He thought that since he was immune to poison and that consuming poison would increase his strength, it would be a great idea to eat these weird-looking plants that were everywhere in plain sight. And without further ado, Ru Ning began eating everything in sight, his attention mostly on the plants that looked it could be potentially poisonous. From plants with purple stems mixed with red to herbs that had black spots, Ru Ning consumed it all without hesitation, not sparing even the roots of these plants. If anybody were here to witness this horrifying scene, they would definitely turn and run, afraid that they might be poisoned just by watching him eat these suspicious-looking plants. However, despite her frail appearance, her gaze was sharper than the spear in the two barbarian¡¯s grasp. ¡°Chief, we found this suspicious person hanging around our home and we¡¯d like your insight on what we should do with him.¡± ¡°He¡¯s definitely a spy! Look at his expression; he¡¯s too calm!¡± "Hmm..." The chief silently stared at Ru Ning straight in his eyes; her gaze seemingly able to pierce his skin and deep into his thoughts. The Chief nodded, confirming his thoughts. Ru Ning then walked to the box and brought it to her. She opened it, and from Ru Ning¡¯s view, he was able to see many colorful crystals inside. He was also able to notice the Chief looking at him ¡ª at least he think she was looking at him with the corner of her eyes. After searching for some time, the Chief finally closed the box, and in her hands was a yellow crystal the size of a baby¡¯s hand. She held it in front of her and Ru Ning, indicating him to take it. Ru Ning grabbed it, and the moment he did, a transparent screen appeared before him. If he was correct, then this crystal could be used to help him understand the language of this world. But Ru Ning didn¡¯t instantly use the Skill Crystal and instead looked at the Chief, making sure that what he was thinking is what she wanted. The Chief nodded with a smile.
