It was a beautiful night out in the park and it made the whole date all the more magical for both women. Then inevitably it was time for Vanessa to escort Jane back to her apartment. Chapter 1 Vanessa was enshrouded in darkness no it was worse than darkness know this was something more profound it was the void. "Wow the endless abyss sure is spacious if I was still alive I would have a field day decorating this place with Amanda and..." At that point Vanessa realized her situation, she will never be able to see the people she cares about again. Due to this realization, she did the only thing she could do at that moment and that was to weep she wept and wept for what seemed like hours but could have been a few seconds or a few years within the void. As Vanessa got closer to the light she started to notice something as she got closer to the light. And that was that she wasn''t the only thing there. It wasn''t until Vanessa got closer and began to hear their conversations that she realized these were not normal people. "Oh come on Cassandra you have to side with me on this you know I''m right my humans are the superior race in this battle and if we join forces both our races could rule over them all." said Venator "Oh shut up Venator that look of yours is just plain annoying not seductive" stated Cassandra Their arguments seemed to continue for a while not noticing Vanessa. As Vanessa observed them she could kind of figure out who they are they were almost certainly gods and goddesses the fact that their forms seemed to match their respective races and they constantly kept arguing about preserving the balance and not interfering in the mortal world was a pretty large hint that lead to that conclusion. There were in total six of them the four of them that spoke were self-explanatory the goddess of the elves Lunari, the god of humans Venator, the goddess of demons Lilith and the goddess of angels Cassandra. But there were also two other beings that had not spoken yet; even so, it was pretty obvious who these two represented one seemed to be some form of beast-kin and the other seemed to be some sort of dragon race both where extremely beautiful women just like the other goddesses, all though the beast-kin goddess seemed to be a little ... ''flat chested.'' Vanessa thought All of a sudden the beast kin goddess stood up immediately and began to yell. " That''s it who called me flat Ill rip out your liver and eat it in front of you-you bastard it better not be you, Nadia" The outraged goddess said pointed at the other previously unnamed goddess," Just because you have big breasts and are a goddess doesn''t mean I won''t tear them off!" she yelled "All the other gods and goddesses began to pale a little and instantly denied ever speaking such a word" Then the Dragon woman spoke seemingly in a calming and almost...flirty matter. " It wasn''t me Vix you and I both learned to respect our assets when it comes to our bodies after all you look cute like that Vix" stated the Dragon woman This caused the beast-kin woman to blush slightly and stutter. "B-baka who cares what you think hmph, anyway if it wasn''t any of you then who was it" "Uhh sorry I wasn''t trying to be rude when I thought that its just I was kind of studying you guys while you ignored me and it kind of past my mind." said Vanessa There was utter silence within the void all the goddesses and the one god were staring at Vanessa slack-jawed "Who are you?" they all said in unison. Chapter 2 Vanessa felt kind of awkward being observed like she was and just decided to answer their question hoping to get some answers herself. "Uhh my name is Vanessa and I was with my girlfriend a little while ago until we were threatened by this asshole and I was able to kill him by lighting him on fire but I kind of died in the process" before she could continue the demonic goddess interrupted her. "Wait a minute, you''re from earth aren''t you?" "Yeah how did you know?" stated Vanessa. "Its a relatively new world that was created by a visiting god that disappeared a while ago." stated Lunari this time. "Well if that''s the case then can I ask why I''m here I was kind of expecting to be trapped in the void alone not with a bunch of gods and goddesses," said Vanessa. " You see that''s the thing though you shouldn''t have even entered the void for long enough to even notice you would have almost instantly been put into the Cycle of reincarnation normally," said Cassandra. " Well in that case then why am I here?" Vanessa said. All the gods seem almost nonplussed which started to worry Vanessa ''what if I''m stuck here forever?'' she thought. The dragon goddess Nadia noticing her thoughts began to reassure Vanessa " Don''t worry we may act like a dysfunctional family but we are gods leaving you here would not only be a fate feared by even us gods but it would also weigh on our consciousness we will try to help you." Vanessa felt a rush of hope at hearing this and before even the gods could react she was hugging Nadia. All the other gods were surprised not only by the woman''s speed but also by Nadia''s reaction. Nadia was sporting a cherry red blush that covered her entire body she who was the tallest of the goddesses was utterly overwhelmed by the taller and more well-endowed woman hugging her. "Wow never thought id see the day our fierce and seductive dragon goddess would blush like a school girl" stated Lilith who began to chuckle slightly. Realizing what she was doing Vanessa thought of teasing the goddess a little more while hugging her she slowly leaned forward an blew into the woman''s scaled human ears ''phew''. "A-anyway there are some ways for you to be brought back to life" stuttered Vix who seemed to be extremely embarrassed and slightly aroused at the display. " Unfortunately most of them would cause more harm than good either to your mental or physical person" stated Vix. " Then what is the one that won''t cause any of those problems?" asked Vanessa. All the gods and goddesses looked at each other and seemed to come to an unspoken agreement. "We will transmigrate you into our world" stated Venator. "Realy?!?" "Yeah your soul no longer belongs to your previous world so this is the better alternative" stated Cassandra "there is just one problem" " What is it?" "Well you know how we are all gods and goddesses right," to this Vanessa nodded " well you see as gods we have to keep the balance between the races so we can''t exactly put you there as any of the races we represent or else it would be the equivalent of your stereotypical hero isekai novel and we are all pretty sure you wouldnt enjoy that not to mention how badly that would shift the balance whichever races favour" states Cassandra. Vanessa was confused by two things Cassandra said " How do you know about isekai novels and stuff from my world any way it seems most of you have some knowlege from my world" All the goddesses and the only male god shared a look at this and said " Would you like to maintain the balance of the universe as well as your own race no matter how much trouble they cause you for millennium and never have a day off?" stated Vix Vanessa thought about that for a second and then shivered slightly at the thought " When you put it that way it makes you sound like immortal babysitters" At this statement they all nodded "Everyone needs a vacation including us gods so we visit earth every so often to relax, it may sound irresponsible but our control over our race is actually quite lenient in most areas, we are more like baby moniters in that sense because thats what we mostly do we watch and watch and watch some more its very VERY boring" stated Lunari Vanessa agreed compleetly with that statement and actuly felt some pity for her new friends at hearing their predicament. Realizing there was still one question she had unasnwered she asked " Also if I won''t be transmigrated as one of your races then what will I become?" Chapter 3 " Don''t worry that''s their just their outer shell" stated Vix catching Vanessa by surprise "underneath they have almost the same features as a demon but less fire and brimstone but more inky shadowy darkness" Vix confirmed " So, in other words, you''ll be able to keep your looks just with a few extra parts: wings, tail, horns, and a retractable outer shell," said Cassandra further helping reassure Vanessa "But hey look on the bright side you''ll be able to customize how you look both with the shell on and off so you have a lot of control over your looks" stated Lilith with a grin that almost looked envious Vanessa began to calm down and began to ground herself until she was calm before she spoke. " Thank you," she began " and ... I''m ready she confirmed." All the gods and goddesses smiled and all of a sudden a weird blue screen popped in front of her face. Character creation has been initialized. Then Vanessa was greeted with her new form displayed in front of her, the overall look was that of a human being but with key differences one she was encased in the black carapace two she had a pair of wings horns and one wickedly sharp almost spearlike tail. the overall outer appearance didn''t have that much customization other than the fact that she could add certain appendages which although esthetically looked cool they were essentially useless in most cases. But some were useful such as spikes around the knuckles and toes which Vanessa could surmise would be quite useful in combat which is why she decided to add them but that was about it. Then when she was finished altering the spikes to be more like studs that way she won''t have to worry about the large spikes on her knuckles limiting her hands mobility in her armored form she decided it was time and selected the main body tab on the selection screen and readied herself for her new look and the first thing she did was yell at the god Venator to shut his eyes along with all the other goddesses when her main body appeared... completely... nude. Vanessa was embarrassed out of her mind especially when she caught the goddesses peaking and blushing while she began her customization. First thing she did was press the clothes tab, then she began the actual customization, she started by changing a few minor details Vanessa was already confident in her original body and the new..look only seemed to accentuate it especially with the wispy shadows that seemed to caress and accentuate her characters'' body what she did change was the overall shape and form of her added extremities they were amazing but she wanted to make sure she could still move and be as mobile she was as a human and that seemed problematic with massive horns and wings first she reduced their size by about half but proceeded to make them proportionally thicker so they won''t lose their sturdiness as the size decreased her tale she just made thinner and more of a fluid accessory more like a whip then a long club. "Maybe I''ll be able to use it in combat." Vanessa mused out loud. Vanessa was at first awkward because of this but after a while, she got used to her gaze. That is until she heard that comment then she had to deal with a whole nother round of blushing. Finally, Vanessa finished the minute changes she wanted to make. "All right you all can look know although I can tell most of you were peaking," Vanessa stated staring pointedly at the know more intensely blushing goddesses. "Ahem ... yes we are ready to transmigrate you, you just have to tell us where you want to be transmigrated to" said Cassandra still unable to hide her blush but still trying to control herself. Then Lilith pulled up a massive map in front of everyone and began to explain. This map was separated into what seemed to be six different sections all originating from a circular region in the center. Each section was labeled by its respective race. " Ok as you can tell from our earlier arguments you understand there''s a war between the humans and elves going on know right?" said Lilith Vanessa nodded to the question " Then its pretty obvious there''s a lot of racial strife and tension going on right know between nearly all the races so the only neutral zone we can transmigrate you that won''t result n your enslavement or death is a cave deep in the forest that borders all the races respectable kingdoms" stated Lilith Vanessa frowned at this. " But wouldn''t that put me in the middle of all that controversy?" Vanessa asked Lilith gave a knowing smile at this question "That''s what you would think but you have to realize even though we all represent our respective races we still have to maintain the balance of this world so we each sent a message and a warning to our respective races stating long ago that the forest is neutral territory and that any army or political action towards the claiming or destruction of that forest will result in the instantaneous death of all those involved" said Lilith Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Cassandra sighed and spoke "Yeah you see my race decided to misinterpret the warning and due to their dumb pride which surpasses that of even the elves they tried to place themselves as the guardians of the forest because in their minds they are supposedly closest of all the races to godhood and when I warned them I stated that all mortals will be punished and they decided to take advantage of that specific wording," Lunari also spoke. "The elves almost did the same but I made sure to word mine in a way where they couldn''t misinterpret it, Cassandra, however, is still stuck in the stereotypical role of communicating to them with extreme metaphors and prophecies because if she doesn''t they wouldn''t believe it was their goddess speaking to them" All the gods looked solemn at the memory then Cassandra spoke " It was decided that the race that defies the warnings executioner would be their own god," Cassandra looked so distraught that Vanessa couldn''t help but go over and comfort her as she began to finish her speech. "I nearly caused my own race to become extinct that day; the only good thing that came from the whole thing is now they are nowhere near as prideful as they where; watching your own goddess slaughter thousands of your soldiers and commanders while crying tears of blood seems to have that effect" she sniffled as she ended her speech and seemingly began to shrink in on herself as she burrowed herself into Vanessa''s comforting arms. Cassandra, after feeling Vanessa''s arms wrapping around her in a comforting embrace began to calm down, she had always hated remembering what happened back then there were times when she ever had time alone she would constantly think about what happened back then. ''How could it have been avoided ?'', ''How many died ?'', '' and deep in the farthest depths of her mind the one question that disgusted her to even think is a question in the first place '' Am I at fault ?''. Because in the end she knew the answer and that was a definite undeniable "Ye.." "No," said an extremely firm and resolute voice interrupting Cassandra in the middle of her internal monologue. Cassandra was not only surprised by the tone of the voice but the owner of said voice as well. The owner just so happened to be Vanessa who had been studying Cassandra''s face as she started having her breakdown and was able to piece together her thoughts at the time. Those thoughts, after all, were the exact same thoughts she was worried her best friend and her girlfriend would become guilty over considering how she died, Vanessa made sure to stop that seed from being planted before she died and seeing a form of that guilt slowly eating away at Cassandra in such an open way actually made Vanessa very ... angry. " You are their god their protector yes you are obligated to guide them just like a parent would their own child." Vanessa began staring deeply into Cassandras eyes who was transfixed Vanessa as she began to speak " But you are also a person and so are they yes you protect them but you also have to punish them as well not just because you have to or because it is your fault but because they tried to take advantage of others as well as you; their own goddess, they knew what your message meant deep down they did but they decided to ignore your warning and instead twisted it to their own ends to serve their own needs." continued Vanessa her gaze further morphing into a mask of rage. " It is not your fault that their own pride and greed lead to their punishment just like how a parent is not at fault when their child is to be punished for their behavior if said child knew what they were doing was wrong in the first place" at this point all the rage abruptly left Vanessa''s face and she began to speak in a softer tone. "It is not your fault," Vanessa spoke softly into Cassandra''s ear There was a deafening silence after this. All the gods and goddesses were staring at Vanessa with looks that expressed so much gratitude that it was actually a little embarrassing for Vanessa, who had realized she might have overstepped a line with how heated she had gotten during her speech. The silence continued for an uncomfortable moment until finally, Cassandra spoke with her head still buried in Vanessa''s shoulder. "Thank you," Cassandra whispered " so much. " Cassandra finished while looking up at Vanessa and showing off a smile that could probably cause the sun to put on shades with its intensity. Vanessa who was now both relieved that she hadn''t overstepped her bounds and happy she had got her point across decided to return her smile with one of her own and replied "Your welcome." Then they stayed in their position for a little while longer by then Cassandra was able to calm down completely after that: at least that is until she began to realize she was practically cuddling Vanessa on the floor at this point in front of every one of her sisters who seemed to all have a slightly jealous look on their face along with her only brother who looked almost as if he was taking a picture of them; this resulted in Cassandra proceeding to blush insanely, quickly get up, and change the subject or else she would dig a hole to crawl into so she could die of her embarrassment at that moment. " A-all right a-are you ready to go?" Vanessa was slightly amused at Cassandra''s reaction but decided not to tease her she looked like she was embarrassed enough as it is. Vanessa began to think about what was going to happen seriously then asked something before making her decision. Chapter 4 " Can you explain more about the gaming system you where talking before I''ve played a lot of RPGs and MMOs but I''m more of a casual player?" asked Vanessa All the other gods froze for a second realizing they almost literally fucked their new friend over not telling her about such an important concept. Surprisingly Vix was the one who began to explain " If you say status out loud or think about it really hard you will see how the world views you in a condensed form as well as including a settings menu that can customize when and how notifications are announced to you," said Vix Venator leaned in to whisper something to Vanessa "I''d recommend changing it from the default settings, it wouldn''t be good for a loud ding and a blue screen notification to pop in front of your face during combat, I''m pretty sure you can guess how that can be annoying as well as dangerous." Venator intoned, Vanessa made a mental note of that and silently thanked Venator for the info that would probably have killed her in a life or death scenario if she didn''t know about it. "Ehhem!!" Vanessa heard Vix trying to get her attention and she realized she was being rude. "Sorry, Venator was just recommending me to alter the notification system." At this Vix chuckled and nodded "Thanks ''Ven'' i still hate you when you''re in racist mode but you sure do know how to be a nice guy when you want to" Vix intoned earning a chuckle from Venator. "Yeah it sucks that my representation of humans is so strong that even their racism carried over but hey what can you do but live with it," said Venator with an almost ... sad smile. Vanessa was slightly happy about this she was a little wary of Venator at the start but know that she understood his racist tendency wasn''t really in his control she began to feel a small amount of worry for his situation Lunari spoke up looking slightly mollified herself. Cassandra explained. This surprised Vanessa, Cassandra seemed like the most grounded and caring person here she had to ask why "Then what changed?" " The more powerful your races emotions and feelings as well as their population effects us proportionally so when I did what I did not only where their egos shattered but their overall population decreased massively resulting in the ''me'' you see today" Vanessa understanding that it wasn''t a pleasant memory to say the least if the previous events wasn''t already a big hint to that considering the last conversation concerning this resulted in Cassandra nearly having a mental breakdown, so Vanessa decided to have some tact and switch the conversation back to Vix''s lecture on the system hoping not to accidentally drive Cassandra to another breakdown. "So like stats with numbers and stuff?" Vanessa asked hoping Vix would understand what she was doing. Vix nodded slightly understanding Vanessa''s goal and seemed to thank her with her eyes before continuing. "No its more simple than that; it shows your age which is self-explanatory, gender obviously, race, titles, and abilities. And also if you concentrate on specific info in your status the system will give you a more in-depth explanation this should help you with your races needs because your race was on this planet even before we where born and are mysterious even to us gods," stated Vix seriously. "Titles are just the worlds way of viewing a specific action or fact about you it gives some detail about the title as well as some form of a side effect," Vix said proceeding with her explanation. "Are they always positive?" inquired Vanessa who was beginning to become more excited about the new world she will soon be visiting. "No there are titles with negative effects but titles themselves are difficult to obtain and are mostly related to fantastic feats or birthrights for example being born as a prince you''ll gain the title Prince of Bumfuck Nowheresville, overall titles are sort of picky in when and how they are bestowed and therefore are very hard to gain in the first place so you shouldn''t have to worry about that shit too much" stated Vix who began to continue with her monologue almost like that of a professor who began to get really engrossed in the subject they taught. Vanessa could tell that Vix probably had a fascination with the RPG games from her world but she also had another thing on her mind and that was the language that Vix began to use in a more crude manner. And so Vanessa decided to punish Vix a little bit for her language, in Vanessa''s mind Vix reminded her of a teenager and in some areas even reminded her of her girlfriend Jane; but she resembled her best friend Amanda the most especially the slightly abrasive attitude and crude language. And Vanessa always made it a point to tease her best friend whenever she used profanities because hidden deep under that sand-paper like personality she could be a pretty cute tsundere especially when she was embarrassed; this is also why Amanda teased Vanessa so much back when she confessed about her feelings for Jane payback at its finest. Somewhere within the Forbidden Forest Inside a cave deep within the forbidden forest a bright multi-colored light shined within a particularly spacious cave and almost as quickly as the light appeared it vanished leaving behind the sleeping body of a very unique being. This being was entirely covered in a carapace like armor it was around a height of six-foot-two and seemingly had no mouth, eyes, or ears. There was also something else about this thing and that is that it was definitely female the breast size of the armored being was D-cup respectfully and even though she wasn''t overweight it was obvious she had a moderate amount of muscle on her bones. Then after a small amount of time the being decided to stand up, it looked like it was trying to figure out something. ''Ok know how do I retract the armor shell'' Vanessa thought then almost as if it understood her thought the armor retracted itself from her face and body leaving her nude as the day she was born luckily no one was around at the time and Vanessa was able to preserve her modesty. "haa ... oops" said Vanessa drooling with an almost vacant look in her eyes. ''Ok know that I''ve done everything I needed to concerning my status and stuff its time to get a look at my new world, this caves nice and all but I do want to explore a little. '' Vanessa thought as she began to walk toward the entrance of the cave until she was blinded by the entrance light until her eyes finally adjusted and when they did what she saw dumbfounded her.'' A vast open forest extended for as far as her eyes could see the sheer beauty of this forest, as well as its seemingly tranquil aura, seemed to increase Vanessa''s focus of things around her. After she had circled the entire camp, she was able to understand their numbers and weaponry and was able to draw a good couple of conclusions in her head. Which surprised and worried her slightly considering she would not normally be this methodical when it comes to scenarios like this. ''I know there''s about a dozen of them, only about half have weapons which are quite frankly just sticks the only one I''m really worried about is the goblin holding an ax it looks crude but it seems to be covered in something vile so getting cut by that is a big nope I saw what he used to coat that thing and I''d rather die than even be in a couple yards of that putrid smelling weapon let alone be attacked by it'' Overall Vanessa was able to obtain enough information about the camp to realize its threat level know she just had to figure out how to kill them all without being outnumbered to heavily, getting severely wounded or poisoned. ''Ok I''m sort of a tank-ish character with my armor and passive regen; fighting them head on seems to be the only option hopefully my armor is resilient enough to withstand that and if not, I should be able to fly away if I need to'' Vanessa concluded hoping that if the former scenario is the case she will be able to fly away without crash-landing. Vanessa resolved herself to fight the enemy of all women and then she was enshrouded in her armor. When this happened, Vanessa realized something weird. ''This armor covers my entire body, yet I can still see... huh neat.'' It seems that even though the battle armor covers the entire body since its technically created and formed by Vanessa she was still able to see even though her eyes were covered just another thing that showed she A had to practice and test her abilities later and B a good chunk of the books about common sense from her old world will have to be thrown out the window at some point if she was to survive in this world. After having this internal realization Vanessa focused on the more current issue and that was the camp. ''All right let¡¯s do this'' then with as much speed as she could muster, she ran straight for the ax-wielding goblin ''Let¡¯s deal with him first if I don''t want to have to test out this armor with that disgusting weapon anytime soon'' As Vanessa charged all the other goblins seemed to be surprised it was the first time, they had ever seen such a beautiful female charge toward them instead of running away from them screaming and yelling so they seemed to be almost basking in the good fortune presented to them. This lasted just long enough for Vanessa to close in on her targeted goblin and punch it with as much force possible behind her reinforced fist. what she didn''t expect however was for the goblins head to make a complete three-hundred-sixty degree turn with a sickening crunch of bones and vertebrae and then fall over like a puppet with its strings cut. ''Are goblins really that weak or am I just that strong'' Vanessa contemplated then she shook herself and prepared to finish what she started What proceeded could have been a bloody battle but with Vanessa''s strength and armor, it was more like a one-sided slaughter. Vanessa had no qualms over killing especially for survival but this situation was almost like pest control or weed killing to her and it got to the point where she actually let them hit her a couple times with their ''weapons'' and she again realized she would definitely have to look at her skills later especially her battle armor because getting whacked in the head with a wooden club should NOT just cause you to flinch backward as if you were finger flicked it should have at least knocked her over; Vanessa knew that she might be stronger than normal due to her new body but not that strong so she had a feeling her armor was helping her somehow, either that or the gods were helping her but she highly doubted that especially knowing some of them. ¡®Yeah knowing them they would probably just appear and slaughter them all just by flicking a finger¡¯ Vanessa reasoned knowing with their personalities they would have just appeared and taken care of the problems themselves, so the only logical explanation was her battle armor. There was also something else that had begun to worry her, it had been almost like an itch in the back of her head ever since she regained consciousness in this new world. At first, it was little things like how easily she acclimated to her new world. And then more noticeable things like how she was able to just run into that group of goblins with no hesitation at all, but there was also something else, but she just couldn¡¯t quite grasp it yet. Vanessa had a feeling though that when she finally finds out what that thing is she will not be happy. She already had an idea of what was causing this slight alteration of her mindset and she was making sure to remember to see if her thoughts were correct on the matter. ''Ok that''s the last of them thankfully it seems they were just setting up camp here so there¡¯s probably nothing really useful besides the sticks and clubs to make an elevated bed out of because I am not sleeping on the floor tonight. I already spent god only knows how long in the void as a sleepless incorporeal spirit bawling my eyes out for what could have been a couple of hours or a thousand years and I am not going to go to sleep for the first time since before I died on the floor of a cave'' she thought After this internal monologue Vanessa was started to carry back a large amount of the staffs and sticks to her cave where she then proceeded to make a makeshift bed using the branches and clubs and then covering it with some nearby leaves to use as bedding as she was grabbing the last of the materials to finish her little project however she heard something. It sounded almost like a light sobbing and it was incredibly hard to hear at first but as Vanessa began to track the sound it became more pronounced and almost more afraid? ''It seems to be coming from the larger hut over there. Hmm ... wasn''t that the hut that the ax-wielding goblin came out of earlier?'' Vanessa thought Vanessa decided to enter the hut deciding that if she had missed a hostile goblin that she better deal with it or else it might try to attack her in her home when she sleeps after all if whatever had been making the sound had been watching her it would know that she was the one that slaughtered their village and it could obviously see where her home was as Vanessa was retrieving the materials for her makeshift bed. When Vanessa approached the hut, the sobbing seemed to get louder and more frantic and it began to be accompanied by a metal clanging sound. When Vanessa entered the hut, she saw what she had seen in all the other huts. Thatch floor random garbage spread across the walls and floor, but whatever had been making the sound was nowhere in sight. So, Vanessa decided to search the area little more. And as she was walking around, she just so happened to step on a specific location on the thatched floor and the next thing Vanessa knew she fell through the floor and landed on the ground with a loud thump. "Ughh!! thank god I still have my armor on or else that might have actually crippled me'' Vanessa spoke aloud. But as she finished her sentence, she heard a small whimper and that clinking metal sound again causing her to look up, and what she saw shocked her. At the far end of what seemed to be the ''basement'' of the hut was a boulder that was halfway protruding from the ground, but that wasn''t what surprised Vanessa what surprised her was the green teenager that was chained to said boulder. ''She must have seen what I did to the goblins outside and being unable to leave tried to hide when I came nearer for more materials.''
