She ran and panted along the dark road covered in thick forest and bushes. she turned and found the bandits are not far behind, she swallowed hard. She can slam them with her strength but she is forbidden to hurt any living creature. bound by these rules, she can only run. a breeze blew onto her skin as she continued to run. she was looking for a place to hide when she suddenly tripped and fell, rolling along the path and crashing into a tree. making her dizzy and sick around her body. she would stand up but stopped when the bandits caught her aching shoulder. she felt the sting. She may have inhuman strength, but she still occupies a fragile human body. she must take care of this body until the end of her duties. she cannot move or attack because she is afraid if it will get worse. "Catch ya! Captain, here it is!" the subordinate''s voice echoed the dark, dim forest. she could hear the footsteps in dry leaves approaching them. "Ha!" a man with a large body and a full face tattoos stepped first. he must be the captain. "Now your tricks won''t help you anymore!" he grabbed her hair roughly and pulled it to the ground. "Now, what should we do with this tender meat?" Ugh. disgusting. if the worst scenario becomes real, she must use force. she waits at the right time if someone finally touches her again, she will act immediately. but before all the scenarios touched her, suddenly something came out from the bushes behind her. She was shocked because she had not noticed the sound or presence before and was wide-eyed at the spot when the two swords had tinkled with the captain and had thrown him back in a sudden push. something or someone with a black robe suddenly appeared between her and the bandits. "Who are you!?" The captain roared when he woke up. his subordinates took their weapons from the scabbard. some uses axes, hammers, daggers, and sticks. they look dangerous. "..." a black figure that suddenly appeared did not respond but took another step. The bandit captain felt threatened, "Ugh, alright! Kill them!" as the captain ordered, all of his subordinates ran while showing their weapons, ready to hack and slash the black person. Ira wanted to stand up, reach for the figure, and then run away from them, but she witnessed their own battle end in an instant. the black figure with the single movement of the twin swords on each arm managed to knock on all the bandit attacks including the captain behind. they fell far behind. they struggled to stand up and prepare to attack again but when the black figure took another step to approach them the captain suddenly ordered them to retreat. then, they leave. the black figure fell silent and turned to face the poor girl who looked stupid. She turned cautious and looked carefully at the figure. it''s a man. pale white skin, wrapped in a long black coat and a gray shirt. the man put his sword back into the scabbard on each side. This man is a vampire, she can feel the dark power embedded in this man. She quickly stood up and took a step back. She might be hurt now, but after thanking this creature she will tear this vampire to pieces. or that''s what She planned. the man only took a few steps to her but suddenly fainted. "!?" ... What was that? slash him to pieces, right? but she finds herself sitting beside him. she was taken aback inside. she should not miss the chance. this is a perfect time to kill him. another of her inner self halted her with simple reason; she still not thanking him properly yet, had it been not because of him, she might get Divine punishment for showing her power in front of the human beings. she pinched the man''s nose and makes him groaning like he was in pain. she does not mean to hurt the creature who is in a weak condition, she only pinched his-- a hand suddenly grabbed her neck from behind and she was pushed backward. the man with speed movement traps her below. she was shocked before, but quickly gathered her awareness and pound her palm toward his stomach. a shining ball forming and slamming right to his chest. All vampires weak when they get hit by a light especially toward their former heart. but the man didn''t quiver even the slightest, instead, he reveals a devilish smile. his fang shown up. her purple pupils shrank when realized the next moment he bites her. yes, not her neck. thankfully, her left sleeve got bitten. but it still hurt as she has been fall and hit a tree before. "Ouch! why did you bite me?? Oh, right, you ARE vampire" the man as silence as ever release his fang and tried another move to bit her neck. she aware of the next movement and use her leg to kick him instead. she successfully makes him stumbled backward as her blood dripping from his mouth. they quickly stood up but quickly fallen again. both groaning in pain. she felt something wrong to her. after getting bitten, she felt weakened as well as dizzy inside her head. she felt something like a thousand needles has made their way inside her chest. she used her power to heal over herself but the shining power suddenly fading. as if, she lost her power. she glanced at the vampire, he held his head as if something struck his head, he stumbled again when he tried to stand up. she swears she could see his eyes look shining as bloody red.If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, it''s taken without the author''s consent. "Now, don''t worry, I also request him to buy some ointment for you. you have a fever last night, I thought some cold-brewed ginger and mint leaves will make you feel better. just wait here, he will come back." dude, that man is a vampire. she wanted to told the innocent old man when the door suddenly opened. a familiar black figure comes inside. "!?" what happens? why she can''t use her power? her power is being sealed? she recalled last night memories again, she remembered she was being bitten by this vampire. "calm down, you both still not healed properly, yet." the old man holds them both like a protective parent. the old man calms the situation. he then turned toward the vampire, "Now, be responsible. you are a man, then act like a man. if you make your wife pregnant, you should accompany her." say what!? she burst to either laugh or cry. this innocent elder also make the vampire rendered in speechless. serve him right. now this is her chance, she may lose the divine power, but she has another way to beat this vampire. she will wait until the Divine Sun where it always arises at the end of each year. the Divine Sun is a sacred period for Demi-Gods, is the day where all the power of Demi-God reached it is peaked, therefore they are unbeatable and could tear down a thousand vampires. if she let this creature go, her duty will fail, this will be her embarrassment of her responsible. thus, she will do it. even if it means this is merely a trickery. her duty and responsibility is all but must survive! there are four months left until the Divine Sun. she must tie her bond but do not get too close, with this vampire. something to make this vampire ended with her. yes, that is! The next wave of those people looked to bring some huge package and belongings while they laughed along. The last wave has some people who bring a huge chained jail that being dragged by two horses. There are some people inside as they looked hurt and sad. ¡°It¡¯s that prisoner¡­? Why?¡± ¡°They are bandits, the same people who chased you. Looked like they just raid some places.¡± She gulped as she asked again, ¡°Wh-What are they going to do with the people inside?¡± He shrugged as he leaned to the tree. ¡°being sold to slavery maybe? Heh, even in this period; slavery is still legal, huh.¡± She didn¡¯t want that to happen. The people inside the cage looked so powerless, there is only elder people, some women, and children. They are innocent people who can¡¯t force themselves to fight. ¡°We should rty to released them.¡± ¡°you and what? They looked around and suddenly stumbled as someone fall down from the tree branch. Right in front of them is a woman with long grey hair and a white outfit. Her fair skin contrast with her outfit as she seemed like a deity. She takes a step forward as she bravely facing them. she might be powerless, but she can fight. Either is her defeat or not; that innocent people deserve to be free. The bandits who stood upfront, looked like the captain, is suiting himself as he amused at the woman in front of them. his eyes wandering around her body madly. ¡°well, well, what we¡¯ve here. A lump of silky meat¡ª¡± Right at the end was her to punch him. the bandit can¡¯t take the power of demi-god as he was launched backward and crushing his subordinates. At instant and short time, almost half of them were taken aback. Yes, she is Demi-God. She had tremendous physical skills in order to exterminate another supreme being. things like human and bandits are none to her. ¡°Captain!¡± the remaining people helped the captain and a lot of subordinates who thrown back because of the power. ¡°You! They looked at the grey woman as they are keeping their hostile face, gripping their weapon as hard as they can. The grey woman had a red face and uncomfortable expression which make her frowned to them. ¡°You, humans, called me a monster while you want to deflowered me mercilessly!?¡± ¡°!!??¡± All the participants before her, even the innocent people, looked at her bewildered.
