 Chapter 1

    Shinkai Yuu was sleeping on the rooftop while his friends were playing a game.


    Andfrom out of nowhere rain of meteors fell down from the sky,as others were screaming, Yuu was sleeping like a log.

    Yuu friends stopped screaming. Dumbfounded by a mysterious voice that had just spoken into their mind and the transparent white screen that floated on top of their head.


    "I see, let''s choose this place." Said one of Yuu''s friends.


    "Oi! Yuu! Wake up and pick..." The other friend tried to wake Yuu up by slapping his face, but


    Three minutes have passed.


    And then the sky distorted, lights came from the floor, and everyone on Earth was teleported into Epsilon.


    2 Hours later.


    When Yuu woke up from his slumber, his cheek was stinging and full of hand mark. Still half asleep, a big yawn came out from his mouth, while stretching his back and scratching his head; Yuu slowly regained his consciousness.


    Trees as tall as a skyscraper surrounded him, and a strange green light shimmered through the vast canopy of leaves.


    "Where am i? .....Huh?! WHERE THE FUCK AM I?! Where is the school?!" Yuu''s eyes opened wide, looking around the rainforest with a puzzled face. His voice was replied by the sudden screech of a bird, the flicker of a monkey swinging through the branches overhead and the buzzing sound from the bug. They knew someone was here.


    Yuu didn''t have any chance to catch a breath, once he sat onto the nearby tree while trying to figuring out what was going on. A blue fur gorilla with four pairs of spider leg on his back swinging from one tree to the another.


    Yuu blinked several times, rubbed his eyes and pinched his cheek. "Ouch!" Since it was hurt, Yuu assumed that he wasn''t dreaming.


    ".....Right, is this what they call a hallucination? I know it that study for all night long isn''t good for my mind." Said Yuu while trying to convince himself.


    Then the reality struck him, theGoritulla jumped down from the right, right in front of Yuu''s face. Its mouth gaped black and dank. They exchanged glares to each other, it was so tense that the silence was as thick as the blackness, then Goritulla pummeled the ground and roared at Yuu.


    Goritulla slimy saliva along with a smell so foul adhered into Yuu''s body andwithout any warning, Yuu dashed away from Goritulla. "What the fuck is that?! WTF is that?! Wtf is that?!" Like a prayer, Yuu kept repeating his words.


    Slightly looking back to see the Goritulla location, it used its spider legs to move on the ground with an incredible speed. Maybe the luck wasn''t on Yuu side, he stumbled upon something and kissed the ground. In desperation, Yuu tried to face the Goritulla, it spider legs was piercing the ground, and big hole was created behind its path.


    "There is noway in hell I can survive that thing!!!!" Yelled Yuu after he saw Goritulla. Though Yuu couldn''t help but wonder why the Goritulla wasn''t attacking him, yet. Goritulla gave a thunderous roar before it slammed its hands and disappeared from Yuu''s sight.


    "......There''s something behind my back, right?!" At the very least Yuu wanted to know what things that killed him, hoping he could become a ghost and haunted that thing down. But, unlike with his expectation, there was nothing on his back.


    "Yeah, I''m pretty sure that I didn''t see anything when I was running in this direction." Said Yuu.


    Still, it was a close call. Whatever the reason that made Goritulla ran away, Yuu assumed that it was either a Deux-ex machina or his hidden power that made it ran away. After catching his breath, Yuu stood up but he couldn''t move his feet.     It was about the time that Yuu was trying to remove the branch that tied his feet. The top half of Goritulla''s body was thrown at the tree near him, with enough power to split the tree in half, seeing the lifeless corpse of Goritulla, Yuu hastened his hand to remove the thick branch.


    Just remembering that he had a lighter, Yuu flicked the lighter and burned the branch, the branch wasn''t burned down but it retreated into the ground like someone was pulling it. After this phenomena, Yuu could felt a tremor, surrounding trees were moving and creating a path for one tree, bigger than the rest. Its roots were covering the ground and unlike the other tree, it had a human face andheld a wooden club in its human-like right arm.


    Yuu desperately tried to run from the Treant, but in front of him, Yuu saw a small dinosaur, twice on his size,with scally skin covered its body and sickle-shaped clawsran at him with incredible speed.


    It was hard enough for Yuu to run away inside this sea of trees. He knew that for turning around he must stop for a second and stopping mean getting squashed by the Treant, while if he continued to run straight, there was a slight chance the small dinosaur missed him.


    Or that was what he thought.


    The dinosaur easily bit his uniform; snatching Yuu and running from the Treant. "Fu!! Is it going to give me to its kids?!" Said Yuu.


    After spending minutes trying to run away from the dinosaur, Yuu finally fell to the ground, or more likely the dinosaur dropped to the ground.


    Surprised, Yuu looked toward the dinosaur and saw a green light surrounded on its body. After the light was dissipated, a brown-haired girl, from the lack of muscles on her leg, anyone could tell that this girl was a paraplegic.


    Though the real problem was. "What the hell happened?! who are you?! where am I?! How can you turn into a dinosaur?! or you''re turning into a human?!" Finally, Yuu snapped. His mind couldn''t take it anymore and the sight of another human made him asked one thousand questions.


    "E...erm...my name is Hitori Mio. Nice to meet you." Said Mio while her body still facing the ground.


    "Oh... Shinkai Yuu.... Wait?! This isn''t the time for that!!! Where is this place?! How do you do that?! what is that monster?!"


    "Erm... I guess this is a part of Epsilon, do you forget it? The meteor? Voice in your head? Epsilon?"


    "Never heard that..."


    "...Is that so? Erm... are you sure you didn''t hit your head? I don''t know much about this place either but I guess I can answer your question."


    And as Yuu began to listen of what happened. He turned his back, covering his face and staring at the distance. "...Ahaha... No way... All of that thing happened and I still sleeping?!"


    "E..em... don''t feel too bad, you''re doing fine! Um.. I mean just look at me, I was to busy to determine my starting location and the next thing I knew I was in this jungle." Said Mio while trying to cheer Yuu.


    Taking a deep breath ".....So, this status thing, how do I get that?"


    "Erm... there''s this tattoo below your right wrist right? try to touch it while saying menu. Um... and if you don''t mind, can you help me sit down? it feels weird to talk while my face was facing the ground." Said Mio.


    Without hesitation, Yuu grabbed her collar and put her into sitting position. He sat next to her and opening his status. "...Eh, why is mine N/a?" Asked Yuu.


    "E..ehm... try to roll your status. See? that button? try to touch it."


    Yuu touched the button on the transparent white screen, dices fall down followed by things that came from out of nowhere.

 Chapter 2

    The pair sat still in the middle of the rainforest jungle. Mio was sitting on the ground, humming and smiling while tinkering with her status screen. Meanwhile, Yuu was cutting off branches, planning to make a spear. He remembered some survival video he watched on Yourtube, something about spear was the best survival weapon.


    Yuu trimmed the branches and knobs off and made a clean wooden pole, using his dagger, he cut long, thin, vertical strips off the pole until he was left with a shelf for the dagger, cutting his belt and a little bit of his shirt Yuu tied one end of the cordage to the base of the shelf and wrapped the other end around the dagger handle.


    But then Mio opened her mouth. "Em... Do you have some food?"


    Yuu stopped, sweating slightly from the effort to make a spear. Gritting his teeth, Yuu faced the truth. He wasn''t hungry right now but when he heard Mio words the thought of eating and drinking began to fill his mind.


    He knew there must be some food out there, but going out there and searching for foods was a big no. "...Why don''t you turned into a raptor and go hunting some foods." Yu began to tighten the cordage after he said this.


    Holding her rumbling stomach, Mio said "Em... I already reached the limit. Besides, I saved your life, don''t you suppose to do me a favor?"

    "E..ehm.. you can use my bag to store the food." Said Mio while she handing Yuu her leather bag.


    As Yuu took the bag and walked from the somewhat safe spot. The leaves swayed softly, with every step he took he could hear the sound of crumbling leaves. Remembering the former incident, Yuu walked more slowly and tiptoed towards the treeline while watching to his surrounding.


    When he finally found a tree that bore strange fruits, which extended for several meters high. And right on top of that tree, there were several six armed monkeys, slightly bigger than the size of a normal monkey, but their distinctive feature was three arms, each on the side of their body.


    Without hesitation, Yuu chose to walk away from the tree, He continued to search for the other source of food, the one that didn''t jeopardize his safety, but after the fourth occupied tree, Yuu stomach began rumbling.

The six-armed monkeys watched him furiously, one monkey began to move its arm and leaped toward Yuu, in which, with some luck, Yuu instinctively thrust his spear right into the six-armed monkey abdomen. Yuu swung the spear as strong as he could to remove the lifeless body of the six-armed monkey.


    Seeing the body of his comrades, the big six-armed monkey jumped to the ground, it began screeching, showing off his sharp teeth and glaring at Yuu''s eyes like it wanted to challenge him. Feeling that he couldn''t win, Yuu still slowly backing away, but unknown to him, the other monkeys already surrounded him, their hands were slamming at the ground alongside with their screeching shouts.


    Now when it came down to this, Yuu supposed he wouldn''t get away easily, probably the best way was to fight and kill them.


    The big six-armed monkey slowly circling Yuu, and without a moment of notice, it threw specks of dirt toward Yuu, reflexly he closed his eyes. The big six-armed monkey used this chance to pound Yuu, using two of its lower arms and legs it continued by gripping on Yuu''s body all while the rest of its arms pummeled him. The other six-armed monkey also began to throw him with rocks.


    Meanwhile, Yuu dropped the spear on his right hand, his left hand pulling the big six-armed monkey head, his right fingers shoving into the big six-armed monkey left eye, pulling it away and Yuu following it by pummeling the big six-armed monkey''s face.


    After the third punch, the big six-armed monkey was letting his grip go, and the fourth punch was throwing the monkey onto the ground.


    "Hey, you guys aren''t that strong." Said Yuu while he repeatedly stomping the big six-armed monkey''s head.


    Following their leader demise, the other monkey stopped throwing rocks and began to flee.


    Grabbing his spear back "...Oh, right her food."


    Climbing the tree and put the strange purple round squishy fruits into the leather bag. "Mark." Yuu began to follow a piece of floating fog that led him back to his camp.


    Soon he saw a girl with brown long bob, still sitting in the same spot while humming and drawing something on the ground. Mio stopped her humming and scrambling her drawing when she noticed Yuu presence. "O..oh... you''re back, wha?! is that blood?!"


    "Yeah, not mine though. Btw here''s your food." After Yuu handing Mio her food, he sat in the tree in front of her, taking a piece of cigarette and light it away.

 Chapter 3

    As the sun set down and the moons cast a large shadow, yes, moons. Sitting up, Yuu was amazed to find several moons floating around on the starry sky, One moon surrounded by two smaller moons, four even smaller moons queued in a straight line and one moon that seemed to get bigger. Yuu opened his eyes as wide as he could when he noticed that there was a shadow moving around from one of those moons.


    "E..ehm... So what is your story?" Mio''s voice became one with the background music of burning fire and insect chirping.


    "Story about what?" Yuu answered with his eyes still gazing toward the stars and the moons.


    "Em, something about school, maybe... does it fun? do you have many friends? what clubs are you joining in? and aren''t you a bit too young to smoking? or something like that."


    "Maybe, maybe, I don''t join club, yes I know that. There, I answered everything." Yuu''s eyes still focused on the sky, followed by a big yawn coming out from his mouth.


    "Ehehe... is that so, erm... Yuu, maybe we should get some water and protein."


    Although that might be sound demanding but Yuu nodded, it would be better for them to have sufficient nutrition before they started to get dehydration or malnutrition.

    "Oi, do you hear something?" Yuu whispered while watching his surrounding.


    "Hm.... no... zz..." As her head swaying down, she fell asleep while sitting.


    Stretching his body, Yuu grabbed his spear, readied for the worse possible moment, though after one hour passed. With nothing else to do except keeping the fire burn, Yuu opened his status screen.

    "How? I was sure I didn''t get anything this afternoon."


    Yuu checked through all of the available menus, there he found something about Level and Exp. Then Yuu frowned after he read what was written on that menu.

    The thought that it wasn''t the Alarm that alerted him, but just a loud notification from the menu somewhat annoyed him a lot.


    Yuu¡¯s eyes went to the leather bag located next to Mio, where there were many of purple colored fruit, he walked toward there, grabbed a fruit and ate it while rolling the crystal clear status dice, resulting in four and, the blood red hit point dice, resulting in seven. Without thinking too much, Yuu decided to allocate his stat points into Strength and Agility.


    "Ah, crap. I need two points to raise Agility huh. well, whatever."

    After a few minutes of eating and preparing, Mio rolled a dice, and it showed 6. As her body and clothes transformed into deadly and savagely raptor, she lost her ability to speak but gain an ability to walk.


    Yuu nonchalantly sat on top of a raptor that moved 63 feet per second and yawned. An hour later, Mio turned back and Yuu was the one that carried her.


    "Dang, you should gain some weight." Said Yuu when Mio rode on his back.


    "Ehehe... hm... I know, well the food here is tasty, maybe I will become fat." Mio grinned. It was strange that she felt so excited about this whole Epsilon thing. Although her heart was pounding, knowing that this was a life and death matter. She was content, she could walk under the warmness of the sun, feel the breeziness of the wind, and feel healthier than the usual.


    They walked for a few hours, and surprisingly they didn''t meet any monster. "Hey... do you hear that?" Mio broke the silence atmosphere.

    A couple of minutes later, Yuu managed to spearfishing another fish. Less then an hour, he managed to catch five fish, three silver scale sweetfishes and the other two looked like a normal pomfret.


    Feeling that it was enough, Yuu stopped and began to untie his spearhead. "Oi, gut the fish. I''ll gather some firewood." Yuu gave Mio his dagger and went gathered some wood as soon as he finished his words.


    "E...ehh?!" An unpleasant feeling rose from her heart when Mio heard Yuu. Her only experience in cooking came from a cooking manga. Unsure of what to do, Mio hesitantly touched the fish, the fish flapping its body when she did this, followed by a scream. "E..ekk!!"


    Less than a 5 minutes, Yuu came back and the first thing he saw was Mio holding a dagger in reverse, like she wanted to murder people, with five fishes still laying on the ground. "....You can''t cook right?"


    Without saying any word, Mio lightly nodded.


    "...Unbelievable." Yuu dropped the firewood and walked toward Mio, taking the dagger and taking one fish. "...Oi, watch me."

    Though, around the time they filled their stomach, something was sitting on a branch, gazing at themfrom the distance.

 Chapter 5

    It took around a half hour for them to fill their stomach, As Yuu was laying on the ground while Mio eating the purple fruit, at the same time something moved closer toward their direction. Through its stealthy method, it jumped out from the bushes into in front of Mio, with an arrow ready at the tip of its bow directed at her head.


    Much to their surprise, Yuu immediately grabbed his dagger. As he watched the tortoise skinned person, covered with a brown leather cloak and leaf green colored hair still directing the arrow right at Mio''s head. "What are you?!" Yuu shouted.


    As the hooded figure turned its face toward Yuu, it showed its womanly figure and light green eyes with dark green vertical pupils similar to those of a cat.


    Mio surprised and confused reacted a little too late. With nervous eyes and trembling voice "E..erm... Yuu, I don''t think she knows our language."


    "Yeah, right. Of course, only human know the common language." Said the husky voice woman as she glared at Mio.

 Chapter 7

    When Yuu awoke, he realized that he honestly had no idea how long he was asleep, two things that he knew. One, Mio was sleeping on his lap. Two, Clorevica smiling at him and she swung a bucket full of cold water at them.


    As the freezing water touched Mio skin, she instantly opened her eyes as wide as she could and raising her head up. In the process her head met with Yuu''s chin, making a very loud sound as they met. As she was holding her head in pain, she realized she was fell asleep on top of Yuu''s lap and immediately a dice fell, showing a number four. Then she turned into a raptor, running away from Yuu side, hitting Yuu''s face with her tail in the process.


    "Roarr!!" Roaring, Mio glared and jumped at Yuu, trying to bite him without a clear reason.


    "Are you sure you two aren''t a comedian couple?" Clorevica commented at the slapstick that just happened in front of her face.


    Although not receiving a pleasant morning, at least for Yuu. The dawn proceeded as usual, with breakfast consisted of rainbow-colored nuts and banana-shaped apple. And from out of nowhere, a surprising thing came out from Clorevica''s mouth. "Oi, after breakfast, come with me."

    After a few hours of running and switching, they noticed that there wasn''t any monster near them. which made them feel better. Soon, Clorevica stopped and waiting for both of them this time.

    The Treant, although this time it was equipped with a wooden spiky club, bigger than before and a wooden shield. Slowly the surrounding smaller tree began to move, which made both of Yuu and Mio nervous, but somehow Mio figured they could handle it, at least the moving tree. The trees hooted to each other, pointing at the big Treant, and the smallest tree ran to the Treant. When the Treant grabbed it, the smaller Tree turned into a stake and the Treant started to put it inside of its body.

    After 1 minute which felt like an eternity. "Goddamnit! Yes! I''ll help you! Just help me run away!"


    Smiling, Cloverica nocked an arrow, as she said "Knockback Arrow" Three d6 dices were rolling, showing a number totaled in 7. "Crap!" Shouted Cloverica as she shot her arrow and saw the result. The arrow hit right at the Treant body, its body weight made it only get pushed for about two meters, less than the supposed value.


    Though it was enough for Yuu to escape from the Treant attack range, As Yuu ran and leaped toward Mio in her raptor form, he managed to grab her tail. Surprised, Mio roared and ran away from the Treant location.

    Confused Yuu protested at her while looking to Clorevica. As she did a very bad acting, pretending she had just realized and speaking in a monotone voice.     Back at Clorevica tree house.


    Clorevica was helping Mio to raise her level. Meanwhile, Yuu sat down sighing, there was no way he could take his word back. Looking at many empty bottles made from clay, cloth rag, his lighter and a lot of ale.

    As he crept inside of the jungle, farming 16 six-armed monkeys and 4 horned boars, his body now was far lighter than the usual, he could run at a full speed for twenty minutes before his breath became short. Not only that he experimented by kicking a tree and he was strong enough to peel the bark without feeling any pain.


    Then when he was fighting another group of six-armed monkeys, although this time there were two big six-armed monkeys inside of that group, he resigned himself to a deep sigh. Three punches were enough to kill one big six-armed monkey, as for the other one using a small dagger Yuu managed to almost cut half of its head.


    Though, after stretching his body. Yuu somehow felt slightly guilty, what will happen if I keep mindlessly killing those monster? wouldn''t they go extinct? but isn''t their number a little bit too much? no matter how fast they reproduce, in the last two days, I almost killed 100 of those monkeys. And that is only me, not to mention someone else like Clorevica and their natural predator.


    But that was a question for another day.

    Though it was slow, like very slow, Yuu managed to search for his dagger and grabbed it yet, the constrictor snake wasn''t able to catch him and not only that it also made a loud hissing sound as it turning his body and slithering toward Yuu. "Unbelievable, how can I not noticing something at this size." Yuu muttered.


    As the snake somehow became alerted, it raised its body and showed its two fangs that had the size twice of Yuu''s middle finger. As the constrictor snake pecked at Yuu, he non chalantly avoiding it while slashing a little bit of its head.


    The slash wasn''t deep, but it was enough to make it bleed. Once again it attacked Yuu this time using its tail to sweep him, but it was slow, too slow at least it was slow in Yuu eyes. Yuu slightly jumped avoiding its tail, though to his surprise, the corner of its tail bent in an impossible way and stroke Yuu right in his chest, this time the impact and the pain was greater than the previous one and threw in a few meters away.

    But, then Yuu realized something.

    Then Clorevica used "Magic Weapon." 2d10 fell and showed (4,8), Again this time for Yuu (9,5) and Mio (9, 7), as Yuu''s dagger and Mio''s Axe tail were covered by floating blue sand. "Actually, you two don''t need to attack except you''re bored of living, but just in case something happened it''s better to have a preparation. though this is only last for an hour."

 Chapter 10

    Clorevica couldn''t help but unbelievably look at two under leveled, far under leveled couple.


    Yuu plunged toward the Treant and consistently avoiding its smashing while throwing a Molotov on its body and roots. As Mio repeatedly jumped and brought Yuu another bundle of Molotov without an order. Meanwhile, Clorevica was sniping from the distance, keeping the moving tree away from them while sometimes attacking the Treant.

    However, the Treant wasn''t only stood still. Holes opened on its finger. Immediately, a dozen wooden stakes were flying toward Yuu, although he managed to avoid all of it, the stakes were creating a fence, blocking Yuu movement for a moment.     Six stones hovered around its wrist and launched toward Yuu at the same time. As he forcefully moving his hand, taking a bottle of potion and drank it, after 10 seconds his Hit point went back to 52. The bruise on his stomach and his wrist slowly disappeared.


    "Thanks..." Yuu said as he grabbed another Molotov and charged toward the Treant again. As he burning the cloth and throwing it to the Treant, slowly turning its brown bark to black. Although 10 minutes had passed, Yuu couldn''t see the sigh that the Treant was bothered by the flame.


    "Clo! Use your knockback arrow!" Yuu shouted. He set up another Molotov and threw it high into the air, Clorevica, understood what Yuu wanted, aiming at the bottle and "Knockback Arrow." launching the bottle for another 18 meters, as the bottle heading toward the Treant leaf hair, it burned more effective than on its skin.     The Treant raised its club and swung it to Yuu, couldn''t prepare himself to avoid it, he used the whole of his arm and embraced the attack. Once the club was connected to him, Yuu''s left arm and leg was partially damaged, even bone was popped out from his arm and his leg was fractured, not only that Yuu flew toward Mio body, destroying half of their Molotov stock, though if Mio didn''t use her body as a pillow, the damage would be far greater. One hit alone was enough to reduce Yuu''s hit point into 5 and Mio absorbing the impact, her Hit point was reduced by 9.


    The enraged Treant began to open its mouth and started spewing rain of stakes. "Gravity Arrow." "Knockback Arrow." She precisely shot each of the stakes, switching between Gravity Arrow and Knockback Arrow, though the cost was she already reached the limit on her Gravity Arrow and could only use Knockback Arrow two more times.

At the same time, Clorevica was waiting for the precise moment, full of precision, she shot the flaming arrowhead right at the bag when it reached the Treant''s mouth.


    As the fire burning right inside of the Treant''s mouth, it didn''t take long for its body to be burned from the inside. As the burning Treant fell to the ground, its body slowly turned into ashes and from the middle of its body, there was a silver treasure chest.

 Chapter 11

    5 days later.


    As a human, a raptor, and a wood elf walked out from the thick deep jungle. They saw many other people, young, old, even kids, not older than a junior high school student, some were heavily armed, others were only brought a simple sword, some were looking like human and others had pointy ears or a horn. Though, one thing for sure, their eyes were attracted to a large chest and mysterious bag that was carried by the raptor.


    Back at the trio, Yuu once more checking his left arm, a big scar was left by the Treant. It wasn''t like he was bothered by the scar, but the scar was itchy. "Dork, don''t you dare scratch it." Said Clorevica without looking at him.


    Right after they found the chest, the wound on Yuu''s arm and leg were opening again. One thing that he learned from that incident was, no matter how magical a potion is, they couldn''t instantly heal the wound without a proper treatment.


    As the tree became thinner and the crowd became louder. "Yeah, this is the city. If you''re looking for a place with rowdy people, paying for your house and water. Yep, Earthbury is your place."     While waiting for Clorevica,  Yuu realized that no one from Earth had chosen Earthbury as their starting point. Letting out a big sigh, "E..erm... Yuu... I''m sorry.." once again Mio bowing her head and apologizing.


    "Geez, relax. I''m not that MAD." Replied Yuu without looking at Mio.


    After 5 minutes full of conversation with Mio apologizing, Clorevica walked out of the warehouse and brought three leather purse along with a small bag. "Your share." Said Clorevica as she threw the purses to them.


    Yuu checked the purse. Inside he found 99 gold coin, 99 silver coin, 99 copper coin, and 100 iron coin. Without saying a word he stood up and walked away from them.


    Immediately Mio stood up and grabbed his shoulder. "...What again? Our deal is off right?" Said Yuu while turning his face; facing Mio.


    "E..erm... can we stay together a little bit longer? You know... maybe until we learn about the letter and money currency." Said Mio.


    ....That was a good idea. Yuu never thought about that and much to his surprise Clorevica also stood up and talking to them. "Dork, Mio. I''m going to buy some supplies. Wanna come?"


    As they curiously glancing at Clorevica, working their brain to decipher the weaning of her word. She walked past them without saying anything. Gasped, Mio with her raptor leg pulling Yuu''s arm. "W..wait Clorevica, we''re coming."


    At the shopping district in Earthbury city, they followed Clorevica and went through many blacksmith and armor store, as they entered the alley; deviated from the main street. They reached a tattered small shop with no one else except an old man and a young dwarf.


    "Gramps, make me something good from this." Said Clorevica as she thrown her bag and showed a different kind of monster materials.


    The old man, bald, thin, only had two tooths left and didn''t look promising at all, without even smiling or greeting them, checked the bag and took some materials away.


    Without anything else to do, Yuu strolled around the store as he found an enormous massive sword, from tip to handle, it is approximately 1.8 to 2.1 meter long, with a single-edged large blade approximately one foot wide, the blade had a  lighter silvery color on the bladed edge, while the rest of the blade was black metal, precisely like the one he saw on video game. As he moved his finger to touched the sword. "Brat!! Who do you think you are to touch my creation?!" Yelled the old man, even though Yuu hadn''t touched the sword.

    "Relax gramps, they''re with me. Though that guy is a dork, I don''t think he will understand your words. By the way they are still new for this kind of thing, like a baby." Said Clorevica.


    "A greenhorn eh?" Shouted the old man. As he glanced at Yuu and Mio. "Oh? Thief and Shifter? that''s unusual. Still, my creation isn''t for a greenhorn. Bokhit! go listen to their orders." Said the old man like he magically knew about Yuu and Mio class.


    The young dwarf then went to them. "What do you want? I''m guessing the woman over there is a shifter.* The dwarf stopping his words and shaking his head while sighing "Why do you choose a shifter? it is like, I don''t know, the second most useless Class you can ever take." Said the dwarf as his eyes were scanning at Mio''s body.


    Rather than replying back, Mio just slowly walked behind Yuu''s back and slowly hid her face. "...Well, she has her own reason." Replied Yuu as her spokesperson.


    As Bokhit strolled around to the store right side and mumbling "Hmph! whatever, then a Shifter... shifter... how about a couple of throwing weapons? like a short spear and throwing knife? that should be fine to cover your weaknesses." Said Bokhit, he grabbed a few different varieties of short spear, about 1 meter in length and threw it to Yuu.


    "Oi! Mio, your short spears is here." Said Yuu as he turned around and handing her the spears.


    "Then a Thief... *Sigh* why are you choosing Thief? are you want to become a criminal?" Bokhit once again commenting at their Class while shaking his head. "Then, of course, you want a dagger, maybe some throwing weapon, and... " Said Bokhit.


    "Oi! how much for this?" Said Yuu as he pointing a crossbow.


    Bokhit completely ignoring him and continuing his word. "That one is a fail product, how about this boomerang? it should be fine, Ah, can you use Chakram? Oh, this one is a good one for the woman." As he scattered a lot of thing on top of the table and gave both of them a monocle.


    Wearing the monocles, as they focusing their eyes, they could see a small screen popping out from the equipment and this time in a language they could understand. After browsing through the list, they could optimize their choices, but Yuu''s fashion sense was tingling when he saw the color combination of armor and clothes that Mio chose.  Chapter 13

    The trip to the inn was a hard one, they brought too many things at once. Still, even after spending their time shopping, they didn''t manage to get a grasp of the money value in Epsilon. In the end, Mio told Yuu to just assuming that 1 Cooper coin was equal to 1$ and spending their money based on that assumption.


    They stayed at a high-grade inn, a night with meals was 8 Silver coin, since this inn didn''t have a triple room, and even though Yuu was forcing the other to take a private room, somehow Mio was insisting to stay in one room. In the end, they took a room for four persons costing 30 silver coin for a night.


    Albeit protesting, Yuu eyes were shinning when he finally saw a bed, a real bed not the one made from a bear rug. "Finally!" He said as he dived to the bed. It didn''t take long for him to fall into a deep slumber.


    While Mio was sniffing her body with an unpleasant expression. Rummaging through their groceries, she took out a soap, a shampoo, a toothbrush, and a toothpaste, with a big grin on her face she ran to the bathroom.


    Clorevica on the other hand, sitting on top of her bed, closing her eyes and slowly releasing her breath in and out while thinking. ...Why am I following them?


    Falling deep into her meditation, she could hear everything, a laughing voice from the first floor, a sound of water from the bathroom, Mio''s humming and a slight movement from Yuu''s direction.


    As she opening her eyes, she saw Yuu, already standing while scratching his head. Slowly he walked away from his bed. "Dork, where are you going?"


    Half asleep, a big yawn came out from Yuu. "...Toilet." He replied. Then, Slowly Yuu turned the doorknob and stood still in front of the bathroom.


    Five seconds later.


    "Gyaaa!!! W..What are you doing! G..get out!!!"


    As a bucket flying right into Yuu''s head, he closed the door and walked away. Watching the slapstick comedy Ah, that is my reason Clorevica thought on her mind with a little giggle came from her mouth.


    After all of them was finished bathing and taking a good amount of rest, they walked to the first floor and eating their dinner.


    Then, while Yuu was smoking on the outside, Mio eating her cakes and Clorevica enjoying her ale, a medium build man about 180 cm tall came to them with a big grin. "Hey, isn''t that the famous Clorevica? what are you doing? bored living in the jungle?" Said the man as sat in Yuu''s chair.


    Clorevica acting like the man wasn''t there and Mio slightly looking at him. Wearing a fancy black robe with a mysterious letter scribbled on its side and a pointy hat along with a book on his arm. Yup, this must be a magician Mio thought on her mind.


    "Ouch! Such a cold treatment. Hey, miss, you seem to be a kind person. What''s your name?" Asked the man as he gave Mio a friendly smile.


    "E..erm...Mio...nice to meet you, em.. excuse me, but that seat is-" Replied Mio as she politely trying to tell Osval that the seat was taken but Osval was cutting her word.


    "I''m Osval, by the way, is she your friend?" Asked Osval as he rested his chin on top of the table and gazing at Mio.


    Slightly turning her eyes to Clorevica, she nodded. "I see... it must be sucks right?, having a cold-blooded murderer as your friend."Stolen content warning: this content belongs on Royal Road. Report any occurrences.


    His word made Mio flinched, and the inn rowdy atmosphere slowly became quiet as everyone started whispering among each other and looking at Clorevica. "Oh? You don''t know? Oops... did I just say something unnecessary?" Said Osval as he closing his mouth.


    But he managed to get Clorevica attention as she said. "What do you want?"


    Raising his head and nodding a few times. "Now we''re talking. Hey, hey do you remember me?" Osval pointing himself and asked Clorevica with a smile, though this time his eyes weren''t smiling as he glared at her.


    "Duh, do you think I''m stupid? You just introduce yourself."


    "Yup, yup. Of course, you don''t remember. After all, we are nothing more than an insect for you. So... what are you planning to do to Mio? do you find your next target? Hm... hey, Mio, Mi~o."


    Perhaps the most stressing thing about the whole situation to Mio was she wanted to speak for Clorevica, but unsure of what she should say, she trembled, as the air that entered her lunge became heavy and her body become hotter.


    "Hey~ Mio~ Are you ignoring me?" Said Osval as he waving his hand right in front of Mio''s face.


    And this whole situation was almost immediately over when someone was speaking.


    "...Dude, I don''t mind if you''re going to hit on her, but take a hint will you, moreover that''s my seat, hush."


    Slowly, Osval turned his gaze and saw Yuu as he brought another set of meal on his hand. Trying to figure out who the man was. "My, my, are you her friend? what''s your name?" Osval said with a cheerful smile.


    "Nope. Just an acquaintance. Besides, don''t you supposed to introduce yourself before asking for another person name?"


    Being a careful man, Osval introduced himself and after Yuu told his name with glittering eyes, Osval spoke. "Hey, hey. Yuu, do you know that Clorevica is a killer?"


    For several seconds, nothing happened. Yuu just blankly stared at Osval and with a flat voice, he spoke. "So? is that all? oh my god~ I sleep next to murderer~ oh~ I''m so surprised~ now fuck off from my seat."


    Hearing the strange insult from Yuu, after a few moments dumbfoundedly staring at him, Osval opened his mouth. "..Right, right. maybe I don''t speak it clear enough."


    This time, vein popped on Yuu''s forehead, his entire gaze glaring at him, without any hesitation, almost immediately he kicked him out of the chair. "...Maybe I''m the one that doesn''t speak clear enough. Fuck off from my seat." Said Yuu as he began to put his food into the table.


    Everyone was staring at them. This wasn''t a cheap inn. There was a big sign nailed to the wall. ''Do not fight in this inn.'' Yuu couldn''t read it though.


    But, before the inn guards able to stop the fight, a ring of fire shot up and it exploded into many of smaller ring of fire; all heading toward Yuu.


    It was his first time fighting since he got his first class, an excitement was building up right inside of his body. With a huge grin, Yuu leaped around the room, evading each and every ring of fire that chased after him while tapping the nearby person shoulder, stealing their Agility. In less than a minute, he successfully stealing 32 Agility from six persons. And less than a ten seconds, he stole 27 Agility away from three other people.


    Moving with a speed of 70feet/second in an instant was surreal. Not only that, without momentum, Yuu could jump for more than 8 meters, as he became more adaptable with his speed, he leaped right into Osval and kicking him right at his head, but his kick got blocked by Osval Physical Barrier.


    "Marvelous! Marvelous! You must be her accomplice right?!" Spoke Osval as he realized a crack on his barrier.


    After a small hesitation, as Yuu wondered what would happen if he used Steal: Strength and kicked Osval with a full power.


    It didn''t take long for Mio and Clorevica to realize the meaning behind Yuu expression, as they jumped next to him, blocking him from destroying the inn any further.


    As Yuu adrenaline slowly gone, he saw the inn owner''s face slowly turned red. "You three!!! Get out from my inn and don''t come back for forever!!!!"

    Having left the MoonSun Inn, the moons had already begun to reach its peak as the trio strolled their way inside the inn district. The inn district was not all that far from the marketplace. The surrounding inns were already lifeless with activity as people started to sleep and rest.


    The trio examined the surrounding buildings trying to find an empty inn.


    "Hey~ the handsome big bro and the beautiful sisters over there!"


    While they were restlessly looking around for an empty inn, a voice suddenly called out to them. Thinking it could only be themselves who were being called, they turned around to see a carrot, layered hair girl wearing a white apron over a black dress. She was probably three or four years younger than Yuu.


    "Do you mean us?" Yuu answered while trying not to raise his hope up. He couldn''t take any more disappointment when the one that called out to them was a brothel.


    "Yup! That''s right! Are you guys by any chance looking for an Inn?" As not to let a potential customer escaped, the girl clung into Yuu''s right arm.


    "Yeah right, we''re not looking for a brothel." Said Clorevica as she tried to shove the young girl away.


    "How rude! We are a real inn!" The girl gave Clorevica a cheerful answer.


    "U..um... then... we''d like to stay for a night." Replied Mio, though somehow she couldn''t help wonder why she glared toward the young girl.


    "Yay! Three guests are coming! Come here! Quick, quick!" The girl impatiently began pulling Yuu towards a nearby inn.


    It was a wooden two-story building. Just at a glance, they could tell the building had some age behind it.


    Upon entering, a counter greeted them with a door on the left leading to the dining hall and bar. Noisy voices could be heard from the other side of the door. Merry singing and loud quarrels, such noises indicated that the everyone inside was already drunk.


    "50 Copper coin for a night including dinner and breakfast." The girl stopped for a moment; and counting with her finger.


    "That means, for three persons it will be one Silver coin and 50 Copper coin. Hot water and a towel will be another 10 copper coin. The fee is to be paid in advance!" The girl cheerfully explained the rates while showing a smug face as she had just completed a multiplication.


    "Oi, do you guys want hot water and a towel?" Yuu asked his companions, in which they replied with a nod.

    "Ah! wait! that''s not what I mean! Anyway, if you guys need anything, feel free to ask! Come downstairs when you¡¯ve finished putting away your luggage. It''s already late but the dining hall is still open! Just go to the left door near the reception. Ah, and please... please don¡¯t get into any fights with other adventurers." Somehow she was able to say that in a single breath.


    "Oh, hey girl. What do you think about the adventurers that are always getting into a fight?" Said Clorevica.


    "They are really just idiots! To so easily be provoked! Ah! Sorry! I don''t mean it that way, you guys seem to be a nice person!" Delice answered Clorevica question.


    Hearing this a shadow cast over on Yuu''s face. "Hm~? What wrong Yuu~? Somethings wrong~?" Said Mio.


    "Yep, don''t worry about that. We are a nice person~ Right, Dork, oh I mean Yuu~ Ah~ I just can''t differentiate you two anymore~" Said Clorevica as she took the key from Delice hand and unlocked the door.


    Delice only tilted her head when she heard the girls. As she cheerfully walked back to the first floor, the Trio entered the room and put their luggage. "Geez, how many times do I need to say sorry? and it wasn''t my fault either. That guy just kept acting smug, ignoring my words and acting like I''m the idiot. Moreover, why only us that were getting kicked?"


    "Hm... Is that So? Because we were getting kicked....Yuu must be happy right? .... Meeting that girl." After Mio finished her sentence she completed it by sticking her tongue out.


    "....You know, this wouldn''t happen if you two just rejecting his offer or just told him that the seat is occupied." Still though that Osval was hitting on them. Yuu flicked Mio''s forehead until her head slight moved back.


    "Fueh!" Said Mio as she covered her forehead and turning her face away.


    "...Oi, let me touch it one more time." Said Yuu, even though Mio already changed her arm into a tiger arm, the difference in their Strength still too great.


    "Clo! Hold her arms down!" Said Yuu, feeling something interesting would happen, Clorevica followed Yuu''s order.


    As Yuu touched Mio''s forehead. "....Damn, this is a crazy fever."

 Chapter 15

    "Um... I''m sorry."


    Albeit resting weakly on the bed, Mio couldn''t help but smile. Unlike her time on Earth, this time someone was accompanying her, not because of duty or money, they just accompanying her.


    "...What are you smiling for?" Said the rude and aggressive young man as he was carefully nursing Mio. While the quite and sarcastic wood elf, Clorevica was searching a fever potion.


    "Ehehe... nothing..."


    There were too many things going on today. First, they reached their first city. Second, not only they got a class, for Mio, she also got her leg. Third, even though they should be disbanding, they still travelling together. Fourth, Mio should be expecting this but knowing the fact that her friend was a murderer, really shocked her mind and body.


    Frantically, maybe this was the best time for Mio to talk about it. Now Mio was making a serious face. "U..um... Yuu, I''m not planning to talk behind Clorevica''s back, but... e..erm... it''s just I heard a gossip about her being a cold blood murderer."


    "So?" Yuu answered as Mio nervously watching him.


    After a few minutes of awkward silence. "U...urm...is that all? no reaction?!"


    Shrugging his shoulder, Yuu drained the wet towel and put it into her forehead. "Well, what do you expect? just go to sleep."


    "E..eh... you''re no fun."


    Though much to her surprise, as Yuu''s rough hand was gently wiping her forehead. A cheerful voice echoed from outside of the hall. "Ah! Clorevica~ What are you doing over there? Are they locking the door?"


    Just as Delice''s face began to show as the door slowly opened, Clorevica''s figure could be seen, standing right behind her back. "There you go~ Next time please be more careful~ ." Said Delice as she skipped her way to another room.


    Clorevica only walked through the door without saying a single word. "...Do I interrupting something?" Clorevica said as she threw a bottle of transparent blue liquid to Yuu.


    Raising Mio''s back and opening the cork, without even asking whether or not she would drink it by herself, Yuu nonchalantly poured the fever potion into her mouth. "Not really, just talking about you." Said Yuu.


    Hearing Yuu''s sentence, Mio coughed. Spilling the rest of the fever potion.


    "Oh, about what? and Mio, that potion is expensive." Clorevica spoke like she wasn''t bothered at all.


    "Eh, some gossip about you being a murderer or something like that." Replied Yuu.


    The wood elf only tilted her head. "...Is that all? Thought you have some new gossip about me." Said Clorevica, followed by a big yawn coming from her mouth.


    As Mio curiously looking at Clorevica. "E...erm...is that true?" She asked while covering half of her face in a blanket.


    Opening her boots and laying on the bed. "Yep." She answered.Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon.


    Yuu clearly showed he wasn''t interested in this topic, though Mio kept staring at her; dumbfoundedly. "Just create a bonfire and sit in a circle then I''ll tell you about my story." Said Clorevica. Though Yuu got another useless information about Epsilon, it seemed their bonfire tradition was the same as Earth.


    Soon, no one was interested in this topic and as they slowly feel into their own dream.

Near her leg, there were corpses of a Warrior dark elf and a Cleric dwarf, on her back there was a human Magician, breathing weakly while cowering in fear. And right on her face, there was a mass of tangled limbs along with a human Paladin.


    While the monster was devouring the Paladin, showing its soft spot. "C! Shoot it!" The Paladin commanded her.


    Choosing between the life of many other Adventurers or the life of one person. Clorevica chose the former. As she released her arrow, letting it pierced the Paladin chest along with the monster soft meat. This was her first killing.


    Her second was another tragic one, at 15, as she already had enough experience to lead her own party, her first party had been annihilated as they finished their fight with the Goritulla, the newbie on her team, another Archer, laying with a big hole on her stomach. "...Please... It''s hurt..."


    Couldn''t let her own companion to suffer more pain, slowly Clorevica slid her throat, only to find one minute later, that another group, full of Cleric and Paladin reached their destination.


    at 16, as she began living in the wilderness. She found a group of adventurers, eating more than they could chew. As she watched the group of adventurers slowly devoured by the group of Constrictor snakes. Too much for her to handle, the best action she could take was shooting the adventurers right in their head, ending their suffering.


    But unknowingly to her, one of them was survived, A Magician that recently became Pyromancer, hiding while watching from afar as Clorevica sniping all of his friends.

    Under the summer sun, Yuu felt the warmth of those brilliant rays of light. As he was sleeping on the wooden floor, with a half-eaten watermelon laying right next to him. "Yuu, how long do you planning to keep lazying around?! your friend is here." As the familiar voice from his mother pierced through his ears, Yuu slowly awoke.


    Right in front of him, a big fat muscular almost bald guy, a foreigner with his slick black dreadlock hair, a medium build pink haired guy with his yellow sunglasses, and a pompadour haired guy that had seven pairs of the same jacket were looking at Yuu, with a shadow right on their faces.


    "Jeez... summer is almost over and we didn''t even go to the beach, not even once." Said the slick black dreadlock one.


    "*Sigh* If only someone didn''t force us to go to the mountain." Said the pink haired guy.


    "What?! don''t blame me! blame the TV! That place looks incredibly insane on that show!" Said the pompadour haired guy.


    Yuu, gathering his though and staring at his friends. "....So.... are you guys going all the way to my house just to say this?"


    Completely forgot about their plan. the big fat muscular guy spoke. "Told ya dat dis guy forgets about it."


    Scratching his head while remembering their plan. "....Fuck!! The blind date!" Yuu shouted as he ran into his room and changed his shirt.

    Shifting her gaze and smiling at the three drunkards. "Wataaaa!!! *Hic*" She yelled as her paws connected to one of the drunkard''s face, throwing him away for a few meters.


    "John?! Oi I don''t care whether or not you''re a girl but that''s too far!!" Said one of the drunkards as he charged to Mio.


    Meanwhile, Yuu and Clorevica wanted to act, reducing the damage Mio had done.


    "Wataaaa!!!" This time, with her hairy monkey''s leg, although it was covered with her long leather pants, she kicked the one that charged at her. Three tooths were flying right out of his mouth. "Hey, hey Yuu~ Do you see that~? I can fight that mean I''m not drunk!! *Hic*"


    Then, as she grinned to the last drunkard and slowly walked to him. "O..oi! You two! Help me!" Begged the drunkard to Yuu and Clorevica.


    Though the luck was on that man side.

    As the sun arose. The chickens clucking around, the merchants opening their vendors, and a guard flying from the door.


    "Geez, I already say I can go by myself." Said Yuu as he the surrounding guard letting his arms go.


    Last night, after he was putting Mio to bed. The three drunkard that tried to hit on her and Clorevica was found dead right in a dark alley, and there was a suspect telling that Yuu was the culprit. Albeit annoyed, after a little resistance, he decided to go with them after knowing that they had threatened Delice''s inn.


    "But! That''s impossible! I was playing card with him and Clorevica la- Hmph!!" Shouted Delice, as Clorevica and her mother capped her mouth, signalling her not to stick her nose in.


    And seemed like in the single night, there was a gossip spreading around that Yuu was killing those three because of jealousy. "Is this the guy?" Asked one of the guards to the skinny suspect.


    "Yes! A black long hair with a big scar on his arm. There''s no doubt about it." Said the suspect. Pointing his finger right into Yuu''s face.


    Annoyed, Yuu answering him by grabbing his clothes. "Hah?! I don''t even know who you are."


    "Eeek! Help! He''s gonna kill me!" Said the suspect, with his B-rated movie act.


    Seeing this one of the guards moving at him and punched him right into his stomach, not like it did a damage to him, but at the very least knowing that his action would only worsen the situation, Yuu threw the suspect.


    People began to gather, whispering while watching this commotion. And Mio, with her ''experience'' after watching many detectives anime and crimes novel, acting like she was the protagonist. Stepping onto the scene while scratching her red face. "E..erm...Mr suspect, I''m sorry... but did you really see Yuu doing that?"

Soon enough, the suspect was kneeling on the ground with an unrecognizable face. "So... why are you framing me? do you have a grudge against me?" Yuu said while crackling his finger.


    "Ai.. Aih chanhot telh yuh zat. (I cannot tell you that.)" Said the suspect as he was unable to speak clearly with his swollen face. "Plz jus kill meh! (Please! Just kill me!)" He continued.


    Tilting his head in confusion, Yuu only brought him into a dark alley, less than three minutes, he walked out with a vein popped up on his temple while dragging the suspect with him. "He only said something about Quin or something like that." Yuu reported to Mio and Clorevica as he threw the suspect away.


    Clorevica, reacted a little bit when she heard that name. "E..erm.. do you know about this Quin?" Mio Said as she was scratching the back of her neck.
