is not stepping on the ground he tried to look at his feet and realize that he is truly floating , even he did floating since the time he arrived in this world but Sora didn¡¯t realize that, his attention is taken by the breathtaking scenery of the forest. Almost at the same time he tried to understand things that happening to his body he heard the soldier shout again. ¡°Oi it¡¯s trying to escape, hurry.¡± Return to his sense because of the soldier shout, he tried to looked back at the soldier and Sora saw a group of people wearing the same uniform as the first soldier, running and trying to catch up to the first soldier which is currently running towards Sora with his blade pointed towards him. Still feeling threatened by the soldiers Sora run away from his pursuer, feeling a bit odd he then trying to looked back at his pursuer only to see that there¡¯s quite a distance between them, feeling a little strange he tried to run a bit more and this time he realized that his speed is insanely fast. Leaving behind the soldiers behind him, he run trying to find a place to thinking through his things and try to understand what¡¯s happen to his body, after running for awhile he then find a sparkle of light which seems to be a reflection of a water hit by sun and by the time he arrive there he sees a quite big lake surrounded by trees, floating at the edge of the lake he then think to himself ¡®since I¡¯m floating, maybe I can float above the water¡¯ thinking like that he start to approach the water and try to float above it. Succeed in doing so, he tried to look at his bottom only to find what reflected by the water is just a ball of light floating not far from the surface. ¡®Eh, what¡¯s this¡¯ confused he tried to think, ¡®since it¡¯s a game-like world, there must be something like skill to analyze yourself¡¯ while thinking such thing he muttered ¡®appraisal¡¯ but nothing happen. Splash* a huge water splashing sound resound throughout the forest like something big just fall into the water, with his wet body Sora swim out of the lake ¡®Shit, I forgot that I was in the middle of the lake when I transform¡¯ remember that he was in the middle of the lake when he transformed into a Dragon, he fell into the water and laugh at his own stupidity. ¡®Status¡¯ trying to check his own status in his dragon form. Ch.3 [Impending Doom] DUNGEON CREATOR Ch.3 Flying up high in the sky getting away from the forest, a place the first time he woke, while enjoying the feeling and sensation flying in the sky, and many times he smiled to himself when he fly through the cloud while remembering his childhood memories which dreaming to touch the cloud, feeling satisfied and happy for his childhood dream fulfilled he then continued on his journey to find a place to start build his dungeon, and suddenly something caught up in his eyes. Sora saw a glimpse of a golden light going between the trees beneath him, feeling curious he start lowering his altitude when he think the distance is enough he start focusing on the golden spot, after awhile a golden spot which he had seen turn into a carriage covered with cloth running through the forest with haste, deciding to find out Sora lower his altitude more when something in his head start telling him ¡®treasure treasure¡¯ while trying to fly closer in Sora realized that not far from the carriage there¡¯s at least 40 horseman trying to catch up to it. Feel like he have seen them before Sora change his attention towards the 40 horseman. Familiar feeling start to enveloped him at the same time when he realize that the uniform they wear is the same as the soldier that try to kill him before. Furious, Sora fly closing in towards the horseman. Soldier POV. Morning sun already shone when a man preparing himself to do his duty given to him ¡°huuuh¡± while sighing the man is preparing and start to wear his uniform with a black star emblem on the shoulder, after finish wearing his uniform this 24 years old brown haired man with a little tired showing in his face is starting to wear his breastplate which made from a thick monster hide called Bane Bison, the monster is looked like a red bull with claw and fang, even when the monster look terrifying a single experienced soldier is able to kill it, and since the Bane Bison is able to be found in almost every area in the Lemid Kingdom it skin is always made a good choice to make a breastplate with its thickness considered the best in its class if its seen from the economic side. After done with the breastplate Rais start to wear his sword belt, done with his preparation Rais start to head out towards the training ground, a place where he being told to gather at before doing his mission. ¡°Hey Rais, you look terrible.¡± ¡°Hi Gerald, like you do not know me.¡± Unauthorized duplication: this narrative has been taken without consent. Alessia City, a city located in a west not far from the Forest of Tundra, this city is built to control the number of monster within the forest, even if this city is located in a border of Lemid Kingdom, the city is always crowded with merchant from all over the place to get cheaper price of freshly hunted monster materials from the Adventurer Guild. ¡°Surely the royalty would ask the baron to search some.¡± While talking to each other they see a man wearing luxurious robe and a man wearing iron breastplate showing their difference in rank, entering the training ground where the soldier for expedition is gathered, those man are Baron Aston Ashford and Captain Baldwin. And with a hurry the soldier return to their respected line. ¡°Attention all, in this time expedition you¡¯re not going to hunt monsters, you are all here gathered to find a certain monster as in royal decree you¡¯re all told when you receive this mission, as for the details will be explained by the captain. May you all be return with result and safety.¡± With instruction from Baron Ashford, Captain Baldwin step forward to explain the details and strategy for this expedition. ¡°In this expedition we¡¯re going to enter Forest of Tundra to find a certain monster as being told by the royal messenger to Baron Ashford, this time expedition they ask us to find a Will-o-Wisp to get its crystal, because it is said that Will-o-Wisp can run as fast as a horse. That¡¯s why this time expedition use only cavalry, and as for the strategy all of 50 of you including me will be divide into 10 group with 5 person a group each to cover maximum range of search.¡± After arranging the group and their task the expedition troops start riding on their horse towards the Forest of Tundra. After half a day passed they arrived at the edge of the forest, with a limit of 7 days ransom they decide to enter the forest in the morning and decide to make a camp outside of the forest. The next day they enter the forest and start their search far from the road people used to take, in the first day they found nothing , and on the second day they find some Bane Bison but no Will-o-Wisp, on the third day they found another Bane Bison and a Gremlin, a monster with height only reach to a man thigh and have a very hard and spiky scale on its back, this monster is in the category of the monster using speed, using his small stature and a hand shape like a dagger edge, and his sharp teeth. But in the face of the five trained cavalry this monster is nothing, it fell with a single stroke, it fell with a spear stuck to its chest thrown by one of the cavalryman. Then they take the skin from the monster back and the spear thrown. The fourth day pass without result, but on the fifth day when a group taking a break a man went to take care of his business, by the time he take care of his business he saw a blue light floating above the ground surrounded by trees. Shocked because the monster looked back at him, Rias decide to shout to his group not far from him. ¡°Oi, I found it.¡± Ch.4 [Karma] Dungeon Creator Ch.4 Soldier POV ¡®Shit¡¯ muttered to himself after the Will-o-Wisp manage to evade the spear he throw, ¡®huh¡¯ a bit confused for he was sure he throw the spear toward the monster, and yet there¡¯s some distance between the monster and the place where the spear landed. Thinking the monster trying to get away, he shout to his comrades. ¡°Oi hurry, it¡¯s trying to get away.¡± Shouting to his group while running trying to catch up with the monster hoping that his comrade will bring along the horses, but what he sees next is four people running towards him without horses and with confused look and looking around as if asking ¡®where¡¯s the monster.¡¯ ¡®Damn those guys¡¯ thinking such thing as he sees the comrades behind him running without horse trying to catch up to him with confused look on their faces ¡®why those guys didn¡¯t bring the damn horse, and why the hell the monster is so fast, and no way in world that¡¯s as fast as horse as people say, no horse can catch up to that.¡¯ While thinking so he stop his chase because he can¡¯t see the monster anymore, ¡®huuh¡¯ sighing to himself and walk back to his group that trying to catch up to him when they meet, one of the man ask. ¡°What are you chasing?¡± ¡°Will-o-Wisp.¡± ¡°We should get the horse then, Oi you get the horses.¡± It was the leader of the group that asking Rais and told one of his man to fetch the horses. ¡°No need, no need to get the horse.¡± Rais said to the man when he¡¯s about to go run fetch the horse. ¡°Huh, what are you talking about?¡± ¡°Did you kill it?¡± Ask the leader and one of his man while showing his happy face thinking that their mission is finally done. ¡°No, I didn¡¯t kill it.¡± After he said so, all the happy faces are gone. Getting confused about what Rais said, the group decide to return to their resting place, as they arrived back at where they left the horses they see a man on top of his horse looking around. ¡°Hey, what¡¯s the matter?¡± The group leader try asking the man on the top of his horse wearing the same uniform as him, when the man heard the group leader speaking he turn his head towards him. ¡°Captain group found a bandit den in the cave near a river north-east from here.¡± ¡°What about the hunt?¡± ¡°The captain said to postpone it.¡± ¡°Huh?¡± Getting confused after the things Rais said, the group leader start to wonder why the captain would abandon the order from the royalty over some bandit. ¡°Anyway just hurry, captain need all the groups to raid the den.¡± Hurrying to get on their horse, when suddenly they hear a splashing sound coming from the west. ¡°What is that, it¡¯s like something big fell on the water.¡± ¡°Whatever it is just hurry, the captain need you all.¡± Ignoring the leader mumble, the messenger rebuke the leader to hurry it up. And as they went smoothly to the north-east towards the said cave near a river, but before they arrived they see the group that supposed to be gathered already start fighting with the bandits. ¡°What¡¯s this, I thought we are supposed to gather first?¡± The leader ask the messenger while charging towards the bandits. ¡°I don¡¯t know, we should gather first and make a surprise attack on them.¡± ¡°Tck.¡± Getting irritated the leader order his man to move. ¡°Rais, Julian you both help the right side, the rest of us will charge ahead.¡± ¡°Okay.¡± Rais and what it seems to be a man in his 30s with blonde hair but now covered with helm acknowledge the said leader order, while he was a leader group but his rank is the same as both man, he was pointed to be a temporary group leader until this expedition finished. While they both riding towards the right side of the battle they see that the bandits already broke through the right side for the moment, when they arrived they throw their spears toward the two bandits running alongside a carriage covered with cloth what seems to be filled with their plunder. As the spears meet it target both bandit running behind the carriage fell, and both Sora and Julian join the fight on the right side, but because of the soldier overwhelming number they won easily. From fighting 15 bandits only 4 of the 40 soldier get heavy wound, two from the arrow and another two from the swing of the swords. ¡°Sir, it seems there¡¯s carriage manage to get away heading east.¡± Julian report to the captain about the fleeing carriage when he hear a sighing voice behind him, it was Rais voice he heard while the other soldier tying up the remaining bandits who stay alive, and piling up the dead. ¡°Alright. Ch.14 [Guest] DUNGEON CREATOR Baron POV Looking out of the window as he stretched his back, he saw one of his guards talking to a cavalryman in front of the mansion gate. Shortly after, he saw the guard open the gate and quickly run into the mansion, while the man he spoke to got off his horse and was guided by another guard to the mansion. The Baron returned back to his desk to finish up his work when a knock came from the door. ¡°Sir, a messenger from General Ajax has arrived.¡± ¡°Let him in.¡± Given his permission, the guard open the door and let the messenger in. Ashford saw a man in his 30''s wearing chainmail armor with a black star painted onto it''s chest. A brown haired man with a stern face held his helmet with his left hand, he was the perfect image of a soldier. With a salute the messenger spoke to the Baron. ¡°General Ajax sent me to inform you that his army will arrive in half a day, do you have a reply message for him sir?¡± ¡°Thank you, and if you please, inform him that we¡¯ll only able to accommodate 1,200 of his men in our barracks.¡± ¡°Anything else sir?¡± ¡°No, that would be all, you may leave.¡± ¡°Yes sir¡± With a snap salute and an about-face he left the Baron''s office. The Baron sighed and muttered ¡°Why do I get all tense when facing him?¡± Ringing the bell on his desk he called his buttler, a minute later a knock came from the door. ¡°Did you call master?¡± ¡°Yes, come in.¡± As he let the butler in he prepared a paper and wrote something on it. ¡°Give this to Conrad, and tell him to come here as soon as he can.¡± With a bow the butler left the mansion. After stretching his back the baron resumed his work. That afternoon Conrad came to his mansion. ¡°It''s Conrad.¡± After a little bit knocking he let himself in. ¡°Close the door.¡± The baron reminded him about the accident with his wife. ¡°You call sir?¡± ¡°It¡¯s not a business matter, you can relax.¡± When he sat on the sofa the baron asked. Is it them? ¡°Not sure, I already sent an envoy, but he¡¯s not back yet.¡± The only thing they could see was just a line of torchlight in the night. They waited anxiously for the envoy to return, since they couldn¡¯t confirm whether it was a reinforcement from the capital or an army from another country. They saw a man on top of his horse riding towards them, it was the envoy they¡¯d been waiting on. ¡°Sir, they¡¯re the reinforcement from the capital. Captain Owen also asks for permission to enter the city.¡± ¡°Tell them that they may come.¡± The baron sent the envoy back to deliver his message. Fifteen minutes later an army of 2,000 is lining up in front of the gate and four representatives rode out to meet with the Baron. ¡°Good evening, Baron Ashford.¡± A man in his 50''s greeted the Baron as he sat on top of his horse. ¡°Good evening.¡± He replied, as he greeted the old man between Captain Reinfred and Captain Owen. When the old man was about to speak, Baron Ashford greeted another man behind Reinfred, it was the messenger from earlier today. ¡°Also, good evening to you too, General Ajax.¡± ¡°Hahaha, you managed to guess it so easily.¡± ¡°Well you make it easy for me General.¡± ¡°Also, good evening to you too, Reinfred, Owen.¡± ¡°Good evening Ashford.¡± ¡°Good evening Ashford.¡± Since both the Captain and the Baron are acquaintances from when they attended the academy in the capital, they spoke without honorifics to each other. The reason why the west gate is crowded with people is very simple, since western gate is mostly use by the adventurer going or return from the forest, a lot of merchant flooding the street to get a cheaper price for the materials from the monster they hunt, even if they say it cheap the merchant still offer more than the guild, but they still buy the materials cheaper than what the guild offer to the merchants. As the four of them walk down the unpaved road they can see an adventurer turning down an offer just to get another from different merchant. ¡°We have to walk faster.¡± Anne said fearing the merchant gazes as they start staring at them. ¡°Elris, come, walk faster.¡± ¡°Eh? Ah, yes.¡± ¡°But why are you guys walking like this? Ch.17 [Sign Up] DUNGEON CREATOR Ch.17 After finally arrived at the adventurer guild Sora thank the three hooligans and enter the guild. It was two story building with two swords crossing each other as its symbol, as she enter the building she see there¡¯s a receptionist desk at the other end side of the room, and as she walk towards the receptionist desk while looking around, she see there¡¯s a long board stick to the wall on the left covered with lots of paper stuck to it and there¡¯s also a letter on top of the board from F to A while thinking ¡®That must be the quest board.¡¯ Sora continue to walk to the receptionist and turn her head to the right where she can see a lot adventurer sitting on a table to enjoy their meals or drinks, and some are just drinking while standing as they chat with each other and it seems there¡¯s also a counter to order food or drinks in the room on the right, just like a bar. Curious about the content of the request she asked the staff. ¡°What¡¯s this War Volunteer request?¡± ¡°Hmm¡­ ah that, that would be posted when the lord of a city requested the adventurer guild to deal with huge army of monsters.¡± ¡°Hoo¡­ so is there huge army of monsters near here?¡± Feigning ignorance she asked the staff for more details to know how far the Baron has prepared to deal with the army she sent. ¡°Didn¡¯t you hear madam?¡± ¡°They say that there¡¯s an army of undead heading here.¡± ¡°I heard about that this morning, but why the Baron needed to call the adventurer as well?¡± ¡°Isn¡¯t the soldiers enough to deal with them? By the time their distance is close enough the undead suddenly burst into run towards the lined up soldiers in front of the wall, surprised because of the unusual event the soldiers start to waver. ¡°PHALANX STAND BY, FEAR NO DEATH BECAUSE YOU¡¯RE ABOUT TO KILL THEM.¡± With a single south from one of the commander all of the soldiers regain their composure and readying themselves with shields to the ground and spear thrusting out. A moment later a huge crashing sound echoing across the field when the undead shields meet the soldiers, because of the huge and heavy shield of the undead some of the soldiers fall to their ground unable to withstand the force they take, while some manage to block the undead charge and some other succeed in thrusting their spears through the undead and kill them. After chased out from her previous place Sora manage to perch on another flag on top of the gate while watching the battle unfold before her eyes, amazed by the Skeleton Soldier she created she thinks ¡®Whoa, this skeletons are amazing.¡¯ As if reading Sora minds, the skeletons start to push harder to break the soldier formation. Because of the sudden strength increase from the skeletons the formation near the gate almost fall, seeing the crisis a commander gave his commands from on top of the gate, curious about the familiar voice Sora looked towards the voice and see Ajax surrounded by several soldiers. ¡°Open the gate, sent out the adventurer.¡± Abide by Ajax commands the soldier gave a signal to open the gate, and when the gate completely opened lots of adventurer burst out from the city. As if trying to compete with each other they charged in towards the skeleton, but because of their recklessness some of the adventurer getting overwhelmed by the skeleton strength. ¡°Shit, they really break our formation.¡± ¡°Send the signal to the cavalry tells them to charges in.¡± Watching from on top of the gate Sora see several group manage to deal a great blows to the undead, while other is getting overwhelmed by them. Noticed on a certain group that managed to keep pressuring the undead, Sora started to focus on them, it was a group of four with a big buffy man swinging his huge swords skillfully and another man who¡¯s managed to blocked every strike from the undead with his unordinary huge shield, as she focused on another person, Sora surprised because it was a woman wielding a huge hammer and bashing every skeleton in her surrounding to pieces, amazed because the size of the hammer is bigger than the wielder Sora focused on another one, this time she see a slender man with a long sword evading or more like dancing while killing the undead, and when Sora see an undead manage to slip behind him Sora thinks ¡®Oh, he¡¯s dead.¡¯ Betrayed by her speculation, the undead suddenly rained by bolts of arrows. Turning her head towards the direction the arrows came from Sora see a young man holding crossbow on top of the wall. After turning her heads towards north to see the young man holding the crossbow Sora noticed cloud of dust coming from the north, when she focused more she see cavalries charging in from the north, convinced that the battle will end soon Sora looked back to the city, and when she turns her body facing the city she see an old man in his 50¡¯s staring at her. ¡°What are you?¡± With a whispering voice the old man suddenly throw spear at her, surprised because of his action Sora immediately flew to the sky and then she heard Ajax voice scolding the old man as she fly away from the gate to the city. Ajax POV ¡°What are you doing old man?
