 Chapter 1

    Blood flows unceasingly on the ground as Ken relives 18 years of his life in a short memory; normal life,normal household,no friends or girlfriends .His only regret was that he was still a fucking virgin. With the sirens of the ambulence getting closer bringing in a reminder of his mortal life .He lay on the ground with his body going numb ,as all his hopes fade away while a mesterious light emerges from the sky so bright it ,scorches away everything to a point where his body wasnt visible to the surprised medic in the ambulence.

    the animals flee away from the area as a strange phenomena occurs.A thick fog of energy concentrates and converges on the body and enters the cerebrum.The body twitches and turns for a couple of minutes and then lays down silently, as slowly conciousnes returns to it


    Ken wakes up to a throbing headache ,feeling nauseus yet full of energy and a strange sensation.he slowly tries to get up from the ground and finds himself surrounded by trees and bushes.The headache slowly calms down as he tries to make out what the actual fuck was going on.a sudden surge of pain was felt in his brain with a influx of knowledge about his condition but he decided to put them off for now and search for a shelter to spend the night as his insticts told him about the danger surrounding him.

 Chapter 2

    As the sunlight reached his eyes he woke up and found himsef in a cave. Ken sat down calmly and tried to recollect what had happened to him he took a deep breath and a sudden realisation crept up his spine, he couldnt breath anymore!!


    Ken covered his mouth and sure enough there was no air going in or out he touched his chest and his worst fear came true his fucking heart wasnt beating!!. its as if he doesnt have a heart but somehow he was alive or was he?...


    As Ken was sunk down in despair ,a voice started mumbling in his head he sat down and started searching for the voice in his head, as he started to dig into his conscience he realised that the voice was his own and new information started to flow into his conscience...


    The reason why he has no heartbeat is because his brain has evolved/mutated ,his nervous system has been brocken down and neurons have been embeded into every muscle cell of his body the brain interacts with these cells through brain waves and controlls his movement. The brain is getting a new kind of energy unbeknownst to his previous world this new energy is what made the evolution/mutation of his brain possible.


    Why was he sent to this world ,what is his purpose,is still unknown to him but the thing witch he knew was he was now a fucking zombie!!


    With great fear Ken looked down.. and had a sigh of relief ,well atleast his dick was still intact..

    Now Ken came out of the cave to get a good view of how the things outside were and he only saw trees and more trees.He set out in the direction of the sun in hopes of finding humans or animals or something entertaining.After walking about 10 kilometers he could see something in a shape of a small village he rushed towards it and as he came closer. It was a village ,and there were human beings there ,he was never this happy in his life to see another human being.


    as Ken reached the outskirts of the village he saw a woman washing her cloaths he tried to reach out to her but she screamed and ran inside ,the group of men sitting a little farther away saw Ken and started laughing one of them yelled out "Fucking put some cloaths on kiddo",Ken then realised he was butt naked and his cheeks grew red with embarrassment he went and asked those men if they had some spare cloaths to wear one of them an elderly man welcomed him into his cottage and gave him some spare cloaths and set the table up for lunch .They both sat down to eat and the old man asked Ken where his homeland was,Ken replied that he was from a foreign land and drifted here under certain circumstances and asked the old man if he could tell him about this placeUnauthorized use: this story is on Amazon without permission from the author.     The old man started mumbling something and said


    "you seem a little different from the other children in the village somehow your origin absorption rate is very high".


    Ken with a startled look asked the old man what origin is, the old man said..


    "you sure you are from this world? it is the energy that runs everything, it is what created life in this world and thus the name Origin was given to it "


    "Origin energy is all around us its like air but more abundant, every living creature contains it but only we humans have found methods to properly utilize it in physical combat".


    Ken with his increasing curiosity asked the old man "how?"


    "The food is getting cold lets eat first and then we will talk about it"


    after lunch they both sat down outside in the grass and ken asked the old man why he was so generous towards him the old man teared up and said that he had a son who looked similar to ken but he died in a fighting tournament eventhough killing the other person in the tournament is against the rules, the guy he faught against was jack he was known as the ripper, i told my son to withdraw from the match if he ever faced jack but because of my sons stupid ideology of never giving up , he fought against him and jack teared open my sons chest right in front of me splattering his lungs out i didnt have the strength to even save my son,jack got away on just a warning ,eventhough my son won the match by default ,i lost everything, that is why after seeing u in need i couldnt look away.


    Ken sat there silently as the old man was wiping away his tears


    Ken replied " i have no family,no friends in this world eventhough you gave me so much i have one more favor to ask of you could you teach me the ways of this world as a father to his son"


    The old man got a little happy and said "Gladly!.. Well the food is not free here u have to work for it "

    they both laughed together and realised it was night already the old man said we will begin your lessons from tommorow so sleep tight...


    Ken was excited to learn about this new world it was almost like he was in a story or something...

 Chapter 3

    With the new rising sun came rising hopes of something interesting. Ken woke up fearing the possibility of all this being just a dream. He woke up in the cottage of the old man it was noon he was wondering why his master hadn''t woke him up ,maybe this was a test to check his motivation he ran to the old mans room to say sorry, there he found the old man sleeping with his junk hanging out...."well ok so my master is lazy as fuck i can work with that".


    Ken woke him up they both sat down for lunch as ken thoughts wondered''its almost been 2 fucking days and i havnt done shit wtf am i doing here with this old man...''''wait what am i thinking''.


    after lunch they started with their lessons, the old man first explained about the layout of the area


    There are three discovered continents in this world first being Wellam ,where we are currently located this is the smallest of these three continents Carnos being the second largest and Vescarus being the largest.


    Wellam is divided into 8 countries Sanderl,Agaki,Gorin ,Axtim,Benedict,Oris,Siga and Saitama.we are currently in Goren which, as u guessed it happens to be the smallest country and there are 10 states in Goren ,we are currently in sect 3.ok old man enough with the boring stuff, "jeez that went right through my head".


    haha ok so as you know origin is the energy we can find all around us ,this energy is abundant and free to use ,it even flows through our body like blood we can learn to control this and do some amazing stuff.


    There are levels of Origin manifestation the lowest level being Martial trainee < Martial disciple <Martial master these three come under Physical enhancement ,Then the next realm starts of matter manipulation these contain Origin Adept<Origin Master <Origin Emperor<Origin Titan .Origin Titan being the highest level anyone has obtained in the history of this world .


    The Matter manipulation realm is where every fighter finds there unique path of fighting..well im on the level master martial i havn''t had my breakthrough ,and reached the matter manipulation realm ,well i resigned from martial arts a long time ago to lead a normal life my son could have done the same sigh....This story has been stolen from Royal Road.     Ken nodded his head taking all this information somehow he could remember all of it, it was like he just had to ask himself about anything he wanted to know from his memories and he would remember it.


    The old man started to mumble "ken you have a strange aura about you i don''t know what it is but i can tell you are unique .you might even make it to the martial master level just like me.


    Ken laughed "old man i am gonna dominate this world ,this is just too goddamn awesome this feeling of having something new, something fun to do ,its the thing i have missed so much ...So old man can we get started with my martial arts training or something "


    "Well we will start with doing 5000 pushups and then a 10km run ,you will have to do this within 2 hours ,Obviously you will take some time building up your stamina and with daily practice you can become a martial trainee in around 3 months"


    "Ok that sounds like a hell of a lot of work for just being a fucking martial trainee"


    "You are wasting your time kid complaining ,a minute is already over"


    Ken lay down and started doing pushups ,in his previous life he wasn''t a sports person so he could only do 10 and be probably close to fainting ,10 pushups got over he was a little happy that he could do it with ease a 100 got over then a 1000, he was feeling just the same as he felt when he started. because of the mutation in his brain and he becoming an undead he had unlimited stamina!!


    The old man was a little surprised" you don''t seem new to martial arts" .Ken replied" well i did learn a few things where i came from i guess"


    "it looks like you are unconsciously using origin to strengthen your body" after completing the task ken was given the old man said that to become a martial disciple you need to be under a martial master or higher that are still doing martial arts ,not like me, haha i am old, ill recommend you to a school where my son used to study ,i know someone there ,they will test yours skills there and decide weather to let you in ,i will arrange for the fees to be paid"


    old man you have helped me enough already i will manage the fees on my own ill find some part time job or something just show me da wae.


    ken parted with the old man and went in search of this school ....

 chapter 4

    As Ken kept on walking in the direction the old man had given him he entered into a forest, the path he traversed started to become more and more dense with trees until an opening emerged  at the end, through which he could see the peripheral of a large city,


    Ken entered the city ,he could see stalls everywhere but he focused his mind towards his goal of reaching his destination he saw a boy about  the same age as him ,Ken went and asked him the direction towards the school .The boy answered.


    "So you are also going for the entrance exam?".


    Ken nodded his head and asked what his name was .


    "My name is Jeff".


    Ken started laughing for no reason ,maybe he remembered something from his past.


    Jeff looked at  Ken and then stared into nothingness with a weird look, it was like he was on the show "The office" or something...


    "Nice to meet you Jeff so shall we go together? ".


    "Ok.....you don''t look from around here".


    "Yeah i get that a lot, i am from a small village nearby here and just so you know my name is Ken".


    They talked about each others hobbies and what not and before they knew it they had reached the entrance of the school ,There was a big ass gate in front of them and they could see a large dome like structure with the sign" new comers enter here".


    They both entered the dome together and they saw around 200 more people standing in the dome probably for the entrance exam. there was a podium in front of the whole group of people . A man came up and started speaking everyone dropped into silence..


    "I am Jhin nix,i will be your supervisor today and will be conducting the entrance exam ,we hope you all have the physical capabilities of at least a martial trainee ,your life is in your own hands ,risk it at your own will".


    "There are only 20 spots, everyone else will be eliminated but surely will be given the chance to participate in it the next year ".


    "There will be only one round conducted as there are around 200 of you people ,everyone will be split into groups of 10 and everyone will be fighting each other within your group.....     Ken and Jeff both took one ticket out hoping they wouldn''t get the same number, Ken looked at his ticket and he had got group no. 6 Jeff had got group no.9 so they were relived ,they wished each other the best and set off to their respective location.


    Ken saw a circular platform in front of him this was the fighting stage ,The announcer started speaking.


    "This is the fighting stage for the battle royal you all have to stay in the ring anyone who goes out of it will be disqualified, When there is only 1 contestant left the match will be decided".


    "Now everyone step into the ring.."


    Ken took a good look at all of his opponents trying to find the weakest one, then he realized everyone was staring at him "well i guess nothing did change from my past life to this one..."


    Then a bell rang and everyone started to rush at each other one on one, a guy came rushing towards Ken he was twice as big as Ken he made a tight fist and flung it towards Kens head as the fist came flying towards his face Ken unintentionally moved forward and dodged it Ken was a little surprised ,guess the mutation of his brain had given him heightened reflexes now it was kens turn to fight back he made a fist and punched the guy in the chest the guy flew back a little and suddenly fell on his knees holding his chest he was squealing, it seems  Ken had broken some of the guys ribs. This was the first time Ken had hurt somebody this badly.


    A feeling of distress clouded Kens mind and he could feel a little bit of pleasure ,the realization of this pleasure led to more distress in his mind ''Why am i feeling good after beating that guy up, this is not right ''.


    After a little bit of contemplation Ken  looked around and saw that everyone was knocked out unconscious and beat up to a pulp, there was only one guy standing in front of him and it looked like he had beaten all of them up, the guy stared at ken "that was a nice punch you threw there that guy looks totally busted out ,all these guys were no fucking match for me i hope at least you would give me a goddamn warm-up".


    Ken ran up to this guy making a fist and throwing a right hook to his face the guy slides his fist away with his left hand and with a punch at the ready on his right arm he struck kens jaw almost cracking it, ken flew back a little ,still standing he didn''t feel anything he just knew his jaw line had a crack in it the guy was surprised "that punch should have knocked you out cold you sure are a tough one to crack".


    Ken replied "so are my jokes".


    Ken went in again from below this time to land an uppercut but he was greeted with a knee to the face and flew back, Ken was in a dilemma, this guy was surely way better skilled than him ,in this dilemma he could hear a familiar voice of himself, Ken was greeted with an influx of knowledge and had unlocked a new ability!!.....


    Now Ken concentrated on both of his arms and he could feel some changes happening to his arm the protein in the muscles concentrated together and formed a hard outer shell on his arms and his muscle fibers also changed, his arms felt hard, he punched in the air a few times, it worked normally..


    Now Ken walked over to the guy and gave a straight punch to the stomach the guy tried to block it with his legs folding upwards, the punch had so much raw strength that it broke his legs and sent him flying away out of the ring knocking him unconscious.


    Ken was surprised at his own power and so was the judge/announcer, Ken had won the battle of group 6 and awaited for the results of the match of his friend Jeff.....

 Chapter 5

    "And the winner of  group 9 is Jeff!!"


    Ken welcomed Jeff back in front of the podium and they both congratulated each other, Jeff was a little surprised that Ken had won his match, well... can''t blame him Ken didn''t look much like a fighter to begin with. All the winners of each group had gathered over there when Jhin nix the supervisor entered the podium..


    "All of you have done well to come this far.. ,now follow me..."


    Everyone went behind Jhin to a big hall where a banquet was set up everyone was hungry after fighting, they all sat down and started eating like monkeys .


    After the banquet they were all given some forms to fill out their personal details, after that Jhin showed them their respective rooms and told them they would be staying there for the rest of the year till their training is over luckily Jeff and Ken got their rooms next to each other and they had become good friends in just a short period of time.


    Classes would begin from tomorrow, the schedule was for 1 hour of theory classes and the rest 5 hours they would do physical combat training ,then they were free to do whatever they wanted.


    Ken and Jeff each went to their rooms, Ken started thinking about today''s match how he had acquired a new ability he concentrated on his arms again and sure enough it became hard like a rock but his hands were the same weight as before so there was no compromise in his mobility.


    after training a little he took a shower and wore a new set of cloths that they had provided and went to sleep awaiting the first day of his lessons.

    Ken wondered wait... there are beasts in this world...it seems Jeff could hear his thoughts "Looks like your learning about beasts for the first time..and probably you haven''t even encountered them once"


    Ken with an excited face "Yeah i haven''t seen any till now but I''m sure interested in learning about them "


    Jhin now their class teacher and the rest of the 20 people including Ken as the students in the class, their classroom was a square room with a blackboard in front of it and progressively elevating benches ,Jhin hushes Ken and Jeff and continues his explanation


    "Beasts are divided into levels based on their physical capabilities and abilities ,it said in the history of our world that beasts used to rule this world until humanity gained the power of origin manifestation. The beasts leveled between lvl1 to lvl8 can be handled by you guys for lvl8 to 16 you need to be at least a martial disciple and from lvl16 to lvl25 can be handled by a martial master but after lvl25 the beasts become crazy strong so you need to be at least an origin adept  and so on...The highest recorded level of a beast was a level 78 Black frost Dragon which took at least 2 origin Titans to kill ,well it''s a legend so we never know for sure...Well these beasts are mostly hostile towards human beings and their skeleton can be used for making weapons some beasts can be used to make medicines and we haven''t found any other uses for them..  "


    And after some lessons of fighting styles and techniques they went out for physical exercises


    As Jeff and Ken sat and saw the beautiful sunset, drinking orange juice they grabbed on the way to the hill "This is the usual place where i come to cool off you can see the whole city from here..., well all i want to do is become an origin adept so i can receive the salary the government gives for reaching that stage and hopefully pay for my sisters education and her medicines  sigh.. "


    "Don''t worry bro we will go far beyond that if we work together  ,we will help each other out i mean that''s what friends do hehe.. "

    thunder rumbled down with heavy rain falling on the bloodied Ken, kneeling besides a big beast that had been dismembered and Kens face with blood all over his face ,gave a dark grin .


    It had been 3 days since Jeff died!!!........

 Chapter 6

    3 Days before..


    Ken and Jeff wander together in the forest of scorched souls as it was locally know ,it was their assignment to defeat a lvl15 beast of sins and bring its head back, It was supposed to be a beast that looked like a caterpillar with a giant head that made their homes inside big trees, this was the assignment given to them to achieve the martial disciple title, both of them were warned not to go too deep into the forest.


    As they kept searching for their beast with the rest of their class ,Jeff kept on hearing some weird noise from a particular direction so they both went in that direction and realized that they had come a little deep into the forest Ken suggested they should head back , but Jeff kept on insisting on going in a particular direction even though Ken couldn''t hear any voice that Jeff was talking about suddenly Jeff started running at an inhuman speed ,Jeff knew something was wrong he tried to follow him and suddenly saw a big beast that took Jeff in its claws and leapt deeper into the forest , Ken could hear the scream of his best friend fading into the distance, Ken knew he had no time to go back and call for help he could sense the aura of the beasts deeper into the forest, even though his instincts were telling him to go back Ken kept going forward.


    After an hour of following the aura he finally reached a cave and rushed in, he could see many human and beast skeletons outside the cave and knew this was no ordinary beast he was dealing with when he reached the end of the layer he saw the beast that looked like a cross between a lizard and a scorpion, he was struck with a feeling of despair as he saw the blood of Jeff splattered all across the area, his chest opened up and the beast feasting on his heart....


    deep within came a feeling of boiling rage that he never had felt in either of his life''s with that enigma of rage he clenched his fists and lunged on the beast ,the beast whisked its tail and hit Ken who then went flying on to the side and hit a wall ,he could hear his bones breaking and the beast kept on feeding ,Ken felt helpless and enraged at the same time .As tears rolled down his cheeks he got up again and leapt towards the beast that gave no heed to the efforts of Ken and kept whisking him away, Ken concentrated on his fists that were bloodied from his own blood again to make them harder, no matter how many times even the hardened fists didn''t affect the beast Ken was reaching the end of his line finally a familiar voice greeted him again it was his inner conscience it gave him two choices either run and hope to save yourself or ......This novel is published on a different platform.     Ken got up for the final time with all his might concentrated in his arms suddenly surrounding energy began to flow into him ,he felt an unbearable pain in both of his arms barely conscious he kept on going till his muscles bulged outwards.


    The beast felt a feeling that it had not felt in a long time, the feeling of fear that suddenly surged through him, it got up and flung both of its claws towards Ken ,as it came towards Ken ,he stepped right up and flung both of his arms toward the beast a big shock wave was created that flung Ken back towards the wall which knocked him out for a few minutes ,as he woke up ,he saw the carcass of the beast lying in front of him and both of his hands were missing, it blew off in the fight.


    Ken was acting on instincts alone now he went towards the carcass fell into it and started devouring it, tearing its flesh apart with his teeth''s all whilst having a dark grin on his face , crawling and smothering himself with it until it was devoured completely and the little consciousness he had faded away...


    As he woke up he saw his arms where back to normal, he collected the remains of Jeff and buried them with a funeral that only he held and attended he said goodbye to Jeff one last time and went back on his way ,with a heart grimmer than before he walked the path of an emperor or a dictator ,only time would tell.....
