I get home eat and go to bed i''m really excited for the new game as its coming out tomorrow. The Kingdom: Arcadia the mmorpg game that will be full of active events for the entirety of the game. new tournaments every week that give special items, loot, and money. i turn the radioon and set it to the stream of the news for the game and listen to as as i fall asleep. The Release and The Players Choices *alarm clock ringing* Ryan gets up and starts his daily routine getting ready for school. dressed now he starts making breakfast for himself with the TV on he listens to the news about whats happening around the world but not really interested in it until they bring up Arcadia and about the first tournament that''s happening next week. turning off the TV and leaving to go to the store to pick up his copy he pre-ordered. the copy he purchased was the all-around bundle where it comes with more than one copy as in he now had many copies and they go to all of his devices. riding his bike to school now he goes through a turn too fast and hits a rock which sends him to the ground and the bike flies over the railing and down the cliff that was covered in trees that go all the way down. not having enough time to look for the bike he walks to school. he gets to school on time and sees john as he walks up to him. "hey dude you OK man?" "yeah i''m fine i just crashed my bike i have to look for it after school though but if i cant ill head home and jump on the game in fact ill be on during class because im done with everything from this week and next so ill just play it on one of my things." "OK cool ill be on after school after i''m done with the stuff i need to do." "OK no problem i''m gonna head to class now to get a head-start on the download see yeah." *waves at each other* gets to class and takes one of his devices and plugs in one of the SD card sized chips into it starts download. Ryan takes a look at all the other card for the other systems that he got in the bundle they all look the same besides the one that looks like a USB flash drive. its probably for the people who don''t have a newer PC that has the other slots in it. *teacher walks in and starts explaining what the students will be doing* Ryan still waiting for the download to complete, he is listening to the news of the game that''s being live streamed. "hello everyone i''m back and i''m going to be showing you all what items you can earn in the tournaments.. such as this item this is the monky staff, the name is a play on 2 words monkey and monk also resembles the monkey gods staff that can extend when ever the wielder wants it to.. here we have the dragons talon this is used as a horn to summon a dragon that you can fly on, this item can be obtained in game by completing a boss raid once this boss is defeated it no longer respawns. *Ding* his game is finished downloading but it loud enough to interrupt the teacher. "yes it is" "oh nice do you mind telling me about it after class i was thinking of getting it for my nephew" "yeah sure" "OK thanks" game loads and a timer pops up for until the game severs open for play the games live stream had this timer also, it has another 30 minutes until the servers open Ryan continues watch the stream. as he now holds the one thing that gives you a stat reset but keeps your level it works just like a prestige item mixed with a restat item, "when its used you get more stats faster than before." the timer hits 15 minutes and loads a pregame lobby where everyone looks like a outline of a character but the inside is like the stars in space. "ah i see its time for the pregame lobby for everyone watching right now if you go to the scholar you can create your character. Ryan heads to the scholar but when he talks to him the game crashed. "oh great" he restarts the system and logged back in when he gets back in his character was completed but he didn''t do it, but (hey at least there is one free remodel i can just go to a remodel shop later) all new spawns get a random free set of basic gear. my character looks like a human but the race slot is empty and the passive ability is a weapon ability boost, i have a giant sword, a scythe, a revolver, and a cool rare greenish blue sword. there are also gear as in healing items, exp boosts, and some body armor i have a set of light armor that looks like a trench coat with a hood and a what looks like desert gear. i start to look at the abilities of my items; the giant swords ability is when equipped it lowers all weight carried by half but since i have the passive ability it lowered it quite a bit more, the revolver when shot the bullets can be recovered if you hit your opponent with any melee attack but the passive ability i have i wonder if it works how i think it will, the scythe says one of its abilities is that it can open a portal to a pocket dimension whenever, the other ability is a wide projectile slash, the sword is called the cloning sword what it does is it can transform into any weapon that''s either hit with it or any in inventory. looking around there are lots of players each one different than the next, we have elfs, lizard people, boar people, robots, giants, dwarfs, demons, angels, humans, and more but some contradict the races stats the elfs are using swords and daggers but they have the fastest mana regain and they can cast 2 spells lower than medium mastery at the same time, also why are most people segregated the passive abilities are supposed to help a team such as one of the human abilities is that if there is a robot in its team the robots deterioration slows and the human gains more intelligence, the same happens with other races. the timer counts down from 15 seconds and the race is about to begin between the players to see who can become the strongest the fastest. Misconduct In The Town And The Power Of Few *timer strikes zero* *a buzzer flares* "and here we go! from here on out i will be commentating what is happening to random players throughout the world of Arcadia from here it looks like a bunch or ants running out an ant hill i hope all of you have a great time playing but as of right now i have to go but i will be back soon" the announcer said on the live stream but after he left is where things got hectic there were PKers everywhere stealing the starter loot of everyone joining the players just went wild in Arcadia they couldn''t control themselves all the players that didn''t want to die had to run for their lives because they caught the small end of the stick where they didn''t spawn with good enough loot to survive the PKers but there were still players that had good luck with their loot that were helping those less fortunate but me i used my scythe to try and protect myself until one of the players that were helping those who needed to get away, he was an animal person but he was designed after an armadillo which its passive ability is that damage in minimized from the back. he was getting attacked by another man who was a human but specialized in heavy weaponry. the animal people have their draw backs in the case of the armadillo man his strength wasn''t enough to stop the PKer and his health was dropping fast i had to do something to help him. i dashed over to him and used the scythes power on him to put him in the pocket dimension where he will be safe but now i was stranded because the ability has a cool-down but at least he is safe. now i had to deal with the heavy weaponry guy i took out the large sword and ended up knocking him back then i switched to the revolver and used the clone sword to clone the revolver i ended up duel wielding them to maximize DPS on this person i managed to drop his health about half but i ran out of ammo so i had to melee this man now. he gets up and swings his sword and the ground lifted like a wave headed straight at me. i dodge it just in time to not get hit with the full force of the attack. i revolve the cloning sword back to its original form and swing it at him, it doesn''t do any damage but i get my ammo back and i copied the mans sword. i used his sword against him and i hit him dead on. he was hit with the max amount of damage the attack deals. wait... i cant move now. this must be the draw back of the attack this sword has. this is bad now that i''ve attacked one of them with an ability they all start to look at me, the fighting stopped for a minute until someone else uses their ability and blows a hole in the PKers where more people could now escape. the cool-down is now over for the scythe but if i go to the pocket dimension the people will wait for me to spawn into the world again to kill me. so i dash to the escape route but too many passives are injured. if i leave them they will die to the PKers. i dash to the players and use the scythes ability to create a portal to the dimension and basically throw the players into the world i close the portal and run the players that are still fighting back retreat behind me to try and get away this couldn''t have been planed better once we get the distance the elves use magic and launch an artillery strike on the PKers which is now keeping them away and the attack took some of them out to where they were scattered which meant that the good players could pick them off one by one until they retreated and stopped attacking everyone. we took over the city again and made it a safe haven for the new players where if someone even damages another player that player gets interrogated to see if it was done intently or not. "wow look at that... the players are working together to stop the PKers and are successful i think this deserves a prize for the players that helped the ones who couldn''t help themselves.. ok viewers what should we do to reward these heroes of the town.. how about an item for each of them, how about a permanent legendary item that cannot be traded how about that? sound good everyone? ok then lets call these fine people to the administrator world where we can speak to them" i''m waiting for the cool-down to be over for the ability so i am able to retrieve the players until there is an announcement from the streamer in game saying "can all players that aided in the protection of the town please some to the town center" i don''t know what to do but to do as the admin says to see if he could help me with this cool-down. once i reach the center the players are all circled around then everyone starts to disappear one by one but with a notification saying they have been teleported so i wait but the cool-down doesn''t go away until i am in the other area. now that the admin has teleported everyone here. i use the ability to retrieve the players one by one but it turned out the players that had healing abilities healed themselves while in there and healed all the other players so there were very few injured when exiting the realm.If you discover this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. "well what do we have here... we have someone that used his ingenuity to help more players with more than just their strength.. i want to talk to you later but for now to thank all the heroes of this town i will give each of you legendary summon items but you are unable to trade these. also these items are permanent which means you can use them as many times as you would like and you will still have them even if you are killed in combat your opponent will not be able to retrieve it off your bodies... i will reset all players killed and injured anyone who was killed will no have their stuff back and all of you heroes and survivors you can keep all items that you earned in combat all items will be transferred to your own personal bank which no player can steal from so rest assured that your items that are stored in here will be safe no matter what happens." everyone in awe now returns to the main world besides me. "so would you like a personal interview or do you mind being live" "umm i would prefer to be in a personal interview but i''m at school right now so i am unable to speak to you besides text" "oh ok i see alright everyone i will be going for a bit but i will have a co worker take over the view points of the characters patrolling the world as i speak to this player.. i will be back, fret not" changes the scene to another point of view and continues to speak to me "so i have to ask why are you playing games during school." "i''m playing them because i have completed all my work for the week and have nothing else to do, the way that i did this was that my teacher gave class work and i had completed it faster than she thought so when she came up to me wondering why i was playing games i told her that i had completed the work so she made a bet with me saying if i got an A on the test i wouldn''t have to do the wrest of the work for the chapter." "well nothing really but in the process of me creating my character my game crashed and i was unable to do anything to make my character." "ah ok now i see the problem, but since you are operating on a corrupted character i am unable to change any setting on you to allow you to recreate your character but however i am able to give you items to fix this problem you have just give me a second..." he leaves again just to come back a few minutes later "so i have made some items specifically made for you this item allows you to recreate your character at anytime since i am unable to give you a chance to change it so i created a way to allow you to do so. if you have any questions for me in the future just ask i have added you as a friend on the game but i''m sorry i have to get back to the stream to keep the people preoccupied. so just message me anytime and ill try and message you back as soon as i can. well i got to go talk to you later." i am sent back to the town. i go to the bank and see what items i had received from the dead PKers. the folder is just stacked with items from top to bottom (dark revelry armor, twin assassin blades, normal daggers from the deprived classes and lots more.) i go to the character creation item i was given and use it it opens a menu that allows me to make my character from the races (fairy, elf, ork, demon, etc) but there is one that''s named pick me i pick it and it looks just like a human but the race name is question marks but i am able to change more than any other character i can make a human with green skin to an elf with ears on his neck. i keep it simple a human like character with a demon tail and red dragon eyes. i click confirm but another prompt pops up saying what passive abilities would i like i chose keep previous abilities. i go back to the back and replace a few items such as the giant sword and the scythe i put those in the back and choose some rare items one was a legendary item known as scither it was a sword with life drain and poison as its abilities. i go through and pick out a few armor sets such as the deceitful mask which was plain white and had lines going from the nose to the top of the mask and the mask had an animation to it where particles of the mask look like they are being torn off but the mask keeps its look also the mask only goes down just past the nose [-like the mask from bleach-] i also pick out the hooded cloak it was black and had red string sown into it it looked perfect for my character. still looking for armor i come across an armor called the demon in red which also had an animation to it but it wasn''t like the armor i had picked before, the neck doesn''t turn into a hood but is like an over sized collar to a jacket the cloak had the same animation as the mask. i grab them and head to do quests issued by the NPCs of the town for levels 5 and so on but when i check my level i am level 34 which is way higher than anyone else around me besides the other heroes which i saw that were the highest at 26. from the stream "the tournament will be opening for sign up in 2 days don''t be late. also about the tournaments each level of character signing up will be fighting other players at the same level and skill until we reach the top contestants then we will have class tournaments so those who are higher level don''t overpower the lower levels also each category winner receives the same prize" i stick to the cloak with the red stitching i will be using the revolvers and the twin assassin swords. so that people don''t find out what i have up my sleeve for the tournament. The Powerful Contestants and The Strategic Players "WELCOOOOOOME EEEEEEVERYBODY To the tournament today please stick around watch our contestants practice their arts they have had a few days for practicing for this tournament as this tournament is a major event hosted by the Devs there will be no damaging attacks from any players until placed in the ring. So everyone please welcome the well known players although some are known for different things but the most of the people here are from the good side of things, up first we have SideSike we was one of the people from the PKer war that we all should know, in the heat of things he was the first to step in front of the PKers to help those who needed it. his character is a wolf which means he has the passive ability of ''packs power'' that is a gift that allows those in his party to get a damage buff. his character skill set is of one of a tank so we will see what he brings to the battle, then we have SicklySlickSick or his nickname S, triple S or even Sick Slick his ability " *sound slowly fades to focus on main character* *school bell rings* "oh great time to go to my next class math" i personally hate this class because there are so many steps to do a simple thing such as trying to find x of a ob longed spheroid of mass disproportion between a octagonal plain. it just takes to long to do things in that class but i still finish it quicker than other people because i find easy ways around the problem. "hello Mr. Macky" my math teacher "welcome Ryan are you still playing the new mmo game" "yeah i am" "don''t let it get in the way of classwork ok?" "are you ready Ryan" "oh yeah hehehe" he puts the 1v1 on the schools tv screen for teaching and starts it for the whole class to see "are you ready class for me to teach you about why we do ware work" 5..4..3..2..and 1... the game starts Mr. Macky''s character is a cat person and wields a one handed sword his fur is black and the sword is grey with a red hilt its quite a slim sword so its light weight another timer counts down until the fight starts 5.. 4.. 3. 2 FIGHT i take out the assassin swords and charge at him he swings his sword in front of his body and jumps back so i charge after him. he then lunges towards me i hit him with the blades and do a significant amount of damage. i am unharmed and Mr. Macky lunges at me again he misses and i get another strike on him he is now down to half health. i rush him again taking down is health down even more. its a sure win for me now i still have full health and his heath is very low. at this point Mr. Macky lunges at me faster than before he strikes me repeatedly without stop slowly taking my health he is moving to fast for me to block any of the attacks. then out of no where i get hit from behind it takes a huge amount of my health and i am now down to half health. thats until Mr. Mack uses magic to send me flying back then i get hit from the back again i get back up but there is now a smoke screen blocking me from seeing Mr. Macky. i see him dashing out from the right side of the smoke screen. i jump to attack it as i go after it it fades away and i take damage again leaving me at 7 health. until i get hit from behind there is now a battle over all across my screen. "see students... how by doing your work can in turn be a game changer" "see Ryan what it did was set my work up at first. by taking damage i increase my speed do to my ability and my attacks at first weren''t supposed to hit they were parts of my work as u can see i forced you into my traps by luring you in any way possible" "do your work in life to turn the answer to what you want it to be" "i didnt think of it that way Mr. Macky im sorry" "pff don''t apologize just do your work" *bell rings* its now the end of the day and as i head to where the commotion is near the cafeteria. apparently the clubs are hosting the tournament games for everyone to see. the S guy is about to lose to SideSike. it''s a close game. i look to my right and see that people from my school are participating in the tournament. their game gets finished with and Mr. Macky walks up to the seat and gets ready as if he is about to play."oh look over here" the streamer that rewarded the heros previously is now narrating the tournament "we have BlackPiviter the pker from the start of the game and PerFker this is going to be a good fight" *FIGHT* blazes across the speakers to the fights BlackPiviter starts off by summoning a sword when PerFker lunges towards him. until BlackPiviter strikes the ground with the sword sending PerFker into the air where he then gets stabbed by BlackPiviter. PerFkre is now down to half health and counting down. BlackPiviter then flips and sends them both to the floor with PerFker hitting first with BlackPiviter on top of him down to 20 health left and BlackPiviter''s summon sword disappears and he then takes out a staff and conjures a mimic [a creature that copies the summoners movements] he then jumps around PerFker and has the mimic grab him and stab him twice, then stabs him in the back to then drop him to the floor the mimic disappears PerFker gets up and charges at BlackPiviter. but he didn''t make it to BlackPiviter it almost looks as if he tripped and just dropped his sword and face planted.
