 Joining The Adventurers Guild

    As I open my eyes I see the beautiful clear sky and feel the soft grass touching my back. How am I supposed to get up if it¡¯s so comfortable to lay on the grass?


    I let out a big sigh and force myself to get up only to see a beautiful lake surrounded by trees in front of me.


    I go near the lake and take a sip of the water and a reflection of myself shows up.


    ¡°Hmm so this is how my new face looks? Not bad!¡±


    My new face had long black hair falling down to my shoulders and my green eyes were small and spaced evenly spart under my thin eyebrows, the shape of my new face had a defined, slightly pointed chin and a sturdy jaw line. It was quite beautiful.


    The reason why I¡¯m calling it my new face is because I died in my previous life and I met a goddess who allowed me to choose if I wanted to reincarnate into a world I wished to live or let my soul vanish.


    It¡¯s obvious that I chose to reincarnate in a game-world and she even gave me a skill and magic aptitude that I wished to have.


    For the skill I asked her to give me ¡®Appraisal¡¯ because in all the novels I read it helped the main character a lot.


    As for the magic aptitude I chose the thunder aptitude because I wanted to strike whatever enemies appeared infront of me with a fast and destructive force.


    I didn¡¯t waste anymore time and checked my status.

    Hmm my class is ¡®Dragon Knight¡¯? Oh yeah I remember asking the goddess to have an ability to use a dragon¡¯s power that must be it.


    ¡®Mana Manipulation¡¯ and ¡®Mana Absorbation¡¯ I don¡¯t remember asking for those skills but I¡¯ll take them.


    Why is my Intelligence so low I thought I was smarter¡­ Hmm Dexterity? Oh it seems it affects my health regeneration and constitution my health?.


    My Lightning Aptitude is level 10 I wonder what that means.


    And there aren¡¯t any titles aww man!


    Well that doesn¡¯t matter right now.


    I need to find a village as quickly as possible and I also need weapons and armor, all I have right now is a jacket and trousers¡­


    Hmm which way to go? There are only trees around me so that means I¡¯m probably in a forest.


    Ok it¡¯s decided I¡¯m gonna go into the forest and hopefully find a village hopefully im not gonna get attacked by some bear¡­


    I went into the forest and after 7 minutes of walking I heard a noise in one of the bushes but thankfully there was a big rock near me so I quietly got behind it

    Hmm if I have to fight this guy without a weapon it¡¯s clear that I will lose¡­


    Just as I thought about how I should kill it the goblin sat down in front of the rock

    This is a perfect chance for me to get a weapon and level up


    My plan was simple I just sneak up on the goblin and take his spear without it noticing me after I have taken his spear I kill him.

    I slowly get near the sitting goblin from behind and jump to get the spear. When I jumped the goblin turned around and saw me but it was too late because I already got the spear and as soon as it started to chant for a fireball I stabbed it in the head ending it¡¯s life

    These 3 oprions appeared infront of me and I clicked the items and stored the money away in it and the BC value went up by 3 I guess that¡¯s the bronze coin value and the others are silver and gold.


    Well time to go¡­


    Just as I was about to continue in my search of a village I remembered the goblin trying to use a fireball which reminded me that I can also use magic.


    Should I try and make a thunder-bolt? I thought to myself.


    After a couple breaths of time I came up with how I was gonna make a thunder-bolt


    I began to circulate the mana in my body outside of my left hand imagining a ball of mana forming. This created a ball of mana which could do nothing so I imagined electricity circulate around that ball and after a couple tries it succeeded.


    Now it was time to see if I can make that electricity into a small wave. I thrust out my hand and imagined a wave coming from the ball full of electricity.

    A huge hole went through a tree causing it to fall.

    I started going through the forest again hoping I would find a village soon and the ¡®Thunder-Bolt¡¯ I used caused a loud explosion so some monsters might come¡­


    After a couple minutes of running I heard a hissing sound from behind me.


    When I turned around I saw a huge snake chasing after me.

    I¡¯m dead! That was the thought that ran through my head but I couldn¡¯t die right after being reincarnated¡­


    So I ran as fast as I could but the snake was just too damn fast and it was right behind me toying with me. It could swallow me at any moment but it decided to toy around with it¡¯s meal before eating it?


    This made me a little glad but also annoyed, I thought as hard as I could before I came up with an idea!


    I focused all my mana into my legs hoping it would increase my speed  and I burst forth and started to outrun the snake by a little

    I looked behind and saw that the snake wasn¡¯t chasing me anymore so I stopped running and started resting.


    After 2 minutes of resting I wasn¡¯t tired anymore so I started searching for a village and just as 12 seconds passed I saw little houses in front of me.


    ¡°Finally! I found a village!¡± I yelled out


    ¡°Well time to go in¡±


    I went inside the village without a problem and I was gonna start looking for an inn but I remembered that I only have 3 bronze coins¡­


    I asked some people around me if there was an adventurer¡¯s guild or an inn in the village and they told me where they were


    I headed for the inn because it was late at night and it might not be expensive to stay for a night who knows?


    I went into the inn and talked to the receptionist.


    ¡°How much is it for a room?¡±


    ¡°It¡¯s 1 bronze coin sir¡± The receptionist answered me


    One bronze coin? Wasn¡¯t that too cheap?


    I gave him 1 bronze coin and he showed me the way to my room.

    I leave my spear near the bed and jump on the bed and instantly fall asleep


    When I woke up the first thing I see is a blue window saying

    At the entrance of the guild just as I was about to enter a muscular big guy pushed me.

    ¡°Oh sorry I didn¡¯t mean to get in your way¡± I decide to act like a whimp just so I won¡¯t make any enemies


    ¡°Well since you apologized I forgive you¡± The muscular guy said with a smile


    After he left I went into the guild and spoke with the receptionist lady


    ¡°Hello, I would like to sign up for the adventurer¡¯s guild¡±


    ¡°Sure thing sir just fill out this paper¡±


    She gave me a paper and I filled it up

    I followed her and we got into a room full of practice dummies

    ¡°Yes! So can you tell me how the guild rankings and things like that work?¡±


    The receptionist lady calmed down and answered

    I follow her and she shows me the quest board

    ¡°Oh I forgot, I haven¡¯t introduced myself yet. You can call me Ella¡±

    I take a look at the quest board and see a lot of quests from rank G to S


    I take a look at the E-Rank quests and their all quests with monster slaying like ¡®Wolf Hunt¡¯ ¡®Orc Extermination¡¯ and things like that.

    There is a camp located south-east of the village and 7 goblins have been causing trouble.

    ¡°I¡¯ll take this one¡±


    ¡°Goblin Extermination? Well it should be fine since there are only 7 of them¡± Ella says with a smile.


    I go out of the guild an head for the goblin camp to kill the 7 goblins.

    I got near the camp and all of the goblins were sitting eating fish, this was the perfect chance to kill them all.


    But I still might have some trouble because there are so many of them.


    I spend some time thinking and come up with an idea.


    I pour mana across my whole body just like I did when the snake was chasing me but that only increased my speed I needed to increase my strength too so I poured my mana across my whole body.

    With this I should be able to defeat these goblins without a problem since they are all level 5


    I shoot a ¡®Thunder-Bolt¡¯ at one of the goblins sitting and instantly killed him while I charged at 3 goblins sitting near each other and swiped my spear in a half moon circle cutting off all of their heads with some resistance from the last one.


    Now there were only 3 more goblins left.


    One of the goblins jumped up with it¡¯s dagger trying to stab me but it was too obvious so i dodged it.

    I quickly stabbed it with my spear before it could attack me again.


    After I stabbed the goblin the two other goblins surrounded me and charged in to attack me at the same time.


    I kill one of them with a ¡®Thunder-Bolt¡¯ and block the other one¡¯s attack with my spear, but after I blocked it¡¯s attack it threw a knife at me hitting my left arm.

    This goblin is a little smart it noticed that I use magic with my left arm so it decided to injure it so I can¡¯t use any magic?.


    But that doesn¡¯t matter I can still kill it.


    I charge at the goblin trying to stab it¡¯s head but it dodges my attack and tries to stab me in the stomach.


    As I saw it try to do this I used the end of the spear which was made of wood to hit the goblin¡¯s head.

    I succeeded and made it dizzy which allowed me to successfully kill it with one blow to the head.


    After the fightning was over I picked up their swords and daggers putting 2 of the daggers on myself so I can throw them and the other 2 swords and 4 daggers into my inventory.


    I got a total of 24 bronze coins from killing all the goblins which means I got 2.4 silver coins.


    I get back to the guild and I got my reward for the quest


    ¡°Asuhi how did you get injured?¡± Ella asked a little worried as she saw my left hand


    ¡°Well a goblin threw a dagger at my hand while I blocked it¡¯s sword with my spear.¡±


    ¡°Oh I see, well watch out next time you fight them goblins are tricky monsters. Let me heal it for you¡±


    ¡°You can use healing magic?¡±


    ¡°Yes I heal a lot of the adventurers in the guild so let me heal you too¡± Ella said with a smile


    I lend my hand to Ella and she starts chanting, a white light wraps my hand healing the wound left by the dagger.
