    Foreword


    There are quite a few things to say.


    First, you might think that my English sounds weird and unnatural. Well, no surprise there; I wasn¡¯t born in an anglophone country, so I tend to mix expressions from all aroundStolen novel; please report.


    Second, the thing about swords being a noble weapon is only valid for this world and does not reflect European history; swords were cheap and common in early medieval Europe and there were time and places when it was mandatory for commoners to own a weapon.


    Third, I practiced fencing, but I don¡¯t have the faintest clue about spear fighting; everything comes from my imagination.


    Fourth, the map is mostly inspired by medieval Bulgaria, but the people''s names are of more diverse origins.


    Lastly, I hope you¡¯ll like the story.
