 Prologue

    Paul POV


    My name is Paul, I''m 17 years old, and I have a shitty life. No parents, no friends, no nothing, no money, just an apartment which I will get kicked out of in a few days. Actually, my life was pretty good, I was born in a wealthy family with good parents, I had friends and everything.


    Everything changed when my parents and I were going on a vacation.


    Flashback


    1year ago...


    My family and Iare in a car right now, and we are heading on a vacation, I''m so excited!!! Can''t wait to swim in the sea!


    We finally arrived at the beach, and I stripped right of because I already had a swimsuit on me. Entering the sea, I feel the cold sensation on my skin, I shudder but still proceed to enter because it is my first time swimming.


    My parents might be rich, but they never had any time to spend with me because they are busy with their work.


    My dad''s name is Ryan, and he is the CEO of Future Tech, one of the biggest companies in the USA. (AN: if I''m bad at naming... deal with it, also this world he is in currently is basically Earth but with me adding stuff to it) While my mother is called Mia and she is helping my dad at his work, basically his secretary.


    As I was enjoying the water, dark clouds slowly began forming in the air... Oh no, it won''t rain, right?


    It didn''t rain... It was worse,hail began to fall from the sky, and its size wasn''t small. I hurriedly got out of the sea with my parents. Luckily we didn''t get hit by any of the bigger falling ice, we pack all of our stuff and head straight to our car.

    Because it was raining ice, it got stormy, and it was hard to see.


    After 10 minutes it finally quieted down, but it was still hard to see. Suddenly... BAM! Someone hit the back of our car, that causes my dad to break... BAM! we hit a tree, that causes me to pass out.

    Now, you may be thinking even though my parents died, how come I don''t have any money?


    That''s because of my other ''family'' members. At first, they were helping me and showering me with good words. In reality, all they were trying to do is get my family assets, and after they got what they wanted, they stopped visiting me.


    Basically, I got tricked by my own ''family''. I''m extremely angry about what they did but I can''t do anything about it, at least I got out of the hospital.


    Putting that aside, I guess I should go for a walk or something. I could go to school but nah, I don''t even want to go to that place anymore.


    A knock from the door wakes me up from my thoughts. I open the door and what awaits me is an angry glare from the landlord.


    "When will you pay for the rent!?"He shouts at me on top of his lungs.


    I wasn''t in a good mood like always so I just say"Soon".


    He didn''t seem satisfied with my answer and still shouts at me"What do you mean soon!?, I want the money now!"


    "I don''t have any money on me currently but I''m going to get some if you get out of my way, I''ll pay you as soon I get back"I lie. How am I supposed to get the money?


    He snorts and says"Hmph, I will be waiting for, you better hurry and come back"


    "Yeah,"I say while walking past him.


    ''Well, fuck. What am I supposed to do now? I guess I''ll be kicked out now.''


    I sigh and reminisce about my past while walking about my past. ''It was a good life... Why did it turn out like this?...''


    While walking I spot a little girl who was getting across the street alone.


    ''Where are her parents? I don''t know but I guess I should help her find her parents.''


    I started walking towards when I saw a speeding car.


    "Oh shit,"I said while I started running towards the little girl.


    Nobody seemed to notice her or me.


    I push the girl, and she falls down but luckily she got out of the way of the car.


    I wasn''t as lucky and the car hit me directly. I blacked out as soon as it hit me.

 Chapter 1 - The Awakening

    Paul woke up in a cottage-like building and the first that greeted him was an unknown surrounding and a headache.


    "I see now, somehow I ended up reincarnating in this body, or that''s what I think what happened?"


    Memories he got from this body are weird. Apparently, the person who this body belonged to was named Yang Bufan.


    He was a genius in cultivation. Stepping into Body Tempering level 6 by the age of 10 he was deemed to be the future Sect Leader of the Yang Clan.


    But one night while he was preparing to make a breakthrough, an assassin came to his residence and tried killing him.


    Fortunately or you could say unfortunately for Yang Bufan, an elder from his sect saved him but by the time he got to help, Yang Bufan was already crippled.


    Because of that incident, Yang Bufan lost his cultivation and everybody took a change to how they saw Yang Bufan.


    At first, nobody knew about Yang Bufan losing his cultivation, but the information eventually leaked and from that, Yang Bufans life got worse and worse.


    He was a core disciple even though he didn''t have cultivation required. But with no cultivation, everybody started bullying him, even servant disciples.

    They started calling him crippled trash, started beating him up yet the sect leader and his fiancee who praised him no longer cared about him.


    Paul gritted his teeth, "Hmph, so what? God gave me a new chance and I''m not planning to waste it, even though I''m crippled now doesn''t mean I can''t find something or somebody to cure me."


    Since this is a world of cultivation Paul didn''t think he couldn''t repair his broken meridians and recover his ability to cultivate.


    While Paul was lost in his thoughts, the door opened and a young girl who looks like 16 entered.


    When Paul saw her he instantly recognized her from Yang Bufans memories. Her appearance is really cute. She had short brownish hair and delicate face, Paul knew she would be gorgeous when she matures.


    She was the servant of Yang Bufan and the only person who cared about him even after he lost his cultivation. Her name is Yu Feifei.


    When she saw Paul got up from his bed she hurriedly said "Young master you shouldn''t get up that soon, Yang Yun hurt you badly, you should wait at least 10 more days"


    Oh, that''s right, the reason he was in bed because that Yang Yun punched him and that''s how Yang Bufan died, probably. I will have to get revenge, Paul vowed to himself.


    But first, he should figure out how to repair his broken meridians so he can cultivate. That would be had because not even the Sect Head could repair his meridians.


    "Feifei you should leave now, I need to rest more, and don''t call me young master, from now on call me Paul, I''m not some young master nor I am Yang Bufan from now on."


    Yu Feifei looked at Paul stunningly and thought to herself. ''Why did young master tell me to call him Paul, what kind of name is that?''


    She was skeptical but still just said "OK," before exiting.


    Paul was now excited yet disappointed. Excited because he is in a whole new world but disappointed because he can''t even cultivate.


    Before complentating about what should he do he decided to try to get some more memories of Yang Bufan because he only got some information. He doesn''t even know what is the planet named.


    He focused and tried to get more memories and what awaited him is another headache. After the headache stopped he got even more memories.


    The name of the planet is Enia, and he is currently on a continent named Mortal Continent. There isn''t any information about other continents but they should exist, right?


    He also found out about cultivation realms: Qi Opening, Body Tempering, Spirit Forming, Soul Tempering, Core Forming, Mortal Master, Earth Master, Heavenly Master, Ascension.


    Each realm is divided into 9 levels.


    While he was figuring what to do next another headache hit him, this headache was the most painful.


    Paul held his head wanting to scream but nothing came out.
