After losing my parents and having no money for food nor having a roof above my head I just didn''t know what to do so I begged for food I stole from food stalls i began to pickpocket but at some point, I was caught and taken to the bureau when they found out my parents were dead, they brought me to an orphanage. a few days after my eighth birthday, when i was playing outside this big mean-looking man came and introduced himself as martin drew and told me he was gonna adopt me. after martin adopted me he asked me what I wanted to do with my life, and¡­ I didn''t know. I just didn''t have any plans for the future. and when I told him that, he asked me if I wanted to become a special ops soldier, of course, I didn''t know what it meant but I just thought it was like in the movies, you know with a group storming buildings aiming your machinegun around and screaming CLEAR!, but my dreams were shattered¡­ it was not how i pictured it, it was pure HELL that''s the only way I can describe it. first, he beat me and made me walk around with weights of 10kg, and believe it or not for an 8-year-old child 10kg is a lot, and that was not the end of it. every time he saw that i was beginning to get used to the weight he increased it. then when i turned 12 he said i was gonna get a surprise so he pushed me out of a plane and I was forced to survive in the jungle between Colombia and Panama(with the weights still on) with only a knife and some robe. at 15 i told him i thought that i was ready that i learned everything he could teach me and that i wanted to start working and that was the day i was forced to kill for the first time, then i had a pause for some time because they wanted me to get a Decree in Genetic Engineering and Computer science which i did and i started to do private projects. at the beginning simple cloning of a mouse then i started to experiment with monkeys but all the calculations where just too many to do manually so i eventually created the first Artificial intelligence which had consciousness, Adaptability, rational behavior, intelligence, could learn through experience, and the most important one loyalty i named her Jessica. At this stage, i turned 24 and began with trying to make the consciousness be able to hop between bodies it didn''t work though and i gave up after 2 years because it just cost too much and i didn''t have enough financial support to finish. when i turned 27 i got a message that Martin Draw died by a shot in the head 3 days prior, so i went and go see him for the last time but i don''t know or why i just had this feeling that there was something fishy going on here. so i searched and searched and i found out that the murderer was hired by Martin''s wife to take all his money and leave the country. so i found and brought her in and with that, i started liking solving crimes more and more i just kept on doing more missions assassinations, investigations, intel gathering I did them all. after 5 years of doing missions and making money, i had enough money to try and further my research on the body-hopping consciousness. and it worked! well sort of kinda i could burn memories inside the mouse its consciousness, so practically i could take the memories of mouse A and give them to mouse b but it wasn''t perfect it was only the memories and sure memories help in creating personality but the mouse didn''t have perfect recall or photographic memory so it didn''t work as i wanted it to. then after 3 years of research i was having discovery after discovery and had the feeling i was almost done, but my lab was found and i was shot by a sniper not knowing how they even knew the lab existed i was slowly bleeding out and then i suddenly knew the answer to the big problem i don''t know how but it was like something pushed the answer in my head i instantly fixed the serum and used it on myself because i knew the bullet wound was lethal. after i used it i began to feel extreme pain like ants were eating my soul and tearing it apart. slowly but surely the pain began to calm down until i didn''t feel any pain anymore, so i tried opening my eyes and look around and i saw that i was invisible i presumed i was in soul form then i saw my body that was bleeding out and a Swat team going around searching for my research but i knew that even if they find it. it would have been useless the serum only worked for me because i had that enlightenment and because its whole make up was already shaped around my DNA. I was just about to search for a new body that would have to be someone who had a weak soul or it would have to be a baby but then i saw one of the soldiers becoming greedy because he heard that this lab was almost done creating an immortality serum and injected himself with the old serum before i completed it. he began to feel freer than before and he began to laugh like a madmanThis novel''s true home is a different platform.
