《Narcos India》
Prologue: Here we get started.
This isn¡¯t a story for the ones with a weak heart, let me tell you this to you first hand pal: This ain¡¯t any fairy tale. This world is quite fucked up you know, completely unpredictable.
Well if you are a fan of Narcos, the premises might look the same but believe me:You wouldn¡¯t know shit about this thing. The fine line between the rich and the poor decides every single thing that goes on in this twisted world.
As for the ruthless and the righteous, let the freaking world decide. You might be offended with my choice of words, and a bit of grammar but again this ain¡¯t any fairy tale.
Well, there isn¡¯t any part of the world where drug trade isn¡¯t a concern, rather it is quite a thing for most countries. You name it: Mexico to Afghanistan, from the states to Tokyo there is no end to it.
In the early 2000s, all the Indian government worried about was to grow its economy from several setbacks. Terrorism has been a major problem from India, continuous bombing taking the life of various innocents. But the real shit was about to get started: Drug trade. If you encounter this tale on Amazon, note that it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it.
This story dictates the life of the founder of modern drug trade in Asia: Brij Jadeja.
The government¡¯s negligence gave things an upper hand, and moreover no one thought that shit was growing at this part of the world, and Mumbai became the new Guadalajara for the world.
Brij Jadeja remained an unpredictable man till the very end, and he took us the D.E.A. for a ride for 15 fucking years!
Mumbai: a city that thrives upon contrast. No matter what the world depicts of this city but believe me, it is a city that would either break you or make you. Mumbai did make me a fruitful career and so it did for Brij Jadeja.
The 12th wealthiest city in the world continues to thrive, with a count of 28 billionaires and slum with population density of 800,000 per square mile. In a cement coloured, which holds place only for the innovative the drug trade grew exponentially.
This is the prologue, I write weekly. You might not be satisfied with the statistics but if you are here for a ride then you knocked the right door.
Welcome to India.
The Cat Fight!
Hence, you are here pal, well you receive my gratitude. So coming back to the real deal, this story doesn¡¯t have a side. There is nothing such as the good guy and the bad one, its all up to you to choose. When things go out of hand, even the D.E.A. has to play dirty.
So the story starts, hold onto the seats as you are goona witness the rise and fall of the most troublesome human that walked on the planet.
Mumbai, 2002
A new day starts and passes away within moments, this city never provides you with a chance to relax. Thousands of people within India move to this city with high hopes, running like mad horses to pursue their dreams. This city is gifted, the west might identify it as a city with tall dull skyscrapers surrounded by filthy slums but there is a different side to it. I am just the devil¡¯s advocate here, in other words I am the narrator of this story.
What would remain of a dream it all were to come true? Do we question ourselves upon that? Nope, we don¡¯t.
That is what the city is, it will build you up or break you like broken shards of glass.
The city was bustling as ever, but that fortunate day would change the fate of the city or rather unfortunate as you might see fit. I wouldn¡¯t choose a side here. I remain just a regular D.E.A agent and I do what I am ordered to. Off and on for the greater good, you must ignore the freaking commands for the higher ups.
¡®I see, so you have passed out from IIT Bombay!¡¯ stated man wearing a pale shirt that had now turned yellow, as a result of ageing. He wore a rugged old jean and a sandal.
¡®Yeah, that is what everyone here says and that is the fucking expression all of my relatives give after knowing that I had rejected 13 job offers.¡¯ said a man with messed up black hair, he had fairly short moustache and frenches beard. He had a slender yet a muscular physique and was dressed in a yellow t-shirt and blue jeans.
¡®Then what did you work so hard for? I mean only the excellentest minds in the nation obtain admission there!¡¯exclaimed the man in the shirt.
Both of them were seated on the beach, gazing upon the stars as the waves approached their feet.
¡®So you mean to say that I must get a dull job and spend all of my life working like lab rats, well that isn¡¯t what I look forward to.¡¯
¡®So, what is it that you want?¡¯ inquired the man beside him as he lay down on the sand. The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
¡®In front of the world we are nothing but trashy slum dwellers, we are considered to be miserable idiots that spoil this city. One day the world will bow down to this city and to me.¡¯Brij remarked.
The other guy giggled.
¡®You sure talk big mate, but given the premises that fucking day isn¡¯t going to kick our doors.¡¯ he said as he busted into laughters.
¡®Have you ever put some money into the cat fight in our area?¡¯
¡®I have heard of it, its stupid but it does have some serious money behind it. But still, making two fucking cats fight!¡¯remarked Brij.
¡®Today¡¯s match must begin within another 20 minutes. Why don¡¯t we give it a shot?¡¯
¡®How much can we make out of it?¡¯ asked Brij.
¡®If we are lucky enough we might end up with a lakh or two inside our pockets!¡¯
¡¯Take me there Amjeet, and we might have a feast out there.¡¯
¡®You sure?¡¯
¡®I fucking am.¡¯
Both of them entered into the narrow gateway to the slum, filled with filth, completely unclean.
The houses were cramped, like a hundred metres long rope coiled inside a 10-cm ball. Insanely populated, the place that begins the very start of this story.
¡®Well its quite a lot of people out here!¡¯ remarked Brij.
¡®This is quite popular among the people here. A lot of them put their money into it.¡¯ informed Amjeet.
¡®I merely have two hundred bucks, that¡¯s all I have now.¡¯ said Brij.
¡®That should do!¡¯ Ajeet had to scream even though he was just a metre away, the noise almost made Brij¡¯s ears go numb.
¡®There are three cats out there, one of them named Lula has remained undefeated till date. I suggest that we select her.¡¯
¡®You lack innovation Amjeet, lets decide on the one at the left.¡¯ pointed out Brij.
¡®That one is way too shy, it wouldn¡¯t even last for a minute out there.¡¯
¡®Don¡¯t worry to put it into the one at the left.¡¯ ordered Brij.
¡®As you say motherfucker!¡¯
The fight then began.
Lula dominated the battlefield as she scratched the other two¡¯s face first hand.
¡®I told you Brij!¡¯ screamed Amjeet bursting out of anger.
¡®Just fucking wait bro.¡¯ replied Brij calmly focusing on the fight.
The fight turned the tied, the so called Lula looked powerless against the timid one as it bit her neck.
The fearful one won the fucking fight and that was where he made freaking 2000 dollars in a single day.
As cash prize was being given to Brij while he chuckled Ajeet¡¯s face was expressionless. A man came out of nowhere and punched Amjeet.
¡¯I invested 50k on that fucking cat and you think I would allow you take it all away!¡¯ he said as he tried to punch Brij but was shot in the forehead.
People screamed in fear until they noted a man coming out of the crowd, walking towards Brij. That guy was Fatir Khan, the ultimate slum gangster in Mumbai.
¡®I am impressed! You alone had invested money on that shy cat.Why did you do so even after knowing that Lula was the best in the business?¡¯asked Fatir.
¡®Instincts always help sir, if I were to lose I will have not have a hard day. If I had placed money into Lula then the prize would have been distributed among hundreds but I thought that if the one won, then I would go out with the lucky bang here.¡¯he replied.
¡®You are quite a kid! I hope you aren¡¯t employed judging from your looks.¡¯
¡¯No sir, I am unemployed.¡¯
¡®Good, tomorrow onwards you will work for me.¡¯ said Fatir as he patted him and walked away.
That was where the fucking game started, and this would get us hooked for a freaking decade.
The Game:1
Okay, so here we meet again. Good to see you pal, well it was a stupid game that created this mess.
India is a country driven by its diversity in culture and religious traditions. Well, religion holds quite a significant value in India, and if it is messed with then you are fucked up.
Riots weren¡¯t anything new in India, there have always been unpleasant quarrels between the Hindus and the Muslims. Although things were better now than it used to be, it was still quite eminent.
Riots were harmful for business, but that fucker Brij literally exploited the rising political crisis in India.
Fatir Khan was a man of words, or you can say that he was quite temperamental which sometimes created a lot of trouble. As for way of earning money, he would smuggle alcohol in states of India where they were ban. He had a lot of sources for income, he ran a whole fucking industry that was born inside the slums. Indian handicrafts, traditional clothing and chemical manufacturing labs to name a few.
God laughs at humans during two scenarios: One when doctors assures you that everything is going to be alright and secondly when some idiots claim that they are God.
Fatir Khan was way too egoistic, he never had a clear vision of the future. All he cared about was his foolish pride, and Brij soon figured out that his boss was a retarded piece of trash.
The Gujrat riots took place in 2002. It was a pretty violent one. While others assumed that the business was going to crash down, Brij found a fucking way out of this or maybe the other fuckers were way to dumb to see the opportunity. If you encounter this story on Amazon, note that it''s taken without permission from the author. Report it.
The Indian state of Gujrat was Fatir¡¯s golden bird, close to the state of Maharashtra and was home to many filthy rich bastards. Gujrat suffered through political crisis and that was hurting the business.
¡®What the fuck do we now do Fatir?¡¯ asked Fatir¡¯s right hand named Amjad. Like his boss he knew how to get the job done through force, but he just as foolish.
¡®Maybe we should help our Muslim brothers!¡¯ screamed Amjad.
¡®Do not be a fool Amjad! We would only end up making more enemies.
¡® Boss, if you let me speak then I might find something beneficial.¡¯ and that is where Brij played his trick.
The police were too occupied with internal matters in Gujrat and so was the government, that would mean the borders would lack enough security. The remaining guys at the border were satisfied with 10k inside their pockets.
A lot of people drink when they are unhappy with life and during the riots everyone in Gujrat lost something precious, and they needed something to help them get out of that trauma.
Brij¡¯s strategy worked, and tonnes of shit were supplied to that state. The storehouses were safer than ever, the shit was being stored later use and so stuff was getting transported at an unimaginable rate.
The fucking profits were tripled, and Fatir Khan had got a new right hand: Brij. The clever ones always win, for them life a freaking game and Brij knew how to play it well.
Alcohol was a piece of shit for Brij. He aimed for something of greater value: Drugs.
Fatir had made deals in Afghanistan in the past and Brij had his eyes on its golden treasure: Heroin.
Afghanistan had suitable soil for growing cotton and stuff, India, China and America dominated that area. The United States already had competitors in that industry and they didn¡¯t want another foe and so they made Afghanistan grow heroin instead.
It was said that Brij could see the future, heroin was quite costly and dangerous. Brij knew that it could be grown in India, and he seized the opportunity.
But how?
You will get to know it on Friday.
