《Kill Anna!》 Book 1: Earth - Chapter 1: A Kind Girl Deep within her heart, darkness spreads like wild fire, ready to engulf her whole. Yet, still sunny and bright on the outside. But...She doesn''t know that.Let''s keep it that way. Anna, just Anna, for she don''t know what''s her real name. Let alone knowing where she came from. As a kid from the past, She hardly knew what was going on before arriving onto this cruel world, -here everything despise her as a human being. Her red hair seemed to flow through the wind, like a striking gem, ready to be mined. Her delicate skin was scared by the branches of the trees. But she don''t seem to care much. Picking up the kettle of cool water that seemed to be old and worn off, she poured all of the water slowly and delicately onto the flowers on the porch near the deep forest. After all of the patches of flowers have been watered, she picked up her basket from the wooden table in her mansion and went straight into the forest. Though it may seemed that she''s from a wealthy and flourishing family, It''s quite the opposite. When she first arrived her as a child, she found this huge abandoned mansion that contains zero furniture whatsoever. So why not make it her own. She doesn''t know what was happening at that time but one thing''s for sure and clear to her is that, all the animals in the forest seemed to hate her. Back in the forest, Anna picked up a few dozens of mixed fruits, including blueberries, raspberries and sweet strawberries, and put all of them into her basket. She walked towards the middle of the forest, cleared from trees and showing the bare sun shining its glory onto the beautiful sunflowers that sways through the gust of wind that happens often. The area was just located near the strongest pack of wolves that seemed to claim it as their own territory. It was the perfect spot for Anna. This content has been misappropriated from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere. As she arrived near the edge of the territorial line of the wolves, she was careful not to cross it and agitate them. At the side of the blue rock that symbolizes the entrance of the pack. She took out a some mixed fruits from her basket and lay them on the ground, like they are offerings to the wolves. She then smiled, "I hope that you will like them." And walked to the other side of the forest and lay the rest of the fruits, hoping that the animals from the forest would accept them. Holding the empty basket on her arms, she walked back home and crashed on her bed. Oozes of blood started to drip down her arm. Anna opened up her sleeve on her right arm, saw a scratch, not a deep cut this time it seems, and wrap the scratch around her arm with the dirty bandageshe took out from the old metal box that she found in the basement. She took a huge breathe and sighs. "Damn, not a deep one this time." Multiple cuts appeared mysteriously everyday, especially at night when she tries to sleep. What she doesn''t know is that right that instance, all of the injured animals around the forest are healing. Howls and chirps could be heard loudly, radiating from the forest outside, relived and excited that their friends or families are healed from someone that they trust. But that girl wasn''t Anna. The person they trust is Emily. Chapter 2: A Girl with White Hair The animals started to gather around as she walked out from the rather small house that she is living in. The wind swirled around her beautiful dress, a dress that was given and made personally by the guardian that controls the whole forest. It was made up of bright and vibrant colors. Not too striking of a color just as she requested. She started to yawn loudly while stretching her arms up. "Good Morning!" She greeted the animals with a huge delightful smile on her face. "Good Morning to you...Emily!" The animals responded respectfully and carefully to her greeting. There she is, Emily. A well-known girl among the whole forest that spans all the way to the castle.. All the animals has given their fullest of trust to her. As being called by all the animals int he forest, they call her, "The Chosen One". Everyday, they would stop in front of her house to give a huge appreciation, bowing down like praying to a god. They think that she''s the one who healed all of their friends and families... She went ahead and gave a passionate hug to her furry friends including, "Mama Wolf". An alluring, beautiful white furred wolf that has been taking care of her since a very young age. Emily owes Mama Wolf her life. Mama walked towards Emily and lean the top of her forehead onto Emily''s chest. Letting down her pointed ears, showing a sign of respect and a morning greeting as well. Mama Wolf swore to protect her no matter what. Emily walked past the rows of animals that seemed to be bowing down and stopped before waving to say goodbye to all of them. She walked into the forest, knowing where Anna''s home is. She stopped right in front of the flower patches not far from Anna''s home, leaning her head downwards to look at the flowers. She let out a rather soft but distant creepy laughter that she made sure to be heard by Anna herself. "Anna Anna Anna..." She repeatedly chant out Anna''s name, almost seemed like she''s purposely mocking her. Anna didn''t think of it as much at first. But right after the fifth time hearing her name from outside the window, her body shook and she stood up shakily that resembles almost like a wolf with its tail between its legs. She lifted her head and peeked through the window pane to see who it was. She saw a girl with white hair. "Wow...She''s beautiful..." Thoughts kept on running through her mind, slowly processing if that girl was just a figure or a real human being. Finally, she came to conclusion that she''s an actual human being and not something else.Unauthorized duplication: this narrative has been taken without consent. Report sightings. Tuning the door knob like there''s no tomorrow, She opened the door and went towards the girl. She shrieked her eyes, trying to get a sharp focus on that girl. "Hello...? May i help you?" She raised her voice, making sure that she could hear her crystal clear. "Oh, Yes. May I help you water the flowers over here?" Emily lifted her head and asked Anna a question. Strange indeed but Anna felt relived and out of place for some reason. It seemed like she''s no ordinary person, instead she looked like an important person. An extremely important person. Anna went back and picked up for kettle, filling it up with tap water and gave it to Emily. "S-sure...Here you go!" Anna gracefully handed it over. Then She let out a scream. Who let out that scream, you might be wondering. As soon as Emily got the water kettle, She pushed it down to the ground. It didn''t seemed like a smash, but rather an accidental one. "OUCH! AHHH!" Emily then let out a loud deafening scream that sent chills down Anna''s spine. Feeling shocked, Anna covered her ears with widened, frightened eyes. The next Anna know, she was on the ground. Her right cheek was slammed by someone else. She lifted her head up and all she could see was a sharp tip of a sword, pointed straight to her face. "Don''t you dare hurt this girl, you scoundrel bitch..." He shouted angrily at Anna. She could see Emily''s smile behind him, not a huge smile but a subtle one, enough to hide it. Anna was slapped by...the prince. Chapter 3: The Kind Prince "William....We should get going soon. School''s about to start." Wearing a rather wealthy cloak and a sword in his scabbard, he stood his ground just beside the prince, informing him about the time. "Joseph, I know that I have decided to go undercover in the town''s public school, but...Just look at that girl...She''s beautiful..." The prince locked his eyes onto Emily, still bewitched by the hauntingly strikingly white hair as Emily moved some of her hair behind her ear. "One day, just one day...I will ask her hand in marriage and swear to protect her till death do us part..." With a voice almost like wording out a melody to a song, William spoke with such confidence unimaginable. "Yes yes...Dream on little boy..Heehaw!" Assistant Joseph laugh it off. Then he peeked his eyes to the left. "Prince, look. There''s another girl. She has..." Joseph halted. "Red Hair.." William turned his focus onto Anna, but this time, It felt more of a hatred emotion towards her. "She''s suspicious..." With his eyes lowered down, he filled his gaze with suspicion, placing his hand on the grip of his sword, ready to pull it out from his scabbard. As Anna approached Emily, he felt his heart beating faster and faster. The prince couldn''t see what was happening when Anna was right in front of Emily. His vision was blocked and disturbed by a couple of trees and Anna''s back. "Prince..Look! She pushed her!" The assistant warned the prince. He widened his eyes as he saw the kettle fell to the ground, then he saw Emily on the ground. He rushed out from the dirt road side and through the trees without any second thoughts. Water poured out quickly as Prince William sneakily, but hurriedly ran towards that girl with the white hair that he swore to protect. With the pommel end of this sword, he swung it and gave a enormous and painful blow to Anna''s right cheek. Anna fell down the ground fast like paper as her legs gave out. Assistant Joseph informed some solders behind the carriages and they approached what just happened.Reading on this site? This novel is published elsewhere. With such hatred in this trembling, terrifying voice, he spoke those words as a warning to Anna. He turned back to Emily and lifted her up carefully. "Are you ok...My lady?" He asked Emily with a soft, yet calm voice. "Emily...." She finished her short and unexpected sentence. "What..?" Prince William responded with a curious mind. "Emily...My name''s Emily!" Emily gave a smile to the prince, giving him a hug. The prince couldn''t move as all the nerves in his body has froze. His cheeks turned red, almost like a tomato, while turning his eyes up to the sky. At this point, Emily pretended not to know that he''s the prince. The soldiers approached, asking if he''s alright. "Give shelter to this girl" The prince commanded them. They saluted and show her the way to the carriage. "Oh wait. I am going to school now!" She turned her head to William. Surprised, the prince looked at her, feeling happy and relived. "Me too! Guess we will be seeing each other very often from now on!" Cheerful as it is, the prince felt a flower blooming inside of him. A flower that released all the happy emotions that the prince wanted to have for years. She made him happy again. The prince turned back towards shaken Anna. He held her up by the throat, squeezing it. tightly. All Anna could do it choke hopelessly as she''s really weak. By then, her legs weren''t touching the ground anymore. She tried to beg for mercy but couldn''t get any words out from her tighten throat. "Plewse..Le-let me go..I-hur~" Anna finally managed to speak, but felt faint afterwards. "This is your punishment. If you want to harass such a kind girl like that, then you deserve this just as much. Do..you...understand..?" He spoke slowly, still holding Anna up to the sky. "Ye....." Anna couldn''t even finish a word before she was let go from his dangerous grip. Coughing out, while trying to breathe in as much air as she could, she looked at the clock. Oh no...She''s going to be late for school. She hurried back to her house, still coughing so loudly. But she couldn''t afford to be late. When she arrived at the entrance to your classroom, she couldn''t believe her eyes. "Hello everyone. My name''s William and I am a transfer Student here." Prince William spoke out to the class, secretly undercover as a student there. Guess Anna will have to suffer even longer from now on... Chapter 4 : A "Normal" day at School "Oh my..." Anna stared at William in shock as she felt their legs becoming lose like spaghetti. How can it be...How can he be here.....What am I going to do....These were the thoughts that ran through her mind while standing at the doorway of the classroom. "Anna!!! Why are you late..Again?" Mrs Jeremy, the homeroom teacher asked Anna with this thundering tone that she always has when she talks with her. Lowering her head, looking at the ground, Anna tried to tell the truth. "I...I was..watering the plants and trees...I also fe-" Before she could finish what she wanted to say. She was stopped by William. "She''s lying, Teach. She didn''t do any of that. I was there." William confronted Mrs Jeremy with the "truth" that he believed in. Glaring down at Anna, the homeroom teacher spoke, with a deafening volume, reprimanded Anna. "You are to clean the classroom after school. This will be your punishment for lying to me. And as for the late coming, You won''t be able to eat lunch for a week, starting from today." Anna nodded hopelessly at her, knowing that she couldn''t fight back. You might think that this is a violation of human rights from the school, but the truth is much worse. Everyone, including the principle, and all the teachers don''t trust Anna. Over the months, many people have compliant about Anna. "Anna bullied her, i saw it." "Anna stole my precious items" These were the few complaints out of the whole lot of it. And what happened..? Anna was punished every time. After hearing her punishment from her teach, Anna walked towards her seat, still having her head down facing the ground and sat beside Emily. Yes. She seats beside Emily. "How was your day...? Anna." Emily whispered to her ears. "Ok. You may introduce yourself, young man." Teach said to William with a smile on her face. William Nodded. "Hello everyone. My name is William and I am a transfer student. I really hope to make new friends and communicate with all of you!" William introduced himself formally, after which the whole class clapped and wolf whistled excitedly. Some girls could be heard, admiring William''s cute face., blushing in the moment when they said as well. "Alright, you can take your seat, William." William started to walk towards Anna with his hands in his pocket. When Anna saw that he''s coming closer and even closer to her, she felt her heart beating faster, as though she''s anticipating something really bad is about to happen. Then she could feel Emily''s sharp finger nails running across her lap, tearing the surface of her skin open. Anna tried her best to not scream and kept a straight face as William approached her table. "Excuse me, miss. Could you move to the table at the back there..? I don''t think you are supposed to be here." William coldly ordered Anna, while looking at her with those cold and dark eyes of his. Anna tried to talk normally while Emily pulled her nails out of her lap while blood ooze out slowly. "O-oh, but this is my sea-" Anna tried to reason with William with a little stutter in her voice. "Anna!!! Go....to the back seat right now." Teach commanded her with such an annoyed tone to her voice at that moment. Unsurprisingly, Anna nodded and followed her instructions. Placing down her worn off bag onto the side of the table, she sat down on the chair at the back of the class while William sat down beside Emily. Pushing down her hand on her lap, she tried to stop more blood from flowing out of her lap. She sighed to herself, knowing that she couldn''t do anything to solve this situation once again. The bell rang and it signals the time for lunch. Knowing that she not allowed to eat lunch, and even if she could, she still couldn''t because she doesn''t have any friends at the cafeteria. In fact, she would get bullied and shooed away from the people working there. They would''t want to even give any food to Anna. So she decided to stay in class to clean the entire classroom. First, she started with the windows, then the chalk board. Scraping off any residue of dirt from the chalk or the dirt from on the windows. Then she heard the door squeaked open. It was Emily. She knew something is about to happen. Again.
