《Unbound Life》 Prologue: Before the Beginning "Get those Carriers to the enemy base. We can still win this." shouted John. "Going. My 10 units of Dark Templars are already there by the way." replied Ivan. "Damn. That sure was fast. But I still need those Carriers on that base." John replied. A few minutes passed and cheering was heard in the room. Both guys were playingin Ivan''s house.Ivan and John had won the game they both were playing. StarCraft II is the game both people are playing. Both guys are just your casual players on the game with a very unique play style when both of them are on the same team. Different story if they are enemies though. Both are talking while walking to John''s house after playing. --Ivan POV-- "What a close game that was. If I didn''t have an Observer in that location when were definitely will lose that game." I said to John who was the brother of my wife. "You''re right. But seriously though. Why are your units composed of only Dark Templars, Carriers & a Warp Prism? That kind of unit gameplay isn''t cutting in if you compare to the Leagues or tournaments." replied John. "I got you as the primary vanguard. You are a very professional player of the Zerg. You are my shield that will defend my base while I am your sword who will end the game.I was making sure that once I appear the curtain falls on the enemy!" replied the enthusiastic me. "Dramatic guy aren''t you, huh? "*sigh* " Can''t help it though. We have been playing for a b-" John statement was cut-off as I pulled him to my side. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO was heard loudly as several firetrucks and ambulances passed us by quickly. "What was that but thanks for the save bro." John said with cold sweat covering his forehead. "It''s fine. Why are they in a rush though." I exclaimed. I notice after 2 more trucks passed us by that the direction they are heading is very familiar. "John, I have a bad feeling that we need to run to your house. Quickly and right now." John looked at me with bewilderment on his face but he knows that when I said something like this it is usually serious. "Yeah lets!" We then both ran as fast as our two legs can carry us. Fortunately we both were trained in martial arts when were still kids so we got there pretty quick. As they were nearing John''s house the number of onlookers and firefighters were increasing along with evacuees leaving the area. What greeted us was a raging red fire engulfing the surrounding houses and thick black smoke covering the skies. "No. This is not happening." John spoke with disbelief in his eyes. --John POV-- "MOTHER! CHRISTIAN! WHERE ARE YOU!!" I shouted at the top of my lungs. I looked at the evacuating crowd hoping to find my family. A few heart crushingminutes has passed and I still haven''t found them. "MOTHER! WHERE ARE YOU!" I shouted louder. Tears clouding my sight as I frantically searched the evacuating crowd. "John! We''re here!" an old lady shouted in reply. I dashed quickly and embraced my mother with tears falling from my eyes. This story originates from Royal Road. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there. "Mother! You are safe! Thank God you are safe! *sniff" "We are fine John, your brothers and sisters are safe. We got out before the fire spread to the house." she said. I am ever glad that they got out. I checked on them and see that they were covered ina thin layer of soot. They were dirty but at least we are together. I saw my sister hold a baby. Thank goodness he''s alive. I helped them evacuate out of the place. Ivan''s wife ,Camille, is also with them. "Sweetie! Thank goodness you are here!" Camille passed the baby to her mother and hugged the stunned and worried Ivan beside me. "Sweetie?" "............" Ivan whispered. "Huh? Your what?" I asked. "Where is my daughter?" Ivan said with coldness in his voice. "She is-" "WHERE IS SHE?" Camille looked down and slowly turned her head and her eyes pointing at the blazing inferno. "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" Ivan ran with haste entering into the crimson fire. We have played together and laugh at each other''s jokes. I was with him when he married my sister and when my dear niece ,cute little Summer, was born. He was and always is my best friend. I watched as he ran into the raging fire as it seems toswallow him whole never to release him. --Ivan POV-- Rushing into the fire with nothing but a white shirt, flip-flops and a camouflage pants is a very stupid thing to do. With dancing flames all around me, I reached John''s house. I was trying to find a way in when I heard a child''s crying. ''Please be safe. Please, please.''I chanted those wordslike a mantra over and over again in my head. I found a door and kicked it as hard as I can. I felt pain in my right leg but I heard the crying growing louder. ''She''s near here!'' I went inside the living room and scanned the surroundings but I was not able to find my daughter. ''Just where is she?'' I checked and found a half burn stairs. I ran up and heard screaming louder than ever. I check the first room. Nothing. Went out and entered the second room. Still nothing but the red flames. I heard a weak scream. ''No, please be here. Please be here.'' I entered the third room and found my daughter. It was a miracle that the cradle she was in was not burned. I took her and wrapped her in a clean blanket I found. I looked at her crying face. ''Don''t worry my angel, Daddy''s here. Daddy''s here.'' I whispered. My daughter looked at me and she stopped crying and curled up on the blanket and took her out of the room. I dashed immediately to the stairs but I only found burning cinders. The stairs cannot be used anymore. I look and found the window. ''This is a two-storey building. I can''t jump that high.'' I looked around and found nothing. I looked again at my little angel. Gathering all my courage I fixed my sights on the window. ''For my angel, I will find a way. For her and her future.'' I took a few steps back which my gaze still on the windows. I stepped forward as soon as the blazing fire wrapped around me. --John POV-- "You what?" I shouted angrily at my brother, Christian. while holding his collar pulling him near me. "I said I left her alone on the third room." Christian meekly replied. "Why on fuck''s sake you left a barely 5 month old baby alone in a burning house and you didn''t grab her?" "Because....Because she isn''t my child..." *BAM* Unable to hold my seething anger, I punched my brother directly on his face breaking his nose. Christian fell down on the ground with his nose bleeding. I grabbed him once again with my two hands on his shirt''s collar bringing him up to my face. "You fucker. You and your niece are on the same room and before the fire spreads to the house you went out?! You didn''t grab her because she isn''t your child, huh?! Your older sister took your son with her even though she isn''t the mother and you just left her daughter because she isn''t your child?! What kind of fucking excuse is that?" I shouted at him again. My sister, Camille, stared at Christian with dead eyes. It has not been long since she gave birth and she now lost her only daughter. I reeled in my fist once again to punch this shit of a brother of mine when I heard the crowd shouting. "A demon! Fuck were are doomed!" a man shouted as he pointing to a man-shaped shadowemerging from the flaming inferno. I gazed into the direction he pointed. I saw it. I saw him. "Stop, I know him! He is my best friend!" I released Christian and he dropped down with a loud thudand grabbed a pail of water from the nearest guy and dumped the whole thing on him. My sister followed and did the same thing. He looked at my sister and handed something wrapped in a white blanket which he tried to open. I saw my brother''s baby, smiling. I stared at him as he spoke to my sister and when I heard my crying sister reply he fell down. I tried to wake him up but I know deep in my heart he is never rising again. I knew him. My best friend. My brother. My sword. --Ivan POV-- I felt something broke as I fell to the hard ground but I didn''t care. I checked my daughter and found that there is nothing wrong with her. She is still curled up. I tried to stand but it hurts so much. Red flames caught my pants. My flip-flops long burned along with my feet. I stood up with wobbly legs. Each step much more agonizing than the last. I didn''t know how long was I walking but it felt like an eternity. My eyes starting to fail me. Hungry flames started to reach me. I hasten my pace to reach the exit if there was. "A demon! Fuck we are doomed." I heard a silhouette shouting. I guess I looked like a demon now. A silhouette rushed to my location holding something. I guess he is gonna hit me. What a sad life. ''Please don''t hurt me. My baby is with me.'' I pleaded on my head not that I could shout. I looked at the man when I felt something cold. Water? A few moments I felt another splashed over me. The next person went near to me saying something. I guess my hearing isslowly failing me too, huh. Nevertheless, I extended my hands and handed to that person my baby. I forced my mouth to open and tried to speak some words. "Here.....my baby.....I love her.....take care.....please" I worked my hands and tried to open the blanket to show whoever this silhouette my baby. With my failing eyes, I tried to focus on my daughter''s face. I saw my daughter''s smile. A very sweet smile. "I will....and I love you..." the silhouette replied. I lost all of my strength at that moment. I felt the whole world spinning. I saw flashes in my eyes. My memories when I was a kid playing with sand. That sweet moment when I graduated. The day I found my loving wife. And lastly, my daughter''s sweet smile. I have lived my life to the fullest. I have but one regret: not able to watch my daughter grow. Ch. 1 - Choice
When I woke up, I only saw darkness. I tried to move my hand and, then the for a brief moment the whole world flashed for a few seconds. Did I do something wrong? Well I got a reaction and after a few seconds nine floating orbs flew and circled around me which then split into two groups 4 above and below me which formed a box and 1 which stayed in front of me. Do I need to talk to this thing infront of me? Is this a microphone? I read something like this on a light novel before. I guess I need to say something. I have a wild feeling that everything will light up if I said something. I stood up straight and followed the Protoss greeting. I then shouted. "En''Taro Adun!" The whole world suddenly turned blue and as if it was waiting and watching me. The space surrounding me then warped and I was then placed at the center of it all. What I saw was something memorable to me. "Hello Ivan" a voice suddenly spoke out of nowhere. "Uhhhh...Hi?" "Come on Ivan. Is that all you say to me?" spoke the voice again. "Well, it can''t be helped. I just died I guess. I mean, what''s the use of speaking to the dead?" I replied with honest feelings. "Hmmm...quite a pessimistic person. Hmmm...Anyway, I pulled you here to reward you for your heroic act and I have a request. I am what you call a God of Creation or something similar." The voice stated with a hint of pride in its tone. " I see. If that is the case, can I return back to life on Earth? I would love to hug my daughter and watch her grow." I said earnestly looking in front of me. "I would love to agree to that request but I am sorry I have to deny it. In that world, you have died already. I cannot resurrect you back to that location." the voice replied with a bit of sadness on its tone. "I see." I looked down with tears rolling down my face. This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere. "Ivan, I know how you feel but I want you to please move on." the voice then continued "I will say my request first, In this multiverse, we have several dimensions that can affect other universes. What I will be asking you is to destroy those races who are making too many negative effects on their universe or dimension. For now I have three dimensions that you need to pacify. Don''t worry, you can start with one of them first." "Easy for you to say ''move on'' when you know its damn hard." I murmured "*sigh* You can count me in. I don''t have a choice anyway. What''s the perks?" "I know you would say that" the voice exclaimed" Well of course, you get to choose any race you want and any improvements you get or add can be carried over to the next universe once you are finished with the task." "Any race?" with a matching raised eyebrow I asked. "ANY race." he confirmed. "Does that mean I can be a virus for all I care?" I inquired. "Yes but will you develop to fulfill my request?" "Evolve!" I replied enthusiastically. "What if that specific race who committed havoc outpaced your evolution?" he asked. "I......" I fell into deep thought. That is correct. A virus ,though very powerful, needs a very long time to scatter and evolve. Considering it is a multiverse or dimension, that means a very, very large area to cover. Those race I need to destroy might also be adept in medical studies or has anti-virus metabolism. "This might help you decide." the white ball of light that was in front of me expanded to form a list. I browsed through the list. I spent a bit of time checking when I thought of an idea. "I can sort this list right and eliminate some races I can select right?" I asked. "Yes, you can." "First, eliminate all non-sentient races." The list then shrunk and a large number of races disappeared. "Second, eliminate all races which has ,right now, that is not able to do interstellar travel without the aid of technology or biochemistry or can evolve in a short period of time" The list then shrunk. I felt that the voice was about to say something. "I need speed. I need a race that can already do interstellar travel so I can expand quickly, I do understand that there are potential races that can do interstellar travel in the long run but time is of the essence." The feeling then subsided. "Third, eliminate races that cannot adapt to harsh conditions, its okay if its aided with technology but cannot be more than 30%." the list then shrunk again. "What are you trying to do Ivan?" the voice asked. "I am trying to find a race that can work in harsh conditions with little aid to technology but has capability to do interstellar travel." I checked the list once again.
Races Remaining:
Yautja (AVP)
Tyranid (Warhammer 40K)
Human (All)
Protoss (StarCraft)
Zerg (StarCraft)
Independence Day Alien (Independence Day)
Yuuzhan Vong (Star Wars)
The Flood (Halo)
Arachnids (Starship Troopers)
The Borg (Star Trek)
The Daleks (Doctor Who)
Necrons (Warhammer 40K)
The Reapers (Mass Effect)
Zenomorph (AVP)

Hmmm. As expected, most of the races on the list have biochemistry able to adapt based on the location or able to use their genetic makeup for the rest as evident on the list. Wait, Human? Why this there an (All) beside it? I was about to ask when suddenly the voice spoke. "I know you wanted to ask about the Human(All). That means all human in several universes or dimensions. The Terran in StarCraft, Humans in other medias like Halo, Mass Effect, and such. Since it is basically the same race so we grouped them up. Which also means you can access to those universe''s upgrades but you need to research them first." Ah, okay. I took a deep breath and decided the race I want. I checked the list again to see if there are any other good options and decided the race that is best for me. "I decided I will pick this race." Ch. 2 - Birth
In the Dark Templar City of Talematros on Shakuras, a particular Dark Templar Prelate received a vision. The Prelate which was standing suddenly fell on his knees. Half of the Nerazim Guards with the Prelate formed a tight circle with their Psi blades deployed with their backs against fallen Prelate while the rest turned invisible and scouted in all directions. A female Nerazim hurriedly approach the fallen Prelate. "Prelate Khra''kos! What happened? An enemy attack?" the female Nerazim asked. "Und lara khar Sei''renis. I had just received a vision." Khra''kos told the worried Sei''ranis. "A vision? That excellent! Is that about the Daelaam?" Sei''ranis inquired. She then signaled to stand down. "Yes and no." the prelate replied. "What?! How-" "Yes it concerns the Daelaam. No because not only the Daelaam is concerned but the entire universe." spoke the Prelate. Suddenly, three Protoss rushed inside the chamber the Prelate is in. Once has white armor with gold trimmings, another one wearing an identical black armor with red trimmings and lastly a grey armored Immortal with orange trimmings. "Prelate Khra''kos! We sensed a disturbance in your psionic communicator. Is it an enemy attack?" the white armored Protoss asked. "It''s okay Hierarch Zel''maris, Ascendant Ma''razul, Ambassador Feirul. I received a vision. A Protoss has been born with the ability to evolve like a Zerg."the Prelate Khra''kos explained what he saw in the vision. "In that case, we deploy the Golden Armada. We need to eliminate the risk this Protoss bear! This might the a Hybrid the ancestors described in the war! The Tal''darim are ready to be deployed at your command, Hierarch." spoke the black armored Ascendant Ma''razul. "Let us not act brashly Ascendant Ma''razul." spoke the gentle Feirul. "We need first to see if we can reason with the Protoss. He might be one of us." "I disagree! Those things must be eliminated right away! Like what the Prelate said we have no such luxury to talk to them!" voiced the Ascendant. If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. "Enough! Both of you. I agree with both of your plans but I propose that we speak with the Protoss first and if this Protoss is not willing to hear to the voice of reason." spoke the Heirarch. " We will eliminate him." "Then the Nezarim will find the protoss for you Hierarch. We need to find this Protoss fast before he thinks something dark. I will be needing the fastest of your ships as well as a map for all Protoss cities and settlements available." spoke the silent Prelate. The Hierarch nodded. " En''Taro Artanis." "En''Taro Artanis." the other three chimed in. --Broodmother Vishaya-- We Broodmothers have banded together after the war with the Queen of Blades , Kerrigan. We now are in a peaceful state. No longer consuming and fighting battles after battles but our form remains. The seven of us has maintained this state for more than hundreds of years. A thousand and few hundred years ago, after the death of our Queen''s ally , Jim Raynor, the Queen disappeared but left us a message to continue holding peace in this area of space. We have been obediently following her orders until 800 years ago. A lone hibernating queen and her brood was found in one of the deeper tunnels found on Char whose origin was presumably during the time of the Overmind. The old queen was then welcomed after a few discussions with each other to the Swarm albeit with some suspicions and allowed her to evolve up until our level. We watched her and cared for her like our sister for hundreds of years. We didn''t know that what we invited to the Swarm was a disaster. We have been experiencing losing control of some part of the swarm since the Queen(Kerrigan) left. Isolated events as we have concluded. Possibly due to them possessing aggression and adrenal glands. We (Broodmothers) then hold a consensus to remove the said organs. For the first 50 years, the incident became fewer and up until only small amounts of Zerg are affected by it. After 200 years, due to the large size of the Swarm, we have remove most of the said organs on our brood. We no longer had any incidents of broods going feral. We then urge Broodmother Xylenxir to remove the same organ on her brood. She then looked at us with a smile. A terrifying smile. She then ordered her brood to attack us. Since we took only a small portion of our guards when meeting each other we never anticipated this attack. One of the Seven and her brood with half of the other broods stayed behind to let us escape. We know that the Broodmother who stayed died since we have been encountering her brood mixed among Xylenxir''s in our recent wars. "We have to kill that Broodmother fast!" Broodmother Stukov, one of the Terran Infested Broodmother whom the Queen allowed spoke. "We agree with that Broodmother Stukov. We are now currently evolving our broods back to top combat form." replied Broodmother Ryloth. "Then make it faster! We cannot let that bitch Xylenxir expand her brood!" Stukov roared."Vishaya, your status?" "My brood was the last one to devolve so I cannot let them evolve again in such a short period of time without sufficient resources." I replied. "Damn it all. I told you we shouldn''t have adopted that bitch and invited her to play little family here." murmured Stukov. The rest of the Broodmothers fell silent. We know at the back of our heads that this might happen most specially since Xylenxir didn''t fall under the Queens power previously. We looked at each other and admit that we have been shortsighted. We let the notion of peace went in out head. We forgot who we were. We are the Zerg. We were made to consume and go to war. We never was meant for peace. "It seems that we need to contact the Protoss about this." Broodmother Kilysa suggested. "How? The last contact we had with the Protoss was when the Terran Jim Raynor died! That was thousands of years ago! Not even the Terran was able to detect them anymore." hissed Broodmother Naktul. "I have already contacted the Nezarim." spoke Broodmother Zagara. Zagara is the one who succeeded Queen Kerrigan as the new Queen of Blades after the war but relented the position and instead formed the Council of the Broodmothers. "I know you have questions but the Queen told me to always be in contact with the Nezarim but not share them to you." "Okay questions aside Zagara but when did you informed the Nezarim?" asked Stukov. "It was 6 months ago but I haven''t heard from the Nezarim after that." Zagara replied with uncertainty. "Then I guess we are royally fucked." cursed Stukov. Ch. 3 - None
--Ivan POV-- I have awoken with a strange feeling with my body. From what I see, I am inside a brown enclosed room. I tried to lift what I felt was my right hand but what I saw betrayed me. Aside my right arm, I saw another bigger arm complete with another hand with something hanging between my wrist up to my back. Hmm, this is interesting. I tried to stand and have a feel of my body. After a few minutes of fumbling around, I found that I have a second set of arms that are attached to my back. Something like a bat wing but I guess its something closer to what a Gore Magala has. My lower legs are similar to what a Protoss has. I don''t have a mouth as expected but I feel something like two appendages from my supposed to be cheek bone protecting my lower head like a helmet. I also felt the two horns with its tips facing front. From my memories its something similar to what the Full Hollow Ichigo has. I also have a long slender prehensile tail from my lower back. On my first set of arms I got something like a retractable sharp bone-sword ,two and a half feet in length, that can be deployed at the back of both wrists. I tried channeling some sort of psionic power and found that the bone emitted a black light around the edges. I guess this is similar to what a Protoss Zealot has only that they use technology to create it while mine is purely biological. I tried to extend it to check the its maximum length only to find out it can be shot out like a bullet. The bone-sword regenerated after a few seconds at most. I got used to my body after a few minutes. I haven''t tried to fly yet as the place I am in is too cramped to fully spread these wings. Just where is the exit in this thing. I looked around and saw where the bone-sword that I shot out went. I saw that it tore the part of the wall there. Don''t tell me the moment I was born I got eaten? The hell with this! I extended my bone-swords and channeled psionic energy in it and hacked away at the nearest wall. I emerged from the so called room only to find a bigger room. I was shocked when I saw a creature which is like a hybrid between a worm and a spider. "Hello creation." spoke the creature with a raspy voice. "I am Abathur. Your master!"Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon. Abathur? Hmm why does the name seems familiar. Then it struck me. This guy is the evolution master of the Zerg! The Abathur who designed the Kerrigan the Queen of Blades! "I created you so kneel before me." demanded Abathur. I then looked at Abathur and replied. "I serve no one!" I then charge at Abathur with my bone-swords glowing with a black light. --Protoss Nerazim in contact to the Overqueen POV-- Six months ago, after our group has finished speaking with the Zerg Overqueen Zagara about a possible rebellion from one of the Broodmothers. Each one of us went and sneaked in to each Broodmother''s Hive and checked. After six months of investigating & intel gathering, we suddenly received a distress signal from the Dark Templar that was sent to check Broodmother Xylenxir. We hurriedly went to his location only to found out his mangled corpse. The Teleporter that should have saved his life was probably destroyed before he died. It seems that our enemy knows this information. We then all looked at each other. "We need to tread carefully. There might be a trap waiting for us." spoke our squad captain who was the eldest. "Agree." we said in unison. I was the youngest in our group so I was placed in the middle of our formation. We then investigated the Hive and found that the rebelling Broodmother is Xylenxir and she is trying to recreate the Overmind by using this Hive as the Base. We then hurriedly turned back with the information. We decided to give this information to the Zerg Overqueen Zagara and to the Daelaam. What happened next will forever haunt me. "I see you all, Sons of Adun. For someone who lived long and technologically advanced race, you lot sure are stupid." hissed the Broodmother. "Wretched zerg! You dare destroy the peace we all have kept!" "Peace was never an option for the Zerg. We consume. We adapt. We evolve." spoke the Broodmother as she raised her claw to strike us. We all dodged. We all though we did. We didn''t know she already placed traps on our location. One of my seniors got caught in one of the tendrils in the Hive. "One down, one captured. Five to go." hissed the Broodmother. "Everyone, we kill this Broodmother. You!" he then pointed to me "Notify the Overqueen and the Daelaam. This madness must be stopped. We will buy you time." I cannot do anything with my inexperience. I was born in time of peace. I nodded and ran immediately back to the Overqueen. Barely hearing what my squad captain said. " Adun Toridas....." and after that I hear screams and a diabolical laughter echoed the chamber. Her Brood got in my way to the Overqueen. I have blinked and battled my way through her Brood. The faster I ran, the more wounds I get but that does matter anymore. I need to relay this information to the Overqueen or atleast to her council about Broodmother Xylenxir''s plan. After what seemed an eternity to me, I found Broodmother Stukov. "En Taro Artanis. Broodmother Stukov! I have information on what Broodmother Xylenxir''s plans she-" I was not able to finish my sentence when a barbed tendril slashed me from behind, destroying my teleporter. "What are you doing!" I shouted. "Preventing those stupid Broodmothers from destroying the Zerg." Stukov''s image distorted then shifted and then changed to Xylenxir''s appearance. "The Zerg has many abilities, Son of Adun. And one of them is shapeshifting. Now with your teleporter gone, I can now destroy you. Hahaha!" I accepted my fate that I will never defeat this Zerg but I shall never abandon the task given to me. I blinked and ran away again. For the brighter future. Ch. 4 - Survive
Battling Abathur sure took a while. It is hard to dodge in such a location plus Abathur is using the walls to hide himself. The chamber we are in has a low ceiling and I cannot fly that high. He manipulated the entire chamber to his will. I guess we are in an Evolution Chamber. As far as I know, Abathur rarely leaves the Evolution Chamber and he has full control of it. Many times I brushed near death. If not for these psi bone-swords, I would have succumbed and he might rewrite my entire body''s organic chemistry to suit his will. I felt that I will definitely lose in the long run so I tried to find an exit. I scanned around. I found no exit so the best thing I did was create one. I dashed near a wall and used my psi bone-swords to create a large tear on the wall. After escaping that room, I dashed again finding another exit or creating one. I had found(created) an exit after several walls I have taken down. The smell of sulfur and high temperature greeted me. I flew up and noticed that the entire building was isolated and in the middle of a sea of lava. I also noticed 8 large pustules surrounding the edges of the island it was in. Abathur then found me and shot several more bone shards from the Evolution Chamber. I cannot fly well as I thought I could so I flew(crashed) back down and hid behind one of the pustules. A bone shard pierced the pustule I hid and it erupted like a fountain. A mix of red and green liquid rain down and I heard a scream from Abathur. I also noticed the creep that was around the pustule receded like a tide and died leaving a withered skin-like substance. The creep receded at a fast rate and stop only just a few inches from the building. Although the eruption surprised me, I have a faint idea what I need to defeat Abathur and his ''fortress''. I then folded my wings like a cloak and ran to the nearest pustule. Sensing my intention, Abathur then shoot out a large number of bone shards at my location and my pathway. I weaved and dodge those I can and deflected those I cant dodge. Ten meter away from the pustule, I extended my left psi bone-sword and dashed ahead. I successfully burst the pustule open and ran to the next one without stopping. When I was twenty meters away, a new acid attack got me by surprise. I got hit in my right arm trying to deflect a bone shard. Well, it isn''t called Evolution Chamber for nothing. I ripped the third pustule when I noticed that on the Chamber''s side where I have destroyed the pustule started decaying. It seems that the plan worked. I dashed again while dodging the new acid attacks with the bone shards. Once again, around twenty meters away a new attack variation happened. Something similar to lava erupted from the crown of the Chamber and landed slightly to my left. The attack was not that accurate like the others but the shockwave almost got me off my feet. Good thing though is that I expected something like a new attack to happen.Reading on this site? This novel is published elsewhere. Support the author by seeking out the original. Fourth Pustule was destroyed, now there are only 4 left. While running towards the fifth pustule I had a weird idea. Before reaching the twentieth meter I stopped and dodged in my place. I guess I was hoping that there will be no new attack. A red bone shard was shot out and thinking that it was just the same shard I was deflecting and parrying I instinctively tried to hit it. I suddenly had a bad feeling about hitting it and threw a stone to that red bone shard. The shard exploded. Yep, definitely a new attack. Why in the world did I even stopped running. This isn''t a video game. I wanna punch myself for getting that idea. I then continued to run to the fifth and destroyed it. Before nearing the sixth pustule, the frequency of those flaming bombs increased. Two bombs are now being released at once. Almost fell into the lava when an exploding bone shard hit the ground near me. Sixth pustule has been destroyed running at once to the seventh. The frequency then got higher. Three bombs are now being deployed and the bone shard are increasing. I just wanted to know where the hell does Abathur get those bones. They seem unlimited to be honest. Seventh pustule has also burst. Now only one pustule was left. I can feel Abathur''s desperation as soon as the seventh pustule burst. The bone shards suddenly stopped and instead sharp bone spikes erupt from the ground. I totally didn''t expect that. Now that it seemed harder to dodge I picked up some bone shards sticking out of my body and threw them at the pustule. The pustule then burst and a deafening scream was heard from the Chamber. The Evolution Chamber then shrank to a tenth of its original size. The creep around it was nowhere to be seen and only a withered skin-like object remained. "You damned creature. You dare defy your master?!" shouted Abathur. "Shut it you damned spider-worm or I will shoot your head off!" I replied. "If you could shoot then you should have shot those pustules from the very beginning instead of running and jumping around like a crazy Terran!" Realization then hit me like a truck hitting people into other worlds. Oh my goodness. Why didn''t I think of that. While stunned by the sudden realization. "This is the stupidity of you. You are useless without me!" Abathur raised one of his scythes and slammed it down with intent to pierce my head. I then raised my left arm and shoot out the bone-sword before that happened. Abathur''s head was pierced by a two and a half feet of sharp bone. His body then fell with a thud. The greatest Zerg scientist was ended with a bone-sword to his head. I then laid down on my back with me looking into the cosmos above. "Why didn''t I shoot my bone-swords earlier. It could have ended faster. Am I really stupid?" I rested my tired body as a star shone bright as if confirming my statement. Ch. 5 - Revelation
--Broodmother Vishaya POV-- We were discussing what we need to do when we heard a loud explosion. We then scurried to a higher location to see it. We also sent some Mutualisks to confirm what happened. Broodmother Kilysa then flew up and tried to get a better view. "I see Xylenxir! It seems that she is running. I saw her shot some bone spikes but I am not sure why. Behind her is a large number of her Brood." informed Kilysa. "It''s impossible for that bitch to run away! Check to see if she is either trying to catch something or really running away from something." demanded Stukov he then pointed to Naktul. "Naktul & my Brood will meet with Xylenxir''s. The rest of you try to-" "She is chasing a Nezarim! The Nezarim is heavily injured but is still running away from her." shouted Kilysa. "-rescue that Nezarim and try to take down Xylenxir!" continued Stukov. "A wonderful decision. My Brood have been alerted since we are the nearest. We are swarming the battle-able broods and they are approaching fast. In a few minutes we can start the battle." spoke Ryloth. "Then lets move. My infested Terrans are now being transported. We don''t need to waste time. If Xylenxir proves too difficult to kill then move out. The priority is the rescue of the Nezarim!" commanded Stukov. The other Broodmothers then marched to battle leaving me and Zagara behind. "Broodmother Zagara. What do we do?" I asked. "We can only hope that the Nezarim gets rescued and provide us intel about our current situation. We cannot send our Brood either. This is to make sure that atleast one of us survives and we can still bring peace to the Zerg." replied Broodmother Zagara. --Protoss Nerazim in contact to the Overqueen POV-- Running away from Xylenxir proved difficult. Every time I slowed down and make a turn, a bone spike is shot to my location. I fished a round object from my bag I was carrying and pressed down a button. Afterwards I threw it a little bit behind just in the way of the Broodmother. I then pulled up another round object and pressed the button and I hit it in my chest. The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement. After the round object hit my chest, it then deployed a translucent blue shield around me. The Broodmother who chased me looked puzzled. I then blinked away from the location. Just as the transfer happened a large explosion was then heard. I never stopped to looked what damage I have done. A few seconds a powerful shockwave then emerged. I was push by the shockwave by around thirty or so meters and the translucent shield then broke absorbing the impact. I stood up groggily and as I was about to lean on a rock I saw several bone spikes shot at my general direction. It seems she won''t let me rest. I turned around then ran again. After a few minutes and additional wounds later, I heard the screeching of Mutualisks. It''s over. I''m done for. I then saw a Viper in the distance accompanied by several Mutualisks. The Viper then extended its long tongue and due to exhaustion I was not able to dodge it. I guess I am meeting Adun now. I closed my eyes and prepared myself for a world of pain. If I have a regret in this life then it is because I was not able to complete my objective before I died. "Stand strong Nezarim, you haven''t met Adun yet. Not right now atleast." I opened my eyes and I saw Broodmother Ryloth. I then inspected my body. From what I heard, the Zerg and Protoss are sworn enemies. If one or the other finds each other on any place, it will always result in the death of one another. It feels weird that I am comforted by what we considered before was the enemy of our race. "I am carrying you back to Broodmother Zagara. Currently, Stukov''s and Naktul''s Brood are stopping Xylenxir''s Brood from supporting Xylenxir while the rest except for Vishaya and Zagara are trying to kill Xylenxir while she is far from her brood. My primary objective is to get you safe but I will be joining them afterwards." explained Ryloth. "I see. We better go back fast. I bring crucial information on what Xylenxir is doing." I replied. "Then hold on tight, Son of Adun." Ryloth then sped back to Zagara. --Broodmother Vishaya POV-- While Broodmother Zagara waited inside the chamber, I went out to see what was happening. With my sharp vision, I was able to see Broodmother Ryloth speeding up heading to our direction. Ah! She rescued the Nezarim! I then headed to Broodmother Zagara''s location. "Broodmother Zagara! Ryloth has rescued the Nezarim! She is on her way here!" I spoke happily. "Very well, I will go and meet up with Ryloth and our Nezarim guest." A few minutes later, we both saw Ryloth enter the chamber we are in. "I have brought the Nezarim Broodmother Zagara." Ryloth then placed the wounded Nezarim on the space that was provided. The Nezarim Ryloth rescued then tried to stand on his wounded legs. "Stay down, Son of Adun. You are wounded." Broodmother Zagara comforted the Nezarim. "Overqueen Zagara, Xylenxir she, I mean. The Broodmother-" "Be at peace, Son of Adun. Calm yourself first." I spoke to the Nezarim. The Protoss then paused a bit and sat down. "Thank you, Broodmother Vishaya. Now back to the topic, Broodmother Xylenxir is trying to recreate the Overmind once again. My team got killed trying to let me escape and deliver this information to you and if possible to the Daelaam." spoke the Nezarim. "Overmind? What is that?" I asked. I was born a 2 millennia ago unlike the other Broodmothers who was present and even was active before the Great War. "Broodmother Zagara? Are you okay?" "This isn''t possible. Son of Adun, are you certain of this information. If you are lying to me I do not mind killing you right now." howled Broodmother Zagara. "In my honor and I swear in the name of Adun I am not lying." The Nezarim spoke solemly. "Then, lead us to the place where the Overmind is being created. I will end it all." Broodmother Zagara''s eyes then glowed red and killing intent filled her gaze. Ch. 6 - Rage The Terran ,as we all know, have fought against itself many times. Over the course of history, the battle between Terran against other races are too few compared to the wars it had with itself. More than 80% of the wars recorded within Terran archives are about war between Brothers, Kings and Serfs, President against its People and so on. There was never a time when the entire Terran were united as one. Even during the Great War, not all Terran actually knew there was a Great War in which the fate of their species hang on a single man named General James Eugene Raynor. Don''t know who he is? Jim Raynor. The Higher Ups of each ''Groups'' know him. A handful of people know his importance in the Great War. The others? They never cared for a single man. For full details of his adventure, only his crew and those ''aliens'' he worked with can tell you. Fragments of his adventures after his rebellion from the Sons of Korhal can be found on the Sons of Korhal archives. The Confederate also do have a record of a few of his adventures. Why am I highlighting Jim Raynor? Don''t worry he is no longer alive but one of his sons who integrated a Zerg strain is. His name is Arthur Raynor. The youngest son of Jim Raynor and the last of his sons. Unlike Stukov or Kerrigan, his integration of the Zerg strain is hardly noticeable physically. He still looked like a young man in his prime. Nothing is changed on his body. He has a flowing brown hair and eyes like sapphire. Dashingly handsome, fair skin good body build. Basically a ''Prince Charming'' from a storybook. And no I am not gay. He is equally proficient in the art of war and strategy and also has massive influence in the Political and Military circle. Is he evil or good? Time to find out. -POV: Raul Raynor- Now that 70% of the Confederate officers are under my control as well as I have infested the mind of the Sons of Korhal leaders, I can finally take vengeance against those blasted Zerg. They took father away from me. Though I have Zerg blood running through my veins I will not stop until I eradicated them. That bitch who calls herself Kerrigan will pay for this. "Sir Raynor! We have completed the 10th Battalion of Battlecruisers! They are now operational and now in orbit in Mar Sara!" an officer alerted Raul.If you encounter this tale on Amazon, note that it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. "Perfect! Battle Officer Stat Rep!" commanded Raul. "We have completed recently the 10th Battlecruiser Battalion which makes a total of three thousand individual Battlecruisers operational not counting the 24 unique battlecruisers we have for the three leaders of each battalion. We have around 7 million infantry, over half on suit and ready to be deployed while the rest can be suited up 500 people per minute. The infantry consists of Marines, Firebats, Medics, Shield Guards, Snipers, Rocket Troops, Reapers and so on. One battalion of Ghosts. Two hundred Liberator squadron. Five hundred Scouter Teams. One thousand Siege Tank Companies. Sir!" "How about the Exos?" Asked Raul. "Due to the high requirement for piloting the Exoframes, we only got five hundred of them manned. We are still away from the initial two thousand Exosuits operational as we have initially drafted in our plans." "How about Goliaths? Thors? The mechs?" "Around one hundred thousand total mechs not including the Exoframes that are operational." replied the officer. "Not enough to wipe the Zerg..."muttered Raul"How about Ascalon? Is it operational already?" "The Ascalon is already operational. We can now assign the Ascalon as our Flagship and Command Ship." replied another officer. "How about my Personal Exoframe, Arthur?" "Hahaha I though you would never ask your Excellency." spoke a person with a heavy English Accent. "Professor Charles Winterbrook, its been a long time since I last saw you. So how''s Arthur?" spoke Raul. "He is ready to murder." spoke Charles with a cold glint in his eyes that made everyone who heard him shivered. Charles then pressed a button and the screen changed to a hanger. On it was a Humanoid Mecha with a motif of a Ferocious Lion with a crown. Its right hand resting on a Claymore. "He is perfect." exclaimed Raul. Raulthen turned to all officers and signaled one of them to open all communication. "The day has come where we can avenge those who have fallen to the Zerg. A few millennia has passed and though we have never got our planet run over by those blasted Zerg the scar still remains! If you know those reports stating that the Zerg is no longer active THEY! ARE! FALSE! If you know what the scoutships saw you will be shocked." he then signaled to have the screen showing a rogue Zerg hive cluster. After which the screen shows different scenarios but the thought is still there. Zerg killing innocent human and children." We tried to communicate with them to ask for an explanation to this behavior. Here is their reply!" the screen then changed to show a Zerg Broodmother." I am Niadra and I will not heed your foolishness. The Zerg shall claim your lives as per command of Kerrigan the Queen of Blades! You surrender Terran of Earth to us or your blood shall flow." the screen then froze as Niadra''s eyes shone. "This Broodmother threatened us! Even the Queen of Blades who was supposed to be the one who spearheaded the peace treaty secretly told to eradicate us! SHE HAS FOOLED US! THE PROTOSS ALSO CONSENTED TO THEM! WE ARE TREATED AS MERE DUST! WE SHALL BESTOW UPON THEM VENGEANCE AND THAT WE ARE NOT JUST HUMANS! WE! ARE! TERRANS! WE ARE THE RULERS OF THE GALAXY! WE SHALL PREVAIL! ONWARD! TO CHAR AND ITS SUBSYSTEM! DESTROY THE ZERG! AND IF THE PROTOSS STANDS IN OUR WAY. KILL THEM AS WELL!" rallied Raul. "TERRANS TO ME!" -Third party view- On that day, a large number of Terran warships turned its head to several subsystems overruned by the Zerg. Its last destination, Char, the home of the current Zerg Brood. Ch. 7 - Fight I woke up after feeling a sting on my left arm. What I saw probably scared half of my life. I saw a big cockroach-like creature with its antennas embedded in my left arm. I tried not to panic. I failed actually. I tore away those antennas, stood up and used my bone-sword to cut the damned creature in half. I took a deep breath and rejoiced that its over. After a few breaths, I felt another stinging sensation behind me. I turned around and saw several thousand of those cockroach creatures with their antenna pointing at me. I saw some of them swimming in the lava like its not even there. I strengthen my resolve and unfurled my wings to fly from this damned place. I tore the antennas that was piercing me from the back and flew twenty meters in the air. They looked at me and scurrying in the place where I was before. "Ha! You damned creatures! You can no longer catch me! HAHAHA" I rejoiced at my predicament. Suddenly, one of them looked at me and then followed by the others quickly. I felt something bad is gonna happen. One by one their back shells opened like beetles and wings then followed by a beating sound. I then saw the same cockroach who saw me flying and facing me with I think is a smirk on its face. A cold sweat drenched my back. "Oh hell no!" I then recalled a spell used by the High Templars which is Psionic Storm. Panicking, I gathered Psionic energy like crazy then focused it on my hand and I blasted the damned roach along with the others in the vicinity. Psionic lightning then jumped from one roach to another frying them. I think I just upgraded the Psionic Storm ability by accident since from what I know Psionic Storm doesn''t jump from unit to unit. I called my upgraded skill as Psionic Tempest. The Psionic lighting then stopped as the last cockroach creature fell. I went down and with a triumphant look on my face. "To hell with you! I am undefeatable! HAHAHA!" Drunk with my own victory I shouted. A few moments after I heard buzzing of wings. I looked up to the sky and saw a black cloud forming. I focused my eyes and used my psionic ability to enhance my eyesight. I then saw the same cockroach creature only that they were two to three times bigger with their antennas ending in a hooked barb and they have a stinger at the end of their thorax. Just imagine a mix of cockroach and a wasp. That is the nightmare I am currently seeing right now. A few seconds later the swarm headed to my location.Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings. "Me and my big mouth." I belatedly realized I have no mouth but since those creatures are fast approaching I unsheathed both by bone-swords and casted Psionic Tempest. I guess this is gonna be a long fight.

Viel Seidis Magma Roaches
Native to the Planet Viel Seidis. This insect actively dwells in an active volcano. A predator near the Viel Seidis volcanic belt. High resistance against heat. It''s eggs are black in color and is sometimes hidden along surfaces near the magma to heat the egg for it to hatch. The young roach is about half a meter in length once hatched and will grow up to 1 meter. Primarily omnivores that will eat whatever it could find including each other. Has sharp claws and mandibles but primarily uses its sharp antenna to kill prey. It will reach adulthood once enough food is eaten. It will then undergo a process similar to pupating and after one week the pupa will burst and it will then be considered as an adult. The adult roach has a barbed antenna for holding down enemies which they then finish by injecting a very potent paralyzing toxin through their stingers. Both the young and the adult can fly. Individually, they can easily be killed in long distance. Their carapace is not as strong as you would expect it to be and a small caliber firearm is able to pierce right through them. Only thing is, they are not considered killed unless their mesothoracic ganglion is thoroughly destroyed which is found just below their head and found in the middle where their legs congregate. The fastest way to kill them is to gather them on one location and use a very strong acid to incapacitate them or zap them with strong lightning. Prey to Viel Seidis Nerclavipes.

Planet: Viel Seidis
Was once known as the living planet. The creature who was named as Viel Seidis who was once a devourer of planets. One of the few alien species big enough to produce its own gravitational field. During the reign of Kerrigan, Artanis and Jim Raynor, this creature devoured one of the planets they planned to use as a new home for the Protoss. As the alliance was flying away leaving it at its own pace, Viel attacked them. This action drove the alliance to counter-attack. This also leads to the imprisonment of Viel Seidis and the creation of a new planet by using the technology of the Protoss, the cunningness of the Terrans and the force of the Zerg. The Alliance forced the creature to destroy two other uninhabited planets and the pieces was used as a cage to trap Viel which was held by twenty-four Graviton Crystals found throughout the planet. The Protoss the build a Temple each to secure and protect twelve of those Crystals, the Zerg has hidden six of them while the Terran build six research facilities around them by now it should already be called cities which are fully independent from the main Terran colonies. Viel Seidis is now physically dead as the tissues and muscles has already rotted away leaving a super skeleton as well as Viel Seidis'' core found at the middle of the planet. Either Assimilating the core or absorbing the core will allow one to recreate Viel Seidis on whatever they imagine limited only by materials present.
Ch. 8 - Assimilate After two days of constant fighting, I finally won the battle. Littered around me are countless corpses of those roaches. I sat down on top of the highest hill of corpses. Fatigue is evident on me. I lost my right arm as well as my two wings. My left foot is missing its half while my right leg is halfway eaten. My left horn is broken down to the base while my right horn snapped in two. I really need to absorb essences now to get back to my peak condition. Throughout the fight I was able to perfect my dual bone-sword technique. I also learned to use void energies allowing me to teleport as well as disappear like the Dark Templars. I was also able to mind control a creature to fight for me. I also learned to swap location with a target which helped me in very tough situations. I held one of the corpse with my left hand and began to absorb the corpse as well as its essences. My wound regenerate at a visible rate but it was not enough to regenerate lost limbs. I pick up another corpse and did the process again and again until I regenerated everything. I went to Abathur''s corpse and absorbed his essence. Suddenly, my vision went blank. I looked through Abathur''s memory and essences he collected. This never happened when I absorbed those roaches. My best guess is because they only hunted within this location and never travelled far. After a few minutes, I regained my vision and Abathur''s memory was then assimilated to me. All his knowledge and wisdom including how to manipulate genes to create Zerg units was also transferred to me. I then picked up his corpse and and a large roach corpse. I check that it would seem insufficient to use this corpse. I think It would be best to use a spider or something similar. I then gathered all the corpses and gathered them in one place. After an hour of gathering the corpses, I went to the east. If Abathur''s memory serves me right, there is a spider-like specie that fits my need to create a new Zerg unit or upgrade an existing one as well as a hidden hive nearest to my location. I plan to control a drone and create a base from there. Three hours after he left, an inconspicuous pod shot up to the sky from the former Evolution Chamber. After a few hours of walking, I encountered the hidden hive. Seeing that the defenses are quite thin and scattered due to almost no attacks from the natives here, I slipped in easily. I tried to find a lone drone but they travel in groups of three. The least one I saw travelled in pairs. I went nearer to the Hive when I suddenly felt the urge to stop. I didn''t dare move a muscle since I still felt something was off. A few minutes later a hidden Nydus worm emerged from the ground 10 feet away from me. A Queen then emerged from the Nydus Worm.Love this story? Find the genuine version on the author''s preferred platform and support their work! "Strange, I just felt something was moving toward this direction." The Queen exclaimed. "It must be just some random wind pressure my Queen. It is common in this place specially the volcanic belt." spoke a Lurker which emerge just a few meters to the left of me. "It felt wrong..." the Queen then stared at my location. I immediately used Mind Control on the Queen. I then psionically send a command to let it pass as a random wind pressure."Al''gorash, I think you are right. I''m probably just too sensitive. Please try to scout the western side, check if there are no natives entering the place." "Yes my Queen." the Lurker named Al''gorash then burrowed back and felt the him move to the western side. After ensuring that the Lurker is now gone and no other Zerg units are near aside from the Queen. I then command her to let me enter the Hive. We both went inside the Hive and went to a room that no one can enter without her permission. I then asked the Queen to lower her head so that I can use Assimilate on her so I can copy her memory. A few minutes afterwards, I released my hand from her head and looked through her memory. "So it seems I am on a planet that is found near the edge of the universe too far from the Terran Colonies as well as Char and its subsytems. Zerus and its subsystem is also a bit too far to the northwest. Auir and its subsystems is directly north of me also at the other edge. I have no information where Shakuras or its subsystems could be from my general location but I guess its also far from here." I then turned to the Queen "Tell every Zerg in your colony to gather infront of the Hive." "Yes my Lord." the Queen replied. I guess its time for me to control this colony and fulfill the Duty that was bestowed to me.
name: Ivan
Race: Race: Xel''Naga (Origin: Human)
Skills:
Psionic Tempest -upgrade of the Psionic Storm skill. Summons a psionic cloud that emits a psionic lightning in a 30 meter radius with the initial target as the origin. The lightning jumps to nearby enemy units within a 10 meter radius. Distance decreased by 5% per jump. Void Teleport -upgraded version of the Teleport skill of the Protoss. Able to Teleport anywhere in the universe as long as the caster memorized the place or is able to see the place selected. Does not work on places the caster was is not able to see, visualize and physically impossible. Void Swap -swaps location with a target. Target must be atleast 10 KM from caster''s location. Target must be within vision for it to take effect. Mind Control -controls the target''s mind and erases all negative thoughts against the caster and plants a false memory that the caster is someone the target is willing to die for and will follow all commands unconditionally. If the target is in a hierarchy, the target will think the caster as someone higher than the current highest in the hierarchy (ex: target is a drone, current hierarch is Queen>Drone>caster. Once casted it will become Caster>Queen>Drone). Does not affect thinking abilities or skills of the targeted individual. Needs the target to be within sight and it must be within 1 km. Does not require eye contact.
Ch. 9 - Materials After gaining control of the entire Colony, I directly command the current Zerglings as well as Roaches to go to the west of here and retrieve the hill of corpses I left and specially retrieved Abathur''s corpse. I will be needing those corpses and recycle them for other plans I have. I then commanded the Queen to place the corpses to the Evolution Chamber and have her evolve the Evolution Chamber to an Evolution Fortress courtesy from Abathur''s genetic blueprint. I also commanded the Queen to generate a pair of Zerglings which I will be using to experiment what I unit I had in mind. After giving command, I then headed east to find that spider-specie. After travelling for a few minutes I encountered a very curious insect. From Abathur''s memory, they are called Sniper Insect. Little insect the size of a frog with a very deadly accuracy. They collect small round rocks which they will throw to their prey. Sounds pretty normal but if the distance we are talking about is 1 Km from the insect then that is very awesome. The reason why Abathur didn''t absorbed the insects essence/genes is because he thought that this is a weak insect and is not worthy to be added to the Swarm. Well, he is technically correct since as long as you can evade the first shot and found this guy''s hiding spot you can easily dispatch it. It''s armor/carapace is weak, the guys is pretty slow, has short stubby but powerful legs. Can''t blame him but I definitely have a use for this little guy''s genes. After a few hours of searching for that spider, I went back to the hive. It seems that the spider is pretty damn hard to find. I got a few animals that got my interest though. Aside form the Sniper Bug, I got what is similar to Pachyrhynchus Infernalis. Its a big beetle-like insect as big as a dog with a very hard carapace. I even have to reinforce my bone-swords with psionic energy to pierce its shell. It''s deceptively fast for a big insect too. I almost thought it learned teleport. Unable to fly but can ram forward. Downside is they cannot move sideways or move backward. Im not an insect scientist (Author: is the word insectologist or zoologist?) so I don''t know why. I can dig in Abathur''s memory but its a waste of time. Next one is a flying snake with reflective scales. If it wasn''t for my danger perception I might have gotten myself killed without know what killed me. This little fucker almost bit my neck. This guys is almost invisible while flying through the jungle due to its scales reflecting the surroundings. There is a red arrow mark on its face that is not reflecting any surfaces which helped me in discerning and capturing this guy. The last one is a strange animal. Imagine Spoink from Pok¨¦mon or Tigger from Winnie the Pooh and combine them with a hammer and a lizard. This weird animal has spring-like feet and tail. It is about 6 inches long and about 1 inch wide lizard. Its head is shaped like the blunt end of the hammer while it being as hard as diamond. I originally ignored these guys when I went inside a small cave. They started hitting me but it didn''t hurt at all so I ignored them. After a few while they actually stopped. What I didn''t know is that they were building enough force to knock me down. After I investigated the cave, I went out and met these guys again. Of course, I ignored them until the first one managed to break my arm. That is when things go down. I didn''t dare let myself get hit again. It feels I got hit by a car...no...I guess its more accurate to say I got hit my a speeding truck that killed so many MCs and sent them to other worlds. When I grabbed them though they basically die of heart attack. It seems like they need to keep on jumping to let their blood move. Those are basically my harvest for the day.Did you know this text is from a different site? Read the official version to support the creator. After I got back I noticed that the Evolution Fortress was basically complete and all corpses has been placed inside including Abathur''s. I also saw the two Zerglings I have requested. I''m terribly sorry my dear Zerglings but you have to be sacrificed for my experiments. I then commanded the Queen to do as what they were doing previously without mentioning that I was here. The door to the Evolution Fortress was then closed and will remain closed for a while.

Viel Seidis Sniper Bug
A small insect native to a former planet that Viel Seidis destroyed before its landmass being used to trap Viel Seidis. Strange-looking since its an insect that has some how developed its front claws to hold an throw stones accurately over long distances. Its eyes is also developed to see those distances. Its four short stubby legs which ends in 3 sharp claws act as a stabilizer before throwing a stone it has gathered. It places its ''ammunition'' in a box-like structure found just behind the Thorax. During aiming the bug does not move. (Since I cannot describe it well in writing: Imagine the Weaver of Dota 2 and instead of those little bugs imagine him throwing stones with a box to put stones on his Butt.)

Viel Seidis Armored Nyindra
One of the toughest insect species found on Viel Seidis. Its hard shell is impervious to cutting attacks and possesses some degree of resistance against piercing and blunt attacks. Its shell will get harder the more nutrition the bug can get. It has a mechanism similar to a spring found on its back legs which is powerful enough to accelerate the body reaching up to Mach 1 speed in a short burst. Surprisingly a herbivore, kills enemies by ramming into them.

Viel Seidis Invis Scolecophidia
A very hard to find killer of Viel Seidis. Native Terrans called this create Arrow of Red Death due to the red arrow marking found on the face of this vicious flying snake. Usually found near caves or high density of foliage where its reflective scales make it harder to find. Furthermore, this snake is just three inches wide and maximum of 2 feet long while its body with is just barely reaching half an inch making this already hard to find snake harder. Luckily, they hunt alone. There is a specific time in the year though in which these snakes will actively gather in large groups in the forest to reproduce and when that happens the Terrans will send an alert to all to avoid going into the forest otherwise your death is guaranteed. Also has a potent paralyzing poison.

Viel Seidis Bullet Demon
Does not shoot bullets nor is a demon. Famed for its speed through its spring like feet and tail. Its head is made from a small amount of a certain mineral the lizard eats, Seidisium. Seidisium is actually the bone dust from Viel Seidis itself. This happens when a certain element + water oxidizes on the bones of Viel Seidis then hardens to form the mineral Seidisium. The lizard is purely eating rocks and minerals no specific mineral but seems to avoid eating rocks/minerals that is made from the Volcanic belt. The lizard needs to keep on moving to stay alive since they have no pulse to pump their blood. Literally staying in one place will kill them, usually a heart attack.
