 Chapter 1: The First Journey

    Chapter 1


    Hi, My name is Mikazuki Subaru, pretty fit, black with a mix of grey hair, and tall, but not that good at fighting cause of my lack of motor skills, whatsoever, you can define me however you want if you see me, i was pretty much a normal highschool student until I transferred into North Assassination Zeal International Highschool or NAZI HS, that my father forced me into.


    At first i thought what a weird name for a school but then when i came to the school, what i experienced was the life of assassination and killing your targets, it was the living embodiment ofHellitself.


    After all that "school work", i finally met my roommate, his name is Leo Anderson, tall, athletic, has blonde hair, and a pretty cool american, he eventually became my best friend.


    The next day...


    I woke up inside my room, my bodytiedaround my bed, i looked around for a knife which was just right there at my desk! I tried to grab it.


    "No use!" I thought to myself.


    I then tried calling for my roommate.


    "Leo! Leo! Help me out!" I shout, as no one responded.


    I tried to move the bed near the desk.


    "Almost there." I said quietly.


    I was nearing the desk till someone opened the door, it was our Commanding Leader.


    "What are you doing!?! You''re gonna be late! And why are you tied to a rope?" he said and questioned me as he helped me get out of the rope.


    "I don''t even know why i was tied up!" I said.


    We rushed to class, as we were nearing the door, the bell rings and we were late to class.


    "Why are you two late!?! Go stand outside!" The teacher said.


    There was awkward silence between me and my Commanding Leader, his name is actually Kyle Alfonso, he''s part Spanish and American, Cool and strong, I respect him that''s why i call him Commanding Leader and he''s my friend but not that close.


    The next subject was about Health, of course it''s not your usual health subject. We talked about Vital Parts and where to strike if you want to finish the job quickly.


    After all subjects were done, it was already late in the afternoon, i''d say around 6:00 PM, as i was about to go to the dormitory, i saw a girl, near the dorm, at the fountain, I go nearher and ask,


    "Are you waiting for someone?" I asked.


    There was no response, of course i asked another question,


    "What''s your name?" I asked, and i heard a response this time.


    "My name''s Akari Kyouhara, i waited for you, i''m sure you don''t know me yet cause i haven''t talked to you in class, nice to meet you, Subaru." She said, amazed to meet me.


    She''s around my height, and same nation, has red hair, cute, and good at physical activities.


    "Oh, well nice to meet you too!" I said welcomingly.


    "Do you live at the dorm too? Or just nearby?" i asked.


    "I live at the dorm, at room 307, so i was thinking if you... you know wanna hang out sometimes." She said


    "Sure if you want to!" I willingly said.


    "I''ll go back to my room now, it''s getting late, you should go back too, bye." I said.


    "Okay, i''ll go in soon, bye!" She said


    I was at the stairs, going to the 4th floor, but then i saw a cute cat.


    "What a cute cat!!" I said, really amused.


    Although this might be a stray cat, and we can''t keep cats in the dorm, I thought


    So i decided to leave the cat.


    Timecheck, it was 7:38 PM, almost curfew, i hurried up the stairs and got to my room before curfew, i saw my roommate already asleep, but i went to check my messenges if my father told me something, sadly none, so i went to bed.


    "I FEEL SOMETHING REALLY BUMPY!" I said, really confused.


    I went and checked, i was expecting it to be a knife but instead I saw a CAT!

 Chapter 2: The Task

    Hello, and this is Mikazuki Subaru...


    Alright, skip the introductions, I know you already know me.


    Fortunately, I now know how the cat got in my bed, and how I got tied up.


    And it was all the work of my best friend Leo.


    Leo has the best Assassin grades in the whole class while I''m only at the 30th out of all 80 people in the class, that''s why I didn''t notice the rope until I woke up in the morning.


    And as for the cat, he just said he found the cat near the window and just put it inside my bed so that it''s fur wont get near him, because he doesn''t like cats very much.


    The cat was ve~~ry different from the one downstairs.


    Me and Leo are now going to our fourth subject, which is History, again, not your plain History subject.


    "The path to becoming successful assassins like our ancestors is a very cruel path!" The teacher claimed.


    "So to prepare you for this path, I am going to give you a task!" The teacher said.


    "This task consists of killing 5 Monkeys, as we are very similar to them." The teacher said.


    The bell rings, indicating our History class is over.


    I heard a voice calling me.


    "Subaru-kun.." A faint voice.


    "Subaru-kun" It begins to get louder.Stolen from its rightful place, this narrative is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.


    "Subaru-kun!" Akari shouted.


    It turns out I spaced out, because of how boring our History subject is.


    "Huh?" I asked confusingly.


    "What did the teacher say after the umm.. thing, uhh-" I was cut off short.


    "Task?" Akari asked.


    "Oh, yeah!" I said.


    "He said that we''ll have to use guns or bows and only those two options, and we''ll have to kill them by there vital spots if we want the kill to be counted." Akari said.


    It''s the last subject, Language subject, to be specific. It is vital for assassination missions, and so that everywhere we go, we can communicate easily with people to get information.


    It was half the time of our last subject.


    Our sir introduced us a new girl, her name was Ains Smith.


    Blonde, tall, pretty, and pure American.


    "Hello Everyone, my name is Ains Smith, Nice to meet you everbody, I''ll be in your care!" Ains happily said.


    The bell rings, indicating that school is over for the day.


    I went to the front gate and asked the guard where there are many monkeys that are not kept in zoos.


    "Go west, there''s a big forest there with many animals, no one owns the land as well." The guard said.


    "Thank you, Uncle." I said.


    As I was on the path to the forest, there were many good sceneries that amazed me, but i was nearing the forest so i couldn''t get to enjoy the scenery.


    I was only at the entrance but I was delighted with how many animals there are!


    Most of them were Jungle animals, but I saw a few farm animals as well.


    But i had no time to enjoy, I went deeper into the forest, and i found two monkeys, i shot one in the head, splattering blood all over the trees, and the other one straight at the heart with a bow and arrow.


    Later on i found one monkey on a tree and two on the other side, i finished the first monkey with an arrow so the other two wouldn''t hear me, then i get in a position where i could hit the two monkeys'' brain at the same time.


    "Gotcha!" I said without startling the monkeys


    Then... BANG!


    Dead.. Blood all over my shoes.


    I was tired and hurried up to school to pass the 5 photos of the dead monkeys to my teacher, I then went straight to my dorm, seeing my roommate study about assassination at night is rare, It''s my turn to sleep early, huh?

 Chapter 3: Mysterius Figure

    It''s midnight, around 1:38 AM, and my body''s still tired....


    I heard something over the window, like something fell over.


    I saw something, it was a humanoid figure, had long hair, however, it was so dark I couldn''t see who it was...


    The next morning..


    "Subaru.." Someone faintly said.


    "Subaru, wake up, you''re gonna be late again." It turns out it was only Leo.


    I showered quick, ate my breakfast with Leo and got to class real quick, almost not making it in time.


    "Hey, you made it without being late, Subaru-kun" Akari surprisedly said.


    "Hahaha... Of course" I said.


    "Haha, don''t lie Subaru, I''m the one who woke you up, if I didn''t you''d be late again, hahahahaha." Leo proudly said.


    "Alright, Alright, Thank you Leo." I said while doing a thumbs up.


    "Oh... OH NO!! I forgot my lunch!" I said thinking that I wouldn''t be able to have lunch.


    "Do you want my lunch then?" Akari said.


    "Sure.. If you don''t mind." I blushfully said.


    "I don''t mind." Akari said.

    "Hmm.. Well, I''ll be going now, I still have to do some things." Leo said while winking at me.


    "G''bye." Leo waved his hand as he walked away.


    "Oh.. Well.. um.. where do you wanna eat, Subaru?" Akari flashed a smile whilst playing with the edge of her hair.


    "Wherever you''d like to eat." I answered


    "How about.. at the gym..? My cousin is an athlete and she''s training there.. I''d love to talk to her!" She excitedly exclaimed as she pressed her palms together


    "Alright, alright." I chuckled at her enthusiasm.


    We both walked towards the gym while talking about her sister.


    As they entered the gym, they heard a girl scream.


    "Move!" The girl madly said.


    But alas, they didn''t pay attention to the person who screamed.


    *Blag*


    A loud ''thump'' was heard as Subaru fell down the ground with a long blonde haired girl on top of him.


    "Ouch.." The girl held her hair while groaning in pain.


    "Ains..!! Subaru..!!" Akari quickly ran towards them, helping her cousin stand up as Subaru was left lying down on the ground.


    Subaru stood up himself.


    "Ouch.. Ah.. I''m sorry" Subaru apologized while his leg was bleeding.


    "Ah, I''m sorry too, I wasn''t looking at my surroundings." She apologized too.


    "Oh, It''s you Ains!" Akari said.


    "Oohh, Akari!!" Ains surprisedly said.


    "Do you want to eat lunch with us" Akari asked enthusiastically.


    "I was hoping to eat lunch alone with Akari though..." Subaru faintly murmured.


    "What was that?" Akari asked.


    "Ah, It''s nothing" Subaru said with a smile.


    "Are you done with your practice, Ains?" Akari asked hoping that she''s done.


    "Umm, yeah, I''m done with my practice" Ains said while not being sure.


    "Let''s go to the infirmary first, and then head straight to the cafeteria after we get you both checked up!" Akari excited said.


    "Ok" Ains and Subaru both said.


    We headed to the infirmary to get our wounds treated.


    After our wounds got treated, we headed straight to the cafeteria.


    Akari gave me her lunch while she shared Ains.


    "Thank you so much, Akari." I thankfully said while eating.


    "Oh, It''s no problem, you''re my friend after all!" Akari smiled and said.


    After lunch, we finished class for the whole day along with Ains.


    I went to the dorm with Akira, and we saw Leo watering the plants near the dorm.


    Time check, it was around 8:24 and I''m near my room, I checked my laptop, my messages, my tasks or assignments, if I got a package, and went to bed.


    I woke up in the middle of the night, I saw the humanoid figure again, at the same spot, it was holding a long thing almost like a kendo sword, and after that I went straight to sleep because of how tired I was.
